First time trying The Pump House and it definitely delivered. All of our food selections were delicious. The crab cakes app was a decadent, but light starter and the mac and cheese side had great texture and was very cheesy. The short rib was juicy and tender and the shrimp and grits (a specialty) was rich and flavorful. Our server recommended a couple cocktails that we tried and they were perfect options on a hot evening. While we didn't have much of a view from our table, it's definitely a cool location being on the Catawba.

Awesome dining experience!! We dined on the rooftop for my birthday and the food was delicious and the service was amazing!! Johnny was very attentive, personable and one of the best waiters I’ve ever had. The ambiance was great, the host was friendly and just an overall awesome dining experience.

The river is calm and steady as you enjoy a meal on the roof top or 3rd floor. You can make reservations ahead of time or walk in for lunch or brunch. We ordered shrimp and grits one of their signature dishes and the shrimp po boy. The dishes could have had a little more spice but they were fresh and came out rather quickly. The service was good and allowed for mild disruptions only when necessary. It is a good place for a business meeting or special date.

One of the best restaurants we've eaten at to date. We came for the Queen's Feast and were blown away. Evan was our server. Evan was our server. He was awesome! The food was phenomenal. No joke. Just go eat here.

Pump House is a chill restaurant and bar off the Catawba with views of the water and multiple floors with seating and bars. It is really nice in summer to eat by the water outside upstairs or dine in the A/C with friends and family. They change the menu every so often so if you find a favorite beverage or food item, go hard or go home. Pricing is typical for this area and type of establishment, think Charlotte. Not sure if there is a kids menu but the apps are a decent size to share and drinks are not served to the brim. I give them credit for creativity and ambiance and service. The fried okra was fire! I might go back for an entrée when I have more time.

Thank you to Parker and the rest of the staff for making us feel special for our anniversary dinner and our first time. We sat on the patio and had a great view of the river. The riverwalk mule is the best mule I’ve had in SC and one of the best I’ve ever had. It was refreshing and balanced. The calamari was cooked with care and tasted amazing. It has a slight kick at the end, which enhanced the flavors. The 12oz ribeye was cooked to perfection and had great taste and flavor. I had added the shrimp with it. Shrimp wasn’t cooked the way I liked it, but it wasn’t bad. The lava cake and cheesecake were just heavenly. When our dinner arrived, my spouse asked for no onion. Both had onion. I’d asked for the shrimp, but it was on my spouse’s plate. This did NOT take away from our experience or meal. My spouse put the shrimp on my plate and the onions had breading on them which my spouse likes and therefore didn’t ruin or change anything. For our anniversary Parker says they offer a glass of champagne to toast. We respect that she asked us if this was okay just in case someone was sober! That is true hospitality and genuine caring. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

I visited Amelie’s for the first time and was charmed by the Rock Hill location’s decor and ambiance. The pastries were delicious, and I also enjoyed my half spicy chicken salad and a cup of chicken pot pie soup. The meal was good but not outstanding. I imagine most people visit for the treats more so than the deli offerings, and I certainly enjoyed the sweets more! Service was excellent.

I would recommend stopping here if you are looking for a desert and a coffee. All the deserts looked really good. I got what looked like a custard eclair. The pastry was light and fresh. The custard was delicious.

What a delightful place! Quirky yet elegantly decorated. In an old bank. Unfortunately there is only 1 person to take your order and it seems like everyone in line had questions. The food came out pretty quick and was very good. The bacon was amazing. The dark roast is pretty strong. The strawberry something lemonade was really sweet. I’m really glad we don’t live closer as I would be here all the time trying all the pastries.

What a delightful find! An unexpected treasure in an old, converted bank. The double dessert cases are full of beautiful creations- fresh fruit tarts, cakes, eclairs, and a large variety of macroons. My friend and I had not had lunch so opted for the tostines. Great choice! We shared 2 types- the bacon/fig/cheese (both savory and sweet) and the savory pesto/tomato/cheese. Both were delicious. We also had a chai and raspberry tea. There was ample seating both down and upstairs, WIFI and the atmosphere was perfect for our meeting!

I picked up a large catering order for a corporate event early in the morning. The food was delicious and fresh. Patricia and Maddie on the Charlotte area events team were phenomenal and unbelievably helpful and patient. Staff in Rock Hill was kind and welcoming. I had a minor issue with timing, but it was handled with accountability and grace. The overwhelming tone was “this is should not of happened and we will take care of it” I wasn’t wildly upset, and believe them because they run a tight ship and hold themselves to high standards. I appreciated how clearly they were willing to communicate. Would recommend them for catering pastries and coffee if you want to be a bit more upscale than Publix with breaking the bank. Pricing was very fair, they were able to adapt a package to my needs, and servings were generous.

We love all Amelie’s in the Charlotte area. We’ve been to all four locations. Today’s visit to the Rock Hill did not disappoint. Our desserts were so yummy!

Food is decent, but has gotten significantly more expensive as of late, without the quality maintaining or improving. Be prepared to be nickeled and dime to death. Hell, even McDonalds gives free cups of water, and as a business owner Credit cards fees are my responsibility, as is for every other business owner. You walk out paying 2-5 bucks more than what you should after drinking water and paying your fees.

We ordered hashbrowns on every plate. They were burnt and crumby.

The only issue I experienced, I couldn't select egg whites when placing my order online. I had to call the store and tell them, I don't want regular eggs. The whole meal was great, very good food and delivered hot. I LOVE eating at this restaurant, very good food. And nice people working there.

Great restaurant for the *community* atmosphere. You're sure to see someone you know and enjoy a good laugh and tasty food. The "chicken tips with rice, peppers and onions" is a staple for me. There are *plenty* of other options on the menu to suit any appetite. So, if you're in Rock Hill, give Nishie G's a try. You'll be glad you did! 😋 Happy eating!

We have a wonderful experience at Nishie G's. We used the Olive Tree Room for our meeting, then had the great and caring staff prepare and serve a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this restaurant. If you have a need to meet with an event they have a nice venue and unbelievably good food.

Even after giving the dish multiple opportunities to impress, the lack of proper seasoning remains a significant issue. A well-executed piece of fried fish should celebrate the delicate flavor of the flounder while enhancing it with complementary seasonings. Instead, what could be a standout dish ends up being forgettable due to this fundamental oversight. I went here with my family, and it was a lovely experience! My waitress was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. The food was amazing, I had the shrimp and grits, which is one of my favorite foods and they really hit the mark on this one, it’s not one of my favorite places to get shrimp and grits. I also tried out their cold brew coffees, which was so yummy, they have a kids chocolate milk that looks like a milkshake, and my daughter was beyond ecstatic when she saw it let alone had it. The decor is really nice and it’s definitely a welcoming environment, I know I have a few other locations, but this is my first time stopping in and I will definitely be returning, I recommend you give this place a try.

This place was so great. It was clean, the food was hot and prepared exactly as we ordered. Lynn our server was absolutely the best! She brought us out fresh beignets and they were amazing! The coffee cups were absolutely adorable too, I just had to buy one. All in all, a great breakfast with great service!

We came for brunch a few weeks ago. Service was quick, our waiter was very nice, the drinks were great and the food was delicious! It has a nice atmosphere, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there. Our waiter helped me pick the perfect drink and it was sooo yummy. It was the spiked raspberry lemonade and it was so fresh! My fiancée got the Irish coffee and that was really good too! I ordered the biscuits and gravy and it was very good and filling. My fiancée ordered shrimp and grits and enjoyed his food as well. The restaurants itself is very nice. This was our first and last visit to this place. We reserved a seat online and still ended up waiting. That's not a huge deal being that it is Sunday morning. We ordered beignets and when we bit into them the dough was raw and wet. Our waitress offered to get us another order, but never brought them. The eggs Benedict I ordered came out like hard boiled eggs and my husband's omelet was dripping with oil and looked like it had been microwaved. The food was not hot and fresh like you expect it to be. It was a disappointing experience overall. This was a waste of money!!!! Don't bother to come to this place. The best part about the whole experience was the music playing in the background.

Came in on a Saturday morning looking for a nice breakfast. Was met with a small wait, but got a table quickly. Melanie was are server, she was great. Fast service and sweet. Food was good took a little longer to get out but it is a Saturday morning, just a little too loud in the restaurant. But food and service were great!

I was really excited to try this restaurant out, as I enjoy the one in Charlotte. I was greatly disappointed in the service here. For a relatively new restaurant, I thought for sure that the service would be amazing. Instead, it took 10 minutes before anybody realized we were waiting to be seated. There was a guy waiting there even longer than us to be seated. Rather than a hostess or waitress, a bartender noticed we were waiting and immediately came over to take care of us. She was pleasant. We were told that our waitress would show up soon and we're handed menus. It then took another 5 minutes before a waitress came to see us. Which was surprising, because the restaurant wasn't very busy at the time. The waitress was pleasant, but everything took so long. It was a bit frustrating waiting for everything. Even getting the order in took a while. The worst part of the service though, was after getting the ticket, she disappeared for a good 20 minutes, so we were eagerly waiting to pay. The atmosphere looked nice, but as more people showed up the echo in the place was so loud it was hard to even listen to the people at my table. The restaurant itself was really cold. The food was good overall. Nothing really amazing, but tasty overall. I didn't think that the prices matched the food. The chocolate chip pancakes for kids is actually just pancakes with some chocolate chips thrown on top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. I was surprised, because I assumed that the pancakes would have chocolate chips inside of it. The salted caramel cold brew was pretty tasty. The hash brown Benedict Was a lot smaller than I expected, and really could use more Hollandaise sauce as I couldn't taste any of it.

Do not know how I've missed this place on all our trips to Rockhill but dang I'm so mad. Was recently told about this place from a family member and boy it's one of the best diners around We travel extensively and this was just the greatest. And their ranch is off the chart the best I have ever had In the area several times a year and this will be our only go to from here on out. Everything was perfect.

We stopped here on our way to FT Jackson graduation. We are from Texas. We ask if a few of the items were from scratch as advertised and told they were fresh and from scratch. The fried squash was awesome. I had chicken tips with gravy it was super good. The greens were from a can and the chicken strips didn't seem homeade. Overall good food. Banana pudding was pretty good.

We were frequent customers of Rock Hill Diner until today. I will not be returning anytime soon, if at all after we were treated poorly by management. My daughter ordered the soup and grilled cheese. When it arrived, she starting eating her grilled cheese and notice white fuzz hanging from the sandwich in several locations. Honestly, it looked like towel fuzz. It was cooked into the bread. We asked our server who is a sweetheart to get her another sandwich. She took the sandwich and stated that a new one was on the way. The next thing we know, the manager brings the same sandwich back and says, "there was nothing wrong with your sandwich, it just needed cooked some more." We told our waitress what happened and she said she was so sorry but that's all she could do. She couldn't get another or take it off the bill because she would be fired. I worked in the restaurant business for 10 years through high school and college, I know first hand that is unacceptable and very bad customer service on management's part. Not at all the way to run a business. As I read through other reviews, I realize there are many more that have had similar experiences. Needless to say, they lost loyal customers today. Hope it was worth it for them not to have to make another sandwich.

The food here is great. The servers are friendly and service couldn’t be better. Prices are comparable to other casual restaurants. The blackened flounder is amazing. We were in the Rock Hill area for two days. We had three meals here. I highly recommend it.

Yummy food. Large menu. Daily specials. Wonderful cakes for dessert. We had roast beef dinner and gyro both were delicious. Dinners $12_to $15. Highly recommend!

If you like the smell of a retirement home and enjoy Fox “News” blasting in your ear while you eat, this is the diner for you! No seriously, 3 TVs posted around the dining area that run Fox on repeat. Hell I’m surprised ICE wasn’t waiting just inside the door to deport me when I walked in. Stopped in for breakfast one morning to see what it's like. It was delicious. I was a little busy for breakfast, but I got seated, placed an order, and served a freshly made baja chicken omelet. It is a 4-egg omelet, so it's a pretty big omelet. It came with home fries and toast. The omelet had avocado slices with salsa citrus sauce, which added a delicious flavor to the omelet. It's definitely a filling breakfast to start your day. The waitress never let the coffee cup go empty. Excellent service 👏! It's a great restaurant to meet friends for breakfast or lunch.

