Fine dining restaurant
Maido is an upscale and modern restaurant that offers a unique blend of local cuisine with a Japanese influence. It has been recognized as one of the top restaurants globally, known for its Nikkei dishes which combine Peruvian and Japanese flavors. Chef Mitsuharu "Micha" Tsumura's innovative creations have earned Maido top honors on San Pellegrino's Best Latin American Restaurants list for three consecutive years.
There are truly no words to fully capture this experience. It exceeded every expectation. The service was impeccable, and the presentation was extraordinary. Each course had its own unique display. The food was absolutely delicious, and the ambiance was so nice. One of my favorite details was that for each course, the waiter brought a small basket with sample vegetables and fruits used in the dish, allowing us to see, touch, and understand exactly what we were eating. Since reservations are difficult to secure, we were only able to book seats at the bar, and I am so glad we did. Sitting there made the experience even more special. The chefs shared stories about the restaurant, about Micha, and about their own lives, making the evening feel intimate and personal. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience, and I completely understand why they are ranked the #1 restaurant in the world. I hope to return one day, and when I do, I will absolutely choose to sit at the bar again.

Legitimately one of the best meals we have ever had. Every detail was done so well. An incredible variety of flavors and techniques used across Peruvian and Japanese cuisines. Service was excellent, drinks were delicious (Piscos are the go to). We were here for 3 hours but it never felt too long. Highly recommend coming in if you can get a reservation, but also worth calling them to see if they have a sushi bar seat open as well (more likely earlier in the day when they open). Fantastic all around.

After being on the waiting list for a while, we decided to try our luck as a walk in customer. We were so fortunate that there was a slot and we were able to have an early dinner. As the 2025 number one restaurant in the world, we had high expectations. The staff were professional, friendly and explained clearly how we should eat each dish to get the best culinary experience. Each dish gave an amazing taste that is hard to describe and it is no wonder that this is the top restaurant in the world. All dishes were amazing, but my favourite was the scallop with urchin.
Wing C — Google review
We visited the restaurant for the Maido Experience after it got given the #1 Restaurant in the World Award and were not disappointed at all. It was a truly unique experience from the moment we walked in until we left, from the staff greeting until the last goodbye. The restaurant is very tastefully decorated, with exquisite table setting and plates. The dining experience was phenomenal, with 14 different wonderful bites to try, each one with an amazing taste, texture, presentation, combination of flavours and of course a wonderful introduction by our waiter. It took us about 2 hours to go through each dish, with the perfect timing in between dishes for you to eat, savour, take in, enjoy and discuss with your friends. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and can’t wait to come back, next time maybe to focus on a dish or two. We consider ourselves very fortunate for having the opportunity to experience something like this. Thank you Misha for making it possible. ❤️

Maido, the Lima-based restaurant recently crowned the World's Best Restaurant 2025, offers a spectacular culinary journey through Nikkei cuisine—a fusion of Japanese techniques and vibrant Peruvian ingredients. Reviews generally describe it as an unforgettable experience that blends refinement, aesthetics, and taste to create pure emotion. The tasting menu, known as the "Nikkei Experience," is highly recommended and presents a continuous surprise of flavors and textures. Signature dishes include the 50-hour slow-cooked beef short rib (Asado de Tira) and various exquisite sushi and sashimi selections. Diners praise the impeccable presentation and the high quality of ingredients, with many dishes considered culinary masterpieces. Service at Maido is often described as outstanding and attentive, with knowledgeable staff (some speaking multiple languages, including Japanese) who enhance the dining experience. The ambiance is a blend of elegant and casual, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, a few recent reviews mention potential inconsistencies, such as dishes being overly salty, service feeling rushed at times, or issues with wine pairings. Despite the high price point, the general consensus is that dining at Maido is a worthwhile indulgence for food enthusiasts visiting Lima. Reservations are difficult to obtain and should be made well in advance.
Mr N — Google review
The first three appetizers were decent, but starting from the Cebiche, everything became overly salty — surprisingly so for a restaurant ranked World’s Best Restaurant No. 1. As someone who enjoys fine dining, I appreciate when chefs use seasoning to elevate the natural flavours of high-quality ingredients. Unfortunately, here the salt seemed to take the lead role. The toro, marinated in soy sauce, was far too salty. We shared our feedback with the staff and requested the remaining dishes to be less salty, but the “Costa Sur” fried seabass that followed was instead overly sweet while still carrying excessive saltiness. In addition, the lighting with the thick hemp-rope ceiling décor made the ambience feel dim and heavy, and the air circulation was poor, making the dining room rather stuffy — not ideal for such a highly rated fine dining experience. I’ve dined at multiple Michelin restaurants, 1 to 3 stars, and this experience fell short of expectations. The chef team should really review the seasoning balance and overall dining comfort. This was meant to be one of the highlights of my Peru trip, but sadly, it turned into a disappointment.
Vian C — Google review
Such a fun and tasty dinner! The experience was great.. each course was delicious, a little adventurous, and my favorite part was the use of texture in every dish!! They are booked constantly so their reservations are strict and they should be! Timing of dishes was great and the sake selection is good.
Monique H — Google review
The presentation and creativity at Maido are absolutely world-class—each dish looked like a piece of art and told a story. The ambiance is modern, stylish, and comfortable, perfect for a high-end dining experience. We had the tasting menu, and about 75% of the dishes were excellent—balanced flavors, elegant textures, and surprising combinations. However, a few items leaned a bit too salty for our taste, which slightly threw off the balance. Despite that, the service was impeccable, and the pacing of the courses was spot-on. The attention to detail in both the plating and the service really shows why Maido is one of the top restaurants in Lima. Would still recommend it for a unique culinary experience—just be prepared for some bold seasoning. Solid 4 stars!

Central, located in Miraflores Lima, is a renowned restaurant owned by chef Virgilio Martinez. It stands out for its unique approach to haute cuisine, focusing on Peruvian biodiversity and using ingredients from different altitudes and regions of the country. The restaurant has been consistently ranked among the top 50 restaurants globally and was awarded first place in 2023 for its innovative culinary concepts. Central also prioritizes sustainability and conscious use of natural resources.
Let's start out by saying this was a dining experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. The food was interesting, and sometimes over the top, but I understood what they were trying to do. Central is experimenting with ingredients, and they're trying to use every piece of every food available. This is to be admired. I have to be frank. Some dishes were excellent and others were just weird, but the overall experience was memorable, especially the service. They have been ranked 'the best restaurant in the world' a few years ago, and some would think this 'allows' them to have an attitude. This is precisely the opposite of what I experienced. From the moment I walked through the entrance, I felt very welcome, even though I was a solo diner. From the tour of the garden to the presentation of my table, to the stories behind every course (including the local drinks/wines), every moment of my dining experience was fantastic. The team even allowed me to take some photos of the kitchen. I felt like a VIP, even though I am sure I was just an average guest. So the food. Some dishes were among the best I have ever had, while others just didn't work for me. But over 13 courses and maybe 30-35 individual dishes, this was to be expected. This is not a cheap experience, but if you can afford it, you will not regret dining here.
Keith M — Google review
Same as Maido, I left rather dissapointed food-wise. There was nothing wrong about it, but at the same time, there was nothing special about it. The experience on the other hand, was quite unique. Also a beautiful garden! One more issue I had was that the tip is not included, which I would honestly expect given the already very high price.

The Best Dining Experience in the World Central is, without a doubt, the number one restaurant on the planet. The entire experience—from the storytelling behind each dish to the flawless execution—is unforgettable. Virgilio Martínez, the visionary chef and owner, is one of the most creative talents in the culinary world today. His ability to take you on a journey through Peru’s ecosystems, altitudes, and ingredients is nothing short of genius. Every course is a revelation. The tasting menu is a beautifully choreographed journey through Peru’s diverse landscapes—from the Amazon to the Andes to the Pacific. Dishes like “Extreme Altitude” and “Amazonian Water” are not only exquisite in flavor, but also rooted in deep cultural and ecological meaning. The presentation is stunning, and each plate tells a story. The service and coordination were absolutely perfect, making the entire experience seamless. The liquor pairing (maridaje) was outstanding—thoughtfully curated to elevate each dish. Dining at Central is not just a meal—it’s a profound, inspiring experience. Truly the best I’ve ever had. Make a reservation—you’ll remember it for the rest of your life
Jose S — Google review
This is a fabulous experience. They are so meticulous with every detail. It was wonderful to watch the bustle of the open kitchen, like a show. All the dinner ware and serving plates/dishes were so delicate and beautiful. And I love their theme of sourcing food from all altitudes in Peru. Most of the ingredients I have never heard of or tried before, so it was really intriguing. The service and atmosphere was definitely fit for a number one restaurant of the world. But I personally feel the food fell a little short. There’s prob a reason why every part of different animal and plants are not eaten, because it doesn’t taste great. But Central wanted to incorporate all parts into the meal. In the end it has the taste great and a few dishes did fall short. We also had a server who did not speak English very well and I couldn’t understand her explain the dish.
Jing Y — Google review
And finally Central. The flagship restaurant of legendary Peruvian Chef Virgilio Martínez. The restaurant is known for its contemporary interpretation of Peruvian cuisine using modern techniques. Each dish represents a specific Peruvian ecosystem, defined by altitude, ranging from below sea level to the high Andes. Central was crowned the world’s best restaurant for many years. The tasting menu typically features 12 courses. The dishes were “academic”; beautifully crafted but not always memorable in flavour cohesiveness. The experience is experimental with lot of effort in carving visually appealing dishes but the final outcome is confusing. One leaves without understanding what food did he have. The dining room is bright, minimalist, and open, with stone tables, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an open kitchen
Habib M — Google review
“Dining at Central is not just a meal, it’s a journey through Peru’s ecosystems. From the moment we entered, the experience felt like visiting a living museum: the garden and entrance are filled with plants, trees, and ingredients that later appear on the menu. We were welcomed with warm towels, seated at a beautiful table designed with privacy in mind, and immediately noticed how attentive the service was. Every course came with its own unique cutlery and a small theatrical demonstration – sometimes a book with QR codes explaining the plants, sometimes an entire octopus or stones representing the Andean landscape. Even small gestures, like discreetly wiping drops of water on the table or changing napkins when leaving the table or before desserts, showed remarkable attention to detail. The 12-course tasting menu was extraordinary. Each dish represents a different altitude of Peru, from the depths of the sea to the highest Andes. Highlights included the Warm Sea Current with lobster and razor clam, Rainforest Connection with Amazonian fish, and the spectacular desserts inspired by the Sacred Valley and 100% cacao. Every plate felt like a masterpiece, both in taste and presentation. Service, storytelling, and culinary creativity are perfectly intertwined at Central. It’s educational, emotional, and delicious at the same time – an unforgettable dining experience and truly deserving of being named the best restaurant in the world.”

