Had a really good stay at Esperado Lake View Hotel! The food was great, and I loved how good the service and WiFi were—no complaints at all. The rooftop bar is the real highlight, though! The view is amazing, especially in the evening. The location is a big plus too. It’s right near Kandawgyi Lake, so if you like jogging in the morning, it’s perfect. Oh, and there’s a teahouse inside the hotel that’s honestly so good! The tea and snacks are delicious and super affordable. Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking for a nice place to stay in Yangon!

The rooftop has a great view, but lack in decoration, in order to attract more visitors and tourists, there should be more lounge space, light decoration and bar decoration. Every corner should be worth to take pictures since in Myanmar social media is a big deal. Rooms and hallways need decoration and renovation, air-fresheners should be placed along hallways. The elevator card should be able to access any floor levels. My brother and his miso enjoyed the spa. The gym was in renovation. Downstairs restaurant is so loud, well most of the time I don’t understand so I don’t really care. Some of the reception desk staff are so lovely and nice with great smile. Front door assistances are so helpful.. even helping me in across the busy street. The wifi is always in need of fixing, I had exams during my holiday. The staff services are worth staying there. This hotel is very old. The walls are deteriorating and bad sheets are wore down. I strongly not recommend this hotel if you are hygienic. They are much better choices in this price range.For bonus, this hotel has the worst view I have ever seen .

Terrible service and the most terrible cleanness in the world I think. There are a lot of trash in the hotel and no toilet paper. The most terrible thing is the noise. We got there 3 night 4 day trip and we couldn't sleep for 2 night because of there roof top party. I claimed them that we couldn't sleep but they said they couldn't help anything. I suggest you that you shouldn't choose for only lake view. It is fake.

As you can see in this video. They are trying to sell blocked view rooms such as this. If you would like a bit of privacy for your stay I would avoid rooms on this side of the building altogether. Attn: maintenance - wall papers are coming off the walls in your rooms and carpets need replacing in near future too. There's nothing romantic about this place either just so you're aware. The rooms are spacious and the staff are as helpful as possible but the hotel is in bad condition. The Beds are old and sinking, carpets run down and dirty and rooms smell mouldy. Many of the fixtures are falling apart as well. I understand hotels are struggling under the current political situation in Myanmar however we need to be objective this is jot a 4 star hotel, maybe 6 years ago but not anymore. I hope one day it can be restored to its glory.

As someone who travels and stay for 7+ days at Pan Pacific whenever I visit Yangon, I was surprised and quite disappointed to discover that Pan Pacific Yangon, despite branding itself as a luxury hotel, does not offer a basic business centre or even a simple facility to photocopy documents on site. In today’s world—especially at a premium property like this—having access to such basic business amenities should be a given, not an exception. I found myself having to walk under the hot Yangon sun to a local market just to get a few photocopies made. This is not only highly inconvenient, but also reflects poorly on the operational priorities of the hotel. Even if the service were charged, many of us would gladly pay for the convenience of handling such matters in-house. That said, I must commend the concierge team on the ground floor—they were truly helpful, kind, and tried their best to assist on numerous occasions despite the limited tools at their disposal. In summary: I sincerely hope Pan Pacific Yangon considers adding at least minimal business services for guests who expect not just comfort, but competence and convenience as well. The concierge team (Mr Lin & Team) at Pan Pacific Hotel Yangon is exceptionally professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whether assisting with directions, local recommendations, or handling guest requests, they go above and beyond to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.

We were here for the international buffet dinner, The Square. The food was good and delicious and yet prefer to be more warm. The desserts were also perfect, 10 out of 10 but there were less fruits. The drinks were also fine with various options of mocktails and different types of coffees. Would love to come and enjoy here again.

The rooms were good, the location was probably the best in Yangon for shopping trips, and there is a gym, really big pool for at least 30 people, basketball and tennis multipurpose court. But breakfast is really disappointing. Not a lot of dishes for a 5 star hotel.

Thank you for the exceptional service I experienced during my stay at PARKROYAL. On the fifth day of my trip, I was unable to eat anything all day due to traveler’s diarrhea. The hotel manager kindly arranged chicken porridge to be delivered to my room and also checked whether I needed to see a doctor, providing medicine for hydration. After that, the staff continuously checked on my condition, which helped me recover quickly. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and care provided during my stay.

