Cookies were good. As a bakery owner, I am picky about cookies. Most cookies in bakeries are underwhelming and use the same base for them. These cookies. Have a crispy outer with a nice soft and chewy inside. My favorite was the birthday cookie as it had a very good cookie base flavor. Staff is friendly which is a plus and willing to answer questions about the different varieties. Good job staff!

Stopped here during my lunch to grab a dozen of their cookies. The flavors I purchased were classic chocolate chip, brown butter snickerdoodle, molasses, and the oatmeal chocolate chip. All were very delicious, with nice crisp edges and a chewy moist center. I've DEFINITELY discovered a new place to enjoy my love of cookies!!

Love this shop! The last time I visited was seven years ago, and everything is still so good. I'm a little sad they only offer salted caramel in a pint, but the cookies and other flavors are also delicious!

Cute spot, smells delicious as soon as you walk in. We had snickerdoodle and a smores open faced ice cream sandwich. Which were delicious, however the ice cream portion seemed small to us. Super friendly staff

Today we had a salted butterscotch and a s'mores cookie. They were both amazing! I have a feeling the butterscotch is overlooked tho and I cannot tell you enough how delicious it was. Definitely come in here and give these cookies a try. Also thank you to the lovely staff member who helped us out! 🌞 Hope we are back in very soon.

I got the blackberry flavor. Because, Blackberry reminds of Seattle. The texture was soft and pleasant but it was overly sweet, and I didn’t really get much blackberry flavor coming through. Overall, it was okay, but I was hoping for a bit more balance.

I haven’t been able to visit an actual Hello Robin location yet, but I recently found her ready to bake peppermint chocolate chip cookies at PCC and oh my goodness, they are delicious. I bake them for about 10 minutes and every cookie turns out chewy and gooey with crispy edges and a soft centre. My family came to visit recently for the holidays and everyone loved them! We ate an entire dozen in about 15 minutes. I bake them straight from the freezer and they are better than most cookie I’ve purchased fresh.. So, if you see these in the store, snag them before they are gone.

Bakery Nouveau is an absolute Seattle and Seattle area bakery! I am so fortunate to live in West Seattle and have a location next to me! The staff is always really nice and they all provide excellent customer service and they are always upbeat from my experience. The space at the West Seattle location is kind of small and the line can get long, so sometimes they have you line up outside. The space feels very much like a cozy traditional bakery/cafe. I enjoy the decor of the space. The food is absolutely delicious! I love their desserts, which are totally premium quality! They also sell sandwiches and bread, but I have only ever had their desserts. They sell coffee as well for a little pick me up! My favorite desserts are the tiramisu and the mocha chocolate cheesecake. Both of those items are incredible. My wife enjoys the pistachio cake that they make. I also enjoy the Paczki that they make. Paczki is a polish donut. They don’t always have it on regular basis, but when they do, it’s amazing! Overall, I highly recommend Bakery Nouveau if your looking to satisfy your dessert craving, or if you’re just looking for some coffee or lunch type of food!

Overall Rating: 3.5/5 (6/10) Recently wanted some pastries while in Seattle and heard of this spot! Walking in it was a small quaint cafe with only a few tables, which was fine. We were intending to leave with our product anyway! Large selection of Macarons, danishes, croissants, cookies, and more. We selected a strawberry pistachio cake slice, a chocolate covered Madeline, a honey pecan scones, and a pear Danish. I will say it felt a little rushed getting through the line, but it was 9am and they were busy. It just made it hard to get a good look at everything, if we had more time I think we would have chosen different or more options. We got to the car and opened the strawberry pistachio slice, it was good, however way too sweet for my liking, unfortunately couldn't finish it. The Madeline was good! But a bit more dense than we were use to. The scone was for a friend, they really enjoyed it (it smelled and looked good) and last the pear Danish was for my boyfriend. I stole a bite and that was the star of the show! Amazing Danish. I will return again to try other items in the future.

Such amazing sandwiches, bread, and sweets! I love the breakfast options and my favorite sandwiches are the ham & cheese baguette, California club, and BLT. I love you can get a slice of cake if you’re solo or want to try several options. Three downsides to consider. 1. Bread, breakfast, and sandwiches sell very quickly so try and get there before noon so you don’t miss out. 2. West Seattle store is very small & narrow and the lines often go into the street and it’s a bit chaotic honestly especially if it’s your first visit. Hang in there and try and go with the flow of others and you’ll be okay. However, if crowded social spaces make you anxious, this place may trigger you during busy times. 3. They’re closed Mondays & Tuesdays 😩 So try and stock up breads, etc on Sundays if you’ll have a craving. I also want to mention how amazing ALL their staff are. Always polite and kind and patient while you order. I’ve been a regular here -sometimes weekly- for four years and I’ve always had a positive experience (minus the crowded shop) with the friendly staff. Definitely recommend if you’re craving decadent pastries and cake or need a fancy cake for a special occasion. And the bread - good variety. Perfect for your holiday occasions & holiday orders can be placed online for convenient sidewalk window pick up.

So excited sharing my first experience. Very cute place for hang out if there’s a spot, the croissant is fresh (you could tell when you bite into it) cute macarons (very sweet you’ll needed when you’re on low sugar levels) Amazing service ☺️ will definitely recommend this place.

Friendly and helpful staff and tasty pastries and strong coffee I would say this is a grab and go type of place. The line is pretty long though it moves fast. While there are tables inside, it does get pretty loud Took me some time to find it as I couldn’t see the sign with the name outside Took me a while to find it though as I could

I almost missed it walking by. I love the cakes and croissants at BN. I know for a fact that they use good ingredients. I came in 3 minutes before closing. I haven't been here in years. Now that I live close by, I will be here more often. The service people were welcoming and very friendly. They weren't in a hurry to close. This place is a treasure. It's hard to find a bakery that sells cakes with real Italian or French buttercream.