Is there a better way to describe peru as a cuisine? Expressing Peruvian dishes (and ingredients) in latitude is genius - i totally loved it. The best experience in lima
Bora N — Google review
It was an amazing experience. The food and presentation were spectacular. It was one of the best Michelin restaurants I’ve visited. I have learned a lot about Peruvian cuisine and their ingredients. The service was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they answered all of my questions and even let me try some of the raw fruits separately. I highly recommend to put it on your list while in Lima, it was definitely the highlight for me.

Astrid y Gastón is a refined restaurant that has become a classic in Lima's culinary scene. Founded by chef Gaston Acurio and pastry chef Astrid Gutsche, the restaurant opened its doors in 1994 and played a significant role in the revival of Peruvian gastronomy. Housed in a spacious 17th-century palace with modern minimalist decor, it offers regional seafood and meat dishes along with an extensive selection of cocktails and wines.
I saw a recommendation for that Restaurant in my tour book and made a reservations two days ahead. While I came in a little bit early I had to wait until my time of reservation. My table was in the inner yard under a tree - with heaters on both sides. The service was very helpful to make the decisions for the starter and the maincourse, and his recommendation for the mixed bread basket was wonderful. The dishes were delicious and I enjoyed the evening at Astrid y Gastón a lot. I can highly recommend a booking there.
Olaf K — Google review
Astrid y Gastón is hands down my favourite restaurant in Lima. I have to come here each time I'm visiting. They have all classic peruvian dishes, but with a little twist. These are the better versions of already tasty dishes. I especially love banana and fried egg extension of lomo saltado. The seating area in the middle is beautiful and combination with the music makes unforgettable atmosphere. Reservation is recommend (reservations are usually seating indoor, so not in the middle with the tree). 5 out of 5.
Jakub K — Google review
Make sure you reserve your table in advance as this restaurant fills up even on weekdays. I absolutely loved eating here. The restaurant several different eating areas on different levels, so it does not seem as crowded or full as it really is. The table are spaced far enough not to feel claustrophobic and the overall volume of the restaurant is good enough to be able to conduct a conversation with your table mates without shouting. All, absolutely all, the cocktails, dishes, appetizers, and desserts we ordered were delicious. Service was very attentive, and helpful. Or server spoke fluent English and was able to describe it dishes perfectly. This restaurant is a must when traveling to Lima
Leon A — Google review
I was able to be seated by myself at the bar right when the restaurant opened for the night without a reservation. The server was very helpful in suggesting things for me to try and how much food would fill me up. Staff, including the bartenders, were all very well informed about the menu, ingredients and their origins. I liked the decorations and the fact that you are dining in open air. Everything that I did order was tasty, unique, and presented very well with beautiful, colorful plating. Dishes came out quickly so I was able to order one or two things at a time and order more as I needed. The cocktails were also inventive and well executed, a bit boozy but very rounded and tasty. The suckling pig taco that I had stood out, but I would get everything that I tried again. Living in an area where there are many Michelin star restaurants, I would say that this place could have 1 star and I would feel it was appropriate. I like how straightforward Peruvian food is and I felt this restaurant did a great job at having a lot of the classic flavors in an elevated way.
Anastasia L — Google review
This restaurant is in open air space, I mean the inside space is just as cold as sitting on the outside spaces. If I’ve known that I would have wear a warmer jacket to dinner instead of just a dress shirt. Few of us in our group were cold during the whole lovely dinner. The interior space is very pretty and sitting by the kitchen was a bonus, we get to see them cook and do magic with our food. All I remember was the food was excellent but I was cold.
Jesse L — Google review
This building is jaw droppingly beautiful, especially in the evening when bathed in the splendor of countless candles and dim lights, simply gorgeous! Food was delicious, loved everything I ordered especially the small bites. I rarely care about atmosphere, but this place is something special! Will definitely be back next time I'm in Lima!

Service and ambiance was 10/10. Personally I thought the food was ok. For this price point I wanted to be blown away however I was not. Don't get me wrong, it wasnt bad by any means. But wasnt spectacular taste. Probably would bot return but this would be a great spot for a date. My favorite bite was the cuy appetizer bite. That was a 9/10.

We enjoyed the special 8-course tasting menu at Astrid & Gastón and it exceeded our expectations. Each dish was beautifully presented, well-executed, and full of flavor. The service was attentive and professional, and the elegant setting of Casa Moreyra made the evening even more memorable. A truly special dining experience that we look forward to revisiting in the future.

Restaurant
Kjolle is a recent addition to Lima's fine dining scene, created by Pia Leon, the wife and business partner of Virgilio Martinez. Situated in the same area as Central, Kjolle offers a more relaxed atmosphere on its sunny terrace. The restaurant serves exquisite dishes that blend ingredients and flavors from across Peru, available à la carte or as an 8-course tasting menu with South American wine pairings.
I went here in july 2025 and they have upped their game. I can see they are going for number 1 and they are not messing around. Great from the moment you walk into the reception. Food is fantastic and the entire concept is a theatrical production. Highly recommend
Sam F — Google review
From the moment I walked in, the service was nothing short of phenomenal — exactly what I expected from a place of this caliber. The ambiance strikes a unique balance: an eclectically modern aesthetic with a spacious, open vibe. It’s worth noting that the openness extends to the kitchen sounds as well; whether the clatter and chatter enhance or disrupt your experience really depends on personal preference. The presentation of the dishes was absolutely stunning — again, no surprise there. Every plate felt meticulously crafted, and the wine and alcoholic drink pairings were thoughtfully curated, subtly yet meaningfully elevating the overall experience. Unfortunately, the taste was where things fell short. While everything was undeniably fresh and offered some intriguing, exotic notes, the flavors didn’t quite deliver the journey I was hoping for. Each dish felt balanced on its own, but as a whole, the tasting experience was flat, lacking the complexity and excitement that would make each bite memorable. In my judgment, this is exactly what I would expect from a tasting menu. Despite the outstanding service and atmosphere, I can’t fully recommend the culinary experience here. At this level, when everything else is raised so high, the flavors should be the true standout — and sadly, they just weren't.
Lo V — Google review
A complete dining experience! The meal was simply incredible with highlights of duck, lobster and slow braised cow rib. The final dessert and chocolate lab tour were amazing! Worth every bit of time during the 3 hour dinner… a must while in Lima!
Kristian P — Google review
We had an unforgettable dining experience at Kjolle. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out — a warm welcome in the garden, friendly conversation, and even a short introduction about the building before being guided to our table. The ambiance is minimal yet elegant: wooden and marble tables without cloths, spacious seating that ensures privacy with clever dividers, and a high wooden ceiling that creates both warmth and openness. Even small details, like individual bag stools and the variety of cutlery presented with each course, reflect thoughtful design. The service was attentive and seamless. Every staff member spoke excellent English, and small gestures made a big difference — pausing service when someone left the table, resetting napkins before dessert, and even escorting guests to the restroom. Hygiene was handled with grace, like using tweezers to place napkins. These touches show a world-class standard of care. As for the menu, every dish was both beautiful and delicious. Highlights for us included: • Corvina and Clams: interactive and flavorful, ending with a delicate broth. • Duck with Madre de Dios Nut and Sea Urchin: perfectly balanced, even for someone who usually avoids sea urchin. • Many Tubers: a celebration of Peru’s roots, with a storytelling element when the sachapapa plant was brought to our table. • Lobster with Charapita Chili and Cecina: an unexpected but harmonious combination. • Cow Rib: slow-cooked for 16 hours, rich and deeply satisfying, a perfect main course crescendo. The bread and honey butter at the start set a warm tone, while the desserts were a show in themselves — multiple creations inspired by cacao and Amazon fruits, visually stunning and varied in taste and texture. We also loved the thoughtful gift: a small art booklet pairing each dish with a piece of modern artwork, making the experience truly memorable. In total, the meal took around 1 hour 45 minutes — perfectly paced, never rushed, never dragging. Kjolle is not just about food; it is about storytelling, culture, and hospitality at the highest level. Every detail, from design to service rituals, reflects Pia León’s vision. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lima — this restaurant is a destination in itself.