Old but well managed hotel in Yangon. Being my top choice for more than 15 years. Staff are always welcoming and service is good. One area for the management to relook into is the Chinese restaurant SiChuan Dou Hua, service and food have deteriorated, no longer the same as it was before Covid. Was there on 12 Sep but was a little disappointed with the service and food.

Wyndham Grand Yangon Hotel 🇲🇲 What a comfortable stay in this 5 star hotel, it is giving St. Regis vibe! Checked in to our spacious Executive Corner Suite. We have a lounge access for the afternoon tea, happy hour, and buffet breakfast. The staff are all welcoming, no stress staycation at all! Since there are no Marriott Bonvoy properties in Yangon, we were able to try a different property. We saw a Sheraton Hotel but unsure why it was not showing in the app yet or upon clicking it is gone. We didn’t inquire further on this. Overall, this hotel is convenient which is located right below the mall, with banks, and limousine service to check around the city, which we did use. I must say, it is advisable for tourist to hire the hotel limousine than taking a Grab to avoid disappointment and hassle of booking. Executive Lounge: The executive lounge has a nice view of the city! Who would have thought, Myanmar has its own burgeoning wine industry with several local wineries? Wyndham was such a 5 star hotel. What’s not to like from comfy bed and pillow, a noice proof room to amazing breakfast and good deco. Very please with my stay last times. Definitely coming back again.

I love this hotel! It has full service from comfortable beds to dining to spas from head to toe, pool, gym and even a shopping mall at Level 1. Love the staff service and the excellent breakfast. Did the spas - superb! Felt so relax here. Only problem is with power outage several times a day so waiting for lifts or yr room air con to restart can take a little while. But that’s likely a nation wide issue. Then there’s the royal lake in front where many people walk, jog and workout in the early mornings and evenings! Highly recommend 👍👍👍

It was very good value for money. For US$70 a night, you could get a spacious room with a panoramic view of Kandawgyi Lake, a jacuzzi bathtub, and lounge access (including high tea with more than decent food and happy hour with free-flow wine). Hotel manager treat visitors very wrongly and having bad attitude made me feel don't wanna go there next time.

The staff we met did not have warmly welcome expressions as they can’t even smile to the customer. At the breakfast place they asked room number without paying respect by greeting first. You need to give them training for smiling first as hotel industry is mainly depend on the quality of service.

Rooms are clean and tidy. But in my room, the bed is not good enough. It sounds when you try to sleep on the bed. And also it's not sound proof in the room. You can hear the noise from the hallway if someone walks through and talks. Showering is good. WiFi was not good when I arrived there. There is a poor connection in my room and lagging in my online meeting. Breakfast will not be left too much if you go around 8:45 AM in the morning. And I don't see them coming to fill the foods especially fried rice. And also I feel like foods are not good and fresh enough for me for dinner when I try to order at night. The staff are friendly and hospitalized. Overall, foods need to be fresh and good! WiFi must have a strong connection for every room. Air-conditioning and beds need to be maintained for better comparison to other hotels. Others are just fine for everyone I think.

I was very disappointed with my stay. Staff and the manager lady repeatedly intruded on guests’ privacy and asked intrusive questions about what guests were doing in the hotel. This made me uncomfortable and I no longer felt safe or respected. I reported their problem about WiFi, bad breakfast and the cleaning service during my stay but didn’t receive a satisfactory response. I cannot recommend this hotel unless they change their privacy practices.

A really good hotel in a convenient location for exploring downtown Yangon. The staff are incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us with a number of things. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything you need including aircon, TV and a good bathroom. The free breakfast is reasonable - much better than the basic egg and bread in most places. Great value for your money.

Had dinner at the seventh floor restaurant and they serve some really nice Sichuan Chinese food here. Their in-house whiskey was really nice and smooth. We had the double cooked pork with steamed rice followed by a tomato and egg soup. Also ordered the fish in gravy (Nga pau thin) which was really good with ginger flakes. They didn't have any desserts so we had to buy some ice cream later on. Enjoyed the lovely home cooked style of food here. It is a no frills restaurant so don't expect a lavish interior or very comfortable seating as it is a simple place.

