Hotel
Country Club Lima Hotel is a refined and elegant lodging option, featuring antique-filled rooms, an upscale restaurant, a piano bar, and a spa. The hotel has recently undergone a remodel overseen by an Argentine interior designer, respecting the original 1927 architecture while introducing chic limeno elements. With spacious layouts and vaulted ceilings in its 83 guestrooms, the hotel offers beautiful accommodations. Despite some noise issues experienced by guests due to nearby events, the staff is described as friendly and very helpful.
An absolute must stay when in Lima experience. A great, grand, old-school hotel with a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Elegant and casual, never pretentious, this hotel is probably one of the best I have stayed in. As charming as the people who work here, the Country Club Lima Hotel has an excellent restaurant with delightful indoor and outdoor dining, with a menu full of incredible and delicious Peruvian cuisine. Everyone on the floor and in the kitchen will do whatever they can to satisfy your taste buds for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Room service is also splendid, and staff are excellent. Housekeeping and laundry services are available and are also as good as everyone else in this great hotel. If you're visiting Lima, you simply must visit this hotel.

Amazing experience, huge comfortable room and patio, and friendly, courteous staff. My husband and I felt like royalty the whole time. The fitness and pool area are small but worked well. The lobby is stunning. Everything in our room was perfect. The spa was beyond luxurious and I got the best massage I’ve ever had!
Hannah R — Google review
The hotel is grand. Super nice old building, nice entrance, lobby, rooms. Unfortunately it is massively let down by the poor service from check in to cleaning. The cleaner left the used glasses in the room and the used towels in the bath. We asked for drinks that never came. So it could have been much better.
Kinga P — Google review
Great service overall .. Very high level of customer service.. and top notch experience. The restaurant is amazing! Breakfast service was excellent including the staff.
Kavinda A — Google review
Here’s a revised version of your hotel review that keeps it professional, honest, and helpful to other guests: ⸻ Everything else about this hotel is truly exceptional — from the service and cleanliness to the amenities, it’s a solid 5-star experience. However, there’s one major drawback that really impacted our stay: directly behind the hotel is an open-air sports complex, just about 15 feet away. It’s active from 8 AM to 11 PM daily, with loud basketball games, shouting, and children screaming throughout the day and into the night. Unfortunately, the noise travels easily, making it hard to relax, especially in the evenings even with outside double doors closed. The hotel is otherwise wonderful, but they really need to find a solution to this issue — soundproofing, scheduling limits, or at least notifying guests in advance would make a huge difference.
Mike S — Google review
Very nice hotel in San Isidro, close to the golf club. Excellent service, nice and spacious rooms. Offers everything a five star hotel should have. Nice and safe neighborhood (even at night) walking distance to Astrid y Gaston (excellent restaurant).
Markus S — Google review
Very nice food. Lovely venue. But oh my God the bread, the long twisty one in particular... Outstanding.
John L — Google review
I am not sure what it was, but I got a weird vibe when I stayed here. Don’t get me wrong; the hotel itself is beautiful, and the first impression of the lobby and my room (garden suite) were excellent. It felt like a well deserved reward to myself for having just completed the Inca Trail. The hotel itself is a ‘Leading Hotel of the World’ and it looks the part. It reminds me of the Raffles Hotel in Singapore or the Yale Club in NYC. The room was large and well appointed. The hotel bar was wood-paneled with a clubby feeling. They serve excellent Pisco Sours. The restaurant was a nice place for a late dinner, and the food was good. But here is my constructive criticism. Each item is not that big of a deal on it’s own, but viewed as a group, they may portend some deeper problems: 1. I specifically booked a Garden Suite so that I could enjoy a quiet cocktail in my garden in the evenings. Unfortunately, the room backed onto a school, and the noise from some sort of after school activities well into the early evening made it impossible to sit outside (or even open my patio door). To be fair, when I told the front desk about the noise, they did offer to change my room. But I thought ‘no problem’, I’ll just put up with the sound in the evening and enjoy my quiet coffee there in the morning. But to my surprise, loud ‘welcome to school’ music started at around 7am… so that didn’t happen. I felt that I wasted my money booking this type or room and will not do so again. 2. When I checked-in the staff went out of their way to tell me the breakfast hours at the restaurant. The next morning I went in and gave the staff my room number. They acknowledged this and showed me a seat. I served myself from the buffet. When I went to leave, a server chased after me, telling me that I had to pay for breakfast. I told her that that I was staying at the hotel and was pretty sure my room rate included breakfast. I would check with the front desk and return to pay if needed. Rather than trust me, the server followed me to the desk with the check in hand and stood behind me while I spoke to the receptionist (theme here - see below). The front desk informed me that breakfast was not included with my reservation, and that there was absolutely no solution other than me paying the bill. That was odd. This was literally the first hotel in Peru to not include breakfast as part of the room fee, and I had understood that them telling me the breakfast hours when I checked-in implied that breakfast was included. In addition, in the morning, no one at any time handed me a menu or informed me of the cost for the breakfast buffet prior to presenting me with the check after I had finished eating. This is an odd way to treat a guest at a ‘leading hotel’. Maybe ‘sorry for the misunderstanding and here’s a discount’ would have been a nice gesture. 3. Upon checking out and paying for my incidentals (and being asked if I had anything from the mini-bar), I went back to my room to collect a couple of personal items. I was surprised to find the door open and a man in the room. He told me he was checking the mini-bar for usage. What sort of ‘leading hotel’ doesn’t not trust their guests to be honest about mini-bar usage? Besides, I had left some value things in the room and I didn’t need a random guy in there ‘checking’ on things with the door wide open. My final impression: The hotel is beautiful as are the rooms. But I got weird vibes off the staff. With some exceptions (my waiter at dinner the first night of my stay was very good, for example) I did not feel as welcome here as I have felt at all the other hotels I have experienced in Peru, especially given the premium price. Either they didn’t think I was a ‘premium’ guest, or they haven’t been trained properly in the hospitality business. I have a favorite hotel in Miraflores with an excellent and welcoming host (who does not check my mini-bar on the way out!), and I will probably stay there the next time I am in Lima. Service matters, especially at this price point.

Miraflores Park, A Belmond Hotel, Lima is an upscale accommodation with elegant suites and ocean views. The hotel offers two restaurants, a bar, and an outdoor pool. It provides personalized customer service, luxury facilities including a gym and spa. Guests can enjoy the convenience of shops, bars, and museums nearby. The hotel features three restaurants serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as a full-service spa offering various treatments for relaxation.
Excellent hotel, fantastic location overlooking the ocean, comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast. What truly makes the difference, however, is the staff—always helpful and kind, and ready to solve any issue promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended for a stay in Lima.
Gianmarco I — Google review
While I understand the hotel is undergoing a renovation, the room and hallways were tired and smelled musty. Not currently up to Belmond standards, but hopefully will be improved after the renovation is complete. The reception staff was very friendly, the lobby attractive, and breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was tasty and well serviced. We very much enjoyed the Pisco Tasting in the lobby bar and recommend it highly!

A thousand stars if I could !!!!! This place offers the best location and views in Lima , absolutely pristine and very spacious suites , with a beautifully decorated hotel worth the 5 stars ranking with so much attention to detail it will leave you feeling like a million dollars. But what puts them above others in its category is its people. A group of kind, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable people who made our stay so memorable, from the minute you approach the door with the most caring attendants helping you with the bags, giving you water, to the check in personal and the cleaning crew. Kindness all around. We can’t wait for our next visit. Please if you get the chance also dine at Tragaluz a wonderful elevated Peruvian food restaurant with local ingredients, a fantastic menu and superb service.
Maite Z — Google review
Staying at this well located hotel was a great relief after dealing with the city's significant traffic problems, especially coming from the airport. The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff's service was fantastic. I highly recommend experiencing the incredible breakfast on the 11th floor. The food, in general, was great. We used several Belmond locations during our trip, and the hotels and staff were consistently superb.

A very nice hotel. Love all the fresh flowers. Overall a very nice place to stay for visiting Lima. Not luxury but upscale.
S E — Google review
Loved having a sauna. Even though it stopped working in the middle of the stay, but other than that, service was top notch. Beautiful facilities, welcoming, and breakfast service. Pisco sour class was so great that we ended up cancelling our dinner reservations and happily passed out after a long day 😂 Love the tea in the rooms as well. This is a win for both buffet breakfast and room service breakfast, which is not always the case everywhere. Oh that view… even if it was cloudy, I dream about staying here again.

Nestled in the vibrant Miraflores district, JW Marriott Hotel Lima stands tall with its striking 25-storey glass tower, offering guests a luxurious experience like no other. This contemporary hotel features two exquisite restaurants and ten versatile meeting spaces, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Guests can unwind at the spa or take a refreshing dip in the pool after an invigorating workout at the gym.
I’ve stayed here both pre and post-renovations and both times it was spectacular, but the new room design really makes the stay. Bath tub is to die for. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating of a late check out. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and prolifically delicious.

This has to be one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in… The luxury accommodations here at the JW Lima, include the many hotel restaurants, the bar, the gym, and most importantly the staff are second to none. They will accommodate you anyway possible. I have been here for two weeks, and yet to find an issue. 5 Star for sure…
Jason R — Google review
Great hotel less than 2 years after renovations stayed on the 7th floor. Staff was educated and respectful. The gym was not that good but it will do. Outdoors pool closed for unknown reasons,
Daniel S — Google review
Lovely modern hotel, very spacious and clean. Service was not great (breakfast and checkout experience) and most staff are quite unapproachable/cold, but on the other hand, this is not like the southern part of Peru where people are much more welcoming. Would probably look at staying at the airport next time and skipping Lima altogether.
Purdy B — Google review
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and I would not recommend it for families with children. It feels more suited for business travelers who only need a place to sleep. The rooms are very dark, which makes it difficult to read or spend any time inside apart from resting. Closet space is also very limited, so it’s not convenient if you’re staying more than a night or two. Overall, not the best choice for a family trip.
Veronika S — Google review
Modern luxury hotel fronting the Pacific ocean and Lacomar shopping mall. We stayed in a Junior Oceanfront Suite on the 24th floor, upgraded as Ambassador Elite. The suite was exceptionally well designed with fabulous views.

The award-winning spa, renovated swimming pool, and expansive fitness center with personal trainers offer ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation.
What a great hotel! We stayed in this hotel for few nights and everything was just great. Friendly staff, superb breakfast and service, good rooms, its in nice and secure area. Our luggage didn't arrive with us, so we were without it for 3 days. Staff were amazing trying to help us. They helped us call airport, everyday they checked on us. Would definitely recommend it.

We stayed in this hotel for few nights while on business and everything was just great. Friendly staff, superb food and service, comfortable rooms in a nice area of Lima. The pisco sours at the bar are incredible. A very memorable hotel experience.
Deblanes — Google review
This review is solely on the SPA located in the hotel. As I did not stay here. The spa was overall wonderful, I got a massage and facial. The massage with Sue was absolutely fantastic she did an amazing job. Extremely professional and so sweet. My facial was with someone else and honestly it wasn’t as wonderful as my massage. The girl giving my facial would interrupt the facial with stepping out, she must have stepped out a solid 6 times. It’s like she wasn’t prepared with everything or she had something else going on. I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in town again to get a body massage, not so much the facial.

True global 5 stars. Top facilities, top service, amazing location. Easy top 5 hotel in Lima. From check-in to check-out you feel at a 5 stars property. Not easy to find in south america. Will definetly come back…
Jonathan N — Google review
Our stay at the Swisshotel in Lima was overall quite enjoyable, with several notable highlights and a few areas for improvement. Firstly, the location of the hotel is excellent, offering convenient access to many attractions and amenities in the city. The special Sunday breakfast with a chocolate fountain was a delightful treat, adding a unique touch to our weekend stay. The extended breakfast hours until 10:30 allowed for a more relaxed start to the day, which was appreciated. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, it's true that they could benefit from a refresh to enhance the overall experience (like bedside plugs). Additionally, the fluctuating shower temperatures were a minor inconvenience, but nothing too significant. One disappointment was the closure of the pool towards the end of our stay due to a private event. It would have been nice to have been informed about this in advance to plan accordingly. On a positive note, booking through Amex FHR and receiving $100 credit towards dining and/or laundry was a generous perk that added value to our stay. This, along with the included breakfast, made the overall experience more worthwhile. In summary, the Swisshotel offers a convenient location, enjoyable amenities like the Sunday breakfast, and valuable perks for Amex FHR bookings. However, improvements

We were upgraded to a suite, which was amazing. Very comfortable bed. Staff was attentive and responsive. Would stay there again. Location was great for seeing the city.

Great accommodations! Front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel gym is amazing - plenty of equipment, very clean, and the reservation system made sure it wasn't too crowded. Breakfast was delicious - love the bread basket. Some nights there was entertainment in lobby bar - which was lovely. Stayed for business and will definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

My partner and I had an absolutely incredible and memorable experience staying here for a few days back in September. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional, always prepared to assist. The rooms and bed were immaculate and the staff were even kind enough to upgrade us for a very special occasion and provided us with some desserts upon checking in. Will definitely be staying her on my next travels in Lima.

