Essence Bakery Cafe is a local chain in Phoenix known for its relaxed atmosphere and delicious offerings. The cafe, owned by French-trained chef Eugenia Theodosopoulos, is famous for its macarons but also offers an array of pastries, jams, and fresh bread made with Hayden Mills and organic King Arthur flour. The light-filled space off Indian School Road provides the perfect setting to enjoy their delectable treats.
Trying some new bakeries and breakfast spots around Arcadia and stopped by Essence for a bite this past week. I ordered the Egg Sandwich and thought it was delicious. The bun was so soft and eggs were cooked perfectly. The French Scrambled Eggs went well with the baguette, which also came with a jam that was to die for. I could eat this breakfast every day! The coffee and pastry didn’t disappoint either!

I've been a fan ever since they were located in Tempe. The prices are a bit high, but it's totally worth it. You know the saying, "You get what you pay for." And if you want the BEST pastries around, this is where you'll get them. Trust me. Or don't, I'm sure that every review here is just as good as mine. This place is the real deal. Go there, try it, you'll see. Oh yeah. Awesome breakfast too.
Ron W — Google review
Best croissant in Arizona! I absolutely loved everything that I tried! Wonderful chef couple and legit scratch made pastry! There is nothing like this in Arizona in my opinion. if you haven’t had the chance to try this place it is the best croissant I’ve had since Paris. Go!
Amber G — Google review
Short & Sweet: Exceptional food (breakfast & baked goods), quick and friendly service, on-point decor and comfortable dining. Storytime: We're on vacation and found this place via Google with the thought of grabbing a quick coffee and something baked. Then saw the menu and switched to dining in. So glad we did. The food was perfect - and I don't use that word lightly - both the Big Breakfast & the Quiche. I am *not* a breakfast person and I want to come back just to have this again. I also grabbed a sweet treats box (pre-boxed assortment of baked goods). Didn't indulge in that until later in the day... big mistake. I wanted to go back for more of the macarons, but it was 1:55 and they closed at 2 pm. I truly believe they're the best I've ever had. The rest of the cookies were very good, but those were top notch. Location saved, just in case I'm ever in Phoenix again.
Amanda — Google review
Absolutely horrible, make sure to check your food carefully before leaving. I drove for an hour to come purchase many food items from this bakery. One of those items was the quiche Lorraine from their quick service area. When I got home I discovered both of the quiche's had mold growing all over them due to the bakery not safely storing their refrigerated goods that were obviously left out over the weekend. This is a major health hazard and I may even report it to the health department. After I complained I was refunded but nothing was done to compensate for this issue. Essence Bakery did not offer to replace the food items or comp my bill as a properly managed food establishment should. I recommend finding another bakery to eat at if not, eat here your own risk for food poisoning.
D J — Google review
Baked goods were incredible! Breakfast sandwich melted in my mouth. The Brioche was so good! Coffee was adequate, not my favorite but not terrible.
K H — Google review
This bakery is a community gem, delicious flavorful and fresh everything. The chef Eugenia an acclaimed pastry chef and her husband frequently step into the dinning area to say hello. A truly special experience.
Dana W — Google review
Unpleasant, horrible customer service. Whoever was wearing glasses and taking our order should work on her customer service and attitude in general. Our first reaction was: “I would never want to be friends with this girl.” It kind of ruined our experience to be honest. Although the croissants are good, we are never coming back. The coffee was not good either. If you charge almost $20 for a breakfast plate, shouldn’t you be providing good food OR good customer service at least? I saw neither in my visit. The breakfast plate was small and depressingly looking. We were deeply disappointed.

Bakery
Hurts Donut Company is a delightful 24-hour haven for donut lovers, originally hailing from Missouri and making its mark in Tempe since 2017. This whimsical shop offers an impressive selection of over 70 unique and oversized donuts that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. With flavors ranging from nostalgic favorites like s'mores and Little Debbie Cosmic Brownies to playful options such as cotton candy and bubble gum, there's something for everyone.
My girl was craving some late night donuts as if it were a donut emergency and she found Hurt Donuts, with a donut ambulance parked out front. Perfect! I have to say, the attention to detail inside was on point. From the ambiance to the intricate designs on the donuts. Our eyes were definitely feasting, and we had paralysis from all of the delectable options to choose from. I have to say, some places are all about looks -- you bite in and taste nothing but disappointment. That's not the case at Hurt Donuts. Every bite was succulent, mouth watering, and delicious. They had some type of special where they had replaced the bacon on a long john with pulled pork that tasted like it was smoked and candied.. oh man, the girl and I almost fought over that one. I took several photos of their display while visiting. Highly recommend checking them out, right off of the 101 and University.
Nick G — Google review
The place is super nice inside. The bathrooms and dining area are very clean. The donuts are works of art. I was so stoked to try this place! I just knew that the donuts were going to be as delicious as they were beautiful. That was not the case. I was so disappointed. I will agree with a lot of of the comments in this review section, and that is, the donuts are exceedingly sweet, to the point that you can take just a few bites. Further, and the part that is so disappointing, is that all three of the donuts I tried were dry, as if they were a day old. The giant apple fritter was equally dry. I arrived around 12:45 PM. There’s no way the donuts could be that dry if they were made that morning. If these truly were made on the morning, I bought the donuts, that is a terrible sign. I would feel much better if they told me they were a day old. I will not be back. The salted caramel donut was good, but it was so dry!
Shawn H — Google review
Hurts Donuts is hands down one of the most fun and unique donut shops I’ve ever been to. The moment you walk in, the vibe is upbeat and creative – definitely not your typical donut shop. Their selection is massive, and every donut feels like it has its own personality. From classics done right to over-the-top creations piled high with toppings, there’s something for everyone. I tried a couple of their wild flavors, and they tasted just as good as they looked. The donuts are fresh, fluffy, and the toppings are generous. It’s also the kind of place that makes you want to bring a box home just to show off how crazy and fun they look. Perfect for grabbing a treat with friends, family, or even to surprise clients with something different. If you’re in Arizona and want a donut experience that’s way beyond ordinary, Hurts Donuts is worth the stop. You’ll leave with a sugar rush and a smile
Austin E — Google review
I was visiting Tempe and wanted to try these donuts. I love donuts and wouldn’t consider myself super picky regarding donuts. I unfortunately think I’ve had day old donuts from a grocery store that tasted similar. Like… SO DRY! We were there at 9:30 am, so I’m confused! The people were okay, the atmosphere was fine. The prices were a little spendy considering the donuts weren’t good. The Homer: actually the worst donut I’ve ever had. So so dry and then sweet frosting, which I do like. The fruity pebbles: this was my favorite, and seemed the least dry, but still dry The mint Oreo one: yummy frosting, such a dry donut Andes mint: my friend got this one and it was very dry cake donut and she reports “not very good” Brownie: better than the Andes mint but still very dry Glaze donut: wasn’t bad, but she’d pick Krispy Kreme or a grocery store over it. so dry/stale. Here’s my thing… for these donuts, it was $18, which isn’t bad if they were amazing but they weren’t good. I feel like they were one of the stalest donuts ever. We unfortunately chucked them after leaving
Sydney S — Google review
Great donut place and very friendly and kind staff. Ordered dozen donuts (for $24) and they were some of the best donuts I have had in a long time. They have great varieties to select from and they all taste amazing. My favorite will probably be chocolate sprinkles or the brownie.
Ala O — Google review
I’ve been visiting a handful of times per year since their grand opening, generally ordering the bear claw or cinnamon roll. Their quality really fell off the cliff about 2 years ago and the employees always seemed so miserable as well. The employees just looking absolutly spent caused me to boycott completely for over 9 months. Just revisited yesterday for national donut day and was shocked to find one cinnamon roll and one bear claw still available at 9pm! The employee who took my order was polite and said they had been absolutely crushed because of the national holiday. I tipped the max option at the register and thanked her. Ya’all, I hope this wasn’t just for the holiday because this is arguably the best bear claw I’ve ever had and they did not skip on portion size!
Russell M — Google review
Absolutely the best doughnuts I've ever had! The lady behind the counter was disinterested in serving customers. She was lacking in any social skills that help to promote good interactions with customers. However, she did answer questions and filled the order correctly. Maybe she was having a bad day, but as a customer, I would think that management would want a warm, welcoming personality to invite people to spend more time and money at your establishment.