Stopped by on a Sunday morning 30 mins after placing our name on their wait-list. Since we had a large group of 8, we thought we'd have to wait longer but our table was ready within the 30 mins we were told we need to wait. Overall, we were quite impressed with our visit, especially with the quality of the service. An older waitress who obviously had been there a few years took care of our table of 8 and did a fantastic job, always with a smile. She was kind and efficient and really knew the menu, particularly for some of our gluten-free guests. Food was served hot and was generally quite tasty. Some of the food was over-salted and the sunrise eggs were a bit over-cooked. Overall, we had a great breakfast experience for our party of eight and enjoyed the food we ate. Prices were a bit high but reasonable.

Great food with a wonderful, somewhat sassy server (which was fun and not the least bit off-putting). There were good portions of food for the price and we all left with full tummies and one of our party saved their home fries for later consumption. Highly recommended and would go again.

Not too bad. I'm always looking for someplace different to eat breakfast. The staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean and inviting. I love hot chocolate and figured why not. I loved the face they used a real chocolate drizzle and the hot chocolate itself didn't taste too horribly powdered. Food was ok it wasn't the best but also better than most. I would go back but may try a few other locations to see if there is a difference in quality of food. But pretty solid 4.

First the waitress Erica was friendly. The food was okay, but I don't think I will be visiting this restaurant again. I had the coastal crab cake Benny with Hollandaise sauce, I like the sauce, but it was too much. I asked if they had chicken and waffles and she explained that they didn't serve them, but she say that the broken egg has them and Helen's hot chicken served them as well. After I got my food I didn't see her again, she didn't check on me, & I had to ask another waitress for silverware.

The table we sat at had sticky residue that no amount of wiping could fully remove, and the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in a while. It's a busy spot, I get that, but it made the whole vibe feel off. On top of that, the speed of service was painfully slow. We waited over 20 minutes for our order despite it not being peak hours, and the kitchen seemed backed up with a decent sized crew too. By the time the food arrived, we were hangry and ready to bounce. Overall, it's still a solid go-to for classic diner grub, but they need to step up on upkeep and staffing to earn those extra stars next time. Worth a try if you're nearby, just temper expectations.

I absolutely loved this waffle House. I come from Florida and waffle House is a staple so I'm quite skeptical of Carolina Waffle House's, but when I tell you this was the best waffle House I've been too up here. The staff were attentive and didn't have that fake retail/fast food Smile. We all know that smile but they seemed so down to earth, yes it was hectic but they didn't skip a beat on greeting me and my husband. And let me tell you THE FOOD OMG IT WAS AMAZING. This is the first waffle House ever and I mean EVER that has made grits that were good. I didn't have to put salt pepper or sometimes if I know I'm going to a waffle House I bring a baggy of seasonings. But this waffle House has won my heart over just because of the grits. I never give a 5/5 but this waffle House has done better then a lot of fancy restaurants!!!! I will go again<3

You just can't beat a good waffle house! I get the same thing everytime - bacon lovers BLT with hash browns scattered well with a plate of pickles. I like to go on Saturday around lunchtime. You'll have to wait a few minutes for seating, but it's well worth it!!!

Waited 40 mins in the drive though (maybe 4 cars in front of me), got to the box to order & sat for 10 mins, finally ordered. I ordered a #9 combo & an order of bacon cheddar wedges no ranch. I get home, my food is cold and there’s no bacon. The staff is unfriendly & service has gone down hill so much. This used to be my favorite fast food place and now it’s mediocre at best. The woman at the window was drinking her drink while holding MY food bag be the open drive through window waiting for my wedges, which is probably why it was cold. Jack in the Box on Dave Lyle Blvd would never & I’ll never purchase from this specific location again.

We pulled up in the drive-thru and a lady rudely said “doordash or mobile orders only” due to staffing supposedly. Well we place a mobile order and pull up to the window…the lady said they were out of any tea so we told her what we wanted instead. She only gave us two of the three drinks we ordered slammed the window shut. We waited a while for her to finally notice we were still there and we told her we were missing one drink. Without a word she abruptly turned around and walked away to go check her screen. Then she stormed back over and asked what we wanted. Basic human kindness has escaped this location. It’s not that hard. Just be kind.

Food was given to another customer who opened it. It was about to be placed in the window again! Took 25 minutes to come out. Order was placed on kiosk as no one was at register. Another customer came in and order was taken by a cashier and it came out in 10 minutes. Drink machine broken down. Door Dash came in after me and I was told they had to take care of that order first. I was told the order was being made fresh. It was not fresh and had to toss as if was cold and potato wedges hard and cold too! Completed survey with no response.

Slowest service ever but not the fault of the one employee trying to manage both the dining room and the drive thru. Management needs to support their staff by ensuring adequate staffing. Honestly felt bad for the employee being left to handle all that.

I pulled into the drive through at about 11:30 pm The line had about maybe 4 cars in front of me I then waited till about 12am and placed an order at 12:05 am I proceeded to get to the speaker at 12:10 and was told that they were only doing mobile orders and door dash, luckily I had already placed an order and was told to pull around. I get to the window and I did not get my food until 12:55 am. This location is extremely unprofessional and there is no reason for the wait or food to take that long at a “fast food” establishment if I could give this store a negative rating I would.

Grew up going to Jack in the Box with my brother in San Antonio. I live in Columbia, Sc now. There are no locations there, so when I travel to the upstate, it’s nice to stop and get a few tacos. However, pull in the parking lot, that is trashed, walk inside to a group about 10 people that are obviously pissed off, isn’t cool. Right away I can see why they’re upset. One lady says she’s been waiting 30 minutes for her food and the two visible workers behind the counter couldn’t care less. No sense of urgency or care for what they’re doing. One girl is violating health code with her extremely long hair that isn’t tied back and over exaggerated nails. Inside wasn’t any cleaner than the outside. Not interested in having any food prepared here. One person that already paid and walked out the same time I did.

I've been coming here since 2015. The food is great. Just make sure you give yourself plenty of time if you're going through the drive-thru. Takes 10 to 20 minutes. Slow slow slow. This is a shame since I love Jack in the Box menu. It has been this way at this location for years. Why can't they just hire an extra person to help make this location competitive with other fast food in the area?

Service was good she got our coffee the way we liked. It did taste like it had too much water and wasn't fresh fresh. The donut holes aka munchkins were a bit hard like they had been sitting out too long. They should have them in a sealed-off area with a door in the front so they hold the freshness longer. I know they get made at 5am or so.

The Baskin Robins side was the worst I've ever seen. The girl had earbuds in and totally ignored us. We waited 15 min before we finally approached the girl to find out we could use the kiosk. I do not recommend this place. We'll never go back again.

Disappointing Experience Ordered a medium drink and specifically asked for lite ice, but what I got was a half-full cup packed with ice. Basically paid for ice water with a splash of the actual drink. If I wanted that, I’d have just chewed on ice at home. Definitely not worth the money!

Absolutely filthy inside. While checking out the girl said “I don’t know how to ring up the Strawberry smoothie”. I didn’t realize she was telling me she wasn’t going to ring it up. I assumed that she figured it out, because she told me my total. I thought I paid for everyone’s drinks and waited around for the strawberry smoothie. Looked at the receipt and realized it wasn’t on there. I just gave my son my drink and left.

My food here today was miserable and disgusting. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. My food was old and room temperature tasting like they made it yesterday, my smoothie was discolored with black and brown spots in it and my coffee was HALF full and also room temperature this has got to be some sort of food poisoning risk or something. The service was awful as well missing a part of our order and then attempting to charge us for it even though we already paid for it. I couldn’t even describe how upset I am about this. This place costed me 25 dollars and I couldn’t eat ANYTHING, how utterly disappointing.

Decent coffee was not bitter to taste. A small store in a business shopping complex. It appears to have been under staffed which would explain other comments stating it was slow service. Therefore, I will be thankful for individuals showing up for work. *We were on a road trip traveling through SC

I’m a frequent flyer here because it’s my closest location, but the service is slower than any other Dunkin I’ve been too. In fact, other Dunkin’s in the area have told me straight up this is the worst one. It will often take over 20 minutes to go through the drive thru when I’ve put in a mobile order with only 2 people in front of me. The speaker at the drive thru is also so quiet I have to lean in closer to hear. I will say though when Rachel is working, things are more efficient and I get the correct food quickly. Thanks, Rachel! However, over the past three years though I’ve noticed a steady decline in service here. My most recent visit I was in the drive thru for a while then decided to just go inside to find the door locked and a man shake his head at me. I had already paid for and put in a mobile order for the drive thru so I said ok, I’ll just go back in line after having waited 15 minutes already. When I got to the speaker, there was silence for a few minutes (it’s not too unusual for it to take a while) but after enough time I pulled up to the window to see no one inside. When I went to the front of the store I’d discovered they closed early because an employee/manager? quit in the middle of the shift and walked out. Luckily Rachel was still there and went in and got my food I had already ordered for me.

Delicious! Make sure you get here early there will be a line right when they open (I am not exaggerating) donuts are soft and very filled. I will say the cake donuts are on the drier side in my opinion, but the Boston cream and glazed is phenomenal!

The cakes are delicious and the variety is soft and new. My family and I love the cakes here, we come here almost every week to buy. But there is one thing that makes me wonder why the whole building only has this corner for the disabled sign. If it was raining and snowing, I probably wouldn't come here to buy because I have to cross a distance from the parking lot to get to the store and make the owner of this store very sad and lose customers... Cinnamon rolls were good and tasty. Donuts were obviously fresh made that morning. I like they don’t fill their donuts until you order and you get your choice of fillings; chocolate, custard etc. Will return to satisfy the sweet tooth!

These are the best donuts I've had!! Always, fresh, warm and fluffy, and the flavors are great! My favorite are the classic glazed and oreo....Definitely would recommend this place to everyone!

Family owned store. If you want the best donuts in town, you’ve got to stop here! Don’t forget to get a couple filled donuts…butter cream, jelly, they have a list of available fillings. Staff is always helpful, patient and friendly! That all being said, the earlier you get there, the better the selection. Once they are gone, they are gone, and the doors are closed for the day.

Our server/cashier/host Lisa went above and beyond for our visit. She was pretty much working alone, but was still highly attentive to our needs. Lisa plus the absolutely amazing food and drinks are worth a recommendation and return visit!!

My 1st time at 1st watch & it was for a business mtg. We weren’t rushed & were able to take our time, enjoy the inviting atmosphere-live the doors! Coffee was on point, food was delish- if u like bacon you will ❤️ the million $ 🥓. Worth it- it does have a little kick. Gabriel was as friendly as could be & attentive when needed. Definitely want to go back, try more on the menu & visit other locations 🥰

The staff is always so friendly and attentive. I bring guest here all the time. I have owned restaurants. Travel the world. I know my food 😆😁 That dish right there it was made to perfection.! The eggs were like the ones I have in France and at some exclusive resort in America 🥰 The waffle too was done to perfection ! Also the amazing details such us warm syrup.! Is just insane. That usually comes with delicious bacon or sausage but I love the fact that I was able to switch to fruit if I wish to. You would say oh is just a breakfast but as high as prices are now I do care is done to perfection. I know the menu very well now so it was time to write a review as is always so important. In the Carolinas this is my favorite location. I love First Watch. My friend and I enjoyed our time so much. We had a small table near all the action, but it didn't feel loud or crowded at all. We laughed, ate, and had a great time. The food was amazing--the vegetable soup was the BEST!! Our waiter was attentive and friendly, which is always an A+. To top it all off, to our surprise and blessing, some angel paid for our meal. 😇 How thoughtful!! We were so grateful and felt so special. Thank you!! ❤️

We did not have the best experience during this visit. My mom loves this place due to them being health-conscious, but the cooks were not having a good day. I ordered "The Works" and my mom ordered the "Tri-Fecta". While my omelet was good, half of my potatoes and all the onions were burnt and overly salty. My mom also ordered a side of potatoes and onions and had the same experience. Half of her order was burned and overly salty. The annoying part was that her food kept coming out one by one. My mom, like many others likes to eat the food TOGETHER. My mother ordered scrambled eggs with cheese and our waitress wrote all that down. The cooks had a very hard time understanding scrambled eggs and kept giving my mom a beaten fried egg. I say "kept giving" because when we told the lady it was wrong, she then proceeded to come back out with the same thing, same mistake. What we had a hard time understanding is why the waitress who wrote down what she wanted, then proceeded to bring out the wrong item. Please know that we were the only two at the restaurant at this point, and they were not busy. We came in 45 minutes before closing, yet that should not affect the service and experience. While we will be going back to the food chain, we're still on the fence about going to this specific location.