The restaurant is set in the most lovely location right by Inya Lake, and diners could take it all in from the comfort of the air-conditioned indoor sitting area thanks to the ceiling-to-floor glass windows. The 3-course set lunch at US$29 is a steal, and there were complimentary amuse bouche and petit fours as well as a box of chocolates to bring home. The dishes were well executed, but my favourite was the 3 different types of bread that they served. The cocktail was great too. The wait staff were attentive and the chef even came to greet us.

Pls upgrade your coffee cups to proper ones & probably use a better coffee espresso machine. $9 for a latte coffee is a put off ….. least to say it tastes like instant + milk mix in terms of taste profile. Nice place to have some proper European food. Not all dishes were great but most of them were perfectly fine for their price. The service is usually attentive. The only little problem that we had was the noise, the smell and the street dogs coming from the nearby street food place. It was sometimes disturbing if you wanted to dine outside or have a smoke.

This cafe is nice to chill and enjoy a meal. When I went, there was a power cut, and their generator was having issues staying on. So, my food took half an hour to come out. After I ate, I ordered a waffle, waited half an hour, and then was told it couldn't be made. I wish I was told sooner to save my time. Aside from the time taking long. Bak Chor Mee/Mince Meat Noodle/Mee Pok is the one of Signature dish widely available around Singapore. Luckily Easy Specialty bring this dish to Yangon. We ordered BCM & Mini Wok noddle and both are very delicious. Their coffee is very good too. Highly recommended

So far the only proper coffee I had in my 9-day trip in Myanmar. Their latte is better than many high end hotels. The place is chilled, not as crowded as Rangoon tea house. They also sell roasted coffee beams in cute packages, which looks very community/environmental friendly.

Another Great Specialty coffee shop runs by Easy Specialty Coffee. The coffee beans are fresh and nicely brewed. Barista can be improved to make better brewing cups. The grilled cheese was awesome. I like the atmosphere and decoration of the cafe. I literally sat for the while afternoon.

Good food and great coffee. Prices are decent. They roast their own beans. It’s located in a busy neighborhood so, it’s a good area to walk around and enjoy the local bazaar. Give it a try.

This is one of the best coffee shops in Yangon, located beside a very famous noodle shop named Aung Min Ga Lar or so. Having very good coffee quality, you can get awesome specialty ones or local favor, or deep taste cold brew here, the price is quite expensive but acceptable. Strong and free wifi is provided, with good service from local staffs whom can speak English well. The space is a little small but nice, often crowded with people, especially foreigns and travellers. Everything is almost clean, but still should be better. 4 stars rate from me

One of a kind in Yangon. EASY cafe has the nicest drinks in town. We bought all the beans for Pour Over and tried some of their signature drinks, oolong cold brew and monochrome were so flavorful. They trade directly with farmers to get the quality of their beans.

Great options for coffee and non-coffee drinks and their pastry section has something for everyone. This is my first time here but it is now my favorite coffee location in town. They also sell aluminum tumblers with tops and that’s a coveted find out here. Coconut crepe cake is to die for.

It’s normal chain cafe similar to Starbucks. Cakes and croissant look good in present but taste really dry, either not fresh or cheap ingredients. Coffee was bitter, tastes like dark roasted low quality beans. I can’t finish what I have ordered for the not good taste.

This place serves the best smoothie in town. My favorite one is smoothie bowl with fruits and nuts. It is 100% worth the try even though the price is a little high. The coffee and other drinks taste good too. Moreover it has two story and you can work or study there by bringing your laptop. They also give free WiFi. One of my favorite spot in town. The only downside is there is no space to park the car😁

The cafe gives you that chilling vibe with its set up but on crowded day, you feel a bit too much for introverts like me. Food and coffee is what you would expect from this standard so, definitely not for a budget date. Overall, sure I would recommend for a coffee date/catchup.

The room and location were good but, the service was hectic .front counter who was responsible for the bags ignored customers and infant said quote on quote “u have a problem”, in Burmese. Isn’t the saying customers are always right? Doesn’t that apply on hotels and resorts? .Overall the facilities are great just that the staffs are uncultured with such hideous manners. I am disappointed.

