I think this is a solid luxury hotel. It has excellent views and a strong location. That said, the service and on-site food were nothing groundbreaking. For the price, I think other boutique hotels in the area probably are better value. That said we enjoyed our stay... just not the credit card bill at the end!

We just had our wedding at the Four Seasons this past weekend, and it was truly magical from start to finish. From the moment we toured the venue last year and met Emma, we’ve been cared for so thoughtfully every step of the way. Emma is attentive, responsive, and incredibly sweet. Even though the Four Seasons hosts weddings year-round, they have a way of making you feel like you’re their one and only. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented - our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. Our stay was just as perfect! the room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we were given thoughtful extras like champagne, yummy snacks, chocolate covered strawberries, floor-length mirrors for getting ready and a mini fridge for drinks. Every detail was considered. Thank you so much, Emma, and the entire events team, for making our wedding weekend unforgettable! <3

The location is very convenient to bars, restaurants and city sights. The revitalized water front is just down the hill and a great public space/amenity. The staff is very friendly and professional. We chose a partial bay view room since we would not be spending much time there and it was comfortable and clean. It's nice that the hotel has an outdoor heated pool and spa. The spa could use some updating though and the water level was a bit low. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and it was a nice gesture that a small birthday cake was in the room when we arrived.

The best choice for our family's trip to Seattle. The view was great and the major tourist attractions were within walking distance. All the staff were friendly, and the room service and restaurant food were excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

I’m a frequent Four Seasons guest and usually impressed by the consistency and service the brand is known for, but unfortunately this stay at the Four Seasons Seattle fell short of expectations. Dining at Goldfinch Tavern Upon arrival, we sat for lunch and ordered a chicken club to split and the fish and chips. Despite the restaurant being empty, the food took nearly 40 minutes. The chicken club was excellent, but the fish and chips were soggy, bland, and visually unappealing. When the manager checked in, we mentioned this and she offered another chicken club. Oddly, the second one was completely different from the first—with cheese and a sauce—which was inconsistent and not what I would expect from Four Seasons. Across our stay, Goldfinch also seemed to be “out” of multiple menu items, including Dungeness crab on our last day, which was surprising for Seattle. Room & Facilities The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, though being on the 3rd floor it was noisy. The gym was very good—bright with a nice view, well-stocked with water, and connected to the spa changing area that included a steam room. The showers in the spa made loud noises when turned on, suggesting water pressure issues. One odd housekeeping oversight: toilet paper wasn’t replaced, and I was left to use Kleenex despite daily service. Concierge Service This was the most disappointing aspect. I asked the concierge for a fun, local spot to take clients who were craving lobster rolls. Both Ryan and another concierge enthusiastically recommended crab rolls at Elliott’s. We went—only to be told by a longtime server there that Elliott’s has never had crab rolls on their menu. That’s a glaring miss and embarrassing when entertaining clients. When I raised it on return, one concierge apologized, but it left me questioning how well the team knew their city. Separately, I asked about a Four Seasons-branded hat to add to my collection (other properties have provided them). A lime green one was kindly sent up, though not my taste. When I asked if I could exchange for a darker green version, I was told by spa staff that “they’re different departments” and nothing could be done. Later, when I again asked the concierge if it could be swapped, I was told simply to “leave it in the room if I didn’t want it.” That response—especially after their earlier error—was not what I would expect from a brand built on going above and beyond. Spa Experience The highlight of the entire stay was my massage with Nicole, a 12-year veteran of Four Seasons. She was outstanding—warm, professional, and truly the best part of the trip. Katie at the bar also stood out with her friendly and attentive service. Checkout At checkout, when asked about my stay, I honestly shared that it wasn’t great. The staff member just nodded without further comment—a missed opportunity to recover the guest experience. Final Thoughts The property has potential: a nice gym, comfortable rooms, and some standout staff like Nicole and Katie. But overall, the service felt inconsistent, unpolished, and at times dismissive—far below the Forbes standard I associate with Four Seasons. For the premium rates charged, this location didn’t deliver, and I wouldn’t return.

We stayed at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle for three nights and had an exceptional experience. The staff was attentive and professional and our room was spacious with stunning views of Elliott Bay. The rooftop infinity pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Dining at Goldfinch Tavern was a highlight with delicious Pacific Northwest cuisine. The location is ideal within walking distance to Pike Place Market and other downtown attractions.

Update: I emailed Moshe last Wednesday and have heard nothing. We have stayed with the four seasons Seattle probably 6 times in the last year. The valet is amazing and so are the spa staff and treatments. But my goodness, for being a four seasons you would think their mattresses would be level. Every room we’ve had in the last year the beds have been busted to say the least. I usually book a four seasons knowing I’m going to get the best nights sleep but not in Seattle- sleepless in Seattle anyone… maybe that’s the vibe they’re going for?? Even my husband wakes up with terrible back pain and he doesn’t even have a bad back. I simply won’t stay there any longer. You’ll have a better experience at the silver cloud inn. I’ve written to them about this issue before and they really don’t have much to say. My hope is that they will replace their terrible mattresses so I can stay there again because we really do enjoy the location and roof top pool.

My room had views of the pier. The main restaurant downstairs was fast and the food was delicious. I had eggs Benedict with veggies & added ham. I totally recommend them for breakfast and the vanilla latte. The prices are very reasonable. Everything is within walking distance and only 3 minutes from the original Starbucks.

This was my first visit to Seattle, and we chose Thompson Seattle mainly for its location and convenience. Pros: Excellent location, with plenty of Lime scooters available right outside. Calm and welcoming ambience in the lobby. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room clean. The staff left us a small surprise when they found out we were celebrating our engagement getaway, which was a very thoughtful touch. Cons: Our room was missing a second set of bathrobe/slippers. Twice, items we requested from the front desk never arrived. The bathroom exhaust fan was weak or broken, and we could also hear neighbors through the bathroom walls. We booked for two people and arrived early, but thankfully our room was ready and we were able to check in ahead of schedule. The front desk offered us cookies or champagne, which was a nice welcome. They also recommended the rooftop bar, which we wanted to check out later in our stay. When we settled into the room, we noticed only one set of robe/slippers was provided. Everything else was fine, so later that day we asked the front desk (a Caucasian male with short blond hair) for another set. He confirmed our room number and said they’d send it up, but unfortunately, nothing ever arrived. The next morning, I requested it again through the Hyatt app, and this time it showed up within 10 minutes. A similar situation happened on our last day. I asked the front desk if there was a microwave anywhere in the building we could use to heat up leftovers. Instead, they told me they could send one up to our room. We waited, but it never arrived—so I’m still not sure if that’s actually an option or not. Checkout was simple and efficient—just dropping off the keys, confirming charges, and we were good to go. Overall, the location and housekeeping were great, and we appreciated the engagement surprise. However, the follow-through on service requests could definitely be improved.

The hotel was clean and very centrally located. It look only minutes to walk to multiple locations and/or public transportation. We requested an early check in and were able to get checked in quickly and efficiently upon our arrival. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. We did pick the cheapest of the rooms available, and it was slightly smaller than I was expecting. The staff was kind and helpful when we needed. The only complaint about our room is that the AC appeared to be broken or on its way out, and it made bubbling noises the entire time it was in use. My biggest complaint was the mass of homeless folks that gathered next to the hotel/in the alley next to the hotel. They weren’t exactly bothersome or unexpected considering the location; however, it was slightly jarring to see mass amounts of people openly using illicit drugs and seeing people passed out or slumped over. I would like to note they were right next to the hotel, so assuming the hotel can’t do much, but it was exactly pleasant to walk past each time you came in and out of the hotel. Other than that, the stay was overall pleasant

Just ended a great four night stay at the Thompson Seattle! I had booked this hotel through Chase’s The Edit program and it did not disappoint. The location, decor, vibe, and the staff’s hospitality were all highlights of our stay. The rooms and bathroom was beautiful, clean, and modern. The waterfront views are incredible as well. We enjoyed the rooftop bar, The Nest, for beautiful views of the water. The food options on the rooftop left something to be desired, but it was still very enjoyable. The restaurant also had a delicious breakfast! My only gripe with the room was its ineffective AC. Especially in the afternoon with the sun hitting the room, even with the curtains closed it still took till 8pm to get the room back to a comfortable temperature. Overall, a great stay, with a prime location, just steps to Pike Place. We will definitely be staying there again in Seattle.

Great stay and short walk to pikes peak. Nice welcoming staff with welcoming champagne and sweets. We got use of their gym and cozy restaurant. Just wish they had better pillows and a more practical restroom.

Our experience at the Thompson Seattle was outstanding from start to finish. Upon arrival, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us — they upgraded us to a spacious suite for a nominal charge so my friend and I could have a little extra room. That gesture alone set the tone for a stay defined by genuine hospitality and attention to detail. The room itself was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with that perfect balance of luxury and warmth that makes you feel both pampered and at home. The hotel’s customer service was consistently top-tier — every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help without being overbearing.

Tried the Thompson on a particularly busy night in Seattle and was pleasantly surprised. Very much frequent Hyatt patrons but hadn’t stayed at this brand before. It was smart, ( hotel appeared pretty new), service was good, and the location was ideal for our stay - we left the car with valet parking and didn’t need it again until we left. Would stay again.

I absolutely loved this place. It a combination of old world fish stands, speciality shops, and modern styled restaurants. The vibe is electric. Locals and tourists flow through with ease. I even caught the men throwing the fish. I just happened to walk by as they did it. There's most likely a shop there that has what you're looking for. Shop with purpose, sight see, people watch - you can't go wrong. It's all there.

A very charming Pike Place Market. One of the most interesting markets I’ve visited. It left a strong impression both during the day and at night, offering a vibrant and lively atmosphere in either time. The market is full of colorful stalls, fresh seafood, local produce, handmade crafts, and street performers that create a lively buzz. It’s a great place to experience the local culture and enjoy the eclectic mix of sights, sounds, and smells. The best time to visit is around 9-10 AM when everything is already set up for visitors and tourists eager to explore this vibrant area. The market also provides fantastic photo opportunities with its iconic fishmongers throwing fish, historical buildings, and scenic views of the Seattle waterfront. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Pike Place Market—you won’t be disappointed!

This is an amazing eclectic collection of shops, markets, and restaurants that give Seattle a unique feeling that welcomes locals and tourists alike. Take your time walking though the entire five floors of themed and out of the ordinary retailers. I have never been in a place that has so much to offer for almost anyone or any age. Whether looking for antiques, comic books, or the freshest fish and farmed fruits and vegetables, the Market Place is a fun and interesting place to spend a morning or afternoon. The fruit and fish markets open up early, but the shops and restaurants open around 9 AM and the whole market closes down at 6 PM.

Honestly, so happy to be able to experience this in my lifetime. It's less touristy than I thought it would be. So many amazing hidden gems. Can't go wrong with any of the food stands. Late OCTUBER was a perfect visit a little rain but less crowds.

Spent the night before my cruise at the hotel and I could not be more pleased! The hotel was cool, the staff was nice and the pier was walking distance. I’m so glad I decided to stay here. We got a balcony waterfront room which was incredible when you open the curtain to see your ship in the morning. So cool. Thank you for an awesome time. They also sent up a complimentary charcuterie board. Which was a nice was to start our honeymoon.

Overall, a good hotel. Room was nice, though the city view is lacking unfortunately. Wifi does not work very well , and the hotel adds extra "fees" to the price when it is time to pay that are not included on the receipt when you reserve a room. Also be aware that valet is a separate service and is $65 a night if you aren't paying attention. Otherwise, it is in a very convenient location, the beds are comfortable, and we had a good experience overall.

The room had a warm, rustic charm with wooden accents and cozy red decor that made it feel both stylish and comfortable. The bed was super soft with fluffy pillows, and I especially liked the little touches that gave the space personality — from the patterned cushions to the view over the waterfront. The room was spotless, and I appreciated the thoughtful layout with a desk area, fireplace, and window that let in beautiful natural light. Watching the sunset over the water from nearby was a highlight of my stay — the colors reflecting on the calm sea were breathtaking. It’s a perfect spot for relaxing after exploring Seattle. I’d definitely love to stay here again!

The Edgewater has one thing going for it: location. Sitting right on the pier with sweeping views of Elliott Bay, and within walking distance of Pike Place Market, it’s hard to imagine a better setting for the final stop of a honeymoon. The charm of the waterfront, the nostalgia of a classic Seattle property, and picturesque moments watching ferries drift by created expectations of a truly special stay. Unfortunately, that’s where the magic ends. From the moment we arrived, the experience became a masterclass in nickel-and-diming. The bikes advertised as a perk for guests? Limited to two hours, which makes them more symbolic than useful(unless you’re planning a sprint, not a scenic ride) Parking? A staggering $65 per night after already paying a premium for the room. It felt less like hospitality and more like a slow drip of unexpected add-ons designed to erode any sense of value. But the most disappointing part of our stay, and the most surprising given the hotel’s reputation, was the refusal to honor the perks promised as part of our booking. We were supposed to receive a $100 credit for use at the restaurant or gift shop. Instead, we discovered we couldn’t use it at the restaurant, nor even charge meals to the room. Being told “no” at every turn as we tried to use a perk we had explicitly booked through a partner program felt disingenuous at best, and outright dishonest at worst. On a trip meant to celebrate our marriage, it was incredibly disheartening to spend time and energy fighting for a benefit rather than enjoying our final days away. To be clear: the staff we interacted with were polite. The property itself is visually charming. The location is iconic. But none of that outweighs the frustration of feeling misled, overcharged, and dismissed. For a stay priced and marketed as a luxury experience, the lack of follow-through and the constant sense of being “upsold” instead of welcomed left a sour taste on what should have been a joyful finale to a wonderful honeymoon. In short, the view is lovely,but for the price, the service and value simply don’t rise to meet it. Seattle has no shortage of beautiful hotels with great locations. Next time, we’ll choose one where hospitality isn’t optional and guest perks aren’t treated like negotiable suggestions.

As others have noted, the views from the hotel common areas and waterfront rooms are incredible. Unfortunately, the positive ends there. We paid nearly $2700 for 4 nights including the mysterious resort fees (received nothing for those). Very overpriced. Rooms are dated and WiFi is terrible; no way you can work from there. Customer service was spotty (girl checking us in was rude and also wouldn’t let us charge our stay on my husbands card instead of mine for no apparent reason), Restaurant food good but also overpriced. The waterfront neighborhood is fine but Belltown up the hill isn’t safe. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the center of town.

We had a minor issue in our king suite room, they upgraded us to a bigger room with a better view immediately and took off all resort fees. I felt that it was more than what was needed and they went above and beyond. The six seven is always incredible as well. I recommend the bouillabaisse.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon. The view and the vibe absolutely can not be beat. The view from our window was like something off a cruise ship. The lobby is decorated warmly in a modern mountain boho mash up that works perfectly. and the place smells amazing! Staff was very friendly. There were a few down sides however. The room was very small and the decore was tired. The bed was rock hard and my body was so achy after the first night that I felt like i’d been sleeping on a sidewalk. We were on our honeymoon, someone sent us some flowers, and the front desk called and asked us to come down and get them. I thought that was bizarre. At over $500 a night, you’d think they could bring them up… or offer to. And no acknowledgment it was our honeymoon or a special occasion of any kind. The place is also swamped with cruise ship check ins and outs every day, and even with reservations we ended up waiting to get into the restaurant the one time we went for dinner and at brunch each morning. BUT, location, location, location!

Mostly great with a few issues. Pros: The rooms are quite nice, and the suite has plenty of space. Restaurant and room service was prompt. Breakfast was well made with large plates of food; coffee was so so — recommend going anywhere within a few blocks for coffee. The bathtub was also a priority for one of us and was well received. They also sent a pleasant amenity to our room which was a very kind surprise. The stay itself was excellent. Cons: The hotel was not ready with our room at check in. We woke up at 6am to drive in from Rainier and told the hotel of our arrival time days in advance, so this was especially disappointing. It wasn’t even the non-guaranteed 12pm check in; they weren’t ready at 430pm. We had a reservation at 430pm which was missed. The front desk agent told us while we waited that they were keeping the top floor suite reserved for us and that they’d comp drinks for the delay — both of these turned out to not be true. Not sure why they’d mention this and not honor it. There are some gnats as other reviews point out. It wasn’t a huge issue but definitely noticeable.

The room was spacious and luxurious. Bed was comfortable, though the sounds of downtown Seattle could be heard which could make it hard to fall asleep. The bathtub was the highlight of this room, a big soaker tub with water coming down from the celling to fill it up. It was so relaxing and the curtain offered your privacy or you could leave it up and watch TV as you relax. The shower got very hot very quickly, so make sure to adjust before getting in. Have a good variety of snack and drinks in the room, though very over priced and the drinks top up the whole mini fridge, which made it hard to store your own personal drinks. Staff was friendly and helpful and they even give you a call when your room is ready if you arrive before the 4pm check in time (they also will hold your luggage and deliver it to the room for you). Overall, happy with my stay here.