Hotel B is a charming boutique hotel located in the upscale Barranco district of Lima. Housed in a historic Belle Époque mansion, this elegant accommodation offers romantic interiors adorned with funky Peruvian art. The hotel features a formal restaurant, bar, and lounge, as well as a rooftop sundeck with a plunge pool that provides stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Guests can choose from spacious Atelier rooms with high ceilings, marble bathrooms, and private balconies overlooking the surrounding area.
There's nothing negative to be said about this place. It is on the pricier side however so you get what you pay for. We sat down for a few drinks and pizza at the bar. The service was excellent, barmen were very attentive and the pizza was very tasty. I highly highly recommend ordering cocktails from their peruvian list. Keep up the excellent work!

Excellent space… delicious food, access to coast boardwalk, top cocktails, rooftop bar & artwork over the top. Breakfast is spectacular - close to the best restaurants in Lima too. We recommend this hotel but AI does as well, could not have a bad time here.
John G — Google review
We didn’t stay there but frequented the bar during our stay in Lima. Alejandro was the reason we went to the bar every night. His recommendations were great. He also introduced us to some local liquor and curated cocktails as per our liking. Highly recommend going there. The tapas there were delicious too.
Shikha R — Google review
Subtle sex throughout the hotel. Don’t go here if you’ll be offended by that. Lovely breakfast, nice afternoon tea. Rooms felt like a boutique hotel experience (the whole building used to be one family is private summer home).
Evan — Google review
This hotel is a GEM! It is the perfect blend of modern and historic. What a treat when your hotel enhances your vacation in every way. The staff were gracious, the food was delicious (try the Andean eggs), rooms were spacious and thoughtfully appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the building to enjoy the extensive art collection. We highly recommend this hotel-it was on point!

First off Barranco is the perfect spot in Lima if you like a neighborhood feel with lots of walkability, and tons of Cafes, Bars, and Restaurants. Plus Hotel B is in the perfect location. Just off to the side so as not to be in the Buzz but close enough to want to walk everywhere. Staff are lovely. Restaurant and Bar just perfect. 5/5 👍👍
Sammi M — Google review
It is obviously a venue for locals to celebrate weddings and special ocassions but too muxh going on inside. Too much events so you feel uncomfortable. Few bathrooms. It is a venue for events.
Ines A — Google review
Hotel B is a standout property in Lima, offering a blend of art, history, and understated luxury in one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods. Tucked into the heart of Barranco, Lima’s bohemian district, the hotel is just a short and pleasant walk from the central plaza, the Bridge of Sighs, and a wide array of galleries, cafés, and coastal viewpoints. Its location alone makes it an excellent base for exploring the city’s cultural and culinary offerings. Housed in a restored Belle Époque mansion with a colonial past, the hotel is a Relais & Châteaux property—and that pedigree shows. The layout is elegant and intimate, with high ceilings, dramatic woodwork, and thoughtfully preserved architectural details. A contemporary wing connects seamlessly to the original structure, creating a flowing interior that doubles as an art gallery. The rotating collection of artwork throughout the property gives every hallway and common space a curated, gallery-like atmosphere. Breakfast is a highlight, served in the refined dining room or on the lovely patio, with a selection of fresh juices, pastries, and made-to-order options. One note for guests: the hotel offers an afternoon tea service with a buffet of small bites and desserts, but it does come with an extra charge—something to be aware of when planning your stay. Though Hotel B doesn’t offer extensive amenities like a gym or spa, it more than compensates with its design, atmosphere, and personalized service. Staying here feels like being a guest in a beautifully restored private home—elegant, artful, and truly unique.

Nestled in Lima's vibrant Miraflores Larcomar cultural district, Hilton Lima Miraflores is a sophisticated hotel offering modern amenities and professional service. The minimalist guestrooms blend subtle Peruvian Colonial elements with contemporary design, providing a nod to the city's rich history. Guests can enjoy expertly-mixed cocktails at the low-lit Social or indulge in Peruvian and international cuisine at the onsite restaurant and bar.
Amazing hotel with incredibly clean rooms and beautiful views. We had initially planned to stay here for most of our trip, but had a change in itinerary - I wish we had stuck to the original plan! This hotel was breathtaking. Food options for room service were plentiful and delicious. We had to leave early for a flight, and the staff provided us with a boxed to go lunch with so many delicious options too. We hope to be back to visit!

Loved the room. Spacious and impeccably clean. The staff professional and helpful. And the restaurant/bar is exceptional. Breakfast was so wonderful and beautifully presented. I would recommend this as somewhere to stay. A short walk to Larcomar and other attractions.

Great Stay in a Beautiful Neighborhood Hilton Miraflores is a great hotel. The location is fantastic—set in a safe and charming neighborhood. My room with a balcony was spacious and comfortable, offering a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view. The executive lounge was a great bonus, with a pleasant atmosphere and a decent selection of food and drinks throughout the day. What truly stood out was the staff’s helpfulness. After I accidentally left something behind in the room, they helped to locate it and ensure it was safely handed over to my colleague. Thanks to the helpful staff!

Location and service is excellent. Overall I like it and advise. But the doors of wardrobe in the room is not convenient, it is heavy and when you open it closes the main entrance and bath entrance. As an addition, despite i told the room number entering the breakfast, a staff came soon and asked it again. There is no matter with that, but the matter is while I am on a phone call they insist to get an answer. You can wait until the phone call finishes I guess.

Service from Saletty at the reception was absolutely amazing. As a Hilton gold member(I saw many diamond members there), she remembered me every time she sees me and even called my room when she saw that I left wanting to ask something at the reception but did not want to wait. However service from the other staffs were lukewarm at best. I also cannot believe a Hilton group hotel doesn't have a water refilling point and charges for water. Luckily I was given free bottled waters as a Hilton Gold member. The room was nothing extraordinary but nothing bad as well. I had a pretty good view despite not being near enough to the ocean.

The Pullman Lima Miraflores is a stylish and vibrant upscale hotel located in the exclusive Miraflores district of Lima. It offers 234 modern rooms and suites, two restaurants, rooftop pool with ocean views, gym, and two bars. The hotel seamlessly combines business amenities with leisure facilities while harmonizing proximity to the Pacific Ocean and historic mansions.
My husband and I stayed here our last 3 nights in Peru. We did not use any of the amenities so I cannot comment on them. However, of all the hotels we stayed in over 3 weeks, my favorite room was this one. The room was clean, modern, comfortable and the TV was large. I liked the chair with the throw and small side table, the bedside tables had plenty of charging capability that didn't require unplugging and rearranging to fit chargers in. The hotel location was ideal and centrally located.

Excellent choice when you go to Lima. The Pullman hotel is well located. It provides excellent quality of rooms. It’s spotless. Very good variety of breakfast and delicious taste! Friendly atmosphere, staff is very attentive. Good entertaining shows at night. I recommend it!

This is very nice hotel in a perfect location. We stayed in sept/oct 2025. We upgraded to a junior suite and it was a lovely spacious room. My only negative is that the service at breakfast can be quite frustrating. Some mornings it was excellent but one morning when it was very quiet the services was both very poor and incredibly slow. Don’t let that put you off but the hotel should look into the service element. No one asked me at checkout how my stay was. More attention to breakfast service would make it perfect. Abdul the porter deserves a special mention. He is exceptional and very helpful.

Great rooms with a nice array of furniture and lighting, which you’d think is standard nowadays, but is surprisingly not in other hotels. What was also outstanding was the breakfast, which many other hotels around the world could learn from. The array of options was incredible and all so fresh. Thank you to all the chefs and staff for providing such a wonderful spread!

Great hotel. It was clean in all areas including the rooms, public bathrooms, restaurants and pool. The housekeeping staff was attentive and kind. The staff are happy which to me reflects that they are treated well. The other guests were happy too. The breakfast buffet had a variety of hot foods, continental breakfast and healthy choices. The buffet also included made to order items. I would come back here!

GREAT location!!! Staff very helpful!!! Beautiful lobby.. Rooms spacious, very clean, well thought out. Could have had all 4 of us one one room but had two rooms for 3 adults and one teenage child. Water pressure was excellent. Breakfast had lots of variety and you could order freshly cooked eggs, pancakes and waffles. Definitely a 5 star hotel for US travelers.

We stayed at the Pullman for a couple of nights at the beginning of our trip. It's a great hotel, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is truly amazing, and the bar is wonderful. Staff are helpful, even when there was an issue with the timings of our check in time they did everything they could to help. Lovely location close to the beach, and a great location to explore Lima.

This is a very nice hotel but it was expensive and there were some small things that would have made the stay better... there was only one Bath Robe in a king suite room. There were just two coffee capsules and one was decaf. The power points in the room didn't match the rest of the country and we had to get power adapters from the front desk. The mini bar was a package deal with no option to purchase items separately. The cheapest bottle of wine available with room service was 190 soles.

My birthday celebration was here. The hotel brought me 2 slices of chocolate cake and a card, surprising me upon my room service addition for a great birthday wish. Rooms beautifully maintained, close to the boutique side of town and restaurants close within walking distance.

The hotel is really nice located. Due to my travel I had the opportunity to stay 3 times. The first time the room was fantastic super big with incredible beds, and toilet was beautiful with an amazing shower. The second and third time I had different rooms, the beds were still amazing and the space of the room really good, although the shower and toilet didn’t look that good and the shower was old fashion and spilled everywhere. Another inconvenient was the key card, that didn’t work for the elevator. We had to change them multiple times and still the issue was there. On a positive note the personal of the hotel is very kind and willingly to help. I hope for the future they could fix the key situation and improve the shower in the different rooms.

In early July, 2025, I stayed at the Casa Andina Premium Miraflores, in Lima. I was visting for a few days, for an academic conference. The airport pickup service was fantastic. The driver was courtueous and kind. In planning trip details and then also making arrangements while I was there, the Concierge service was excellent. The staff were so kind and good at their job. It is a somewhat older hotel. But that is part of what I found comfortable including, for example, some of the older woodwork in the rooms. The food provided at the in-hotel dining room was superb, not to mention the amazingly generous breakfast. I found the gym and spa services great and very helpful. The next time I am in Lima, I would definitely plan on staying there again.

What a great hotel in a great location.  I stayed here on my vacation to Lima and loved how nice this place was. The staff were super accommodating, friendly, funny, and always helpful. The rooms are grand. Very spacious, super comfortable beds, excellent showers with plenty of room to move around, and a great view of the city. One of the best parts is the location. Plenty of shops, stores, and restaurants around to walk to safely. And close enough to get to any sights you're looking to visit. I'll surely be staying here again on my next trip.

We enjoyed our experience here so much! The manager Tito helped us solve some problems. We will always come back every time we go to Lima. We come about five times a year. I’d highly recommend this hotel.
Poppy V — Google review
Yeah, the location's awesome, but that's about it. The rooms are old and gross. The carpets are disgusting, and the whole place needs a makeover. The front desk people are rude and useless. Our room wasn't ready, and nobody helped with our bags. The pool's warm, but tiny and needs a scrub, just like the roof – you can barely see the sun! This ain't a five-star hotel, not even close. There are tons of better places to stay in Lima. Don't bother wasting your time or money here.
Pierre B — Google review
We stayed for 6 nights at these properties, both on arrival to Lima and then Cusco and back to Lima fornour return. I will say the concierge staff especially Miguel and Francisco were exceptionally great the front desk and service leaves a lot to be desired, not a good experience. The rooms are old and outdated, the amenities non existent and premium is NOT what you will get. It's more along the lines of an old Holiday Inn. The location is great however, very city Centric nice places to walk too and very convenient for the airport and lots of nice nearby restaurants.
Marilyn F — Google review
The building isnt sound proofed so we could hear the bussle of the city. Thwy also didn't give free breakfast and didn't allow us to stay 3 adults to a 2 bed room. No hot tub access as they make reservations for 1 hour at a time. Overall lame excuse of a luxury hotel, they definitely nickel and dime you for the small things.

Casa Republica Barranco Boutique Hotel is a sophisticated 4-star hotel located in the vibrant Barranco district of Lima. It offers elegant accommodations with a Belle Epoque style, featuring a rooftop terrace and garden for relaxation. The hotel provides complimentary Wi-Fi, concierge services, and a charming lobby with a fireplace. Guests can dine at the on-site restaurant or grab snacks at the café.
What a gem of a hotel. The building is gorgeous and well maintained. We stayed in a garden room which is simple but clean, comfortable, and quiet. The garden itself is lovely and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast there each morning. The location is amazing, walkable to everything in Barranco. The real standout here though is the service. There are several restored Villa style hotels but the others (yes we stayed at another at the end of the trip) lack the service level. Ramiro specifically was kind, helpful, and energetic. He really made our stay special.

