Sugarlips Cakery, established in 2006, is a renowned custom cakery located in Mesa. Specializing in personalized services and high-quality cakes, they have over 15 years of experience creating stunning designs and delicious flavors for all occasions. The idea for Sugarlips was born in 1995 when the owner's first child was on the way, leading to a passion for cake decorating.
We chose Sugarlips for our wedding cake as they were listed as the preferred vendor for Garden Tuscana, the reception hall we had booked. I actually had another bakery in mind for our wedding and the cake was going to cost well over $1000. But through the preferred vendor package pricing at Garden Tuscana, I believe it ended up being $350 for a 4 tier cake, which was a no brainer! At first I thought to myself “I’ve never heard of this place.” But after one quick Yelp search, my mouth was watering. I was excited to try it out!
We booked a cake tasting prior to our wedding. They are very coordinated and had us input our preferred cake and fillings in advance of the meeting. The day of our meeting, they even had a private little seating nook and a welcome sign for us. It was really sweet (no pun intended). They gave us three half cupcakes (which are pretty big!) all topped with vanilla buttercream and the three mousses of our choice. I was also able to discuss vision with our consultant. Luckily, I had one picture I showed her which was pretty simple. Four layers in an ivory color and then the florist would really do all the rest. I’m very happy we did the cake tasting because some of them were ones we thought we’d like and then chose not go go with them and replace them with other flavors. They even gave us additional samples because we were so fickle. And beyond that, they had flavors on the menu that weren’t in stock the day we came, so my fiancé ordered them special and picked them up the following week so we could taste test them. Fortunately, our tasting was 3.5 months before the wedding which gave us a lot of time to choose.
Part of the reason it was so tough to narrow it all down was because we had 4 tiers plus a sheet cake! We were allowed to choose a separate flavor for each one. Knowing that we were going to take the top tier home, we opted to keep that flavor the same as the base flavor. We ended up with Marble Cake with Chocolate Mousse, Pink Champagne Cake with Coconut Mousse, Banana Cake with Strawberry Preserve, and Confetti Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. It was delicious and I’m very happy we went with the multi-flavor options for our guests.
We received many compliments on the cake and some even shared that it was the best wedding cake they’ve ever had! One of my friends still tells me about it and said she even went back to Ohio and told everyone how amazing our wedding cake was. Hah! I’m SO happy we went with Sugarlips and honestly, they have much better cake than the original bakery I was going to select for our wedding. I know it’s pretty far out of the way, but next time I need a specialty cake, you can be sure I’ll head over to Mesa to get Sugarlips!

Our 6in wedding cake and 60 guest cupcakes were an absolute hit at our wedding 4/12/25! Everything was delivered to our venue without any problems. We received many compliments on the great flavors and how pretty they all were. We will definitely recommend Sugarlips Cakery to friends and family in the future! I’ve been ordering cakes from Sugarlips Cakery for 14 years, and they never disappoint! From my own birthday cakes to special ones for my husband and all of my kids, every single cake has been absolutely delicious and beautifully decorated. The quality, creativity, and attention to detail are unmatched. Not only do their cakes look incredible, but they taste amazing—moist, flavorful, and always a hit at every celebration. The team at Sugarlips is friendly, professional, and truly talented. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone looking for a cake that’s as stunning as it is tasty! They were wonderful to work with! A fun shop to visit and to order from. They gave easy to follow direction for prepping the cake. We waited a day to eat it, after graduation. Cake was still fresh and moist. The decoration was beyond cute, amazing quality. I would recommend ordering from here!
I have never tasted a frosting better than sugar lips. It is absolutely delicious. It is the most perfect cakes and cupcakes you will ever find. I’m not kidding you gotta try it for yourself. They made me the most beautiful stunning thoughtful senior night cupcake. I’ll add a picture in here. It looks like it’s photoshopped in real life like come on. Go to sugar lips.
A bit late to leave this review, but Sugarlips absolutely knocked it out of the park on our wedding cake and then some. Our venue had them as one of their options in their all inclusive package, and I’m so grateful they did! I had a vision for what I wanted for our cake. I sent them a few inspo pics and a very brief description- they took exactly what I had in my mind and made it a reality. I will never forget driving up to our venue on our wedding day at the same time our cake was being delivered and freaking out for 10 minutes about how perfect it was.

This place has amazing desserts! If you are ever in the area stop by and grab a sweet treat! My favorite cupcake is hands down the pink champagne one! We recently got married and they made our wedding cake! I highly recommend them for wedding cake your future cake needs. They listened well, gave suggestions when asked, and truly listened to everything we wanted. The final result was exactly what we discussed and it tasted amazing! On top of the taste I would say the pricing is very reasonable as well! Highly recommend!
We used sugar lips for our wedding cake and it was amazing! We got so many compliments on the flavor and look of the cake and it was amazing! They were able to accommodate 2 different flavor combos to give us maximum options and our guests loved it! They were very easy to work with and had so many options to offer us inside our package with our Venue. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a specialty cake in Phoenix!

I ordered a birthday cake for my 2 years old birthday. Staff were amazing and very helpful and welcoming.
I ordered a custom design with 10 servings and it came up to ~$90.
The design was pretty but the cake taste was standard. It was a red velvet cake with vanilla fillings.
One good thing is that the cake was not too sweet which is what I was looking for.
My husband and I chose to elope earlier this year but still wanted to have a cake cutting experience together, so we reached out to Piece of Cake. They crafted the most beautiful two tier cake for us based off the idea/theme we requested roughly three weeks prior to our wedding date. We wholeheartedly appreciate that they were willing to work with us last minute and coordinated pick up the day before a major holiday. The cake itself was absolutely delicious, so much so we brought it with us on our honeymoon! Would highly recommend you give them a call if you’re looking for a reliable bakery for any occasion.
I ordered a custom cake for my wife’s birthday and they absolutely nailed it!!! I told them my wife was a big Mary poppins fan and that was all the detail, and the cake absolutely blew her and everyone’s mind. And it didn’t just look beautiful, but it is absolutely delicious! This is by far our favorite cake place! I work in the wedding industry and have had A LOT of cake 😂. Piece of Cake blows everyone else away. And the staff is all so incredibly nice and great to work with. Can’t recommend enough!!
This cake was so good, we threw out the tradition of saving the top tier and it became a hangover treat! THIS CAKE. IS DEVINE. We had 3 layers, almond, churro, and blueberry muffin! Each one delicious, moist, and they took all of our reference photos and made our dream cake! We plan on going back for our anniversary and celebrating with another cake! And i dont even like cake! This was highlight of the wedding and people were going back for seconds and thirds! You will not regret working with them!
We used Piece of Cake for our wedding cake & cupcakes this past weekend and could not be happier!!! I’m still eating my wedding cake 5 days later - it’s INCREDIBLE. From the get go, piece of cake was great to work with from the tasting, communication, and day of execution. They were even understanding when I panicked thinking I didn’t have enough dessert and added more 3 days before my wedding (which I’m so thankful I did). HIGHLY recommend using them for your wedding or any event!!
Had a fantastic experience with piece of cake for my wedding! We had about 90 people, and got a personal cut cake and a variety of cupcakes which were all delicious! We were able to pick and choose 4 flavors we wanted for the cupcakes. We took 2 of each home and wrapped them up put them in the freezer and now 6 months after our wedding we thawed them out and they still taste just as good as our wedding day!! They were so easy to work with, and let us try a variety of items to decide what we wanted for our wedding. Highly recommend!

10/10 for wedding cakes! Grace baked and decorated our wedding cake to PERFECTION. My grandmother found her and insisted we use her for our wedding and I'm so happy she did. Every tier of our cake had a different one of her signature flavors (red velvet, strawberry, chocolate, and pistachio), and every tier was a hit with our guests. No fondant, alllll delicious buttercream. It was almost too beautiful to eat.

This review is a little late, but Grace baked my assorted cupcakes and personal cake for my wedding last year. The main attraction for us was that our caterer (Lena's Catering and Events) works with Grace and so was able to deliver the cake/cupcakes with the food to our venue 2 hours away (so only one delivery fee, which was great!). My husband and I went to the tasting where we tried so many amazing, unique cake flavors! Grace and her husband were both so nice and professional. We were able to pick 4 different cupcake flavors for our order of 100 so that our guests had some real choices. Let me tell you, they were a hit! I got so many comments about how delicious and moist they were (for every unique cake flavor/filling/frosting). The personal cake we ordered was so delicious, and the cherry on top was the anniversary cake that she provides so that we could have some of our delicious wedding cake on our first anniversary without eating cake from the freezer.
Grace and her husband were amazing. They created the most beautiful desert themed cake for my wife and I's wedding along with multiple cupcakes. We had some friends who are vegan and she was also able to create some delicious vegan cupcakes to go with them as well. Absolutely great to work with, very responsive!

Worked with Graceful Cakes for my wedding. I loved the cake they did, it was so beautiful and of course delicious! We did a 3 tier. Top layer was carrot cake, second layer was chocolate with raspberry and bottom was a strawberry mango with white chocolate I believe. We did a taste test and not only fell in love with the flavors but with Grace and her husband!!. They were always a call away if we had concerns. Cake was delivered on time and in perfect shape. She is always busy so make sure you get your orders in months in advance.! Would give 10 stars if I could!
We used Graceful Cake Creations for our wedding. We did a two tier cake with 150 cupcakes. Grace was super helpful throughout the whole process. We got to taste test everything, we saw previous cakes that she did to give us an idea of what we wanted. She was so patient with us especially since my husband doesn’t like cake very much! Her pricing is very affordable.
She delivered our cake to our location. And on our one year anniversary she gave us a little cake to celebrate.

GOOD CAKE, BAD SERVICE.
Had her do our wedding cake.. overall the cake was great and looked great too. The issue I have is She told us not to worry about saving the traditional piece of cake for the bride and groom to eat after the 1 year anniversary. She said that she gives a small cake to her customers on the first anniversary.. This is something that convinced us to go with her instead of other options we had. Her price was higher than most other options but this offering of a free small cake after a year made us go with her. AT THE END of the day when we contacted her for our anniversary she seemed annoyed and not at all as friendly as she was when we first met. And after days of agreeing the flavors of the cake and details.. she stopped replying to us completely.
JUST A HEADS UP, I hope she’s not still offering this to other couples.

