O.K. Corral in Tombstone, Arizona is a legendary historic site known for its daily reenactments of the famous gunfight involving Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday. The town has preserved its National Historic District designation with the help of the National Park Service, offering visitors a glimpse into the Old West. Tourists can explore snack shops, restaurants, small hotels, B&Bs, and enjoy horseback, stagecoach and wagon tours.
Beautiful town with wonderful people. Full of history and unique shops. Also, who doesn't want to see an old West gunfight? I wish I had had more time to explore. I will definitely be back!

We had a really good time at the OK Corral. The gunfight reenactment was so much better than I had expected. The museum collection was impressive. I wish we had spent a little more time there. So much to see.
Joey Z — Google review
So much fun! The gun fight was Awesome. Perfect for a family day. There are three shows a day retelling the gun fight at O.K. Corral. There is also a mini museum of the history of Tombstone's hayday 😉
Jessica W — Google review
The show was worth the price of entry ($10 pp over 5). Very comical but the history lesson behind it was very interesting as well. My children 10, 8, & 5 all stayed entertained the whole 30 min. Gun shots are loud in the "arena"
John L — Google review
We had such a great time at the show. It was funny, the acting was amazing, and it kept us entertained from beginning to end. After the show we went on a tour and learned so much about the history of Tombstone. The guide made everything easy to understand and very interesting. It is a fun and educational experience for all ages. We truly enjoyed it and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tombstone.
Jessica T — Google review
Very entertaining with comic relief. Guns shoot blanks and can be scary to small children (like 2 and under for sure). Lots of fun places before you enter for kids to climb and play. Lots of photo opportunities.
Laura P — Google review
Very fun place, with a great history lesson, and the gunfight reenactment was entertaining to watch. The walk through museum outside was informative and interesting. Definitely worth the price of the ticket!

There us more history than just the gun fight at the OK coral on Oct 26, 1881. It's all great and you feel like you can almost touch it.

The Bird Cage Theatre, a renowned landmark in Tombstone, is steeped in history and legend. Dating back to 1881, it was a bustling hub of activity, operating around the clock with various amenities such as a cantina, bar, theater, and massage parlor. Notorious for its association with gambling and brothels, the venue attracted both famous and infamous figures of the time.
A very unique museum with an easy self-guided tour experience. I'm glad this place is here and I'm happy that I went though it. Is it worth $16.50 per person? I'd give it a "soft yes." The museum's artifacts are not perfectly curated and it was a bit dusty, but it's a good place to spend 30 minutes while in Tombstone if you're interested in the history.
David M — Google review
This theatre offers a truly unique and thrilling ghost-hunting experience, and I absolutely loved it! The biggest highlight by far was the woman who led the tour she was incredible. Her energy, storytelling, and deep knowledge of the local history made the entire experience feel authentic and captivating. She brought just the right mix of spookiness, humor, and historical insight, keeping everyone engaged the whole time. The atmosphere of the theatre added to the eerie charm, and the ghost-hunting equipment made it feel interactive and fun. Even if you're a skeptic, it's easy to get caught up in the excitement. Overall, it was a memorable and entertaining night, and I’d highly recommend it especially thanks to the amazing guide who truly made the experience come alive.

The Birdcage Theatre – Tombstone, Arizona If Tombstone is the heart of the Wild West, then the Birdcage Theatre is its cathedral. Think of it as the Lambeau Field of football or the Carnegie Hall of music—the place where history, legend, and atmosphere all come together. Many museums claim “nothing has been touched” over the years, but few deliver. The Birdcage does—and in spades. Walking inside feels like stepping directly into the 1880s. Hundreds of authentic items remain in place from nearly 150 years ago. The rooms, the furniture, even the air carries the weight of the stories that shaped the American West. It’s not just a museum—it’s living history. On a personal note, I experienced something here I’ve never felt elsewhere. While exploring the basement on a daytime self-guided tour, I had a haunting encounter I can’t easily explain. I’m not someone who buys into things quickly, but this one gave me chills. If you’re interested in the paranormal, this place more than delivers. Overall, this is the experience of Tombstone. Worth every bit of the entrance fee, even in the 2020s. Take your time, let the history sink in, and if you only see one thing in Tombstone, make it the Birdcage. I’ll be returning—again and again.
Bryan R — Google review
My husband and I are avid travelers and obsessed with paranormal investigations. This did not disappoint! I know I sound crazy to some but for those that have experienced it themselves completely understand me- I walked to one side (away from the group) and immediately felt like a 50 lb weight was on my stomach. I walked towards my husband and told him what just happened, immediately took a picture of the area where I felt the unusual feeling. I captured a ghost on camera! I captured several orbs, one entire human figure and one mist over the Black Moriah. Well worth every penny and every minute spent- it was the highlight of my trip!
Katie S — Google review
This is the original building of The Bird Cage Theatre. It was built in 1881 and is now a museum, but retains a lot of the original theater details. We found the exhibits fascinating and really enjoyed the museum. There is also a nice gift shop loaded with Tombstone souvenirs.
Louis E — Google review
Historic, Haunting, and Totally Worth the Visit. During our trip to Tombstone, we stopped by the Bird Cage Theatre—and it did not disappoint! Hearing the history of the building, seeing the original bar still marked with bullet holes, and viewing the old paintings and artifacts really brought the Wild West to life. The stories behind the place are fascinating, and it’s incredible how much has been preserved. If you’re in Tombstone, this is definitely a must-see spot for a deeper, more vivid look at its past.
Mint M — Google review
I spent a solid three hours here taking in every detail—and if they weren’t closing for the day, I would’ve stayed longer. If you’re in Tombstone and skip the Bird Cage Theatre, you’re missing out. Period. Ignore the cheapskates whining about the $18 admission—it’s worth every cent if you have even a remote appreciation for history. This place is a time capsule, and absolutely essential if you want to understand the real Tombstone.
Michael K — Google review
Bird cage was cool. The host we had was very knowledgeable. We paid the fee and walked around . Pictures and videos are allowed if they are your personal takes but pictures of artifacts cannot be shared w/o written permission from the theatre itself.