A gem in West Seattle. Artisan breads, cakes other assorted treats. The cheesecake is always a winner. When you come by be sure to visit the husky deli a few doors down and try their famous ice cream.

Stumbled upon this cute little macaroon shop. Delicious fresh tasting macaroons with seasonal varieties. Annie Personable, funny, respectful and deserves praise for being an awesome hostess. Will definitely come back again

Every time I visit Seattle, Lady Yum is a must. The macaroons and service are always consistently great. This macaroons always fresh, full of flavor and they have great options. The macaroons are also not the smaller type. Prices are little more than other places I have been, but these are better as well. Stop in or visit the airport location if flying out. Place it great .

My family & I were walking by and saw the "$5 special: Glass of bubbly & one macaron" and thought it was a great deal and a nice little place to sit and relax! My little sister is 17 and couldn't have prosecco, but the woman working there offered her the deal and gave her some sparkling cider so she could join us which was very nice! And then we tried it, we loved the prosecco & the macarons were actually some of the best we've ever had!!! The peanut butter & smores were our faves. A lovely place to stop at!

I love this place so much. They have a wonderful macron and champagne combo, a large selection of flavors some unique, and everything is affordable. We got guava cucumber, honey espresso, and chocolate ganache all absolutely wonderful.

My partner and I came across their $5 bubbly + macaron deal and we are so glad that we did! The deal is a steal and the macarons are delicious. The staff was so accommodating to us and person that had mobility issues. I would highly recommend because of the quality of food, service, and value!

The macarons were good but they didn’t have any tables that seated more than 2 people and didn’t even offer water to patrons. That being said, the variety of macaron offerings was amazing. The pear frangipane was excellent. Plus they have very fun wallpaper. I would recommend dining elsewhere

I was visiting Seattle and a lady at the hotel recommended this place. I went with 2 family members and we absolutely LOVED IT. We did the $5 deal of a glass of bubbly champagne and a macaroon and let me tell you, it was so worth it! FREDERICK is the nicest worker I’ve EVER met. His charisma was contagious and he really was the highlight of our Seattle trip. We ended up buying over 20 macaroons that day to take to the hotel after enjoying some there while sitting at their comfy chairs. We had to come the next day and bought over 25 more macaroons to bring back on the flight home just because we loved Frederick so much, he really made us feel welcome 🤗 . The whole experience was so delightful and I would recommend it to everyone, this is a must visit when in Seattle!

Ok here’s the thing, its for me easily the best dessert in Seattle, no doubt. But some of the staff at this location were kinda snappy (though Ive been to the Ballard location and they were insanely friendly) and the other huge thing that turns me away from giving 5 stars is the price! I get Seattle is expensive but wow! Around $16 for one small cake and scoop of ice cream? Either way, it’s insanely delicious and maybe the price is a good thing, keeps me from eating it every night.

Great desserts, a bit pricy but really hits the spot for a late night sweet treat. Very creative flavors including monthly/seasonal specials. Spicy mocha I give 3/5 (wasn’t that spicy/unique) but the Jaipur Chai molten cake w ice cream was a 5/5 and the main reason we came. Crème brûlée 4/5

One of the must-visit dessert spots in Seattle! The dark chocolate molten cake was absolutely delicious, and the brownie molten cake with vanilla ice cream was out of this world. The ambiance added to the experience, making it a great place to visit

To start they had what looked to be six employees working but only two of them were actually doing what they are being paid to do. This resulted in us getting the wrong order. We didn’t want to bother the two working employees so we just ate it and it was nasty, maybe we just aren’t used to gluten free stuff but we didn’t not like it and not only that it was under cooked. None of the six employees emptied the place for dirty plates so that was over flowing but yet we were only one of three customers in there so who knows how long those dirty plates were there. I would skip this expensive place and go to Chilis to get a lava cake and better service for half the price.

The s’more cake was made perfectly.The marshmallow on top was gooey, chewy, and creamy.Plus it was crunchy. The chocolate layer cake was immensely soft and the best one I have ever eaten!

Cold weather and ice cream make for a perfect pairing. I stopped by Hot Cakes on a bustling Saturday night to pick up an order. Known for their indulgent chocolate cakes, I decided to try something different for takeout: the Blondie Sundae and the Sticky Toffee Pumpkin Pie. The Pumpkin Pie was a delightful choice—not overly sweet and perfectly complemented by a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream. The Blondie Sundae, on the other hand, had a cookie-like base that leaned on the sweeter side, but the salted caramel topping brought it all together beautifully. The ambience inside looked inviting, and I’m already planning to return for a dine-in experience soon. As for the pickup, it was impressively fast—ready in under 5 minutes. The service here is top-notch!

Hot Cakes is a cozy spot with undeniably good desserts and coffee. Their molten chocolate cakes are rich, gooey, and indulgent, and the coffee pairs perfectly with the sweetness of their treats. The quality is solid, and the presentation is great. That being said, I don’t quite understand the hype. While the desserts are nice, they don’t feel groundbreaking, and the place can get quite crowded, which sometimes makes the experience less enjoyable. It’s still a great place to visit if you’re in the mood for something sweet and comforting.

5 Stars – A nostalgic treat! This place is absolutely adorable with a fun retro vibe! We ordered the toasted marshmallow sundae and it was SO good — rich chocolate sauce, creamy vanilla ice cream, and perfectly torched marshmallows on top. Sweet, gooey, and indulgent in the best way! Great spot to treat yourself after exploring Pike Place. Will definitely come back to try their floats next time!