Food is Amazing & their donuts are even better. I always love to get their Martinelli's Apple Juice that comes in the little glass apple shaped bottle it's my favorite & they always have it and it's always cold which is perfect because it's way too hot outside. I love to get their cinnamon roll donuts they're always fresh and always good too. Employees are always friendly and polite. Atmosphere is nice and quiet area and plenty of parking. The inside is a little dated but homey if you love the old school Taco 🔔 lol

Ordered the ham jalapeno and cheese croissant, received one with no jalapeno. It wasn't busy inside or at the drive thru, we were the only customers inside. I think the employees are just extremely inattentive. Iced coffee was fine, glazed twist was good. Meh.

I honestly don’t understand how this place is still in business. Every time I give BOSA Donuts another chance, I walk away more disappointed than before. The woman who helped me during my last visit was clearly in a bad mood and made it obvious she didn’t want to be there. She was rude, unprofessional, and made the whole experience uncomfortable from the start. To make matters worse, my entire order was wrong. Not just one donut or a small detail, the whole thing. I had to repeat myself multiple times, but it felt like she wasn’t even listening. When I finally got my bag, nothing matched what I had asked for. It’s extremely frustrating when you pay for something and don’t even get close to what you ordered. On top of that, there’s zero variety here. It’s always the same donuts, the same limited selection, and nothing ever changes. You’d think a donut shop would try to keep things exciting or at least rotate flavors once in a while, but not here. It’s boring, predictable, and lazy. Overall, this place has gone downhill. Bad service, wrong orders, and no creativity. If you’re looking for friendly service or fresh options, I’d strongly recommend going anywhere else. Save your money and skip BOSA Donuts.
Juan C — Google review
This was my first time coming to Bosa and my service was horrible. The lady shoved all my donuts in this small box… smashed. We did not receive the same level of service as others. This is my first and last time coming here. I hope no one experiences the service that I have.

Great Harvest Bread Co. is a family-owned bakery chain known for its whole-grain breads and muffins made with Montana wheat. The bakery offers a variety of freshly baked goods, including cookies and pastries, as well as breakfast and lunch options such as sandwiches, soups, and salads. The business prides itself on using high-quality, authentic ingredients sourced from the local community.
I been quite a few Great Harvest locations and this is by far the best. It is laid out well. Loved the friendly greeting and the free sample of breads. They had an extensive variety of breads and treats. Yes, even treats for the furry four legged family member. This place was very neat, tidy, and clean. I would definitely come back next time I am in the area.
Elaine J — Google review
I stopped by Great Harvest in Tempe around 7:30 AM, and there was no wait. I ordered avocado toast and a breakfast sandwich. The avocado toast was delicious and very filling, but I wish the bread had been toasted because it fell apart a little. The breakfast sandwich was solid too. The coffee, unfortunately, wasn’t great – it tasted burnt. But signing up for the rewards program made up for it since I got a free loaf of bread. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely be back for the food (maybe just skip the coffee next time)
Adri M — Google review
Where to begin with this review… Great Harvest has a special spot in my mom’s heart since she franchised a bread bakery with her mom when she was young. With this location being the only Great Harvest in the entire state, you’d think it was be at the top of its game. My mom and I had the idea that we’d walk out with a good amount of bread loaves and even eat a delicious lunch while we were there. Unfortunately, their dessert and bread options for that day (we went on a Monday, St Patrick’s Day) weren’t that great. They had a gingersnap cookie, this coconut scone, and most of the emphasis was on their Irish soda bread (sot surprisingly because of the day we went lol). The cookie and scone flavors didn’t appeal to us. We were thinking of getting their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies which are enormous, but they only had them wrapped in packs of six. We weren’t about to spend a hefty amount on six of the same cookie. Another thing Great Harvest does is you can sample their breads before purchasing. My mom was disappointed when she asked if she could try some sourdough and was told they didn’t have any for tasting that day. The only breads available for sampling was the soda bread and their gluten-free option :/ The cashier in general could’ve been nicer. She didn’t even ask us what kind of bread we wanted for our sandwich; we had to specify sourdough and that’s only because we asked if they had sourdough for sampling. Even for that, she was kind of dismissive when telling us they only had like two kinds of bread for sampling that day. Moving on to ordering lunch, we decided to just order one tuna sandwich and splitting it between us. We ordered the tuna salad sandwich on sourdough. Long story short, it was nothing to write home about. The tuna salad was something you’d make at home, and the toppings of lettuce, tomato, and raw red onions were obviously something you could whip together at home. It was $10 and you don’t even get a side of ANYTHING. In fact, as the plate arrived at our table, the server was like, “did you guys get chips with that?” We answered that we didn’t, and she went in and asked if we usually get a side of chips included with the $10. She came back out and said that we didn’t, ultimately. Sad. My mom remarked that the sourdough used for the sandwich wasn’t even that true to what sourdough should be; it didn’t have any tangy sourness to it that one should expect in an authentic sourdough bread from a literal bread bakery. Anyway, now we know we won’t be returning here anytime soon.
Ellie Z — Google review
My favorite local coffee shop, plus great scones & other breakfast treats. And that’s not even their primary business - they make great specialty breads! They also have a selection of interesting soup mixes and other kitchen items.
Kelly L — Google review
Amazing fresh baked breads and deserts. Breakfast and lunch items served. Quaint seating area. Clean. Organized. Please support this business!
Deborah S — Google review
This is a great little lunch stop if you work in the area. They have a good salad and sandwich selection, and I like that they have gluten free options. I wish they had gluten free pastries that varied instead of just the cinnamon roll they always have, and the gluten free bread isn't very good, but A for effort. The coffee is pretty food, but not as good as a shop that specializes in coffee. I do like that they change up the menu with regular specials. Service is nice, and I enjoy browsing the little shop while I wait. Solid middle of the road lunch spot.
Liz — Google review
Oh my goodness!!!! Delicious 🤤 goodness! Their sandwiches are so amazing. I had the Baja chipotle sandwich. Went back the next day for another. I also ordered their short bread cookies, the big kajona, and a lavender coffee, it was all so delicious. Everyone I shared with also thought so. Unique tasting in a great way.

