You don’t know a good bakery unless you’ve been to Wixey. Although I’m sure they miss the competition from Hinkle’s, there is no other bakery like this in Toledo. Hands down the best baked goods in the city. All others do their best to imitate.

I had an amazing experience with Wixey Bakery for my wedding cake. The cake was visually stunning and incredibly delicious, especially the Lemon & Cherry flavor. Guests loved it! Best donuts, yeast and cake, in the Toledo area. Trust me, I've looked lol. Well risen and perfectly fried. The kruller is a must to try. The coffee is actually really good, too

The baked goods are amazing. The Almond Joy cookie- incredible. Doughnuts are also wonderful.

The cupcakes are a joke. The price of $2.50 each is a crime. The icying on the cupcakes are very thin and they are very small for the price. I purchased four for $10 not worth the price. I used to think this is a great bakery. Over time it's has declined.

Let me start with back story to lead up to how wonderful this bakery is! They gained a forever customer! My older children lost their dad a year ago (2/19/23). His birthday was 2/18. He lived in Alabama and Mardis Gras was his favorite. My children wanted to have king cake in memory of their dad. I had seen one at some local grocery stores, but was too soon to buy. By the time I needed one, there wasn’t one available. I called several grocery stores and bakeries. I then called Wixey Bakery. They had one King Cake that was never picked up on the Tuesday before. They said they would give it to me, since it had been a few days and wasn’t at its freshest. They suggested heating in the microwave for softness. We had the cake that Sunday. It was perfect! Didn’t need to heat up. Perfect flavoring of cinnamon, strawberry, and cream cheese!! This really made my children’s day 🩵🩵 we will definitely be back to this bakery!!

Super cute place, really enjoyed everything we tried. A few things were a little on the dry side but that’s ok. Came here originally to find some pistachio baklava but they did not have it. Only have walnut I believe is what we got and it was just garnished with pistachios so my search will continue. Otherwise very nice service and a large variety of sweets to try!! They also make cakes too that look great.

Walked in when I was waiting for my milk tea. Overall, acceptable but not something I would strongly recommend. Macaroon - too sweet. Can only taste sugar. Trader Joe’s packed ones taste better. Cheesecake - not good. The sugar syrup is a weird add. Whole foods does a better job. Opera cake - good and is the only item I would get again (maybe) Other pros: Price is reasonable and there are a lot of choices.

I ordered a cake at the last minute for Father's Day. They did not disappoint! The cake looked just like the picture and it was ready on time. More importantly, Dad loved it! I also ordered the Tarte Aux Fruits and... I feel like I could eat that every day and never get tired of it. This was also an "anxiety-free" transaction. It was very easy to order online, which is super important because I prefer to communicate electronically.

I cant say enough about how amazing this place is. The staff is super friendly and everything is delicious. Every time I come to Toledo I stop and get something new. I highly recommend the macarons, and the baklava is perfectly crispy and sweetened.

I walked into So Sweet for the first time on March 3 around 12 noon. I ordered some sweets for $31. The cashier had no change! She probably had one $5 bill and a few coins. How could a successful business operate like this? I left and got my son to come with change and pay for it.

We had the best desserts for our wedding from Eston’s! We had a small, 1-tier, lemon berry cake that was to die for! And then we ordered a bunch of mini cheesecakes and cupcakes for our guests. All the flavors were delicious- key lime, chocolate, buckeye, apple, red velvet, and cookies and cream. We had compliments left and right from everyone! If you need cake or desserts, this is where to go!

We are so so happy that we chose Eston’s for our wedding cake and cupcakes. They were an absolute hit and the best cake we’ve ever had. We have received amazing feedback from our family and friends after the wedding. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend this bakery!

We had their cheesecake sampler at our granddaughter's graduation celebration. The cheesecake was simply the best I've had in my nearly 69 years on this planet ! Thanks to all involved in the process.

We booked Eston's to do our wedding desserts. We decided to do a one tier cake and then an assortment of mini cupcakes and cheesecakes for our guests. We got so many compliments on them - they looked AND tasted great. Donya was super communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend using Eston's for any occasion.

We used Eston's for our wedding cake and oh my gosh, amazing! From the sampling to the cake delivery, everything was great. We had the hardest time picking flavors because they are all amazing. Our cake design was a little different than the standard options and they were quick to make it work for us. The delivery went smoothly. And the day-of, although we only got a bite, it was just as delicious as we remembered. We've already had family ask us to bring another cake to the next get together! We can't wait to grab a cake on our 1 year anniversary!

