Nestled atop the Westin Excelsior Hotel, SE·STO on Arno Rooftop Bar is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking an unforgettable experience in Florence. This upscale venue boasts two stunning terraces that offer breathtaking panoramic views of the city's iconic skyline, including landmarks like the Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. The chic and romantic ambiance makes it perfect for a special evening out or a memorable aperitivo with friends.
Food, service, wine, view, atmosphere… everything just amazing to enjoy one of the best sunsets in Florence. Don’t miss this at least once in a lifetime. And be prepared to spend at least 200 euros per person if you want to enjoy indeed (believe me, it is worth it).

- We have high praise for this restaurant/bar, overlooking the city, Duomo & Arno River. Thanks to Isabella & the team, my wife had the most wonderful birthday experience here. The food, the drinks & the views were top notch, and we felt first class all the way. My advice is to make a booking of you have a special celebration and want to see the best of Firenze. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Wesley M — Google review
At every stage of the experience was wonderful. Everyone is super nice and accommodating. We had lunch, grilled prawn salad and grilled octopus and it was delicious, filling yet light. The views are phenomenal from here. Must go if you stop by Florence
KrisKat M — Google review
Truly a five star experience in Firenze (Florence). The ambiance is modern yet unobtrusive to the experience. The staff and service is beyond incredible and the sommelier had a truly in-depth knowledge of the wine cellar. The food was on par with any Michelin rated restaurant that I’ve ever been to.
Adam W — Google review
Amazing views and great service but they really need to improve their mocktails list. A place charging this much for drinks should be able to make good non alcoholic drink. Especially since not drinking alcohol is on the rise. We ordered the spaghetti for €26 which was quite expensive but absolutely delicious. The breads provided were also really good. They only however had 3 non alcoholic drinks so the waitress recommended the wellspring which we ordered. That was honestly one of the grossest things we've ever tasted! We would have loved to go back for dinner but again I can't stress enough how gross that drink was. At €20 for non alcoholic drinks they should all be delicious! We still enjoyed our meal overall since the spaghetti was so good but please improve your mocktails for non drinkers!
Francis — Google review
The food was incredible, the views were beautiful, the service was impecable. The music was terrible, at least while we were there. It felt like a U.S. night club. So that was off putting at lunch time in Florence. However, they still get 5 out of 5 for incredible service and some of the better food we had during our whole stay. We couldn’t get a dinner reservation, as they were booking a week out for that.
Caralee B — Google review
Incredible rooftop bar in Florence. We walked in without a reservation, and were immediately seated at the absolute best corner table in the place. You have an amazing view of the river, bridges, and Florence skyline. Service was outstanding, the waitress always came over to check in and refill our wine glasses at just the right time. Drinks are a bit pricey as you would expect, but worth it for the incredible view, service, and ambience
Harry W — Google review
The view from the terrace is superb over Florence, but, on the other hand, the service leaves much to be desired. I ordered 3 cocktails, and in the end, on the bill, they charged me for 4. Luckily, I was inspired to check, and I won't even mention that the order came half an hour after I reminded them of my order, which they had forgotten.

Perched atop the Hotel Continentale in Florence, La Terrazza Rooftop Bar offers a chic and sophisticated setting to savor panoramic views of the city's historic center. From the iconic landmarks like Brunelleschi's Dome to Giotto's Bell Tower and Ponte Vecchio, this exclusive lounge provides an elegant space for enjoying magnificent sunsets and handcrafted cocktails.
An unforgettable Florentine moment at Divina Terrazza! Perched above the rooftops of Florence, the Divina Terrazza is quite literally a slice of heaven. As the sun dipped behind the majestic dome of the Duomo, we sipped on masterfully crafted cocktails and spritz, each one a symphony of flavor and finesse. But what truly made this evening divine was the warm, radiant welcome of Mohammed Ali, the heart and soul of the experience. With elegance, charm, and perfect French, he orchestrated our evening with such grace that we felt like royalty. A true maestro of hospitality! The view, the drinks, the light, the laughter — it all blended into a golden Tuscan dream. Merci, Mohammed, et à très bientôt pour un nouveau coucher de soleil magique ! 🌅🍸🇮🇹 Additional information : booking comes with a 20€ fee per guest which covers your first drink (cocktail ranging from 16-18€)
Hugo W — Google review
Much smaller than the photos make it out to be, and very very expensive! We took a chance without a booking and stayed for 1 drink. €22 per cocktail... it was delicious but by far the most expensive drink of my holiday. View was lovely but not sure it would be worth returning too, there are better rooftop bars in Florence in my opinion. View from the toilet was a bonus!
Helen J — Google review
This is a cute rooftop inside Hotel Continental that is popular during sunset - although you can’t really see much as the bar area is blocking the view. But nonetheless, it provides a romantic atmosphere. The cocktails were extremely pricey when we went in August 2025. I was here the first time in September 2010 and it was so nostalgic that I wanted to revisit the rooftop again. Snacks were provided with your drinks.
Cindy W — Google review
Great view, but the bar clearly shows disparate treatment toward non-Caucasian customers. We were a party of three. When we arrived, several tables had just been vacated. The bar manager claimed they were all reserved and directed us to sit at the countertop instead. However, multiple parties arrived after us—without reservations—and were seated at those same tables. When I confronted the bar supervisor, he said the tables could only accommodate two people. As shown in the photo below, most parties of two were sitting on the same side with an empty chair, making it clear that these tables could easily fit three. His explanation was completely unfounded. After 30 minutes and several confrontations, we were finally seated—at a table identical to the ones given to the other parties. The waitress was nice and the only highlight. I would avoid this bar at all costs.

Beautiful rooftop bar with great views of the city. Perfect for a cocktail while the sun sets.
Lauren W — Google review
Great rooftop bar! We had the spicy nachos and some great cocktails! Please make sure you book beforehand
Keith N — Google review
Was a bit hesitant about this place as I thought it might be a huge tourist trap and very over priced, but was pleasantly surprised!!! My bf and I got signature cocktails which were 22 euros each but SO good and came with lots of chips and nuts to snack on. View was AMAZING and sunset over the river was perfect. Definitely recommend even for one drink.

A wonderful experience! The Herbal Blast cocktail was amazing along with the view and service.

