Handel's is always delicious. When I'm in Maumee visiting from out of state, we always make the 17 minute drive out there because it's that good. Make sure to try their peppermint ice cream during the holidays. It's delicious!

This is the worst ice cream I’ve ever had and I didn’t think ice cream could be bad. I was hoping real ice cream with minimal preservatives and does because “made fresh” this key lime pie burned my tongue with how synthetic the lime was, the ice cream was NOT creamy and the flavor was just gross. I should have trusted the last review. Go get Tillamook from Walmart and be blown away by what good ice cream tastes like

Gave it 2 stars because my family likes the ice cream. I’m upset because I brought out my 3 young kids because they wanted this particular ice cream shop and I checked the website and they said it closed at 10pm so we packed up in the car and got there at 925pm and as they are taking an order they tell the rest of us waiting in line that they are done serving for the night…. Would have been nice for them to put a disclaimer on their website if they are going to stop serving early even though they close at 10pm!!

Long time ice cream and treat shop on the corner of two of the busiest roads in the Toledo/Sylvania area. Plenty of traditional and exotic flavors of ice cream are available, as well as other fan favorites such as floats, shakes, and more. Prices are competitive and the staff is eager to serve! Free parking surrounds the building, and there are several outdoor benches, chairs, and tables to sit if you want to enjoy your treats by yourself or with others.

Handel’s was my family’s introduction to the weird ice cream place obsessed culture that we moved into transplanting ourselves from the South. Sure, we had decent ice cream, but the culture of the stands here is vicious and competitive and very active, and my son fell in love with the flavors here. I have stood in line here, both in the summer heat and waiting in a cold car to get ice cream for my family, and no flavor has disappointed us so far. The seasonal fruit flavors are always a hit with my mother and wife, and my son loves cookies and cream with sprinkles. Size-wise smalls are large and larges are amazing, though some neighbors told me I just don’t eat enough ice cream. Cannot say enough positive. One last tip: Tip the staff! Give them an extra couple bucks for helping you, for college, for a car, for a movie night, whatever young kids need money for, they are always nice and cheerful, and they deserve it!

Flavors are delicious and a lot to pick from. I picked the coconut cream pie. Found this to be very tasty. Would definitely order again.

I ordered the mint shake and it tasted no better then McDonald's. All they did was add some kind of artificial green syrup to a vanilla shake and blend.

Ordered lunch. Was given the wrong thing. Ruined my lunch because I was starving and did not have time to go back. Called and no answer. Returned after work with receipt and items uneaten and was RUDELY and DISRESPECTFULLY treated by young manager, stating she would not be making it right (twice as i was in disbelief and asked again), that I should have brought it back before then and would be paying for a remake. Obviously NO MANNERS, management or customer service training. I won't be back.

I ordered a small peanut butter sundae with 3x extra peanut butter and a chili dog. The chili dog was fine, but the sundae CLEARLY did not have 3x extra sauce. In fact, it was almost entirely ice cream. If that was "3x extra," what the hell would normal look like!?!? I also did not get an itemized receipt, so I have no idea how or what I was charged for. What I do know is that it cost me nearly $10 just to be disappointed.

Terrible horrible service I ask for choc/van twist with krunch koat … simple request. Rude not knowing how to follow simple instructions like bro it’s Netty’s. I received a van cup with a light pink substance. I’m 8 months pregnant so yeah I’m annoyed.

Chilli dogs weren't the best but ice cream is good

This was a case of High Expectations and maybe poor timing?? I drive by Mr G's Barn at least 3X a week and often see long lines stretching for over a block. That is a sign of a good place to get some Ice Cream. I decided to to stop in with my Sister and give it a try one evening right around 5pm. We beat the lines there and there were only a few cars in Drive Thru and no one waiting inline at the counter. This is where thinks started to disappoint... 1st disappointment: Waited 10 minutes for anyone to open the counter Order Window to take our order. Priority was being given to the Drive Thru customers. (Not uncommon) By now the lobby area had gone from no waiting to about a dozen folks waiting. It did not take long for us to get our orders, which were one small Chocolate soft serve in a regular cone and a Chocolate Malt. As soon as I saw the Chocolate Soft Serve Cone, I was the 2nd disappointment because the Ice Cream was "Darker" than it normally is and that was due to it "Re-Crystalizing". This is when the Normally Smooth, Creamy Soft Serve Ice Cream becomes "Icy" and not smooth or creamy along with a bland, Icy taste. (Not uncommon) The 3nd disappointment was noticing that the Ice Cream had not been "Rooted" into the Cone, but merely started at the top of the cone, leaving the cone very "Top" heavy with no foundation to hold it into the cone itself. (Not uncommon) None of these disappointments were unusual, but... "Disappointing" for a first time visit for sure. The Chocolate Malt was good and would order again, but I will be trying out other Ice Cream shops in the area before returning to Mr G's Barn because of this first impression visit.