It was a beautiful & delicious hazelnut cake that everyone enjoyed! There were a total of eight of us who ate it and we still had a few slices to bring home. Their gluten-free desserts are by far the best we’ve ever tasted! We’ve also had the GF & DF cinnamon rolls, cupcakes & cinnAmoore buns which are all delicious.

If you have been looking for tasty allergy-friendly sweets and baked goods—look no further! I have been to several gluten free and allergy friendly bakeries across many states over the past 9 years and this is definitely one of the top ones I’ve been to (I honestly think it is the top one)! The textures and flavors are amazing and the owner is also super sweet and personable—I always love talking with her! They are also great about addressing any specific allergen concerns and checking the ingredients to make sure it is safe for you. If you are trying to decide if you should give Avec Amoore a try, I would say it is well worth the visit! I have never been disappointed by anything I’ve tried 🤍
What a gem we have found in Shari’ and her delightful and delicious gluten free bakery! We stumbled upon Avec Amoore while randomly driving past and now it’s our go to Tuesday treat place! We are thrilled to find a bakery that specializes in our severe gluten and dairy allergies. My daughter notices right away if there’s cross contamination and she has ZERO concerns here.
The lemon mini cake and carrot mini cakes are my absolute fav, and my daughter requests her matcha roll cakes nonstop! Her handmade gluten free/dairy free bread is the best we’ve ever had and the first to not cause my child any allergic reactions. Wow! Thank you Shari’ for bringing bread back into our life! The bakery is dedicated gluten free and there are lots of options that are vegan and dairy free. We tell everyone about Avec Amoore, gluten free, made with love :)
The owner is amazing and so kind and helpful. Everything is so yummy too!! It’s hard to find gluten free cake that isn’t super dense or bland, but every cake has a unique flavor and they have such a yummy texture. I will for sure get all future cakes here!
Avec Amoore is such a cute and cozy spot! When I arrived, it was completely empty and very quiet, making for a peaceful experience. The space was impeccably clean, and the service was welcoming. I tried a gluten-free signature Cina-moore Bun—it was good! A great place to relax and enjoy a treat. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

Posted pictures of the beautiful cases of desserts, many many cupcake and cake like options. Saw bread and cinnamon rolls, but didn't see other dessert items to choose from. Was looking for more complex sweets, such as croissants, donuts, puff pastries.
I purchased a DF, GF cinnamon roll. Was delicious, on the small size, and the sealed container had trapped moisture in it, which made the dough wet. Price was on the higher side of $7 but understandable given the price of ingredients.
Ever since I was diagnosed with celiac disease a few months ago, I’ve been on the hunt for the best gluten free bakery to help solve my sweet tooth! Avec Amoore is absolutely the best option for anyone with gluten allergies, dairy allergies, etc. they have such moist, tasty foods, and such wonderful pastries. Last time I was at Avec. I got a red velvet cupcake. And let me tell you… that cupcake was the best GF cupcake I’ve ever eaten. The icing was creamy, and soft, with the cake being moist and flavorful. The service here was also amazing! The employees working treat you with such respect, and even take the initiative to give suggestions if you are not sure which treat to choose!! The atmosphere is also SUPER amazing!! The chairs, the decorations, the display cases, they are all just absolutely perfect, and fit the bakery so well. I 10/10 recommend this place to everyone around. Thank you Avec Amoore for such a wonderful experience.
I’ve been dying to try this bakery since enriched baked goods mess me up ( yay MTHFR gene). From the moment I walked in the owner was so kind and very attentive to each customer making them feel like they’re the most important person in the room. It smelled heavenly and I ended up getting a loaf of bread, cowboy cookie, and paleo chocolate hazelnut mini cake. So far I’ve tried the cake and it’s delicious and surprisingly moist. If you’ve ever tried to make gluten free and paleo baked goods you know someone has skill if it comes out moist and flavorful. I love how it’s not overly sweet but still tastes like a delicious treat. Will definitely be back for more goodies.

Really amazing vibes. The atmosphere is very blissful with all the plants and decorations. Best macrons in Arizona. They have lots of different flavors, every one of them have uniqueness to it.
Service was exceptional too.
Would definitely recommend to come check it out. Good place to have cute date.

My wife and I got the cake for our wedding from
Růže Cake House, and we enjoyed not only the cake but the experience of selecting it.
We were provided a sample size cake of 6 different types. We tried 5 delicious and elegant stylings, but we ultimately selected the 6th - the funfetti style. I thought we were just childish at first, but I won't hesitate to say that I have never had a better funfetti cake in my life - and its softness was easy to cut in front of a hundred people too!
Beautiful bakery. We tried 8 different macaron flavors today in order to decide which ones will be used as party favors. They were ALL delicious and gorgeous to look at. My kids and I left giddy.
Thank you for your hard work making my cake. I ordered a cake for my grandparents 50th anniversary and everyone was blown away by the design. The almond cake with strawberries and cream was outstanding. Thank you for helping our party be even more special.
Really enjoyed this place. The boba was just right, semi sweet and flavorful. On this note, it seems like a good place to sit down and enjoy a beverage and a dessert (once they open the dining room). Inside it has a nice open and spacious ambiance. Highly recommend. Cotton candy on top of boba is an extra!
I was very impressed. Great customer service. Explained menu items to me as well as gave a few good recommendations. The Macaroons were very good. The Iced coffee and lemonades were just as good. Even though the inside seating is closed for covid, they had a cute table outside we could sit at and enjoy. The ambiance inside is very insta-worthy, if you’re into that sort of thing. Definitely recommend as a cute mini date spot then maybe a walk around old town. I’d like a better variety though.
Food: Overpriced, so brace yourself. However, I will say the flavor is well worth the splurge. I would recommend the Chocolate Chip Cookie and Neopolitan macaroons. Their Matcha boba drink with cotton candy is also quite fantastic and mind the Vietnamese coffee, it is cold brew so it won't be as thick as a normal Vietnamese coffee.
Atmosphere: Crisp and to the point. The greenery adds to their minimalistic style with their products placed purposefully on shelves. But the large table in the middle of their shop obscures the beautifully crafted pastries and, on first sight, doesn't help create a comforting environment for patrons who enter. In other words, the brass chairs, quiet atmosphere, and hard tables don't invite me to sit down and chat for longer than a couple minutes.
Service: I've had the same girl who has served me the past three visits and she has always done a spectacular job, giving recommendations and being very kind.
Overall: Great little shop with lots of eye candy and delicious, but expensive, delicacies and drinks. Fantastic for a girl's hangout or a quick drop-by for something delicious.
One of the prettiest bakery in town, absolutely loved their decor very instagrammable.. Had lavender iced latte with boba, pistachio rose macaron and oreo chocolate macaron.. Loved all of it , though chocolate macaron was a bit sweeter for me.. They have some amazing macaron flavours would definitely love to try other flavours on my next visit.. And you can also choose different flavours and make a macaron gift box , m sure people with sweet tooth gonna love it..

Lisa's Rum Cake is a family-operated bakery that offers an assortment of Italian rum cake options in different sizes and flavors. They specialize in custard-filled cakes that are loved by customers. Lisa, the owner, ensured that the wedding cake she made was stunning and delicious, earning much praise from guests. The only minor issue was the recommendation to leave it out at 10am when it was frozen, causing some melting before cutting.
When I tell you there’s a reason we keep going to Lisa’s for cake I don’t mean because their cakes are some of the best cakes I’ve had , or that they are able to make stunning cakes with all whipped frosting that me and my boys go crazy for, or even the fact that they go out of their way to find a way to make the cakes look like what is asked even if there has to be slight changes. ALL of that is true but it’s also for the fact that every time you talk to the girls at the shop they grow this connection to you and your family . They learn how old your kids are turning or who’s getting married etc and when you become a regular they love watching your family grow and celebrate life from just birthdays, to weddings, even small or big accomplishments. I can’t ask for a better experience truly.

This cake is amazing! I ordered about less than a week before the event I needed it for. I just wanted small birthday cake and she was so quick to work with me and take my order. I picked it up the morning of the event and the girls there gave me instructions on how to store it and care for it before and after serving it. They were all so nice and full of energy! The flavor of the cake is amazing! I was afraid it would be too sweet because of all the chocolate (it was the birthday kid's request) but I'm amazed that it wasn't too over the top sweet and the dark chocolate ganache is to die for! I found this bakery online and the online order form made it super simple to order the cake I wanted and pay. I had no issues picking up the cake a few days later, the whole process was so easy and stress free. The woman I spoke with was extremely friendly and kind. Now the cake, this was stunning. It was moist and fluffy and not overly sweet, honestly the perfect cake. I will be purchasing other cakes from here for upcoming special occasions 😊
I came here in 2018 to get my boyfriend his birthday cake. His mom was a native Chandler resident and use to order cakes from Cathy. (I believe that is Lisa’s mom.) He was so surprised and excited to have a memory from his childhood. The cake was melt in your mouth amazing! The Italian whipped cream frosting is the perfect icing, not overly sweet like many cake frostings. . Ordered one for his birthday this past weekend and it was just as amazing as I had remembered. Both times we have had The Strawberry Rum cake. I ordered the one in 2018 via phone and it was white cake and the one we ordered online Oct 2021, was yellow. Not sure if that’s an option but I didn’t see it online. Either way, you can’t go wrong with Lisa’s Rum Cake!
Delicious as I remember! Ever since I was a kid (I’m 30 now), my mom would ALWAYS get a Cathy’s rum cake for special occasions. Every birthday i’d look forward to a PB & Chocolate cake! We were so sad to hear when Cathy’s closed down after several years. THEN the heavens must have been listening and they blessed us with Lisa’s Rum cake! We were so excited to see that the legacy had lived on and I just knew that’s what I needed for my wedding day. We decided to go with an small Amaretto 10in. cake for us to cut and then bought cake cuts for easy serving for the guests to enjoy. Lots of compliments on this delicious cake! Saw the business on the local news and made a special trip. We loved it. We had the lunch specials. The pepperoni pizza was so good. We got a country sourdough to take home. Everything looked amazing. The place smelled so good. Everyone looked happy. The employees were really friendly. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend!