Nestled atop the Hotel Medici, View on Art Rooftop Cocktail Bar is a delightful lounge that offers an unforgettable experience in Florence. With its stunning terrace providing breathtaking views of the iconic Duomo, this hidden gem is a must-visit for anyone looking to soak in the beauty of the city from above. The atmosphere here is relaxed and inviting, making it an ideal spot to unwind with a refreshing cocktail or indulge in delicious burgers while enjoying panoramic vistas of Florence's charming rooftops.
The best view of the Duomo! Loved it so much we visited twice. Our first visit was on a Thursday just past 4pm and there were plenty of available seats on their terrace. The 2 person tables are closer to the view and were in the sun, while the 4 person tables are just behind the 2 person tables against the wall and were in the shade. We ordered the aperol spritz, violet spritz, and a glass of Merlot. Both spritzes were delicious! They also provided a small bowl of chips, which also tasted really good! Service is slow but we were there to enjoy the Duomo view so were in no rush. Our 2nd visit was on a Friday around 4:30pm. At that point on the terrace, all 2 person tables were taken and only 4 person tables were available. On both days, all good seats were taken by 5pm and you would have to luck out with a group leaving to claim a good seat. So if you want a guaranteed 2 person table by the edge of the terrace I'd recommend arriving before 4pm.
Michelle B — Google review
Do not enter this bar. We decided not to stay and procure any drinks or food after a short wait, as we had been seated in the direct sun without any shade. We used the restroom and were stopped on exit. As my partner took this one and only photo, we forced to buy a drink as we had taken this photo it was ‘company policy’.
Alexandra K — Google review
Breathtaking view of Duomo. Service & staff were great. We made reservations a day before so getting in and service was very efficient. Prices for drinks for such an experience well worth it. highly recommended this rooftop bar.
Nadia B — Google review
Only went up for drinks- to be honest I don’t even recall if they had food. Drinks were great but how could they not be with the view which is unbelievable! We were lucky and stopped there on a weekday afternoon and got a table right away, but think we were lucky. Expect to wait if you really want to go here.
Tara D — Google review
We went here for my friend’s birthday and we brought a cake with us (asked before if this was possible and they said yes for a fee of 3 euros - which is only fair). The staff was so nice and patient regarding pictures and everything :) They even brought us champagne and bday candles on the house.. very cute (aperol and bruschetta are good) Thank you!!
Ana A — Google review
I enjoyed the absolutely incredible view of the Duomo, while having the worst cocktail of my entire life. Seriously, avoid the cocktail with Midori in if you go here - it tasted like a child’s fizzy drink. Other than that, good place, if only for the view!
Ben D — Google review
We made a reservation looong time before the date, to enjoy drinks with this amazing view (it was my father birthday, so we wanted to surprise him with something special). We arrived and they gave us the table… on the side of the roof, without the view on the cathedral, which was the whole point of why we made the reservation. The staff was unhelpful. The drinks are expensive and student party level. I have a ridddle for you - what is the cocktail on the picture (I got it in that form)? I would never guess myself. It’s a 14 euro pornstar martini 😆
Floriana H — Google review
We visited without a reservation, waited for the employee to guide us. Everyone who came after us had already placed an order and had a drink. We made them wait without placing an order. In the end, I waited for 40 minutes and came out. Then, she asked me to erase all the photos, so I did. I told her I couldn't place an order and another tables already had drinks, but she pretended not to know who did. Visitors to the table next to us are witnesses.

Located in Florence, the Divina Terrazza Rooftop Bar offers a stunning panoramic view of the historic skyline. Whether you're a guest at one of the classy hotels or not, you can enjoy this experience with a reservation. The bar provides reasonably priced drinks and even some local ingredients are used in their cocktails. While there is an intermission fee, it's applied to your first drink and grants you an hour on the terrace.
The best rooftop in Florence, seriously. The view is jaw dropping, the snacks are tasty, the service is 5 star, and the cocktails are dangerously good. The staff were so welcoming and fun.
Brittany ( — Google review
We visited Divina Terrazza Rooftop Bar and really enjoyed the experience. The view over Florence is stunning, especially at sunset you can see the Duomo and the rooftops of the city. The cocktails were well made and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was relaxed and elegant, with good music and attentive staff. Prices are ok, but it’s worth it for the location and the view. We recommend it if you want to enjoy a nice drink with one of the best views in Florence
Μιχάλης Ι — Google review
We enjoyed the views here, it’s a great place to enjoy the sunset and views of Santa Maria del Fiore and of the city from above. We didn’t have food but we were offered some snacks. We had a few cocktails and they were good, a bit expensive, the service was slow at times and it does get full, they had move some tables around to squeeze in some more people, the bar isn’t that big. There’s one corner/side with the perfect view of the duomo where you can get really good photos so if you sit in that spot be prepared to have people standing right in front of you taking photos. We didn’t mind however the space could be a bit bigger.
Ameliah M — Google review
I was very hesitant after I read the reviews. But I’m glad I still tried this place. Amazing rooftop bar with a stunning view! Small, covered terrace makes it feel private and exclusive. Drinks are excellent, first round €20, and reservation is required. One-hour stay, but totally worth it - highly recommend for a special experience in the city.
Sofiia M — Google review
Do not listen bad reviews. Atmosphere very calming, service top notch, drinks are excellent. Prices high because of that. Some tips to get the best of this place: book in advance to get there. Choose time half an hour before sunset. Be nice to personnel.
Daz C — Google review
The best view of the Duomo in our opinion. Perfect for Florence city views. Had reservations for a late night cocktail and kept moving them back due to our arrival time and they allowed us in with no problem. The cocktails were all great and the staff helped us with ease. Love this little rooftop!
Max K — Google review
This is a hidden gem and almost never crowded after sunset (better that time anyway). Views are fantastic and service is even better. We went once and came back two more times to hang out with Jacopo and Mohammed and enjoy the city from on high. Highly recommend and if you go, say hi to Mohammed for us!

