it was yummy! but on an average level. i came here to try the famous niigata hegi soba, but it didn’t taste much different from regular soba and the portion was smaller than what i usually get from other soba shops in japan. if i didn’t purchase the niigata loop bus day pass which promoted this shop, i don’t think i would’ve patronised it. i had higher expectations of this pace because it was promoted :”)
