Even though the parking lot was packed and the place had a lot of customers I still got a table quickly and my food didn't take long to come either. The skillet was huge and came out in a pan (as pictured) it was awesome. 10/10 would recommend

Very nice Cafe that is obviously popular because the place was packed. That's always a good sign! I had a traditional breakfast and my wife ordered a skillet. My breakfast was very good, but that skillet was the best. Definitely ordering that next time. We also had the stuffed French Toast. It was stuffed with cream cheese and topped with blue berries, strawberry and whipped cream. The cream cheese is just a block and is kind of odd. I suggest mixing the cream cheese with vanilla pudding or powdered sugar to make more of a cream filling. That would be amazing. Also have to give them props for having Pepsi products. Definitely adding this place to my #PepsiStops

Second time here in about a year as we are from Lansing area. Had breakfast both times and we are impressed. Food was excellent, hot and good price and portions. I had a skillet with 4 eggs and I could not finish it all. My wife had bacon, eggs and pancakes and she also had to take some home. There was a wait of about 20 minutes and I hate waits but I think this was worth it. The waitress was always checking on us even though it was busy and kept the coffee full. We spent $25 before tip and we got our money's worth. We will be back next time we are in the area. We highly suggest you try it out and Think you will be pleased!

Introduced to me by my sister and brother-in-law, this restaurant is deceptively unassuming looking both outside and in. Though it looks modest, the food and wait staff are anything but. I've been here three times (all for breakfast) now and can say that on each visit our server was polite and attentive. The menu has a wide selection of meals, especially breakfast. There are omelettes, scramblers, skillets, sandwiches, four different types of eggs Benedict and from the griddle, a tasty variety of pancakes, French toast, waffles and crepes. Everything we've ordered has been excellent. I've had the Mexican skillet, Irish and house (pictured) omelets and have been pleased with all of them. I've chosen pancakes twice instead of toast and they are awesome. If you're in the area and hungry I would highly recommend.

Right off the highway. Excellent breakfast but super busy all the time. Everything we ate was great and service was very good. Waiting for a table can take quite a while, even on a weekday. Parking lot needs fixing like most Michigan roads.

Not a bad place for a fast meal. Eggs Benedict was good. Did find a few egg shells in the dish so that is why the food rating wasn’t higher. Pancakes were good. Very busy but service was excellent.

STOP! Your search for the perfect sandwich is over. Get this… on the specials board: “Ranchers Steak Bagel”. Huh. I’m like… what would a rancher put on a bagel? WOWSERS! A generous amount of chopped (tender) ribeye, egg, (I got mine fried. I’m messy enough) American Cheese, cream cheese, onions and MUSHROOMS… on an Everything Bagel. OMG- THE BEST FRIKKEN SAMMICH EVER. This sandwich was dripping with cheese, and richness, and love, and sunshine. (I almost pulled a Meg Ryan and go all “Harry met Sally” in there… but I could see a nice lady in another booth that would have been offended.) My husband would like me to mention he thinks they have the best pancakes in town. They probably do. If they’re anything like this sandwich they’re probably made with the blessings of unicorns, because I heard a lot of “ITS SO FLUFFY!” from across the table. But I didn’t eat magic fluffy pancakes. I had the BEST FRIKKEN SANDWICH IN THE WORLD. And a side of corned beef hash, which is also “da bomb baby”. BUT WAIT! THERE’S MORE! They have outdoor seating in the back which was pretty impressive. I walked back there thinking there might be a few picnic tables… but they have a decent sized tent, that covers booths! I bet you could get 25-30 more people in the back. I thought it looked great. But nothing compares to the sandwich. RANCHERS STEAK BAGEL. You’re welcome.

The food was great, the staff was really friendly and I like the open kitchen design! Looks clean and you can watch your food being prepared. It’s a small place with limited parking, so there may be a wait during peak breakfast hours. I’d certainly recommend this place for breakfast, so long as you don’t mind waiting for a table. PS: The hallway to the bathrooms is extremely narrow, so keep this in mind if you have limited mobility.

Came here with my wife for breakfast on Monday. It's a very Mom and Pop restaurant, and the staff are very conversational, especially with the ones you can tell are regulars. We split the hangover skillet. That hit the spot and it was pretty good! It was cooked well too, nothing was over or undercooked.

Let me first start by saying that I'm impressed! My family has some severe food allergies and when I called ahead to see if they were able to accommodate our needs the cook said that he would make sure it was safe for us to eat. That is not an easy task with several sets of food allergies. It's a small, and busy restaurant that is definitely worth visiting! We had a group of 7 and squeezed into a booth. They were already busy, but super friendly. When I told the server our allergies, she made a special note & asked questions. She also checked with the cooks if she didn't know the answer to my question. That's refreshing to say the least. The order took a bit of time because they were trying to make sure our food was safe. They did a great job accommodating us. It was tasty and priced reasonably.

My buddy introduced me to Sunrise Cafe the summer of 2023....I have met up with others there at least 7 times in the following 6 months! The breakfasts look fabulous, never eaten that there, though. Even at 7:00am I always order the Rita Burger or the Mushroom & Swiss burger. Best burgers in SW Michigan! Kristina always keeps the coffee mugs full, too. Great service!

Cool spot to eat, food and atmosphere were great. Just a little place but recently updated interior. Good portions and good service. We were there on a Sunday and they didn’t rush us out as we chatted. I will be back

Had a wonderful experience here ☺️ the staff is so friendly and the cooks make excellent food. Their menu has many unique options you can tell they really care about having just more than your traditional breakfast food - it's so much more! Very creative menu and inviting atmosphere. It was busy when we arrived but everyone there makes you feel at home and seems to really love being there.

Kinda a odd setup for a cafe or diner, because it is island theme like a Captain D. But don't let the design throw u away. Food is pretty good. Standard breakfast food. Omelet is stuff with veggies. Plenty of choices for sides. Pancake is pretty good too. Usually I give this type of place 4 stars unless they offer really good value. Service is very attentive. I been in there for like 30mins. They check up on me 5 times. So every 6mins someone will come by to check on you and offer to top up your coffee.

Our server, Scarlett was amazing! In our large party of 8, she was patient while helping us each pick the perfect dish! This place has the BEST pancakes! Visiting from Houston, I was not expecting the pancakes to beat my favorite at home! Don’t hesitate to visit this place!

I went with my husband, daughter and some family friends. This is THE PLACE in Battle Creek area to get breakfast. Actually it’s better than anywhere in Kalamazoo even. We meet our friends here with our toddlers (it’s very child friendly) and always have a good experience. Food is tasty and affordable. Service is great (Scarlett 😉). Ownership has got to be good because it’s clean and always busy.

Amazing food! Went after the Battle Creek Half Marathon and wasn’t disappointed. The last time I went, I got an omelette, but this time I got their cinnamon roll pancakes and French toast and it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. The amount of food was also perfect for after a half marathon. Makes me wonder what kind of crazy person would willingly order plain oatmeal off their menu. Then again, with how good all the other food is that’s probably the best plain oatmeal you can get. The service was also amazing, as they took excellent care of us despite the fact that they were packed full. 100% recommend and will be coming back after next year’s half marathon.

We just moved nearby and decided to give Long Island Cafe a go for breakfast and WOW! We got the pearl waffles AMAZING- sweet, crunchy, and had homemade whipped cream. Also the strawberry cheesecake crepes which were wonderful! We also had a BYO omelet with a side of sausage gravy. The sausage patties had the right amount of spice and the cheesy grits were spot on not too watery not too thick. Our server Stacy was super sweet and attentive. She asked if it was our first time dining in and said what we ordered were some really great options. Food also came out really quickly and was hot with good portions. Though we didn’t try any, they did also have some weekly specials on the board when you walk in. The manager or owner also walked around to see if we needed anything and made sure things were going great. Definitely a 10/10 spot for breakfast and lunch!