Had the best experience with estons bakery for our wedding! The cakes quality and taste was unbeatable! We have since ordered many cakes for birthdays and celebrations since the wedding. They are one of our favorite bakeries 💕

We had Eston’s for our wedding last month and it was wonderful. We did the Lemon Berry and Tiramisu flavors. Highly recommend both. The Lemon Berry is possibly the best cake I have ever had. One thing to note, the wedding consultation is not in every day so make sure you know her schedule before going in or calling to coordinate wedding cakes.

Came here for the first time and the staff was amazingly nice. I didn't know what I wanted (as it all sounded so good). The food I got was their version of a Cuban and man oh man that was delicious. I never knew this place had a café or I would have been coming here more often! My buddy got the chicken wrap and the portions are well worth the great price for the food. Will be back for sure!

Our church planned a pilgrimage of 50 parishioners to Rosary Cathedral and utilized Michael’s Cafe to cater lunch at the cathedral and dinner on the bus ride home. The staff at Michael’s was great to work with during the planning process. We enjoyed the baked potato bar for lunch and sandwiches & salads for the ride home. It was a lot to coordinate … the clear communication was much appreciated. The food was excellent! We highly recommend Michael’s for a catering event.

I have been thinking of this bakery since I moved from Toledo. Now that I'm back, one of the first places I had to visit was Michael's, and it was just as delicious as I remembered 30 years ago. I can't get enough of their salads and breads 😋

I've been going here since I was a little kid and unlike everywhere else that cuts corners to save money and compromising their taste, this place does not and still has the best quality and tasting foods after years and years!

Kind of upset about my food yesterday. Things are hit and miss. When you buy a $7 cup of chicken and dumplings, you expect there to be chicken in it. Mine had two pieces of chicken and a bunch of dumplings. I also bought a side salad that I couldn't eat. Brown lettuce.

I had the shrimp and fresh cut fries. The shrimp was disgusting. They were soggy in the middle and tasted freezer burnt. They did offer a replacement. This is not usual for them. The food is normally made fresh. Everything else, except the buffalo sauce(VERY spicy buffalo), has been delicious. I've been going there for years. I love their lemon pepper chicken and their cheesecake.

This was two separate orders of which I thought i’d give them a second chance since I’ve had so many good ones. However serving over cooked bad gyro meat shouldn’t be acceptable. Not just that but i asked but the sauce on the side this second time and got old crusty meat again and no veggies.

I always love eating at Tiger Bakery! They have many vegan options which is what I eat while I'm there, and I've never been disappointed! If you eat meat, and are looking for halal their meat is halal here. This has become a regular "go to" local spot for me!

Just an absolute treasure in the city of Toledo.Always fresh, friendly staff,fair pricing and value for the money. Extensive menu.I recommend a lunch special that gets you a sandwich (wrapped) with two sides for under $10. Today I had Kefka, with hummus and tabuli. I think they may just have the best tabuli in the city.If you have not visited, you need to.

Best lunch spot in town. If you are looking for a crash course in Mediterranean cuisine, this is the place for you. The staff is incredibly helpful and will allow you to sample the great variety of dishes. But in all honesty, I pick at random, without sampling, because I know I'll be coming back next week to try what I have not. Be sure to finish your meal with Turkish coffee and a slice of baklava or kunafa. The freshly baked kunafa brought me back to the shores of Haifa where everyone seems to have an opinion of where to find the best kunafa in town. Little do they know, there is a bakery in Toledo, Ohio that could compete with the best of them.

Never had a bad thing from here!!! Everything is so so good & the employees are helpful & friendly! The bear claws & cupcakes are some of my faves.

Day Old Doughnuts Unlimited more like it. I used to love this place. It’s gone downhill and not sure if it’s management or the employees just don’t care. It looks nice and clean inside. I went here on a Sunday morning for a couple of apple fritters. They gave me the worst tasting doughnuts ever. They were burnt, old, and tough. If they weren’t day old, an I swear they were, then it’s hands down the worst fritter I’ve ever had. And They use to have the best apple fritters. I couldn’t eat them. My wife tasted one and spit it out. I wanted to go back and get my money back but was in hurry. I don’t write poor reviews - but I’ll make an exception for this experience. Never going back.

