Franklin Park is a very nice mall with an awesome fountain. Lots of stores to choose from, and food court has a wide selection of food options. I will definitely be coming back.

I was there with a large party of people about 14 people took us over two hours to get our food. They were under staff overworked ran out of food for our inconvenience. Manager did try to cop us, but it was nowhere near worth the time we had to wait no apologies. Were enough for the long wait time I spent over $150 on my bill for terrible service and wait time.

Clean mall with great stores!! We went shopping here and found lots of great clothes for my 14 year old granddaughter, plus lots of fun other things to buy. I would recommend.

Went at a time and day where this mall was not overly packed with humans. It was great! We got to enjoy a clean, almost quiet environment. Interactions with shop owners were pleasant. Wish more stores would have been open and available but signs indicated they are in the making. Passing Security humans standing around, as we passed we watched how they stared down our children (all under 12) with not so pleasant facial expressions. I shrugged it off but it doesn't make you feel comfortable to say the least. Especially when we were just walking and passing.

Well I hadn't been around that many people in quite some time. The mall was packed because it was tax-free day. The security was nice and pleasant, meeting and greeting people as they pass through. A lot of the store owners was nice. Went out to the Old Navy store as well. Went to belk's had to get a dress and some shoes from there. It was fun spending that money!

If you, like me, grew up in the 90s, and have felt the absence of real malls keenly in your heart- this is a place for you. I went with my teenager and was instantly transported to my teenage years spent at malls, complete with the food court samples, bustling crowds, bright lights, and even an Annie's pretzel kiosk. I was almost moved to tears, the nostalgia was so real. Go. It reminded me that maybe, just maybe, that part of culture isn't completely dead. Definitely a cool place to spend a weekend day.

Thank you for hosting a wonderful eclipse event! Everything was wonderful and the crowd was so fun. After the eclipse, I enjoyed a quick meal at the food court and did a little bit of shopping. The parking garage is a nice way to keep cars out of the sun, too. I will definitely return next time I'm in the area!

This place is amazing. I have been here before, but I've forgotten how enjoyable a visit here can be! Stopped to pick up a "tanning chair" for my daughter! Decent prices for antiques and collectables!!

You're just about guaranteed to go home with something you didn't expect to find when visiting this antique mall. It's very large inside, it seems as though it used to be a grocery store based on the layout and entryway, so theres many different booths and vendors throughout. From actual antiques to toys from the 2000s, this store has a little bit of everything!

Love this antique mall!! Big selection of items. We went about an hour before closing and the line was super long when we left.

Definitely a spot that I frequent quite frequently! If you’re into nostalgia this is the place for you! I was born in 85 so lots of great memory lane items in here from my childhood/ adolescence. This place is perfect for anyone all ages and every visit there is always something new added. It is easy to spend 2 hrs walking around minimum. Def a must for anyone that loves Antique stores. Guarantee your experience will be a Positive one!

I love coming here. It's a great place to kill a couple hours walking around. If you go with some friends or family, there's always some good conversations and reminiscing. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The selection is vast and the prices are fair.

Every time we go in we see whom we'd say is the owner and he along with the rest of the people working there are always so nice and very helpful. Always find something. Always friendly, Always a smile and Always makes you feel welcome. And never tries to rip you off. This place is great and we will be going back as soon as we have a free day from work!!

This is a never miss for me when I’m up in this area of the state! Fantastic mall, lovely staff, and aisle after aisle of great antiques! Side note, the little cafe in the front is perfect for a half way snack with fantastic prices!!

Used to enjoy coming here, until they allowed people to walk out with carts full of grocery without paying,and years later they decide to check ALL reciepts while leaving. Even as they watch u walk away from self checkout. Its a hassle to wait , catch the actual thieves !!

Not impressed with the new security guards. Makes me feel like I’m visiting a Kroger in a bad neighborhood. I’ve starting going to other Krogers or other stores to avoid this Kroger where I feel like the way the security guards look at me like I’m guilty of something I never did.

Has what I need albeit the seasonally selected items. Aside from that. Stocks well, workers performance and productivity are efficient.

