So I love this place but it's usually crowded. I don't mind that but if you're looking at a relaxing, chill place then maybe something else might be better. That being said, they always have great beer and cocktails and food choices. Good vibes and atmosphere but a bit slow on the service at times. Overall, okay-ish.

Nice HUB. I usually come here once or twice during the week to relax and have a drink. Servers are pleasant and can speak some English if you have trouble ordering in Japanese. The thing I like in particular about this HUB is that it has a big window facing the street to which you can drink and people watch. I also prefer HUBs that are not in a basement. I've never been here on the weekend so I'm not sure how it is then but during the week it is a calm atmosphere.

Went early to meet some friends and really enjoyed the first class service from Daniel who made everything from picking a good table to maximizing my happy hour experience so easy. Its Saturday night and super empty but waiters cant be bothered to come by to check on everyone every now and then. I hate having to hunt down wait staff to place a new order. New guy asked me if a Long Island was a beer. Get that boy some training...and be more attentive to the tables by having wait staff check in every 10-15 mins. And smoking INSIDE IS DISGUSTING.