Tombstone Courthouse State Historic Park in Tombstone, Arizona is a captivating destination that preserves the original Cochise County courthouse. The building, constructed in 1882, features a distinctive Roman cross shape and served as the offices of various county officials, including the sheriff and treasurer. Today, this Victorian-era structure houses a museum filled with artifacts and exhibits that offer insight into the area's rich history.
Free admission for the Christmas celebration. Nicely decorated with staff in period clothes. Fascinating exhibits laid out well to allow people to move around them easily. Mexican ballet folk dancing was beautiful and fun to watch. This was our first time visiting the courthouse and we were lucky we chose the Christmas event day to go.

I have a great imagination, and I look/read everything at a museum. First, the 7 minute movie I was watching was ruined by the sound of a jackhammer right outside the window. Then, my museum experience was ruined yet again because the staff felt it was important to store current day goods next to or in the midde of the displays. Because of disruption and ruination of my experience, I thought the fee was a little high, but understand that money is needed to protect our history. There is a sign on the door that warned of noisy construction, but nowhere was there a sign that said, "As your thoughts take you back in time, and your daydreaming about court house shenanigans in the 1800's, never mind the 2025 polo shirts hanging out next to the judges desk." Now, imagine my eye roll.

Tombstone was awesome. The undertaker coffee place was amazing it really is Coffee to die for. I had three coffee’s in one day. They had a great book party or book launching there with Lola and nacho a kids book with all the cool stuff in tombstone! had to get a couple of those for the grandkids! I think you can buy it on Amazon too. She has lots of books on different places!the Kids books about really cool places. Terri Trejo is the authors name and The book is called the traveling adventures of nacho and Lola touring tombstone! what’s cool is that Her books show you around with the dogs, they go places that you can go and the kids love to take the book and walk around tombstone and see what the doggies did and they are doing the same thing. Super neat. It was a fun filled weekend.

The Tombstone Epitaph, Arizona's oldest continuously published newspaper, offers a glimpse into the history and culture of the Old West. The Tombstone Epitaph Museum is dedicated to showcasing the paper's history and features exhibits on how it was printed in the 1880s, including the original Washington hand press.
We stopped in the Tombstone Epitaph Museum while visiting Tombstone. The curator is very sweet and friendly. The museum is free and has cheap Tombstone merchandise. It’s an interesting place to read about a local newspaper that has been around since the 1800s!
Emily T — Google review
Go get a newspaper here! From the OK Corral (and likely other places) you can get a deal to pickup a newspaper memento here. You should also ask for the newest print. This was a cool quick visit to see the presses and some notes of the Clum history.

Wonderful little peice of print history. Fun to see the old machines. Don't forget to pick up a newspaper!

Visited this place along with three friends on a trip to Tombstone this past spring. The docent here had negative feelings about Tombstone's chasing Dodge City money (and rightfully so), but was very knowledgeable about the history of this historic town. Really enjoyed seeing all the old printing presses and equipment that is specific to that era!

Very cool place to visit and see more of Tombstone's history. Also, if you visit the OK Corral and buy a ticket there, then you can receive a free souvenir here. The staff here are very nice and full of wonderful information.

Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. **You can receive a free reprint of the 1881 newspaper, with the original gunfight reports, if you attend the re-enactment at the O.K Corral.

The Old Tombstone Western Theme Park offers a wide range of family-friendly attractions and tours, from mini-golf to gunfight re-enactments and an Old West Comedy show. Visitors can enjoy Wild West rides, Hollywood stunt shows, panning for gold, and more. The park also features various dining options, trolley tours, and an award-winning performance show called Tombstone Cowboys.
I can't say enough good things about Tombstone. We had the best time and didn't want to leave. Everyone was friendly, there was a lot to do. We loved Big Nosed Kate's Saloon, the mine tour was amazing, the trolley tour was amazing, and the 2 different gunfight reenactments were amazing, too. Lastly, the Birdcage museum and the Boothill cemetery were super interesting! We totally loved all of it!
Martha B — Google review
This is a must! We drove 3 hours and it was worth every moment. There's plenty of western shops. We took the trolley and learned a lot from our driver. Good history lesson.
Paula D — Google review
Longest running comedy gunfight show with gun twirlers, stunts, kid friendly games, gold panning, and mini golf. The cantina is also adorable, and even serves hot apple cider for those who don't drink alcohol. You can take selfies in the jail, a coffin, or cowboy cut outs (put your head through). Don't miss it! The best show in town, if you are not into the Earp killings. We had beers at the cantina with Lefty the cowboy, what a blast! We'll return for the new show opening this summer 2025! Too fun!
Tonia C — Google review
Old Tombstone really really takes you back in time. The museum is an excellent time capsule of artefacts. The live re-enactments add a sense of realism to the well kept town.