Great breakfast place. Very good portion sizes (not too big or too small in my opinion) and a wide selection of food. Went in with my mother and brother during a morning rush and we were still seated very quickly. Service did such a nice job. Sometimes it did feel a little overbearing, but we would all rather have that than service that doesn't care. Food came out very quickly and was fantastic. Very good turnout time overall and just a generally awesome place to chow down.

This is a fantastic place with good food, coffee/tea, and cocktails. Business lunch? Perfect. Gal pal time? You bet. The only, and I mean only, consideration is that it can get loud inside. If you are hard of hearing, this might be something to think about. Otherwise, everything is 10/10. Affordable, lots of variety, and an inviting, quirky aesthetic.

Stopped in for a quick coffee, not from around the area and it was a awesome surprise to find fellow coffee lovers. Definitely recommend, and Amanda is the reason for the review. The espresso machine was down when we went which was a bummer! But I ordered an iced matcha, fruit, and a tostada. The food was fresh and light. I can’t wait to come back to try more menu items

We were in town for a wedding and stopped in for an early morning coffee. What a great place! Welcoming, great atmosphere and delicious coffee.

Best brewed coffee in Battle Creek by a long shot. Above average food and ambiance. However the service and food prep is so slow this is not the place to come if you are in a hurry and just want a coffee to go.

I stopped here on 9/2/2025. Right when I entered, I knew I should of went somewhere else. The staff seemed miserable - no smiles, no hello, nothing inviting. The woman who brought our food the table never said a word (think Gen Z stare). I tried the cold brew flight. Decently priced and fun thing to try. My favorite was the Manhattan cold brew. The espresso machine was broken at the time of the visit. No big deal, machines break, I et that. The bagel sandwich was fine. They also hang a LGBT+ flag above their front door. The chairs are a little uncomfortable if you plan on staying for a while. If that is a problem for you, consider going elsewhere. Overall, my experience was uninspiring. I will not be returning. I would like to give the coffee a try, but when brewed at home.

Was at an event at the Kellogg center yesterday & discovered Cafe Rica. Being a vegan they are able to accommodate nicely. I had lunch here today. A very lively place & atmoshere. Had great a vegan wrap and vegan potatoes ( no sour cream, etc). Shannan the Chef met me & asked if all was well! Entire staff is friendly & on it. First time here but will be back.

Amazing place for breakfast! Very kind and fast service. Food was fast and delicious. I got the country fried steak with the most delicious pancakes instead of toast and my wife got the Mexican omelette. I would highly recommend this place.

Found this little gem by Googling "breakfast all day near me" while in Battle Creek. Choose it based on the wide menu and the positive reviews. We were not disappointed. Such friendly staff and great coffee started off our visit. The breakfast menu is served until 2:30 when they close and has every combination of things your little heart desires! Our table went with an order of plain crepes, a breakfast bowl, and the hash and eggs ALL of them extremely well prepared and flavorful. Large portions gave value for the money. If we come this way again it will be a planned stop. P. S. They also have a lunch menu!

What a great find off of Google. Off the path we go. It was packed when we arrived. We then knew we were in the right place. Miriam was our waitress with a big warm smile and when asked she said everything is good". So many choices. I like it had a slant toward Mexican. I had "super Mario's burrito". Chicken she chose. Large tortilla with cheese on top with white pinto beans, chopped white breast meat, lettuce and tomatoes. It was seasoned to perfection. My fi rst bite was flavorful and mild which was good. I ordered fresh fruit vs fries. So impressed. Stop in if you can!!!! Thanks Miriam.

We have been going to Cafetal 2 years now and it just keeps getting better. Omelets, breakfast bowls, soups, pancakes, waffles…all as good as any in town. Also one of the best values price wise. Very friendly service. Today’s gyro feta bowl was killer and their pancakes best in town and included as a side instead of toast(photo). Don’t miss this place.

First time visitor. I had a salad with grilled chicken. It was plenty large enough to eat for lunch, which is when we were there. My wife had breakfast. She enjoyed that. They close in mid afternoon.

This restaurant is getting busier and busier each time I go. There's a good reason for that. The food and service is excellent! Breakfast and lunches with a home made taste. You're going to leave full and satisfied and your pocketbook won't be too much lighter either. Prices are good especially for the quality of food and in comparison to just about every other restaurant out there trying to gouge you. Soup or salad comes with a burger?! Yes please! $12.29 I'll gladly pay again and again.

Stopped in to have a bite to eat, and instantly loved the place. It just gives you a great feeling as soon as you walk in, the gift shop is beautiful and the staff is amazing and polite. We were sat quickly and attended to like we were the only people there. Forgot our waitress name which sucks because she did a phenomenal job with our food. No mistakes, she didn’t forget anything, and she stayed on top of checking to see if we needed anything. This is the kinda servers I would want if I owned a Cracker Barrel 😂. Thanks for the delicious food. Oh and ordered the honey butter fried chicken I believe is what it’s call with carrots and mashed potatoes. 🔥

It's still a Cracker Barrel and the menu still tastes the same as years gone by. I was pleasantly surprised to find Impossible sausage on the menu. Thanks for that option! Staff were reasonably attentive and friendly. The place can be quite loud when busy.

These are the best pecan pancakes I’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel! Look at the perfect shape and size of the pancakes! Look how perfectly distributed the many pecans are, and look how beautifully golden brown they are, too. I showed them to the manager and complimented the cook on them. He told me it was Keisha (sp) who prepared them. Kudos to Keisha AND to this manager for coming back to my table to let me know. The place is clean, and access in and out was easy. Appreciated my server, Michaelle, too. Prayers for her for a successful rebuild or relocation—her house caught on fire.

This place does not shine at 8am on a Monday. Floor was slippery but oddly sticky at the same time. The chairs, table, and everything else seemed to be sticky to the touch. Not the iHop sticky that stays with you till you shower sticky, just that sticky that nags at the back of your mind making you wonder what the kitchen is like. Someone customized a menu with creative art work. The staff was helpful, food was as good as always. Service was quick. Over all a decent experience.

Server was super nice food was excellent. We had catfish, meatloaf and pancakes. Cook forgot the bacon but other than tha it was a great experienced. Shopped after.

I came in to eat after lunch plans with family did not work out. I waited over 45 minutes for my food while other people received theirs. My food then came out incorrect and cold. The manager remade it but then the pancakes were under done. I left after being in the restaurant almost an hour and a half and ate pretty much nothing. Never coming back. Very unacceptable experience.

Love the atmosphere at Cracker Barrel! The food was delicious and worth the extra wait. Our waitress Hanna was very nice and attended to all our needs. We especially love the shop with all the cool gifts.

Coffee and energy drinks always good I've had a few different flavors no complaints there. The service today with the young lady at the window with the auburn mullet and piercings was not so good. She handed us a hot coffee with no cardboard and had an attitude when we asked for one, coffee was overflowing and top wasn't fully placed on my bf was burned also I've been here multiple times and asked for a tip. A tip is supposed to be given when the customer sees fit I do not like being asked for one. Haven't experienced this at the other facilities I have gone to around battle creek. I always say "If you don't want to work in customer service DON'T."