Ordered a cake and cupcakes for my child’s 30th birthday. The birthday was a seventies theme. The cake we mentioned something 70’s as decoration as well as the cupcakes. They did an excellent job!! Not only was the cake delicious- champagne - but the decorations were perfect! They did tie-dye around the sides and daisies on the top. Lots of colors around the sides. The cupcakes had a big daisy on each. Everyone commented on how beautiful both were and the flavor and moistness of the cakes was amazing! Thank you for doing such a great job. I have ordered from here before and will again.

I live maybe 10 minutes from this Bakery Unlimited but I’ll drive to the one all the way on Sylvania because the staff on Secor are so rude. I gave them multiple chances thinking maybe they’re having a bad day, and every time I go and no matter who helps me the service is always the same. The pastries are amazing but the staff are not!!

I have stopped in to get Apple Fritters, and I love them. They are just the right size and are moist and very delicious. I like their donuts, cream cheese muffins, and sugar cookies, but the Apple Fritters are my favorite. The staff is pleasant and friendly each time I have been in there.

This morning I stopped by Cafe Donuts for the first time ever! It was so good! I started out just ordering a vegan cake donut, and vegan apple fritter. Then the lady taking my order asked if I have had their vegan cinnamon roll, and I told her I hadn’t and this was my first time there. I told her to go ahead and throw one in, and she told me that I’d love it, that it’d be hard to believe it was vegan, and that it would be my favorite. She was right on all accounts! I’ll definitely go back!

Cafe Donuts single handedly saved the day for our child’s donut theme breakfast birthday. We discovered that Krispy Kreme was just… closed despite placing a pick up order earlier in the week for this. This was at 9 AM and we had no treats for a party! We called cafe donuts in a panic- we had 60 people to feed! By 10:00 AM, we had 200 freshly made donut holes and four dozen raised glazes with sprinkles to match our theme still a bit warm from the fryer on our party table- even including a special donut with multicolored sprinkles in a box labeled “happy birthday!” The person picking up said every employee was working impressively quickly to get this order out the door in under 30 minutes from phone call to car! My frantic husband even noted that the manager was calm and collected when he was definitely not, suggesting the right number of donuts and types! I cannot express how extraordinary their customer service is. We already loved their donuts anyway, but I have to say I don’t know that we’ll ever go to another bakery in Toledo besides Cafe after this day saving experience!

The girl was soooooo sweet who worked there. And all the donuts looked amazing. I know my friends and family will love these treats. It is very cute inside as well. The long John looking one is delicious. This is also a local donut shop, so support small business owners! Go here, better then the chain donut stores.

Now I love Coldstone, but my ice cream wasn’t even filled up to the top of the cup..for how expensive it is you would expect for them to at least fill it up to the rim. I have gotten ice cream here before and they piled it on, so that the scoops reached well over and were rounded (as they should be). The girl working was very friendly and there were plenty of mix-ins that were incorporated well. I hope I get more ice cream next time. I am sadly addicted.

Of course Cold Stone is known for some of the very best ice cream, but on top of that this location has an extremely kid friendly and super kind staff. If that wasn’t enough, I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and you can rest assured you are supporting a true community serving professional!

Have no been here for a while but had a craving. We tried the Halloween special with boo batter ice-cream. The love it size is misleading. They cram that thing full and there is no way to even eat half of it. Tasted good enough and was prepared promptly. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

This pace is a rip off and full of Very rude service crew. They take customers for granted, and they cheat on the price. We ordered only 2 signature cream out of 8 items we ordered, but they charged every thing to the signature price. When we asked we were told that the prices have increased its a total lie and the bill showed as signature cream. So they are charging normal three scoop scream for the price of signature cream that is effectively a dollar extra. Total rip off. Indeed we pointed out the mistake and asked the response was totally pathetic at first they said prices have gone up and then, they have billed already and they can’t change it. Seriously, this is horrible to the core, when we call the manager to clarify, the person never turned up. Very very totally dissatisfied experience.

The concept of this business is taking good ice cream, and folding in tasty toppings of you choice, over a chilled metal sheet. Thus the name cold stone. You can make any combination but i like the founders favorite list. Prices are a little high but its worth it for the quality of the product.

