Diner
Nestled in the heart of Grand Rapids, Real Food Cafe is a classic diner that has been delighting locals for over twenty years. With two convenient locations in southeast and northeast areas, this bustling eatery serves up an extensive American menu featuring fresh ingredients prepared daily. From breakfast to brunch and lunch, guests can indulge in mouthwatering dishes like cinnamon roll pancakes drizzled with real icing, giant fluffy pancakes, and decadent Nutella French Toast topped with bananas and whipped cream.
Hot waitress...serving up excellent food. Well worth a stop if you haven't already visited. We had breakfast 😋. Did I mention the hot waitress?

I’ve visited this restaurant several times, and my overall rating would be a solid 4/5. Each visit has been enjoyable, with a few highlights and minor areas for improvement. Parking: Parking is street-based, but I’ve usually found a spot without much trouble. While this may vary depending on the time of day, it hasn’t been a significant inconvenience. Wait Times: The wait times are generally reasonable, especially when I visit after 11 a.m. I can’t speak to the experience earlier in the day, but later visits have been smooth and hassle-free. Service: The staff are friendly overall and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. On several occasions, they’ve gone above and beyond by offering pastries to-go when we’ve dined close to closing time—a thoughtful touch that’s much appreciated. Food Quality: The food has consistently been fresh and served quickly, which I value. Their chocolate chip pancakes are a standout item and a personal favorite. However, I do wish they offered flavored lattes in addition to flavored black coffee, as this would elevate the drink options. Overall Experience: This restaurant combines good service, fresh food, and a friendly vibe, making it a spot I would recommend to others. While there’s room for small enhancements—like expanding the drink menu—it remains a reliable choice for a satisfying meal.

Our order was $50 and it could’ve been better. Sausage and gravy wasn’t good. Then noticed my California Benedict was saturated, in that sauce that SHOULD be in a separate container. Like, come on… Not only that, English muffin wasn’t even toasted and it was spoiled. Didn’t eat NONE of it. You’ve got avocado with that California, why mix the two like that? It’s too much and should be customers dipping choice. Sauce was nasty anyways.
Naomi R — Google review
Real Food has a nice homey feel to it, and has nice bright pastel colors adding to its diner feel. The staff is friendly and attentive, and prices aren’t too bad. I had the monster omelet during my visit and it was delicious. I could smell my raisin toast coming before I saw it, which was nice. This is my first visit to this location, but I’ve been to Real Food’s other locations in the past. It’s always been a great place to grab a bite to eat.
Mateo G — Google review
What happened to the quality? Real food cafe used to be good and our go to place for breakfast, but now the quality has gone down. It’s disgusting and I will not be back. There are better options out there.
M D — Google review
Great little Cafe I found while working nearby! Warm greetings followed by Prompt service. It was ordered and on the table within 10 minutes. I ordered a Philly steak and cheese Skillet with Tomatoes instead of toast. It was cooked perfectly

I love this place! I recently moved up the street and found this little gem. They serve amazing breakfast and great lunch sandwiches and are always friendly no matter how busy they are. I placed an order online one day and somehow the order was placed for the following day. I called and spoke to them and they said no worries at all and that they would have it ready for me right away. They just asked that please not take advantage and pick up a duplicate order the next day. I said, of course I would never want to take advantage of such an amazing place that I live right next-door to. I am happy to leave this review for the best breakfast lunch spot in town and am grateful for their kindness and community spirit. I will continue to visit often!
Shannon B — Google review
I love this spot. I only go for breakfast 🥞 and you get some good food! If it's not right they take it back with no problem. Scones, to die for. Cake get a slice.🎂 I definitely recommend you give them a try. It's an experience. It's crowded, but fast service is their specialty. The cooks are spot on, no one ever gets my over easy medium eggs right, but their cook nailed it! Great place, food, waitress, and awesome cooks! Check it out for yourself!

Breakfast restaurant
Nestled in the heart of Eastown, Matchbox Diner & Drinks is a vibrant and cozy spot offering a diverse menu featuring breakfast classics like eggs, wraps, burritos, and pasta alongside hearty options like steak and ribs. This charming diner is perfect for a leisurely Saturday morning with its array of Bloody Marys and famous Biscuits N Gravy. Guests can even enjoy board games while savoring their meals.
Unique and good burger. - Diner Burger - $15: True smash burger. Tall. The burger patties were done right and carmelized. They were slightly thicker for smash patties, but still plenty thin for the sear experience. The mildly spicy brown mustard (dijonnaise) really made it unique. It gave it a bolder, yet light and hardy flavor. Add to that the medium sized shredded romane (?) lettuce, it had a texture and flavor that made it richly enjoyable. The onion and tomato were fresh. It was hot to the end. It was a bit messy, but I loved every bite. - Fries (comes with the burger): Medium cut and on the darker side. Full flavor. They looked worse than they were. I enjoyed them. They needed a touch more salt, but not much. They have a smaller and simpler menu. - Service: VERY helpful and on top of it for how busy it was. He answered all our questions, even asking the cook about the sauce (later found to be mustard). - Atmosphere: More upscale, but you can definitely still be casual (I was). They have booths, chairs with tables, bar seating, and even a few tables with benches outside. It had a few nuances of the 30’s which was classy. Everything was clean and orderly. - Conclusion: I’d recommend the burger and the dining experience all around. Visited on a Wednesday at 6pm.

Not sure what the hype is about. Neither the food or service were anything special. I only went here because a friend suggested it. Here’s what we ordered. 🔷 DINER BURGER: 🍔 American cheese, dijonnaise, pickles, lettuce, tomato, onion + truffle fries. $14.99. all burgers served with two smash patties on a martin's potato bun with fries. sub sweet potato fries/American fries +1. sub truffle fries +3. 🔶 CHICKEN + WAFFLES 🧇: crispy fried chicken breast, pearled sugar waffles, maple syrup. $16.99 🔷 MATCHBOX OMELETTE: bacon, cheddar, avocado, spinach, tomato, topped with hollandaise. Served with toast and choice of potato. $14.99. 🧐 The egg on the omelette was hard and overcooked. Their home fries were hard and tasted burnt. 🔶 CRÈME BRÛLÉE FRENCH TOAST: challah, candied pecans, fresh berries, caramel. $13.99. 🧐 The French toast was not hot and had a weird texture. I wouldn’t order that again . 📝 The restaurant is small and gets busy on weekends. Expect a wait. 📝 Plan to park on the street. They don’t have a parking lot.

$11.99 for 1 crab cake? Yikes!!! My friend and I thought it would be a few smaller sizes crab cakes…. Cutting it in half to share between the both of us made it look like we only got a couple bites out of it…. Other than that, we were happy with our meal…. I ordered the Matchbox Burger n Fries…. It was delicious. Then my friend and I shared the chocolate torte dessert…. Rich tasting but delicious!
Jill S — Google review
Good food. They make a great eggs benedict. And they always achieve a satisfying crisp on their potatoes whether it's wedges, or hash browns.
Phi D — Google review
We got the matchbox Bloody Mary and the spicy Bloody Mary. Both were delicious! The spicy IS SPICY! But I loved it! Biscuits & gravy YUM. Generous portions. Veggie bowl. Generous portions. So much flavor.
Jamie F — Google review
We stopped at the Matchbox for a Sunday lunch. Had to stand and wait for a table, that I understand. Arrived at 12:10 pm. Others streamed in from the wait list. Finally, got to a table at 12:20. Received some glasses of water and menus about 12:35. Waiter took our orders after another 15 minutes. Sat and watched the most unorganized staff. Waited, waited, waited. Finally, the server came and refilled our water glasses. Now it's 1:15. 1:20 asked if he could check on our order. His response was "your not the only table, so wait your turn!!" When someone is that rude to paying customers doesn't speak well for the establishment. 1:30 still no food, and with that comment, we got up and left. Hope the order payment had to be covered by the MOST RUDE server.
John J — Google review
Second time trying this place. The food was not terrible, but very plain and nothing to rave about. I came in for a table for one, was asked if I wanted to sit at the bar-I said no thanks. I was staring at the 1-2 person table at the corner that was empty. Finally got seated and place order immediately. Never was checked on and I had to get up an ask for the bill. They can’t handle busyness and the parking is not convenient. Be prepared to wait…won’t be returning. First visit was similar sadly.

Cherie Inn is a beloved cozy cafe in the East Hills neighborhood of Grand Rapids, offering inspired breakfast and lunch options. Established in 1924, it holds the title of being one of the oldest restaurants in the area. The vintage decor and quaint ambiance add to its charm, making it a classic gem for locals and visitors alike.
We loved our first visit to Cherie Inn! Everything was perfect but our service was beyond perfection! 7 stars! Our waiter chose our food for us and did a marvelous job. I'm not sure exactly what to call it, but I had Surf & Turf Benedict and my daughter had Beef Hash Benedict with French Toast. We wouldn't change a thing. So much fun. We will be back. Drop in and give Cherie Inn a try. You'll love it too!

Bustling breakfast spot in a cool neighborhood. Excellent service, friendly and attentive with great menu recommendations. My "classic" bacon and scrambled eggs were perfect - very tasty and thick rashers of bacon with fluffy scrambled eggs. And it came with a really nice fruit plate Good coffee as well
Patrick C — Google review
The food was great and the service was good. The only complaint I have is that the restaurant is very loud. It was hard to have a conversation. I felt like I was shouting across the table. My first time trying Eggs Benedict and it was delicious! I thought it could have been presented a little nicer. But it tasted great!
Katie E — Google review
Everything is great except the food and the service. That's for my friend Tim the manager. Lol. Actually the place is wonderful. The best Eggs Benedict anyplace!!

Michael and the staff are absolutely wonderful. They make you feel at home. My family and I haven't had a single item on (or off) the menu that wasn't absolutely incredible. One of the best Breakfast/Brunch experiences you will ever have.
Spartan L — Google review
I went here for the first time yesterday, and I can’t believe I haven’t been here sooner. This is probably the best breakfast we’ve ever had. We both had the special which was Shakshuka and also had their raspberry white chocolate pancakes. Both things were incredible and I can’t wait to go back. No wonder it’s been open over 100 years! It’s my new favorite breakfast joint!

Lucy's is a charming and modern cafe located in the heart of Creston, offering creative cafe fare, baked goods, and cocktails. The nostalgic comforts of home-cooked flavors and genuine service await you as you enjoy a hot coffee or delicious meal either dining in or on the run. This neighborhood restaurant takes pride in serving the growing community with farm-fresh meals while supporting the amazing people who call Creston their home.
Holy cow have you been to Lucy’s in Grand Rapids! Ranked one of the best 100 brunch places in America and for good reason! I had the huevos rancheros and the avocado smash was spectacular. The ladies all got amazing stuff too, including in house made donuts, scones, and breakfast biscuits. Wow! Oh and our server Lauren was super lovely!
Stewart B — Google review
A fun buzzy brunch spot with fresh food options. Large indoor seating areas and an outdoor semi-covered space. Expect a wait. Sign in to wait list and be ready early. Whole party must be present to be seated. We were texted 15 minutes earlier than the estimate. Our server started strong with personality and recommendations, but after our drinks came, we waited forty minutes for our entrees and water refills. It would help if they assigned one server for the outside, instead of rotating tables, so all the servers were rushed when they made it to the patio. Tasty food and fun seasonal cocktail that our server actually created for the menu. We lived the breakfast skillet with corned beef and the smash burger. We got a Creamsickle Cookie to go, because it looked so light and fluffy and was such a unique flavor. It was even better than expected. Soft, flavorful, not sweet, but a perfect light treat. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.4 stars

Very Dissatisfied…So How I even ended up here I live in NORTH MUSKEGON and Me & my 4yr old son woke up early to head to GRAND RAPIDS to assist family in moving…on the way rather eating & driving in the car I looked up food places near me and this one happened to be six minutes away from where we were at so it made the most sense… 2nd: I always read reviews before I go somewhere and by reviews I read the “lowest” reviews to really see what Id might run into 3rd “FOOD”: Just my opinion however As I always go to STEAK N EGGER (EXCELLENT FOOD). and came here I definitely regret not stopping there BEFORE my drive to grand rapids the food here tasted so BLAND spongey eggs, they looked very “mcdonalds style” like (if that makes sense) my son took 1 bite of his eggs and never bit them again he enjoyed his pancakes though… My food on the other hand oh boy the omelette again tasted bland with a slap of cheese on it rather it having some CHEDDAR cheese oozing on it nope just a slap of some meijer white cheese idk….3/5 omelete… However MY PANCAKES were disgusting! Im a pancake guy I havent sent pancakes back sense BOB EVANS 4yrs ago! So trust me YUCK im not sure If they are Not cleaning the table that they cook the pancakes on but i tasted (Peppermints?, Light spices, Some other weird flavor) other than BUTTERMILK PANCAKES so i told my waitress those were nasty and to please take them back..she asked if i wanted new ones i declined as it kilt my appetite with how bad it was we then wrapped up quickly left no tip and left! (I got only bills back no change lol whatever she kept some money all cool) 4th SERVICE: my waitress (forgot her name) definitely did not want to be there lol she had a disguised happy/annoyed face the whole time and every encounter was VERY AWKWARD as a human you can sense things… 5th ATMOSPHERE: Now see the atmosphere i give 6 out of 5 everyone seemed happy! Great people! Music was the PERFECT volume not to loud or to quiet & everyone was conversating having a good time! Would I ever go back? NO despite the great atmosphere theres better options thank you for reading overall id give a 2/5

My father and I thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at Lucy's! Food was creative, fresh, tasty and served without delay. We enjoyed eating outside with all of the extra touches that Lucy's puts into their setting. Meals are a bit pricey but portions were very large. Service was helpful, pleasant and timely. Give Lucy's a try. If you are like us, you'll be back!
Jeff S — Google review
Overall the service and atmosphere was good and our server was very kind and welcoming! I personally wasn’t a big fan of the orange sauce on top of the omelette and I felt like there was too much onions. Overall it was pretty good. The yogurt bowl I probably wouldn’t get again. The pineapple chunks in mine were hard. It’s hard to rate the yogurt bowl because it’s so simple. Not my favorite though especially since the fruit quality wasn’t great would probably go with something else next time it was very underwhelming the pictures just made it look so good.
Gabby — Google review
Found this wonderful spot on our way up north! Our server recommended the Betta Bruschetta omelette and it was an A+! It included Boursin cheese and a balsamic drizzle! We also had the fresh fruit parfait. It was beautifully presented and delicious! If you’re driving through, be sure to stop by!

We reserved a space in Lucy's Loft for breakfast as part of our company retreat, and it was absolutely fantastic. We all felt at home and very well-cared for by our server, Jason the manager and the entire staff. Everything we needed was supplied and when we asked for anything it was offered with a smile by a helpful Lucy's team member. The food was simply delicious. I highly recommend this as a place to gather with friends or a team for your next event!