I have frequented this establishment many times and had never had an issue. this morning. I came in and ordered a small iced teddy bear with extra flavor. Whenni arrived at thebwindowni was handed a small hot coffee. I asked them to remake it into the iced coffee that I asked for and the order taker understood. A woman approached thenwindow and proceeded to tell me that everyone in the store.Heard me order a hot coffie.So she was essentially arguing with me about my order. I don't necessarily feel like anybody should be arguing with a customer. I've worked in customer service for the last 15 years of my life.And i've never argued with a client like that. Especially something so small as a sixteen ounce iced coffee. Before she approached the window, I apologize profusely the order taker exclaimed. That it was his problem, not mine. And then I was met with that at the window. I don't appreciate it. I probably won't return to the establishment anymore. I'm sure you probably don't really care about that and that's fine. I just wanted to let you know how your employees are treating your customers that have been loyal since that business opened.

honestly, probably one of the worst coffee shops I have ever been to the screwed up my order on Saturday give them another chance on Sunday want up with burnt coffee with grounds in it on top of them giving me a big hassle that my $70 order could not be paid for with $100 bill. This place is a joke about 2 miles away in Urbandale. There’s another biggby super friendly great people suggest driving the extra 2 miles.

Seems like whoever owns that white Ford F150 that's parked in front All the time? Would park on the side for customers. Now it has a plow and salter on it. So customers with trucks have a hard time parking. I don't see cars parked on South side? Common sense isn't so Common anymore.

Great store with great management and employees. They offer a veterans discount every day.

By far the best Biggby around. Alexis is amazing! She's super sweet, works hard to take care of her customers, and her crew follows suit. Highly recommended!

safe to say the food is the only good thing about this panera. the employees are quite rude, always seem stressed and i’m just here to get food so don’t take it out on me! the one time i did a rapid order dang near half of my food was missing, the soup was filled halfway, and my sandwich had a blonde hair in it. 👎

Let's just be honest about this place. The portion sizes are small and overpriced. Most of the Pele that eat he can make way better food options at home. Now the atmosphere is welcoming g to groups of people that want to visit, or in my case a student that wants a police with wifi and electrical outlets to study. They have art on the walls that gives a down home agricultural appeal to what otherwise is the opposite of that. The place has a hospital cafeteria feel with most customers believing they are a class above all you can eat buffet goers. Panera Bread is in essence the Target amongst Walmart of deli style restaurants. I really only recommend going here if you plan on visiting with a large group of people or if you plan on studying by yourself. There are way way better options if you actually want good food with healthy portion sizes.

Staff, as always, cheery,pleasant and helpful. Cook with dark hair and ponytail, rude. This was my half ceasar salad. Not worth the $$$. First time ordering a salad…and the last.

Panera bread is a good place to stop by for snack or breakfast. They have a coffee corner. Ample of space to sit and vegetarian options too. There bread is fresh and yummy.

I ate here for the first time this year and the food is absolutely delicious. It's always clean and the service has been amazing. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Ahhh Panera you are a sweet mistress who gives and then takes it back.. This time we've got a new salad that I'm honestly in love with. The BLT salad is AMAZING.. add that and a French onion soup... Forget about it... ;)

I did have 1 major issue during my visit. While I was ordering my food I had the option to get a piece of bread, I asked the employee if I could get a piece of bread off the rack they had since it looked fresh. He told me "Its for tomorrow". His statement made me question whether the food in general is fresh or from yesterday. As a result, I don't think I will be back anytime soon. In any case I do appreciate this staff members honesty. As one of my exceptions when I go out to eat is to eat something that is fresh. I hope this is something they change.

It was freezing in there, to start. Sat down and ordered food and drinks. You had to physically get a waitresses attention for a refill. Food took 45 minutes to get to our table and some of it was ice cold. Seasoned Fries were cold and stuck together. Half order of Biscuits and “Sausage” gravy were ridiculous. Three pieces of sausage in the entirety. Ice cold. Mac N Cheese skillet was overpriced for the portion.

I've eaten here many times and have always had pretty good service no matter who was working, which is commendable in Battle Creek. I would like to give a shout out to Cameron today for her exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond for a family that just wanted to enjoy their breakfast. Her desire to make sure the family and especially the young child know that there is still good people out there, is heartwarming. Danny's of Battle creek should be proud to have such a good human working for them. Spread that light young lady maybe one the rest will follow 🙏❤️

Cameron was our server, she did an awesome job creating a personalized dining experience. She was very attentive and made sure she knew the menu. We had a lot of questions and she didn’t hesitate to answer a single one. I assume she’s a valuable asset to this location based on her knowledge of the menu and overall serving experience. She was so sweet, we will definitely be returning!!

Thank you to the staff here for the great professional and kindness shown to me and my son today. Today we were enjoying breakfast, my 2 year old son was joyously babbling a little loud. There was a group of seniors seated behind him, and one of the ladies chose to yell at my son to "Use your inside voice! Hush! Shut up!" I finally turned around and said "you do realized he has autism, right?" She justified her actions by saying she has friends with autism. This escalated and the whole party was downright disrespectful and ugly humans. The management team here was amazing. They addressed the issue, explained it was a family setting, and covered our bill(I was so upset I forgot the bill wasnt paid yet and was leaving because I was too upset to sit there around them any longer) Thank you Kevin, and the rest of the staff there. Our server was more than patient with us and Id also like to thank her as well(so sorry I forgot to tip you! You were awesome!)

Went to Dennys for breakfast and had a wonderful time. Food was delicious and our server Adela Inman was on top of her game. She was super friendly and very attentive to us. She was a delight to have for our waitress thank you for the memories.

My husband and I were the only ones in there tonight and, judging by the service, I can see why. Our waitress Molly took our order and, never came to check on us. We waited 35 minutes for our food and, she was too busy stocking to care. The other waitress brought it to us. When we finally did get our food, it was cold from sitting too long. It's going to be awhile before we go back there again. Really not happy.

The food was delicious but my husband got glutened and was sick for two days after. Celiacs beware. Cross contamination is a possibility.

As we entered the restaurant and unkempt person I cannot say really greeted us. It was more like he came over and said, "Yeah, how many?" He led us over to the portion of the restaurant that was filthy and dirty. There was food all over the floor, and he directed us to sit next to tables that needed to be cleared off and cleaned. I will say that our waitress, Kaylie, was very personal and friendly. The food was also very tasty. So, overall, the question is, will I return to this restaurant. Not any time soon.

Did a cousins reunion here because it was right off the hwy and we had family coming from both directions on 94. We had to wait several minutes for them to get 3 tables to put together. Unfortunately it was a long table so it made it hard to talk to people. Waitress was nice and got all of our orders right. But the food was good just nothing special.

Had a waitress named Stephanie. Absolutely filthy silverware. Brought the wrong soda several times. Plate had old food particles still stuck to the plate. Forgot my sons ranch dressing. Forgot my friends soup. The mgr., Kara seemed okay at first. She offered a 20% discount. We wasnt after free food.....but seriously....poor service repeatedly, and dirty plate and silverware??? These arent just water spots. Ypu cohld literally scrape food off of the silverware and plate. This Bob Evans is much like the South Westnedge location in Kalamazoo.....terrible. Dont go to these ones.

SERVICE: Merica was our greeter an was very kind,an welcoming quick to seat an with a big smile, happly took care of issue with glass having lime scale. Comfort was our Server was very polite and quick to offer a solution to the Silvervware having lime scale also she went above and beyond to help make our dinning pleasurable 5 STAR Server. FOOD: Food was hot an tasted good but the portions were not as described in menu, a customer next too an behind me had issue with stale burnt coffee an dirty mugs, over all food was a 3 on scale of 1-10. ENVIRONMENT: Not very clean garbage left in windows seals, sticky tabels and ours was not the only one, bathroom unclean both mens and women's.