Kjolle left us with mixed feelings. We received a warm welcome and overall good service, but I would have expected to be asked for drinks and have them served before the first course arrived. Instead, the first course came while we were still waiting to order drinks. Some dishes were excellent, but others felt like a hit or miss. Overall, we didn’t experience the explosion of flavors we had at Mérito earlier that week; but it was still an interesting experience

Astonishing Gastronomic Experience in Lima – Worth Every Penny Experiencing the gastronomy in Lima was truly astonishing — from breakfast to dinner, the city’s food culture amazed me. One highlight of our trip was dining at the #9 ranked restaurant in the world, where reservations must be made at least a month in advance. Located in a charming second-level bungalow with an open kitchen concept, the ambiance immediately set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable evening. The meal began with a warm house-made bread served with a specially prepared herb butter — it was so good I couldn’t stop eating it. Then came the corvina fish and clam sashimi, seasoned in a bright citrus sauce and topped with sweet potato and white quinoa. It was refreshingly light and an excellent way to start the dinner. Next was the sea urchin prepared two ways. I especially loved the nutty-flavored preparation; the other, while flavorful, had a punchy sauce that slightly overpowered the delicate taste of the uni. We then enjoyed a unique dish featuring a medley of Peruvian ingredients like yuca, olluco, and shachappa, all brought together with a specially prepared nut-based sauce. It was both unusual and delicious. The scallops were served in a strong citrus-based sauce — a bit too sour for my liking — but the trio of scallop preparations, especially one with a jelly-like texture packed with umami, showed great creativity. The lobster dish was fantastic, enhanced by a rich crab oil extract that added deep umami. I also enjoyed the fried tempura greens, made with local Peruvian herbs — a clever and satisfying twist. For mains, I had the pork belly, which was perfectly cooked with just the right tenderness, and paired beautifully with a broth that elevated the dish. The ribs, however, were underwhelming — they tasted mostly of salt, lacking in spice or complexity. Dessert didn’t quite hit the mark for me, though that may be personal preference as I’m not a big dessert person. Special mention to our waiter and sommelier, Jerry, who provided excellent service. He let us sample various drinks — wines, mocktails, and cocktails — all thoughtfully paired. This dinner was not just a meal; it was a true culinary journey through Peruvian flavors and ingredients. The experience, the service, and the creativity of the dishes made it absolutely worth every penny.

Kjolle, is chef Pía León’s first independent venture. She rose to fame as the head chef of Central, which was named The World’s Best Restaurant in 2023. Kjolle means a high altitude Andean tree. The restaurant offers both à la carte and tasting menus. The food is excellent and meticulously prepared without compromising on the substance. Service was very polished.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Unforgettable Dining Experience in Lima” Our evening at Kjolle was truly extraordinary. From the very beginning, even at the reservation stage, the language used was polite, clear, and warm; and as soon as we stepped into the restaurant, we were welcomed with both warmth and professionalism. The ambiance was both impressive and calming, with details that evoked the nature of Peru. Throughout the menu, the journey from the Pacific coast to the Andes and then into the depths of the Amazon was conveyed clearly and harmoniously in every dish. Especially the corvina & clams and the duck & sea urchin dishes were outstanding. The beverage pairings (líquidos) were just as creative as the dishes; the Amazon fruits and Andean herbs brought to life in each glass made the experience truly unique. The final dessert with cacao, copoazú, and macambo felt like a genuine gift from Peru. Overall, Kjolle exceeded my expectations in every way. I experienced a meeting of sincerity, creativity, and flavor. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable gastronomic journey in Lima. 🌿✨

Fine dining restaurant
Rafael, located in Lima and Bogota, is a highly acclaimed restaurant known for its modern Peruvian-Italian cuisine with Nikkei influence. Chef Rafael Osterling has skillfully combined diverse culinary influences to create a menu featuring delectable dishes such as Galician roasted octopus, roasted corn ravioli, and grilled confit lobster. The restaurant in Lima is particularly praised for standing out in the foodie city with its impressive offerings.
My visit to Rafael was full of great expectations as in all the new places I visit to eat. Reviews of Rafael are positive and negatives, and should be taken understanding that you are going to a Chefs restaurant, you are going to taste and eat food that has been meticulously created for a select type of patrons. Understanding this, I may say that Chef Rafael and his restaurant have accomplished something rare, exquisite and different that you usually do not see in fine dining in Peru. The food, his team, carefulness and little details are top notch. I highly recommend this place for connoisseurs, it’s expensive but it’s great.

The food, referring to the taste was good in general, no complaints on that part, but the wait between the plates was too long. In top of that you must now that you will have to order multiple courses to be satisfied, because the portions are quite small so go with time. About the prices, in my opinion, they have great plates which deserve the high cost, but there’s others that are quite average, not worth it.

Rafael delivers on service, ambiance, and cocktails, the lighting and music set the tone perfectly. Food is good but feels overpriced compared to Mayta, and it doesn’t spark the same excitement. Still, desserts are excellent and the overall experience is polished and enjoyable

A must visit spot with a great ambiance. This definitely feels like fine dining! Warm fresh bread to start and a great drinks list. A small food menu but all worth trying. The scallops are a must and a signature dish. Loved the special of the Crudo and then steak main.

This is supposedly rank 19th out of the top 50 restaurants in South America. We made our reservation 45 days in advance. To be honest our roasted pork belly, squid and few other dishes were good but I missed the magic dust (whatever that is). Maybe we have to get the tasting menu or wine pairing to get the full experience? Our waitress was professional but feels like she’s tired of us tourists and seems bored.

We stopped by and so glad we did! Juan was incredible. He created all of the cocktail recipes and they were amazing. He was so kind and showed us the beauty of pisco! Joaquin was very helpful and attentive as well. I wish we lived closer to this place, I would be there every day if I could!

The bar area is very nicely decorated and the cocktail I had was great (el capitan). The ceviche was nice but the crab pasta was just fine in my opinion. Overall the food was okay, but for the price point there are definitely better options elsewhere.

Come to Rafael for an art-filled, elevated atmosphere, attentive service, and deftly executed seafood-forward Peruvian-Italian fusion. I came here for my birthday lunch and it was my personal favorite over some other fine dining spots I tried around the city (did not make it to Maido up the street, but that’s in another price category!) Don’t skip the bread basket. It’s an assortment of delicious warm goodness. Ours came with whipped goat cheese, butter, and tomato jam. The scallop appetizer (scallops in lemon butter) is an absolute must-order and nothing short of sublime. We ordered two pasta mains, and while the duck ragu lacked depth of flavor and the portion was a bit small, the stracciatella-filled pasta with prawns, peas, and a light cream sauce was a winner. The dessert menu was also an absolute highlight and you absolutely must save room for dessert. It was my birthday so they gave me one dessert on the house and we also ordered one of the most mind-blowing desserts I’ve ever had: cherimoya royale which consisted of - from bottom to top: custard apple mousse, praline, a flambéed custard apple slice, custard apple sorbet, enrobed in custard apple foam. The combination of great execution, the balance of complexity and simplicity, and the outstanding service and atmosphere makes this a worthwhile stop on any Lima itinerary!

La Mar Cevichería Peruana, a seafood temple founded by Gaston Acurio, is a must-visit spot in Lima to savor the country's national dish, ceviche. The restaurant boasts a stylish design and attracts trendy locals and tourists alike. It's best to visit during lunchtime as it follows the Peruvian tradition of not serving ceviche at night.
Definitely a super popular spot in Lima. Went there a bit passed noon and the house was already full. Food was amazing! I got the grilled half octopus and it was delicious and tasty! One of the best octopuses I have had so far. My friend got pasta and she enjoyed it as well. Also tried the starter fried empanadas with seafood filling, it was very good! Overall a great place and definitely a MUST go if you are visiting Lima.

Amazing decor, very beautiful with extremely friendly host/ staff. Mario, our waiter was absolutely amazing. He was so attentive and very good recommending dishes and explaining in detail everything. Our food was exceptional. For starters we were given this amazing chips with amazing sauces. The green one was my favorite and the corn was so amazing and addicting. Then we ordered the trio ceviche. It was so fresh and beautifully represented and then we had the grilled octopus which was simply amazing. I would definitely go back and recommend going there if you visiting Lima.

The atmosphere is very lively and full of energy! Super fresh seafood, I like that they have lots of options that are small bite sized plates, and i tried a bunch of different things, all delicious! You could easily spend a few hours here with friends drinking cocktails and having a slow lunch.

Flor was our server and she was incredible! With a menu as large as this it was a bit difficult to decide what I wanted when it all looked so good however Flor took us through the menu and explains every dish while providing recommendations of her own. When we arrived they sat us down in the waiting area for a very short bit and provided a complimentary snack for us as well. The drinks were sublime, the food was out of this world. 10/10 would definitely go again!!

Vibes in this restaurant are awesome. It’s very open, the restaurant is bustling, and seeing the fresh fish at the bar is a great touch. The food is fresh and the quality of the fish is fantastic. The service is fast and attentive as well, even with how busy it gets. It’s an elevated dining experience in a casual setting. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Peru.

If you are visiting Lima, Peru, I cannot recommend La Mar Cevichería enough. In fact, if you have more than one day in the city, I suggest going twice—there are simply too many amazing dishes to experience in a single sitting. The menu is extensive, and everything we tried was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Be prepared for a wait—around 30 to 45 minutes at lunchtime and often longer during dinner since they don’t take reservations. Fortunately, the staff makes the wait pleasant. There is outdoor seating where you can relax, snack on toasted corn (“conchitas”), and enjoy a drink from the bar until your table is ready. We went as a group of twelve, which gave us the chance to sample many different dishes. My favorites included the crab claws, priced individually at around $6 each. They are not your typical claws—more like delicate portions of sweet crab meat shaped into a ball, about half the size of a Twinkie. I also enjoyed a light avocado-based mixed salad and the Saltado with pescado y langostinos (fish and shrimp), which was absolutely delicious. My mother ordered the lomo saltado, another must-try classic. The restaurant also offers impressive grilled seafood platters with shrimp, octopus, shellfish, and fish—perfect for sharing. If you enjoy your meal as much as we did, check out their cookbook, branded aprons, and other souvenirs. For dessert, the warm chocolate cake was rich, moist, and decadent—an ideal way to end a memorable meal. The ambiance is rustic, casual, and welcoming, with nautical touches that make it feel like a chic beachside spot. Lamar Cevichería is absolutely worth the visit.