Nestled along the East Beltline near Woodland Mall, Anna's House has been a beloved family-owned gem in Michigan since 2002. This vibrant eatery prides itself on using fresh, local ingredients to craft a diverse menu that caters to all dietary preferences, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Whether you're craving hearty wraps, crisp salads, or juicy burgers, there's something for everyone at Anna's House.
Food is always great. The service is always wonderful. I'm grateful for options for vegan and gluten free. Took a friend here visiting from california.Who is gluten free and vegetarian, i am vegan, so this was able to accommodate both of us and provide lots of delicious options. Our server was outstanding and the manager came by the table and talked to us before we left. He was very friendly and informative, it looked like he was checking in on all the tables to make sure they were happy, which is always nice to see This is one of my favorite spots for brunch/ breakfast!
Jennifer S — Google review
The food was excellent! I really appreciated that the menu clearly marked both vegan and vegetarian options, which made ordering super easy. I tried the avocado toast with egg and fruit, and it was delicious. The place does get very busy, but since I was dining solo, I was seated quickly. Overall, great food and friendly service!
Ishani J — Google review
Food and service were good. This place is popular!!! I would highly suggest checking in online and then again when you get there. Good for Vegan/Gluten free eaters-lots of options and menu is clearly marked. Servers are knowledgeable about gluten free (ours was at least) and they have separate kitchen space for gluten free food.
Crystal J — Google review
Anna’s House in East Beltline serves up a nice meal. The restaurant can be crowded at breakfast or lunch, so reservations not out of the question. The cinnamon rolls come from a different part of the kitchen than other dishes, so can come out first. Good selection on the menu with plenty of breadth. Food high quality. The egg sandwiches are cut in half and very tasty. Service is friendly and attentive. If you’re on the mailing list, be aware of the regular $5 off coupons. Worth the trip.

A fantastic breakfast and brunch spot🤩 Heaps of vegan, vegetarian and Gf options, as well as the usual omni food. The vegan pancakes, vegan hashbrown and vegan eggs had a great tasty and healthful flavour. Not oily, not salty, not sweet. Tasted real ingredients, it was a really nice brunch spot! The breakfast lasagna was also really good (according to my companion), I didn’t taste it. It had a tonne of spinach and mushrooms, again real ingredients. Absolutely delicious and fantastic! I am excited to come back to this place and try more vegan foods here. The coffee was lovely, and juices were fresh, and a nice surprise - didn’t have a half a cup of ice to save on the ingredients (well done management 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼) Wheel chair accessible
Olia — Google review
They offer tons of gluten-free options, which was such a nice surprise! We went right at opening (6 AM), and our server was incredibly friendly and helpful. The waffle was decent, , and the place itself is absolutely charming. I’m from Massachusetts, but if I lived in Michigan, I’d be a regular for sure!
Brittaney J — Google review
The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant. The serving staff are friendly, and the food tastes good. I had the eggs Benedict, which was decent. However, the side of fried potatoes was cooked a bit too crispy, making them feel slightly hard.
PhD — Google review
I have been traveling into this area for a while, and never come across this restaurant. Someone local recommended it for breakfast, so I met here with a colleague and found the service was exceptional, the atmosphere was also great, and the food tasted fresh and with flavor. I liked it so much that I returned for lunch, and had the same experience for a different meal and even different a server.

Located in the Uptown neighborhood, it offers a consistent menu throughout the week but extends its hours on weekends for a brunch experience. The extensive menu features various omelettes, eggs benedict dishes, pancakes, skillets, and waffles.
Talk about yum! We were in town for the Lantern Festival and stumbled upon this place for breakfast. First impressions are holy hazelnut. They are known for their hazelnut coffee and it smells heavenly upon entering! I greatly appreciated them having a half order of eggs Benedict because I wanted a couple of different things and didn’t want to waste. Definitely get the iced cafe Wolfgang, the hashbrowns are AMAZING!!, and the banana bread French toast! They have a super convenient text wait time, so they text you once your table is ready! I would definitely go back if we were in town!

Wolfgang’s is a nice place to have breakfast. This was my first visit, and things went well. The staff was quick to take my order and checked in with me often. I had the western deluxe omelette, and it was a good choice. It was a good sized omelette without being super sized, and the sides were delicious. I especially liked the redskin potatoes. The food quality seemed good. If I lived closer I’d definitely consider this as my main breakfast spot, and I’d have no issue visiting it again.

Dined here 3/29/25. We had been to Wolfgang's before, but it had been years. The place was just as I remembered. Could use an update, but you're gonna be here for the food, not the atmosphere. If that's how they keep prices down, I'm fine with it! The portions are definitely big for the price. Since I only had room for one thing to try, I decided to try the Lemon Blueberry Pancakes, though I was torn with The Upton (Tiramisu Pancakes). Guess I'll have to be back to try the other! The pancakes were delicious though decadent. I don't think that much whip cream was necessary, it sure commands some attention, but hey, I'll take it. A huge plus that they offer sugar-free syrup for my partner. Who got regular pancakes and the classic breakfast with potatoes, eggs, bacon and sausage. A good joint, it's rare these days to dine in somewhere for 2 and have the bill be ~$35.

My dad and I stopped in for brunch. He had the Vandermeer skillet, and I had the Twin Cheese omelette with hash browns and onions. We both liked our food a lot. My omelette came with Swiss and cheddar, and I upgraded by adding spinach. Our server was attentive even though the restaurant was busy. It can be extremely busy on the weekends, but we had no wait for a table on a Tuesday around 11 a.m.

The food was amazing!! The waitress, I believe her name was Janice? Was prompt with service and kept my drink full! Very nice and accommodating. The decor had like photos of the owner pasted onto them which I thought was harlarious!! Definitely a great place for breakfast and I will be back!!!!

Wolfgangs is symphony of a breakfast! The menu is an Opera of options and the service and atmosphere is a cornucopia of excitement! Tiramisu pancakes! Really! Fluffy pancakes soaked in coffee, topped with whipped cream make for an amazing experience. Homemade cinnamon rolls and crispy, salty bacon make for the perfect accompaniment. Excellent, friendly service make Wolfgang’s a must try in Grand Rapids!!

Loved this place so much! Our server was incredible and very accommodating, the menu is large with options for everybody. We got eggs, bacon, steel cut oatmeal, and pancakes. All were great, and reasonable prices! I wish the bacon was a bit thicker. The Wolfgang coffee (hazelnut coffee with hot chocolate and whipped cream) was delicious. Would love to come back again someday.

Stopped by this gem of a restaurant while I'm town for a wedding. Great atmosphere, casual relaxed, good service and excellent food. We tried the lemon blueberry pancakes and I can say with confidence that was the best pancake I have ever had and probably will ever have. 10/10 would recommend. It does get busy so do not be surprised if there is a wait!

Sundance Grill is a popular spot with two locations in Grand Rapids, offering a quiet atmosphere and an extensive menu. The 28th St. location has been a favorite among brunch lovers since 1985, serving Southwest-inspired American favorites like Churro Pancakes and Bacon & Chorizo Tacos. Additionally, the downtown location provides stunning rooftop views, making it an ideal place for a romantic dinner or even a proposal.
Got to Grand Rapids and was hungry so my Girlfriend and I looked up something to eat. We had our kids with us so honestly we were looking for french fries. We read the menu and saw fries and also was walking distance from our hotel so off we went. We got there and we were the ONLY people and seated. The gentleman that was our server was so friendly and helpful. They had a huge kids menu too. The kids wanted pancakes but stopped serving breakfast at 3pm it was 3:15, so he asked if the chef would mind, the pancakes were made!! The Chef name Coach came out to talk with us as well he was kind, warm and engaging. My girl had her food custom made and they didn't blink an eye. The food SLAPS so hard!! Love was truly put in it and we could feel it. The kids ate all they could as well. Needless to say GO HERE!! The staff, food and overall environment is fantastic.

A great location in the middle of downtown connected to the Home2Suites. Nextdoor to a bodega to boot! Very nice service and generous portions. I'm attaching the menus sorry for the lighting. Highly recommend.

Restaurant Week 2025, day 1! First stop - Sundance Grill and Bar, 7:30 in the morning on a Friday? Hell yes! Chef Coach made an awesome salad with strawberriws and raspberry vinaigrette, and an amazing chicken and rice stuffed bell pepper dish. I'm not a culinary expert, so I couldn't tell you it was a flame-roasted bell pepper with marinated grilled chicken, tomato, cilantro-lime rice, and roasted red pepper crema...but I can tell you it was delicious and totally worth it! I didn't think to get a before picture, but I'm attaching the leftovers. The peppers were stuffed, and so are we! Well done, Chef and team!

We sat at the bar and enjoyed drinks and food. Engaging, friendly bartenders. The menu features a great variety of items, it was hard to choose.

I came here today for some drinks. Me and my wife got a small pitcher of prickly pear margaritas. The menu price was 23 and got the bill noticed it charged 26. Didn’t want to make it a big deal over 3 bucks but I said something just to understand the pricing and the waitress told me it’s because we got a flavored margarita. that didn’t make sense because the classic margarita was 19 and the prickly pear was 23. so the manager talked to me about it and he rudely just said i guess I’ll have the waitress give you 3 dollars back and walked away. No apology.

This is an awesome tex mex spot for breakfast and if you are a fan of savory breakfast I highly recommend checking them out. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I got the avocado toast and my fiancé got the chorizo biscuits and gravy. Both were excellent and I plan to return next time we are in Grand Rapids. Their cinnamon roll is VERY large and we ended up eating it for 2 days of breakfast afterwards, so be warned! Highly recommended.

That Early Bird is a modern café located on Lake Drive, offering a relaxed atmosphere and international-inspired dishes. Founded by Sarah Wepman and Joel Wabeke in 2016, the café aims to be a neighborhood gathering place. In addition to serving coffee and food, the café hosts various community activities such as local harvest nights, crafting events, and game nights.
The food came out extremely fast. The chorizo breakfast burrito was absolutely incredible. I also really enjoyed the cold brew, latkes, and matcha. The atmosphere is killer with lots of natural light and the bar offers great views of the historic neighborhood.

We are visiting from LA and saw this cute place while driving by. We got the Autumn Cold Brew, the hot lemon ginger, the mensch, and the Astro 2.0 with bacon and potatoes. Everything was delicious, they were so kind and helpful, I would recommend if you’re looking for a coffee and a quick bite. There were also a lot of people working because it’s such a nice atmosphere.
Paige I — Google review
The atmosphere of this cafe is overall good because I saw a small kids playing are, great for families dining in with kids. The only downside would be the price of food, it’s more of a higher end for small cafe sandwiches, I paid almost $10 for just one sandwich, plus additional for the latte. Also since it’s our first time, we didn’t know that we actually need to take care of our own dishes when we first ordered up front. They asked for tips so both my friend and I tipped 20% but later realized that they only brought out the food to us but we had to do all the clean ups. The sandwich was alright, nothing very special or unique in flavor. We will probably be back for the coffee next time but not the food.

I was super happy with what I ordered. I’m sure the coffee is great here but I ordered matcha and it wasn’t my fav. Could be stronger but overall happy with everything.

I adore the coffee at Early Bird. They always have the perfect seasonal drink. It's a great place to get some writing done on your own or to chat over coffee with friends. I wish they would bring back my favorite French toast that they used to serve a few years ago, I haven't found a meal option I really like since they got rid of it. Their scones and other pastries are still a great treat. Such a bright atmosphere

I’ve been to That Early Bird a handful of times over the years and it’s always been delightful. I’ve tried a range of beverages and food items with no complaints. Staff are always friendly giving this place a neighborhood feel.

I love this place. It's so well lit and comfortable and vibrant! The food here is so fresh and delicious! The coffee drinks are well made with varied options that compliment the food and atmosphere. It might be tricky to find a table, but this is a friendly place. There's a couple of board games and children's toys available. You're meant to saddle up and stay a while. Prices are mildly higher than other places in the area. If you have two people, breakfast and coffee for both will run you around 30 bucks.

It's been 2 weeks and I can't stop thinking about this place. The food and atmosphere were absolutely amazing. I got the Benedict and it was one of the best breakfast I've had. The little microgreens they put on top really add that extra pizazz and flavor. I loved that they had a jug of water at the table so I can refill myself. My mom was really happy with her meal. If I were to be back in Grand Rapids I would absolutely make this stop again. They weren't very busy for a Saturday morning at 10:00! Best part about my trip to GR.

I placed an online order at 10:09 and received a text saying it would be ready between 10:55–11:05. I arrived right at 10:55, but the order hadn’t been started yet because the ticket didn’t print. No big deal, they put it in right away. Unfortunately, the food was a letdown. The scrambled eggs were overcooked, and while the top pancake looked great, the ones underneath seemed scraped off the griddle and even had bits of bacon in them (photos attached). On a positive note, I did enjoy the bacon I ordered and the matcha. Still, the overall experience was disappointing.

The establishment exuded an air of sophistication. The restaurant's cleanliness was flawless, and the staff exhibited remarkable warmth and assistance. The breakfast burrito was simply exquisite, crafted with the finest and most flavorful ingredients. Moreover, to enhance the overall experience, they have a spacious baby changing table in the restroom, a wonderful amenity for parents with little kids.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mudpenny – A Grand Rapids Gem Hidden in Plain Sight It’s not just a cook back there — there’s a chef behind this menu. Every dish at Mudpenny feels intentional, crafted with care and creativity. You can taste the thought that went into each bite. Even the details most places overlook — the hot sauce, the ketchup, the syrups, and the coffee creamers — are bursting with flavor and character. The coffee itself? Smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. Every sip feels like a quiet moment of joy. The food hits all the right notes — familiar, yet elevated in a way that makes you pause after the first bite and just smile. And then there’s Bella, our waitress. Her warmth and attentiveness made our experience feel less like dining out and more like a homecoming. She moved with calm confidence, making sure everything flowed effortlessly. Mudpenny isn’t just one of the best breakfast spots in Grand Rapids — it’s a secret worth sharing. Thoughtful food, a cozy atmosphere, and service that feels like family. This place doesn’t just serve breakfast — it serves joy.

If you're looking for a new spot to unwind, look no further! I recently visited this gem and was blown away by the vibrant atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly staff. It was my first time there, and I can't wait to go back! The blend of café and coffee shop vibes is spot on, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed meal. I tried the hot honey chicken sammy, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of amazing! If you're in the area, this place is definitely worth a visit!

Picked a random spot, and when that didn’t work, picked another and ended up at Mudpenny, for where it is it’s a nice place inside, clean. It’s a little too “crunchy” for me. Place was full so a little wait but not horrible, it’s table layout is a bit odd, you sit at your table that is a foot from the table next to you so you feel like you’re part of the party next to you… the $19 breakfast burrito was tasty but the presentation wasn’t much. I think they only had one server but she was nice and did a good job.

Half hour wait for a table… no problem. Another half hour wait for our waiter to take our order, 15 minutes later the waiter came by to say the kitchen was running behind and it would be another half hour. We got our food that is normally fantastic but this it is was mediocre at best and not made correctly. The waiter never came back to check on us 2 1/2 hours for breakfast when time is limited is unacceptable especially with the lack of communication from the waiter. Probably will not return. This was such a great spot for our small group of friends to gather for brunch last weekend ☺️ The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the icy weather outside, the food was phenomenal with a variety of options that all sounded delicious 😋 Best of all for me was the special Valentine's Day Rose Chai Latte which had a silky smooth and rich flavor and texture! It was so good I forgot to get a picture before it was gone!!

Brown Butter Crêperie & Cafe is a lovely place for a meal. The menu has both sweet and savory options. As well, they have a broad selection of beverages. Water provided on the table. Our party of 4 had a mix of the options. As well, they offer gluten free with the caveat of the possibility of cross contamination. Front door not motorized but can wheel in with a wheelchair. All the crêpes are made to order. Definitely worth a stop for breakfast or lunch.