Mold In My Ice Cream Normally, I love this place and can deal with the lines ( not a problem). Where I draw the line is MOLD IN MY WIFES ICE CREAM. I gave three stars out of respect for past experiences.

Great service the drive thru line was very long so me and my boyfriend parked and waited in line which I think was a bit faster. The prices are decent! For 2 Medium cyclones we paid $17 and some change. Overall a great place to go!

Our go-to ice cream place for years. We live in Colorado now, but every time we come home to Ohio it's one of our first stops. The menu is large and varied with rotating flavors of the week (though the orange and vanilla swirl will always be my favorite!). The portions are generous, and I am never disappointed with the amount of mix-ins/toppings. My go-to is either a swirl cone or a cookie dough and peanut butter cup cyclone with chocolate ice cream. You can't beat Mr. G's price for the quality and quantity of ice cream. Beyond the amazing ice cream, there is a shaded, grassy area with benches to hang out and enjoy your treat. It's a great place to let your kids run around and get out some energy. For those who don't want to eat in, Mr. G's offers a drive thru in addition to the walk-up window. The line can be long, but it often moves quickly. I'd just avoid prime times, or park and get out if the wait is too much. Service is always friendly. Employees often go out of their way to chat or joke with my kids. Even when they've been slammed, we've never experienced a stressed or disgruntled employee. If Mr. G's ever wants to expand, please come out to the Westminster CO area!!! We are in desperate need of that midwest walk-up ice cream stand charm out there.

There is a reason for the usual a mile-long line! Great product, big menu of ice cream and toppings. Kids love the blue and pink swirl ice-cream (sorry forgot the flavors) if you see this post I promise it's worth the wait!

Ok so I was having a really tough day when I decided to stop for a minute and enjoy a peanut butter cup sundae at Mr. Freeze. Great decision. The best part was the hardened chocolate topping and of course, the peanut butter 😋 yummy

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin with Mr. Freeze Ice Cream?! This place is an absolute gem, and it's all thanks to the incredible people who work there, especially Lauren! From the moment you step up to the window, you're greeted with the warmest smile and genuine friendliness. It's the kind of service that makes you feel like a regular, even if it's your first visit. What truly blew me away was how attentive Lauren was. On our second visit (yes, we went back THAT quickly!), she actually remembered our order! With so many customers, that personal touch is just outstanding and made us feel so valued. But the real reason I'm singing Mr. Freeze's praises from the rooftops is how incredibly careful Lauren was with my children's dye allergies. I mentioned it hesitantly, expecting the usual shrug or vague answer. Instead, Lauren went above and beyond! She didn't just glance at the ingredient list; she actually took the time to thoroughly investigate the different options, pointing out exactly what was safe and what to avoid. She showed such genuine care and concern for my kids' well-being, which as a parent, means the world. It's so rare to find someone who takes allergies this seriously and is so proactive in helping. The ice cream itself is delicious, with a fantastic variety of flavors and perfect creamy texture. But honestly, it's the exceptional service, particularly from Lauren, that elevates Mr. Freeze to a five-star experience. On a hot summer day, everyone wants to get ice cream. This place had four different windows, which was nice, but sadly our line took an hour before we could reach the window. Other lines were going way faster, so we were confused as to why our line was going so slow. We ordered the salted caramel sundae and a chocolate milkshake. My milkshake was not my favorite but it did the trick. The atmosphere was interesting and even though it took long, the workers were very kind.

Amazing little ice cream shop that has very good soft serve treats. There are lots of varieties of flavors that you can order or you can order from the many choices they have in their menu. Would highly recommend if you're in the area.

I wish our Ice cream lasted long enough for a Pic! We moved to ohio a couple years ago down home soft serve spots aren't really a thing. So we were skeptical but Mr. Freeze is now a family favorite. Any time we have visitors from back home Mr. Freeze is a must stop! We love it so much! Ice cream is amazing staff is always pleasant and the prices can't be beat.