We arrived yesterday 1030am for our monthly brunch. I don’t usually review, but this experience stood out as the 35-minute wait didn’t line up at all with a fairly empty restaurant at the time we were actually seated. Party of 4, why the ridiculously long wait?! The hostess was oblivious and did not seem aware where to seat us without asking a server. We each had pancakes plus either sausage or bacon. While our server (Marcia?) and another lady (I think Dawn) who helped her were fantastic, going above & beyond, our food just wasn’t up to snuff compared to our usuals. My husband’s bacon was overcooked to where he could barely chew it. My sister’s pancakes were room temperature. My brother-in-law said his eggs and bacon were edible, but not great. My eggs and sausage links seemed overdone, also. It was all inconsistent, so I knew Tina was not the one cooking. We ate some of it instead of having it all remade, because we were beyond hungry and didn’t want to wait even longer. I don’t know what’s changed with leadership or staffing behind the scenes, but this location has gone downhill in recent months enough I needed to write this. The servers are mostly amazing despite food and other issues. We will seriously rethink our brunch location options if things don’t seem better the next time we stop in.

Not a great day on the Farm today. Annie seemed very overwhelmed. I felt so bad for her as she seemed to be the only one up front. I usually have her, Dawn or Marcia as my server (all 3 of them are great) this morning I had Dawn and she was amazing as usual but everything just seemed off. The wait for food was really long and I didn't see Tina cooking as I walked by. It just seemed unorganized this morning and I hope that this is not a continual down slide as something has change in the last few months.

I’m a foodie. I love good quality, fresh, and homemade food when I eat out. Barista Blues met all those expectations! I work down the road at The Milton and grabbed an Italian Calzone for a lunch bite. Service was fast, friendly, and the calzone was homemade with excellent fresh flavor. Great place for grabbing some quality eats!

Excellent service, food, atmosphere!!! I was in the area looking for authentic coffee and a lupus-friendly meal. This food was amazing!

The coffee, the bagels and such nice staff. The NY style "egg" bagel, was delicious. The local police was there and helped us get seated too.

My favorite local lunch spot. Great fresh food made by the owner. Family owned and operated. Outdoor seating. Clean restrooms. Italian vibe inside. Prices are very reasonable and portions are good. Service is quick and friendly.

For the last two weeks the "Iced" coffees have not had any ice, and have tasted like chemicals. Maybe one out of the 8 I have had were correct. Unfortunately the others have been completely undrinkable. I've tried to reach out to customer service for help as there is no way to refund an order that is messed up, and they have not responded to any communication. Normally the coffee is pretty decent, I've never had any complaints until now.

Working here was a nightmare. Training was scarce, and staffing was horrible. You can't open a restaurant with two staff; it makes wait times horrible. Not to mention getting food at break took half the break time. Barely leaving time to scarf before having to clock back in.

I was the only one in line and they moved me up to wait for my food. When my food was brought out, it was brought out with attitude. Here. No smile, no friendly face. I was moved up, so they could have better drive thru times. My chicken nuggets were good, and my fries were cold. I would have hoped for hot chicken and hot fries.

We stopped in late on a Wednesday and the man working was SO nice and accommodating. Even though they were about to close, he helped us out with a latte and a shake. Thank you so much! Only taking off a star bc the bathroom was out of toilet paper

I go to this McDonald's every morning before work, and order breakfast burrito only 2 two a week thier available. This morning it was close to me sound like manager that does schedule for worker doesn't know how to schedule or preplanned this just another reason why McDonald's is losing money but burger king was open so that was my back up plain. And girls that work morning shift are very nice and awesome never have to wait.

05/18/2025 at 1:00pm: Went to drive-thru to get a couple cheese burgers. Lady at the first window was extremely rude as my mom tried asking for a receipt 3 times before she shut the window. Then we noticed she printed something from the register and threw it in the garbage before walking away from the window. Then she returned a few minutes later and we asked for a receipt for a 4th time and then she rudely said “You’ll have to ask for one at the next window!” Luckily the lady at the next window was a manager, so she has been reported and we were able to get a receipt from her

It is a McDonald's, so you know what you are getting. The bathrooms were clean and they had soap and toilet paper. That is what y'all really want to know. The parking lot had parallel parking and angled parking, so you could pull in with a trailer and find parking.

There needs to be a ZERO star option. Ordered on the app, picked up thru drive-thru. Received wrong drink, had to tell them the correct drink at drive thru window. Arrived home with rest of order and discovered wrong items. Called manager, who was no help and would not refund money. Wanted me to drive 20 miles back to get correct items that day. Would not give a credit for another day when we were back in town. What a joke. Save yourself a headache and avoid this Taco Bell location. Do NOT recommend.

The drive thru workers are always incredibly nice. I tried the new chicken nuggets that I've heard so much about, and was disappointed. They were dry and very overly breaded. They need to go back to the drawing board with those.

I obtained a “ONE free item of your choice” coupon a few months ago from Taco Bell for a mess up with meat (because I don’t eat meat). The coupon expires 12/31/25. It says in the fine print its able to be used on an item of my choice priced $10 or less, and not to be used on boxes, party packs, etc. Tonight, I tried using it at said Taco Bell above around 8:30. My boyfriend and my own order contained a 5-Layer Beefy Burrito, a Mt. Dew Baja Blast, and a Strawberry Drangonfruit Refresca. And sides of diablo. We intended to use it for my boyfriend’s 5 layer burrito (an under $10 singular item). I got to the window, and handed the employee my coupon (He had red hair, red facial hair, petty young). He got immediately defensive and said he couldn’t take it because I didn’t say it at the speaker (how was I supposed to know the robot had that ability to know what coupon I was using or to even give the robot or employee my coupon at the speaker). Then told me to hold on, showed his employee the coupon, and said that the coupon was only valid for a “crunchy or soft taco”. When I pointed out that the coupon has “free Item OF YOUR CHOICE” and even read the fine print to him since he did not in any of the time he had it, he refused the coupon and we ended up having to pay for an item that should’ve been covered. How hard is it to be understanding and fix an order. Especially when I wasn’t aware I had to say something at the speaker…

I have never been to a Taco Bell, where that basically forgets about Dine in people. You order and pay on a kiosk. They don't give you drink cups unless you ask for them even though your order allows one. They don't greet you or even say thank you. I think I'd get better service going they the drive thru. Luckily, I'm self-sufficient, but where is the loyal customer service. Today, the cantina chicken and the beef tasted "off." I bet it wasn't fresh and instead warmed up. Who knows.

I wish I could give it negative stars, the computer program that runs the drive thru has talked over me for the last time. If you hesitate to consider what else to order, it's almost guaranteed that the computer will interrupt and talk over you. Besides being annoying AF, it means it didn't hear you and you have to repeat yourself but don't hesitate or it'll do it again. It's just ridiculous and I will never come back to this taco bell, it's just not worth it.

The 2 tacos I got each had one teaspoon of meat in them. All she'll hardly any filling. For $9.54 I expect better.

Paid for extra meat and cheese didn't get it obviously. The potatoes are stale. They were out of sauces they were out of fruitista freeze we ordered online so it was already paid for and they wouldn't refund it. We won't be back. This is disgusting. I hadn't been there in months figured I'd try it again nope no improvement still a bunch of idiots behind the counter.

The atmosphere, cleanliness, and consistency make this location great but what really gives this location 5 stars is the team they have there. I always leave with a smile after visiting this location whether it’s before school, after school, or during the day. I’m so happy they opened a location on this side of town!

I asked for a dragon drink and they gave me a pink drink. I didn't realize until I drove away. Also, I asked for extra cold foam and they gave me a regular amount (this happens a lot). I said something about it this time and the batista said she could give me some on the side. Why would I want it on the side when it's supposed to be in my drink? She was nice but I was annoyed. Also I'm tired of asking for extra cold foam and 95% of the time they don't actually put extra in the drink. I'd like to actually get what I'm paying extra for.

