Fremont Brewing's Urban Beer Garden is a family-friendly microbrewery located in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood. Established in 2008, the brewery prides itself on using the finest local ingredients to craft small-batch artisan beers. The beer garden features long communal tables both indoors and outdoors, making it a perfect spot for enjoying their seasonal ales along with complimentary pretzels.
Open Air & Great Vibes! I recently celebrated with friends at Fremont Brewing's Urban Beer Garden and it’s a fantastic spot! The first thing you notice is how incredibly open and airy it feels, especially with that huge outdoor seating area. It’s genuinely a breath of fresh air and has a wonderfully upbeat vibe – perfect for any gathering. Even though I don't drink beer, I still had a great time! Their cold brew coffee on tap was absolutely delicious – smooth, rich, and a perfect option for enjoying the amazing atmosphere. Fremont Brewing's Urban Beer Garden truly excels at creating an inclusive, spacious, and lively environment for everyone. Highly recommend checking it out!

Fremont Brewery is the definition of a chill spot to grab a cold brew in Seattle. Located in Fremont/Northlake area, the brewery nails the classic "brewery vibe" — spacious and relaxing. It was my first time visiting and the space offers both indoor and outdoor seating, which makes it a great choice no matter what kind of atmosphere you're after. I visited on a Tuesday, and by the time I arrived, there was plenty of seating available. But it didn’t take long before the outdoor patio started to fill up. If you want to snag a spot in the sun, plan ahead — or find an open seat at a table and make some new friends! The beer itself was good. Fremont's brews are smooth, flavorful, and hits the spot. Whether you're into hoppy IPAs or something a bit more mellow, there’s definitely something for everyone. Also, don’t forget to snag some pretzels to nibble on while you drink. The staff was the friendly and helpful. Everyone was welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to help, which made the experience that much better. Overall— this is definitely a spot I’ll be returning to, whether it's for a weekday afternoon beer grab or a weekend hangout with friends. Solid beer, a relaxed vibe, and a great crew — can’t ask for much more.

Finally made it here after years of looking forward to going once I made a trip to Seattle. And it met my lofty expectations. An expansive space inside and out with a large draft list, plenty of beer to carry out, lots of swag, and a food vendor. A bit disappointed that they didn’t have any special releases available but their staples are good enough and they had a few unique offerings like an Italian Pilsner. Patio is an actual beer garden with shared tables and lots of vegetation. Quite pleasant even on a hot day. Worth the trek and will return any time I’m in Seattle!
Matthew G — Google review
Liz was very professional and helpful during our visit! She made it a point to help all the customers during the rush with a smile and thankful gratitude. She’s a superstar on your staff and a role model for other employees at Fremont. Thank you, Liz, for treating us so well and making our experience so memorable. The beers were super delicious! We especially liked the Dark Star on nitro. It was especially smooth, creamy and tasty.
Les K — Google review
Ah, there's goodness a foot and it comes in the form of a tap. Fremont Brewing welcomes all to their festive beer garden, and their liquid courage in the form of hop laced excellence. The enviroment is classic beer garden with that Seattle twist, picnic benches, flora, and food trucks. Yes, you must pair your drink with some edible sustenance, not required but I suggest it. It's a casual affair, so bring a friend or two or three, find some seating, and kick back and relax, good times await. That inner child you've been seeking to discover has just been tapped. It's deliciously good.

Really awesome spot right off the lake in Fremont. I don’t even drink beer anymore but the environment was amazing, smash burger food truck was unreal, and their NA options were incredible. All around a really great place.

Not only do I love their beer (I had the Surfer Session and it was great) but this place and their staff are the best. They had a food truck outside too which was awesome and Hannah was amazing. Thanks for the water bottle again! I appreciate it! 😁

Stoup Brewing Kenmore, which opened in early May, offers a spacious outdoor area with an open-air fire pit and four covered seating areas equipped with heaters. The industrial-chic building provides ample plaza space for guests to enjoy their food and drinks under cover. While the food menu has been reduced, patrons can still indulge in pizza and soft serve.
I love Stoup! Great beer and cocktails. Even though you order with a QR code we still had plenty of great service and staff that checked in with us often! I ordered the Sure shot pizza and chickpea chop salad, it was delicious.

Super delicious meal and beer here today. Service is cool cause you can order from your phone or the server. The nachos were amazing. The fries and good sauce were amazing. The ceases salad was actually amazing so loved it here basically. I had the Mexican lager and it was amazing too. We will be back!
Mackenzie B — Google review
Good service and good atmosphere. The food would be awesome if it wasn't extremely salty. I know the brewery wants us to get thirsty so we order more, but come on, the amount of salt you add to fries and beef is ridiculous.
Chay J — Google review
It was my first time eating here, I ordered to go. I got 2 smash burgers with the waffle fries for $50. Both burgers were extremely flat and did not look anything like the photos. It was like once the burger was all put together including the bun, they smashed it down to make the buns like pancakes. No flavor to the patty’s or sauce. The waffle fries were just alright. Nothing special about the burgers and not worth the $50.
D — Google review
Tasty place to eat and drink. We come here with the kids regularly. There are no servers per se regularly making the rounds to check on you. You order off a QR code and stuff comes out pretty fast. You have to get your own water and to go boxes. There is a splash pad just outside where the kids play during/ after dinner. If you sit outside, you can see them from your table.
Liz J — Google review
Food has always been good. The nachos could have used more cheese. All the cheeses was melted on the bottom. We had a lot of questions about the menu but when we asked the staff anything they referred us to the QR code. I find it really difficult to give an adequate and proper tip to the service staff when you’re pretty much only interacting and ordering with your phone
J 2 — Google review
Better location than other stoup locations. We got a couple of beers and nachos. The nachos are amazing, highly recommend trying it out. This will be our go place to for sure!
Hiloni A — Google review
Beer and food place with a well designed and inviting interior and outdoor seating. You can order through their website using three QR code and it's one of the better ordering systems I've seen. The menu has a good selection of drinks and food, we came in after lunch, so unfortunately we were to full to try any larger dishes. The crab chips were a bit too spicy for us, but you can add comments to your order, so I'm pretty sure that can be adjusted.

Nestled in the Interbay neighborhood, Holy Mountain Brewing Company stands out as a beloved brewery with a unique approach to crafting beers. Their focus on yeast-driven brews like saisons and farmhouse ales sets them apart from other Northwest brewers. The taproom, though temporarily closed, is known for its modern design and lively atmosphere.
Top or top 2 brewery in Seattle! Beers are unbelievable and it doesn't hurt that they spin records too. I want mad about listening to Zeppelin 2 during my visit:)
Chris C — Google review
I swear sometimes I go just to revisit the names of their beers: "only the penitent man knees," "As the universe, so the soul." This is the OG location. The interior is sparse and clean, not unlike a monastery. Every wall hanging, poster, painted wall mural feels to have been placed with intention. There's access to Pizza down the hall through the red curtains and it is astonishingly satisfying pizza. Crust is perfect. Toppings are cooked just the way they need to be. Then you add a beer with the curiously intriguing name, that makes you ponder theological themes with a friend who came with...and you have a perfect Friday afternoon. If you don't feel like eating pizza, try the snack mix. I prefer to snack while I'm drinking so this was ideal. The music selection is slanted towards everything heavy metal. But if you bring in an album they're willing to play it. Or so I was told when I asked if they had anything by Rush, the philosopher's band. I'll come back with an album and see if they mean it.
Mari K — Google review
I love HM, it has been a regular haunt for my friends and I for a little over a year; the selection is always great and the atmosphere is one of the best for young (and almost not so young) adults in Seattle. Yesterday (meant to get his name) the man in the glasses handling the bar around 515 provided exceptional recommendations and service. There was a little hiccup with our bill but even though it got busy he made sure that we were well taken care of in the end while leading us to two great brews that I hadn’t tried before -and just might be my new favorites. Thank you for being cool and reminding me why I keep coming back
Sarah R — Google review
We went in on the evening of August 31, 2024. The staff member on duty was very friendly, and unbelievably knowledgeable about the beers on tap, explaining the ones we chose very easily. The beers themselves were beyond amazing! The music selection was also incredible (assuming you enjoy heavy metal, like we do). Both my girlfriend and I loved this brewery, and will be adding it to our list of breweries to visit in Seattle! Holy Mountain is fully worth the trip from Calgary!
Nathan L — Google review
On our Seattle trip we already had Holy Mountain tagged as one of our destinations, based on Reddit recommendations. The first thing you see upon entering is a room made to look like The Black Lodge from Twin Peaks, and once I saw that I knew we were in the right place. Then in the taproom I saw the giant Jodorwosky poster and that just confirmed it. Very casual place with an excellent beer selection, with pizza available from a place next door. Bonus points for a LARGE selection of merchandise, including a ton of t-shirts.....
Rich R — Google review
I love stopping by here. My second time visiting the Holy Mountain. It’s a great place to come and have an awesome beer. The servers are very nice. I like sitting at the counter and listening to the music. They have outdoor seating and the parking is out back. They had IPA’s & Pale Ale’s on tap this time which I very much enjoyed tasting. I was even able to leave with some to go beers. If you haven’t heard about them already, what’s taking you so long to go check them out? This should be your first stop when visiting Seattle.
Trenton S — Google review
Stopped in while visiting from out of town. Holy Mountain had been recommended by a few people. We found it to be good with a couple of very good beers but not great. The service was decent. The place is rather spartan, but well see maintained and pleasant enough. We just didn't think the beer quite lived up to expectations. That is our experience only, so go, and try it for yourself.
Brett S — Google review
Nice place. Good beer. Found this brewery on the way back from Fremont Brewing, via Google. I would have given it more stars but compared to Fremont, it’s just not as good. But the staff was friendly and the Pale ale was delicious. One turn off is the dog policy, no dogs allowed in the bar or on the outside deck. Cool warehouse atmosphere.

Urban Family Brewing Co. is a contemporary brewery located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. The brewery offers a wide selection of house and craft beers in a trendy setting with exposed brick walls. Their new location features a spacious front patio where visitors can enjoy excellent sours, grab food from rotating food trucks, and soak up the lively atmosphere. Urban Family Brewing Co. has gained recognition for their use of fresh ingredients, complex yeast strains, and unique hop profiles to create an ever-changing lineup of beers.
Incredible true sours with lovely fruit additions in a comfortable tap room across from Stoup in Ballard’s brewery district

In town for a baseball game and stopped here for some brews! Really great atmosphere - the outdoor patio is very clean and has great vibes! We tried a sour and two of the hazy beers - we preferred the hazy but all three were amazing!
Rachel C — Google review
One of my favorite breweries now. Their fresh hop beers are delicious, and their mosaic pale ale is amazing, and the märzen Oktoberfest beer is one of the best I've ever had. Also what a wonderful and welcoming bartender. Incredible beer, friendly bartender, comfortable atmosphere, what else could you want?
Apostolos — Google review
Urban Family Brewing gives me the spectacular feel of coolness, creativity, and small microbrewery gusto that I love of Seattle's brewery scene. Here, I thoroughly enjoyed a Lighthouse in the Woods '24 BBA stout with raspberry and vanilla. The stout variant used Dry Fly triticale whiskey and bourbon barrels, upon which they added/conditioned with raspberry and Madagascar vanilla. A helluva 13.2 ABV and highly reminiscent of the Bottle Logic raspberry BBA stout varietal. Staff was pleasant and the space was hip. Would return to this gem in Ballard again for more creative stouts in the future.

