The 50 best coffee shops and best cafes in Mesa

I loved this little coffee shop, they specialize in vegan options and the espresso is fire. My partner and I both had the avocado ‘toast’ - it comes on a bagel and if definitely order it again. We both tried speciality drinks and they were super creative (his had coconut and mine had vanilla). There’s tons of seating and a lot of outlets. The internet cut out about an hour into us camping so that was a bit of a bummer, but I’d totally go back regardless.

soooo cute!!! my hometown doesn’t have a traditional “downtown”, so we wanted to check out the mesa downtown while we were in phoenix. the nile coffee shop was such a cool spot, and i’ll certainly be going back. the atmosphere is incredible and it all feels so cozy.

Since I have been in Arizona and even when I was in Alabama, a game that I like to play is to go out for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Once I had what I considered to be the best of the best, it became a game to eventually to find a better avocado toast than The Bakehouse Downtown... it's just the best I have ever had. From the everything bagel seasoning, the cherry tomatoes, and the star of the show... the balsamic drizzle, nobody has been able to beat it yet. I've had some that have come close and some honorable mentions, some that just did not try, and then today at the Nile Coffee Shop in Mesa, Arizona I was confronted with the avocado bagel. The bagel is not toast, so I will have to put this in its own category. So the Bakehouse still wins. It's just that in another category the Nile wins. My only complaint is that at the Bakehouse downtown, I can at least get an egg on top which is another thing that truly sets them apart. The Nile Coffee Shop is so vegan they don't even have knives. I don't know how they cut their vegetables and bagels behind the counter, but in order to eat an avocado bagel or toast, I like to cut it into bite size pieces... not just manhandle it and shove it into my face. One other nitpicky thing is that they are so completely vegan that they only have nut milks, which as most of you know are absolutely horrible for the environment which you think they would be wanting to save. Oh the irony. All that said, if you're ever in Fort Payne, AL, stop in and say hi to @Crestah Taylor, she really has created something in Fort Payne worth celebrating. On 10/21/25 a small drip coffee is $2, on the menu display board inside, a large $3, and pour over is $5. I ordered drip, and was rebuffed. I said I was willing to wait, but only offered a pour over or an americano as an alternative. I accepted the pour over. This took forever, and was as much coffee as the small at best. I feel, in hindsight, I should’ve been offered the drip price, since that’s what I wanted, they didn’t have it, and I was willing to wait. The quality was good, not exceptional. They also didn’t have avocado toast or apparently any bread other than bagels, which rules out a lot on the menu as shown here on google. I got avocado on an everything bagel, which was a spread (not sliced avocado) on top of cream cheese, topped with some cherry tomato halves. It was ok.

Went to this place for the first time today and I was very impressed! We got a cinnamon roll, two McBluffins, a brown sugar mocha and a banana bread latte. Everything was delicious and to our surprise the food was all vegan! This place had plenty of seating and a cute photo booth!

Delicious vegan cafe with pastries!! Came with my sister in law here a few days ago. Unfortunately we didn’t realize the time and came in minutes to close. Barista kindly served us still not making us feel bad. I had a pistachio latte with almond milk which was delicious and a warmed cheese danish. Very tasty and eager to return to try more things! It seems like a nice place to catch up with a friend or read! Will be back!

We dropped in for a quick brunch. The place is so cozy. The food was on point. We got the Caprese Toast and Granny Bagel. Food was simple and clean. Portion size is reasonable. Coffee was nice and strong. All delicious. Every server was nice even though it was pretty busy. They bring out the food to you when you are seated. My only (tiny) gripe was that some chairs are not as comfy. Our table was wobbly. Very pleasant visit, however! This place has a black and white photo booth as well. So many happy, pretty plants too.

This independent gem is less than 10 minute walk from the convention center. I'm from out of town and so happy I decided to escape to Jarrod's. The food is fresh and made to order. The vegan blueberry scone is soft and packed with fruit. Let's take a moment and appreciate the health greens on the sandwiches. Great coffee too! I found the proprietors to be friendly and excited about their cafe/ art venue. Eclectic, quickly and stunning art all sits under a gorgeous chandelier. I assume live music and events happens here with the corner dedicated to a large piano. As a bonus, I snagged some cute earrings from some art vendors outside. Pass the chains and head to Jarrod's for a unique experience with better food! Also just go see the restroom- it's spectacular!

Incredible, quaint coffee shop in a renovated vintage house. Full of artwork and unique decor. Supports small businesses by selling local crafts, jewelry and paintings. Feels like you are at home and the workers are incredibly kind/ outgoing. They host band nights, goth night, comedy night etc. The strawberry smoothie and Chai were delicious! Highly recommend

After sampling the local competition I can confidently say this is my favorite coffee shop in the area based on quality, service, and atmosphere. Price is fair as well.

Coffee was really good and the breakfast sandwich was top notch ..... definitely a place to check out and get some drinks and food..... they also had a piano,guitar and a mic, looks like they host local singers and bands...

Must-see place. One-of-a-kind locally sourced art pieces offered at a high value, friendly staff, and diverse selection refreshments. Jarrod’s is truly a gem in the valley. This establishment offers special opportunities for artists and small business to grow. I have enjoyed purchasing jewelry, attending open mics, and networking with artists and vendors at Jarrod’s.

I recently had the chance to visit The Organic Bean Café and was excited to try something new. I ordered a hot Banana Coffee with Oat Milk and an iced Banana Coffee with Whole Milk for my wife. While the initial flavor of both drinks was unique and enjoyable, there were some challenges with the overall experience that I feel are worth sharing. What I Loved: - The café’s commitment to using organic ingredients is admirable and something I truly appreciate. - The staff was friendly and offered helpful suggestions when I picked up my drinks. - The flavor of both drinks was delightful when freshly made—rich and creative. What Could Be Improved: 1. Texture Issues: - My hot Banana Coffee began to change consistency shortly after it was served, turning into more of a gel-like texture. By the time I had a chance to really enjoy it (about 10 minutes after it was handed to me), it had the consistency of a lumpy shake, which made it undrinkable. - The iced version also experienced a texture change, though I was told it wasn’t quite as noticeable as the hot drink. - While I understand this might be due to the natural ingredients used, it would be great if they would have made sure to craft it in a way that preserves the drink’s texture. 2. Pricing: - As of this review, the 16 oz hot Banana Coffee was $11, and the iced Banana Coffee was $10. This was a shock even in the current economy. I understand that organic ingredients and unique creations come with a higher price tag, but this pricing felt a little steep compared to similar drinks at other coffee shops. At this price point, expectations for consistency are understandably higher. 3. Awareness of the Issue: - When they handed me the hot drink, the staff did mention that it might “settle” and suggested swirling it around if I wasn’t drinking it immediately. While I appreciated the heads-up, it also made me feel that they were aware of this ongoing issue, which could potentially be addressed in the preparation process. Final Thoughts: I love the idea behind this café and the care they put into crafting organic, unique beverages. There’s so much potential here, and I’d love to see them refine their recipes to ensure that the texture and quality of their drinks match the exceptional flavors they’re creating. A small tweak to the preparation or ingredients could go a long way in making the experience seamless from start to finish. I truly believe in supporting small businesses that strive to bring something new to the table, and I hope this feedback is helpful.

Great coffee house in downtown Mesa. They offer locally roasted coffee, gluten-free treats and vegan and Leto alternatives. The building exterior is modest and parking appears to be limited to a few spots out front, but once you make it inside there are flavor surprises. We tried the iced banana coffee and it is a refreshing morning treat with real fruit. There was no visible restrooms from the bar area, but they host a beautiful parlor style room in the back and a charming outside patio. Next time we hope to try a hot drink using their organic flavored syrups.

I really enjoyed the coffee—it was delicious and hit the spot. However, I’m not too fond of the prices, as they felt a bit on the higher side. That said, I absolutely love the atmosphere of the place! The style is charming, and the staff is friendly, which made for a pleasant experience overall.

The best way I can describe the service here is rude. The shop itself looks nice, but the service is bad and I'm not sure if the owner was just having a bad day. I don't believe she should have taken it out on the customers .Today I went in there on the 2025 Mesa Days. She completely ignored me, but said hello to the people in front of me and the people behind me which I could tell were regulars. I walked up to the counter to look at the trinkets on the counter while waiting for my coffee. She looked at me and said "Can I help you??" when she knew I was just there waiting for the coffee. I believe it was her way of saying "go sit down and get away from my counter until I call you*. I couldn't believe her demeanor. It was almost embarrassing. While I was in there, a gentleman came in and said he is a performer, and could he use the bathroom. She immediately said "no it's not a public bathroom* which I can completely understand. What I didn't understand was how she kept telling all the customers around, including myself, that she doesn't care who he is, and she couldn't believe how "entitled" he was. He was not rude at all. It was the complaining to customers when he had already left that made me realize how mean she was. I understand not having people come in to use the restrooms that are not for customers, but the comments she made afterwards were terrible. It made the atmosphere awkward and negative in there because she continued complaining about the gentleman that came in. He was very polite and he had already left nicely. That should have been the end of it. Again I understand she doesn't want people outside of customers in there, but the continuous complaining, and explaining why she was complaining, was quite unnecessary as we had nothing to do with that. I got a coffee and a muffin and it cost me $16. I only go to gluten-free places, or places for celiacs, so I expected it to be a little pricey, but that was quite higher priced than other places. It cost me and my sister $32 to walk out of there with two coffees and two muffins. We paid and we tipped. Having to face the awkwardness after the gentleman left and the fairly decent items were definitely not worth the money. I will definitely go a little bit further out of my way rather than return here. There are other places that make a customer feel welcome, but this definitely was not one. Rude, awkward, and too expensive for that behavior.

Excellent service!!!! Delicious iced coffee!!!!! I wanted to try something different besides Dunkin donuts and lost Dutchman won me over. Lauren hook me up with a "Surprise me" drink. It was awesome she did a good job. They had peanut brittle, it taste like a cruncher Reese cup. Lost Dutchman was a great experience.

I stop in here for coffee almost everyday and it's the most delightful, inviting coffee shop I've ever been in ! The baristas are wonderful - knowledgeable, friendly and create a very welcoming atmosphere that blends well with the inviting and relaxing mode of the entire shop. Finally got to stop in and get some coffee this morning. Been driving by this place for years. Customer service was very pleasant. The girls We’re very nice. The 90s coffee house vibe is spot on cozy, laid-back, and full of character. It’s the kind of place you can settle into for hours.

I am a big fan of the fall holidays and the pumpkin iced latte from here brings me to that happy place, even in the middle of the summer! It is one of my all time favorite coffees in AZ and this is one of the few places that I’ve been to that serve pumpkin in the summer. Decent pricing, too.

Decided to make the drive from Phoenix to try this place. It’s a nice space and vibe. It would be wonderful if coffee shops like this carried pure matcha instead of the pre-sweetened cheap variety.

Staff is always friendly, upbeat, and on point. They don’t waste time either. Drinks come out fast and made right every time. The coffee? Solid across the board. My go-to drinks are the matcha, cold brew, and White Tiger. All of them hit different but in the best way. If you haven’t tried the White Tiger yet, fix that. Good energy, great drinks, and quick service. Can’t ask for much more.

The coffee is actually good without needing to cover it up with sugar. Only drive thru coffee chain I can say this about. However, American's are going to be American's and so BB has lots of sugar flavors for your flavored iced milk drink with an otherwise small touch of espresso. (Don't get mad at BB, you're the one ordering a 32oz glass of milk with enough sugar flavors to equal the sugar in 6 cans of Coke, then adding a single shot of espresso and calling it coffee) Should you choose to break this country's stereotype by ordering a classic, coffee forward, espresso drink, without the added sugar, you won't regret it. That is assuming you actually like coffee.