A local bakery that uses trustworthy ingredients and methods. Unfortunately that is so rare in the world of food. I love that everything is leavened using ONLY sourdough. Every time I’m in I like to get a chocolate croissant and a multigrain loaf for my sister because it’s her favorite. I love Proof and 10/10 would recommend.
I stopped in here to get some sourdough bread. I chose an olive bread and a fruit/nut bread. They are SO GOOD! They were also reasonably priced. I'll definitely be back.
Yum, yum, yum! Proof does not disappoint. We had the opportunity to visit the bakery storefront and bought the country sourdough, fruit and nut boule (not pictured), and a variety of pastries (my favorite was the DNA Chocolatine). Everything was delicious and perfectly baked - the kind of dedication to craft that you would find and expect by master bakers in any European city. While the price point may be a bit high, you are paying for quality products made with quality ingredients by local artisans who clearly put a lot of love and pride into the process. It’s worth every penny!
If not the best almond croissant I've ever had, it rates in the top two. Contender is the one I had in Paris 20 years ago at a Boulangerie. I remember bringing home a dozen only to eat them all on the plane, they were that good back then. Proof's bread is made fresh every day, lots of variety, from stoneground local flour which they also sell. I bought a fruit and walnut loaf and it was incredible. Lots of pastries to choose from, most have a sourdough base. I am an almond croissant connoisseur and this was off the chain. Lots of filling, crispy, crunchy, almond-y. They did not skimp on anything. Quality at its best. Do yourself a favor and run, don't walk, to grab yourself some and share with your loved one(s) if you please (unlike me). 15/5 see pics and video

So I would highly suggest parking at the future of a restaurant place next door parking lot. Way easier. There may be a line when walking up on the store but, you will find it moves pretty quickly. The ladies helping put are super sweet. As much as the line moves you would think that you would be rushed but, that wasn't the case at all. The cash register ladies were quick and friendly as well. This place is a must go to.

The first time here is a small parking area. However, on the east side of the bldg. there is other parking. It's a little warm inside, but all the goodies make up for it. We got sweet donuts they were really good. All kinds of items from Mexico, there was a guy cooking meat outside and it smelled so good, next time I'll try it. I recommend this establishment.

The vibes are RIGHT and the music is on and poppin here. We went for the cakes and tortillas and they didn’t disappoint. They have some fresh veggies, cheese and plenty of meats to choose from. I purchased a cake for my daughter’s 10th birthday party and it was beautiful and delicious! The piping details were amazing and it’s something I could never attempt to recreate. My one complaint would be that my daughter requested red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting filling and we couldn’t really taste the cream cheese but it was still very tasty and the cake layers were so moist, everyone loved it! We added the pink bows after picking it up (and the candles). Even though it was a “simple” design I know it takes a lot of skill and hard work to make it look so effortlessly beautiful. It was a little pricier than I was expecting but this was my first time ordering a custom cake so maybe I was just unaware of what the average cost is for something custom. It was so worth it in the end and I’m glad I chose to use Lesley’s. Thank you for your hard work and simple communication/pick up. I will definitely be reordering if the occasion calls for it!
The first time I had the opportunity to try Lesley’s Creative Cakes was when a friend was getting married in February of 2020. I fell completely in love with the coconut cake and buttercream. One of the best desserts in Phoenix! The chimney cake is definitely the best part. Crispy on the outside, warm and soft on the inside. The Nutella sauce was well-balanced throughout, getting a little with every bite! So good.

I’ve been wanting to try this place since I found out about it and it definitely was worth a visit. I’ve had ice cream filled chimney cake in Prague, so I was pleased with how good theirs was here. They cook the chimney cakes fresh, so they’re warm when you get your treat. It’s worth the wait! Mine was perfectly cooked and very tasty.

The chimney cakes are phenomenal. I always order the Munich which is a chimney cake with cinnamon sugar on the outside, filled with Bavarian cream. Absolutely delicious. Well came out to visit a friend on the way thru California for work - we were looking for a dessert shop - we looked this up & went !! I ordered the holiday Oreo overload & lime dole whip & she had Zurich Oreo cream I would say I loved this place & so did my friend !! My grandson wanted ice cream after visiting Bass pro. What a great spot! The young lady at the counter was very helpful and polite. She was able to make my grandson what he requested. A banana split in a chimney cone. I got a small sample of Bavarian cream, which was delicious and my granddaughter got a s’mores cookie warmed up. Everything was great! Will be back to try more things in the future.

Obviously, they're known for their macaroons and for good reason. They're absolutely delicious! The variety and selection is huge. They usually have a new flavor every time we go in. It's hard to just pick one, so we get a box full to hold us over. No matter what you're craving, you'll find a flavor you'll like!
They have a pretty solid coffee menu here. Their specialty drinks are made really well and can be hot or iced. Definitely recommend the XOXO. Very good! The service is always excellent - everyone is so nice and helpful!

We tried many flavors of macaroons and they were all amazing. We also got coffee and matcha tea. The matcha had a light sweetness to cut the bitter, but not so sweet that it was overpowering. Employees were all very helpful in deciding what to get. Another repeat customer was in there and they called her by name. She raved about everything here. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy more!
We love to come get every week. Coffee is delicious I believe they serve provision coffee. My son loves the macarons and enjoys the special treat when we go! I feel pricing is fair and better than Starbucks ! I also really enjoyed the elf cookie and card you all did at Christmas time. Decadent Macaron is the best.

We had quite a variety with Donuts, Macarons, Brownies and a 3-tier cake, all of which were simply delicious. If you need desserts, she is the one to call!

Sue is hands-down the only person you should consider when looking for your dream wedding cake. Not only was my wedding cake SO BEAUTIFUL and everything I wanted, it tasted like HEAVEN. Most weddings we have been to in the last year (7 so far), the cakes have been dried out and almost flavorless. Ours was so full of flavor, moist, and everything you want cake to be. 1 year later, I am still getting compliments on it.
For our 1 year anniversary, my husband and I decided we would treat ourselves to an order of her cupcakes. Not only did Sue remember us after a whole year had passed, but the cupcakes were even better than we remembered. They have been in our fridge for 3 days now and they are still as perfect as when we bought them. THESE CAKES ARE MAGIC.
Sue's was recommended to me by another bakery that was booked and couldn't take my order. She was very pleasant to talk to on the phone. I needed a smash cake and cupcakes for my grandson's first birthday but didn't have a particular design in mind. I asked if she could do a cowboy hat on top and she said she had never done one but she could do a barn. I'm very easy to please so the barn was fine. When I picked up my order she decided to do a red and blue bandana theme. She did a good job. They turned out very cute. My issue and the reason for only 2 stars is the taste. The cake part was good. But the frosting and the filling tasted like butter or grease. Not much flavor. No one at the party liked them. Even the 6 year old wouldn't eat it. And the cupcakes had cream filling but there was probably about a quarter of a teaspoon of filling and it too tasted greasy. I paid $75 in total ($25 for the smash cake and $50 for 12 cupcakes) and almost all of it ended up in the trash.
Our wedding cake was both beautiful and delicious. We tasted multiple cakes and Sue had the best balance of sweetness. Her cake fillings are so yummy! We loved our purchase. I am a very type-A planner so it would have been nice to have some more communication about delivery, but I didn't need to worry because it arrived on time and was amazing!
Design wasn't what we wanted. Taste was good, design was very basic(plain white) and not what we wanted. Sue blamed the flowers we got from our floral vendor on not having the cake up to our design but that's false, the flowers made the cake look better than how it would've without the flowers. See photos for the cake she made compared to the design we wanted.
When going with Sue, your food will taste good but you'll need to make sure she can actually design the cake for how you'd like...even when you show her the photo in person and send it to her for reference.
Taste is good and the desserts(donuts and brownies) she made were a hit. Only wish the design of the cake would've been what we asked for and told we would get. Outside of that, she is so busy that she won't remember who you are so you'll need to jot her memory. Wedding business is booming and Sue is a prime example of being overworked.
Heaven in a cake! Sue Jacobs Cakes and desserts are beyond tasteful. I, unfortunately, did not get to indulge in the cheesecake bites and macarons on the day of our wedding, but I heard so many compliments about how delicious they were. Sue Jacobs has a variety of cake flavors and frosting types. When we went for our tasting, we booked immediately. We knew right away she would be able to fulfill our requests and her cakes were all so delicious. It took us some time to figure out what we wanted, but we got it! Red Velvet with the classic butter cream cheese frosting and the lemon poppyseed with raspberry filling. MMMM! I would love to have a slice every morning with my coffee. Her design and finishing of the cake were miraculous.

Amazing bakery. I called earlier in the week for a birthday cake to be picked up Saturday morning. Sue guided me through my options and helped me select the perfect options. We are so thankful to Whisk & Paddle for creating the most beautiful and delicious cake for our wedding! From the moment we had our tasting, we knew we were in good hands. They completely nailed the design we had in mind and made the entire process stress-free and fun. The cake itself was a huge hit—every layer was flavorful and perfectly baked. We had ordered cookies and cheesecake bits as well! We even had guests coming back for seconds! Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a more perfect cake.
Whisk & Paddle made the desserts for our March 2025 wedding. We didn’t want a cake and they made delicious bite-sized desserts. The s’mores tarts and espresso shooters were fan favorites, but everything was delicious. Would highly recommend Whisk & Paddle for weddings and any event! Their team is great to work with too!