My husband took me to this hotel for my 70th birthday. When I say this hotel was amazing I mean it. From the front staff to the maid service it was beyond wonderful. Heather went above and beyond to make sure everything was in line with our room. The staff was wonderful and kind. The doormen we're gracious and so very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again without a doubt. We even met the general manager Jeff and he wanted to make sure we we're happy. Great hotel

I just got back from an incredible stay at Hotel 1000, LXR Hotels & Resorts in downtown Seattle, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I visited with my mom for her anniversary celebration, and the staff really went out of their way to make it special. We were surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries, which absolutely delighted my mom and set the perfect tone for our visit. The rooms here are top notch, beautifully styled, spacious, and very modern, with carpets that honestly felt world-class underfoot. The bed was so luxurious and comfortable that I slept like a baby, and the bathroom was pure prestige, packed with high-end products and a deep soaking tub that made unwinding a breeze. Room service was always prompt and professional, and it really lived up to the expectations of a luxury hotel. One thing to note: dining onsite offers limited vegetarian options, but everything we tried was delicious and high quality, though I’ll admit it’s a bit on the pricey side. The bartenders, though, were outstanding, mixing up drinks with skill and charm. The overall atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a memorable getaway. Parking was a bit of a sore spot, it’s valet-only and costs $70 per night, which is steep. Fortunately, there’s public parking available nearby for as low as $20 per night if you use apps like Way.com, which I’d definitely recommend for better value. Overall, my mom and I left thoroughly impressed and super happy. Every aspect, from customer care to amenities to the surprise touches, made the trip memorable. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for luxury and genuine hospitality right in Seattle’s heart. Hotel 1000, LXR Hotels & Resorts is part of the American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts program and provides some excellent benefits for guests booking through Amex Platinum. I was able to take advantage of a $50 Hilton Honors credit, a $100 experience property credit, and a $60 breakfast credit for their All Water restaurant, which made my stay feel even more luxurious and valuable.

This is easily my favorite hotel in Seattle. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We were able to walk from the hotel to many of the places we wanted to visit. The restaurant and bar were wonderful. Rooms were comfortable and really quite beautiful. We traveled around a bit and chose different places to stay based on what we wanted to do but next time we will stay here for the entirety of our trip.

Very disappointed in our stay here. The room was covered in fruit flies and the bed was terrible! We also paid for this with points, and despite assuring us multiple times they were only putting a deposit charge on our card, they wound up charging us for the entire stay! Thankfully our bank sorted it out with them and we got our money back, but the entire administrative staff seemed disorganized. Especially disappointing since it is in such a great location. The staff who helped us retrieve things like extra blankets and the valets were very nice and helpful, but we won't be staying here again.

We have had a Wonderful stay at the LX1000 in Seattle! From the corner jr suite to all the amenity’s we love the room! The hotel is very convenient to everything in downtown Seattle! The seafood/breakfast restaurant downstairs was wonderful! We had an issue with hot water but it was promptly fixed!

My wife found this hotel for our three nights stay in Seattle on Groupon. It’s a very eclectic property. The rooms are clean. The bathroom and shower are very spacious. And the beds were comfortable. They have paintings of Bill Gates, Jimi Hendrix, Dave Matthews and others in the lobby dressed is important people from the past. And Nobles. Overall, our experience was very good.

Intimate, upscale hotel 2 blocks from Pike Place Market, 3 blocks from Amazon World HQ, right next to the Moore Theatre, a 10 minute walk to The Crocodile, and centrally located to so much, including the Needle/Climate Pledge Arena, which I walked to in about 20 minutes. All the staff I encountered were very helpful and my room was beautifully decorated. The Atelier Bloem toiletries deserve a mention all their own! The hotel restaurant Shaker + Spear has a fabulous open kitchen, including a Chef's Counter where you can chat with the cooks and see every dish being prepared. I highly recommend the Whole Fried Fish for dinner - the citrus salt is to die for - and the Brioche French Toast for breakfast - so light and flavorful! They also have a speakeasy style bar - Pennyroyal - that specializes in craft cocktails. It's just the right size for a date or a small group. And speaking of cocktails, every night from 5-6 the hotel has a selection of complimentary wine, cocktails, and sparkling NA beverages in the lobby during social hour. Definitely check out the Kimpton Palladian!

I am a wedding photographer and was working at the venue for my business Weddings by Andre. The day I was there, the couple I was working with was getting ready at the hotel. I loved the Bridal suite. It was beautiful, unique, and dog friendly. Staff were also paying the utmost attention running back and forth any time anything was needed for the bridal party. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to everyone, including me. The hotel is also conveniently placed not too far away from Pike Place Market (about a 5 minute walk). This allowed us to get some photos at the market and surrounding urban area. Overall, its great and serves as a great place to get ready for a wedding - I assume it is the same for full day weddings!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palladian Hotel with my travel clients, booking a total of 26 rooms. The accommodations were notably spacious compared to other hotels in Seattle within the same price range. I found the decor to be vibrant and edgy, adding a unique charm to the atmosphere. The staff were exceptional, providing outstanding service that truly stood out. Communication from the Service Manager and their assistant was efficient and prompt, which is quite impressive for a large booking—a rarity I've often encountered elsewhere. In terms of location, the Palladian Hotel strikes a perfect balance. It's conveniently close to Pike Place Market, yet situated just far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. My group enjoyed leisurely walks to Pike Place, the Space Needle, and a selection of fantastic local restaurants and bars. Having stayed at around 20 different hotels in the Seattle area, I can confidently say the Palladian Hotel ranks in my top three! It’s an excellent choice for anyone looking to experience the vibrant culture and sights of the city while enjoying comfort and exceptional service.

We had a good stay at the Palladian, but this review is to give a shout out to Sam at the front desk for extraordinary customer service. We were concerned about making it back in time for a late check with our car in the garage (which was over $60/day) and he not only ensured we didn’t get an additional charge, he called and texted to keep us updated. Polite, friendly, helpful, and customer service above and beyond. Thank you, Sam!

Hotel is fine - clean and in a good location though the rooms are small. The management here, however, is unhelpful and unfriendly. The smoke detector in our room started chirping at 2am one night due to low battery. I called down to the front desk who informed me that there is no maintenance on staff at that hour and there was no other room to put us in, so they couldn’t do anything. One of the front desk staff ended up coming to our room himself to try and help and after about 20 minutes we figured out how to get it off the wall and make it stop beeping. The entire ordeal took about 45 minutes. We didn’t sleep at all that night and had to go without a smoke detector in our room. Spoke to the hotel manager the next day, let her know what happened and commended the staff for helping in whatever way they could. She had an attitude, literally couldn’t have cared less about what happened and didn’t even apologize . I realize it’s not the staff’s fault, but at the very least you should be sympathetic, not cold and careless. Between the smoke detector and the staff reaction this hotel is clearly poorly managed; wouldn’t stay here again.

I loved our spa king size bedroom. Beds are soft comfortable. Good TV channels. The clawfoot tub was my favorite feature. That and having an empty fridge was nice. Ordered room service which was good as well. Parking is atrocious, came out to $76+ that should be a crime. Even Los Angeles or NYC isn't like this.

I usually stay at 5-star hotels for vacations, and I chose Lotte due to a very good price on Amex fine hotels, along with 3rd night free. Given what I saved, I upgraded to a Premiere suite with spacious living room along with full bath and shower, for an extra fee. Overall, the hotel seems very new and fresh, with very clean rooms. They have a cool ambiance in the hallways, and the fitness center is overall good, with a steam room and sauna that is available in the locker room at all hours, it appears. The fitness center is definitely open 24 hours per day. The bed was not super-comfortable, but was certainly more than adequate (but not nearly as comfortable as beds at Four Seasons). My only gripe with my stay was that the water was not hot sometimes so the bath and shower experience in my room was lukewarm at various points during the stay, which I found to be odd. The restaurant (Charlotte) was very good for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with very good service. The location is good for downtown. For the price that I paid, with a 3rd night free, this was a very good experience overall, and I would stay here again!

Stayed back in February but forgot to leave a review. Our stay was absolutely amazing and every single staff we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I wanted to give a special shout out to Arthur, I think he was a concierge. He gave so many helpful recommendations and you can tell how passionate he is about what he does. I look forward to my next stay and hopefully will see Arthur again.

To say I had a bad experience at the Lotte would be an understatement. At nine months pregnant, my husband and I decided to do a staycation for a night at the Lotte for our anniversary. I was looking forward to a nice shower and relaxation in a nice room. We had spent nights at the Lotte for special occasions previously and had a good time. We booked through Amex platinum which generally gets you noon check in. We called around noon to confirm and were told our room would be ready at 4. No problem. We arrived at 4 only to be told that our room was not available and would not be available until, at earliest, 7 pm. We were upset because why tell us the room would be available at 4 only to have us wait multiple hours afterwards. We tried to make the best of the situation. That said, we had dinner reservations at 6 and the symphony to get to at 730. And I needed to shower (and was looking forward to a nice hotel room shower). I asked if I could use any room to shower until our room was available. I was told no. I ended up showering in the gym/spa locker room where the water did not get hot (the knob kept on sliding to lukewarm) and there was no hair dryer or even full body towels. They then told me I could wait in their “hospitality room” which was a small room with 30 other people (I kid you not) who had also not received their room on time. People were not pleased. And at nine months pregnant the last thing I wanted was to be in a cramped room with other people. And quite frankly I was upset that my last child-free anniversary was being spent like this. At this point, around 530, we still didn’t have our room. My husband proceeded to plead with concierge only to be met with attitude: “There’s nothing we can do. It is what it is.” We spoke to the manager and she said that we could cancel our reservation and that we could celebrate our anniversary at the Lotte another night on them given the inconvenience. She gave us her business card and told us to email her. We emailed her the next day asking if we could come back in two weeks (9 and a half months pregnant) as that was the last time we would be able to do so for ages. It’s now been a week and we haven’t received an email back, or even an acknowledgement of receipt of our email. I’ve been trying to give the Lotte the benefit of the doubt given I’ve had wonderful stays, but this experience left such a sour taste in my mouth that I felt compelled to review. And the fact that this was happening to dozens of other people at the hotel showed me that the Lotte truly didn’t care for their guests. In short, stay at the Lotte at your own risk. You may not get your room that you spent good money on, even during special occasions.

Very clean and nicely designed hotel. Great views across Seattle. Friendly efficient staff team. Well placed to walk into the business area and main sights. Has a town car free for short trips. Feels very safe.

Beautiful hotel with upscale amenities. The service was above our expectations. Melissa was wonderful, she helped with last minute plans for our stay. Their restaurant staff was top notch, the hostess greeted everyone with expert attention. I look forward to returning, of the other options in Seattle Lotte has earned my business.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay, their service was exceptional! The room is spacious, the bed and linens are sensational, and their restaurant is delicious and the staff is fantastic. I can’t think of a negative.i can’t wait to return, I just know being there during the holidays will be memorable.

We have traveled many places in and out of the United States, but the service that we received in Lotte Hotel Seatle was unique. Antoine, the receptionist was very kind when we arrived. My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. I want to give special recognition to Natalie and Susie at the front desk! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. They didn’t just check us in - they anticipated our needs before we even mentioned them and made everything effortless and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet staff who combine genuine friendliness with that level of thoughtfulness and intuition. Natalie and Susie truly set the tone for our stay, and their kindness made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. Also worth mentioning: the hotel’s hot cocoa is fantastic! It’s the perfect treat for a chilly day. Even my youngest son - who is very particular about his hot cocoa - absolutely loved it. That alone speaks volumes! The Fairmont Olympic is a beautiful hotel, but it’s the people (and the cocoa!) that make it truly exceptional.

My husband and I stayed several nights at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, and we very much enjoyed the beautiful setting. The hotel is an elegant blend of Art Deco and traditional luxury that felt both sophisticated and comfortable. Service throughout our stay was polished and efficient; we never had to wait for an elevator, and the bar staff were attentive and quick. Valet parking was convenient though pricey, but the team was well organized and professional. Our room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, exactly what you’d expect from a property of this caliber. Everything met or exceeded expectations, making for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

It was my birthday on October 4 fifth sixth and seventh we stayed at the Fairmont Olympic legendary over 100 years old hotel and it was fabulous as usual. The service was great concierge was very informative. The managers at the restaurant we’re all attentive. The waiters and waitress were all attentive special shout out to Tammy and Justin, both waiters and waitress over at the Jorge restaurant. They were very attentive and performed five star golden service to us. They even gave me a sparkly cake and happy birthday to me. The manager was great. He set us down and found us a nice cozy spot for us to sit together. Thank you for all your hard work room service and the cleaning service was all wonderful. I especially love the elevators because they’re very fast. They must have a jet motor underneath them. It gets you to your room in seconds without all the fuss and wait the spa was excellent. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the pool. Thank you for my hotel for another wonderful birthday. I’ll see you next year oh and one more thing the speakeasy was wonderful behind the bookshelf a hidden bar that was a gem. The Olympic Fairmont Olympic hotel in Seattle never disappoints booked your next room for Christmas. You won’t be disappointed.

My stay at the Fairmont Olympic in Seattle was nothing short of exceptional. The location is great, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore the city. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was its rich history. I joined the guided history tour and was captivated by the stories behind the architecture and legacy of the building. It added a layer of charm and appreciation to the entire experience. The food was phenomenal. From breakfast to dinner, every dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. I appreciated learning about the sustainability practices along with the grandeur of the stay.

We came with our three year old daughter and wont be returning. This is a very tired hotel. The lobby is nice for a drink but beyond that everything in this place needs refreshing. Some staff were excellent, others should really seek a different profession.

This Historic Hotel is absolutely beautiful. The lobby/bar renovation was so tastefully done; it was fun to hang out in. We enjoyed cocktails and appetizers in the lobby, dined in the restaurant - all the food and beverage was amazing. We were there for a conference and all of the food for the events was delicious. The staff was very friendly. All around a great stay - will be back.

The hotel is located oceanfront on Alaskan Way, directly fronting the pier, shops, and restaurants. ATMOSPHERE: The low rise building of 8-stories has a very modern interior, with lots of stone in earthy tones, modern fixtures and colorful art pieces. It's not a bustling hotel by any means. It has the feel of a quiet hotel on San Francisco's Fishermans Wharf. You can hear seagulls and smell the pier, which I love! There's a walkway that leads out to Lenora Street, make a right onto 1st and that takes you direct to Pike Street. Super convenient. LOBBY: We arrived around 11am and it wasn't busy at all. Check in was quick and professional. There's a simple bar off to the side along with lounge seating and charging stations. ROOM: Very modern look and feel, and clean. There's a flat screen tv of about 37" or so. No in-room safe which is odd. The balcony is tiny and has no furniture. The view is 75% of the other hotel room balconies and 25% of the pier and ocean. The bathroom has only 1 basin and a shower/tub with good water pressure and drainage. The shower curtain had a small stain on the outside part but it wasn't a big deal. POOL: Saw it but didn't use it. Looks like its half indoors and half out. Simple rectangular pool. SERVICE: We're really not needy people when it comes to hotel stays. It's more of a place to sleep only. The few interactions we had with staff were all great. OVERALL: Great hotel within close proximity to the piers, Pike Place and Needle.

We had a long layover and had an amazing one night stay on September 13, 2025. We decided to book a hotel that was near the waterfront. This hotel was the perfect location to explore the waterfront. Our room was beautiful and spacious with a view of the waterfront. We received tickets to Wings over Washington at check in and some delicious chocolates! We were also assisted with transportation to the airport by the staff. Thank you for an excellent experience.

The Seattle Marriott Waterfront is a hidden gem. The hotel is right across from the pier and the restaurants/marketplace are within walking distance. The hotel staff Maria in housekeeping made our weekend so stress free. Her smile is so heartwarming and inviting. She left our rooms (271 & 273) impeccable and smelling fresh. Jordan in valet went above and beyond to have our rental car ready. He did not stop working. Jake, Kane, and Gabriel in the restaurant were so accommodating and friendly. This is our 2nd time staying at this property and will be our go to every year. Our uncle and aunt from Oregon stayed 1 night and loved it. They will use this hotel when they take their next cruise. The staff I mentioned deserve a raise, promotion, and recognition. Ortega family.

Location is King, But Everything Else Falls Short! ​The one undeniable positive of this hotel is its prime location. It was perfect for my pre-cruise stay, offering a fantastic view of the aft end of NCL Bliss, which I'll be boarding shortly. This convenience is what you're truly paying for. ​However, the quality of the stay itself was disappointing. Hotel menu prices are exorbitant and out of line with the value. I also do not recommend using their luggage holding service; my bag was misplaced, and it took the staff over an hour to retrieve it and get it to me. ​The basic comfort amenities were also lacking: poor bathroom lighting, no magnifying mirror, no robes in the rooms, the water pressure on the 8th floor was extremely weak, and the TV volume for the internet TV option was fixed so low it was difficult to hear. Furthermore, the bed linens felt rough and had an odd, ribbed texture. ​The one bright spot, which earned an extra star, was the excellent quality of the in-room toiletries. ​Considering the price point and the overall experience, I will be booking at The Edgewater on my next trip, as it offers a demonstrably superior stay.

Overpriced hotel for the level of service. We had a HORRIBLE experience from the minute we checked in, to the room we booked vs what we were assigned (though I called earlier in the day to confirm our room and stay), to a filthy, I mean filthy M Lounge. We had a late night 1 am arrival and when we walked in to the lobby, neither of the two gentlemen at the front desk bothered to say good evening, can we help you, etc., they said absolutely nothing. I tried to make light of the situation and I said, “who is the lucky gentleman to assist us,” and I received no response. It literally looked like a duo between the two gentlemen as to who will first offer to help. Seriously, it was awkward. I finally stepped up to the desk as I was forcing them to assist. Horrible! As a life long Marriott Loyal customer (25 plus years), this has to be the worst hotel experience I have been through. I regret not staying at the Westin, or Sheraton down the street. It would have definitely cost a lot less vs this overpriced, overrated hotel.

Destination fee of ~$30 is a ripoff & not adequately advertised to guests. I just cancelled a week stay when I got an email from this hotel announcing a destination fee that was not disclosed upon making the reservation at a corporate rate. The email stating I would be charged upon arrival did not state the actual amount of the charge or what the fee includes. I called the hotel & was told by the reservations person there was no fee associated with my reservation. I then called the front desk to be sure & they said the fee was $30 and included $20 for bar/restaurant/room service & 2 tickets to some event i have no interest in - I’m alone, on business, don’t drink & am on an incredibly restricted diet due to a medical condition. So I cancelled the $3500 reservation that my employer would have paid gladly because I don’t believe in being ripped off by a hotel that lies about these ridiculous fees for stuff I will never consume. It’s actually illegal to charge these fees without express written explanations of cost & what the inclusions are - not once in the Marriott iPhone app reservation process or follow-up reservation email was the Destination Fee mentioned - not until the week before arrival for my stay did I get an email with a vague “you will be charged” message with zero details on how much in actual dollars the fee would be & zero detail as to why the fee was charged & what it would include. The person on the phone kept telling me I was informed during the reservation process, but I was not & implying that I’m either lying or stupid or can’t read does not help. No more Marriotts or Bonvoy properties for me. And, I’m telling all my coworkers to book Hiltons or Hyatts from now on. We’re highly paid consultants who stay in hotels 4 nights/week 40 weeks/year. Destination Fees are a scam - especially at this particular Marriott. Beware. They may charge extra for use of the elevator or for a key to your room or to dip your toe in their filthy pool.

