The 50 best places for pasta in Lisbon

A very good restaurant serving quality pizza ( better than most places we have been). However, the dough was slightly underworked in places — the edges lacked fluffiness, and some parts were still stuck together, possibly to avoid overbaking. The tomato sauce was also a bit watery. On the positive side, the panna cotta dessert was a pleasant surprise, and the staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

We came here to try the No. 10–ranked pizza in Europe, and it truly lived up to the hype! The food was excellent, but the service and ambiance were even better. Bishal was very attentive and helpful, making our dinner a great experience. The burrata and cocktails were fantastic, and the tiramisu was a perfect finish. Highly recommended!

My husband loves Neapolitan style pizza - he makes it at home frequently and when we travel we search out the highest rated pizza in the area. After eating wood fired pizza in several countries he has declared this pizza THE BEST HE HAS EVER HAD. He always orders a DOP Margherita, I order a local flavor. Both were excellent with perfect soft crusts. Also has a great beer and wine selection. Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely phenomenal! Forno d’Oro is hands down one of the best pizzerias I’ve ever been to — and that includes trips through Naples! From the moment you walk in, the warm golden oven and stylish decor set the tone for a top-tier experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the differences between doughs and ingredients with genuine passion. 🍕 The pizza? Next level. I went for the Diavola with black truffle oil — the crust was perfectly blistered, chewy yet light, and the ingredients tasted like they were handpicked from an Italian farm that morning. You can literally taste the wood-fired difference. 🍷 Excellent wine list, and they even brew their own beer (yes, really!), which paired beautifully with the richness of the pizza. 👌 Dessert was not an afterthought either — the tiramisu was cloud-like and perfectly balanced. Prices are absolutely fair for the quality you get, especially in Lisbon’s ever-growing food scene. Forno d’Oro deserves all the hype it gets. Already planning my next visit!

The 2 pizzas we tried were pretty good. The taste was excellent and the crust was tasty, but it was a bit strange they were watery. We tried to order a pasta but then their kitchen was closed and they didn't let us know ahead of time.

The place is decent, it's a (4/5). I would recommend it in general but I think there are much better options out there. The food is quite good, in terms of quality. The menu offers interesting combinations and a broad selection of pizzas. I am missing absolute creative combos, like sweet, or special savory combinations but generally, everybody will find something. I also missed the wow factor for the food. Advertised as being the top10 pizza in Europe, I was expecting more, especially after having lived in Italy for years. The atmosphere is simply not super great. They make it nice but the restaurant is very full and gets easily loud and it's pretty tight in space. I'd say it's on the less comfortable side and I wouldn't bring a date here. Lastly, the service was very good with friendly waiters who explained everything. However, Noone checked in on the food and we needed to wait very long until we finally could pay. Generally a decent restaurant but given the hype, I was quite disappointed, and even without the hype I would say it's just an above-average restaurant.

The entrance is easy to miss, and the restaurant interior is dark. I ordered a pizza with a strange topping that I had never seen before. It was a little out of the ordinary to put a wasabi snack that looked like it was made outside of Japan, on top of pizza but I enjoyed it and ate it all up. I don't think I will order it again, though, because it looks bad for my health.

The service was great and they were very helpful with allergies. The menu clearly marked what was gluten free and what wasn’t, and they also said the pizza was likely to be cross contaminated due to being cooked in the same oven as all pizzas. The beef carpaccio starter was great and the carbonara was okay.

The atmosphere and interior were very nice and created a pleasant dining experience. I ordered the pizza, but unfortunately it wasn’t good — it was overly greasy and the sauce tasted a bit off. However, the rest of my party ordered pasta, which they seemed to enjoy. Overall, I wouldn’t come back for the pizza, but perhaps the pasta is a better choice.

Tons of gluten free pizza/pasta/entree/dessert options on the menu, with one of the best GF pasta dishes and desserts I've had in a long time. Attentive and quick service and a cozy atmosphere. Don't skip this place!!!

Absolutely loved this place. The ambiance was cozy and romantic, the food was absolutely fantastic and the staff was super nice and accommodating. They also have a lot of gluten-free options, which made this dinner even better for a Celiac like me!

AMAZING MEAL AND BEST NIGHT! The minestrone soup was fresh and the Gorgonzola pasta was HEAVEN! But the best part of the meal was the servers. We played music and talked to them, they were so kind, welcoming and fun!! And the best cheese and dip oml, though I usually don’t like Parmesan. This fresh parmigiana and the hot honey truffle oil was PERFECTION!!! Love these people! Nono and Gonsalo! Nono’s been working here for 35 years 😮 Go get some fresh Italian food!

Would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone who comes to Lisbon. Aside from the food being absolutely delicious, Nuno was an absolute joy of a server. Every dish he recommended was truly spot on — from the silkiness of the carbonara, to the fresh, garlicy, saucy, perfectly balanced sea bass stuffed with spinach and salmon, to the indulgent truffle burrata and filet carpaccio. Each dish was truly a celebration of flavor, crafted with care and passion (and you MUST not skip the tiramisu)!!! But what really set this evening apart was Nuno. He took care of us in a way that went far beyond what you’d expect from a server. It wasn’t just professionalism — it was genuine kindness, the kind of attention and warmth you’d only expect from family or your closest friends. These are the experiences that stay with you. Yes, you come for the food, the drinks, the atmosphere — but the memory that lingers most is the human connection. Sharing stories, laughter, and warmth across a table transforms a meal into something unforgettable. Nuno turned what could have just been a great dinner into one of those moments that remind you why you travel at all: to meet remarkable people whose generosity of spirit leaves a mark long after the evening ends. A Meal I’ll Never Forget This spot was pure magic. The menu is fully in Italian, which is always the biggest green flag. You just know it’s going to absolutely hit — and wow, did it ever. Every single thing we ordered was next-level good. We got so lucky with our server, Juan. The service from start to finish was 100 out of 10. He was so kind, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about what he does. You could feel how much he cared about making sure our experience was perfect. He made us laugh, made great suggestions, and kept the energy high all night. Honestly, he’s a huge reason this meal stands out as one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. It was our last meal in Portugal, and we couldn’t have ended on a better note. Everything from the atmosphere to the food to the energy in the restaurant just felt so warm and special. We started with the stracciatella, prosciutto, and melon with fresh bread — simple, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The kind of appetizer that immediately tells you you’re in for something good. Then we decided to go family style with the pasta so we could try a bit of everything, and let me tell you, not a single bite disappointed. Juan suggested the clam vongole pasta as a lighter option, and it was perfection. Perfectly al dente, full of flavor, and somehow both light and rich at the same time. Then came the truffle pasta… I still dream about it. Hands down the best pasta I’ve ever had in my life. Creamy, silky, packed with truffle flavor — the kind of dish that makes you go quiet for a second because you just need to savor it. Get it. Just do it. We also tried the gorgonzola pasta, which had thicker noodles and a richer, creamier sauce. It was comfort in a bowl — a total warm hug kind of meal. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, Juan surprised us with dessert — a light, marshmallowy dream topped with tiramisu cream. It was unreal. Sweet, airy, and the perfect balance to everything we’d just eaten. Casanostra was everything you hope for when dining abroad: incredible food, heartwarming service, and that unexplainable sense that you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. Juan and the whole team made it feel like we were guests in their home, not just customers passing through. If you ever find yourself in Portugal, this is a must. Truly one of those rare, soul-filling meals that you’ll keep thinking about long after it’s over.

This place was fantastic! We have been in Portugal for 10 days and this was one of the best meals we have eaten. I only rated a 4 for atmosphere because we sat outside and the scooters would squeeze by, but the inside looked amazing.

Great quality of pizza, the dough is thin and crispy with a good selection of fresh ingredients. The highlight and the favourite is definitely the fig and prosciutto pizza, the combination of sweet and salty is really delicious. It's the right time to order this pizza as is the fig season in Portugal. The service is really quick and efficient. Sitting outside could've been more pleasant, as there is a lot of noise from the cruise and there is no view anymore. Highly recommended.

Food was ok at best. We had the Casanova. So much Arugula, we filled a plate with the excess. Some tomatoes were obviously baked on others may have been tossed after the baking, because this had to be the wettest pizza I’ve ever had (the center was drenched) no way to fold the pizza. Service was great, fast and attentive. Overall good pizza, just not a 4.5 with 3k+ reviews.

Finally a pizza from the north of Italy, just like they make it in our home town in Romagna. Thin, light, full of flavour and good ingredients and the funghi pizza covered in mushrooms as it should be. Just wonderful. So happy to have found this little piece of Italy now that we live in Lisbon. Grazie!

The pizzas were lovely and were very welcomed after a long trip from the UK. We walked about the area looking for somewhere nice to have lunch and were glad that we settled on this place. I can imagine it’s really nice in summer when you can sit outside and look across the water. Would definitely recommend this place for lunch and or dinner!

A must try! Their pizzas are freshly made and some of the best I've ever tested. Not sure whether you'll need to book it on a busy day but managed to get a seat below the canopy with a sea view at the side. Their Nutella pizza was also great as a dessert. However their menu is only available in Portuguese so be prepared :)

The food is amazing and there are infinite options to choose from. The service is good and the restaurant is cozy. However, the fact that it doesn't have a bathroom inside (you have to leave the restaurant and go the mall's) make it a little weird. Not only, some employees leave something to desire when it comes to personal hygiene.

Genuine italian restaurant which uses authentic ingredients respecting the traditional dishes from Italy. Justifying the rating: A) The food is wonderfully tasty. B) The service is not as fast as I desired, but it is extremely nice and corteus. C) The environment is cozy and not too noisy. I am, definitely, coming back soon.