The Rose Tree Museum is a tourist attraction in Tombstone, Arizona that contains the world's largest rose bush. The museum is also home to artifacts and exhibits from the average home of someone living in Tombstone at the time the roses were planted.
I stumbled upon this place and I’m so glad I went in! There’s a lot of history to take in as you wander the interior, and the rose tree is a lot to take in on its own. I recommend spending some time under its canopy and taking in its impressive structure and especially that trunk! There’s an overlook as well so you can catch a glimpse of the whole thing. This is a beautiful place and I would absolutely come back ❤️🌹
Sophia J — Google review
Locals can stop in, smell the roses, sit in shady bistro tables, and have lunch! Our favorite quiet place with gorgeous flowers, hummingbirds, and the best museum. Next door to Mom & pops sandwich shop makes it easy to have a bite, out of the tourists way.
Tonia C — Google review
We went to see the largest tree rose in the world blooming. The rose is a spectacular sight even when it's not blooming, but seeing it in bloom was a treat. The museum is well stocked with historical items and the grounds are colorful and quaint. It's worth the $5 fee to learn about local history and get you off the main road and tourist traps.
Theresa E — Google review
The largest rose bush in the world is a MUST SEE! What an experience, especially for rose lovers!! This is my third time visiting the rose bush, and I will definitely be back. This time I stayed in a Rose Bush Museum suite - which has private 24 hour access to the courtyard where the rose bush resides. And I planned my visit to coincide with the rose bush's peak of full bloom. Incredible experience!
Mellyn A — Google review
a little disappointed in this museum and the guy at the door didn't seem like he wanted to be there so why should I be therw
Christina — Google review
Very unique setup, visited a couple of times, and enjoyed seeing it in bloom. Would definitely recommend for any flower enthusiast. My wife absolutely loved seeing it as well as the smaller different color bushes. Entry was $5/person from memory and they accept debit card at the door. Interesting exhibits inside and the rose bush out back, could be in and out in a few minutes or spend as much time as you like.
Cliff M — Google review
We were lucky to visit when the rose bush was in bloom and it was amazing! Staff was friendly and punny😁(mention the fans and he will have you rolling). $5 for entrance (anyone over 14) and kids are free. The museum is small, but they have some amazing things. Texas Republic currency and a wooden bowling ball were something you don't see everyday. The rose bush is epic and so cool! Pictures don't do it justice and it really has to be seen in person, so that you can get a feel of how large the thing is.
Chris B — Google review
The price is $5 to enter. It's worth a visit and lots of picture opportunities. The rose tree is magnificent, and in April, it's blooming season. The museum has lots of pieces, and it's well taken care of. There are lots of places to sit and enjoy the shade under the tree. There were even rose trees for sale. The gift shop had jewelry, soaps, and lotions. Soaps have ingredients from the tree.

Boothill Graveyard, located in Tombstone, Arizona, is a must-visit attraction for those interested in the town's history. Situated on the outskirts of town and home to around 276 graves, it serves as the final resting place for individuals involved in shootouts, lynchings, and hangings. Notable figures such as Billy Clanton and the McLaurys from the infamous OK Corral fight are buried here.
Very cool to experience and history in person! This place offers a in-depth descriptions of the these people lived hundreds of years ago. Many of them tell of how they died. Most ended in tragedy with either being hung, shot, stabbed, and even poisoned! Take your time reading and learning of these individuals who made history. February 2025, $6 for adults. 12 and under free. Gift shop offers many unique items with fair prices. Staff were very friendly and helpful in answering any questions.

We found our visit to Boothill Graveyard to be very interesting. Fortunately the graves were covered with rocks to prevent animals from digging. This also made locating them easy. Many of the tombstones have been restored and a few have pretty humorous messages.
Louis E — Google review
Boothill Graveyard – Tombstone, AZ Just outside of Tombstone, Boothill Graveyard brings you face-to-face with the real people who shaped the Wild West. Standing only feet from their resting places makes the history feel tangible, yet it’s less macabre than you might expect—especially if you’ve studied the history or enjoyed the classic Western films. I recommend saving this stop for the end of your Tombstone visit. It provides a sense of closure, showing not only how the legends lived but also how their stories ended. As a bonus, the grounds are dotted with beautiful examples of Sonoran Desert cacti, making it a rewarding visit for history lovers and plant enthusiasts alike.
Bryan R — Google review
This was my husband's and my favorite stop in Tombstone. We were greeted by a friendly man who was running the gift shop. He kindly showed us a map of the town and alerted us to areas not to be missed. The woman selling the tickets into the cemetary was very informative. She spoke animatedly about those who are laid to rest there. We enjoyed our walk through the graveyard. I was particularly moved by the Jewish memorial. This graveyard illuminates the lives of people who were brave or crazy enough to settle the west.

A Fascinating Step Back in Time We visited Tombstone and had such a great time learning about the history of the town. After hearing the stories and seeing the sights, we were inspired to visit the Boothill Graveyard to see where many of the town’s famous figures are buried. It really brings the Old West to life. It was a unique and memorable visit—definitely worth it if you’re into history or just want to experience something different and authentic. Tombstone has a charm all its own!
Mint M — Google review
$6 to enter and dogs are allowed. They give you a pamphlet to tour the graves that tells you what happened to most and there were so many violent deaths. Very peaceful resting place. There is a gift shop with clean restrooms.
Tony J — Google review
The cemetery itself is 100% a place to stop and see. The pamphlet with information on those laid to rest here is very interesting and really shows how brutal life in the 1880s could be. However before coming, probably call and check their hours are correct. We were all but locked into the graveyard at what we thought was an hour early of closing (it was 5pm). When we rushed back to the building upon realizing it the lady closing the store was a bit harsh. The store was shut down lights off doors locked. She said they were at their winter hours. Which were not posted anywhere, and no one said anything to us when we got our tickets to enter. The lady’s response was to “go online to wherever it’s wrong tell them” so I guess here I am posting to beware of hours and let you know they will lock you in. Posting a photo with the hours for today, still showing they are open til 6, they are not! Worth the stop but super bummed we didn’t get our souvenir as we collect one everywhere we go.
Zoe L — Google review
As a longtime fan of Western films and history, visiting Boothill Graveyard was such a unique and interesting experience. Walking among the old tombstones, reading the epitaphs, and soaking in the rich history of Tombstone felt like stepping back in time. It’s a must-visit for anyone who loves the Old West and wants to see a piece of real frontier history!