From start to finish, our stay at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront was fantastic! The cab ride from the airport was about $60, and once we arrived, the check in process was quick and efficient. As a Marriott member, I was warmly thanked, gifted a box of local chocolates, and even informed about the $20/day food and drink credit, a very thoughtful touch. Our room was large, spotless, and very comfortable. The gym was decent and conveniently located right beside the pool, which my kids absolutely loved. We also tried room service one evening, and the burger and pizza were both delicious with generous portions. The location couldn’t have been better! It was just an easy 11 minute walk to Pike Place Market, where we spent much of our time exploring. Getting to Pier 91 for our cruise was also simple, just a short Lyft ride away. What really stood out, though, was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Every interaction we had with the front desk team was positive and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it for families, couples, or anyone looking to enjoy Seattle in comfort and style!

Loved staying here and would do so again. Staff was all great from front desk to valet. Easy to walk to tourist destinations. All the lights are on dimmers! The atmosphere made the room feel cozy and homey, true hygge. Valet was easy and you can tip through the app so you don’t need cash. All the furniture in the room was so comfortable. Only knock is the mini fridge in the room is filled with beverages and alcohol you have to pay for so there was nowhere to put my own food items, like restaurant leftovers and no way to reheat anything.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Andra! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left everything was great! It has a Beautiful Welcoming Foyer with a large fireplace which was so inviting in October Seattle weather. The bed was Amazing! Super comfy & covered in white which I love!!! Nespresso machine with complimentary coffees including creamers was perfect! The bathroom was a little snug but it also had a separate makeup room with a mirror & the other features of the room were so great that it really wasn’t a negative. The location of Hotel Andra was great! Fairly central to everything. A short walk to Pike Place market. And walking distance to the Seattle Space Needle, and the Climate Pledge Arena! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Andra!!!

Remodeled hotel excellently designed and appointed. Clean and spacious rooms and superb well appointed public spaces. Excellent location. We walked everywhere. Rooms lacked a few basic items- no microwave (a tiny one would be fine) no napkins, no paper towels and no eating utensils at all. “Lilly” was gracious about assigning us a quiet room.

We got a one-night stay at Ändra as a prize from the 2024 MoPOP annual gala and used it for a quick overnight stay / layover in Seattle on our way up to Bellingham. This hotel is stunning; from the coziest lobby to the ultra sweet, mid-century classic rooms. We had plenty of space in the room for two people and every amenity was of the highest quality. It’s super convenient to walk to Seattle Center, Westlake, and even Pikes Place and the waterfront. Regrettably, we only stayed overnight 😢 But we can’t wait to book another trip to Seattle soon and look forward to staying at Ändra again.

We flew in from the East Coast and landed at 3 a.m. our time (midnight PST). Unfortunately, our first impression of the hotel wasn’t great. The night front desk attendant was far from welcoming — she didn’t look up once, didn’t say “welcome,” “how was your trip,” or anything that made the check-in experience feel hospitable. She led with incidental charges and pointed out where to fill our water bottles, which we didn’t have, and that was it. My girlfriend and I got in the elevator afterward and both thought how bizarre the interaction was. Thankfully, every staff member we encountered after that was wonderful, which made that first experience stand out even more. The beds are very comfortable, the swivel TV is a nice touch, the dual sink setup is great for couples, and the location is incredible. That said, for the price point, it feels odd not to have housekeeping included, complimentary water bottles, or faster Wi-Fi without an extra fee. The signs warning that guests will be charged for taking the shampoo also felt a bit off-brand for a higher-end hotel.

Booked a room for an overnight layover after traveling 15hours. It’s on a busy street but the windows are not sound proof. I can hear people’s conversations clearly. Also, while the bed was comfortable the sheets were not. It felt like I was sleeping on sand. Sheet was rough and there was piling on the blanket. I will say that the staff is absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful… that I didn’t want to complain while I was there.

Good location, 10 mins to Pike Place Market, and around the corner from the monorail terminus. Shockingly slow and unusable wifi. We paid $16 a day for upgraded wifi and it remained incredibly slow. Not suitable for anything other than text. And definitely not suitable for work or video calls. Surprising for a 4 star hotel in a tech city. No water in rooms except for $10 bottles. And no breakfast.

A+++++ We just stayed this past week before our cruise and the service, the attention we got from the staff was incredible. From Mr. Roger at the door to the girls and guys at the front desk were amazing. SUPER NICE staff, great location, AMAZING service, good food in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend 110%.

Got downgraded because room I purchased didn’t have a tub and I have children who needed a bath. Since I purchased through credit card I received no refund and the room I purchased was $400. Room ends up having broken bathtub. Also there are no amenities. No fridge, microwave; nothing. And no view which was disappointing. I should’ve done my research better as this was a waste of my last night on vacation. The employee at the front desk was super nice. Not his fault my tub was broken. I would not recommend though! I feel this was a rip off money wise.

In my 36 years of life - this is by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Let’s start with location - you have a beautiful view of the water and can walk literally everywhere. To the ferry to go to Bainbridge Island, to the Public Market, public transit - EVERYWHERE. Now let’s talk service - I am unsure of what part of heaven Dylann and Rickey fell out of but I’m so glad they landed here. They are absolutely top notch hospitality experts. I have never felt so valued as a hotel guest, almost to the point of feeling like I made a friend. I felt like the most valued guest in this entire beautiful hotel. Our room was clean, top notch, and full of surprising amenities. The hotel has a beautiful little bar and eatery downstairs. It boasts of art directly from a little gallery just downstairs. It was truly the best experience of my life. Don’t sleep on this location - book now and ask for Dylann or Rickey! Heck, ask them for advice on where to go around town. You won’t be disappointed.

We spend two nights; ideally situated in the heart of Seattle. The valet was very nice and helpful. They take you a daily resort fee that to my mind is not justified at all. The cleaning of the room is even not performed everyday.. for the price paid that’s not fair

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel! They were able to book me in last minute after my AirBNB turned out to be a scram. The desk was responsive by phone late at night. My room was pristine, cozy, and centrally located right in the middle of everything, close to Pike market. Will definitely be returning on my next trip to Seattle!!

Excellent location, close to everything, spacious rooms, we got a one bedroom suite overlooking the water, tall windows with blackout curtains, massive living room with long dining table, perfect for our two toddlers to roam around; used the business room for a meeting for few hours , Great Wall art and very cozy lobby, the receptionists and bellman were top notch, we certainly would pick this for our next visit

Recently stayed here for a short trip and had a wonderful experience! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Robert! The hotel is in a great location and is close to Pike Place and T-Mobile Park, and there are light rail stations very close nearby, so we were able to get around the city easily without needing to rent a car. Overall very happy about my stay here and I hope to visit here again!

5/5 on location, very walkable to everything. Nice atmosphere & decor. Appreciated the trifold with different restaurants organized by style. Room was pretty and comes equipped with nespresso machine however it was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in ever (including cruise ships). The one chair blocked the door to the closet and there was no where possible to unpack or lay out my carry-on suitcase. No drawers for clothing so I had to keep my suitcase under the chair. Also, if you are fuller figured it would be hard to get around the bed and use the toilet as the bathroom was tiny with little room between the toilet, wall and sink. We did pass another room that looked more reasonable so maybe we just had the one tiny room? Lobby is spacious and inviting. Gym is well equipped. No pool. One elevator was broken while we were there but not a big deal if you give yourself extra time. Service at the front desk was efficient

Stayed for pax west. The room was big and nice but the bathroom was uhmmm a London style (tiny as a...) and we are two small girls so not sure how big guys would be able to use it. Otherwise, it was clean, the king bed was very comfortable. Plenty of windows, nice sofa and a huge table. No central switch to turn all the lights off. Seems like an old building. The Internet does NOT work. There are networks but no internet. They were supposed to send me an email with all the instructions but that mail never came. They sent me the invoice after checkout though. The staff members are all very friendly. Just bits and pieces missing here and there. I would stay there again though.

Was there for a private party. The layout of the area was sprawling yet cozy. Loved the decor. A blend of old fashioned charm meets modern.

I really was excited to stay here since we usually stay at the larger chain hotels when we stay downtown....I thought this will be fun! We'll, it wasn't. At check in the room smelled musty. The place is almost 100 years old, so ok I get it. We leave to go to the game after about 20-30 minutes and I immediately need to head to the store across the street for allergy meds because I'm super stuffed up and congested. We come back after the game and the room just smelled weird. The smell was really bad in the bathroom. We recently had a long slow leak at home and we had black mold and the smell and air quality were very similar. It was super late when we got back from the game and we were pretty tired from the walk there and back otherwise we would have asked to change rooms...and the desk seemed unmanned as well. We tried to tell the front desk about how bad it was and they said sorry...wrote the room number down and that was it. 11th floor corner room.

Location- perfect to walk to everything. Bathroom in two bedroom is TINY! - PS. They hold ALOT for damages 1100 for our two bedroom for 4 nights

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very elegant and always clean. It was also in a great central location. The room service was also fast and very delicious

Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Motif Seattle. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and visiting Pike Place market. The room was spacious—a bit dated, but that’s pretty typical for American hotels. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Special shoutout to Jamie for looking after a Hilton Honors member and generously extending benefits like discounted parking as a kind gesture for my birthday celebration booking—it was truly appreciated. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and modern hotel located within easy walking distance of everything Seattle. Restaurants and shops directly out the doors, 5 minutes to pikes place market, and an easy walk to the stadiums. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else for the price and easy location. It is on 5th street so there is a bit of an uphill walk. If you have limited mobility, you may want to stay closer to 1st or 2nd street to limit the incline. There is a nice bar for drinks with good beer selection and a restaurant (I didn’t try it). Great views of the water and sunset with an ocean view room and if you’re taking a cruise, you can seen the boats at Pier 91. Will definitely be back.

The Mofit Seattle Hotel was very nice. It was in a great location and only about two blocks from Pike Place Market. They welcomed my Service Dog with open arms which is always a pleasure. The hotel held our luggage for the morning until our room was ready and my family could go explore. My only issue was that with the amount of money you pay for a room they should include breakfast especially, being a Hilton Honors member.

I had a reservation for a city view, high floor, king bed. Got in around 11:30pm and was told that the specific combo of room we requested was not clean/available. Not sure how that happens when you know I’m coming and I came much later than standard check in time. They put us on a low, low floor and told us we could check back in the morning and see if anything had opened up. Usually I wouldn’t bother but it was a special occasion so I wanted it to be right. They offered us some drink and breakfast vouchers which I appreciated. The first room we stayed in was old and a little dingy. The ac didn’t blow very cold and the shower was one of those no lip ones so the entire bathroom floor was soaked every time. We went down in the morning and they said a room with our original combo would be available in the afternoon. We went and did our thing and came back and switched room. The new room seemed recently updated, was big, had nice carpet etc. The breakfast in the morning was actually very good. The bar doesn’t open until 4pm which is kind of a bummer. The construction is very confusing, you have to take an elevator up just to go back down on the other side of the hotel. The elevators are extremely slow. The location is GREAT, close to all tourist spots. I appreciate the staff doing the extra work to make it right by us, I would stay here again.

I have been a diamond member for over 7 years and this might be one of the worst hilton hotels I have stayed at in recent memory. I would avoid this hotel at all possible turns when I go back to Seattle. The hotel staff couldn’t be bothered to provide decent service and even at check in the staff tried to charge me for an upgrade to just check in a little early. The room was dingy and felt poorly maintained and we even had to ask for maintenance on the room because the AC/Heat was broken making the room frigid. The hotel breakfast was about as good as a churched up Waffle House with a little better service. If you are looking to book here book somewhere else and save yourself from a bad experience.

RESET YOUR EXPECTATIONS: The Hilton Motif is rated a 4-star hotel but it’s closer to a 2-star. We arrived at the hotel around 1:00 pm after a six hour flight and had reservations for two rooms. The two rooms were ready but the front desk representative said there was an extra $25 fee per room for early check in. She said hotel check in is 4:00 pm. I responded what’s the difference if the rooms are ready now? Moreover, I’ve been a Hilton Honors member more than 20 years and I’ve never had to pay a fee to access my room 3 hours early. She offered to check with the manager and have the fee waived. Our bathroom shower had no water pressure. We tried dialing 0 several times and no one picked up. Other Hilton 2-3 star properties like Hilton Garden and Hampton Inn have better bathrooms. The hotel offered each guest a complimentary welcome drink, high speed internet and 15% off in-hotel dining. We thought this was a gracious gesture by Hilton until we discovered that a mandatory $25 destination fee was added to the room bill, per day, which in part covers the cost of the ‘complimentary’ items. So my two rooms for two nights was an extra $100. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet and had a nice view. The hotel is centrally located and close to many downtown tourist attractions.

I stated at this location for a week for business. Great hotel, friendly staff, clean room and restaurant bar right down stairs. Great location for walking around the city. Close to the water.

Nice stay. Nice clean room. We had no view/ brick wall of abandoned building but room was on points. Valet/ parking was $101 for a game night Sunday..ridiculous! Walking distance to Pike Place, Underground tours waterfront. Employees were all friendly. Great desserts in the attached dining room. Only complaint was parking fees.

Very nice hotel! I needed a close, within walking distance to and from the ferry, and this was the nicest choice! Not for the light sleeper, though. You could hear every noise, homeless people yelling, garbage trucks, and emergency vehicles. Just wear ear plugs. The front desk staff are so nice and super accommodating. We arrived early and needed to drop off our bags, and they kept them for us so we could walk around downtown. Then called us to let us know when our rooms were ready and had our bags sent to the rooms. Now that is exceptional customer service! I'm definitely looking forward to another stay in the future!

I flew into Seattle Tac airport and took the link light rail to within 2 blocks of the hotel (got off at Pioneer Square $3 ticket!). I received a warm, friendly, and informative welcome from Zach. After a brief check in, I was off to explore for dinner. Lots of variety at all price points. Ferry is just a few short blocks. Also, it is a perfect stroll to lumen stadium. A lovely stay at a great location. Comfy bed too!

This hotel is a charming old lady with tasteful updates. We had a corner room on the eighth floor, with windows on two sides. One window opens a bit, allowing fresh air. The armoir and dresser provided more clothing storage space than any hotel room in recent memory. Staffs were responsive and friendly and patient. The location seems a little funky, but if you drop down one block on Cherry Street to First Avenue you are at the corner of Picturesque Pioneer Square, a bustling Mecca of small shops, beautiful tree-lined adventure, and plenty of friendly foot traffic. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice room, comfortable hotel, and friendly staff! Biggest complaint was we were completely shocked when we pulled up to see they increased their parking to $101 when it was advertised as $65 online when we booked. Practically doubling the price is wild, even on a game day, considering it’s not close to either stadium to be really considered event parking. Feels really unfair to your guests

Let’s start off by saying the manager Alex is a Jerk! His care for his guest is NOT Marriott standards. I arrived at 1am and the check in was fine but then the knock at the door from housekeeping was at 8:30am. We had NO sign in our room for not disturb but didn’t think they would knock so early. I went down later that morning to let him know of my concerns.. and he could care less. Said I should have put out my sign and that it’s standard that they clean rooms at 8am . I shared with him the issue with no sign.. said I should know better and come ask for one . ( said with attitude ) I asked him to please ask the front staff to inform us when checking in to let us know they start cleaning rooms at 8am . He said they follow standards of hotel industry and WE should know better . He said it with attitude and in a manner to lower me as I’m just a guest. I’ll never return here. If you like people like this enjoy your stay.

The valet was so convenient, they were swamped & still very courteous. The room was fine, there was a mildewy smell in the bathroom but the hotel in itself is gorgeous. It's close enough to commute easily to all the downtown attractions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Charter Hotel - it was a truly special experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and celebrated. Lauren, our hotel manager, made sure my birthday and 20th year cancer-free anniversary were honored in such a thoughtful way, and it made our stay unforgettable. Marlowe in the lobby helped us with our suitcases and was so friendly and hardworking. MJ, our breakfast server, was incredibly kind and attentive - he remembered our orders each morning, always served with a big smile, and made us feel cared for. Angel at the service desk greeted us every day with warmth, a hug, and a huge smile that set such a positive tone for our mornings. Every member of the staff contributed to making this trip memorable. The Charter Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we are deeply grateful for the personal touches that made our time in Seattle so meaningful. Highly recommended!

We flew down from Alaska to see one of our absolute favorite artists in concert. The venue happened to be right down the street from your hotel, so we chose to stay with you — and overall, we truly loved it. The beds were cozy, the staff was kind and accommodating, and Angel at the front desk was phenomenal. Even the team member who brought us a fan and water at 5am was so thoughtful. However our experience at the Fog Room was a major disappointment. We arrived at 10:30pm (a full hour and a half before closing) hoping to enjoy a cocktail and a bite to eat after the concert. Instead we were told it was “last call” already. When we politely questioned it, the bartender (bleach-blonde hawk anime hair , tattooed) was extremely rude and dismissive. His attitude was unprofessional and condescending from the start. After some back and forth, he begrudgingly agreed to take our order, but his demeanor never improved. When my friend tried to lighten the mood and compliment his tattoos, he snapped that she shouldn’t touch them because she might “get Hepatitis.” I’ve traveled to more than 10 countries and have never encountered such disrespectful service and it completely killed the vibe of what should have been a fun and relaxing night. I want to emphasize that the rest of your team was wonderful, and that’s why this stands out even more. Please take this seriously… that bartender does not represent the otherwise warm and welcoming culture we felt throughout your hotel. Thank you for listening, and for having great staff like Angel who make guests feel at home. Honestly, if you promoted her to run that Fog Room, we’d hang out with her all night instead!