Great food and service. Really neat place with great setting and decor. Ordered pizza and Veal - the pasta was cooked to perfection and the sauce was right on point. The salami on the pizza had a the right amount of spice and flavor to complement the rest of the ingredients. Our server was friendly and despite we didn’t speak the language, was kind and patient. My first meal in Lisbon with my family . When we saw the wood oven pizza, there was no other choice had to. It would have been rude not to. Very delicious complement to the chefs.

Nice experience overall. Eclectic clientele can either add or subtract to the experience. Great pizzas make the bulk of the menu but there's plenty to choose from: pasta, risotto and even hamburgers. Do go early or waiting outside might put you off.

I ordered two pizza via Uber eats and I need to say this is the worst pizza I ever received. Normally i wont write reviews but this pizza was so so bad that my girlfriend and I denied to eat it. When it arrived it was cold. The sauce was all over the place and there wasnt even any topping. Also the dough was soggy from all the sauce etc... I attach some pictures. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER. DISGUISTING! Called them but no one could help. Hopefully uber will refund!

My experience at Mercantina was great! From the waiters opening the doors to the taste of the meal with an extra touch of humanity in the service. The dishes were excellent and they have enough vegetarian option to leave you a choice.

Very let down by the pizza, if you like pizza do NOT go here, The pizza was thin crust which is fine, but the crust was hard and had Zero flavour €14 for a margherita was a rip off, they only need to cook the pizza as you go and collect it when it is ready. I have never had pizza in Portugal before and if this is anything to go on I won’t again.

Pizza here was alright, I think the cheese they used or something wasn’t the best as I’ve had better pizza here in Portugal. The other timeout market in Porto was better pizza. It like wasn’t bad pizza at all but for the price, it was alright. Got a Diavola pizza for 20€ and gotta say it wasn’t worth the price. Pizza was yummy but I was honestly expecting more giving the accolades. The dough uses 3 different types of flour and the wood in the oven is exclusively a particular type of oak meant to create the perfect crispy crust. I didn’t really taste the difference from any other Margherita

Expensive and inflexible place. Food is good though and, if you wonder what Portuguese pizza might taste like, worth a try. Depicted costed us $24: we asked for a custom pizza and, after some back and forth, got almost what we want. Ain't accustomed to this: in New Orleans, in Tucson cladly offer "build your own". Gorgonzola and pear salad was basically that. After I complained I got a plate of add-ons with a comment from the employee that it should be really like that and they weigh all the ingredients. My colleagues enjoyed their dishes but I will never come back here.

Such a lovely place for a romantic evening!! We went there without any reservation and luckily only waited for 10 mins! The waiters and staff were super kind, funny, and attentive! We really enjoyed their welcoming atmosphere. The pizza was delicious, so was the mimosa. Then, cannoli were also amazing and crunchy!!

Very good pizza and drinks. Great service. We came back twice in 3 days. We ordered Diavola and Porcina pizza. Both were very good especially with a hint of piri piri spicy oil. Cheese cake was nice and light, not very sweet.

By far THE BEST PIZZA I've had in years! I NEVER eat the crust, but this one I devoured. Quality dough you can taste, quality ingredients, not expensive and the first Portuguese white wine I liked during my trip (they've got some Italian options on the list too, which I appreciated). The eggplant parmigiana was also excellent. Service was top, very warm and welcoming, even when super busy, they make time to check in with you. This restaurant is right opposite where we were staying and after a long tiring day exploring Fatima and Obidos, and Nazare ate here. The Jug og red wine sangria was perfect and a great refresher. Had the brushetta with tomatoes and olive , a salad with grilled cheese which had some amazing dressing and was very well presented and the waiter thoughtfully sliced our pizza in half and served it in two plates! Pizza was really good andTiramisu to finish was exceptional. Will be eating here again for sure. Really friendly service and great food.

Well, this is definitely a hidden gem tucked around the corner from a lovely park. Had a really wonderful meal here the zucchini carpaccio was not only beautiful to look at, It was delicious and a great way to start off a meal. The pizza crust were super crisp, thin and blackened from the Woodfire oven, toppings delicious, a fun place to go for an intimate meal or pick up and take home. If you’re in the mood for pizza and in the neighborhood go! Even if you’re 20 minutes away go!

Definitely enjoyed this little spot. We did not have reservations but they squeezed us in since we were very early and only 2 of us. We shared a pizza and it was delicious. After scarfing down with my hands american style I noticed they eat woth a fork and knife. Oops. I did not feel judgements though. Wine was also very enjoyable. Bathroom available as well inside. They got very busy very fast. Definitely make reservation.

This place was so good! I love thin crust pizza and this is one the best I had. I also loved that I felt great after eating my pizza - not super stuffed, just well fed and happy. Really delicious pizzas and good service. We went at 7pm on a weeknight and got a table of 3 without waiting. We ordered the spicy diavola (we didn’t love the toppings on this, felt more of a Mexican vibe with the chimichurri and jalapeños, but maybe others would like this), and the vegan walnut and mushroom with mozzarella added - this was amazing and recommend to all meat and non meat eaters alike! Bases were fantastic.

One of the best Neapolitan style pizzas I have had outside of Napoli (where we have been a lot). The pizzas are baked in a wood-fired oven on full display in a buzzy atmospheric room. They have a lovely light and fluffy crust and delicious toppings. You can taste that the ingredients are top quality. Toppings range from the traditional Margherita or Marina to some more unusual (but not too whacky) ones such as Courgette and Burrata. There is a nice use of a local cheese (viso) on some too. No bookings - you have to wait in a line after adding your name to the wait list. We went at 1.30 on a Friday afternoon and had to wait around 15 minutes to get in. Really worth queuing for though IMO (and I hate queues as a rule :-]. Finally the service was fantastic - all the staff actually looked like they were enjoying what they were doing and were really friendly.

Lupita is serving up some seriously impressive pizza—probably some of the best I’ve had in Lisbon. We tried the zucchini, the spicy, the plain bianca, and the margherita, and every single one was a hit. Perfectly balanced, beautifully crisp crust, and just the right amount of creativity without overdoing it. The service was genuinely kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. The only thing I’d tweak? They could use a bit more space and some new chairs to match the quality of the food. But honestly, when the pizza’s this good, it’s easy to overlook. Lupita is 100% worth it.

Lupita’s pizza HIT - and I say this after spending a good month in southern Italy on holiday. We ordered the margherita and their mushroom and cream/white wine/lemon signature, and both were amazing. Even our picky eater son demolished a few slices of the marg. Get there for early service to avoid a line - but even so, worth the wait given they churn out pizzas with light speed.

Lupita Pizza blew me away — hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve had. The crust is perfectly crisp yet chewy, the toppings are fresh and thoughtfully paired. We ordered Pizza El Choripan, Spinach pizza, Pizza Ananas, Cheese garlic bread and Cheese cake. Everything is so perfectly prepared and taste so good. When we put down our name, there were 9 groups in front of us. They told us about 45 mins to 1 hr wait, so we ordered to go which they said about 35 mins. We got our pizza and our hotel is only 5 mins away so it was still crispy and fresh when we got back to the hotel. If you are in town, you got to try it. You won’t regret it.

Picked this restaurant because it was near to our hotel and the photos looked good. We were not disappointed. Thankfully we made a reservation because the restaurant was busy and we likely would not have been seated without a reservation. We arrived a few minutes early and were seated immediately on the second floor. The restaurant has a traditional, cozy vibe. It appears like it used to be a home which gave it charm. The menu, like many in Lisbon, was a QR code, so you need a phone or tablet. The waiter walked us through the menu talking about the house made pasta and truffles. It was a traditional arrangement like you often find in Italy with antipasto, primo, secondo, insalata, zuppa, and dolce. There was also a curated wine list and each menu item came with a suggested pairing. We ordered the lasagna and the tagliatelle with mushrooms and black truffles. Both dishes were delicious. My colleague order a cocktail made with port wine and a had a glass of red based on a recommendation from our waiter. Our experience was superb and would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for an excellent meal.

My wife and I really enjoyed our meal and experience here! The space is rustic, comfortable and very authentic. Our servers were some of the best we have had, so friendly and attentive. And the food was delicious as well. We started with the bruschetta con pomodoro e basilico, eggplant alla parmigiana and the wood-fired mushrooms. All 3 were really fantastic, with the mushrooms being our faves. These staters were the best part of our meal. We then opted for the trio of homemade pasta (for 2 persons). It included ravilois with spinach and ricotta; tagliatelle w/ mushrooms and shrimps; and a ragu of veal and black alentejo acorn pork. All 3 were good, the tagliatelle was our fave. They have such a great menu we would definitely come back again. Go!

This place was so good we came twice in one week! Hands down one of my fave experiences in Lisbon. Servers are so polite and actually like what they do! The menu is curated with so much intention. Amazing experience! This is for sure my #1 Italian restaurant in Lisbon! The food, the atmosphere, the staff everything was amazing! We were a group of three and tried the bruschetta with fresh tomatoes; a pizza, with handmade sauce; the sharing mix of pasta, with three different pastas; and the zabaione and tiramissu. We paid ~27€! The atmosphere is lovely, charming! Loved it!