Love that they have almond milk but they mess up the orders as many times as they get them right. The wait staff doesn't know that Reese's Pieces are different than pieces of Reese's candy bar and want to argue about it. Happened several times and served the wrong thing. Both products are on the menu. Teach these kids what's on the menu please.

My husband said the cotton candy pieces since you changed them are awful. He wanted me to ask you to bring back the other ones. He said they were like rice crispy cereal kinda. Those weren't as sugary as the newer ones. I always get the topsy turvy, love it! I only wish you would make it in the next sized down cup.

Good menu, fair prices. The soft serve is tasty, not too sweet, and has a good consistency. The toppings are fine, Oreos taste like chocolate sandwich cookies (not Oreos), but still fine. The only thing I could critique would be the white paint on the building. Anytime after noon, the sun shines too brightly on the building and it becomes blinding. It's incredibly hard to read the menus in that intense of a light.

Been here before and had a good time so ill give it 4 stars. Tried to go tonight and didn't realize we were two minutes past close because there were people standing in line. That being said a quick "hey sorry we're closed" would have been much better than what the cashier actually did which was look at us not say a word and shut the windows and blinds in our face. Even other customers said it was rude. Won't be coming back here.

It is an unbeatable price ice cream. Beside, it is right across from the zoo. I gave three stars because the ice cream melt really fast and short on staffs; I was waiting a long time to get my order and the ice cream melt when the staff called.

Paid for a cyclone with two mix ins and received a cup of ice cream with one item sprinkled on top and not mixed in and didn't receive the second item. They weren't busy at all.

Good service as always and fast, the girl that took my order was really nice. My ice cream was good. There's always a lot of people that come here and enjoys everything they have to offer. They always have good service and good food too, the burgers are really good also. I would recommend this spot to anyone that loves ice cream.

Holy moly! This place is delicious! I consider myself to be a burger snob. These burgers are homemade and you can get them cooked to the temp that you want. My daughter ordered the triple triple Burger. She was not disappointed! They have a challenge where you can see how fast you can eat the triple challenge along with a milkshake and soda You can win a T-shirt. The onion rings were so delicious! Largest onion rings ever! They have homemade ice cream, but we are too stuffed to get some today. This is definitely one of my top faves. I think we’ll stop here again before we leave the area.

Charlie’s is a business that thrives on the idea that simple is better, and every aspect of dinner there with my family, while not overwhelming or surprising, was wonderful and tasty. The burgers were not elaborate and smaller than many places, but tasted great, and the bacon was crisp and fresh. The fries were crunchy but not overdone, and the ice cream was very delicious. While prices were a little higher than I suspected and the fries were a bit too large, most would be happy to get a lot of fries. All in all I think it was perfect for my mother and son, as they love the simple stuff. Though not complex, what you order is what you get and it’s worth the visit to try.

Food was good, place was cute, but needs better ventilation (was smoky!!). We got a kids grilled cheese, nuggets, and hot dog, as well as adult burger and chicken sandwich. All the food was great. The onion rings and fries sides were super good (curly fries were only ok). The ice cream was good too! (Got a chocolate shake, strawberry shake, and Superman cone) If we’re coming through town again, we’ll definitely be back!

I am born and raised in Toledo. Always looking for good places to eat. Never heard of this place and happened across it...I wanted something fried... So I ordered onion rings...These are the best onion rings I've had in years. They're seasoned well. They're crunchy. They're cut and made fresh. I'll definitely be coming back to try other items. The young boy with the glasses was welcoming and efficient.

Two customers in front of us, both only ordering ice cream. Took us 45 minutes to get two burgers. Now I know why everyone who came after us was ordering hotdogs, as we saw about 4 of those come out before our burgers. Both burgers were basically cooked to a brick-like puck. I’m assuming no one showed the kids how to cook a burger. It really wasn’t busy for a Friday night around 6:30. The ice cream is ok. Handel’s is much better.

Me, and my aunty came in to get ice cream 03/22/2025 around 3pm. I got the cookies and cream on a sugar cone. It was delicious a 10/10 and we got a chance to meet the owner. She said the ice cream is made from scratch. The staff was so nice and kind. We will be back for more.

Not a bad ice cream place, primarily soft serve. They have a really nice picnic table seating area which was nice. Easily the most flavors of soft serve I’ve ever seen. The pistachio was fantastic.