Honestly, Sedona is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in Yangon. Worst customer service! Me and my partner were thinking of having a nice evening at Sedona, so my partner booked the hotel with the lounge access through agoda website. But when we got there, they told us that the lounge is closed. But it was shown on agoda website and we were able to book the room with the lounge access. But not only they told us that the lounge was closed and were not going to do anything about it but also told us that they don’t do business with agoda. That was told by Mr. Smith from the reception. Well, I have questions. If you don’t do business with agoda, why were we able to book through agoda and with lounge access? We asked if we could get something back for the lounge access like dinner or something else, literally they told us that it’s not their problem and they can’t do anything about it! They were very rude, had no decent customer service! But yeah, we lost our lounge access and they ignored about valuing the customers! I would never stay at Sedona again! The pool was also occupied by the large event and couldn’t even enjoy ourselves!

I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by the receptionist, Yin Myo Swe, at Sedona Hotel. The level of professionalism and cooperation was far below the standard expected of a reputable hotel. Her attitude was unhelpful, unwelcoming, and left a strongly negative impression. For the reputation of Sedona Hotel and to ensure higher service quality for guests, I believe management should seriously reconsider her position and take appropriate action, including possible resignation.

I had a deeply concerning experience at this hotel. My friends, who were working in the hotel's business suites, were photographed by hotel staff using a mobile phone without their permission while they were simply resting on a public sofa in the lobby area. To make matters worse, they were warned not to rest there again. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It seemed that hotel staffs are trained by hotel management to watch guests and take photo every action. The reason given is that one of them had their eyes closed, and it might look inappropriate to other guests/visitors. This is absolutely unacceptable. Taking photos of people without their consent is a serious invasion of privacy, regardless of the situation. It's even more concerning that they were then warned not to rest there again.

I got a bad experience visiting the restaurant in July. We saw unfinished dirty things inside the female toilets in ground floor. So, we shared the info to the staffs wearing hotel uniforms for dirty things. But she didn’t care about and told us to inform housekeeping staffs not to them. My concern is that they should understand as they all are same as parts of the Hotel. Hospitality is not wearing skirts & blazer, not wearing hotel uniforms but it is their attitude.

We are absolutely shocked and disgusted because the hotel lobby was being openly used as a sexual marketplace. This made us uncomfortable and unsafe. There seemed to be no effort from hotel management to even hide this behavior.

Had a cheese toastie and nice lime coffee. My friend had chicken and rice and a honey drink. All nice. Staff pleasant. Not the cheapest of places (ie my coffee was 8,000) but nice to have something a bit different.

The orange juice was delicious, and the pork belly salad was also quite flavorful. However, the Tom Yum soup noodles were somewhat salty, and the shrimp lacked freshness; the meatballs, however, were excellent. Overall, the meal was satisfactory.

If you are a plant lover and wants to chill, plant house should be on your list(parking lot can be hard). Space is not very large but it'll keep you private with neat decorations. I like their burnt cheese slice and coffee though they have good menu. Not just food and space, you can find some 100% cotton products and books, too. Enjoy!

Freedom Café is a café with a twist - with cats on the menu as well as coffee! Located in San Chaung, this two floor coffee shop allows patrons to order a variety of coffees (hot and cold) in the downstairs section (sitting in the downstairs section is free of charge). Upstairs, you have to pay MMK5,000 (about $5 dollars) to play with the cats. There are a good variety of cats there with different personalities and this makes for a good photo opportunity and enjoyment. However the coffee itself was average tasting and really the only thing carrying the coffee shop is its reputation as the 'cat cafe'. Additionally, there were children there who were very loud and scaring the cats, unfortunately, the staff did nothing to get the parents to control the children and this impacted on our enjoyment of the venue. Definitely a place to check out to see the cats and have a coffee, but with a very average tasting drink and a high admission fee to see the cats there is really very little which attracts or warrants a second visit.

It's a very clean and cozy place, with adorable cats and dogs. But the service could improve, as the staff isn't very social. The food here is delicious, and I recommend it to all cat and dog lovers!

Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff and great location. My husband and I stayed here last month for 1 night and we wished we could’ve stayed longer. The checkin and checkout process were seamless. Each staff member was very professional and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. I LOVED the shower and all of the amenities in the room. We had a really wonderful view as well. We didn’t have one of the newly renovated rooms, but it was nonetheless beautiful and comfortable. Oh and the dining room is gorgeous! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and we will for sure stay here again.