Casa Republica was our introduction to Peru, and what an unbeatable first impression! Rose greeted us as soon as we arrived and immediately made us feel at home, providing detailed information not only about the hotel but also about Barranco—its restaurants, museums, and even where to find an ATM. Breakfast was excellent, with cooked-to-order eggs alongside a daily buffet of fresh options. Water (con and sin gas), coffee, and tea were available 24 hours a day, which was a thoughtful touch. Our king room was spacious, comfortable, and overlooked the gardens—a peaceful retreat in the city. On our last day, while we relaxed in one of the many sitting areas as our room was being cleaned, a gentleman I believe was the manager (unfortunately I misplaced his card) stopped by to ask how we were enjoying our stay. We ended up chatting for quite a while, and he recommended his favorite Peruvian dish—ají de gallina—at the local icon Isolina. As promised, it was absolutely delicious! When we return to Lima, there’s no question—we’ll stay at Casa Republica again.

This is a fantastic hotel. After a work trip from the UK brought me here, the staff are incredibly kind and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel and stay again for longer!

We can highly recommend this hotel. We spent a total of 5 nights there and were very satisfied. The location in Barranco is great - just a few steps and you are by the sea. The neighborhood is also really nice. You can reach excellent restaurants on foot or in a few minutes by cab. The hotel itself is very charming, great facilities, large rooms and a roof terrace (from which you can also see the sea in places) where you can end the evening with a drink or snack. We stayed on the second floor of the historic part and really enjoyed the high rooms (on the ground floor you probably could hear footsteps from the first floor due to the old architecture). The service was really fantastic, however, whether at the bar, at the great breakfast buffet or at the reception - everyone was extremely friendly, competent and helpful. We would like to single out Rose, who did everything in her power to get our suitcases, which had gone missing on the flight to Lima, delivered to the hotel quickly. A thousand thanks. We will definitely come back.

Rooms are big, but somehow dated. If you have to sleep here, ask for a room not facing Salaberry avenue (it's very noisy and you won't manage to rest after 6:00am The room service works reasonably well, but the hotel's policies are crap. My company pays thousands of dollars for my stay (usuallly 3 weeks) but they still charge me usd25 if I receive a visit for more than 20 minutes during the day time (something I need for my job). I have asked my company to book a different hotel for my next trips from now on.

The hotel is located in an upscale area of Lima. The rooms are big and comfortable but they're showing their age. Management needs to put in new carpets, bed linens and towels.

Very nice and clean rooms where you have everything you need; nice stuff, good location. Tasty food at the restaurant. My stay was enjoyable 😉
Roman M — Google review
NOT A 4.5*, DEFINITELY NOT 5*. Bed was hard as stone, cement floor with thin bamboo like fabric covering it (awfully unpleasant on the feet), pool is tiny which the restaurant overlooks on the ground floor beside a busy noisy street. There is no where to relax or read a book. If a function is on, you can't access the pool because the restaurant is busy. Early check in cost was extortionate and 75% of one night stay (rip off). If you're looking for a hotel to unwind, relax and enjoy the facilities.... this hotel is not for you. The biggest positive is the staff, they are wonderful and the service was excellent. Hotel owners have done an awful job designing this hotel, or looks fancy but provides zero benefit. This is more like a 3.5*-4* at best. Very disappointed.

Experience the sophisticated Hyatt Centric San Isidro Lima, a ten-story hotel nestled in Lima's business district. The tranquil area is surrounded by olive groves, embassies, ruins, and top restaurants. The 254 Peruvian-crafted rooms feature workstations, 55-inch HDTVs, and blackout drapes. Unwind at the rooftop pool with city views or visit the swanky Celeste Solar Bar on the top floor.
Stayed for 2 nights with my son and absolutely loved it. The hotel feels brand new, well curated furniture and artwork, the room was well appointed, had tons of charging areas, extremely comfortable beds, and great amenities in the bathroom. It all felt new and beautiful. We loved the breakfast buffet that came complimentary with our room, tons of options as well as our dinner in Isidro. It did not come across as a hotel restaurant but more an upscale restaurant. Last, my son loves to swim and I love to workout in the mornings. The pool is perfect, we had a ton of fun, it was also nicely heated. They had a really nice fitness room with tons of equipment. Hands down a great hotel if you are passing through Lima!

I stayed here as hyatt globalist. The room is OK. Standard hyatt centric. I didn’t get a upgrade. But the highlight is the food. The complementary breakfast for globalist is fantastic. The one word to describe this is underwhelming. Be careful that it seems several (or most?) of their "sea view" rooms have either a heavily obstructed view or you have the view standing in one corner of the room. Service was also not the best. Now granted nothing was terrible - I just expected more from a hotel at this level. I think you'll get the same value from many nearby hotels at a lower cost

Fantastic customer service The staff waiting at the table in Ortega&Huaman in particular, are attentive to their guests and serve them even before they realise they need something! Alemao at the concierge desk was extremely helpful giving us various options of what we could do in Miraflores as well as city without overwhelming us with too much information. We would happily stay here again. Two double beds, lovely attentive staff, great experience in Kimo bar, pisco tasting, comfortable infinity pool and proximity to the beach are the superlatives. Second Home Peru is a quiet home away from home at the end of a colorful cafe-lined dead-end street. My travel companion and I stayed in the home April 8-12, 2025. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Immediately upon our 6:30 am arrival, we received a warm welcome and felt comfortable. The home boasts beautiful cliffside ocean and garden views through several large windows, has comfortable furnishings, and serves hearty morning breakfasts consisting of flavorful eggs and bacon, Peruvian fruit (granadilla), fresh warm bread, strong coffee or tea, and juice. Doors are always propped open allowing for fresh ocean air and natural light to bathe the environment. The on-premise bar facilitated a perfect end-of-day ritual of Pisco Sours with fellow travelers on the back patio/lawn/deck while watching the sunset over the Pacific. Room was 5 was very spacious with 2 queen beds, large bathroom, comfortable beds, and clean! No view to speak of however, many windows to open for fresh ocean air and natural light. The location of Second Home is perfect for walking the Barranco District. Several fantastic and popular restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries are within a block or two of the home. When needed, the staff arranged for taxi service. We pre-arranged and pre-paid for airport pick-up through Second Home. Finding Carlos at the airport was easy- making for a stress-free arrival. We took the small-fee tour of Victor Delfin's on-site studio and had the privilege of meeting him He is 97 years old and still creating. His works represent his country's state of being (social, economic, cultural, political, etc..) throughout his 70+ years of creating. He is a national figure. Take the tour and enjoy his pieces that are showcased throughout the B & B. My travel companion and I are solo female travelers who are 55 and 69 years old. We felt very safe and took the usual travel precautions. We did not experience any safety issues walking around the District. The locals were very friendly and kind. There were hugs all around when it was time for us to depart and relocate to Cusco. It felt like we were leaving family. If I ever return to Peru, I will always come back to Second Home!

This is such a unique property with fantastic views of the Pacific. The art in the rooms and common spaces is such a treat. The rooms are spacious, staff was very helpful and the breakfast service was great. The property is tucked away on a nice quiet side street close to everything in Barranco. Highly recommend Second Home!

The place is a gem! Located at the end of a quiet residential street with many cafes and restaurants to choose from. It has a nice garden overlooking the ocean, and it's full of art. It takes 45 minutes to walk (or 60 minutes of you choose to walk on the cliffs along the ocean) to Miraflores if you're looking for shopping and tourist attractions. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Stay here if you're looking for a unique experience and not a standard room in a crowded area!
Dominik S — Google review
This is, hands down, one of the best places I've ever stayed. The architecture and history are extraordinary. It is beautifully appointed with Victor Delfin's art (he used to live here). The ocean view cannot be beat. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are cared for. The breakfast was some of the best in Peru. The neighbourhood is safe, walkable, and reasonably quiet. If I ever return to Lima, I will absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely ideal place to stay in Lima. Perfect views, great breakfast, tidy and spacious rooms, unbelievably good location, very nice staff, and it was a truly unique experience to stay in a place with so much artwork and history. It was like waking up in an art museum. I can't recommend this place enough.
Ryan T — Google review
One of the most beautiful and inspiring hotels I have ever visited. The art is absolutely breathtaking and the atmosphere is incredible. Thank you again to the wonderful staff and to Victor Delfín for sharing his home! It was an absolute honor to meet you, Victor!

We are so glad we chose this unique place to stay! Perched on the cliff overlooking the bay, the property features local sculpture throughout the open and welcoming space. Staff was very helpful on arrival and during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Nestled in the vibrant Miraflores neighborhood, the AC Hotel Lima Miraflores is a stylish retreat that offers guests a blend of comfort and modern amenities. With 139 well-appointed rooms and suites boasting either ocean or city views, this hotel ensures a relaxing stay. Guests can indulge in hydro massage showers, enjoy Netflix on their devices, and rest easy on plush pillowtop mattresses.
Perfect location to explore Miraflores! Central to all the beautiful parks lining the coastline. The staff were wonderful, very welcoming and attentive! While checking in, we mentioned the day prior was my son’s birthday. We got back to the room after dinner to a treat for him along with a note wishing him a happy birthday. The breakfast was wonderful, very kid friendly. High chair available. Can’t recommend AC Hotel more!

I had an amazing stay at AC Hotel in Miraflores, Lima! The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic — a great variety of fresh Peruvian food like tamales, fresh fruits, and perfectly cooked eggs. The service was top-notch and made the mornings even better. Plus, the view from the hotel is stunning, overlooking the ocean and Larcomar shopping center. Sitting at the rooftop bar with panoramic ocean views was a highlight. The location is perfect for exploring Miraflores, and the whole vibe of the hotel made my trip extra special. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lima! Amazing service by all the staff specially Christian.
Rene A — Google review
I will start by saying that the hotel was amazing, a great spot literal feet from the ocean, amazing staff and the rooms were perfect. The four stars more come from an issue at check in. Ultimately there was a miscommunication from an earlier call and the check in employee about the number of guests in the room. I was initially told having one more than the reservation states wouldn’t be an issue since the room can really hold 4 people (I brought 3), but upon checking in they said I HAD to pay for the third body in the room. Really that was the only thing that put a sour taste in my mouth but again overall it was a great stay. Just MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE COMING, not just the number of beds needed.
Mazin H — Google review
Daniela from the rooftop lounge was kind enough to set up a complementary amenity for my husband and I’s wedding anniversary after we mentioned it briefly to her. Truly made our stay even more wonderful.
Diana H — Google review
Wonderful hotel that deserves this 5 star rating! Customer-focused and friendly service by all employees we met. Newly renovated contemporary rooms with Illy espresso machines and small fridge in the room. Comfy beds (although I would suggest higher quality sheets), great location just across from high-end Larcomar shopping mall, great walking paths through several parks. Loved our dinner in Saladero with fabulous waitress Alexandra, and the breakfast buffet was probably the best I have experienced anywhere. About 30 minutes and a $50USD fare with Trips Remisse that you can book in advance via the hotel. Highly recommend if you are visiting Lima.

INNSiDE by Meliá Lima Miraflores is a stylish and modern hotel located in the vibrant district of Miraflores in Lima. The rooms and suites are designed with trendy furnishings and vibrant color accents, offering a comfortable stay with private bathrooms. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and a chic rooftop bar with stunning city and ocean views. The hotel also boasts an excellent breakfast buffet to start the day off right.
I visited with my husband and kids and we had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and pleasing to the eyes. We paid for breakfast included and that was pretty good, they had eggs, oatmeal, fruits, little pancakes, waffles and a coffee/tea/hot chocolate dispenser among other foods. It is possible to have lunch included but we didn't take the option. The upstairs pool area is also very nice, pool is very narrow and about 1 meters deep (3 ft) so it was good for the kids. The family room was a bit small but I saw similar size rooms in a different hotel that weren't as beautiful. Parking was free. Location is very good, area is very walkable. Dinner was very good, we had the pepper steak 4x. It also had a small gym. Overall, I liked this hotel and the kids also enjoyed the pool, bunkbeds and food.
Antonia S — Google review
Really great hotel! It is well positioned on Miraflores, easy to get to the park, cafes and restaurants. The room was well proportioned with everything that you need. The breakfast was delicious, so many options constantly topped up. The pool is on the rooftop and is a nice touch, although there are only 10 sunbeds and these are often all taken meaning we couldn't really use the pool. The rooftop bar has a couple of comfy sofas but loads of very uncomfortable high bar stools, so get there early! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, when we asked to move rooms they sorted this straight away for us. We also absolutely loved the fact there was a water fountain on site, this meant that we didn't have to keep going out and buying water constantly. Would thoroughly recommend!