I texted the delivery guy and he said they gave him this sealed bag (but the bag was not sealed) and I know it’s not his fault anyway. I want a refund. I’m not giving away my money for something I didn’t want.
Me and the family were really excited to get some Harry Potter Donuts for brunch. We were really disappointed with the service. Unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience once we got inside the store to pick our Donuts. We were greeted by an unfriendly female staff. She was very short and not personable at all. No customer service skills whatsoever. Once we picked our Donuts I asked if we could get the Harry Potter boxes with them. She said they didn’t have them. When we were about to pay I pointed out that right behind her there were about 12 boxes of single Harry Potter boxes. she was very upset and mumble that those boxes were not available because they had older donuts inside, which makes no sense to me? If you have older donuts why don’t you throw them away instead of keeping them on a clean counter? Very disappointing…. Having to drive all the way to this very location to be encountered with such a nasty attitude from one of the employees and ruin your experience….
I am absolutely stunned at the service myself and my daughters received at this location today. I often come through early in the morning when my daughters have an orthodontic appointment to order a dozen doughnuts to bring to their Orthodontic team and get the HOT NOW doughnuts as well as the neon sign is on. However, this morning we got there at 8:08 I was happy to see the HOT NOW sign was still on as we are usually there before 7:30 and i wasn't sure if it still would be. I ordered the Dozen and I also ordered a seasonal flavor and asked about adding the hot now doughnuts for my daughters and I was told "THAT ONLY WHEN THE LIGHT IS ON". I stated back it is on out here on the window and above the drive threw menu.... she then turned it off and SAID NOW ITS OFF. I was BAFFLED , I said well it wasn't and she just repeated my order back to me and asked if I wanted anything else. No apology... nothing. I asked my daughters if they wanted to add something since they were not honoring the hot now deal and added 2 more doughnuts so I wouldnt disappoint my daughters and we went to the window. When we paid there was no apology for them probably forgetting to turn the light off on time just gave me my total, my order and shut the window.
I will absolutely NEVER return to this location. I cannot believe how incredibly rude they were and how the flat out just said "well now it is off".
In the very least she could of apologized and said they forgot to turn it off on time and they couldn't honor it. I would have been totally ok accepting that as an error and moving on.
Please train your team to handle situations better. I have been coming there a few times a month and will never again.
If my daughters were not with me I would have absolutely left without ordering anything today, but I did not want to disappoint them further for your teams lack of respect for your customers.

First donut place we have ever tried, and we're sure to come back! We had a ladies day, and this was the place that made it more memorable. We ordered a few flavors that looked interesting and that popped in our eyes. We got 2 of each flavor in a dozen. Staff aren't as warm as the coffee and donuts, but they were there to take our orders and answer questions. Indoor seating is really comfortable, giving you a clean 90's place feel. When we bite through the donuts, they are so fluffy and soft that you can taste the freshness in every bite. One of their flavors I want to mention is their 'strawberry glazed donut'...Its amazing! It actually tastes like strawberries! Though a little on the sweet side. We wish we had one closer to us. Thanks Krispy Kreme for making our day the best!
My mom lives this location. Recently she purchased donuts for herself and some for the medical team that assists her. She was excited she received donuts which had just been prepared. And the staff at the Dialysis Center was overjoyed with receiving a gift. Thank you "Mesa Krispy Kreme" for making people smile!

I always love to get their Martinelli's Apple Juice that comes in the little glass apple shaped bottle it's my favorite & they always have it and it's always cold which is perfect because it's way too hot outside. Ordered the ham jalapeno and cheese croissant, received one with no jalapeno. It wasn't busy inside or at the drive thru, we were the only customers inside. I think the employees are just extremely inattentive. Iced coffee was fine, glazed twist was good. Meh.

I honestly don’t understand how this place is still in business. Every time I give BOSA Donuts another chance, I walk away more disappointed than before. The woman who helped me during my last visit was clearly in a bad mood and made it obvious she didn’t want to be there. She was rude, unprofessional, and made the whole experience uncomfortable from the start.
To make matters worse, my entire order was wrong. Not just one donut or a small detail, the whole thing. I had to repeat myself multiple times, but it felt like she wasn’t even listening. When I finally got my bag, nothing matched what I had asked for. It’s extremely frustrating when you pay for something and don’t even get close to what you ordered.
On top of that, there’s zero variety here. It’s always the same donuts, the same limited selection, and nothing ever changes. You’d think a donut shop would try to keep things exciting or at least rotate flavors once in a while, but not here. It’s boring, predictable, and lazy.
Overall, this place has gone downhill. Bad service, wrong orders, and no creativity. If you’re looking for friendly service or fresh options, I’d strongly recommend going anywhere else. Save your money and skip BOSA Donuts.
This was my first time coming to Bosa and my service was horrible. The lady shoved all my donuts in this small box… smashed. We did not receive the same level of service as others. This is my first and last time coming here. I hope no one experiences the service that I have.

Imo , Bosa donuts has the best lemon filled and barvarian cream filled donuts! At least this location does. They also aren’t skimpy with the filling so you pretty much get some with every bite.
Fast, friendly service. Plenty of donut options to choose from. The buttermilk donuts are delicious! Coffee is straightforward. Plenty of parking and plenty of quiet, indoor seating.

The lady with the hat at the register needs professional training dealing with customers. She’s rude, lacks decent professional skills and has a bad attitude.
They took a little longer making a simple smoothie than I feel like I should have waited. Other than that my service was good. The cashier had an abnormally cheerful chipper voice that sounded just like the voice on a Barbie cash register I had growing up. She was very sweet and seemed to enjoy serving others.
I ordered items off the menu that they apparently “don’t carry” even though it’s on the menu...paid way too much for the quality of food. My classic grilled cheese had no butter, no flavor, was the size of a dollar bill and had ZERO flavor. Our server was overly loud when talking to us. $8 for my grilled cheese that was very unappetizing.
The food and coffee I ordered were fine, but the girl with the long braid at the register shouldn't be working there because she is incredibly rude to customers. Girl with long dark hair is very pleasant and professional.
I asked for a 12oz latte, they only have 16oz. I can handle that, just don’t fill cup full orI don’t need to drink it all. But what a waste. At all other coffee places, including Starbucks, I always bring my own cup. And ALL coffee places use my cup (& give a cup discount, saving them $ and the landfill) My biggest complaint is that Paradise would not use my cup, blaming the health department. How dumb.
I haven’t ever experienced such terrible customer service. Christine was so unpleasant and treated me as if I was stupid for asking about items on the menu. Then told me that they don’t have the ingredients for something on the menu that I had asked about. When another coworker said she could make it. I continued to watch as I waited for my food and it wasn’t only me, but she treated each customer as an inconvenience.
Christine the woman that helped me at the register was very short with her explanations of the menu items and I was left guessing after every answer she gave me to a what I thought was very clear questions. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but she should not be working anywhere In a customer service role . Ridiculous service from her and her only , everyone else was great

Best pie shop ever! I love everything I’ve tried there (sweet/savory). My favorites so far are the Boston cream pie, the banana cream pie, chicken enchilada pie, and the classic chicken pot pie. Their prices are so reasonable and the selection is amazing. The take and bake savory pies are a great meal for the family. I love how they have a variety of slices and small pies too.
The Arizona Orange pie was absolutely amazing - like a key lime pie but with bright, delicious orange flavor. The pecan pie was also good, but the custard pie was a bit of a letdown. It lacked flavor and had a dense texture that wasn’t as smooth as expected. Overall, a decent experience, but with some inconsistency in the pies.

We stopped by this PIEfection late in the afternoon on a Saturday and did not expect to find a lot to choose from. We were surprised that they had at least single slices of most of there items, so we ended up getting 4 different slices of pie to try. I don’t know how long they had been sitting on the shelf, but it did not matter because they were all delicious. We tried the cherry (my favorite), blueberry, strawberry rhubarb, and pecan pie, and like I said they were all good. My birthday is coming up, and I while I love cake, and I am definitely considering pie from PIEfection this year.
I’ve been multiple times and always had a great experience but yesterday I got The strawberry midnight cheesecake and it was simply fantastic. So good, in fact, that i wanted To leave a review. The Philly steak and chicken enchilada pie were also great but the pie of the month was the star of the show.
Nice place. The pies look great. We got a quiche. It was soso. The filling was very salty, and clumps. Must be using flour to save $ in the filling. The 2 pack of quiche at costco tastes bettervwith a better texture. We will not buy another quiche here, but will come back to give the AZ orange pie a try.
PIEfection has DEE LISH Pies! I love their blueberry, lemon pie. That was yummy. Tried their apple, pecan cheesecake & very yummy! I'd continue to purchase pies there!

I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich with bacon egg, and cream cheese on a plain bagel, also a poppyseed bagel with cream cheese and strawberry jam on it. Maybe it was my fault for ordering on grub hub and not actually going in store. Both items were literally BOMBED with cream cheese. So much that it was just not satisfying to eat because it was overpowering and extremely messy. The bagel breakfast sandwich had so much cream cheese I had to scrape off MOUNDS of it. The bagel I ordered with cream cheese and jelly once again had MOUNDS of cream cheese, barely any jelly. The whole order was a sloppy mess. No care put in to making these orders. Maybe they’re busy, maybe they hate grubhub orders, idk. Like I said, maybe if you order in store, it might be better, but I was soooo hungry stuck at work when I ordered this and it was such a huge disappointment. I’ve now asked my man to go pick up chick Fil a for me because I’m still hungry. Whether it’s an in-store order, online, carryout, or delivery, you should take pride in what you sell to people. Do better. This was so gross.

This place has been a constant since my husband and I moved to the area in 2015. Since then, it has been hit or miss with our bagel orders. When we order, we like our bagels toasted. We did not know there was a double or triple toasted option. Even when putting that in the order (ordering from counter or kiosk) bagels are barely warm or lightly toasted. The bagels have had definitely a roll consistency versus dense like a Chompie's bagel. We also liked the promotion of getting a free drink with a bagel sandwich order. It can get costly to spend $25+ on two bagel sandwiches. I mentioned double toasted this morning and it looks like it was applied only to my husband's lox bagel but it definitely had no signs of being double toasted.
First timer here! Good, not great bagels. They are more like rolls or bread because they aren’t dense like traditional bagels! They even taste like more like bread than a bagel. I ordered a pastrami sandwich and there wasn’t a lot of meat at all. I was very disappointed. I think I prefer Einstein’s as commercial as they are. I guess I’m use to delicatessens that serve bagels and sandwiches. Growing up in NYC, many Jewish bakeries and delicatessens were available. There used to be Karsh’s Jewish Bakery and Scott’s deli next door to them on 7th Street and Missouri in Phoenix. However, they closed about 10 years ago. Chompie’s has changed, not consistent and commercialized. Miracle Mile Deli on 16th Street and Highland is a good delicatessen type restaurant. No bagels though. SkySong New York Bagels and Bialys on Scottsdale Road and McDowell Road is good. I’d go there again.