We were on a road trip with our newly rescued dog, Maybelline when we found this place. Great selection of beers, and comfortable outside seating.
Michelle M — Google review
Great selection of diverse beers with a unique pink-themed brewery. Convenient food truck outside as well! Would recommend to include as a stop during your walk through Ballard’s finest.
Nathan G — Google review
Great place for a weekday morning coffee! Sat on the sunny patio (they also have a covered portion) and enjoyed a decaf cappuccino while getting some work done.
Yasmeen H — Google review
The Ski Turtle IPA is amazing, and the beer selection overall is top-notch. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to enjoy any during my visit on 08/06/2025. I arrived well before closing, but the server working the night shift had already started shutting down 30 minutes early and wouldn’t serve me. Disappointing experience. Response to the owner: Yes, I will be back in Seattle next week. I would appreciate it if you guys were open and had some Hazy IPA’s similar to the Ski Turtle IPA for me to try. I will visit again because the quality of your beers are elite.

Rooftop Brewing Company is a serene and quieter spot, located on a rooftop with views of Queen Anne homes and Lake Union. The brewery offers a family-friendly environment, making it an ideal place for visitors with strollers. Their IPAs are particularly popular, especially the Tropical Staycation. Additionally, visitors can enjoy delicious smashburgers from Smash That Burger Co on select days. This award-winning craft beer destination in Seattle is definitely worth a visit!
Rooftop Brewing was a relaxing stop to grab a beer on a Friday with several tasty options. There is parking, but it's definitely limited, and a food truck is onsite. Cool spot!

Small place, welcoming, outside looks old inside looks modern, great Mexican food truck outside. Not such a huge selection of beers available but it’s quality not quantity. What more do you need, beer, food plus NFL on tv quietly in background! Slightly out of the way but nice place to stop at for a thirst quenching refreshment!!
World T — Google review
We stopped here for a beer and dinner on our last night in Seattle because it was kid friendly and close to our air bnb. It was great! We enjoyed spending time here, playing some board games, and greeting pups! The bartender was super friendly as well as we had our chatty 8 year old with us who wanted to ask a lot of questions 😀
Amber A — Google review
Great beer, great indoor/outdoor space, friendly and knowledgeable bartender, cute canine regulars, and Tuesday trivia. Glad I live just a 15 min walk away now. Look forward to coming back many more times!
Anna S — Google review
Kinda cool low key place. Beer was good not great but the popcorn was amazing. Also the beers were decently priced. They also have half-pours which is hard to find these days. Bravo on that! No in house food but the food truck outside stayed busy. Also they have good outdoor seating with heaters and a TV for the Sunday games.
Xavier O — Google review
Great covered and uncovered patio and right off the Ship Canal Trail bike path. Their beer and menu are pretty standard, but they get it right. The walk up window to the bar from the patio might be the greatest thing I have ever seen. Worth a stop as you pass by on the bike path. The Cycling Cicerone reviews all brewery bike paths, Google me!

Old Stove Brewing Ship Canal is a brewery and restaurant located beneath the public park plaza of Pikes Place Market, offering exceptional views of Elliot Bay. The space features an open-air dining area with a western window that opens up completely. With 24 craft beers on tap, including their own line and local partnerships, it's an ideal spot for small or large groups, as well as dog lovers. The brewery also offers indoor and outdoor seating options.
We just had a yummy green goddess salad with chicken, hot garlic fries, and salmon sandwich. We sat outside under an umbrella with a great view of Puget Sound. Our waiter and food server were exceptionally friendly. It was a great location and far less hectic than Pikes Market but just around the corner with a great view.

Excellent beer and a great place to grab a cheeky pint anytime of day! Looks like it’s dog friendly too!

Mike and Nate!! - Amazing space and service long needed in the heart of North QA (along with Rooftop and Fast Penny of course) - in addition to their own line of fantastic craft brews, the beer selection includes many local partnerships and the space is meticulously curated to be the perfect gathering for small or large groups. Indoor and outdoor seating available. And they love dogs! Look out for future development - Old Stove SC has plans to grow more green and community space beyond this first phase. 21 only!

While visiting family & friends in the area, they have taken us here frequently! This is one of their favorite spots to go & I can see why. They have a fantastic selection of drinks & a food truck parks in the lot that you can order from if you are interested. They have amazing food there, their guacamole is seriously one of the best I have ever had.

Perfect local brewery that had a fantastic selection of IPA's to stouts. My favorite was the lime sour. Food truck out front serves decent burgers/hot dogs. All together a great experience on a sunny evening. nicely brewed Good for small gatherings and small parties too. It's only one block south of the Burke-Gilman trail. 5 stars.

Had a fantastic time here!! The beer is great and the space is fantastic. They've got a big indoor seating area and massive outdoor space with heaters. It's of course dog friendly too 😍 I'll definitely be coming back and bringing friends with me!

A family and kid friendly brewpub with an excellent stout. Very kid rowdy environment. Perfect for wearing out tykes for a peaceful night. Right on the Ship Canal Trail for a stop while hiking running or biking. Food truck onsite (which could use an outlet so they wouldn't have to run their cheap noisy dirty generator.)

Optimism Brewing Company, located in Capitol Hill, is a spacious and modern 16,000-square-foot brewery known for its industrial-chic vibe. The brewery offers a wide range of house beers and hosts notable food trucks to complement the brews. With vast window-lined quarters and ample seating, it's a popular spot for beer enthusiasts. Before the pandemic, families often celebrated special occasions here while enjoying Belgian-style wit ale or Moxee IPA.
Delicious beer and dogs all around! Absolute happy place. The beer was great and there were many options. The flight was very fun to get too. The seltzer was GF and delicious too. Not too sweet. The space is huge and fun to be in with outdoor spaces and a food truck. Amazing! Plus they let you bring in food from outside.

Always a fun time at Optimism Brewing! I got a slushy, and my friends got a few beers. The slushy was very refreshing and nice on a sunny day; I also really enjoyed my friend’s Strawberry Lemonade Seltzer. The construction of the building is fun as well. I always love coming here!

This is the best brewery ever. My wife Brenda and I stopped by for a quick nightcap and we were blown away by the selection available. If you're looking for a queer friendly, inclusive brewery, this is the place to be! Much more options than a dozen IPAs and a large space with a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. It's the little things that matter too, a HUGE bathroom - completely unisex - with European style stalls (wall to ceiling!) We felt SO safe and welcomed. Will definitely come back the next time I find myself in Seattle.

This is no longer Optimism Brewing, Stoup Brewing just bought them out! It's a busy place on a Friday night with multiple parties. It almost made it hard to just find a place for a drink if you weren't part of the 5 different private parties. It's a cool building, with a lot of beer options. Service was nice and quick. Definitely worth making a stop if you are in the area and like craft beer.

Huge space. Stopped in on a work trip. Enjoyed the pride farmhouse. Very well done. The bartender didn't describe it well, but all it took was a little sip to confirm it was a traditional farmhouse/saisons. It was very busy due to two company parties, but they handled the extra volume very well.
Andrew S — Google review
Came with friends on a Sunday afternoon, I didn't drink at all but I enjoyed the space and the atmosphere. There is a "small" outdoor patio but even the indoor area feels very open and spacious, with tables well separated from each other, a half block of floor-to-ceiling windows, and really high ceiling. At the same time, there is a communal vibe, simply a great spot for friends to hang out.
Yü W — Google review
Love, love, love this place! I would put it in the top tier of Seattle breweries to try, for many reasons. First, beer. The number of beers on tap definitely rivals the highest amounts we've encountered, providing an incredible variety to choose from. There are many unique beers here you won't find anywhere else, so opt for a flight (or two). Second, atmosphere. Huge space, so plenty of room to hang out, whether in a big or small group. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Third, care for people. We absolutely loved the "no tipping" policy, instead learning the owners believe in providing high compensation for all employees, not making them rely on tips. Thank you for being a leader in pay and benefits for the service industry! Also, thank you for the accomodating restroom experience! There is simply a long hall with multiple doors on each side. Left is single-stall urinals, right is single-stall toilets. You can use whichever door you feel comfortable using, and then wash up at the communal sink.

wow, this is a massive location! tons of seating and a super cool vibe inside and out! the beer was pretty darn tasty as well with an extensive tap list. i like how they do trays of tasters, really smart way of doing it in my opinion. service was friendly and helpful, bathrooms were clean as well. definitely a great spot!

Perihelion Brewery, situated in the North Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle, is a cozy venue offering a diverse range of house-brewed beers and delectable dishes. With 18 craft brews on tap, including barrel-aged ales, blondes, pale ales, and ESBs, there's something for every beer enthusiast. The seasonal menu features an array of tempting options such as burgers and sandwiches.
Such a cute neighborhood spot! The burgers are really well made and absolutely delicious. They also offer “homemade” ice cream and desserts that are worth saving room for. The atmosphere is warm and inviting—perfect for a casual date night. On a separate visit we tried their beer selection, which was also really good. Overall, great food, great vibe, and definitely a place I'd recommend. They also have a walk up counter where you can order desserts on the go.
Tarny M — Google review
I had heard for a bit now that the burgers at this spot were really good and finally had the chance to try them out. There was plenty of street parking nearby and I lucked out with a spot right in front. The place was not busy at all which was nice so seating was quick and easy. Our party had ordered three items, the beacon burger, the mushroom swiss burger, and the garlic parmesan fries. I honestly think that the star of the show was the beacon burger. The bread was light, the burger patty cooked to a nice medium as requested, and the pork belly was a great touch, lots of flavor here. The mushroom swiss burger was also good but just doesn't stand out to me as much as the beacon burger does. The garlic parmesan fries were not as good as the burgers. They were very greasy and there was about three tablespoons of oil sitting at the bottom of the bowl of fries. In addition I could tell the garlic was the jarred stuff with a strong sour taste from the jarred garlic liquid. I would recommend opting for one of the other options for french fries. As other reviews had pointed out, the service is not great which unfortunately, is exactly what we also experienced. It just seemed like our server didn't want to deal with us and wanted us to place our order and get out. We hadn't even finished saying what we wanted to order and the server just darted away. I could understand if it was busy with lots of hustle, but the place was empty in the afternoon when we had went, so I had hoped for a slightly better experience. Burgers 5/5, Fries 3/5, service 2/5.
Orkida A — Google review
Bustling atmosphere with live music. Beers slightly underwhelming and expensive. Stopped by for a beer flight and some pints on the way home. The atmosphere was excellent - busy with a talented musician performing. Of the flight ordered I only really enjoyed one beer, which I ordered two more pints of. With servixe the flight and 2 pints came to $41 which is quite ridiculous really. Each to their own but I don't think the quality of the craft beer matches the price tag.
Jason B — Google review
After recommendations from a friend I finally made it here to try the Beacon Burger. Very good, well made and lots of flavor: beef patty, pork belly, Beecher's cheese and smoked chili aioli. Best of all, they cooked it to order-rare and it was done right. Now will need to return for the lamb burger.
Todd — Google review
Star ratings. 1 bad. 2 below average. 3 average / neutral. 4 good. 5 excellent. It's better than avg, thus good, but a couple misses. Would need to try again to solidify. Still better than an avg run of the mill corporate place. It was a standard micro brewery. Nothing special. Mostly average. Had 5 different ones. Burger and grilled cheese were good. Fries were on point. Brussels sprouts were cooked well but needed more grease like a glaze. Otherwise, they just tasted dry after a few. Mac n cheese and chili had flavor but were very watery. The tomatoe content in the chili definitely contributed to that.
Erik S — Google review
Our favorite burger joint that never disappoints. Go-to order is a Blue Cheese Truffle Burger subbing blue cheese for Beecher’s cheddar and a Beacon Burger. Brussel sprouts and sweet potato fries are also great.
Anna L — Google review
Food here is fantastic. The wings, brussel sprouts, and stuffed peppers were delicious. The place seems to be short-staffed, though, in terms of servers. The servers were friendly, but were pretty much absent the entire time we were dining.