B-Roof is a rooftop restaurant situated atop the Grand Hotel Baglioni, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Florence's historic center. The terrace provides a 360-degree outlook, encompassing iconic landmarks such as the Florence Cathedral and Giotto's Bell Tower. Whether visiting during the day or at night, guests are treated to enchanting vistas that promise an unforgettable experience.
Atmosphere and location: Amazing location, probably one of the best into Firenze, beautiful design and comfortable seats, a little too hot temperature in my opinion, I was sweating (even before the wine). NOTE: Lights were a little too high for the dark views out the big windows, I would’ve appreciate a softer lighting, also a background classic music, which I believe was there but barely high enough to be heard with the full restaurant. Service: Amazing service with a great care and attention to the client, very well trained and very knowledgeable employees. Congrats! NOTE: The restaurant is VERY fine dining, enough for the servers to know exactly what dish each person on the table needs to receive without asking. Tables should be cleaned from crumbs and such each course. Food: High quality ingredients put together in a fabulous way, very well prepared dishes with a great combination of flavor and texture. Compliments to the chef/s! OVERALL: Amazing and definitely recommended. Be aware of costs!! (High, but balanced) The guest service down in the main hall of the hotel and the Maitre/host of the restaurant should have a little better communication. Make a reservation at least a couple days in advance to be sure to have a table with the gorgeous view of the Cathedral. FIVE STARS WELL DESERVED.
Davide L — Google review
We had a great evening at B-Roof. The service was warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. The food menu is on the smaller side, but everything is thoughtfully chosen. We ordered the salami board and it was absolutely delicious, high-quality ingredients, beautifully presented. The atmosphere is elegant and stylish without being pretentious. It has a luxurious feel, but it's relaxed and welcoming at the same time, perfect for a special evening that still feels comfortable. The real highlight, though, is the view. We had a 7:30 PM reservation and were seated at a table facing the Duomo. Watching the sunset from up there was unforgettable. Florence glows in golden light as the sun goes down, and as night falls, the city lights up beautifully. For the experience it offers, great service, quality food, and an unbeatable view, t’s surprisingly well-priced. Definitely worth it. Highly recommended. Just make sure to book in advance if you want that sunset view!
Leonardo Z — Google review
An outstanding setting with succulent dishes! Tried the ravioli di ricotta and the maialino arrrosto were delicious. Save room for the torta della momma. Great views of town. Reservations advised. Highly recommended
Luis L — Google review
B-Roof is such a great place for occasions. The ambience and interior are so posh. Food prices are decent, I tried the scallops and lamb meat and it was tasty. Recommended for visitors who take lamb meat. Staffs are friendly even for such a posh setting restaurant compared to others. Truly made the whole experience a wonderful one.
Edmond N — Google review
Had an early dinner here last September. The crostini misti was amazing — definitely my favorite part of the meal! The steak was okay but not really worth the price. The place itself is cozy with great service and a beautiful view over Florence. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Assassin’s Creed, we probably wouldn’t have visited, but I’m glad we did! Just wish the crostini misti came in bigger portions.
Kenji R — Google review
We first sat for drinks outside. The view area was closed but small terrace was open. Service was slow I think for the low season. But dinner was the game changer. Loved everything we ate. Good service. Nice vibe.
Laveena D — Google review
Dinner with a view at B-Roof was one to remember. We went with the steak menu, which was really nicely done — great flavours, perfectly cooked, and surprisingly good value for the setting. The view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning — panoramic sights over Florence, including the Duomo. Pair that with the chilled vibe and attentive service, and you've got a spot that's ideal for a relaxed but special evening out. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a memorable meal with a view in the city.

Loggia Roof Bar is a hidden gem located in Piazza Santo Spirito Oltrarno, offering an intimate and affordable rooftop aperitivo experience away from the tourist crowds. With panoramic views of Florence's cityscape, it provides a romantic setting for both afternoon drinks and moonlight dinners. While the service may be slow by some standards, the drink menu is impressive and the cocktails are well-crafted.
Absolutely fantastic!! I would recommend booking this roof bar for anyone visiting Firenze! It was incredible- the drinks, the food, the service and the views. We had a brilliant time. Got given some fizz whilst waiting for our table. I got a little birthday treat too. Honestly one of the best bars I've visited. Would definitely recommend booking.
Caitlin B — Google review
We booked a table here a few weeks in advance as I’d heard it gets busy - and what a gem of a place! The cocktails are outstanding, the service smooth, quick, and efficient, and the staff incredibly friendly. The setting and view give the whole place a great vibe. We booked for 7pm hoping to catch the sunset from the balcony, though it was cloudy on the night. Hopefully next time the skies will be clear, as it would make the experience even more special. Highly recommend!
Michael J — Google review
I was on a solo trip to Florence for my birthday and I could not be happier that I spent it here. The staff at Loggia made me feel so special! The service was unlike any other and I could not stop smiling. The view is amazing and the drinks go down super easy they were so delicious! I will 100% be coming back here next time I’m in Florence and recommend it to all my friends! Thank you Loggia for such a wonderful evening!

Great bar with outstanding rooftop views. We came for a sunset drink before our dinner reservation and had good service and cocktails. Not a great selection of tequilas but my husband thoroughly enjoyed his Negroni and espresso martini.
Maggie J — Google review
Was looking for a late afternoon drink and appetizer, this place delivered. It has incredible views and such a relaxing atmosphere. The drinks are 15-16 euros, but very well made and it’s worth the experience. We got the chickpea patty with burrata cheese, avocado, and pickled veggies - very good! Highly recommend. We didn’t have a reservation and walked in at 4:30 on a Wednesday afternoon.
Shawn H — Google review
A really nice place for a drink in the sunset with views overlooking Piazza Santo Spirito and the city. A reservation is recommended. We haven’t tried the food but the drinks were excellent.

This rooftop bar is a hidden gem — stunning city views, relaxed vibe, and the perfect spot for a couple of drinks. The atmosphere is chill yet lively, with great music and friendly staff. Cocktails are well-made, and the setting makes it ideal for date night or catching up with friends. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite rooftop in Firenze. Stunning views, beautiful breeze, delicious food, incredible staff, and perfect volume on the music. Come here for a delicious lunch and enjoy quiet conversation, or come here in the evening for a drink and food and enjoy the livelihood of the night. They make incredible non alcoholic drinks. If you don’t want a cocktail. A++++++

Wow. I was surprised and blown away when I arrived with such a lovely atmosphere with DJ playing live music at Rooftop bar. Amazing Ambience, tasteful deco, great food and summer breeze. While the fries was abit cold, the beef and pasta were so delicious. Our waiter, Mr Virgilio was top notch. Highly recommended!!

Angel Roofbar was fabulous from the moment we arrived. We hadn’t booked but they fitted us in on a great table on the upper level with a fantastic view over the city, offered an umbrella when the sun came down in our eyes, and let us stay far longer than we originally planned as we decided to have food! The service was friendly and impeccable from every member of staff, the wine was amazing, and the cheese and charcuterie board perfect - they even catered for my cow dairy allergy with no drama. Plus when I forgot to take a wine coaster as a keepsake of our first night in Florence, they happily brought one downstairs to the hotel entrance when we returned the next day! I can’t recommended this place highly enough.