If I could eat here every day, I would. 10/10

My sister and I stopped in Sunday morning for breakfast. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you! I got the cinnamon roll and my sister got the monthly special which was a pumpkin crepe. There were only a couple tables taken when we sat down so it was a nice quiet atmosphere. We got our food and lattes and it was so delicious! The crepes were sweet but the lattes weren’t as much so it was a great balance of sweetness. There we’re so many other flavors I wanted to try that I told my sister we would be going back soon! The staff was really friendly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was really nice. 10/10 would recommend!

This might be the best “classic breakfast” in Grand Rapids. The food is delicious and portion sizes are pretty large. Pictured is the “First Street” with scrambled eggs, sausage links, and white toast. The redskin potatoes might be the best part. YUM! I also love that you can get good Polish food here! The servers are always wonderful. My only complaint about this place is that it is pretty small and there’s a lot of seating crammed in there. I personally hate being in the way and I ALWAYS feel like I’m in the way at this place — especially when we’re waiting inside for a seat. But if you don’t mind tight spaces as much as I do, or if the weather is nice and you don’t mind waiting outside for a table to open up, this is a great place to try!

I ordered the Polish skillet with kielbasa. The dish was 80% egg, some of which was burnt. I hate burnt eggs. There were maybe 8 dime-sized pieces of kielbasa in the entire dish, and there was also bacon in there. I did not order bacon, nor is it listed on the menu as being in the dish. Very small amount of potato. In my mind, a skillet is a nice variety of all the items in the description. I have not been to Westsider in a few years, and I came here specifically for this. I am very disappointed.

Came to have a good meal on a Thursday late morning, after the rush and did not have one word said to me in almost 10 minutes... Seats available everywhere and no one was willing to help!!! Doesn't matter how good the food, my money and business will not be back after being ignored and no service at all!!! Sad!!!!

Went on 11/9/25 for lunch. Food was good and well portioned for the price. Service was adequate as a whole. However, we were within earshot of the kitchen and had to listen to a middle aged male chef wearing a backwards ball cap repeatedly verbally abuse an elderly female chef/worker over the course of 15+ minutes. It was profane language that was extremely unprofessional, especially in front of guests, and disgusting to use towards an elderly lady. I don’t really care what the context was, there is no excuse for this type of behavior. We let the wait staff know as we were leaving, and they said they would “ask the staff about it” but honestly it didn’t seem like they cared at all. I doubt I will be going back here.

Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar offers a diverse menu of Southern comfort food with a modern twist, complemented by craft beers and cocktails. Whether you're there for brunch, lunch, or dinner, the experience is like being at a family gathering enjoying from-scratch dishes such as shrimp and grits, famous fried chicken, and poboy sandwiches. Located in downtown Grand Rapids, it's known for its revival of Southern cuisine rooted in the Carolina Mountains.
During a recent business trip, I had the pleasure of discovering a charming southern kitchen nestled in a cozy neighborhood. My brunch presentation of each dish was meticulous, from the vibrant, perfectly plated Brussels sprouts appetizer to the succulent mountain flank steak, cooked to perfection. The spectacular food was complemented by the serene atmosphere of sitting on the spacious patio, surrounded by lush greenery under a clear, blue sky—truly an ideal setting. The service was exceptional—attentive without being intrusive, with staff members genuinely welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. I washed down my meal with a refreshing cold brew, which was expertly brewed and served icy cold. Given the memorable experience and the quality of the food and service, I would eagerly dine here again—absolutely, in a heartbeat.

I'm Russian, came here from the west coast recently and I love to try a little bit of everything wherever I go. Fried green tomatoes were absolutely amazing. I've personally never cared for grits previously and this was a delicious match up. Poblano chicken soup did not disappoint, I ordered a second cup. The chicken itself I would personally rate a 6/10. The sauce was good and the preparation was good but, I will personally try the boneless though next time. I myself am not the biggest fan of chicken. The bartender had honest feedback and did not steer me nor other customers wrong! The honesty was refreshing, the service was on point, and the food was worth a Sunday evening outing. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

If you want southern food in Grand Rapids, this very much should be a stop for you. Every dish was fantastic, but I think the greens was my favorite. Deep smokiness to them, cooked to soft but not mush, bacon grumble without any gross bits. Really a superb dish. The bourbon glaze on the meatloaf was a complex masterpiece of blended flavors. Highly recommend. Service was awesome, pleasant, attentive without being pushy or interrupty. What all service in a dinner place should be like. Atmosphere could stand some help. Just felt incredibly commercial and didn't really match with the food and service. Give them a try it's worth it

We were looking for a late lunch spot and as soon as I saw Tupelo Honey, I knew we had to eat there. We were seated immediately and greeted by Charles, our waiter, shortly thereafter. We ordered a flight of mimosas and pimento cheese dip for appetizers. Both were excellent, the flight would have been better had things been chilled. My partner ordered their meatloaf with blue cheese grits, I had their fried chicken and garlic parmesan roasted potatoes and the kid had their cheeseburger and fries. The food was excellent and enjoyed by all. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good service and food. Charles was beyond good as a server and this always makes a meal better

We have been meaning to come here for a long time and now wish we had sooner! The food was so flavorful and was served quickly. Loved the outdoor seating options and chill atmosphere. The only downside was that they don't do anything special for birthdays.

We stopped into Tupelo Honey for lunch and had a great experience. Our server, Fuchsia, was incredibly sweet and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. We couldn’t resist trying the “Biscuits for a Cause” with blueberry jam, and they were an absolute treat—fluffy, flavorful, and a great way to start the meal. Their weekday lunch special is a great deal: half a sandwich and a side for $12.95, available Monday through Friday until 3pm. I went with the chicken pecan salad sandwich paired with the chicken poblano soup, and the combo was perfect—a little sweet, a little spicy, and super satisfying. Highly recommend for a relaxing and delicious lunch in downtown Grand Rapids!

We came in on a Friday night for dinner. We were seated right away and greeted by our server, Ryan. He was super attentive and friendly! The food came out hot, fresh, and in record time! The Brussels sprouts appetizer was fantastic! And the espresso martinis we had for dessert were 10/10!

I read really great things about the franchise and we were looking forward to it. Sadly we were disappointed. The fried chicken was tiny, poorly presented and dry (overcooked). Collard greens, dry, brussel sprouts overcooked as well. The chicken poblano soup was nice a bit bland for me. I added hot sauce and enjoyed it. The Ashville chicken sandwich was large, attractive but again sadly bland. No spices, a side of saracha honey kept it passable. The favorite part of the meal was the fried green tomatoes! A dash of salt and perfect! Service was good and the drinks were fine! Great location too.

Morning Belle is a local chain with three locations offering a breakfast and brunch menu that includes both healthy and indulgent items such as Glazed Doughnut Waffle and Avocado Toast. They also serve champagne, cocktails, and have a special kids' menu. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a great dining experience. Customers praise the quick service and delicious food, with one even claiming it to be the best breakfast they've ever had nationwide.
Very first time I was there however I went with my surrogate mother whose friend of the family was one of the cooks and she insisted I try the restaurant. The food was amazing and I highly recommend one of the breakfast burritos or the banana bread pudding waffles both were out of this world! Great Ambiance and the staff were super friendly, outgoing, more than helpful and I will definitely be returning to this establishment. I thought Anna's house was my favorite but I think I found a new favorite breakfast establishment.

For brunch I had the Fresh Harvest egg white omelet and it was delicious. The blood orange mimosa was good too. We were starting to eat when the server Luis came by to give us the check, I told him that we were going to have dessert afterwards, so he left. I find it rather odd and inappropriate to be given the check when we were just starting to eat. The restaurant wasn't even busy. Apart from that, I liked everything. It wasn't our first time at Morning Belle and it won't be our last. We ordered the Maple glazed cinnamon roll and it was yummy. Great food! The service could be better though. Reminder: a smile goes a LONG way...and it's free! 😄

Atmosphere was amazing, very welcoming and bright even on a gloomy rainy day. The food was okay, not our thing, the French toast was great and the fresh fruit was amazing. Drinks are good. Service was awful, the waitresses were very nice but it was also very chaotic. Our food was given away to a different table twice, and we witnessed the same thing happen to 2 other tables. Because it was busy I will rate 3 stars instead of 2.

Pretty good! I got the avocado toast (comes with one piece) and substituted the eggs for red skin potatoes. Also had a side of fruit and an iced chai latte. The toast was vegan and so is the açaí bowl, which I had at a different location last year and also enjoyed. Would recommend!

Typical boujee brunch place like Anna's House. I ordered take-out lunch on a weekday since i was working nearby. Their "your order will be ready by" was 15-20 min behind, so i had to rush since i work in healthcare and have scheduled patients. Food was decent, albeit pricey; however, portions were big. Did the truffle hash and subbed toast with waffle and lemon mousse. It was delish.

Good breakfast food, but not as good of a burger. - Cheeseburger - $12.9: Four ounce patty, but was a bit on the smaller side of a quarter pound. I would highly recommend getting the second patty. The bun was over toasted to the point that the edges were burned, but the rest okay. The American cheese was good and the toppings fresh. The paprika aioli was particularly good. It is on the expensive side for what else is out there of similar quality and portion. - Chips (comes with the burger): From a bag, but higher quality (Great Lakes Kettle Chips). They serve a VERY generous portion. - Glazed Doughnut Waffle - $15.4: A LOT of flavor punch on this one. The waffles taste like wafflized glazed donuts and the glaze definitely adds to that experience. There is a seasoning in it that gives it a unique flavor and I believe it goes beyond the cinnamon and maple. - Strawberry Shortcake Biscuit - $14.40: Lots of yogurt. Maybe a bit shy with the strawberries. But fairly rich in flavor and the biscuits were not soggy at all. - Bacon - $5: Thick cut and delicious. - Hot Chocolate - $3.90: Large portion, higher quality, decoratively whipped and topped. I’d recommend it. - Coffee - $3.7: Served with a special creamer and in a carafe. Water is served in smaller glasses, but you get a carafe so you don’t have to worry about waiting. They do serve alcohol, though they close at 3pm. - Service: Very positive and helpful. Our food was served in the expected time and was exactly as ordered. - Atmosphere: Extremely bright and cheerful. Definitely a morning restaurant. A lot of country decorations. - Conclusion: While the food is fairly good, it is on the expensive side (sometimes a little too much). Ask for the bun on the cheeseburger to be lightly toasted or not at all. Visited Saturday at 12pm.

I’m old school and my wife says that I’m grumpy. I put that out there first because we like MB very much. I waited on tables all through my college years. I learned a few things. I offer this suggestion. Servers must absolutely appear immediately clean. Especially hands-nails. Let’s be honest. There’s no way long painted nails can be immaculately clean. And when a server with those is handling my plate and cups, I am unsettled about it. And, heavy perfume should NEVER happen. But, all said and done, we like MB.

Noble Restaurant in Wyoming, MI is a relaxed breakfast and lunch cafe that offers thoughtfully sourced American comfort food with a focus on vegan-friendly options. The restaurant prides itself on serving scratch-made meals free from artificial colors, flavors, high fructose corn syrup, and artificial nitrates.
I went on for breakfast about 8an on a Wednesday morning. It was mostly empty, with the exception of a group of people in a back dining room. The menu was a little weird because the prices weren't in a proper format. For example, the omelet I had just had 14.5 after it. No dollar sign, no zero in the cents where you would expect it. I asked to make sure I understood the prices. I chose the Classic Omelet was made like a western omelet would be, with everything mixed into the eggs instead of the egg outside with the ingredients in the center. It was good. I had the red skin potatoes. They were different than anything I've had before. The closest description I can give is they were like large home fries with the skin on. The omelet came with one standard side, so I didn't have any toast with it, which I would have liked. Overall, I'd say good but not a spectacular place. I'm not to the area, so I'm exploring and will try somewhere else next time.

This place was a nice spot when we were craving some breakfast food items. This was one of the only places that had vegan options, so we drove to Grand Rapids area. The food was delicious, overall. Appreciated the vegan options. Only complaint was that we wished the French toast had more “stuffing” and more fruit and syrup for my pancakes, but the food itself was solid. Service was not good not bad, just meh.

Perhaps the most vegan friendly and vegetarian forward American breakfast restaurant I've come across! The hash browns have a decent amount of veggies. Vegan banana break is excellent! My husband had a cauliflower stuffed omlette which he enjoyed! They have very unique lattes as well!

Noble made a great lunch for my friends and me. They have lots of vegan or vegetarian options on their menu, and I tried the avocado and cauliflower omelette. It was an open face omelette, but it was delicious and unique. The cauliflower was mixed in with the eggs and some sort of spices, and it made for a pleasant texture. The side of potatoes was also tasty. I’m glad to know of another great breakfast joint in the greater GR area.

Best breakfast in a long time. The server suggested something outside my comfort zone, the breakfast pizza is worth it! The server was busy but was on top of her job, taking care of the entire dining room like a champ! Thank you Christen for a great morning!

Delicious breakfast spot tucked away off 44th street in a little strip mall. Made from scratch breakfast served hot and fresh. Our coffee was topped off as needed. This is a great place to try if you have any dietary restriction or if you are vegan or vegetarian.

Noble is one of my favorite spots, especially for its commitment to healthy, thoughtful ingredients. I really appreciate that even their ketchup is made without corn syrup—it’s the little details that make a big difference! They also offer a great variety of gluten-free options, which is a huge plus. I tried the cinnamon honey cappuccino and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced and comforting. The staff is always friendly and efficient, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fresh, feel-good food without sacrificing flavor!

Went for brunch on a Sunday. Much appreciate Vegetarian and Vegan options. See photos for clean ketchup, sea salt and sweetener options. Coffee is good. Ordered Breakfast Burrito and a Veggie and Hummus Omelette with side fruit cups. Swapped out Hummus for Goat Cheese. Somehow the order said add ham, picked it out and was deducted from bill. Both the Burrito and Veggie (goat cheese) Omelette were excellent. Restaurant was busy with wait times. We were notified when table was available. The waiter was very nice and arranged a birthday treat for my husband.

Their menu features a variety of sweet and savory waffles, such as the Peter Parker and R.B.G. The establishment prides itself on being inclusive to all 'social misfits' and offers a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
It's really an outstanding little coffee /breakfast / sandwich place. The coffees we got were spectacular with a perfect mix of crafted flavors and coffee. It totally made me miss the "little place around the corner" that was put out of business by the chain places. I know they are now my first choice when in Grand Rapids. We got some handhelds out of convenience our first night, and were totally blown away with how good they were. Very happy we were lazy that night. Staff was very pleasant and social, which I liked, and it felt like they went out of their way to make our visit a good one. We will certainly stop in again in 2 months on our next mini trip.

Convenient location for a quick breakfast meal. Expertly decorated, which gives off a great vibe. Waffles are cooked perfectly. They offer many styles of coffees but are pretty limited with tea offerings. Friendly service and tasty food. It did seem to take a long time to receive our food after we ordered, so of you’re really in a rush, you might want to explore other options.

We popped in for a quick cocktail before a dinner reservation down the street. This espresso martini was the BEST!! Our bartender, Beaux, was so friendly and engaging it set the perfect tone for the night. After peeking at the menu, we couldn’t resist coming back for a late breakfast the next day! I had the “Elvis” waffles and my husband had the Monte Cristo. Both were excellent. Well done!!