Great food, I got the lamb Mediterranean burger 🍔 I wish it was more juicer turned out thin and dry. Next time I would replace it with a beed patty. Sweet potato fries 🍟 are solid.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, providing excellent service. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available for visitors to enjoy their drinks. Additionally, the brewery hosts events such as the Dark Beer festival with great beer and fun atmosphere.
Swung by Flying Lion on a Sunday evening to get some work done and watch football. Had a stellar time. The vibes inside were inviting and cozy, with nice service at the bar. The beers we had were fantastic (the Another IPA was a 10/10). Even though the brewery isn't huge they make the most of the space with inventive seating and an enclosed patio. 100% will be back!

Outstanding beer pub and tap room. I love dark beers, and the selection here was amazing! Flying Lion is also a photographer's dream. It's simply beautiful. Dog friendly, so while I drank heavenly beer, shot photos, and chatted with folks, my dog also had a great time!

Great beer!!! A bit hard to park if busy, but worth it! Belgian Golden Stong, so much flavor! Great range of beer, also recommend the hazy and the nut brown. Beautiful little brewery in a great spot!

Great experience for my first visit. A large selection of beers on tap (16 when I visited), with a solid variety. Excellent service. Beers were delicious. Unique brewery experience where the cost of the beer includes tax, and they don't accept tips. I like that design, and it makes the beers at $9-$11 even easier to sip. Cheers! 🍻

One of the best breweries here in Seattle. I wonder why it took me so long to explore this brewery here on Rainier Ave. we stopped by on a Friday evening with 8 other friends and were luck to get a table here. We loved their Levitator Doppleback, Sunday Gold Lager, Sour cherry Asian Perry, Belgian Quaddammit. Thats all we ordered but my friends loved everything they ordered too. The brewery is small and cozy. There is some outdoor seating and some indoor space. This place is hustling with people especially on weekends. We loved the vibe and coupled with great beers this is a perfect place to enjoy and welcome the weekend or any weekday I am certain. They are dog and kids friendly. They dont have a kitchen but you can bring your own food or order in from restos near by. Parking can be a pain but you will find street parking for sure. All in all I will be back here for more and frequent enough.

The Pine Box is a unique bar and restaurant located in a massive colonial-style building that used to be a funeral home. The furniture is made from coffin wood found on the property, adding to the quirky yet tastefully done ambiance.
Very cool and classic dive bar. Did not have the pizza, but it did look and smell good! Beer we can speak for and it was great.

We came here after our dinner nearby for drinks with friends. There was plenty of open seating inside and an outdoor patio that was quite empty on a Thursday night. The bartender was friendly and patient with me as it took me awhile to decide what I wanted to drink. Looks like a chill bar to hang out in with cool decor.

An excellent goth theme bar with pizza and pretzels. Certain drinks come with a one card tarot reading and a very nice macabre aesthetic perfect for creatures of the night. Lots of beers on tap including cider options. Site is a formal mortuary where you literally drink and dine where departed human beings were prepared for their final rest.
Alucard T — Google review
This place has the best meat lovers pizza I've had this side of the west coast! The stout was goooood and for any light weight it does the job. But it's easy to have more than one just because it tastes so smooth! The chicken sandwich was a little dry but it was still packed with flavor, and it was close to closing so that's on me! The staff are so kind and have so many suggestions to offer! This is a great find especially after a long day of work! The only thing I would like is if I can stay more often! Lol and if the stout porter selection was a bit more robust. Other than that you honestly can not go wrong with choosing this place to unwind and relax. Parking is available next door for about $20 so just be prepared to factor that cost in. Have fun!

Walking in, it immediately reminded me of a spot on a ghost tour we got in New Orleans. Beautiful building with all of the original fun retained. Enormous beer list that has something for everyone. They even have Malort ON TAP if you're into that. I picked a charcuterie board and it was fun but their cured meat choices were interesting. I LOVED their in house pickles! I also ordered an entire tray of those and you can tell they enjoy mixing things up, I appreciate that!

A place I go to almost every time I’m in town. The happy hour deal is unbeatable in price & flavor. The food is always great. The adult capri suns are so fun! I highly suggest the on tap Brazilian limeade also. We’ve been many times and even for one very entertaining drag show.
Elisha H — Google review
I will start that this is cool place! You walk into an ex mortuary and hear papa roach - last resort, it’s going to be good! PS if you don’t know who papa roach is no problem, but the music gets better. Don’t be put off if you only like hip hop or kpop 😆. You’ll learn 👍🏼 look Seattle craft beers are not cheap, you pay for the fancy names and the craft. That is why Seattle keeps producing so much great beer and great choice. If you want bubbly bland tasteless mass produced American beer go to somewhere else. Pine box is a taproom, so many choices - Westward and down Idaho CO IPA is 7.2% , citrus and hazy but if it’s Seattle summer 30degC (not sure what that is in degF ) it’s the beer you want. Hefty Alice from Portland is lighter, more a session beer but perfectly likeable. Seats are comfy at the bar, staff are friendly, yes the beer cost is higher than you’d like to pay (as per most bars in Seattle ) but you could sit at home and drink a supermarket bought craft beer in silence !! Option number 2 is get out, drink a choice of 42 beers on tap plus a vast choice of spirits and wine and listen some good music , have a life and realise there’s more than tv! Obviously the westward down was stronger than I thought, post slightly longer but walk home will be a breeze 😀 pine box is an oddity but that’s why you’ve got visit, you’ll love it

Came during the Holy Hour- Bartender Morgan was super chill and started us off correct. Adult “lunchable” was fantastic, not fancy, but hit the spot with the rum punch cocktail. Freshly pickled cucumber and onion were refreshing. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, cool establishment backstory, clean bathrooms. Will absolutely be back next time I’m in town.

They have one of the best selections of canned/bottled gluten free beer that I've been able to find in the city! I really appreciate that they generally have a gluten free selection with beer styles other than the IPAs and lagers that seem to be the most common gluten free options elsewhere. Super friendly and accommodating staff and it's nice to be able to bring outside food in!

I'll tell you what. I've been venturing into this metropolis a lot lately, and my travels being me to the 8500 Block of Greenwood approximately 1.5 times per week. I don't drink beer, (gluten,) but Flying Bike has a TON of gluten-free alternatives. If you get here soon enough, try the Channel Marker Habanero Lime Cider. It's AMAZING! Other than that, the Taproom attendant/Beertender... whatever they're called now, Christian is super friendly and helpful. I recommend this place as a great pit stop! If you're here on a weekend in the evening, after you stop here, go to the Shanghai Room a few doors down for some comedy.

Cape G — Google review
Consistently has some of the best beers in the area (in an area of really fantastic beers), which is probably in part due to the co-op aspect of the place - you get the very best of multiple brewers. This also means their range is excellent - they usually have solid representations of most styles of beer. They also have a great ethos and super chill vibe which makes it a great place to hang out and play games or chat with friends. They encourage outside food, to the point they have pretty decent metal utensils on hand if you forget some. Great place if you want to get takeout and just have dinner there for the excellent drinks. In terms of negatives, the place ends up swamped with children at times, and can get kind of smelly and muggy. It's a brewery in an ancient building they don't own, so I totally get there's only so much you can do to contain it, but it is still a negative. But that's it, really - I strongly recommend a visit.

This brewery is SO CUTE and I really wanted to love it. Unfortunately, my husband and I got the strawberry lemonade hard seltzer and it was really unpleasant. It smells and tastes musty/stale. Super nice employees, great atmosphere, but stick to the beer menu because the hard seltzer is giving Cordyceps from The Last of Us.

I Have been to this brewery several times and the beer has been okay. I went this weekend on a nice summer day, and thought I would try their watermelon slush drink that was on special. To say that the beverage was pure sugar would be an under statement. It was a sugar coma waiting to happen. I have never wanted to return a drink before, but I mustered up the courage to ask the bartender if I could please exchange it for anything else, as the slush was undrinkable. She was not very friendly, and needless to say, I was unable to exchange it for an alternative. It is my fault for ordering their slush, but the customer service was not very helpful.

What an amazing brewery. We stopped by with our friends here and they have a lovely setup. TL:DR - Great space with pricey beers and no intrinsic food. A good place to hangout with prices that don't match inflation for product that nobody needs. Largely, I would go here again, but, I wouldn't go here too much. The prices are a motivator for buying from a store and bringing home. Two floors, open concept, enough bathroom, and worth a visit.

Cool, industrial meets outdoorsy brewery with big TV's and a variety of seating. Outdoor gravel patio with picnic benches and big umbrellas right next to the food truck of the night. Only the best of the trucks are invited to Hellbent, and it's a nice variety in a comfy, relaxed, and chic place. Oh, and Dogs allowed. 😎

Hellbent has been a neighborhood staple for us since its inception. We love the space, variety of beer, their parade of food trucks, and dog-friendliness. They expressed their kindness by sheltering a number of dogs when the neighboring Dog Resort suffered a fire. We hosted our wedding welcome party in the upstairs loft and our guests had an excellent time. Special shout-outs to David for facilitating, and the beer-tenders serving on June 2nd who handled our steady stream of guests and were very friendly to them! We’ll see you again soon.

Two Beers Brewing Co. is a laid-back brewery located in Seattle's SoDo neighborhood, offering its own selection of beers alongside pizza and pretzels in a relaxed tasting room. The taproom features a rotating array of locally-sourced ingredients and offers various beer styles including sours, stouts, and cider. They have five menus featuring year-round, seasonal, draft, package, and limited options. Visitors can also take cans, bottles, kegs, or growlers to go.
What an amazing brewery in Georgetown. They have a great collection of beer - something for every kind of beer lover. I always have their Pineapple agave or honey crisp and I am never disappointed. They have some games and shuffleboard to keep you entertained with fun games with friends. Bread & Circus is their food partner and they serve some amazing food here. We ordered their mushroom burger, chicken bits, garlic fries and gnocchi tots and EVERYTHING was delicious. Staff is friendly and recommends their beer based on your preferences. A lot of indoor and outdoor seating to hang out with friends and enjoy their amazing beer. Dog friendly and thats one of the reasons you will find me here more than often😀
Jane M — Google review
Super cool brewery spot tucked away in Georgetown. The wings are very good, more of a thicker sauce with good spice. Onion rings super amazing as well. Beers are tasty both pilsners and lagers. I honestly didn't really like the light ciders which I was ok with. Lots of parking outside and nice outdoor seating. Friendly staff with good vibes.
Aaron R — Google review
It’s a great spot to hang out with your friends. It was nice and sunny so I we could sit outside. It’s a dog friendly space which is really awesome. I loved their collection of beers and small bites. I think it’s a great go to spot on a sunny day. I tried their Oktober fest beer which was perfect for the setting.