This is my third time in Lima and second time trying La Mar. Very disappointed again. I thought last time I didn’t order the right food so I came with some study done. I arrived with high hopes. The oyster was fishy and the dressing was salty soy sauce (are you serious?) the octopus and the pasta were very salty (the steak in the pasta was very good). When I mentioned this to the waitress while I was tipping her, she wasn’t very interested to learn more. in return. She said “yah?” There are better choices for similar restaurant. Lima has many decent restaurants. Just be careful so you don’t waste your meal opportunity in Lima.

Popular seafood restaurant specializing in ceviche. Expect a wait (we had about a 30 minute wait on a Sunday afternoon), but there's seating provided for waiting guests where they'll serve you a complementary snack and take drink orders. Our server was efficient, attentive, and very friendly. Spoke excellent English. We liked the charming interior decoration, though we found it a bit loud. Some potato chips and dip were also complementary when we were seated at our table, we didn't care for the dipping sauces but the chips were very nice, in varying colors. We had two ceviche dishes which were both delicious, and a seafood rice dish which was nice as well. Unfortunately we ordered a bit too much, couldn't finish the rice, but the staff was very helpful in boxing it up to go. We were slightly irritated that the menu says "service" included, yet they still expected a tip. One or the other, I would hope.

Panchita in Miraflores is a culinary gem that offers an inviting atmosphere and a diverse menu inspired by Peru's rich coastal and Andean flavors. Under the expert guidance of chef Martha Palacios, diners can indulge in generous portions of traditional dishes like grilled octopus, beef heart anticuchos, and the slow-cooked adobo don pancho served with yuca frita.
If you want to try traditional peruvian food for turistically acceptable price, come here. Portions are huge (we three people had 4 dishes and one of them was stater, we had hard time to finish them). Quality of food is excellent. If you are looking for posh fine dining, I would recommend other places. But if you want to have casual conversation with moderate noise (which in Peru is low noise, to be frank 😀) and very good food of generous portions i would come here again. We were fine with seating at the bar, but if you want a table, I strongly recommend to make reservation in advance.

We had 4 dishes. One was good, 3 were average. We had huge expectations and were disappointed. Server was good, but all recommendations were a miss. We had lamb that tasted more like a chicken. Pork was interesting but way too fatty. Desert was too dry. Only liver was great. We spent 352 Sol, I can say it was that good for this price. I think this place is overrated.

I've been here twice, and I would definitely go back. The portions are generous, and the taste is a solid 10 out of 10. If you want to try authentic Peruvian food, this is definitely the spot. I would suggest making reservations, as this place is always really busy. My favorite plate is for sure the lomo saltado!!

Costanera 700 is a renowned Nikkei restaurant in Lima, Peru, with a rich history spanning over 45 years. Founded by the legendary Humberto Sato, a pioneer of Nikkei cuisine in Peru, the restaurant offers a delightful fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavors. The establishment prides itself on serving extremely fresh seafood and top-notch sushi, making it a go-to spot for both lunch and dinner. The elegant yet relaxed atmosphere adds to the overall dining experience.
The restaurant is simply excellent. They provide a personalized service by asking your name and then remembering and referring to you by name (our server Antonio was amazing). We had the lobster; it was excellent, and the rice had sepia di nera, which gave it a twist. My mother wanted something healthy, so she had the steamed fish, and it was also great. The white wine pairing by the glass was pretty good. All in all, good quality price ratio. They take reservations, but on weekends after two they work on a first-come, first-served basis.

[5/5, Lima, Peru] Two lobsters and buttery angel hair pasta for 200 soles - a solid 6/5 and would come back just for this. The uni was good as well. The ebi fry, shrimp and fish tempura was amazing - crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, dipped in a light tempura sauce. The salt baked fish was also solid - it came with butter, minced garlic and minced ginger. For dessert, the chocolate soufflé was amazing. Everything else was good but didn’t stand out.

Totally loved this place. Don’t be fooled by the restaurant’s decor, which has not been upgraded in about 20 years, or the lack of ambiance (which could have also been because of the late hour we arrived), this place offers incredible food. Cosme Restaurante y Bar was founded by five friends with a vision to create a restaurant that embodies the authentic flavors of traditional Peruvian cuisine while adding a modern twist, all within a sustainable and inviting setting. The main chef, James Berckemeyer, who previously worked at Astrid & Gaston, brings his expertise to the table. Located in the lively San Isidro district, Cosme offers an energetic and casual atmosphere paired with exceptional service.
I'm thrilled to have returned to this exceptional restaurant with a friend for lunch, and it was just as impressive as I remembered. Tucked away in the heart of San Isidro in Lima, Peru, this culinary gem consistently delivers outstanding dishes. The Pappardelle & Carrillera and Texturas de Chocolate were outstanding, and our server's expertise and warm hospitality made the experience truly special. It's a testament to the restaurant's dedication to quality that it has maintained its exceptional standards over the past decade. The vibrant atmosphere, crafted from sustainable materials, perfectly aligns with the restaurant's culinary vision. Whether you're a local or just visiting Lima, this restaurant is a must-visit destination for an exceptional dining experience.

There seems to be a lot of hype around this place, but it was just "ok" for me and my partner. I ordered the scallops, and I got one tablespoon of scallops with another tablespoon of decoration. They were so small for some reason. I finished it in less than 5 minutes 😒 My partner ordered the Cesar salad and was disappointed with it. It was 85% head of lettuce with very little on top. The dessert was the only highlight of the night. It was delicious and really hit the spot. Overall, we left feeling hungry 😕

Another reason to skip the high-end name brands in Lima! Apart from excellent food and service, Cosme has a cool decor using bottle tops and bottoms to create colorful artwork. It is a popular place for the locals so definitely not a tourist destination (which is a good thing!). The star of the night was the Crema Volteada for dessert! A must for dinner in Lima!

Really nice gastronomic restaurant, great flavours made with local ingredients, yet with international inspirations. Great blend -the Escabeche was absolutely delightful and the dumpling was the best dish, with a very thin dough and a crazy good meat stuffing. The ambiance is relaxed and the staff is kind. I got the chance to be served by Luis, who was able to explain all spices, herbs and cooking techniques in easy words. I'd say they would be close to 1 Star Michelin but wouldn't be quite there yet.

Antigua Taberna Queirolo is a historic establishment with almost 150 years of tradition, located in a European-style mansion in the Pueblo Libre neighborhood of Peru. Originally a neighborhood store, it has evolved into two distinct sections: a wine and pisco cellar featuring products from its own vineyards, and a restaurant serving traditional Peruvian cuisine.
Taberna Queirolo is undoubtedly one of the most iconic restaurants in Lima, Peru. It holds a special place in my heart, filled with cherished memories from my childhood in Pueblo Libre. I used to gather there with family, and now I continue to enjoy it with friends and loved ones. I can't recommend it enough! It is an institution when it comes to Pisco, Peruvian wines, and traditional Peruvian dishes. If you're in Lima, you definitely shouldn't miss it!

This historic spot has such a cool old-world vibe — it feels like you’re stepping into Lima’s past while enjoying hearty Peruvian food. The tequeños de ají de gallina were a fantastic modern twist on a classic, warm and filling. The rocoto relleno came out in a cast-iron skillet alongside pastel de papa and was full of flavor and comfort. For drinks, both the pisco intipalka chilcano clásico and the maracuyá pisco sour were excellent — refreshing and balanced. A must-visit if you want authentic food in a place that’s as much about the atmosphere as the meal.

Punto Azul is a renowned restaurant in Lima that attracts both locals and tourists with its classic Cevicheria offerings. The menu features delightful dishes such as the Seafood Chaufa and Jalea, showcasing the best of Peruvian seafood cuisine. Situated in Miraflores, this affordable eatery is often bustling with hungry patrons eager to savor its delectable offerings.
When we arrived in Lima, we had 3 people recommend this restaurant to us and it absolutely lived up to its reputation. Our server, Jose Luis, was so kind and offered excellent recommendations, including a daily special that was not listed on the menu, but was the best dish we tried! The food is so fresh and flavorful. We tried the tartar (excellent, but would skip next time); Ceviche mixto (best ceviche I’ve ever had); daily special fried fish with decadent marisco sauce (1000000/10); Pisco & Pisco Punch (would recommend Pisco Punch to anyone who doesn’t want to taste alcohol too strongly). Overall, a fabulous experience. Due to the popularity, be prepared to wait up to 1hr on the weekends for a table. But you will not regret it!

Hi there, Fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor! Punta Azul nails what Peruvian seafood should taste like — from perfectly seasoned ceviche to tender pulpo and juicy arroz con mariscos. Pisco Sour Salvation in a Sea of Mediocrity After a week of questionable life choices in Peru, we stumbled upon a restaurant that didn't make us want to cry (yet). There was a line out the door, and they actually took reservations – shocking! The food was...fine. Scallops were smothered in enough cheese to clog an artery, the octopus was unremarkable, and the ceviche was decent, but let's be real, we've had better at a high school potluck. BUT. The pisco sour? Oh, sweet mother of all that is good. It was like a symphony of flavors, a party in our mouths, a reason to question all our life choices that led us to this moment. We're talking best pisco sour in Peru best. We'll be back for that alone. Every. Single. Night. If you're a foodie looking for a culinary experience, just don'texpecta lot here. But if you're a pisco sour connoisseur (is that a thing?), this place is your holy grail. Just don't forget to bring your stretchy pants and a cardiologist.