Lovely restaurant down an alley with a few others. A menu with focus - cheese and meat and pasta. There’s a salad or two and a couple of veal dishes, but otherwise it’s cheese and meat and pasta. Nothing wrong with that but it is not a full Italian menu with primi and secondi and contorni. We enjoyed everything we ate and the service was nice. Inexpensive wine and even a limoncello to wrap it all up. bolognese recommended along with … well everything we ate. Lots of pretty people on a Friday night (and then there was us. Hehehe) Grazie

Another great restaurant from Chef Tanka Sapkota! The freshness, flavory, the creamy textures and the best ingredients are all there! The room is well decorated and it includes a market with good quality Italian ingredients. The staff is friendly, although the service was a little bit slow. The prices are quite fare, tottaly worth it: we were a group of 4 and payed ~25€ each (without wine). We tried the focaccia with extra virgin oil; the bio burrata with black truffle; ravioli with pumpkin filling; tagliatelle with ragu and tagliatelle with mushrooms! Perfect pasta, perfect seasoning with different fresh herbs! For dessert we had the Nutella cheesecake and the classic tiramissu! All delicious! Totally recommend it 👌

Set in a beautiful indoor open-air courtyard with both indoor and outdoor seating, the ambiance was charming and relaxed. The space doubles as a market offering homemade pastas, Italian meats, and cheeses — a lovely local touch. We started with warm homemade focaccia and olive oil, followed by a round of excellent cocktails — Negroni, Aperol Spritz, and other Mediterranean classics. The food was exceptional: veal ragu with tagliatelle, pasta pomodoro, veal cheek with polenta, linguine with seafood, tagliatelle with veal, mushrooms, and truffle, and the standout pasta carbonara, all delicious and clearly made with fresh, organic ingredients. A bottle of Douro wine paired perfectly with the meal. The service was attentive, friendly, and efficient, rounding out a wonderful evening. Il Mercato is a must-visit — simple, flavorful Italian fare served in a beautiful setting. A perfect way to start our journey.

Very nice Italian restaurant, one of the best in Lisbon! Large selection of delicious hand-made pasta, a lot of vegetarian options. You can ask for more healthy / less caloric variations: sem salt (no salt) or no olive oil on top. The waiters and staff are friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant. Strongly recommend Il Mercato for both dinners for two and large family events!

Excellent service! The atmosphere in the restaurant was quite good, but it lacked intimacy. The cuisine was not impressive at all. Some dishes looked beautiful, others not so much. In terms of taste, nothing was truly surprising. The basic wine pairing was extremely mediocre and definitely not worth ordering. The wines were just lifeless.

Well deserved Michelin star. We ordered from the A La Carte menu & were surprised with all the snacks in between the meals. Everything was presented and cooked to perfection. The matured sirloin was amazing ! All the meals came out in a timely manner. The service itself was great and attentive to detail. This experience was exceptional and I would come back again !

Belcanto is definitely unique — and definitely unexpected. If you’re open to extremely creative food (like bacon ice cream) and ready to pay top euros for an artistic dining experience, this is the place for you. One thing I really appreciated was the presentation: before every dish, we were given a small card with a hint about what was coming next. At the end of the meal, those cards were gathered and handed to me in a beautifully scented envelope — a lovely and memorable touch. Another highlight was the short tour through the kitchen before dinner. It was a surprise and something I’ve never experienced before — a very personal and engaging start to the evening. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to inform guests in advance how many dishes are included in the tasting menu. We weren’t too hungry when we arrived and decided to try the full menu anyway, but at some point in the middle, we stopped enjoying the food simply because we were so full and had no idea how many courses were still to come. Also, the bread portions could be smaller — many guests seemed to leave them almost untouched, which likely leads to unnecessary waste. Overall, Belcanto is a remarkable restaurant that blends art and cuisine in a truly creative way. Still, while I enjoy inventive flavors and bold combinations, I tend to prefer meals that stay a bit closer to the familiar side. I’m glad I experienced it once — it’s unforgettable — but it’s probably not a place I would return to.

Belcanto experiments creatively with its dishes, offering unique and interesting flavour combinations. My favourite was the scarlet shrimp dish. I also loved the use of small visual cards to introduce each course, which added a thoughtful and artistic touch.

Everything about this restaurant is exceptional except for the long wait to get in. It’s so popular that the reservations were booked out until the next month. We tried to get a walk in table. We had to wait 2 hours for a table. BUT once we did get a table and had the food all was forgiven. The food was so delicious! Go here if you have a night to wait for a table. The food is worth it if you’re happy to wait. Once you’re in, the service and atmosphere is excellent. You can also order snacks and drinks while you’re waiting outside.

We came here without a reservation (they’re fully booked for weeks!) but decided to wait for a walk-in spot. Ended up waiting about 2.5 hours – and honestly, I’m so glad we did. The vibe outside was great; they served drinks through a little window, and we got chatting with locals and other people waiting. It actually made the wait really fun. Once we got in, the service was amazing. The sous chef helped us choose dishes since some of our group don’t eat pork, and everyone was super friendly. We sat at the counter and got to watch the kitchen in action – speaking to chefs as they dished up their plates. The food was incredible! The watermelon and tomato salad, shrimp sauce with bread, and tuna picapau were my highlights. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully cooked. Totally worth the wait and the hype. This place made the perfect start to our trip and was one of the best places we dined at. If you can wait for a table to clear, trust me you won’t be disappointed.

Reserved in advance and got a table right away, however saw some people come early and put their name on the waiting list for the next available table so that is also an option. The food was amazing and beautifully presented. Waiters were also very attentive and kind. Definitely recommend!

A restaurant is an experience. If judged on the food alone, O Velho Eurico would get 6 stars. The food is incredible and reasonably priced. The issue is its pretention. It claims to accept reservations online, yet it only does that for a very small number of tables. Perhaps even just one table. I know this because I tried making a reservation about two months in advance and was not able to do so. I even contacted the restaurant directly and was told my only option was to arrive at the restaurant at opening (7:30pm) and reserve a table for that evening. So I did. I got there 30 minutes early and there were already 10 tables ahead of me waiting on the line. By opening time, there were at least 10 more tables after me. I then waited until about 745pm to even get to the host to put my name on the list and was told it would be an hour and 15 minutes before I would get a table. It was two hours. I finally sat down with friends at 9:45. They had about 5 main dishes, a handful of smaller dishes and a few desserts - not by any means an extensive menu. I also didn't think the staff particular nice - they weren't rude but weren't overly helpful or accommodating. Now, like I said before, the food was incredible. All of it. Top-notch execution. We had the chicken peri peri, duck rice, pork pocket (similar to an empanada), fries with Francesinha sauce, and leite creme. But to think that it's ok to ask tourists in town for just a few days to sacrifice 3 hours of time to wait for a table seems absurd and pretentious. For that reason, I cannot in good conscience give this restaurant give stars. This is an easy fix - so fix it. Permit reservations. And if you are concerned about people not showing up, charge a fee for late cancellations. Or just accept people on a first-come, first-serve basis. But do not put your customers through this circus of an ordeal.

Lisbon is packed with good restaurants and bistros, but this was our favourite, especially when considering the price/value as well as the ambiance! Delicious, authentic food with some creative twists such as the octopus in orange sauce. All sauces were made to be scooped up by bread at the end. Friendly staff who seemed to be enjoying themselves, and a very short selection of good Portuguese wines. We started queuing 40 minutes early, which might have been a bit early, but did not regret it when we saw how long the queue got in the end.

We dined here last night and it was hands down one of the best dining experiences we've had during our five-week trip around Europe! A word of advice: go in with an open mind. Be willing to try new things and embrace the authentic, rustic charm of the place - if you do, you’ll absolutely love it. We didn’t have a reservation and arrived around 7:15 PM. The staff added us to the waitlist and estimated about a 1–1.5 hour wait. No problem! We grabbed a drink at a nearby bar, then returned to enjoy a drink in their outdoor area before being seated. We were lucky enough to be seated at the bar, which turned out to be a real treat - we got a front-row view of the kitchen where everything was cooked with love, passion, and incredible efficiency. We ordered the duck rice, piri piri chicken, squid with orange sauce, and fries. Every single dish was phenomenal - packed with flavour and beautifully prepared. To top it all off, we ended the night with their delicious sponge cake, enjoyed great conversation with the friendly staff and fellow diners, and left with huge smiles on our faces. Highly recommend this spot - it’s a true gem!

Lovely place with delicious food. Traditional Portuguese dishes with an interesting and tasty twist. The staff attention was outstanding; I went with my fiancée and they make us feel very comfortable. One of the best part, when they offered us a bagaço 🫡

Very good menu. Its the detail that's great on their dishes. The oil on the scallops was very interesting, maybe a dash of a nut oil. The tomato salad had a very nice white wine vinegar. The chard goat cheese was perfect for dessert. I would recommend that over any of their desserts. Very happy with the meal. Cash only held back our ordering...

Wonderful, varied flavored sauces made for a very pleasurable meal. No reservations, cash only, wait at the front door to be seated! Old school. The sauces on each of our four dishes: scallops, flounder, shrimp and squid were different and all had layers of flavor making the sauces impossible to not spoon out finish all of the sauce. The shrimp dish was especially memorable, with a bit of a sweet sauce with just a touch of chili heat, and then the squid, with a more earthy sauce, that was also excellent. Service was very friendly and patient in explaining all the dishes on the board. Cost was very reasonable. Went early, no wait, by 7pm it was packed. Definitely worth a visit.

The menu changes daily, which makes each visit a new experience, but everything I tried was fresh, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. The sardines, the cod dishes, and the seasonal tapas were all outstanding. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to explain the dishes and recommend excellent wine pairings. It’s a small and very popular place, so expect to wait a little — but trust me, it’s worth every minute. Average food with complicated menu and extremely rude staff. The place is nice but all the menu performance is long and unnecessary, you don’t remember half the things. The short guy with black hair was so rude and disrespectful, I’ve never been treated like that before, the music was so so loud that we asked to turn it down a little so he did and five minutes later he turned it up again and we asked again, he did. Did happened 4 times! And every time he would be super rude and just before we left he came to say “is the music ok now?” So disrespectful and mean. The girl was super super nice and felt ashamed of his attitude so she was extra nice. The food was nothing amazing and we tried almost everything, the menu is such a boring thing. They bring huge board and explain each thing , after 4 explanations you don’t remember the first, just the names of the food are very self explanatory. Wouldn’t recommend this place. The guy ruined the experience with the loud music and attitude. We felt bad for the girl and left a food tip just for her.