Lovely hotel, clean nice rooms, charming staff, fabulous Spa on the 7th, great restaurant on the 21st floor. Sadly I did not try or see the pool or bar on the 5th floor. Definately go back. Sadly building work going on very nearby which effects some room views.

We had a great time here as a couple despite the hotel being used mainly by business men at the time. Lovely swimming pool area on the fifth floor. Live music by the pool on one night- which was excellent. Very well decorated and maintained room. Breakfast adequate and staff helpful. Had an amazing massage.

Smells bad and i think nobody cleaned the room for a while.. The photos of the hotel are totally different from what it really looks. Never go there or you regert following my advice.

I went to this place, and it was awesome! location is not bad, do not feel safe at night as environment is dark with few or no people at night time, accessible to china town easily, lobby is small, people there are super nice, and they have yummy food. The spa people are really good at massages, too! In the morning, you can hear people at the bazaar, it's very noisy.

Conveniently located at the heart of Chinatown, this hotel has modern rooms and helpful staff. We recommend to book the superior room because the cheapest one doesn't have a proper window (the wall of the adjacent building it's 20 cm away from the window). Although small, the room had all the necessary amenities and the bed was confortable. The breakfast was pretty good. Being vegetarians we managed to have a proper meal without any problem. There's always water and orange juice available for guests at the lobby. Since we had a late flight we requested a slightly late check-out and the staff kindly accommodated it. Overall, good value for money.

Very nice hotel, walking distance to my work as well as many eating places. The check in time is 2:00 pm and I arrived at 11:00 am. As a room was readily available, they checked me in without an extra charge. I am thankful to them. Rooms cleaned everyday. Complimentary supplies of water bottles and tea, coffee, sugar, and milk sachets good. Breakfast really very good. Overall, my stay was enjoyable.

Best Western is located in a compact building. The room sizes are however decent but I doubt if any of the rooms offer good view of the city. My room window opened towards the back of the hotel and therefore I had it shut all the time. This could be difficult for you if you're claustrophobic. Be careful! The staff is super courteous, breakfast has a good spread like other 3-4 star hotels. Prices for in-room dining menu are also decent. Overall an average hotel. PS: Hotel offers better currency exchange rate than at the airport.

We spent two days in Yangon at the beginning of November and enjoyed our stay at the Best Western. The staff (both front desk and otherwise ) were friendly, accommodating and professional, and all spoke excellent English. The lobby is very small and if the hotel is busy ( which it was when we checked in), it's very easy to feel crammed into a corner - the lobby staff saw that and went out of their way to ensure we were as comfortable as possible while we waited. The hotel is well located to attractions and restaurants and only a few blocks from the upscale Junction City shopping center. The staff were very helpful assisting with with locating sightseeing stops and securing taxis as well. The hotel offers a small but excellent spa service which we thoroughly enjoyed and has comfortable rooms with excellent wifi and reliable air conditioning - very important if you are in Myanmar during the hot weather. I would caution travellers about the in house restaurant at dinner time - the food is superb but the service is unbearably slow. If you plan to enjoy dinner in the hotel, make sure you are not in a hurry and understand that the wait will be worth it. ( Breakfast doesn't seem to suffer from the same timing issue, possibly because it's a buffet). Overall this is a very good hotel and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Yangon.

Great staff. Great location. Nice view from the room. Well equipped gym. And a shockingly good buffet breakfast make this a hotel I'd return to. Rooms were well decorated but can be a bit noisy from traffic outside. They provide earplugs if it bothers you.

Rooms are clean and wide. Buffet breakfast is also perfect. But the staffs in reception are not impassioned. So, I rated 3 stars in service. The other facts are very good.

Other than the servicers being slow 🦥, the view is not bad, and the room is above average. For breakfast, some foods are salty but not bad. You could find one delicious plate for the morning.

In front of hotel is Women Hospital and City Mart Mini Shop is beside the hotel, you can buy the snacks when you are hungry. City Mart is opening in 9AM to 8PM. And also near Hot pot city and one zap Thai restaurant. The location is in downtown.

Great value hotel in downtown with various types on breakfast menu. But they need to improve customer services because the room is not ready when I arrived to my room. Bed sheet is not ready and I have to wait for a long time and they changed another room without prior notification. I changed the room but the reception does not know about this information. Room is good. Breakfast is the best with this value.