Nestled in the heart of Tombstone, Big Nose Kate's Saloon is a historic gem that dates back to 1880 when it originally opened as the Grand Hotel. This iconic establishment not only boasts a rich history, having hosted legendary figures like Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday, but also serves up delicious authentic Mexican and Southern cuisine. Guests can enjoy their meals while being entertained by live country music and engaging Wild West reenactments that bring the spirit of the Old West to life.
Had to come here just because of the history! The food was fast, fresh, and tasty! Had the cheesesteak, the reuben and the southwest sabroso salad...and we were all part of the clean plate club! The staff are uber friendly and quite attentive to needs and allergies. The atmosphere is a mix of modern day country western and old west vibes. Totally a great environment for the whole family! The live music was great, inspiring quite a few folks to get up and dance! Good times!
Tony R — Google review
We had such a fun time here! Late lunch on a Wednesday, we enjoyed live music (he was really good!), engaging chit-chat with a cowboy who dressed us up for pictures at the piano and behind the bar, and great service by Melanie! The food was OK, I think I picked the wrong thing, husband loved his brisket plate. The fried zucchini was thickly breaded and served with ranch. I got the sample platter as my meal but didn't care for the chips, salsa, or onion rings. The buffalo bites were good. That aside, the experience was well worth it as we had a blast!
Melanie K — Google review
We got into town and this was our very first stop! What a fun place! We had drinks and shared the amped up Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, that had Jalapenos and bacon and all kinds of good stuff. We upgraded our order to substitute onion rings, which were really good. Nothing was very hot, but it was good. We were seated at the bar and the bartender was super busy, so I'm guessing our order sat there for a bit. The drinks are great, especially the Bloody Mary's and their Perfect Margaritas. Yum! The atmosphere is fun and they have an elderly man playing decent songs most days. It's really the best bar in town and the others can't hold a candle to Kate's. We'd absolutely go back there again and so should you!

Big Nose Kate’s Saloon – Tombstone, AZ Imagine taking an authentic 1880s saloon and mashing it together with a modern-day dive bar—then adding loud music, lots of energy, and PG-rated fun. That’s Big Nose Kate’s. This place is lively, with good food, cold beer, and live music that keeps the atmosphere buzzing. The staff play their part too, with plenty of personality, bustled outfits, and big smiles that make the whole experience feel like a party. For me personally, the volume and high-energy vibe were a little more than I prefer, as I enjoy a quieter, more toned-down setting. But for those who love lively crowds, music, and a spirited saloon feel, this spot might be perfection. As long as you know what you’re walking into, Big Nose Kate’s delivers exactly what it promises—a five-star, high-energy adult funhouse.

Had such a great exsperiance here. Took a brother of mine to the spot for a snack and beverage and was greeted and entertained the entire time. Our waitress (pictured) was amazing and fully attentive and had great menu recommendations. Will definitely stop in again. **side note, I forgot an item on the table she may have grabbed after we left, if someone could message me here I would greatly appreciate it.

We are visiting from NY for my son’s 21st birthday. We had such an amazing time at Big Nose Kate’s during Thursday night karaoke. Everyone was friendly, the food was great, the atmosphere ever better. It is impossible not to have a great time here! When I shared that it was my son’s birthday, everyone in the place sang along and it’s a moment I’m sure he will never forget. I had a calzone which was delicious and my son had a pulled pork which he tells me was the best he’s ever had. Do yourself a favor when visiting Tombstone and be sure to stop here!

Hands down one of the BEST stops in Tombstone! The vibe hits you the second you walk in—like stepping straight into history but with way better drinks. 🍹 The food was fantastic (comfort food done right), the bar and wait staff never missed a beat, and the owner? Absolute legend. 🙌 A true host who makes you feel like you’ve been part of the family forever. The ambiance is next-level—fun, lively, and 100% Tombstone charm. If you’re in town and skip Big Nose Kate’s, you’re doing it wrong...DONT FORGET THE PICTURES (and check out the ones on the walls too!)

Tasty burgers and westerner (pulled pork) sandwiches. Onion rings were good, French fries very good. Our wait staff was very friendly, with Jasmine being particularly nice. Seating in tables on the floor and elevated in the corners. Bar area is neatly decorated with western articles. Gift shop downstairs.

The Crystal Palace Saloon in Tombstone, Arizona is a historic bar and restaurant with a storied past. It first opened its doors as the Golden Eagle Brewery in 1879 and was later renamed the Crystal Palace. After a fire destroyed the building in 1882, it was quickly rebuilt and became a fine-dining establishment. Today, the saloon features a full bar as well as menus that range from rib eye steaks to buffalo burgers to sandwiches, pizza, soup and salad.
Nice place to catch a bite to eat and take in history and the atmosphere. They even have a pool table if you care to use it. We got there right before they closed the kitchen. We spent $100 for two people so as you would expect it being a tourist place you’re gonna pay higher prices. The people working there are wearing mostly. Except for the shoes because being all day on your feet one needs different footwear. 😁👍
David Z — Google review
We visited this restaurant over Memorial Day weekend, and it was packed with visitors—but definitely worth the wait! We had no idea this saloon was the oldest in Arizona, originally opened in 1879, which made the experience even more special. The food was amazing—especially the all-you-can-eat ribs, which were tender and full of flavor. We also tried the chicken sandwich and burgers, and both were cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was lively and authentic, with live music playing in the background, adding a great touch to the Old West vibe. If you’re in Tombstone, this historic saloon is a must-visit—for both the history and the food!

I had a great experience with the food at Crystal Palace, their steak was really good. However, the service at the bar fell short for me. The bartender wasn't very friendly and kinda seemed to ignore me. If they could work on the bartender's attitude, it would really elevate the whole experience.

Love the building and history in there. Service was meh. The food was pretty good overall, except for the old tasting corn and pouch mashed potatoes.

Great atmosphere. Waitress was great and took time with her tables even tho it was very busy. The food was cooked and made the way we asked. The vibe is historic but for some reason we didn’t feel like it. They’ve done a great job with this location. We would for sure be back.

Mines
Explore the history of the Old West with a visit to the Good Enough Mine Tour in Tombstone. This 60-minute guided underground tour takes you through the Goodenough Mine, one of the twenty-five silver mines that shaped the mining boom in Tombstone. Learn about 19th-century mining techniques and get a firsthand look at how minerals were extracted and processed. Discover stunning rocks, minerals, and historical artifacts dating back over 130 years.
This tour was amazing!! You go under 100+ feet to the mine with the guide. Our guide was Buck and he was extremely knowledgeable and nice. This tour is so worth doing, you’ll learn about the history of mining in Tombstone and how miners did it back then. You’ll also learn about the different types of rocks to be found under there.
Gabrielle S — Google review
We had heard about this dinner tour on our first visit to Tombstone and made a point to come back for it. Robert, our host for the evening, started out with an excellent tour of the Toughnut mine, showing us different key minerals and mining artifacts along the way and giving us the history of how the mines played a key role in the early history of Tombstone. The route through the mine is not difficult (as long as you watch your head in a few places). If you can hike on a rocky trail, you will do fine in the mine. Dinner 100 feet down in the mine is a unique experience and the re-enacted personal stories of some of Tombstone's residents during the meal adds more historic perspective to the character of this part of southern Arizona in the early days. Not to be missed if you are in the area.