On my way to dinner and found this place nearby. Emily and Stella were super awesome and cool Emily sold me a tank top; my new gym shirt! I will come back again!

Very friendly staff, tasty coffee and the energy drinks are good too - usually not a huge fan but they use an energy drink that seems a little more mellow than others and don't over do the sugar/ flavors on it - they gave a nice variety of combos to choose from for coffee lovers and energy drink connoisseurs alike! They used to have these absolutely fabulous muffins, like blueberry filled with lemon 🤤 Would love to see those again! The current selection of food items is adequate and tasty enough when I get it but not enough to tempt me to buy regularly. Also, be sure to ask for a 'punch' card - it's every 10 drinks you purchase (not visits, it's x the amount of drinks you order each time), you get a free drink of your liking, whatever size and drink 🤩😍

Both coffees we got were great. We Ordered a mango smoothie as well but it got knocked over while we were sitting on the patio. I wish girl working the window that saw what happen offer us a new, especially seeing I tipped them. Won't be returning.

I never leave reviews for anything, but according to Google maps I've been here almost 200 times, so I consider this place worthy of a 5 star review! Every staff member I've interacted with has been kind, patient and quick, and I haven't had a bad drink yet. Stamp card program is awesome and they do 9 stamp days pretty often. Love that I don't have to download an app or sign up for anything to earn a free drink.

Just checked this place out, and loved it! I got the honey lavender latte. It was very flavorful and not too sweet. This coffee shop is very relaxing. A pretty place to chill with your drink/ food.

I recently visited and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere had a good vibe, and was welcoming from the moment I walked in. I wasn’t sure what to order, but after chatting with one of the employees, he recommended their seasonal pumpkin spice latte. It turned out to be a great choice—the balance of spices and pumpkin was spot on and not too sweet, and the coffee itself was rich and flavorful. The employee who helped me was particularly friendly and went out of his way to ensure every liked what they got. Overall, great service and a delicious recommendation. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Tucked away like a secret oasis, Buddha's Brew is a hidden gem that enchants with its quaint decor and relaxed atmosphere. The coffee is superb, the food delightful, and the entire experience feels like a warm hug in a cozy nook. A perfect spot to unwind and savor life's simple pleasures! My only problem is that it's 20 mi away from me.

Umm why did I just hear about this place?! Love this cafe!!! The vibe is spot on, food was delicious, coffee was great and the service, wonderful. I had one of their peach pastries and it was warmed up with whip cream added afterwards and OMG so delicious!! Then come to find out, there’s a tattoo place right next door! Not everyone is in to tattoos, which is fine, but if you are ever looking for a place to have coffee and get a tattoo, then definitely visit this place. Love their vegan options and the fact that they offer meals. I’m going to be planning my next visit soon!

I'm in love with this place. The atmosphere is so relaxed but such good energy. It's very clean and spacious. I loved the outdoor seating area. They have great prices and anything from a white claw to protein shakes and so much more. They have stuff you won't find anywhere else. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Murphy. He is such a great friendly guy. A huge plus is the tattoo shop within the same area. I had the Escobar and omg it's really good. Coffee was fresh smooth. Can't wait to try more!!

We stopped in around 11 am I got a cold brew black. It was very good nice and smooth. I really liked the unique atmosphere and customer service they had cool art on the walls and a leather couch I would like to return next time I'm in the area

My favorite place on the planet besides church and my home. Best staff making the most delicious coffee. They go out there in the hot heat to take our orders (not all locations do this) and they don’t even have shade like other locations. These employees are truly doing Gods work out here. This location is SO consistent- ALWAYS get it right no matter how complicated of an order we have. Only issue I have here is with other customers not understanding how to merge into a single line coming from 2 but this is the case everywhere…

Love coming to Dutch but the last two visits I’ve been cut off by the car in the other lane and the employee outside not paying attention to who arrived first. This makes a huge difference in wait times. I spoke up this time because I didn’t want to wait longer than I should’ve like last time. I received an apology and was told I’d have my drink before the rude guy who cut me off but that didn’t happen. The rude vehicle was at the window receiving their many drinks and held me up since I got mine too late to leave in the extra lane, mind you it was my birthday reward drink and I was told I’d be able to leave early by the employee. It’s not a huge issue but it deserved a review so you can hopefully address this. Waited an extra 20 minutes in total when I shouldn’t have had to. Edit: got home and my cup had a large gash on the side, started leaking everywhere. Called corporate and got my reward back into my app since it was completely wasted today. What a not so fun morning.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. At Dutch Bros, it’s expected to be served with the bubbly attitudes. My husband and I went this morning, waiting for our turn, we pulled into the drive thru lanes. Prior to this we waited about 10 minutes (no biggie) - we were before the car that pulled up after us. As we approached the lane, this “broista” gal with the fake red hair came up to us telling us we were cutting off the person that showed up after us. My husband explained that we were there first so we turned in. Attitude was then thrown at us because of the signs - however they were no signs displayed aside from the “alternate lanes.” When explaining, the response we received was “whatever” shook her head and walked away from us. We left. This is ridiculous. Make your signs clearly displayed.

Drutch bros is definitely my favorite place to get coffee but this location sucks I say this as someone who used to use this location almost every day but now find myself wanting to go to any other dutch as this location lets traffic from the street that impeids on coming traffic get their drinks first they have a no right turn sign that no body pays attention to and allows for people waiting in the correct line to get cut off and served last which isnt right to the customers who follow the traffic laws. They let customers park in a no patking zone on the street and it imprids traffic and then they serve those customers first before those waiting before them because of this I have waitied over 45 minutes multiple times at this location just for my drink. Ive even had to call the mesa traffic line to complain and now i will be calling corporate to complain once again about this pictures are from me waiting and watching this happen

I always live Dutch Bros! And bonus on my visit today I got this cute car sticker of this car with bags all packed in it and tied on top and a dog with sunglasses hanging out the front window ... super cute sticker. And what a great touch, small but absolutely a win.

This place is absolutely amazing everyday were in Arizona on vacation this is the go to morning routine. And we've visited many locations and it's spot on everytime. The staff at all the locations just brighten your day and the drinks are incredible. I can't say enough about the drinks and the staff, both are TOP NOTCH.

I’ve been a regular at Berdenas for almost a year now. The quality of food, coffee and service has been amazingly consistent every time. The space is smaller, but there are plenty of windows that let in natural light which makes it feel very open. They make their own syrups, which makes a massive difference in the quality. I personally love their cardamom rose latte and matcha. Ava the barista always brightens my day, Braydon as well. He’s always consistent with perfect latte art. I will continue to come here and recommend it to anyone with ears.

Good coffee and juice. I had a cortado which was nutty and creamy. My wife had a honey lavender latte which was also good. To eat, I had the burrito which was honestly a solid burrito. Good size and it was delicious. The salsa with it was also excellent. My wife had the breakfast sandwich and it was also a solid portion and taste. It’s obviously a very busy place due to its excellent food and drink, so be prepared to stand in line when visiting during busy hours, but I don’t think we waited for longer than 15 minutes. We went at 11:00am on a Saturday and it’s my understanding that it isn’t always busy like that. 10/10 I highly recommend.

I’ve come into Berdena’s a few times and I’ve had a great experience every time. When I’ve gone in on weekend days, all of the baristas are super friendly and bring great energy to the busy store! They also have great coffee knowledge. Berdenas has one of the best cortados I’ve had in Scottsdale! The breakfast burritos are also amazing.

Berdena’s in Old Town Scottsdale is my favorite go-to for coffee with outdoor seating. Their coffee is beautifully made, try the flat white or a lavender-honey latte, and the avocado toast is always fresh and flavorful. The canal-front patio feels relaxed and charming, perfect for catching some sun. The staff are warm and efficient, and the atmosphere is bright and welcoming. A great spot to sip, work, or meet friends!

Fourtillfour Café in Old Town Scottsdale is my go-to spot! Their in-house roasted beans power up excellent espresso, pour‑overs, and seasonal drinks, consistently praised for great flavor. The stylish yet cozy interior, spiced with vintage car decor, feels modern and inviting. The patio is perfect for coffee dates, work sessions, or chill weekend mornings under the shade. I appreciate the friendly, efficient team and the community vibe, especially during Cars & Coffee events. A true local gem!

Fourtillfour Coffee in Scottsdale is a small but iconic shop that blends specialty coffee with car culture. I first discovered it through Instagram, I visited one cars and coffee morning and it quickly became one of my favorite local spots. For me, its value comes from more than just the coffee but also the atmosphere, the community, and the unique connection between cars and coffee that makes it memorable. The Coffee is smooth and very tasteful, crafting your own drink to your own preference, And the community is amazing, its always a great time, seeing all sorts of very cool cars, I highly recommend if you are and even if your not into cars. Seating may be a little limited, but why would you want to sit when you have so many amazing cars to go and look at. Now as for wait time, you may have to wait on the more busy mornings, but its certainly worth it. And dont worry there is not shortage of parking, its a 3 minute walk from old town scottsdale with plenty of street parking, and even a valet parking just across the street if you really want. Overall an A+, very kind staff, an amazing atmosphere, I highly recommend coming on a cars and coffee almost every Saturday morning from 8 am - 10 am, and I recommend checking them out on instagram as well. I honestly think this cafe is the best coffee shop in Scottsdale. They have house made syrups and my favorite is the Caramel Rosemary. This is truly the best. I always order it. They only have one size (16 oz) so I always get one or two extra. Forgot to mention, they are the kindest baristas ever. They will always greet you with a big smile.

Smooth and subtle coffee with really wonderful notes. Two thumbs up! Very kind and friendly staff. Great weather today for the open door/outside line vibe. I got a vanilla oat milk latte, which is my standard when trying a new place, and it was very good!

I was in Arizona just for a week but visited this place almost every day, it is very cool concept and friendly people who work there. Also, every Saturday they invite different people with interesting cars to show their cars for others. Coffee and snacks here are very tasty, recommend to visit this guys and find new friends while waiting for your coffee, cause there a lot of customers there!

We recently visited Hava Java in Mesa, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. The overall experience was pretty subpar. We ordered summer watermelon drinks for the kids and a lavender latte for myself — none of which were particularly enjoyable or worth the drive. The coffee was just "eh" and didn’t stand out in any way. As for the food, it was okay at best, but not something we’d return for. We tried the Hummus Plate, flatbread pizza, and green chili quesadilla. The flatbread was a letdown — the sauce was overly salty, the cheese wasn’t even melted, and the whole thing was soggy. The Hummus Plate didn’t leave much of an impression either. The quesadilla was the best of the bunch, but still just average. Service was lukewarm. The two women working behind the counter didn’t seem particularly happy to be there and came off as annoyed, especially while we were trying to figure out what to order as first-timers. Overall, this spot didn’t hit the mark for us. Between the lackluster drinks, underwhelming food, and so-so service, we won’t be making a return trip

I changed the lavender(out of it, but I didn't want it anyway)to blackberry in the Purple Rain latte and that was great! I think the other was a detox smoothie (?) Lol Lots of seating. Good service.

I got their berry smoothie. I’m gonna go ahead and say it isn’t a smoothie with fruit. It appears it’s just ice and juice? Separation occurred within a few minutes. 3 minutes max to be more specific. Speaking of specific: they should probably change the name of the drink from “smoothie” to “slushy” as it has the consistency of a slushy. Crazy to charge over $8 for that drink though if it is just juice and ice. I see no seeds from fruit in the drink. Nice environment and service though.