The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel manager and reception team were incredibly attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's commitment to excellent service was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lima.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service and professional staff. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was handled with the utmost care and attention. The hotel's location couldn't have been better; it was central to everything I wanted to see and do. Each morning, the breakfast offered a delightful array of options, setting a positive tone for the day. The combination of excellent service, a prime location, and a delicious breakfast made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier stay.
Ali A — Google review
Nice hotel with great design and amenities. We were three couples who stayed here for 3 nights. Great location. Service at breakfast was generally good. Lots of variety of food but not particularly tasty. Pub type dinner and drinks on the 10th floor is fun. Service is slow and we had to frequently get up to track down our server to see what was taking so long. The Pisco Sour lemon drinks were excellent. Lastly, I had a few hick-ups with the front desk staff. There is a tendency to listen to a request and then not follow up, or if they do, they just don’t tell you the plan or booking. So that results in some frustration. I think if the hotel were to address the service issues this could be an excellent hotel. As it stands I would say it is good.
Ray S — Google review
Our stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Lima Miraflores was average. The check-in staff were polite, but not particularly welcoming. At the entrance, there are usually one or two gentlemen greeting guests, but they did not assist with luggage when we arrived. The rooms are typical of a standard business hotel. Our window to the side street could not be opened for fresh air, and the bathroom was quite small. The biggest downside was the noise – the heavy doors close loudly, so we could hear every time other guests entered or left their rooms.

Great hotel for a city trip! The hotel is perfectly located to explore Miraflores - rooms are a bit small but we loved our stay here. Service is great and staff extremely helpful (they let us check in at 8am after a long overnight flight, which isn‘t common). I would come here again when visiting Lima.

The staff at Manto Hotel truly made our stay exceptional. Maria and Shirley were so incredibly kind to us, and made us feel right at home. The restaurant staff were also amazing and took great care of us. The hotel is beautiful and in a quiet location. It was a perfect stay.

Marylin from Saya who served us during dinner on the first day and the next few days was very courteous and helpful with recommendations especially the cooked items during breakfast. She a joy to have around. The food here was very good including the buffet breakfast. The reception staff were helpful and recommend the nearby Pucllana as this is our first time in South America. The room is large with hanging counter which was much appreciated. But the charging phone for mobile devices are too low and hidden behind the writing desk. The shower should have grab bar due to the slippy floor. Another hook behind the bathroom door and a towel rack and handing bar above the shower mixer will most welcome. Will definitely recommend Manto Hotel for a quiet and relaxing stay.

January 2025 This is an okay hotel with some services. No pool. The room was just okay, about 3* hotel. It looked tired. Our aircon had a terrible noise coming out like faint knocking all the time. Amenities were below par. The linens on the bed were very worn out, and the pillows were very slim. The bar downstairs made some great mixed cocktails, but the wine list was poor. It is basically about 3+* hotel.
Eric T — Google review
Shirley from reception greeted us upon arrival and was always our point of contact during our two day stay. She made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for her. This mattered to us. The food was exceptional, as was the dining service. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed. Nothing at all to criticise, but everything to be pleased about.
Sean F — Google review
The hotel is nice, big and small enough at the same time. Big enough to have all the hotel services while small enough to provide personal touch in service. Super well located in a very nice area of San Isidro in a quiet neighborhood yet with nice restaurants around and easy to go to Miraflores. I loved it. Jorge Villalobos

It was not the best experience. At check-in, I asked if I could leave my card on file for any additional expenses since I would be staying all week for work. They told me that wasn’t possible, and that any charges would have to be paid at the moment, which I found very tedious. Every time I ate at the restaurant, they asked for my room number, checked the system, and would always tell me there was no card on file, so I had to pay. The rooms weren’t cleaned very well. For the price of the room, I would have preferred to stay somewhere else.

I had an excellent stay at the Pullman Lima, ideally situated close to an archaeological ruin and a beautiful olive park. The rooms were not only modern but also immaculately clean, providing a comfortable retreat. Safety was clearly a priority at the hotel, and it showed in every aspect of their operations, which was reassuring. The breakfast was truly amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The sauna was a welcome addition, perfect for some relaxation. The hotel also boasted plenty of appealing spaces for working or casual chatting, set around the main reception, bar, and hall, making it ideal for social gatherings or a quiet afternoon of work. I visited with my partner as part of a group of friends attending a wedding, and we all were thrilled with the amenities and the overall ambiance of the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a secure, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Lima

I stayed at the hotel from Monday June 10th to Sunday. All staff that I interacted with were very kind and polite. Richard and Miguel in the restaurant were amazing, very friendly and took care of us. The host and hostess were also very friendly. Then there’s the staff at front desk and the main door that were always welcoming and absolutely nice. Anything I needed they were accommodating at any time of the day or night. And finally, but not least of all, the housekeeping staff that looked after floor 4 did a great job. They ensured the room was cleaned everyday and they were also quite polite and friendly. The entire hotel was clean at all times which I believe is very good. The pool, sauna, restaurant and meeting room were clean and I truly enjoyed my stay here at Pullman Hotel. Overall, it was the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Customer service and cleanliness at it’s best.

Location, location, location!!! This hotel is in the middle of the historic center, in close proximity to nice restaurants and it’s connected to a mall. We took advantage of their inside bar. They had great music and cocktails. We book a regular room and got an upgrade to a junior suite. We loved our stay in this beautiful and trendy hotel.

My husband and I had a great time here! The staff and service here was amazing. A huge thank you to Hector and the restaurant chef for accommodating my dietary restrictions, to Katia for going out of her way to recommend restaurants to us in the area and to Ann11 for recommending one of our favorite restaurants in the area. The rooms were also clean and comfortable! Definitely would come back here in the future.
Ridhdhi D — Google review
Great room. Comfortable. Would have been nice to have some body wash in the shower rather than two conditioners. I would have given five stars, except that in a Sheraton do you expect all these little things to be taken care of. There was a small tube of lotion, but not even a shower cap. Their description says balcony, but a locked door out onto a small inaccessible veranda. Porter staff was wonderful. Things we requested can quickly to the room. The other drawback and reason for not receiving five stars is that the front desk staff was not very knowledgeable knowledgeable. We asked one young lady if there was an airport shuttle bus and she didn't know. Didn't ask anyone else either, so I did. Asked another young lady if there was a water filter machine. She said no, but there was one right around the corner from her desk. Nice stay and I would recommend. Great location.

We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed it: 1. Safe & Convenient Location – We always felt safe. The area is lively, with lots of people around since it’s right by a large mall. Plenty of options for food, shopping, and just walking around. 2. Hotel & Rooms – The hotel is a bit older, but the rooms are comfortable and definitely up to Sheraton standards. Everything in the room worked well and made our stay easy. 3. Staff & Service – This was the highlight! From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff were fantastic — always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast was just as good as other Sheratons we’ve stayed at, and the lounge happy hour was great (don’t miss the local cocktails!). 4. Transportation – Very convenient. Uber and Cabify rides were always available and fast, no matter the time of day. Public buses, including the express ones, are right nearby if you want to give them a try. Overall, a solid Sheraton experience — we’d definitely stay here again.

Some of the staff great, professional, helpful. Location great between old city to north and Miraflores to south. Access to a great gym. Big minus is the noise of the lifts/elevators. Be sure to get a room as far away as possible from them. Also the pool was closed and the rooms are tired, albeit clean and functional.

Good hotel with a great view of the Capitol building. Conveniently located next to a mall which has good dining and shopping options. Limited Walkability and traffic can get really bad during peak hours. The rooms even with renovations are a bit dated but very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing with a lot of different options

The walls are made of cardboard apparently, I could hear my neighbours taking shower, bathtub was old and dirty with the rotting silicone on the sides, that’s not standard you expect from one of the most expensive hotels in the city… location indeed is very good and service is alright. Other issue is the gym and swimming pool - opened only between 9 till 17 - why? If you are a tourist you go explore the city during a day - what a nonsense

It's an excellent choice for families seeking spacious suites with extra amenities such as living room areas and kitchenettes. The hotel offers two dining options: El Olivar Restaurant, serving buffet-style meals, and the upscale El Olivar Sushi Bar.
I am extremely satisfied with my stay at Sonesta Olivar. The hotel is super quiet and away from the crazy noise of the city. The rooms were so spacious with 2 queen beds and plenty of room between the beds and the counter. I have to give a special thanks to the receptionist, room service and restaurant staff for their outstanding hospitality. Will definitely come back. The breakfast is delicious! 24 hr room service with kid friendly meals! Not to mention that we got treats everyday delivered to our room!

This hotel has the best service I have seen in a long time. All staff, no matter the role, were always friendly and prompt. The restaurant had a fantastic lunch. The rooms and common areas were perfectly clean. At reception they had water, tea and cookies. The hotel is located on front of a beautiful park where all trees are olive trees. They are centenary and wonderful! The neighborhood is upscale residential but still has a bit of shops and restaurants. It’s a small walk to great local restaurants.

The location is great, for being in a more developed district in Lima I would have expected updated rooms, though I had a private spa tub and sauna, those were the highlight. They allowed me to check in early, but wasn’t easy. Overall service staff tries its best. Rooms were clean, & spacious. Walls were thin and lots of environmental noise could be heard. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent, not amazing. Really busy atmosphere here. It’s a good value if you don’t mind the 1990s decor.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. We did not expect such luxury!! We felt out of place coming straight there from the amazon, all sweaty in our thongs and shorts after a midnight flight 😅 to be greeted by tuxedo wearing staff who were extremely friendly and inviting! The room was stunning, very large room, bed and bathroom with a nice balcony/ courtyard type area. The bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever had!! We did not want to leave it. Shower worked very well. It was a great place to finish our stay in peru. Situated in a nice area with some lovely restaurants close by. Breakfast was brilliant. Can't fault this place, my only wish is that we booked to stay there longer and enjoy the luxury of this place.

Blown away by the hospitality in this hotel. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make for an unforgettable experience. Special shout out to Francisco in the front who got us masseuse to our rooms on the fly and had bfast boxes ready for us when we were on the move. Hans and Ronald are fabulous behind the bar. They had my michelada mix ready for me daily. The daily room service was impeccable and the showers were so big with very hot water. I highly recommend this hotel

Literally just steps outside the new Lima Airport entrance. You can easily push your airport cart of luggage right to the hotel lobby. Perfect for a long airport layover if you can spend a little extra money. Comfy modern, nicely designed rooms with strong, hot showers. Pricey for Peru but reasonable by US standards. Reservation includes an amazingly extensive and good breakfast at the attached very nice Pa-Pri-Ka restaurant, where we also had an outstanding dinner and a complementary drink. Attentive, friendly, fast, competent bilingual service at both the hotel and the restaurant. A very welcome break from the more basic accomodations one finds in most places outside Lima; a luxurious indulgence at the end of a long stay in other parts of the country. We will definitely return if our schedule allows on future visits to Peru.

The Sonesta Hotel El Olivar in Lima, Peru, provided an exceptional experience during my stay. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my visit. It featured both Peruvian and American options, catering to a wide variety of tastes. Every dish I tried was delicious, and the quality was top-notch. One of the best features was the availability of custom-made eggs and omelets, prepared just the way I liked them. The rooms were equally impressive. They were extremely clean, spacious, and well-maintained with both comfortable beds and furnature for sitting. I appreciated the thoughtful design and the large size. The hotel also had an incredible rooftop pool with panoramic views of the city. It was the perfect place to unwind while taking in the breathtaking scenery of San Isidro and Lima. The location of the hotel being next to a park offered a beautiful and tranquil setting, while still being close to key attractions and business hubs in the city. Waking up to such a nice environment, combined with the stunning views from the rooftop, truly made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend the Sonesta Hotel El Olivar to anyone visiting Lima. The combination of delicious food, spacious and spotless rooms, gorgeous views, and the extremely helpful and welcoming staff made this a wonderful hotel experience. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

Wow. A nice luxury hotel with all of the travel amenities you need. I got a nice big room with a hot tub and walk in shower. Security is excellent. Two guards outside at all times. Two inside. Feels very safe to me. This is an easy walk to see the ocean views from Lacomar Mall down the street. I chose to forgo the hotel breakfast and to have a roll and coffee instead at an excellent cafe close by. That is my style of breakfast so, it is working out well. They have laundry service. Everything with my stay is easy to get to and use. Walk in shower. Easy entrance. The staff speaks English and Spanish very well They were very patient with my use of Spanish as I am learning the language. I am attempting to go without English as much as I can on this trip. Do yourself a favor and stay here with the luxury suite. Wow! Please note: I was not paid or compensated in any way for this review. I received no gifts, free stays or room upgrades.

I would not recommend. I felt the service was very below par. it felt like the service expected at a motel. From check in to check out. Probably one of the worst hotel service i’ve experienced .The only people that was friendly and accommodating was the guys at the door . The bellman and the guy at the door service was top tier, they were the only ones who felt accommodating. i would not recommend, its a bunch of other hotels in the area to choose from. Other than that no issues with the room and great location , especially for walking

I don’t think this is a 5 star hotel. Amenities were very basic in the room. Looks old and dated in the rooms. There was construction going on when we arrived and the banging wouldn’t stop for a while. Also the hall ways smelled like sewage while the lobby was nice enough. Air conditioning was also ridiculously loud.