Brunch House GR is a delightful gem nestled in southeast Grand Rapids, where the name truly reflects the culinary experience awaiting you. This modern eatery elevates brunch with an impressive menu that features both classic breakfast staples and hearty options like burgers, sandwiches, and fresh salads. The drink selection is equally enticing, boasting vibrant Bloody Marys, refreshing margaritas, and a mimosa flight that’s perfect for sharing on social media.
Decided to take this drive and meet my friends from NC here. There was a long wait but it was worth it. The food was delicious, drinks were amazing and it was inexpensive. I had the Peanut Butter stuffed French Toast, which is a MUST HAVE! I loved them. I also ordered the Southern Scram which was great! The best part is that they served Motu Viget which is a great tasting “Black Owned” wine. Can’t wait to go back here when I’m in town

First visit and I’m a believer! This is my new favorite breakfast spot in GR! Been meaning to try this place and finally had the opportunity today and it did not disappoint!! We used the wait list and rec’d confirmation, then another text when our table was ready. We were warmly greeted and seated. Nick our server quickly arrived greeted us, shared the specials and drink menu. Our order arrived quickly and everything looked amazing. We dove in and what a wonderful experience, every bite was delicious. The food was hot and Nick kept the coffee mugs filled. I had the kicking chicken Benedict-absolutely a winner!! My wife had an omelette and GF pancakes, all of which she loved. From the beginning to the end an amazing meal. Great service, delicious food. The restaurant has a beautiful interior. Loved it!!

Found this cool little place while passing through the area and decided to stop. Very glad I did! The service was great, they were very friendly. My server definitely gave me that welcome vibe, which was cool. I got a honey lavender latte and the flavor was great, but the presentation didn't match the place. It was definitely cheaper than your local chain coffee store! As for the food, breakfast poutine, and wow! The flavors of the seasoned fries and the gravy are a match made in heaven! Everything looked great, too. The gravy appears to be possibly thickened with cornstarch instead of a roux, but it worked surprisingly well with the rest of the flavors on the plate. I WILL absolutely stop in again. It's a must try!
D J — Google review
This place has a very cute setup inside, love it. I started off with the affogato- delicious and a perfect balance of sweet and bitter notes 10/10. Then went on to the Cali scram with pancakes. The pancakes were pretty standard. They were a little on the thinner side but overall they had the good standard pancake flavor. The Cali scram- aesthetically very pleasing. The jalapeño ranch on top is delicious. I felt like the eggs and potatoes were lacking salt but added some hot sauce and it was pretty good. I would have rated this a 4/5. The reason I am knocking it down to a 3 is because while I was eating at the bar, they began cleaning and did not wring out the rag; so when they went to put the cloth on the bar the cleaning water or chemical flung into my food. I could not enjoy the rest of my meal after that.
Kyrie S — Google review
I hat an impressive experience for brunch! The waitstaff was prompt and friendly, the food was as delicious and price was very fair. Are the busy? Is it hard to get a table? Yes to both, but they allow guests to join the sit list from home. What a nice place!
Tommy A — Google review
The food is absolutely amazing. So many flavors in every bite. I had there French toast with chocolate, bananas and strawberry. My sister had a Cali bowl. Then we split a freshly made cinnamon roll! This was our first time going and we already wanna go back and try somthing else. It seems to be a very popular place so I recommend getting on the waitlist online.

Brunch house was great! Service was terrific, even being busy the coffee refills were very quick. The side of a fruit bowl was missed, but I didn't remember until we were already finished, so not a big problem. The food was fresh and seasoned nicely. Only big downside is that the atmosphere is very loud inside. That makes even normal conversation a challenge.

Great brunch menu. Our party had the crab omelette, Waygu steak and eggs, and the grain bowl. Everything was so tasty. The restaurant was fairly busy on a late Sunday morning but wait list was easy and definitely worth it.

I sat at the bar with my friend during my visit to Littlebird. The service was great, and we were able to sit down right away at the bar. I had a Division Bell to drink, and it was smoky and full of orange flavor from the Aperol. The beef tongue pastrami we shared was delicious and unique, and the blue cheese ice cream really amped up the flavor. We both had the squid ink tortelloni, which was also fantastic and filled with a sea urchin mousse. The sauce was to die for. Littlebird provides an elevated experience while still staying down to earth. It’s a great place for a nice night out.

One of the best chicken dishes I’ve ever had. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients, and it’s clear they take their craft seriously. Love it! Thank you! 👌

You get fine dining service, yet this is not a fine dining restaurant. This restaurant is very comfortable and cozy. The atmosphere is elegant yet casual. I saved the best for last; the food. The menu is small, but it doesn't matter, because they have something for everyone. Everything is fresh, and made to order, and just fantastic! They do change the menu, so you will want to come back. Get reservations, because this place fills up quickly. We will be back, again and again. Did I mention the service; again, outstanding!

Can here for lunch with my daughter. As a vegetarian it can sometimes be hard to find diverse food offerings. The Littlebird was a fantastic choice with lots of options. I ordered the Roasted Potato Hash. This dish was perfectly balanced. Everything was fresh and the flavors distinct. With each bite you could savor the different vegetables in the dish. The mushrooms were fantastic! The kimchi added a mild amount of heat with certain bites and did not overwhelm the dish. I would absolutely order this again. Highly recommend this restaurant for great atmosphere and fresh dishes!

UPDATE: M-kay, if you love pastrami, this is the right place to go. Next time, I’m going to try them all! As for the main dishes and dessert—proceed with caution. The service keeps being awesome though. Thank you to THE STAFF! Stop reading this — just go. P.S. Left some space for the ice cream. (The atmosphere was ruined because we were seated outside and some bikers were blasting their “cool” music way too loud.)

I visited Littlebird primarily interested in the company of my friends and not so much where we were eating. Next time I come it will be with intention, as the food was fantastic! My dish and the bits I ate of others were all great (both lunch and breakfast dishes). Definitely give Littlebird a try if you're on the fence. Update: I came back and had another great experience. Littlebird also ruined donuts for me with their Buttermilk Donuts and jam. As someone without much of a sweet tooth, they were probably one of the best things I've ever eaten. Give them a shot!

Located in downtown Grand Rapids, the JW Marriott Grand Rapids is a top venue for weddings and events. With multiple event rooms, including one that can accommodate up to 1500 guests, it offers the services of Marriott Certified Wedding Planners and convenient amenities such as valet parking and a wedding planning app. The hotel also boasts an upscale location near popular attractions like DeVos Performance Hall and Van Andel Arena. Guests can enjoy spa treatments, an indoor pool, and sauna facilities during their stay.
The JW Marriott Grand Rapids is a solid choice if you’re looking for a nicer, upscale Marriott experience in the area. The rooms were clean and well-maintained—everything felt in good working order, which is really all you can ask for. The staff was friendly and professional, and a few team members stood out for being especially helpful without being overbearing. One thing worth mentioning: the duvet on the bed was surprisingly comfortable—warm, soft, and perfect for a good night’s sleep. It’s a small detail, but one that made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a well-run hotel with good service and a comfortable setup. Nothing over-the-top, but definitely a reliable and pleasant place to stay.
Erik N — Google review
I recently spent two nights at this hotel while in the city for work, and overall, I had a great stay. Parking was easy with both self-parking and valet options available. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the lobby was spotless with a fresh, pleasant scent — a great first impression. My room was beautiful, modern, and very clean. I especially loved the cozy corner sofa and table, which made the space feel more like home than a typical hotel room. The bathroom was well-equipped with both a tub and a standing shower, though the sink area was a bit smaller than expected. I did try the on-site restaurant — while convenient, the prices were on the higher side and the food was just okay. If you have other dining options, I’d recommend exploring those instead. There’s also a Starbucks in the lobby, though be aware it closes at 2 PM, which was earlier than I’d hoped. The mini market downstairs was helpful for quick snacks, but I was expecting a wider selection. A highlight of my stay was the housekeeping staff, especially one kind lady I encountered twice in the main lobby. She greeted me warmly every time, even called the elevator for me — truly a standout in terms of hospitality. I also took advantage of the gym and pool, both of which were very clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the sauna was closed for maintenance during my stay. My room was located near the elevators, and it did get a bit noisy, especially with music playing in the hallways late into the night, which made it harder to fall asleep. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I’d definitely consider staying here again. The cleanliness, comfort, and friendly service really stood out.
Damir — Google review
I visited for a conference at this hotel and spent two nights. The room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. I especially enjoyed the bathtub as it was quite deep and worked well for my larger figure. The only complaint I have is about the pillows. I ended up having to use three as they have no body to them. I had read another review describing them as being full of sand. That's a pretty accurate description.
Lisa K — Google review
Perfect experience. The room was so well appointed that I was writing down info about the coffee maker and the shower fixtures. Great views. Awesome location close to many many restaurants all within literally a couple of minutes of walking.

The JW Marriott Grand Rapids deserves an award — not just for hospitality, but for comedic excellence. My brother Mitch had to check in and out dressed as a bearded ballerina as part of a lost bet! Yep. Full pink tutu, tights, feather boa, ballet slippers — the whole twirling package. Instead of being shocked, the staff jumped right in. They laughed with him (okay, maybe a little at him), posed for pictures, and even suggested a few dance moves. At one point, they said they were going to post the photos online so the world could enjoy Mitch’s “performance”, and honestly… I support it. They also told us to make sure to come back next time with Mitch in full tutu again — because apparently, he’s their new unofficial mascot. Please let us know if you want Mitch to come back 😂 Embarrassment level: 10/10. Hospitality level: 11/10. The hotel itself is gorgeous — spotless rooms, comfy beds, killer views — but what really stands out is the team. They’ll do whatever it takes to make your stay fun, memorable, and just the right amount of humiliating (sorry, Mitch). Highly recommend — both for luxury stays and top-tier sibling revenge.

We stayed at the JW while having some work done on our home, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

This was our first time staying in downtown GR. Our business meeting was in another part of downtown but we simply used the Skywalk to get us there. This was probably the 2nd nicest hotel I ever stayed in. Rooms are top notch. The view is top notch. Service was top notch. My only small concerns were that the distance from the parking ramp to the desk is quite a walk (valet available but I'm too cheap), only one person working the desk when we arrived (long line), and noise in the hallway past 10 pm (we had a meeting to get to early the next morning). All in all though a great experience.

Rainbow Grill is a charming, old-school family restaurant that has been serving up classic American comfort food since 1946. With a relaxed atmosphere, it’s the perfect spot for those who appreciate hearty meals without the frills. Diners rave about their homemade dishes, particularly the delightful soup and muffin combo ideal for a light lunch, as well as an array of breakfast options that cater to all tastes.
This is an older down home restaurant. Our server was very friendly and gave us very good service. We ordered chicken fried steak. The meal was tasty topped with a delicious gravy. They offer daily breafast and dinner specials. The pricea overall were reasonable. The only negative was we had trouble finding the person to pay when we were ready to leave.

Good food. A bit of a wait about noon on a Sunday-due to small staff not being overly busy. Reuben was great and the onion rings are nice but overly battered for my taste. My husband enjoyed his breakfast as well. Atmosphere is great but given the short staffing, it took them a long time to clear/clean tables between diners. Will come back on a future visit to town.

Great, homemade comfort food. Their soup and muffin combo is the perfect light lunch, and they have great breakfast options as well. Service is generally pretty quick and attentive too. It's definitely nothing fancy. The inside looks like it could really use an update, but if you don't care too much about the atmosphere and just want really good food, I would recommend it!

First and last time there. There were less than a dozen tables with people and we were there for half an hour and still no food. Not to mention it took 5 minutes to seat us and another 5 minutes before we got our coffee. And the waitress wanted to argue with us when we wanted to cancel our order and leave. If you have all day to waste waiting for food, this is the place to go. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. IT SUCKED. I don't recommend this place.

Went for breakfast at 8:00 a.m. and was able to be seated right away. This is a great place to go if you don't like surprises. It has standard breakfast choices. Prices are normal. Food is pretty good. Coffee is middle of the road. Portion sizes are average. Service and cleanliness are top notch. So if you are looking for a dive, this isn't your place. If you are looking for something creative and eclectic, this is not your place. If you're looking for generic food in a generic setting, this is your place.

It’s truly a gem within the Grandville scene. Great as a meeting spot. Great as a morning breakfast. Delicious dinner options. *Note*: silver dollar pancakes are approximately 4-5 inch pancakes.

Nestled just north of Division Avenue, Choo Choo Grill is a charming family-run diner that has been delighting locals since 1946. This cozy spot offers a nostalgic dining experience with its classic American fare, including mouthwatering cheeseburgers and crispy onion rings. The menu features hearty breakfast options like the standout conductor's omelette, alongside signature sandwiches and delectable malts that are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Choo Choo Grill chugs out a lot from a small space. Two booths and about a dozen stools at the counter. The hamburgers did not disappoint. Very juicy and flavorful. Fries were fine as a side. Milkshake rich and creamy.

This is a cute little restaurant right on the train tracks. The inside is very small, but there were open seats at the bar. I was in town for a conference and ordered a carryout for lunch. The owners made me feel very welcome and reminded me of going to a grandparents' house where they are just so happy you stopped by. I ordered the bacon cheddar melt and a chocolate peanut butter malt. Both were good, and I would go there again if I was in the area.

Awesome railroad and train themed hole in the wall. Authentic American food with kind staff. You feel like you walked into your grandparents kitchen. 10 bar seats and two booths. Will definitely be back.

One of my favorite breakfast spots in Grand Rapids! This place is small but mighty with great service, friendly staff and delicious food.

We absolutely LOVED the food and atmosphere of this little restaurant. Good people, delicious food, and the best atmosphere inside. Everything cooked right by you and hot and nice cold root beer and floats were just the perfect meal.

Hamburger restaurant
Breakfast restaurant
Mr. Burger is a long-standing local restaurant chain that has been serving the Grand Rapids area since 1967. With its quirky bow-tie-clad burger logo, it has become a beloved community treasure with multiple locations and plans for expansion. The restaurant offers a variety of comfort food options including burgers, platters, and breakfast items at affordable prices. Customers appreciate the cozy dining areas and friendly staff, as well as the convenience of a drive-thru option.
Like stepping back in time. I'd heard about the olive burger, but never had one, as this was my first time in West Michigan. It's simple, but I understand why it works. I got one as a meal with fries and slaw, and a slice of coconut cream pie. The food is served somewhat cafeteria-style. You grab a tray and move down a line. It's kind of impressive how they make the food quickly enough that it doesn't hold up the line. Desserts & such are already sliced up, sitting in a cold case. The pie was a tad too dense for me, but that's really my only complaint about the food. I loved the decor. I know it can be tempting to want to modernize, but people enjoy the novelty of spaces like this. It's oddly large, so there's no rush. The older gentleman next to me was finishing his breakfast and reading the paper. Never change, Mr. Burger! You've got something special going on.

This restaurant stays busy, which says alot about their food and service I love stopping here for lunch because the taste is classic The tuna melt was so good, I can tell the tuna is a different recipe than when I first had it - awesome job on enhancing the flavor! The fries are always cooked fresh - they make everything made to order here A must-stop if you're looking for a classic diner experience The photos in this post are from last year, my sandwich didn't last long enough yesterday for an update

Classic Diner Vibes with Friendly Service! Stopped by Mr. Burger on Lake Michigan Drive NW in Grand Rapids. Loved the nostalgic 50-year retro diner ambiance. Service was prompt and friendly, and the seating area was neat and clean. Opted for the Mr. Burger Combo; the burger was tasty though the fries could've used some salt. Presentation on a platter would've added to the retro feel. Nonetheless, it's a good spot worth visiting. Recommended!
Alfons M — Google review
They got breakfast all day! The prices are a bargain. They do the basics really well. You come to Mr. Burger not because you want the best meal of your life, but because you're hungry and want something decent that won't break the bank. They deliver that experience every time without fail.
Drew L — Google review
Definitely a great place to eat. They have a wide variety on their menu but their Mr. Burger 🍔 is the best. Their breakfast is also very tasty. They have a nice dinning area that is like most old school dinners but is a pleasant atmosphere and kept clean. The drive thru can get backed up but it's worth the wait for sure.