We were looking for some ice cream and landed upon Shug's. A small, cute place that had plenty of flavors and sundae's to choose from. I ordered the Big Eddie and it hit the spot. The service was quick and very friendly. The only thing I would say is that the place was very stuffy. I don't know if the AC was not working or if it's just the way the place is, but it was stuffy inside. I would definitely come back here to try some of their other flavors.

Shug's is an ice cream parlor on the top of Pike Place Market. It's easy to get to but parking on this area can be a real pain so be prepared to walk. Inside, they have a lot of tabletop seating to fit probably 2 dozen people. Their menu is a good size, with ice cream and soda combinations. Pricing is a bit high but that's normal for this area, although portion sizes are decent. The staff here are so friendly and fun to be around. The ice cream is great, nothing too over the top. The s'mores sundae is delicious. Overall it's a great spot for a snack or a date spot.

Fun vibe, friendly service, and tasty ice cream. It was a bit pricey, but sundaes are a better deal than the typical scoops. I really enjoyed the mint chocolate chip, and I liked a couple of chocolate flavors that I tried. Only downsides were the long line, limited seating, and hot temps inside.

Sooo good!! I saw people getting sundaes and they looked amazing, such a wide variety of options on the menu. I had already eaten recently, so i just got a scoop of vanilla with the toasted marshmallows, and even thought it was a basic flavor, it was crazy rich and creamy. Left me wanting to try more!!

Honestly some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Super creamy, not too crazy sweet, and just flavored very nicely. I had the Earl Grey flavor and my wife had the Coffee flavor, and both were excellent on a hot summer day. Fairly priced for how high the quality is. The wait time was longer than preferred, but the area is super busy so I understand.

A popular local bakery with a variety of donut, pastries, breakfast sandwiches. The food was all good but not great; you might expect something amazing from a bakery, but it seems to fail on that point. Set expectations accordingly and this is a nice quick and cost effective breakfast. Expect a line, dine in seating is shared with Serious Pie until 11am.

I walked in randomly off the street having done zero research and learned they don’t serve matcha— oops! They recommended Taz nearby, but I still got the smoked butterscotch oat cookie. It was divine! All their baked goods looked amazing, but I popped in 20 minutes before closed so there wasn’t a lot left.

Everything they offered looked SO good. The bakery side of things is absolutely worth going to. I had gotten a blueberry mochi donut and bacon and egg sandwich. The proportion of the breakfast sandwich was insane, but delicious. The only disappointment was the coffee, it wasn't anything especially great, but not bad. I just expected with their food being so good, the coffee would be the same. There wasn't a ton of interaction with the staff, but everyone seemed nice enough. The atmosphere however was very uninspired, really nothing special happening there, but that shouldn't be a reason not to go. Will absolutely be back when I'm in the area again!

My wife and I just stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich and we were blown away! The bacon and egg sandwich with Beecher’s cheese, arugula, smoked paprika aioli on a toasted English muffin was THE best breakfast sandwich I have ever had in my entire life….and I’ve had some good ones!!! WOW… don’t ever change how you make these!!! Super friendly staff as well!

This place was a great find! I was looking for a delicious breakfast sandwich and that’s exactly what I got. It was super tasty with great, fresh ingredients. I will admit I might have messed it up a little by adding bacon because it did not need it and made it a little too salty. Their baked goods all looked amazing and they had plenty coffee/tea options. Be aware this place shares its space with Serious Pie which is a place on my list to try too. If I’m looking for a good breakfast sandwich and in the area I will definitely check it out again.

I thought Vegas had the best Gelato. Not correct. It is in Seattle- specifically at Gelatiamo. I had x3 flavors in my own cup (and tried the x3 out of my boyfriend's as well).

Really good gelato which does truly use a unique base for each flavor. This really makes the flavors rich and deep. My favorites are easily the pistachio, rice, and coconut, though their sorbets are all solid too. The waffle cone isn't necessary; the gelato shines on its own.

Best place in Seattle for cold treats! The flavors of the gelato are bold and tasty, and it’s really hard to decide which was my favorite, but their pistachio was the BEST I’ve ever had! They also have tiramisu and fruit cakes which are also lovely 💕 😋

Delicious! My server, Luna, recommended a fruit tart to me, and it was amazing! She was very helpful and the pastry was so good! You can tell they’re all made in house, it was very fresh and not to sweet, I will definitely be coming back!

Is it gelato or is it a affogato? It’s whatever you decide! I enjoyed getting an Affogato with passionfruit and mango gelato. Definite place to stop by while in Seattle for your coffee and dessert fix.

The donuts here are incredibly fluffy, and the filling is subtly sweet—just right. At $5 each (plus tip), it’s a bit pricey for regular visits, but definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area. I’d highly recommend the chocolate marshmallow and the maple varieties!

Love donuts but this wasn't it for me. The vanilla filling tasted like eggs. The chocolate was ok but not the best. Texture and flavor on the donut were also mediocre. Maybe they weren't very fresh although this was late morning.

It has nearly been a decade since my spouse and I have been here and we were nervous about coming back since we enjoyed it so much the first time we came here. Overall our experience was similar as the first time. The dough of the doughnuts was very soft with a nice chew, and the flavors of my lemon tiramisu and Nutella doughnuts were both great. My spouse didn’t enjoy her vanilla cream as much though as she shared that it didn’t taste all that much like vanilla and was too bland. I had a similar experience with my lemon tiramisu which just tasted like lemon, but was still quite good.

We had heard a lot about the donuts from here in public forums. So we arrived here one day. What we ordered - A variety of donuts - chocolate, lemon curd, vanilla and raspberry. Drip coffee and cappuccino. All the donuts were cold and dry. Only good thing I liked was the vanilla custard filling. The price is a deterrent too. The coffee was truly forgettable.