********STAY AWAY STAY AWAY******** The service staff here has lost the ability to use common sense. I was able to check in with my wife's document and my own. However, I did not have my 3 YO'S document, which we left in our large luggage at the previous hotel. The staff would not wait for me to pick up my luggage the following morning to show my daughters ID. Clearly, I understand the law. However, earlier last week, I had stayed there with my family and was not given any problems. Unfortunately, I was forced to stay at a better hotel that would not give me any issues. These hotels like to make copies of your passports and keep it. The law states that you are required to show identification, and the hotel needs to verify your identity. They should not KEEP A COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT! COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR ABILITY TO USE COMMON SENSE TO TAKE CARE OF THE GUEST.

This hotel looks better online than in person. Staff is very friendly but the rooms are out dated and need updating. Very basic room, and the bed is ok. Pillows were like rocks! Checked out early to go to better hotel. Do not recommend.

Perfect location, close to everything (20 minutes from the airport). Good service and rooms very clean. The hotel is starting to show its age thus the better pricing compared to Hilton for example. Has a small very convenient bar in the first floor. Check in was very quick even at late hours. One complain management, why such a small pillows? At least have two so big buys like can be comfortable.

Loved it! Great place, beautiful, great views, wonderful rooms, beds are super comfortable. We used the spa for a couples massage and the saunas. It was so relaxing, i definitely recommend it, and plan to come back.

The first room was very noisy so I made them move me. The second room was even worse. The service at the front desk was poor. They don’t tell you they automatically include a service charge of 10% on everything until checkout time (after you’ve already tipped them) that way they get double-tipped. There’s no lobby to speak of, the location offers nothing, no jacuzzi (except in the spa). Overall a very disappointing experience.

Nothing special for 5 star hotel. Stuff was not friendly and not professional. We had plans to arrived earlier and we called if it’s ok to check in earlier and manager said that there is no problem and they have free rooms. But when we arrived they said they will charge us 65$ more for that. What a surprise. It’s not about money, it’s about experience. Then lady forgot to tell us if we pay this amount we have a free breakfast. So unprofessional. Will not recommend. Better to stay with a good hotels like Hilton. Local guys have no idea about customer service.

This hotel is one of the best ones in Lima. It is not a huge hotel or chain, allowing them to focus on their guests. Very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is clean and not crowded. The breakfast is succulent and full of Peruvian delicious food. We didn't enjoy the sushi place downstairs, but we find it very convenient to have it open until late.
Richard G — Google review
My wife and I decided to spend our first married night at this five star hotel. Although the hotel was very good it failed to reach the five star standard in many regards. Initially we were directed to an inferior room and we were only upgraded to the room that we had ordered after returning to the reception (our initial phone request was ignored). When we eventually got to the correct room we found the standard to be very good. The room was clean and the facilities were excellent. The jacuzzi was very good, but the sauna was a bit cool. The food for breakfast was delicious and the attentiveness of the waiters was very professional. Unfortunately there was building work being carried out which we could hear from our room. Further we could not relax by the pool due to building noise which spoiled a planned very quiet stay. We asked for a good will gesture (followed up by an email contact) when leaving to make up for the problems, but this has so far fallen on deaf ears. All in all! Slightly disappointing.

Radisson RED Miraflores is a contemporary hotel in Lima located less than 1 km from Larcomar and featuring a rooftop bar, a casual restaurant, and a gym. The hotel also features free private parking and a bar.
I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my visit to Lima. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of major attractions, and Miraflores is known as one of the nicest and safest areas in the city. The staff were great, and I especially want to mention the manager, Roy, who was excellent. I had a small issue with my first room, and he immediately resolved it by giving me a new one. As other guests have mentioned, the rooms are on the smaller side, but they are efficient, comfortable, and well-kept. Breakfast was good—nothing extraordinary, but a nice start to the day. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it for its location and service.
Anar G — Google review
Radisson Red was an excellent stay. The service throughout the hotel was great, and the front desk team made everything smooth and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and modern, which made it easy to relax after exploring the city. Breakfast was absolutely top-notch with plenty of delicious options to start the day. The location couldn’t be better — very central and within walking distance to the mall, a variety of restaurants, and even some clubs for nightlife. It’s convenient, stylish, and comfortable all in one. Highly recommend Radisson Red for anyone visiting.

Excellent service, specially from the manager and Pilar from the reception who gave us valuable tips and recommendations and seemed to be genuinely interested in us having a pleasant stay in Lima. Very friendly staff, like also Danette and the people at the breakfast service. Good atmosphere, we had the feeling that they really love their work. The breakfast buffet is offering a variety of fresh cooked, tasty meals and includes a lot of fresh fruits and fresh healthy juices. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. A lot of shopping possibilities and good restaurants nearby. The friendly security service in front of the hotel made us feel safe and well protected. Overall a very pleasant experience, clear recommendation.

Great location, super friendly staff, and very clean! Booking and check-in were easy. Breakfast is à la carte, and you also get unlimited coffee, juice, fruit, and cereal — a perfect mix. It’s pet friendly, but there’s no dog relief area and no green spaces nearby. Still, a great stay overall!

The Hotel Antigua Miraflores is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay in Lima. The rooms are large and have an elegant feel, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms with bathtubs. There is also a roof-top terrace where you can relax in the sun or enjoy a drink at the bar. The hotel has excellent restaurant which serves international cuisine as well as Peruvian dishes, and the lounge bar offers drinks and snacks 24/7. Parking is free nearby.
I traveled all over Peru for two weeks and started and ended my stay at this hotel. This was my favorite stay! All of the staff are beyond wonderful. I arrived at 5 am before check in and the woman at the front desk took such great care of me. Thankfully there was an early check out so I was able to get into a room a little earlier than the normal check in time. The breakfast was amazing, and whatever the rice dish was..it was my favorite and everyone else’s in my group! The bartender was very friendly and enjoyed chatting with me. Both rooms I stayed in were lovely. It’s an older hotel and I really enjoyed the baroque type of decor. Also it’s in a great neighborhood and very walkable.

Hotel is very nice space and felt very clean. Room was nice. Showers hot and heater worked. Breakfast was great. Took off 2 star because I felt a bit hustled by reception. They tried to get me to change my room and when I said I wanted the original room, they tried to lie, but when I insisted ended up giving it to me. Also they asked me to pay at check in, while others were told to pay at checkout. Just made the stay not as nice as it could have been

This hotel is a gem! A small oasis nestled in the heart of Miraflores. The ambiance is terrific, with a charm from years gone by. The hotel is decorated with interesting antique items in all the rooms and common areas. A short walk to shopping areas and great views of the coast/cliffs (Parque del Amor, etc.) The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. We had two triple rooms for our family of six, which had plenty of space. One of those rooms could easily accommodate a family of four. We ate at the restaurant, cafe and had drinks in the lovely patio area at the front. Excellent service and tasty food. Highly recommend!

Perfectly situated in Miraflores, this hotel is ideal for walking the neighborhood and visitng nearby museums and parks. I chose the hotel because of its fab interior and it didn't disappoint. An amazing mix of old and older, with a hint of rare finds thrown in, this hotel has a very specific charm one should not resist. Staff was very helpful in all regards (directions to places to see in the area, turning off the air-conditioning...) and it was no problem to store luggage before check in and after check out. So super nice! Breakfast was included in my room and it was a fantastic buffet, with cold meats and cheeses, rolls, jams, some scrambled eggs and some other warm options, juices, coffee, teas and a great selection of fruit. The room was exactly as I imagined it, with the single coolest night lamps ever! All clean and perfectly fine, very quiet in the courtyard so I could sleep with open window, and got woken by those amazing blackbirds (haven't figured the species yet), which you can hear everywhere in Lima :) I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

We only ate in their beautiful garden, so I can't comment on a stay. The food is delicious and well presented. The service is impeccable. The garden is on a quiet street, behind gates with a concierge, so it feels wonderfully private. I highly recommend their breakfast or their daytime food because both are delicious! The lobby area is lovely, and has a bakery. We'll stay here if the opportunity presents.

El Golf Hotel Boutique offers an exceptional stay experience. The room is remarkably spacious and in excellent condition, with a comfortable bed ensuring a restful sleep. Though I encountered a minor issue with the shower lacking hot water, the receptionist promptly resolved it. The staff's helpfulness and kindness were consistently impressive; they provided invaluable directions and recommendations. The hotel's location is ideal, allowing convenient access to nearby attractions while maintaining a peaceful and secure atmosphere. I would have extended my stay without hesitation. Additionally, the proximity to a supermarket adds to the convenience of the location. Nice small pool.

This is a great place to stay if you don't want to be in the middle of the 'tourist zone' and want a quieter place very close to everything. You've seen the map so you know it is in San Isidro, It is located is a walkable neighborhood that has everything. You're a block away from a supermarket, a few paces from two corner stores and a pharmacy, and a couple of blocks from a park overlooking the ocean. If you like to walk, this is a great starting point. If you're just stopping in Lima for a day (say, on the way to Cuzco) then it really doesn't much matter where you stay. But, if you're looking to slow down for a few days and do a bit of pleasurable walking this is a great place. Cabs to Miraflores and downtown Lima are inexpensive and plentiful. Ok, so that is location. The hotel itself is pleasant, clean, and covers all the basics, with some nice extras. Breakfast (eggs, sausage, bread, juice, etc) Cable TV and wifi are included. Didn't use the pool but the back area is very pleasant albeit small. The pictures on the hotel site are accurate and capture what you get. What they don't capture is the charm of the walking in the local neighborhood. I'm updating to add that the staff is very helpful!

The staff at the Doubletree in Lima San Isidro went above and beyond for me and my family. We got to Lima after an overnight flight and we were so tired that some of us fell asleep in the lobby! They were so nice to get us a room as soon as possible, a few hours before the normal check in. Then we got a personalized, hand-written card by the manager welcoming us to the hotel. I had never gotten this before, so it was very touching! But to top it off, they noticed it was my mom's birthday and we got another handwritten card congratulating her on her birthday and a small cake and cookies. Thank you so much for this gesture, it meant the world to us! The hotel is near incredible restaurants and bakeries. I can't recommend it enough! I hope to get back to Lima someday, we had an awesome time!

This property is beautiful and well maintained. The team running the hotel and restaurants are all very nice and aim to please. The room was spacious and very quiet, I never heard any outside noise. The breakfast has a large variety of fresh and baked goods and is delicious. The rooftop pool and bar are open until 2 am and have great views over the city. They have an outside "bosque" forest that is very peaceful and connected to a few boutique stores. After staying in Miraflores, we wanted to see a different part of Lima. There are plenty of restaurants and sights to see nearby, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Lima. Thank you, DoubleTree.

This is booked with my girlfriend’s name, but when we go together they said if you have two people, you need to pay extra fees, even you are in the same room. Finally when we leave, they charge 300 usd from our deposit. ( we paid 600usd when we arrived at the first day)

DO NOT STAY HERE. 2 star at best. Absolutely dated, rooms need a renovation. Jacuzzi tubs don't work, staff are rude, breakfast is big but unless you go at 5am, it's ice cold. Even the waitstaff hate their jobs. I asked about laundry and dropped it off at 9am, at 7pm it still wasn't done, at which point i learned they sent it out?!?! Where? I dont know. I was told to "just wait longer." I didn't have any clothes for dinner. My clothes arrived at 8 pm. No one apologized. When I was given the bill with the "inventory" slip, I knew it was wrong. I gave them 25 items of summer clothes, of which 12 were undergarments, so 13 items of clothes, 8 tops, 5 bottom. They had 37 items calculated and a total of $80, which i believed to be soles. When I opened the laundry, 4 of my items were not there, and I had 3 items of someone else's clothes. I then stood at the front desk for an hour trying to track down my clothes, 3 items were found, and the fourth was gone forever. When I checked out the next morning, I learned the $80 was American dollars!!!! For 8 tops and 5 bottoms. A total ripoff. The staff were unapologetic. For reference, the hotel I'm at now charges 15 soles/$4usd per kilo, whereas Colon charged $25 per kilo, had my clothes for 10 hours, and lost items. I am so absolutely disgusted with this place. I'm traveling peru for a month and this happened in the first week. Place is a dump, and they don't care about the patrons. "Colon" is the perfect name for this place. Do not stay here!!!!

the first impression of the room was not very positive. it clearly is outdated and the finish shows clear visual wear and tear. the bathroom sink is by far the smallest i have ever seen in any hotel and leaves no decent space for your toiletries . clothes you can not hang. all very unpractical. though the hot shower on the other hand is very generous and strong. Close the curtain properly or risk a soaked floor. The soundproofing leaves plenty to wish for.