I have been to tombstone before but never went on this tour. George was our guide and this man knows this cave. He is a gives a great presentation. Unlike walking into a state park tour, he just tells you a few rules and then gets on with it. Don’t miss this one. It’s a great tour of an old silver mine. The tour is rich on info for how tombstone came to be. A lot of info on your journey underground. There was a lot to learn from this tour. Try to make time for this walk. It’s only a little over 100 feet down and it an easy walk. You will enjoy this one.

I had a great experience George was knowledgeable and compelling. If you get a chance take this tour you will not regret it. Also you can take a trolly tour of the town with a Gordon who looks like a prospector and who knows all the high points.

This place was absolutely amazing! Our tour guide Abby is truly the greatest tour guide we've ever had, she has the best personality for that position! I loved all the history of the mine and being able to go down inside, my kids favorite part was when the lights went out and she used the black light. Seeing where the miners candles burned was so cool!

Old Tombstone Tours LLC offers guided walking tours led by local historian Dr. Jay, who combines knowledge with humor to provide an exciting experience. The 90-minute stroll-through-history allows visitors to walk in the actual footsteps of historical figures like the Earp brothers and Doc Holliday. Good walking shoes are recommended for this highly-acclaimed tour. In addition to walking tours, Old Tombstone Tours LLC also offers stagecoach rides as a unique way to explore the town.
Very surprised to find Suffolk Punch draft horses. At one time they were very rare in England, and are now experiencing a resurgence. So, to discover them in Arizona was a treat. The driver provided a lot of information on this tour. I considered it a good introduction to Tombstone and the characters who inhabited it.
Amy B — Google review
Very cool tour of the town. Coach driver was very knowledgeable.
Keith S — Google review
Learned a lot during the 20 minute tour. Could hear perfectly fine and easy to take pics out of the stagecoach. Kids loved it, too!
Crystal P — Google review
Highly recommend taking the stagecoach tour. It's $10 per person and about a 15 minute ride that circles around town. The stagecoach driver points out places along the way that had historical significance in Tombstone and they give a more accurate retelling of the infamous gunfight that took place.
Katie — Google review
Dunno what some of the other reviews are talking about. They have a speaker that feeds into the stagecoach so you can hear the driver just fine. The horses were kept cool and hydrated before and after the tour. They seemed to be doing just fine. The tour itself was not too fast paced and was entertaining. It was a good time for a reasonable price and the kids really enjoyed it.
What T — Google review
I recommend doing this right when you arrive to Tombstone. Inexpensive, entertaining and informative. The tour guide was funny and the horses are adorable
Vicki L — Google review
Cool to ride in a stagecoach instead of a trolley or bus for a tour. My grandmother was able to board without issue and she does struggle with stairs. You were able to hear the narrator well. The tour is a little short but Tombstone is not a large place. I think it would have been nice if it had been a little longer/slower rather than rapid fire but it was still quite interesting and I would recommend to others.
Ashley W — Google review
For $10 each it was fun to ride in a stage coach. I had hoped the narrative would have been better presented. I’m visually impaired and I look for these types of things. This tour was not well designed. If you want to spend the time giving a commentary make sure the passengers can hear and understand you. You sit in the stage coach with the metal wheels making all kind of noise. Then you have the driver who doesn’t talk loud and talks in a level toned voice then very fast. It wasn’t good. I hope they read the reviews and test it for theirselves.

Doc Hollidays Saloon is an old building that has been turned into a saloon. The atmosphere is really more like a local bar than an old west saloon. We learned that Tombstone is an actual living and working community with many local people frequenting this bar. Very neat.

We had a great time visiting. Our bartender was singing and still had time to serve us attentively. Bar food was typical .
Laura K — Google review
We didn't have any food, and the service was mediocre. Unfortunately it looked like a chaotic mess behind the bar, and it didn't seem like things were getting rinsed or cleaned well between making drinks. We still had a good time though, even though I forgot to take photos. We still had fun.
My N — Google review
Entered thinking it was a nice spot only to be disappointed by the bartender. Couldn’t have been more rude and made a big deal out of canceling one order of fries before they were even out. She started dropping words very immaturely and handled the situation very poorly. Hope nobody else has to deal with that woman. Then the owner did not want to listen to our side of the story at first but at least cooperated later on.

The Longhorn Restaurant in Tombstone is an iconic dining establishment that has been serving American classics for over a century. The restaurant's old west decor and Tombstone themes create a unique atmosphere for diners. While the service may be slow, the quality of the food makes it worth the wait. The St. Louis style ribs are described as extremely tender and juicy, with a sweet and smoky taste when paired with sauce on the side.
First off, I had a great day visiting Tombstone. Also one of my all time favorite western movies. Back to the restaurant. We stopped by a little after 1 pm on Saturday. We waited about 25 minutes for a table of two. Totally worth the wait. I ordered the New York strip. What a great steak. Cooked to a perfect medium. Whoever was in charge of cooking this nailed it. Good job! The staff is friendly and the restrooms were clean. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon too.

We had dinner here and went back the following morning for breakfast. Really good food and service. My only complaint is that they serve Pepsi instead of Coke.
Tony D — Google review
Had breakfast here. They had a sign saying they were using a new POS and to be patient. I felt there was no issues and the staff did great. My wife ordered biscuits and gravy and my daughter and I ordered the breakfast skillet. Every instruction we gave them they followed and the meal was great. The vibe in there is very rustic and pretty roomy.

The wait was a bit long but it is inside a theme park section of town, it’s a very cute restaurant and the servers were really fun and entertaining. I highly recommend the Diablo and the Death by Chocolate Desert. I tasted the apple cobbler and it’s SOOOO good. The texture, flavor, and ingredients are all perfect. Make sure to get your name on a list so can get a table. Great place to eat with your family!