Drinks are always super delicious/consistent (even with lots of customizations I’m so sorry) and staff are super friendly! Always a sweet message/doodle on my cups even during busy times! :)

Came here on 8/14/25 at around 2:30 pm. All I ordered was a venti iced green tea in a glass. They rang it up as a personal cup which is odd but whatever, then tried to serve it in a mug??? When I asked for it in a glass, they put it in a DIRTY GLASS. Had some kind of caramel still on the lip. I was offered to remake it but honestly, I assume it would have just come in another dirty cup. Took my refund and left. Also, was told $4.08, gave 20.08, got 15 in bills and 98 cents in change. Just...why? I truly don't know if this is because of Starbucks policy changes or poor management, or if the employee was just bad at the job, but someone needs to start caring about your customers again.

Today was the first day that I've gotten less than amazing service, my daughter and I went inside and stood at the register for a few seconds, they were probably busy, but to not acknowledge or offer to take your order is unacceptable. We ended up going down the street to Starbucks because she REALLY wanted a hot chocolate. We will be back but only through the drive thru. ❤️❤️

It’s amazing but they didn’t let me customize my Matcha milk base to sweet cream, which was a very sad bummer but I got a mocha cold brew and it was amazing. Better than Starbucks on the mocha cold brew.

Giving three stars because I almost always have an excellent experience here, I think they’re training someone new maybe? My drink today was foul- no other word for it. It’s supposed to be a frozen vanilla bean latte with an extra shot, but I taste no vanilla and it is extremely bitter and not mixed well at all. There was also no whipped cream on it, which I usually just let that go because I get some locations want you to specify whipped cream for some reason (the drink is supposed to come with whipped cream when you order it as is, so this is a minor pet peeve of mine.) I don’t have time before my shift at work to turn around and go back to Biggby and I was feeling really tired and needing the energy this evening, so needless to say this was a disappointing experience when I can usually rely on this location to provide consistently excellent drinks and service. Moral of the story- fully train your new hires before allowing them to make drinks unsupervised, because genuinely, this would have been enough for me to cross your location off my list permanently if not for having nothing but good experiences in the past here…

This place is full of nostalgia. I'm not sure how the service was back in the day but it's not that great now. We ordered an olive burger well done. Comments came from back in the kitchen, "All our meat is well done". I surely did not need to hear a smart comment. Best thing to say nothing and just give us our burger well done. We ordered two root beers. The girl was going over the order and said, "one mountain dew". My wife said no that was a root beer and the girl said smartly, "yeah I got that". So we didn't like the service and the food was second rate at best. Except for the fries, they were great! We won't be back. They should try fresh hamburgers and all beef hot dogs for starters and have the kitchen staff and counter staff get some manners. This was our first time and last time. By looking at the rest of the reviews I can see we must have gone when the prisoners took over. It's a shame because we love olive burgers and chili dogs but they were the worst. Nothing juicy about that burger. Sat around for awhile I expect.

If you like the good old days and burger stands then try this one out. As of this review, Ritzee is drive-thru only. Prices are higher then those listed on website so exspect $10 for a combo. Never had a olive burger but I can tell you, I would do it again. Good crinkle fries that were hot and the portion was a good compliment to the burger. Drink was the size and volume you would expect with a combo meal. There are fewer of these places each day so if you are in the area and need a quick burger and fries, then check them out.

I will absolutely never go here again. We were by there after a delivery & saw their sign for $1.99 hamburgers, so thought we'd give them a try. Yup never again. 1st, it's drive thru only, 2nd, the drive thru worker & the manager were very rude when I went back through to tell them my order wasn't correct. I was being completely nice, as I know mistakes do happen & the speaker didn't sound like it worked well. I told the worker that my order was supposed to be 8 plain (nothing on them) & 8 regular (as they come with ketchup, mustard & pickle). Worker states I NEVER said that. Well, she went to get manager. I tell manager that order is wrong, she very rudely answers back with no it isn't, we repeat our orders at the drive thru & window. I said I'm sry but nothing was repeated to me at either. Manager proceeds to tell me that she heard the worker repeat the order both times. If that wass the case I would have corrected worker at drive thru. Only thing repeated at drive thru was a very shocked response when I said I wanted 16 mini hamburgers & nothing but the total at the window. So I said nevermind I will never be coming here again. Absolutely horrible customer service on their part. But, the burgers weren't that good either. You couldn't taste the ketchup & mustard & you get 1 pickle that is somewhat rubbery & hard to bite without taking the whole pickle out.

I love trying new coffee places so I like to have expectations. The line was very long, Starbucks long. Which is fine so just an expectation to have if you drive thru. I have to say though, I ordered a white chocolate and a caramel latte, both hot -- they taste the same. I'm wondering if they forgot to add the flavor in...? We also ordered a turkey harvati and 2 sausage egg and cheese bagels. I would say skip on the turkey harvati, there's little meat in there but in the other 2, it's a decent sausage pattie so you'd get much fuller with a different sandwich. If I had to do it again I would just buy a build your own bagel.

Went through the drive through was very articulate about my order, drive though employee even repeated it back. I got to the window to get my drink, and it was made all wrong. I asked for sweat cream foam, and the normal things that came on it with two pumps of mellow. I brought the drink back into the restaurant, and told them it was wrong. The young lady with the blonde hair, ( not allowed to know her name per employees) with short shorts on and a t shirt on told me that I need to try it and became aggressive with me because I told her it was wrong; and why would I need to take a drink of it when I know how I receive my drink? She kept forcing me to try it; I said this is whipped topping and it did not have the proper texture or flavor to it. She again tried to force it on me, sorry again this is not what I paid for. She then snatched it from the counter “ I WILL REMAKE IT” then preceded to confront me many times about how my drink was to be made; I’m not sure how many time I need to tell this person who now is wanting to be very aggressive with her tone. It’s fairly simple you didn’t listen the first five times I had told you what I wanted; and yet continue to fight with a customer. The professionalism is not appropriate, and if she can’t conduct herself in a manner which her job is required she should no longer work in that establishment. To treat customers like this, it’s very shameful. So to the girl at the drive though window on Thursday 13th on Becky; you need to learn to respect your customers; and work on your character in general. Rude, and nasty behavior is unacceptable in any job you go to.

I love Biggby. Their coffee is the only caffeine that doesn't make me jittery or crash. Their coffee is delicious and tastes good every time. The coffee isn't bitter like Starbucks. The prices are a little high but worth it!

Can't take a simple order as easy as not adding whip cream to a shake.... the person taking the order rushed, was very unclear, and didn't listen to anything we asked for. Quarter pounder was supposed to be ketchup and cheese only.. nope, screwed that up too. VERY unsatisfied with this location constantly... the wait is also very long.. not recommended.

Stopped in for a quick sandwich at 10:40 a.m.. They sent the two cars in front of me off to wait and told me to pull off. Waited 10 minutes and was about to leave and take my loss. If you want to eat here don't come until 11:00 because they haven't planned for the breakfast to lunch changeover.

I just ordered on the app. I ordered a BACON DOUBLE quarter pounder. What I got was a no bacon single quarter pounder, even though the box is designed specifically for doubles AND the slip clearly indicates “Bacon” and “Dbl” Did not discover these errors until I arrived at my destination.