One of our best meals in Lisbon. Arrived Saturday when they opened for lunch, no line, didn’t get busy for a while. Scallops, shrimp, and mushrooms were all fantastic - each had a nice, interesting twist on really classic dishes and Portuguese flavors that made it stand out among everything else we ate.

A highlight of our Lisbon’s adventure; the food was amazing - small portions to share which gives the opportunity to taste different platters. The wine was great as well as the dessert. A bit of improvement might be done in regards the staff approach as at first they could seem unfriendly; though once seated we had a good experience.

This was my favorite Pizza spot in all of Lisbon. The sourdough pizza was filled with flavor. The stuffed ravioli was some of the best I’ve ever had. Ingredients were fresh and flavorful!

Pasta was decent as well, good amount of seafood although I felt it could be a tad more flavourful. Food was served quickly. Seating was decent, staff was friendly. We were greeted right away by a friendly staff member who made us feel at home. The service was attentive without being overbearing — they really know the menu and clearly care about the food they serve. I asked for a recommendation, and they suggested their Napoletana-style pizza with buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil. It was, no exaggeration, one of the best pizzas I’ve had outside of Italy. This place has excellent pizzas, pastas and various starters like carpaccio that are absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. There can be a bit of a wait, but it’s worth it. Food came out fast and fresh and we enjoyed every bite. The ambience is relaxed and the service is good, although they could be a bit more attentive. Overall, a great place to have dinner while in Lisbon.

Brilliant! It was a bit strange when we first arrived as nobody greeted us but we joined the virtual queue and then someone came and we had a table straight away. After that staff were excellent. The food was superb, best tomato free pizza iv ever had. Lovely base and so much choice, you can also create your own.

Amazing Italian place, mushroom risotto was absolutely exceptional. House red wine - excellent. Prices are very reasonable tor such quality of foods I would definitely return to this place. The atmosphere is very pleasant and easygoing. Relaxed.

A wonderful lunch option. We got back later than expected from Fatima so we arrived slightly before closing and we greeted warmly with no feeling of being rushed. The mushroom ravioli was very flavorful - and I don’t typically like mushrooms. Neapolitan pizza definitely scratches the itch. Sangria was much needed. Back covered patio was pretty.

We just found the restaurant on Google and this place took our breath away instantly. What a gorgeous restaurant. The server wasn’t really that good. She wasn’t good at navigating us through the menu or recommended anything. But other than that, I was simply blown away by the food, the flavor and the perfection in every single thing we ordered. Allora surpassed all our expectations and if I get to go back to Lisbon and I have one restaurant to eat it, this will be it. You can really order anything on the menu and I can guarantee you will be pleased. The pictures doesn’t even do justice to how appealing the food was. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon

From google photos I didn't expect the place to be as elegant and nice as it surprisingly was! We were a group of 8 people, and 2 more person joined us, and they very friendly and nicely accommodated all our needs. So customer service was super pleasant and attentive throughout the dinner. All the dishes were very good, our group got classic and vegan lasagnas, gnocchis and some other good stuff!

A truly wonderful experience. We visited here for a birthday celebration and we're treated to some complimentary cocktails as part of our meal, made with flair by the bar/cocktail host. A really nice touch. All the staff, including the restuarant managers, came over throughout the evening to say hello and to mark the occasion which was very nice, a lovely personal touch. Our waitress was wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was first class and some of the best Italian food we have eaten, especially the lasagne I had. Delicious! We had a wonderful evening, felt very welcome, relaxed and ate great food. We would highly recommend to anyone to visit. First class.

Delicious Italian cuisine in Lisbon with a modern touch. I highly recommend the Milanese, tender beef with a crusty outside. And the tomato paste that comes with it is very umami. My favourite dessert was the panna cotta. Didn’t love the cannolo to be honest.

Head chef Alex is a wizard in the kitchen and in the front of room. He's a big reason why we'd go back. Wine selection is on point and his recommendations always a bullseye. A must do!

This place is a labour of love, and without exaggeration, the best pork I've ever eaten (and I've eaten plenty). Top marks to the torresmo do rissol (aka pork scratchings) and the dish of the day and the best fries. The staff were friendly and offered great guidance on food and wine. Hope we'll be back some day. Well worth the short journey from central Lisbon.

The tasting menu is not bad, but I wish they gave us more solid local hits. It’s a pork focused restaurant, but we were a bit disappointed in the selection of food they gave. Also, the owner nudged us to tip, which was a bit weird.

What an amazing restaurant - we walked in randomly as our first choice place did not have tables available, but so glad we did. Every dish was a 10/10 - definitely get the red prawns, the spaghetti and the tiramisu. We have travelled to many italian places all over the world and this is up there with the best.

Libertà Kitchen was a true hidden gem in Lisbon. The food was so fresh and well-executed I had to go back twice in the same week. Favourite tiramisu ever. I got to try it for the first time in September and kept dreaming about it eversince. Luckily, I'm finally back. All their other dishes are well balanced, and so are their cocktails. Their Jupiter signature cocktail is a must try for anyone who loves ginger.

I was lucky enough to get a spot at the last minute through the waitlist, it is an intimate place so a reservation is a must. Delicious food and high quality produce. It is hard to compose a 7 course vegetarian menu at Michelin star quality but this place does it and it is relatively affordable. The music was a bit funky for my taste but it is a matter of preference and others might actually like it. The dining room is tastefully designed and the staff are knowledgeable about the dishes and attentive. High recommendation, keep on the good work

Some dishes were totally memorable and refreshing. All dishes were well balanced. Some were a feast of textures. It is one of the rare fine dining restaurants that I have visited and I have thought I'll revisit if I ever get the chance. I think the only weak points were the bread and the cheese platter, for my taste. They were quality products but they were not that great, relative to the other dishes. The bread was something I can easily make (One of my evaluation criteria is always whether I can make a similar food or not). Cheese platters have never been my favorites. This one wasn't an exception neither. It had some nice elements but I think they should always be optional at an additional cost.

We definitely cannot call ourselves experts in Michelin Star restaurants, but we can feel when we have a great experience. We enjoyed the food (especially the vegan one) and the wine pairings even more. The staff was polite, friendly (but not over-friendly) and the overall experience was great. We definitely appreciated the low voice level of the staff and the calm atmosphere.

The chef came out several times to explain the dishes and philosophy of cooking. Each dish was highly thought out and delicious. It was a wonderful dinner. Located in the Ritz Four Seasons hotel, I chose Cura to celebrate a special occasion and it was an excellent choice. The service was top notch with great attention to detail. Highly knowledgeable staff and very professional. The food blew our expectations away. We picked the 10 course tasting menu and while all of the items were very good, the seafood stood out for us. Especially the scarlet prawn and amberjack dishes. Those were phenomenal. Many dishes had unique complex flavours that were well balanced and each time it made us excited for the next dish. Overall, this was a night to remember and I highly recommend this to those seeking a unique culinary experience or celebrating a special occasion!

We were excited to be dining at CURA. We were disappointed that the Chef was off that evening but I am sure he deserved the time off. He must have trained his team well as everything was on point. We have been to many Michelin star restaurants. CURA surely deserves their star and maybe another one! Staff was kind and attentive. The chef came to the table to aid in presentation more than once and nearly every seat was filled!

We dinned at Cura at the Four Seasons Hotel in Lisbon on a Thursday night, we went for the Percurso tasting menu prepared by the talented chef Rodolfo Lavrador and his team. We weren’t disappointed! The food was nothing short of magnificent: each plate struck the perfect balance between creativity and respect for Portuguese culinary traditions. The dishes felt both rooted in heritage and refreshingly inventive, with thoughtful touches that elevated familiar flavors into something extraordinary. One of the first standout moments was the Oyster. It looked simple, but the flavors were anything but! Paired with cherry, cinnamon, and just a touch of horseradish. The balance was perfect: fresh, sweet, slightly spicy, and deeply flavorful. The cherry in particular struck me, because it instantly reminded me of an Armenian dish I grew up with, Gerasov “Fishna” Kebab (grilled minced meat with cherries), which also plays with that sweet-and-savory combination. From there, the feast unfolded dish after dish, each more impressive than the last. Highlights included the squid paired with bago de arroz bean, elderflower, and kombu, a wonderfully nuanced combination of land and sea. The scarlet shrimp, prepared in the traditional açorda style, carried deep, comforting flavors that paid homage to Portugal’s culinary soul. The Iberian pork with figs and endives was a triumph, rich and succulent, yet balanced with a delicate touch of bitterness and sweetness. Having dinned at Lisbon’s many Michelin starred restaurants (Alma, Belcanto, Eleven etc.) we can confidently say that Cura holds its own at the very top. In fact, it may just be one of the city’s very best.

We stayed at the Four Seasons and dined at Cura during our visit. Having tried several Michelin-starred restaurants in Lisbon — including some with two stars — as well as a few of the city’s trendiest dining spots, we can confidently say Cura was the best of them all. We had the five-course tasting menu with Portuguese wine pairing, and each glass complemented the dishes beautifully — even in the more unexpected combinations, like fish served with red wine. The balance was flawless, and every course felt thoughtful and harmonious. We were genuinely impressed and pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Cura exceeded all expectations, and we would absolutely return the next time we’re in Lisbon.

Excellent restaurant! Very well located, next to the Four Seasons Hotel in Lisbon. The tasting menu is delicious, and I opted for the wine pairing with excellent options and extremely attentive service from the winemaker. Chef Rodolfo Lavrador was at the restaurant, came to the table to serve one of the dishes and then invited me to see the kitchen. Both he and the entire staff were extremely efficient and friendly!