We visited Tombstone yesterday, 5/17, and decided to give The Longhorn a try. I ordered the Josie Earps Spinach Scramble skillet and my husband ordered the Old Tombstone's Cowboy skillet. The food was amazing! The only issue we had was it took 40 minutes to get our food....overall, it was a great restaurant.

Waited a long time for a table. Waited a long time on the waitress. My food order was wrong. I ordered my steak Medium, but it was like shoe leather. Tombstone's Historama is a must-visit attraction for those looking to take a break from the town's dark history. It offers various fun activities and modern gaming facilities, including virtual reality games and multimedia experiences. The orientation narrated by Vincent Price provides an insightful look into the town's history, while the neighboring OK Corral shootout tickets also grant access to this gem.
I have been all over the west Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, even Arizona. This place is amazing! I’ve been to a lot of places where it’s been Hollywoodized , this amazing place is the original and only historically documented OK corral. It is filled with amazing pieces of history that have been saved and salvaged from the desert terrain. Talented and wonderful people rich history very affordable. The reenactment of the gunfight at the OK corral (coming from someone who has read hundreds of books on Western history)?, they do an amazing job ! Today I visited this wonderful piece of history and it was sitting room only and barely. The people the tourists absolutely love this place.

Interesting concept of retelling a very famous story of the origins of Tombstone. Very impressive diorama, which is in a theatre and almost immersive. The story is a good 15-20 minutes long with comfortable seating. I would recommend it for children 10 and up, as it is pretty detailed. But a good concept for learning about the history of the place. Tickets must be bought

Excellent history and gun show a must in tombstone
Sharon P — Google review
This was an interesting presentation on the history of Tombstone, but it seriously needs an update. It was completely white-centric. The Apache were mentioned briefly as "marauders", while the white settlers were "brave". Then the Indigenous people completely disappeared from the narrative, save for Geronimo's surrender. When we know better, we can do better. It's time for the Historama to do better!
Susan E — Google review
Fun but mostly shopping and walking.
Charles L — Google review
The Historama is included when you buy tickets to the Ok Corral show along with tickets to the Epitaph. It's nice to do that after watching the show so you can sit inside and cool off for a while. The historama is super old and spins in 4 different sections showing the progression of the town. It's actually pretty comical when some of the figures move. There's a screen that comes down and Vincent Price narrates in-between the figures moving. The only downside was the lady forgot to turn the projector on so someone had to go out and inform her of it. It was so distracting with doors opening, closing, and a lot of chatter. She should've restarted the show since we hadn't gotten very far in the program.
Katie — Google review
You know, I didn't do this the first three times we went to town but we finally did, and I had fun. It was a nice cool place to sit and relax and learn a bit of history about the town. The Historama is actually pretty cool. I would take someone there again.

Embark on an after-hours adventure through Tombstone's historic district with the Tombstone Gunfighter and Ghost Tour. Led by Mike Jones, this unique tour begins at 6:30 pm outside Big Nose Kate's Saloon and takes you to infamous haunted spots like the Bird Cage Theatre and China Mary's home in old China Town.
This tour makes me want to come back to tombstone for more. As many others have said, it was all fact and you are interacting with the environment. Laura was the perfect host, I would take the tour again just to pick her brain on the history of Tombstone! There were several kids on the tour with us, and she was wonderful and made sure everyone was included, which I know from experience can be a difficult task sometimes with mixed groups of kids and adults. I didn't know what to expect when I booked this, but I got way more than I ever thought I would. The part about Hop Town, China Mary, and My Little China Girl was my favorite! The hanging of Heath gave me chills, because when she helped line my infrared thermometer up with the location, the temperature dropped to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Highly recommend this, even if it's the only thing you do in Tombstone!
Katie B — Google review
The tour was great. It was more history with only a couple of spots about paranormal. Overall though it was still fun and interesting.

Looking for THE BEST ghost tour in Tombstone? Well! Look no further! Gunfighter and Ghost Tour offers the best of the best! Laura truly took us on a journey back in time during our 90 minute tour. She is an incredible wealth of knowledge about the town and all the famous deaths that occurred AND MORE! We utilized temperature and energy readers to investigate very specific locations around town. We got really high readings and we were definitely not disappointed. At the end of the tour we even got a chance to capture orbs on camera at a hot spot on Allen Street. Amazing experience! Definitely returning with friends and family!

This was such a fascinating tour! My wife and I learned so much, and Laura was a FANTASTIC guide. 10/10 would recommend and would do again!
Matthew Z — Google review
Not a Ghost Tour! I tried to reach out the company before writing a review and no response. This tour is misleading. It's a walking history tour, NOT a ghost tour. While, yes, they do give you an EMF detector and infrared thermometer, you do nothing with it. The tour is very historical, sure, but if you are looking for a ghost tour that is fun, spooky and interactive, this is NOT it. We have been on several ghost tours and based on their posters, and marketing, this looked like it should have been amazing, so we booked. Our three sons, husband, and I were so incredibly disappointed and felt like we wasted an hour of time and money on this ($30 pp). No ghosts were spoken of, no use of the equipment, and certainly no gunfight. We walked about 1 block, saw two buildings, heard a TON of history, but were so bored that we turned in our equipment and 30 minutes remaining and left. Will not book again.
Salina J — Google review
Laura is one of a kind. Just an amazing historian her stories are authentic and true. So awesome one of my favorite memories now. And in a series of pictures seconds apart on a shutter. And I caught something. Thank you Laura hope to see you again.
Bonnie B — Google review
This tour was SUCH a disappointment! We were so looking forward to seeing and hearing about the ghosts, but this was really just a history tour of the town. They gave us surface temperature readers which I have no idea what they were for and something else that looked like a stud finder. Not sure how that was supposed to show us ghosts! We bailed after 30 mins into the tour as we knew we weren't going to be able to handle another hour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the Tombstone history, but we thought we were getting a different tour. I would advise another tour company if you are looking for spookies!
Mishiwa — Google review
Great tour! Our guide was Tim. He was very knowledgeable and full of information that I didn't know about. We learned so much about Tombstone outside of the O.K Corral gunfight which was really cool. I enjoyed the whole tour. You do walk outside for the whole tour so make sure to wear comfy shoes!