The staff was super friendly and helped me order suggesting a few bagel options for the Nova lox. Ultimately, I ended up getting the chongo which was just incredible! The salmon was flavorful, fresh, and something I would get again and recommend out to friends and family!
I also got the jalapeño cheddar bagel with the jalapeño cream cheese. The freshness of the ingredients and the bagels are unmatched, and I will absolutely be back to check out more of their menu.

Love love love this place. My wife and kids would say that same thing. At least once a week we wake up and just want Kokobelli. Fresh bagels and we mostly get the breakfast bagel sandwiches. Smoothies are a family favorite too. I always recommend coming in as over uber is more expensive and orders get mixed up easier.
I feel like you can always tell what kind of bagel spot it is based on if they spend time on having real avacado! What a bummer ! The processes was a little longer than I thought necessary and the place could be a little cleaner. I scraped some of the guac spread off and it was decent. It had some taste or a fridge so maybe that was the cream cheese? I’m not sure :(
Ignore the low/ 1 star reviews based on too much cream cheese, or the avocado spread.. “I rank a bagel place on avocado spread”.. who are you ? Great bagels. They are big. First time at Sweet Land Cakes. Had the Pavo which had shredded turkey and cheese with a choice of mayo and/or mustard on it. Very flavorful though a bit dry! Bread was very good, slightly sweet and soft. The service was friendly but it took awhile for the lady to come out of the back. Pastries were very good as well.

Veteran owned small donut shop. The absolute best homemade glazed donuts I have ever had. Also have basic croissant sandwiches, the ham and cheese one is awesome as well, but just a thin piece of ham and an piece of cheese in between a house made croissant. No real breakfast sandwiches. Staff was very nice as well.

Ordered delivery on the 4th of July since our regular place was closed. Had ordered from 19th Donut Hole before and was happy. Came quickly (donuts and muffins). Something seemed to have changed. They were very oily. The box had oily circles on the bottom on the second day. Biting into them felt squishy and not very enjoyable. The old fashioned donut was good as it was a cake donut, not oily. The bear claws and chocolate chip bar were oily. The oil slick stays in your mouth for hours after eating. The muffins were very good, however! Probably will not order donuts again from here.
They do offer good quality donuts, drinks, and excellent custom order cakes. They also occasionally serve burgers and sandwiches, which are pretty good as well. If you live in the valley, but have not visited this donut place, I highly recommend it for good food.
Stopped in today for a coffee and saw they had gluten-friendly donuts! I am gluten-free and never get donuts and was SO excited. The gentleman said that they make them on request only, and if you call in the day before they will make a batch. He happened to have received a call from someone so I lucked out! They were so good. The donuts have so much flavor, the taste is so much better than Bosa or other Donut shops in the area. They also offer a gluten free donut that is so yummy!
We often take our kids in here on their birthdays, the owner gives them a free Donut. I don't know if that's something they offer, but he always does it with a smile; we love this place. If you are looking for great donuts, I highly recommend coming here; they do take call ahead orders as well!
We will be long time customers and sure hope this buisness will stick around for many, many generations! Try them out, you won't regret it!

Amazing place! Most donut shops you can taste/feel the heavy oils or shorting they use. These donuts were fresh, light and clean tasting. We also ordered the bagel and croissant sandwich. The eggs were made fresh and was tasty. Apparently there are burgers here so I will update when I have it.

When I was about to pay for my order, I asked the cashier if the juice that were in a cup next to the bottle of lemonade were fresh squeezed orange juice which she replied. Yes it is. Then I proceeded to buy the larger one because I really wanted a fresh squeezed orange juice with my bagel. When I first tried it, I immediately tasted the artificial flavor of Minute maid orange juice as my partner tried and he also tasted the same exact thing. I called the store manager to let them know of the situation and he said he would talk to the team to get this resolved, and it doesn't happen again. On the positive side, the bagels tasted great 👌 as expected from Einstein Bros.
I have come here several times. The service has always been great. Bagels awesome though breakfast sandwiches could be warmer. The last visit I had the nova lox and it was loaded pretty good and delicious.

Not my best experience,but not my worst either. Everyone was nice it was a little confusing because where it says to place your order I was told to go to the other lane. They barely looked at me when they directed me to the other spot. I did place my order and it was about 5 minutes later when I was told that the hash brown bagel that comes with the All Nighter was not available and there were very few options. This was a Monday so I was kind of surprised at my limited options relatively early. I did sit outside but normally I would be notified when my order was ready. After waiting another 10 minutes, I found my bag sitting on the counter. I know they know my name because they had to come find me to ask what other bagel I wanted. Why noone notified me that my breakfast was ready is kind of a surprise to me. So definitely room for improvement.
Nice bagel spot. Food is good, and the staff is pleasant.
However, they do not do well with crowds. So if you see a line pack your patience and be prepared to wait.

Two stars for the always inconsistent areas they put your food when you order ahead in the app. I stop here frequently, order ahead in the app, and have to wander the store looking for my order. Sometimes it’s where it’s supposed to be: by the “Order Ahead” sign on the counter, sometimes behind the cashier, sometimes on top of the display case. Staff tells me I can always just ask the cashier, but why should I wait in line behind other paying customers when I ordered ahead?
Staff is always friendly, but this situation is a nuisance.

I normally don't comment, but, I ordered 2 dozen donut, and 2 breakfast sandwiches. I get them home and each box is missing 2 donuts. I'm so upset. These were for a sleepover for my son's birthday and now 4 kids are without donuts. So sad. I called person answering didn't know what I was saying.
While the donuts are always amazing here, today was exceptionally frustrating. I told the owner that I needed 2 1/2 dozen donuts for a kids Christmas party and handed him a coupon. This particular location does not take the coupon they get you six free donuts. That is fine with me. Where things went crazy was when the owner said, “Let’s make it three dozen; I’m throwing in a dozen for free.” I told him that sounded good to me, as I would give the extra six donuts to my kids. He then hands me the three dozen donuts and says, “One more dozen,” and then start smiling and laughing. “This is a good time to get donuts. This is happy hour.” I thanked him immensely for a second free dozen donuts! I stuffed his tip jar and then handed him my debit card. When it rang up as $48, I almost fainted. I asked him what was going on with the price. He said, “I told you that if you bought three dozen, I would give you another dozen free.” I told him that is not what he said, and that is not what I understood, which was clear given my comment about having six donuts left over. He was not backing down, and I did not push it. He’s a nice guy, but his communication skills are very poor in this regard. There are plenty of Bosa donut locations. I will not be back to this one.

I love the doughnuts here, but they are supposed to be open at 5am. This is perfect for me as I work at 6am. They are never fully open. I get there at 5:30am and they only have 3 different doughnuts. If you say you're open at 5am you need to have the full display ready. If I get there at 530 and you tell me 30 more minutes, then you don't open til 6.
Customer service was okay, nothing special, but it wasnt terrible. But, i ordered a thai tea with boba and the tea was spoiled, the boba was old and microwaved, and it didnt have enough half and half. It was bitter and overall just gross. I will not be returning.

During my recent quest for the perfect donut, I stumbled upon the Dutch Donut Factory, and what a delightful surprise it was! The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a clean and bright atmosphere with an impressive array of donuts on display. The friendly staff were more than willing to accommodate my request for a custom order of nutty donuts—cake donuts generously coated in chopped peanuts.
These are, hands down, the best donuts in the Valley. Yes, better than Mesa Donuts, Randy’s, Dunkin, and dare I say, Bosa. Yes I said it! Although Bosa is a close 2nd. I drive past several donut places to get these. The maple old-fashioned are my favorite, crispy and thick frosting. The apple fritters are great, the toasted coconut cream filled are amazing. The staff is friendly, and they do breakfast sandwiches and drinks but I have not tried them. They have a cooler with drinks and milk. It’s a small place next to Tasty Joes, not really much seating, but try it and you won’t be sorry.

The first time I visited this donut shop. Overall, the donuts are good. A decent selection of them. Some donuts do need more attention to them. I would have tried an apple fritter. But they looked a bit raw in color. And other donuts looked small. Those should have been pulled out of the case. They do have other selection of items as well as drinks. From coffee to soft drinks. It's worth a second visit to see more of the other things they have.

Wow! These donuts are so good!! My first time in this morning I ordered a dozen donuts and got one free donut for my birthday! These donuts are fresh and delicious and they have a huge variety to choose from. Everyone in the family said it was the best donut they ever had! I will definitely be back! One of their top rated ones was too sweet for me, the powdered vanilla cream one. The donut itself was so fresh and delicious, but for me, the cream was too sweet. To each his own!! The Boston cream and coconut cream-just fabulous! We have many more to try, can’t wait!!

Went on a donut shop hunt when our regular shop suddenly closed. First impressions when entering Dutch Donut Factory was most positive. Clean, bright and well stocked counter. Requested custom donut order which they agreed to fill. Very friendly staff. They agreed to make up a dozen nutty donuts (cake donut fully covered in chopped peanuts held to cake with glaze) for a nominal premium price. Picked them up next day. The donuts are wonderful, just like those back in Michigan, but better! Dutch Donut Factory is now our go-to donut shop.
My wife told me about this place being her favorite since she was in high school, which was a few years ago. I came here and it didn't disappoint!

