It’s got layers of white coffee ganache crème pâtissière, walnut praline, a light mascarpone cream on top, dusted with cocoa powder and finished with candied walnuts and a chocolate-covered coffee bean. I think the filling is less impressive as some of the beef chunks are dry and could do with some more gravy. I do have high standards for meat pies though. 8/10 There seemed to be a ton of variety of things so I may be back in the future to try some more :3