Honestly every single time I come here it’s a bad experience. My drinks are always made wrong & taste nothing like it should, never consistent. My drink I ordered was wrong & when asked to fixed it they did not remake my drink all they did was add to the one already made. It looked & tasted nothing disgusting, it was so rude not to take the time to make the CORRECT DRINK I PAID FOR. As a paying customer it’s honestly so annoying bc I work hard for my money, food is a reward so when it is made with little effort it really makes it feel like a waste of my hard earned money. It sucks because I already know how it’s going to be coming to this store. They workers are always disrespectful ( I have had 2 workers who were actually nice but other then that all bad experience) you can tell they want to rush you out, even with no customers behind me they are in such a hurry to throw your food out the window & get u moving, the food was not cooked all the way, they forgot a donut I ordered & they didn’t even bother fixing the mistake they made on the drink. I have learned my lesson about coming to this specific location I would rather make the drive to Perrysburg where they are actual decent human beings who cares about the job they are doing & the FOOD they are serving. At the end of the day you are working in the food industry you should care about the food ur giving people to eat & the service ur providing, I know it’s fast food but at the end of the day it’s bad service & I will not be returning. terrible experience this morning. i usually go through the drive through but went in today with a friend. both of our orders were messed up. i ordered a grilled cheese and had american cheese and a mysterious condiment put onto my sandwich??? my friends order did not get made until we were asked what else we were waiting for. her order was also wrong. bonus points for the extra chips

My drink was so sugary and tasted like pumpkin spic. I ordered the cookie butter iced capp but got this sugary hell. Jk lol it wasn’t bad. I also got dem timbits which I thought was okay! Could have been fresher

I'm not a big complainer but literally ruining my morning I'm going to complain! Cold sausage egg biscuit for one the donuts tasted like they were made in burnt oil for 2 then you put my Boston cream donut in the bag chocolate side down so when I pull my donut out it takes the hole top off ! It's been months since I stopped and spoiled myself with fast food chain breakfast and instead of being the ok normal I get ( I could care less ) service . I know not to expect much from fast food but this is crazy . I literally offered to get my employees Krispy cream donuts Mondays and Tuesdays now to not go to that crap store and yes I understand it's not the hole chain but this is disgusting!!

I would love to hear back from corporate about my experience. The Manger with the tight shirt, buttons look like they were about to pop off into someone drink, the lady who look like Peter Griffin have a bad attitude and poor customer service.

The one thing that went right is they did heat up my muffins when I asked. Ordered 1 latte and 2 muffins to grab on my way back on my walk. 20 mins later walked into this old building. 5 people behind the counter 1 person in bakery and 7 customers waiting. Only one of the 5 ppl was taking orders and making them. The rest were huddled in drive thru area. I was there 30 mins and walked out with room temperature coffee with only 1 shot of espresso (I paid $11 for 3 shots) and I saw her make 1 shot and put it in with milk. Not a single person smiled at me and with 6 employees on a Monday morning you’d think service would be fast and friendly.

The staff is always in a bad mood here. They are consistently rude. I won t be back in like biggby better anyways. Should have known better to stray

2 people setting up the stand on 5/24/24. Calendar said open. I asked the lady if it was open and she ignored me, moved away and kept doing something Else? Asked a second time thinking maybe they didn't hear me... Said excuse me a third time and then walked away 😅 Bizarre...

I am very disappointed with my recent experience. Not only did I have to wait for my order, but when it was finally ready, there was barely any cinnamon and sugar on it. If I had wanted plain, I would have ordered plain. This was both frustrating and a waste of money. I expect better quality and service, and unfortunately, this experience has left me hesitant to return.

I got the cinnamon sugar bites and they were very dry and very bland. Not to mention there was no cinnamon OR sugar on them! Dominic was the one serving us and he had no gloves on and also vaped right in front of us after helping us.

not worth the over 10 minute wait first of all. Second of all when waiting we stood at the wall instead of the counter so we werent in the way of the huge line and when we were finally helped one of the workers said to another one that it was "weird" that we stood where we did. Like we just wanted to be out of the way?! I just think if you cant be nice and understanding to customers you shouldnt be in customer service 🤷🏼‍♀️ they charge you for the sauces with the pretzels too, even just one. It's crazy

When I walked up to the counter to order, I was barely greeted. My pretzel bites were already sitting in a cup under the heat and I got cold cheese. The pretzels have been sitting there for I don't know how long and we're cool and kind of burnt. This is a disappointment. I usually love love love their pretzel bites. But I will not be going to the Franklin Park Auntie Anne's anymore.