We were recommended to eat here by my fiancée's friend who had visited about a year ago. I wanted to do a dinner here to cap off a busy day which started with us getting engaged! The communication with the restaurant was extremely smooth and the entire staff was so kind and friendly to us knowing we'd just gotten engaged earlier that day. Service was top notch and the food and drinks were excellent! The view was stunning with the sunset and the vibes immaculate. Small tip: be prepared for some delicious leftovers if it's just two people eating the giant meat celebration dish 😂

We spent a perfect evening here. The food was cooked just right. We ordered the fish tartare, shrimp pasta, fish fillet with fried potatoes, and tiramisu. Everything was prepared beautifully. The restaurant is located on the rooftop (5th floor) of the hotel, offering an unobstructed view of Palazzo Vecchio in Piazza della Signoria. The atmosphere is young, lively, and trendy, with a DJ playing urban/tech music, it’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The service was outstanding! At the front desk, we were warmly welcomed by a very friendly lady with dark curly hair. Once upstairs, every staff member was both professional and kind. They even treated us to a few shots to celebrate our first visit to Florence. Truly an unforgettable experience! We will be back❤️

The service was extremely friendly and truly top-notch. From the moment I arrived – the reception, the restaurant staff, the waiters, and even the chefs who occasionally walked by – everyone greeted guests with a warm smile. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. The place itself is beautiful and full of character. I ordered the beef tartare and some drinks. The cocktails were excellent, and the tartare was the best I’ve had in Italy – finely chopped, perfectly seasoned, served on delicious toasted brioche with a perfectly cooked egg on top. A special thank you to Giancarlo, who made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to make my experience perfect. I had a lovely, enjoyable evening and will definitely be coming back!

Amazing rooftop, beautiful views and great food! We went as a group of 5 for dinner and had a wonderful time. If you time your reservation well, you will get to see an amazing sunset. The prawn pasta was great, as was the lemon tiramisu.

We photographed a welcome party at Angel Rooftop Bar in Florence for L & D’s pre-wedding day, and it was truly unforgettable. The evening was magical, with incredible views over the old city and a breathtaking panorama of Florence. The food was elegant and delicious, and one of the highlights was watching a perfectly authentic pizza being made right in front of the guests. Such a fun and unique touch. It was an experience the couple and their guests will always remember.

As a solo traveler, Angel was perfect because I was entertained just by the food and glorious views. I scheduled my time for 45 minutes before sundown, which was perfect. Service was attentive, food was very good - especially caprese salad - and vibe was modern and lively.

Empire Rooftop View American Bar & Pool offers a relaxed and youthful atmosphere, making it a great spot for those looking to unwind without the need for formal attire. The bar's collaboration with Essenziale brings an exciting twist to its snack menu, featuring modernist creations like mortadella mini-pizzas and pistachio puree.
We enjoyed our time there. It was chilly beginning of Oct 2025 and the staff brought over blankets so we could still enjoy the outside views. We didn’t have any food.here’s a picture of the view! Beautiful

So glad we stopped here because online it said they were full for the night. Apparently the lady who takes care of online reservations was sick and the online system was turned off. The view was spectacular. Sunset was stunning. Drinks and food were good. Elena our server was so sweet, thanks for making our night even more special! If you just want to sit back and soak in Florence's beauty, this is the place to go.

We went for drinks and a bite to admire the view from the balcony but it turned out they do not serve food anymore. The view was amazing so if you’re going for that - I do recommend it.

A hidden gem in Florence! We were so lucky to find this place for the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with amazing views over the city from a lovely relaxing rooftop bar. We did the €25 per person aperitivo option which allows you to choose any drink from their extensive cocktail or drink list as well as bar snacks and 3 small bites that were all tasty. The service was excellent and they kindly changed my cocktail when I mentioned I wasn’t enjoying it. Highly recommend to book especially for sunset!
Sorcha W — Google review
Best place to see the sunset and you get an amazing view of the city. The drinks are unique and the nibbles are very tasty. My partner got a drink that didn't suit her tastes and they replaced it with one that did, very lovely service. You pay 25€ for a cocktail and three food nibbles. Great value

We had the most amazing time here - fantastic cocktails and wine, tasty and complementary bar snacks, good service…but the kicker is the VIEW! You can see just about every single landmark in Firenze. For the best experience, book your table for 10-15 minutes before sunset (just Google it for the day you’ll be there) and get your camera ready. We were in absolute awe of the beauty, and it was neat to watch lights come on throughout the city to light the various churches, etc. Located within the Plaza Hotel but very easy to navigate to the elevator and up a few steps to the rooftop. Surprisingly reasonable prices for a hotel bar and rooftop seating - we paid 29€ for one cocktail and one glass of wine.

Golden View Firenze is a renowned restaurant, cafe, and wine bar that has been serving patrons for twenty years. The establishment offers an elegant space with live jazz music and stunning views across Ponte Vecchio. The venue's panoramic hall provides large windows overlooking the Vasari Corridor, the Uffizi, the Arno river, and the famous bridge.
One of the best restaurants we’ve ever visited. We had the tasting menu and each course was superb in its own right. Unique, delicious foods We added wine to each course, all of which were paired excellently. Waitstaff were attentive without being invasive. They looked after our every need. Very professional. The location is exceptional with views of the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno River.

A place for special occasions, it fully met our expectations. We tried the sea and land menu’s and the quality and quantity were on point. It’s a pricey place but according to what you get and the location. Waiting times between dishes were correct and with kind service. I would have liked more detail in the dish presentations but it was fine anyway. The tables with views to the Ponte Vecchio are very very romantic, we celebrated our engagement there :)
Joan B — Google review
I found Golden View when doing research for our trip to Florence and immediately made a reservation after seeing the views of the iconic Ponte Vecchio (bridge). It far exceeded expectations! My husband and I enjoyed everything we ordered and our server truly spoiled us with knowledge about Italian wines and some extra apps and dessert. I highly recommend the truffle pasta. We were so impressed and enjoyed our visit so much that we went back for our anniversary two nights later to have some champagne and apps before another dinner reservation. You can't go wrong with a meal at Golden View!