Nice brewery with a partnership with Seattle Cider Co. The Wonderland Trail IPA was a great start, with Focus, hazy IPA to Chase and a finish with the Unicorn Pale Ale. A must stop while in the industrial area of Seattle!

Great beer. Great Cider. Off the beaten path location, industrial. Sun in the afternoon evening patio.Outside area is spaced out due to restrictions, also bullet heaters for the cold nights, (Need more of them). Management is great. "However you should be prepared to be refused beer ten minutes before posted closing time. Also you feel rushed out if past the closing time. Not just one time". Again great beer!

First time here. Great variety of beers and good food selection. Love the atmosphere, super roomy and cozy. Had to get a growler fill of the Sun Chaser IPA! Will definitely be back for more.

Fun atmosphere, plenty of great beers on tap including ciders and seltzers! Shuffle board was a plus, dog friendly and they also have food available
Courtney B — Google review
Great beer and cider options, bartenders very helpful with tastes. Pinball fun too. Our dog got a tiny taste of bacon, so he'll never want to leave. Human food is also delish--we tried cheese stix and also chicken bitz with miso-ranch and house BBQ. Yummy on all counts. No handicap parking but plenty of wide spots (looks like there's a ramp but it starts a ways away). Huge kudos for the plenty-large, handicap-accessible, all-genders restroom!

Aslan Brewing Seattle, nestled in the vibrant Fremont neighborhood, is a must-visit for organic beer enthusiasts. With over 21 taps featuring an impressive selection of brews, this brewery offers a delightful experience for both beer lovers and foodies alike. The clean and inviting space boasts friendly staff who are eager to help you navigate their offerings. While the menu currently features delicious Salumi sandwiches and charcuterie packs, more food options are on the horizon as new tenants join the building.
Really enjoyed my time here. The lager was solid, but the brewery was a blast. Great vibes and comfy furniture. The brewery has a sister restaurant that serves top notch seafood. Would highly recommend and being a stones throw from Fremont, great addition to your pre-Ballard brewery crawl.
John A — Google review
Super popular spot, but somehow still found space to hang out. The wait time for food can get ridiculous (hour+), but the beer is solid and varied. Plenty of to-go cans, as well. Classic Seattle brewery setting with plenty of art and bright decorations, plus cushy seats and plants. Cool.
Sam K — Google review
Walking around Fremont looking for food and happened to find this place. Really enjoyed their Batch 15 IPA so I took a 6 pack home. The Smash Burger was one of the best I’ve ever had. Buttery brioche buns, sweet caramelized onions, melt cheese on top of a crispy but juicy patty. Very simple but very flavorful! Will definitely be back to try some other items!

LOVE coming here. The bartenders are always so nice and the fact that you can order from the local tide menu here feels like a life hack. Beers are always delicious and the food through the window next door is 10/10 — their new mushroom burger is soooo good!! Can’t see a life where I dont come here. It will continue to be a favorite spot in Seattle.

The line next door for Local Tide was so long, we looked for other places and saw this place next door. Aslan Seattle is partnered with Local Tide and you can order their food (longer wait time) while enjoying their drink options and ambience. We sat down, ordered some great options and played games together on the phone (monopoly) while we waited for our food order. The food is great from the Local Tide & the drinks from Aslan Seattle are amazing as well. a couple of photos are attached to show their “to go” beer options, the drinks i ordered and the Salmon house salad!

Let's start with my awesome t-shirt that was everything I was looking for and more! The waffle fries are delicious as well as the veggie burger! I really enjoyed the vibe and the service. I also enjoyed the classic margaritas and the beer sampling. I recommend Aslan to anyone who wants good food and good feels! I look forward to visiting again!

A fun spot in seattle Solid beers and service . The food was too oily thought. The shrimp toast was soaked in oil along with the salt and pepper fries . Plus the wait to get your food is too long. Overall an okay experience . Will check out a different brewery next time.

There was a massive line out the door of Local Tide, so it felt like a cheat code to come into Aslan and be able to immediately order and sit. The beer and food were incredible, and the service was top notch.

Great Atmosphere and Solid Brews Stopped by this pub and brewery on a whim, and I’m glad I did. The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming — perfect for catching up with friends or winding down after a long day. The beer selection is impressive, with a good mix of hoppy IPAs, smooth stouts, and some creative seasonal options. I tried the house pale ale and their limited-release sour — both were on point. Food was solid too: classic pub fare with a bit of a twist (definitely recommend the loaded fries). Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5? Service was a bit slow during peak hours, and it took a while to get our check. But everyone was friendly, and the vibe made up for the wait. Would definitely come back — this place has character and some seriously good beer. 🍻

The turkey bacon havarti sandwich always hits the spot. I like how you can choose what side you want between fries, salad, or soup. The place is all ages, and if it's loud in the front, we recommend you sit in the back room. Service is good, but just a heads up, you order at the bar. The beers made on site are perfect on a sunny day.

Fun and great service. I went on a night they were allowing patrons to play chess. Had a fun time people watching. Had a strong beer and a huge plate of homemade nachos I ordered.
Lost B — Google review
Nachos were cold with burnt chips, wish we would have read reviews prior to ordering. Server seemed overworked or something… was so rude! We were here for UW graduation, stopped for a beer, my daughter’s boyfriend walked by we told him to join us. He was eating a burrito, server came unglued! Each one of us had beverages that were paid for, all were patrons here, she was about to take his burrito and toss it. There is a nice way to say “put away your burrito” and then there is the way the kids with us were treated. Not okay.

Discovered this brewery for the first time—can’t believe I hadn’t been here before when I found out they’ve been open for over 30 years! Brouwer's Cafe, located in the beer-loving Pacific Northwest, is a must-visit for beer enthusiasts. This casual pub, housed in a renovated warehouse space in Fremont, offers an extensive selection of over 300 bottled brews and 64 rotating draft selections. With a knowledgeable staff and a wide variety of lagers and ales to choose from, it's the perfect place to sample creations from numerous microbreweries.
Solid bar food. Fries looked fantastic from afar. Beers are good and options are solid — even if I am not a drinker. We were here, as the Brits and HongKongers would say, for afternoon “tea” so we didn’t eat lunch or dinner but ordered the meatballs and pretzel. 3 meatballs covered in melted cheese. Hearty and filling. The pretzel is good and comes with 2 dipping sauces: honey mustard and something else. Also pretty solid. For this one visit, I’ll give them a 5 star.

Great food and awesome atmosphere. If you are looking for a wide variety of drinks to choose from this is the place. The food choices are phenomenal as well. I had the sausage and a pretzel with cheese. It definitely hit the spot with some mead.

Brouwer's is a 21+ restaurant and bar in the Fremont area. Inside its pretty big, with seating on the main floor as well as upstairs. A very cool ambiance inside and a ton of beers to order from, it's definitely a spot for a group of friends to go. Their menu is a decent size, portion sizes are good, and prices are average for Seattle. Their staff is super friendly, parking outside is impossible sometimes, and you'll probably want to make a reservation ahead of time because they get packed. Their dragon sauce is amazing, cheese sticks are not so great, lamb burger is delicious.
Matt P — Google review
I love this place. It has a British pub feel to it but it's Belgian themed. This spot is for the beer lovers but they do serve liquor- especially whiskey. We were there for a barleywine fest and there were 30 to choose from in 4 or 8oz pours. The food menu is not extensive but everything we tried is very good. We had the deluxe lamb burger and a beef stew on top of frites. It was actually closer a poutine but it was hella good. The beef was braised for 9 hours! So good! It fors get busy so plan ahead. There is no real parking lot so you gotta do street or a paid lot.
Trinidad M — Google review
The fish and chip is delicious, and it has a wide selection of beers, bottled beers, wines, whiskey and cocktails! It is also open in the afternoon, so it is also a great place for early drinking :) However we were here for late lunch but the food took around half an hour to prepare, which was kind of unexpected. But overall the service is great, and the vibe is also pretty chill! A recommended bar/bistro in the area!
Stanley L — Google review
First time come to this pub. A friend took me here. We ordered mussels and frites and rock fish and frites. The aioli and dragon sauces were great. Curry ketchup was the best. They have many selection of the beers and alcohols. Enjoyed our lunch here very much. Definitely will come back yo try other dishes again!
Wendy T — Google review
Fun, lively atmosphere with a huge list of drinks. I tried the rockfish with frites. The dipping sauces and frites were great. I wasn’t a fan of the beer-batter breading on the fish; it was bland to me. Would definitely come back and try some other items and dessert next time.

The venue is described as an intersection of Seattle history and culture, blending art, science, brewing, food, and music.
Great place to grab food and drinks. Despite being Redhook’s brewery, they also serve cider, wine, and cocktails so everyone can find something to drink. Great pub style menu with burgers, pizza, brats, nachos, etc. we had the fully loaded fries and house made pretzel and both were great. Beer is top-notch. Two outdoor patio areas as well as large indoor space. Had to find street parking, though there are some lots/garages nearby.

Stopped in for an evening beer, big crowd on one side of the bar, looks like an Amazon team descended on the bar without notice and caught staff short, but they kept up with those on the other side. Good IPAs, multiple seating areas.
Tammy O — Google review
We stop by anytime we are in Seattle since my husband likes a few of their beers. Place is always clean, drinks are cold and the staff are friendly. I only give 4 stars because even though we sat at the bar, we didn't really get helped. I know normally people have to walk up to the counter to order and then take a seat but shouldn't the bar seats get bar service? We opened a tab so not sure what the issue was.
Cynthia S — Google review
This brewery has one of the most amazing interior designs I've ever seen, the light fixtures are incredible. The staff is as good as it can be. We ordered the pizza and it was delicious, you can tell they take pride in the quality of the ingredients. The brewery has a good selection but got to be honest the beer wasn't impressive, it felt like a beer that is mass produced which is not comparable to a small batch of a good small brewery. That being said I still had a couple of beers and had fun with them. I would definitely recommend coming here. Perfect for large groups of for a family. Quick tip. Bring a board game, actually maybe the brewery should have some to lend to.
Alonso L — Google review
This place is best suited for having a beer or two with great scenery sitting outdoors and watching the foot traffic. But the food was suprisingly good, too! We got a well done pizza with half pepperoni and half sausage with onions. And a burger with fries. Both were pretty good. Definitely ask for an extra side of beer cheese to dip your fries, pizza crust, or whatever else you can think of. Staff was friendly and attentive, but orders were a bit slow. No biggie for a crowded friday night.
Ithomiid I — Google review
Word of advice, don’t expect decent customer service. You have to seat yourself then find some random employee to order food and drinks, no one comes to check on you so if you want another drink you have to once again find a random employee. The good is delicious, there’s plenty of places to sit and the atmosphere was nice and got that I can definitely come back!
Shawna W — Google review
The Redhook brew lab was our alternative spot since another spot was closed. But I'm really glad I went. The food selection was awesome and tasty and their beer selection was even better. The building was really cool, and lit up beautiful at night. We did the beer flight while we were there and I highly recommend it!