Stayed one night and the location is great, room was comfortable and spacious. Service was sufficient. I’ve got a major quip with some of this hotels business practices. They charge you $100 upon walking in, holding for incidentals or something. They then give you a $25 voucher that is a part of that $100. There is an automatic 20% service fee for the food, that took up $8 of my $25. Valet isn’t cheap, if you want to park on your own it’s also not cheap, and you can’t access your car. This feels foot-in-the-door, bait-and-switch type techniques, to make you feel like you had a proper price initially, just to make it impossible to not spend much more. Won’t be returning, and I’m a Hilton Honors member. Disappointed with this.

The hotels location is hard to beat and the rooms are beautiful. Beds are comfy and everything is well appointed. For the price, I would have hoped for better service throughout my stay. There were a few times i requested help from the front desk that I was either ignored or engaged with in a rude manner, which isn’t what I’ve come to expect from Hilton. All in all, a fine experience, but for the cost it could be better.

Not Recommended After spending two nights in the corner suite, I realized several disappointing issues. 1. Parking is valet-only and costs $65 per night. 2. There’s no room service during the stay. 3. The bathroom amenities were incomplete—the body wash bottle was empty and never refilled. 4. The blanket quality was poor, offering little comfort and zero quality. Overall, it feels like no one is maintaining or paying attention to the guest experience. Definitely not worth the price.

Special shoutout to Angel at the front desk who made our arrival and departure such a lovely experience. The staff at the restaurant was nice too. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, the suite has an incredible deep bath tub and amazing views. Highly recommend staying here!

I actually had a great experience with this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Seattle downtown / tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The building is very beautiful and recently refurbished. The restaurants / roof top bar is very good (Fog Room). We did have one issue with the elevators but it was resolved quickly. The parking is very pricey considering you can literally go 250 feet down the road and find parking for a fraction of the cost.

We had the best stay! We took our pre-teen daughters to their first concert at Climate Plege and this hotel was recommended by a family member. The hotel was so clean, friendly & accommodating. Comfiest beds & robes, along with fun individual touches. There is also a McMeniman’s restaurant with a family friendly menu a half a block up to the right when you step out the front door of the hotel. We will definitely book again!

I stayed 2 nights at The Maxwell for my brother’s wedding. I enjoyed everything about my stay! My room looked out at the Seattle Space needle; it was large, great bed, fun bathroom (in terms of decor). The whole hotel is decorated with amazing use of colour and shapes which delighted me. The staff are lovely and the little things like yellow umbrellas to borrow, cookies at tea time and a complimentary drink really give this hotel an edge. The discount for Canadians didn’t hurt either.

Maxwell hotel is a great place to stay. We had tickets to watch Nate Bargatze at the Climate Pledge Arena and this hotel was the perfect location for us to spend the night in Seattle. It’s a 10 min walk to the Arena and a mile away from Pike Market. Staff was super friendly! Rooms were really clean and having a bar at the lobby was clutch. We will definitely stay here again

What a delightful hotel! We stayed four nights and enjoyed the friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, and terrific location. The rooms are generous and the beds are comfy. We loved the location near the Space Needle, monorail, museums, Gates Foundation Discovery Center, and the Hop On Hop Off bus. There are several restaurants a short walk away and a food court at the Armory, near the monorail station. It’s a happy place. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Seattle.

I honestly cannot praise this hotel enough! I’d never heard of the hotel before this trip and went off the reviews which were excellent. I’m thrilled to be able to add to the excellent reviews. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the location was great and the hotel was amazing. The rooms are great, super comfy and the service is exceptional. Nothing was too much hassle and no question too ridiculous. I cannot find enough good words to say and will be looking for a Pineapple hotel the next time I travel.

Vacation at Seattle Washington State.. I choose this Hotel that Stay in Pineapple by the Maxwell , the Asmostphere was so cute and cozy.. welcome drink with Softdrink that you can choose and bottle of water, in the room huge and clean..especially quiet.. I love ❤️ it.. the information nice and friendly.. this hotel closed to Pin Space, Museum and 5th Ave ..easy to walked 🚶‍♂️ go to somewhere else..and you can find Thai food restaurants that walked around 2 or 3 mins closed to the hotel.. I love ❤️ it , I will be back if have a chance I choose and stay with you again "Stayinpineapple by The Maxwell". Roy St , Seattle WA.

Great location and service! Cookies and everything set out for our dog, really makes you feel welcome. The staff is welcoming and helpful. We used the bikes available to tour the waterfront. It's a great perk they offer. The hotel has a fun and funky vibe. The rooms have a refrigerator, microwave, kuerig and a complimentary water bottle. The beds and bedding are top notch ensuring a great night's sleep. We always stay pineapple!🍍🍍🍍

We have stayed here both pre and post renovation. Kinpton hospitality was on point this visit. The valet attendant was quick, and check in was seamless. It was fairly quiet on a Wednesday for wine hour. Not always the case, but the addition of appetizers was nice at this Kimpton. The room was large and well appointed. There was a “new contruction” odor that wasn’t great but I am sure will dissipate with time. No mini-bar, which is unusual for this brand. We did not try the restaurant but it looks very appealing.

I stayed at this hotel expecting a four-star experience, especially at over $350 per night, but the stay was consistently disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we first arrived, there was no one available to assist with our luggage, even though we had informed the front desk beforehand. It was raining and windy, and we had five suitcases. We carried almost all of them inside ourselves while trying to keep the door open. The staff member who eventually arrived only helped with one bag. This is not acceptable for a hotel at this price point. On top of that, we noticed someone lying across the lobby sofa with their shoes off, appearing to be asleep. Whether that person was a guest or an employee, it created a very unprofessional first impression. The “Premier King” room we were given was extremely small and did not match the category or the price. The hotel also uses a strong artificial fragrance throughout the building, which made staying in the room uncomfortable for anyone sensitive to smells. The heating issue was especially frustrating. The room felt cold, so we called the front desk. A staff member came and simply told us, “The heat just needs time because you just checked in,” and left without checking anything. The heat continued to shut off, so we had to call a second time. Only then were we told the system is motion-activated, meaning the heat turns off while you are resting or sleeping. We ultimately had to request and receive a portable heater just to stay warm. It felt as though we had to insist and push for a basic comfort that should have been addressed properly on the first call. The bathroom lighting has the same issue. The lights are motion-activated and turned off while I was in the shower, leaving me in complete darkness. It was uncomfortable and unsafe. A guest should never have to deal with this. Additionally, even though we were granted a late checkout by phone, when we returned to the hotel before that time, our room keys were already deactivated. Since only one person was working the front desk, we had to wait in a long line to have our keys reactivated, which caused unnecessary stress while trying to catch a flight. Granting a late checkout is meaningless if the key access is not also extended. Overall, there was a consistent lack of hospitality, follow-through, and basic guest comfort. The experience did not match the price or the four-star rating in any way. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking this property.

Great hotel in a nice location with spacious rooms. I got upgraded to a suite. There is refrigerator and coffee maker. They provide umbrella and yoga mat which is great, along with an iron. Bed was very comfortable to sleep and water pressure was great in the shower. Restaurant and bar in the lobby are great for breakfast, drinks, or dinner. Free coffee in the morning in the lobby and gym was sufficient with several different machines. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is gorgeously renovated but the staff steals the show. Such a beautiful crew of people. I had one of the most unluckiest trips- phone fell down the elevator shaft and lost a diamond earring. Instead of giving a dry apology, the staff ( John and everyone from valet to front desk!) went above and beyond to not only make my stay comfortable but retrieve my items. We couldn't find my earring ( thank God for insurance) but they were able to have the elevator come out, avoid a fee for me, and retrieve my phone from the elevator shaft. This is something they were NOT required to do but felt compelled to genuinely help me. I'm forever a guest here when in the area. The decor is stunning. Rooms are regal and clean. And again, the staff is PHENOMENAL.

Honestly unsure where to begin. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had and it came with a really expensive price tag. 1. The hotel implemented sensored thermostats so our room was 77° when we entered it. At first we didn't know because we stayed off the Kimpton down the street and did not have this experience, so we went out and thought we would come back to a cool downed room. Surprisingly it was even hotter! To cool the room down we had to sit in there and sweat it out. 2. The hotel staff, Leslie was her name, was extremely rude and biased towards patrons. I saw her be extremely kind of some people and extremely rude to me and my husband. Our specific incident was centered around just getting our room keys updated for late check out. Not only did she refuse to give my husband a key even though we share the same last name and I was standing right there, she made me go all the way back to my room to get my ID and then failed to program our room keys correctly. When we came back she acted like she was surprised but without telling her our room number or anything she was magically able to fix the problem meaning that she very much knew who we were. 3. In another mistake of eco-friendliness, the water does not get hot at this hotel. I refused to wash my hair because the water would get lukewarm at best and we all know the longer you're in, the colder it gets 4. The valet is nowhere to be found. We saw this on multiple occasions because we had friends come visit and they ended up having to leave their key at the front desk for someone to park their car for them. The valet was really kind but there was only one person running back and forth. 5. I paid extra to be on a high floor just to have a view of an alleyway. That's not exactly a City view Honestly the only good part of this hotel was the amazing experience we had at the restaurant next door. MARIN was a phenomenal experience. It was savory and culturally adventurous. Giselle was super kind as the entire time. I would literally never stay here again but I will be back for the restaurant to dine.

The beds were quite comfortable, but we did have to change rooms because the sleeper sofa was a double and only 4-5 inches thick, which was not feasible. (our original room was a suite of some sort with a good view so it was disappointing to have to change it. On top of that, the room we changed should have been cheaper but they originally charged us 75 more per night for some reason but we figured it out) we did downgrade our view but for 2 queens, it was worth it. Still, it would have been better if a boring brown building wasn’t the only thing we could see. On multiple occasions, we called the valet to bring around our car, and they just didn’t do it, so we had to ask again, which was frustrating. I will say, the beds were definitely more comfortable than many other hotel beds, so that was a plus. The location was pretty convenient considering it’s essentially at the center of downtown Seattle (if that’s what you’re looking for. The infrastructure in downtown Seattle is not great, so i would recommend potentially staying in northern seattle) Overall, not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but definitely not the worst.

Sophia at the front desk was absolutely wonderful in making sure we had a pleasant, memorable stay. Social hour is such a great feature, it’s why I choose Kimpton properties over staying anywhere else. We used the valet and had no problem dropping off or picking up our car.

Stayed here one night with a friend for a little girls trip and the hotel is super cute. The style is great, the staff were really friendly, and the location is perfect since it’s just steps from the Public Market. Parking was easy with a garage a couple blocks away. The room was cute but really small. We could barely have both suitcases open at the same time. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and the shower had good water pressure. I just wish there were more hooks and shelves for getting ready. The noise was the biggest issue. We heard traffic, honking, alarms, birds, and even another guest yelling around midnight. The hotel provides ear plugs which helps, but quiet hours would be nice. We did have a great time at the restaurant downstairs where we ordered a mocktail and dessert that were delicious. The fridge in the room is filled with drinks for purchase, so there is no space for leftovers. Overall it’s a fun and stylish place in a great location. Just know the rooms are small and you will probably hear some noise.

This hotel was awful. Booked a 2 night stay because reviews were alright and it was close to the light rail and plenty of tourist attractions. We arrived late and the room was disgusting, the carpets are low pile and felt disgusting under our feet. I ended up wearing sandals inside the room. The noncarpet floors were sticky and disgusting. We’d turn hot water on the sinks and no water would come out. If you want decent sleep, this place ain’t it. It’s downtown Seattle, horns, sirens, yelling and city bustling going on. They provide earplugs but it was like a plug for a waterfall of sound, didn’t provide much relief and I’m NOT a light sleeper. We ended up cutting our stay short at this hotel and management politely refunded our second night. For how much this place costs a night, you expect a lot better. I do acknowledge the noise is almost out of their control, but new windows and some insulation go a long way.

We booked this hotel because of its charm and proximity to the market. The staff was kind and went out of their way to help us have a good stay. We were here for 2 nights. Pros: The shower was perfect (pressure and range of temperature) The entire hotel is very "Instagram able" and charming. I very much enjoyed the carefully curated look and comfortable seating areas/room. Walking distance to Pike Place Market. We had a wonderful morning there without having to worry about parking Great food/coffee. The attached restaurant provides room service and the food was excellent. Cons: The Noise. Despite being on the 3rd floor, there is an incredible amount of noise from sanitation trucks, general road noise, and very loud disputes between homeless individuals. ALL NIGHT. It was like the windows were open on the ground floor. We tried earplugs but I think better insulation or windows may be in order unfortunately.

The location of the Palihotel Seattle is its strongest asset; with the Pike Place Market literally at the doorstep, you couldn't ask for a more central base. The hotel's decor is stylish and the bathroom amenities are a nice touch. However, the hotel experience needs improvement in several key areas, most notably the noise level. Though I'm not a light sleeper, the garbage truck noises woke me up sharply at 6:00 AM on a Sunday. Significant effort needs to be made to better soundproof the windows given the proximity to a busy area. Upon check-in, the bedding was noticeably untidy, though this was a minor personal inconvenience. More concerning was the front desk's handling of my deposit: a $200 hold was placed on my card when the correct amount should have been $100. Furthermore, the worn and stained carpet in the elevator immediately detracts from the otherwise great aesthetic of the hotel and should be replaced. On a positive note, we appreciated receiving two complimentary beverage cards for our two-night stay, and the receptionist kindly granted us an additional hour for a late check-out upon request. Overall, the Palihotel Seattle is a great hotel. I would stay again, but I hope to see these maintenance and operational issues addressed.

This is far from a 4 star hotel. Great location since it is so close to Pike's Place but that is it. I stayed 2 nights. The first day, my key didn't work. Room is very tiny and smelled bad. Nosiest hotel i have ever stayed at. TV worked off and on. One of the curtains was broken and would not cover the entire window. No closer and I had to hang my clothes on a pipe. I will not stay at this hotel again.

This hotel offers a convenient, central location with comfortable, quirky rooms. Room was subject to outdoor noise at times. Parking was inconvenient. The temporary parking in front of the hotel was taken by other cars who were not abiding by the limited parking time posted on the sign. Staff were not helpful at giving directions to hotel parking. Hate to say, the customer service at this hotel was atrocious. The person checking my party in was indignant and sarcastic, and just plain rude. When I asked for our hotel bed to be made the next day ( literally that’s it). They acted like I was asking to do something utterly impossible. Fortunately after front desk staff said no via text conversation, the lovely cleaning staff accommodated this request and did a through job, going above and beyond to clean the whole room. During check out we didn’t use our drink tokens give for cocktails, so I asked if we could use them on coffee. Again met with a hard no, and no flexibility. Unfortunately, the customer service or lack thereof, made me resolute in never returning to this property.

Nice older hotel kind of hard to put makeup on lighting was not very well was really looking forward to a bathtub in my king suite but did not have one they do furnish you with ear plugs use them. We got lots of entertainment just watching out our window. Elevator broke while we were there thank goodness there is not very many floors.

We have now stayed twice at the OG Ace hotel and what a great experience. The staff are so friendly, helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. The hotel really feels connected the city vibe. The rooms are comfortable, good quality mattress and great linen. The breakfast is simple but really tasty and good quality. The location is great for the market and space needle plus lots of local food and some nice independent stores. If you’re looking for a more personal and down to earth stay in Seattle it’s a great option that’s worked so well for us. Thanks Ace 🙏🏻

I stayed here for two nights with my husband (who is also my sound guy) because I was doing a live episode of my podcast at the venue across the street. The staff at the Ace was amazing!!! The breakfast was a nice surprise and the bed was comfy. Also the lobby smelled really good 😂I loved the photo wallpaper murals. The Ace is definitely going to be my default hotel anytime I am in Seattle!!

Outstanding location for a night's rest before or after a cruise (or Victoria Clipper) that is at pier66 or pier69. Rooms are comfortable and eclectic... TV with many channels for early risers. Boxed water in the room, and water and coffee or tea at lower level kitchen. Bed semi firm and great for sleep. A little city noise in the day, but quiet at night. Our room had en suite bathroom and water view. Huge thanks to Christine for all the helpful suggestions + guide to breakfast (and afternoon tea). Many fun vibe bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk including Macrina bakery and Tavolata inspired Italian dishes. Will stay again! We want to see progress in the nearby p-patch garden.

Really, SUPER nice people. I had a red eye flight and they helped me even hours after the checkout. I love the vibes of this hotel, super artsy. It’s true that the bathroom is shared, but it’s incredibly clean and smells awesome. Plus it was an awesome surprise that breakfast was included!

We (Family of 4) spent a night @Ace before embarking on the Victoria Clipper Ferry the next morning (super close - walking distance). The rooms were spotless. The shared bathrooms and toilets are super modern and clean (exceeded my expectations by far). And the service was second to none - so kind, so welcoming, so happy to run the place and share recommendations for what to see nearby. What a rare find!!! Thanks a million

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ace Hotel. Doug and the staff provided great service, even offered to carry bags to the room. The hotel is conveniently located to all the main attractions including downtown, Pikes Place and the piers. There is only street parking, but I didnt have a challenge finding any, as I was able to park across the street and noticed available parking in the area throughout my stay. It is hourly parking but only from 8am-8pm and free on Sundays. I stayed Friday and Saturday night in August. The room had this neat layout with the shower behind the bed. Continental breakfast in the morning was typical of any hotel continental breakfast. The Front Desk is only open from 8am-8pm so after hours issues can be a challenge. One minor note, the waters left in my room were both unsealed and previously opened and didnt seem full. Other than that, and older building with no elevators, but clean rooms, beds and towels. AND GREAT SERVICE. Would definitely stay again.