Amazing restaurant. The view and atmosphere is next to nothing in Florence. The food was amazing, from the main course to the dessert. Our waiter Agostino was very attentive and made sure we didn’t miss anything at our table while enjoying the food and live music.

📍 Golden View Firenze – Florence, Italy 🇮🇹 A stylish riverside restaurant 🍝🍷 with one of the best views of Ponte Vecchio 🌉, especially at sunset 🌅. The large windows make dining here feel special, overlooking the Arno River 🌊 with a golden glow. Menu highlights include fresh seafood 🦑🐟, pasta 🍝, and fine Tuscan wines 🍷. Prices are higher than average 💶, but the combination of food, atmosphere, and the view makes it worthwhile. Service is attentive 😊 and the vibe is elegant yet relaxed. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a memorable evening in Florence. 🙌

It was worst experience i’ve ever had. After two hours, they was trying to move our away in the middle of meal. While i tried several Michelin 3 starred restaurants, i’ve never heard of that kind of rule. Also, when i gave a feedback that i’d had bad experience tonight, she just turned around, took my table napkin, and hurled it harsh against the wall! Her attitude was not acceptable! You would be deserved better even in a causal restaurant. If you are asians or tourists not speaking italian, please avoid this place. Food is not that great either!
Jake C — Google review
We were looking for a very special occasion on the final night of our holiday, and that is precisely what we got. We were looked after beautifully by Marges and his team. The food and the service were superb, the view was truly golden, just like our experience. If you're looking for something very special, this is the place for you.

Every once in a while you have to splurge on dinner when traveling with your family. A white table cloth, a view, and wait staff can really change the vibe. Here the food, service and extras are all worth the spend. The waiter we had was incredibly personable and helpful with a gluten sensitivity, the food was excellent. Fresh hot gluten free french bread, amazing apps, primi, and secondi, not to mention desserts. I would go back... If you are looking for American sized portions, don't come here. Go get a pizza.

Brilliant panorama of the city! It's really worth the uphill climb here. The reward is worth it! In addition, the attraction is free if you only enter the upper terrace. In addition, there is a nice bar on the terrace - prices are quite high, but you can pay extra for such a view.

La Terrazza is a rooftop destination located in various spots across Florence, offering stunning panoramic views of the city. Whether it's situated on the 5th floor of La Rinascente department store or at the medieval Consorti tower at Hotel Continentale, this low-key space provides an ideal setting to enjoy traditional bites and cocktails. The menu features a light selection of pasta dishes, salads, sandwiches, and seasonal goods.
We really loved La Terrazza! We stumbled across this gem on our last day in Florence and we're so happy we did! We had great service, the food was good, a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The views from the terrace were fantastic! Great place to have a meal and a couple cocktails, especially during the holidays. we didn't have a long wait to get a table, our server was exceptional, friendly and very attentive. The Tiramisu was phenomenal! It was a nice atmosphere, not too loud or overcrowded. My only complaint is that I didn't discover it sooner. I would definitely recommend La Terrazza!
Rob V — Google review
We didn't try the food. It's true it's expensive, but we stopped for a drink and it was dreamy. It's worth paying extra because the views are amazing. You can also ask them to come just yo have a look, saw a couple of people just wandering, taking a couple of pictures and leaving. There's only one side of the terrace that faces the cathedral, so if you book ahead, ask for tables on that side. We were lucky, they put us on the other side but there was one free table there and they said it was ok to mover there when we asked. If you have good weather, I think stopping here yo relax a bit with these views it's such a nice luxury I'd do it again.
Nuria Y — Google review
The coffee was over priced at €3. Plus 10% to have the view. The waitress was aggressive and dismissive, as if she didn’t want anyone here. The terrace was practically empty so it’s not like a ‘busy work day’ was stressing her out.
David P — Google review
Nice spot for a cold drink with the fantastic red brick rooftop views over Florence. One of the best spots to take a break and enjoy the view. Nice drinks and free nibbles. Definitely on the expensive side but the view justifies the premium in my opinion.
Alex — Google review
Definitely a hidden gem that was recommended to us by our walking tour guide. Amazing views of the city and the Cathedral. Find it and have a drink - take in the views.
Andrew S — Google review
The view is amazing! However, service is slow and if it’s too windy they close the umbrellas abs you have to sit under the burning sun… The deserts were quite decent!

Popped in for a drink before dinner and lucked out with a table. Small rooftop patio and beautiful views. Great views of the city, good drinks, and convenient location. Friendly staff. They have several local Tuscan variations of the your favorite cocktails - the Negroni was pretty good.

View was great! I went just for a drink. Jack my waiter was very nice and fast. I saw him running up and down the stairs working hard so we can have a great rooftop view of the city. Then I met Sam, the bartender, who was very friendly and answered some of my tourist questions. I would return just because of Sam and Jack. Great service.

Oblate Cafeteria is a cool and atmospheric library with an amazing terrace overlooking the Duomo. The food is great, and there's a wide range of espresso drinks to choose from.
Beautiful views. We went several times for breakfast during our stay in Florence. The pastries were fresh and the coffee was great. The staff were also friendly. All for a very reasonable price.
Holly B — Google review
The view is very cool given that you can enjoy the cupola of the Duomo. Not far away from the center, so you can easily walk. I wouldn’t say that the prices are affordable for college students, yet they’re more reasonable than the other coffees and bars in Firenze hence they most of the time set their prices for tourists
Ekin — Google review
Really cute hidden spot with a great view. Away from crowds. Walk a bit down the street until you see a larger gate that has a small outdoor garden, then you have to go toward the library and take the elevator to the second floor.
Luke S — Google review
The Library in Florence is a wonderful spot! The atmosphere is beautiful, and depending on where you’re standing you can catch nice views of the city. I had a limoncello spritz and my husband had a beer—both were delicious. Our total came to just €11, and they even brought out a snack with our drinks. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the setting and quality. Everything was great, and I’d definitely come back again! Definitely a little hidden gem.
Mary J — Google review
Interesting place to stop by for coffee if you need a rest or have a breakfast to start off with. Pastry is normal Italian standard. It is on the second level of the library with an open terrace. The key here is the vibes, you pass through the library and have an open terrace and court view. Also the view of the Duomo . This is like a secret hide away place that is in the middle of the city. You see students studying and people working with their laptop here. There are lots of outdoor seats. We came here for a coffee in the morning.
Stephen W — Google review
A great spot for a drink. Air conditioning, magic view of the Dome and a viking atmosphere thanks to the students. Service great for a cafe of this type. Food gets a bit lower as lemon cake/torte was very un-lemony. Needed a bit more lemon juice and/or lemon rind in the mix. Texture good though.
Rachel B — Google review
This is a bit of a hidden gem. It doesn't look like anything from outside, or inside to be honest but 2 Aperol Spritz with a view of the Duomo for €15 with plenty of seating that you aren't charged to use; I'm not sure where else will offer that.