I ordered my sandwich online and drove to work only to find it burnt and black. I would understand if it were busy at the time and could’ve been forgotten but by the time I got there they placed it in the online order section and there were 2 people on there.
I usually come here for lunch and always order a croissant sandwich, but the quality has gone way downhill, declined DRASTICALLY. Lately the croissants have been consistently burnt, not just toasted, but dry, overbaked, and hard to chew. This photo is from today’s order, and it speaks for itself.
I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect food I can actually eat. I used to enjoy this location, but if this keeps up, I’ll have to go elsewhere. Please train the staff to watch bake times, customers deserve better.
Try employing actual adults to work here and the service will be better. Busiest day of the week ( Sunday) and not one adult in sight. All teenagers. Food at DD Is great im from the east coast. That said NEVER GO HERE. I walked in to the most awkward situation 3 people behind the counter frozen like statuses. The younger guy was swearing profanity and complaining about the time. She looked like this was an everyday thing. I will not be back
Coffee was good, however, the staff were having inappropriate conversation the entire 5 minutes I was there. To the point where I just had to walk out and could not enjoy my coffee there. Management needs to address.
I used to love Dunkin, so I went today and what a HUGE let-down. The selection was horrible, all my favorites they don't even have anymore. I picked 6 and took them home and shared with my family. They were disgusting. I swear the the donut were at least 3 days old. Tasted horrible and gross and it was all of them. Too bad so many places don't even try anymore. Will not be going back.
I ordered 6 donuts from the McKellips store and had Door Dash deliver them. They were the WORST donuts I’ve ever had. They were stale. The Boston cream was the only good one out of the bunch. Never again

What a cute little cafe! My mother and I just happened to drive by and stopped in. The cute red hair young lady was very helpful with our order, especially since the kitchen was closing. I ordered their Spinach Salad with chicken which was delicious and a nice cold brewed coffee. I wish I had taken a picture of the food, but I was getting hangry. Definitely be back.
Sassy service. The menu is unclear and not all sandwiches can be ordered in a combo unlike their sign suggests. The sandwiches are overpriced for the quality you get. Their Philly cheese sandwich was greasy, bland and full of cream cheese. This place wants to be a cafe but is not more than average fast food.
Good food, excellent service from the crew of young women up front. The kitchen had run out of some menu items and the message was delivered so nicely it was impossible to be upset. Sassy's Cafe is on my list for this area in East Mesa

Cute bakery and sandwich place. I got the turkey cranberry sandwich on a fluffy white sandwich roll. It was so good, perfect balance of flavors. I also got a red velvet cupcake with my order; on the side I ordered a caramel cheesecake (gluten free) and it was pretty good. Nothing special to go out of my way to buy. The cupcakes though (also with GF options) I would come back for, and maybe the 6 pack of cinnamon rolls.
Food was not good and extremely expensive for two sandwiches over $30. The menu was misleading, we ordered the Philly cheesesteak nowhere on the menu. Did it say it contained cream cheese, yet cream cheese was on the sandwich. We got soup of the day and it came out cold, though it did have good flavor. The only good part was the cupcake on the plate. The bakery was good, but the food not so much.
Daddy daughter date. We looked at the menus for several places and picked Sassy's. The Cinnamon French Toast was made out of actual Cinnamon rolls! It was fantastic! I had the Pina Colada French toast, and they were also amazing.
We came here for the first time for breakfast. I was surprised they didn't have many breakfast options.... It's mostly lunch and salad... And they don't have any gourmet coffee, lattes or expressos. That was a real bummer. When I see a Cafe and bakery I expect there to be gourmet coffee as well.... But I guess that is not the case. We ordered a green chili quesadilla and a Cubano sandwich. Both were delicious, however the bakery items (cupcakes and eclair) seemed like they were being thawed from a frozen state.... Which leads me to believe that maybe items are not made fresh here.
There is a nice seating area outside however most of the tables and chairs both inside and out were dirty and there was trash scattered all over the floor and ground. Neither bathroom had any toilet paper and there is no purse hook either (One of my biggest pet peeves for public restrooms). Probably not coming back here again.

I love Dunkin but this was pretty sad for Loaded Hash Browns. Cup should be at least filled half way or three quarters up especially for the price. Come on Dunkin it's hash browns. The customer service was ok for awhile but its getting bad again. The people dont even let you ask for a receipt they just close the window on you immediately. I just got a matcha and it was filled 3/4 of the way with foam and I ordered skim milk specifically but I couldnt verify if that was correct because nothing was printed on the side. It's been weird here the past couple times I definitely wouldn't recommend coming to this one.

Then she says "oh, our machine just broke so we can't make your other coffee, do you want a refund or something?" Umm..ya? How are you out of glazed donuts by 9am!! And your machine breaks?? And the crossaint sandwiches..absolutely horrible! It completely fell apart, was cold, 1 piece of bacon and broken cheese..not even edible. First time at this location and very last time at this location..do not go to Stapley and Baseline..horrible!

Went through the drive through, it was a really long line. We put in our order. Even clarified and had it repeated that all donut holes should be just regular glazed. We got home and the 20+donut holes were mixed, no one will eat them here. The hash browns were cold and soggy. The 1 vanilla sprinkle donut was in the bag upside down so that made it have no frosting. The only thing not messed up was the coffee. Most upset about the donut holes though. Super disappointed to get all the way home just to find out I just wasted money on food no one in my house will eat. My young child begged for us to take him. Then this. Just another reason bosa is better. Went here for the drive through out of convenience. Never again. My boyfriend went back to have it fixed and they told him they gave us what they had. They didn't have enough to give us all glazed so they mixed them. Since we requested otherwise, why not tell us you don't have enough. And the lady working was pissy because my boyfriend said the donut holes were wrong and needed to be fixed or refunded and she said you got what we had. Luckily he's much calmer than me because it's ridiculous to screw something up for a paying customer then blame them for it. This place is a joke. In the picture those are chocolate and strawberry filled... Not glazed. There were 4 glazed.
Horrible. Ordered a cold brew with almond milk and caramel and an apple fritter to which she replied “we don’t sell that anymore”, the girl didn’t repeat it back my order to me just replied “pull forward” when I said ok just the coffee, got up to the window and saw that it was basically all milk. Asked for more coffee or to have it remade and she says she put a shot in it and was annoyed that I even asked but it tasted awful- still mostly milk with no flavoring when I requested caramel. Not worth my time to go complain AGAIN but those girls working the front are very rude. If you hate your job so much, why are you working there and taking it out on your guests with an attitude? I haven’t had such a terrible experience at a Dunkin before but definitely won’t be returning to this location.
I’ve lived near this Dunkin’ for years and continue to stop by regularly. Unfortunately, the speed of service has gotten worse and worse.
No matter the day or time, and even if you order ahead through the app, you’re almost guaranteed to wait 10–20 minutes. My usual order is just a medium coffee and something small to eat, but I’ve had to sit in the drive-thru for nearly that long on most visits.
I hope management takes notice, because it’s frustrating to see a place I’ve supported for years become so unreliable.
But on a more happier note, the workers have always been pleasant and polite!
The "manager" of this store is a joke. When I had to return because they put the order together incorrectly (munchkins, seriously how difficult!!!!) - the response was they were out of what I ordered and the "manager" was at the window and her excuse was "we are busy". Seriously??? When I responded by telling her they still need to complete the orders correctly, she laughed - which completely explains why the store runs like it does! DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THIS DUNKIN DONUTS!!!!

I am a frequent here and I am very disappointed at the service I received. They updated the point system for some reason and when I went to go redeem my free drink, it took my points and I was told that I still have to pay for my drink even though that I just redeemed my free drink not sure how that’s OK now I’m sitting online trying to get a hold of the Dunkin representatives to get my 600 points back which I think is ridiculous. I spend so much money there I feel like they could’ve just handed me the drink or figure it out for me instead of telling me to call corporate. I spent a lot of money and I spend a lot of money in a week to get my 600 points to get my free coffee so I’m not very happy about it. also trying to get a hold of corporate for anything is a joke they said they’re supposedly gonna email me in two days. Me and my family come to this location almost every Sunday around 2pm. We absolutely love the staff which is Adrian and Justin. Both always have the restaurant very well kept and clean. They both are also very welcoming and have GREAT customer service which is very rare nowadays. They always take care of me and my family which is why we love to come back every week.
I hope corporate sees this review because I highly recommend a raise for both Adrian and Justin. Keep up the good work guys 👏

To be so honest, the people there were so mean to me. The lady taking my order in drive thru was rude to me, rushed me while i was trying to figure out my order, and had such an attitude with me. At the window, the lady cashing me out was ALSO rude to me. Didn’t tell me my total, took my card without saying anything to me, and didn’t even have the courtesy to say “Have a good rest of your day,” after handing me my food. I work in drive thru and I know how many people’s days I make saying have a good day alone, and i didn’t even get the bare minimum. ON TOP OF THAT, when i got home, after eating half of my bacon eggs and cheese sandwich, there was a huge piece of plastic in it! Thanks for making my morning not the best❤️
The service at the drive-thru was unacceptable. The lady taking my order was extremely rude, rushing us to finish and cutting us off while we were trying to give our order. It was clear she wasn’t listening, which led to my order being completely wrong. As for the food, the sprinkled donut had barely any sprinkles, the avocado toast was overwhelmingly topped with bacon instead of avocado, and the donuts tasted stale. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning.
This location has really been lacking. This is usually my favorite location but after SEVERAL visits where I get my drink like this I think I’m going to boycott this location for a while.

Went here to get a frozen drink with my hubby. Walked into the store and waited 5 minutes for someone to help us. Nobody came out. The displaywas completely empty and they had empty racks In the dining area. We just ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Definitely won't be returning. I would give this location negative stars if I could.
We went to this location and waited almost 10 minutes for service, which never did show up. There was one customer sitting at a table and no one at the drive thru. The man in the dining area said there were 2 employees working but it sounded like they were watching videos or a movie in the back of the store. Disappointed, we won’t be going back to this location.
If there is one thing consistent about this particular store, it's their inconsistency with getting orders correct. I even asked if they added the extra espresso shot and he said yes. When I returned with the drink I heard alot of laughing from employees about the mistake.... well it wasn't funny to me as I had to go 4 miles extra to get it corrected.