I just want to recommend their breakfast buffet. During these years, hotel breakfast buffets are trendy among ygn ppl and there are plenty of hotels that offer breakfast buffet. Among them, I think Grand united Hotel buffet meets with myanmar_taste & more choices & quick refill than other hotels with same price range. In this inflation era, breakfast in random teashop may cost 4000~ 5000 for one bf menu and a cup of tea. So all u can eat buffet in a downtown hotel is worth with 7000 MMK.

Lovely hotel, VERY clean! We stayed for 9 nights and it was perfect. Great view of the Shwedagon Pagoda as well. Breakfast buffet was huge, a little on the cold side toward the end of breakfast time but still tasted great. Free bottled water in the room every day. Super friendly staff and as I said before, the cleanliness really stood out! The shower was great too, good water pressure (something o *always* struggle with in hotels).

I booked two rooms and the rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable. The front desk allowed us for early check-in at 9 am. Everyone who works in this hotel is very accommodating from the front desk, hotel receptionist guards, the people in the breakfast areas and room service were superb! Excellent job everyone!

I’m beyond impressed with Eravati Sule Grand Hotel! It truly lives up to its name — grand in every way. The decor is absolutely top-notch, and every corner feels so thoughtfully designed. We went there for the drinks at the Courtroom. The foods were great but services are terribly slow. We waited more than 20 mins for first snacks to be served and another 20 mins for the second dish...

Just went to the ballroom for work. Dont know about the rooms ,Service. but the building is an old heritage and the lobby and the entrance feel grand and classic .

W Bistro is located right beside a hotel and I suppose they serve all day long, but we went there to have breakfast. Coffee was okay. We only ordered chicken salad, eggs benedict and egg sandwich which all tasted good. I wish the poached eggs were more runny, and it would have matched perfectly with smoked salmon, but I do know of some supply issues in Yangon so we can’t be picky. Staff were attentive and provided our orders correctly. The bistro didn’t feel like a bistro but more like a homey cafe, which I really like. Overall, the food was great, the atmosphere and service complemented the great food. Strongly recommend. A very strong 4/5 stars for me! :)

They have so many food options - food is good and price is reasonable. They also sell bags, wallet, coasters, etc made locally. I highly recommend to visit this place.

I've been here before and had a better experience, hence the higher rating... but today ordered an iced salted caramel latte and a chicken quiche. Waited over 15 minutes for the iced latte, only for it to arrive warm... so not hot or cold... had to ask for ice for it. Doesn’t taste anything like 'salted caramel'. Then, after waiting half an hour, the tiny quiche arrived. Warm on the outside cold on the inside. Only for them to take it away and reheat it. Can't say I'll be racing back.

My all time favorite food place in Yangon. I eat here at least 3 to 4 times a week and I never get tired of ordering their bibimbap, chicken and waffle, eggs Benedict, pon ye gyi set, and salted caramel waffle. For drinks, I super love the Spanish Latte and Honey Lime Teapot. Apart from the food quality, it is super reasonably priced. I have nothing to complain at all plus parking space is so conducive.

The garden view is stunning, and the interior design is charming and inviting. The food is delicious, with a great selection of dishes and desserts. Plus, there’s WiFi, and the air conditioning keeps the place cool even in the summer. A perfect spot to relax and unwind!

It is a bistro of Winner Inn. This is my second time and I like to be here quite often. This is one of the hidden gems in Yangon. Although it takes a longer time to wait for a food order, their tastes are just right. Thus why I highly recommend it if you are not in a rush.

Very Disappointed Unsafe Facilities To make things worse, the shower handle in my room was broken. I didn’t notice right away and ended up injuring myself while trying to use it. It’s unacceptable for basic room maintenance and safety to be ignored like this. I hope management takes this seriously fix the facilities. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The pillow and bed was so dusty. Then, the stuff didn't clean the remain of the smoke who drink before below table. Also the light is shut down 5 or 6 times a day. The wifi also very bad. The hotel services should be prepared the clean room before the guest come in. Thanks you. I can't write properly cuz of my English is bad

This cafe reopen at Junction City. Wifi is available. There is plenty of room to sit and enjoy your time. There were no noisy customers. The taste of the coffee is thin and the price of coffee is a little high.