Lovely little spot - wonderful atmosphere! Drip coffee was fresh but the latte with almond milk could have been better. Alternative milks can be hit or miss at coffee shops. If you’re there for regular milk in your drink, I’m sure it’s great!

This place is an absolute gem, and is made all the better by the amazing staff who make it all possible!! I stopped by here nearly every day of my week long vacation, and every day got the best treatment, quick orders, and some great, genuine conversation with all of the baristas. Their espresso is the perfect blend of bitter and mellow, and their pastries are HUGE (and delicious!!) for the price you pay!

The atmosphere and service and food is great but the coffee is not very good. I have heard this from others as well. The coffee is too watered or milked down so the coffee flavor is not strong. The need to adjust their ratio of coffee to milk in their iced cafe latte. If you want enough coffee flavor, you need to order an extra shot. Personally, I don’t find the quality of coffee worth the price. I had a smoothie here once but it was too sweet. The muffins and baked goods are good though and they also offer food and alcohol. I would recommend this more as a bar than a coffee shop but it’s also a great study spot.

My husband, daughters and I love to try out a new coffee shop for breakfast/coffee a couple times a month. We were super disappointed in our experience here. I don’t think we will return. Super bummed because we had high hopes from all the good reviews.

The vibe is cozy. I could kick back there for hours. The coffee is awesome, and the owners are pretty chill. This location is off the path without a lot of food places in the Plaza, but I say stop by anyway. Bring your laptop or a book and relax in this Costa Rican getaway in Mesa. Try the Lobo. My family loves hanging out here. We play games and drink delicious Costa Rican coffee. I always get the Nitro Cold Brew with brown sugar cream. It slaps me awake and gets me ready to play a little gin. I love the music and the friendly atmosphere here. No rush to leave, the owners are super friendly and it feels so welcoming. The love is authentic and so is the coffee.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops and it’s not just for the coffee! You’re always greeted by the owners with a smile on their face. It’s great to see someone proud of their heritage and ready to let the rest of us experience it through coffee and the wonderful snacks they have. The east valley was seriously lacking in coffee shops until Pura Vida popped up. They have a solid cold brew and a solid espresso shot. The bagels are the best around. No longer do you have to grab a crappy coffee at a diner, or support the big guy (Starbucks) They offer a small menu of breakfast items, a few pastries, coffee, specialty drinks and teas. They also have a lot of fun Costa Rica merch, beans and coffee brewing supplies.

I chatted with the owner -- very cool and engaging. I ordered an iced mocha and a chile relleno bagel with cream cheese. Both were delicious! I only found one electric outlet, but it was a Thursday morning and the place wasn't busy.

Such a happy accident that I found this place!!! I already love it even after my first visit. I found it by happenstance after dropping off my car for repairs across the street. Had my order taken by Angie, who was a doll, and my drink “The Lobo” hand-delivered by Lobo himself! The atmosphere is to die for, it was SO cute! Will definitely go again when I’m picking my car back up and whenever I’m in the area! ❤️☕️

I deliver for Uber Eats 6 days a week and when I get orders for this Black Rock location it always goes smoothly. Orders are always ready when I arrive, staff are always polite and friendly and professional. I see many restaurants in Mesa and Apache Junction AZ in the years I have been working with UBER EATS.

I used to enjoy black rock, I switched locations thinking it would be quicker since it’s on the way to work. The first time I order it was 10 minutes ahead online and my drinks were not ready. The second time I ordered 15 minutes ahead the drinks weren’t ready. Today I ordered at 7:23 arrived at 7:44 and still had to wait 5 minutes for my drinks to be made. It took 26 minutes for my drinks. Why have online ordering ahead if the drinks aren’t going to be made ahead of time???

First of all, I love Black Rock. I will die for Black Rock. I love The vibes of all the stores, and the staff are usually pretty great. But the Black Rock there on Higley in the Lowe's parking lot ALWAYS gets my order right and always tolerates how picky I am and my many moods, and I'm certain barista Hunter is the defining factor! Such a wonderful personality, confidence and charisma as well as always being very attentive and always seems to have a genuine interest in how to get things right or make someone's day better. This location became my new fav in just a couple short visits. Thank you for all you do, Hunter! 🥹

Black Rock Coffee locations have all been nice and clean. They have treats that are pretty tasty. We tried the blueberry muffin and I could eat 3 or 4 more! Delicious!! They have more than just coffee if your not into it. This location just happened to have 6 dogs enjoying the place, I would say they are pet friendly. This one is smaller than most of the ones I have been to but the service was great as usual. The only complaint was the dogs on the porch outside were not friendly and kept barking. No bad dogs just bad owners right? Lol Go check them out and let them know Brian sent you!

THEY ARE SO SLOWWWWWWWWWW The lines always take 20 minutes Today, 5 cars in front of me.. TOOK 25 MINUTES FOR MY ONE COFFEE while they were fully staffed. They need a better system. If people are ordering food and thats the hold up... then they need to send people to the parking lot and bring it out when it's done so people just getting coffee don't have to freaking wait so long. Never again, this happens too often.

I really like this as a midday stop for coffee. The one downside is the music is a little loud, but that’s OK. I honestly like the vibe and it forces me not to take phone calls while I am working from there.

Every single coffee I've tried has been delicious. Better than Starbucks as it isn't overly sweet. Customer service is very good. The breakfasts however have not been all that great. After trying several, I gave up. But we go every day for the coffee alone! Ive made my way down their entire coffee list and have enjoyed every single one! ☕️

Renegade Coffee is one of my favorite spots in Mesa! Their cold brew lattes are always amazing, and the seasonal drinks are so creative and delicious. The peanut butter banana Elvis smoothie is my absolute favorite — highly recommend. They also have a great rewards point system, which makes coming back even better.

It is a very nice little place. The customer service was excellent and very friendly! My husband had a smoothie, which he enjoyed. I had the Elvis, minus the banana, half sweet. It was very good! Their prices are reasonable. It is a great little place that I will be returning to!

I loved my Caramel Macchiato and bagel breakfast sandwich! The price was comparable to Starbucks, but you get a lot more for your $. They offered a pup cup with a cute doggy treat in it, which I thought was a special touch. We did the drive through and did not have to wait long.

Great! Love the location... Finally a great coffee place in my neighborhood! First time we went through drive thru, was quick, and very happy! The tea my daughter ordered was a bit too hot and spilled over and scalded her hand. Once it cooled down she loved it! Ordered a gluten free vegan lemon olive oil loaf, which was fantastic. Very sweet and more muffin or cake like. And a breakfast croissant. Which was very tasty! Second time I went inside and ordered some biscuits and gravy which were very tasty! A large order was right in front of me so took a bit of time. Worth the wait and inside is very relaxing to wait. The tables have outlets, some relaxed causal seating and seating for the industries with a bar table with outlets there as well!

Went through the drive thru about 30 minutes ago.. ordered a raspberry white chocolate mocha ice coffee and 2 ham and cheese sandwiches and i specified No egg.. got my stuff...drove home super hungry opened up my sandwich and .. I'm pissed.. It's a Scrambled egg and cheese sandwich the absolute nastiest looking sandwich ever! I truly hate eggs!! So I'm out $15 on a sandwich even my dogs won't eat!

Located inside Cider Corps, this is a solid coffee shop. I got the white chocolate matcha cookie, and it was very tasty. I also got the Costa Rica espresso. I really enjoyed it. Lots of seating and a nice atmosphere. I'd be back if I were in the area.

Ethiopian Black Honey process pour over was perfectly extracted, tons and raspberry, blueberry, and some black current. Great sweetness, not sour nor bitter. Killer pour over!! Made with love. Cold brew was sweet and easy to drink. Flavorful and not grainy and charred like many other cold brews.

Truly some of the best coffee brewers in the Valley! Pair’s coffee rotations are always exciting season to season, offering unique selections alongside their speciality drinks. Would highly recommend for anyone into specialty coffee or someone interested in exploring that side of coffee. The only “downside” that I can think of is that, when super busy, it can get backed up and sometimes you’re waiting a bit longer than your average coffee shop. However, given their bar space and the rushes they get, it’s nothing and always worth it.

Such a great hidden gem! Inside of Cider Corps but not difficult to find, there is signage outside and it’s just at the end of the bar. Plenty of parking out front and in the side lot and lots of seating inside. The matcha cookie was 10/10 and from a local bakery. I got the red lagoon latte which I was expecting to be pretty sweet but was surprisingly very well balanced! The mini burrito for $6.50 is a steal because it’s a pretty decent size and it’s delicious! Good WiFi, nice AC, and friendly staff.

I love their lattes and they are reasonably priced! I will say. The espresso shots they pull always feel like they are a bit strong with a good amount of acidity that I feel on the tip of my tongue. So if you want a more sweet or smooth latte have them add syrup. Either way the people are nice! And great prices!

I really enjoyed my blueberry lavender matcha latte and the olive oil cake. Both were delicious, balanced flavors and fresh.

Very quaint, clean shop. They really have everything. The customer service was really good. The prices are reasonable. I just tried the chocolate chip cookie and the magic bar.. They were good. They were not great. This is a bakery, so I am expecting it to be exceptional. Perhaps the sandwiches and salads are phenomenal. Once I try them, I will update my review.

Got the BLT&A and frosted cookie and it was great! All the staff was super friendly! Highly recommend. Plus they are going to be serving ice cream soon and open late which we are really looking forward to.

Unbelievable. Best dessert in AZ, maybe the country. Oh my goodness the brownies, double fudge cookies, pumpkin muffin😍. So fun how they put in items for the season and taste is 15/10. Only thing I wish is that they had longer hours but completely understand it’s a family run business. Place is beautifully decorated with great outdoor seating. You won’t be disappointed!

So cute!!! The cheese cake brownie is delicious! Can’t wait to try the other treats we got. They had a special drink of the day, which is raspberry almond chai, which is also SO good. Definitely will be back and 100% recommend.

Honestly some of the absolute best sandwiches and salads here! No problem with special orders. And let’s not even talk about the actual sweets. I am not usually overly excited about bakery cookies and brownies, but these are actually better than homemade! Try this place! You will not be disappointed!

The food was so good. Worth every penny. Got the cottage reef I think it's called with a side of French toast. 10/10. The potatoes were seasoned nicely. The omelet was unique for me, but so yummy. 1/10 for service. Our server lost her smile the moment she got to our table and never came back. Didn't ask if we needed anything or wanted water. But I did watch her treat all other patrons with cheer and good conversation. Honestly felt like she had a prejudice and acted on it. That's fine. She brought our check and walked off into the abyss. The other young lady who took our order for coffee was sweet. She asked if we were enjoying our food. She may have been a manager. Either way, she made a sour experience a little bit sweeter. Overall experience 8/10

Another Delicious Brunch find, T.C. Eggington’s is coming up on almost 40 years in business. Newly remodeled and ready to welcome you all in with some exciting new menu items. We enjoyed our brunch visit. We tried a variety of dishes. It’s so hard to have a favorite. We’re ready to head back this weekend and explore more menu items.

We had one of the best breakfasts ever at T.C. Eggington’s on Alma School Road. I ordered the Piglet’s Passion omelet, a side of soft bacon, and the strawberry smoothie. Nothing was left on my plate at the end. The omelet was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. Packed with flavor and perfectly cooked, it was absolutely on point. The diced potatoes were golden and crispy, the English muffin toasted just right, and the smoothie; WOW. Our server, Brenda, was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. ALWAYS SMILING. "Always Timely", we never had to look for her. Simply nailed it.

This was our first time here, and we were thoroughly impressed. The place was clean, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Jocelyn, the server, was friendly and attentive, and the manager was incredibly helpful and made sure we had a great time. We will definitely be back!