We had a great dinner and decided to share a few dishes so we could try more of the menu, the food did not disappoint, “Delicious.” The service was a little slow, but that’s understandable given how popular the restaurant is for its excellent food. The atmosphere has a great vibe, though it did get quite loud with all the guests and music. Not unpleasant, but something to keep in mind if you prefer a quieter setting.

If you’re in Lima and craving ceviche, Punto Azul is a name that comes up again and again — and for good reason. I walked in just before noon and the place was already buzzing. No frills, no pretentious plating — just solid, flavour-packed Peruvian seafood done right. They start you off with a bowl of cancha (toasted corn) and a small bowl of spicy salsa — a salty, crunchy prelude that sets the tone. Then came the ceviche mixto (pescado y pulpo) — fresh chunks of fish and tender octopus, marinated in a bold leche de tigre. Creamy, citrusy, assertive. The sweet potato and choclo on the side round it off with earthy sweetness and chew. I’ve had ceviche in Chile, but this? Different league. Brighter, more acidic, more alive. The Peruvians own this dish, hands down. A warm bowl of fish broth (caldito) also arrived unannounced — a comforting, herby sip in between bites. Wrapped up the meal with a merengado de chirimoya, a light but decadent dessert that brings together tropical fruit, crisp meringue, and fresh strawberries. A surprising win — and very Peruvian. 💰 Total bill: PEN 80 📷 Dishes tried: • Ceviche Pescado Pulpo (56 PEN) • Merengado de Chirimoya (24 PEN) Pro tips: ✅ Come early or expect a queue ✅ Service is quick and friendly ✅ Portions are generous ✅ Dessert is worth saving space for

Yes, they're great!! And it's worth the visit! I went there because my friend recommended it and, fortunately, it was just in front of the hotel. I was lucky to get in early, as it gets busy later and I wasn't aware of it (until seeing lines in other moments). The waiter was super attentive and friendly, despite the busyness! The entrée (canchita and banana chips with those sauces) is just a sign that it's gonna be goooood! I was alone and didn't expect the chaufa de mariscos would be sooooo big!!! It could be shared between two people, at least. It was delicious, although couldn't finish it 🥲 and chicha morada was just perfect to balance the dinner.

The place was packed for lunch. The hostess said a 20 minute wait and it was pretty close. I think I waited 25-30 minutes? It flew by pretty quickly. I got the fish ceviche and grilled fish. It was so good! Portions are huge. I couldn’t finish it and had to take it to-go. So worth it. Wish I had a bigger party so I could try more items on the menu. A bit on the pricier side but it was good! Service was friendly but they were busy so expect to wait a bit and enjoy your time.

Chicken restaurant
Primos Chicken Bar San Isidro is a delightful transformation of the former Conquistadores Chicken Grill, now captivating locals with its exceptional rotisserie chicken. This eatery boasts an extensive menu featuring not only their signature chicken but also fresh salads, tasty anticuchos, and mouthwatering BBQ wings served with ranch sauce, celery, and carrots—definitely a must-try!
Everything we ate here was delicious. The staff members are kind, however the waiters we encountered didn’t speak a lot of English (which was fine, just different from many of the other restaurants and tourist spots we had been to, so fair warning!) but we made it work! The hostess at the bottom of the stairs will guide you up if there’s a table available. There is parking directly outside of the restaurant.

I was impressed by Primos Chicken- San Isidro from my very first visit, and I will certainly return. The best anticucho l've ever had was served here - it was extremely tasty, juicy, and seasoned with just the right amount of condiments. The Pisco Sour cocktail was a great combination of sweet and sour flavors. The staff were friendly and professional too.

Food was good. We had the crispy chicken wrap. Lemonade was fresh squeezed. Not expensive. It is not handicapped accessible.

Love the ¼ chicken and fries. We got it without the salad and they gave us extra fries instead. We tried their house branded microbrews (in can only). For dessert, we had milk shakes and brownies which were delicious.

The decorations are great and fun. I really loved everything but the food, sad to say it's kind of pricey for what you get (or at least what we get a la braza and a Cesar's salad)

Amazing food and great services the chicken the salad the fries the potatoes the dipping sauce was all great. Coming as a tourist it was fairly well priced compared to North America. Maybe expensive for Peru. Very much worth it. I really enjoy it. Especially the Oreo milkshake

Raw chicken. I asked our server three times to change the chicken and it was still raw. Server was rude. Average taste compared to other places in Lima. Nothing outstanding. We talked to management and they did not do anything to better our experience. I do not recommend this place.

Great bife de chorizo and picaña. Beef cordon blue had too much black pepper in the sauce but was overall nice. All is big: the portions, the bill, the restaurant… for me it’s too massive, but if you are hungry, it’s good/prompt service and food.

El charrúa is one of the best steakhouses in Lima. Great service, no corking fees for bringing your own wine, and an awesome selection of cuts both Argentinian and American to choose from. One side is included with your main course. My only complaint would be that the meat is not always evenly cooked. Medium can mean different things on different days, though they tend to err on the rare side. So cut it open and if it's too raw for your taste, just ask them to put it back on for a few minutes. I actually appreciate their approach because once it's well done there's no going back.

Carnal is a renowned steakhouse in Lima, specializing in American Angus Aberdeen beef. The restaurant offers unique textures and cooking methods for their cuts, setting them apart from traditional grilling. In addition to their top-quality steaks, Carnal features a raw bar serving grilled octopus and seafood platters. Prices range from 36 soles for starters to 148 soles for Angus steaks. The establishment also boasts a state-of-the-art grill and an inviting outdoor terrace with limited seating.
The food in Peru revolves around fish. All Peruvian dishes are related in one way or another to fish. That said, there are those, like me, who less like fish or sea food. That's why we go to meat restaurants. Here is an example of a restaurant you should not miss. The meat was excellent, the service was very kind and the atmosphere as expected from such a restaurant. The restaurant is in the Milaflores neighborhood and is actually close, most likely, to the heart of things in Lima. Highly recommend.

I love steak, and I especially love a really good filet! 😁 From the outside, the restaurant is somewhat unassuming, but once you go in, it's a whole different story. It's classy and very elegant. There's a nice variety on the menu, and they offer English menus, too. I had a filet mignon, and my partner had a skirt steak that came out sizzling. SAPIENS x Jaime Pesaque is a trendy restaurant that has been open for two years, offering a unique dining experience where traditional cooking methods blend with top-notch ingredients. The highlight of the place is the 7-meter long grill, used to prepare various dishes such as perfectly cooked vegetables, Peruvian fideua, and a substantial tomahawk. Additionally, the restaurant boasts a selection of homemade charcuterie and is renowned for its vegetable-focused menu featuring meats and rice dishes.
Sapiens is, without doubt, the best restaurant I’ve ever eaten in. The interior design is as impactful as the food woven cage like structures around the tables, dimmed lighting, and music at the perfect volume create a unique atmosphere. Every course showed incredible attention to detail, with vegetables, sauces, and techniques that were simply astonishing. Each dish topped the previous one, beautifully plated and deeply flavorful. Just order what you see in my photos—it was all a feast for the eyes and the palate. Impeccable balance between creativity and flavor. I’ll come back again and again

Definitely a place with a variety of meats and fire-cooked dishes that’s absolutely worth visiting. We ordered a spectacular octopus, an amazing cauliflower, and steaks cooked just right. If you’re in Lima for a few days, the quality and overall standard of the food make it a great experience. I feel people lose perspective about the quality when it’s likely a restaurant that’s outside their budget.

**Review for GI had a wonderful experience at Sapiens in Lima. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. However, the highlight of the visit was undoubtedly the food. The Lomo al Trapo was cooked to a perfect medium, with just the right amount of salt. We also tried the Provoleta, which had a delightful sweet flavor that made it unique. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant!

Nestled just a stone's throw from Parque Kennedy, El Bodegón is a delightful tribute to the cherished flavors of traditional Peruvian home cooking, brought to life by renowned chef Gaston Acurio. This charming tavern exudes nostalgia with its dark wooden interiors and vintage photographs that transport you back in time. The atmosphere feels like gathering with old friends over comforting meals, enhanced by classic rock tunes and radio announcements that echo the past.
What a fantastic little restaurant! Don't be fooled by the fact that it's located inside a shopping mall, or that it belongs to a chain: this is one of Gastón Acurio's restaurants and so the food is pretty much guaranteed to be good! Compared to most other Acurio's restaurants, the ambience here is much more "easy and familiar" and the food is super tasty without being fancy. In fact most dishes will remind you of the flavors you used to taste at your grandma's when you were a child. Portions are very generous and the prices very honest, making this establishment hard to beat when it comes to quality - price ratio. Service is very friendly and attentive and the food comes quickly out of the kitchen. t's one of those placed that makes you want to go back again and again, to try every single dish on the menu! Pro tip: get the "Minestrone": it's a thick vegetable soup with pasta and pesto sauce that tastes exactly like childhood memories of genuine comfort food. You'll thank me later! Highly recommended!

Just another Acurio's food locale. It is located inside a shopping center, parking is not a problem and should be free with validation. Clean , good attention, tends to be loud, if possible allow for at least 40 minutes wait before been seated during peak times. Customers also enjoy other delectable options like loaded cheese fries with bacon and milkshakes.
Don't get me wrong. I suppose it would be nostalgic to get my weekly burger fix at Lima's Mickie D's or The BK lounge, but I did a search for Brest burger in Lima and found this place. Deeelicious! Juicy, as advertised, STEAK burgers, lightly seasoned fries, ONLY Inca Cola, It was a dream! Tourists, go here for a good (burger) time.

We wanted to eat a nice burger and by a friend's recommendation, we went to that place. I have to say, the burger was small for the price, but tasted good. The french friend potato was OK and a Coke completed the meal. The downside of the experience was that they didn't observe all the sanitary measures because the place is small and there was not enough people on the shift. Another affected area was their service. I ask a guy to clean our table before starting to eat, but he just forgot about it because he had many tasks to do. So, if you choose to try this place, go for the take out option, it is not a cozy or nice place to stay and eat there.