Good grocery store but not as much selection as my local Kroger. Bit disappointing. Still clean with good selection and friendly staff.

I enjoy and feel very safe at this location. I always make it a point to go to this Kroger.

It’s okay shopping, however when loading my groceries, peddlers often ask for money…they are polite, but still not really what I’m hoping for on a shopping trip out with my children….

There are several different shops with plenty of parking...Kroger being one of them plus harbor freight tools

This shopping complex is always dirty and the parking lot has huge potholes. Most of the people who come here are rude and park wherever and however they choose. Especially I noticed in front of the Dollar Tree people park in what's clearly marked as a no parking zone. Nobody from the management of the complex down to the store owner does anything to address this parking issue.

I strongly fux with the plaza but I do not suggest making Friends with the hong Kong buffet folks. They do not respect they neighbors who are ultimately they customers. As we all know love your neighbors as thy love thyself. And from my experience if thats how you love yourself and your neighbors it's better to stay away from that negative energy was a long term customer and always suggested folks eat there but had grew very skeptical shortly after starting going to this buffet. I had a misunderstanding of the rates and available choices for the rate and they were rude dismissive and even vulgar. I figured that were they true colors and as always it turnt out I was right. Stay safe folks❤️

Hong Kong Buffet is the most solid Chinese buffet in all NWO. I've been to most of them here. Not perfect, but they definitely have great chicken wings, good dumplings, excellent frog legs, and they have a bar.

Went to the buffet . It was very decent. Had alot of seafood for some that's a plus for me not so much. (Allergic). So for non seafood eaters there isn't much of a variety for you. But if you do like seafood and 🍣 sushi this is the spot for you!

Good deals going on these days. Appreciate the store effort to keep and maintain several varieties of things.

Haven't been here in over 2 years since they completely dropped the ball on a mattress set delivery and wouldn't fix the issue. Not surprised it looks like it's going out of business soon. Bought something small. The cashier was nice.

The new general manager Michael has to be the nicest person I have ever met....the store looks so great and don't don't forget they have a fabulous full service beauty salon with alot of skill a d very reasonable process and they sell professional products like Matrix. Nixon..Paul Mitchell .Sebastian .and more !

We were in on a Saturday evening to purchase shoes for my daughter’s homecoming dance. There was a gentleman straightening the shoes all around us that literally didn’t speak to us or offer to help, which was fine as we found what we were looking for easily. The selection was fantastic and they were running a great sale. Hazel was the cashier that rang us up and she was the most miserably rude associate I have ever encountered. She motioned for us to come to her register, no greeting, no smile, in fact she didn’t even look at is, just aggressively grabbed the shoe box, opened it, scanned it and gave us the total with major attitude. I even asked her if we were bothering her and she said “no.” At the end she handed me the bag and literally turned and walked away without a single word. It was not close to the store’s closing time, they were not busy at all… I have no idea what her problem was, but that woman should NOT be in customer service!

Just stopping in here to give a shout out to the super nice clerk named Anna! She greeted me with a big smile and was so friendly. The clerk I actually paid for my shirt with was Ruth and she wasn't anything to write home about...typical older Ohio woman "charm" where she had to snicker to herself at everything I asked.

The sale items didn't ring up buy one get one half off. Wasn't told all I needed to do was spend another penny at Penny's literally not a joke to use my $10 dollar off coupon. So I was overcharged 35 dollars and made 10 grand all last year. So now I just give the gift to my dad for Father's Day and hope they will make things right? Or do I blow Father's Day off and go get my $35. Smh something I definitely shouldn't have to do.!

Old strip mall from 60s. Even big lots moved out. Might be a good place to grab some ice at the ice shack there. Otherwise the Firestone service center is original as far as I can remember it was there 60 years ago

Massive pot hole after pot hole after pot hole...when will it end?? But let's build some stupid apartments in the middle that are contributing to the additional pot holes throughout the parking lot areas...absolutely and utterly ridiculous!!