Nope. Not good. The fillings were great, and the donut texture was good, but they tasted like old oil. Like overpowering old oil. They are each $6 as well, which is way too much.

I actually rarely get donuts here but finally tried a cronut. It was really tasty. Doughy but not too sweet with a crispy outside. I usually come here for their fun fridge of random drinks. This kombucha was amazing.

I love that this place is trying to be sustainable ( glass cups and metal straws). Wifi was fast enough for the two zoom calls I had. There were at least 3 other people using the internet at the time. A good amout of wall outlets. 3 star rating cause the donut just didn't do it. It reminded me of safeway and dunkins. I like my brioche donuts more airy. It wasn't fluffy. The mocha was also just ok. The chocolate syrup was a bit overpowering. Bathroom was quite clean. Didn't see a changing table in the one I went in.

Salt & Straw NEEDS to keep opening locations nationwide. The dairy-free flavors they offer here are absolutely phenomenal and taste just as great as they sound! Furthermore, true to their name, the pointed presence of some sort of salt in their ice creams makes their sweet flavors shine so brightly. Literally so delicious!

As a self-proclaimed professional ice cream connoisseur, there is nothing better than Salt & Straw, especially when it comes to ice cream chains. You have quality ingredients, unique flavor combos, and classic menu items that delight all ages, taste buds, and even the most picky eaters. We live in Vegas, so during our Seattle trip, we made a point to visit the Capitol Hill location to celebrate National Ice Cream Day! We ordered the chocolate brownie and cookie dough, and everything was perfect.

While it's REALLY crowded and often has a line out the door, I will say the wait is worth it. The flavors they offer here are definitely all over the place (I think I saw bleu cheese?) I got a really generous serving in a waffle bowl which was a bit too much for me, definitely start with a single scoop.

So many interesting flavors! I really enjoyed the strawberry made with coconut water and the lavender - also a good combo. Nice area to walk around in, but you can also enjoy indoors since they have seating.

Popped into this place on the suggestion of my friend who I stayed with while visiting Seattle. Some of the best local ice cream I've ever had. Wildflower honey & lemon chess pie is one of my new top 10 ice cream flavors. Can't wait to go again.

Every single time I come here the staff is so friendly! The ice cream is rich with tons of unique year-round flavors, and they have the best seasonal flavors. We have several fantastic ice cream spots in the area, but this one's my favorite by far ❤️

Incredible chocolate! The hot "drinking" chocolate is divine. Their salted caramels are world famous. The decor is very fancy at this location, and staff were very helpful.

Expensive and fancy little chocolate shop. The free sample as you come in is a nice touch. We didn’t enter planning to buy much, but the staff was so kind that we ended up purchasing one of the lacquer keepsake boxes and filling it with truffles. It was our anniversary, so it only seemed necessary. The dark hazelnut diamonds were by far my favorite, and reminded me of gianduja from Europe. Husband loved the raspberry truffle. We also purchased the grey sea salt dark chocolate thins, which are delicious. This is a fun stop for fine chocolate lovers or for a special occasion.

First time visiting Fran’s and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were all friendly, but Woods truly stood out with her amazing customer service. She was so accommodating for my first visit and recommended the warm matcha latte with caramel, which was absolutely delicious on a chilly day. I also picked up some caramel chocolates—so good! Totally worth the trip. Thank you, Woods, for the wonderful experience and warm welcome. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend stopping by!

Love love love. Fran's chocolates are over the top decadant. We were greeted by smiling faces, and a sample of the dark chocolate salted caramel. I was drawn to the bonbons behind thr case - they were so beautiful...were recommended the mixed box of bonbons. Flavors were pistachio, matcha and sesame. Each bonbon had defined flavors my favorite out of the three was sesame. We also took an iced mocha - it was perfectly rich but not overly sweet. The staff were so accommodating. Also everything is packaged so well!

I loved my first visit to Fran's so much that I returned a few days later and tried even more. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I love the coconut almond gold bar and the raspberry truffle. I liked the oolong truffle more than I anticipated (it has layers of taste from start to finish and the tea taste is not overpowering). I had to try the unique sesame bonbon and would get it again. I found the first bite surprising, but the second was the perfect mix of savory and sweet. I anticipate going back when I'm in the area!

Amazing chocolate! Walking through the chocolate boutique was such a pleasant experience. The staff was so friendly and willing to describe their chocolates and the different flavor profiles. I found their chocolates so interesting. My favorite one is the chocolate sesame.

These ladies were so sweet and helpful. The black sesame bonbon I couldn’t get enough of. They were so kind and welcoming to my 3 year old and he got to have chocolate samples too :) I’ve always been a fan and can’t wait to go back. Look at this pretty box

I really enjoyed my cupcake—I ate the Lesbian! The selection was amazing as well, they all look so good. While I did enjoy it, the cake was little dry and needed perhaps more butter or milk in the batter which made it kind of dry. Also needs a little more sugar in the cake. The icing is amazing though, it’s not super sweet but actually perfect. But they are all beautifully themed and decorated! Great place!

To summarize, cupcakes were mid. I will say that our experience with the staff was pleasant. Seems that this is a big hit or miss for others. We went for the cinnamon roll cupcake and the birthday cake. The cinnamon roll cupcake was not very good. I’m a big fan of cinnamon rolls, so it’s likely I hold it to a higher standard but the consistency of the frosting threw me a bit. It tasted liked someone chewed up Oreos and spit them out. The birthday cake one wasn’t half bad. It had just the right amount of frosting. I think both cakes could’ve been a little more moist. Granted, better than your typical grocery store cupcake by far, but for a bakery, I hoped for more. I probably wouldn’t recommend to my out of town friends.