I could tell because they where all turned upside down from when she slammed the box on the counter. I had to go inside to get a refund. The worker at counter even told me how rude she was. Spent 22 dollars on 6 cinnamon rolls just for them to be BURNT and barely even iced. Turned around and came back and she argued with us for MINUTES saying "that's how they're supposed to look" finally got her to get us a different box and sure enough way lighter and softer and actually covered in icing. Still not the best. Definitely not going back to this location.
Should have read the reviews before going here. We ordered the cinnamon roll centers, which are supposed to be the “centers of a cinnamon roll”. However, most of these were hard chunks that we could barely bite into with absolutely no icing or caramel on them. Absolute waste of $25.00 that went in the garbage.

Cup of cinnamon bites. 1/4 was filled w the sugar. And coated the top over the pretzels. I thought i poured most out but once I kept eating I noticed I was searching through the sugar for them.
As always, they always make me happy, the Bites with sugar and cinnamon, even now when I'm not hungry, and I think about the Bites, the desire comes back to me, they are just perfect, please stay the same.
After waiting a great deal of time for my cinnamon pretzel, a girl walked up to me & asked if I was waiting for anything.
I kindly told her yes, I was & it had been almost 20 minutes.
She was sincerely apologetic and went to go make the pretzel herself.
She offered me the frosting dipping sauce and once again apologized for forgetting me.
It wasn't her though. It was another male employee that took my order.
Please pass the word along to the manager of this Auntie Annie's that Denise was wonderful to me and provided excellent customer service.

Came today. It was so good. The lemonade was so sweet and so bomb!! Pretzel was also so good. Minimal wait time. They got us in and out. Definitely a great trip. Well worth the drive.
Advertising on their board a bacon cheddar or Turkey cheddar pretzel roll which they do not have also advertising they have sweet ice tea and they do not have. I ordered the garlic pretzel it is very dry kind of tastless and no dipping sauce unless you pay extra.
On my 30 minute lunch so no time to take it back.
Only gave 2 star would have been one but the gentlemen working register was polite and apologetic about out of items.

Their signature product is the yogurt bread, but they also offer hodo cakes, taro bread, sponge cake, red bean bread, pork buns and hot dog buns.
Tried a variety of pastries here and they were all amazing! Put them in the fridge or freezer until you're ready to eat them to prolong the freshness, these types of lovely pastries aren't meant to be out for too long, eat em or freeze em!

Moldy bread and spoiled cream bought less than 2 days ago.
Bought some bread from this place Saturday afternoon and stored them in a shaded, air conditioned room. Now Monday morning I was eating one of them at work, it tasted very sour but I assumed the new owner changed their recipes. As I looked down from my computer screen I see green mold inside and on top of the bread, the cream appeared to be spoiled as well. Already ate half of it hope I don’t develop food poisoning later. There was no way to tell how long the bread had been sitting on their shelf. The red bean cake we bought was also hard as a rock and flavorless, went straight to trash. Never going back again, this is unacceptable.
Love how it’s still a dollar in these time, honestly the vanilla has the best taste don’t get me wrong the other one are alright but not the best tasting ones, the coconut is a real letdown I was expecting to be the best out of all of them but didn’t satisfy.
This place used to be great when it first opened, but then they hired a bunch of non Chinese help and the quality really declined.
Last few times I bought bao from here they were EXTREMELY dry. The bun was dry and the pork was dry.
The owner greeted me with kindness. And help me select a good moon cake. Awesome food, and desserts. I recommend 10/10 for moon cakes.

This bakery is under new owner management now. Everything is fresh and modern. We love the traditional wheel pancake and a bunch of their new products like the macha cake, pork sung roll, red bean bun and a cup of fresh espresso coffee. oh, the egg tarts used the real whole egg white and the warm fragrance of the finger biscuits last for days.

Crumbl Cookies - Mesa Grand is a bakery that was founded by Sawyer Hemsley and Jason McGowan, who had a shared dream of creating the best chocolate chip cookie in the world. Every week, they offer a variety of different flavors, including occasional mystery ones. The cookies themselves are quite large and can easily be shared between two people. When you walk into the store, you are greeted by an amazing aroma of freshly baked treats.
I ORDERED 500 MINI COOKIES FOR MY WEDDING RECEPTION AND WAS ABLE TO CHOOSE COOKIES FOR THE ENTIRE CRUMBL COOKIE MENU!!! I called multiple crumbl locations trying to see if I could have cookies made with not luck, until I called this store. This was the only location that was about to make cookies upon request outside of the week’s selected cookie menu. Crumbl is known for their roasting menus and only off a select few each week. Patty said as long as she had the ingredients in the back I could request any cookie to be made! I ordered 75 of the lemon glaze cookie for my bridal shower and then the next week ordered bulk mini cookies for my wedding: sugar cookies, brownie batter, oreo cookie, the reeces peanutbutter cookie. Patty took my many calls and worked with me in person to help make my wedding desert table of my dreams! The let me pick up the lemon cookie and the sugar cookie the night before so that I could chill them and then made the remaining cookies fresh and they were warm for my reception.
Patty is so kind and generous and deserves a raise/promotion. Highly recommend working with this location! THANK YOU PATTY!!

Cookies are extra small today almost half the size the are normally. I stopped going to location on Gilbert and brow because that are not consistent on quality ok cookies and started going to this location and never had an issue until today. Not a big deal but would have got a large cookie for half the price and cut it in four and had way more cookie. Staff is always friendly and quick to greet you. I will return just hope does not become a normally like brown and Gilbert store.

If I could give no stars I would. To the Manager: You are in the customer service industry, so act like it. Your employees asked us to email you. After every follow up call we were redirected to email again. If you want to yell at someone next time you should start with your staff. Behaving in such an unstable way unprovoked manner is not acceptable. * The manager went off over the phone,(she called us) after a simple inquiry for possible donations to a school event. The reaction was uncalled for and out of line. It is always ok to say no. It is not okay to be rude.

We love this location. We are from out of town and stop in the Signal Butte area alot and this is always a pit stop. The staff are friendly and its the perfect treat to take home to our kids.
So funny story, I got turned onto Crumbl because of a mistake- about a year ago, a delivery service dropped off cookies that I didn’t order- and a large box of them at that! I knew someone would be sad if they didn’t get their cookies, so I called Crumbl to let them know someone was missing their order. They thanked me, remade cookies for the correct family, and let me keep the misdelivered ones. So that was my first experience with Crumble 😂
Wow, ever since that day, I’ve been hooked! I’ve had to cut myself back some weeks, because the new cookies just keep coming, and I am always so hyped to try new flavors. 🥰
I didn’t think it was possible to make cookies as good as they do, I’ve been to other cookie specialty shops in the past, but Crumbl is the one that keeps me coming back for more! Service is fast, friendly, and courteous. Whenever I had an issue with my order (rarely, and due to unusual circumstances that was nobody’s fault) they were always helpful in remedying it.
I love introducing people to Crumbl cookies, and have even shipped some to friends who don’t have nearby Crumbl shops, and they all loved them! Absolute favorite cookies of all time.
It was really disappointing to drive all the way to this location after checking the app, which showed a specific cookie would be available as it was “baking.” However, when I got there, I found out they weren’t actually baking that cookie at all. The cookies listed in the app were completely different from what was available in the store. How are customers supposed to pre-order with confidence if the app doesn’t match the actual inventory? To make things worse, when I asked the employee about it, she just shrugged and said, “Well, I don’t know.” I’ve attached screenshots taken less than 10 minutes apart that clearly show the discrepancy. This experience was frustrating and honestly made me question whether I can rely on the app or the store for accurate information.
Avoid this location. Management is nonexistent and seems not to value their customers. The “lead” is unprofessional, confrontational and condescending. Take ownership of your mistakes and make things right. Any”lead” should know this, mistake happen and it is how you handle them that matters. The staff needs to be trained properly and learn how to engage with people. I also call BS on these reviews. A lot of the 5 star reviews are the users first review ever, I wonder what the incentive was for leaving a 5 star.

Ordered for delivery about 2 weeks ago. They gave me a wrong cookie. I called them to get it resolved. The person I talked to said that they would talk to the manager. I said I wanted a replacement. Was also advised to send an email. Never got a call back, never got a reply to my email. Very disappointed in this location.

Went to get my son’s cookie for his 10th birthday like he does every year Savannah and her two coworkers made him cry laughing, thinking it was funny because he wasn’t getting a Crumbl cookie on his birthday every year have gone to this Crumbl cookie never had an issue this year Savannah and her two coworkers stated that it was policy for them to have an app. My son is a minor he would not have the app. Definitely something needs to be done. This Crumbl cookie is definitely the worst Crumbl cookie I’ve been to you and would not recommend.

Yesterday evening, as a first-timer at Crumbl Cookies - Mesa Groves, I discovered the delectable and warm cookies that I had been missing out on for quite some time. The service provided by the young individuals behind the counter was excellent. The cookies I ordered were not only delicious but also served warm, which added to my satisfaction. With the anticipation of trying different flavors through their changing weekly deals, I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of cookie options available for selection.
I recently visited Crumbl Cookie at Gilbert and Brown Rd, and I had such a great time! The customer service was top-notch; the staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home. The store was really clean, which added to the overall vibe.
And oh man, the cookie selection this month was amazing! There were so many flavors to choose from, and each one looked delicious. I ended up trying a few, and they did not disappoint. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to go back for more!

I would like to say that the employee that helped me was very nice and helpful. I went there because I had a birthday cookie and they had the strawberry pop tart. We waited to eat the cookie until after dinner. When we cut into it, there was no filling. Kinds keeps it from being a strawberry pop tart if there is no strawberry filling. I reached out to the store and they apologized that it was “not to my standards” and said that I could pick up a gift card for one free cookie, only at their location, and only within 24 hours. When I thanked them for reaching out but explained it would take more in gas to get it, they said that the stores are franchised and they could not spend $.57 to mail the gift card but I could spend $5/gallon to come get it within 24 hours. I still have them 3 stars because the service was good and timely, the young lady that helped us was very pleasant and the other cookie was good. It is just a shame this is the decision the owners of this franchise would come to.
Crumbl cookies is amazing. I love the desserts and when I first tried it, I was amazed, cause I seen a lot of videos on social media and a lot of people reacted to their desserts, but the reactions were positive and I mean that Crumbl cookie has the best desserts I ever tried so far And I’m excited for them to make new flavors.
Cookie size is all over the place at this location minis used to fill the box now they are about half the size they used to be when 3 minis don’t even make 1 large cookie and you charge the price of two cookies seems little shady. Locations needs more consistency and better customer service.

tried crumbl for the first time and got the banana pudding cookie, and wow, it was super soft, rich, and full of flavor. the cookie was warm and buttery, and the nilla wafer on top added a nice crunch. it's definitely really sweet, but if you’ve got a sweet tooth, you’ll love it. a bit messy in the box, but still totally worth it.
I normally love the cookies.. but what I recently have noticed is that the cookies appear to be lightly cooked but mostly cookie dough that has been thawed out.. is the difference from actually tasting a cookie and tasting a slightly toasted cookie but still raw on the inside.. unfortunately I couldn't give it a five star..