ToscaNino in Rinascente Firenze is a unique concept store that showcases the best of Tuscany within Florence's Rinascente. It features a stunning terrace with panoramic views of the city, including the iconic Duomo di Firenze. The menu offers a fusion of Tuscan tradition and international influences, featuring delectable dishes like the Tosca Burger and Nino Burger.
Wow, what an unforgettable experience! Even with the chilly weather, the view from this spot is absolutely breathtaking. They provide cozy blankets, and the heaters really do the trick, allowing you to sip on your favorite drinks or warm cocoa while soaking in the stunning scenery of the bustling crowd below. We were lucky enough to witness the moon and Venus perfectly aligned in the sky, all while the vibrant laughter and joyful singing of people celebrating the new year filled the air. It was truly magical! We loved every moment of it!

Andriana L — Google review
Absolutely horrible service and attitude. Don’t ruin your visit to the city by wasting your valuable time at this place. The waiter and waitress were inattentive, while the drinks and desserts took a very long time to be served. But that was only the very beginning of our terrible experience here. Visit here if you want plastic in your ice cream and NOT A SINGLE WORD OF APOLOGY. We would have preferred to have the bare minimum of plastic-free ice cream, instead of ruined mood and one more set of ice cream ☹️ (the female waitress took the ice cream and that piece of plastic as soon as we brought it up, not a single moment to explain or properly address the concern.) We did not want a new set of ice cream but instead ANY signs of concern at least. What if someone cut their tongue from that piece of plastic? We did not want to make a big fuss and ruin our day any further by verbally getting into argument, but by far this was the worst place we had to visit from our whole Europe trip.
J Y — Google review
Stumbled upon this hidden gem, the rooftop garden has a spectacular view over Florence. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The service was random depending who you get from the server. We were lucky to get a friendly staff to serve us but still have to wait longer than usual to get attended. If you are in a rush or intend to get a quick bite, this is not the place.

Great view of the Duomo, staff good, food serving is tiny, average and way too overpriced. We ordered 4 spritz, 2 lasagnas , 1 pizza margarita , 2 heinekens, 1 tiramisu and 1 baba. When the bill came, we were given a piece of paper that was used to get our orders. The total bill with the 20% discount is 90€. The nice lady that served us insisted that this total is already discounted price and that this is the amount that we have to pay. Go do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, these people think we’re dumb and were not even given a breakdown of what we ate. I wonder how they can get away from the government without providing receipts??? Hmmm, how do they account for taxes…just a thought. Oh, and the staff don’t wear masks, i guess they’re not required by the mandate as well…

Sophisticated ambience and great food. Having been in Italy for a while it was a much needed variation from pizza and pasta. Still Italian influenced but with other cultural influences and healthy ingredients. Fantastic.

The special cocktails were underwhelming, an experiment gone wrong. They are more show than go, albeit a very good show. Ambience was decent, food was average. Service was top-shelf, but so was the bill. Definitely will avoid this place in the future.

Underwhelming for sure! Reviews did me dirty. Service was good. Food was ehhh, definitely had more option in the review pictures than the menu. Limited options… very limited. Special drinks were not very special, and the bill was more than I spent on any other restaurant here with less than half the food and half the taste.

Cannot fault the cocktails just a shame it is in quite a cold setting which lacks any real character. Would be much better if the setting was quirky and had a bit more about it rather than being a room within a hotel.

Rinascente Firenze is a designer department store in Florence that offers a wide range of fashion, accessories, and shoes from top designer labels. The store also features a rooftop restaurant called La Terrazza, which provides a stunning view of the Duomo and serves a full menu with appetizers, soups, salads, and main courses. Customers can enjoy reasonably priced food while taking in the beautiful scenery. Additionally, the store has various floors with diverse offerings and friendly staff.
I like Rinascentre across Italy, at least Roma, Milano, Torino and now in Florence! The selection of clothes is moderate in Florence, at least for me, but food is very good in Florence.

A great, somewhat hidden spot in Florence. The rooftop bar is on the 5th floor on top of a department store and doesn’t take reservations and if you get lucky it’s great! The service wasn’t great. We were made to wait for no apparent reason as there were loads of tables and staff weren’t very friendly but the view and being there at sunset made up for it.
Caitlin C — Google review
I would say the service was bad but the service was non existent!! I went in to purchase some leather goods, and started to look at the bags on the ground floor. There were 3 ladies that worked there who were in a circle talking loudly and did not even acknowledge me. The security guard watched me like a hawk for the whole time making me feel very welcome 👏🏽, I left without even being acknowledged, no problems I will buy the gift tomorrow direct from the brand. Interestingly I am sitting with friends now who live in Florence and have experienced similar things there also, just wow! 👏🏽👏🏽 To add on 03/09 visit approx 7.30pm/8pm

I really want to thank Bianca from the second floor… what a gentle, sweet and caring girl, besides being one of the prettiest girls I’ve seen! She really knows what customers service means… also an impeccable English.

This place is so chaotic and stressful for no reason. Staff are very slow and struggle with the number of shoppers. Likely not their fault, as there doesn't seem to be enough staff present. The check out took about 40 minutes (no joke) and yet they still left a security tag on my clothing. Would definitely recommend shopping elsewhere

I go to this store quite often because it is close to where I live. Various floors and lots of variety to choose from. I always wait for the sale season because it is quite expensive to buy at full price. I have purchased essence for the house, clothes, backpacks, sneakers perfumes and sunglasses and no regrets! Well organized and friendly staff

Caffè del Verone is a sophisticated bar located on the terrace atop Museo degli Innocenti in Florence. It was once an area where women working at the former orphanage would hang laundry, but now it offers beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. While the menu may be limited, visitors can enjoy fresh and excellent options such as Caesar salad and local wines. The location provides a serene setting to admire the terracotta rooftops, the Duomo, and the mountains beyond.
It’s such a great spot for photos, and the view is amazing. Definitely worth a visit.