My girlfriend and her kids and I all ate our meals in the restaurant on Labor Day at around 9pm and decided to all get ice cream cones after we ate our food. We go up to the counter and wait for our ice cream cones for 20-25 minutes and mind you no one in the store even glanced at the counter, or at us during this time. We witnessed a female employee, who I can only assume was leaving at the end of her shift, chatting up the kitchen staff leaning over the counter without the cash registers. My girlfriend tried calling the store from INSIDE the store, if for no other reason than to alert the staff that we hadn't even been acknowledged for a 45 second task, in almost half an hour. The female employee then proceeded to tell my girlfriend "they're short staffed, there's no reason to be calling the store" directly to her face as if this was some act of dominance or heroism, when in fact it came across as incredibly domineering and trashy, not to mention wildly out of line to talk to a customer like that. Finally after probably half an hour someone comes up to give us our ice cream cones and offered us a very slap-in-the-face feeling "sorry about your wait" as if that made it all ok somehow. He also chose not to give us our receipts, nor offer to give them to us, he just immediately crumpled them up and threw them away. I will never return to this location regardless of short staffing, and to that point management should absolutely hire more employees and not cause both employees and customers to suffer due to obvious corporate greed. I will probably never go to any Mcdonalds ever again due to this dystopian nightmare experience.

Food is mostly good, no complaints. Only thing is- it takes FOREVER to get through the line. Just today (6:45p) i went for lunch- ONE other car in the lane at the speaker. Sat for 13 minutes, and pulled off. Went to arbys, and seen that same car sitting there, at the speaker, waiting. Several times visiting and its the same way. Some days are better, ill give them that. Customer service could get a rework. One lady there that works the drive-thru has no compation or energy. Bland, robotic "hi" "thanks" "heres your card". No smile, no feelings. Just quick interaction with a RBF. One of the lady managers are nice, and helpful. Same with another one of the younger men who work the window. Fix the issue with the extremely long wait times, and employees to even act like they enjoy their jobs, ill fix my review.

I tried to order through the drive thru and did not hear anyone so I pulled up to the window. The young man at the window took my order so fast and turned his back before I could even give him the details of my order. I tried to get someone's attention to make sure it was ordered right but no one was paying attention or seemed to care. The manager who's name was Ashley gave me my ordered and when I told her it was suppose to be plain she rudely said "pull forward" and did not even apologize or try to be sincere. Then the young man Jayleon tried to argue with me that I didn't order it a certain way. Both employees had terrible customer service and reminded me why I dont barely ever go to BK.

I went in and some stuff the guy behind the counter didnt tell me they didnt have any of the drink left til after I paid THEN I kindly ask for a refund and a woman with blue hair comes over and gives me part of the refund back while also giving attitude Also I asked for a bag with a handle that doordashers use since I ride a moped and they didnt let me get one

I've giving this Burger King four stars because it's a lot better than the one in Three Rivers. It was pretty clean, which surprised me, and they got my order correct , and quickly. They are also doing a good job practicing social distancing, as they're currently doing to go orders only.

For the 2nd time. I really enjoy waiting 20 minutes for "fast food" that "just came out" that's cold. It took so long I didnt get to finish my lunch and I ordered it 10 minutes before I started it.

Ordered the chicken strips and a Big Mac both with fries. The strips were WAY over cooked and the Big Mac burger was burnt and hard. I took the strips back and didn't even get I am sorry. The manager just gave me money and walked away. Will NEVER go to this location again.

All employees are on there phones laughing an messing around instead of getting orders done an out the window I sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes for a stupid ice cream an a drink while sitting in line I have direct view of the back cash employee an she's making calls sitting on her phone not being productive this McDonald's is great in the morning time but yalls night crew is complete crap an can't seem to get things done!!

No matter what your always parked while in the drive thru. What's the point other then them trying to keep there service times within reason, so they complete the order then park us and wait. This place is NOT WORTH going threw the drive thru THATS FOR SURE!

Refills on drinks involve a new cup and lid every time and you have to ask for it at the counter. I waited so long my food was cold when I got back to it.

I have to say, it's a cute little place! Seat yourself, good service, good food (taste & presentation) and surprisingly pricer than expected, though not bad. Some things were a little salty, smaller end portions for sides and the perch was a little bland to me...the tartar sause has a nice flavor, so that helped a lot. I had heard mixed reviews about the drinks and though I wasn't impressed with quality, the waitress was very helpful in my desire for something fruity. Overall, I would go again; it's not a must, but it's a nice place to stop if you're in the area.

Husband and I went for Ice cream tonight, and me who loves all ice cream I never get disappointed with anything to do with ice cream until now! We both got their Famous 1 lb banana Split and paid 19.20 for 2 and WOW, NEVER again! We got a banana soup dish! It was supposed to be soft served ice cream with no pineapple and it was the hard scoop with pineapple. Very disappointed and sad, this used to be one of my favorite ice cream stands

Great food selection. Had the perch dinner and it was prepared perfectly with a light cornmeal crust. The best part about this was the service and atmosphere. I was well taken care of and attentive to for a long dinner. Excellent drink selection and generous pores. Will absolutely come back!

I don't normally rate places, but by returning bad experience after bad experience (grace granted because of how conveniently located it is), I feel I have enough evidence to report. The most recent and final trip to Core Bistro, after waiting an hour for my food, I returned home and immediately put my cold soggy fries in my air fryer so I can finally eat something. Trying to convince myself I didn't completely waste $16.50 on a burger and fries (no drink, just burger and fries). Also on this most recent trip, the inside was so muggy, dark, and hot I couldn't possibly sit and eat food. I went to the porch, but the noise between the road, the two tables sitting out there, and the music was so loud I changed my order to a to-go order. The poor atmosphere made the long wait much worse. (I do believe outside was cooler than inside though.) I had ample time to recall my previous poor visits and sorely regret coming here once again. I typically came at lunch time in the weekdays. I remember having to go to the kitchen to remind staff I existed (at the lunch hour, inside!!). I remember the other time when the burger was so undercooked and watery my bun and fries were soaked in a puddle of red water. That order was remade and the waitress apologized. Two additional times the outside was cooked but the center redder than medium well. I remember another time when I was so stiffed on fries that I laughed out loud when she brought it out-- seriously, it was like 9 fries. Instead of getting more or a discount or anything, I just got attitude. I told her I've been here before several times and I've gotten more fries, but she said that was what came with the meal. Focusing on atmosphere, at today's visit, when I awkwardly slid my knees out from the table too low for the chairs too high, I saw two older men having to do stretches from their uncomfortable porch seats. I like watching the Port Huron livestream, so two points for atmosphere. Terrible interior color scheme and decorations. Food is sometimes good enough that I came back all those times, so the stars for those times when it was cooked and warm. For service, I would say it depends on who you get, but I think I only had the same server on two different instances out of probably the 7-8 times I went here. I consider this review final from me because I have enough data-- I will NEVER go back.

The atmosphere is very intimate and inviting. I saw pictures of the prime rib posted and that prompted my visit to the restaurant. I was disappointed with the meat grade of my prime rib and the thickness. I ordered a pina colada drink and it was served on ice! The prime rib was fatty but was seasoned well. I ordered my prime rib - medium rare, and it was cooked well done. The second one was cooked medium rare. I don’t enjoy sending my food back to the chef.

Excellent service, cozy place to chill out and relax especially on the front porch, friendly people and the food is amazing. We drive passed the place a few times a week talked about going in and it was a date for hubby n i and we weren’t disappointed. Highly recommend

Staff were all around very kind and attentive. Passed by this little restaurant on my drive and happy I stopped. Food was really good. If ever I’m back, I’ll definitely be coming here again. For portion was great.

Food was fine. But I asked about the Monopoly pieces and was given a brochure with info. Ordered specific items to ensure I got the monopoly stickers on each item and when I get back to my truck, I get packaging that doesn’t have it. I mean, I asked about it, ordered it for that reason, and then don’t get it. This is happening nationwide. Least throw in a dang hash brown wrapper if you ran out, theres no excuse for neglecting to just so the right thing.