Do not stay here. Our computer was stolen from inside the room while my husband was out to dinner. The hotel manager was extremely rude, dismissive, suggested that my husband left the door open and a transient snuck in. Or people from a rooftop party the hotel hosted stole it. What bothered me most is the manager was not surprised at all by the incident and not remorseful - a red flag that this has happened before and that something weird is happening at this hotel where this is acceptable and unsurprising behavior. My husband stayed a week and we planned to come back together. But your belongings are not safe here. We filed a police report and warn everyone to stay away.

So…Seattle in general is full of snobby, better than you, wait staff. It was everywhere, not just the hotel. The female ticket clerk with a thick mustache at the Space Needle was so rude we almost stopped to cuss her out and believe me she deserved it with her condescending behavior. I did a lot of research to find a 5 star hotel in a fun, funky, eclectic local neighborhood BUT my room was 80 degrees on arrival and the female front desk clerk acted like that was my problem. The thermostat was a science project that nobody could figure out including the desk clerk who acted like I was the weirdo to expect a cool temp in my room. The hotel had zero amenities. The next day the male desk clerk was awesome (please check our dates so the right people get credit). He was helpful all day and had a great attitude as did the bartenders in Stone Burners on 6/11/25 at 5p who deserve awards for making me not regret staying here at all and making my last night pleasurable. So if you want some fun and hospitality, come to Savannah Georgia where we do what you want, not what we think you should get. In Seattle just go to a chain hotel. Much better service and probably less holier than thou attitude.

Understaffed and the hotel cheaps out on things that matter to me: good coffee in the lobby and in the room, cotton bathrobes including extended sizes available, and a good mattress. This mattress made me long for home which is the opposite of how a hotel should make you feel. No streaming media or pay per view on the flat panel TV so I couldn't watch an installment of my show before sleeping. Hotel Ballard is in the BEST neighborhood (I'll engage in that debate any day), and has beautiful rooms and expensive high quality flocked wallpaper in the elevator, but you have to get dressed and leave the building for decent coffee, so overall C-!

Loved my stay here. It was so cozy and pretty - truly a European boutique vibe! Great location with lots of places to eat at nearby as well. Can’t wait to stay here again 🤗

Had an exceptional experience at Hotel Ballard the rooms were great with comfortable beds and staff went far out of their way for me when my phone went missing on the other side of town.

Hotel Ballard is a hidden gym in Seattle. It is the closest you'll get to feeling like you've stumbled into a European boutique hotel. The rooms are lovely and so are the staff. The connected gym is the nicest gym I have ever been to. Alicia, the GM, is warm and helpful — feels like you're working with someone that genuinely cares about your experience. Already looking forward to our next stay there!

I will never stay at this hotel again. We stayed here for our wedding weekend since our venue was down the street. We spent a good deal of money with them on a luxury suite and a second room for the bride and groom to get ready. First, they charged us a $75 cleaning fee when we asked if they could come take the garbage and tidy up the room a bit after we got ready. The staff was quite rude when I called to ask them to remove this charge. Then they charged us a $250 cleaning fee for "smoking in the room". I was confused since no one staying in either room smokes. It turns out that the groom's mother from out of town smoked outside on the street and put her cigarette butt in a water bottle and disposed of it in one of our room's garbage cans. We explained this to the hotel staff and they were again extremely rude and not understanding and did not help us remove this charge either. All of this put a damper on our beautiful wedding weekend

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was quite pleased with the experience. Upon checking in, my Marriott status earned me a lovely upgrade to a North Tower City View room on the 31st floor. The views of the city, both by day and night, were absolutely breathtaking and a definite highlight of the stay. The room itself had many positives: the bed was incredibly comfortable, the television functioned perfectly, and the overall quietness made for a restful night's sleep. However, I did notice a couple of areas for improvement. The bathroom mirror showed significant peeling of the reflective coating, which felt out of place for a hotel of this standard. Also, the closet light was quite dim, making it a bit challenging to see when accessing items. I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel on two occasions. My first breakfast, the traditional eggs Benedict, was a bit of a letdown as it came with regular bacon instead of the Canadian bacon specified on the menu. Fortunately, my second breakfast was much more satisfying. Despite these small points, my overall stay was very positive. I would readily recommend this hotel for anyone visiting for a conference or even for a personal getaway.

Room is great, they need to have public usable microwave since they only have like few to lend out to room. I stay here for work so being able to eat my own food is kinda important. They have some to lend but they dont have much, and once its out, itll be in other peoples room being unused for the rest of the stay. Not practical.

I recently attended a fundraiser gala at the Westin Seattle, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The event space was elegant, beautifully set up, and had a warm, welcoming ambience that made the evening feel truly special. The lighting, decor, and overall atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for a memorable night. The food was outstanding—beautifully presented, flavorful, and served with excellent timing and attention to detail. Every course was delicious, from the appetizers to the main entree and dessert. The service team was attentive and professional throughout the evening, always ensuring that guests had everything they needed without being intrusive. The Westin’s central location also made it very convenient for guests coming from different parts of the city, with easy access to parking and nearby attractions. The staff at the hotel were courteous, helpful, and clearly take pride in maintaining a high standard of hospitality. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend the Westin Seattle for both special events and stays. Whether you are attending a gala, conference, or weekend getaway, this hotel delivers a wonderful combination of comfort, quality, and impeccable service.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was dirty and clearly not maintained. The bathroom was disgusting, with grime in the corners, stains on the floor, and an overall feeling of neglect. The sofa was filthy, and the furniture was old, chipped, and smelled musty. What really made the stay unacceptable was the outrageous minibar charge. I did not consume a single item. I simply moved a few things out of the fridge to make space for my own food, yet the hotel charged me as if I had used them. I even took timestamped photos before leaving that clearly show the items untouched. It is absurd to charge guests for simply moving items in the minibar, and even more so to ignore clear proof to the contrary. I’ve reached out to their department to get resolution for this so we’ll see where that goes. For a property of this caliber, I expected far better. What I found instead was outdated, dirty decor and a grifter-like setup designed to squeeze every possible dollar out of guests without providing even the bare minimum of cleanliness, let alone real amenities.

Room 3639, awesome view. This was a wheelchair accessible room, bathroom. So no tub. But plenty of space. Some things in the room were a little old and worn, missing sheer curtain, USB charger box not working bedside, part of mirror peeling. Little things that didn't distract from a nice experience, but why I marked the room off a star.

This hotel has seen better days yet rooms are peaceful and quiet. Quiet: 5 stars Cleanliness: 3 stars some sort of brownish red splatter on crown molding, heater vent had debris accumulation, and stained carpet. Staff professionalism: 4.5 stars Age and wear of furnishings: 3.5 stars Bed wear: 3 stars. Bed was sunken in. Heating and air conditioning: 4 stars it was quiet and responsive, but neaded to be cleaned.

Staff Eduardo Radaza at the front desk went above and beyond in providing great service for our 2 night stay. He guided us through the various benefits in staying at Westin. Others would have just check us in but he was patient in showing us how to navigate the hotel perks and even took care of some Glitches in our stay.He was very proactive in ensuring we enjoyed our stay instead of just waiting to be asked. Kudos to Eduardo for excellent customer service.

Lovely stay. I asked for a quiet room and they fully accommodated me. I got a few great nights of sleep because of it. Great customer service at this hotel. I felt extremely welcomed. Well-equipped workout room. Lovely bar/lounge. Great location. Room exceptionally clean.

During my stay, the bedding was perfect and the room amenities were excellent. Aeron from the concierge team offered tremendous help throughout my visit. The highlight of my stay happened after check-out, when I accidentally left my backpack — with my passport inside — on Bus No. 4 around 17:45 p.m. I returned to the Hyatt and asked for assistance. Despite it being out of King County Metro’s office hours (after 18 pm), front desk staff Mariam and Becky went above and beyond to help me locate it. Thanks to their quick coordination and the light rail service team’s communication with the bus driver, I was able to retrieve my backpack from the transportation supervisor within just one hour. Truly impressive efficiency from Seattle’s public transport system! Right in front of the hotel, there’s also a reliable yellow taxi (car code 836). The driver, Abdul, always finds the fastest route to your destination. Highly recommend staying at Hyatt Regency Seattle — and taking Abdul’s taxi — for a worry-free, well-supported journey.

Updated, upscale hotel in downtown Seattle with impeccable service We booked a double queen room and got 4225. The room was well-appointed and featured an amazing view of the Seattle waterfront including the Ferris wheel. Our room had a massive TV, ample storage, plenty of wall outlets / charge ports, mini fridge, large working desk, and plenty of lighting. The only complaint is the bathroom shower can’t be enclosed so water splashes everywhere and the shower area doesn’t stay warm and I would like firmer pillows. The furnishing looked brand-new and didn’t show any sign of wear. The hotel gym was world-class. Staff were so friendly. Owen at the front desk was so welcoming and really helped take care of us. All other staff were so nice - just an all-around good experience. The location is a bit further inland than Pikes Place but still well within downtown with most major attractions in walking distance. The upside is the area fells very safe with nearby luxury shopping and high-rises.

Pros: - Excellent location - Nice lobby, complimentary water in the rooms and received quick service to the room when asked for more pillows Cons: - Stains on the carpet and the bedding. Also, the vent/fan in the shower was very dusty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while - Pillows were quite flat and seemed cheap which doesn't work well for us side sleepers. - Could hear very loud music being played at night. Not sure exactly what room it was coming from so we couldn't report it to the front desk. Not ideal I would definitely stay here again considering the location, but considering the overwhelmingly positive reviews left by previous customers I was surprised by the average experience.

Hyatt Regency Seattle is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Seattle Arena, and the Opera. It’s ideal for a city break, whether you’re attending a conference, catching a game, or enjoying a night at the Opera (like we did for The Pirates of Penzance premiere). The service was excellent, and the entire stay felt effortless and comfortable. The view from our room was absolutely my favorite in Seattle. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore the city on foot and enjoy top-quality comfort.

I stayed here in early August. After discovering I’d be arriving very late to the hotel I called ahead to confirm my reservation and new arrival time. They said they would hold my room. When I checked in I was told they sold out of my room type which was confusing given my earlier call and assurance my room would be reserved. When I asked the clerk about this she said they had upgraded my room as a result. The room was spacious and comfortable appointed. It was also within walking distance of where I had a conference for work. Housekeeping was wonderful too! I accidentally left behind my favorite shoes. I called a few days later and they not only had my shoes but made it easy to have them shipped to my home. Give the chance I’d definitely stay here again.

My partner and I decided to revisit Seattle after 8 years. We had a wonderful weekend staying here. It's about a 10-15minute walk to the Pike, and we mostly walked & Uber if the location was too far. Even uber/lyft was easy and quick because 1. Location was in the heart of everything & 2. Had an easy pickup and drop out front. My only complaint was (we maybe went during a convention or something), if there's people outside the door, you can definitely hear them. Special shout out to Destiny for helping and making our stay unforgettable. She's awesome! :)

Overall it is a really nice hotel. They do serve breakfast and dinner in their restaurant, and its just that a restaurant so you pay for breakfast. There are no microwaves in the room. Tou have to fo a completely different floor to use a microwave. The rooms with 2 beds have double beds. For a such a nice hotel I dont k ow why they aren't queens. It was nearly impossible for my husband and I to sleep in the bed as 1 of us kept falling off in our dleep.. I asked for a roll away bed or a cot.. they had them but because we already had 2 beds they wouldn't give us one. Also I think parking was like $66/day but you do have in and out privileges, and every parking lot or street parking around was pay to park also. Most of the staff is so very nice. The hotel itself is beautiful. The bed situation amd not being able to sleep comfortably for 3 days really takes a toll on the body. Just be aware those double beds are small

Solid hotel and wonderful staff. Everything you love about a Marriott property. Downsides are that being so close to the freeway it’s loud at night and the bed was too soft to our liking. We did love the breakfast buffet in the lounge (amazing selection of food!). We did order room service and asked for herbal tea and were brought 6 tea bags of English breakfast which wasn’t great for 11pm.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renaissance Seattle Hotel and were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our experience. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff were consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a seamless and comfortable visit. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction set a very high standard. The accommodations were equally impressive. Our room was spacious, modern, and immaculately maintained, offering both comfort and functionality. The hotel’s location is another advantage, providing convenient access to downtown Seattle, its cultural attractions, dining options, proximity to the waterfront, airport, and cruise terminal, while still offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere away from the busiest areas of the city. The front desk also made it simple by arranging courteous and professional transportation. A particular highlight of our visit was the opportunity to meet and speak with the General Manager, Juergen Oswald. His professionalism, hospitality, and clear passion for guest experience were evident and greatly contributed to the welcoming atmosphere of the property. The main lobby showcases refined character, where modern sophistication meets the timeless elegance of a library. We even had the chance to converse about our personal backgrounds and found that we have common knowledge of a 500-year-old company in Austria; what a small world! In summary, the Renaissance Seattle Hotel offers an outstanding combination of excellent service, superior accommodations, and a prime location. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers visiting Seattle.

Very clean, nice rooms, wonderful staff. Will went over and above to get us some bottled water when the water station was empty. Its the little things that make a wonderful experience too. Great job! The other person said I could fill my bottle on the 4th floor. And he heard this. Great bar. Wonderful gathering spaces to visit with friends. Delicious pastry and breakfast place a quick walk named Freya, that was 5 stars. Close to a beautiful sky observation deck. Way higher than the space needle and you can see everything including the top of the baseball and football stadium it was $20. A quick walk to the Amazon spheres. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for location was it is on top of a very high hill and next to a interstate. I would definitely stay here again

The bad: Waited 30+ min for valet to bring our car. Bed isn’t comfortable and pillows are flat. Waited 1 hour for food in the restaurant that wasn’t very good and they automatically added a 20% gratuity which they didn’t deserve. Requested a crib via email and through the Marriott app 4 days prior to our stay and was told by concierge it would be in our room, upon check in we were told they might not have one for us. Refrigerator in the room didn’t work. Breakfast was not worth the cost. The good: room was spacious and very clean and the hotel is well maintained. The provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash is very nice.

I’ve stayed at the Renaissance Seattle a handful of times, but this visit was hands down the best experience yet. The service was outstanding from start to finish—attentive staff ready to check you in quickly, people there to guide you through the hotel, and even folks in the elevator offering a hand with directions. The location is a great bonus—close enough to T-Mobile Park to make the walk (about a mile) an easy and enjoyable part of a summer Sunday at a Mariners game. The rooms are spotless, the beds are super comfortable, and the overall hospitality feels genuinely welcoming. This stay really stood out, and I’ll definitely be back again soon.

I highly appreciated the level of service received at this hotel by all areas of staff. They definitely provide a luxury experience and made sure all needs were met quickly. Conveniently located in downtown and walkable to Pike Place! The bathrooms are some of the nicest I’ve seen in hotels, including other Hyatt properties.

We stayed in the amazing Onyx Suite on the 30th floor. The room was over 2700sq ft and surprisingly home-y for the size. The Jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower was huge and both bathrooms had bidets. The views are amazing and below the large windows, there were small hatch windows you could open up for a good breeze. The bed was amazingly comfy too. The room was extremely clean and the hospitality staff was tremendous. The late night room service was delicious as well as the breakfast in the Grand Club Lounge. When in Seattle, we will not stay anywhere else.

Second time staying at this location and we came back for our yearly conference (being held off-site) because we love the rooms and the service- all employees are personable, kind, and welcoming. Unfortunately, there is now a hot pot restaurant in the hotel, and while I normally LOVE hot pot, I must say that I do not love the smell that was constant once the restaurant was open- it would be in the elevators and I swore I could smell it in my hair and clothes. It was enough for my team to consider not booking there next year as the smell really was unbearable. I am hoping there can be a solution for the aroma- perhaps some ventilation system that can contain the smell to the restaurant. Other than that, I truly love the hotel, the rooms, the location, and the staff.

This is only place I stay in Seattle! It's within walking distance to many attractions. It's easily accessible by car, rideshare and also has a valet. Reception area is warm and welcoming. There's a bar area across reception and shops past the elevator. I enjoyed a king-corner deluxe room and it was very spacious and had a nice view. The room was also quiet, bedding was comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. The room temperature was also pleasant. The service is exceptional in every department and I highly recommend this hotel!

If you’re a globalist member, this is not the Hyatt for you. Their lounge breakfast was mediocre and they had no alcohol for the evening “snacks.” When we arrived to the lounge, the one employee went to the back room and didn’t come back out during the 20 minutes we waited in the lounge to see if they had wine or anything else to drink. Otherwise, this hotel is in a good area. It’s well decorated. Great views of downtown Seattle and close to transit.

Excellent hotel in a prime location. The room was immaculate, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I could walk everywhere and there is plenty of dining and things to do. Also, Link, the monorail and buses are steps from the hotel so getting anywhere from the airport to city attractions is a breeze.

The location is great. Right next to shops as you step out the door. Pike is just a mile away and of course there's a Starbucks in the hotel. There's a gym, sauna/steam room and indoor jacuzzi/mini pool. And if you forget your wine, there's a vending machine in the lobby 😜

There is SO much to love about this place. It’s perfectly in the heart of town just a few blocks from the famous waterfront market. It has very nice and accommodating staff and quite literally the most comfortable bed my wife and I have ever slept in. We both had our best night’s sleep in years on that mattress. If I could have taken it home with me, I would have. The rooms are modern well appointed, and for the price, it was a steal IMHO. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or stay there again if given the chance.

This was a great Hotel. The rooms were nice, despite the tiny bathroom. We had an issue with the AC in our first room and they addressed it right away. While they weren't able fix it, they quickly moved us to another room with a fabulous view. Great location as well, within walking distance of so much. The hot tub was a nice perk as well, it was nice and hot. The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well.