Hands down this is the best location of Fresh Watch I've eaten at in the Carolinas. Friendly hostess, great server (He looked like George Michael). Started with Mimosas the Maple Bacon Croissant and pumpkin spice pancakes my wife couldn't stop smiling about. I had the turkey gravy biscuit meal ohh so yummy. We definitely will be back. 10/10 GO ROCKHILL!!

We chose FW over another popular brunch spot and I'm so glad we did. The food was superior and priced well for the portion sizes. Standouts include the Salmon Frittata, the Cinnamon crunch cocktail and that waffle! Service was slow due to understaffing but our waitress Lisa MORE than made up for any lack. This was a fabulous new spot and I'll definitely be back!

The bagels! OMG! THE BAGELS! 🤤 The breakfast platter is very filling. The bagels are off the wall good I had a Maple French Toast Bagel with Locks. Your head twisting? Don't worry, your mouth will be dancing. You have got to give it a try. Coffee is very good and refillable. Definely will return

Wow this place is fantastic. This is a must hit up spot for us everyone we come back to Rock Hill to see our student. Bagels were super fresh, soft in the inside and full of so much flavor! I did the egg, cheese and bacon on an everything bagel plus added chive cream cheese. I am still figuring out how I hit it up again tomorrow before leaving back to Colorado. 🔥

I’m obsessed with this place now, and it sucks because I live 1 hour away from. My first time, the service was amazing. The food was delicious! The bagels are so good, and their homemade cream cheeses is a plus. Definitely a 10 out of 10, I can’t wait to go back.

Bagels were delicious! Reminds me of real bagels in NJ/NYC. The service was pretty fast on a Saturday morning. The Taylor ham egg and cheese is pretty good! The place seems clean and they have enough seats to eat inside.

They have the BEST little breakfast bagel sandwiches!! but you can also make your own. You got to get there early on Sunday before they close. This place runs like a well oiled machine. Some of the best bagels/bagel sandwiches I’ve had. No skimping on the everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds like some other places. The sandwiches with Boars Head meats are always on point too. Great attention to detail on fresh/quality ingredients. Friendly customer service as well!

Run, don't walk to Rock Hill Bagels & Deli. The bagels are always fresh and taste like a New York bagel. Their veggie cream cheese is creamy with fresh veggies mixed in. The staff are always friendly and professional. We have tried Bagel Boat in Lake Wylie 3 times, 3rd time make or break. The shop is broken! Bagels never fresh, hard with no taste. Cream cheese tastes store bought. So if you want a great bagel and great service with a smile RUN to Rock Hill Bagels & Deli and skip Bagel Boat.

So just ordered junior whopper. It’s ok fries under cooked and the mushroom melt…well they did not even toast the bread. I mean really. Went yesterday to another burger and it was excellent this one sucked. Never seen such a difference in a fast food place. It was take out. Never again will I go there!

Order was wrong, didn’t get the churro fries or sauces for chicken nuggets. The young man helping me at the counter (I ordered from the app) was very nice and polite and helpful. He refreshed the frozen coke i ordered bc it was melted a bit. But it was dead there, no cars and no foot traffic at 7:00 PM. Some lady who must’ve been a manager came from the back asking him if everything was alright after I had returned inside to ask if the drink size was too small, the large frozen coke was smaller than my medium sized coke drink. Only after we left did I see that my churros and sauces were not in the bag. The young man at the counter though was very professional and courteous.

Standing here now as my delivery order was incorrect. I ordered through their app, but the delivery was through Door Dash. I had to leave home to get the order corrected as Door Dash only offers apologies. At this point, I want a refund. I can't get a refund unless I request one through the app. The app allows me to state what is wrong with my order and replies that someone will address my request within 24-48 hours, which is not acceptable. The manager only duty only responded that he didn't know who bagged my order, which is irrelevant at this point. Just do better. I hope to never encounter this place or these people again. Update: since I could not receive a refund, I asked that the order be made again. My sandwich was cold upon returning home. How is there no heat coming from a freshly made burger? Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place.

Employee was extremely rude today. After I told her several times to have a great day, she completely ignored me. So I asked her if something was wrong? 🤔 She still ignored me, calling the manager. Before the manager arrived, she told me her manager told her she didn't have to say anything to customers with an attitude. Remind you, that I stopped by there two months ago and she was nice, telling me she hadn't seen me in a long time. So what changed? Now, if you know me, you know that I am a people person. It takes a lot to get me mad. As I spoke to the manager, she told me that it wasn't that serious and she didn't know why she was so upset. Not only that, after taking one sip of my drink and pouring it out, my body started feeling very funny. My food was also made completely wrong.I will not be going back to this location. That's what you call bad customer service skills.

I'm so disgusted at myself for giving this dump a chance. I was desperate and options run low in this area after 10pm. Just needed some quick and edible. Of course BK did neither of those things. Twenty plus minute wait with two cars in front of me. Ordered a Bacon Swiss chicken sandwich and the chicken patty was as hard as a BRICK! Even the mozzarella sticks I got taste cold and stale. I would have been better off lighting the fifteen bucks I spent on fire. Please pay whatever it takes to hire a quality, closing staff. This was not my first bad experience at this location but it will definitely my last.

Pretty standard. The soda machine was funky. They'd ran out of ketchup, so had to get some from the cashier. My burger had no cheese, not sure of this is normal though.

Love this place. While staying in the Fort Mill area for a week long visit, I ended up here 2x for brunch. Delicious eats and service with a smile. The BLT sandwich on sourdough was spectacular!!! Highly recommend and will certainly be back.

Decided to try Poopyseed Kitchen for lunch. When we got there we were seated very fast for how busy it was in the restaurant. As soon as we were seated the waitress came around for drinks orders, and kept checking on us if we needed anything. Great service! I had the French American with fruit. It was a big croissant with bacon, 2 hard fried eggs, and cheese. It filled me up! A big sandwich for a good price. If you don't mind circling the parking lot more than once for a parking space, then this is your spot for breakfast or lunch. Once you've tasted the food you will not be disappointed at all!

OMG this place is a hidden treasure!!!! Breakfast was amazing and the pastries were top notch!! It can get pretty busy on a Saturday morning but they get you in pretty quick and the service was great!!!! The food came timely for the amount of people that were there and the croissants were huge!! We will definitely make the trip back to fort mill just to try this again!!! The sweet toast was also delicious but as you can see from the absence of that from my photos I consumed that before I could get a picture lol

Awesome little breakfast and lunch spot in Fort Mill. Extremely friendly and tentative staff, you don’t see that too often. Lively place that is welcoming and fun. I stopped in and got the BLT with the potato hash. Incredible and high quality ingredients. I grabbed one of their pastries to go, I couldn’t help myself. Locally owned and managed. You can tell a lot has been poured into this place. Highly recommend give it a shot !

Very seriously the best breakfast I've ever had. I came here with my 7 year old for brunch, and although there was a long wait, it was completely worth it. Everything was delicious. I would come back for the potatoes alone! SO good. I loved that the eggs had just a pinch of fresh herbs on them and the bacon was crisp and yummy. It had a nice hickory flavor that I thoroughly enjoyed. Also, absolutely loved that there were small tables games and toys available for children/families. A definite game changer when coming out with young children. My daughter and I enjoyed playing with the magnatiles and making a "princess castle." Loved the bakery items for sale as well- ordered the blueberry muffin and a cinnamon bun to go, both were fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend giving this place a try and can't wait to come back here!

The food is awesome. The ranch hash was delicious. It had nicely seasoned chunky rosemary potatoes with lots of brisket and eggs on top. The sourdough bread was yummy. The stuffed French toast with whipped lemon ricotta and homeade blacberry jam with blueberries and strawberries on top was amazing. Loved the food and the outdoor seating was nice. Will definitely be back. Go Bills!!! Oh and the Cinnabon was one of the best we've had!

I had breakfast at Anna J's for the first time. The staff is very friendly and the food comes out fast. I had the Bubba's He-Man Breakfast that comes with 2 eggs, a choice of meat, 3 pancakes, grits, toast, and coffee. It was a lot of food and very good. I was so full after eating at Anna J's.

Our first time at Anna J’s and it did not disappoint. Huge portion sizes. Great service with a smile. My only regret is not coming here sooner. I had the steak omelette and it was delicious and the grits were so good.

First time having brunch at this eatery, Michelle was our server ❤️ She was on point. Didn’t take pictures of our meal 🥘 but let me tell you!! We will be returning. I enjoyed the salmon cakes scrambled eggs & grits with buttered toast, My husband had the ribeye scrambled eggs with grits. Every dish that came out around us looked good 😊 So we decided to order the pancakes & a piece of fried fish that didn’t fail. Can’t wait to visit again. Shout out to the Sweet Tea maker!!

This is just about his down home as it gets. Great little country diner with amazing food and an amazing wait staff. I can't even eat at McDonald's for as little as it cost me to eat here. I had fish and grits and the fish with some of the best I've ever had. The waitress was super helpful and look for ways that we could get the most for our money. As far as I'm concerned this place is a hidden gem. So glad we found it!

Lately the service here has been horrible. They never answer the phone. Today 8/1/2025 they placed me on hold for 5 minutes. I go to the actual restaurant no one greets me, a lady walks right by me and takes another order without even acknowledging me. Then once I address the workers on the horrible service, they just give excuses no apologies. Horrible service, a help wanted sign in the window can’t help terrible people skills. Couldn’t even order my food just horrible.

Great homestyle diner, quick service and food. Prices were crazy low for the amount of food, I ordered a double portion of corned beef hash thinking it would be small given the price. Let’s just say I have plenty of left overs.

While we love to shop and eat at Cracker Barrel when traveling and usually find the food and service to be good, this trip was disappointing. The camp boil shrimp and sausage with new potatoes and corn on the cob was salty. There were only five small shrimp and even fewer thin slices of sausage, but the corn and potatoes were good. My wife enjoyed her pot roast with broccoli, but the unsweetened tea was too weak. Most concerning was the lack of wait staff. After taking our order, the waitress was missing in action. Management should recruit and train servers to be more attentive.

Resteraunt was clean, there was no wait. The restrooms needed some work. We had 5 at our table, the waitress was friendly and attentive. The food took 30 minutes to come out. It was a long wait. The Shepard pie was amazing, meatloaf was a bit dry. Catfish and chicken sandwiches were also very good.

We had a great birthday celebration. Food came out hot, service was a little slow and forgetful at times as our water would run out before she would return. But overall not terrible.

Did not quite have the best experience today. I grew up going to Cracker Barrels and have been to this location for the third time, but today was not a good day when it came to cleanliness. We were set at a table in an area where the floors were not clean. Although our waiter was very kind, we did mention it to her and she did nothing about it. Everyone kept walking past as if it was not a problem. When I did get the hostess attention, I asked her could she pick a paper off the floor in which she did, only it was not just a paper. What about all the food and silverware and other trash on the floor......Hopefully, I didn't bother her yet then again, I should not have to ask someone to clean up something that should already be done. Yes, our meal was good, but it was quite the eye sore seeing trash on everywhere.

I ordered the mama's French toast with bacon and eggs and a hot chocolate. First, there was a piece of wax in my hot chocolate, and it was warm, not hot. Second, the table next to us got their food first even though they came a whole hour after us. Our server, Shaun, kept coming to the table and asking if everything was good even though all we got were our drinks. I had to switch to a half and half tea. My tea was just unsweetened. When we finally got our food, it was cold. We didn't get napkins, and he kept reaching over us and our plates. My eggs were very underdone as well and a bit cold. Terrible experience.