Had a blast chilling here. Best tasting beer in Seattle (and probably in the whole wide world). Wine didn’t disappoint either. We had double IPA and 2 pizzas - one with mushroom and the other with prosciutto and arugula. The latter could’ve been more interesting and better tasting. The mushroom pizza was perfect. Loved the atmosphere, the vibe, the interior. Would come back.

They gave me attitude and told me they were busy but if they get a second they can check the back even though they knew they had one in the back because they said they did. Update, not much has changed. The target there has closed. I never really cared for this place. It's hard to explain why. Parking garage is always nearly full with tight spaces. During our trip to Seattle we decided to try out all of the local spots that were in walking distance from our hotel. We kept passing by this place, which was completely packed, so we decided to go when it wasn’t too crowded. This very modern, yet cozy cafe embodies all of the things I enjoy. Delicious coffee, an array of alcoholic beverages and a variety of different games to keep you entertained. Everyone was super friendly and were delighted to speak to us regarding the beers on tap. The beers we chose were crisp and refreshing with a silky, smooth taste. After the first sip, we instantly felt relaxed, even with the hustle and bustle of the patrons surrounding us. Before we left, we decided to grab a hot coffee to-go, and it did not disappoint.

I really like this place! However the only thing I don't like about it is that they charge a corkage fee and a tip at the same time for some drinks, which may be rather pricey for a drink. Great selection of craft beer on tap and individual cans in two walls of refrigerators. They also have singles and 4 packs of most beers. Enjoy a tap beer while you shop for something to take home.

Great bar in the Belltown area. Huge bar with amazing selection of beers on tap and to go. Largest selection of beers in fridges I’ve ever seen!! They also have a great selection of board games. Came across this place on a trip to Seattle and it didn’t disappoint. Staff were friendly and the place had a good atmosphere with great music too!! Not far from the space needle so would highly recommend this place if you’re in the area and a lover of good craft beer!

The Masonry is a pizzeria known for its charred-crust, wood-oven pies and selection of beer, wine, and cider. The industrial-style setting features large picnic tables and fun spaces, making it an ideal spot for a pizza party. The key to their delicious pies lies in the chemistry between their pizza and beer offerings. Whether you opt for a garlicky Margherita or a crimini mushroom pie with thyme, pairing it with a refreshing pint is highly recommended.
Great place, great ambience. We tried some of the seasonal pizzas (names I can’t remember) but they were excellent. We loved the one with the olive oil base the most. We also ordered the brocollini and it was perfectly roasted and very flavorful.

I want to love this place because it’s a local pizza spot! But while the atmosphere is nice, the pizza itself is subpar and dare I say inedible. The pizza and garlic bread were completely burned on the bottom and some parts on top but doughy throughout. I liked the beets and burrata salad but it was also meh because the pistachios were really hard and the burrata was dry. I wouldn’t recommend this spot unfortunately.

Wow ! How nice wooden pizza, al diavolo has very thin dough. Meatball has perfect tenderness and tomato sauce with delicious spice 😍🤩 You must go try their dishes ! They also have happy hour, small neat and tiny pizza & bar spot !

In Seattle, from Austin and decided to walk a few short blocks from our hotel for pizza. The Masonry did not disappoint! Great sauce and meatballs, foccacia bread and wood fired pizza. Even the sweet tea was great and that's saying something from Texas! Loved the old lp records and mural, all around great service. 5 stars!

Cozy environment! Great food. Update: Todd reached out and apologized for the mistreatment. He affirmed many times that they have a respect culture and will address the staff about it. Thank you Todd! Our server was very nice and helpful. Served some delicious allergy friendly salmon tacos while my boys had some dessert. Unfortunately I could hear the kitchen staff discussing the gossip about me. It gets pretty old to be slandered. I’m a nice person but people saying I’m not makes people wonder and discuss me. Would appreciate the gossip being done not within earshot. Thank you

We stopped here for a quick drink & decided to get a snack. The server was a little busy & not really too happy to be at work but later as time went on she warmed up to us & became more friendly. The food was delicious & I loved the fact the fries came with tartar sauce. The fries were piping hot & were great with the cider I ordered. The lavender basil cider was delicious. There was no wait on a Friday night & there was plenty of parking across the street.

Tried four different entrees, and all of them were delicious. Yummy fries as well. Pretzel and beer cheese was super yummy. They did not have Coke products, but something called Seattle Cola instead.. which tastes very similar to coke. Definitely would get the fish Tacos again. They were excellent. Love the sauce that came with them. Would definitely go back to this place. They also have cute outdoor sitting area.

Elliott Bay Brewing is a must-visit spot for lunch! I can’t say enough good things about their salmon and Caesar salad—it's consistently delightful, the salmon is perfectly cooked and the salad pairs wonderfully with an Arnold Palmer. Adam is so fun and always pours a mean Arnold Palmer!

We actually had a great time at Elliott Bay Brewery & Pub. I say actually because we were expecting mediocre conditions. We actually had some of the best hot wings we’ve had outside of our kitchen. The fries were delicious too and the dipping sauces for super flavorful. They have an outdoor patio but the inside energy is pretty fun. They don’t serve cocktails because it’s a parade, but that didn’t cross my mind so I’m telling you here.

Halcyon Brewing Company in Greenwood is a must-visit spot with a solid beer collection and top-notch food. The brewery offers a beautiful outdoor patio where dogs are welcome, creating a casual and inviting atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy a variety of beers, from IPAs to lagers, and savor delicious dishes like pork dumplings and Ode to Banh Mi hot dogs. The friendly bartender is known for giving great beer recommendations based on preferences, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Don’t get me wrong: the beer is good. My guava candy, a sour, was great. And we were there out on a perfect Seattle sunshine day, enjoying the patio, so that was wonderful all by itself. But what I’ll be thinking about and craving in the future is the okonomiyaki dog. I had been in the mood for a good hot dog for over a week, and this dish delivered and then some! I recommend getting it with the spicy pickled cabbage, as it’s a nice side of fresh brightness that pairs super well with the savory, perfectly charred dog. Yum! I’d eat it again, right this minute, if I could magic it into my house!
Catalina M — Google review
Good beer and vibes. The caesar salad is wonderful. I love that it’s a brewery with a lot asian food choices. The bahn mi rice bowl is super mid, I was expecting more flavor with some sort of like fish sauce or paté like what is on typical bahn mi sandwiches. The chicken, pickled veggies, and herbs were all good, just such bland? I’m not gonna stop going to this place, so this is more of a plea to please provide a sauce at no extra cost.

Found this place as an online recommendation for the best Seattle dog in town! It was an interesting experience of food but good! Nice large bar with nice atmosphere. Friendly servers.
Kendrick L — Google review
Saison: AMAZING! So so good. Okonomiyaki Dog: so delicious but hard to finish due to the strong flavor. Japanese Umami Bomb: same thing- delicious but too strong of a flavor to eat the whole thing for me. I prefer the Okonomiyaki to this hot dog. Pork Dumplings: delicious but also too strong on the crushed chilis. Wings: couldn’t do it. Not great flavor. Not great crust. To me.
Mackenzie B — Google review
Good beer, good food, and good atmosphere. The staff behind the bar was friendly and helpful. Only nocking a point off because they were a bit understaffed when I came by. A line started to form and it quickly grew to about 12 parties deep, blocking the door.

Stopped by this amazing brewery in Greenwood on a busy Friday. Thankfully we had a reservation for our large group that evening. They have a solid beer collection and not to mention their food is top notch too. I tried their huckster, urban hike beers and for food had the pork dumplings (absolutely amazing though a tad spicy just the way I love it) and their Ode to Banh Mi hot dogs (tasty). All of us enjoyed our beers as well some were ipa fans and some were lager fans but everyone was happy with their selection. They have a huge indoor seating area with a projector too and have a few spots outside. Parking can be a pain but there is a paid lot in the back side of this brewery so thats convenient. All in all this place has great beers, great dumplings, good hot dogs & great service! Highly recommend if in the area.
Jane M — Google review
Some solid food choices here- I didn't try their beers but my companions said they were good. We got an okazu dog which was solid but would have appreciated Japanese style pickles instead and more tempura flakes, but I appreciate the direction they're going in. The beef kimchi mandu were tasty and juicy, and paired well with their spicy ranch (extra 0.50 cents). They didn't seem to have any dumplings available today. The outside seating area was quite nice with beautiful painted murals and nice rain covers, and is dog friendly!
Anna B — Google review
I get wanting to be kid friendly but the patio is basically a playground. I feel bad for the kids and I sympathize; breweries are boring. Unfortunately, they’re dragged there by parents that are more interested in drinking than engaging with their kids and happy to spend $8 per pint but too cheap to hire a babysitter.

Ordered online while we were walking there, highly recommend as the wait times can get long! The cheesy garlic grits are the best I have had on the west coast! Portions were great for the price. The employees were fun and really played into the theming, making it entertaining to wait for our food!

This biscuit felt like it was curing my hangover even though I didn’t have one. The butteriness of the biscuit and the savoriness of the sausage make for an amazing breakfast sandwich. Despite the small shop and popularity the staff and the ordering system keep things easy and lets you walk around while waiting for your order.

Good but not great IMO! (Sorry.) The biscuits are definitely the highlight—I’d eat a tray—but the filling was meh. (Sorryyyy.) The London Fog is EXCELLENT though. Compliments to the chef/barista. Recommend ordering ahead online.

The food was fantastic! Fresh and homemade 😋. I had the spicy links bichwich and it is the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Definitely give it a try. Just an FYI this is not a sit down restaurant. You ordered like you would from a food truck. They have a few tables along the sidewalk.

Recommended to come here and try some biscuits. I ordered the biscuits with the gravy and scrambled eggs on top and cheese. It was good and filling. Definitely something different. Also ordered a pumpkin coffee drink but I didn't really like it, tasted watery. Girl at front was very friendly, great service!

Food was as advertised, presentation and taste was there. A bit of a wait for a Saturday morning but turned out well after it was all said and done. Worth a try.

No dine in, only carry out. The system is pretty easy to understand. Walk up, order and pay, they have an estimate of how long it’ll take, set a timer on your phone and go walk around until it’s time. That’s what we did and the exact moment our timer went off, they brought our food out. We had the bacon and the hot links biscuits. I’m from TX so when they said these are southern style, I was a little skeptical. But these were really delicious biscuits, I was impressed! And they’re big! It doesn’t really look like it from the pictures online but I was worried it wouldn’t be enough to fill me up - it definitely was.

Very cute coffee shop. They serve unique and fun drinks. Lots of options if you don’t want coffee. I loved the taro latte. They also have a great horchata coffee. The food also, is good. Waffles with guava were tasty. I will definitely come here again. Maybe on a weekday though. The weekend was packed and there isn’t a lot of seating. Only 7 tables in a small area. It was raining, otherwise there would be also outdoor seating available. This wouldn’t be a good place for a large group. Groups of 2 or 3 is more manageable here.