These pretzels are AWESOME!! My son got the pepperoni nuggets, I got the original, and my daughter got the cinnamon and sugar nuggets. Her's had about a full cup of the cinnamon sugar around the nuggets, which I thought was too much, but my daughter loved. The pepperoni nuggets were a little greasy, but my son liked them.

This Tim Hortons is fantastic. I’ve been coming to this location for about a year now and I have nothing but good things to say. They always get my special ice coffee order correct and the coffee is always good and fresh. Everyone there is extremely kind…Tay and Adrien are my favorites. Tay and Adrien are extremely personable and always friendly… I can go to another Tim Hortons that is closer to me…but I chose to come to this location. They are the best 😁

I absolutely love Tim Hortons, the only problem I have? is that if you buy coffee at any Tim Hortons establishment, they taste different. I order almost the same thing every morning at Tim Hortons on Reynolds . Taste great in the morning but once I go to another Tim Hortons or after first shift, it taste different?? 7 sugars and 4 creams and it’s perfect at the Reynolds location in the morning. Go to any other Tim’s Hortons establishments and it taste totally different?? However, first shift Reynolds road. Excellent!!!

Food looks terrible. Threw it away! Rubbery bacon not cooked. Cheese completely off sandwich. Rude customer service. 1st time coming here so it's a disappointment! I won't go back to this tim Hortons on this side of town again!

So much potential but the consistency is horrible. Good one day and horrible the next. The menu is so simple, how can it be so different all the time and from store to store. Love what they have but they consistently screw it up...all the time. Management issue? Training issue? There's enough other competition. That need to figure it out.

I’m here to give the scoop on the restroom… no toilet paper! They only have the brown paper towel. That does not cut it at all! Do better, go to dollar tree and get some if you are out!

I was short on time so I placed a mobile order as seen in the attached picture. The other picture shows what I actually got. Only 1 of the 4 items I received were actually what I ordered. The main drive-thru person was very understanding and tried to help with alternate donuts because they only had 1 of the crullers. That was understandable. But when I received the sandwich, I was extremely disappointed. I told her it was the wrong sandwich. It was supposed to be the everything croissant. It was not. I heard a voice around the corner say it was what was ordered. I showed my phone screen showing that it was not. This other worker kept arguing that it was correct. When she finally came around the corner, I told her that it must be a problem with their system then. She begrudgingly said I’d have to wait four minutes for more eggs. Normally I would wait, but I had to be somewhere and didn’t have time. So this person sarcastically said “Have a nice day.” While I may have raised my voice as she kept arguing with me, I never once swore at her. Having worked customer service, I know that the goal is to de-escalate situations like this. But she was determined to be right (even though she clearly was not) and it showed in her poor customer service. It’s sad that some of these places don’t even care about getting orders correct anymore.

My service at the Tim Hortons on Central Avenue was so relaxing. The staff there was so kind and polite. The manager there was also amazing. She was so understanding and listened so well. I especially liked how amazing my food was. I ordered a sandwich and a coffee and both were amazing. All in all amazing experience.

Everyone is always joking and getting along when I visit. My order is always correct and it takes them no time at all to get it ready. It's refreshing to watch the staff interact so nicely with each other. Definitely recommend this location.

Ordered 2 bagels w/ cream cheese. They put so much cream on them, that I couldn't eat them. It was literally coming out the bagels. I asked for them to be lightly toasted, and they weren't. This experience has turned me off from eating there again.

Love their ice caps and usually their bagels but lately they always burn them and your charging almost 2 dollars for cream cheese and there isn't even enough on there to taste it??

I’m gonna keep this short. This review involves the manager Francis on first shift. First incident me and my ole ladies wraps were Made wrong so we came back to get it fixed and she made it out to seem like it was a problem on a mistake she made. Fast forward two dsys which is today we get a Red Bull energy style drink light ice pictures provided and it wasn’t filled properly. We come here every morning spending $15-$20 this money will now be going to a different establishment.

A very comforting feel inside the place, and the lattes are on point. Some of the best donuts I've had as well. Customer service is a little slow, but it's worth the wait, and employees are very kind and patient. Would absolutely stop by again, you guys have a new customer :D

I wanted a breakfast sandwich with no cheese and ordered two of them an they got it wrong with cheese an I can not even eat the cheese an there no egg as well an they didn’t get my coffee right with no sugar or creamer with it so please say everything you get before leaving next time an make sure the food not cold as well

I come in every morning and only order coffee due to the horrible service and nasty attitudes from employees, today I was feeling a sausage and cream cheese English muffin, I asked for double sausage and just cream cheese, the Team member that was on drive thru speaker was absolutely amazing and the window expiditor was one of the best they have, if they ran their store with these employees everyday it would make a great positive impact on their store. Awesome job this morning guys!