I am a regular that lives nearby. Ordered a lot or icecreams including a banana split for my daughter. The one icecream I had to return to windows because they didn't put the wip cream and nut on that I ordered. When I sat down my daughter was digging through her banana split and said there is no banana. I said "no way" and looked through it and it was just a messy pile of icecream in a boat. So I went back in line with the icecream with my daughter. Once I got to the window I showed her the boat and said my daughter was digging through her boat and turns out there is no banana in there. She said I can give you a banana. I said well this is just a mess of melted icecream I will need a new one. She looks at me and my daughter and says I am sorry I would have to charge you for a new one. I said ok and she gave me a bad banana. My daughter was trying to hold back her tears throwing banana and icecream away. I felt bad for her so I took her to penguin palace on river road. I told the girls working there about it and they thought it was so crazy they did that. Obviously won't go to shivers again.

It's the end of a brutal week and I decided I deserved a treat. Shivers and Beastro Burger - what could be better? And because I survived this week, I went really crazy and had dessert first 😁 - Shivers custom flavors sounded good, so I chose blood orange ice cream while I waited for my burger. Yumm-mmy!!

We were with in walking distance from our rental for an overnight stay in town and decided to walk for ice cream. We were pleased with the menu choices, the kindness of the staff and how quick they got through orders. We also were thankful for affordable prices! Highly recommend! The chocolate cookie dough is so good!

Why does every flavor of hand-scooped ice cream taste like cinnamon spice? I grew up in Maumee and we only ever came to this place a couple times as a kid, and as an adult I've come here three times and every time I give it a try again, cinnamon spice flavor. I thought maybe my taste buds were off as a kid, but no. This trip, we ordered a vanilla, a butter pecan and a chocolate and all tasted like cinnamon spice. My toddler even told me his (the vanilla) tasted funny. The butter pecan I got hardly had any bits of pecans and the bits that were in there were tiny. The "vanilla" was smooth, but my "butter pecan" tasted old and had ice crystals in it. While their portions are huge, it does not taste good. So disappointed. I'd honestly rather get ice cream at the grocery store than this. If you want the best hand-scooped ice cream around, go to Handel's. It's a bit further, but it's always worth it. You won't be disappointed.

I had good service, I was allowed to sample before buying. I had a dip of cherry ice cream and one of chocolate turtle. The cherry was different from the flavor I would normally choose, but I am glad I did. I will definitely re-visit.

Ordered brownie fudge and cookies and cream shake and it tasted like vanilla with stuff added. Not the best shake I ever had. Place has very limited parking too. If you live nearby and want something in walking distance it's ok but if you want good ice cream go to penguin Palace instead

For special character/visual excitement- this place gets a C- (we were expecting lots of train things since it was an old depot). For creamy wonderful ice cream - A+. It's worth the visit for the ice cream. There's only one long bench with a few tables inside, some outdoor seating. Not a very large place, but staff was helpful in showing us to a local playground. (Please note- it is an old building and NOT handicap accessible).

We always have fun going to Jacky’s. However, ordering chocolate soft serve never seems to go well here. It’s either a mushy, bottom of the barrel sludge or, like tonight, tastes like the machine oil leaked into the batch. Stick to the homemade or other flavors.

Last year I was on the hunt for real ice cream, the search was becoming monotonous. Soft serve and blizzards were all I could find. When did ice cream shops become about the bottom line and not the flavors? Thankfully my family and I found JACKY'S! What a blessing!!! I have had ice cream from multiple places in Sylvania, Perrysburg, Holland, and Toledo. Hands down, JACKY'S is by far the best!! From flavorful specials to vegan ice cream that you probably won't even realize is vegan. This place blows it out of the water!

The time has finally come. Pa Jolly's is done. Been coming here for years but the quality of the service AND the consumables has dropped below the bare minimum I am willing to accept. You would think that the business model upon which all corner soft-serve ice cream joints are based would be a pretty tried and true one, here in the futuristic world of 2025, but Pa Jolly's keeps finding new and interesting ways to screw up a seemingly fool proof operation. Apparently there must be some hurdles that are still difficult to overcome, such as getting a single-item order correct on the first try, or delivering quality pre-made ice cream that requires zero culinary ability to maintain and serve to your customers who (need I remind you) have a plethora of other local ice cream shops to choose from and for whom you should be bending over backwards to retain as repeat customers. I am no longer a member of said group. There is nothing that will make me stop in again for a sundae of disgusting, yellow vanilla that, despite being soft serve, is somehow freezer burnt (the last one I had actually made me feel physically ill by the time I got home). I don't want any more of your appalling chili dogs and the garbage you've started heaping on top where the chili used to reside. And why you insist on employing the lowest quality workers you can find is beyond me when there are plenty of able and intelligent people out there looking for jobs in customer service who I am sure would have been happy to step in and replace your dour-faced, unfriendly, and incompetent staffers. In short, you lost the game. You don't have what it takes to earn my money anymore, and anyone looking to stop by for a nice, refreshing summertime treat should jog on down to one of the MANY alternative establishments within a 5 minute drive of this place.