We had two cupcakes and one affogato at this place. We did enjoy them but I think it’s a little pricey for what they were. The staff were nice enough and we had no issues with them. But their cupcakes were very good and not overwhelmingly sweet. I would recommend giving them a try.

Pretty delicious cupcakes if you ask me! The chocolate ones are very rich and dense. Difficult to eat alone so bring a friend. We tried the Royale with Cream Cheese Icing and Salted Caramel. Both are very tasty.

Great location, it's busy... But always worth it! There's public bathrooms that are CLEAN! Within walking distance to the link light rail, pikes market and monorail to the needle! Love this place!

Neat dive bar with sweet pie treats. Not a place I'd go to very frequently, but quite cool for a special pie focussed occasion.

Visiting from Dallas. The service was great. Does were fresh and hot! It is a small location but they have a to go windows for your pies.

What happened to the pies? I’ve been coming to the pie bar for about 10 years whenever I visited Seattle and at one point they used to have some of the best pies in the US. The coconut cream pie was the best and the fruit pies were fantastic. This time the pies were TERRIBLE!!! The coconut cream was waxy and overly sweet. It used to have toasted, shaved coconut bits and this time it was cheap processed strings. The chocolate cream pie tastes worse than day old cafeteria pie. The crumble on the fruit pies was underbaked and gloopy. I am so sad as I write this review but if you are like me want to go back because of fond memories, save yourself the money and calories and find a new pie place.

We waited over 15 minutes for our order to be taken but the lady working at the to-go window wouldn't stop to take our order. She wasn't too busy to socialize with the girl group hogging the window though! She definitely noticed us waiting behind them but I guess talking with your friends is more important than working. We walked off and went to Voodoo donuts instead. Avoid this place unless you want your time wasted.

Novel idea for a bar! The owner is chill and has a neat story about how he came up with the idea from memories of making pies in his childhood with apples from a tree. The Desserted Island pie is a tasty treat packed with different fruit, and the local cider had a crisp taste. Fun place to try sometime for dessert or after the bars.

$11 for this small piece of slop with no crust on the bottom that's been sitting in fridge all day. Pie Bar used to be better than this.

I guess I had low expectations and the place did not even match those. Look at the pie. 🥧 It was not worth the visit or money. I opted for the steak pot pie. Steak it was not, just ground beef. It was dry and the vegetables looked straight out from the frozen vegetables section. The dessert (coconut cream pie) unfortunately was one note, without much of a coconut taste. I will try another location and see if there's a difference.

For ice cream date with my partner we decided to check out Molly Moon’s, and it was the young person at 1:30pm on 9/22 that delivered my ice cream with the highest quality customer service I’ve ever received. They took our order with a smile and it was done within the minute. The line went by in a flash and the brownie sundae was delicious, the honey lavender actually tastes like lavender, and the brownie was very warm. I can only wish our server the best in the world and we Will be back to try more flavors

I absolutely LOVE their ice cream here!! They have a good mix of the classics and seasonal flavors. There’s also a good variety of toppings, cones, and different types of sundaes. Flavors are delicious and I love how creamy it is! They have something for everyone…there have vegan and gluten-free items and they are also allergy-aware. And for the lactose intolerant, they have lactaid available for those unexpected craving for ice cream! If you see a line outside, don’t worry, it goes by fast! However, it can be a little intimidating if you’ve never seen the menu and/or you aren’t familiar with their flavors

I tried cookie dough ice cream in a waffle. Ice cream was cinnamon flavored, not too sweet. Waffle was nice and crispy. I took hot fudge, whipped cream and cherry as toppings. Overall the quality, flavors and quantity is 10/10.

Ordered 2 scoops of "Cookie Dough" flavor, there were 2 (two) total pieces of cookie dough chunks in there. Also, this was $11.50 for 2 scoops of ice cream in a waffle bowl, not the whole cone. Molly is lucky my boyfriend is spineless and didn't let me complain about his money being wasted on crap ice cream

I was thrilled to discuss my daughter's wedding cake plans with Simply Desserts. As regulars from Ballard, our absolute favorite was the white chocolate strawberry, which we often ordered for birthdays and special occasions. Naturally, it was a key part of our wedding planning. We decided to order a customized 9-in for the engagement party in July. As instructed on the website and the outgoing voicemail, I promptly called to place an order for the cake. When I did not receive a response, I called again and left a voice message with my specific request and phone number, mentioning that I had already called once. That was two weeks ago, and I have still not received a reply. Since this cake is totally worth the trouble, I traveled 40 minutes to order the cake, but they decided to close for the weekend without notice on their website, and despite only being open to customers two days a week. More than frustrating. After some research, it appears that the lovely little bakery that was Simply Desserts has been acquired by armatures who lack business management skills and apparently experience in crafting exceptional cakes. They’ve reportedly ruined it with new, crappy recipes. The reviews are 100% negative with no more than 2 stars. Heartbreaking to see this happen to a once lovely little bakery, and to know we won’t be enjoying that iconic cake at the wedding. But thank goodness we dodged that bullet!

I've been a die hard To-Go customer for a few years now but after the new renovation I just had to stay and try their afternoon tea! The infusion of Filipino flavors made this high tea so special. You can tell the team here baked with their heart and puts their culture on ornate vintage tea plates with love. 1000% will be back!