At the drive-thru window, I was given cold coffee and the wrong menu item. I asked them to remake the coffee which they did, but they refused to give me a refund on the food item. I asked for the manager, and the employee said she was in the office on the phone. I waited at the window about 5 minutes with no manager appearing, then decided to go inside the lobby to see said manager. All I got was a run around from the two teenage boys who worked there, they were wearing sloppy t-shirts and hoodies, no uniform, no name tag, no representation of Dunkin Donuts at all. The one of them lied to me and told me he was actually the manager in charge, he said he could not refund me but he offered a gift card. He also claims to have written down the names of the store managers with phone numbers and also his own personal first name. The gift card turned out to be used, and neither of those two managers existed that he had written down. I drove to the other location near 79th Street and Thomas Road and actually got hold of one of the managers over there. They corrected the phone numbers for me and indicated that the store I had this visit has had had lots of problems over time. So I was lied to, I was ripped off for $15, so I made a phone call to corporate headquarters for Dunkin Donuts and am currently emailing and corresponding with them with photos of the Interior, the employees, as well as the ID numbers on the bogus gift card. I hope the owners of this franchise can read this review and act accordingly so they don't get ripped off by their employees anymore. I will continue to eat at other locations, but this location here has definitely Fallen to the bottom of the list with poor service, poor food choices, and lying thieving employees.

This dunkin used to be so good now every coffee is nasty food looks like this and everyone is really rude. Needs new training here

Disgusting, soggy, greasy, nothing fully cooked. Didn't finish half and i hate wasting food. Had a similar experience at another location so i think no more Dunkin for good. Always disappointed.

Lobby wasn't open at 8am despite 5am being posted on door. Why??? Based on other reviews this has been going on unchecked for months. Corporate- why have you failed to address issues at this location!

Great staff, great service, lots of selection. I would definitely come here to eat in to relax maybe listen to some tunes. Also suggest this place if you are on the go. They have great teas, donuts, and bagels. I really like their everything bagel with cream cheese and also their avocado toast. Great deals. Make sure to download their mobile app as well so you can get rewarded for your purchases here! Drive-thru and in person staff are extremely attentive and results-driven. Definitely suggest this location out of them all for fast service.

So freaking delicious. I've only ate here one other time but I ordered to go. This time my son and I went in sat down. They have self check out now, still do delivery or curb side pickup. The place is clean, social distancing and masks are required. Now about the food... So good! They have pizza now, my son had the flatbread cheese pizza and the sauce is to die for the whole thing is. I had a turkey sandwich. It was so pretty that I remembered to take a picture first before diggin' in.

The order came very quick at this location, I was wondering if they pack them ahead of time. My friend ordered a tuna sandwich and she placed her order just before I did . By the time I was ordering, her order was ready . I ordered a soup and same tuna sandwich ( they have a special for $ 6.99 ) and my order came in maybe after three minutes. The tuna was good although a little salty . I also ordered a Blueberry Lavender Lemonade which tasted nothing like lavender . Sorry , but this one did not pass the test - it tasted like chemicals , I could not drink it all. Overall, the food was good .

The food we ordered came out to $77 and was not worth it all. The flat bread pizza I ordered for my kids was mad weak. The sauce was the kinda sauce from Chef Bayordi. The Mac and Cheese was watery and I ordered it with bacon, but came with hair. The Spicy Chicken my wife had was just shredded chicken. My kids usually, like any kind of pizza but I think Red Barron is better that what Paners has. Overall, the food was nasty and gross. NOT COOL. Oh, and the smoothies we ordered were supposed to be Mango but got something else entirely. Idk but whom ever likes, eating at Panera does not not what good food is.

This Panera bread is awful their management should be changed as I told her that another Panera breads have the bulletin board for the community events and she told me they don’t do it here because they don’t have any room I told her they do have room in here I love your corporate philosophy and the label that you have for homeless it should be in all the Panera breads your manager in there sucks she is not willing to listen. To any feedback and she made.me feel unwelcomed this is the last time I step into this Panera bread I hope they shut it down and people realize their improvement that needs to be done in here

Not too happy with my experience here. Ordered online before leaving to pick up my order but my order took 30 min. When I received it they gave me the wrong dressing and it only had a tablespoon of dressing. I had to go back in to ask for the correct dressing and more of it. Lastly… my bread was stale. ☹️ certainly not worth the price paid. That being said the people working there were very nice.

Dunkin', a well-established chain that has been around for quite some time, specializes in offering its customers an extensive selection of breakfast choices that are unique to their brand. Alongside this, they also provide a wide range of delectable coffee beverages. Donuts, which are universally adored by many, are one of Dunkin's main attractions with minimal room for error—although there have been occasional instances where the donuts were cooked incompletely.
The owner made my day! I was picking up donuts for a school party and the customer service was exceptional! The place was clean. The donuts were beautiful. I will definitely be coming back to this location because of the cleanliness and the service! They went above and beyond to help their customer out.

I've been here a few times. Ive had pretty average experiences as well but today I'm not very happy. I split a muffin with my daughter and only after a few bites did I realize the muffin was not cooked thoroughly enough and we were eating doughy bread. Please do better this is a safety issue for your customers.

Definitely an OK location. Everything I order through the app they never have the donuts I want. Always sold out. (Boston creams, double chocolate or the plain chocolate). The staff always seem to be hard working. They maybe experiencing short staffing. The coffees always come out fantastic! Wheelchair accessible. Good location if you want to go local shopping.

I ordered a mobile order for a large refresher and two doughnuts. Not only did I have to wait over 10 minutes for my two doughnuts and drink there were about 4 half done orders on the counter. The screen was full of drive through orders waiting. There were multiple staff members standing around gossiping with one employee doing laps around the wall and loudly gossiping. Finally got my order after having to ask how much longer it is going to take for them to tell me my drink has been sitting on the counter getting warm and that they didn’t have my doughnuts in stock. Their excuse was trust they are busy currently, the drive through didn’t have any cars in it. There was another mobile order guy waiting at the same time as me with his drinks also getting warm sitting on the counter.

I went in there to get an iced caramel craze when I approach the window. The lady asked me that II went in there to get an iced caramel craze when I approach the window. The lady asked me that I have a frozen coffee. I said no I had an iced caramel craze. She said that’s the same thing I said no it’s not come here almost every other day to get a coffee. No, it’s not. She proceeds to shut the window on me walk around do everything else but come back to the window to let me know if she’s remaking it if she what she’s doing comes back take my card walks away doesn’t give me a receipt. Then she gives me a frozen coffee I go back inside of the store and ask for a refund. They asked me do I want them to remake it three times I said no I just want a refund. I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes now waiting on a coffee since when does stopping for coffee before work take 15 minutes. As I was inside waiting, they were rude to several other customers not letting anybody know their receipt. Paper wasn’t working not having no donuts at 9 o’clock in the morning.
Jada T — Google review
This place is a hit or miss with their drinks, I always order the same thing every morning, and they give me different colors of coffee each time. Very inconsistent, today’s drink looks like I just ordered milk and tastes like I’m just drinking creamer. Do better.

