【オランダ】 もう一度行きたい！って思うお店🍽  アムステルダムにある　〝　DE KAS 〟  公園の緑に囲まれ、ど真ん中にある温室レストラン。 オランダ語でDE KAS は温室という意味みたい☝︎   そしてこのレストランは料理の8〜9割が有機栽培を自家製で作ったものを提供している🌟 （動画にもあります📽） 元ミシュラン3つ星のシェフが行政が所有していた 修道院を天正高8メートルのレストランに 作り替え、今このシェフはオーナーとしてキッチンには立たずここで提供する料理の有機栽培に専念しているみたい🌟  屋根の上部にはソーラーパネルが設置してありここで使われる電気は全てそれで賄っている。 とてもサスティナブルなレストラン🤤🍽  料理も全て美味しくて😚 食べ後の体の幸福感がずっと続いてた、、、  またオランダ🇳🇱に必ず行きたいな！

日本からオランダへ🇯🇵念願のDeKasやっと来れて、嬉しみ。料理だけでなく畑や建物、キッチンなどなど、色々見たいものがありました◯ コロナ対策でテラス席だけかと思いましたが、窓とドアを全開にしてどうやら中でも食事できるよう… オランダでは初めての、注文してから料理がすぐ運ばれてくる、スタッフが最初にお店のコンセプトなど説明してくれる、お店からスターターが2品無料で出された、ので満足です。味はそんなに驚くことはなかったですが、スパイスがそれぞれ面白かったです！

まず「水は普通かスパークリングか？」と聞かれます。「お飲み物は何になさいますか？」ではありません。ビールが飲みたかったのでビールを頼み水は断りましたが、隣の席の方は普通の水でと答えた後にジュースを頼んだところ、水道水でもスパークリングでも1人3.5ユーロ取られていました。一口でも飲んだら3.5ユーロです。 ランチは3種もしくは4種どちらかのみで、メニューについて全く説明せず、メインの後に「デザートは？」と聞かれたので「お願いします」と伝えました。何故なら、前回最後に小さなシャーベットが出たので、それのことだと思ったからです。 でも前回より多めのアイスクリームとスポンジケーキの切れ端のようなものが出てきたので、前回より少し豪華だなと言いつつ息子と食べたら、続いて前回同様シャーベットが出てきました。 アイスクリームのデザートは4種類目のメニューで、そちらだと3種類より12ユーロも高くなりました。 メニューには3種類だと50ユーロ、4種類だと62ユーロと書かれているのみで、他の情報は水一人3.5ユーロとしか書かれていません。 またコーヒーや紅茶の値段も書かれておらず、デザートの後に「コーヒーと紅茶どちらにされますか？」と聞かれましたが、うっかり頼んだらいくら請求されたかわかりません。 おしゃれな店ですし、オーガニックなのでしょうが、サービスは最低でした。 少なくとも、3種類なら何が提供され、4種類なら何が提供されるか明示するべきですし、詐欺師に騙されたような気分になりました。