Definitely needs some improvement. I have lived in this area all of my life and this being where it is I wish it still had the stores it once had. It could use more businesses to fill the Empty storefronts and better maintance for the ones there are and someone to upkeep the grounds from trash etc. Possibly offer trash cans in the lot for people to throw their garbage in to cut back on littering. The fast food places are always very busy. The gas station is always busy as well but they do their best to deal with customers with shorter staff.

Used to be better when there was a kroger here. A few little shops pop in and out quite a bit. The parking lot really needs a lot of matinece filling pot holes and cracks and cleaning it up in general but it's hard to see the owner spending money on it when they can't be making that much with so many shops empty.

I like Southland shopping center. I used to attend the planet fitness there I'm glad to see it's still there. it's a convenient location to a number of different establishments. Southland itself has Arby's McDonald's. a couple dollar stores plus other things in the area. I'm very disappointed that the Kroger store went out. I used to go across the parking lot after working out and doing my shopping that was super, super convenient but it's still got a lot of appeal

How long has McDonald's been in business? The girl that just took my order, yes I'm still in the drive-thru, was very sweet and polite. But just now there was this loud incredibly painful screeching from whom I can only imagine is the shift supervisor, hollering and wailing at the top of her voice at some poor kid! I know these people are trained in how to manage and motivate their staff, but Lisa, the supervisor (I just confirmed it) needs to be put on notice about how to treat people. And yes, Lisa, employees are people too! HQ will be getting a letter about this experience.

I usually shop at the laskey road location and have come to this location on a Lexus more than once they seem to have more stuff in stock than the one on laskey road

This dollar store is out of the way for me but I always enjoy this location because they seem to have a few odds and ends the other locations dont.

Prices are always lower than anyone else. Quality is great. I will keep shopping here.

Awesome friendly workers, small but accessible always find items here I don't see at other dollar trees. Only issue I have is the parking lot issues of feeling unsafe due to random strangers walking up on you an out vehicle asking for money. I am disabled an enjoy shopping here because the it's small an easy to walk around in easy to get in an out but as a disabled person I don't like being walked upon an solicited by random strangers.

They need to schedule more cashiers in this busy holiday season, we waited 10 minutes in line, not going back if that's how it is...

Went to pick up a few energy drinks. They have a decent variety and it's hard to beat the $1.25 price. The store was clean and well stocked. The clerks were very helpful and friendly.

Good well maintained shopping plaza, various big name brands so it stays busy in the parking lot, lights are good, main entrance is on the small side which could be a little challenging but otherwise good spot to do some shopping.

Ran into Burlington for a carry on luggage and right inside the door I found what I needed. Was in a hurry so was perfect! I love this store and come when I want to browse bc they have a huge variety of items and love prices! Staff friendly and helpful. Organized, clean store. I recommend.

This area was ok. I went to Sephoras to purchase some make-up products in Kohls. Very neat and clean store.

Very popular location to go to for multiple stores available. Be very cautious when you are driving through the parking lot since it is very busy, parking lot gets full quickly. Watch out for potholes and backup of traffic. Plan accordingly when you are attending any business here.

My gym and my favorite restaurant in the same plaza and there are some great shops here too. Shopping at Kohl's and bed bath and beyond <3

This is a large retail store with a wide variety of middle priced items for the home or the individual. The area location has few other choices of retailers like this. Sort of a "K-Mart" type store. Not too busy to help customers and good staff on hand. Lots of free parking that is a little rough but easy to find and near fast-food places. Recommend!

This place is ok just mind ur surroundings there are some ok shops here but a lot of undesirable people 2 though so be careful

I can't stand this plaza sometimes. There needs to be Security as well. Anybody will walk up to you and your kids and ask for something in this plaza. Shoppers World and. The shops here are actually awesome. I love shoppers World and Save A Lot.

Nice selection. The draw back is that the cashiers often don't even look at you as they ring purchased items. (or speak to customers) Would go across town to get better service.

I usually do not shop at the Manhattan St store but I was in the area so I stopped in. This store is probably twice the size of most Dollar Tree stores I've been to with such a great layout and selection. My big let down though was that (due to spinal injuries) I needed to use the restroom and the employee had just entered to clean it. Rather than allowing me in to use it and waiting 5 mins to clean it she put me off stating it would be back open in aprox 10 mins. I barely held it for almost 20 mins then rushed to cash out so I could find a restroom as this one was still blocked off to the public. So public interaction needs work.