Went to get a little sandwich today. Took a bite, egg yolk looked a little green. Figured I was being a little picky, kept eating cause the cheese and suasage were delish. A couple more bites in and suddenly I get a revolting taste like fish. Here even the egg white is green. It's spoiled and I have eaten half a spoiled sandwich. Went inside and the staff was very quick to get me a fresh new one made. They were kind, apologetic, and prompt. Great service. Took a look at the new sandwich, there is green tinged all over this egg as well. Both sandwiches had spoiled eggs. I don't know that I will eat here again... or at least not for a while.

$9.16 for a turkey bacon club. no coffee, no cookie, JUST THE SANDWICH. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE A CUSTOMER. had i had more time you wouldn't have received my money!!!

Went through the Drive Thru and ordered an unsweetened iced tea. Got home and it was a sweet tea. I've called several times but the line rings for a long time and then disconnects. Won't be back. Also charged almost $20 when I only got the iced teas, iced coffee and mini puff pastry.

Customer service was substandard; the cashier may have been having a bad day. Seemed like she'd rather be pretty much anywhere else. Donut and coffee were better than average. Not as clean as it could be, but not not terrible, either. As a side note, the dead bug on the windowsill was still there when I visited again the next day. Are they afraid to touch it? Or are they like, "Don't bother him; he's sleeping." Customer service was exceptionally better the second time around. Prices comparable to Starbucks or Panera. Free WiFi. ⭐⭐⭐

Food and speed of service were great. Only half of the ordered drinks were consumable. Staff did not appear to be happy that they were working.

Every time we go through the drive through they get something wrong with our order. This time it was our coffee! I need my coffee in the morning and it was all creamer! It was horrible! We go there during the summer time because we have our boat over that way, you are our go to when we need something quick, and for my grandson who loves your Timbits. Just seems the last 2 summers it has gone down hill with our orders and service.

This location hardly ever has the donuts you order. The customer service rep said they don't have any new donuts made after noon.

They don’t make donuts after 12:00 and the lady was so unprofessional and rude why would you not make donuts after 12:00 pm ????

I've tried to give this place a few chances but everytime I come to this location my order is wrong and just thrown together, which sucks because usually I like Tim Hortons but this location needs some serious training.

The individual cookies are amazing. Always soft and chewy, though last time we went they didn’t have many flavors out to choose from. I’ve never tried to order one of their cookie cakes though, which it seems many people have bad experiences with.

Purchased a cookie cake for my son’s birthday today at the one in the food court. Served for after dinner to 5 adults and it was raw in some parts/middle. Tried calling and no one will answer the phone. So not happy especially after paying just shy of $40. 😩🤮

I used the online ordering to order a 16” x 16” cookie and was given a round cookie - the store didn’t give a price adjustment like they said they would. I had someone else pick up the cookie, they reviewed it for wording but didn’t know it was the wrong size. I called the store, they offered to bake another one or give a price adjustment if I brought it back to the store. Except, they couldn’t bake a a square in time and I didn’t have the time to drive all the way back to the store and back to work in time for our office lunch. We decided I’d keep what I had but they’d provide a price adjustment to my credit card. They never did refund the price difference, even after an online complaint. These cookies used to be quite the treat and something special - they are not worth the price anymore! Another victim to shrink-flation. Cookies are super thin and this store in particular holds back on the frosting so that you’ll buy “full frosting.” With all the wording I had, I thought it’d fill the cake, they made sure it didn’t. There are too many other bakery options out there - I will never order from them again.

If i could give zero stars i would. She took a picture of what i wanted and everything. The name i gave her was spelt wrong and you can’t even read what it says. Paid 37.99 and apparently they made the baseball smaller because she didn’t charge me for “full frosting” i would’ve paid extra for what i wanted if they would’ve called and let me know. She told me i could bring it back and they’d make a new one but i laughed and said “i can’t because the party’s in a half hour” you LOST MY BUSINESS.