Horrible! I came to this dunkin a few months back when Ben was the manager and it was so much better. I came back since I was in town and was hoping for the same friendly service but I find lazy employees who wont even give me the time of day. I came in and waiting at the register for nearly 10 minutes before a lady came to greet me. She took my order and made it completely wrong! Didnt come with the whipped cream, no drizzle or sugar on top. To top it off, it didnt even taste like anything! Maybe stick to donuts if you guys cannot make drinks correctly!

Terrible customer service. I ordered the $6 meal deal but I was charged regular prices (not meal deal price) and then was refused the hash browns that were meant to come with the meal deal. The staff handled the issue very unprofessionally. (loudly arguing amongst themselves in the back of the store such that customers could hear them) I told them I would never return to this store if I wasn't given the hash browns I paid and they still refused. I 'm guessing they do not need my business.

Arizona Donut Co. is a modest self-service establishment that offers classic pastries, morning sandwiches, coffee, and refreshing fruit drinks. On my initial visit, I noticed the impeccable cleanliness of the premises which were well-maintained. The friendly staff member efficiently packed and processed my order with remarkable speed.
This place has a great variety of food and drinks. Everything from Boba to smoothies to coffee. The donuts are amazing and the assorted boxes always come with everything that's needed! I really enjoyed the sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. You definitely need to stop by if you're in the area they do have a drive-thru. They don't accept debit for payments under $3. And they also have a happy hour for donuts! I've included some photos of their goodies

I’m a big fan of the donuts here and the staff is usually friendly. This has been my first negative experience. I had placed a TooGoodToGo order as the lobby is shut down at 3. Pickup window is 3-10pm. I arrived at 3:05. There was a sign saying, “be back in 30 minutes.” No worries, people have to take breaks. I didn’t know how long the sign had been up. I left to run a few errands, came back at 3:45 and there was still no one. Ended up not getting my order this time. I’d recommend not placing orders for pickup/delivery, but in person is great.

Went here for the first time today. The building is very clean and we'll maintained. The lady working was not only super nice, but she had my order packed and rung up at lightning speed. I tried the apple fritter and it was absolute perfection. Chunks of apple, just a little crispness on the edges, and a soft light interior. Literally everything I look for in a good apple fritter. They had a good variety of donuts and savory breakfast options too. I can't wait to go back and try something different next week. Edit: Years later, I still love this place. I always get the ham, cheese, and jalapeno croissant. They always seem to be sold out of my favorite, plain cake donut. However, I sleep in so that may be my issue.

5+ stars 🌟 We got a donut for each of us (chocolate covered Boston cream filled and cinnamon topped twist) and couldn't pass up getting another 1/2 dozen donuts. Easy to find location, drive threw open 24 hours with coffee, blended coffee, real fruit smoothies, milk teas, and Boba and donuts. Huge variety, even at 3:00 in the afternoon, of donuts. They offer delivery 24 hours. Our donuts were so soft and fresh; we are looking to come back again.

This was my favorite donut store in town.. I have my best cherry fritters up in payson ! Lol I ordered a breakfast sandwich meal... he forgot my fresh squeezed o.j. my favorite croissant breakfast sandwich, 2 meats n cheese no egg, not extra for 2 meats , like others. Donuts always great. Pioneers on the filled donut holes, Bavarian cream, blueberry or raspberry. ALL GREAT !

These are the best donuts in the East valley. Something about these donuts gives them an edge over my previous favorite, Bosa. They have a really fresh taste to them and the donut holes are amazing especially the chocolate ones which have a very rich chocolate flavor. We also really appreciated that they were open on New Year's Day. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

Worst customer service, today 6/23/2025 at 7:24am I order the $6 meal the cashier (blond) had an attitude not only with me but every customer in the drive thru and gave me the wrong order as I was watching her I would not have someone like that working in the front. I had use my please and thank yous and all I got was attitude. My food was cold and didnt even bother to go back and get a hot meal because I would not deal with someone with an attitude.

First time visit with a group of twenty. Confirmed reservations a day prior. Understaffed so this made the service slow and unorganized. Food arrived warm not hot and many of the sides (ketchup, salt, pepper hot sauce, syrup, utensils and napkins) that were need had to be waited for, which resulted in the food becoming cold. Part of our party wasn’t served until many of us were leaving. They were not prepared for two large parties.

Beyond the worst experience I have had at Dunkin. I waited in the drive through line for 5 minutes for not a single car to move. Then went inside and waited 5 minutes for my first coffee, another 5 for the second. Then waited 15 more minutes for my food to come out. There was 3 people working with a drive through line wrapping around and a decently full store. With the new holiday drinks everyone wanted to come in assume, and the service was so extremely slow. Mind you my hashbrowns were cold, the bread to my avacado toast bately toasted, and the sandwhich was assembled so poorly with the egg hanging off, bacon stuck in the center, and cheese barely melted. Very disappointing because I love Dunkin.

I am a regular. Always order the same thing.... very predictable. Some how they ALWAYS mess it up. Its an easy order. It doesn't matter if I'm ordering ubereats, in the drive thru, order ahead or I go inside. Disappointing because the employees are not rude but very insistent that they have competed my order correctly even when i show them items are missing. I don't believe any of them know how to count. Example: I order two (2) orders of the (2 piece) mini bagel bites and they give me one order. I explain I only received one order - they say right... there are two bagel bites in that order. They have charged me twice - for 2 orders (4 total bagel bites) but only give me one order. 🤦‍♀️ This goes on EVERY time and they always argue. I know I can go to another location but I shouldn't have to. They need to make sure the employees can count and understand their menu options when they are hired. When/if I finally get my food it's always tasty and fresh. Otherwose is a very frustrating experience every time.