The coffee was great and had so many choices, we wanted to get everything on the menu. The food was plentiful and cooked just how we ordered it. We went for breakfast and was surprised by the generous helping of bacon with the breakfast entre. The decor was country kitchen and it felt homey and comfortable. The wait staff was courteous and helpful, they must live their jobs ×which happy employees, make happy customers too. We cant wait to go back.

The food here is tasty. I You have to try their crepes! They're absolutely delicious and the special berry sauce they have is to lick your lips nonstop for! Haha. It's a good atmosphere too. Check it out ! There's lots of other sandwiches and pastries you can check out and they care about their community too it seems like.

Our personal opinion: Breakfast was the worst we have seen! Hockey puck sausage, egg broken, other slopped over the side. Toast cold. Hash browns were reheated and served after sitting in a heat lamp for who knows how long.Nothing fresh. Slick fast food style hash was what we thought it looked like. Coffee so harsh you have to use a 50/50 dilution of black coffee and hot water. No unsweetened iced tea available. Why didn't they tell me this when we ordered it at the counter. (?) Snippy, dismissive, argumentative, condescending front cashier/server. Def not senior friendly or lady friendly which is surprising given this establishment is lady owned/operated and let me tell you-when the owner is there-the meals are squared away tight, appetizing and perfect. She must have not been overseeing the kitchen area today tho bc she wouldn't have served this up based on our experience here when she is cooking. Taste was so bad on this plate of food, we tried to cover it up with mega pepper to no avail. Still, hash browns were reheated, not served up fresh, yet they purported to have remade them when we requested them to be redone. Uhm no. There was a Real Estate meeting going on in the back of the restaurant, how tacky was that? Otherwise no other customers. I can see why since they no longer honor coupons 2 for one to seniors their business only had us and the Real Estate team. The cashier claimed too many people were copying the coupon so they could no longer honor them. Really, so the one we brought in you could tell was cut out of the fliers in the 55 plus community, obviously not a fake duplicate. But you no longer have any discounts, promos or incentives for seniors-I can see why there were no other cash paying customers. NO more street signs advertising a breakfast for seniors for 7$ or so? Your breakfasts this time around don't really look that good. NO go, not again.... Service was subpar and the server refused to refund those ugly, worn out hash browns. Well, live and learn. IN our opinion, skip this little cozy looking place and head to Cracker Barrel, IHOP or Denny's. They are closer and they serve up such nice breakfasts for much less $$$ and are family friendly with fair pricing.

Heard from good friends about Sassy’s. Practically in the neighborhood so I had to drag my bride to check it out. The biscuits and gravy were good and so was the Pina Colada French toast. Service was good. Food didn’t take to long. All in all a good meal. Looking forward to visiting again and trying some more of the menu. The lemon iced cookie was really good. The snickerdoodle and chocolate chip were tasty too.

THE OWNERS ARE SOOO NICE! They are also so hard working and have the BEST desserts I have EVER had. I tried one of their cupcakes at Superstitious Lexus and had to buy over 10 for my own family to try. I don’t write reviews a lot but the desserts are TOTALLY worth it. 😍 They use extremely high quality ingredients and the owners are so knowledgeable. 😋

Ordered the Sassy Club sandwich (without lettuce or onions) with the egg loaf bread (comes standard) with a Boston Cream cupcake. An everything bagel and chocolate chip cookie. My Sassy Club was absolutely perfectly made and I'd 100% order it again as I hope to be back a lot. The Boston Cream cupcake was delicious with rich chocolate topping with a soft whipped cream inside. If anything I'd love more filling but other wise was great. Would and will plan to be back here to try more things. Very impressed with the food and atmosphere.

The sweets are really good. The chocolate covered cheesecake was just a lightly drizzled chocolate, but it was good. The cheesecake was more soft than I'm used to. Connolis was good. The cream they used was tasty and flake crust. The pink champagne cupcakes were perfectly sweet and stuffed with whipped cream. I wasn't peticularly fond of these. I'm quite disappointed with the service. The server nicely had asked us if we could hurry up because they needed to clean the store for closing. It was about 4:20 pm, meaning 40 mins to enjoy my sweets. Can you clean around the customer, sweeping and wiping down surfaces. But overall, it was a good experience.

Best coffee ever! This place is awesome! Great people great vibe. and really good coffee. The espresso straight is too sour for my taste. I like the darker notes, not the fruity ones.

We have visited the Phoenix area now 3x and have made the trek out to Peixoto each time, sometimes more than once per trip. The Iced Toasted Coconut latte is out of this world good on a HOT Arizona day! We have tried quite a few coconut inspired lattes around the country and this one our favorite!

Met up for a catch-up date with Beau today in Downtown Chandler… a place I rarely venture because, let’s be honest, it’s south of my usual caffeine radius. But wow, Peixoto Coffee made it worth the trip. Tucked into a beautifully restored brick building with that perfect mix of modern design and small-town charm, Peixoto somehow manages to feel both cozy and elevated; like the kind of place where you could write a novel, catch up with a friend, or just people-watch with purpose. The seating is relaxed, the vibe is warm, and the baristas are the kind of friendly that makes you wonder if they’re all secretly trained in customer service and therapy. Their fall menu is out right now, so naturally I had to try the Kettle Corn Latte, and let me tell you, it is top three lattes of my entire life. Sweet, toasty, nostalgic, and somehow still sophisticated. Like if autumn went to college and got its degree in “flavor balance.” 10/10 will absolutely be back. If you’re looking for a coffee spot that feels like a mini serotonin boost (and smells like your cozy fall candle’s older, cooler sibling), Peixoto is it.

First timer from out of town, I was looking for a new espresso bean to bring home & try out. After having a tasty latte & a pleasant conversation with the friendly barista about the family farm, I decided to try theirs out. If you’re looking for a sweet & light espresso bean, I highly suggest trying out their selection!

We met some friends here for coffee and pastries and we regret it. The place is modern and comfortable, but the food and drink are mediocre at best and super expensive. We paid $35 for two coffees and two pastries. Beyond ridiculous!!!! The coffee was very weak with a lots of milk and very little coffee, The croissants were soggy and flavorless. We will never return and encourage you not to.

Got two tiny cups for $20 which I think is crazy. Cappuccino and chai tea. The taste was so bitter for both drinks. Would not recommend if you want to get good coffee.

Cartel Roasting Co is a tasty and reliable way to start your day. During my time in Scottsdale, they were friendly faces each morning. I rate a coffee establishment on their cortados, bc I order that everywhere I go. The cortado here was delightful. They also offer freshly roasted beans for purchase. I’m sure they can grind for you if you need it. Recommend when in town!

Really great cup of Capp here by the barista. A simple quick well made Capp seems to be a thing hard to come by with all the crazy amounts of coffee shops that pop up charging a premium without the basic quality of a good espresso and froth. The cup was a great balance of milk frothed at the perfect temp (not screaming hot) yielding the sweetness of the milk and a great shot of nutty caramel tasting espresso. I needed the caffeine boost so I ordered another one just after my first cup with a bag of beans to take home.

Nice coffee. The almond croissant is great, a little on the sweeter side, but that’s how I like it.

Wow! Cartel is SO amazing and definitely has the BEST coffee in the valley. The Scottsdale location is my absolute favorite vibe! A great place to work on your laptop or gather with friends! The staff are the most wonderful, very friendly and kind :) They never fail at going above and beyond to make you feel like you’re very much cared for! Also the holiday decor is on point and brings in some of the magic with the season.

super cute very instagramable atmosphere. Big outdoor setting with a lot of greenery and flowers. If you want service, this is not the place for you. Everything is ordered via QR code or walking up to the counter ordering and grabbing a number. Is great on a nice day, fun atmosphere, good for bach parties or larger groups. Food wise the cocktails are STRONG got the cocktail flight of 3 which i liked being able to try but man were they strong and larger than i expected. Had the avocado toast with pesto, definitely not as fresh as it could be but again not horrible. Overall vibe & atmosphere: 4 stars location: 4 stars food/service: 3.5

The atmosphere was beautiful. I would definitely recommend for the atmosphere but the food was mid. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it wasn’t spicy at all and it was super dry. The coffe was okay, they have no whip cream or foam for the coffee which was strange. Over all 4/5

My family went for the first time this morning. The food was great! I got a Mediterranean Omlet and coffee. My brother n law got the Mimosa flight. My husband and daughter ordered their breakfast burrito. There was live music which made the atmosphere and experience even better.

This restaurant is a special and really beautiful with its beautiful terrace and gardens. You will be surprised by the art wall paintings. The servers were so kind. The owner and his son spoiled us with much more food than we had ordered. They are the best hosts! The food was so fresh and delicious! We all choose different meals and they were all so tasty. We also tried their taco’s, never had such good ones before. I really would like to recommend this restaurant in old Scottsdale to visit en enjoy the vibe, hospitality and fresh food. 10 out of 10.

Thanks to an abundance of greenery, @schmooze is almost camouflaged from view, but also arguably the best patio in Old Town. Aside from the patio inside the restaurant, it is a nice retreat from the heat, and it's an open view of the kitchen. One end of the restaurant is a unique artsy cocktail bar. They are open daily for breakfast and lunch. The morning menu offers omelets, avo toast, and sandwiches, while the lunch menu options include sandwiches, salads, and burgers. My chicken foccacia was filling and refreshing with great taste thanks to juicy chicken and pesto. I enjoyed lunch on the patio on a Wednesday afternoon. I sat at the bar style seating reading under the pergola by their pond/fountain and surrounded by plants. What a beautiful afternoon in Old Town Scottsdale.

Great place for all day breakfast and a good lunch menu. Go to counter and order your food. They give you a number and you go to your table. Service is quick and friendly. Food is very good. Check it out !

Super great Scottsdale coffee spot. Not overcrowded at all, well priced, fun seating and awesome atmosphere. The coffee is really robust and their specials are so unique. We both loved our banana foster lattes

I love the vibe of this coffee shop! I personally ordered the Nitro Cold Brew with SF Caramel Syrup and Almond milk, along with the Mushroom Mocha Latte, while my friend ordered the Banana Fosters Latte and the Horchata Cold Brew. The coffee is super tasty! Plus the Mushroom Mocha Latte has a lot of health benefits to it. Worked here for hours and enjoyed every second of it. If you need a break, you can always take a walk outside down Old Town. I will definitely be coming back here!

Craving some tea or a smoothie, maybe even a cocktail? It’s all good here! This spot does a great job at finding the right balance of providing somewhere you can study or meet up with friends and have a blast. Thanks to misters, the patio stays comfortable during the summer days and it’s dog friendly. I highly recommend trying herbal tea with chaga! Last but not least, they even have salsa dancing during the cooler months 😁

What a great space - outside seating is best but there is plenty of inside seating to get some studying, work, or leisure time. Especially when you have a group outing for one to have beer and/or coffee. I grabbed a four shot latte and the coffee was great in taste and depth. Perfect perhaps👊🏼 I was more tempted to have the a flight or a beer but for another time for sure. Good options for food and a quick bite.

This was a great compromise for my friend who drinks beer and for me who mainly drink coffee. The coffee here was great (I got a nitro cold brew which was pretty smooth) and she enjoyed her beer flight. Since I prefer coffee to beer I’m glad that I was able to find a place to satisfy both of our needs! The patio area was also pretty nice and relaxing and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

Waffles and drinks were amazing. I have been here twice now, with two different people. Both of them loved it and I would go again. Only complaints is second time I went the music was so loud, it was almost club volume. Their Ube icecream was also super icey and not creamy at all

Saw some posts about this place on Tiktok, and was really excited to try it during our visit. There were some drinks that looked so delicious and unique, but sadly, they were discontinued. They had a lot of options and so we got two drinks to spilt between the four of us. The drinks were good, fresh, and better than others I've had. Just missing something to bring us back (if visiting), as we're always hunting for the best. If you want something that's good quality and tastes great, try 'em out. Be different and try someplace new.