I would never pass up a chance to go here. The burgers are amazing and the fries are perfect. The coleslaw is best I done ever had. Every time I go there I leave extremely satisfied.

The cafe offers unique outdoor dining experiences with four individual greenhouses that can each accommodate four people. These cozy spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, providing a charming atmosphere for breakfast and brunch options.
We’re crazy for this place! Excellent latte and coffee, amazing baked goods, and such yummy breakfast items. We shared the asparagus toast one morning, and wow! So good. We’ll be back one day.

Field & Fire Cafe is a cool little spot just outside of downtown Grand Rapids. They’ve got a solid menu with great options for both breakfast and lunch, and the food was really good. It wasn’t too busy even on a weekend, which made for a relaxed and enjoyable experience. They also serve coffee and have a nice selection of desserts if you’re just looking for a quick treat. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and want something a bit more low-key with quality food.
Nick D — Google review
My friend recommended this place and it lived up to her praise! Went here to get breakfast before hitting the road. I got a biscuit sandwich (much smaller than anticipated and different kind of biscuit than I was expecting coming from the South, but it was good!). What blew me away were their pastries!! SO good. Definitely worth a visit.

Came in to get some work done over lunch and was delighted with the quality of service, food, and the noise levels in the cafe. I got the falafel sandwich, which was delicious and the perfect portion size for lunch. My girlfriend got the vegan skillet and had a little left over, although she thoroughly enjoyed it. Their wifi was great, even with plenty of other patrons being on their computers as well. The whole ambiance was clean and welcoming. I suggest trying their seasonal mango lemonade, it was tart and refreshing.

Absolutely Spectacular! As a foodie raised in Northern California, I have a deep appreciation for menus built around fresh, locally sourced ingredients—and the new lineup at Field & Fire has quickly become my latest obsession. The standout for me? The chicken and wild rice soup—a broth bursting with flavor, crisp vegetables, and a delicate herb infusion. I loved it so much I bought a quart to take home! Now, I find myself stopping by weekly just to see what new creations are coming out of the kitchen (pro tip: get there early—when the corn soup dropped, it sold out in a flash, and I’m still chasing it!). Hats off to the chef and the entire team for bringing bold, inventive flavors to the table. Field & Fire is raising the bar—and I can’t wait to taste what’s next.

Walked into this nearly full Cafe this morning. First time there and could tell many seemed like regulars. A good sign for someone in town visiting. Bagel Beanery is a popular bakery and coffee shop chain known for its freshly made bagels, espresso drinks, and casual cafe food. The cafe offers a variety of breakfast options such as signature breakfast bagel sandwiches and lunch items including homemade soups and gourmet sandwiches. While the service may vary at different locations, the quality of the food remains consistent.
Staff was courteous, professional, attentive and prompt. The Americano coffee purchased was excellent due in part to the dark roast of the beans. It is great to taste and see a good dark roast, as espresso should be. Too many coffee shops opt for a more blond roast. We are on our 5th espresso machine at home and know a good cup when we taste it.

I've visited twice recently and had a mixed experience. The staff is friendly, but there have been a couple of mix-ups with my orders. Yesterday, I received a sandwich with pork instead of the turkey I requested, and today, my sandwiches were not toasted as asked. Additionally, I found paper in my sandwiches, which raised concerns about sanitation. While I appreciate the convenience of grabbing a quick bite, the quality and attention to detail seem to be lacking, considering the price. I believe there's great potential here, and I hope to see improvements in future visits. UPDATE: I reached out to Bagel Beanery and spoke with the General Manager, Bri/Bree. I was pleased with the prompt and courteous response. A refund was issued immediately, and I was offered a certificate for my next visit to make up for the inconvenience. I appreciate the management's willingness to address the concerns and their gesture of goodwill. This response has restored my confidence in their customer service, and I look forward to giving them another try.

Bagel Beanery is my go-to spot for the freshest, most delicious bagels in Grand Rapids. 🥯 The variety of bagels and cream cheeses is fantastic, and their coffee is always brewed to perfection. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff is always so friendly and quick with service, even when they're busy. It’s the best way to start the day. A definite five stars and a must-visit for anyone looking for a high-quality bagel experience!

I was so excited when visiting Grand Rapids to see that this restaurant was very close to my hotel. I appreciate fresh baked goods like anyone and they have the best selection of bagels Ive seen. There are so many flavors to choose from and different cream cheese blends too. I was also very impressed with the menu, they had a wide range of options that would make anyone happy. Beinga vegetarian eater I was so happy to have options to choose from and it was all so good. Along with excellent coffee too. Thank you Bagel Beanery!

2 bagels 2 coffees 15 bucks. Self-serve. No honey out for the coffee. Seating is usually available because parking is not. :) Bagel Beanery...meh...it gets the job done. Imagine it exists due to its proximity to the hospitals.
Thomas H — Google review
Everything here was delicious, and I loved that it had a drive thru. I will say that if you have a larger car (bigger than a compact suv) I wouldn’t recommend going through the drive thru. You might get stuck. Parking and going in is still way worth it. It’s hard to find bagels this good anywhere else.
Mikayla H — Google review
Visiting the area and we tried another Bagel Beanery location a few days ago (Breton Rd SE) and they set the bar super high. Came to this location and found not all locations are created equal 🥴 The food was still great - the deficiencies were in the service and the establishment. Be prepared to wait for your order. The drive through stayed busy and seemed to take precedence over those ordering inside. Factor that in when deciding if you are going to go in or drive through. It isn't super quick, but the food will be fresh. Also the dining area had a weird smell to it that's off-putting.

Kaffeine is a charming cafe with delicious food and excellent coffee. They have greata variety of items on their menu including breakfast dishes, sandwiches, and Americanized Korean food. The cafe is nicely decorated with light streaming in from the windows, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for visitors to enjoy. The staff is always friendly and welcoming which makes it easy to get work done or meet friends for lunch.
Kaffeine is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is so fun and vibrant, with great decor that adds to the experience. The staff was incredibly nice, making the visit even better. While it did take a bit for the food to come out, it was well worth the wait. The food was absolutely amazing—so flavorful and perfectly cooked. It was provided to me during a meeting a few weeks ago, and it stayed on my mind ever since! Let me tell you, it didn’t disappoint the second time around! If you’re craving incredible Korean food, this is the spot to check out. Highly recommend! Note, parking is located behind the building. Use the back entrance, go up the stairs, and it’s the door to the left. The door wasn’t clearly marked, so I wasn’t sure whether or not I was in the right place.

Just had the most amazing ramen experience! The broth was incredibly tasty, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. Every ingredient tasted super fresh, and the overall flavor was just outstanding. Plus, the indoor seating was really comfortable and added to the whole enjoyable vibe. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're a ramen lover!
Subash D — Google review
I rarely write reviews, but this gem deserves recognition for its friendly attentive staff, lightening fast service and high quality ingredients. I’m lucky to have stumbled across Kaffeine while visiting from Ann Arbor. The avocado toast was generously portioned, with red pepper flakes adding something new to the brunch staple on freshly baked bread, featuring a perfect crunch along the crust. The food was presented nicely even in a to go box. Kaffeine has a low-key vibe with great natural light and parking in front, a few feet from the door. The decor has a clean modern feel with concrete floors, open floor plan and patterned tile along the bar and half wall separating the kitchen area, while sharing it’s delicious smells. I removed a star for food because the taro bubble tea was lack luster and disappointing, and while I loved my spicy brunch, the avocado toast felt a bit too spicy for most. If you’re local and haven’t been to Kaffeine yet, you’ve been missing out. I anticipate visiting every time I’m in the area. - For any fellow Ann Arbor-ites, the quality of the avocado toast and staff were on par with Zingerman’s deli in Kerry town. Kaffeine shares the same high standards and quality service that is so rare today. Thank you Kaffeine! I look forward to returning soon.

I had lunch and worked here for a bit on a business trip! The hot stone bibimbap lunch special was perfect, fresh, and only $15! I also got a matcha latte with marshmallow flavoring (per recommendation by the barista) which was sooo good. The staff was really friendly :) The wifi is fast, there’s a lot of seating options, and the vibes were cozy and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Best ramen in the city! I tried the spicy chicken ramen, the heat was perfect and the noodles were well-cooked and flavored. I wasn’t sure about the cheese at first but it blended well with all the other flavors and textures. I also had the vegetable mandu as an appetizer which were also delicious. The service was amazing and it was very comfortable and cozy inside with different seating arrangements. I would definitely recommend this spot to anybody wanting great food, service and dine-in experience.
Kylia — Google review
Unique food options for a cafe with good coffee and a nice modern vibe. I enjoyed the ambiance and the high tables right next to the window which run most of the length of the restaurant. The spicy chicken sandwich was of good size. The sauce was sufficiently spicy without being overwhelming and has a deep chili flavor that melded beautifully with the chicken. The chicken had this nice tender fattiness about it and the egg was a nice touch. The greens cut that richness and the bread was nice and soft. It was very tasty and filling. My wife enjoyed her avocado toast, pretty standard. I will say, It is on the pricey side but enjoyed this place overall

Anna's House - Plainfield Avenue is a charming cafe that offers a delightful breakfast and lunch experience with carefully sourced ingredients. The restaurant prides itself on using fresh, local, and all-natural ingredients in its menu items. The inviting atmosphere features cozy lighting and a comforting blue and green color scheme, reminiscent of a family meal at home. With classic 1950s American decor, the restaurant offers inventive recipes alongside well-known favorites.
Everything on the menu looked so good. My wife and I decided on the chipotle southwest bowl and the twilight French toast. Both were great! Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu. Waitress was very kind and attentive. Place was very busy, but still quick to seat us and overall service was fast too. Only downside is it feels a little crowded when it’s busy and sitting by the door during the winter can be cold with the door opening a lot.
Hondo A — Google review
Good burger. Great fries. - Anna’s Burger - $15.25: Cheesy! Lots of cheese! The American and Swiss cheeses were good and almost look like an egg on the burger. The two burger patties were cooked to medium or medium-well and very juicy good! The lettuce was crisp and fresh, but huge and difficult to eat the way it was topped. The onions and tomato were delicious and complimented well. It was a bit sloppy to eat (maybe a bit too much burger sauce?). The bun complimented well. Overall, it was delicious. - Fries (free with the burger): Some of the best fries I’ve had. Everything was well balanced. The battered fries are medium cut, seasoned and cooked perfectly. They seemed a bit on the dark side, but the flavor was not impacted at all. - Gourmet Hot Chocolate - $4.75: Standard. Settled towards the end. Good whipped topping. Nice cup. - Service: Amazingly great but slightly delayed. He was very helpful and super kind. The burger came out VERY quickly after we ordered it, but it did take a minute to have our order taken and to get our bill (we were in a little bit of a hurry, though). It was a busy time. - Atmosphere: Very bright colors and really cheerful. It is a mix between 50’s diner and grandma’s house. There were booths, tables with chairs, and even a breakfast bar. It was clean, organized, and well thought out. - Conclusion: I’d recommend their burger and HIGHLY recommend their fries. Visited on a Saturday at 2pm.

So I been passing these restaurants for a while and wondering about them. My friends swear by their food and eat here regularly so while picking up some takeout for them I decided to call myself in an order of the twilight French toast and OMG it is heaven! Why have I not tried this sooner! The portions are huge with over 40 blueberries and dozens of strawberries topping my French toast! I literally ate one slice and was stuffed but I’m not complaining because this is going to be my lunch and snack today too! You must must try this place worth the wait!

Do NOT order take out from this place. Not only was my order wrong but because I ordered through UberEats, there was zero refund and zero help. Additionally the presentation is just gross- egg juice all over, soggy English muffin. Now I have no breakfast and I'm out the funds as well. Craptastic start to my day

Worth it! It's hard to tell what you get when you eat at a restaurant that's a chain or has multiple locations, this specific location was worth it. My family and I came here with a large party, even though it was already very busy we were treated with the same courtesy that a small table was. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My son has a nut allergy, when I mentioned it they were very understanding, letting me know that it was cooked separately. I had an omelet with sausage gravy. It was delicious and LARGE, I had two more meals out of it. All in all I would come back to this Anna's house and eat again! Give it a try!

Arrived at about 8:30 on a Saturday evening. 2 staff sitting in an empty restaurant. 7 dirty tables needing clearing. Sat us quickly. Another couple came in and the Waitress needed to clean the table they wanted. We ordered after them. Took close to 20 minutes for our food. My coffee was barely warm. My waffle was not warm as the butter never melted. Bacon was barely warm. Husband ordered the spicy poblano eggs Benedict and received it omelet style. Waitress had placed the order incorrectly. Waited about 10 minutes for the replacement which was STILL wrong. Avocado and bacon eggs Benedict. His side of toast consisted of one nicely toasted piece and one piece of warm bread. Waitress acted as if we blamed her for the toast. Instantly said she didn't make the toast whi h we replied we were not blaming her. The entire time those 7 tables were never cleaned until we were getting to leave which was about an hour and 30 minutes later. Asked for a supervisor and was immediately told there wasn't one on the premises.

Came here after picking my husband up at the airport. Asked for hot chocolate...see photo for what was brought to us. Took over 15 mins to take our food order after 3 other tables that came in after us. Asked for over medium eggs...they came hard boiled they were so over cooked. I do not recommend this location.
Riley B — Google review
I ordered the steak and eggs. The steak was welled done and tough. It also had some sweet sauce on it as opposed to be seasoned, the waitress apologized stated it didn’t look right and gave me a menu to order something else. I then got the breakfast sampler with scrambled eggs and cheese. Everything but the eggs was just ok. There was more cheese than eggs. Not coming back and wouldn’t recommend it. I know it’s a chain but they clearly need a new chef who can cook and season food properly.

Food was ok. Female Server was the best thing about our dining experience. Restrooms were disgusting, filthy gross garbage on the floor, and overflowing in bins...crazy since the restaurant was empty when we arrived and remained pretty empty during our visit. Coffee pot was filthy. I will never return again. Looks like watered down Tabasco..I know something is wrong with it anyway because I use it at home, and it does not look like that!

One of the best places to eat in GR. Always tasty food and I haven't had a bad server yet. It's been a few years between visits and the quality is still top-notch. I like the food here. I will say I had better service the first time I came here with family, the second time I didn't receive water refills and only saw my server twice - to order and to pay. I don't know if it's because I'm younger so they assume I won't tip or what but it was a bit frustrating. Anyway I like the food so it's worth going I'd say.

Excellent Monster Omelette. I loved it. My dad ate every bit of his French toast but he was disappointed that it was not thick bread. Loved the bright atmosphere and excellent service. I used to really love this place. I am a sucker for well executed breakfast food. A few years ago, when ownership changed, it went down hill and I stopped visiting. Figured today was the day to try again. It wasn’t super busy, I think we had a five minute wait. Despite that: 1) probably at table for 10 minutes before a server came. 2) ordered two coffees and 2 waters. Almost 10 minutes for them to come. 3) ordered two meals. a) Scrambled eggs soft with bacon and a cinnamon pancake. b) a breaksat quesadilla. 4) First meal came to the table was dropped off, 5 to 7 minutes before second meal came. Bummer. 5) Scrambled eggs were cooked to very hard, large, curds(not soft as ordered). Bacon was really thin. Cinnamon pancake was lacking any flavor. The frosting was clearly just a thin mix of water and powdered sugar, and nothing else. 6) The waitress took a very long time to come back with check. Had to find a host and ask to track her down so we could pay.