Solid entry for one of Lima's best burgers. Service is competent and quick, and the stripped down menu of burgers offers up a lot of new and classic choices. I stuck to tradition and had a cheeseburger done medium. It was cooked perfectly, had a ton of cheese and all of the toppings were very fresh. We also had a side of tasty fresh onion rings. Ibelieve they use potatoe flour buns , which I wish you could swap out, but other than that, it was a very solid meal!

Great american bar. Food is quite decent, portions are fine. We went to see the Peru game and there was enough room and plenty of TVs. It's a big place.

Almost a typical Fridays however my hamburger meat was barely cooked. It didn't even have any sear marks on it and was barely gray on the outside. The inside was completely raw. And when I say inside I mean a milimiter from the outside was raw. No pink whatsoever, straight red raw. Don't get me wrong I love to eat steak that is pink and red... However I do not like my ground beef that raw, as there is an exponentially higher chance of bacterial growth over a shorter amount of time.

I would of sent back but was too hungry...I did let bar know and he agreed it looked under cooked. I gave 2 stars and not 1 solely because bar staff were nice to let me practice my Spainish.

If you're on the hunt for a delicious burger experience in Lima, Peru, look no further than Street Burger. This charming eatery offers a variety of mouthwatering burgers, including one topped with caramelized onions that is simply divine. Having explored numerous burger joints across the United States, I can confidently say that Street Burger holds its own with flavors that rival some of the best I've tasted. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly staff who made me feel right at home.
I would says this was more of a 4.5 star meal than a five star meal, but I will round. The service was a solid five stars. All three of the staff that we interacted with, one spoke fluent English, one spoke a few words, and one didn't speak any, were extremely competent, friendly, and pleasant. I would go back, just based on the service. I would describe the food as good, but not the best that I've had. I thought that Currywurst in Berlin, Germany was better, and the burger I had in Melbourne, New Zealand was better, but it was all solid, and I would say that if you're looking for burger and curry wurst, and are more interested in having a great experience than the best food, or are just looking for a quick bite, then this is the place for you.

We had the worst service and meal. We were waiting for 50 mins till we got the first burgers. They all were not what we ordered at all. They came cold as same as the fries. We asked to warm them up, we were waiting for 15 mins more. Only 3 out of 5 burgers came out. After talking with the waiter we were waiting for another 20 mins to get the burger and they came out as not what we ordered. After 15 more mins one of them came out. We went down to the waiter and got again the wrong order. We got veggie burgers a couple of times without ordering them. We were standing at the kitchen window and told them what to make. We got spices in small plastic boxes and we got charged of them without telling us. The service was bad and the food wasn’t tasty. We got charged for one burger the wrong price. Also, when we asked for the check they didn’t have cash at all and it made everything complicated. Don’t go to this restaurant!

Straightforward burger house with good choice of various types of burgers. The best option is to go for maximum, which is double patty (400g of meat) since it costs only little extra. Patty is made to order as specified. Buns are fresh and tasty as well. Interesting combo offers are available (burger and craft beer). Only music could be a little less loud.

My amigo and I were hungry and went to have dinner there, for the first time. We had a table with a great view. He ordered pasta. I ordered a filet mignon. We also ordered drinks. But the young man who took our orders did not bother to write it down. My steak was supposed to be medium-well but it came medium-rare, bloody. He blamed the kitchen for this, so I sent it back but it arrived again almost well done. My friend had already finished his meal by then. This spoiled our whole dinner mood. The manager came and apologized. She did not charge for my steak 🥩 so at least she knew what to do. The food and ambience are pretty good actually. Service staff should really pull up their socks.

Food was tasty, slightly overpriced but it was enjoyable. But I asked for the table to be cleaned twice as it was sticky and the staff only came over and wiped it with a dry napkin? I had to clean it myself with a wipe and the wipe went BLACK! Clearly the tables are never cleaned.. the service was slow and the waitress was inattentive and pulled a face at me for not wanting to tip.

The place is really nice, the food is really good, and the stuff is really helpful. But, dude, the wait time... Waiting to get seating, waiting to order, waiting to get food, waiting to pay. Long waits... I'll still eat there because the food was really tasty. But next time will be a to-go order.

This restaurant has a great location, with a fantastic view of the Pacific ocean. It offers a variety of American-Mexican appetizers and main courses (not too spicy or not spicy at all), great cocktails (international and local types), soft drinks, and desserts. Nice atmosphere and decoration, good and quick service.

While in Lima I visited this restaurant 4 times. Upon every visit I was greeted with pleasant employees who served me quickly and were very friendly while doing so. There was one incident where my partners order was incorrect which put a damper on the evening, but this was an isolated incident, and the issue was rectified promptly. Overall the service, drinks, and food was great. Visiting this TGIF location is worth it during the lunch special, where many popular dishes, as well as pasta, is only 17.80PEN.

The service and cleanliness of the restaurant was very good! Our Spanish isn’t very good and the waitress was able to help us make good choices. The burger I received was good but quite sloppy and not medium but more medium rare. The onion rings were soft, could have been cooked a little longer to be more crispy. In the pasta dish there was very little shrimp and peppers but tons of cheese and clumpy chicken. Overall not bad but could have been prepared better.

Known for its extensive menu, it offers everything from refreshing cocktails to hearty meals, making it an ideal spot for both families and friends looking to unwind. Located among other dining options in Larcomar, TGI Fridays stands out as a great place to enjoy classic dishes like crispy chicken tacos while catching your favorite sports on TV.
A really nice place with good food and drinks.

Decent dining option, the crispy chicken tacos and strawberry lemonade were pretty good. The chips and salsa came with a lot of chips and barely and salsa/guacamole (needed double the amount that I got). They showed Sunday Night Football (American) and several soccer games on the TV. Better eating here than any of the fast food options at the mall.

Expensive, the waiters give more attention to picking up trash than attending customers. The host was in a mood since we got there. He complained about us. Never coming back. This place is horrible. Music also loud and not in sync with vibe.

Good food, great service. Christian, our waiter was well-spoken made good recommendations and was quick and pleasant to accommodate our requests for drinks without sugar, salads without bacon, even brought our kid's food first to help us stave off the crankiness that often accompanies shopping. Nice experience.

Messy service, probably because the supervisor wasn't there, too expensive food for so little quality, we ate half of our food before getting any drink. Even if there was some good parts of the food, it was too much for little quality and everyone got tired of eating it.

Nestled in a vibrant locale, The Corner Sports Bar & Grill stands out as a haven for sports enthusiasts and food lovers alike. What truly sets this place apart is its exceptional staff, who go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and welcomed. During my visit, I was captivated by their genuine care for patrons, even when faced with challenging situations.
Nice location, nice TV quality and quantity, food pretty good selection.. It is an amazing place to watch sport events and meet new friends. I will be back!

I came to watch the Steelers game on Monday night (Because it was the only place that I found. Lol) and I loved the place! It made me feel like I was at home and the service was very good (Especially if you consider the normal service in Central/South America and the Caribbean in most places. 🙄🤷‍♂️). I had a Burger, Salad and Wings and everything was flavorful and fresh tasting; I wish the Hot Wings would have been hotter, but I just mixed their Hot Sauce with a bottled Hot Sauce that they had on hand (I think it was Tabasco 🤔) and it was all good. I'll definitely come back here if I ever have another opportunity. All in all, everything was great, service was good and my STEELERS WON! Keep up the good work The Corner! 👌🏼💪🏼🔥

The Corner Bar is a very interesting place with lots of history and has some of the best Burgers in Lima, they could increase the French Fry aka Papa Fritas portion a little but I still give it a Two Thumbs Up.👍👍

Love it here, they always have all the sports events I want to see. All the fútbol games, ufc events, and whatever else you want to see. As an American, I always have a hard time finding a sports bar here where I can see the games I want to see but this place never disappoints. Food is like any other typical sports bar. Buffalo wings, burgers, potato skins, and nachos. Service is good here.

Isaac N — Google review
The staff at The Corner Sports Bar and Grill is unlike any bar staff I've ever experienced in any other country. Usually, I expect polite and professional bar service. The staff at The Corner Sports Bar genuinely cares about their customers. I say this because I felt it first hand in how they treated me and I witnessed it for over 6 hours as I watched 2 baseball games and a basketball game. Time and time again they handled less than polite people with kindness and respect. When I asked a server why he and his co-workers were so patient and kind he said simply, "that's the job." Exactly!!! People may not want to admit the truth of why they gather with strangers in bars and pubs but I believe they are looking for the love and respect they feel they are lacking in their lives. So if you are a sports fan and you appreciate amazing food and most importantly, you seek a safe space to celebrate your team's victory or suffer their tragic defeat you can't do better than the Corner Sports Bar. One of my favorite places in Lima. Great memories! I will definitely go back and recommend anyone to go their. It is a place where I feel truly at home and welcome. Bienvenido.