We’ve spent the past year eating our way across the globe, from Michelin-starred temples in Tokyo to Italian fine dining legends, yet CURA in Lisbon completely stole the show. Without question, it was the best meal we’ve had all year, and easily the finest dining experience in Lisbon. From the moment we were seated, the evening unfolded like a perfectly orchestrated symphony. The wait staff moved with quiet precision and grace, anticipating every need before we even realized we had one. Plates arrived in flawless rhythm, wine pairings poured with a storyteller’s touch, and each dish was introduced with genuine passion and pride. The entire experience was a masterclass in hospitality, warm, polished, and utterly seamless. The Journey tasting menu was a tour of flavor, texture, and imagination. Every course felt like its own revelation, inventive yet deeply rooted in Portuguese identity. The tomato, watermelon, and aubergine dish was a burst of summer on the palate, balancing sweetness, acidity, and earthiness with incredible finesse. The amberjack with cucumber, cockles, and wasabi was elegant and daring, evoking both the ocean and the garden in perfect harmony. The squid with elderflower and kombu was ethereal, delicate, and quietly mesmerizing. Then came the wreckfish with Oscietra caviar and bell peppers, a masterwork of balance, both luxurious and restrained. The Iberian pork with fig and finger lime was an unforgettable marriage of richness and brightness, the kind of dish that demands a moment of silence after each bite. Even the desserts were pure genius, from the pine and pine nut to the coffee and thyme, every bite managed to surprise, comfort, and delight all at once. One of the highlights of the evening was the drink pairing. I chose the international wine pairing, which was superbly selected and beautifully matched. My wife opted for the nonalcoholic pairing, and it was nothing short of spectacular, each drink creative, complex, and perfectly tuned to the flavors of the dish it accompanied. I found myself honestly jealous more than once as her pairing outshone even my wines. It was a brilliant showcase of thoughtfulness and innovation rarely seen at this level. Though Executive Chef Rodolfo Lavrador was not in the house that evening, his vision was alive in every plate. Sous Chef Marina Garcia led the kitchen with artistry and precision, delivering a menu that felt personal, confident, and inspired. At the end of the meal, we were even invited into the kitchen to meet the team and have our picture taken with them! CURA is not just a restaurant; it’s an experience. Every detail, from the timing of the courses to the arc of the menu, reflects passion and perfection. If you are lucky enough to visit Lisbon, do not miss CURA.

On our previous visit here with my family, we really liked it — we even considered coming back from time to time. However, after our most recent experience on Friday, I don’t think we feel the same way anymore. First of all, the waiter who attended to us was friendly at the beginning, but the cloth he used to wipe the table had an unpleasant smell (probably because it had been left damp for a while and developed a musty odor). We politely asked him to wipe the table again, and he did. As a starter, the olives that were served had a strange texture — most likely because they had just come out of the fridge, and the olive oil looked odd. Also, the plate with the butter looked a bit dirty, and there was something unusual inside that I couldn’t quite identify. The pizzas were delicious — we really enjoyed them. The lemonade tasted like pure lemon juice with water added. I’m not deducting any points for that, because maybe that’s how it’s made here, but it just didn’t suit my personal taste. As I mentioned, the pizzas were excellent — absolutely PERFECT. But after the table incident, the previously friendly waiter who had given us great service during our last visit seemed noticeably less cheerful. In fact, when we were leaving, he didn’t even hold the door open — we had to push it ourselves to exit. Of course, everyone can have a bad day, and no one can be cheerful all the time. But since this change in attitude happened after the table incident, we just wanted to share that we didn’t leave as satisfied this time. Once again, I have to say — the pizzas were absolutely PERFECT.

The service is simply superb - such kind, warm and hospitable staff. The margarita pizza is amazing, and the service was very quick.

We’ve lived in Park of Nations for a year and just discovered this gem of a restaurant. The pizzas were delicious with fresh ingredients and the thin crust was sublime! As former New Yorkers we are picky about pizza—- we will come back often! The whole staff was warm and attentive. So glad we found them!

I was really happy that the service could speak English and that the menu was mostly English and for Italian food it's self explanatory what it is. The pizza was really big but also very thin, which made it easy to eat. After that, you're full, but your stomach doesn't hurt from overeating. Strongly recommend it👍🏻

One of the best pizzerias I've ever visited. Very tasty, well done pizzas (has other options like pastas and salads which I haven't tried). Staff is polite and friendly and service is fast. Prices are within what you'd find at other similar establishments. Only caveat is that it's not a roomy place so making a reservation might be required especially for larger groups.

Food was great. I had a truffle risotto and my husband had a Pizza. Both full of flavor. We loved sitting out on the terrace for lunch. Getting the last warm autumn days in. Service was also nice and professional.

Lovely Italian that comes with great reviews. Service a little slow initially, we waited 20 minutes after being seated before being eventually offered a drink, but food arrived promptly once ordered. Seating area is at the back with a lovely courtyard and a semi covered area. English menus available on request.

We booked a table for 4 people for my friend’s birthday. She baked a cale(which we had asked in advance if we could bring and they accepted with pleasure). Once we finished our food which took quite some time to arrive, they told us we had to leave. We had the cake opened from the box and ready to cut and they told us “ok you can eat it but have 10mins Lax to eat and celebrate”. It was so rude especially given heure were other free table in the restaurant. Worse case they could have offered us a smaller table for us to enjoy the birthday cake. We ended up having to be outside in front in the rain waiting for a taxi to find another place. Worse birthday ever. Would any waiter or owner ever. Want to feel that way on their birthday. I wish them never to have that feeling. Please think about your own experience and how you would feel if you were treated that way. Furthermore and I am only writing this now on a Tuesday (having had lunch there in Saturday) as I got FOOD POISONING from the seafood linguine. It was 3 days of hell. Careful with your produce and don’t serve clasped clams, mussels and pick top suppliers. Sincere apologies and indemnifications are due.

Tasty food - good vibes - thoughtful staff FOOD: The food was delicious, especially the pasta with pesto was a home run, one of the tastiest pesto dishes we have tried in a long time. The tomato spaghetti was good and rich, but nothing special as such (don’t get me wrong is was delicious). Overall huge complaints to the chef! STAFF: Absolutely amazing, so lovely and thoughtful, ahead of the game at all times and verily polite! ATMOSPHERE: Good, however I was too busy enjoying my pesto pasta to really notice 😅

Super cute space nestled into a quiet neighborhood. Giving 3 stars to be polite as I was treated very rudely by the hostess as a walk in the night before. She was a very unfriendly Portuguese woman who rudely and curtly said I couldn’t take a table for the night as a walk in… I was understanding and asked about a cancellation policy in the event that someone didn’t show for their reservation - and she completely ignored me and told me in a very stern way that I couldn’t take a table that night, which was fine. I then asked if I could make a reservation for another night (because no one answers the phone for reservations so I figured it would be best to make one while there) and she proceeded to tell me I couldn’t…. No matter how I asked she kept telling me no… with such bad attitude too… at this point I asked to speak to a manager.. who told me I in fact COULD make a reservation for the next night… I decided to give another chance €40 for wine, dessert, port, and a mocktail to me felt steep for the quality of service, and decent food - but the ambiance I guess makes up for it. I opted to take my dessert home as I felt forgotten about… I don’t think I would come back as the pasta was just OK. Presentation of the food is great, but the taste is a 4/10.

Each of the pasta dishes was €17. Most definitely not worth it - the truffle pasta didn’t taste good and the other pasta tasted as something you could have at a fast food place - too sweet, conflicting flavours and very heavy. Bread basket was stale (definitely not from today). The tomato sauce of the fried burrata dish was cold - feeling is that they took it out of a jar put it on plate and then put the fried the burrata on top of cold tomato sauce, odd combination with the hot and cold elements in one dish. Tiramisu was tasty and service was good. Value for money not there nor was the overall food that great.

Amazing Italian food at really reasonable prices! We had the seafood pasta, tomato and burrata pasta and bruschetta all was amazing with fresh handmade pasta. Service was really quick and indoor/outdoor seating is lovely! Much better than some much more expensive italian restaurants that we tried in lisbon! Would definitely recommend visiting here!

Very OK Italian experience. The first waiter did not look happy at all to serve me. Then I got another one who was nicer (not sure what happened). They missed a beer order so I had ask again if it was coming. Ordered a truffle spaghetti which tasted fine except the noodles were not cooked fully. There are probably better Italian restaurants to choose from.

We went to have lunch on a Saturday. This place is a little bit magical and unexpected. The entrance tells you since the beginning that there’s something different in this place. We ordered some croquettes, the Bosniazinha, and black pork T bone. Each one of the dishes were very well prepared and with amazing taste. The wines, amazing, the sommelier really knows what he was doing and suggesting. For dessert we had creme brûlée and tufahija with vanilla ice cream. Both of them with great taste, quantity and not so sweet. The restaurant and atmosphere is great, each floor is with different decoration and atmosphere. Is with to visit each one of them. The wine “cellar” is astonishing. Definitely if you are around Chiado is a place that is worth to try and enjoy. You won’t regret it.

We stopped in here late at night for a quick cocktail, as I had seen their menu online and it seemed intriguing. The bartender was fantastic, very accommodating, and skilled at his job. The cocktails were certainly different, and not necessarily in a bad way. Just strange in a fun way. It's a well-designed space. We understandably couldn't try any food as it was almost near closing, so I can't speak to that. There were some other employees there that caused a bit of difficulty to us (I think they wanted to close quickly), but the bartender did an excellent job of calming them down and not ruining the experience for us as we hurriedly finished up. (We felt bad for keeping him even though it said it was open for longer.) I'd say if you're here for a meal, definitely give the signature cocktails a try!