I'm not trying to be mean, but I think this place has genuinely had one of the worst drinks I've ever tried, and I've tried a lot of places. I went in February and just got around to writing a review. The main issues: 1. I went during their happy hour because the Instagram said all teas and milk teas were $3.50, but they weren't, only a few of them, which not a big deal, but felt kind of misleading. Maybe fruit tea didn't count? But the post had a picture of fruit tea, so I'm not sure. 2. I got the mango green tea with popping boba, and it left that astringent feeling in my mouth, so maybe not great quality tea or not brewed correctly? The drink itself was very watery, not much flavor. 3. I'm not sure if it was a faulty batch, but their popping boba was deflated. It wasn't full of liquid. Instead of being round, they were all dented, like those bouncy balls that are missing air. And another small note, for some reason, the straws stuck out like 6 inches above the cup. I just found it kind of strange. Also my friend could not get the cup open for the milkshake, the lid wouldn't even come off either, and there was only one employee that was busy so we spent 10 minutes trying to punch a hole in the top. Not a big deal though. The chicken was decent, kind of dry, and not the best I've had, but I still enjoyed myself. Probably wouldn't buy again, though.

Edit (The new owner is awesome!): Okay, so a couple of months back, I reviewed this place, and it was uh,... not an awesome experience. HOWEVER, since then, they've undergone new management, and the new owner reached out to me, informing me that they've done a complete remodel and deep clean. She even offered my friend and I free drinks and popcorn chicken in hopes of making up for our last experience. Upon walking in, I could instantly tell a difference. The place smells and looks clean, and the staff were extremely sweet! Elle was working when my friends and I came in, and she was super helpful with the overall process! She was super friendly and understanding and was fast when preparing our order! The drinks looked like how they did on the menu! We ordered the Goldmine milkshake, the Taro milk tea with boba, the tiramisu cloud milk tea, and popcorn chicken. Everything was amazing, the drinks were refreshing and not overly sweet, the chicken was tasty and flavorful! Overall, this experience was amazing, and I'm so glad the new owner gave us an opponentity to have a better experience! Will definitely be coming back! . . . Old Review (Before the new owner): First, the smell. There was this horrible odor inside, smelt like something was rotting. The place was also dirty, dust and grime everywhere, the chairs were torn and falling apart, they looked so nasty I chose to stand. I'm lactose intolerant and asked if I could get the Taro milk tea with some sort of milk substitute/get it non-dairy. They told me it was non-dairy yet had coffee creamer in it?? then they forgot my boba. They were very unclear about whether or not it was non-dairy or not. My friend and I waited around 25 minutes for a Taro milk tea and a mocktail. There were two other people in the store. The service was bad. The workers didn't seem to know what they were doing and gave very unclear "answers" (if you could call it that) about any question we had. We ordered at the counter because the order kiosks were confusing as there were multiple errors in wording or spelling. Everything was WAY overpriced, and at checkout, they didn't offer a receipt. I have never written a review anywhere ever, but this was so bad I had to leave one.

I love this place for their ice cream waffle desserts! My friend ALWAYS gets the Mega Nutella and I like to get a new one every time - today was the Birthday Bear, which was amazing as always! The food takes a bit of time to prepare because they make every single order fresh from scratch, but they never rush it so it always comes out perfect.

I would not recommend this place. Pictures are deceiving. Reviews are based upon waffle ice creams. Pro: friendly service Cons: The place smells bad, there is “stuff” all over that makes the atmosphere uncomfortable and crowded. Seats are either torn or sticky. As per the ice cream, the presentation is great, however the ice cream quality is poor and reminiscent of great value brand (poor). Not even close to being worth the price. Overall, very poor quality, taste, and atmosphere.

If you like ice cream 🍨 this is the spot! Mango Rabbit is the name of the spot and also the name of one of their BEST ice creams. You can customize your dessert to add multiple toppings. If you are elderly an adult, teen or child come and enjoy some amazingly delicious treats.

Had a really bad experience here. I ordered and paid through a delivery app, the driver arrived to pick up my order and was told that one of the items was not paid for. Despite showing them the order, and the item being on their own order ticket, the manager refused to give the item to the driver stating the store was not provided full payment and was losing money on the order. There were 3 items on my order, a 24oz iced coffee, a muffin top and an egg, sausage and waffle sandwich. The manager on duty apparently thinks that a coffee and a muffin top is $25, because the sandwich was not paid for? The poor driver was in the middle of a difficult situation and handled it very well. I won't be returning to this location, either in person or via delivery, which is a shame because there are so few alternatives to starbucks these days and the coffee is delicious.

The human Bean has a plethora of drinks to choose from. Don’t drink coffee? No worries they sell so many beverages they have something for everyone. Their coffee is strong but a little more expensive than Dutch Bros. Go check them out and let me know what you think about the taste. The place was clean the drive through was fast and the people working there were courteous. They also have outside seating so when the weather is nice you can enjoy the great out doors.

These girls are so sweet every time I go in they are wonderful and patient and make great coffee. They even gave me a rose on mother's Day 🌹

Won't order from here again. So paid over $50 for 2 coffees, 2 muffin tops, and 2 spicy sausage breakfast sandwiches. Only got 1 coffee (which was really good and only saving grace of this experience). They were out of the jalapeno cheddar biscuits to make the sandwiches so gave me bagels instead. Wouldn't have even ordered sandwiches if I'd known that. Overall very disappointed. If I had known this would've happened I would've ordered from somewhere else. I feel so ripped off right now.

A True Local Gem Cozy Corner Cafe in Mesa is exactly what the name promises—cozy, welcoming, and full of charm. I’ve been here a few times, and it just keeps getting better. The French toast was perfect—crispy outside, soft and fluffy inside. I also had pork chops and eggs with hashbrowns, and everything was prepared exactly how I like it. It’s comfort food done right. Even more impressive was the service. We were there at 8 a.m. on a Saturday—it wasn’t too busy yet—but one waitress was handling the whole floor and still managed to be super friendly and attentive. That kind of effort and attitude goes a long way. The menu has something for everyone, including vegetarian options and flexibility for food allergies or special requests. Whether you’re after a hearty breakfast or just a laid-back, friendly spot, Cozy Corner Cafe is a must-visit.

I switched it up today with the three meat skillet and raisin toast, and it was seriously tasty. The 50s-style diner vibe is super fun, Kris took great care of me like always, and the prices and food totally hit the mark.

Greeted at the door by the host who held it open for our group of three. Big smile and seemed genuinely glad to see us. We were seated quickly , service was top notch, and plenty of good food. I loved their kielbasa breakfast special with a great tasting pancake. I'll soon be a regular here.

I ordered the French Dip, it was really good. I’ve had other French dips before and loved the way this one tasted. Meat was fresh and tasty. Bread was also toasty, fresh, and not soggy. My only critique is that I wish the fries had more seasoning on them. Otherwise they have great shape and texture. The service was great. Staff was super friendly and we got our food (at a table of 5) during a busy time in like 5 minutes. I would’ve posted a picture but I ate it before I could take it lol.

I went with 2 other members of my family for lunch/breakfast and food was AWESOME!!!! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and would definitely get it again! My hubby and sister enjoyed their meals as well. Will go back soon! The only negative is the noise was a little loud but doable.

If I had to describe the Henhouse in one word, it would be thoughtfulness. The food is fantastic, and you can tell it is made with delicate care. It was very filling, as the portions were big. I appreciated the variety they had on their menu as well. The atmosphere is simple but also pleasant. We sat outside, and it was very relaxing! It was clean and I liked the decor they had. The service was also great, very friendly, and efficient! My biggest con would be the price. As I said the food is really good, but it was a bit priceier than I expected. Overall, though, I highly recommend the Henhouse!

Our daughter and fiancé excitedly recommended Hen House cafe at this location, 3244 E Guadalupe Rd, Gilbert, telling us that the chicken waffle was too be experienced, and indeed it was. Our server, Terry, long time employee was gracious and informative. You will see from our photos what we ordered. I tried the waffle (Belgian btw) with chicken, and add recommended an egg on the side to top the chicken, which was very good. The portions are generous. The food arrived pretty quickly and nice and warm. Fun and good experience. Give this location a try! Oh, j o early as they fill up quickly!!

Great food and staff. Had the hash and tomato basil soup. Both were good. Only reason for low stars was it felt like there was no AC when we went. People were fanning themselves with menus. Part of the restaurant had a tarp separating two sides of the place, which was weird. Other than that, it was great.

A friend recommended this spot and even though it was busy, we got seated right away. The food was amazing especially the huge fluffy biscuit, the coconut cream pie French toast and the cappuccino. Honestly one of the best brunches I’ve had in a while and I’d totally come back.

Our server did a good job working with our large party and did his best with the food allergies. They were out of a few things, but later in the meal, they arrived (odd), and we were able to add those on. Obviously, they are known for their giant pan cakes, which were good. Had the Cali Benedict, which I would order again.

We had a great breakfast at the Henhouse I got the corned beef hash and my husband had the machaca beef skillet with orange juice and coffee. The orange juice tasted super fresh, the coffee was alright, and my pancake swap was totally worth it since it was huge and had a tasty cinnamon flavor like a snickerdoodle. The place has plenty of seating and is a solid pick for anyone who loves breakfast food.

This is my go to place every single time I fly into Mesa Arizona. Theres 3 locations , one in Guadeloupe, Mesa, and Gilbert. I've been to all 3. The breakfast here is the best ive ever had of all my breakfast reviews. Taste 5 🌟 Presentation 5 🌟 Customer service 5 🌟 Atmosphere 5 🌟 And all the staff are very professional.

First time here with husband and daughter for brunch. Was seated fast, cute decor and things for sale upon entering. Very antique and out-dated atmosphere you would likely see in Sun City. Service was ok, not super friendly. Daughter had a Philly cheese steak and fries, big sandwich and she liked it ok. I ordered the Country Breakfast with 2 pancakes, eggs, sausage and my husband ordered the same except with bacon. Our meals were about $13 each, $4 per drink which I was shocked at a place like this one, and we added a full order of biscuits and gravy to share for $10. All in all, our bill was $60 before tip for the three of us. It wasn't a bad meal, but we've paid the same or less amount for the same or better quality. They gave us 20% off but I doubt we will be back. It's kind of out of our way but if you're local I would say it would be definitely somewhere to go if you're looking for a certain atmosphere.

I ate here with my husband and baby, and they were so nice. The food was so good just like eating at home without the mess to clean up. They were so nice with my baby and they had prompt service. We were done under a hour. Portion sizes were good and the price was cheaper than other places I have eaten.

Under new management and not to be missed ! Came here for dinner tonight after having not having been here in a year and were pleasantly surprised by the facelift that this diner has experienced. The new owner ripped out the tired, funky old carpets and replaced it with new flooring and took down all the plates that lined the walls. Gone are the arts n crafts for a nicer more welcoming and approachable entrance area. The food is very good and the new owner was open to suggestions on the menu and eager to make sure our meal was correct. They still serve RC cola which made us happy. Our meal was very good and we left full and happy. We will definitely be back to support this young business owner .

The Little Mesa Cafe is a perfect place to start your day. We had a fantastic breakfast of the Country Breakfast with French Toast and Steak and Eggs. We arrived about 8am and there was no wait for a booth. Natalie was took care of us and was great! We both finished our plates and didn't have anything left for take-home, so we ordered a Club Sandwich with Fries to-go. The club is excellent and the fried might be the best I have had anywhere. If you are in the Mesa area and looking for a casual and delicious meal, I can't recommend The Little Mesa Cafe enough. You won't be disappointed and will be supported a local family-owned business.