When we moved to Fremont, we were delighted to have this dessert spot nearby. Back then the cakes were delicious and felt like we got more than enough in a slice. We went to pick up some slices today and only when we got home we noticed how small the slices have become. Even though we still do find the cakes delicious, it's hard to justify the cost when the prices keep going up and the sizes go down

One of my favorite spots for dessert in Seattle. They sell cake by the slice and it's rich, dense, and delicious. It's hard to pick a favorite, but the birthday cake is one of my go-tos. They're cash-only, so be ready for that. They also do whole custom cakes if you order ahead. But everything is really pricey here! Thankfully the slices are big enough to split with a friend.

wow. this place has amazing cake. I appreciate the very unique flavors this place has to offer, the ube and london fog flavors pair so well. and both cakes are perfectly moist and sweet. this place is such a great addition to the neighborhood, and i will be back to try more flavors! i recommend coming here over the brownie place up the street that serves raw cookies and bricks for brownies.

Decided to get a custom cake done for our two year old. The owners were extremely nice and had great communication leading up to us picking it up. Cake tasted amazing. I’m not a cake guy but I liked how dense it was. Not fluffy and messy like some others. We’ll be coming back next year :)

This place went above and beyond for my custom cake order! I ordered 3 different flavors on top of it being tres leches and they exceeded my expectations! I recommend this place 100%, it was so hard finding a place that did custom cake orders in sea on top of the flavors I was asking and they made it happen for me.

Stumbled across them on our walk from our hotel to the space needle. Man, I am glad we did too. With so many choices of delicious doughnuts, it was hard to choose just one. I went with the maple frosted pumpkin and could have ate 10 more before leaving. I also tried their Vietnamese style cold brew and it was delicious. I recommend getting a dozen to go!

The doughnuts are sub par at best. We got the pumpkin cinnamon sugar, glazed pumpkin, chocolate sandcastle, cookies and cream, Bavarian cream and the purshing. The only one that was any good was the galzed pumpkin, it was very pumpkin spice and not actual pumpkin unfortunately. The cinnamon sugar was a doughy cinnamon sugar donut. The sandcastle was absolutely disgusting. The cookies and cream was ok but dry, need to have a milk with it. The Bavarian was ok but nothing special and the purshing was basically a grocery store cinnamon roll. So many better quality and prices doughnuts out there.

I love this space for the bookshelf walls and large windows with natural sunlight. It’s perfect for sitting down with a hot drink and reading a book. I loved the Seattle fog drink and the cinnamon sugar old fashioned, but the seasonal blueberry fritter was extremely dry and stale, practically inedible. It tasted like it was a few days old and that was unacceptable for such a reputable establishment like Top Pot. I would come again to try other menu items but that fritter left a really bad impression if I’m honest.

The donuts are beautiful. The Double Trouble, chocolate cake donut was the reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2. It had a nice balance of chocolate and sugar without going overboard on the sweetness. The apple fritter and the plain old-fashioned both had a "day old" taste. The glazed old-fashioned tasted much fresher (probably because of the glaze), but it was more "cakey" than expected for an old-fashioned donut.

I felt so happy to find a new cozy spot in Seattle! The staff were all so friendly and warm. Honestly, the doughnuts and latte were just okay, but I absolutely loved the atmosphere — large windows, bookshelves, and plenty of seating. You can even watch the monorail passing by through the window. I spent hours reading books and writing some notes here. Definitely visit again. 🤍

Vietnamese Cold Brew was quite sweet as expected, so I liked the flavor, but the amount of ice was more than I hoped = lesser amount of actual coffee than I hoped. Donuts were delicious, but the texture of the donuts here resembled that of carrot cake? or pound cake? rather than chewy texture, so it wasn’t my fav kind of donut.

Had a great experience this morning at Top Pot. I ducked in to grab a dozen donuts for my coworkers. Super friendly service; the guy at the counter helped me pick the perfect dozen. I continued my walk to work (in a downpour), and felt a tap on the shoulder two blocks from the shop. It was the counter guy; someone had left a card case on the counter, and he ran after me thinking it was mine. It wasn’t, but the fact that he went above & beyond made a huge impression; not too many workers in Seattle would do that. TL;DR: Top Pot makes good donuts and hires good people.

The fired risotto balls has to be the best we have had till date!! We tried their Margherita and Romana pizza and they both we so so good!! Will definitely visit again

Visited for dinner and ordered their house-made meatballs, grilled octopus, Suppli al Telefono, Salame Piccante pizza and a rhubarb spritzer. Food and drinks were awesome and the service was great. Looking forward to visiting again.

Incredibly delicious high quality pizza and food ruined by one unforgivable detail: Those horribly chintzy wine glasses they’ve always insisted on using. These small, low, flat-bottomed PsOS you can buy by the gross at the Container Store have no place on the table next to such divine pie. These glasses suck the soul out of the whole enterprise. First, no matter how accurately the pour was metered, it always looks like a short pour. Bring up your doubts with the server, and they will absolutely shame you for doubting the volumetric fidelity. And the experience of drinking from such an uncivilized trough is worse still. Unlike with a proper wine glass, you can’t delicately hold the stem or base, raise it up to the light and tilting , contemplating the colors and tannins and legs. Nor can you comfortably wrap your hand under the bowl and swirl, you can’t get your nose in it. You can’t properly experience the wine how it’s supposed to be experienced. Which ultimately detracts from experiencing the pizza.

Lovely neighbourhood small plates style Italian restaurant. Pizza seemed very popular but we went for a variety of dishes. Salads were interesting and amazingly fresh. The octopus and potato is amazing. Great service, good value wines.

My wife and I came here for my birthday dinner and it was incredible! I've been on an Italian pizza kick recently (thanks Stanly Tucci) and this place knocked it out of the park. Best margherita I've had in Seattle. They do it all right and it shows!

Lively neighborhood Italian restaurant with plenty of great specials. The service is friendly, the dishes are a good size and easy to share. Presentation is no-frills, but the flavors make up for it with great quality ingredients that are well paired. Definitely worth a stop.