They don't want to do special requests even covered by the app. They were rude about it. I do NOT recommend going to this restaurant or the one in Wattles Park. The older lady taking the order really struggled to hear and was back cashier. Thry also refuse special requests.

McDonald's is so different than it used to be. No one there to take your order. A layer of personalized service is gone, and it changed the atmosphere. Feels like more of a vending machine than a restaurant. But the food is still good. Took a while to get my food.

Nice employees. Forgot all 6 of my sauces for my nuggs. Hamburger was burned nuggets were cold. 50$ order with only one warm item the fries everything was soggy as well only a 10 minute drive home so ik it wasnt that.

Waited for over 15 minutes to pay for my food and they didn’t even acknowledge me. Then I watched a worker come from the back and make a customers sundae that over filled and they used their fingers to remove the over filled part. If I wanted to sit and wait I would have went to a sit down restaurant.

Serving breakfast but they don't have biscuits. So no bacon egg and cheese biscuit no big breakfast give me my refund. McDonald's is supposed to be speeding took my refund won't return

When asking for my food to be cooked to order it rarely is but they say it is But There was no extra wait time If I ask for it to be cooked to order I do not mind and expect to wait a little longer.

I ordered two steak bagels. One was good the other had a large piece of the grease tray liner under my cheese. I thought at first it was an old onion because it wouldn’t really break down after a few chews. After I couldn’t chew it up I pulled it out and saw it was paper. I opened my sandwich and saw a large piece of clear paper. This is what happens to the liner after it sits in the tray for an extended period of time. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten disgusting food from this store, usually though it’s just cold or old fries and burgers. Thats very poor quality control and it’s disgusting. It’s more disappointing because now the menu prices are way overpriced. We won’t go there anymore.

Every time I come here 1 of my 2 double cheeseburgers only have 1 piece of cheese along with the fact that it takes forever to get help when you come inside and drive thru wasnt even busy today and there's a big soda spill in the entry way leading from in front of the soda machine and instead of cleaning it they just put a wet floor sign over it

Came at like 6 in the morning, rude in the drive through, I said I didn’t want something and he never took it off and charged me for it anyways, got the frappe and it was made w spoiled milk. Called up and they didn’t seem very concerned about it.

Food quality is getting worse. Smaller portions and higher prices. Too many "parking zones" instead of fixing timing issues with food production. Distracted employees. Often no napkins and incorrectly made orders.

The food and smoothies are delicious, however, every time without fail, the food is sloppy (often worse than the below picture) and it’s a big mess to eat it. The employees are okay but sometimes moody and seem to have a hard time hiding that they’d rather be anywhere else. I’ve never really had a positive experience, but I do continue to come back for the delicious smoothies. I would come a lot more often if the employees were nicer and if the food wasn’t such a mess to handle. I love the smoothies though.

WOST SMOOTHIE PLACE!!! The absolute worse smoothie I have ever had. The mango monsoon. No mango flavor just taste like sweet water. DO NOT GO HERE. EMPLOYEE THE WOMEN SEEMS LIKE SHE HATES HER JOB. The smoothie bowl pricey and the base super watered down. The fruit isn’t fresh it’s frozen the it’s thawed then placed on top of the bowl. It’s also a such small portion to pay almost 14 dollars. PEOPLE GO ELSEWHERE THIS PLACE LITERALLY SUCKS!!

I ordered for pick-up online when I arrived every crew member greeted me with a warm smile. My order was finished at the time it said it would be, on top of that my food was delicious, and it was nice & fresh :) I got the save & pair chicken chipotle flatbread with the Beach Bum smoothie, my flatbread was made correctly and the smoothie was blended really well!

I eat tropical smoothie way too often so i can rate the food. Food was excellent. Smoothie was icy (not blended enough). The server name Renay N was not friendly at all. Never say thank you or even a little smile. Even after we tipped. But other people were nice.

The smoothed and bowels are absolutely amazing. Prices are great as well very friendly customer service

Honestly, everything tasted great. I got a sandwich and a smoothie and both of them tasted amazing. I highly recommend this place. I’ve been here a bunch of times and they never messed anything up.

This was the worst service. Walked in and waited in front of the register for 10 minutes and no one say hello or be with you in a minute. Looked at us and just kept making smoothies or helping the drive thru. Never had 3 workers all look at us and not one of them said anything to us before. That is horrible!

Ordered using the app. I received fries that weren't cooked and still bathed in oil. My daughter's chicken sandwich was over cooked. My sauce for my nuggets was wrong. I would expect better service for higher prices!! Not a very good McDonald's.

If you can get DD to pick another location, I highly suggest it. This location consistently forgets to put items in the bag. I had three items. Just three. The french fries. It even says fries on the side of the dang bag and they still didn't end up in there. And I know they weren't taken by the driver because the bag with the food was sealed inside of another bag. I'm tired of being ripped off here and soon, you will be too.

Placed an app order at 11:30 PM. Drove up to McDonald's at 11:40 PM. We had 1 vehicle in front of us. Didn't move at all for 20 minutes. We tried to call to see what the problem was and why 2 lanes were at a stand still for such a long time. The phone must have been off the hook, because there was a busy signal that didn't quit. Well we soon found out the reason, because when we were finally made it up to the speaker at exactly midnight, the lights turned off. So we drove right up to the go window to let them know, we placed an app order. The manager was extremely rude, told us "we close at midnight." We explained that on the website it said they do not close until 1:00 am. She was very flippant and told us, " we were not getting our food, she had already turned off the grills and fryers and there is nothing she could do about it." (mind you, this was at exactly midnight) She then closed the window and walked away. Some manager!!! Quite the plan she has going on. Turn off thr grills and fryers, make people wait in line for 20 plus minutes, turn off the lights, and you dont have service the customers nor do you have to work before you close.

Manager makes excuses for employees nasty behavior in the drive thru. My food was cold and inedible after the ten minute wait. Wish this was a better experience but never been treated so badly before.

I love coming into this location, there wait time is a little long but the amazing customer service combats it. Brandon working the front counter always has a smile on his face and never fails. Love this place

Order mobile order well before midnight. Sat in line for 15 mins and still before midnight. Finally get up there and they won't take our ordered we paid for. Manager was very rude and shut the door on us while we were talking! Didnt even try to make it or make it right. Absolutely horrible service.

It was 9:01. Restaurant is open until 10pm. As I was walking to go in an employee who was leaving let me know their dining room closed at 9. I told him thanks for letting me know, guess they don’t want my money, and I went a couple doors down to McDonald’s who’s dining room IS open. You see, I drive a big truck for my job and I can’t fit through a drive-thru. Go to McDonald’s: they WANT to make the sale.

I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A! The chicken was incredibly fresh and full of flavor—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. On top of that, the service was top-notch. Everyone was friendly, polite, and quick to help. It’s always refreshing to see a team that actually cares about customer service. This location definitely lived up to the Chick-fil-A reputation!

Meh....I felt a bit ignored. I was definitely not being treated like the other patrons. I expected it though, its Indiana. The food was cool. I did notice as I checked my bag on the road that my food had pickles, which I dislike and asked to be removed. The drink had ice. I'm a Vet, the ice kills my teeth and the fries were half full. I'll never go back but...you enjoy.

I absolutely love chick fil a bit especially today because the manager Shakor( I'm so sorry if I butchered that spelling) but I had an issue when I went to place my dine in mobile order and he was so helpful and got it fixed for me right away! I am so appreciative of him and all the staff at chick fil a. They are amazing!!!