We had an amazing stay here at Miraflores Colon Hotel! Although this is a slightly older hotel and the finishes are a bit dated, the location cannot be beat! It's minutes away from many of the best restaurants in town and literally 5 minutes from Larcomar Mall. There are a few bodegas and pharmacies within a stone's throw. The rooms are spacious and clean. Having breakfast included is a huge bonus so you don't have to go looking around every morning to eat. The breakfast is actually very tasty especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. Definitely a great value for the money!

The hotel combines music, design, and technology to offer a unique experience. Its industrial aesthetics and urban-inspired decor create a sophisticated yet flexible environment. The rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, wood finishings, and private bathrooms. Guests can enjoy amenities such as two restaurants, a bar, an indoor pool, and a 24-hour fitness center.
Absolutely fabulous hotel! We were treated so well here. My kids loved the indoor pool (perfectly heated) and the pool table. Great entertainment for them after a day of touring town. The staff was so kind to get them a tube to play with in the pool. Anytime we asked for anything, they ensured to deliver. Highly recommended. It’s situated next to the highway and next to great restaurants and bakeries. Very family friendly.

Nice hotel in safe part of town. Security elevator, inner courtyard and pool added to the overall relaxing feeling of our stay. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the bottled water in the rooms a great convenience for out of country travelers.

Location was great. Love the breakfast!! Carlos checked us in and the fact I still remember means he went above and beyond!! Our stay was amazing. So give the hand at the front desk a hand shake and you will have good luck through out your trip in Peru

Love the location, the service and the views of my room. It’s nothing fancy but a clean, comfortable and great fresh breakfast place, overall all that you need hotel. Oh! Missing a Spa so needed to use the JW for it. But for the price you cannot find nothing better than this. Highly recommended!

Stayed for 4 nights. Room was big, location was in the middle of Miraflores, walking distance to larcomal. Breakfast is superb, with heaps of options. Carlos the front desk attendant was excellent. Would definitely stay back.

My stay at Aloft Lima was really pleasant. The hotel is super modern, and the rooms are spacious with nice views. I added breakfast to my booking, and I’m glad I did - it was very delicious and the variety was also awesome. The hotel is super convenient, just a 9-minute walk from the Malecón and a few minutes from the main bus station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. My only negative comment is about the front desk service - they seemed busy and didn't always make an effort to smile or interact with guests. I tried to start a conversation, but it got a bit awkward since I didn't get the response I was expecting. Besides that, I'd recommend this hotel - it's nice.

We stayed at Aloft Lima for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel has a relaxed but lively vibe which is perfect for a vacation stay. It is part of the Marriott hotel chain. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive with good and tasty options. The staff was good and helpful. We had booked a twin queen bed yet the room seemed spacious. The bath and toilet are separate which is good however they seemed a bit small in size. Apart from that everything was great. Thank you!

Very convenient location. The room and reception area is very clean. There are areas to hang out and invite friends. There's a cafe and a restaurant on the first floor. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast in the morning - a lot of variety, healthy options, just delicious.

The hotel offers spacious guest rooms with safety boxes and English speaking staff. It also has a sushi bar and gym as well as a modern restaurant with park views.
Very clean and modern hotel. Quality complementary breakfast and friendly service. Very central and accessible location from much of what Lima has to offer. Lima is a generally loud city but the rooms were comfortable.

Our stay at Hotel del Pilar in the Miraflores neighborhood of Lima was pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of space. Plentiful breakfast was served at the 8th floor restaurant. The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger. The hotel is located in a safe area where there are many restaurants, cafes, and bars to choose from.

Room is nice but Super NOISY! The glass door to balcony is much more like a decoration than soundproof, woke up by construction works/cars/barking dogs. Won’t recommend to anyone

As part of my food tour near my workplace I arrived here for lunch. Wish there was more variety of salads. Had spaghetti for the main course and it was delicious but somehow missing the quantity. Dessert was yummy. Overall kind of not worth the price. Ladies of the staff were super friendly and offered quick attention.

We booked a room with a kitchen. There were only the very basics in the kitchen, and nothing to clean dirty dishes with (we were there 2 nights and the maid never made our room up either despite hanging the appropriate sign on the door). Breakfast was very basic with little actual choice and they quickly ran out of items, not always replenishing them for 30 minutes. Shuttle on way to hotel well organised, but shuttle on return not so. We booked it for 10am and we're still waiting at 10:10. It was only when I asked the concierge that he looked into it and told us the driver was waiting in the carpark for us. No idea how long he had been waiting there, the receptionist was supposed to tell us when he arrived, but didn't. Overall the hotel is nice, it just needs some care and attention. For a 4 star hotel it was disappointing, we've stayed in 3 star hotels which were better. For the amount of money we paid you'd expect to at least be given a bottle of water in the room, nope. Or maybe some tea and coffee like most hotels, nope. The main problem was the noise From 7:30am there is a construction site across the road, and when that stops early evening there is a ridiculously loud bar close by which makes sleeping difficult. I don't expect to get no sleep in a 4 star hotel, please soundproof the windows properly, currently they don't block any noise out.

Lovely friendly hotel in Miraflores. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable with fridge, coffee/tea make, toiletries. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, close to the beach and to the centre of Miraflores.
Sally A — Google review
The good things is that the Hotel is perfectly placed in Miraflores. Close to everything. General service is great. Nice breakfast and spacious rooms. What draws my rating down is my experience when everything didn't go as planned. And that the showers are very weak and I could hear the people en neighbouring room pretty well, even though they were just talking and laughing. I had a week at this hotel booked and confirmed through booking.com. Prior to the stay I spent 2 weeks in the Amazon jungle without signal/service on my phone and when I came back to Lima, ready to go to the hotel I got a notification from booking.com that the hotel had cancelled my booking due to an error to withdraw from my card, wich was a technical error from booking. I had more than enough coverage and had just payed a hotel prior to the jungle. I arrived late to the hotel and hoped we could solve this easily. The hotel had room for me, but they showed no willingness to honor my original deal and wanted a 55% (!) higher price than my original, confirmed booking. I tried to ask for some understanding, that this wasn't my fault, but they didn't care. I got really disappointed and payed for one night before I found a new place to go for the rest of the week. This hotel is probably very nice to stay at if nothing occurs, but I think it's when there's an issue the service showes its true colours and here they failed I think.

The place is perfectly placed in Miraflores. We were close to everything but not on the Main Street so a lot less noise. Our daily breakfast buffet was especially nice because Geraldine was very sweet and very attentive to our needs. She went above and beyond!! Thanks you for the excellent service Geraldine!!

Overall but our cup of tea but the place had beds and bathtub. Layout good. Had to change rooms due to issues, second room had other issues. Buffet was very basic. Buffet eggs were too runny for me but the chef made dry scrambled that were fine. Water provided first day only and told not to drink the tap water....uhm.... not my favorite place to stay

I loved staying at Hotel Arawi. All of the staff is bilingual in Spanish and in English. They were incredibly accommodating. The rooms were lovely and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and had beautiful sheets and duvets. Room service food was delicious. They have gluten free options, even gluten free toast in their beautiful breakfast menu. The free daily breakfast was lovely and very fresh. The front desk and concierge were so incredibly accommodating. They even gave us a wake up call at 3am for our early morning flight. And when we came down to the lobby to meet our taxi to the airport, there was fresh fruit, coffee and tea waiting for us—-at 3am! I have two AMAZING massages in their spa. I HIGHLY recommend staying here! It is in a very safe area and I felt so well taken care of there!

Had a quick stay here for one night. Room was modern and clean. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great. Only nitpick is at night whlith the lights off, there was a white flashing light coming from the what I believe may have been a motion sensor or smoke detector. It was a little odd.

Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel with great service and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lima!

A decent downtown hotel with all amenities necessary for a business trip. Efficient and customer-friendly staff. One point deduction is, though, due to less reasonable breakfast arrangements. While the start was proudly announced at 6am, it was never fully served before 6:30am, which created an unnecessary irritation and light disturbance for the day planning.

Belma Boutique Bed and Breakfast is a charming B&B housed in a 1900s building, offering comfortable rooms and a peaceful courtyard garden. Located in the vibrant Miraflores district of Lima, it provides easy access to the coast, as well as numerous dining and entertainment options. The friendly owner adds a personal touch by welcoming guests and sharing valuable insights about the city. Guests can enjoy a substantial breakfast each morning.
I stayed for one night recently. The staff were extremely nice. Room was everything I expected. And breakfast was quite nice, with many homemade items (jam, breakfast cakes, yogurt). They make coffees to order and have a selection of teas. Location is on a quiet residential street just a few minutes walk to the Larcomar Shopping Center (by the Marriot hotel). I traveled as a solo female and felt safe walking around at daytime and early evening. Plenty of taxi options in Lima, but also the Lima Airport Express Bus that drops you off at the Marriot (for only about $4-6 each way) and you can walk 2.5 blocks to the B+B, or grab a cab at the hotel if you want.
Sandra V — Google review
The hotel staff is exceptional here and they are doing great service: reception, kitchen, housekeeping. Hotel itself is nice and well maintained, location is good (but to access the beach you have to walk or take taxi, as there’s a cliff and bridge nearby is not ready yet). Breakfast is very good with made on request eggs or French toasts. They have homemade yogurt daily, selection of tea leaves. There’s also a cons: noise from nearby kindergarten (my room 302 faced it) and construction - unfortunately nothing can be done to prevent, great noise from people hitting the room doors in the morning - that is needed to get fixed for sure by putting bumpers/ slam silencers, at least provide people information during check in they are not alone or put a reminder on the door to close gently during quiet hours at night and early morning. If you need to work online with meetings - it’s definitely not a good place to stay, bad sound proof. If you need to sleep at least 8 hours - bring earplugs with you!

This small bed and breakfast Has the best location in Miraflores, barrio of Lima. They serve a nice breakfast, have laundry service, and the crew that runs Belma are super. The rooms are large with everything you need. A winner.

A hotel with good services. The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfy bed. Located near the coast and close to the Barranco district. Good breakfast & coffee (made with an expresso machine, which is a rarity in Peru). The room was quite small, especially because the bathroom was incorporated into the room (not a separate one), but not a big issue. Overall I recommend it.

Beautiful little B&B with the most friendly and kind people. Ingrid made sure we had a great stay. Oh my gosh, we wanna live here! Atemporal is my dream home come to life. I left feeling like I’d stayed inside a mood board for how I want to live. Housed in a beautifully restored 1940s mansion, this boutique hotel is tastefully designed down to every detail: the plushest towels, the softest bed, the incredible music playlist, amazing coffee table books, and a perfect garden for breakfast with birdsong in the background🥹 My favourite part is the little details: they leave a printed poem by your bedside every night. Or they leave a chair in front of the bathroom mirror for you to sit on. It’s small, poetic gestures like that that make Atemporal unforgettable. I already miss it.

What a beautiful small hotel with lovely staff! It felt like a home with all the hotel perks and then some. The beds and linens were comfortable. I think I could’ve stayed in that backyard forever with a glass of white wine!

We recently spent three nights at Hotel Atemporal, and it was truly a memorable experience from start to finish. From the moment I As we arrived with a lot of luggage we received upon check-in a complementary room Upgrade, which was a lovely surprise and made us even more comfortable.
Mira — Google review
Atemporal offers two completely different experiences: by day and by night. The highlight for me was the patio, full of lush vegetation and singing birds. Since it was winter, the heaters and shawls were a welcome touch, allowing us to enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the flowers and trees outside. The room was spacious and comfortable, with ample space for personal belongings, which I always value. The showers alone were worth the visit to Lima—they were that good! The water pressure and lighting were perfect, making it a memorable experience. In the evening, the patio transformed into a magical space, with soft music creating a special ambiance. (A bonus: you couldn’t hear the music from the room, which ensured peace and quiet.) The reception staff were efficient and attentive, offering valuable guidance on all the things tourists like us needed to know. The neighborhood is filled with great restaurants, and we chose one that was just a 15-minute walk away—well worth every step! Back at the hotel, we enjoyed another glass of wine, accompanied by some house-made olives. They explained how the olives were prepared, but unfortunately, I can’t recall the exact details. Overall, Atemporal provided an extraordinary blend of comfort and charm. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat.

I felt so pampered from the moment I arrived. Eclectic but comfortable decor, lovely public areas, plenty of snacks and drinks. You can enjoy breakfast accompanied by birdsong on the patio.

Quinta Miraflores Boutique Hotel is a historic bolthole in the heart of Miraflores, Peru, blending contemporary and traditional architecture with fireplaces in some of the rooms.
We stayed at the Quinta Miraflores Boutique Hotel for three nights at the beginning of September. The hotel is well located and the Miraflores and Barranco districts can be easily explored on foot. Erika from the reception was extremely helpful and gave us lots of tips on good restaurants also outside of Lima.
Franziska — Google review
Quinta Miraflores Boutique Hotel is a gem in the middle of Lima. It’s is a very small place, with only 3 guest rooms, and it has the vibe of a high-quality Bed and Breakfast. The building is historical, and the rooms are not modern (I consider this a place), but they are well appointed and the furniture has a vintage quality. The bed was extremely comfortable. The manager/hostess went out of her way for me, including greeting me to open the front door when I arrived around mid-night, well after normal check-in time. Her great service continued the next day when she made helpful and detailed suggestions about where to explore and what restaurants to try; even what dishes to try at each place. All of her suggestions were spot on. The location allowed me to do walking tours of the Barranco and Miraflores neighborhoods with ease. Overall, this was a great find; great rooms, some of best hospitality I have ever seen at a hotel, and a good location. I would not hesitate to stay here any time I visit Lima.