Had a long lay over in Seattle and found this shop wondering around. The owner was very friendly and help me pick out some dark chocolates which turned out to all be amazing. The Sobolo was delicious and had a very unique flavor that I recommend anyone to try out.

As a Chocoholic, am always in search of the best locally owned and operated Chocolate place and INTRIGUE got me good. Meeting the owner Aaron and sampling most of his offerings was and is a fabulous Pallatially Orgasmic experience..wait till I taste the hot chocolate brew... If you are a Chocoholic, a chocolate lover, or Intrigued (double entendre) , do yourself a favor and get to Intrigue Chicolate either by King Station or up in Capitol Hill... Chocolate Heaven.. The also ship across the US..

This is a great place that has high quality chocolate truffles with interesting flavor combinations. They also have great hot cocoa and other chocolate related items. They also have a cool photo wall as you walk in and you can take a photo for free but a 3 dollar donation is encouraged.

It's incredible how good the coconut milk based ice cream is. Creamy. Unique flavor. Not too sweet. I had the salted pistachio and it didn't disappoint. For someone who is lactose intolerant, I can enjoy without worrying about my stomach.

We stopped in here on a Saturday late afternoon in August after checking out the Chuck Berry and Jimi Hendrix statues in Capitol Hill. I had head about this through Instagram and am non-dairy so I thought this would be a fun treat. The location was easy to get to. They had a good amount of flavors and the staff person let us try a couple samples and they were all very good. We decided on scoops of pineapple sangria and California cabin. They both were very good - light and flavorful. The staff member was kind and courteous. Prices were comparable to similar places for non-dairy ice cream at home.

SO YUM OMG. I know what you’re thinking… how good can dairy-free ice cream be? Well, let me tell you. We went to Salt & Straw the night before this, and yea, it was good. But it left us feeling overly-full and maxed out on sweetness. Frankie & Jo’s, however, was the perfect blend of a sweet treat without too much sweetness. Also, the BEST waffle cone I’ve ever had. They only had one worker scooping and checking people out so the line got pretty long behind us, but she was very kind and personal, despite the rush. I so wish there was a Frankie & Jo’s where I live in Hawaii 🤍

The friendly staff and aesthetics were the best thing about this place. Their pricing and potion size were disgusting. I ordered a standard size that cost $9 (including tax). The portion size they gave was ridiculous and unacceptable. Their ice cream taste wasn't all that great, either. They decided putting the lavender in ice cream was a good idea. Imagine the scent of lavender...that's exactly what the ice cream tasted like. I ended up going with one of their more basic flavors, Cookies and Cream—not that much better.

I didn’t even realize it was plant based until I wondered where the vegan flavors were! All the flavors I tried were so good, surprisingly even the rhubarb flavor. The pistachio ice cream might have been one of my favorite pistachios ever. Didn’t enjoy the cone, but love Frankie & Jo’s!!

An entirely plant-based ice cream shop that just doesn't miss. They have good quality ingredients and it shows in their unique flavors. The cashier was very friendly and offered as many samples as we wanted. I tried the chaga fudge and knew it was the one for me! I didn't know mushrooms, coffee, and chocolate would work so well but this spot has done it. I tried samples of their other flavors which were outstanding as well! The waffle cone also has a rich and distinct flavor that I enjoyed with the chaga fudge. 10/10 dessert spot.

Full Tilt is a fun and unique ice cream spot in the Columbia City area that is perfect for families or a casual hangout with friends. They offer a wide variety of delicious flavors, and the place is filled with arcade games that kids (and adults!) will love. There's also a shaded patio out front with plenty of seating for warmer days. The owner was super friendly and helpful when I asked for a flavor recommendation, which made the experience even better. If you're in the area, this place is a must-stop for a sweet treat and a bit of nostalgic fun!

An absolute staple imo, here in Seattle. With homemade style ice cream, and an arcade!!! Can't get much more wholesome fun then this spot!!! 10 out of 10!!! Plus, as a Michigander transplant, they have a flavor called Blue Moon, that tastes just like SUPERMAN ice cream!!!!!

Visited while on vacation. Haven't had blue moon ice cream since I lived in Michigan. Full Tilt's was delicious. They even packed up a pint for us to take back to our hotel so that it wouldn't melt on the drive back. Lots of flavors to choose from. And they will let you sample any flavor.

"Wonderful local ice cream shop with arcade games..." Pros: Delicious ice cream with interesting flavors, vegan options (also uses coconut milk for those who are lactose intolerant), old-school arcade games and pinball, fun and relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff. Cons: Ice cream prices can be a little more expensive (depending on what you choose), Maybe a bit difficult to try and locate. Bottom Line: A fun and relaxing place for the entire family. The ice cream is fresh and good quality, with interesting flavors. The arcade games help lend to the atmosphere and likability of the eatablishment. Ice cream can be purchased to-go in half-pint containers. You can also sample the different flavors before finally choosing which one you would like.

Not my favorite ice cream in Seattle, but I like the vibe with the pinball machines and whatnot. The ube flavor is usually my go-to.

This place is great. Excellent flavors both classic and vegan. When I went there today, I ordered 3 milkshakes. I knew it would take the one woman workinga little while to maker them, so I let a couple of people play through. She started making them, and sure enough the line started backing up. But she didn't falter, sage kept to task and made three perfect milkshakes, two huckleberry and one Thai iced tea. Delicious.

It has been almost 10 years since I last enjoyed Full Tilt and man it didn't disappoint!!!! All their ice cream are amazing but Ube is my got to!!!! Oh and gots to get it in a waffle cone!!!!!!