Very nice place with a spectacular view! Service is good. A little bit more salmon in the salad should be better even some dressing.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this cafe on a four day trip to Florence. The views of the Duomo are some of the best in the city center and it's the only cafe we visited more than once (three times, actually!)
Travis M — Google review
Caffè del Verone becomes my favourite cafe in Florence. It’s on the top floor of the Museo degli Innocenti. It is a great spot for meeting up with friends or having coffee with family. They have many outdoor seats for you to soak up the sun or have a drink watching sunset. The space is large and well-kept and furnished in a contemporary way. It also serves lunch offering traditional Florentine and Tuscan dishes. Some must-have dishes such as pici with white meat sauce are always presented throughout the year, as well as homemade desserts. I highly recommend it!
Yingchun Y — Google review
The sandwich was over-grilled and ended up as a burnt, dry toast. It didn’t taste good. There were no napkins on the tables, and none were brought either.

My favorite cafe in the old town, come here multiple times each of my visits to the city. Elevator sometimes not working so you have to walk up to 4th floor. But as long as it’s not lunch rush hour you will get a good quiet place with a view.

Picteau Bistrot & Cocktail Bar, located inside the Lungarno Hotel, offers a delightful setting for a special evening with vintage cocktails and Italian cuisine. The complete menu includes sea bass tartare, tagliolini with lemon and raw prawns, salmon fillet with champagne sauce, and passion and chocolate heart. You can also enjoy panoramic views and cocktails at La Terrazza Rooftop Bar or The Fusion Bar & Restaurant.
I had a wonderful experience at Picteau Lounge at the Lungarno Hotel in Florence. The view was stunning, adding a charming backdrop to the evening. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. The food was delicious, particularly the pizza and spaghetti pasta. Highly recommended for a delightful dining experience!

We had a lovely evening on the terrace with cocktails and snacks. Great atmosphere, very kind staff. We will come back next time we are in Florence. 😎
Annelies K — Google review
Amazing view, pointless food. If you just want to enjoy the view on the Ponte Vecchio, it's great. But if you like to eat or drink, avoid it. The grapefruit cocktail tasted like an odd chemical mix with vague traces of fruit, the tartare had simply no flavour and the fries were hard and cold (obviously had seen better days, probably a few before being served). The bread was dry. The staff was not particularly friendly but they were fine.
Eleonore B — Google review
We had a delightful lunch on the river with champagne and a rum cocktail. We enjoyed a salad and pizza, both of which were delicious. The views are enchanting, the staff is friendly and attentive. It's a real find!

Google has the wrong location for this place! It's actually part of Hotel Lungarno just a few steps down the road away from the bridge. Very great place to relax after a day of walking around after museums. Friendly, english speaking staff. Food hit the spot and the wine was good.
Marshall W — Google review
Cocktails were very poor quality especially considering this bar is part of Hotel Lungarno and they were €20! My "cocktail" tasted like a gin and tonic and didn't even look the part. Staff were also inattentive, the waiter didn't even look at us when he put the bill on the table. Recommend just looking at the view and going for a decent cocktail elsewhere.

Wine bar
Signorvino Firenze is a modern and inviting wine bar located near the iconic Ponte Vecchio in Florence. It offers a wide selection of regional Italian wines, making it an ideal spot for aperitifs, lunches, and dinners. The river-hovering patio provides stunning views of the Ponte Vecchio, creating a charming atmosphere for enjoying their extensive collection of over 1,500 bottles.
Pricey but nice! This wine store / restaurant sits right on the riverside with excellent views of Florence's famous bridge. We stopped in to escape the intense heat Florence was experiencing during our visit and ended up staying for a meal and a bottle of wine between 4 of us. We sat outside which was nicely shaded and the wait staff was attentive and quick to respond to our requests. We tried several dishes and desserts, all of which were excellent before picking a bottle from the shop to enjoy at the table. The prices were much more touristy with the meal being one of our most expensive during our stay in Florence but in this case the meal was delicious and the atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. I would visit again! The Cheese Pepper pasta was our favorite!

It’s a wine ship also serves food. There’re a few around. I enjoyed the pasta but was disappointed by the choices of the entrees. I had fried pork cutlet and it was fine. The service was great and the staff was accommodating. It’s at the biotin of the hill for Piazzal Michelangelo
Jules H — Google review
We had the pleasure of enjoying a river seat around sunset at Signorvino Firenze, and it was the perfect way to wind down our day. The ambiance was simply stunning! The selection of cheese was amazing, with the blue cheese being my absolute favorite. It paired beautifully with the wine they recommended: Barolo del Comune di Serralunga d'Alba. This red wine was exceptional and complemented our cheese platter perfectly. If you're looking to grab a drink while exploring the city, this place is a must-visit.

gnorvino Firenze is a stylish wine bar and restaurant located just steps from Ponte Vecchio, offering one of the best views in Florence. With its riverside terrace and shelves of Italian wines, the setting is perfect for a relaxed lunch, aperitivo, or dinner. The star here is the extensive wine list, featuring bottles from all over Italy. You can order by the glass, bottle, or enjoy tastings, with staff usually happy to guide your choices. The food is solid — think antipasti boards, fresh pastas, and seasonal small plates. It’s more about complementing the wine than stealing the spotlight. Still, for a scenic and enjoyable wine-focused experience, Signorvino is well worth a visit, especially if you’re after a memorable view with your glass.

Casa di Dante-Roof Terrace is a charming B&B located in the heart of Florence, offering comfortable and airy rooms with complimentary Wi-Fi. Situated atop the Grand Hotel Baglioni, the Roof Terrace provides an exceptional vantage point to admire Florence's architectural marvels, including panoramic views of the historic center, Duomo, and Palazzo Vecchio. Guests can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere while sipping cocktails or indulging in delicious Italian cuisine.
This is a review of the vacation stay at this address, not the Dante museum which is a few steps down the street. My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here for 5 nights over Thanksgiving break with my family. The location cannot be beat. It is steps away from all the major attractions, great food options, and shops so it was very easy to come and go throughout the day. The views from the apartment and roof terrace are breathtaking. Bedding, shower, and towels felt luxurious. There's a Nespresso in the kitchen and a big Carrefour grocery downstairs which sells pods. Host provided information about restaurant and shops. One caveat: there are a LOT of stairs up to the apartment. 86 to be exact. If you have any sort of mobility or health issues or if you pack in a large suitcase this won't be the best place for you. But if you're a nimble traveller, it's definitely worth it.