This is a Latina-owned business, which is absolutely awesome and definitely worth championing. I ordered the Café Madrid and loved it. Made with sweetened condensed milk, it is creamy, rich, and on the sweeter side but not overpoweringly sweet. Just the perfect balance of bold espresso and smooth sweetness. Then came the Monte Cristo waffle and wow, it was S O O O O good. This crisp, thin waffle brought together a savory sweet harmony with melted Swiss cheese, ham, and a hit of raspberry jam. Crunchy exterior with a melty interior made it an absolute brunch triumph. The ambiance ties it all together. The dark green felt couches paired with hot pink and gold chairs create such a striking and vibrant vibe. And perched on the wall is a striking Frida portrait with an inspiring quote that makes the space feel personal, empowering, and full of life. In short, Moore Coffee delivers on every level. From the expertly crafted Café Madrid and mouthwatering Monte Cristo waffle to the colorful décor, it is a must visit for anyone who wants delicious bites, a rich cultural atmosphere, and a welcoming Latina-led space in Seattle.

A cute cafe with excellent non-coffee options! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, and the beverage presentation is absolutely stunning. The highlight for me was the Besame Mucho (definitely ask for your preferred sweetness level). Tres leches matcha is also a tasty beverage and comes with strawberries. The creativity and presentation were truly mind-blowing. A must-visit spot for anyone who enjoys beautifully crafted drinks in a delightful setting.

My 3 year old daughter came here with my wife. They were excited about the designs on the coffee and the chocolate. Matter of fact, my wife was sharing how "Moore coffee shop" made my daughters day and that we would have to go back. More particularly, there were kittens drawn on the drinks (she's big into super kitty on Disney). And so we went the next day with nothing but damn disappointment. We ordered 7 drinks, and the drink that my daughter got had a skeleton figure in it (jack from nightmare before Christmas) We simply asked the cashier if they could change the design, and that we would be more than happy to even order another drink if it was too much of a hassle. We saw that other people had kittens on their coffee's, and so we figured it wouldn't be a burden to ask if we could have it on our 3 year old daughter. The cashier said yes, but the barista stopped and said "I don't do requests." And that was that. My daughter was pretty upset, and yes, we were trying to explain to her that the barista couldn't do it but it didn't register with her. I just don't understand that we were willing to buy another drink so that our daughter can have a kitten as the design. You call yourself a Latina-owned business, but part of that identity is about family, community, and heart. The way you treated a little kid over something this small goes against everything that's supposed to stand for.

Rhein Haus Seattle, located in Capitol Hill with additional locations in Tacoma and Leavenworth, offers a Bavarian-themed experience suitable for all ages. The German biergarten features bratwurst, pretzels, schnitzels, and an impressive selection of beer. The indoor bocce ball courts and outdoor biergarten make it a great spot to enjoy the atmosphere while watching sports or enjoying a meal.
Rhein Haus offers a lively and enjoyable experience, especially for a casual after-work event. This was my first time playing bocce ball. Although I got creamed by my boss, it's okay because I'd rather lose than win to the boss ;) While I didn't get to sample the extensive beer selection (it being a work function), the schnizel, brat, and pretzels were definitely delicious and satiating. Overall, Rhein Haus strikes a great balance between fun activities and a comfortable environment. It's a solid choice if you're looking for a good time with friends or colleagues.

We love this place! This is one of our Go To spots when we just want a casual place to hang out and not feel hurried. It’s family-friendly, chill vibe, and good food.
M G — Google review
Not authentic German food. It’s American fusioned and they added things like apple slaw on the schnitzel. Stingy on the gravy. Put cheese in their spaetzel and topped with fried onion. Their red cabbage was not good. This place is waaaay overpriced.
Genevieve G — Google review
No one at front of house to greet or seat people who want to dine in. Took 10 minutes for a waiter to even hand us a menu. No instructions on how to order, so we ordered through the online ordering Toasttab system, since there was no one coming to give us a menu or not even a QR code at our table. Waiter was condescending when we told them our mistake of ordering through the takeout only system, when we only did so because we had already been waiting for 10 minutes at a table. The Jagerschnitzel we order was overpriced for a piece of meat with cabbage on it. The only decent thing here was the giant pretzel, which was carried by the three sauces. I could see this place being a decent place for large group parties or for watching sports, but don’t recommend at all if you’re trying to have a sit down dinner.
Bryce — Google review
We were visiting Pike Street Market and wanted to grab some lunch and we were feeling German food. It was after 1 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Party of 4 adults. We seated ourselves as there was no one at the hostess desk. We were greeted after a bit of time from our server. We put in our drink , appetizer and meal order. It was extremely disheartening when my husband was told (after he ordered it) that the Jagerschnitzel cannot be ordered until after 3 pm. No where on the menu does ut say that. As well when he went to order a we’ll know German beer - Bitburger - was told they don’t have it. It’s a “chain” and I guess we were expecting some German options. The service overall was okay and the food was as it expected. The pretzel and its dips were enjoyed easily with 4 adults and some leftover. I specifically ordered the German potato salad and was expecting it to be “warm” but it was different altogether than what I had before at a different German chain (Gustav) and I wasn’t a fan. Pricing overall was far for the location and it did have ample seating for groups (inside and covered outside options). If you are in the area give it a shot
Jen L — Google review
Reserved a table for 15 people a week in advance. When we got there we were seated at our table, but the waitress told us we would need to all individually order our food from the bar. Since when is that normal????
Samantha P — Google review
The food was great. Really good gulasch suppe. The apple salad in top of the schnitzel was nice. The sauce was decent (it had mixed review at our table), but I'd say overall the Berliner in Renton does their schnitzel better. The service was pretty slow though we waited quite a while to get our drinks and water didn't even come until after our food.
Justin W — Google review
Seems like a fun atmosphere with the bocce ball courts and outdoor area. The "seat yourself" approach was a bit annoying, butno big deal. Service was ok, about average. Good beer selection. Now, the food: Jagerschnitzel is my benchmark dish for evaluating German restaurants, as I've had it numerous times in Germany at various restaurants. The pork itself here was too dry and it really should have been pounded out (before cooking) to make it thinner. It was also served with way too little sauce, we had to ask for more. Also, it was accompanied with shreded red cabbage, instead of the traditional side of spaetzle (which hellps soak up some of the juice from the jager sauce). We also had a plate of the bratwurst and bierwurst. These were ok, the bierwurst seemed a bit sweet tasting, but wqs generally ok. The sauerkraut was a bit heavy on the vinegar.

Seattle Beer Co is a laid-back, two-story establishment with ample windows and TVs for sports. It's an ideal spot to unwind after exploring Pike Place Market and savor some exceptional local craft beers. The friendly and knowledgeable bartender curated a diverse flight of beers, including an IPA, hefe, and nitro from different breweries. While they don't brew their own beer, the selection from across the state is impressive.
Great selection of local Washington State craft beer. You can choose full pints or a "flight" tasting board with 3 different beers. Great way to try different brews.

Chill spot with a great location and more options on tap than I expected. Seating setups were a bit odd, but there was plenty of seating available at least. Would come back next time I'm walking around Pike Place.

Offering a collection of beverages made in Washington, Seattle Beer Co. was an accidental find after exiting the overcrowded Public Market area. This conveniently located watering hole caters to all crowds with offerings of all different beer styles (drafts and cans), ciders, some wine, and also N/A beers. There's something for everyone, and Trenton makes sure that every single person is served some quality liquids based upon their tastes. For those unsure of what to order, Trenton asked only one to two questions and nearly nailed exactly what the customer was seeking. That's the type of service that every establishment should aim to achieve to keep people flowing in the doors. I highly advise people to make this a stop when in the Seattle downtown area.
Justin Z — Google review
Always a favorite of mine, albeit i live and work in Pike Place Market. No food other than snacks, but you are permitted to bring in to-go, so really no problem! The beers are ALL PNW regional, and remarkably well-curated. And, a plus to wheelchair visitors (I am one) the insurance bureaucracy of the recent electrical fire has finally been cracked, and bathrooms on both levels are once again operational. Huzzah! And, I am now enjoying the possible last nitro keg of Boundary Bay Stout since they are retiring and closing their doors permanently.

The Shambles is a popular butcher shop and restaurant in Lake City that offers fresh cuts of meat alongside charcuterie and sandwiches. The meats are prepared well and the atmosphere is always crowded, likely because of the delicious food. The menu ranges from $10 to $50 per dish, making it suitable for any budget.
I had the best experience at the Shambles! Was the first experience and the first time having a Tomahawk steak! Delicious, tasty, juicy and perfectly cooked! The beef tartare too! The service too, wonderful! Props to the servers and chef!🧑🏻‍🍳 I’ll definitely be back!

Coworker recommended this place but we are very disappointed. The restaurant is understaffed (3 servers including the bartender), food is so bad and in fact we got food poisoning from it. We ordered 19oz ribeye and pork chop. We came for dinner and we started vomiting at midnight in the hotel room. Pork chop is rock hard. 19oz steak is 97 dollars, for this price point we expected a better quality steak. Very disappointed. Not to mention the restaurant doesn’t have good air flow, the whole place smelled greasy.

Brad, Brad, Brad, you and the kitchen staff made my day. Beefiness: Bavette and hanger—connoisseur picks from worked muscles, bursting with primal, mineral beef essence. Mushroom Medley isn't just a side—it's an umami powerhouse, leveraging butter, wine, and yolk to refine and deepen the main event. Cocktail Appendix: Sazerac Pairings Sazerac with hanger/bavette or tartare nails power, depth, and balance. When Sazerac Meets Tartare, it makes me want to dance. Hanger's Umami-rich, mineral-earthy, light chew just makes a happy. In Details: Wagyu Bavette's Beef-forward, refined fat, supple plus the Spice-dry contrast allows Cognac fruit softens richness. Just go! Actually, I would love to eat there everyday next time.
Tony L — Google review
Absolutely fantastic steak, oh my goodness! We had the Wagyu bavette and Denver and both were amazing. Perhaps the bavette edged out as the winner, by a tiny bit. An incredible sear and crust on the outside, perfectly cooked to medium rare, tender and juicy on the inside. The sides (roasted radishes, smashed potatoes) and drinks and dessert were all excellent, too. Just a great neighborhood spot with a flair for quality and nice surrounds!
Catalina M — Google review
Wanted to start with the service was great! All the staff were very friendly and apologetic about how hot the restaurant was (their AC is not strong enough). We got our food quickly and got seated right away even though we didn’t have a reservation. The seasoning and sauces were delicious, but I was left wanting more with how my steak was cooked. I got a filet medium rare, but only about 30% of my steak was actually cooked medium rare. The rest of the steak was well done, so I could not enjoy the actual flavor of the meat. The picture I took is misleading, I needed to also take a picture from a different angle. The steak was served as two slices, and the pink you see was very shallow, so when I cut it up most of the steak was well done. This might have also been due to the particular shape of the cut I got, it was wide and flat. I expected more from how it was cooked when we paid $56 for this steak.