Family came here for lunch to try the Campfire Steak Lunch. Server told us that it wasn't an option on the menu so we all ordered something else. While waiting for our meal I checked online and saw it was an option and placed an online order myself for pickup so I can grab it and try it at home. While waiting for our food the server apparently clocked out and went home so we waited about an hour for food and none came. Eventually we flagged down another staff member who brought us drink refills and the food. The food was mediocre at best and the service was awful. I grabbed my campfire steak meal on the way out to try at home as planned. Cut into my steak and it was bloody and raw (pictured). Terrible experience and will not be eating at this location again they have fallen off hard.

Ordered from DoorDash and missing half the items and bag was sealed. Everything is marked off as in the bag but they didn’t really check. I would like to get what I paid for. Thanks!

Stopped here on our way from PA to GA for dinner. The staff were so friendly and kind especially since we were tired and could not make up our minds. We will stop here every time we go north now!

I have been here on two occasions recently and they are the only Panera in the area that are willing to accommodate for my allergies. I drive about 35 minutes just to come to this Panera because of their service. Ever since the company got the new toasted french baguette sandwiches, most locations will not substitute other sandwich breads for the french baguette on normal sandwiches (not sure why?). I’ve always ordered the same thing for years because of my allergies: the bacon turkey bravo with french baguette instead of the tomato basil bread. The manager (who placed my order) was very nice and even wrapped my pager so there wouldn’t be any cross contamination on that either. She made sure the cooks behind the counter knew about my allergies and made me feel like I was in safe hands. Only downside I had about the experience was the lack of clean tables. Seemed like all the tables had crumbs on them; however, with how busy they were, it was to be expected.

I ordered smoothies from the rock hill location on the way home from a trip to visit family in the mountains. When I tried ordering my smoothie today, I meant to order it at my local location in South Carolina, not the rock hill. I called the manager to let them know I wouldn’t be picking it up and they could give it to one of their employees. The manager said she would happy to refund me, no questions asked. I was like WHAT?! It was my fault! And she was just like “we get it. It happens to people.” I was so happy my money didn’t go to waste. Just really appreciated their understanding.

Ordered for delivery, cheesesteak sandwich. Literally bread with a very thin layer of meat and no cheese, peppers, etc . DoorDash picture vs what was received.

Will not eat here period, not blaming them just the owners of the business. The staff and atmosphere is always amazing and the main reason I gave this place so many chances but, EVERYTHING on the menu makes me violently sick. I'm positive it's due to what the owners make them order and what's used in it is something I'm allergic to, everytime I try to ask I never get a reply or they can't answer it.

I order a lot from the app to grab and take home. French onion is my favorite soup but they regularly forget to add the cheese and give me the croutons. FYI if you order it to go, make notes on your order asking them not to forget. It's happened to me one too many times. Edited to 1 star because even with a note asking for them not to forget, they still left it out. They also substituted iceberg lettuce instead of other healthy greens like their note says (referring to the romaine recall). My husband threw it right away. And finally, my “fuji APPLE” salad had no apple chips. Note in the photo that no one signed off on my order. There were more than 5 things wrong with my order. I’m not going here again, it’s the worst Panera I’ve ever been to.

I had the soup and salad combo, included chips, and I added a beverage. Came to $11 which I suppose is reasonable. Counter service was fine, restaurant was clean in spite of the crowd, and I thought the food was pretty good. I appreciate that the soup and the potato chips were not very salty. I appreciate Panera Bread looking out for my health in this way. But the Summer Corn Chowder could have been much improved with a few more spices for flavor. The Greek Salad was great and for two side dishes there was an adequate amount of food for my 165lb frame. Upon checking out, the server asked me to answer the question on the screen, which was, "Do you want to leave a tip?". Well, it's counter service. I'm just not accustomed to tipping at a place where I have to order at the counter and I find it embarrassing, or perhaps convicting, to say "No". Which I did. Overall, a good experience even if nothing more than one should expect from a semi-fast food restaurant.

Terrible food service at this location. Food trays are always empty. I asked about if there was more pork coming out and was told no, not until tomorrow. Mind you it’s Friday afternoon at 4:00. The bright spot was Navaah the waitress that kept my water full and plates removed from table.

They moved. I thought they were no longer on rock hill. We had the pleasure of going here for Mother’s Day. We went to some many other places but the wait times were ridiculous so we decided to check this place out and it was packed! The front two cashiers were ok i think my mom said something about the young lady have a bad attitude but i didn’t get a chance to see it so i won’t let that take away from my overall review. She didn’t seem that bad when i went back up and asked her a question. They did an excellent job with handling that massive crowd that was there when we got there. The manager was making sure that she got the people in and seated. She even let us go ahead of a lot of people :) lol so i definitely appreciate that. The food was good. It was hot and of course they had plenty to choose from. Everyone in the establishment were happy so that made the experience that much better and our waitress was one of the nicest ladies there. She was so sweet and attentive. Making small talk here and there and checking up on us regularly. We had a great time and we really enjoyed ourselves. Even though i haven’t been in over a decade Ill definitely be going back. Loved the service here.

We came for our birthday weekend dinner. The cashier was so sweet! Along with our waitress. She was very attentive and sweet. The food is mediocre at best… I asked for steak from the grill and I got a piece of steak that was sitting in WATER and was way over cooked! The “grill master” didn’t ask me what temperature I wanted for my steak, he just slapped it on my plate 🍽️ And the music they have BUMPING from the kitchen Was WILD!! You could clearly hear the lyrics and it was lewd language! SMH! There are families with children in the restaurant and they have that type of music blasting from the back! You can easily hear it playing out at the buffet! Also the smell at the tables and booths is odd, they need to get the carpets cleaned or change them out!😵‍💫 Anywho, not entirely sure if we’ll be back…

A lot of key food pieces you'd expect weren't there. No chicken of any kind, the mac and cheese looked like powdered cheese mix or something, burger bread was dry - burger was dry, the plates looked like school cafeteria food. Carpet smelled like pee, not sure if it was an accident before I came because it was mostly towards 1 side of the building vs the other (even the other side had a most carpet smell). The server seemed nice, we didn't stay long since we were unhappy with the food options.

I am really disappointed in Golden Corral. I feel like it just not same when I was kid. It has lost it pop culture of selection of food and customer service. Chicken was barely cooked. Pink inside fried chicken. Watery vegetables just no card in the food. I will admit the manager tried but it just no love in the employees for the customer service like it was back in the day

Only put 2 stars .. one waitress that wasnt ours was really nice .. our waitress? We put our ticket on the table went to get our plates came back... no silverware no drink.. went back up came back still nothing .. walked to the front I was givin plastic silverware.. went back still nothing my husband walked up there the waitress that was ours went to serve 2 other people who came in after us.. the lady from the front started walking over to her with my husband.. she finally came to our table looked at our receipt.. left came back with a in house drink we said we got a to go cup .. she said we dont just give those out I have to see your receipt.. you literally just looked at it its laying right there.. like we were lying .. she looks at it says oh and walked off comes back about 10 mins later with a 2 go cup .. she cleard the table but never refilled our drink so I guess if you get a to go cup you only get 1 fill .. the food I dont even know what else to say .. other then our first plate being cold waiting on silverware and the not so tasty food we didnt even eat a plate .. I couldn't eat the steak it was well you had to have a saw on med rare.. I stood at the carving station for a good while that I gave up and 2 people standing in the grill area neither one came over .. not the best experience

The food was great. I went Friday between the hours of 1-3 p.m. my food and drink was under $12.00. My only problem is I couldn't try everything. 😋 I wish I could eat there Monday-Friday. The server was on point. I liked the fire place too.

I usually have a good experience but tonight it was far from good. I told the young lady in the drive through at least three times what my order was and they still made it incorrectly. I had to wait several minutes for one sandwich which was a very simple order. I had also asked her for Polynesian sauce which she didn’t add to the order. I reminded the young man at the window to add Polynesian sauce o the bag when they bring out the new sandwich to replace the one made incorrectly. Bag comes and there is still no Polynesian sauce. I get home and realize the other sandwich I ordered had pickles when I told them no pickles. My daughter hates pickles and this was her sandwich so she had to go without the dinner she expected to be eating tonight. Not to mention, my fries got cold because I had to wait… night crew is not very good.

The drive thru line is terrible. Are we getting punished because no app use. I personally just like to talk to someone. Please do better. The mobile drive thru is nice but it’s making us suffer. Seems unfair.

Terrible experience literally left crying! I ordered 2 milkshakes and waited 20 minutes for them. The lady came over and said the machine was broken and they needed to give me a refund. They gave the persons before me a refund but when I got to the front, the computer conveniently stopped refunding (i heard them say they couldn’t refund it unless it was the full sale, and they didn’t want to refund me for the fries i got). After 25 minutes of begging for a cash refund or a gift card they told me there was nothing they could do, and i would have to come back later to see if I could get a refund. They didn’t even offer me an alternative item! I knew they would forget me if I left plus I was on my way out of town and didn’t live in the area. I literally had to break down in tears before they offered to refund me $4 instead of the $10 i payed for the milkshakes. If you can’t give me the product AT LEAST give me my money back! I thought it was a requirement to be kind to your customers at chick-fil-a, but I was treated poorly and spoke to like I was stupid. I will never be going back. They are not gonna take my money and give me nothing in return ever again.

The mobile drive through lane would be wonderful - if you could get to it! But when you have to wait in a line what goes out to the road when it's busy and can't get to that lane- it's kind of useless. Two lanes that merge leaving half of the second lane empty seems inefficient too. Wonderful friendly employees and good food though.

Can’t say I’ve ever been inclined to give a Chick-fil-A a bad review! I could drink their Polynesian sauce all day! The only thing I would improve about Chick-fil-A is their tea. It’s pretty watery and not that sweet, but I’m sure there are other people that love it. When you get the waffle fries fresh and soft, they are the best! And if you haven’t had that peach milkshake, you definitely should!

Visited around 2 pm with my daughter for lunch. Sat down for almost 15 minutes with the table marker they gave us before going back up to the counter to ask if my order got lost. The manager said "You asked for fresh fries--that's why". Seriously? Fresh fries don't take 10-15 minutes ! They take 3. Now try again and you still could have apologized for the inconvenience.... They also bagged my order up when it clearly said Dine In. Seems like the workers need to pay closer attention.

Waitress was amazing! Steak tips were delicious. There was something for everyone here without being too expensive. I would come here with my family again 😋🥩

Went for lunch with a group from work. Had to wait a little to be seated and they had had open tables but I'm guessing they were short staffed. We ordered and the food was prompt but didn't amaze us. The jalapeño burger needed more peppers there was maybe 3 or 4 little bits of pepper on there and my burger patty was in 4 pieces when it arrived so when I picked it up 1/4th of the burger fell out and rolled off the table and onto the floor... The popsicle lemonade drink wasn't half bad.

Yummy!! New to the area, my husband and I are still narrowing down our favorite restaurants. We returned to this IHOP for the spinach mushroom omelette. Delicious! Perfectly cooked and served piping hot. I also had the banana foster pancakes which were amazing. Staff members were wonderful and the restaurant was clean. Only problem was, I couldn’t eat it all… but no problem … brought it home. We will definitely be going back!

After having a few bad experiences at IHOPs in general. It was pleasant to sit down and enjoy a good breakfast before an eventful Saturday. No wait and all the food was coming out quick and hot.

Me and my husband went here for breakfast and everything started off great. We got seated fast and our food came out quickly. Our waitress was super sweet and pleasant. The only thing I didn’t like was how the manager spoke to his employees in front of everyone. I feel like those things should be handled in private, not out in the open. A lot of the workers here seem pretty young, and younger employees are often scared to speak up for themselves because they need their job to pay for school or whatever else. It’s tough for them to say anything when they’re worried about losing hours or even their job. As a customer, it honestly made me feel bad for them. Other than that, the manager does a good job keeping enough staff on since it gets really busy, especially on weekend mornings.

I’m giving this IHOP three stars instead of one because of the Customer service was amazing, starting with our waitress she was so sweet and helpful. We had a large group and she was on top of all our needs. The food on the other hand was questionable, my husband had to send his bacon back no problem it was a burnt and then his biscuits with gravy was ice cold they had to back but the topping on the cake was when I was finishing my French toast with strawberries I turned one of my strawberries over and it had a roach attached to it. Well needless to say I was done after that. The waitress took the plate to the manager a few moments later the manager came out and apologized for the incident and covered our whole tables bill. Which was very gracious. Again the customer service was great. But the food no thank you. We did leave a large tip for the waitress.