Cute place to dine! Loved all of the dishes except the traditional soup, which tasted like mostly wet bread crumbs. The wine selection was also great and the server did a great job of giving us recommendations. Beautiful views!

Prices are high and the service was extremely poor and a little disrespectful, I ordered a very simple food and they forgot about me completely and didn’t even apologize for the wait. The view and live music was absolutely gorgeous and the food tasted nice, but the portions are exceptionally small.

Amazing dining experience. Zero reservation, last minute and were met with open arms. We needed to wait a few minutes for a table to open but is expected with no reservation. The staff was very friendly and polite. We ordered the Florentine Steak and a small pasta dish that left us unable to try dessert because the food was so good. The terrace offers an amazing view of the skyline and we had a full moon which only added to the ambience. Highly suggest.

Beautiful romantic last evening in Florence. We would never have found out about this fabulous restaurant unless we had stayed at the Hotel Kraft. Fantastic food, florentine steak, seabass and lovely friendly service - thank you Markos. The view is incredible, we had the best table. Thank you. Highly recommended!!

If you find yourself in Florence, Italy, and enjoy seafood, I highly encourage you to try the branzino with salt crust at the Hotel Kraft's rooftop restaurant, Terrazza Rossini. The sea bass, a generous portion for two, is of exceptional quality and served tableside. We were fortunate to have Federico expertly remove the salt crust with a mini hammer—the fish was perfectly seasoned and served with fresh asparagus, green beans, and potato wedges. As a bonus, the outdoor seating has stunning views of the city and the surrounding Tuscan foothills. The beautiful views, the natural beauty of Florence, and the delectable meal made a memorable first impression on my delightful culinary trip to Italy.

I never write bad reviews but our experience was absolutely horrible. Great view but we arrived at 19:15 and had drinks, dinner service was supposed to start at 19:30. We kept asking to put in order and still at 20:15 the kitchen was still "preparing" so they kept refusing to take our order. Then upon checking out to pay for our overpriced drinks to go get food elsewhere, they informed us their card reader was not working and we would have to pay cash. I am traveling and only get a small amount of cash which took all I had, I am not sure what they would have done had we ended up actually dining there as we did not have anymore cash!! COMMUNICATE. If card reader down. COMMUNICATE if kitchen staff arrived late or whatever. Don't just ignore the issues and your customers Arnolds down the street was a WAY better experience One plus was bartender literally RAN after us when my daughter forgot her sunglasses even after we shared we were leaving due to poor experience, which was very nice of her!

The Social Hub Coworking Florence Lavagnini has recently undergone a complete renovation, now boasting a stylish jungle club vibe. During the day, the pool club is exclusively for hotel guests, but in the evenings it opens to outsiders who can enjoy sunset drinks and late-night socializing. The cocktail menu features 14 signature drinks alongside classic favorites. A student studying abroad in Florence was impressed by the creatively stimulating collaborative space at The Student Hotel facilities, which buzzes with industry and collaboration.
I used the office co-working space for a day. A truly excellent experience. Great value with plenty of desk space in a quiet environment adjacent to many social facilities. Fantastic vibe. A call out for Alice on the front desk who went out of her way to show me to the facilities.
Andrew D — Google review
I've had a generally positive experience over 4 years with my company Camisa Homes & Villas with the co-working space. The facilities are well-maintained, and the environment is perfect for productivity. However, my experience with the barista, William, on the top floor bar near the pool area was disappointing. He plays loud music in the bar and co-working space, and despite politely asking him to lower the volume, he refused without even an apology. His attitude was dismissive and showed a lack of empathy for the people trying to work in that space. It's unfortunate that such behavior detracts from an otherwise great co-working environment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures a more respectful atmosphere in the shared spaces.

Review: The Social Hub Florence Lavagnini Absolutely loved my time at The Social Hub Florence Lavagnini! The rooftop bar was an absolute gem, offering stunning views of the city along with delicious drinks and a vibrant atmosphere. The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient, making it a breeze to explore Florence's attractions. What really stood out though was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. They made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the door, offering helpful tips and recommendations to enhance my stay. And let's not forget about the interior – it's beautifully quirky, adding a unique charm to the overall experience. From the funky decor to the cozy ambiance, every corner of the hotel exudes character and style. Overall, The Social Hub Florence Lavagnini ticks all the boxes for a memorable stay in Florence. I can't wait to come back and soak in the atmosphere all over again!

Joulie was our tour guide and she was fantastic in showing us everything the student hotel had to offer. The innovation and uniqueness of the hotel stood out compared to any hotel I've ever been to, clearly they know how to appeal to the new generation of college students by giving them a fun and exciting experience while studying in Florence. The gym with the deck for yoga as well as the pool are wonderful attractions that I'm sure stick with people after their stay. Those great amenities along with the many public spaces for meetings, getting work done, and relaxation checks off anything a guest would be looking for.

Before choosing THS Collab Firenze, I had many doubts about coworking spaces. Will I be able to concentrate? Will there be spaces for private meetings or reunions? Will it be comfortable enough? And then every time I meet a customer here I immediately impress. Thanks Costanza, Thanks Oscar and thanks to everyone who makes this place the best place to give shape to innovative ideas .... and to really get them started!

If you're looking for a luxurious night out in Florence, make sure to visit Aria Rooftop by Iside De Cesare. Nestled atop the elegant Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze Hotel, this rooftop bar offers breathtaking views of the city's iconic skyline, including a stunning glimpse of the Duomo. The ambiance is perfect for an evening of relaxation as you sip on expertly crafted cocktails inspired by Florentine flavors.
Service is fantastic, "bollas" are delicious and addictive, and pasta is great. If you want a view of the Duomo, when you make a reservation ask for a table with a view! We stayed at the hotel. I went to the hotel lobby to make a reservation for 8:30pm, thought that was enough to guarantee a table with a view. When checking in at the bar, I was told the reservation didn't include a table with a view. We explained it was our last night in the city and te staff did everything in their power to get us a table with a view. We were lucky enough for a table to be available and for the staff to be willing to help even though the misunderstanding was between me and the lobby.

At check-in, they could not locate our reservation. Drinks are expensive due to the view. Some drinks are out early in the evening and required substitution. Only a few tables have good views, and the servers refused to move us to those tables even when those are unoccupied. There doesn’t seem to be any pattern for table assignment, guest or not. A pleasant evening is ruined by an incomprehensible policy. We left early.