Although there are some great food and businesses at this location, the plaza itself is run down and neglected. It is in serious need of some major upgrades. The neighborhood has some great people and such a large plaza should an eye catcher not an eyesore!

It's one of those things where you have to deal with the environment if you like the stores. The plaza itself is always full of trash and debris and there are often people begging for money and such. But if you can tough it out, the stores are decent!

The only reason I'm giving this place three stars is because the cashier was super nice and very helpful. There were several boards on the building which kinda startled me. Wasn't even sure it was open for business. Also they have people loitering outside which really didn't make me feel like my environment was safe.

Cashier was rude to myself and the customer prior to me. She actually tried to shame the man in front of me because his card declined. I told her I would purchase the items in his bag. It was 5 items, 2 of which were baby items. I told him to take his bag, she actually told him she didn't know why he came in if he didn't have any money. He rushed out and I told my son to take the bag to him. The cashier told my son he couldn't until my order was paid for. I tried to pay for his separately and she told me no, I could only do one transaction. My son had to run all the way across the parking lot to catch up with that poor embarrassed man. The manager on duty sided with the cashier stating she was sick of people doing this. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Ladies (and more vulnerable gents), don't come here at night. Or during the day. If you do, bring your big brother. It's a cesspool of Toledo's most vile and disturbed citizens. A sad place for people with neglected mental health issues, and a place to gather for reasons foreign to me . They will watch you here, they will holler at you, they will yell, they will beg for money, they will follow you, they will ask if you want your shoes cleaned for a quarter, and they will aggressively repeat themselves if you ignore them. They line the sidewalk outside the carryout, the phone store, and the Dollar Tree. Walk with a purpose, and confidence if you find yourself here alone. I've never seen security, or a police presence here. Just get in and get out. If you're not from the hood, just do not come here at all. You're welcome.

When my son stopped caring about his hygiene and appearance, I knew something was wrong. I eventually found out that he had been using drugs so I immediately took him to New Life Addiction Treatment. He fought the whole way there but he realized this road was going to bring him nowhere. I really appreciate that the staff here constantly updated me with his progress and the high quality care they showed my son. Since he completed his program, he’s really matured and took on a lot of responsibility to keep him far away from drugs.

One of the worst McDonald's in Toledo. Very unprofessional. Won't be going back there because I enjoy my freedom. All I wanted was a fish combo the girl messed up my order said I ordered a number 9 which are two cheese burger. The manager said she would which the sandwich out but never did I waited then got up and ordered again.

A wide variety of liquors. Can't go wrong there. Decent area. Big and clean as well. It's only been open for about 5-6 months. Let's see how it goes.

Absolutely love this location. I've gotten most of my makeup from here and they never disappoint. The prices are great and they have a wide variety of brands. Not to mention the customer service is amazing. All the employees are super sweet and completely willing tk help you with anything. Shade matching, a certain brand, skin care, a perfume smell, and narrowing down your options till you find something. If I could rate more stars, I would.

Shopping at The Ulta store at Franklin Park Mall is always a very anxiety free experience. When I come here, I often do pick up orders. Ulta always sends very clear, store specific directions once your order is ready. I know where to go, what I need for proof that this is indeed my order, and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. The store always looks very clean and inviting. Thanks for never causing me additional anxiety.

The sales staff were very kind and accommodating. They took the time to compare products and even let me try some different products after they assessed my skin type. (I love my new lip color!) I was pleased with their recommendations and bought all the products they recommended. Prices are very reasonable. I look forward to shopping there again!

The ladies at this Ulta are truly amazing. I came in today needing some help with wedding makeup and not only did they help me find products, but they also made sure that everything worked with my skin tone. Every one of these women were helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and professional.😊

I went in today to be colored match for Mac foundation and Ray was the staff member that helped me. He was very knowledgeable, polite and respectful. I am illiterate when it comes to anything makeup wise. He match me perfectly so thank you Ray for knowing your stuff and being so patient, understanding, helpful and having top tier customer service. You deserve a BIG raise and I hope you get it!