I haven't bought a cookie cake since pre covid times. My daughter wanted one for Christmas and they aren't the same anymore. The cookie was half the thickness and crunchy instead of chewy. Bring back the old style please. The cookie I just bought was a huge waste of $40 bucks.

Purchased a cookie from here in 01/14/23, preordered. Picked it up at 545, dropped it off to a party at 630. Cookie was hard. How embarrassing. Nobody ended up eating it and they threw it away. On Monday, I Called and asked to speak to manager with no return call. Called again Tuesday and he “just left” left my number for him to call back, never did. Found out his name was Ryan. Talked to assistant manager on Wednesday and she said I can only get a refund if I bring the cookie back. I then asked again for GM to call, he never did. I wrote them on their website Thursday and district manager, Chad, called. Said that he would send me a coupon but wouldn’t give a refund unless I bring the cookie back. I asked if he stood behind his product and he said yeah for 25 years. I explained I’ve never had this issue before. I also couldn’t believe the store manager never called me back. Chad told me to “check my voicemail” Which I did and he NEVER Called me back. I further explained to Chad that due to the terrible service, I wouldn’t come to this location again. Since I wouldn’t accept a cookie coupon, and he wouldn’t give me a refund, the call ended. Arrogant and rude. CHECK YOUR COOKIES BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE.

Cookies are great but customer service sucks. I went to Great American Cookies 7/27/22 and the 3 employees were playing the card game UNO. So I had to wait for someone to get up and take my order. At least play the card game in the back and not in front of people. As a society all stores and restaurants in the future will be all kiosk and robots because no one wants to work nor do there job correctly. I hope this job doesn't close.

Everytime I order an ice Matcha I always say LESS ICE, but for some reason they give me way too much ice!!

This location has the friendliest people on staff! I've been here many times and it seems to run like a well-oiled machine, I have never had a long wait or a bad experience. I actually prefer Starbucks products but keep returning here for the excellent service.

The iced holiday cookie, spiced cookie iced coffee, and the toasted white chocolate signature latte are my seasonal favorites here, with the frozen hot chocolate being my most favored. At this location the employee did a great job accommodating me as I couldn't seem to order for myself that day and needed my partner to order for us via a speaker phone. My one issue is that when I did speak up to ask for extra flavor, it went unnoticed and the request was not honored.

(7 am crew) - Y'all are so great! It doesn't matter if I am running late and you guys have a long line, I am never there long. Y'all are always so nice and always get my coffee right. Best part of my morning.

I been coming to this location from a week everyday i spend $20 every time I take matcha latte they don’t mix it well and i always see the powder sitting down in the bottom. Apart from that i say less ice they do more ice. For a change i got dunkalatte today it comes with coffee milk they gave it with regular milk. When i call them they simply hang up the phone. will never go there again…

I got an iced matcha with sweet cold foam, and brown sugar, and it was the best match I’ve ever had, way better than Starbucks’s matcha, there’s is disgusting, the employees are always super friendly and helpful, and the inside is always super clean, 10/10 I 1000% recommend going here.

Workers have private conversations with friends at the drive thru when customers are waiting. Ordered a hot coffee and they wanted me to drive around to the front to wait for it which I find odd. Then I go and wait and I’m waiting for a while and they did not come out with my coffee, so I had to get out of my car and go in and request my money back because it still wasn’t ready when I went in. I have never in my life experienced this kind of mess before at a Dunkin Donuts. The workers here are unprofessional and I would never go here again. I’m disgusted!

I have no idea what all the negative reviews about. Everybody here is super friendly and ultra nice. On top of that the cupcakes are sublime. Each bite was moist and delicious. The attention to detail was great. The frosting was creamy and delicious. The facility was clean and great display. Would recommend this place to anyone. Will definitely be returning.

Best cake pops in town!! I come mainly for those. Lovely people; nice, comfortable ambience; decent prices; excellent cake pops. I recommend the chocolate chips ones. They have chocolate chips baked inside of them. 🤩 They also change their cake pop flavors every week so there is always something new to try. Nice place.

Glass City Cupcakes is such a cute bakery and coffee shop. They have the best cold brew in town and they always have a variety of coffee syrups with a ton of sugar free options! My friends and I have had a blast doing her craft classes that she offers. I would definitely recommend stopping by and ordering a coffee flight. :)

Great attention to detail! We asked for a firefighter themed cake and cake pops. We were pleasantly surprised at how great they looked and tasted! 5 stars, would highly recommend!