Never tried before last week…my Dad chose it for his bday lunch :-) it was surprisingly delicious! The restaurant itself appears a bit dated but the food was great….food quality and taste is the most important thing when dining out 😁 I had the special- pasta tortellini….they even gave a complimentary slice of pie and ice cream! Very yummy!

Saw an ad for this on FB, kids eat free in June, so we stopped in. My husband, toddler and I are big breakfast fans and this place did not disappoint. Every part of the meal was perfection. Pancakes. French toast. Bacon. Sausage. Eggs. Home fries. Seriously, 10 out of 10. I will be back here many more times. We want to try lunch/dinner next. Perfect breakfast for the family. Wonderful service.

Our group decided we would try a new place for breakfast while in the area. As first timers, we did not know what to expect, but good food was what we wanted. As we entered, we were greeted at the front door and then led to our table for four people without delay. ((The merch is worth a look: the tshirts are rather humorous)) So far, so good. Just after being seated, our server, Taylor, acknowledged us, left menus, and let us know that she would return to our table soon. She returned within a minute and took drink orders. What impressed us immediately, was that Taylor was very knowledgeable about the menu and several of the plates that Bisbee Breakfast Club served, and if you have looked at the pictures of the menu, you will note that there are several offerings. She took our order after highly recommending the in-house prepared sausage that is served at BBC (btw: we took our two extra sausage patties home so that we can snack on them later). The food arrived in a timely manner and we not only enjoyed the portion size, but the food was excellent. Overall, the Bisbee Breakfast Club is definitely a go-to for breakfast.

Our server, Amy, was exceptional. What really stood out was how she handled 5 different tables of regulars. She had their coffee ready on the table before they even sat down, greeted each one by name, and even had some of their meals already going before they ordered. That kind of personalized service is rare and says a lot about how long she’s been there and how much the customers trust her. Even though it was our first time, Amy treated us with the same attention and care. She gave us a great rundown of the menu and let us know that most of the food and sauces are made in-house. She even brought out a sample for us to taste which was a thoughtful touch that made us feel welcomed. We ordered the scrambled eggs with brisket, which were delicious and cooked just right. Amy checked on us several times, kept my coffee filled, and made sure we had everything we needed. The owner was also on-site, very hands-on and friendly, greeting us personally, which added to the warm, community feel of the place. This location has been around for about 10 years, and it shows. They’ve got the food, the service, and the vibe dialed in. We’ll definitely be back to try more dishes. Highly recommend!

Went to Panera for a sandwich today but apparently ordered their new ‘bread only’ special. Shoutout to Samantha at the counter (she was great), but the kitchen must’ve thought I was carb-loading for a marathon. Hopefully next time my sandwich actually has… a sandwich in it.

First off I will say that the staff are always super pleasant and they got my order done very quickly. That being said, I ordered pick two for takeout. I got the Cobb salad with extra feta cheese. I don't know about you but that's not my idea of extra anything. And where is the bacon? This is not a Cobb salad. Super disappointed and for the price? I paid $17 for a bowl of soup and a salad not the way I ordered it. So. Disappointed.

Panera Bread always hits the spot, especially with their Pick Two deal! For just $6.99, I got the tuna sandwich and creamy tomato soup—comfort food at its best. It even came with a big, fresh hunk of bread on the side. I also grabbed the papaya green tea (seriously, so refreshing!) The vibe inside is cozy and peaceful—it reminds me of simpler times. It’s one of those places where you actually want to sit and eat instead of rushing out. Love it here. 💛

Ordered delivery and they screwed up 3 of 4 of the items up. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. I just got out of the hospital with esophagitis I’ve barely been able to eat in two weeks. I can only tolerate light things like chicken noodle soup it’s why I ordered it. I barely order from Panera these days because it’s over hyped and over priced. This is the last time. Neither of our soups were the right size and the soup has a packaged taste. I’ll be reversing the charges with my bank. Customer service sucks.

I always come here for a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. But yesterday I decided to go with the chicken noodle soup. Drove 15 minutes home just to find soup had no chicken, noodles, or vegetables. Seems like they gave me what was left...

The scones were delicious and the store was clean except the coffee station. Panera tea should offer rewards members a “deal” on a drink with any food order. Really disappointed the team member that checked us out didn’t seem to care about the customer at all. She was sullen and short.

This place is amazing and truly cares about their customers AND community. Excellent service and the highest quality. They recently made a gracious donation of refreshments for our 9/11 event at American Leadership Academy - Mesa North. The families truly enjoyed the treats. I can't think the Kneaders staff enough for all they do.

After a not so great visit to a place next door, we decided to visit Kneaders. Best decision to end out trip to AZ. From start to finish we were so thankful we stopped in. The staff was amazing. The atmosphere was so warming, and the food was outstanding. Thank you to Gina, our friend from KY, and the manager (I couldn't remember her name) for making us feel so welcome!

This is $6 worth of cheesecake. Portions continue to shrink here despite the high prices.

We came to this location after having multiple awful experiences at another location. We came for their free Mother's Day French Toast. They were extremely well prepared. As we went to sit down they were bringing our food to us because they already had lots of French Toast ready. The manager was very engaging. She recognized that we had little children with us so she went and grabbed our utensils for us and gave us their sturdier cups. Overall the staff that we were in contact with were very kind. We will be continuing to come to this location and telling others to come here too.

This food here is the best. It’s fresh and healthy and this is truly one of my favorite places to eat. However, the service is horrible. I order at minimum 3 times a week and almost every time I get my food delivered something is missing or wrong. The manager usually provides a replacement meal but it’s really horrible when you order your lunch and don’t receive what you ordered. You either go without or have to drive there to get your order corrected. I’m talking missing avocado on a TBA, missing turkey on the Avocado salad that I paid extra for, missing sides, drinks and modifications to orders. Today I picked up my meal and didn’t catch that they put ranch (lactose intolerant) instead of the Balsamic I ordered. I didn’t notice until I got back to my office. I’m so sick of calling them that I’m writing this review in hopes they start to do a better job. My salad is dry and some if my fruit is nasty! Thanks for messing up my order as always!

It’s okay. Cafeteria environment, hard benches. We went for breakfast. The coffee didn’t taste good for me and my husband. The food tasted fine, but on the pricey side spent nearly $40. Their 12 grain bread is super good! I buy it from them sometimes.

had shared some takeout during the pandemic, and looked forward to visiting in person. Visit was Extremely Disappointing..... Friend ordered a chicken salad sandwich that didn't have enough salad to cover a thin layer of the entire croissant, and we were advised that this is the norm; there is a designated portion size (one tiny takeout dressing sized cup) premade for each sandwich ordered. Sadly, the Turtle cheesecake, same issue TINY portion, I even jokingly asked if my friend ate some on the way home. If you're going to be stingy with portion size, you shouldn't charge $9.99. Just sayin!

Quaint small Dinner like Cafe. Food is nothing special but we'll priced! Servers made sure coffee was and delivered the check as the food came out. So they were efficiently lazy. They were very nice and friendly though. Flavor in Gravey needs help and they would have some great plates. Overall nice place to fill your belly for a fair price.

People, don't eat here. When I have an urgent Chicken Fried Steak requirement, I prefer not to fight crowds. This place is an absolute hole in the wall in the best way. CFS is one of the better on the east side. Very good and great portion sizes. Omelets and breakfast bowls are also great. Service has always been excellent. Best thing, most breakfast meals are under $15. Currently, this is our go-to for breakfast. Please don't tell a lot of people.

We came here just to try it and had an odd experience while out for a ride one morning. The food was ok, not great but good. Tue service was good but when I paid in cash with an amount about $20 over the bill the server took the cash and didn’t come back. I had to go ask for my change. I gave her better than a 20% tip but that was just so odd. We will not be going back.

I came here after walking around the Gilbert Riparian Preserve. Perfect fuel for the rest of my (pointless) work trip to the Mesa area! Knocked down one star because the butter on the toast tasted more like oil versus real butter. Service was great, though!

I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich with bacon egg, and cream cheese on a plain bagel, also a poppyseed bagel with cream cheese and strawberry jam on it. Maybe it was my fault for ordering on grub hub and not actually going in store. Both items were literally BOMBED with cream cheese. So much that it was just not satisfying to eat because it was overpowering and extremely messy. The bagel breakfast sandwich had so much cream cheese I had to scrape off MOUNDS of it. The bagel I ordered with cream cheese and jelly once again had MOUNDS of cream cheese, barely any jelly. The whole order was a sloppy mess. No care put in to making these orders. Maybe they’re busy, maybe they hate grubhub orders, idk. Like I said, maybe if you order in store, it might be better, but I was soooo hungry stuck at work when I ordered this and it was such a huge disappointment. I’ve now asked my man to go pick up chick Fil a for me because I’m still hungry. Whether it’s an in-store order, online, carryout, or delivery, you should take pride in what you sell to people. Do better. This was so gross. I love cream cheese, but I don’t need a whole tub of it on one bagel. Come on.

This place has been a constant since my husband and I moved to the area in 2015. Since then, it has been hit or miss with our bagel orders. When we order, we like our bagels toasted. We did not know there was a double or triple toasted option. Even when putting that in the order (ordering from counter or kiosk) bagels are barely warm or lightly toasted. The bagels have had definitely a roll consistency versus dense like a Chompie's bagel. We also liked the promotion of getting a free drink with a bagel sandwich order. It can get costly to spend $25+ on two bagel sandwiches. I mentioned double toasted this morning and it looks like it was applied only to my husband's lox bagel but it definitely had no signs of being double toasted.

First timer here! Good, not great bagels. They are more like rolls or bread because they aren’t dense like traditional bagels! They even taste like more like bread than a bagel. I ordered a pastrami sandwich and there wasn’t a lot of meat at all. I was very disappointed. I think I prefer Einstein’s as commercial as they are. I guess I’m use to delicatessens that serve bagels and sandwiches. Growing up in NYC, many Jewish bakeries and delicatessens were available. There used to be Karsh’s Jewish Bakery and Scott’s deli next door to them on 7th Street and Missouri in Phoenix. However, they closed about 10 years ago. Chompie’s has changed, not consistent and commercialized. Miracle Mile Deli on 16th Street and Highland is a good delicatessen type restaurant. No bagels though. SkySong New York Bagels and Bialys on Scottsdale Road and McDowell Road is good. I’d go there again.

I honestly wished I would have saved my food to take pictures, but it was so incredible. It was gone before I knew it! The staff was super friendly and helped me order suggesting a few bagel options for the Nova lox. Ultimately, I ended up getting the chongo which was just incredible! The salmon was flavorful, fresh, and something I would get again and recommend out to friends and family! I also got the jalapeño cheddar bagel with the jalapeño cream cheese. The freshness of the ingredients and the bagels are unmatched, and I will absolutely be back to check out more of their menu. If I could rate them higher, I absolutely would !

Love love love this place. My wife and kids would say that same thing. At least once a week we wake up and just want Kokobelli. Fresh bagels and we mostly get the breakfast bagel sandwiches. Smoothies are a family favorite too. I always recommend coming in as over uber is more expensive and orders get mixed up easier.

I feel like you can always tell what kind of bagel spot it is based on if they spend time on having real avacado! What a bummer ! The processes was a little longer than I thought necessary and the place could be a little cleaner. I scraped some of the guac spread off and it was decent. It had some taste or a fridge so maybe that was the cream cheese? I’m not sure :(

Ignore the low/ 1 star reviews based on too much cream cheese, or the avocado spread.. “I rank a bagel place on avocado spread”.. who are you ? Great bagels. They are big. Amazing veggie cream cheese. They have a Lox cream cheese also. I finally tried a french toast bagel wow. I was a Einsteins fan before coming here but it’s no contest imo.