Man do I love pa jollys. They don't just have good food they also have amazing service. The kids there are so nice. And all if the prices are very very reasonable. 10/10 recommend

We love this spot but the chili just looked off on our fries yesterday 🥴 I know sometimes you have to switch brands or find better prices but the view of that was not pretty. Also would love if they would get all beef hot dogs again!

Crispy on the outside, ice cold in the middle chicken tenders, but quick to cook them extra when I mentioned it. Will return for ice cream, but not for food.

If you like ice cream they make good Sundays and milkshakes. They also have other food like hamburgers hot dogs french fries, chicken nuggets.

Literally the best ice cream I've had in Toledo. Definitely could compete with Tofts (and win). Recommend the Dream Sundae btw.

A shadow of its old self, not very efficient, orders come out in the incorrect order, causing them to forget items, waited 2 minutes for an ice cream cone, 12 for 1 hotdog. McDonald’s Ice cream, chili dog was good!

Been getting the same thing there for a long time. The Reese peanut butter cup but we would get it in the super sundae container. Got it that way 2 weeks ago. Tried to get it tonight but the girls working wouldn’t do that. I explained to them that we got it like that ALL the time. They still said no. Horrible customer service. They have lost 2 good customers. I DO NOT recommend you go there and try to order something “special “.

Wouldn’t take my credit card because my purchase wasn’t five dollars even though they have a 50 Cent up charge on credit cards. It’s kind of ridiculous become cash only if that’s what you wanna be. I’ll go somewhere else from now on.

Stopped for a pineapple shake. I had to get the girls attention away from her phone to take my order. She gave me a funny look and acted as if she's never heard of that flavor. It took her and the other girl working there about 5 minutes to return with said shake. What I got was yellow colored vanilla with some kind of fruity flavor added. What a waste of $5

I get there large twist in a cone the ice-cream is amazing my only issue is if I'm having to pay $4.10 for a cone then ALL the workers need to make them worth the money and they need to make them the same size every single time because on some occasions it's worth the money other times they r very small and all cones need to be consistent every time

Staff was very nice but ice cream and shakes were mediocre.

I took my granddaughters there for ice cream. They were not busy at all. Two people in line ahead of them, no one in drive thru and it took 15 min to get their order and one had to be returned cuz it was wrong.

Either hours on Google maps is wrong or it's closed for the winter. I don't know.. we drove out of our way to go. It was not open. So update your Google maps profile if it's important to you. If not. Whatever.

My daughters loved it. We originally went to Nettys but everyone thought it was disgusting and smelled like dog food. So we ended up going here had their chilli dogs, chilli fries and finished it off with their delicious ice cream.

Update: Still an awesome ice cream spot. I love their chili cheese fries! One the best in the area! Still deserving of 5 stars. Great place for ice cream, floats, chilli mac, chilli dogs & much more. Decent portions. May have small lines depending on the time of day but they're relatively fast. Support local businesses!

This is the best value ice cream location I have come across in the Midwest! They have a great selection of frozen sweets, including a good selection of soft serve ice cream, smoothies, floats, sundaes, and chocolate covered goodies. I tried the chocolate covered cheesecake and I wish the chocolate was a bit more rich in flavor but the cheesecake was good. A fair warning that the sizes are larger than you'd expect and the baby cone is almost a good normal size.

I didnt have any, but she sure liked it. I've seen the lines at this place and I'm sure that would change my # of stars but not on the day I showed up.

Compared to Mr. Gs or Mr. Freeze you get half as many options(especially in terms of sizes), half as much ice cream, half the quality, with half as many toppings, for double the price. Drive the extra distance for something better.

This is a great place for a treat! I had a frozen banana and my husband had a turtle sundae. That sundae was huge!