Well kept clean hotel right in the middle of everything. Easy walk to pubs, the needle, the stadium and the msrket. The staff eere great too, welcoming and lots of good recommendstions. We didn't get a chance to go in the pool but it looked like it would've been amazing. Highly recommend a stay here if you're visiting seattle.

My sister and I booked a room here for 3 nights. When we arrived our room was not ready yet so we had a drink and the restaurant. Around 4:30 we went to check if the room was ready and it was not so they gave us a few drink tickets and we went back to the bar. After those drinks, our room was still not ready so we left our bags with them and went for a walk. We returned and were told that the room we booked was unavailable that night and we would be staying on a lower floor and move the following morning. Got to the room and the food tray we had ordered upon reservation was not there. Front desk seemed to need me to prove we ordered it so I said not to worry about it as I couldn’t find the email. Later, they “found the order” and would get us the tray in the morning. We never did get the tray. None of this was a big deal to us. What really bothered me was that when I checked out, the man argued about my room (claiming to have actually upgraded us on that first night) In the end they comped a night which was much appreciated, I was just surprised I had to stand there and plead my case for some sort of discount after the runaround we had during our stay there. Jess at front desk when we checked in was fantastic. Bar manager was fantastic. Food was okay and the waiter seemed like he forgot what he was doing every time he walked away from our table (forgot our drinks, charged them after we gave him the drink tickets, took forever to get the bill etc) Gave 4 stars because it seems like it could be a really great place to stay if we hadn’t had all the hassle and argument at the end. Not sure I’d bother again though.

My sister and I just finished a 3 night stay at the Warwick Seattle and I was very satisfied. The check-in process was quick and easy and the room and bathroom weren't fancy but were clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic for exploring the Seattle sites on foot and felt safe. I didn't have time to use any of the amenities so I can't comment on those or the restaurant. I recommend this hotel as a comfortable, convenient and affordable option in downtown Seattle.

It was so lovely! As a Journeys member, I was treated like a queen and given a room on the 18th floor by Yobani, who checked me in, and 1/2 price parking by Bill, who checked me out. Breakfast the next morning was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Hotel & pool was enjoyable, location is absolutely perfect as it is close to most attractions, a bit sketchy though. But our experience was ruined by billing errors(charged twice) which took a lot of talking at the front desk and back & forth emails. A room credit was offered but no follow up was made.

The location is great, quick walk to the rail. We stay here now a few times a year for business. The rooms are ok, the sushi downstairs was good. Coffee in the am is good. Great for business trip, to go from airport, rail, walk a few blocks to W and repeat on return. For pleasure I would not recommend it.

Just got back from spending three nights here. We would go back. Location was great and was within walking distance of many places. Front desk staff were awesome. Shower was strong and hot. Details such as the light fixtures in the room were fun. Seating in the room was comfortable and fun! Loved the changing floor mat in the elevator!

Rooms were clean and the location is great. Right down town. The scene in the lobby is classically "W" and fun if that is what you are looking for. For the location. Its great. A few blocks from all the major business, pike place, restaurants and attractions. Its safe enough but be careful (in most down town areas) late at night. Really lovely place to stay and will be back there soon for sure. Thanks for the visit and thanks to the wonderful staff here.

I wanted to put on here that I had the best experience at W Hotel. I had a couple of early starts due to a back issue and a gentleman called Cisco was extremely helpful, preparing ice packs for me amongst other things. Congratulations to W Hotel for employing such attentive and helpful staff.

Spent one night here while in town for a Mariner's game. Great location for a nice walk to/from the game. Room was great. Only complaint is the espresso machine in the room instead of a coffee maker -- very European, but not very practical. Drew, at the front desk, was great! Friendly, helpful, and even remembered our names! We would stay here again.

Good hotel for the money, location is A+. I was here for work, the hotel foyer and my room could have been a tad more conducive to "office work" Also, awesome to see that room service was available. The 8am start time; while perfectly reasonable, was also not conducive to work. For personal travel, I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms need to be modernized urgently. This place is dying faster than downtown Seattle. The rooms were uncomfortable for me. The room was also extremely humid, cold, loud from street noise and very empty. It felt like a hotel that tried hard to be hip but failed because they didn’t innovate. This location needs a lot of help, but then again, with a dying downtown and homeless surrounding it, people are probably overlooking it. We were even upgraded, and this is how I feel. How sad. Seattle and the downtown hotels used to be awesome! Stay here if you want to be overcharged. There’s other great hotels like the Westin. This place has lost its edge.

Rooms could use a re-fresher... Counter top in the bathroom is split. Room service only comes every other day.... The crew in valet are very accommodating for extensive care. The staff at the restaurant is top notch. Great location.

I had the pleasure of staying 2 nights at this hotel. The front desk greeted us with a welcome smile and provided all the information that was needed during our time there. The rooms and facilities were extremely clean and in good shape. The on-site restaurant had an excellent menu and plenty of food choices for breakfast and dinner. I do recommend having the house potatoes, they were my favorite. This Hyatt will definitely be my top choice when I return to Seattle in the future.

I was there for a day conference so didn't stay the night. Everyone was nice but the issue I had was the forced valet parking. I prefer to park my own car for multiple reasons. One of which is to have a quiet moment before going to a crowded conference. The conference paid for parking at the hotel so parking some place else wasn't an option. I don't understand why this was an issue. If I park my own car its less work for them so they should be thanking me.

Lovely hotel. It's full of business travelers and vacationing families alike. It's expensive, but the rooms are really nice and the amenities are plentiful. There's a pool and hot tub which are both complementary for guests. There are also a couple dining options which are not complementary (not even breakfast). The food isn't amazing, but it's passable, and there's an $8 delivery fee for room service. There's also a spa which you can visit even if you're not a hotel guest, but it's also quite expensive. They offer valet parking for $64 per night, which is pricey but convenient.

I stayed here for a convention and while the valet is spendy, it was well worth it. We had a ton of boxes and things to move and loved not feeling rushed in packing. The rooms were clean but the walls and doors are paper thin. We were able to hear nearly every word of what seemed to be an extremely private conversation and the people next to us weren’t yelling or speaking loudly at all. Same with the hallway and doors- you can hear absolutely everything. It’s a great location in Seattle, within walking distance to almost everything.

A room is a room! The room was clean, fresh, well lit, elevators were clean, lobby was nice, and was not super noisy for being in a city. Only complaint, pool was dirty and had not been cleaned. Could see the brown on the bottom. For the city endorsing being green, the green grass on their roof was brown and dead don’t think anyone has been maintaining it, just saying. Location of the hotel was within walking distance of Pike Market, Space Needle, Convention Center, and the athletic arenas.

It is very nice. Room is clean and it has excellence sauna (dry and steam). The location is perfect, so close many attractions downtown Seattle. Parking was not so easy. 😀

From check-in to check-out, my stay was absolutely wonderful! The entire hotel is spotless and very well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, especially the fresh omelet bar—such a great way to start the day. In the evenings, I really enjoyed the reception with complimentary snacks and drinks, which made the stay feel even more welcoming and special. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional, which made me feel right at home. Highly recommend Embassy Suites Seattle for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service!

It's a behemoth of a hotel but the only room they had for me was on a low floor. Check in was easy but the room I got (and probably all rooms) was very poorly lit. There are some desk and one floor lamp but no ceiling lights, which made for a very dark interior. (Hotel is surrounded by tall buildings which cast shade). It's tough getting enough lighting to work at night; I ended up spending many hours in bathroom because it had brightest lighting. Breakfast was better than the average Hampton Inn. Location is convenient and 10 min walk to tram and Chinatown.

Our room is fantastic! Corner room view is outstanding. Clean and very comfortable bed. Big bathroom and huge shower. We enjoyed our stay here. Free shuttle to waterfront runs every few minutes. Great free made to order omelets and breakfast. Nightly social time with drinks and snacks. Rooftop pool and hot tub. Very nice hotel.

Most Embassy Suites we stay in are a bit dated, but not this one! Excellent rooms, great amenities, and beautiful views. Everything felt clean, modern, and well cared for. Parking is a little awkward, so I’d recommend using rideshare if you can. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Came into town for a Mariners game. Great hotel great location, right next to the stadium. Room was clean and we loved the views. Bed very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

Got upgraded to a stadium view suite. Coffee, microwave and fridge in room. Nice toiletries, the lotion actually moisturizes and smells good. Breakfast is great, lots of options, fruit pastries, eggs, bacon, savory well seasoned potatoes as well as omelettes made to order. One peeve, we had DND on door and so they called asking re housekeeping. Kind of defeats the purpose of DND if you call the room. Was up until 3 am at a rave so being awoken by the phone was pretty annoying.

Staying here for three nights. The hotel, rooms, staff, food is all excellent. I’ve eaten in the bar twice. Food and drinks are very good. Bartenders, Terra and Christian are courteous, friendly, know their drinks, helped with recommendations about food, and are very customer focused with the people at the bar and in the restaurant. I’d highly recommend this hotel. My TV was not working when I arrived and hotel engineer Jack came up and fixed it immediately. Very friendly, courteous, asked me where I was from, made some suggestions about places I might want to see while I was here visiting. Just an all-around good experience this week at the hotel.

The hotel is clean and nice looking but the accommodations don't warrant the price. It's a "bathroom and a bed with a TV" kind of room. Nothing else. No breakfast, no couch, the room itself is as small as you can get, etc. I can get a spacious room (comparatively), with breakfast, a pool, and right by the space needle for less than these rooms! Additionally, their elevators are TINY and they only had 1 out of 2 elevators that worked. One elevator to service 10 floors! You can barely fit four people with minimal luggage on it at a time. Even at that, you're PACKED in like sardines! You don't usually see this small of an elevator. Our group was 5 people so we had to go up in shifts and it took forever because the elevator was so slow trying to stop at all the floors. CRAZY! It has a rock and roll vibe and that's what they're selling. It's not really kid friendly or family oriented. If you're not interested in the vibe or don't want to pay a higher price for it, then this isn't the hotel for you.

Great, friendly, kind, helpful staff! The front desk staff was always present and available to answer questions about the area. Really professional and engaging. The room was as described. Walls are a little thin. Could verbatim repeat conversations from the next room. The owners could be more active with building needs. Only one elevator worked. The lobby needs updating. Ugly furniture. The staff made it a venue I would come back to.

Definitely an older place but they're making the best of it. Nice local art pieces in the halls and even the rooms. They were down to one elevator out of two for the entirety of my visit, caused a lot of annoyance.

Hotel Max was amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Excellent service all around — I’d definitely stay here again!

Staff was amazing. They got us an early check-in for 4 hours before their normal check-in time when we landed early in Seattle. You’re within walking distance of Pike Place Market, the Space Needle and other attractions

We just stay for one night, so it was fine. For two people it was a little cramped, it’s a double bed not a queen sized bed. There’s not enough space to open up carry-on luggage is. Luckily, we only had a backpack each. The rooms are laid out very similarly to Asian hotels.

Was here for the PAX West convention. Perfect distance from the center, was an easy walk and in between for food, drink etc. Staff were very helpful and friendly, they were quick to accommodate to any of our requests for anything we needed. Our room was rather small, this was the single bed we stayed in which felt rather cramped, comfy bed, but cramped. The bed took up a majority of the room. The walls were also pretty thin, so we could hear the neighbors simply chatting. The water in the shower also takes some time to heat up to a lukewarm temperature. Feels like this is an old building that may or may not have a few hauntings. 👻 Overall great stay besides some minor QOL things and spooks.

Had a great stay it was a great hotel and a great location of Seattle. Pioneer square is a walk to just about everywhere especially the waterfront Park. We were there for a NFL game in the stadium was literally seven blocks away. Great breakfast in the morning Don't be at Continental would I stay there again yes mostly for the convenience. It was also quite quiet and very clean.

We stayed here before and after an Alaskan cruise. If you want sleek, modern, and high price, then look elswhere. This is a rennovated older hotel with a lot of woodwork and a historic feel to it. It has the "personality" that new hotels lack. The staff was fantastic and our room (we requested the same room for both stays) felt as comfortable as your grandparents' home. But it had adapters with lots of outlets and usb chargers. The wifi was fast. The area is clean and busy during the day, but like all large cities I would avoid the alleys. There are plenty of restaurants within safe and convenient walking distance, including Ivar's Pier 54 fish bar which has choices of fish and chips that are some of the best I have had. Yes, there is just one elevator and yes, the rooms might be a bit smaller than some major (and very expensive) hotels, but it was a great place for the two of us.

We found the hotel to be charming and the staff friendly and helpful. Our king room was large and shower pressure good. Bed comfortable, room quiet, heat/cooling controls worked good. A cute original central hotel staircase (of course there is also an elevator), and interesting Pioneer Square historical photos in the hallways. Free breakfast was better than expected, with a variety of breakfast sandwiches, plus waffles, cheeses, yogurt, oatmeal, etc... We were not leaving the area until late afternoon, so staff allowed us to check our bags for free (although we did leave a tip) so we could enjoy the city without carrying our luggage. We arrived by light rail and left by ferry, so location ideal for both those transport modes.

Way better than any less expensive hotel I've stayed in. The charm of a 1900's Seattle hotel but the amenities and toiletries of a much newer place. Everything worked, shampoos and other bathroom items are high quality, perfect location in Seattle and very very nice staff. Decent breakfast for a continental breakfast. I was impressed! Super clean!! The only way you won't like it is if you need a view and a pool!!

This hotel checked all of our boxes. It is clean, has a wonderful free breakfast buffet, a very short walk to the Ferry, and in a reasonably safe area. We used this hotel for a 2-night stay before a cruise. It is located a short 10-15 minute drive from Pier 91, which was very convenient on the morning our cruise departed. Special thanks to the gentleman working the front desk in the late evening hours of 8/16. We had a sketchy experience at an AirBNB and had trouble finding a hotel on a late Saturday evening. He helped check us in smoothly, gave us detailed instructions on where to park in their garage, and even delivered a luggage cart for us. Thanks again!

Wonderful experience. Super quick walk to the Pier, Pike Market, and T-Mobile Park. Perfect for our weekend getaway. Appreciated the small touches and extra safety measures. Not to mention a top notch complimentary breakfast with ALL the options! Just lovely!

This hotel was a welcome surprise. After an unexpected travel delay, we needed a place to stay on 4th of July weekend. After struggling to find a place that could help us short notice, the front desk staff answered the phone promptly and made special arrangements to get rooms ready for us. The waterfront was visible from our room and the hotel is conveniently located walking distance from the stadiums, Pike’s Market, and the waterfront promenade. This hotel successfully blends modern amenities with the historic character of the building.

I stayed here this last weekend with my partner for their birthday and I am beyond unimpressed. Many hidden fees and the rooms are not as nice as the pictures make you think. We stayed one night for vacation. •Parking -Parking is fine, was $60 a night which isn’t amazing but we were only staying one night so I budgeted that in. •Service -Service when we checked in was awesome! Guy that checked us in was polite and kind and explained everything well. -Checking out however we had a very rude lady who was frustrating and impatient with us. •Room -Room was fine, clean and nice. Bathroom door almost hit the toilet though it was so close to it. Other things I will be noting now -Online it says that breakfast is included but it is NOT and they have a resturant downstairs that is extra charge. -They sprung a charge on us at checkout for the ‘free coffee’ in the lobby as well as a wine tasting event that we did not attend. This was $40 extra upon checkout for the two of us. ($95 total with the one night of parking.) -I have a 4.99 charge from them that popped up today that I have no clue what it is, we assume it’s for the water in the room that we were told was complimentary. If that’s the case then we were lied to on that front when we were checking in.

We stayed here for four days b4 joining a cruise ship to Australia. Room spacious, bathroom functional, no grab rails for older guests with mobility issues. No guides in room for TV or air conditioning. The front desk button on phone was never answered. Restaurant and in room dining message said leave name and number and will contact you within 72 hours!!! Breakfast included was one plate and one cup. It cost us an extra $45 first time for what we selected. Partner had run in with waitress re coffee not as requested, so we walked out and did not go back. Staff training needs attention if USA is to be great again!!! Plenty other issues like five different light switch types to use lights in room!!! Reminded me of British show Faulty Towers with John Cleese and Manual the Spanish waiter. The vintage hotel would be a good sequel for a movie. Dogs are welcome at this hotel.Stay longer than a day at your own risk if you want service!!!

I traveled to this hotel on business and I really wish that I wouldn’t have. First of all the hotel is very outdated and looks nothing like the photos, and I was put into a room that was supposed to be non-smoking, but smelled like smoke throughout the whole room. When I went to the front desk to let them know, they told me that the hotel was sold out and that they can’t do anything about it. Compared to other hotels in the area, it’s in line with the other nightly rates. To be honest I would highly recommend going elsewhere, the hotel smells and also the carpets are dirty, doors are dirty. I felt like I was staying in a motel.

The price of the room was pretty outrageous! It was clean and we had a a junior suite so it was spacious. They didn’t have much for amenities. The gym was in the garage.No pool or bar. Not a 5 star luxury hotel by any means. This is more of a conference hotel. If you are looking for a luxury hotel to lounge around and be waited on, this is not it. You can bring your dog though!

Absolutely fantastic hotel and stay, I'll definitely be back. The rooms are large, spacious and well-appointed, very cool vibe to the hotel, happy hour from 5-6pm in the lobby is a real hit with a guitarist on hand when I was down there. Location is prime, right in the middle of the downtown area, Seattle is such a gorgeous city and walking both north and south to various venues and sights is both safe and convenient from the Vintage. Lime Bikes, if you enjoy the wind in your hair, is a really cool way to get around, I did many miles on those and you can get them just down from the hotel. All the key sights are within walking distance and the hotel has the top rated restaurant, Tulio, on-site so you needn't go for amazing Italian food! Service and staff are the best, overall just a fantastic place to call home for a handful of days.