First time at Sweet Land Cakes. Had the Pavo which had shredded turkey and cheese with a choice of mayo and/or mustard on it. Very flavorful though a bit dry! Bread was very good, slightly sweet and soft. The service was friendly but it took awhile for the lady to come out of the back. Pastries were very good as well.

Can’t speak for the cakes or treats, but our lunch of Cuban sandwiches here a few weeks ago was absolutely delicious! One of the best I’ve had in Arizona, hands down. Owners we’re extremely friendly. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

Donut is decent, nothing extraordinary…. Could get about the same at Dunkin’ Not many to choose from, but I won’t knock them because I was there at Sunday at 11….. All of this said, the shop is WEIRD. It’s part swap-meet on one side, part donut shop, it’s dark, and it didn’t seem like they had any staff other than the one woman working and I didn’t see any breakfast sandwiches or smoothies as advertised on the windows …. TBH - nothing inherently wrong, it was just a strange experience. The woman working was nice enough, she threw in some extra donut holes… however, I think just overall I won’t be going back… food was not good enough to be worth the strange experience.

Yummy donuts and coffee. Very impressed with staff. We dropped two donuts on the floor while waiting for our coffee. The staff was very kind and replaced those for us at no cost to us. They did not need to do that, since it was our fault. That's the kind of act that makes small businesses outshine competition. We would HIGHLY recommend Mesa Donuts.

Veteran owned small donut shop. The absolute best homemade glazed donuts I have ever had. Also have basic croissant sandwiches, the ham and cheese one is awesome as well, but just a thin piece of ham and an piece of cheese in between a house made croissant. No real breakfast sandwiches. Staff was very nice as well.

Ordered 6 donuts, but didn't realize it was after 1pm and they still were kind enough to serve me. Limited selection, but as a last minute decision to stop by, I couldn't expect anything more. They normally close at 1pm. Thank you for being so kind, and for the extra donut. 😀

Im kinda picky re food and service especially with prices skyrocketing. For those who k ow me, im brutally honest, candid, be it good or bad. Everybody has bad days but today at this quaint newly found cafe that's been around for awhile now it was awesome!! Andrea helped me decide and was patient, helpful, offered great perspective and was smiles throughout. I chose the Chipotle burrito...perfect!! Now im not a fan of "too hot" and it's different for each person. It was right on the fringe for me but mellowed as I ate (on the side), has a great flavor I've never encountered. To me, it had a Thai flavor and matching color, but absolutely 💯 awesomeness. I'd go back merely for this sauce. The tortilla was wheat, greatly grilled, piping hot and delicious. Now add the medium salsa which has a deep red color, thick and looked amazing until I tasted the most amazing flavors...what hit me best was the extra punch of garlic (love garlic) and not runny watery which made it better. AN ABSOLUTELY GREAT breakfast burrito...can't wait to go back.

The food has great flavor but the presentation does not match the value paid for. My order was $13. Also, several people came after me and had their order served prior to mine… I understand they maybe deliveries or online orders but waiting so long when there was only 1 person in front of me, lower my experience. Went through the drive through with my daughter and we received our drinks with long straws and asked nicely for shorter ones and we received one so I asked for an additional and you would have thought I asked for the moon and the stars. Wow. Maybe next time ask the customer before assuming the straw size of your gonna have suck an issue.

Apparently the door dash order wasn't received by starbucks correctly (see pic of order directly from door dash app, did not ask for no ice...) not a big deal, but could have done without the weird note all over the cup.. called starbucks to ask why I got a cup with 1 inch of matcha and water, the girl on the phone must have been the one who wrote the note because she was not very nice. Maybe next time have the door dash driver call the customer, because who would order a frap with no ice, it's not even an option on door dash app!

How do you mess up your own signature drink. I been getting the lavender oat milk matcha latte for a couple weeks now. Usually at the Frys location came here because this is closest to my house. I’ll never make that mistake again. 😷 I can’t tip my guy at the Frys location & he deserves all the tips this place is getting. Lol

Wish I could give zero stars. I’m not sure if google was wrong or if the employees are closing early but online it states that the store is open until 8 but my family and I went at 7pm and the store was closed down. The employee was quite rude telling us to go away and that they close at 6:30. We ended up going to another location that had their correct hours scheduled

I never had issues with this location until today. Drive-thru service was horrible with only 2 vehicles in front of me. It took about 15 min to reach the window and waited another 5min before my beverages handed to me. I had noticed about 6 other beverages on the cashier counter. If you are working the window then you need to be available. I will never go back to this store again.

I came here the other day literally at 6:25 and they close at 6:30 and I felt so bad. But whoever was working this shift thank you guys so much for the amazing service ! They got my drink PERFECT. I asked them to make sure my matcha is more drink than foam (because everywhere I go it’s always more foam than liquid ) and they met my needs with absolutely no doubts in their work or complaints. Usually when you request this people will say it’s hard to do that with no ice in it but this crew the evening I came did it with no problem! I also wanted to point out that I appreciate them being so kind to me especially since I came right before close. They made me feel so welcomed and I wish I got their names but it was two girls and a guy and if I remember correctly the guy had glasses. Just wanted to shout them out. Also I started coming here because the one by my house is so terrible they always ALWAYS get my drink wrong and I got so fed up with dealing with that Apache location I started to come here and they have never had a problem with making my OG drink which is a white mocha with vanilla pumps. Anyways just wanted to show appreciation to this location since the one in Apache is literally garbage don’t ever go there! I like this location a lot and would highly recommend coming here for good service and quality drinks !

They tried to upsell me with food so I picked the banana bread. It has to be the most disgusting thing ever. It tasted old,no banana taste, and had a weird mushy texture. I need a refund. That was like 4 bucks.

I literally live on the road, and strive to find unique shops for my delightful caffeine addiction. Today's choice does not disappoint. Located on the corner of a strip mall, there is plenty of outdoor seating as well as indoor space. The place has high energy, and a very upbeat vibe. The baristas were very cheerful and helpful with our coffee drinks. They have a motto here called "FUEL YOUR STORY." After all, isn't that one of the beautiful things about caffeine? That it not only energizes but gives you fuel and confidence to face your day? We opted to have a couple of espresso drinks. The espresso is a very balanced roast, and is not burnt or charcoal flavored at all. Would I recommend this place? Yes, definitely. Would I come back next time I'm in the area? Yes! Trust me, you will not be disappointed to make this your regular stop.

This is a nice place and the people are great. I had the veggie burrito, and after my first bite, I remembered why I hadn't had one in a year. Pretty dry, and the sauce is weak. In general I would like to see a better food choices. On a bight note, the coffee is great.

I came when this place first opened, happy baristas, good quality coffee. Forward to this year, there is one female very short, eyelashes worked today at 514am, pulled up to the menu board it said where they are not taking orders and to pull up to window. I pull up to window and waited couple of minutes but she was more interested in talking to the guy up front and forgot customer service. She needs to put on a smile even if she's not a morning person.

What a difference a day makes … Monday I brought my daughter here on the way to work, everything was perfect 5star. Today we come back and the blonde girl ignores my request for a little ice in my hot coffee so I’m driving around with a boiling cauldron of undrinkable caffeine for 30 minutes before I can take a sip. Not good. Ditch the Tuesday crew and promote the Monday crew. 🤷‍♂️

This Black Rock coffee location is the best I have seen so far! They have the usual glass garage door that opens to the outside and they have outside seating! That’s a big deal for Arizona during the winter time. The bathrooms were clean and their drinks are larger than Starbucks. Who loves Black Rock coffee products? What’s your favorite?

I ordered my sandwich online and drove to work only to find it burnt and black. I would understand if it were busy at the time and could’ve been forgotten but by the time I got there they placed it in the online order section and there were 2 people on there.

I usually come here for lunch and always order a croissant sandwich, but the quality has gone way downhill, declined DRASTICALLY. Lately the croissants have been consistently burnt, not just toasted, but dry, overbaked, and hard to chew. This photo is from today’s order, and it speaks for itself. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect food I can actually eat. I used to enjoy this location, but if this keeps up, I’ll have to go elsewhere. Please train the staff to watch bake times, customers deserve better.

Try employing actual adults to work here and the service will be better. Busiest day of the week ( Sunday) and not one adult in sight. All teenagers. Sorry, but kids don’t know jack about running a business. I saw free food and drinks for employees high school friends, that got served before waiting paying customers. Food at DD Is great im from the east coast. That said NEVER GO HERE. I walked in to the most awkward situation 3 people behind the counter frozen like statuses. The younger guy was swearing profanity and complaining about the time. The lady taking my order smirked at me the same guy made a point to sprawl himself over the counter to show how tierd he was and the manager had just given up. She looked like this was an everyday thing. I will not be back

Coffee was good, however, the staff were having inappropriate conversation the entire 5 minutes I was there. To the point where I just had to walk out and could not enjoy my coffee there. Management needs to address.

I used to love Dunkin, so I went today and what a HUGE let-down. The selection was horrible, all my favorites they don't even have anymore. I picked 6 and took them home and shared with my family. They were disgusting. I swear the the donut were at least 3 days old. Tasted horrible and gross and it was all of them. Too bad so many places don't even try anymore. Will not be going back.

I ordered 6 donuts from the McKellips store and had Door Dash deliver them. They were the WORST donuts I’ve ever had. They were stale. The Boston cream was the only good one out of the bunch. Never again

I accidentally ordered at the wrong location and told them my situation and they decided to make it for me anyways. So sweet and they didn’t even hesitate to make it for me. For me it meant a lot because of the fact that I used my stars for the drink. Whoever the two girls I talked to were literally saved me and made my day 10x better. Wish I got their names!!

The SLOWEST drive thru Starbucks I have ever been too . EVERY single time I come through it is always a long wait ! Zero issues at other locations up the road. I order 2 drinks and it takes almost 10 minutes to get me out of the drive thru ( including cars in front of me) So slow. Seriously please create a better work flow .

Placed my mobile order at 10:42 am and at 11:07 am was still not complete. Slowest experience ever at a Starbucks. And not even an apology. And what happened to the relaxing background music? The irritating paganism playing in the background was nauseating. The one day I forget my AirPods at home…Still overall three stars because at least they got the order prepared correctly; minimum expectations met; average experience. Certainly not what I would expect from my team if I were leading them

I don’t like leaving negative review but here goes. I came in this morning & ordered my drink. When they handed it back to me there was zero coffee in it. It was a pure white hot cup of sweet cream. When I polity mentioned that they might have forgotten something the barista immediately gave me attitude. She turned to the other woman who made it & they both insisted that they put coffee in it. I had the lid off to show her. Anyone could have seen it was pure white. I so mentioned again that there was no coffee in it. I even tasted it in front of her & said, yeah there’s no coffee in this. She insisted there was. We went back & forth for a few moments & she finally said she make it again, kinda rude. I mentioned that’s not necessary, just add the coffee. She told me she already added coffee & she cousins give me any away for free… but stated that she would make it again…. Is that giving away coffee for free? So I waited & got my coffee. I was late to my appointment (used the app so I wouldn’t be) and annoyed but what ever I got my coffee. It’s been a busy day so I stopped by the same Starbucks in the afternoon, this time I did not check my coffee to stir it like I normally did because I felt weird being in there from this morning. Guess what. No coffee in this drink & no sweat creme. WTH? Why cant baristas just admit it when they make a mistake? They will just argue w a customer then make me feel like I’m the jerk. Then get it wrong again. I will never visit this Starbucks again. I spend money w this company every day, I can tell you when the baristas make my drink wrong & I know what ingredient they left out when they do get it wrong. Business 101x don’t argue w your customers & be snippy especially when you’re wrong. So annoyed w this location. Be better.