Just an absolute must for any food enthusiast and who enjoys a nice experience with their meal. From the staff to the surroundings, we had the opportunity to try the private room for a family lunch, it was just awesome. Fancy food but served by competent and friendly staff that make all the difference during the entire process. It was a great lunch and hope to go there again sometime

Amazing! From the first till last moment we enjoyed it. We walked in and luckily they had space. The lady who greeted us at the entrance was very sweet and helpful. We got to our table and they communicated that my girlfriend was vegetarian (i told them when i asked for the menu at the entrance) and were greeted bij super hospitable servers. The sommelier helped us with 2 amazing bottles of wines which we loved. Perfectly fitted to our wishes. The explanation of the menu was clear and the suggestion of 2-3 starters together to share were perfect. We ordered 4 starters (it was too much therefore listen to their suggestions haha) and they were lovely. The starters touched all the sweet spots and where toughtful, surprising and very very vega friendly. As a main we ordered an amazing vegetarian pasta which was superb. The other main course we ordered was the steak with foie gras and fresh black truffle. I work in hospitality and have been to many high end places where service is key, the food is amazing and the overall experience is amazing. But this main course, this amazing main course was the best i have EVER had, the cousion was amazing, the foie gras melted like butter with an amazing crispy outside en the jus de veaux with it was so deep in flavour it brought tears to my eyes. This is a must visit in Lisbon and i would highly recommend this to everyone. Thanks again and i know where i’m headed whenever i’m back in Lisbon! Obrigado❤️

We're on our honeymoon and decided to spoil ourselves with this restaurant, but we really struggled with the very long wait time to get food on our table. People who came after us were served and left long before us. I really enjoyed their beetroot and mostly liked the food, but it didn't match the price per dish and service. It's just a shame because there's so much potential. The online menu and menu posted outside of the restaurant is not updated.

Lovely atmosphere and decor, definitely an Italian vibe and feel to the place. The starters were good with the mixed platter for 2 a nice start to the dining experience though a word of caution, it is a lot for 2 people if you are not big eaters. The rest of the food was good though I have only one small complaint, the breaded veal was overcooked and tough to cut but overall was a decent meal. The rest of the food was enjoyable.

We went to BellaLisa Valmor last night with our group and had the mushroom linguini and added grilled shrimp and it was delicious. Julio waited on us and was so friendly and the service was excellent. We had travelled to Lisbon six years earlier and remembered how gooey and cheesy the linguini was and had to come back. A really nice place that won’t disappoint. Ask for Julio!

We had such a lovely dinner our last night in Portugal thanks to Julio’s excellent service, their patience with our 3 kids, and a great atmosphere. Portugal is so family friendly and Bellalisa really hit the mark. Highly recommend the gnocchi and they even customized the 4 formaggio pizza for our kids (no Gorgonzola)

Very friendly staff. We sat outside which was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The food was AMAZING! and brought out very quickly. We both said it was probably the best Italian we've ever had. So glad I managed to fit in desert as the panacotta with caramel sauce was definitely the best I've ever had. 😋❤️

Always a fabulous experience with authentic Italian food. I have been going here for years and it never disappoints. Don't overlook the daily specials...very often homemade pasta with top knotch ingredients and interesting variations on the classic. I had the papparadelle with porcini and shrimp in a cherry tomato sauce(Photo) Outstanding! Reservations are recommended and it can be a bit crowded but it just adds to the fun. Tanti Baci!

Italy Caffè Ristorante is a solid comfort-style Italian spot in Lisbon. The food isn’t extraordinary, but it’s good enough that I’ve been there twice. If you’re just craving some real Italian flavors, it’s a nice recommendation - not the best in town, but definitely not the worst either. Cozy and reliable for a casual meal.

Italy Caffe is the place to go for a nice and cozy Italian dinner. The food was excellent and my fellow guests enjoyed their glasses of wine. We were even provided complimentary limoncello at the end of our meal!

That's a pizza place only. Their pizza is delicious but the other dishes are not worth it. I ve tried the Ceasar salad. It was not fresh and we paid 15 euros. Carbonara was okay. The atmosphere is really nice.

We loved this place. In a peaceful courtyard and with delicious food. The bruschetta with the fresh tomatoes was delightful and the pizza was delicious. The strawberry mocktail was one of the best drinks I’ve had. Service was kind & quick, we shared a pizza & they cut it into 2 and served on separate plates, without our asking. Definitely recommend.

A quiet little oasis in the bustle of Lisbon. Delicious pasta, and great outdoor space. The service was a little slow but if you’ve got time to relax, it was no problem.

Restaurant have great view. We order two pasta dishes bolognese and truffle. It looks great, however taste was okay. I would rate 6/10. Tiramisu was good 👍 Coffee I would prefare to go for coffee shop unless you are really desperate for it. No alternative milk aviable. Order was made fast . Great that you can see menu online with pictures.

I recommend the pizza — it’s always tasty and just right. As for the ravioli, they weren’t bad, but a bit too firm, almost al dente. The filling was a bit unusual, but the sauce was very delicious and made up for the firmness and odd filling.

I really enjoyed my meal here along with a glass of Sauvignon. The prices are very reasonable compared to other spots nearby, especially considering the lovely view and friendly service. The menu is extensive, which makes it a great choice whether you’re coming with a larger group (kids included) or dining solo like I did.

An Outstanding Experience at Este Oeste! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of the carbonara I ordered — simply perfect! The pasta was cooked al dente, the sauce was creamy and well-balanced, and the crispy guanciale added an authentic touch. You can tell great care goes into every detail, even in the presentation. Beyond the delicious food, the service was exceptional. Our server, Catarina, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the meal. She made the experience even more enjoyable with her warm and welcoming attitude. Great atmosphere, amazing food, and excellent service — I highly recommend Este Oeste and will definitely be coming back!

A place with a magnificent view. If you're looking for a 9 EUR break with a little Aperol, this is the perfect place. The barmen should put the Aperol in an normal amount. Don't fool the customers!

I’ve visited this restaurant a few times for both lunch and dinner, and overall, the experience has been fine. However, there's one issue that has been a bit off-putting for me. They automatically add a 5% service charge to the bill as a "suggestion."(The service was average. Others mentioned the service was excellent. But for me it wasn't anything special.) While I understand that I can refuse it, I can't help but feel guilty and uncomfortable doing so.It's too bad because if it weren't for this, we would probably visit more often.

This place has phenomenal food, service, and atmosphere! The attention to details is outstanding. The Story telling with the food is excellent, and the flavors are meticulously ornamented.

I was looking forward to this meal from the time I was able to book a reservation. From the time I reserved, they were very responsive to my emails (and I had a lot of questions!). Kudos to whoever is working their emails. For me, the "dining" experience started at that point. I ordered the vegetarian option, and I did not miss the meat at all! My husband ordered the meat menu with wine pairing with his meal, which he truly enjoyed. The sommeliers and the servers were very attentive. My family of 4 dined in. The restaurant did have steak and fries for my 7 year old, which he devoured. Everyone in the restaurant was very attentive to us, even asking my son how he liked his meal. (He gave them a thumbs up, which says a lot) Oh, and icing on the cake -- we did a tour of the kitchen and got to meet Chef Andre Cruz and see his staff at work. What a wonderful sight! It makes me appreciate all the work put towards my meal. If you are able to dine here, please do it. You will not regret it.

My husband and I had an incredible experience here last night. It was, without a doubt, the most seamless and thoughtfully curated tasting menu of our trip. The wine pairings were unique and complemented each dish perfectly. Wellington and Leonardo provided service that was both professional and warmly welcoming. Every dish was beautifully presented with an eclectic touch, perfectly seasoned, and expertly garnished. The quality of the ingredients Chef selected was outstanding. Having the Chef come out to introduce himself was the perfect finishing touch to an unforgettable evening—thank you!

This was one of the best meals and experiences in my life. We had the vegetarian 7 course dinner. Each course was a piece of art, and so beautiful you didn’t want to eat it. The food was unbelievably delicious. The service was fantastic and done by professional waiters. Two waiters served my wife and I at the same time. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone without hesitation. AMAZING!

Absolutely incredible experience, you must go if you are able. We did the full menu with wine pairings. I did vegetarian as I am not much of a fish eater (but do eat meat) and my husband did the fish meal. We both agree it was the best meal we've ever had. Staff is very attentive and the whole evening is so entertaining and fun. The meal took about 4 hours so be prepared for a marathon. But everything was SO SO worth it.

This restaurant was definitely the BEST restaurant I have ever eaten at. The service is outstanding and everyone serves your food in sync. As well, the food was unbelievable and the creativeness of the dishes was incomparable to any other restaurant that I’ve eaten at. The dishes were all served on different shaped plates and bowls which were very cool. This is an experience that you should definitely go to and you will not regret. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

I was having lunch today at Pizzeria Luzzo. It was amazing. I had a nice seat outside in the sun and because I came very early (at around 12) I was able to talk a bit to the waitress and ask her for recommendations for the pasta. She was incredibly friendly and the Spaghetti al Gambaretti (which were able to get with gluten free pasta) we’re really really delicious. I would definitely recommend!! Very nice place!

Great lunch spot while sightseeing! Thin crust wood fired pizza was cooked perfectly! 3 pizzas & 2 salads for 4 adults was perfect amount. Pricing compared to USA was a great bargain.

Delicious pizza and friendly staff! This was our first stop in Lisbon after an overnight flight and it hit the spot. We sat on the patio and it was very quiet considering it’s across from the hospital. We will definitely be back :)

The pizza at Luzzo's was absolutely amazing. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the crust was expertly prepared and loaded with an abundance of toppings. The service was great and the staff was very friendly and personable. We enjoyed our house made pitcher of Sangria that was wonderfully prepared. The food, atmosphere and service was excellent. We throughly enjoyed our visit.