Restaurant
The Johnny Rockets outpost in Lima offers a nostalgic ambiance where customers can enjoy burgers, shakes, and fries. The overall experience reflects the international chain's concept. The staff appears content and friendly, providing a level of service that stands out in comparison to other restaurants in Lima. With oldies music playing in the background, diners are treated to a home-like atmosphere. Additionally, this franchise guarantees an American-style hamburger similar to those found stateside at reasonable prices.
I’ve been to Johnny Rockets in America and in South America. This place is doing a great job. The food was really delicious. I got the chicken strips and they were cooked well and the fries are awesome. I love the fact that you can get real cherry Coke here. Also, my wife has been here a couple of different times trying to order the Philly cheesesteak, and it is never available. They might need to update the menu if items are no longer available. The atmosphere is really nice. It’s clean. It’s got the retro vibe that you’re looking for from this kind of theme restaurant. The only issue I really had with the atmosphere is the music they’re playing a lot of modern hip-hop, music, and when you go to a place like Johnny Rockets, you expect music from the 1950s (the big bopper,Chubby Checker, Elvis Presley etc.) also I would’ve loved to sit at the counter, but they have no stools at this long, beautiful counter. Other than those couple of things, it was a wonderful time. I recommend this, especially if you are a North American expat and you are feeling a little homesick.
Thomas S — Google review
I’m so sad to report that Johnny Rockets was super disappointing. It’s the third time I’ve been in the last year and requested the “beyond burger” and they continue to not have it, so I had to settle for a soy burger, which arrived freeze-burned and super hard - almost inedible. The fries were good And they do have Dr Pepper, which is a very rare treat for me. The menu plates are just OK - nothing spectacular and expensive for what it is. They don’t have any cherry flavored anything and it’s been a couple of times visiting that they don’t have any cherry flavored shake or soda. It’s such a standardized experience in the United States but I imagine it’s hard to acquire all the ingredients here so I understand , yet if they are consistently going to be out of things listed on the menu, they should take them off. The atmosphere is fun as a typical of Johnny Rockets, but they had a huge lunch rush to come in and it was annoying that they sat the huge table right next to us. We could hardly hear each other’s conversation over all the noise. There was plenty of other space in the restaurant and they could’ve accommodated them elsewhere, people kept bumping into us of the service staff and people seated at the large table.

The executive chef, Gustavo, is praised for his culinary expertise and ability to recommend delicious gluten-free options like the Cachapa Pabellon—a generous dish that perfectly balances sweet and savory flavors.
The food was delicious and full of cheese. Every part of the arepa was well seasoned and full of flavor. I ordered a cachapa Jr and it was much larger than I expected but a delicious combination of sweet and savory.

Great environment! The owner and staff are very inviting. Gustavo the executive chef is beyond knowledgeable about gastronomy in general but most importantly was able to guide me in making a delicious gluten free choice! I went with the Cachapa Pabellón. It had an amazing balance of sweet and savory. It’s huge though - I shared it with my dad and we were both stuffed. To drink I chose the Papelón - I loved it so much I got two! I see why this place has a great rating!

We came across La Brownieseria as we were looking for something for lunch. They have a different menu del dia for each day of the week. This place suited us as I was looking for a salad but my husband wanted something bigger and the options were chicken salad or a chicken sandwich with potatoes. It came with a fresh lemonade and a full size brownie. There were only 2 people in the restaurant so we thought we would be able to get a quick lunch before heading to the airport. Unfortunately it took an hour for my salad to come out. My husband's sandwich arrived after about 40 minutes. Another customer got their salad at the same time as me despite them only coming in and ordering 10 minutes before. Nice enough food, super slow service.

Small and perfectly done. In many years of travel I've not seen a 'small' traditional Irish bar like this. It's such a great fit for Cusco. Buladh bas:)

We went to watch the Argentina vs Peru game because I saw the an Ing post. They didn’t have an idea how to watch the Peru game. They were transmitting Ecuador Colombia. We left come back second half and nothing. The game was so behind, tv signal so slow, and nothing they can do good. Really bad night to bring my friends to watch the game. Never again!
Roberto M — Google review
I really liked the beer here. Better options than most other places in Lima. Food was ok. Onion rings under cooked and probably the only place in Peru that charges you extra for hot sauce.
Alexis K — Google review
Bigger bar then what it looks from outside, service is nice but charging 12 soles for tab filtered water in a bottle it’s ridiculous. Chicken bites were so dry and unflavored. Might be a nice bar for drinks but not for food.
Val C — Google review
Went here to watch a football game. They don’t even pay for a subscription cos they cannot afford $50 a month ( maybe not even in Peru), yet they charge you a million for a beer. We had to leave 10 mins after arrival cos they use a dodgy website to stream the games and it was cutting out every second. Workers didn’t seem to give a shit about anything when we asked No wonder the bar is always empty
G C — Google review
Very friendly staff, but it was extremely slow the nights we were there. If you are looking for an Irish bar in Lima you can do worse.

Gin Tonic was different to the ones I had before but it was delicious! A place where you can listen to nice background rock music and able to talk over a nice drink. BTW to all my American friend you can watch your NFL football games!

Hollyfood La Molina is a fantastic dining establishment for collectors, boasting a delightful array of decor featuring collectibles from popular franchises such as Harry Potter, Star Wars, and Game of Thrones. Alongside the visually appealing ambiance, patrons have the opportunity to purchase funkos. While the diverse themes make it an enjoyable experience for first-time visitors, in terms of flavor and taste alone, some might argue that the high price tag of S./ 45 (14$) is not justified.
Great place to eat some dinner. They have action figures and things from different movies in exhibition. They also sell some funkos and collectibles

IHOP, a well-established eatery offering a diverse selection of pancakes and other classic American breakfast and diner dishes, came as an unexpected delight nestled in Surco. This establishment pleasantly surprised visitors with its warm reception. Patrons found the food and coffee to be consistent with the standards set by the franchise. Although there were a few minor limitations such as exclusively serving white toast and milk instead of cream for coffee, these did not detract from the overall experience.
Incredible to find this town in the middle of the Peruvian mountains, it feels like you're in Austria. Beautiful river ponds with mineralized water and a local twist on German/Austrian food, highly recommended
Daniel R — Google review
It was a huge surprise to find this gem in the heart of Surco. A welcoming surprise indeed. Visited for breakfast and the food and coffee is consistent with that found in the US franchise. A couple of caveats (not show stoppers though) only have white toast and no cream for coffee - only milk). Staff is very helpful and welcoming. There is free parking. Overall a great experience.

Recommend! I'm not a fan of this restaurant back at home, but to my surprise, place was not at all like the ones we find back at home in the USA it was so much BETTER!, Place was clean! Very modern, inviting, fast service, food was not greasy, staff was friendly. I would recommend this specific IHOP

Oxa Burger Barranco is a must-visit for burger enthusiasts looking to indulge in gourmet flavors with a local twist. Nestled in the vibrant Barranco district, this trendy eatery specializes in crafting mouthwatering burgers using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. With an array of unique toppings and house-made sauces, each bite promises a delightful experience. The Oxa Classic burger stands out with its juicy patty, local cheese, and secret sauce that keeps patrons coming back for more.
A great quality burger. I ordered the Full with (with egg and bacon). Very meaty beefy burger and the smoked bacon was a great accompaniment as was the fresh egg. The whole burger felt like it was made with fresh ingredients.
Simon H — Google review
Burger is decent, but too salty with good toppings of a juicy big slice of tomato, lettuce, onions, and lots of sauces to choose from. Fries are free included, but kinda bland tasting. No seating area to eat. You need to wait by the side walk to get served. The owners kids are running/biking back and forth right beside the sidewalk in front of the shop is annoying and the mom doesn’t seem to care. Just be careful to not accidentally bump into them.

The burger joint Mad Burger La Mar in Lima is a game changer with its diverse menu, offering not just classic burgers but also hotdogs and chicken sandwiches. The use of fresh ingredients and the expert preparation of the patties result in an exquisite dining experience. The buns are soft and overall, it exceeds expectations. A highly recommended spot for burger lovers, they offer pickup and delivery services from Mayta restaurant, although driving there to enjoy your meal in the car is suggested for convenience.
I finally checked this place out tonight and really liked it. I got the Mad Crispy chicken sandwich and the camote fries. This was the best fast food chicken sandwich that I've had in Peru. I'll definitely come back and try a few other options on the menu!

A good burger. I went for the mad double. Very fresh ingredients and a decent smash on the burgers. It tasted like a good backyard, homemade burger. Onion rings were tasty but I did find the breading coming away easily. Service was good too.

Game changer in Lima burger scene, in my opinion. From classic burger to hotdog, chicken sandwich, this place blew my mind. Fresh ingredients, exquisite execution of patties, soft buns, can’t expect more than that. My favorite burger joint now. They prepare burgers at the Mayta and they do pickup and delivery. My personal recommendation is to drive there, park at Mayta, pick up your burger and have it in a car. Highly recommended.

Ordered via Rappi. We ordered cheeseburgers. The burger quality for sure is great: meat, cheese, bread!! BUT, the order came home and it was all totally cold and the fries totally soggy, basically uneatable. Too bad. If the order would be hot or at least warm, would have give a 5. I guess one needs to eat the burgers in-store only or be very very hungry when you order delivery. Hope they find a way of improving delivery quality, or improve the delivery process to make sure quality lives up to the pricing they charge!!

The hamburgers and fries here are just incredible - so delicious and flavorful and reasonably priced for what you get, ranging from $6 - $10 depending on the burger (fries included). They also have happy hour drink specials. That being said, the service was rather cold and indifferent and it wasn't even busy. There were only two other people there when we arrived and they were finishing. The pisco sours were more syrup than pisco, and they didn't have some of the appetizers or beers on that were listed on the menu. It's unfortunate because this really should be a 5-star review, but the service was so unfriendly that we just felt unwelcome - like we were an inconvenience. For this reason we won't return, but if you want a really unique and delicious hamburger, I would recommend giving this place a try. Maybe with a different server your experience will be better.

Regarding the drinks, they were delicious, there is a super wide variety, the only one I didn't like was the blue lagoon, it didn't have much flavor for me, but it's a matter of taste. For the prices they are super accessible. They have two floors, upstairs is open air but I saw that there was a bar nearby so I think there is no problem with delay in service upstairs. They didn't take long in the service, it was super fast. It gets busy, go early. If you are a group of more than 6, it is likely that they will let you make a reservation. The menu features a great variety of meats and appetizers, ensuring there is something for everyone's taste.