We had an excellent meal at The Shambles with friends! The steak is 10/10 — one of the best I’ve had in Seattle. The starters and sides were also great. We had the tartare, pickles, potatoes, and a variety of steaks. We also enjoyed the red wine and a few no-alcohol cocktails. We sat on the patio which was lovely on a nice day. Fantastic service. There are a lot of great places to eat in Seattle and this place quickly shot to the top of our list of favorites for steak and/or dinner out with another couple. We’ll be back!
Elizabeth R — Google review
Came here for happy hour and we were truly blown away by the quality and value. Walking into the space, you are instantly greeted by a cozy and comfortable but elevated vibe—sort of like stepping out of a side street in London and into a warm, Old World pub. The cuts of meat available are tallied on a chalkboard for true carnivores to select their steak and custom cook to their liking. On the happy hour menu, the burger and steak tartare were both phenomenal (truly jumbo-sized portions), particularly for the price. The drinks are stiff, cold, and free-flowing. We also enjoyed the shishito peppers and pickle plate. We’ll be back the next time we want to hop across the pond without the flight. Highly recommended!

The steaks here are very delicious. It’s not the fastest service but everyone is friendly and helpful, and I’d rather them take the time to make food than rush it!

Miniature golf course
Flatstick Pub - Pioneer Square is a unique indoor mini-golf spot designed for adults, featuring a great selection of local draft beers. The underground location in Pioneer Square offers an industrial-cool atmosphere with brick walls, exposed ducts, and vibrant artwork. The mini golf course spells out 'Seattle' and includes a 12-foot tall Space Needle that lights up when sunk on the first try. This dog-friendly venue is perfect for group outings and even offers private course rentals.
We are in from Columbus, Ohio and looking for great places to stop in at while we’re here in Seattle. The reviews and the pictures were amazing. But honestly, it didn’t do it justice, until we actually had the chance to come in here and experience it for ourselves. The place is huge, plenty of seating, great beer, tasty food and the games are incredible. The mini golf is super challenging so don’t feel bad when you score really high. Lol! But even more fun was the duffelboard! Wish there were more places like this back home. Highly recommended to anyone that lives local or happens to be visiting.

Place was dope! Date night or hanging with friends, this place is a great option. Lots of drinks to choose from and service was great. Good price for the mini golf too I believe it was $15 for unlimited play.
Joshua A — Google review
After a morning of walking we headed into this watering hole and were pleasantly surprised at how long we stayed! We did the mini-golf, which was a pretty good course, a bit more challenging than the usual ones you find in bars - but my no means difficult. Then we moved onto the darts board which we ended up staying for about 2hrs - Christ my arm was sore! We had several drinks and some bar snack food while we were chucking the arrows. Plenty of games on the dart board to play and the photo's and videos were a great touch whilst playing (camera above the dart board, catches team photo before and videos the winning shot!)

Here's my honest review: ✨Location✨ In downtown Seattle ✨Price✨ Mid price drinks and mini golf. $8 shots ✨Ambiance✨ Absolutely love the vibe of this bar. You can come and have fun with groups and play mini golf, duffleboard, or darts ✨Drinks✨ I got a mexican candy shot and my partner got a shot as well. They were delicious ✨Recommendation✨ I would definitely recommend coming here for a fun time with friends or coworkers. They have special nights ✨Customer Service✨ I think the bartenders are so fun!

Came here on a Thursday afternoon for a work outing. Never heard of this place until a coworker mentioned it and I enjoyed it! We were the only people there. Service, food (pizza and mini corndog), and mini games were awesome! I recommend!
Tee G — Google review
If you haven’t been before, highly recommend. Great drinks, good food, and fun activities! There’s lots of little games to play with your group while you wait. Came here before a sounders game and it was PACKED! But the bar staff was awesome, they were so fast with drinks and our food came out quickly. They definitely have a good system in the back for however they were putting everything out! Plus they had a discount on drinks for game day, which was a fun surprise I didn’t realize!
Courtney J — Google review
$10-15 for drinks $20-30 for a medium sized 12" Pizza. Great staff. Very friendly. The different craft beers were amazing to sample. #22 was great, a spiced cranberry cider. Trivia night was fun and some very interesting trivia questions kept it fresh. Great night out with friends. It can be a bit loud with everyone competing with trivia. Food ordering was simple and reasonably priced. 10min for a pizza was great and the dough was excellent cooked to perfection.

This is such a cute pub that offers mini golf, games, food, and drink. It is located in a basement, which I thought was a nice touch. Once inside, you are greeted by the service which will guide you to the bar to pay for services. Once at the bar, you will be able to purchase a variety of Washington state beers and food. The food, drink and games are all reasonably priced. Aside from mini golf, a plethora of board games are available for use. Finally, it is worth noting that my partner and I found this place through a Groupon, and I'm glad to say that they give us little fuss for using one. Thank you for the experience.

Beer hall
Skål Beer Hall in Seattle is a Viking-themed tavern offering Nordic cuisine, meads, and aquavits. The rustic ambiance, complete with a fireplace, adds to the charm of this spot in Ballard. It's known for its extensive selection of craft beers and local meads. Visitors can enjoy a cozy atmosphere with ample indoor and outdoor seating. The food menu is impressive, featuring dishes like skewer platters, farmer's cheese, and duck hearts.
Mac n Cheese is the best that I've had in Seattle yet. The pretzel is GIANT and the perfect texture - the beer cheese is, unfortunately, worth the $4 upgrade. We got farmer's cheese, duck hearts, and venison skewers. I think that the farmer's cheese is actually halloumi? Either way, everything was delicious. Inside makes you feel like you're in Skyrim. They have a wide selection of board games. Barman was super nice, service was great! 10/10 will come back and bring friends.
Shaylin — Google review
As a Minnesota native of Scandinavian descent, I could not have loved this place more (I had no idea Seattle had so much nordic heritage). The whole place looks like it belongs in a Viking longship, and you can tell how much effort was put into all the details. They had a good beer selection, a bunch of tasty meads, and aquavit cocktails (the Odin Fashioned was delicious). Plus, they have some fun surprises like the shot sword.
Calvin L — Google review
A go-to location for a light meal and solid drink. Pros: 1. Food designed for group sharing. 2. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. 3. Food and drink were very nice. Cons: 1. Atmosphere mixes genres 2. Price is a little high per skewer 3. Small selection of mead Recs: 1. Smaller pours of mead in exchange for larger selection/flights 2. Remove TVs 3. Ale horns/wood mugs or copper to save money 4. Dive into theme (tapestry, sconces, runes) 5. Make skewer flights off bulk purchase themes (dairy, poultry, wild game etc). Make it cheaper for people to sample outside their comfort zone otherwise you will be stuck with a lot of duck hearts and herring at the end of each night.
Stephan M — Google review
Perfect place for a celebration! We had a birthday dinner with 20+ people and we couldn’t have been happier with how SKÅL hosted all of us. From the beginning when we first reached out, they were so helpful and patient with us in the process of booking the party and building the perfect menu. We tried everything from cocktails and mead, to the salmon and chicken feast with appetizers in between and it did not disappoint! The presentation of the Viking Feast was the stand out for sure. The experience, overall, was exactly what we were wanting for a fun night with a big group. Would definitely recommend!
Kaela S — Google review
This place is a lot smaller than I imagined. We had pickled herring, Swedish meatballs, pretzels, aquavit shot, a mule, and an old fashion. The herring was great, but the Swedish meatballs and pretzel were a bit dry. My visit wasn't at the end of the night, so these things should not have been dry. The drinks and atmosphere were pretty cool.
Debra D — Google review
Meh, wasn't impressed. My older son is really into all things Viking and he/we thought it would've been better since there aren't many restaurants like this anywhere. Self serve, average food, expensive and pop music. No Wardruna, Danheim, Heilung etc..
Mr. B — Google review
Definitely a cool little spot. The food was pretty good and came out relatively quickly. We went for brunch and we're happy with the selection. The beer cheese was a little too runny for what I like but it had good flavor. Next time we're back in Seattle I'd love to give it another shot during dinner hours.
Janimal — Google review
I've dined here a few times with a group of good friends for someone's bday. The food is always incredible. The drinks as well. We've gotten some of the feasts a few times and they're absolutely bomb. Service is also always good. It can be a bit loud and boisterous, but that's the only downside. Oh and parking. It's Ballard. Add extra drive time for finding parking if you go on a busy night.

Cafe
Historical landmark
Analog Coffee is a cozy coffeehouse located in a charming neighborhood, exuding a relaxed nautical ambiance. Since 2011, this spot has been serving up consistent espresso and coffee, attracting locals and visitors alike. The cafe's interior features a vintage wooden sign, adorned with newspapers and art publications, while the vinyl soundtrack adds to its laid-back vibe. It's a popular spot for patrons to work on their laptops or enjoy the daily paper.
It took me a while to visit this coffee shop because when I was looking at the photos, I wasn’t sure if the vibe is the kind I like. Once I visited, I realized that the photos don’t do this place justice. There are a lot of personalities in the decor and the music that is unique but soothing. The vinyls and newspapers give a sense of culture. I got 1&1 which was a split shot of espresso that comes with a Cortado so you can taste the original flavor and then how it tastes with milk. The espresso was nutty and flavorful. This is a very nice quiet corner place coffee shop. I will definitely come again.
Nico H — Google review
Wonderful coffee and atmosphere, they play all their music from this huge wall of CDs and Vinyls. Only critique is that the pastries are cold and they can’t / won’t warm it up.
Mateo R — Google review
I really like this little coffee shop. The food is great and the drinks are even better. They have a little outdoor courtyard you can eat in as well as a bar counter inside with all the daily papers pinned up- really cool touch 🤙🏻
Rebbecca J — Google review
Such a cool place. The pourover tasted very balanced, breakfast sandwich and rice bowl both hit the spot. They have the latest issues of some magazines like The New Yorker, plus some much more local, like a small collection of prose about music written by people from Seattle. And the music is great
Greg J — Google review
The egg sandwich was not bad, it was pretty oily and too salty at times though. All the baristas were very nice and they were quite efficient with orders. The space is a little bit cramped if you want to work there
Miyuki F — Google review
Whatta bummer. Went outta my way to this highly rated coffee shop. Unfortunately the best part was the parking and the cute neighborhood. Im a black coffee drip or americano guy. Not worth 6 bucks here for a meezley 12 oz cup. Not robust not flavorful. Might as well been Mcdonalds coffee but they serve twice the amount for 1.69 and no tip. Bland and boring Analog. Need to improve your roasting. Save your money folks and go to Zeitgeist down town pioneer square. Great flavored drip coffee. Bigger cup and cheaper. People here seemed liked locals who dont know any better while they read their books and have liberal conversations. Venture out folks youre missing out

Ounces Taproom & Beer Garden in West Seattle is a modern and trendy spot that focuses on serving locally-sourced beer, cider, and wine. The indoor/outdoor space offers a comfortable setting for all ages, including pets. With 30 taps of Washington-only beverages, the taproom provides a rotating selection to cater to various tastes. While they don't serve food, patrons are encouraged to bring their own or order from the rotating food trucks available.
Been enjoying ounces since they opened and am ashamed to only now write a review. The owners are friendly and keep the place updated- over eight years we’ve been there probably 60-70 times. I always find a fresh Pilsner on tap and non drinkers can enjoy root beer or kambucha. Also they’ve recently added a burger stand which had amazing burgers, fried chicken sandwiches and fries. We’ve attended many events there (Oktoberfest, Santa) and they are always free and fun. I also held my daughter’s first birthday there and they went above and beyond making it a hit. I hope they expand to more locations!
Brianna W — Google review
This is an excellent little taproom! Lots of rotating drink options. THey have a little burger place in the parking lot you can grab real food and little snacks inside. Kid friendly but not over run. The bartender let me try the beer before I decided which one I wanted which was really cool. I will absolutely be coming back.