So the location is great but it is vintage as the name, nothing looks modern but an old feel to it. The room is not as spacious as it stated. I noticed people voted it 5 stars - bc those have dogs of course it will rate high since not many hotels allow it. We had 2 beds , small closet and bathroom. There is no microwave but a small fridge is provided. The TV is just basic no streaming ( terrible) and the remote hardly works. Not your perfect comfort place like the last hotel I checked out in, but for its convenience location and short stay it’s ok.

Stayed here two nights before a cruise. Quaint hotel walking distance to Pike Market and the waterfront area as well as the monorail station out to the Space Needle. The beds are super comfortable! The Staff is also outstanding. Had an issue regarding the room, and went down to the front desk to request a different room and I was moved to a different room immediately. Onsite restaurant staff was also excellent (I purchased the room rate that included breakfast.) Be aware there are no coffee machines in the rooms, though there is coffee available in the lobby in the mornings. Also, hotel is in an old historic building and the elevator is super loud, you can actually hear it in the room at times

If you're looking for an amazing place to stay while you're visiting Seattle stop by the Even hotel. Upon check-in the manager assisted and he was just awesome 👌 👏 . They stay was amazing from my phone interaction thru in person. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff very friendly. I most not forget another's friendly staff member Jennifer. Everyone goes out there way to provide service. They have breakfast if you book it, along with some snacks you can purchase during your stay. So look no more Even Hotel downtown Seattle is waiting for you.

Stayed here for a work trip, everyone was pretty friendly, one desk clerk definitely stood out as one I’d rather not deal with as she acted like doing the bare minimum still too much of an ask. Kristen as the market/bar was super friendly and made some delicious drinks, she was definitely down to earth and the nice wasn’t obviously fake, it was genuine. The location was perfect for me. I definitely would have preferred to have more than 1 paper coffee cup in my room for my 4 night/5 day stay. Shower was amazing as well!

What a wonderful place to stay. Hotel was clean and offered everything we needed They had breakfast to order and snacks and bar area. We had a place to store out luggage so we could enjoy the town before our flight. Everyone from check in/out to food and bar staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Had exercise equipment in the room which was really nice for morning yoga sessions. Also had a walk in shower with a rainfall shower head and bath gels that smells really good. Clean rooms, Comfortable beds, good food, great gym and an amazing location.

Stayed during a work trip. The stay was amazing, did go down to the bar to have dinner and the food was incredible, the service from KRISTEN was AMAZING!!! From her food recommendations to the drinks recommendations. She was on top of everything and was so friendly and attentive. Definitely will recommend.

Stayed here for just one night and overall it was a solid stop. The place was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, no complaints there. Only downside was the HVAC system; every time it kicked on, it gave off kind of a dirty feet smell. Maybe something they might want to look into. Since it was just a quick stay, we didn’t make a big deal of it. Otherwise, everything else was smooth and comfortable.

Kristen the bartender M-Thursday was amazing. Fun and entertaining and a concierge all in one. She many of us with different interests amazing advice on things to do and is a fantastic asset to the hotel. The room was overpriced, no service while staying for a high price and not a great value in my opinion.

The location of the hotel was great because it was across the street from the U District Link station, making it super easy to get from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to downtown Seattle. The ambience of the hotel had this vintage feel with well-functioning accommodations in the room. The coffee shop connected to the lobby (Poindexter Coffee) had good coffee and breakfast sandwiches to go, but no major food options. A major highlight of the Graduate is The Mountaineering Club on the rooftop, giving spectacular views of the Seattle skyline and mountains. Good service by all staff we encountered.

The rooms are very small but cute and updated. Outside noise is okay--not terrible but not quiet, either. My complaint is that upon checking in I received no information about the amenities such as where the restaurants are, where the ice machines are located (the even floors--found this out by calling the front desk), and how to use the supposed 15 dollars a day we are supposed to get for staying here--never did learn how to use this). Upon checking in I was handed a card in an envelope with my room number but not told what floor I was on--I guessed and was right. I was also not told (and no signage) that one has to press the room key to a black plastic beveled box on the wall to get the elevator to input my room number. Again, maybe just basic information that could have been communicated either with the front desk or with signage in the elevator. The room itself has zero information about the hotel--no printed docs or even a QR code to scan to learn more. I had to call the front desk to learn where the exercise room is--Mezzanine level (which the front desk clerk then condescendingly explained to me as I suppose someone over 50 must not understand). I had no idea about the restaurants in the hotel--where they are located, hours, or menu--no information at check-in and no information in the room). The check-in was okay, but I definitely received the vibe of "I couldn't care less about you or your stay.: I'm over 50 and female, but I dress well, shower daily, of sound mind and body, and articulate. I present as a normal professional adult. Not sure why I deserved so little information or consideration.

I cannot stress this enough. Read the reviews. My husband did not, and we instantly regretted it. Whoever is taking the photos for this hotel website. 🤣 They did an excellent job at making it look like something it's not. This hotel is old, outdated, and in a sketch neighborhood. Our room looked nothing like the photos, and it smelled old and musty. For charging upwards of $400 a night, this place i not worth it. There are no fridges or microwaves in the rooms. But if you ask the front desk, they will bring you a mini fridge. Jolene was an excellent help with that. The restaurant and rooftop terrace that they advertise are less than up to par. I really don't recommend this place. Even for one night

It locates 10 minutes walking distance from the University of Washington and 3 minutes to the U District light rail station. The entrance was also for valet parking located around the corner off the street. There is a cafe for breakfast and lunch on the street floor and a bar restaurant on the top floor. The lobby was spacious with a few seats. There is a raised mezzanine level for quiet meetings or waiting. The double queen room is spacious and clean. The coffee table stand was UW shaped. The southwest view from the window gave much light. There was water dispenser on the right from the front desks, but no any hot beverages like other hotels. Two issues in the room: There was no fridge like most hotels. The other issue was the table lamp between two beds was missing a chain so could not turn it on.

Great location to be close to U district and link station and restaurants and grocery. Good security as hotel doors are locked and there is a locked valet parking ( no self parking option) There is an amazing rooftop bar/restaurant- city and skyline views No fridge in room which is odd these days and shower was not really hot. Decent stay

6:00am and there is no coffee in the room or lobby. Cafe doesn't open until 6:30am. Reviewing the invoice, the coffee shop (that didn't even open on time) held $15. The bar upstairs that stopped serving food at 9:30pm held $30. All of this with a $15 "Destination Fee". How are they charging a resort fee when there isn't anything more than a hotel with a bar and coffee shop that have bad hours?

Had a concert at the Neptune Theater to attend, so I chose this hotel out of convenience of location. When I arrived, the front desk gave me the wrong room number on my key card, forcing me to back down again to the lobby to get it corrected. Once I got to my room, I was disappointed to the find it poorly soundproofed -- not only was the traffic outside very audible, but I could also fully hear conversations going on in the room next door to me which was separated from mine only by a thin door with a nearly 2 inch high gap from the bottom to the floor. I could also hear the door to every room on my floor open and close -- consequently, I was woken up at 5 in the morning by other guests leaving their room. My room was large enough for two people, but had a weirdly small bathroom. The decor was "college-themed" and quite tacky, especially within the context of the building itself which shows its age everywhere. However, the room was at least clean and had a well-functioning AC. That being said, housekeeping tried to barge into my room even before check-out time at 11 -- ridiculous! Thankfully I used AirMiles to book this place, instead of wasting cash. Not recommended.

Great experience! I knew that the rooms would be functional yet small and served the need of spending a night close to the stadium. The check in staff member talked us through the self serve check in process rather than just doing it himself but I’m not bothered by it as he was very friendly. I loved the room! Fantastic king bed with perfect pillows and the mood setting on for the room was a nice touch. The rooms are small but as a 6’9” person with my wife, we weren’t bothered by it as the room, lobby, price and amenities are well worth the location and restfulness that the hotel provided. As a bonus, our room had breathtaking views of the bay where we watched the ferries come and go as well as the ships unloading containers. So convenient to the city, great views, and a perfect room for the night. We’ll absolutely return!

We stayed here for a couple nights and I give the hotel a solid 4 all around. A better value, but the trade off is you’re a little further from landmarks like Pike’s Place/space needle. Still in a 20-25 minute walking distance so I didn’t mind. The check in process was easy and there was still staff at all hours. The lobby and bar were nice. The rooms are pretty small but well thought out, with all the essentials. I really hated the bathroom, it felt like a crammed cruise bathroom. The bathroom door blocked absolutely no sound, so make sure you are comfortable with whoever you are sharing a room with! We couldn’t find a fan switch for the shower/toilet area, making showers super steamy almost on the verge of passing out. We had a nice view and the hotel is right next to the water front which was great. I would stay again but I wish the bathrooms were a bit more spacious/private.

Perfect location!! The room was a little small but was expected because of the reviews I read before our stay. The ambiance more than made up for that though! The hotel was very modern and clean and we had a great time! I need to know what kind of blanket was on the bed!! It was the most comfortable blanket I’ve ever slept with and I have been scouring all over trying to find it!

The CitizenM Pioneer Square convinces with modern furnishings, cleanliness and a fantastic view. The bed was very comfortable and the price-performance ratio is right. However, the rooms are a bit small - it gets tight for two large suitcases. In addition, the toilet flushing worked slowly, which is perfect for young travelers who value modern design and central location. Service: Friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out are uncomplicated, often via self-service terminals. Equipment: • Free Wi-Fi • Modern, minimalist interior • 24-hour lounge and bar • Seating and working areas

Such a great experience here. Yes, the rooms are a little different and small but the beds are HUGE. If your partner is bathroom shy I’d also keep that in mind and the only separation is a frosted glass wall. Now with that out of the way what more would you possibly want from a hotel? Great location and walking distance to just about anything. Service was great and bar open till 1:30am. Check in/out process was easy, we opted for the breakfast one morning and felt it was a great value. If you’re driving it’s a little weird to get to for dropping things off and the property doesn’t have a parking lot. If you’re planning to spend the majority of your time out and want somewhere clean, comfortable and convenient then this is your spot.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend and really enjoyed our experience. The location was great, the room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly. While the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, the layout makes it easy to move around; it actually reminded me of a cruise ship cabin. Check-in and check-out were both quick and simple. I’ll definitely be booking this hotel again!

The rooms are weirdly futuristic and small, but they don’t hide that in the pictures, so just expect what you see. The bar and breakfast are great! The staff was somewhat friendly, but always helpful. They charge you by the minute or so for late checkout, so be sure to check out on time. The location is perfect if you want to experience “beneath the streets,” or a dive bar scene.

Highly, highly recommend! Amazing staff, location, everything! Rooms are updated and beautiful, tasteful decor throughout the hotel. Loved the terrace (plus bar open 4-8) upstairs. Amazing view, we were on the 7th floor & when we arrived early they were able to get us right in which was very convenient. Truly the attention to detail was commendable and is replicated in the restaurant!! Ben Paris is incredible, do not miss it on your trip. You get a $15 credit per day as part of the resort charge and it is the best excuse to go. I’ll write a review for there too but bravo all around, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. You can’t beat this location and you’re not compromising on anything.

The State Hotel in Seattle was absolutely incredible. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from Pike Place Market, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of my favorite touches was the complimentary chips that could be used at the hotel, which gave us the chance to try Ben Paris, the restaurant located inside. The brunch was phenomenal—from the fluffy pancakes to the crispy bacon and perfectly cooked potatoes, you could truly taste the care and attention they put into the food. A special shoutout goes to Noah at the front desk. We had a small mix-up with our room booking (completely on our end), and Noah went above and beyond to help us sort it out. He was incredibly patient, kind, and made sure we felt taken care of the entire time. He also shared some excellent local recommendations that made our trip even better.

Had a wonderful stay here for our anniversary weekend. The staff made it extra special by offering complimentary champagne and macarons. The hotel is a block away from the market. It was so convenient being close by. Don’t skip the rooftop terrace on the 8th floor. You get an incredible view of the market, water, and downtown. I recommend packing a sound machine since it is pretty noisy at night.

We came to Seattle for a wedding but wanted to experience a little bit of the city for the night we were there. I was so pleased with our stay here! The location is great, we walked to every spot we needed from here. The rooms are well decorated, comfy, and a perfect size! When we arrived, Dixie was so great to us- answering all of our questions and helping us get what we needed and even offering some tips about the area. When we come back to Seattle, we will definitely be staying here again! Thank y’all and thank you Dixie!!

We had a great stay. You cannot beat the location. We only had one day and it was a great location to walk to the market to explore. As other reviewers mentioned the bathrooms are a little odd (there’s no door or curtain on the shower) but I wouldn’t let that deter you from staying. Everything was clean, quiet, comfy, and the staff were very helpful. They stored our luggage for us ahead of check in and switched us to a new room (with a fabulous view) when our A/C didn’t work.

What a CUTE hotel! From booking online to arriving, the process has been super easy. Courtney at the front desk made sure our stay was amazing. Really cool space! The checkin process and building was great. The downstairs bar is extremely nice. The only issue we noticed was that the water would not get hot in the morning (8 to 9am) it was luke warm borderline cold. I suspect that was when everyone else was using water?

This is my favorite hotel in Seattle. You cannot beat the location. Lake Union is right across the street. There is a great park there. You can walk to some things near it. If you’re up for more walking you can easily walk to Climate Pledge Arena, Amazon Spheres, even downtown to Pike Place Market. There are good food choices around it also. Staff is friendly and the hotel is always clean and smells great. Their Bistro has good food and drinks if you just want to be at the hotel.

Beautiful location. Easy access to many wonderful places and a great view. All staff were friendly, respectful, and efficient. Had a difficult time putting my make up on though as the lighting was a little dark for the bathroom mirror. They did have a magnified mirror I could carry around to better lighting though to check.

Great hotel—clean, friendly staff and easy location to get around. We didn’t try to walk anywhere though directions seemed to indicate some locations were reasonably close. Bed were comfortable — the view of the Lake on the third floor wasn’t fantastic but it was good enough. A solid hotel. We’d stay here again.

Our Search and Rescue team recently stayed at The Courtyard by Marriott (Seattle) while traveling through Washington. We’ve stayed at Courtyards across the country and have always appreciated the hospitality and professionalism that make the brand dependable for teams like ours. Unfortunately, this visit was unlike any we’ve experienced before. From the moment we arrived, the tone was noticeably unwelcoming. What should have been a routine check-in quickly turned tense. Simple requests were met with visible irritation, and even basic communication felt strained. Our team president repeatedly tried to de-escalate the situation, asking the staff member acting as “manager” three times if he had done something to cause the hostility. Each time, she refused to respond—before abruptly telling him to “shut his mouth and sit down.” Throughout the exchange, he kept quietly repeating, “I’m not sure what we could have done to deserve this treatment.” That moment captured the disheartening truth of our stay. After more than 3,000 miles on the road serving communities in need, to be treated with contempt rather than courtesy was both shocking and demoralizing. We don’t make accusations lightly. Men lie. Women lie. The cameras won’t. Our hope is that Marriott’s leadership reviews this incident carefully and ensures no other guest—especially a public service or disaster response team—has to experience such treatment again.

I am a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite. I have stayed at Marriot hotels since 2017. I have never experienced such awful service at this hotel. Specifically, the manager and the general manager (Mike Schabbing)'s treatment of me and my husband. No one answered the front desk phone when I called several times to get help with the internet. They refused to hold my luggage at check-out while I waited for my transportation. The general manager yelled at my husband and told him to shut up and sit down while she looked up something on her computer. She accused me of credit card fraud on my Corporate American Express (because the Marriot Bonvoy system had some notation that she couldn't understand). If you are a minority POC, do not go to this hotel. They will treat you awful and prioritize their white guests over you. No decency and no respect. The manager snapped her finger in my husband's face, refused to look at him in the face when he was speaking to her and told me that I am a liar because her "system is NEVER wrong". I am shocked that this is how Seattle treats its patrons, but I guess anything is possible these days. For your own dignity and mental health, do NOT go to this hotel. The management is awful and extremely racist.

We didn’t stay but my daughter and her friend got locked out of their car with a dead phone and the other in the car across the street from the hotel. They went to see if they could use the phone and maybe charge their phone. Bailey who was working the front desk let them call me, allowed them to use a charger, got them water and blankets (they had gone paddle boarding and were in swimwear). Bailey didn’t have to help them but went out of his way to make sure they were ok while they were stranded. We really appreciate how he went above and beyond for them! Excellent service

We stay at Courtyard hotels across the U.S. and have always appreciated the great service—often so much that we’ve sent pizza or Starbucks to thank the staff. Unfortunately, this visit was very different. After traveling over 3,000 miles, we were met with what felt like irritation instead of hospitality. Repeated calls to the front desk went unanswered, and when I went down in person, the response was unwelcoming. Check out was even worse, which is an odd way to send someone out the door. We've chosen to stay elsewhere for the rest of this trip. This was sadly our most disappointing Marriott stay to date. In fact, my experience was so bad I just rerouted the entire emergency response team away from this hotel. Mike, go back and look at your cameras. All of them. If you care to. Turns out I'm not the "homeboy" your employee was hoping for.

