The food was delicious, but the presentation isn't as cute as in other themed cafés, and everything is very expensive. The woman in the staff that took us to our seat looked completely aphatetic and depressed, and wasn't kind at all. At the end I asked if I could take the birthday cake home because we were only two and couldn't finish it, and the staff said it wasn't possible, which is weird because they have take out food, so they have containers and there was no reason to deny it. I think it was rude and inconsiderate.

The restaurant is Peanuts themed including characters printed on their chairs. A must for Snoopy fans. There was a long wait to get seated and took us about 40 mins to get seated. The food was quite average but was not overly pricy. The serving size was decent. The service was average. The staff also forgot certain components on the dishes and had to recall some back to fix.

After visiting the museum best to eat here at the cafe. You can order using the table on the table and it has an english option. The food was great as well as the atmosphere. I went before lunch and I was able to get a table. If you are planning to go during lunch or dinner time, better to get a reservation.

The balance of flavors is amazing and just as gentle to the palate as the plating is to the eyes. It can be a bit pricey, but if you made it all the way out to the museum, why not give yourself another Snoopy treat? Plus, they have some really nice merch for sell.

It was a lovely experience for us and our kids. My 12 year old is a Snoopy fan so we’ve booked the cafe and a visit to the Museum. I had no expectation of the food, as other experiences told me usually these museum cafe’s are just so so - but this one was a happy surprise. The food tastes great with nice and cute arrangement - one of the sets came in a picnic basket. The portions were generous and we were full. The decor of the cafe was very cute. The restaurant was very clean and bright. Service was friendly and attentive. If you come during holiday or with kids, suggest to book a table online.

A really cute cafe for those of us who grew up watching Shaun the Sheep 🐑 I ordered a cafe latte and Shaun waffle set. The latte itself was nothing special though it did come in a cute mug and had latte art of Shaun on top. The highlight of my experience was definitely the waffle! It came in the shape of Shaun's head and a very cute detail is how the whipped cream is supposed to mimic his fur 😭🫶 Also, another really cute aspect of the waffle is if you look under the whip cream, there are some cookie crumbs underneath (not sure if that's supposed to symbolize his brain but either way super cute!). The waffle comes with maple syrup and ice cream on the side too. As for the taste, the reason why I liked it so much was because of how simple it is! If you've been to themed cafes in Japan, sometimes they go way too overboard with the food items that it gets to a point where it just doesn't work. Because of that, I super appreciated how the Shaun cafe just decided to keep it simple but still on theme 🤗 The interior of the cafe is supposed to be a replica of the farmer's house which I felt was a very cute detail 🥺 Jumbo plushies of Shaun's friends are spread throughout the cafe and if you're lucky the staff will assign you a seat next to one of them 😆 The display of Shaun and Blitzer baking pies inside the cafe was soooooooo cute, I would definitely come here just to take photos of it 🤪 Staff were quite friendly and greeted me with a smile! If you're a big group, I highly suggest making a reservation on the website because even though I came on a weekday during an odd time the cafe was packed 🧍‍♀️🧍‍♀️🧍‍♀️

Adorable cafè with funny decor and tasty food. Waiter was super kind and ordered the allergen-free curry for kids, but adult size. This was gluten free and delicious! Water free and merchandise for sale outside.

The environment was nice and cute, perfect for the gram or kids. But the food is seriously lacking, the fried chicken burger was overcooked, and waffles were soggy. Kids would enjoy dinning with the characters, but as parents, just grab a coffee and eat somewhere else.

having a solo trip in Japan and didn't realize the Snoopy museum cafe was to be booked in advance and a quick search showed this place, the sheep decor was so nice I went around midday and it was very quiet and chill, the food is a little overpriced but everything looked so pretty and I was super hungry haha, would recommend if you are a big wallace and gromit/ shaun the sheep fan!

Shaun the sheep! What else is there to say. It is a lovely place to spend with the family or even by yourself. Enjoy a meal with the characters in the farmer's house. There are even books for the kids to browse. There is even merch and a photo booth.

It was a nice place for a short break. The staff was impatient and wanted us to leave soon. They didn't like that we had another order after the first order when other friends joined later. They have a limited duration to stay for each customer, only 2 hours. It is good for a quick meal, but they expect customers to leave fast, so it would be better to have all the group members instead of waiting for the others inside the shop. The cappuccino was fine.

This is a great place to treat yourself! Tho we only came twice so far, the food, desserts, and coffee that we tried are all *chefkiss* The atmosphere is quite fancy so the price on the menu matches, this makes the place perfect for self-rewarding, dates and good time with friends. Also there are vegan menus! Only downside I could think of is that because it’s a very popular cafe/restaurant, there is a 2 hour time limit which is completely understandable as this makes the queue to go in pretty fast as well. You order through QR code at the table and there is a bunch of option for payments. Definitely coming back again!