Ordered the iced caramel macchiato and buffalo chickpea sandwich Macchiato was good👍 sandwich was old and needed to be discarded, probably still edible but not served to customer (especially for the price I paid) worthy. Staff is friendly. Definitely should invest in adding more breakfast items (bagels, toasts, croissants, bakery….) especially since it’s the only coffee shop open (that I found) at 8:30 in the morning on a Sunday in the downtown area.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly — I love when you walk into a new place and are immediately greeted with a smile that makes you feel right at home. My coffee was amazing and very reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a recommendation, you can’t go wrong with the Dirty Chai. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail in the furniture and decor. It’s clear a lot of thought and care went into creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that elevates the entire experience. My only complaint is I wish I lived in town so I could make Grindhrs my regular coffee stop!

this is the cutest place! i’m in town for work and we ventured out of the hotel to get a coffee, and i’m so glad we ended up here. the decorations are so pretty and the vibe is cozy. the iced latte was great!

Doesn’t seem to be as inclusive as advertised. It was my first time, and I was only there for a short time. Personally, I received subpar customer service. However, I was most disappointed that shortly after I had arrived, a woman came in to charge her phone for a bit, was absolutely no bother, and was told, “If it was up to me, I wouldn’t care, but the owners are watching, and they don’t want people hanging out here unless they buy something.” I gave her the bottle of water I had just bought and walked out. I understand the reasons for a policy like this; I just don’t agree, especially with how it was enforced. You know the location of your coffee shop. That’s all I will say. Won’t be back.

First time trying vegan cupcakes. Strawberry Shortcake, Peacon, hit and misses. Strawberry didnt taste like strawberry at all and it was very dry. Peacon perfect amount of sugar peacon as well. Frosting was highlight on Peacon cupcake. Decor was nice and comfy, the music is a great addition to the relaxing vibe.

Only got a tea and a muffin but they are both great. Good customer service as well.

Now I love Coldstone, but my ice cream wasn’t even filled up to the top of the cup..for how expensive it is you would expect for them to at least fill it up to the rim. I have gotten ice cream here before and they piled it on, so that the scoops reached well over and were rounded (as they should be). The girl working was very friendly and there were plenty of mix-ins that were incorporated well. I hope I get more ice cream next time. I am sadly addicted.

Of course Cold Stone is known for some of the very best ice cream, but on top of that this location has an extremely kid friendly and super kind staff. If that wasn’t enough, I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and you can rest assured you are supporting a true community serving professional!

Have no been here for a while but had a craving. We tried the Halloween special with boo batter ice-cream. The love it size is misleading. They cram that thing full and there is no way to even eat half of it. Tasted good enough and was prepared promptly. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

This pace is a rip off and full of Very rude service crew. They take customers for granted, and they cheat on the price. We ordered only 2 signature cream out of 8 items we ordered, but they charged every thing to the signature price. When we asked we were told that the prices have increased its a total lie and the bill showed as signature cream. So they are charging normal three scoop scream for the price of signature cream that is effectively a dollar extra. Total rip off. Indeed we pointed out the mistake and asked the response was totally pathetic at first they said prices have gone up and then, they have billed already and they can’t change it. Seriously, this is horrible to the core, when we call the manager to clarify, the person never turned up. Very very totally dissatisfied experience.

The concept of this business is taking good ice cream, and folding in tasty toppings of you choice, over a chilled metal sheet. Thus the name cold stone. You can make any combination but i like the founders favorite list. Prices are a little high but its worth it for the quality of the product.

Buckeye ice cream used to be excellent but when I came today it tasted like nothing. No flavor at all. Maybe it was just a bad batch but it was absolutely horrible and not worth the price. Not sure what happened but it used to be delicious.

Always great. Spouse Like A House is my new favorite ice cream there. It has huge chunks of peanut butter. Always busy when we go, but the line usually moves pretty well. So many great flavors that it's difficult to decide.

The ice cream is delicious, but I was disappointed that for a sundae there was only 1 size which was a small portion. The drive thru option was great but the bushes were not cut making it difficult to see as you leave onto the main road. I also had a fresh squeezed lemonade which was very tasty.

Had a Red Skies at Night HF sundae w/ whipped cream and a cherry - BUSSIN'! I regret having no photo because it sure was pretty! Next time I'm gonna get an xtra scoop or two and I'll be sure to post a pic.

Ordered Pecan ice cream and received strawberry on the side…. Allergic to strawberry. When I called they said it was Instacarts fault…. Not sure how that works, but the Manager needs to train their staff.

We were passing through and chose this place because it's open 30 minutes later than the places in town. Winner! Definitely stop in for a sweet or savory treat. Their menu is huge, with something for everyone.

This is a neat local ice cream stand that has been a summer dessert destination as long as I can remember. They have great sundaes and excellent soft serve ice cream. We got pineapple sherbet on out last visit, as an option to regular soft serve. Great for a quick treat on a summer day.