☆☆☆☆☆! I had a frustrating situation happen today while trying to pickup food for a doordash delivery. I went to make a complaint about staff and was quite heated as Director Elijah Smith took me aside. I was being very brutish and at first I don't think we saw eye to eye, but Elijah took his time to thoroughly listen to my complaint about some frustrations with staff and delivery drivers. He was very attentative and patient, even with me being unfair to him, and that is quite rare in management nowadays. It sincerely humbled me that he was willing to give me his time and listen as he did. I definitely will be eating here more.

Ate here one time in my entire life and will never return. It was the most disgusting sandwich I have ever had. I couldn't eat it. The drive thru presents a dangerous situation as you can't get out in an emergency. They have people walking all around cars and it was a nightmare. The food made me feel sluggish and I only had about 3-4 bites. After a little research I found that they have a business deal with Tyson for all of their chicken. I then found out that Tyson no longer uses real alive chickens. They are 100% genetically created and that is why I probably got sick from it. I advise you all to completely eliminate this disgusting and dangerous for your health establishment.

WORST MCDONALDS IN BATTLE CREEK!!! Pathetic Service and Quality, to say the least. Ordered a simple mcdouble NO ONION, and clearly, they didn't give a crap. I normally don't write bad reviews but this had to. E wrote. Cleanliness is terrible, it's 10:30 at night and there is a steak breakfast bagel and wrapper on the ground. Floors are sticky and fries everywhere. The bathroom are gross. The food was extremely salty and the buns were dried out.

so so so so so slow, they used to pull people forward but now they just wait until the order is ready and create a line around the building. im writing this in line and ive been here for a good 10 minutes. the woman who took my order was rude, and took it in a way that my code wouldnt apply. so i had to sit there and coach her through how to put the order in the correct way so that the discount would apply. i dont know why a customer had to teach an employee how to correctly do their job but this place needs some major help.

My partner placed an order Sunday evening around 6pm at the Colombia location and after she picked it up and brought it home we discovered we were missing several items. It was my food that was missing so I took a picture of the receipt and drove up there to get our missing food. It was very busy so immediately I could understand what happened and tried to be as kind as I could because things happen. The girl at the counter was nice. I ended up having to wait at least another twenty minutes for replacement food. But what really did it for me was while I was waiting, I saw the girl from the counter approach the manager on duty, a white middle aged woman, and explain what was happening with my order. And then I hear her say and. I. QUOTE. "Well, I'm the one who bagged her order. So I know everything was in there. But I'm not going to go argue with her." I understand having a bad day and needing to air grievances. But maybe try to either keep it down or go somewhere customers can't hear you. Horrible service on her part. I couldn't imagine behaving like that where I work.

Didn’t give the hash brown for the meal and made all the drinks wrong because they didn’t want to take time to use the espresso machine. Ordered three lattes and used iced coffee instead. If I wanted the iced coffee I would have ordered that and paid less. The lady that was the drive through cashier was also condescending in the way she spoke to us.

Absolutely the worst food experience. They put a brand new person on drive thru and they couldn't take a simple order. Waited in line for 10 minutes trying to get it right and had to just pull around and go in to order. What a disaster. We frequently purchase at this location at 812 Columbia Ave but may have to switch locations.

I came in yesterday 10/12/2023 I ordered a very big meal and waited a long time eventually a lady with pink hair brought my food out to me I was missing a burger when I got home. No sweat I called and she said come tomorrow and I'll write your name down. I came in today 10/13/2023 around 8:28 pm store number 211 the manager who was there the night before wasn't there but the older gentleman who I assume was a Manger was there I also noticed he was there the night before wearing a blue Nike Hoodie I told him I remembered him and all the details of what happened and he gave me the burger which was suppose to be a bacon king and it ended up having one patty and 2 pieces of bacon and one slice of cheese. This was a joke and a waste of time and money all around and a mockery of my family. No excuse.

I really enjoyed my experience at this burger king. It was very clean, and the food was hot,and fresh. The staff was friendly, and very respectful. Especially Keane. Thank you very much and you guys are awesome.

The guy in the drive through yesterday (April 18th around 8pm) was really great. I had a pretty big order and he was perfect. I was also here a couple weeks ago and he took my order that time as well. He might be a manager. He does a very good job. I really like how polite he is and he was very patient with some of my special requests. I will keep going to this location even though there is another one closer to my house

Just went through drive through. I use the phone app frequently at drive throughs for the free fries. I am a regular at BK drive throughs, always using app. Went to this one due to business. Started with the usual app coupon #, then my order. After I placed the order, drive through asked for my coupon code again. It disappears after they use it. So I had to app to get a new code. Gave attendant the new code, then they asked what else I wanted. I had previously given then the entire order, but I went ahead and gave them the entire order again. They told me to pull around. A man came to window to get my credit card and said you can only use the code for points and gave me a total. It was clear they did not know what they were doing and I was late now to get back to work so I paid. Clearly, you can use the phone app for a code at drive through as I do it all the time at other stores. I was charged $3.59 for a fry that I did not even want, only because it was free with coupon. It is stores like this that do not train their staff for the promos by corporate that make all the other stores look bad. I am reviewing only so BK knows which stores are bad.

One person in front of me on the inside. Took 25 minutes to get my food. Ordered the new crispy onion whopper. After waiting 25 minutes my food was cold and no lettuce or onions on my sandwich. Ridiculous

Food is always cold!! Literally the burgers are still frozen in the middle. I don't know why I go to this place. It's been like this for about 2 yrs now. If you were wondering why they are closing these all o er the country it's because the food is cold and not what it used to be!!!!

This place is awesome i would recommend. We ate breakfast got breakfast skillet potatoes eggs sausage gravy. They really need to put meat in the skillet like whole pieces of bacon. They have tiny pieces of bacon bits. No protein in this skillet. Then we ate dinner was very good steak salad. Steak was so tender so good. Man had steak fajita said it was good.

Food is either a hit or miss at this place, but the prices are great as well as the service. Best thing I've had here is the turkey club, the bread is delicious. The ranch wrap and chicken noodle soup I would never have again, friend said her Alfredo was too soupy, and the bone in wings had a lot of breading on them and they came plain with the sauce on the side.

Food is reasonably priced. Decent food but several better options within the casino property. I have eaten here several times over the years and always wish I had eaten at one of the other venues within the building instead. Mariah have top notch service and I hope to see her working at one of the more upscale restaurants next time I come.

Got told that I had to get my food to go because it's 25 minutes until close. But yet the young lady at the booth seated a couple 6 minutes before close time! I just think that was totally unfair! Don't think I will be visiting this restaurant for a long time.

Great food. I had one of the best meals of my life here. Price is reasonable. They offered military/ veteran discount. Salad was good with a very tasty ranch dressing. Best Mac and cheese. Steak was good size with great flavor. Great experience!

I don’t know if this place is under new ownership or what has changed since when it was named the 24/7 cafe but it’s honestly like night and day. The food is horrible. Seating was quick. It use to be an hour wait or longer to eat at this place but since the changes now you can get right in. Everything on the menu sounded good but it’s not. Our food came out way too quick like it was premade in the back and thrown in the microwave it was less than 10 minutes from ordering and our food was out. My food was warm I got the spaghetti and meatballs that tasted so horrible it seriously reminded me of spaghetti o’s or the canned spaghetti for kids. My wife’s food was horrible. She ordered the smothered chicken with broccoli and mashed potatoes it was all cold. Probably cold enough for us to just tell them we are good and walk out but we didn’t. My wife ate three bites I finished my nasty spaghetti and we left. The server who was standing around talking because no one was in this place was not the best but not bad, we still left her a nice tip because it’s not her fault this place is garbage. Honestly who ever is running this place should be ashamed of themselves you took a perfectly good place and turned it into a mess. Will not return and I hope the casino gets rid of this place.