We drove from Charlotte to try the famous hot dogs here. They were really good and they’ll even cook the fries extra crispy if you want. The best thing about Ebenezer Grill is the people. Every single person was so friendly and welcoming and they seemed genuinely happy to have us there

Fun little place. Lots of parking in the back. Many cats being feed back there so be careful when driving. Food was just okay. Nothing bad and nothing really good, that I tried. Not sure if I’ll return as there are many breakfast places that I drove past to get here. Maybe for a hotdog……

Stopped by for lunch and enjoyed being a "First Time Visitor". I enjoyed the hot dog "all the way" with very tasty/tender Oinion Rings. Got a BBQ plate to go for my sweetheart at home. Cynda helped me with ordering and served food quickly. She also made the delicious ranch dressing and the giant cookies. I recommend trying this Diner/Grill, and I will return soon..

Great breakfasts at incredible prices served by a family owned restaurant! Prices haven't changed much in 7 years..eggs, bacon, biscuit and hash browns for just $6.99!

Fresh food served with a Southern family atmosphere. Come as a stranger, leave as a friend. The hot dog was served all-the-way with mustard onions chili and slaw. The fries were super hot and crispy. Everything on the menu was reasonably priced.

Popped in weekend before last to get breakfast, which as usual was greattttt!!!!!Then I saw THE sign... BBQ Pulled... that's all my brain could register... I was done... HAD to get a to go order... AND???? WOW!!!!!! It was delicious... soft as butter & tasted sooooo goooooood!!!! Just when I think it can't get better... it DID!!!! You guys are GREATTTT!!!! The food, the customers, the back of the house crew and of course the charming Hosts... Loyd and his lovely wife!!!! They make me feel at home & constantly, without fail, give me THE best experience ever. Love this grill!!!!

What a horrible experience… we are regulars and go to chickfla all the time… but I will not return to this location.. They forgot my drink so I had to drive back… then I realized they also forgot my salad. So apology or anything. Once I finally got my salad it wasn’t even edible because of how much dressing was on it… I’m so disappointed

I visit Chick-fil more than once a week. Not sure why today they thought it was ok to fill my breakfast bowl up only 1/4 the way. It charge full price.

Stopped in for salads. A very busy Chick-fil-A. We went inside to order. Ordered quickly but waited 20 min for our salads. It seemed the cars in line were getting their food much faster. Interesting 🤔. Lots of employees.

As a traveler I eat a lot of different places through out the year. I also end up in the same places annually during certain months. You can pretty much count on Chick-fil-A to have their drive in game on point every where you hit one in any state, inspite of the lone person who thinks they have the hack on the parking lot and drive through dirtection(they don't again). However I have found the exception to the rule 2 year's in a row. Their game is not on point in any way. It took more than 30 minutes to fill a curbside pickup order at this location last night. This sums it up, if you are staying on Dave Lyle in Rock Hill do yourself a favor and drive to the Cherry Road location or any other location in the area. You'll still be ahead of the game when you get back.

Updating my previous review: I went through for lunch and the service was fantastic. The wait was a little longer than normal, but The girl behind the building said they were trying a new system, and they are still trying to get everything figured out, and this new system should make things a lot faster for everyone. I appreciate the communication between the workers and me, and they even asked me a question of the day while I was waiting! The service was great, and the food was hot and fresh. 100/10 would recommend to anyone stopping for a quick meal.

Someone was feeling overly generous with the vinaigrette on the kale salad. I had to eat it with the bowl tilted to strain the sauce. Almost inedible when it’s supposed to be a light/healthy side 😝

Took forever to get my drink. The drive thru was loaded and inside was just as busy but I’m sure they put the drive thru crowd 1st. Either you need more help or you’re doing something wrong. It took 7 minutes to get my drink after looking at my time stamped pics. Not crazy bad, but at least it was made right.

I’m not one to usually complain but I am genuinely disappointed over my drink. I paid seven dollars for this Horchata that is not drinkable. I can see the chunks of cream in it, that I am unable to mix in. It doesn’t even taste like a Horchata. I wasn’t able to turn back for a new one because I had an appointment this morning. You could tell by looking at the drink it wasn’t made correctly. It’s disappointing that the staff would hand this over before fixing it because I honestly appreciate this Starbucks for their customer service.

Door dashed both times and my drink was barely full. I got an ice with a side of coffee and they did me dirty with no positive writing and the second time I was the only one with the sad face. Kind of depressing :/

So this is my usual go to location when in this area. The location is usually fairly busy being so close to highway and the parking lot is impossible and the drive thru line is longer then the commute. Apparently on this trip I have discovered this gas become the fun and comical Starbucks as every order I placed over several days elicits squeals of laughter. After the third time I won't be stopping here again in this lifetime. So if you like a comical barista a slow drive thru and a congested parking lot this is the spot for you. Try the one on Cherry Road when the service is polite and professional.

It is shockingly slow. As a former Starbucks employee something needs to change. When each car is at the window for like 5 minutes there’s something happening. This is the case every time I stop here I always think maybe it’ll be quicker this time and nope. Go to a different store if you want a quick stop. Tried to go inside this time and was waiting on food. Told the girl my name and she said go over there they will be out shortly. She proceeds to put my food just on the counter by the drive thru people obviously knowing my name and I’m waiting on the only food left she needs to make. Now I’m sitting stuck in the parking lot because I’m blocked by the crazy slow line. It’s insane.

I sit with a 92-year-old woman. She loves her caramel Frappuccino from Starbucks! So the three days a week that I work, I take her to get her caramel Frappuccino with no whipped cream and extra caramel. We drive-through, and they remember us and they treat my dear 92-year-old friend very well. I would highly recommend Starbucks. This week I mentioned that she wasn’t feeling well and when they handed me her Frappuccino on the outside, they had written in marker feel better with hearts. They treat their customer as well.

Why can't these people finish an order including putting them in a bag and sealing the for door dash orders before moving on to the next order??? 3 drinks for a customer sitting there getting hot because someone decides to make it and leave it there and I had to practically beg them to bag it.

Love this place. Been regular for 3years now. Good wines. Charles always picks good ones. He and Julie will always have a selection to help pair or drink something great. Great staff too. The morning coffee latte girl always has a smile to offer and cheer up your morning. Great find. And check out their music.

We love Grapevine. Dave the owner is a super nice guy. We met him at his original Grapevine in Baxter when he first opened. We have now been to all locations and they are equally as good and great vibes. It is nice to have one close to home.

I needed a hit of caffeine and I had time before my haircut. A delicious cup of HOT mocha was brought to me and it was delicious.

Katy was extremely knowledgeable of the wines and helped me find the perfect wine for my mood. The ciabatta with Boursin gournay cheese was scrumptious. I finish with the hazelnut chocolate truffle. Wonderful experience. Thank you Katy!

We stopped by for a coffee on a Sunday morning. The coffee was good and served in cute ceramic mugs. The young lady who served us was really nice. I enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. It's cute, cozy, and very nicely decorated. They have an interesting wine selection and assortment of craft beers and ciders.

This place is amazing... So quaint, cozy, and welcoming. The variety of wines and beer is astounding. Kim, the manager at Riverwalk, is like family the minute you meet her with wonderful wine suggestions. Relax, have some wine, the charcuterie tray, and take in the ambience.

Well, stop by a few days ago. Ordered a Double Fish Combo. And apparently, the food looked old and burned. But, was told by a manager that the grease was old and needed changing. Which was crazy to me. I would have never serve that to no one. The service and quality of food is never the same across the board. Never.

Disappointed with Quality Control – Burnt Bun Ruined the Experience I recently visited McDonald’s and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, expecting the usual quality. However, I was quite disappointed when I opened the box to find a burnt bottom bun. The charring not only affected the taste but also made the sandwich unpleasant to eat. Fast food should be consistent, and attention to quality control is key. Mistakes happen, but something this noticeable should not have been served. I hope McDonald’s improves its food preparation standards to ensure customers receive fresh and properly cooked food.

Absolutely rude and lacking any customer service but I should expect that. Knew better then give McDonalds another chance. At least they proved me right. They can keep their fake delivery driver free punch card too. McDonald’s is a lost cause.

Ordered a mobile order 20 mins ago and still had to wait 10 mins when I got to the location. They forgot to give me sauce and any napkins and when I went inside to get some I was ignored and when I asked an employee to help me I was told “you can wait.” All I wanted was my dang sauce

Went to drive through ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel ex sauce 40 cent ex they put one little dab of sauce on there so I had to come around and go inside the manager a black lady ask me what's wrong and show her the amount of sauce that was on my sandwich and she says to me not sorry but I didn't ask you all that she needs to learn how to talk to people service was good food was good she's obviously running a good shift but she needs to work on that day and attitude and how to talk to people. wrong

The place was clean. The bathrooms were clean and fresh. My food wasn't the best. My other half had his sandwich remade. However I didn't know my sandwich wasn't done all the way so when they finished fixing my hash browns, I didn't have time to have my sandwich redone. But everything else was great. The store's beautiful customer service was great.

Don’t come to this McDonalds unless you want to be waiting at the ordering screen for 5-10+ minutes waiting for a worker to take your order. They leave you sitting there without saying anything, or a “we’ll be with you soon.” When there’s no other cars waiting or in the drive thru. So 10 minutes later they take your order and they give you extreme attitude and when you get to the window they throw the bag at you. I’d recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to go to the McDonald’s off of Mt. Gallant road. Much better than this one!

Well, it was a hit. When we travel to South Carolina, we normally stop at hubby’s favorite, Waffle House. We were pleasantly greeted by Carolyn. She told us our wait time and escorted us to our table when ready. This is our grandson’s first time. At first he looked strange at us. He thought the food was so good, he ordered a plate to go. He had the patty melt and we had the all American. The food was delicious and came out fast and hot The server, LaJasime was on point. She was pleasant, efficient and despite it being crowded, served us and continuously checked on us to see how things were. Awesome experience.

Great comfort food, service was southern hospitality to its fullest and had a jukebox for a nice change in atmosphere. Cook was superb with dishing out the orders, waitress was friendly and patient for a party of 5. One thing I know cant be changed is the size of the tables. Comfortably fitting 1 and 1 for a meal and the rest off to the another booth or along the "bar" area. Food was tasty and made fresh!

Nothing better after a tough game than some good ol’ Waffle House. Tammy, our server found a way to take it to the next level. With some good music, a Don Johnson story or two and lots of laughs. We enjoyed it throughly!

I tried to call the store because I had a few questions (WiFi, dine-in hours, etc.) I got a recording telling me to place my order online and that's it. None of the info I needed was online and the only way to find out would be to drive all the way over there and waste my time if they didn't have what I needed. Waffle House as a business really must not care about its customers if they won't even do basic stuff like allow us to call the store.

The place has improved! Food..great! Their grillsman, Robert..a straight guru! We were in complete awe, as he displayed mastery and impervious abilities, while being bombarded by countless orders. What a display! Great job team!

I haven't had an issue with this waffle house until today. This is my 4th visit to this location. I ordered over the phone instead of inside this time, and they charged an extra 20%. My total for a sweet tea and an all-star breakfast was $19. After I said something about the price, they marked it down to $17 and some change. I was told the 20% is always added to to-go orders. They have never charged me more than $15 for the same exact meal I always order to go inside. To make matters worse, it looks like they spit on my bacon that was obviously pulled from the trash. I saw fresh bacon going to other customers while we were waiting on our food. I am adding the bacon photos because this was the nastiest food and the most money I have ever paid for breakfast. This is a waffle house, not Outback. I was hoping the food was as good as usual, but this time, it was purposely messed with. I have saved the food to show the proper authorities, and I am contacting corporate.

I've been going to waffle House 55 years, and I have never been to a waffle House in the morning and it been closed. During covid is the only time a waffle house has ever been closed that I know of and I go in this morning because they were busy they are not cooking any food and that was at 5:30 I'm not a happy camper. I guess they should change from open 24 hours a day to open 23 and 1/2 hours a day.