Welp. It’s Starbucks. What can be said about this place in a review?! Let’s see. It’s the chain that singlehandedly modernized and bastardized coffee in the western world. My cup of coffee that I received today tasted surprisingly sweeter and felt stingingly more expensive than I had expected. That being said, I went to this place knowing full well what I would receive and what would be taken from me. It is what it is.

Went through the drive through, it was a really long line. We put in our order. Even clarified and had it repeated that all donut holes should be just regular glazed. We got home and the 20+donut holes were mixed, no one will eat them here. The hash browns were cold and soggy. The 1 vanilla sprinkle donut was in the bag upside down so that made it have no frosting. The only thing not messed up was the coffee. Most upset about the donut holes though. Super disappointed to get all the way home just to find out I just wasted money on food no one in my house will eat. My young child begged for us to take him. Then this. Just another reason bosa is better. Went here for the drive through out of convenience. Never again. My boyfriend went back to have it fixed and they told him they gave us what they had. They didn't have enough to give us all glazed so they mixed them. Since we requested otherwise, why not tell us you don't have enough. And the lady working was pissy because my boyfriend said the donut holes were wrong and needed to be fixed or refunded and she said you got what we had. Luckily he's much calmer than me because it's ridiculous to screw something up for a paying customer then blame them for it. This place is a joke. In the picture those are chocolate and strawberry filled... Not glazed. There were 4 glazed.

Horrible. Ordered a cold brew with almond milk and caramel and an apple fritter to which she replied “we don’t sell that anymore”, the girl didn’t repeat it back my order to me just replied “pull forward” when I said ok just the coffee, got up to the window and saw that it was basically all milk. Asked for more coffee or to have it remade and she says she put a shot in it and was annoyed that I even asked but it tasted awful- still mostly milk with no flavoring when I requested caramel. Not worth my time to go complain AGAIN but those girls working the front are very rude. If you hate your job so much, why are you working there and taking it out on your guests with an attitude? I haven’t had such a terrible experience at a Dunkin before but definitely won’t be returning to this location.

I’ve lived near this Dunkin’ for years and continue to stop by regularly. Unfortunately, the speed of service has gotten worse and worse. No matter the day or time, and even if you order ahead through the app, you’re almost guaranteed to wait 10–20 minutes. My usual order is just a medium coffee and something small to eat, but I’ve had to sit in the drive-thru for nearly that long on most visits. I hope management takes notice, because it’s frustrating to see a place I’ve supported for years become so unreliable. But on a more happier note, the workers have always been pleasant and polite!

The "manager" of this store is a joke. When I had to return because they put the order together incorrectly (munchkins, seriously how difficult!!!!) - the response was they were out of what I ordered and the "manager" was at the window and her excuse was "we are busy". Seriously??? When I responded by telling her they still need to complete the orders correctly, she laughed - which completely explains why the store runs like it does! DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THIS DUNKIN DONUTS!!!! ANOTHER UPDATE - THEY FAILED TO REVERSE THE CHARGE SO NOT ONLY IS THE MANAGER AN UNPROFESSIONAL JERK BUT NOW THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY - I GAVE THEM BACK THE ORDER, THEY TOOK MY DEVICE TO REFUND BIT DIDN'T REFUND IT - BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE AND THIS STORE - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO. JOKE, THEY WILL REFUND THEOUGH THE APP, WHICH I DON'T HAVE!

I am a frequent here and I am very disappointed at the service I received. They updated the point system for some reason and when I went to go redeem my free drink, it took my points and I was told that I still have to pay for my drink even though that I just redeemed my free drink not sure how that’s OK now I’m sitting online trying to get a hold of the Dunkin representatives to get my 600 points back which I think is ridiculous. I spend so much money there I feel like they could’ve just handed me the drink or figure it out for me instead of telling me to call corporate. I spent a lot of money and I spend a lot of money in a week to get my 600 points to get my free coffee so I’m not very happy about it. also trying to get a hold of corporate for anything is a joke they said they’re supposedly gonna email me in two days. We’ll see if I return back. :(

The drive thru staff needs to practice their active listening skills. I’ve visited this location eight times in two weeks. My order was incorrect five of the eight times.

To be so honest, the people there were so mean to me. The lady taking my order in drive thru was rude to me, rushed me while i was trying to figure out my order, and had such an attitude with me. At the window, the lady cashing me out was ALSO rude to me. Didn’t tell me my total, took my card without saying anything to me, and didn’t even have the courtesy to say “Have a good rest of your day,” after handing me my food. I work in drive thru and I know how many people’s days I make saying have a good day alone, and i didn’t even get the bare minimum. ON TOP OF THAT, when i got home, after eating half of my bacon eggs and cheese sandwich, there was a huge piece of plastic in it! Thanks for making my morning not the best❤️

The service at the drive-thru was unacceptable. The lady taking my order was extremely rude, rushing us to finish and cutting us off while we were trying to give our order. It was clear she wasn’t listening, which led to my order being completely wrong. As for the food, the sprinkled donut had barely any sprinkles, the avocado toast was overwhelmingly topped with bacon instead of avocado, and the donuts tasted stale. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning.

This location has really been lacking. This is usually my favorite location but after SEVERAL visits where I get my drink like this I think I’m going to boycott this location for a while.

Went here to get a frozen drink with my hubby. Walked into the store and waited 5 minutes for someone to help us. Nobody came out. The displaywas completely empty and they had empty racks In the dining area. We just ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Definitely won't be returning. I would give this location negative stars if I could.

We went to this location and waited almost 10 minutes for service, which never did show up. There was one customer sitting at a table and no one at the drive thru. The man in the dining area said there were 2 employees working but it sounded like they were watching videos or a movie in the back of the store. Disappointed, we won’t be going back to this location.

If there is one thing consistent about this particular store, it's their inconsistency with getting orders correct. I even asked if they added the extra espresso shot and he said yes. When I returned with the drink I heard alot of laughing from employees about the mistake.... well it wasn't funny to me as I had to go 4 miles extra to get it corrected.

Honestly, I think I talk about this restaurant at least once a week 😅 I love being able to turn my anxiety off a little bit when I come here because everything on the menu is safe for my (multiple) allergies and I can eat without worry. Everything I've ever ordered here has been delicious, the staff is friendly and the owners are incredibly kind.

The food: totally awesome and safe to eat! The service: wonderful, showstopping, spectacular. The vibes: immaculate.

My first and last time here. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and it was inedible. I got 2/3 slices of really thin fried chicken in my sandwich. It was incredibly tough and impossible to take bites out of. It looked like someone took scraps of chicken and smashed it together into thin slices. The fries were not good, not terrible. They were fresh, but soggy and flavorless. We waited for our food for over 25 minutes when it wasn’t particularly busy. The staff was nice but the service was just too slow. I do not recommend coming here. There are plenty of other places with allergy accommodating food that’s actually edible.

First off, the food is delicious. The seating and atmosphere are pleasant, and the staff are warm and friendly. I don't have any significant food allergies personally, but would happily eat at Intentional Foods regularly. But my wife and young nieces have multiple severe food allergies, and it makes eating out a challenge (and my brother's family just skips eating out most of the time). It's such a relief to know what you order is safe for everyone, and you could see the delight in my nieces' reactions to be included, get to order their favorites, indulge in dessert, etc.

Intentional Foods is truly a gem! Not only do they serve up some of the most delicious desserts I’ve ever had, but their entire menu is thoughtfully created to be gluten-free and allergy-friendly—something that makes dining here feel safe, welcoming, and full of love. The staff is absolutely wonderful; every visit feels like being cared for by family. Their kindness and attention make the whole experience even sweeter. As for the food—wow. The Quinoa Sauté is an absolute must-try, bursting with flavor and perfectly satisfying and grab the carrot ginger soup from the cold case. And when it comes to their pastries, you honestly can’t go wrong. Every single one I’ve tried has been incredible—they truly never miss! Intentional Foods is more than just a restaurant; it’s a place that feeds both body and soul. Highly recommend! 🌿💛

I can't even express the joy I had walking in this place!!! Everything we had was delicious, and they even have baked goods!!! Yay!!! I would not hesitate to come back here. Thank you for making a safe place for those of us with a food allergy. 🥰🥰 I met two friends here, both from different states, and they were also really happy.

I ordered a Venti and paid for a venti and they only filled up my cup to this. I also ordered extra caramel and extra pumps of sweetener and I don’t see any caramel and it was not sweetened.

I got to the store 15 min before closing and the “guy” looked at me and said “sorry we are close the store close at 8 so dose me and I do it before closing” what a good service I’ll never buy anything again in Starbucks anyway there coffee is sucks!

So me and my sister came here and got the cookies and cream frap and the fruity pebbles frap. They looled amazing so we left hapily, but little did we know they weren't made right. The cookies and cream was honestly done very poorly with having chuncks off ice, and it just not having even remotely enough white mocha, and the fruity pebbles frap honestly just tasted like a strawberry frap. I'm quite a bit disappointed since i usually love coming here.

This was inside a Target. Didn't have anything to eat, had a new drink and it was good. The only issue was that there was only 1 person doing all the drinks, so we had to wait a bit. Need to have 2 people all the time. Especially when it's busy.

This store is located inside a Safeway grocery store. When I arrived there was no one at the stand. After waiting about 5 minutes an employee sauntered up with a bag of replacement cups. She asked what I wanted and I told her. As a way of apologizing for my wait, she did not charge me for the extra shot of espresso. The beverage tasted great and I was happy it was under $5!!

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks. With only one or two employees usually working, the line can get backed up quickly. The prices are good, the employees are friendly, and everything is always clean. The seating area is tucked away so you don't feel like you are sitting in the middle of the store.

I had to buy a couple of gift cards for the employees at the McKee branch of the boys & girls club here in Fountain Hills. Needless to say the employees here made the process seamless and easy. We figured out that about $7.75 was the most that any of the largest drinks could possibly be, LOL so I loaded three cards with that amount and have distributed two of the three to very happy boys and girls club employees. They work very hard for our kids and I'm very appreciative of them 😊 so I figured even a coffee would make their day... and it did!!👌😃 So, thank you Starbucks and boys and girls club for taking good care of our kids this summer!

I was going to purchase two cups and the woman working was bashing Starbucks with another customer. I was just awkwardly waiting and waiting to purchase them but decided not to. Maybe it felt like forever because I felt so awkward. Definitely wasn’t a good time to purchase them…

I went there this morning shopping for groceries. Decided to get some coffee. The woman behind the counter. Was coughing her lungs out. Not covering her mouth and no mask. I didn't wait. I left. I couldn't believe it. I didn't want coffee from there.

We bought large and 2 medium mocha and some sandwiches and our drinks are only three quarter full like someone already drink on it. It's frustrating when you buy and wait and your drink is half full.

The guy was rude. Pretty much dropped my change on the counter. And no cup holders.. So I ordered 5 coffees and have to carry them???? What a great outlook. I believe the guys name is Nicholas. Not very friendly to customers. If he doesnt like his job he should find a new one. And you need to people on sundays at this time.

A Well Rounded Coffee Joint...Chill Or Catch Some Tube On Their Flat Screen. Always Spiffy And The Smiles Are Real. Maybe Have Doughnut, Check Your Social Sites With Free Y-FI! And, "Mr. Clean" Would Be Proud. Shop Away After That Yummy Caffeine Kick.