Lights on, denied service. Too hard to scoop ice cream into a bowl for a kid? That single extra dirty spoon would have been the straw that broke the camel’s back for closing duties?? Shame. The old owners wouldn’t refuse service.

We got 3 items. Apple Pie Sunday was ok, Nilla wafers and apple topping. My son's milk shake (vanilla with cookie dough and chocolate and Carmel) just tasted like milk and ice. And my daughter 's chocolate shake was really clumpy.

Went tonight tipped nicely for lil extras got not nothing extra from the bigger Mexican girl . 10 bucks on a baby cone and small hot fudge sundae..went again a year later . I really liked the oreo twister. My husband thought that his chocolate cone great but the pretzel he ordered didnt come with any salt. The chili dog was good but the bread was suuuuper soft and it fell apart once I picked it up.

Used to go about once a week. We went so often that a family friend got my gf and I a $20 gift card. When we got around to using it, we went to check out and handed them the gift card,we were told that the gift card was sold under the previous owner and would not be honored. This really annoyed me, especially since for the two of us to get a moderate sized froyo typically costs us $20! What annoyed me the most was a month or so later when my 10 yr old nephew said that his mom, who is battling stage 4 cancer tried use her gift card to take him there, they were also denied. Let me make this clear, when you buy a business you buy their debt as well. We feel scammed by this place, how very unprofessional!

I called early to see if they had any dairy free options as one of my kids does have a dairy allergy. They said sorry that there were no dairy free options. I double checked asking if there was anything like sorbet and they said no flavors like that and everything had dairy. Ok fine nbd. Took the one kid to Erin Anne’s in downtown Sylvania and then the other two to koala berry. First thing I see is three flavors say non dairy. This was insanely annoying but whatever. We get our yogurt and get checked out and by the time we sit down, no one is there. All 3 employees are gone. We spent a while eating and no one was there the entire time. Another customer came in and still no one came out. At that point we left. Yogurt is good. All the toppings were stale. Literally everything was stale. Chewy oreos, rock hard m&ms and Reese’s, all the cookie dough was a solid lump, gummy worms were inedible. It was pretty disappointing but I guess when there’s 3 kids working completely unsupervised, that’s what you get.

For starters, my friends and I go here once or twice a week. It has flavors like Coldstone, but everything is self serve. There isn't much seating, especially inside. The workers are okay. They remind you to use sanitizer when coming in and can be seen restocking the inventory. They serve fro yo and I recently had their sherbet. Kids would probably like this area, because it is interactive. Pricing depends on how many oz your fro yo weighs. I usually end up $4-7. Also, the music is oddly great!

Easy and quick, it is priced by weight so there is no prices listed in the store so be careful about going crazy your first time if cost is a concerned. All in all friendly staff, clean environment, a small area to sit down and enjoy your treat. Every flavor I have had has been amazing ! They also have a small selection of ice cream and sorbets, along with the frozen yogurt.

Excellent staff, decent prices, and any toppings for your ice cream/frozen yogurt you can think of. Highly recommended, and very close to the Botanical Park. Take a walk in the park, then stop in for some ice cream so you don't feel guilty 🍦.

Not the most diverse in frozen yogurt flavorings, but perfect for me. Their toppings are extensive and clean and the prices are great. This is my go to froyo place, I’m in love with the cheesecake bites and the sauces being available to add on top are always great and fresh tasting. The employees are also always kind, even if they’re not always at the front when you first enter, they promptly come out from prepping or whatever they’re doing.

I got a medium half and half cone. I like the ice cream and they have outdoor seating.

Shakes are not the best that we've had, just okay and three medium strawberryshakes were $11.85. The strawberry shakes were thin and only icecream, nothing fancy at all, no whipped topping or actual strawberries. If you're considering this place be aware that it is cash only. No actual food and limited selection of icecream. Maybe I'm just spoiled by my local icecream shops.

Cash only, if that matters to you, but there is an ATM there. Picture attached with prices on 3/6/22. They opened up for the season 2/26/22. 4 tables with 4 chairs apiece. Beware there are little quarter vending toy machines... kids went crazy 🤪 and had to have.

It's a very cute site. The location is great. Service is good. The ice cream however is a.very small for the price b.good but not great, very whipped tasting a la McDonald's which we all know is for keeping costs low. It's good ice cream as I said but Mr. FREEZE is great ice cream...huge portions for a cheaper price. This will do in a pinch when you don't feel like driving though!