This is the 4th time my tea or orange juice has just been water and I do not have time to go back as I am grabbing my food on the way to work. The food is usually decent except sometimes you get reheated fries where you might as well just be eating grease. Some of the staff is pleasant in the drive through half of them don't even look at you or acknowledge you and just shove the bag at you through the window. I have worked in fast food before and never been that rude.

Forgot my bacon and pickles on my McChicken. Large fry didn’t really seem like a large. Had me pull up to wait for my food, expected that meant it would be fresh but majority of my order was cold. Rather dissatisfied.

I don't know why I keep letting them swindle me. There's not a lot around here, especially that's open late, so options are limited. But I swear to you, no exaggeration, that my order is wrong more often than it's right. So if you order from here, you need to triple check everything. Because they will get it wrong with about a 70% probability. And if by some miracle you are actually able to talk to someone and tell them they got your order wrong, they will tell you to come back. But that's also a lie. Because if you don't come back immediately, they will 100% act like you are out of your mind. You want to call them? Good luck getting someone on the phone. If they do answer, you'll be lucky to talk to someone who will string a full sentence together. Seriously, just avoid this place. It's not worth your money, unless you just like throwing money in the trash.

This McDonald's is 2 minutes from my house and I'd probably eat here 3-4 times a week, but they literally NEVER FAIL to DISAPPOINT! Every single time I come here, they dont have something on the menue, get my order wrong, then have a bad attitude. Every time I swear I'm never coming back, but they're so close to my house I fall for it every several months(thinking surely a simple drink or biscuit cant be that hard)! Every single time it turns into a huge hassle! They've been this way the whole 8 years we've lived here! HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS!?!

They took 2 car orders in front of me, I had to keep yelling at the drive thru before I was acknowledged. Then, they acted like they didn't want to open the window to take my card. What is this place, a training center? The last time I went thru the drive thru the didn't give me any fork or knife for my gravy biscuit. So I went to the door which was locked. And was refused. I had to go back in a 6 car line on both sides just to eat breakfast? I don't think so! So I left my order at or on the door. Left and went somewhere else the is respectable. Is all McDonald's employees trained here on probation? I WILL NEVER, EVER ,EVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS ABSURD!!!!!!!

We were waiting there for like 25 minutes, staff were standing around talking. They gave us the wrong drinks, I didn't get my ice cream cone, and they didn't give us all the sauces we ordered and we only got three. My burger had no lettuce even though I asked for it. Overall, a terrible experience. C'mon, McDonald's...

We had an awful experience. We ordered at the kiosk, got the adult drink, then waited 15 minutes before an associate asked what we wanted. She realized the order was missed and told the staff to "make it a good one.” Waited another 10 minutes. No receipt was given. This was a birthday lunch for school, and once we got there we discovered the food issues. BOTH Happy Meals were missing the box of chicken nuggets and one didn't get the second side item. We cut up my quarter pounder burger to give to the kids instead, but it was pink so they couldn't get much. One of my daughters ate half of her apples before we realized they had a reddish brown tint. Both bags of apples expired that day; apples don't brown unless unsealed or really old. Of course, with a short school lunch time we can't go back and get it fixed then come back to school. It's not worth 20 minutes of driving afterwards to stand in line and argue the points after we ate what we could and tossed the rest. So they got our money and we got little food. I emailed McDonald’s and was simply told owner would reach out. Nobody called me or offered anything. In summary - no receipt, forgotten order, missing meat item in 2 meals, missing side item, expired/rotten side items, and an undercooked third main item. Around $20 for a partial meal which was partially edible.

They have it set up to where no one can ask for anything. I needed two straws, but no one would come to the front so that I could ask fo them. No communication at all!!! No refills unless you could catch the janitor. My son asked the manager for a refill and she slammed the door in his face. They prioritize the drive thru over any other orders. Everyone had to wait too long for their food without any communication from anyone. The manager sets the tone for the employees so that could be why everyone just ignored the customers. If I can avoid it, I will not eat here again. Its like this every time I go in there. If the manager would come to the front and just communicate what is going on, I am sure the customers would be more understanding.

Worst service EVER! Please don't disturb the workers while they're having "personal" side conversation. They get angry! Dine in for a super quick breakfast while heading some elsewhere. If they're going to give you "FULL SERVICE" and and bring your food and beverage; please bring out napkins and straws as well. Everyone there acted like they were bothered when asked for anything. While there for a quick breakfast, we encountered an argument with a worker and a customer. 2 customers walked out due to not being serviced. Not everyone can use the self kiosk. Everyone is hiding in the back and and no one ever wants to be seen bc they'll be ask for help by customers. HOW DARE THE CUSTOMERS ASK FOR ANYTHING AND MAKE THEM WORK!

Will never come back to this McDonald’s again. Went to the dining room to eat inside, and every single table is filthy, trash cans overflowing, and the manager is yelling at an employee within 10 minutes. Same manager then starts screaming at a customer repeatedly yelling “bye, bye!” Might be hard to tell in the picture of the floor, but there is food all over. Not to mention there were hairs in our food.

Arrived there at around 8pm. We ordered our food on the kiosk which was no big deal. However we waited over 20 minutes to even get drinks. My husband's cup had an extra cup so he shook it off so he didnt touch it. The lady told him "I cant take it because your dirty hands have touched it"....rude but okay. While we were eating, an elderly couple came inside. They stood at the counter to wait and place their order. Same lady comes up and says "what do you need" the gentleman said "I need to order" and the lady said "use the kiosk." Very rudely. I understand that places get busy but come on. They were elderly and most people cant work those kiosks. There was no reason to have an attitude with customers either. Only plus side was that the food was right save for one drink.

I get pulled up to a parking spot and have to wait every time I come here. It doesn’t matter how small my order is, I still get asked to park and wait. It also never fails that something is always missing out of my order. At least they are consistent I guess…

Place doesn't deserve even 1 star. Rudest employees I've ever encountered. They will not work counter at all , only kiosk wich is fine except older couple that didn't know how asked for help and was ignored. Got other orders wrong argued with customer. Give you a number for table but refuse to bring it out. I returned to counter for a pack of salt said excuse me three times when one employee stopped looked me in the eye , I asked for salt she rolled her eyes and walked away, finally another employee gave me the salt. Very rude obnoxious people that have no business working with the public.

Very nice cs & food at drive through! Been here several times and my only complaints are , they have broken ice cream 🍦 and coffee ☕ machines a lot and food can be harder and colder than it should be! I'm taking the good CS however and overall, a good McDonald's ❣️

Very busy local joint. The wait for my food was worth it. Nothing fancy, just plain good food.

What a cozy place to have breakfast. I felt like I came home when I walked in the door. We were greeted and waited on by T, and Michelle delivered our food and continued to make sure we were well taken care of. The food was really delicious and you could tell it was cooked with love. We were in town for the United States Disc Golf Championship Doubles Tournament, and this breakfast was the fuel I needed to kick-start my first round.

My friend and I stopped by Red's Grill on a Thursday afternoon. Since it was our first visit, we decided to dine in. We heard about Red's Grill from his former co-workers. It was a good amount of patrons sitting at the counter, which was expected at the hour we arrived. We were greeted by a friendly waitress who provided us with a menu that included a large selection of breakfast and lunch items and a few dinner meals.We placed our order and then thr nightmare begin. We waited over 30min b4 the waitress bought us our food...and the sight of that tiny, dry hamburger hidden between the dry tasting bun was pathetic! And, ithe bunlacked any of the juice from the birger soaked into it's insidesurface. The fries were dry, hard, tasteless and def not handout. The patron behind us was coughing and blowing her nose as she waited for her food--and she was there b4 we arrived. We could not move back to empty booth behind us because the view on one side looked directly into the men's washroom!!

Hadn't been here in a long time so we decided to stop by since we were back in the area. They've added a drive thru in the post COVID era but aren't necessarily equipped to handle both dine in and carry out orders efficiently... the wait time for our food was a little long. I ordered cheese grits, one egg, toast, and hashbrowns and everything was good except the hashbrowns (too crispy). Customer service was great and it was nice to see there was still some good down home southern hospitality among the customers dining together.

Calling to place an order is like call the radio station you just ever get through, I was finally able to get an answer just to be placed on hold for over 10 mins !!! All I wanted was the fish and grits !! Never again

Never like to answer the phone to take orders phone will ring and ring and ring or either the phone is on silent so they can’t hear it. However, this is happened more than once where I’ve had to go other places simply because you can’t place the order, especially during the morning hours

I’ve ordered here for almost a year. For the past couple months, the drinks and service have been so slacked that I’d rather order my second cup of coffee by my house and drink it cold at work. Travelers are always filled with grounds and they give you no cups or condiments. When asked for cups, they gave us two cups and one was dirty with like liquid sugar and a stirrer in it. They refuse refunds and tell you to go thru the app which IYKYK. Crap is too expensive to expect a repeat customer at the quality they dish out.

I usually don't write reviews, but my recent visit to this Starbucks was disappointing. I typically go to the Lake Wylie Starbucks, where I always have a pleasant experience. This time, I was in the area to pick up a Father's Day gift for my husband, and a coffee from Starbucks was part of it. I ordered a cold brew with specific customizations: two pumps of cinnamon dolce, no vanilla syrup, no sweet cream, three pumps of Horchata syrup, and extra Horchata cold foam. I also ordered a green tea frappe with strawberry purée and strawberry cold foam, as well as a green tea latte prepared similarly. The cold brew arrived without the extra cold foam. When I approached the barista, she said It said no cold foam and I explained it said no sweet cream and no vanilla syrup. She took my cup, didn't apologize, and bizarrely began removing ice from it instead of remaking the drink. Despite my request for her to remake it since I didn’t want most of the ice removed she simply added more ice back to the same cup and handed me a separate cup with cold foam. Frustrated, I asked another barista if the foam was Horchata cold foam since my order was already messed up. I was met with an indifferent response”thats what she said” and ultimately decided to return the drink. While returning it, the employee didn’t address my concerns or offer an apology, acting as if I was at fault before refunding my money. Adding to the poor experience, our green tea tasted like coffee or some kind of cookie syrup which shouldn't happen so we ended up wasting that as well. Overall, the staff’s attitude and service were disappointing. I hope this location can improve its customer service.

Horrible service; staff were gathered at front near registers discussing personal topics and not engaging with customers. Xochi was very unprofessional and lacked customer service skills.

So slow (even if you order ahead) and not very friendly to customers. Also the parking lot is very small and very hard to get out of. I am a fan of Starbucks but refuse to go to this one.

Little confused. I ordered an iced Longdon fog tea and was told they couldn’t make it even though it’s on your menu ? I’ve never had an issue at any other Starbucks before but when I asked about it the girl making was rude and told me she couldn’t make it. I understand she was busy but if it’s on the Starbucks menu to be able to make wouldn’t you be able to make it ? Had an attitude and threw the drink into a smaller cup then what I paid for .

I don't know if things have changed since the review was posted about the customer service or what, but the service I received on a busy weeknight was AWESOME, at this location. The barista was super friendly, very quick and competent, and even suggested a new drink for me to try (that ended up being delicious). Definitely 0 ambiance, so don't come here looking for a comfy coffeehouse to sit and write a novel...it's in a grocery store. But they are awesome, and you should give them your business.

Absolutely disgusting. Terrible service. I literally found a plastic bag INSIDE my soda. I tried to bring it up to the manager, she was very defensive and nasty despite the fact I had proof. Will not be going back.

The store is very entertaining late at night listening to staff. They talk openly about race relations and treat customers according to such preference; they scream loudly for no reason other than they think this place is a Sunday church revival; and of course talk about the owner. It’s kind of like going to a Jerry Springer show for a special class in high school.