Squarz Bakery is renowned for its assortment of meat-filled pies in various flavors, which are conveniently frozen for baking at home. While their savory hand pies receive the most recognition, their croissant selection is extensive and tantalizing. From triple chocolate to lemon, vegan coconut berry to caramel, cinnamon roll to a delectable chocolate Oreo filling, each croissant is freshly baked and can be heated up for a warm and personalized treat.
Wow! I am in AZ on business and decided to try this cafe via grubhub. I ordered the Avocado, Egg, and Parmesan croissant with a Chocolate Chip jumbo cookie and the Caramel Latte Breve. Y'all! That latte was heavenly!! It was smooth and light. (I need that in my life daily!) The croissant was fresh and buttery. The cookie was LARGE but still moist and soft. Usually cookies this large are not baked enough for my liking, but this one was. I highly recommend this spot if your in Gilbert, AZ.
Temetra W — Google review
Maybe it was because I went early, but it's ultimately just a cafe for a quick bite. Not somewhere to sit and eat a whole meal. Regardless of that the food wasn't bad, but a tad inconsistent in quality as the puffs taste heated up from frozen and then the actual sandwiches tasted fresh, there's no restroom available, which is an issue if you're gonna wait up to 10 minutes for your food, but the snickerdoodle cookie was great. Shared it with friends and we all got a little greedy. I'd recommend ordering ahead and taking to go with this establishment.
GhettoTorture — Google review
Small stripmall spot with delicious pastries. Tried the Spinach & Feta pie, which was wonderful. Meal price includes a side and a drink, which I thought was a pretty decent deal (<$9). Croissants were good, but maybe a bit on the dry side. Limited (bottled) drink selections, and very limited inside seating. Service was excellent, very helpful & friendly. The Cosmic Croissant was fun & tasty, a bit more on the sweet side. For something different & out-of-the-ordinary, I'd highly recommend Squarz.
Elle F — Google review
This place used to be amazing. Lately though… not so much. This picture is of what’s supposed to be a “caramelized croissant”. The last time we ordered these they were goopy with caramel, this one… not a drop. Their sausage and gravy croissant sandwich had entirely too much salt to the point where a salt-lick would be jealous. Their inconsistent quality has lead me to go elsewhere. They used to be awesome, so I don’t know what happened. With the price you pay, it’s not worth the gamble. Sorry.
The U — Google review
Food here is amazing. Tried three mini meat pies with a sausage and egg sandwich. The pastries were wonderfully crisp and flaky. The bakery is super tiny with almost no indoor seating aside from a couple long bar style tables looking out the window and one full table along with a table for two. More seating is outside which may be why everyone was ordering to go. In the future I'll probably do take out orders but the food is simply fantastic. Heard them explaining how they soak the croissants overnight in egg yolk and heavy cream. No wonder they are amazing. I think I found a new regular spot. They are on the way home for me and I'll definitely be coming in again. Since everything is fresh may be best to order ahead to avoid a wait.

While reading Google news, an article popped up of the top places for baked goods and Squarz Bakery & Cafe was listed. We were down the address and literally drove right over. Initially, I wasn't impressed when I walked in and didn't know what to expect. After placing my order and waiting roughly 20 min for a half dozen items, we were all in sugar heaven. Damn those pastries were good! You are definitely my new favorite spot. Thanks for satisfying my sweettooth!

Staff was friendly. Sitting area was uncomfortably warm. We didn't leave anything on our plate so the food was good. Soup was served cold. It wasn't full heated and there was an ice chunk in the middle however it was good soup. We made the mistake of coming closer to their closing time. Probably should come during lunch next time. I may give this place another shot.

The cleanliness of the store adds to its charm, making it a pleasant place for breakfast or a quick snack.

I got a bacon egg and cheese and it was the grossest thing to come out of this store. The eggs were weird and had what looked like char or pepper burned into the bottom. The bacon was wimpy, I thought they forgot it at first and the cheese is just a plastic looking slab not melted on or anything. Disappointing.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and I want to love it but it just keeps missing the mark, especially recently. My online order is always ready quickly which is nice but why are you guys charging almost $2 for the smallest amount of cream cheese you could possibly put on a bagel?

My boyfriend and I ordered Einstein bros from Uber eats through this location and we definitely regret doing so. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash brown sides. The hashbrowns were not in the bag at all. The worst part is this rotten egg or whatever is wrong with it that was in my sandwich! I always check my sandwiches from food places because I’ve seen some nasty things. Sadly I checked this one after taking taking a few bites. What a waste of money and time. This is disgusting and I’m sure it’s a health hazard. I didn’t want to risk it and continue eating it.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin’ Donuts. The disrespect I received from a manager wearing a blue shirt was unbelievable and so unprofessional. I was overcharged. I was given drinks that weren’t correct, and I was shorted my donuts that I was owed that I paid for. When I called them out on all of the mistakes that they made, the manager(older lady with braids) and a blue shirt said to me and I quote, “Calm down Blair!” Using my first name like we know each other. I will be calling corporate next. If you like a good Dunkin Donut experience, don’t go there avoid there’s a reason why they have only three star reviews.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Customer service doesn’t exist here, the food tastes like it was assembled during a natural disaster, and the orders are wrong so often I’m convinced it’s part of their training program. Literally any other breakfast spot nearby is an upgrade — a gas station hot dog at 7am would be fine dining compared to this. This place is a comedy show without the laughs, and management should honestly be embarrassed. I don’t even want to picture what the back of house looks like, but I’m guessing it’s scarier than a horror movie kitchen scene.🪳🐀

The black female manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. She has a bad attitude. She was raising her voice at me and arguing with me through the drive-through window and being extremely aggressive. She has no patience and was rushing me out of the line when there was no line and no one was around or behind me. Keep in mind this is 8:30 AM in the morning on a Sunday. She states she’s a manager while raising her voice at me. On the drive-through screen, the order was different from what I ordered. There was a different associate, who was taking my order who was extremely nice and for some reason the Manager had to interrupt and take over when she shouldn’t have gotten involved at all because she made everything worse. I let the associate know that my order is not correct on the screen and then the manager interrupts and says “we have your correct order, now just go to the window.” That’s how the manager spoke to me. I go to the window. I get my order and I’m putting my card away and the manager comes up and says “do you need anything else? What are you doing? Why are you taking so long?” I have no idea why she was rushing me out of the line when there was no line behind me. She is so rude unprofessional and out of line she needs to be fired. You should not have a manager working there like that who is impatient and aggressive. I hope that you guys take action with her behavior to treat customers like that because I always come to this location and now I have to go to a different location.

Daytime cafe for sandwiches, subs & salads, plus a menu of cakes, with some unusual flavors offered.
We just received the most delicious 😍 and beautiful looking cake from Donna's bakery. They've got a customer for life in us! 🙏😋🥧🥧

This is the 3rd year that I ordered cake for our Company gathering. I was so impressed before that's why I kept on coming back every time we had a company gathering. I noticed recently that they used a lot of whipped cream. You need to dig in deeply to get some cake, I was so disappointed this time.

A great selection of cakes, pastries and bakery items. I had mango white chocolate and a small blackforest cake. They were moist, creamy and well balanced in sweetness.

I know it’s a late post but it’s again time for me to order a cake for my daughter.. last year I ordered a unicorn cake from here, and the cake we received was not at all impressive . It looked like a beginner has decorated it. My guests and even we were so disappointed after seeing the cake.. Here’s the pic attached so that you guys can compare the cake I ordered and the cake I received.. it’s was very very disappointing.

So if I'm not mistaken Taro Milk Tea is always a purple hue right? No brown? I've been here a few times and the sandwiches are great however everyone I've ordered Boba Tea from here it's been an issue. One time it was the color and taste it should be but was grainy. Not sure if they just didnt mix it enough or if I was supposed to? Over all decent sandwhich/bakery shop but wouldn't recommend Boba Tea from here.

I work next door to the bakery and come to Donna’s everyday for lunch. The food here is only second to the people who work there and the amazing customer service I get every single time I go. One of my favorite family owned delis I’ve ever been to. Their sandwiches, breakfast, burritos, and pastries are all very tasty and made fresh everyday. I cannot say enough how wonderful of a bakery this is and how friendly all the workers are here. It feels like I am really a part of the family.