This is a nice Little Italian restaurant a few blocks off the tourist central of Rua Augusta. Food was excellent, prices reasonable and the house Rose was very good. We had the house bread and shared a caprese salad, which was one of the better ones we have had in the last couple of weeks of our stay. They have fresh and dried pasta entrees and a fine selection of meet dishes. We stuck with the pastas and we’re not disappointed. Service was very good and the atmosphere was quite Italian. Overall we give this restaurant 4 clams on the coveted Five Quahog Rating Scale.

Greeted by lovely waitress with good English (for the role). Seating area outside is very immersive and strikes a different cord to the overly touristic seating of the major eateries in the plaza. The lasagna was not expensive by british standards but was delicious. Quite fast too, maybe 15 minutes but seems very fresh. Parmesan, salt and pepper also provided. I enjoyed the food very much and while I won't have time to go back again I certainly recommend.

I was glad to visit this restaurant totally unplanned and unexpected. I spent over two weeks in Spain and was used to having dinner at 1030pm or even 11pm. I am transiting in Lisbon and spending the night. I didn’t realize restaurants in Lisbon close much earlier and when they close, they close for the night. No negotiations! The two dishes I had were simple but tasty. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this seemingly family-run restaurant if you’re visiting the area. Thank you!

Large Menu (in four languages) with pasta, salad, appetizers, pizza, meat entre's, risotto's, fish entre's. Tasty Sangria also as others have said. Small seating area, so come early or call for reservation. Don't skip dessert, all home-made.

A slightly out of the way pizzeria. Not much to say other than my pizza definitely needed a few minutes more in the oven, which is enough to put me off going again. The service was fine but nothing special. A nice location to sit outside though, away from the traffic.

The taste is very distinctive and clear Fine place for Italian food. i wish there were more places like this around town. the service was sociable and attentive. it has a great feel to it. painfully loud (surprisingly) for being as packed as it was. We could actually still hear one another speak.

Nice outside seating on Valbom. We stopped for a weekday lunch, and food was freshly prepared and tasty. Service was prompt and efficient. I was disappointed that they do not offer a lunch menu or specials, so portions were dinner sized and a bit pricey for casual lunch.

Open until late but neither the food nor the service is something I would return for. We were sat outside in the dark, had to use our torch to read the menu. Halfway through the meal one of the waiters climbed on a chair to turn the light on above our table. Food was served without cutleries. Pizza funghi totally drenched in mushrooms with a paper thin base. Spaghetti bolognese looked and tasted like sauce out of a jar and served without parmesan. Should have gone down the road for a kebab instead the 75€ we spent here as a family of 4.

I was passing by and decided to seat. Interesting decor outside, like an Italian trattoria, asked for a capprese and Pene Arrabiata. Good food the capprese salad was missing some basil, more I would expect, basil leafs, and I the penne were not so Arrábita they were missing spice, not super al dente as requested, not even al dente.The staff is professional however not interested in the customer. As commented below this restaurant has the potential, good and tasty food, staff must be trained and customer focused.

I had a good pizza -- a kind of thin one, but still tasty. The panacota was very blend and I wouldn't order again. The service was not great, as we could tell the wateres were anxious for us to leave after me and my friends ate our pizzas. The environment is also not great; it's got not one single window and a decoration is cold, not comfy at all.

Nice restaurant with plenty of space and tables. Lots of screens for watching sport etc. The food is good but not anything exceptional. We stopped by whilst exploring the town so worked as a quick refuel stop. Service was quick but fairly lifeless...nobody seemed to smile! Went there for dinner on a Saturday night, and got a table really quickly. Got a burger for dinner and really enjoyed it just like the appetizer, and the restaurant had quite a few options for different people, which is really good. The space is very welcoming in my opinion but the price is the only thing that I didn't like. I recommend for anyone to try it! 👊

We ordered burgers and they where ordinary with no specific taste. Why pay more for burgers that taste less than a standard Big Mac? The kids wanted McDonalds and after this we actually went there. Nice atmosphere and super service is a good reason for going here.

Stylish modern restaurant with normal prices. The Popolo is a pizza/burger restaurant in Santos, with a very cool interior design, tasty food and good cocktails. The waiters are friendly, waiting time for food is absolutely okay, the music is good (not too loud so you can talk with each other). Would recommend it :)

It's not a brilliant option to have a date or even to invite your friends to dinner out. The puddings are overpriced. Overall, it was a super normal meal which I can compare to other fast food restaurants.

Cute little restaurant. Inexpensive - we paid €60 for 2 persons for bread, a pizza course, a meat course, a pasta course and dessert with a bottle of Italian red wine. Food arrives quickly and the service is friendly. It's worth a visit but make sure to reserve - it's a small space.

My boyfriend and I dined here late, as our flight was canceled. They received us openly and made us feel very welcomed from the start, even though we were coming in at a late time. We ordered the meatball appetizer, some port wine and a gin martini for pre dinner drinks which were delicious. I ordered the Pasta Alla Forma which was prepared table side. Noodles were perfectly al denté, lots of amazing truffle flavor and with ample amount of grana to enjoy! My boyfriend ordered the Pasta Osso Buco, which was a good portion for the price. We were blown away by our servers, Indra, and another young gentleman who we didn’t catch his name. They were very proficient and helpful with our questions about the wine and the food, and continued the impeccable service throughout the meal. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a romantic dinner with great tasting food and wine. Thank you Indra and staff for a great experience!

Too expensive for what it offers. The atmosphere is quite nice; it gives this roots vibe of cucina and Italy. However, it has three main problems that make the overall experience not very good: 1) Service After we sat, we literally waited 30 min for someone to approach us and ask what we wanted. This is after 10-15min trying to call the waitpeople. The food took a long time to arrive, and not all plates arrived on time. So prepare to eat a small portion, wait for, I don’t know how long for the next one, and so on. 2) Food portion What was explained to us was that the portions were to share. So order multiple plates and share them with your friends. The problem, as already mentioned, are it’s one plate at a time, you wait a lot for it to arrive, and when it comes, it’s over in minutes. 3) Price It’s expensive. Period. Considering the portion size and other experiences, it’s costly. Additionally, they don’t take cards. So you must pay with cash (the paper thing) as the Incas and Mayas used to do. Is the food good? Yes. Is the price worth it? No. Will I go back? No.

We enjoyed our experience here so much. The 16 course tasting menu may seem like a lot, but portions are well thought out and they use acidity well enough to keep your taste palate fresh for the next one. The service was impeccable. I accidentally dropped my napkin, and someone came with a new within a couple of seconds. I bit one of the appetizers in half and some creamed spewed out. Then, the next dishes were all explained with how they suggest eating it. The attention to detail was amazing. We felt like we were getting two Michelin star value from a one star. There aren't many tables so the head chef has time to visit each and have some conversations. Speaking of the head chef, we caught a beautiful moment where he asked one of the chefs to come up to the front and he started teaching a technique with clarity & respect. You typically hear about this, but it was amazing to watch it live. So come here soon before they become even more famous!

I had a wonderful experience here in Loco, this is the ONLY fine dining experience that I was satisfied with during my trip to Paris, Lisbon and Porto. The dishes were generally good, of course I prefer some of them to the others, but more importantly, I think many of them were unique and I can still remember why I like them! And you can see how the team carefully crafted each dish. I don't want to write too much about the dishes, one simply needs to go and taste it. Another thing that impressed me was the service level, the team was top notch! I love how they have the different chefs came to our table to explain the dish, and all of them were very amicable. The restaurant also operates with an open kitchen, and sometimes it gave the vibe of TV drama when Chef Alexandre shouted some commands and everyone responded "Oui Chef!" I also need to give credits to our lovely hostess, which I believe was the restaurant manager, Gabriella. She confirmed me about the food restrictions for our tables at the very beginning, and I am so glad that they were able to offer something to the 2 friends that indicated beef restriction and it was nothing less than the original menu, my friends were satisfied! While most of our group did the wine pairing, 2 of us ordered separate glasses. She recommended very nice wine paired with the food at a reasonable price. Of course, the wine pairing offered more tastings but she did her job so well and I didn't think her separate selection for us was anything less than the wine pairing menu! The experience on-site was brilliant but it didn't end just there. They cared enough to send us the full menu of the food and wine that we have tasted, and even remember the separate glasses for those who didn't do the wine pairing! Just a kind reminder that, coffee and tea is on extra cost, anyways, no harm to the experience itself. I guess that's how you draw a perfect ending to a michelin-starred restaurant experience, strongly recommend to everyone!

An exceptional dining experience that was meticulous from start to finish. Delicious and beautiful food; stellar service by the kind and knowledgeable staff that took me on a journey by explaining everything about the food I was about to eat, it's origins and why it is important to Lisbon and Portuguese culture. Find and chase your moments!!! We’ve been fortunate to dine at Michelin-starred restaurants all over the world, and our experience at Loco in Lisbon ranks among the very best. Calling each dish a “moment” isn’t just clever branding—it's honestly how we both felt. Since that night, we've started jokingly referring to every meal we eat as a "moment," but nothing quite compares to the ones we had at Loco. In our opinion, this restaurant deserves more than one Michelin star. A single star doesn’t do justice to the great things that define this place. We’d honestly place it at two, if not three stars—yes, it’s that bomb diggity good. A special shout-out to Gabriella (woot woot), our sommelier and one of our servers. Everything about her was great including her deep wine knowledge, and impeccable timing (wine) elevated the night beyond expectations. She made sure our glasses were never empty and our pairings were always perfect. We loved her energy—so knowledgeable, and she was super chill. By the way, the last Brandy made us go over the edge. Whoops!!! The entire team exuded passion and professionalism, which we (especially me) is the more casual one, but all are down to earth. At one point, we asked a staff member how they all managed to keep smiling, knowing the gossip and drama behind the scenes in fine dining. He just laughed and said, “We’re good at hiding that.” That made both of us laugh super hard. We left Loco completely wowed. We’ll absolutely return the next time we’re in Lisbon

Wow....absolutely wow....One of the best meals of my life.... Every dish was extraordinary, I can't pick a favorite. Loved how they only use Portuguese ingredients and the wine pairings were perfection.