This was one of my favorite places. Over the last 5 months, food quality has dropped. Monster omelet was a go to for me. Last few times it is so salty and greasy. Not to forget the cinnamon roll. They were top notch. Now dry and like bread. Sad. I am online looking for a new go to. Wish they didn't cut quality for quantity.

The food was amazing and really good. It was a bit overpriced. It looks like the old time cafe. Has a nostalgic feel. Lots of older people. The restaurant serves breakfast and bakery goods like cinnamon rolls and cakes. It's a great place for smaller groups and family. It is in a parking lot of a strip mall but stays busy. I would definitely recommend it for a breakfast and brunch. There only open for breakfast and brunch but worth it

Had a nice experience dining here. Banana loaf bread with house butter was a nice starter. Nice kids menu. Would recommend for a budget meal. They serve drinks in a traditional glass jar and kids get a plastic glass with straw. Even though she was busy, the server stopped by couple of times asking if the meal was good and we needed something.

I have not been to a Bob Evans in years. While waiting to have our car fixed, my husband and I went to the Bob Evans in Cascade, MI. What a treat! The food was good, but the star of the day was our server, Vanessa. She was incredible! She anticipated our needs before we needed to ask for anything. She provided extra napkins and anything else that might be considered an extra to make our experience very enjoyable. She was personable and spot on with her service. If you want a steller server, go to Bob Evans on 28th St in Cascade, MI and ask for Vanessa. Thanks for a great experience Vanessa!! We will definitely be back.

We ordered a family meal last week to serve our guests - it was fantastic! Thank you Logan (the chef who prepared our meal. The order process was simple and the delivery was right on time. I highly recommend the Lemon Chicken with two sides and a dozen rolls. We will definately order from this restaurant again.

The food was well priced for what it was. It was inexpensive and not good. The wait staff was friendly, but I had to pay at the counter and the attendant couldn't be bothered to interrupt her discussion with a coworker to help me.

Black Water Siren was a great choice! Loved the food! Fish Rueben is delicious! Regular fish sandwich was great with beans and rice. Juan was our server and he was very knowledgeable and very helpful describing all of the meal choices. He was very attentive throughout our time there. Clam chowder was delicious! I don’t know why this says Bob Evans above…it is The Black Water Siren Restaurant!

Russ' Restaurant is a local chain that offers familiar breakfast, lunch, and dinner options in a welcoming and family-friendly environment. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service is top-notch. The menu features dishes like chicken tenders with flavorful dipping sauces and delectable desserts such as hot caramel apple pie with whipped cream and chopped pecans. While some visitors found the experience to be just okay, others praised the excellent chicken dishes but noted inconsistent service.
What a great and well-kept restaurant! Food was excellent! Just like any of the other Russ's I've visited. It's really obvious this family business is handled with care and dedication to high standards!

It's your hometown, around the corner, down the street place. This is comfort food that doesn't surprise you. It's exactly what it claims to be without any pretense. Don't come here trying to make it anything more than that! And I visit about once or twice a month to just sit, relax, and eat in peace. Try the fish and chips. It's all you can on Wednesday.

We all meet about once a month here to enjoy breakfast and chit-chat. Everyone is always happy with their breakfast. Plus, you get a little container of strawberry jelly with the toast, and it is quite good. Our waitress, Barb, is great! We like to sit in her section. All in all, not a fancy place, but it is nice and everyone seems to enjoy their coffee.

We decended on this restaurant(6444 Division Ave location) w 17 senior adults. We had just visited the Gerald Ford Presidential Library. I had let Ryan, the General Manager, know of our arrival a week prior so he could b staffed/ready for us. Sacha was our waitress. She handled us w aplomb! She had a systom for orders. We all got served almost all at once! She was awesome! I hope our tips reflected that back to her!! Everyone loved their food. A few had their sl8m jim, i had the fish & chips, husband had their bacon burger 1/2 lb of meat. He didn't tell them well done & it came w pink in the middle .. this will NOT prevent us from coming back when we r next in the area. We also loved their fries, kettle chips & 1 had their sweet potato fries, she said those too were good.

The Blue burger was delicious! I love that they cook the burger the way you want it, most restaurants won't. Their onion rings are my favorite out of any restaurants. The fried pickles were horrible! Literally no pickles, and the sliver of pickles that were in them were fried to nothing. The service was fantastic!

Tried out a new restaurant for breakfast today. Convenient location, lots of parking. They were very busy when we arrived, and we had to wait about 10-15 minutes for a seat. We were waited on quickly, coffee and water served , order was taken fast. We ordered the French toast and a western omelette. I would say that both were just so so. And they got the order wrong, hashbrowns instead of the American fries that I ordered. Coffee was very good. Servings were on the average size, but the price was good. Lots of people were there, so it seems many people like the food here. We probably wouldn’t go back.

Russ’ is an old-school restaurant. It feels like you walk into the 1970s. Great service. Fresh baked goods available for takeout. I find this restaurant charming, and the staff is super friendly. The food is good, but definitely on the greasy side. If you’ve never been to Russ’, you should check it out at least once!

Very good! Had the grilled chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. Kiddos had an array of kid items, kids cheese burger, kids hotdog, and kids mac n' cheese all with fries. Everyone enjoyed their food, which is hard in itself. The total wait time for a 6 top was 30 minutes, but it was busy when we arrived, and they sat us down immediately.

I've been coming to Russ' for several years while visiting my son in Michigan, I ordered the 3 piece chicken dinner and asked if I can get all dark meat. What I received was a thigh and 2 wings which are white meat when I asked the server Reilly she said they do the best we can, that was not what I was told or I would have ordered something else. I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get a leg instead of replacing all 3 pieces. Then I ordered the apple dumpling I was asked if I wanted it warm I said yes, it wasn't.

This is the cleanest restaurant I've ever been in. While in Grand Rapids I had to enjoy a breakfast stop, and I chose Russ' Restaurant for that meal. Parking was a Plenty. Once inside I was amazed at how clean this place is! The waitress Terri was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We placed our order, and waited for about 20 minutes for our food order. Coffee was topped off more than once during the wait for food. Food came out and everything looked great. I had the Eggs Benedict and found the food to be delicious. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meals. I would highly recommend you visit this establishment. I cannot imagine anyone would be unhappy. Food: 5 Stars Employees: 5 Stars Cleanliness: 5 Stars

RUSS'S CELEBRATING 90 YEARS OF DURTY TABELS AND FLOORS. 5 years ago we went to one of these Russ's restaurants it was so filthy we stood up and left without ordering any food. We decided to give this location a try tonight and found that things are unchanged changed and it must be the Russ's tradition to not clear the tables. You can see by the photos the tables were never cleaned the entire time we were there. The wait staff was more interested in picking their tips up then clearing the tables. There were plenty of staff who came out of the back room and turned around and went back in. The food was mediocre at best. Au Gratin potatoes were boxed potatoes cooked on a stove top with very little sauce. It would have been nice to be served the salad before the meal. And my chicken breast was almost as dry as the pages of Hermione Granger's textbooks. I spoke with the manager on duty Sydney who showed very little concern for the way the restaurant looked but did thank me for leaving this Google review I hope you all find this one informative. Finally, Jesus said not to prostolize in the city square. The owners did not get the message. The amount of religion all over the place was disturbing. We will not be back to another Russ's resturant and encourage all of you to not go also.
Scott H — Google review
We went with a group of 8. They have booths with centers that can be removed to make this easier than pulling tables together. Our food was good. Russ' is known for more homestyle dinners. You can find meatloaf and reuben sandwiches. And few restaurants will offer squash and mixed rice as sides. Service was a little slow even for a larger group. About 40 minutes from ordering to being served. Drinks ran dry before food came.

The coffee was passing, but they never let my cup get down to half full. Service wasn't overly friendly, but was very efficient. 70s rock for background music was loud enough to be heard, but didn't overpower conversation.

On 3 different occasions I have ordered the burger and asked for it to be WELL done, absolutely no pink. And every single time it’s pink. Called to complain and was told to bring the food back up or receipt. Which is fine, but after working all night and living in the other side of town, of course I’m not going to drive all the way back over there to have it replaced. But wasn’t given the option to have my food replaced on a different day. Extremely unhappy.

It's a greasy spoon! The greasiest of spoons! And no, Google AI prompt trying to help me write this, in not going to go more into the "greasy aspect". Humans know what that means And it's not necessarily a bad thing. And it's fine here. E were here for poutine week. A very cool thing the restaurants on Michigan St do during art prize to lure the many art weary people over to the East a little bit. This poutine was ok! But they had run out of the regular brown gravy and used turkey gravy- they asked if that was ok. It helped us get our T-shirt but alas we shall never know how good it could have been. They are open 24 hours in case you have a grease-less spoon.

Denny's is a popular casual restaurant chain that serves traditional American comfort food, including breakfast dishes that are available all day. Although there were some mistakes with the orders, the staff made up for it by providing extra food to accommodate for the errors. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, which seems to be a common occurrence these days. However, the attentive and friendly staff went above and beyond to make customers feel welcome.
A Quiet Night at Denny’s The parking lot was covered in a thick layer of snow, tire tracks barely visible in the dim glow of the streetlights. The roads had been icy for miles, and after days of driving, I needed a break—somewhere warm, somewhere familiar. The bright yellow Denny’s sign stood out against the cold night like a beacon, promising exactly what I needed: hot coffee, good food, and a moment to breathe. Inside, the restaurant was almost empty. No truckers hunched over their coffee, no late-night chatter filling the air. Just the hum of the heater and the soft clatter of dishes from the kitchen. A waitress— a young kid in her twenties but with an old soul, and with a kind face—greeted me with a smile. “Find a seat, sweetheart,” she said, her voice warm and familiar, like something out of an old movie. I slid into a booth by the window, watching the snow swirl under the streetlights. She set a steaming cup of coffee in front of me. “You look like you’ve been on the road a while,” she said. “You could say that.” I wrapped my hands around the cup, letting the warmth sink in. Ordering was easy. Eggs over easy, bacon, sausage, pancakes, hash browns. The kind of meal that fills you up and reminds you that life isn’t just about moving from one place to the next. The food arrived quickly, and it was exactly what I expected in the best way possible. The eggs were perfectly runny, the bacon crisp, the sausage savory and rich. The pancakes were light and golden, soaking up just the right amount of syrup. The hash browns had that perfect balance—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. It was classic Denny’s, the kind of meal you can count on no matter where you are. The waitress checked on me a couple of times, always with a warm smile, always calling me “sweetheart.” It wasn’t forced, just genuine kindness, the kind you don’t always find on the road. I couldn’t figure out why the place was so empty. Maybe the weather had kept people in, or maybe it was just one of those quiet nights. Either way, I didn’t mind. For a little while, it felt like the world had slowed down, like I had found a small pocket of warmth in the middle of all the cold and distance. By the time I stepped back into the night, the snow was still falling, the roads still slick with ice. But I felt better—full, rested, and ready to keep going.

Server was a bit rude, like it was an inconvenience we were there. It wasn't busy so, I'm not sure what her issue was... maybe having a bad day but, still, she could have been more pleasant. We ordered breakfast (omelettes) and asked for our hash browns to be crispy throughout and they came with a slight browning and all raw potatoes inside, as for the toast, well it was soggy with so much butter 🤮, even using the napkin to soak it up, when you took a bite, it was like taking a bite off a stick of soft butter. We have eaten at many different Denny's and the food & service were great but I would not go back to this one.
Karen D — Google review
When you walk in smells like old mop water , how ever late night we was hungry we came in sat down there was one other table here beside us we all ordered our food. The waitress made a mistake and instead of ordering what I wanted, she ordered the wrong sandwich so she had to send in the sandwich to get re-cooked when they brought the food back out. Everyone at my table was done eating And ready to go so I asked for the manager. (Nina )I asked the manager if she is willing to take the food off the bill because everyone is ready to go and I waited for 15 minutes. Do to they mistakes . She said no took the food and took it off the bill . Long story short, a good manager would’ve been like hey I apologize it was a common mistake but for your troubles and having to wait 15 minutes watch everybody eat while you were just sitting there I will just take this off the bill and you have the food . But that’s what a good manager would do. I strongly suggest corporate to put in a new manager at this location cause a good manager can turn your place into an amazing establishment or a mop water smelling no one here establishment

Scorpion Hearts Club, formerly known as Sparrows, is a charming cafe located in a historic building on Wealthy Street. This cozy spot offers fair trade coffee, tea, and locally baked goods in a casual and welcoming setting. The cafe hosts various events such as vinyl nights, poetry readings, and creative workshops. While the service may not always be super fast, the delicious drinks are worth the wait.
I stopped by Scorpions Heart Club yesterday — it is an awesome space and I had a wonderful experience. It’s hard to sum up in a review: in short, this is a warm and comfortable space packed with art, cool goods for sale, and affirming (and often times hilarious) posts and sayings. My barista offered and served up an awesome drink selection based on my tastes. It was quiet and peaceful. Everyone in the cafe was relaxed and welcomed. I’ll be back soon!

When I first patronized this “Panera” they gave generous portions. Now two times in a row they only fill the bottom of the bowl. Save your money and make a soup or salad with a sandwich at home. I’m about to pass on Panera permanently.
R D — Google review
Placed an order of 2 types of sandwiches for a party 3 days in advance, so they are aware of the order and sufficient staffing can be provided to make 16 sandwiches. On the day of the order pick up, I received a message that the other is running late. Once the order was ready for a pickup, none of the sandwiches were labeled! When asked for labeling, the work was done reluctantly and in a sloppy manner: a third of the sandwiches were left unlabeled, and half of the labeled ones the content didn't match the label! Very unprofessional place, would not recommend. The food was edible but not more than that
Julia S — Google review
This is an "okay" Panera Bread, which meets generic company standards but lacks in being exceptional. The staff seemed bored and were thinking of a thousand other places they'd rather be. Nothing rude, but no smiles, no genuine interest in making sure you have an excellent experience. Very dull and lack-luster. The food lives up to Panera standards, but is grossly over-priced, in my opinion. The atmosphere is very plain compared to most any other Panera. Again, not bad, but certainly not exceptional. This location seems to attract a large crowd and is capable of handling parking and dining spaces, so congrats to the planning team placing a restaurant where it is.

Ordered a toasted bagel and cream cheese. Told me they would not put the cream cheese on bagel and did not tell me price. Got to the window and was told price was $4. Which is way too expensive otherwise I would have not gotten it. The bagel was rock hard and cold when I received it. Not sure what’s happened to Panera with their quality and prices recently but I will not be returning.

I went through drive thru, I got a pop and half a sandwich. Came out to about 7 something which I thought was over priced. Until I saw the sandwich and remembered all the extras they do. I feel like the employee wasn't the happiest to be here. But overall wasn't the worst experience.

I ordered this Strawberry chicken salad 🥗 and I got it home and decided to worm the chicken up and it was stuck together so I added some olive oil to the pan and it turned into a mush and it didn't taste good on top of that the salad was wet and soft and I hadn't even added the salad dressing yet... I expected better from Panera the chicken was nothing like the chicken on my sandwich 🥪 very disappointed 😕

I was pretty unimpressed by this location. Facilities were clean, food was good, but the staff were pretty negligent. They all had their own AirPods in, so none of them heard me asking for silverware, they just kept working. As a minimum wage employee myself, I totally understand how it helps the shift go by a bit faster, but it’s still not the greatest look.