Sale products sell out fast they do not seem to carry a large inventory! Things are always being changed around, hard to find products, not a lot of staff to help assist customers. Long wait at check out

The past few times I’ve been here one of the employees is always standing around giggling with her friends that don’t even work there. It’s mad annoying especially when they’re all just in your way. Never had any issues with this location before but it’s not the vibe anymore.

I just recently went to this location and surprisingly what made it so horrible was a manager. A female manager was yelling at an employee, who was folding and actually cleaning the store, for doing their job. This manager was just standing there with her iced coffee yelling at this poor employee for supposedly sorting the wrong rack of clothes. This was horrible, retail is bad enough but to yell at your employee infront of customers that could use your help then do nothing. I wanted to go ask this employee if they were okay because no one should be treated like that at their job.

The staff here are insanely rude and disrespectful to their employees. A staff member decided to share her negative opinion about how I looked in an outfit I was trying on. Completely inappropriate, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. I will never shop here again and I recommend that you don’t either.

Didn't end up buying anything but the store is very large and seemed to be pretty clean aside from the floor, which was dirty and had trash and hair on it along with being really dusty. Dressing rooms, shoes, men's dept, intimates, accessories. I like that there is an outside entrance separate from the mall for a quicker visit. It is right by the food court where it's attached to the mall. The one associate I talked with was helpful and nice.

The past few times I've come to this store, I've been really disappointed. I've never been acknowledged. The dressing room (woof) Is ALWAYS a mess. There are literal holes in the walls and dirty handprints, Giant dust bunnies, you name it. I am plus sized, and the options are minimal. With 100's of options for other sizes. I won't be back.

My Daughter loves coming here, and today, I could see why. They have such great deals. For less than $30.00, my Daughter brought home 2 high quality shirts and a pair of new shoes. They have a great selection of clothes for both boys/men's, and girls/women's. I was pleasantly surprised. Great place to shop when on a budget

Xmas shopping here at 5:30 and saw no one to help us we found the boots that we wanted and 1/2 the price. The worst part was waiting in line for 20 mins. with only 1 cashier.Poor girl really did her best and finally someone arrived to help and obviously he did not want to be there.the store was a mess with broken floor tiles to trip over and items laying around.Not a good experience.

My daughter's and I went in old navy in Holland and first thing when we walked in .........SILENCE. No greeting. Even when we got eye contact still not even a hello. RUDE. Then the young lady behind the register literally followed my family around the entire store. We were one of 3 family customers in the store. We went from one rack to the other and I noticed this employee was ONLY paying close attention to us. WHY? When heading to the dressing room where we again were watched by the same employee. At this point t I'm getting a bit irritated because I can now clearly tell she is watching us. And we have done nothing to cause alarm. A second family enters in the dressing room with us and did not receive the same stares. My daughter barely had the shirt she was trying on off before the employee asked if she was done trying it on. A second employee then asks me how we were paying for our purchases because they were having a sale. BUT NEVER ASKED THE OTHER FAMILY SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO US. Now.......I do that want to assume all of this was because I am brown skin........BUT CALL AND APPLE AN APPLE. Please DO NOT ask someone to purchase something after.......NO GREET AT THE DOOR, FOLLOWING AROUND THE STORE, THEN RUSHING US, ......THEN ASK HOW WE PLAN TO PAY.........????????? WHAT KINDA CRAZINESS IS THIS. And we spent wellllll over$150 THAT SAME DAY. Probably won't go back there! Nor will I allow my kids to shop there either.

It's one of my favorite Old Navy stores, i always find what i need because they keep it well stocked here with inventory and sizes. The staff are helpful and always busy keeping everything neat.

Honestly haven’t been to old navy in a very long time. I took my family there today. Honestly I’m not missing much. Staff were generally rude and unhelpful. There were hangers all over the ground that stopped the carts dead in their tracks. I also thought old navy was a body positive store. Wrong again. There was not a lot of clothing over 2xl. Even trying on a 2xl it’s not a true to size 2xl. You might as well rename the store to old navy children’s clothing because that’s the majority of the store.