I have enjoyed their coffee (flat white) here, and it was my first time trying their meal. My friend and I ordered their lunch special set (2,500 yen)…which came with salad, thin crust pizza, pasta, dessert and coffee. The size of each dishes was perfect and tasted great!! I would definitely try other dishes when I come back!! I completely forgot that I had their lunch special…and here we were..ordered yet another lunch special, this time different items (luckily!) The salad was interesting, which came with deep fried soy-based nuggets! The texture was great! The pizza was very meaty, and the lamb was juicy and tender. Salmon & mushroom pasta was good as well!

I love this place! Here is upper floor in TAKASHIMAYA (maybe 8th or 9th floor). There are a lot of chairs, it`s rather easy to find vacancy sheats than other Starbucks. If it`s sunny, you can use terrace sheets.

I think this is the best starbucks I have been to. the staff were very friendly and asked if I had any questions or if i was ready to order when I was browsing the snacks. My drink and sandwich were both really good and I will be going out of my way to come to this one again.

This location is hard to enjoy because it’s simply too crowded. Even if you’re lucky enough to be able to go during normal working hours, when you’d assume it would be less busy, it’s crowded with students studying and groups of young mothers chatting. I have never seen it without a huge lineup that extends outside the store. Given that the pandemic is still going, I can’t help but wonder why it’s always so jam-packed (seats quite close together, as well) and there seems to be no time limit for seating either. The only real redeeming quality is the special menu items available, and the terrace where you can sit when the weather is warm. Otherwise you’d be better off going to any other Starbucks instead. The long lines and crowded atmosphere are not worth it.

It is quite spacious and were able to find seats right away. It has good speed Wi-Fi and have enough long tables even for the whole office to be able to work at the same time. The bgm is nice as any other Starbucks. Our order was served very fast and the staff was very helpful about my questions on Starbucks mobile app.

The staff were very curt and at least one of the staff members seems to discriminate against foreigners... My Japanese friend and I came Sunday morning, when it wasn't busy. The first staff member who greeted us warned us that if it became busy, we would be asked to change tables (because we chose a small table that could accommodate 3 people instead of 2.) I understood and told her it was okay. Her attitude was very sharp and curt towards me, even though they were not busy at that time. After eating dessert, my Japanese friend wanted to show me a brief video on her phone. As the Christmas music was loud, it didn't seem that her phone audio would bother anybody. A different staff member came over and started talking to me, making eye contact with me the whole time, even though it was my Japanese friend who was holding her phone. She was telling me to quiet it down (referring to my friend's phone but looking at me.) I looked around, to see if perhaps we bothered another customer. Nobody seemed to notice the "noise" except this staff member. I was confused. Why is the staff member talking to me? Did I do something wrong? Does she think I'm the one with the loud phone audio because I'm a foreigner? Again, it was strange because the Christmas music was significantly louder than my friend's phone, and no customers were sitting near us at that time. There are better cafes in Machida with better service, in my honest opinion. I don't think I can return to this cafe without feeling anxiety. I've lived here in Machida for several years and this is the first time I've had such service.

Worst chicken over rice experience ever. If you are going here to try the chicken over rice, my advice is “don’t go”. Chicken is bland and not flavorful. They used regular white rice instead the normal yellow rice and just lacks flavors essential to chicken over riced. Even the salsa had no flavor. Couldn’t even finish the meal. I was a bit misled by some menu items having names such as American junkie Hamburg and started to think that maybe they got things right. However it’s just another American themed cafe with a flavor palate that is better to be called an “izakaya” than an American dinner/cafe. Never going again.

This was my first time there, my wife had been there once before. We did not have a reservation, but were able to get a small table. This reminded me of why I did not like restaurants in Paris. Very small tables and rather close together. Like they try to use every centimeter of space. The food was OK, but small servings. It is in a convenient location.

The only thing is they’re slow to refill your water which are in very small glasses so be sure to ask for more water. This location can be a little busy during morning and evening hours since it's close to station. When it is busy lines can get long and you must line up near the door so it's cold in winter. 4/5 stars for a good location and quieter than usual atmosphere.

I went there this morning after visiting my hospital . There was some picture outside of store and get in . I was talking with my gf in usa by FaceTime and waitress ask me to stop having conversation because of restaurant rules …. It’s ok . It’s first time time to hear in japan …rule is rule . But th way she asked me was kinda rude way . I didn’t know come on. And I would stop it for sure . Maybe part time waitress… Coffee is over roasted . And toast with Azuki +cream is ok . Great atmosphere and kind staff. The morning menu from 8:00-11:00 is pretty basic and had two main offerings of toast or French toast plus some different sides and drinks. The best part is the location overlooking the street and the chill atmosphere. It’s a nice spot to have breakfast or brunch. It’s about a 2 minute walk from the Machida train station.

The food was great. I had the morning set toast with azuki bean, the bread was soft and crunchy, it didn’t taste too sweet, very balanced. There was this bell near the counter that ringed every once in a while, which was pretty annoying, otherwise very cozy environment.

The pancake was pretty good but I’m giving this place a 5/5 because the cafe mocha was phenomenal. Pricing was about 800 yen for the large pancake and about 500 yen for the mocha. The atmosphere in the cafe will take you back to the 1950s as well which is pretty cool. Worth stopping by to check out but isn’t your standard hang out and read a book cafe.