My dad showed my family this place a few months ago, and we love it. I always make my dad let me have the tapioca balls when we go ☺️ They ladies were nice and welcoming. Great service and great food. I'd recommend the pork buns, absolutely great! My mom loves the teas they put out as well.

My fiancee ordered a Black Forest Cake from the bakery, and we were very disappointed. The white frosting did not kill it for us, but the cake tasted like a very flavorless spice cake and had no chocolate flavoring. It also tasted like there were very lackluster cheesecake layers in it too. If it was their very different version of a Black Forest Cake, they should have specified on their menu or warned my fiancee when she was ordering it. Even if I was expecting the type of cake it was, it wasn't even good at that.

Pastries 'N' Chaat is an Indian restaurant with a unique, spicy flavor that complements sweet pastries. The food is delicious and plentiful, making it perfect for anyone not from India. The service was amazing and the waitstaff was very patient in explaining the dishes. If you love South Indian cuisine, Pastries 'N' Chaat is definitely worth checking out!
Good Biryani Place! I did tasted many Indian cuisine’s and Biryani here was perfect, it’s a good place to hangout with friends, I really like their Vijaywada Biryani! Which comes with Dhum chicken, and fried chicken pieces on top, it tastes really Awesome, adding appetizer as chilly chicken, is really Great!
Abdul E — Google review
The best Biryani I had until now in states. Anyone who is visiting this place should try their Vijaywada Biryani. Also the samosa chat, just loved it, too good. Thank you for amazing service. +1 for polite staff
Shrijay K — Google review
We tried this place for the first time and it was amazing. Tried the pani puri and was better by comparison to some of the others I’ve tried in the area. We had 2 of the biryanis. The Dhum Chicken Biryani was amazing. Loved the combination of heat and flavor. The tikka chicken one was also well done. Just as flavorful and had the perfect amount of meat to rice for my liking. Did a goat curry to round out the try. This was also so tinder and went so well with everything else. The only 2 negative points I can give them was on the bread and samosas. The bread was not as done for a few pieces. And the samosas for sure were quiet hard fried. Loved the flavor overall but other than that I still say this was a five cause for my first time going I was impressed. Will be back again and soon.
Natasha W — Google review
Loved the food here. Another great Indian place for foodies. I personally tried veg thali which was so good. Pani puri could be better. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but worth it. Should give it a try.
Prasad V — Google review
Vada Pav was great though the bread was not very authentic. Onion pakoras were extreme salty. Gobi Manchurian and biryanis were good. The baturas were thick and most restaurants got deviated to this. Tea was good. I didn’t like them asking to show online order email before handing out the order. Also they forgot raita and salan with the biryanis being such careful to ask for an email.
Naresh G — Google review
This hidden gem is very conveniently located right off the Arizona State University Campus in Tempe, a few minutes from freeways and office complexes. High prices and slowness in service are the only two reasons this place got 2 stars taken off from my rating - the variety of Indian Street food options available is phenomenal and the taste is really good. The quantity needs to commensurate to the price a bit, and the service time requires improvement - I waited a long time for simple orders and couldn't recall the high count of food delivery guys that came by, waited, and canceled in frustration. I definitely recommend this place to anybody hungry for authentic Indian good, as long as you have some money to shell out, and can pack in some patience to wait a while. Below is a sample picture of food options available.
Satya [ — Google review
The place is okay. Food is good. However I feel that it's way overpriced. I ordered samosa and it cost me around $5 for 2 samosa which is a lot.
Ajit M — Google review
The restaurant has become very pathetic now. I ordered for a Paneer Biriyani, Family pack via postmates. However, they served my appetizer with Chicken. The front desk person was so irresponsible, blaming it on the new chef. I am not sure if they will rectify their careless behavior. Their quality is deteriorating.

Auntie Anne's is a global chain of counters that serves delicious sweet and savory soft pretzels with a wide selection of toppings and dips. Customers may occasionally experience longer waiting times, but the staff are generally apologetic and willing to make amends. The employees, like Denise, provide exceptional customer service and offer various frosting dipping sauces to enhance the pretzel experience. The bakery is highly praised for its amazing store ambiance, excellent service, and great food quality.

After waiting a great deal of time for my cinnamon pretzel, a girl walked up to me & asked if I was waiting for anything. I kindly told her yes, I was & it had been almost 20 minutes. She was sincerely apologetic and went to go make the pretzel herself. She offered me the frosting dipping sauce and once again apologized for forgetting me. It wasn't her though. It was another male employee that took my order. Please pass the word along to the manager of this Auntie Annie's that Denise was wonderful to me and provided excellent customer service. The pretzel tasted great. Thank you, Denise. ❤️

Came today. It was so good. The lemonade was so sweet and so bomb!! Pretzel was also so good. Minimal wait time. They got us in and out. Definitely a great trip. Well worth the drive.
Vana S — Google review
Advertising on their board a bacon cheddar or Turkey cheddar pretzel roll which they do not have also advertising they have sweet ice tea and they do not have. I ordered the garlic pretzel it is very dry kind of tastless and no dipping sauce unless you pay extra. On my 30 minute lunch so no time to take it back. Only gave 2 star would have been one but the gentlemen working register was polite and apologetic about out of items.

Einstein Bros. Bagels has truly made a name for itself, especially with its new location that seems to shine brighter than others in the area. The friendly staff adds to the experience, making each visit enjoyable as they serve up smiles along with their tasty offerings.
Haven’t been here in awhile but it was so worth it and great customer service bagel was so soft and so fresh and so yummy!!

Orders are just always wrong, every time we try. Today, I got a bagel and my husband got a sandwich, and they out the bagel I ordered on his sandwich and gave me a single bagel of what was supposed to be on his sandwich. Quality is also inconsistent. Just a bummer because I love a good bagel, but they can’t get it right.

Honestly she is amazing! We are excited for bagel day in the office & we will continue to have this be our spot for a long time!

This visit was way better than our last one at another location. The service was friendly, the place was clean, and the food hit the spot, especially the brisket and the bagel sandwich. The hash browns and new flavored lemonades were a nice bonus, making it an overall great experience.

Friendly staff. Fresh, fresh excellent bagels, $20 to feed family of 4 with hungry teens. Having extra cream cheese, peanut butter and oj at home helps keeps cost down. Einsteins has excellent oj and smoothies. My favorite is the farmhouse. They will even thin out your bagel if your watching your carbs.

Update: As you can see, just proves their lack of customer service. I literally wrote in my review below that I contacted them twice in two weeks with no response yet. And then I get an automated response telling me to send them a message, which I have already done and still haven’t heard back. What a joke! This is usually my go to Einsteins when picking up breakfast. Lately I’ve been disappointed with their food, whether the bagel isn’t toasted as it should be, quality of ingredients or issues with ordering on the app. I have contacted customer service via the website 2 times in the last 12 days and still haven’t heard back from anyone. I was asking for a refund due to my burnt bagel that was hard as a rock on the bottom and the undercooked bacon served on both sandwiches; bacon was all fat. Poor customer service, no one gets back to you and their 1800 number is useless, sends you to a voicemail.