NEIL V — Google review
During a 2+ week in Peru our stay here was our very first experience in country. After 16 hours of travel we arrived to the airport to discover our luggage had been lost. I sent an email to Erika to explain we would be late for our transportation to the hotel and she answered within minutes reassuring us not to fret and the driver would be waiting. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a travel angel in Erika. The amount of kindness and help we received was the best experience we had at a hotel (and we travel often). Erika showed us our clean and beautiful room and went on to give wonderful recommendations for the next day. She offered to work with the airline the next day to find our bag so that we could go and explore the city, truly above and beyond! Erika received our bag the next day and let us keep our bags at the hotel past checkout and would send us additional recommendations on WhatsApp. What a phenomenal experience. Erika is a wonderful person who truly enjoys making your stay unforgettable. The hotel has a great location, is very clean, and beautiful but it is Erika who made the experience.

We had an incredible stay. Erika is a perfect host: friendly, helpful and always with a big smile. It felt like being home! Breakfast is simple but rich and she always bought some new fruit we could try. Rooms are nicely decorated, but the place is a bit humid… apprently all the neighbourhood is because of the ocean. 👌🏻

We had an incredible stay at this cute little boutique hotel. Highly recommend because they will treat you better than deserved! The girls on duty were all beyond kind, helpful, and spoke great English to share about the hotel and the area. Incredible complimentary breakfast that’s changes slightly daily and will give you far more than you can eat. They also held our bags for us until our very late flight which was wonderful as we explored the city for one last day. We would come back here in a heartbeat if we stay in Miraflores again. Do yourself a favor and stay here! It’s worth every penny!

The Holiday Inn Lima Airport offers comfortable accommodations with a restaurant, private parking and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. It is located just 1.3 mi from Playa La Estrella. The staff is attentive and welcoming.
I'm surprised this is only rated a 3 star on Google. We booked a last-minute stay at the Holiday Inn because we needed to be close to the airport for an early tour pickup. Our flight landed around 1am, and within 5 minutes of speaking to someone at the designated pickup counter (clear instructions were provided in advance), we were on the free airport shuttle. The driver was friendly and attentive, helping us with our luggage both on and off the shuttle. From the moment we arrived, every staff member greeted us warmly. The front desk team was accommodating to our needs, and every person we interacted with offered a genuine smile. The service at breakfast truly exceeded expectations. There was a wide variety of options, including fresh juices (even green juice!), and the staff constantly ensured everything was refilled. Arranging the return shuttle to the airport was just as seamless. We stayed in a king-sized room that was spotless. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and the bed was made to perfection. I’m very particular about bedsheets and how they're folded, and this was truly top-notch. Overall, the hospitality and attention to detail made for a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

Probably the best stay I have ever had at a Holiday Inn. I had a quick overnight stay after flying into Lima late at night. The hotel shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient and smooth. I was able to schedule an early morning shuttle ride back to the airport and it brought me back to the airport smoothly and on time. The room was comfortable. It was however a bit loud with the traffic on the streets. The best part was the breakfast buffet that starts at 4am. All the food was already ready. The staff also provided options for eggs and omelets cooked on the spot. I would come back just for the breakfast.

The hotel restaurant deserves a special mention, the food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Every meal felt like a treat, and their service made each visit to the restaurant a highlight of our stay. The hotel is also in a perfect location if you have a connecting flight the airport is just a few minutes away, and the hotel’s free shuttle service was prompt, efficient, and got us there right on time. It took a lot of the stress out of travel and made our transit experience so much smoother. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the entire property was peaceful and well-maintained. This hotel truly offers a perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and top-quality service. Thank you to everyone at this Hotel for going above and beyond we’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a worry-free, pleasant stay near the airport!

I stayed here for an quick overnight layover at the Lima airport. The hotel is a ways away from the new airport terminal, but they offer a free shuttle service that was very simple to navigate. The level of service from the hotel staff (quite literally everyone I interacted with) was incredible; its the level of service I'd expect from a top-end luxury hotel, not usually a Holiday Inn. And the breakfast spread was easily the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel.

This was one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were amazing! The breakfast was great and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient close to the airport. This is our default place for Lima.

Probably the best Holiday Inn experience I’ve had. Room was clean & spacious. Service was excellent. Particularly the two gentleman that served me at the restaurant last night. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name but he seemed to run the kitchen & bar. Made food suggestions & provided amazing customer service. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too. They also offered omelettes to order. I definitely recommend! —although it is 10 minutes from the airport. I thought it was closer but they do provide a shuttle & it seems to be prompt every 30 minutes. I missed it 3 minutes after the hour.

An excellent experience. Conveniently located about 15 minutes from the Lima international airport. Provides free shuttle service to and from the airport every 30 minutes. Concierge 24 hours. Reception staff are efficient and friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is open from 4am in the morning, for the early morning flights. Food selection is fantastic, with lots of options for hot food.

This hotel is great for flying in or out of Lima. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and professional. The airport shuttle was organized and convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The best part was the helpful staff everywhere - breakfast, check in, room service, etc.

Courtyard by Marriott Lima Miraflores offers contemporary rooms and free parking, as well as a slick international restaurant. It is situated in Miraflores, the hottest district of Lima, close to Kennedy Park.
Great location in Miraflores area near restaurants, shops, coffee shops and bars all within walking distance. Great service too from Wendy and Samuel! Would stay here again in Lima!

Very centrally located in Miraflores, near lots of options for shopping and food. Service was good, my one point would be the breakfast and lunch/dinner menu is geared very much towards tourists and does not have a lot of traditional Peruvian options. Overall a great stay and I love the security feature where your room key will only allow you to push the button for your floor.
Gabriela R — Google review
The service far exceeded my expectations. Rooms are very clean and have plenty of space. Good breakfast, everything was delicious (one of the best omeletes I ever had), but would be nice to have some more options of breads, hams, cheese and fruits.

Just back from my very first visit to Peru and this hotel was by far one of the best stays I've had in a long time. Everything was top-notch from the friendly, helpful staff to the outstanding breakfast buffet in the Bistro restaurant, stocked with both classic faves to Peruvian specialties. Also, we stayed on the 9th floor and really appreciated the complimentary coffee machine with some of the best cafe con leche I had in Peru! Also, located very close to all attractions, including the famous Lacromar rooftop mall as well as the equally famous Manolo venue for the best churros and coffee!! I'd highly recommend this Marriott in Miraflores. They went above and beyond.

Great spot to stay in Lima if you're wishing to explore Mira Flores. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is excellent. Rooms are well appointed and bed is comfortable.

I would like to leave a complaint regarding the service I received this morning during the Children’s Day breakfast buffet. While I was still occupying my table — my bag and scarf were hanging under the table on the bag hook — the staff removed the placemat, plates, and everything on the table. I had only stepped away briefly to take a photo with my son at the Children’s Day activity, while my husband went to the restroom. When I returned, everything had already been cleared away as if we had left, which was very disappointing and made us feel unwelcome. This was not the level of service I expected from Courtyard Miraflores Lima. I hope this feedback is taken into account so that future guests don’t experience the same.

We used this hotel for the Lima leg of our Peru trip and we were not disappointed. Marriott has always been a good choice wherever we go and this one is no exception. Service was phenomenal, especially in the dining area which is used for the breakfast in the morning and the bistro in the afternoon and evening. We included the breakfast in our reservation for about 18 USD which is composed of juices (carrot, orange, pineapple), fruits and vegetables for a self-service juicer (watermelon, orange, banana, apple as well as local fruits, spinach, potato, asparagus, etc), mueslix, yogurt, cereal, nuts (almonds, peanuts, chia, chia pudding, coffee (espresso, cappucino, americano, from an automated machine and a barista) as well as drip coffee, tea, sausage, rice, scrambled eggs with ham, stew (beef, etc, depending on the day), bacon, waffle from a waffle maker, french toast and eggs a la carte (omelette, fried, poached, etc). The location is also very good, surrounded by restaurants, a large grocery store, convenience stores, etc. and within a 15 minute walk of the malecon. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are spacious and clean.

This hotel is very well located in the center of Miraflores. Modern, functional and family friendly. The reception staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient. I stayed here on my very first night in Peru before leaving for a long bus trip to the south. The room was large and spotless. I loved the electric blinds, the jacuzzi bathtub and the desk. I also enjoyed the large sofa in the living room!…. I was able to get a late check out after which they safely kept my luggage for a few hours. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways and the price is perfectly reasonable.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Lima's modern district, Casa Andina Select Miraflores is a delightful retreat that perfectly blends comfort and convenience. Just a short stroll from Parque Kennedy, guests can explore an array of fantastic restaurants, shops, and bars. The hotel features a range of amenities including a restaurant serving complimentary breakfast, a well-equipped gym, and even a sauna for relaxation after exploring the city.
The hotel provided an excellent overall experience, marked by its cleanliness and attentive staff[1][3][5]. However, the older showers, fitted in a highly slippery tub, present a safety concern. Additionally, the absence of complimentary bottled water, unlike many hotels, was a minor drawback.
Eli D — Google review
Casa Andina operates three hotel tiers in Lima: Classic (budget), Select (mid-tier), and Premium (upscale). I stayed at the Casa Andina Select Miraflores, which markets itself as a modern, business-focused option. The experience did not meet expectations. The building is older, and the hotel itself looks dated. The carpets in the hallways are stained and worn, and in some areas the paint is flaking from the walls. Although the rooms have been renovated, these visible signs of neglect detract from the overall guest experience. The rooms themselves are clean, functional, and moderately modern. Furnishings are in good condition. However, the bed was uncomfortable, and infrastructure noise was a persistent issue. Any time a neighbouring guest used water—whether from the sink, toilet or shower—a loud mechanical rumble echoed through my room, waking me multiple times per night. Guest noise was also a problem. On five of the seven nights I stayed, guests returned around 2 or 3 a.m., speaking loudly in the hallways and slamming doors. I escalated this to hotel management and was told there was nothing they could do. The property appears to lack any noise mitigation strategy or after-hours supervision. Breakfast is included but was among the poorest I have seen at a four-star hotel. Items regularly ran out and were only replenished upon request. Selection was limited, and food quality was substandard. I also became ill after eating lunch in the hotel’s restaurant—the only time I experienced digestive symptoms during my stay in Peru. The hotel advertises a hot tub, but the water was tepid and appeared untreated. The temperature did not meet hot tub standards, and the condition suggested inadequate chlorination. Shower water had a similar issue: even at full heat, it was barely warm. The elevators are very small and slow, which already causes delays. For roughly half of my one-week stay, only one elevator was operational, further increasing wait times and creating regular congestion, especially during peak hours. The hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water, which is uncommon for a four-star property in a country where tap water is not potable. There is also no ATM on site. Guests are directed to a nearby supermarket that imposes a 400-sol limit per transaction, which can be inconvenient for travellers requiring larger cash withdrawals. The location is excellent—central, walkable and well connected to dining and transportation. However, English proficiency among staff at the front desk and restaurant was unexpectedly limited for an international hotel chain. Overall, Casa Andina Select Miraflores may suit short-term guests with minimal requirements. Those expecting a restful, four-star experience with reliable service and infrastructure will likely be disappointed.
Edward K — Google review
Very nice hotel, excellent location. Friendly personnel and good breakfast buffet. The reason for 4 stars is the absence of ventilation (you also can't open the windows) and lack of drains cleaning. The water in bathtub was not draining at all and the reason was the big chunk of hair stuck in the drain plug. The drains must be checked regularly. A 10 minute saving for maintenance work screwed up a good experience. Of course the room was very clean and for TV fans there is a huge unit hanging on the wall. I pay more attention to the fridge that worked well. Also an important part was a huge safe to keep your valuables. In general I am happy with the hotel.
Ashod M — Google review
The location was great; easy to walk to restaurants, shops, a beautiful park, and to the ocean walkway. Room with a comfortable king bed was a nice size for all of our luggage and with a place to sit and relax. Breakfast had pastries and warm dishes, fresh fruit and juices. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Ann A — Google review
Absolutely ridicolous that a 4 star hotel doesnt offer a free bottle of water in the room, actually it charges you 8 soles for a small bottle Its definetely not a 4 stars but a normal 3 stars hotel The spa area is claustrophobic and quite ugly, looks like a hospital or laboratory. Jacuzzi not really doing what it should Breakfast decent ,personal is kind Beds not very comfortable Style of the hotel is basic and bit old With this price you can find definetely better

The Sheraton Miraflores hotel is modern and comfortable, with a variety of amenities to make your stay pleasurable. With excellent service and an easy commute to the city, this is a great choice for anyone visiting Lima.
I stayed here as my last stop leaving Peru. The hotel is modern and comfortable and in a great location. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was also very good. I am mainly writing this review to thank the staff for the help when I became ill. I was alone as my friends were on a excursion and the staff went above and beyond to help me. Jesus from security and Iris for the front desk, assisted me with everything from taking my temperature to retrieving medication and hydration solutions for me. They even followed up to make sure I okay throughout my stay. I am very grateful them and was beyond impressed with the service. I would recommend staying here when in Lima and would definitely stay again.