Placed an order last night for pick up this morning and my boyfriend was there to pick up the order when the worker there let him know the manager never showed up and he had already been waiting. I am only leaving one star for the employee that was sat outside of your location (if it were me I would have left!) waiting an hour for a manager to show up. Had to cancel my pick up order and scramble to make last minute arrangements. Very frustrating to have someone scheduled to pick something up for you and the store isn’t even open ?? The worker had us cancel the order Glad I got my refund but would have much rather had the cookies. NOT OK!!! 5-10 minutes late would have been understandable but an hour and counting ?? So disappointing

Cinnaholic is the perfect place to get your cinnamon roll needs! This location is so cute and offers inside and outside dining. We arrived about 5 minutes before it technically opened and the man working happily let us inside. His customer service was amazing and he was very informative. If you’re gluten free, they offer a fruit based substitute (banana, apple or combination) and any icings, with some gluten free toppings. This location was clean and very welcoming. I loved the music playing and the general vibe of the place. Definitely worth the stop!

How I so desperately wanted this place to be consistently good and worth it. I waited until we had 4 visits to write a review.
Unfortunately, these cinnamon rolls have only been consistently dry (like day old biscuits left on the counter dry) and the icing could have helped to add some life to the roll but it was used so sparingly.
Our first visit we may have had the rolls fresh because it was a great experience, but the following three visits only proved that we will not be returning ever again. If the ownership could find a way in their SOP to have fresh and edible cinnamon rolls this place would be a game changer and stand out from it’s competitors, until then you are better off going to Cinnabon or grabbing a pack of cinnamon rolls at your grocery store.
Grateful to have found a vegan dessert. We have several food allergies in our family and going out for a treat always proved difficult to accommodate. Cinnaholic hits the spot and you cannot even tell that there is no dairy. A couple of my kids did not believe that the food was dairy free because it tastes so good.
I really wanted this place to be good because I love cinnamon rolls. I got the basic “old skool roll” and it was a river of icing. Truly overkill icing. At this point I still had hope- maybe they just like to add a ton of icing? Then I tasted it…it had SO much butter that it tasted like they added butter flavoring. I love butter and I couldn’t eat it because it made me want to gag the butter was so much. My husband wouldn’t even take a bite when he saw how much butter there was.
Cinnaholic was my husband’s and I favorite go to dessert and would never disappoint. After today I will no longer be a customer. I got 2 cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting, almonds, graham cookies, strawberries and raspberries. After basically finishing my roll I noticed the raspberries had mold. I really hate I caught this right before I had a few bites left and not since the beginning. I am very disappointed with the lack of quality and control on the toppings offered. I really hope my husband and I don’t get sick from this.

Manager on shift wasn't the nicest. I placed an order for three pretzel cups at $21 & the other worker told us a 6 minute wait. We waited, gave them about 10 minutes & went back to get our pretzel. They handed us one cup & I told her I was waiting for 2 cups of pretzels. No big deal until the lady "manager" s basically called us a liar and said i only ordered 2 cups. She brought up the receipt and asked how much I spent and I told her I spent 21 plus my 20% tip I left which went up to 26ish with tax. The lady found my receipt and she didn't apologize for calling me basically a liar. She grabs a cup of cinnamon covered pretzels & tosses it into the grease & literally tries to wash the cinnamon off then hands it to me and says it's unsalted. I told her I didn't want a washed off cinnamon pretzel. Lol. She then calls her manager & tells him, "customer wanted a refund" I told her I didn't want a refund & just wanted my pretzel I order 20 minutes ago. Her manager she was speaking with then calls mall security and says he's gonna get me banned from the mall all bc I wanted a receipt stating she refunded my transaction. I told the security that I wanted a printed copy of the receipt stating she refunded the 26 into my account & there she goes and says " I can't give him a refund without my manager" ... This place is horrible. Idk how many other pretzels they just washed off in grease and claimed as fresh... The manager on shift was this lady.... She took a picture of me so I'll post one of her. Zero respect and the manager she called was disrespectful as well, he's the one who called security. The lady also made a comment "you're like 30 years old arguing over a pretzel 😂 and you're here with teenagers?" Lmao ... The audacity she had, we go to the mall with our family. I didn't know it was illegal to go to the mall with your family to shop. The pretzel was for my nephew who has an allergy to iodized salt... That's why we get one without salt. Never again will we be ordering there. I suggest everyone else to get your pretzels elsewhere.
The lady there was rude. We ask for plain pretzels but tried to give us cinnamon pretzels but she washed off with oil and said here while it was burnt as well. So our experience was horrible. She made us get a refund but never gave us a refund & receipt. She was very disrespectful.
So when we ordered our food, we had gotten just a cup of the pieces of pretzel bites with pepperoni and we ordered it and we walked away and we each had a piece and it was burnt at the bottom so we went back and we said is there anything That we could do or exchange it? And the girl said they’re all like that There was two girls there one was a white lady and the other was a small Mexican girl. That was the cashier. We asked just to get our money back and they told us that we had to go and toss the cup ourselves in the mall trashcan because they couldn’t do it . and they would not give us a refund back unless we tossed it while talking to her the small cashier girl she took her hair out of her ponytail and re-tied it. I then looked at both the girls, and they both did not have their hair in a bun or a hairnet they were just down in a long ponytail they both had longer hair. They then proceeded to give us a refund because we toss the cup of pepperoni pieces, and I asked what their manager’s name was, and it turned out. The white girl was the manager, and she was the one who told us that It would take eight minutes to remake the pepperoni When they were giving us a refund, the little Mexican girl was just laughing I’m not sure if it was about us or what she was giggling about. I asked where I could make a complaint and they just said I guess online it was the worst customer service and the worst food snack that I’ve ever eaten. Do not go here save your money.
I love these pretzels, but everything here is hit or miss. Last time, my pretzel was great, but the service was awful. This time it was the opposite with the service being great, but the pretzel was old and dry. I do like their rewards program. There is plenty of parking and I actually am okay with spending time in the mall.
Do not get any food or drinks from this location! (Chandler fashion square). Today, 5/30 around 2, me and my kids went here to get a large strawberry lemonade. When I took the cup over to a table to put the strawberry in, I noticed something black under the lid. When I lifted the lid, I found a dead fly stuck between the bottom of the lid and the lip of the cup where it was smushed. I went back to auntie Anne’s to get a new one because I obviously wasn’t going to drink from that one. Wasn’t mad, things happen. Well the lady that served me the drink originally took it back over to the drinks fountain and just put on a new lid, guessing she thought I wouldn’t see her. When she went to hand it to me, I asked her for a new cup and new top because the fly was smushed between them so on the cup too. Her and I’m guessing her manager that was right there seeing everything got an attitude and was giving me dirty looks like I was being a nuisance and inconveniencing them. She did give me a new cup and lid with new lemonade but I was pissed at this point for the lack of cleanliness, of care and the attitude. I’m glad I didn’t get any food from there cuz god knows what’s been on and in that. I’m mad about the employee but even madder about the manager because even he thought it was ok to give a customer back a cup that had a dead fly smashed in to it. Never going there again for anything.
Store was listed to open at 10 on Saturday but at 10:40 they were running late and not taking orders. I waited 20 minutes, returned at 11, still had to wait, got attitude, and no apology
Extremely disappointed at the dishonest employee who took my order on July 7, 2024/ 5:06pm inside the Chandler Fashion Mall, Arizona location.
I ordered a sweet almond pretzel and a small lemonade, she greeted me with a smile and there was no problems with the interaction while taking my order.
I asked her, “how long has this pretzel been out?” *pointing at the hot display case*
She stated “20 minutes?”
Then I proceed to ask her if it was alright to get a fresh one instead. & that I am willing to wait.
she said ok, she’ll get me a fresh one. I was happy that she was nice enough to do that for me so I tipped her 20%.
BOYYYY WAS I UPSET WHEN I SAW HER PUT THE OLD PRETZEL FROM THE HOT DISPLAY CASE IN TO THE BAG, HIDE IT ABOVE THE SHELF SO I COULDN’T SEE IT, WAIT 2 MINUTES BEFORE HANDING ME THE SAME OLD ONE SHE BAGGED UP FROM THE CASE.
The dishonesty of that employee made me really upset.
I don’t like to argue so I just gave the pretzel benefit of the doubt, I stood in the front of the register, took a bite from it & it was HARD. I let my son try it too and he didn’t like it. So I asked the same dishonest employee if we could just exchange it out for a cinnamon sugar pretzel instead hoping that it might be softer.
The dishonest employee looks at her co worker and her co worker looked annoyed, the coworker grabbed another old regular pretzel from the hot case, “sugared” it up and hands it to me.
It did not look like the normal cinnamon sugar pretzel that we’re use to eating. The pretzel was not soft or sweet. It was hard, salty, and not that much cinnamon at all; taste was really off.
Anyways, I threw one of the old pretzels away, gave the “cinnamon sugared” one to my husband because that man can eat anything and I hate wasting money in this economy.
& As for that dishonest employee+ coworker: I hope you guys get the chance to read this feedback to please tell your customers next time that you and your staff do not want to make fresh ones for customers who’re willing to wait so that we can take our business elsewhere.
Felt like I wasted my money on bad pretzels and warm lemonade. Bugged me so much that I seriously wished I didn’t tip because you guys absolutely did not deserve it.
