Today I go back to the shop there is a lady with a long face that wore a black hijab, I tell her about what happened yesterday and she speaks in an extremely rude voice and responds “ Are you here to just complain order something or leave” I said we paid money for this and she continued to be rude. I ordered 2 cocktail mix fruit that had heaps of strawberry syrup on it, 1 kulfi, and lastly a lotus açai. The açai came with bananas with which we didn’t ask for and barley and lotus. With the amount of lotus that was added it is not considered a lotus açai. I asked the lady politely if she could please give me a little more lotus sauce. She grabbed the açai and said I will charge you extra, I stopped her and said no than don’t add any, she was very rude . We are all customers who work hard for our money and I paid for the açai and she is acting like it is for free. Absolutely awful customer service and the shop is dirty, incorrect orders. If you want to enjoy ice cream or anything sweet, do not come here I do not recommend at all it is awful, definitely will not be coming back.

I got the Mortadella 2.0 and it's totally worth trying once for $20, but the price may be a little steep for some. I'm left feeling slightly full but also still a bit hungry. It's decent and while the flavours really hit when they do the problem is the pistachio and Stracciatella, which is really the star of the show.. when paired with everything else exists to one side and since its so packed you only get the flavours every second bite. So while it has a lot to like, it's inconsistent and some of the flavours get lost in the shuffle and don't stand out enough. At this price point for what is essentially some nice fillings on a Woodfired pizza crust, which is the main selling point,i don't fully think I'd pay $20 for it again, just due to the inconsistent nature of the sandwich. I'm not saying $20 is expensive for something like this at all either, I'm just saying you're not getting it's full value for lack of consistency. But you might find better consistency when you try it or on other sandwiches. I might come back for others with friends but it's not something I'm screaming out to my friends to try right now. 3.5/5