I really thought this place was on the up again, but my experience today says otherwise. My partner and I will usually place mobile orders on our own apps so we can get the app exclusive deals, and I’ll go pick up for the both of us. I went to curbside, put in my number and told her what number I was at, like usual, but the app bugged out and wouldn’t let her. No biggie, it happens sometimes, and like normal I just told the employee that I had another order, gave her the name, and thought all was well. Side note, the employee came out while on FaceTime or an IG video call, which isn’t normally something I’d do while at work but whatever. After about 5 minutes I went inside to see about the order. Cue 15 minutes of me standing right at the register while I was ignored by everyone, including the employee I initially interacted with. I finally have a chance to ask about the order under my partner’s name but I was told “yeah I don’t have anything up here, that’s why I never came back out.” Weird, could’ve told me, but not the point. I respond explaining that the app bugged out and wouldn’t let her put the number slot in, but apparently the order just never went through? But on my partners end, it not only charged her already, but said that the order was actively “in progress” according to the app. She ends up canceling that order and places a new one, and lo and behold, the order is out to my car in a minute (it’s wrong, but what can you do man). When the employee comes out with her food, I apologize for the confusion, and she just hands me my food without so much of a “have a good night” or “it’s ok, it happens” or even a “here you go” nothing. I’m not writing this review because of a bug in the app that caused this confusion. I’m writing this review because the way it was handled was abysmal. Employee actively talking on the phone when coming out to me. Ignoring myself and several other customers at the register for over 15 minutes. Not communicating that something was wrong with my order (the reason I’m standing around for 15 minute shouldn’t). Just being plain rude. I hate being that guy, I do! I hate to complain, I hardly ever do. But when I’m treated like this I can’t ignore it. Just got home after going to this McDonald’s. Me and my boyfriend both got two sweet teas. Tell me why they BOTH tasted like there was cleaner in it. That is beyond me. I am pissed. I should call the damn health department that could get us killed. I should’ve gone back up there and raised hell but my boyfriend decided to let it go. Well not me. If this don’t get solved I will be calling the health department.

The worst McDonald's in all of rock hill by far. The employees don't care how they handle your food. I simply don't trust eating from this McDonald's due to the staff. I ordered a smoothie. The cup was dripping wet. It was just nasty. I hate that mcdonald's.

This McDonald’s is honestly one of the worst in town. They take way too long just to take orders, and even longer to get the food out. When it finally comes, the fries are usually greasy and hard—not fresh at all. Really disappointing compared to other locations

I really wanted a JR Jumbo Jack but after my last visit a week ago I was hesitant. CS then was just sad. But I really wanted that sandwich so I stopped. Boy was that a mistake. I was the only car in line, 2 cars in the parking lot, 0 customers in the dining area. Considering it was 12:25pm on a Friday.... well, you get it. I waited 5 minutes and left. McDonald's got my $$$ instead.

Went through the drive through ordered 5 combos. Get to the window and after a while the lady starts to hand my drinks, I asked for drink trays. She hands my two drinks in a tray then starts to hand me the other drinks. I asked for another tray and she hands me one still folded up and said I’m by myself and I would need to unfold it. I then said I’m missing a bottle water. She said I didn’t charge you for that. It was the drink with one of my five combos I replied. I pulled around and checked my food. I’m missing a fry and nuggets. So I go in. There was one car behind me and one customer inside. Not busy at all. I go to the counter and tell the lady what I’m missing and she said I didn’t charge you for that. I show her my receipt and said yes the top two are nugget meals. She was non to happy but had the cool make more nuggets and gave me my missing food. A company is only as good as the people representing it. In this case the lady has a bad attitude was combative and rude. I really don’t think she wanted to be there at all. Maybe she should get a job where she doesn’t have to deal with customers. Absolutely horrible! On top of that my sourdough sandwich’s bread was hard a rock like it had been left out for days. Couldn’t even eat it. Do not visit this establishment.

I went there last night the 2 employees on the shift were very nice Tee and TJ but the food when I got home was unacceptable. I ordered two of the box meals. One was the burger and one was the chicken sandwich. I ordered curly fries and two tacos for the size and my drinks. The only thing I can say was my drinks were good. The food was horrible. My chicken sandwich was hard like it had been sitting for hours on top of that with no tomatoes. My burger should’ve been a double but I received the single it also had no tomatoes. I asked for no ketchup, no mustard no onions it had ketchup on it. No onions the tacos were hard unbelievable. I mean like they have been sitting there just as long as the chicken I went back the next day, which is today To see if they could remake my food and the girl at the front register asked me what was wrong and I told her and then she went back to the bag. Greg asked me for my receipt keep in mind. I still got the food, went back to the back, came back there was like the manager was coming. when the manager came, she was so unprofessional had a attitude and on top of that head on the hair bonnet not the kind you wear at the restaurant the kind you wear at home barely wanted to hear what I had to say, and I had the food to return she told me she couldn’t give me my money back, but I said I’m not asking for my money back. I just want my food remain and she told me well. Most people bring the food back the same day keep in mind I came there at 12 o’clock at night. I wasn’t coming back again at 12 at night, so the manager gets on the phone I’m guessing with the GM or whoever she called and was explaining what happened but whole time making it seem like I was trying to get over when I have a bag of food that wasn’t a in the receipt Needless to say I end up just leaving the food and the money because I wasn’t Finna keep going back-and-forth for her when they didn’t even want to replace my food. I didn’t ask for the money back. I just asked the food to be replaced. That is the worst establishment and I will not recommend going there. If you do go there please go there in the daytime and go in the inside where Be right because if you leave there without checking your food and don’t come back to the next day with the food and the receipt, you’re just shit out of luck

Waited forever to even be able to place an order thru drive thru, when I did place my order, the lady cut me off before I was even done ordering. As I got to the window to pay, we waited another 15 to 20 min before she even acknowledged me at the window, meanwhile she had already made my daughter's milkshake,we sat at the window not so patiently waiting and watching her milkshake melt. We finally got noticed and when she took our money and handed us our food, they're was never a thank you, no smile and absolutely 0 costumer service! It was clear she hated her job and people as far as that goes. Prob will not go back!

They cheated me out of my money I was suppose to have three sandwiches but only got one by the delivery by Uber eats i don't trust these drivers because they do be stealing the delivery driver name is Daniel by Uber eats. That's crazy had me paying all that money but left my other sandwich out or he ate it kept it for himself. That's bad service and I want a my other burger

Went order food, the employee acted like she did not want to take our order. The cooks in the back did not make my order correctly. Had to send it back. Went to get my drink refilled and was told "Only allowed to get 1 refill, the I would have to pay $0.50 for additional refill". Also over heard an employee talking bad about the customers. I will not bring my family back to this establishment.

It was okay. We did receive our order in a timely manner however part of our food was just thrown together. She gave us 4 sauces for 10 tacos, we had to ask for more. That seem to be a problem. We asked for sour cream and she replied very nasty that they didn't have any. She gave us one ketchup....wth?! And the loaded fries just looked thrown together!! We are out of towers, so we definitely won't have to visit thus place again!!

This Starbucks continuously has issues I come to this one because it’s close to where I live but I can assure you I won’t be coming back! They never have mobile orders ready and consistently have the cafe closed down! It’s very inconvenient when you can’t cancel a Mobil order and have to sit in a long line in the drive thru because you paid your money already! Ridiculous they need to get it together idk who is managing but they need a new one or to just close the location! To top it off they didn’t even have my order right where is the cookie crumbles? You had 45 mins to make my order and couldn’t even get it right! Suggestion if your short staffed you should still allow for ppl to come inside and pick there mobile orders up to avoid a long drive thru line considering u didn’t shut down the mobile ordering

So mad… usually love this store. Went and order a pink drink with light ice and vanilla cold foam. Got a pink drink with light WATER and cold foam. There wasn’t even any strawberry pieces. It tasted like a disgusting watered down strawberry juice. Ruined my whole day. Worker spent so much time writing all over the cup that they didn’t make the drink right. I didn’t drink any of it. And paid $7!

Extremely busy on Friday, Sept. 19 . The staff was getting the orders out quickly. Thanks to them! Special mention to Jatee? Who was keeping everything clean between handling orders and the strawberry blonde with glass, could not see her name tag. She thanked me and wished a good day. Hectic, efficient and personable can hard on promotion days. Which was Double Stars for me and wish Sbux would stagger these. :)

Normally I don’t do reviews often but honestly the experience I received was awful. I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and it wasn’t busy I was the only car in the drive through and they gave me the drink busted like the lid couldn’t even close it was leaking as she was giving it to me and didn’t give me napkins or even ask to give me anything . I called the store and the management was terrible tried to accuse me of cussing at them when I didn’t even say anything bad , I turned around and went back for them to act like I wanted a whole different drink all I asked for was a new lid and some napkins. I was waiting while they were rolling their eyes and trying to make every excuse on why I couldn’t wait for my drink. Honestly im very disappointed because I only come here due to it being the closest to my house . Just know they aren’t respectful and refuse to take accountability for their mistakes.

My daughter got her first experience there today, so she wasn't familiar with the menu. The cashier was patient and informative, and when my daughter chose a macha franchisor, the cashier was kind enough to say it could be an acquired taste. She offered to make something different, if my daughter didn't like it and had her taste it on site to be sure... so thoughtful!!!

I'm not sure Starbucks even needs another review 😂 They are doing pretty good on their own. I don't drink coffee at all but the food at Starbucks is surprisingly good. I love their egg bites are delicious and the spinach, egg and feta wrap is yummy. If you want something sweet, I recommend the cake pops. They have great iced tea also. I believe Starbucks will be around for a very long time. Sure wish I had bought stock way back when they first began!

I'm currently at NTB waiting for my tires to be finished, so I decided to pop into Waffle House for some breakfast. I walked in around 10:00 and greeted one of the male waiters, but he didn't say a word back. As I took a seat, I noticed it was pretty quiet—there were four tables with two people at each, all happily enjoying their food and coffee. Despite sitting there, the male waiter passed by me four times without offering to bring me a drink or even acknowledging my presence. I glanced over at the service station, where a group of staff members was working, and made eye contact with a woman I presumed was the manager, but she also ignored me. The waiter looked me right in the eyes, walked past, then returned to the service area without stopping to help me. By 10:35, it was clear I wasn't getting any service—no one had taken my drink or food order. I started to wonder if I didn't fit the right demographic for this Waffle House. As I made my way out, I overheard some customers laughing and one of them sneering, "He probably doesn't even speak English," assuming I was Hispanic or Latino. It’s interesting how some people claim they can’t be racist or don’t stand for racism, yet they display blatant bigotry themselves. They portray themselves as victims, but often fail to see their own prejudices.

Had breakfast and it was so delicious! Cooks did a wonderful job and the service was excellent! Good hot coffee, delicious breakfast bowl!!

Burnt bacon 🥓 sausage, which looked like someone ate off of it before serving me, no jelly for my toast, no syrup for my waffle 🧇 or utensils to eat with provided on a to go order. 🤔 Truly disappointing.

Wonderful! Most don't expect much from a average waffle house but for me and my family it our home! The workers are always as nice as possible even when I went at 2am! Excellent food and walked out with stuffed stomachs!

Outstanding Customer Service. Friendly staff. Good food. Fast turnaround. Simple yet relaxing atmosphere. The food is pretty decent and I don't know how they did it, but the bacon was NOT greasy. The level of attention to detail is definitely appreciated. It is not fancy, but how they operate, and what they put out is definitely appreciated and missing from so many establishments. They make many of the foods here, including the sausage patties. You can have fresh veggies or anything else added to your hash browns. Coffee is good and does not end as long as you are eating in. I will definitely return. I will my daughter on my next visit so she understands what quality really is.

The place is clean and quiet and affordable.

I received good customer service and the place was clean. I ordered the fish special. I was rather disappointed with the taste of the fish. If I was not from the south, then you probably would think the fish was bad. The fish tasted like it was cooked in the same oil they fry bologna. I don't know if they actually fry their bologna in oil rather than on the flat grill, but it sure tasted like it.

We ended up here because our initial choice happened to be closed. This was the best thing that could have happened because we absolutely loved it here. The number one thing that stood out was the hospitality. We are a family of 5 and with 3 little ones, this staff makes it feel like you were invited to have breakfast in their own home. The food was great, but so are many other places. Hospitality like what you get here is so rare to find. That’s what would bring us back. Pop’s is legitimately the kind of business I’m happy to spend my money at.