Loco was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The staff was absolutely incredible—warm, attentive, and made the evening feel so special. Each course was like a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with creativity and flavor. We chose the wine pairing, which complemented the menu perfectly and elevated the entire meal. The staff brought a special dessert for husband's birthday which was such a nice touch. A very memorable dinner!

Overall the dishes and tastes were good, the concept of extracting as much flavor from all parts in the ingredients and leaving nothing to waste does mean the presentation of some dishes are pretty unique. Lots of acidity / tartness and pickled / pureed strategies be it’s clearly experimental which makes it exciting and brave on the part of the chefs. Open kitchen so you see everything. The non alcoholic pairings were a hit and miss, one was a pea flower tea that changed color with an addition of something akin to lemonade and some people might ohh and ahh about the color change but it was a bit unoriginal. The kombucha and hibiscus flower drink was ok. The pairing drink for the desert was great though. Waiter didn’t give us the napkins for the first five dishes until I realized that the experience didn’t require us to suffer through dirty fingers and asked for it when the bread came around so that was not too great. Also things kept getting accidentally shuffled to our table when they should be getting to the table over. That was weird. Chefs spoke better English than the waiters because they were explaining all the ingredients. 4.6/5

We wanted to visit this because Chef Louise was our favorite candidate of all Top Chef France seasons. This was the third favorite restaurant experience I’ve had. We had the 10-course “Harvest” menu with wine pairings. All dishes were delicious (with a special mention for the playful “sardines”, the aubergine and the tomato/strawberry dessert), and servings were far more generous than what you’d usually get from a high-end restaurant. Service was excellent and attentive and the cosy, leafy setting was very relaxing. I’m hoping to visit again next time I’m in Lisbon!

We enjoyed a lot the dinner at Boubou. The service was very mindful and friendly. The food was beautiful to look at and truly delicious. We enjoyed the outstanding balance between saltiness and sweet in all the dishes. Our favorite was the goat cheese with pumpkin jam and white chocolate.

Absolutely magical! This is an incredible place - do not miss it when you are in Lisbon. The restaurant is beautiful. It's like eating in a magical garden. Every dish is a work of art and delicious. The service was outstanding and the team was engaging, funny and made us feel like royalty. The chef is a true artist and her team is extraordinary!

Here is a spot in Lisbon that you can’t miss out on! What an experience….What a story! Love the food. Love the Chef’s story and her family! Love the fact that she brings her heritage and her family experience into the food experience. All the crew is so nice. Rita was our experience advisor, as I would call her. She was fantastic! Very attentive and engaging! We all had the 10 moments experience. We did not pair it with the Wine selection, we just got a bottle of our own selection. Something tells me we missed out on the wines. Next time! I will definitely be back. Next time I will make sure I book way ahead.

The entire experience was very nice. The atmosphere is great, although the restaurant may feel a bit crowded, considering the space is not huge. The level of service was very good. The food was great, although I felt a little better balance between sweetness and earthiness was missing in some of the dishes.

Boubou’s was spectacular last night! The creativity, attention to detail and unbelievable positive attitude of everyone working there. You walk through the kitchen area to get to the dining area and the entire kitchen staff welcomed us to dinner! If you are in Lisbon stop by and give it a try - you won’t be disappointed. I won’t try to describe the food because I won’t do it justice - take a look at the pics and decide for yourself.

We had an amazing experience. This was one of my top ten food experiences. We’ve dined at some of the best restaurants in the world and I’d recommend visiting Boubous. The experience is approachable and focused on the food and experience. It’s not stiff or stuffy. We had fun. Be sure to include the wine paring. The drinks we had paired perfectly with the dishes. I was very impressed with the sommelier. I’m not sure if it is common for the restaurant to have only a chef’s tasting menu, but that’s what was available the night we dined there. I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.

The food was delicious, but it arrived late, and our group of five didn’t receive our meals at the same time—there was a significant gap between when each dish was served. Additionally, after our appetizer, the staff didn’t replace our forks and knives, which is standard practice in most restaurants. However, the waiters were very friendly and created a great atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant experience despite these issues.

This food was something else, it was great! The lady who was helping us all night was so nice, she was also the singer apparently, she had a lovely voice, we really enjoyed it. When she was singing there was no one taking over our table, we had to wait a little bit for any one to notice us and that’s why we didnt order a dessert and another cocktail. The cocktails were also very nice by the way! Even if the service was not on point, because it was busy, i would recommend this place!

Everything was excellent. The Mano a Mano was some of the best Neopalitan pizza I’ve ever had. Prosciutto added the perfect salty goodness. Lasagna classic was so cheesy and classic but better. Servers were attentive & fast and we even had a mellow & amazing singer with the voice of an angel. Chocolate cheesecake was recommended by the server & you must try.

A good Neapolitan pizza place located in a touristic area. The pizza dough is light and has a nice crust. The price is fair for the area and the service is fast and friendly. The only minus is that at times you might hear the bar downstairs who are banging their loud speakers and the whole restaurant is shaking.

We ordered the Sour Cherry Spritz, Super Bock, A bottle of Red Wine, Spicy Carbonara, Mafaldine (Pasta With Stracciatella & Tomato Sauce), Tiramisu, and a Double Espresso. All pasta is handmade and dishes range from 15-20€.

We ordered the lobster pasta and the bacon pasta. It was fine for what it was. Nothing stood out, it was solid. Bacon was cooked nice and the seafood was delicious. Vibes inside were good too. We didn’t have a reservation but we were able to get seated when we came at opening time.

I was a little skeptical at first cause I learned of this place through TikTok and yknow how they can over hype certain places that doesn’t deserve the ratings 😂 But MY GOD THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! We came here during lunch since they’re fully booked for dinner seatings and we got everything they recommended - sautéed seafood, mussels linguine & ragu. Started with the sautéed seafood with focaccia and we literally wiped the sauce clean, it’s THAT GOOD. The muscles linguine was nothing we’ve had. We weren’t expecting that flavor especially when we can taste the homemade pasta. It’s beyond our expectations. The ragu might just be the best we’ve had. DONT WAIT, JUST COME HERE AND TRY THE FOOD OUT. Come during lunch since there’s lesser ppl and quite vibey ✨

The best Italian food I’ve had. We got the ragu and the shrimp ravioli - the taste was absolutely top! Really well seasoned- only downside with the shrimp ravioli was that there was not a lot of food. The acoustics was not so good, but it doesn’t ruin your conversation. The best tiramisu I’ve tried before. Food absolutely amazing - the waiters was really nice and friendly and didn’t disturb.

Recommended to me and wow wow wow. I am still thinking about this meal 3 weeks later. We arrived early and our table was not ready so we were able to go to their partner restaurant next door for a drink and bring it over once the table was ready. We ordered 4 pastas to share and each one was amazing. We ordered the Artichoke (can skip this) Ragu x2 (x1 gluten free handmade pasta was the best my friend has ever had), Sweet potato gnocchi with pesto gluten free, and paccheri (the best!!) We came here to celebrate a birthday and it was the stand out of our trip. The restaurant itself is gorgeous with the interior and the service was good nothing too special though. Must book in advance as it books out fast!

Epur was one of the most special food experiences I’ve ever had — the menu was so beautifully curated and the wine pairings were fantastic! Yes, it is a little expensive, but the atmosphere, service, and of course, the food makes it more than worth it! If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Epur delivers on creativity and technique, with dishes that are refined and thoughtfully composed. Flavors are well-balanced and presentation is elegant, reflecting the precision expected at a Michelin-starred establishment. However, the experience left room for improvement in terms of value and pacing. While small portions are to be expected in fine dining, the price point felt disproportionate to what was served — in particular, a single small piece of lamb and a single piece of fish as the main elements of the menu. The progression of the meal also felt somewhat hurried, with no palate cleansers or interludes to create rhythm and balance. Service, on the other hand, was exemplary: attentive, polished, and genuinely hospitable, which elevated the overall atmosphere. In sum, Epur showcases culinary skill and flavor, but the balance between portion size, menu structure, and price could be refined to create a more complete Michelin-level experience

Visited a lot Michelin Stars restaurants in Asia & Europe before, unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences of mine. Most dishes are just taste so salty (sometimes due to the sauce, sometimes just too much salt added in, & sometimes are both) 😰 The best food for the whole dinner was bread & dessert. Wine was good as well. Service was good but the whole experience disappointed me.

What should have been the peak of our culinary trip to Lisbon, unfortunately didn’t fully meet our expectations. Don’t get me wrong: the venue with its view over the city is beautiful, the menu was very tasty and definitely earned the Michelin Star. However, the service was definitely not up to this recognition. Cutlery was forgotten once, we waited for the wine card for 30 minutes and when telling the service in a polite way about those shortcomings, the feedback was simply taken without apology or whatsoever. Overall a very good quality of the kitchen and all in all the evening was very nice and enjoyable. However given the Michelin recognition, we would have expected a little more.

A beautiful restaurant with an impactful and delicious menu and an impeccable view. A few culinary surprises were a delight as well. Service was exceptional throughout the entire meal. Our only criticism, was that we arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation and were asked to remain outside of the restaurant instead of inside - unfortunately not an overly pleasant neighbourhood at night.