Not recommended. The meat was bad: very strange texture, as if it had been frozen and boiled. In addition, we ordered medium rare and we got medium/well-done (although overcooking meat is quite common in Peruvian restaurants. Tip: when in Peru, always order one or two terms BELOW what you truly want). The native Peruvian potatoes were very tasty and service was good too.
Jaime C — Google review
Absolutely terrible. 30 mons for a terrible pisco sour. 40 mins for a juice. My steak arrived freezing cold and I was told that if I wanted it medium, then it had to be at room temperature as it wasn't on the grill for long. They then offered me it hot, but well cooked. They lied several times about what was wrong and then brought us the bill (refused to give a boleta or factura) and told us to leave

SAM'S BBQ offers a unique take on traditional Texas-style barbecue, with its wet sauce application setting it apart. The restaurant is known for its delicious pulled pork and comforting sides like coleslaw and Mac-n-Cheese bowl con cerdo. The menu also features mouthwatering options like the double classic burger and crispy chicken sandwich, all served in a casual mini-mercado setting.
Friendly service, fair price……amazing food! Had the Sams platter, brisket was juicy and full of flavour. Even the pulled pork which in other places can sometimes be dry was juicy too. Nice toasted bun. Cheddar and bacon fries. Plus fall off the bone tasty ribs. This platter was enough for 2 big eaters to share. We went back 2 days later for a smash burger….probably the best burger I have ever had!! Try this place! I guess the only downside is that it’s not a proper restaurant, it’s in a food “court” with many other kinds of food being offered by many kitchens. Although to many people this could be a major advantage.

Sam’s is hands down the best hamburger I’ve ever eaten - The Double Sweet Onion is sublime, absolutely mind blowing! I ate at Hamburger America a week before arriving in Lima and thought that was the pretty amazing. Sam’s is better! Everything is A1 perfect - bun, burger, cheese, onions and fries 👌🏻 The staff are easy going and professional- I ate 5 burgers during the week and each was as good as the last - truly delicious…. It’s a shame that you’ll have to travel to Peru to eat the best burger of your life. I’m so happy and grateful that we found this place.

Nice spot. I try to get a burger in every country I go to. These were great smash burgers, good service. Seasoned fries, best fries I had in Peru, not just the frozen heat up ones they have everywhere here. Not a bad price either. Would definitely go back if I lived close

This was by far one of the best burgers I've ever had, and that's not hyperbole. I love smash burgers and this one was seasoned perfectly, the bread was soft yet crispy, not too sweet, and all the flavors matched with the right amount of zest, spice, and sweet. If you're American, think Shake Shack but ten times better. The service was immaculate as well. And the seasoned fries were a perfect pairing. Phenomenal!

They got the Mac and cheese bowl, and we put the meat on the side. I got the BBQ pork sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious. They also had canned soda from the USA. Which is very different than Peru now. The owners spoke perfect English and were very friendly and accommodating. We felt like we were right at home. Thank you for an amazing meal.

I've been to Charlie Bull, a bar and grill, a few times and each visit left me satisfied with both the food and service. The nachos are absolutely delicious (difficult to compare to others I've tried), while the burgers are outstanding. I truly enjoy this establishment and would highly recommend it for a peaceful dinner. The drinks are fantastic and the food is flavorful and appetizing. In fact, they serve the best ribs and hamburgers in town!

Food was fantastic: BBQ Burger & Ultimate Taco Sampler Drinks a great too: Ultimate Long Island Iced Tea & Irish Tea. Atmosphere: Music: Sometimes classic rock/pop, and sometimes regaton. Suitable for many audiences. Service: The manager served us first and looked like a customer in a Lacosta shirt and no identifiers he worked for Fridays. After that, we got a different server of the wait staff every time someone came to the table. We had to ask for everything: creams, napkins. Thankfully the cutlery was already at the table. Maybe it was a training night.

we have been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for our drinks. It is not complicated to pour a drink. the nachos are insipid. somehow they have managed to find poor quality avocados in peru. that does take special skills.

The service was awful , a young very disrespectful staff most of them doing nothing because the restaurant was mostly empty . There were 2 birthdays being celebrated and the staff was obnoxiously loud for some 5 minutes at a time clapping and yelling . My steak was tasty but very undercooked , my date's salad was terrible, to the point that it looked like it tasted bad from across the table . The pasta and buffalo chicken that we ordered after she only ate half her salad was over cooked but edible . The only red wine available was tart and lacking in taste and the pisco drink was sweet and weak . Even if the service had been acceptable I would never eat here again ...

If you're on the hunt for a delightful dining experience, look no further than Bananas! This hidden gem may not boast an extravagant exterior, but it serves up some of the most delicious food around. The burgers are freshly cooked right before your eyes, and you simply can't miss their standout item—the Hawaiian burger topped with a juicy slice of pineapple. Pair that with one of their refreshing smoothies or the must-try huachauna breakfast sandwich for a truly satisfying meal.

Rock and Burger is a new spot in Habich with a rock-themed decor and dishes. The place exudes rock vibes, playing great rock music while offering a comfortable yet small atmosphere. The menu features affordable and delicious dishes like the 8 soles high broaster with potatoes and salads, which are highly recommended. The service is top-notch, with original names for products inspired by rock bands.

King Kronuts is an impressive establishment with friendly waitstaff. The atmosphere is enjoyable, and the krougnouth, a delectable treat, is unparalleled in flavor. It's highly recommended to try the Nutella-brownie and salted caramel options. The menu offers a wide variety of choices that are both delicious and satisfyingly large in size, including their famous kronuts. This cozy cafe/restaurant is perfect for grabbing a quick and tasty meal.

Really cozy place, very illuminated but with the choice to sit outside for a different mood, dimmed light and fresh air, Kronuts are quite a thing, the dough flavour is just like a donuts but the consistence reminds you a croissant, the festival kronut limited edition was a very interesting combination of tastes, the service could improve a little but professional still and on point. Prices are more than fair and sizes too, it's a perfect deal. An enjoyable experience.

(Translated by Google) One of the best burgers I've had in Lima, the flavor and quality of the meat is unmatched by other burger restaurants, the price is higher than average but not exaggerated for the quality of ingredients they offer. They do not have sauces since it is not their specialization, so their mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup are presented in sachets (Although the brands of those sauces could be improved). An important detail is that service is usually reserved due to demand and they ask for a prior deposit of 5 soles to reserve the table, an amount that is additional to consumption in the place and is not returned or deducted from the amount consumed, something that did not seem very logical to me. Finding parking can be a little difficult.

The prices are in line with the product and include potatoes that are also very delicious. What I would like is for them to have their own artisanal creams since they only come in sachets. The place is outdoors and that sometimes makes the food cool quickly. Otherwise everything was ok, I liked it and I would go again, the guy who served us was super friendly and attentive. McDonald's, a well-known and enduring fast-food chain recognized for its hamburgers and fries, has recently shown improvements in the overall quality of their offerings. The establishment itself exudes a modern ambiance with an appealing interior, potentially indicating recent renovations. Patrons can conveniently choose to order their meals either through interactive screens near the entrance or by directly approaching the register and selecting from the menu on display.
Fries were cold unfortunately, but the location is good. Free wifi and toilets. And some tables have plugs. Upstairs is pretty spacious just to chill or even work if you want.

The fries could be better, especially when you consider the fact that potatoes literally come from Perú. Perhaps the only reason for giving a mid rating is because they didn't give me my McFlurry when I wanted it. Had to go up and tell them they didn't give it to me.

Open 24hrs, which is great especially in that location. However, service was ok. Ordered food and they forgot to give us half our order and then said we ate it and gave us a hard time to get what was missed. Besides that, it was good.

Our order was incomplete. The happy meal was missing the yogurt and the water. They said they were adding another fry but they never did. The Big Mac meal was complete thankfully but the drinks were wrong between this one the third order. Lastly, they gave us 4 piece chicken nuggets instead of the 10 piece and insisted they were there until I showed them. Overall, a horrible experience.

McDonald's serving fried chicken? Yep, you read that right, and I had to give it a shot. First things first, the place was packed. Honestly, I've never seen a McDonald's buzzing with this much activity. The staff seemed a tad overwhelmed, trying to manage the avalanche of orders. We managed to grab our food and took a seat outside. So, how was it? Well, it's a McDonald's. Apart from the novelty of the fried chicken - which tasted pretty standard - there wasn't much to distinguish this one. Still, it does make for a unique tale to share back home - I've had fried chicken at McDonald's! And did I say it was super crowded? Because it really, really was.

The service not good. They have machines to order but the staff is unpleasant. Burger meat not tasty and cool not warm. It was 11:00 AM, wth?? The fries were like warm and the only thing that was ok. Burger meat had no flavor as well as zero smoke flavor in the bacon👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I have been in a couple of McDonald's in another places recently and it seems like they have improved the quality standards overall This specific restaurant looks very modern, I don't know if it has been renovated recently but it looks really nice inside There are screens near the entrance where you can order your meal or go straight to the register and pick from the menu on the wall I paid 2 euros for a big Mac and it was good actually. Fries were crunchy and the staff spoke English and was helpful The inside was well illuminated and look spacious The bathroom would have been a little bit more wiped. It was clean but people splashing water from the sink made it annoying for others In general good service and good quality food

We purchased the 4 pack: Lemon, Banana, Choco-Lucuma, and Mango-Passion. All four flavors were tasty and came in ideal portions. I believe it cost S/36? The small yet charming restaurant is located on Boulevar Mantaro at Plaza San Miguel. We savored every dish we tried there; everything was delicious.