Very interesting with historical facts. The main ghost, Craig, the purveyor of tickets had plenty of personality?

What a great historical experience. Our guide Tim was able to take questions about any of the history and give deeper details including names, dates, documentation and where it could be found. It was the most informative hour plus that kept my attention and was entertaining . A must do in Tombstone.

E Allen St, located in downtown Tombstone, is a historic thoroughfare that offers an authentic Old West experience. This street is filled with old-timey landmarks and western-themed restaurants and hotels. Once a bustling hub for cowboys and miners, it's now a popular spot for tourists seeking to immerse themselves in the Wild West history. Visitors can witness reenactments of famous events like the gunfight at the O.K.
Was a really neat place to visit n experience. Lots of history to be learned here...

East Allen Street runs dead through the center of historic Tombstone Arizona. Walking down this street really feels like being transported to the old Wild West days of Wyatt Earp and his brothers. Many of the structures are original. What’s really great is that this is a living neighborhood preserved in time.
Louis E — Google review
We visited here during the week so a lot of the shops were closed which was disappointing. But what was open was the okay corral and that was fantastic. We also did the horse and carriage ride which was relaxing, fun The driver was our tour guide and was very informative as we rode down some of the downtown streets.
ShonnaLee R — Google review
It's a very fun place.
Dr. P — Google review
There's no parking on the street itself as its roped off. However, this street is one of the highlights in Historic Tombstone and it's where most of the hubbub and fun is. Each side of the street is jam-packed with stores, mini museums, and yummy restaurants, etc. There's a lot to see and walk through, and the sidewalk is accessible. For parking, you can park on the nearby streets, or park at the lot that a little ways behind the courthouse. Note though, it's very crowded here even on an early afternoon on the weekend. It's nice for people watching though and you can see some of the horse-drawn carriages here and some Western-dressed people.

Very fun show to experience while staying/visiting tombstone! Actors are great & they make it a very lively & fun show! Definitely recommend to see a show while you’re here!

I had a fantastic experience at this saloon theatre! The historical reenactment was fantastic! every single performer was engaging, talented, and clearly passionate about bringing history to life. The atmosphere was lively and immersive, making it feel like stepping back in time. A special shout-out to the lady that was selling the tickets, who was sweet, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, setting a great tone for the visit right from the start. Overall, this place is a must-visit if you're in the area, great entertainment, wonderful staff, and a truly memorable experience. I’d absolutely go again!
Nicholie G — Google review
The show was amazing and really well done. We had spoke to some of the actors before hand and had mentioned we were in Tombstone for my birthday. They were so sweet and incorporated that into the show! Everyone was really kind and willing to help us find stuff in the area and even recommended a lunch spot. I would recommend anyone coming to tombstone stop by and enjoy an incredible gun fight!

We had the privilege of stopping by the Saloon Theatre for some live, historical reenactments of actual battles that took place in southern, AZ. The actors were great, friendly, and kind. They put on an awesome show and clearly had fun with what they were doing! The noise cancelling headphones were greatly appreciated because of the loud, real gunfire. The pricing is completely reasonable as well! Overall, worth your time and money! Go check it out!

Wonderful historical gunfight at this theater. Brought history to life and the performers weren't just good actors, but knowledgeable of the town and friendly! So glad we got to see this show, was not disappointed.
Kellye S — Google review
The only photo we got, because we were SO enthralled by the way these actors portrayed the story. They had us laughing, they engaged with the crowd, they even ‘broke the 4th wall’ which was even better. My husband who knew very little about the history of Tombstone walked away talking about everything he had learned. Another amazing aspect of this show was the noise cancelling headphones due to the loud gun fire. We learned all kinds of interesting things that were not portrayed correctly by the movie, too. Definitely recommend going to watch these amazing gentlemen!!

Silver Strike Winery is a charming family-owned winery located in the heart of Tombstone, Arizona. The winery offers a variety of dry and sweet wines made from locally-grown grapes, including Mediterranean varietals from France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, and Spain. Visitors can enjoy daily wine-tasting sessions in the cozy lounge area and sample flavorful wines that are fermented and aged on stainless steel without the addition of sulfites.
We were in Tombstone for a few hours and stopped in to check out their wine. The gentleman at the bar was friendly and explained how his wife makes all their wine. I LOVE that they are not full of chemicals and additives and the ones we tasted were fantastic. We love supporting small businesses and they will have us added to their customer list
Melissa T — Google review
I bought several bottles. The wine I got wasn’t what I tasted. All the bottles were un drinkable, and I ended up with one bottle of vinegar. The wine was expensive. I would steer clear.
Todd L — Google review
I am not a connoisseur by any means, but my wife and I stopped in today, a quiet Sunday in Tombstone. We were the only ones there and chatted with Hank for about 30 minutes and found him to be delightful. He gave us some tasting notes and we enjoyed all the samples and purchased a couple of bottles. We were at the Arizona wine festival in Tucson just yesterday and sampled many Arizona varieties and these would have held up against any of them. I saw some reviews commented on sediment, and yes there was a very small bit of it but Hank had already explained that there would be and why there was. Don’t let some of the snobbier reviews on here scare you off, was probably the highlight of our quick trip to Tombstone
Adam R — Google review
Who would expect wine tasting in Tombstone-Silver Strike is one of two wineries we noticed. The tasting costs about $15 and includes the glass. We perhaps prefer California style wines however, the owner, Hank, makes the stop worthwhile. He is a character and fun.
Cynthia P — Google review
Small in size but had a pretty decent selection of wine for a local shop. Knowledgeable staff. Moderately priced wine tasting. Overall, good experience!
Breanne G — Google review
I’ll start by saying I really wanted to like this wine. The winery is owned by a very nice retired couple that followed a dream to own a winery. The wife is the wine master, and the husband pours the samples. The entire experience was very disappointing. My friends and I visited a couple wine tasting shops in Tombstone with limited expectations, although this exceeded my worst fears. All of the wines were cloudy and apparently unfiltered with a LOT of sediment. The whites had a distinct smell of various cleaning solvents, and most of the reds looked more like a smoothy than wine. The taste was as disappointing as the appearance. It was all we could do to finish the samples with a smile and politely extricate ourselves from the premises. Enter at your own risk.
Dan L — Google review
My friends and I have enjoyed both the atmosphere and the presence of the owner's company during our wine tasting. Jann and Hank have an amazing pulse on the creation of unique blends using grapes locally, bottling locally and obviously tasting locally. She took her passion and wrapped it around a unique label in the real old west. The sweet wines are a delightful dessert all of their own and I have enjoyed the Reds from top to bottom. Looking forward to the newest creation Pepper Wine! You rock, and thanks for making each experience a unique and enjoyable respite from the day to day grind-locally!
Stacey T — Google review
Wow! Just wow!! This is not tourist wine! This tasting is more than worth it. The Bore doe rivals some $300+ bottles I've tasted and the doc is an amazing petite Syrah. The Riesling is in like none I've ever tasted. These are real winery wines, not grocery store or drug store, but while the bottle prices may be higher than you want to pay the taste of these wines is hundreds of dollars more than they are charging and they are sold for a reasonable price for the quality and type of wines they are. If you want a bargain enjoy the tasting, if you want good, seriously good wine you found it. The owners make the wine on the premises and are wonderfully nice people. Looking for the gem in Tombstone, you found it. Enjoy!