Mochinut Tempe is a bakery in Hawaii that offers a unique fusion of American doughnuts and Japanese mochi. In addition to their signature mochi donuts, they also serve Korean rice flour hotdogs and bubble tea drinks. The bakery is known for its friendly staff, clean environment, and high-quality food. Customers enjoy the variety of k-dogs and rotating flavors of mochi donuts, all served perfectly. The option to adjust the sweetness of the teas adds to the appeal.
Mochinut is so unique and so delicious! The donuts have such a distinctive flavor and texture. Really some of the best donuts around. They also have the best and again super unique corn dogs. It is hard to go back to a normal corn dog when you know they can be improved so much like they are here! This place is always a treat!
Dustin S — Google review
Hands down the BEST donut I have ever had in my life. They were incredible! It's a bit pricey, but honestly, it's so worth it! The Corn dogs were fantastic as well and have ruined all others for me. I tried to eat at Two Hands a few weeks after having these, and all I could think about were the ones from Mochinut and how it just didn't compare.
Xandria S — Google review
Mochi donuts are sooo fun and chewy! Easy to get hooked. I especially liked the Holiday Matcha that was decorated in Christmas colors. The Original was slightly sour the way I like it. There just isn’t any other dessert I know that comes close to the chewy texture of mochi donuts! I like how they have a labeled display of their daily donut offerings at the front of the counter. Overall the tiny shop was colorful, bright, and clean. It’s kinda hidden and not easy to find because it’s so small. But if you haven’t stopped by yet to try one you are missing out!

The cream top Matcha (x2 boba) was great. And the woman working here was sweeter than the tea. This restaurant is clean and has a contemporary pop atmosphere. I want to try the brown-sugar cold-brew next. 👍 Thank You, Thank You, Thank You
Zach W — Google review
This was our first time visiting Mochinut, and we’re very glad we did. We tried the half-and-half corndogs and the strawberry lemonade, which was the best I’ve ever had. We also ordered four donuts, and my sister enjoyed the brown sugar milk tea. Overall, I highly recommend giving it a try. We spent $40 on three corndogs, four donuts, and two drinks. The young lady that helped us was nice and patient, and the store was clean, which I really appreciate. Five stars well deserved.

This is the best donut I have ever eaten. They have many flavors, and they have different flavors every week. K-dogs are also super delicious. You must try them. They also sell drinks, especially brown sugar boba milk tea is perfect.

Best boba milk tea ever ! Great tea flavor with black sugar and the boba is chewy. I ordered the potato original hotdog and it's crispy and delicious. Donut and balls so yummy and the custard is not too sweet. Definitely come back again!
OctopusC — Google review
I decided to stop by a little bit after they opened for the day. It was my first time coming here and my first time trying mochi doughnuts and Korean corndogs. And I will say it was a delicious experience. The staff were super nice and very helpful! I ordered a Nutella, Belgian chocolate and original mochi doughnut, a half and half potato Korean corndog with sweet chili sauce and a strawberry lemonade drink with strawberry popping boba. Everything was so delicious! My favorite doughnuts were the Nutella and the original and the corndog was so good! Nice and hot, fantastic crunch and the cheese was super stretchy and gooey. I would definitely recommend this place and I can’t wait to return to try new things!

Been wanting to try out Parlour and finally able to and it did not disappoint. The space is beautiful, lots of windows and light coming in to enjoy your time. They have a pretty large selection of gourmet donuts with plants of seasonal flavors. We had Salted Caramel, Pumpkin Cheesecake and Maple Pecan. They were all very flavorful. The dough is not cut out like a traditional doughnut so it creates more crispy texture which is amazing! They also have a breakfast sandwich on an unglazed doughnut which was really good. Espresso drinks were really good especially they Mayan Chocolate Mocha.

One of the best donuts I’ve ever had. Croissant dough that is then fried and covered in an amazing glaze = decadence. The maple bacon is delicious, we also had the strawberry shortcake which was also quite good if you like very sweet strawberry flavor.

Starting with the visual, from the outside, it's very unassuming. Inside, they have beautiful flooring and a variety of different chairs. The donuts are numerous and delicious. I had the Churro and the Banana Foster donut. Both were delicious, the Banana Foster was on another level, though. I'd come back just for it.

Phenomenal Doughnuts 🍩 that are even better than donuts. New take on an old classic. Must try!! Great selection and favor, very fresh and gracious size. 🙌 lots to love ❤️ they even have minis if ur not a big pastry fan.
Mesha A — Google review
First time at the Tempe location (around 10:30am) Two young female staff were really busy talking to each other that they didn’t greet us as we came in and didn’t respond to our greeting prior to submitting the order. I didn’t hear they greeted any customers walking in, actually, and the store was not busy at all. Two empty tables were dirty by donut powders; they’re too busy to wipe them I guess. I didn’t want to walk all the way in the back so I just chose one dirty table. We had 3 big donuts, 3 minis, 1 bottled orange juice, and 1 ICED earl gray tea. I went to so many coffee shops and have never seen anyone making iced tea this way before (picture inserted). The iced tea was completely melted and diluted as soon as I received it; it’s not sweet at all and also came with the teabag in the cup (it’d be fine if I ordered hot). She also didn’t ask how sweet I preferred. I’m sure she directly poured the ice into the hot tea in that plastic cup. I had only 1 sip and threw the whole cup away. The worst iced tea I’ve ever had. Please train your staff to do a better job, especially on how to make “iced tea” properly. Your donuts are delicious yet expensive, and it’s okay. Don’t downgrade your business this way. I had a better experience at Ahwatukee location so I guess this Tempe location just isn’t a good idea to come for me even it’s closer. Even though the donuts were delicious, the overall experience I received today wasn’t worth my time and money. This is disappointing.

My favorite donut spot! So different than any other doughnut shop. The flakey layers melt in your mouth and I can’t help trying all the flavors. We drive out of our way to come here! Crumbl - Tempe is a delightful cookie haven that truly knows how to satisfy your sweet tooth! With an easy-to-navigate app, you can order online and have a scrumptious six-pack of cookies delivered right to your door in no time. They offer convenient options like curbside or in-store pick-up, making it super accessible for everyone. The excitement doesn’t stop there; their cookie flavors rotate weekly, ensuring there's always something new to try.

looks can be deceiving as it looked gas when i first came. but they taste so bad. i mean no hate to the establishment but the cookies were not good both times i went. the kardashian cookies especially…my friend tasted the khloe cookie and did not show up to our math lecture the next day
Katerina S — Google review
Tried Crumbl for the first time and I can definitely see the appeal. The rotating flavors and creative takes on classic desserts are a fun concept, and the presentation is a nice touch--each cookie looks like it belongs in a bakery display case. That said, I found the texture to be much more cake-like than cookie, which just isn't my personal preference. If you enjoy crumbly, thick, almost cupcake-style cookies, you'll probably love it. For me, it was a bit too much--especially with how overwhelmingly sweet some of the flavors are. After just a few bites, it felt like sugar overload. Glad I tried it, but it's probably not somewhere I'd need to go to again.
Kaitlyn R — Google review
Daily, freshly made, oversized cookies are delicious and great for sharing. The best selection is when the bakery first opens. Cookies are soft and super moist. Selection of cookies can be seasonal and decorations can be very creative.