Ordered delivery from the app. Ordered two pick twos both customized. Neither where correct but the real kicker is they put a salad sideways in a small bag instead of using a bag with handles, then they didn’t put the lid on all the way so when the food was delivered we had a salad spilled all over on top of the soups and the baguettes. Tried to call manager seemed nice put me on hold and call was disconnected so I just called corporate to help.

Absolutely the worst customer experience the year. Manager on site was as unprofessional as they come. Referring to customers as " rude much" for simply asking for a utensil to eat my to go order with. Terrible sandwich. Yuck! Half the bread was empty, and the flavors didnt make sense. I paid a TON of money for a piece of bread. The guy who took my order was great!

There was a long black hair in my sandwich. I handled it politely and they remade it, an accident can happen. Then my boyfriend found another hair but in his salad!! At this point we were grossed out and disgusted. The cleanliness must not be good and no staff were wearing hairnets. We asked for a refund for both of our meals and were told that we would only be refunded for the items that had hair in it. Not both our meals. The manager was very rude with a threatening demeanor and was laughing at us being upset. DO NOT GO HERE! He wouldn’t even refund us the tip we gave before our food :(

I don’t know why I keep returning and spending money at this location. Without fail they make my order incorrectly. There’s nothing more frustrating than driving 25 minutes home from work, HUNGRY & ready to be blessed by a good Panera sandwich only to find your worst nightmare: tomatoes & mayo:(

The Red Geranium Cafe is an uncomplicated restaurant that serves traditional American cuisine for breakfast and lunch. They offer the option to customize your own omelets, which gives customers the freedom to create their desired combination of ingredients. The service at this establishment is exceptional, as the servers are helpful and provide recommendations when asked. One highly recommended dish is their country fried steak, which features a deliciously breaded coating and flavorful sausage gravy.
Prepare to be so full from this place. You will get so much delicious food at a value without sacrificing any flavor. I was very impressed with how quick the service was and how delicious the food was. I highly recommend the chicken fried steak as you get a huge heaping fried steak patty topped with hashbrowns and eggs your way and piping hot sausage gravy. I highly recommend this breakfast everyday, any day. 👍👍👍

I ordered the loaded Hash Browns w/French Toast via Door Dash, which was very good! The French Toast did taste old and dry (not fresh) and the English muffin that I ordered was not provided. I will definitely have to take time to go into the restaurant to check the atmosphere

This place is mediocre to say the least. I had the pig pile breakfast which had hardly any flavor and was dry. It needed more sausage gravy at least double the amount it had. Inside was way to loud to enjoy breakfast with anyone. Pancakes were tough to even cut let alone eat so my kid nor my wife ate theirs.

We were really excited to try this cafe for breakfast -but it didn’t go well for a few reasons. I got sick, my meal was NOT tasty (though my partner’s was), and the cost -$30 for two breakfasts with water (not including tip) was really expensive considering portion, quality, and breakfast costs. Although it initially felt like no one wanted to be the ones to seat us, staff were very friendly. We ordered the pig pile and country fried steak. The country fried steak was very good -cooked to perfection and flavored nicely. The pig pile tasted like there was rancid/cheap pork product in it, the eggs weren’t cooked as requested, and I got sick as I left the restaurant. The country fried steak was good -but we will probably not return because of the cost. On top of high menu costs, there was a 3% surcharge to cover the rising costs of food -I’m not sure why they didn’t just change menu prices, but it seemed to be a bit much on top of already inflated costs.

I have been going to this resturant for year's and never had an issue. The new owner made a rule with a waiting list where if your whole party isn't here you can't be sat down at all and everyone after you even if they just walk in are able to sit down if there whole party is here. I only had two people we were waiting and 5 people were sat before us and they refused to seat us until our party canceled our plans and we were down to two people and they sat us right away. There was a lady who was here before us and had been waiting on her plus 1 and they still refused to seat her until her plus 1 showed up. Dont go to this resturant if theres a wait go to the Red Geranium on byron center ave. They never follow this rule and are happy to seat you ASAP. Update: this resturant is a joke now. There is now a 3% surcharge at the end of the bill for the resturant not the servers so you have to tip well and get fees from the resturant. The prices for the quality and quantity of the food is a joke now. You've made coming to breakfast a trivial thing instead of an enjoyable thing. At least update the menu if your going to ask for these prices. I feel bad for every server that loves working here. UPDATE; 9$ For this? 9?? This doesn't even come with coffee. How is anyone suppose to feel good about a 10$ of a wet mess. At least most resturants come with coffee with this kind of meal. I remember when the basics was 3.49 and was good. Now it taste like butter mash with egg flavor. Don't come to this breakfast spot unless you just want a coffee, the only thing their still good at. These poor servers loving their job working for such poor quality food. Where's the flavor wheres the personality this place use to have. It's just sad.

Panera Bread is a popular bakery/cafe chain that offers a range of sandwiches, salads, and other food items. It is known for its delicious bread and complimentary WiFi service. The staff is efficient and courteous, although there might be a wait during peak lunch hours. To save time, it is advisable to order online and pick up the food. The atmosphere in the cafe is inviting and cozy, but it can get busy in the central area where customers gather to collect their orders.
This is a really big Panera nestled between two buildings in downtown Grand Rapids. There's no parking so you have to walk to get there. It's my first time at a Panera. We ordered Broccoli Cheddar soup in a bowl and in a bread bowl with chips and a baguette. The baguette was hard but the soup was amazing. It's a beautiful location.

I used to love Panera but the portions and quality is definitely NOT worth the price anymore. I ordered a cup of macaroni and thats literally what I got plus a drink for $13.00. A box of bacon mac and cheese would have been a better choice. Which I'm sure what I ordered was straight out of a bag and microwaved. I can't justify paying $13 for this. Homemade from scratch that a chef took time to prepare maybe, but not this...they have lost a customer. No coming back from this and no loss to me!!!!

Come on now y'all.....I have y'all a second chance to redeem y'all selves. The BLT I ordered a few weeks back, had two half strips of bacon. I was eating a bread and tomatoes sandwich. Today I come for a grilled cheese with absolutely NO crisp to the bread at all. I'm just eating goo. Y'all a sandwich company..... Imma ask y'all to do better frfr cuz I rarely eat out and when I do, this type of disappointment reminds me why I don't waste my money and it also upsets me because I only eat out when I'm extremely hungry!!

The chipotle, chicken, avocado melt, has been my favorite sandwich for years. However they changed the recipe. And dose not use Gouda any more. Now they use white cheddar. This sandwich went from being a 5 star to a 1-2 star. They also don’t put as much chicken on it or avocado on it anymore. Also I don’t think they use the Pepper do peppers either any more. Really disappointed guys!

Not the most convenient location and the guy waiting on me was rushed to get get me to order since I couldn't remember my rewards number. He just had to wait until I figured it out. Too bad. No validation for parking so I won't go out of my way to park here and pay for it just to give them more business. The hot chocolate was watered down. The pecan roll was cold and they didn't bother to ask if I wanted it heated. Overall, an unfriendly ND worthless Panera Bread.

Highly suggest ordering online - makes checking out easy and quick plus the extra customization of freebies. Only draw back is that sometimes the lunch rush can can overwhelm the kitchen.

Baguette was flat. Clearly a sign of over proofing the bread. Service lacked due to it being understaffed. Like where is the designated cashier. I waited 10 minutes before I realized you put a kiosk in. And the ai on the kiosk straight up deadnamed me and just added to the bad experience. Like by using that name I felt like you guys are collecting more information than just a payment. Atmosphere sucked it was dark, unsettling, spooky quiet. Like are you a restaurant or did you give up and become a crappy fastfood chain like Olga’s?

Definitely not the place to get a breakfast sandwich! We were in the building with nothing to do and decided to get breakfast. My husband ordered the ham, egg, and cheese sandwich and I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich and we ordered a drink with it. It came to over $11 and it was a waste of money in our opinion. The sandwiches had a very thin layer of meat on them and there was literally no taste. Not only was the meal overpriced but it definitely did not satisfy our appetite. The location was clean and the service was good but I think the food is definitely overpriced. I did post a picture of some of the menu also.

Clean and efficient chain restaurant. Staff is friendly and the dining areas are well-maintained. The "You Pick Two" menu is still, in my opinion, the best value item if you want to try a wider variety of soups and sandwiches. The restaurant is overall handicapped accessible with ramps from the parking lot, and open spaces for dining indoors. Doors are always an issue, and these still need to be manually opened.

Russ' Restaurant is a local eatery that offers a wide range of familiar dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a setting that welcomes families. The waitstaff provides excellent service, being attentive and helpful. The food arrives quickly and is delectable. Many patrons highly recommend the hot turkey sandwich, while the mozzarella burger is cooked to perfection. However, the true highlight of Russ' lies in their desserts.
We had a very enjoyable breakfast at Russ’s restaurant on Alpine today, nice size servings, and very reasonably priced. Service was exceptionally good , waitress checked in on us several times. There were lots of additional food items that could be purchased, we didn’t purchase anything because we were out shopping, but the next time in I’m going to try the cinnamon rolls as they looked very tasty.

This is a very quiet diner. Comfy and relaxing. Our food was cold however. I sent the soup back to get warmed up and the waitress forgot about it completely. The hot open face roast beef had way to much gravey which is hard to do considering what it is. The chicken fingers are minced so not our favorite. However I'm sure the pie is good. We just didn't want to get anything else.

Large and quite pretty inside. Every Russ' I've been to always has excellent food. Their omelets are usually the best over other restaurants. Today's wasn't quite as good, but it was still good. I ordered the meatloaf stacker when it came it was only warm I had to walk back up there to have it reheated the meatloaf texture was awful and it was so nasty red sauce that was sweet on the bread that made it have a bad taste. The waitress was nice but she brought our meals at different times which is normally not done so the whole party could eat at the same time after saying grace. Also I don't recall her coming back to see if food was okay. Also the room that we were in was a little chilly. This is my first time eating at any Russ's restaurants and I probably will not go back if they're all like this.

Ordered breakfast carry out as soon as they opened. It wasn’t the best. This is my second time here. The first was amazing. This one on the other hand not so much. My potatoes were over cooked so was my eggs. My pancake tasted like they just warmed it up in a microwave. Biscuit was so hard my boyfriend couldn’t break it in half. (You could tell it was a frozen biscuit that was microwaved to long) all and all it was a disappointment. If u want great breakfast I suggest taking the extra couple of minutes to drive to down the road to Westsider Cafe.

Unless you like eating food with a bug on your plate, I'd recommend avoiding this place. Plus, both the store manager was of no help in the matter, having ended the shift in the middle of this problem, and disappeared, and the soy boy district manager was more interested in his wittle feewings being hurt, and not being spoken to with the respect he apparently figured he deserved, meanwhile he showed us, the paying customers ZERO respect in this matter, and just completely played the whole matter down like it was nothing at all. Would he like eating food with a bug on his plate? I think not. We had been going to this location fir some time now. And, between them usually being out of soup, and now this with these unsanitary conditions, and a district manager who made it CRYSTAL CLEAR that he really couldn't care less, we won't be back ever again. Oh, and btw... they were originally only going to deduct $2.68 off the whole meal for this disgusting conditions dining experience. Eventually, they deducted the cost of the one meal on THAT specific plate only. And, even then, VERY begrudgingly, and belligerently. As a side note, this specific location has mysteriously closed with no prior forewarning twice now (that I know if). And, eventually reopened days later. My theory now is that perhaps it could be because of these unsanitary conditions they seem to have at that location. At any rate, ZERO stars, WITHOUT A DOUBT!

Simply walk in and you will see a restaurant that isn't being maintained.... Cracks in the tiles, ceiling tiles missing, and a general lack of care for the facilities... All booths had dirty dishes on them and there were only three customers. The new waitress was friendly. The manager seemed helpful. As I was seated, the staff was talking instead of cleaning, and the manager was blaming lack of help and new staff for the mess. I even heard an audible F bomb... Don't really want that when I'm taking my young daughter out for a quick bite. Food took 30 minutes+ and half of BOTH the entrees was missing. When asked, the server blamed new staff, and put in the order for part of the missing food. They had no broccoli, and said they didn't carry American fries. I agreed to corn and they put TWO KERNELS of corn on my plate. They also didn't bring my daughter her bacon. I seriously think the cook is trying to get fired, and the manager is doing nothing about it. Tried to pay for my meal and the credit card reader didn't work. I had no way to pay for the meal, and needed to LEAVE. After 5 minutes of back and forth they said I could go, reluctantly. I offered to come back and pay and they said they can't do that, because... Just because... I would have done it, but after all of this there's no way... It's really sad because I can remember going to this establishment 25 years ago and it was great. I have several fond memories, and this experience made me realize this restaurant isn't worth the land it's on. It's time to close the doors if this is what Denny's is about.

At first they offered a refund and the food so we waited and then they told us another 10 minutes later that they just cancelled it. We waited all of that time for nothing, staff was very rude and an incredibly disappointing experience, I will not be returning to this location again.

One of my go-to places to sit down and eat with my dad or a friend. Before I started exploring burgers in Grand Rapids, this was one of my go-to places to sit down and eat with family or friends. I still appreciate it and stop in occasionally. The people are usually awesome! So I originally ordered the Triple Juicy Burger for $14.49. However, they were completely out of hamburger patties and I had to order something else. They charged me for my original order which means I got what I later ordered (more expensive) for cheaper. This was meeting me in the middle. They reported their truck comes on Mondays and I visited on a Monday just before that. So if you want to take that into account, there you go. - Country-Fried Steak - $15.49: Ordered with the sausage gravy, hash browns, wheat toast, and over easy eggs. The country-fried steak was probably cooked from frozen since the order arrived very quickly, but it was actually fairly decent. It was soft in the middle and lightly crispy on the outside. The sausage gravy was standard but good. The toast was burned in one very small spot, but otherwise still plenty soft and buttered throughout the rest. The hash browns were also standard, soft with good crisping. The eggs were made as ordered and the yolks added a good flavor throughout when mixed in with the hash browns and steak. It would have been better to put the eggs on the hash browns than alongside. Compared to other places, it was actually fairly decent and better than average. The price tag is a bit higher, but I think it is mostly justified. They currently have a surcharge on eggs due to the extremely high price of eggs. I think they waved it for me since my order was not fulfilled to my original request (burger and fries). - Cheesy Hash Browns - $4.79: My friend ordered this and said it was… - Service: Helpful and positive. She was social, kind, and worked with us through the changes. Water was refilled when needed, but was filled with ice when asking for no ice. - Atmosphere: Generally kept up and in good shape. They have booths as well as tables and chairs. Some booth seats are across the table from chairs. It has some tones from the 70’s, but not overly done. - Conclusion: I’d still recommend it. Visited on a Monday 4:30-5:30pm.