Good location, Nice staff. the rest is old, no charm, you can stay next door for half of the price with a better bed (very soft and old). Won't recommend at all. They don't have a rooftop, unlike what you can read online.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Great traditional breakfast and good selection of local delicacies and local beer/drinks. The location is in the best area of town for tourism in town, imho.

Nice location - close to everything (3-20 min walking to the restaurants, supermarkets, cinema, main square, ocean, Indian and fruit/vegetable market), but on a calm street. Feeling like home, not too fancy, but clean. Not huge, one entrance, wifi at the entrance on the street - easy for taxi, uber never missed it. European breakfast - oatmeal, eggs, sausages, cheese - did not get boring during 2 weeks stay. Few strange things: toothbrush and toothpaste costed extra (I got used to getting those for free in the hotels), no toilet brush in the bathroom (with all the consequences), maybe I should have asked for it. Overall very nice experience.

Paradise Found? Report them immediately if anything wrong or ripped because they try to screw you and make money out of it. After seven days of, well, let's just say "roughing it" in Cusco, I finally stumbled upon a hotel that could give American luxury a run for its money. This place was the real deal – quiet, safe, clean, and modern, with bathrooms that would make a spa jealous. And the WiFi? Perfect. I mean, what's a vacation without seamless Instagram uploads, am I right? The location was a game-changer. I was mere minutes away from restaurants that wouldn't make me question my life choices, a shopping mall that wouldn't leave me traumatized, and Kennedy Park, where I could worship the feline overlords in all their furry glory. And if I felt like getting my art on, Barranco neighborhood was just a quick Uber ride away. But the real pièce de résistance? The running trails along the Pacific coast. I mean, who needs a treadmill when you can jog alongside the ocean, feeling like a boss? I ran north, I ran south, I even ran to Barranco – and back. The views were stunning, and my fitness tracker was happy. And let's not forget the coffee. Oh, the glorious coffee. There's a tiny coffee shop next to the hotel that serves coffee so good, it'll make you forget Starbucks even exists. I mean, it's not like I'm a coffee snob or anything (ahem), but this place is the real deal. If you're a coffee aficionado like me, you'll want to book a room just for the caffeine fix. Screw you, Cusco. Lima, you've won me over. This hotel is the epitome of luxury, and I'm never leaving.

I rarely leave hotel reviews but needed to for this stay. I deeply believe what makes an experience good or bad has 99% to do with the staff. Every single staff member I came across during my stay was VERY friendly, helpful and quick to help. Here are a few examples - asked for egg white omelette at breakfast: No problem and accepted my request kindly. - asked for help with our TV (wasn’t working), someone came up to our room right away - asked for extra towels, up to our room right away as well, no questions asked. - very decent to go breakfast given to us on last day as we had a very early departure - I forgot a very important item in the safe and only realized when we arrived back home. Contacted the hotel; they found it and held it until someone I knew in Lima went to pick it up for me. Very honest and very kind staff. I would stay there anytime! * just wish there was coffee in the rooms.
Manaz S — Google review
The room was at the same level of comfort as the US, including the mattress. We could see the ocean from our room. The highlight was the free breakfast. The traditional US food items were available plus many other additional items such as fruit, drinks, pastries, and other Peruvian breakfast foods. Remember to bring your own washcloths. They are not provided by the hotel.

Very cold room and no daylight! Window cannot be opened. A/C only runs cold. Bed is very uncomfortable and soft. Power sockets do not work universally. Only one USB-C in the room. Cannot recommend this hotel!
Florian L — Google review
Very unsatisfactory stay! I am currently still staying at this hotel. And there are a few things that I find very disappointing. 1.) The photos that the hotel has posted on booking.com for the respective rooms do not correspond to reality! We specifically booked a room with a window. Now we are staying in a room with a ‘window’ covered with milky film (we don't even know if it really opens to the outside) that cannot be opened. Upon enquiry, we were told that a room with a window would incur an additional charge. The air conditioning, which is the only source of fresh air, keeps switching to 18 degrees, even though you can set a much higher normal room temperature. 2.) We cannot charge our European devices. There are plenty of sockets, but contrary to everything we have seen in the rest of Peru, the sockets here are US-style (type B), i.e. with two parallel flat pins and a round earth hole – but with a ‘220 V’ sticker on them. This is a dangerous combination, by the way, because this type of socket is normally used for 110–120 V. 3.) The beds are extremely soft and you literally sink into them. Yes, it's a matter of taste, but we found it extremely uncomfortable!
Fabian S — Google review
Very happy with this hotel. The service at the breakfast, that was exceptional good, was excellent. Kudos to Ana, Juan and the other man who was at the entrance, they were the best. At the same time thanks to all the rest of the guys who work at that place. I will recommend this hotel without doubt.

The neighborhood was neat and safe and the staff were friendly. But the cleanliness was such a bummer. From the first time I entered the room, there was some black stuff on the bed. Also, there were so many fly bugs in the bed and I was even bitten by them. The friendly staff did her best like spray something to kill them, but the spray smell was too strong, and even the bugs kept coming out.

The hostel is in a very good position and staff is very friendly. BUT there are no charges in the upper bad (dorms), and also in the entire room probably there are 3 charger. Also for my entire stay (3 days) wifi never worked, the staff was nice and share is hotspot but still was a big problem

Amazing little place, the owner Joel is such a sweetheart. We were there for a short stay and he made us breakfast for both our mornings and helped us out with everything we needed. Prices are affordable. If your in the city don’t use Amazon tours. They are not the best you can find better ones (long story) Anyway this little hostel is worth it. Definitely recommend it.

The worst hostel experience I’ve had in my life. To begin with , from the moment we arrived they gave us a much higher price then the price online. We asked why and they said it was the only price available (which we discovered the next day that was a lie) and we ask to speak to the manager, from that moment they started behaving disgusting. The staff was extremely rude to us at all times , and harassed us with comments about our behavior. They expelled our specifically the guests that we brought while others brought their friends and yelled at us in the most unprofessional manner I’ve experienced in my 8 months trip. Regardless of the staff horrific behavior , the rooms were not cleaned at all times , the bathrooms were filthy and with now toilet paper by night time ,every day. There was never hot water. I never right before reviews , but this time I felt like I have to write something. If you are ever in Lima DO NOT go to this hostel , I recommend you pay the extra dollars and avoid this horrific experience , it’s by far the worst place I’ve been in my entire 8 months trip. I think the entire staff should be replaced , or have the place shut down.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic buffet selection. What I especially want to highlight are the waiters, Eduardo and Victor. They are the friendliest and most helpful waiters I have ever met. I caught a cold and had to stay in my room for a few days, and Eduardo and Victor were always there for even the smallest request. The shower was fantastic, with powerful water pressure and the perfect temperature. Breakfast was another highlight — delicious, varied, and the best way to start the day. Nestled in the vibrant Miraflores district, The Lot Boutique Hotel is a charming retreat that perfectly caters to mid-range travelers seeking comfort and convenience. Guests can enjoy streamlined rooms equipped with modern amenities, alongside delightful outdoor spaces like a terrace and patio where breakfast can be savored. The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi and a daily breakfast featuring local cuisine, ensuring a pleasant start to your day.
We stayed at the lot for 4 nights and would do that again. The airport transfer organised by the hotel was perfect and on time, the room was big and comfortable. Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work in our room, but there is enough space outside to sit and use the WiFi. The location is great, everything you need is in walking distance. You can stroll along the Oceanside or walk in 10-15 minutes to park Kennedy. We felt very safe. The breakfast was okay, you always have to choose the day before what you want - if you don’t do it, they think you don’t want breakfast. But we were still allowed to choose in the morning when we had that problem (no one’s asking you actively to fill out the breakfast form when you stay longer).

Pros: Room was large, thoughtfully designed, and comfortable. Bed was great! Property was in awesome location. Cons: People raved about the breakfast in the comments here. I thought it wasn’t great. The water container in the lobby was never filled. I had to ask multiple times. Each time they filled it, they only filled it like 25%. I found this annoying because you can’t drink the tap water in Lima. It felt lazy. The gate to the property wasn’t locked - you just push it open. I thought that was questionable. I stayed at other places in the same neighborhood with locked gates. I think lastly, this place lacked the hospitality I expect from a hotel. Basic pleasantries were exchanged and that was really it. Didn’t feel like a friendly vibe, no music playing in the lobby, kind of stuffy atmosphere.
Alana C — Google review
Really cute hotel but the windows are paper thin. You can hear all the noise from the street - cars/motorcycles racing, pedestrians conversing. It feels like I’m camping in the courtyard, rather than staying inside a room. Do not recommend for light sleepers. Room smells a little damp, not sure if it’s from the drainage/bathroom, or due to the location close to the ocean.
Xyy Y — Google review
Boutique hotel in an excellent location in Miraflores, a short walk down to the Costa Verde and Larco Mar, or to many restaurants slightly west or north. The rooms are a good size, decorated nicely, and have good bathrooms. The air conditioning helped to reduce some of the humidity in the room. The one drawback is that there are no windows in the room, at least those on the ground floor, so they can feel a little dark and enclosed. The included breakfast is to order (placed the night before) and delicious. Staff are very nice and helpful.

This is not a boutique hotel. It is more like a house hostel and it has serious mold problems. The first room I was given, number 2, had visible mold on the walls, was very cold, and was next to ongoing construction. When I asked to be moved, I was given another room on the second floor. It was quieter but still had mold on the walls. This is a serious health hazard. I could not stay and had to leave immediately, booking another hotel at the last minute and at extra cost. What upset me most is that the hotel had better rooms available but still gave me the worst one first. I do not recommend this hotel.

The room is a good size and incredibly comfortable! It boasts an exceptional location near parks, and within just 8 minutes, you can reach the center of Miraflores. Enjoy a fresh breakfast with a variety of options available (please remember to pre-order the day before). The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room is kept impeccably clean and spacious, with a wonderfully comfortable double bed!

I had a terrible experience with this property management.Ive made a reservation by mistake and requested to cancel and i lve booked different dates. It was an honest mistake as I was tired from a long flight and the system booked me for the date which is 3 month ahead and I've requested to cancel withing 2 min after my reservation was made.I still stayed there and they have charged me for both reservation even tho I am not staying there is September. POOOR MANAGEMENT TERRIBLE ORGANIZATION 😑

Hostel
Barranco's Backpackers Inn is a charming family-run hostel located in the heart of Barranco, just a block away from the famous Bridge of Sighs. Housed in a spacious two-story mansion built in 1945, this hostel offers an intimate and sociable atmosphere with only six rooms available. The location is ideal for exploring the vibrant neighborhood, known for its pubs, restaurants, shows, clubs, and bars.
Awesome hostel, my favorite in Barranco, Lima! Jorge (the owner) is the nicest guy in town - he went above and beyond to help me! The hostel is very cozy, clean and in the perfect location. It is located across the street from an amazing view and a few minutes walk from the plaza and the main cultural street. 100% recommended, even during the pandemic. The service is unbeatable, the price is the best and the location is top-notch.

After several trips to Lima and Peru this is my favorite hostel. The family staff, run by its wonderful owner, is awesome. This is a beautiful home, now run as a hostel, in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Great restaurants within an easy walk. Cheerful dining room and very clean bedrooms. Don’t be afraid to walk in this neighborhood late at night. The hostel can offer a private driver from and to the airport and bus terminals if needed for an additional charge. I took advantage of this and it saved me a lot of aggravation at the airport, which is confusing for a first time visitor. Barranco Backpackers will always be my home when I am in Lima.

I booked the "matrimonial suite" at Barranco Backpackers which was pretty luxurious for a solo traveller. The room was spacious, with a large bed, ensuite and ocean views. The hostel itself is pretty standard for Peru, clean but nothing flash. There's breakfast included; a boiled egg, bread, fruit and jam. The location is fantastic, right next to the Bridge of Sighs and the centre of Barranco!

Stayed there for a few days, the area is definitely one of the best of Lima. Check out the street art and craft market down the stairs in front of the building. Friendly staff, hot shower and comfy beds. Would recommend it

This was a great hostel. The staff was very friendly and the location is absolutely amazing. Breakfast wasn't anything special but it was nice. Felt very comfortable and secure.