Gloria Jean's All i have to say is about coffee. As my best essence the taste and bitter level is great. For Gloria all I can recommend is that Americano without milk and sugar. If you are a very fond of pastry, choices is yours. Comfortable and enjoyable. Quiet even in big mall. And you will never lost connection with the world 'cause they offer you WIFI.

There are other guidelines that pet lovers must obey. A pet supply store has also opened within the café. A variety of coffee and cake menus are available. They also provide woof menus.

Nice and Quite Place. And clean! If you prefer nice accomondation with privacy, this one is an option. I've never stay there but i put my guest once, and they really enjoy it. The family with two children. Also you can ask the staff if you need a rental car or cab.

I've been there for a couple of times and most of their food are good enough. But because of their location and the posh setting, the price is quite pricey. And sometimes it's way too crowded. The desserts are really good. Since it has a variety of menu, it's a good place to hang out with a group.

What I ordered vs what I had to turn it in to. I ordered a breakfast bagel expecting to receive.. a breakfast bagel. Utterly disappointed- I opted for no American Cheese, they called to ask if I just wanted the bagel and I said I wanted it all except the cheese. To my horror, I received a dry bagel with the tiniest pieces of bacon and cheese and egg in separate containers. If I had known this was the quality of food I was ordering, for that price. I wouldn’t have ordered at all. One would think for the price of the menu options there would be greater quality. Below is what I received, I added my own ham and cheese in an attempt to make it a decent bagel. Again, if I had known I could’ve done a better job in my own kitchen I wouldn’t have ordered at all.

It is located in a nice place where you can enjoy the sun set and city view. It's in Central and the parking is in the basement which is quite convenient. They have two floors and quite spacious. When we went there, it wasn't crowded as it's a week day. The food is nice here. The desserts were delicious too.You can order food range from heavy to snacks and desserts. However, it's quite expensive for normal people. The lowest price is 7,000 kyats. I've uploaded some pages from the menu so that you can have a look at the price. The staff are friendly but the food takes too long and even the bill. We couldn't wait anymore so we went to the cashier to get the change. He said there was no change. Well...I'm a bit upset about it. It's not about the money but the service and the way they easily said there wasn't any small notes although they charged us pretty much already.

Aside from above average pricing, the taste & textures of all dishes are savoury and unique. Though downstairs tables are not very comfortable for dining/eating (guess it makes for coffee & drinks only), waiters/waitresses are very fast on service. Overall, 4.7/5

First of all, the place is cozy. The atmosphere is lively. It doesn't have lake views like the neighbouring Tea Club (same management i was told?), but I personally feel more at ease here. Two levels of seatings, and the food is good. Also they usually have beer buy one get one promotion at some happy hours. Food is good, and service is great as well. A bit slow though. Price is ok for the food and place (ambience). Good selection of drinks, cocktails as well. The food variety is not so much, but it has quality. The place has lively and light mood. Definitely a good place to hamg out. I'd definitely return.

This restaurant is nice and cozy. I love all food and beverage in here, they are very delicious and so fresh. One of the best restaurants in Yangon - in my opinion. The price is a bit high but worth compared with quality (you can see bill attached for reference). Staffs are friendly and quick. Location is near Inya Lake, you can walk around to see sunset.

The mocha was disappointing, and the spicy fried potatoes were underwhelming. The strawberry and chocolate cake was decent but arrived in unconventional packaging. Free detox water is a nice touch, but the cafe lacks the comfortable sofa seating one might expect. I hope this review is helpful!

They got plenty of menus for drinks, limited pastry tastes okay. Coffee tastes a bit milder. Limited parking space front of the place, also they have small private rooms and sectors.

I love going here for breakfast ,it's a pet friendly place and the doggies get treats as well.

They have many small rooms upstairs with 4 or 5 tables each. Good for chilling quietly. They don't have wide areas for pets. Lavender latte tastes very good. Only one car can park safely.

Can sit quietly and calmly. There are the ground floor and rooms on the top floor. There are various types of coffee that can be chosen. Cakes and breads are also available. There was nothing much for lunch.

The breakfast was so bad and the staffs are not nice at all.And the door is difficult to close.In the morning,the staffs are sleeping in the lobby.I was so speechless.

It could be better. The light is dimly lit and it makes my eyes blurry when I read a book. The shower is barely working, and the SIM that I use has no connection. The service is nice though.