My husband, a good friend and I rode in from Columbia on our motorcycles to Rock Hill for some other services at Rock Hill Powersports and my husband found this restaurant nearby. The staff here is extremely kind and friendly. They greet you as you walk in and tell you to seat yourself at any available table. Not a fancy place but service is on point and it was clean and busy. They promptly gave us menus and took our drink orders and returned shortly with the drinks. After giving us a couple minutes to review their menu, she came bck to take our orders. Normally I take pictures of menu and food but I was slipping this time and forgot. They had a good variety of menu options both breakfast and lunch . I chose the 2 egg, waffle (it was big) and 1 meat (bologna - thick cut a bit salty but hey its bologna), the guys got fish (flounder) and grits. Fish had great flavor, seasoned just right, fried but flaky inside. The food came out fast , hot and delicious. They checked on us without being intrusive on us enjoying our meals, refilled us frequently. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a good breakfast & fantastic service 😋

Let me say this I went there today at 2 o'clock and I got 3 cheeseburgers no onions and I had to go through the drive thru 3 times and they still couldn't get that small simple order right they gave them to me covered in onions gave me other people's orders and the rules group I'd people I ever met shoving food out the windows slamming the window wouldn't come back to even see why I had pulled off ended up going in and the manager on duty was even ruder then the others grabbed the bag and went to get my oder and threw it on the counter not I'm sorry nothing and still had onions on them . I promise you that place lost a customer today I use to go there quit offend but he'll no not again that manager needs to be fired rolling her yes and throwing bags no even an apology. I will go to cherry rd I don't spend money at a place and get that kind of treatment

I am not a frequent shopper at McDonald’s (or any other fast food restaurant for that matter) but I visited yesterday 7/3/25 to get a few happy meals for the super cool toys they have right now! They were pretty busy with it being the day before a holiday (not one that I will be celebrating this year but that’s a whole other pot of tea) and everyone working was so pleasant and have great attitudes. They took the chaos in stride and always kept smiles on their faces. I also very much enjoyed the hot fries 🤤🍟 Thanks y’all! I know it can’t be easy working with the public, especially all the entitled folks around here but yall did such a great job and it needs to be recognized

Order was not correct and went back in to get it corrected and sloped on the yellow paint by the drive thru. After I talked to the manager it was so nice that he didn’t give a crap and walked away and if they did there job in the 1st place I would not have this mark

Went through the drive through and had to pull up. Channel brought our food out and was very happy to help and asked us if there was anything we needed. Haven't felt this welcome at a mcdonalds in a long time.

Literally just left this location and the young lady at the second window has the worst attitude! Never spoke when she opened the window gave me my food and drink but when I asked for ketchup it was basically a problem! Stop giving people jobs with poor attitudes! There are plenty of McDonalds in Rock Hill and this location it added to the do not purchase from! I’m tired of dealing with poor customer service it is beyond me! Food was great but service was a 0/10!!!!!

My wife and I are here on Saturday for lunch. Our server was great. The food was exceptional. I had the cheeseburger with home fries instead of fries. This is now my favorite in The Charlotte area. I had it cooked med. it was perfect, juicy, very flavorful meat. It was the star of the meal. We plan to eat here often.

Update: Had a Bene today, and again am impressed by this little spot! Looking for a new breakfast spot that's not the same old country Cafe in YoCo...I enjoyed a real omelette, soft, thin blanket of eggs, wrapped around my choice of insides! Impressed it was not just a folded "scramble". Nice menu, friendly staff, decor and ambience needs a little modernizing, Nevertheless, I'll be back...and you should come too!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. The presentation of each dish could use a little improvement. The ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. Whether you're looking for a quick breakfast on the go or a leisurely brunch with friends and family, Sol Cafe is the perfect place to start your day.

What a wonderful breakfast spot! We have been here twice recently for breakfast and both times have been excellent. The service is good, the food is delicious. This past time I had a make your own omelet with chorizo, onions, peppers, tomatoes and cheddar Jack cheese with a side of grits. Both were delicious! We will most definitely be back.

When searching, make sure to use Google Maps because the small gem is not to be missed. The restaurant has a homey atmosphere with hardworking, courteous employees that check in on you frequently and replenish your beverage. Our waitress, Lisa, was fantastic and enthusiastic about several of the foods we were about to taste. Her enthusiasm alone makes you want to return and try more of the menu items. The lemonade and blueberry mimosas were delicious and refreshing, the eggs and bacon were delicious, and the multigrain pancakes were not awful “not a fan of multi grain pancakes”. I'll try the fresh toast next time, but you'll see me again soon.

Only been for breakfast twice, but the food was consistent. Grits are thick & creamy, hash is hot & fresh, eggs are cooked accurately. Hey I know it’s just breakfast, but it’s my favorite meal and I’m always shocked when a place can’t properly cook eggs over medium. Also try their biscuits. They are grilled. Sorry only 4 stars, again, it is only breakfast. Planning to go back for lunch soon. I will say that it’s my new go-to breakfast spot!

Wonderful place with friendly staff and a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. I had the Sol burger topped with fried egg and bacon. Absolutely delicious! My wife had the chef salad with steak strips. Huge! And the steak was amazing. The photos were our desserts. Mine was the cheesecake with chocolate drizzle. My wife had the chocolate cake with chocolate icing. Needless to say we'll be going back REAL SOON! Reservations currently not required for dinner. Highly recommend!

Place in order this am, pull in drive thru to pick it up, informed to pull in parking spot and they will bring it out to keep the wait time in drive thru down, however Lexi at the window needs improvement with her customer service skills. Not polite when bringing the coffee out either.

Ask for lightly toasted bagel with vegetable cream cheese. I got a burnt hard as a brick bagel with cream cheese on only one half of the bagel. Wasted my money this morning. I will stick with scooters moving forward

I order a brown sugar shaken espresso because its not sweet and have more of a espresso bitter taste. They loaded it with sugar and syrup to the point where its thick like a milkshake. I cant have lots of sugar cause i have diabetes.

I just left this establishment. Ordered 2 sandwiches and a hot caramel cappuccino. A family of 3 came in after I had ordered.They got their order before I did.When I ask about money 10 minutes later she went right to it and gave it to me.The whip cream had melted didn't taste any caramel. Your employees need to do better on customer service.Was this a racial thing.Since they were white and I was black.

I come to this Dunkin very frequently and multiple times I get sour coffee especially the chocolate hazelnut truffle. Like it’s bad. Has an orange tint to it. Then when I order bakery items if they don’t have it they completely leave it out, don’t notify me, and don’t offer to replace it with something else or give a refund. They are lacking customer service skills. Especially in the afternoons.

This location used to be my go to because it is closer but over time the iced coffee started to not be so good. I get the same iced coffee every day which I pictured below. Almond milk is extra which I have no problem with. What I do have a problem with is the amount of almond milk now being given. Being that I do mobile orders, I do not bring my purse and today I asked for a splash more almond milk and was advised I would need to pay extra. Really?? For a splash more of almond milk that I already paid extra for? This will be my last time coming to this location and will go to the other one just a few minutes further that I never have to ask to correct my iced coffee. Imagine all the money I have spent for the past couple years every day getting iced coffee and being advised I need to pay extra for a splash of almond milk that I had already paid for. Embarrassing! Please look at how dark it is to give you an idea of how much almond milk they give and says that’s “standard”.

On January 1st, 2025 at about 12:20 pm I walked in nobody spoked I proceeded to order and acai go go goji crunch the acai was pretty hard I asked if it could be blended based on previously working at a smoothie king they told me no and that’s just how it comes now.

First time I've been here in awhile, and the 2 ladies were absolutely a pleasure. Atmosphere was relaxing to say the least. Supurb customer service and always great smoothies

Stopped in this morning for my first time. I ordered the 32 oz Vanilla Shedder with peanut butter added. It was absolutely delicious. I will be doing more business with them.

Came here this morning with my friend. I saw that they added açaí bowls or “smoothie bowls” and I wanted to try them out and compare them to other açaí bowls I’ve had before. Overall 10/10 , the smoothie part usually loses flavor when I’ve got it other places, it ends up tasting like fruit and ice. Here I didn’t have that issue. Sooo much flavor I will definitely come back and get this! I got the PB swizzle bowl for $11.99

We visited Blend Riverwalk due to the high rating on Google. But I was honestly surprised by the food as well as the atmosphere. The food was not bad, but it was just not memorable. And the outdoor dining space had a number of table in various states of disrepair.

Wonderful people and tasty sandwiches. Not great for kids who don't like the taste of protein powder in smoothies. Most of the chip options were spicy, also not great for kids. I was charged for an extra smoothie and didn't notice until later. Oh well. Edit: I appreciate the response from the owner and have adjusted my rating. And I'll probably return.

Absolutely LOVE Blend!! Being a 2 yr Carnivore, it's hard to find healthy eats with clean ingredients. Always fills me up when I stop to get their carnivore bowl with boiled eggs!!! Sooooo DELICIOUS!!! 🤤😋🤤

Glad I was wrong. This place is good, once I walked in initially thought chain restaurant precooked eggs etc. These bagel sandwiches are good!! Soft and fresh. I got the California without beacon, and it was great the avocado was super fresh. My family got the MR T add beacon and a simple bagel cream cheese and everyone was content. When in the area this is a must. Ample indoor and out door seating. I was there on a Sunday morning the staff was so pleasant and helpful. Parking lot is huge easy to find parking. Lots of vegan, gluten free and vegetarian options available.

We were excited to give it a try and two thumbs up all the way around! Great sandwiches and staff are very nice. A new place for my husband and I cause the food was made fresh and the selections are great. I highly recommend it, and I hope the quality remains the same. We'll be back!

I was traveling in Rockhill, South Carolina and stumbled upon this restaraunt. I had never eaten there, much less even heard of it. Upon first glance, it appears to be a bagel shop. But instead, they are actually a sandwich shop with sandwiches served on heated bagels. I ordered "The Griswald." My sandwich was served piping hot, so much so I needed to give it a cool down time. Upon first look at the sandwich, I thought that the bagel was soggy, but this turned out not to be the case. Instead, although the bagel was squashed apparently from the heating process, it was the right combination of soft but firm - the bagel never fell apart despite being a very juicy sandwich. Overall, I really enjoyed the sandwich. It was very messy (in a good way) and tasty.

Super cool steamed bagel sandwiches! I got the Griswold and it was great. I would probably leave off the BBQ sauce next time, though. Great service and a super cool Rock Hill mural on the walls!

I love this place!! Ella is seriously the best. She is so kind, friendly and dedicated to making sure my smoothie cravings are met. Not only that, the store is always clean and my order is always top tier. I will be coming back frequently.

So I ordered for delivery and got blimey limey and a chicken pesto wrap. I moved out here in 2023 and I been taken to a few spots to try out for smoothies but I could not find a good spot I always say it just don’t taste good and I never return. But today I said let me give tropical cafe a shot. And that blimey limey caught my attention. I love any fruits that have sour or citrus. This has been my favorite smoothie ever. This will be my new go to! By far the best one I ever had in my life. I finally found my smoothie spot now.

I don't know how to say the praises of this place enough I've only been to tropical smoothie before the Rock Hill location maybe one time. To be fair couldn't really remember anything remarkable about that particular location nothing bad nothing good just a standard visit. But ever since I've been going to this Rock Hill location on Cherry road the service has been amazing really above & beyond in the food at least the chipotle chicken club flatbread amazing along with my smoothie of choice either the Paradise point or the jetty punch super delicious in the manager there just a great guy remembers my name I have the hardest time remembering names myself but the fact that he goes out of his way to remember and even knows the order that I like to get just speaks volumes another thing I would like to mention is an app itself is non-invasive unlike some other apps from other smoothie places very intuitive and easy to use and they give a great amount of points for what you purchase I would highly recommend this location to anybody who hasn't tried it and if you're thinking oh it's a smoothie place their food can't be that great I would highly recommend giving it a try and you'll be highly surprised unlike a lot of the fast food and things like that that is out here every time I get something from there I never feel uneasy about what I ate. I've even noticed my gut health stomach isn't bulging out unlike when I visit other food or smoothie places. Overall I feel extremely good after I visit there and eating their food I know this is a little long but this place really deserves the best review sorry for being long-winded I hope this helps anybody who was thinking about visiting tropical smoothie in Rock Hill on Cherry road all I can say is you won't regret it.

On my visit, 8/1/25, I was met by the presence of ELLA who was quite pleasant nd customer friendly. My order was repeated and later upon opening the bag to enjoy it, I was very pleased with the preparation of my PB Protein Bowl. A good start to my day. Thanks.