Purchased a pair of overalls that was on sale online for half of the price in the store. Went to return them, I had to get a new debit card the day before I went to return the clothing items the employee stated that I could not get cash or get it back on my debit card since it was a different card number she tried to put it back on my card told me it wouldn’t go through. She gave me a gift card. After that I called the store manager she said it would be tricky to put it back on my bank card. I went back in she did put it back on my card within 2 seconds I went back and looked at my bank history the employee that helped me previously did put it back on my card then cancelled it so she would have to make it look like I could only get the option of the giftcard. Felt like I was getting scammed. Just want to make other people aware of you get a different debit card they can put it back on and you don’t HAVE to get a giftcard.

This was the first time I went to this place. I went to sips and I really had a nice time there. It was quiet. They had vegan options. I love the pastries that they had there. I had the raspberry. I think it was cream cheese pastry which was really good. It was $5.75 though which I thought was a little expensive but it was delicious and then I had my chai latte - hot, and that was good as well. Not as flavorful as I wanted but it was okay.

Old school memories here when there used to be a Baskin Robbins...but there are some decent eateries here and Sip is a cool coffee house...at the end od Old Orchard nice for taking a walk through...

There's a good handful of places worth checking out in this plaza! We visited Dollop, SIP Coffee, and the Wine Bar Restaurant! Will definitely be checking out more soon too!

We just went to Sip. Very good coffee! Got the cold brew with two shots of espresso and caramel. Would definitely go again!

Went to Cake in a Cup and got a variety pack. The flavors were fresh and just right in sweetness. I have my favorites, but if I tell then there wont be any left for me! They don't have all the flavors all the time so be sure and call ahead or check their website if you are looking for something specific.

Wide variety of shoes, boots, sandals, tennis shoes, dress, and hiking shoes for all ages. I usually check the price online at a variety of retailers before going to DSW, and then you know if you're getting a good price. On most occasions, DSW has better pricing. Fortunately, there are several locations nearby.

The staff was super welcoming and friendly which isn’t common at the mall. They were attentive, helpful, and made sure we knew what was going on the whole time. The store is set up nicely also. I just wish they had some deals every once in awhile. They’re so pricey in my opinion.

DSW in Toledo has a nice selection for women but the prices are nearly identical to Dillard's, and the customer service at DSW does not compare. I passed one employee and the store manager on my way to the checkout; both saw me but neither approached the unmanned register area to ring my purchase. I recommend shopping elsewhere for better customer service.

I'd never been to this shoe retailer until quite recently. I've never seen such a huge selection of shoes for men, women, and children, alike! They also feature a decent selection of clearance shoes, as well. I'm sure the clearance selection changes frequently, but the clearance items I saw currently offered were quite nice and just as appealing as other regular retail products on the sales floor. Lots of mismatched shoes. Always check the sizes. Almost got a 6 and 11 in the same box. Reasonable prices . Clean.

Great place for meat, everything else seems a little high, but the meats are priced lower than most places

Well I don't go to the grocery store no more up there but they do have the grocery store I still love them I stopped by every once in awhile but their meats and everything is very expensive I'd rather be at Kroger's getting my meet Kroger's is the best but they also have the new smoke shop I don't smoke but they have the new smoke shop and the ladies at the counter or the best I go in there and I talked to them the ladies are the best I would not suggest the hair store at this plaza the lady that works in the hair store she's very grumpy and very like pushy on insisting that you make a purchase. But yeah I still won't talk down on them because I am very fond of the this plaza I just don't really go down there anymore like that but this review popped up because I stopped in the smoke shop to talk to the ladies at the front counter and get my breeze.

I've only been to supermarket there which as a great throwback to the days supermarkets weren't giant caverns of shelving. Noticed there's a Postal Office in the plaza which is good to know.

Love that they sell just about every Pepperridge Farm cookie that they make. 🫶🏼👍🏼.

It was good and Clean inside of the Store and it have Some good Prices

Good people but this location is not designed for hwy trucks. Backing is not that hard but to pull out is a nightmare. Be careful as you might hit another trailer while getting out.