Outstanding staff…awesome place to try a large variety of local beers without having to travel to all the neighborhoods. Typically a food truck on site and kiddo friendly. Lots of family events throughout the year. Happy 7th Birthday.

Friendly local taproom. Excellent range of beers and unusual events. We did the axe throwing which was great fun.
David J — Google review
The parking lot is down hill in a lot on the side away from Delridge -- it is NOT obvious. Entrance is south to the intersection; head down hill and turn in right past the steel mill. Food is about normal, but it took 20 minutes to get a $10 burger. It was properly cooked, and I am always happy to wait for that. Covered outdoor sitting.
Karl ( — Google review
Nice neighborhood taproom that welcomes kids and pups. The manager was so kind, knew the taps really well- which was helpful. There is lots of parking - there is an office below and steps up to the taproom. Great place to drink beer in West Seattle!

Ounces is my new favorite place! Excellent service and indoor/outdoor heated space you an enjoy year round. Fantastic selection of local beers, ciders, and kombuchas to sample. Rotating food trucks and very easy location for anyone from west Seattle, or coming across our lovely bridge. Plus, woman-owned and generous with donations to the community and causes. I’d highly recommend reaching out to them for any events or celebrations!

Great place, however there are many little kids running around on Friday night's. There is a daycare close by and it looks like the parents get their kid's and come to Ounces. Cute place inside. Lots of beer on tap. Also has wine and hard cider on tap. Clean establishment and friendly staff.

Ampersand Cafe on Alki in West Seattle offers a serene setting for a relaxing coffee experience. The cafe features an adjoining deck right on Alki Beach, providing the perfect spot to enjoy a cardamom latte while taking in the picturesque views. Visitors can savor delicious biscuits and lattes, and the location is ideal for breakfast with ocean views. While it may get busy during weekend mornings, the cozy seating area provides a great place to unwind solo or with a small group.
This is my favorite coffee shop in West Seattle. It's the spot my friend and I go to after our morning runs and are so grateful to have this place in our community. The coffee is always good, the barista's know our names and the food is so good. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit is my fave. While the lines may be long on summer days, it's worth it.
Emily B — Google review
A very pleasant little cafe--I ordered chai tea and a bagel sandwich, and I was not disappointed with either. It was not the best food I have had in seattle, and the space inside is rather cramped, but the day was dreary and drenched, and I simply wanted a warm place to go and eat and gather my thoughts. This place absolutely provided that. West Seattle has many cafes situated along the beach catering to tourists, as it seems that West Seattle as a whole has at least as many tourists looking for a calm nautical escape as it does every day residents. If you are here for the day and simply want a space to escape from the rain, I recommend coming here.
Joshua F — Google review
This is the cutest little beach cafe. We stopped by for some coffee and breakfast sandwiches and everything we tried was delicious. The employees were also super kind and helpful. I will definitely be back!

This morning there was a line to get coffee and breakfast. The two gals working busted through everyone’s orders in record time and with awesome attitudes. Not to mention they have the most delicious spam breakfast sandwich! Thanks Ampersand for being here!

Can’t beat the location! A great selection of coffees, breakfast/lunch sandwiches & house made sweets. A great stop along Alki Beach! The place is filled with both locals & tourists!

Coffee and bagels were average, nothing to brag about. Coffee was warm at best when served and the bagels took a while to be ready (about 15 minutes). Still a very cute spot by the water!
Christa S — Google review
I have enjoyed every visit! Great coffee, tasty food, and a ton of really good sandwich options. I love that this cafe has small pastries AND actual sandwiches - everything you need! They also have a really large drink menu, with tons of special drinks, syrups, and alternative milks. I enjoyed an Oahu Coconut Cold Brew, and my partner had a Salted Caramel Breve. I love stopping here any time I am at the beach!
Kara A — Google review
All in all unimpressed. I wanted to grab a nice cup of coffee on a cool rainy Seattle afternoon. Did some looking around for a coffee shop that is open later in the day with indoor seating, and real coffee mugs available for dine in customers. Apparently Ampersand is not currently allowing indoor seating (or even anyone entering the building) and it looks like it’s been that way for some time. When I ordered I asked if coffee mugs were available and was told no. I got my coffee and went and sat outside. Less than 5 min later I was told they were closing and needed to lock up the chairs. I asked if they realized that Google shows that they are open until 5 pm and was told they are short staffed. (It was 3pm) Coffee wasn’t bad but definitely not the experience I was looking for. So much for that

Nestled in the heart of Ballard, the Ballard Beer Company is a vibrant hub for beer enthusiasts looking to explore an impressive selection of local brews. Founded by Lena and Greg Anderson, this lively establishment boasts a welcoming atmosphere with ample seating options, including a charming patio perfect for people-watching. The tap list features an array of IPAs, stouts, lagers, and ciders crafted right in the neighborhood.
Great service, fun and cozy environment, and delicious tasting beer! They have lots of games you can play and big tables to play them on. They also allow dogs inside which is really sweet!! The lighting and music sets a really nice atmosphere of almost being cozy at home and going out and having fun at the same time.

They have Seattle local beer and cider. Ballard becomes really popular and busy. This place is allowed to bring outside food. We come here for beer with food so that we don't have to deal with a long waiting list at restaurants.
Eiko F — Google review
It's fine. They've got a large space for groups and have board games selling local beers on tap and some to go. The space is all wood and concrete so the resonating sound of the cooler fills the room and is quite annoying. $4 beers before 4pm is great and worth the trip
Evan A — Google review
Decent place to stop in and have a beer in the Ballard area. It's not a brewery but they do serve local beer. No food but there are plenty of food options in the local area.

Great place for event parties. The staff was really nice. Lots of great beers. I think the bar needs more than one restroom and a no key system.

I LOVE Ballard Beer Company! It can get a bit busy but it’s worth it. The outdoor seating is a really fun spot to sit and chill, and the indoor atmosphere is just really fun. From IPAs to Sours and plenty of ciders, everything is good. Staff is very friendly and happy to answer questions if you don’t know what to order or aren’t familiar with local beers. You can also bring outside food if you want to grab takeout and have a drink! Awesome local spot!
Riley N — Google review
Beside lots of beers on tap they have a very large selection of bottled beers. Highly recommended to try different type of beers. They have happy hours, till 4 pm beers on tap are 4 dollars.
Emre F — Google review
Good but could be great. I live nearby and stop in either for an early happy hour pint or after dinner we’ll duck in while walking the dog. Pros: Great concept focusing on all the delightful beer made hyper-locally (from the neighborhood), warm lighting, unique murals, cozy upstairs, some fun board games, dog friendly and a prime people watching patio. Cons: The beer fridge is twice as large as needed for an interesting but not outstanding selection. It also seems to constantly emanate a low ear numbing rumble from its compressors and ruins the otherwise warm lighting with a harsh stark white LED pall. I don’t know how much it generates in revenue but I think it would be better to shrink it, move it to the back and maybe focus on crowler-ing the great local tap beer.

Pub
Nestled in a charming, repurposed Victorian house, Outlander Brewery and Pub is a delightful microbrewery that promises an unforgettable experience for beer enthusiasts. This cozy cottage setting features classy decor and offers a unique selection of small-batch specialty ales, including intriguing flavors like honey basil ale and coffee cayenne saison. With its dog-friendly backyard, it's the perfect spot to unwind with your furry friend while enjoying savory pies alongside your brew.
I visited this brewery twice in the past couple months. The first time was in January (before the new owners took over). The place was dirty, run down, dark, dusty, and pretty pitiful. The beer wasn't good and the service was poor. I visited again in late March. The difference was night and day. The place was clean, bright, welcoming, and felt alive. The upgrades to the decor and every room made me want to stay and drink all day. The beer tasted way better too. I had the Mt Hood IPA and the Peanut Butter Stout. Both were top notch craft beers. The servers were also very knowledgeable and friendly. My group ordered two flat breads and the pretzel. The food was also fantastic. One can really recognize the care, craftsmanship, and time it took to turn this establishment around. If you want a dive bar which usually has DIRTY beer lines and subpar service this place isn't for you. However, if you're interested in a clean place to enjoy phenomenal beer & food, tons of room to chill with friends, indoors and out, and a super friendly staff then Outlander is definitely the place for you. Kudos to the new owners.
Kevin B — Google review
Every time I’ve been here (three times now, unfortunately), I’ve had bad beer. The only reason I’ve been multiple times is because it is a centrally located spot in Fremont that always has space open. But there’s a reason: the bartenders are always unfriendly or at least strange, the beer is rank (too sweet or undercarbed or, in one case, so gross I couldn’t endure it) and the vibes are so strange. Example: went there for drinks and to chat with a friend in a chill spot recently. (Planned to go elsewhere but they were full.) It was some sort of live music acoustic night and the music was atrocious. I felt like I was intruding, but whatever I’ll go upstairs. I asked after the rooms upstairs as normally I’ve stayed downstairs. I was told there were three rooms upstairs, plenty of space. An eerily silent, empty-walled cavernous second floor greets me. Two people talking in one room with no other chairs, another room reserved and the final “room” being the entry way to the upstairs. We did not finish our beers they were so bad and we left after ten minutes of laughing at what a horrible place it was to be. You might not find a quiet and chill watering hole very easily in Fremont, but don’t give in to this place if that’s what you want.
Mitchell — Google review
I really enjoyed this cute cottage-style brewery! They have a ton of IPAs which I’m not a huge fan of, but thoroughly enjoyed their stout and beer and cheese pretzel. Not a bad study place either. They have a patio for dogs if you can bear the weather.

Great place! It’s in an old house, with a funky unique atmosphere. There’s a decent amount of seating inside and also and outdoor section. Beer was great, I tried all the sours, my favorite was the blueberry sour. My husband tried all the IPAs and he liked them all. They also have and board games.

Friday night I went there for the live music outside on the patio, which was excellent. The food and brew was great also. Interesting place..I would go back.

Nice little Brewery is in an old house. Very laid back atmosphere but the beer was not on point today. Of the 12 breweries we visited this week this was our least favorite.
David S — Google review
Definitely a cool spot to drink beers in. And there are a lot of interesting beers to drink. Unfortunately none of them are really match up to my preferences, which is too bad because I REALLY want to give this spot 5 stars, it’s such a chill place.
Emily P — Google review
Quaint is the best way to describe this place. It is the homiest brewery I have ever been to. And their beer is great, always a dark beer or two on tap and creative to boot. Great spot for trad sessions too if you like Irish music! But the beer dip is basically just ranch and old pretzels save your six dollars for another beer instead!
