Our situation was further aggravated by the lack of consideration for dietary needs within our group, particularly for a vegan who needed plant-based options and and for a diabetic family member who needed sugar-free drinks. Nothing of the sort was available. In the end, with a mix of frustration, embarrassment and bewilderment, and after repeated fruitless attempts to address the debacle with Fiesta staff, we made the difficult decision to leave Fiesta Casino at 23:30, foregoing the New Year's countdown. This left us stranded on one of the most festive nights of the year, with no alternative plans in place. Fiesta Casino's handling of this event was not only unprofessional but also showed a complete disregard for their guests' experience. It's a night that should have been filled with dancing and drinking and celebration but instead turned into a memorable disappointment.