Ridiculously clean restrooms and a ghost swing. Try dropping a deuce after watching a swing going back and forth like Doc Holiday putting the moves on a hotel worker. Haunted swing was the last thing I expected to see in Tombstone, video is a trip
Jay G — Google review
Not terrible, but could use some more playthings for the children. It's the middle of a cool town, this park has the potential to be amazing. I wonder what the towns folk are waiting for
Jeff W — Google review
Nothing too exciting in this park. There's a small iron archway, and there's a small round shaded ramada. By the fence, theres a historic statue. Inside there's a paved accessible sidewalk and there's restrooms. Alongside that is a grassy area- at least it was neatly mowed. At the end, there's a shaded pavilion with a handful of picnic tables. In front there's a swingset with about 4 swings- not shaded. Minimal street parking nearby.

This bar has a great old west theme with ample outdoor seating. The locals are polite and the bartender makes great drinks. Be warned: their volume can be quite loud! It's a great place to relax and enjoy some cold beers.
We visited on 7/17/25 - stopped in for a quick drink. About fifteen minutes after leaving I realized my cash was not in my pocket and remembered pulling my phone out while at Four Deuces. We went back with the smallest of hope that I dropped it there and someone found it and turned it in. As it turns out the bartender found it and when I came back she knew why and had my money. It was over $150 . I thanked her with a tip but wanted people to know the integrity she showed and that she is an awesome human being! I wish I had asked her name - but she told me she had relatives from Illinois (where I’m from) so I hopes the owners identify her and give her a pat on the back!! Thank you!

If you're seeking a thrilling nighttime adventure in Tombstone, AZ, look no further than "Tombstone Terrors: Ghost Tours and Haunted Pub Crawls." This captivating experience invites you to explore the eerie past of this historic town. As you wander through its haunted streets, you'll hear tales of legendary gunslingers and gamblers who still linger at iconic spots like the Birdcage Theatre. The tour is not just about ghost stories; it beautifully intertwines history with spine-tingling narratives.
Digger was incredible and knowledgeable. The story of the town that he tells comes from a place of appreciation and understanding. Digger really knows his history and has his opionions of how things went down that fateful day in October of 1881. I will admit that I am not much of a believer in the paranormal, but during the tour I experienced some things that I can not explain. I 100% recommend taking the tour, and if you can get Digger as a guide DO IT!
C.J. L — Google review
This tour was absolutely incredible. Dani our tour guide did a phenomenal job!! First off I love history and especially dark history, I’m not a fan of the over the top ghost stories that are the only thing the tour is about. That being said, Dani did a wonderful job on this tour of telling you all the history of the town. At each stop we would learn about the history of the stop and what it meant to the town and then we would be told about the ghosts that haunt each place and more about them individually. It was the perfect mix of history, individual stories, and spookiness without being ridiculous! Dani has a great wealth of knowledge and enthusiastic storyteller abilities it was a terrific tour that I would recommend for anyone of all ages, my son is fourteen and he loved it as well and learned a lot. I learned so much from this tour and it is one of the best ghost tours I have ever taken. Tombstone Terrors was a great tour and I’m sure they have wonderful tour guides but if you go I hope you get Dani!

Our tour guide Andrew was amazing. Very knowledgeable and took us to great spots around Tombstone. We stopped at the China Mary and when I sat the emf reader went off but not with my husband 30 seconds after I sat there- supposedly the ghosts only interact with females. 10/10 recommend this tour
Josie J — Google review
My ex inlaws lived in Sierra Vista so I have been to tombstone dozens of times and around 50 times in my life but had never done the ghost tour. I went on Friday the 26th and paid for the bonus places and emf reader. There was a thunderstorm warning but only lightning and a bit of wind on and off. This was the most amazing ghost tour experience a person could have. The tour guide Susan was so knowledgeable about every spot. When we got to the playground there was zero wind whatsoever and the far right swing started swinging sideways on its own which I caught on video. A few of the spots the emf reader got all the way to the orange. I also stayed at the tombstone Grand hotel and right as I was about to sleep I heard what sounded like a chair or furniture being dragged from under me and the room was on the first floor. Anyway I have several pictures and videos and recommend this tour to anyone that visits tombstone city. There are definitely ghosts
Kevin A — Google review
Susan was an amazing tour guide! My boyfriend and I were so excited to hear the history since we’re big history buffs plus the spookiness of it added a fun environment for us to be on edge! Plus got some great photos that I probably wouldn’t have been able to get during the day with other patrons! 10/10 recommend to anyone whose wanting a good ghost tour