The best Gyro sandwich I've ever had. The staff are very friendly people. Would of gave 5 stars but when I come for lunch the ice cream isn't ready yet, but the food is great. I would definitely recommend going there if your in the area.

Honestly one of my favorite spots in town. Sid is always so nice and our food always comes out amazing. Best peanut butter milkshakes and gyros around honestly and I'm always full after!

Our food was over an hour late which is fine, we understand they are busy with everything going on. However, when the delivery guy showed up he told us not to order from them and they do not want to deliver to us because we are 12 miles away...which is not an unreasonable distance. We would have preferred they called us after placing the order to tell us they can't travel that way. We would have happily contacted someone who wanted our business. He was so rude and to top it off while the burgers were good, the chili dogs and chicken were not cooked fully. Do not recommend for delivery. I also would steer clear because of how unprofessional they are. Very disappointed.

We ordered 10 wings along with some sides. When I checked the box, we only got 9 wings. We informed them we were missing a wing and the guy's response was "you really want me to fry one wing?!" Excuse you?! It's not my fault y'all don't know how to count or is trying to scam people!!! Horrible customer service. Will not go back

Krave?? Hells Yeah! We really enjoy this joint and they have some of THE best veggie burgers in da game yall! However they switched up on the cheese stick recipe and nah!! We can'trock with those... Other than that yaasss sir! Definitely our favorite NW Ohio ice cream spot- hands down!! 😋 oh snap! Update** Yooo!! they switched back over to the battered cheese sticks again. The food was great but dont think they can handle large orders I came all the way from cross town and get home was missing my fish and fries and my gyros were cold but everything else was on point the chicken tenders are the best 👍 I rate it a 4 only cause I ain't get my full order

First visit and not disappointed! Bought a sweet potato pie cheesecake jar and it's beyond delicious. Also bought ice cream and the portions are generous for the price. The apples were huge, but that will have to wait until next time. And there WILL be a next time! So much goodness and so affordable. Plus this place is so much more than an ice cream joint. Flavored popcorn, homemade chocolates, peach cobbler, the huge assortment of caramel apples...y'all just gotta go by!

I frequent this establishment every chance I get, and been doing so since it first opened. I also know the owner. I guarantee that you'll get top-notch customer service. Although she has a shop, everything is made fresh, and she doesn't cut corners. Anything that has caramel is freshly-made caramel -- nothing fake. In case you have to wait, believe me it's worth the wait. I finally suggest that if anyone gets the business' specialty items, ORDER AHEAD OF TIME BECAUSE THEY RUN OUT QUICKLY.

Everytime we have stopped by the customer service has been great. We even got service after they closed it was 705 and she let us in. We didn't know. Not many places offer vegan options, but sweet experience does! The cookies and cream shake tastes just like dairy ice cream you wouldn't be able to tell the difference! We support Black Owned businesses!

I got the caramel brownie sundae cheesecake in a jar and some of the caramel and candy apples. Not only were they delicious but also fairly priced. So glad I heard about this place on the radio I will definitely be coming back

The best ice cream I've ever had. Handmade, from scratch, in Toledo. The most delicious and creative pints that are so much more than just "flavors." Also, the owner puts her heart into every recipe and every batch that she makes. Her customers become her friends because she delivers such an amazing experience!

The BEST, most creamy ice cream! You can tell it’s made with quality ingredients. The owner is passionate about making her French style ice cream in small batches, so flavors are always changing. Her ice cream cart is such a great idea for graduation parties and special events. I haven’t had a flavor that has disappointed. Some of my favorites are Fresh Ginger, Coffee with Chocolate Stout Cake, and Irish Grasshopper.

Such delicious ice cream that you won't find anywhere else! Truly unique flavors, and many are great for pairing with your favorite desserts. If you're having a party and need something extra special, impress your guests with something they've never had and can only get in Toledo! The most delicious flavors!!

I've been to many places around the country and had frozen yogurt, and this was by far the worst I have ever had. The yogurt has an icey and unpleasant flavor to it, and its just a mediocre excuse for a Frozen Yogurt place. It was one of the first in Toledo so everyone seemed to jump on it, but i'd never go again... Just my personal opinion, but it really is a waste of money for mediocre yogurt and toppings.

Bruce came and delivered ice cream to our 6th grade classes on their graduation day. He did an excellent job and was very efficient!

I reserved this with them last year and they never showed up! 😠