Came in about 3am. Got seated immediately, food out fast. Ricky was our server and seemed nice enough. However half the fried items on our platter were burnt to a crisp, my pie crust had an obvious bleach taste to the crust. I also ordered a Diet Coke and received one but a Root Beer for my refill? I’d understand mixing up drinks if it was busy but there were 3 other people in the restaurant. Guess it’s my fault for coming in at 3 😭

Rowster Coffee Wealthy is a well-established coffee shop and roastery with three locations in the city, including its flagship shop on Wealthy Street. The cafe offers a wide variety of ethically sourced beans from countries like Burundi and Guatemala, which are roasted on-site. The stylish decor features warm wood accents and large storefront windows that provide great views of the bustling neighborhood.
Rowster Coffee is one of my favorite cafes in Grand Rapids. They have a pour over manual brew which is a sign of a great coffee spot! Their lattes are not overly sweetened and very well executed. They have a great atmosphere with a friendly helpful staff. I would highly recommend Rowster Coffee and will definitely be back.

Kirt S — Google review
As someone with barista training who appreciated the nuanced craft of coffee making, I’m disappointed to share that Rowster’s has fallen far from its original standards. This used to be my go-to spot when they first opened, back when they were roasting beans in-house and clearly took pride in their craft. The drip coffee I ordered tasted distinctly burnt, suggesting their brewing equipment is overdue for maintenance or calibration. When you’ve worked behind an espresso machine, you recognize these telltale signs of neglected equipment - it’s not just about the beans, but how they’re being extracted. Speaking of extraction, the espresso I observed being served lacked the rich, golden crema that indicates proper brewing pressure and fresh beans. Good crema should be thick enough to support sugar for a few seconds and have that beautiful tiger-stripe pattern when milk is poured. Instead, what I saw was thin and dissipated quickly - a clear indicator of either stale beans or improper brewing parameters. The consistency has become frustratingly unreliable. Whatever changes occurred since their early days - whether new ownership, different suppliers, or staff turnover - have fundamentally altered what made this place special. For a coffee shop that once understood the craft, this decline is particularly disheartening. I hope they can return to their roots and restore the quality that originally made them a neighborhood favorite.

One of the best Americanos I’ve had in a while, smooth, not too acidic or bitter, with just a touch of cream to round it out. The space itself is serene and filled with natural light (I sat at the bar by the window), making it a great spot for solo work or deep focus. The vibe was super quiet, with soft music playing and everyone on laptops, no distracting chatter, which I loved. That said, it’s not ideal if you need to take calls or chat, you’d definitely stand out as the only person talking. Location in Eastown is super convenient, and I’d come back anytime I need a calm space to get through a backlog of busy work.

My favorite cafe. Worth noting I quit coffee in early 2025 so this review is in retrospect. Cute little seating area with bar seats and some tables. A couple tables out front and on a back patio, weather permitting. Artwork on the walls is always interesting. Rowster roasts their own beans and tend to favor richer varietals, lots of caramel and coca and bourbon flavor in their beans, which is why I prefer them to Madcap, who tend toward brighter, fruitier varietals. Espresso or drip coffee was my usual order with the ocassional latte. Batch brew was sometimes cold but that is the risk of batch brew in my opinion. Pour-over is also available. The house espresso is rich and nutty. Baristas always seemed to have their system dialled in pretty well compared, again, to Madcap, who has served me many an overdrawn, salty shot of espresso. I might be done with coffee forever but this place will always hold a dear spot in my heart and be highly reccomended to any coffee enthusiasts willing to be subjected to my opinion.

Was in GR for a short visit, and sampled three coffee joints during my stay. The other two cafes to be reviewed received 5/5; Rowster receives 4/5. Rowster remains safely above the average for coffee shops in GR, but seems to have some distance to go to make the list for someone hailing from the Pacific Northwest. Service was less than expedient, and the latte lacked character and texture. What’s with cafes in GR not offering lattes in anything over 12oz portions? Spare me and “specialty shop” BS and allow customers that know what they want a way to get a 16/20oz quad. Nice to have Rowster adding the Wealthy Street vibe (I actually lived off Wealthy St prior to revitalization) but at $6 for a less than memorable 12oz late, they’re priced above market value (even from a West Coast perspective.)

There were six tables waiting before us and we were seated by 11:45 (so a 30 minute wait overall). The indoor space was beautiful and my daughter and I loved it but it was really cold with a fan above us. The selection was great, a variety of options that were reasonably priced. I ordered Breakfast #2 (2 eggs, choice of meat, and belgium waffles or pancakes) and chose sausage and waffles. I got the iced latte (hazelnut with almond milk) to drink and it was creamy and good but easily to sip down within the 20 minutes between getting the drink and ordering food. The eggs are SOFT and fluffy, not like the scrabbled eggs I'm used to. My daughter got the classic breakfast (egg, choice of meat, and toast) and picked sausage. She didn't like the egg or sausage. She also got hot cocoa and loved that. The bathroom was cleanly and the service was slow but nice, everything we ordered was correct. Overall, worth trying!

Prolly the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. The bourbon glaze was top notch. Anywhere that leaves me with the carafe of coffee to pour myself, is a five star guaranteed. Great service as well. Do book ahead of time :)

Morning Belle is a fantastic breakfast restaurant with a variety of options, including for those who are gluten free or vegan. The waitstaff was super helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this for anyone wanting a good breakfast. The smoked salmon Benedict and steel cut oats are fantastic!

Met a friend for breakfast. The dining room is bright and attractive. Service was on point with coffee filled regularly. On a July morning, the A/C made it a little chilly inside so you may want to bring an extra layer. Also, we had to repeat ourselves sometimes because of background noise and other conversations. Our food was good and coffee, very good. Portion sizes are average and prices on par with places that are a little more upscale.

This is my new FAVORITE breakfast place, and I am seriously addicted to their breakfast burrito which has the most secret sauce. I love their breakfast ambiance and the service. You cannot leave without smiling.

I really wanted to love this place, but our server (Ellie/ Elisse) made sure that didn't happen. She had an issue with us from the moment we were seated. I'm not sure if this was a color issue, an intimidation factor, or a combination of the two. When I inquired about a type of bread served as toast, she became outlandishly nasty with a "Why are you asking me this?" tone. The last time I checked, it was common practice for a customer to inquire about the food or ingredients on a menu. If the worker doesn't like answering such questions, then perhaps she shouldn't work in the restaurant industry. She became even more obnoxiously rude when she realized she wasn't getting a tip. Apparently we live in a world where workers think they are now entitled to a tip regardless of the service they provide. Sorry- not in my world. I ended up speaking to the general manager, Sydney, who was very kind and apologetic. She urged me to come back and give this location another try.

Hall Street Bakery, located just a short drive from downtown GR, is a delightful spot to start your day with a Ham & Cheese Breakfast Croissant or enjoy lunch with options like the toasted Cuban Sandwich or Italian Chopped Salad. As an affiliate of Wealthy Street Bakery and Nantucket Baking Co., this bakery offers an assortment of breads, gluten-free treats, and pastries daily.
Enjoyed our free pizza from the Red Envelope. The Gluten Free pizza was very good. Highly recommend it. My son had the regular crust pizza which was also very good. Really large pieces of pepperoni.

Fantastic food, a warm and welcoming space, and a very friendly and attentive staff. Stopped for lunch and had the tuna on sourdough. Great flavors, good portions, and a good price. I need to come back and try breakfast. Also bought some cookies and bread to take home.

Stopped in for coffee ☕️ and breakfast. Got the croissant with ham, bacon, egg and cheese. Excellent sandwich.... very filling. Tried the raspberry truffle mocha for coffee ☕️ Very friendly and helpful staff. Always enjoy going here. Great menu choices. Brought home blueberry danishes when leaving. So many pastry choices you won't be disappointed

New owners but the same ambiance. They have a variety of pastries, cakes and breads to choose from. And a full-service coffee bar. Nice seating inside and outside. The outside seating in particular nice since it’s not right on the curb of a busy road and has some shady seating usually. My go to here is a dark roast coffee and one of their great scones. My buddy does a pastry. On my last visit I had a non-sweet treat, a focaccia roll with a little butter. Fewer calories and a nice treat.

Love this place! Great service, friendly employees, great atmosphere- Love the outdoor patio- And great food! The servings are large, and the food is delicious! My faves are the chicken salad sandwich, blueberry scones, and the island cookie. The coffee is also excellent.

One star only because the bread, I got the caprese half sandwich with a cup of soup. The flavor wasn’t even that great but still it wasn’t bad. The bread was the best part. $20 including tip for a half sandwich soup combo is a sham in itself. But look at what the so called sándwich they served me looked like. Flat as a pancake, with no substance at all. A tiny little tomato slice? Don’t insult me. Take it off the menu. Never again. If you’re an employee here and you’re not making at least $25/hr put your two weeks in. You can do better.

We've been there two weekends in a row for lunch because it was so good! The pizza and calzone were fantastic! My husband had two different sandwiches and liked them both (man of few words...) I will always crave that pizza dough! Down sides are most of the tables we're dirty each time, the bathroom was dirty each time, and the hightop we sat at was very wobbly and so was one of the stools so we moved once another family left. Minor infractions but it distracted from the experience. I'll definitely be back just for that pizza though!

Starbucks is a renowned coffeehouse chain originating from Seattle, offering its signature roasts and light bites. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, cleanliness, and efficient service at various locations. The availability of WiFi makes it a convenient spot for quick coffee breaks or grabbing snacks on the go. While some locations may experience busy drive-thru lines, the overall consensus is positive due to the consistently good service and quality offerings.

I'm not even mad I'm just disappointed. This morning I stopped and got a peppermint mocha and a double smoked bacon sandwich thing which is my go to..... you guys charge top dollar and i part top dollar..... how do you not throw a few napkins in when someone orders food..... something so simple..... I can't even believe this is a thing.

Always super sunny staff!! The only thing I don't like about Starbucks is their points program doesn't add up fast enough. I'm really not a coffee drinker so I go for the frappuccinos and fruity drinks, which are expensive and it would be nice to get more points any time I visit

Drive through fella had AMAZING energy! But wish they had a matcha bowl and whisk to do matcha right. Takes less time than steaming it to try and get it mixed in (a lot of time steaming it to mix burns the milk / this case oat milk, and leaves it clumpy still) Coming from another barista with love! The fella at the window was great for my mom and I's stressful morning we had while I brought her to the airport a few weeks back.

I work at home and the folks at the drive-in window are sometimes the only people I will interact with during an entire day. Luckily, they are all very nice and very helpful, which gives a positive boost (and not just with caffeine!) Keep up the good work, Cascade Starbucks Team! 5 Stars +++

My drink was completely upside down... I ordered through doordash and something like this is not the fault of my dasher. Especially when the bag is sealed. It was not tilted or shifted to the side or anything like that, someone literally put my drink upside down in the bag = ( Disheartening, I was really looking forward to it. Only gave an extra star because my frappe was fine.

One of my favorite locations in GR. Staff are consistently great. Drinks are always great, and efficiency with which they are made seems above average. the rare mistake is corrected cheerfully and quickly. Small shop, but always seems to have adequate seating and space for groups and individuals. Bathrooms are always clean and look nicer than some locations. Outdoor area is larger and has three large umbrellas for the 5 tables, could use a couple flower pots for some greenery, but still nice.

Terrible service. Orders constantly being lost, drive thru doesn’t move, going inside is no better. Do yourself a favor and go to the Burger King nearby.. maybe they won’t waste your time.

😂😂 coming here to leave this review, I laughed out loud because they’ve deservingly already have 2.8 Google rating. I’ve been in drive thru for 20 minutes now, unfortunately I already paid otherwise I would’ve left. I’m next in line to the pickup window and they have SIX cars parked in front of me still waiting on their food. Like are you kidding me? It’s fast food, do they not know how to cook? Of course not 😂
Ashley D — Google review
Worst McDonald’s location ever! Every time I end up going to this one and giving it another shot it just reminds me why I don’t usually go here. I placed a mobile order at 9:30 pm on a Thursday. Drove 10 minutes there was immediately the first at the speaker with cars in front of me and I waited at the speaker for about 10 minutes before someone helped me. Then it took ten minutes each time a car moved forward. I saw at least six different employees in there and it was only like 5 cars and it took almost an hour. My nuggets and fries were cold. I got two drinks no straws. Had 8 sauces on my order and got zero. Employees were inside smiling and talking like they had nothing to do. Also fix your damn sprite and Dr Pepper it tastes nasty
Taylor L — Google review
Every visit is at least a 5-10 minute wait. Food is cold. Today paid $11+ for a 4 piece McCrispy Strips meal. Got a 4 piece nugget meal that costs maybe $4-5. Just happily never going back to McDonald’s on 28th again.

Bro What???? One week I go there and order a cheeseburger, the people were kind at the windows. I get the burger and open the wrapper NO PATTY. Cool, I’m gonna give it a couple weeks and go back. So I order a Spicy McChicken and a Regular McChicken, again people were nice I open the wrapper and there’s Mac Sauce on my McChicken. Yo Where????? How??? Who??? Waited a couple weeks and went back today and ordered a Regular Salted Medium Fry, and there was NO SALT. Bro I’m so confused as to how all of these different parts can be messed up on different days at different times. That just tells me nobody cares and at this point I should be concerned at the safety of the food I’m eating here… usually don’t leave any reviews, especially bad ones but yo come on.

Food is ok, you're not getting anything new but it's done well enough. The fries are great and you get a lot in an order. The burger had an interesting taste and was very greasy. Oreo pie was fine, but I wouldn't get again. Overall worth a stop if looking for a burger spot not name McDonalds.

Both my husband and I got tuna melts. My husband really enjoyed his. Mine I could barely eat. It tasted so off. Finally my husband took one bite of it and said right away "this tastes rancid". So it wasn't just my taste buds. When we told someone at counter we were told both were made from same batch so if one was bad both would be. Mine also tasted like little tuna and mostly relish. It was disappointing.

Disappointed 😞. This Starbucks is located inside D&W supermarket. I asked for a small cafe latte with heavy whipping cream. I was denied because she said she was running low on heavy whipping cream 🤔. Once again, this Starbucks is located INSIDE the D&W supermarket and so, I'd wager they had some on hand for them to buy? 🤷‍♀️. Disappointed 👎

This is business that is much more than just another coffee spot. The people are very friendly; they will ask your name (and not just to put it on your order). ask how your day is going and build a relationship with regulars (of which I am one). They care about the community, helping people in need, and offering support to other small businesses. In addition they make great coffee, provide a meeting place for people in the community, and offer light food options. People are welcome there and seemingly happy to be there.

New find…nice coffee shop with lots of space, but was crowded when I was there. Lucky I found one place left to sit. Several groups came in and left because there was no place to sit. Looks like it’s very popular place, mostly college students studying. I was there around noon. Had their americano and it was good. They have some food offerings and bagels. Another coffee shop nearby so could pick one or the other if busy. Place is clean but I did not see any masks or anyone wiping down tables, so if that’s a problem…Also , they have a printer available.

They made my hot chocolate with whole milk and whipped cream when I asked for it made with oat milk and no whipped cream. I would have gone back and asked them to remake it, but the men working were quite unpleasant so I didn’t feel comfortable doing that. They should smile more :)

On a busy Saturday morning with the Devos packed for multiple large scale events that happen yearly, you might think more than 2 people would be working. It certainly would have allowed my simple coffee order not take 45 minutes. On top of the wait, one of my drinks was not on the ticket and forgotten. We won't even speak to the lack of cleanliness in the bistro area or the work area as staff was trying. Manager/omwers need to staff appropriately for patrons and for their employees. This brings the entire brand down!

Just waited almost 15 minutes for a nutty buddy latte and it's the most disgusting and sour tasting latte I have ever tasted in my life! $7 plus a long wait time for something that doesn't even taste good is beyond disappointing! Get some good baristas in there and get more employees. The lobby had over 12 people waiting when I left!
