Service was spectacular throughout, from booking to check in to room service. The staff here is so sweet and genuine, and really want you to have a fabulous stay. This hotel is ideal for families with kids, because the pool is super clean and heated to about 85, and you can walk right down the stairs from the pool deck and onto the beach. Theres also a little bar on deck where you can order food etc. The hotel is at the end of the boardwalk pretty much, so you’re close to everything in the main part of SC and can easily walk everywhere. But by far the standout in our stay was the spectacular service and cleanliness at the hotel. We will definitely stay here again!!

The rooms are spotless. I love that they come with robes, and a full size couch and table with beautiful balcony's. The views are unmatched. The pool is amazing, with tequila sunsets and ice cream sandwiches in the afternoon. The service is wonderful. I've been met with smiles and kindness every time I talk to someone here, and the valet workers are doing an amazing job! Not only is the beach area of Santa Cruz amazingly perfect, but this hotel is also! This was our second stay here, and it was just as fabulous as our first.