Ordered online last night around 8:45 PM, and by 9:30, I had a 6 pack of delicious cookies 🍪 at my door! The app is super easy to use! They offer curbside or in-store pick-up, as well as delivery. Since the cookie flavors change weekly, some of the ones I ordered might not be available again for a while. Here's what is shown: - Lemon Poppyseed - Sea Salt Toffee - Pink Cookie (x2) - Raspberry Cheesecake (x2) I wish the lemon poppyseed had more lemon filling like the description stated. The Raspberry Cheesecake was delicious, but the base was a little thick compared to the frosting/ topping, in my opinion. Sea salt Toffee was yummy! And the pink cookie is a classic that can't be beat. >>>>> I 100% recommend purchasing the cookie slicer for $5! It makes it SUPER easy to make the cookie sharable. Sometimes, I cut them into 6 vs 4. I haven't been inside this specific location, but I have driven by. There is street parking along the front of the stores, and there may be a parking garage, but I'm not 100% sure. It is easy to find; you just may need to walk a bit to get there.
Jana P — Google review
Such an amazing place to get goodies. Love that the flavors change weekly and customer service is always top notch!
P. B — Google review
Sweet loves them they always have new cookies I love the style and the approach the business has on making sure to obtain new cookies each week to keep customers coming back. And with the push to have a nice online front to make sure that people are buying the cookies they are poised to be around for a while. If your looking for a new franchise to purchase this is it. You typically will get the same nice service from any of their locations. The easiest way to secure your order is to order online and do either curbside or walk-in. I will advise that this specific location in Tempe at night has a lot of traffic excluding Fridays and Saturday nights every other night is typically jam-packed and causes a lot of traffic to build up. But aside from that if you work from home I would make sure to just order the cookies and pick them up during lunch of some kind mostly to avoid everyone going in and grabbing them all up.
E C — Google review
As always, these cookies are absolutely amazing and this location provided the same quality that has given them their awesome reputation. The chocolate chip cookie 🍪 is a staple and the best chocolate chip cookie on this planet, possibly in the galaxy. Today I had the mango cookie and fulfilled a sugar happiness only found at a location like this. Parking would be a challenge depending on the time of day, however, well worth the headache. It is however located off of the main road immediately into the complex. Update this weekend. Cookies still AMAZING 👏🏽 Update: return of the 5th & we returned to still amazing cookies. Free advice work out harder so you can guilt free eat more Crumbl cookies, these things are delicious 😋

I was very disappointed and late so I didn’t have time to even correct them. And I wasted my cupon on a drink I didn’t order. Went here today to grab brunch. The staff was polite and the food was good too. I am primarily writing this review to give a huge shout out to the young man named Yahya who works there! He was personable, hard working and delivered exceptional service! The establishment should reward him for the work ethic he brings!
Yahya H — Google review
Iced coffee was great as usual. But at this location, someone needs to let the workers know that speed is not your friend. I've been to other Einstein's, and everything was perfection, but this place takes quick service too serious. I ordered the all-nighter bagel because it's my favorite. Usually, there is a little wait time for one, but I ordered 2, and they had them out in less than a minute. Go to enjoy them, and the eggs were almost raw in the middle, and the bacon was barely cooked. I will not be returning to this location, sadly.

We ordered a breakfast sandwich and I wanted a spinach florentine one which they didn't have. The bagels there were like hard crusty rolls and we did not care for. We left unsatisfied. We have went to so many Einstein's and have never had a "bagel" like what we got here

I went this morning and this white chubby girl was working the register . I was not greeted and almost 5 min went by before I was acknowledged by someone else (no one else was in line but me) and got the most sad looking bagels when I received them . My kind of comfort food! I love Einstein bagels any time and all the time! The staff are always super kind and the service is great.

Friendly staff and quick service both taking orders and getting food out. Ordered a vanilla cream cold brew which came out first in ~2 mins and was good! Followed by a bacon avocado and tomato sandwich which came out ~5 mins later. 8/10

Cinnaholic is a vegan cinnamon bun chain with a location in Tempe. The customizable buns come with an array of toppings, syrups, and icing. Despite being reasonably priced, the portions are generous and the flavors rich. The peanut butter frosting is described as creamy and delicious while the cookie dough topping is also highly praised. Customers have also enjoyed flavors like Apple Pie with crumble and Nutty Buddy with peanut butter cups on top.
I ❤ Love Cinnaholic. Tempe location now open with online ordering. Super awesome rolls. It's right across from As you Wish. Easy to park and locate. Staff is super friendly and fast. You'll be addicted. #plantbased goodness. 🌱 They are busy so I suggest ordering online.

The cinnamon roll was very good! I liked that it wasn't super sweet like a cinabon but I think that outer ring could've been a bit softer, is it was it would've taken it to another level. Be warned though, these cinnamon rolls aren't cheap. Tasty but a bit pricey

For someone who has never seen this episode of shark tank, I was amazed! Their cinnamon rolls all looked so good! And most importantly, all 100% VEGAN! To a non vegan, you would never be able to tell the difference.

I was so surprised how great these were. And it’s vegan, but I wouldn’t have known, neither did the men in the family. Got the Apple Pie with crumble, and the Nutty Buddy with chunks of peanut butter cups on top and peanut frosting that’s light and airy… so good but couldn’t finish 1… it was very decadent.

For how big the actual cinnamon roll was and the abundance of frosting and toppings that are put on top, this was actually quite reasonably priced. I was surprised. I got a roll with peanut butter frosting and an enormous scoop of cookie dough on top for exactly $6.99. That's less than Starbucks these days (depending on what you order, obviously). The peanut butter frosting was so rich, creamy, and delicious. I'm so glad I picked that flavor. The cookie dough was amazing too. The amount of frosting and cookie dough is perfect for the size of the roll. The roll itself was soft and the cinnamon flavor was prominent and didn't get overshadowed by the other two flavors going on in this situation :) There are literally hundreds of combinations of things you could get so I could see myself coming back here and trying a lot of the different frosting/topping combinations! Cause why not?! AND THE FACT THAT EVERYTHING IS VEGAN?! SIGN ME UP! The inside of this place was super clean and all in all, this place deserves the success and lives up to the hype.

Had to stop in there to try, going to say was disappointed with how the bread felt dense. Ordered the Baby Buns, one with Creme Brulee and the other with Banana Cream. The Creme Brulee had a strong coffee taste and the banana was better but overall so sweet. The order comes with 3 mini buns but only two was the max for me and I normally love sweets. Not a return for me... I saw the cookie dough bites and that sounds painfully sweeter. I do thank you guys for having a water station.

Got the build-your-own with strawberry frosting and fresh blueberries and bananas. I loved mine!! The texture of the actual cinnamon roll itself was so soft and gooey. Just delicious! Can’t believe everything is vegan friendly!! Customer service was also very nice and friendly! 😋👍

This is the first time I have had a bad Cinnamon buns from cinnaholic. It was so hard like it has been there for hours. I did ask for a new roll but it was just as bad as the other one. I'm so sad I did really like this place. You have to do better. Get back to great rolls