This place should not be considered a Hilton property. I am a gold member and I spent the night with my family here before our cruise the next day. Do yourself a favor and please stay somewhere else. Either Hilton is letting just anyone use their name and ruin it or they just don’t know how bad this place is. Upon checking in, my family and I were greeted by a nice rep (Lee) who was the only bright spot of this horrible stay. He was kind and polite, the rest of his staff was absolute trash. When we entered the room it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month - Filthy Rugs that had stains on it visible to the eye - marks on the walls that made it feel like a motel - No towels in the room - Absolutely filthy couch and chairs with stains - Sticky Table (Disgusting) - sheets and blankets were dirty (serious) - No sheets for the pull out couch - Pull out couch was deplorable, unsafe to sleep - And yes, no SHOWER CURTAINS We asked to have these issues resolved at around 1900 hrs. It took until 2245hrs to have the issues resolved. 3 hours to have simple necessities given to us ??? As I mentioned the only bright spot I saw was a gentleman named Lee who profusely apologized for the hotels mid accommodations and told me he’d have management look into my concerns that he documented. I used a whole bottle of disinfectant that I brought with me not thinking that I needed to use it at a “Hilton” but I’m glad I did nonetheless The staff overall seemed clueless and quite honestly didn’t care about what I needed to provide a safe and comforting feeling for my family. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again even if you paid me to, too disgusting, not worth the hassle. If you’re a Hilton Honors and Hilton Time share owner, do yourself a favor run don’t walk but run from this advertising themselves as a Hilton property. Absolutely Disgusting.

I am.currently staying here for 5 nughts. Hotel is a good 20 min walk to main attractions. Hotel is dated, sticky carpets, stained couch, sheets for pullout couch were used and smelled like it (gross), rooms facing Western Ave are VERY noisy. Mattresses are super soft (probably old too). Breakfast is decent, person at front desk was clueless about public transportation options, housekeeping hasn't even been here to take trash out. Apparently they only come every other day. Property only has two elevators in one of them has been out of order the whole time so there's one working elevator for the whole hotel and the cleaning crew uses it too. Unbelievable. Staff at breakfast area super kind and friendly. I would recommend staying at another hilton property in main downtown. I would not return here. :/

The service at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Downtown Seattle was excellent. From the moment we arrived until we checked out everyone was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. There was a sitting area with a sofa, chair and small table with two chairs. We also had a kitchenette with an apartment sized refrigerator, dishwasher, small stove top, and sink. The bathroom and bedroom were also spacious. There was a door that closed between the bedroom and other area as well. The beds were comfortable, but I definitely would have liked a few more pillows. I’m sure if I would have asked they would have given me some. Breakfast was normal for a Homewood Suites with bananas, breads, eggs, potatoes, and breakfast burritos. It ended promptly at 9 am each morning. Coffee and hot water were out all the time, which I appreciate. The bathrooms had liquid hand soap and lotion and shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. There were also plenty of towels. We like to walk so we walked just about everywhere. About 15-20 minutes to the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. There is a small store a block away. The Hall on the corner is a great restaurant to grab lunch or dinner. They offer a shuttle (see picture) to and from the airport and cruise terminal. I wish o would have known this beforehand as we came to the hotel from a cruise. I suggest you call the hotel to schedule. It is cash only. We used the shuttle to go to the airport at the end of our trip. It was $75 (cash). Our driver was courteous and even arrived early. It took about 40 minutes with traffic to get to the hotel. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you are in Seattle.

The room wasn’t the cleanest stained furniture stools etc the continental breakfast was pretty basic, my wife did enjoy the chia seeds in oat milk though. We were on the ground floor which was pretty quiet we stayed here because it was close to climate pledge arena which was a short walk away. Also there is a chill bar next door that people bring pets to food wasn’t great but the beer was good!

We have stayed here 2 different times. The people are nice and great location for the cruises too. They have breakfast and coffee. Not the best breakfast but it does the job. Rooms are good. Thank you Homewood Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown.

Front desk friendly and very knowledgeable with local recommendations and transportation. I've never been to a hotel to refuse to give more than 2 wash clothes per a room that holds 4+ people. Asked for more the 2nd day, again only two wash clothes for four people. Walls are super thin. Love the AC!!

Decent food, coffee, and friendly staff. The rooms are clean, spacious and very nice! This hotel is great, and fair priced! Location is ideal. The only downside was we never got our call or shuttle ride from airport to hotel. Have other options ready in case this happens to you.

The staff was super accommodating and understanding with the situation I was in with my wife being in the hospital and I needed a room to sleep that day, I highly recommend them. The price is a bit steep but in order to be only minutes from my wife it was well worth it. I will definitely be staying here again under much better circumstances. Shout out to Michelle the front desk supervisor who was understanding and very helpful with getting me into a room on such short notice, she really is awesome, thank you.

A cozy city hideout—comfortable stay, great food, but not luxury ⭐️⭐️⭐️¾☆ A cozy little hideout in the city. The lobby is sweet and inviting—just enough charm for a few quick photos, not luxury but warm. Staff were kind and friendly, service pleasant though not elevated. The rooms are average but comfortable: dark, simple, stocked with coffee and tea, a lounge chair, and a small table for quick meals. Bathrooms were fine but minimal—no robes or slippers, and the soap/conditioner were one-use only. Don’t expect spa luxury here, but it’s functional. Room service was the highlight. The avocado toast with arugula and soft egg plus the omelette with an English muffin made the stay feel complete and memorable. Parking is the one challenge—tucked under the hotel with very tight turns, so large vehicles need extra care. The hotel was an absolute delight with a gorgeous view. We stayed in one of the jacuzzi suites, which was shockingly affordable for what I typically expect for such an amenity. The location was wonderfully placed, offering plenty of excellent dining within walking distance, as well as the ability to visit several locations such as Pike Place market. The room was also quiet, the only peep I heard being the pool table of another suite being racked one time. (Something that as a pool table owner I understand is all but impossible to muffle adequately.) Finally, the staff was fantastic, my only regret being that I did not catch the name of the one who checked us in to write a glowing recommendation for after helping us. (We had arrived around four hours earlier than check-in usually started because of some unforeseen events and they went above and beyond to accomidate us.) I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough.

A rainstorm caused a power outage, and the staff rose to the challenge of managing a catastrophe: smiles, free flashlights, safety precautions to keep everything calm. Great location on Capitol Hill, easy walking to great shops and restaurants. Highly recommended for comfort and hospitality at its best.

I appreciate her pleasantness and professionalism and attention to details with working through the online reservations with me. I've stayed here before and enjoyed the location and the people here and will be coming soon now and I'm sure I will be back again!

Update: Our second night was eventually refunded, though we've received zero communication from the hotel. I have called twice to request a receipt and have been told I will have it "soon." It's been 10 days since we checked out. I understand that it was an unusual circumstance, but this is getting very frustrating. We were guests during the windstorm this past weekend. Power went out on Saturday evening, and was still out when we woke up on Sunday. Since the anticipated restoration time was 3pm, we left because it was unsafe. We were on the top floor of the hotel, there was no emergency lighting and the door keys did not work without power. The stairwell was dark with only cheap glow sticks that didn't provide much light. Phones couldn't be charged to be used as flashlights. Phones and internet were also down, so it was not a safe environment for someone with a health condition. I was still charged for Sunday night even though I checked out at 8am because it was unsafe to stay. That's what interruption of business insurance is for. I will not be staying here ever again.

Beautiful location. IHOP is right next door also haha <3. The onsite food was delicious as well. Rooms were huge, no apartment buildings across the street looking in at you, you can actually keep your curtains open! The windows open too!

We were delighted with our Sorrento Suite king. The two rooms were very comfortable and would easily accommodate a family of 3-4. The bed, bedding, pillows were well appointed and so comfortable. Our room overlooked the entrance and patio area. I have stayed here twice now and I love this "old" hotel. The staff is wonderful. Very attentive, gracious and accommodating. Valet parking is a breeze. We stayed here because we had an early morning medical procedure schedule. The next time we come, it will be for pleasure and not a doctor's visit.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Sorrento. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food was delicious with a variety of options. In general, the staff exhibited friendliness and attentiveness. I only once felt mistreated by a staff member, which could have been due to my skin color or simply because she was having a bad day. It’s challenging to discern intentions given the current state of time. Nevertheless, we would certainly consider re-staying at the Hotel.

Every single person across the entire experience expressed exceptional hospitality - from booking our room to dining in the Stella to checking in and out, we had an incredible time. Staying at the Sorrento was actually the highlight of our trip to downtown Seattle. I have dietary restrictions that make traveling challenging and was able to enjoy a delicious meal in the restaurant with incredible service. The hotel bathroom was beautiful and had unique historic details that you won't find in a modern build like wide shelves in the shower and beautiful tiles. Our room was upgraded before we arrived to check in and we greatly enjoyed having a TV in each room of the King Suite and a wonderful collection of books from history to romance. These small details elevate a stay and were very pleasant details that made the hotel feel even more authentic and historic. The entire building is absolutely gorgeous - the patio outside is so lovely and the details inside are so historic and welcoming. They even changed the doormat in the elevator to match the day of the week and you can enjoy historic Thanksgiving menus of the past framed in the lobby. During our stay, there was a private event with a live pianist playing in the Fireside Room - a truly delightful experience. Every person we encountered clearly loved their job and were so kind and offered a level of hospitality that is not commonly experienced. We will always stay at this hotel when traveling to Seattle. We found the valet parking to be incredibly convenient and helpful and the location to downtown Seattle made for the perfect walk to the waterfront and Pikes Place Market. For a luxurious, convenient, and relaxing stay this is the hotel to choose. The room rate was very accessible for the entire experience - the room, bathroom, building, lobby, patio, and restaurant are all absolutely beautiful, historic, and elegant.

I can’t begin to explain what a magical hotel this is. First time staying here and the entire place transports you back into time but with upgraded amenities. The hotel is beautifully vintage and kept up so well. It’s clean, quiet, and so incredibly comfortable. The beds were amazing, the room was in perfect condition and I never felt in need of anything! The best part about the hotel…the people. All of the staff were absolutely lovely, kind, funny and caring individuals that immediately made my friend and I at ease and they took such great care of our entire stay. Cheese (the tiniest little mascot pup) was such a quiet comfort I didn’t know I needed as I was missing my pups at home. The food from Stella was phenomenal and the bar was perfectly stocked with my favorite whiskey. I don’t think I could have asked for a better weekend and I definitely found my hotel anytime I come to visit Seattle which I hope is often! Thank you for everything - you all are a very special bunch!

Rooms are extremely spacious and I received outstanding customer service from the staff, both in the hotel, in the eating areas, and from management. The Fireside is cozy and so inviting! The food is exquisite and the mixologists did a fantastic job on the drinks. This hotel is located within easy walking distance to Virginia Mason Franciscan Health facilities. If you are looking for historical charm - this is the place for you.

Excellent experience! The staff was extremely helpful. This hotel does not have central A/C but we had a floor unit that did the job. The street noise was somewhat significant, so we asked for a floor fan and that helped a lot. Nice location with a little convenience store nearby. Also, Seattle is hilly! The outdoor patio area is lovely. Just wish they had ice machines, as we had to ask the front desk to deliver each time. Overall, a wonderful hotel!

Walking in, the hotel staff immediately made the hotel very comfortable and welcoming. It’s nice to stay in a hotel rich in history. The bed was very comfortable. Walkable to downtown. Nice bright bathrooms. Comfortable with air conditioning. Amazing scent throughout. Enjoyed the friendly helpful staff, Chloe was great! We would 100% stay again.

There are no words to describe how pleased I was with my stay at the Mayflower Park Hotel. Starting with the location: The Hotel is around the block from the light rail station, which meant I could take it from (and to!) the airport for $3, versus the $80+ it would have cost to Uber/Lyft. The general area is surrounded by very high end shops (Nordie's, All Saints, YSL, etc.) and is incredibly safe/patrolled. Even though the hotel clearly caters to a more well-heeled crowd than I, I never once was made to feel awkward or odd. Every person that I spoke to/dealt with was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Extra special shout outs to Hezekiah and Richard at the concierge for tolerating my incessant questions/requests with grace, and Sebastian and Jessie at the valet, for always having a friendly smile, helpful suggestion, or just general encouragement. Oh, and Alvin (?) in engineering who sprang to my aid. I would 100% stay here in the future if I'm ever afforded the opportunity. The room was quiet, well-appointed, and impeccably kept. Yes, it is an older hotel, so if your looking for something more tech forward, perhaps look somewhere else, but for those that appreciate the old world class of a boutique European style hotel, definitely check this out. I did check out the fitness room, which was actually a lot bigger than I expected, but I didn't use it because I walked all over that beautiful city!! 11/10. No notes!!

We can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful property. We are now spending our last night at the Mayflower Park- checking out tomorrow. Our whole experience had been positive. Upon arrival doormen helped with luggage. Every day since they greet us both leaving for the day’s adventures and again arriving back at the end of our day. They were helpful with suggestions on places to visit or restaurants to try. . Front desk employees both professional and personable. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Maid service every day. Fresh towels, water and coffee. Location is convenient to sites. Walking distance to waterfront, space needle and many restaurants and shops. We highly recommend the Mayflower Park hotel and someday hope to return

Hotel is in a great location. Easily walk to the light rail, shopping, pikes place, ferris wheel etc. The hotel is well kept. Clean. The views weren't great from the room we had and the water pressure on floor 5 was poor but otherwise we had a nice stay!

Pre-Cruise we stayed at the Mayflower. It was convenient to ride the Light Rail from the airport to the station which was within a 5 minute walk to the hotel. There was a group of us which Tim checked most of us in...he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to add us all to the shuttle list to the port the next morning. Room was large, clean, and had an awesome view of downtown. Pike Place Market is within walking distance so we walked there for dinner. Morning of the cruise we at at the hotel restaurant which had great menu options, service was superb, and food was DELISH!! The shuttle was $15/person to Pier 91. Would HIGHLY recommend Mayflower Park Hotel for an excellent Seattle stay!!!

Came here to watch a ballgame and hang with friends for a couple nights. Absolutely, would stay here again: charming and high-end vintage vibe, great service, super-clean rooms. Can walk basically anywhere -- we walked to Vivace for coffee and the Seattle Spheres one day. If you have a car, I did feel valet was little pricey, but this was not a huge deal.

Beautiful, 100 year old hotel in a convenient area of downtown Seattle. Small but clean rooms with a comfortable bed and a small bathroom. We had an uneventful 2 night stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Seattle is a cesspool which sinks of marijuana and urine everywhere you walk. The streets are filled with homeless and emotionally disturbed people. We didn't see one police car while we spent an entire day, pre cruise, walking around downtown. There's even a bronze statue of a homeless person sleeping on a city bench!

This hotel is charming and well maintained. The service was good but for the unfriendly greeting I received at the front desk. But the service at Oliver's was terrific! Great bar staff and great serving staff too!

The ladies that checked me in we're absolutely five star!. As far as the rooms, the front lounge in my tour bus is bigger. Definitely not a room for more than one person. Rooms are very traveler unfriendly. The pillows were like sleeping on a log. But they were clean. There was no glass or Cup in the room to retrieve water to brush your teeth. You have to find housekeeping and ask for washcloths. The rooms are only equipped with hand towels and bath towels. Perhaps management should spend a few days in those rooms. They have no signs in the lounge to let you know that they do not accept cash. You will find that out only after ordering beverages or food. It's a nice place but it's too "Boutique".

So I recently stayed here yesterday and I’ve been wanting to come to this hotel since of September 2023 and I finally did it for my 32nd birthday. I was so happy their servers I got was so amazing. The hospitality is top-notch. They were so helpful because I’m going back in November for Thanksgiving it still be one side and modern they had candy for people to take, and my room was very small to decorate for my birthday at a card and some candy and balloons it meant a lot to me. Emma was so helpful and the bartender as well too we’re amazing. It is so cool they can control everything with an iPad. The lights, the blinds, the curtains so beautiful and getting a beautiful view of Seattle from your room just beautiful. I want to stay over here again.

CitizenM always delivers. I’ve stayed at a few in London and most recently at the South Lake Union location in Seattle, and every experience has been consistently outstanding. My partner is neurodiverse, and the comfort of knowing that no matter where we go in the world a CitizenM stay will feel familiar and the same makes such a difference for her-and for us. The beds are unbelievably comfortable, the views are fantastic, and the showers and the soaps are just as great as ever. I love the smart use of space, especially the storage under the bed. Breakfast is excellent, the coffee is genuinely good, and check-in/check-out couldn’t be easier. The lobby areas are beautifully designed and make having a drink and some food at the hotel a real treat. Honestly, I can’t recommend CitizenM enough—it’s a brand that gets everything right for me.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights and we were blown away at how amazing this hotel was! The room was so fun, and we got amazing sleep both nights. We felt we had everything we needed at all times. We had breakfast twice and it was top-notch and well worth the price! Everyone on staff we spoke to was so kind and welcoming. The art in the lobby and throughout the hotel was amazing, and the modern tech features of the rooms were pretty awesome. We had a pleasant, quiet, stay and will look to stay at citizenM whenever possible in the future!

We just checked out and felt compelled to write a review about how wonderful our stay was at the citizen M. The hotel was modern, clean, and well thought out. I love the self check in and out and that everything in your room is controlled by your ipad. Initially i was concerned about the size of the space, but it is so well thought out that it was perfect for the two of us. The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is reminicent of the pod hotels in europe. I'll now look for citizen m properties wherever i travel.

If you have ever traveled to Europe and stayed in a small room, then this is very much up that alley. They tell you the square footage when you are making reservations, so it was no surprise that it was a small room. However one side of the bed is up against a wall so that person has to crawl over the other person to get out of the bed. Again just know what your booking. It's a very tech oriented place, so they use iPads or an app to control everything in the room. Unfortunately the app wouldn't take our booking reservation code, and the iPad was out of battery and would not charge so we literally had to unplug the TV to get it to turn off to sleep. I'm sure that's a random thing. It has a nice lobby with a full bar and is very modern so if that's up your alley then no issues.

I definitely tell me and my girlfriend had the most pleasant experience at this Citizen M. We went to Seattle to visit the concert staging at climate pledge arena and it’s safe to say this location is placed just for the arena and other core tourist spot. The receptionists are decent and very gentle, and once we accidentally lost power in our room, they really cared about the issue so well. After the concert, we craved some drinks so badly and Andy who worked as a bartender on lobby floor made our meets perfect! I dare say Breakfast, the quality of room, and staffs there were amazing and I highly recommend this hotel for those who wanna explore the quaint but affordable hotel for real!