Amazing local ice cream! This place is not just for grabbing a cone and walking around, this is a place to hang out. There is an arcade in the back and the staff will make sure you're having a good time. There are vegan choices here and the lines aren't bad at all. They also have seasonal and event flavors too (for St patties they have Irish car bomb)

The best ice cream shop in Seattle. This is where it all began. The flavors are inventive and always changing, but you can always count on blue moon (tastes like fruit loops!) and salted caramel. Pinball and video games are super fun. Skee ball. Cool art. And beer on draft. Try a beer float, it'll surprise you.

What a gem of a place! Completely a great treat! All vegan donuts, so fresh. We went in at closing time. The lady was so friendly, even at closing time. I loved the coffee bomb donuts! What a treat . My Son took me here. So close to Silver cloud hotel too!

Leaky lids on hot coffee! The barista's are great and helpful. Unfortunately, the last two times I went the donuts were doughy and had an underdone texture. I'm picky about donuts though, so I decided to give them another try, due to their convenient location, and just get coffee. The coffee is fine and if you're drinking it in the cafe I'm sure it's great. However, I took it to go and when I went to take my first sip the coffee leaked from under the lid and spilled hot coffee all over my hand and shirt. Just not a great experience any of the three times I've been.

Edit: I visited again and had the lemon poppy donut, it was very good. Loved it. Didn't get what's the hype with this place, food was mediocre, service and atmosphere was great though.

Great donuts and staff. They responded immediately when I drew their attention to the ADA entrance (shared with other businesses) being blocked. I'm so glad we have a Mighty-O on Capitol Hill although it is also fun to visit the original in Tangle Town!

Wish we had these in Texas! I visited Seattle from out of town, and had a hankering for some vegan donuts. Thank goodness we went to Mighty-O, because it was amazing!! We got a French toast, a peanut butter chocolate, and a chocolate raspberry. If I lived near this place, I would get one of those french toast ones every day, they're just so good! We also enjoyed their coffee, and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend and will be back the next time I'm in Seattle!

Hallelujah! These donuts are divine! All the donuts are vegan and they have loads of options to choose from. Our favorite was the raspberry, but the pumpkin custard was a close second. The staff was friendly and complimented the pretty leaf I was carrying around, which made me smile. Highly recommend! 🍩🍁

One thing I found while visiting Seattle was that they had countless option for places to get sweet delights. We wanted to visit them all, but we didn’t have the time… One of the places that we got to visit was Mighty-O Donuts. Until we got there, I didn’t know that it was just one of handful of locations. This spot was located on the corner lot, and with lots of large windows, the inside was nice and bright. They had a few table seating at the front, and then counter seating all the way to the back. They had all the goodies at the counter to the left. They also had their cold beverage offerings right next to the donuts. They had pretty good selection of donut flavors, it was not going to be easy choosing which one to try… We got a few mini-donuts and 1 regular donut so that we can taste several flavors. Their donuts are made with no chemicals, no GMOs, and no animal products. Yes, they are organic vegan donuts! We tried Cinnamon Sugar, Blueberry Monster, Glazed Baby-O’s, and Chocolate Raspberry. They were tasty with rich flavor, and comforting. And yes, much healthier than regular donuts, as they are organic and vegan. It makes you smile to have a little sweet delight that taste so good!

The team at Deep Sea Sugar & Salt went above and beyond for our wedding cakes, and they truly ended up being one of the highlights of our night. Not only did our guests rave about them, but even our vendors couldn’t stop talking about how delicious they were. Kim, Kelly, Kinsley (and the rest of the incredible team) were so kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. Since we had to bring our cakes to the San Juan Islands, they partially froze them to ensure they traveled well and even arranged for an early pickup so we could make our ferry — that kind of attention to detail and care was so appreciated. And the cakes themselves? Absolutely stunning and unbelievably good. The carrot pineapple cake was my personal favorite and ended up being a huge hit with our guests. Every flavor we chose was beautiful to look at and even better to eat. We can’t thank Deep Sea Sugar & Salt enough for being such a special part of our wedding day. Their cakes made our night even more memorable. Don’t hesitate to book with them — and definitely put down that deposit early, you won’t regret it!

Before starting my review, I want to be fair and mention that we bought our items late in the day (Sat 5:30), about 30 minutes before closing. This may have impacted the quality of our food, but if baked daily, I would think it should hold-up. My coworker’s raved about the cake here, so we finally gave it a shot and tried a variety. Cake, cupcake and cake cup. The Funfetti slice was dry, frosting was ok. Chocolate blackout was moist and just the right sweetness, (probably the only item we purchased that I would give a thumbs up) my mom enjoyed it. Cupcake was also on the dry side and lacking flavor. The cake cup had a decent coffee flavor to it, but almost no texture to the layers, (listed graham crackers) pudding like. Very unfortunate (after spending $40), I really wanted to find a good go-to dessert spot after eating out 😔.

Friendly staff and yummy cakes! I ordered the vanilla custard and it was probably one of the best cake slices i’ve had - the ratio of frosting to cake was spot on. My friends and I grabbed a picnic table outside to hang and it was lovely. They have coffee - but only drip is offered. This is truly a place for JUST a slice of cake and plenty of tables to hang with friends.

Really delicious cakes and slices! Each slice is about $11 but the slice is definitely good to share amongst another (and probably another). The cream cheese icing is pretty forward but cakes are flavorful and moist.

I’ve frequented Deep Sea Sugar & Salt and always had an idea that I would want to use them for a wedding cake - it turned out so so amazing and it was so fun to be able to also order some some cupcakes for the wedding party (we got so many compliments). It was really nice also being able to decide on the icing color/design! We also had questions about our cake stand size for displaying and the staff was super helpful at answering our questions - their pricing is also super reasonable, so I highly recommend if you are looking for a delicious and beautiful wedding cake!!

It was really good, and if you like cake it would be 5 stars. The place is nice and friendly staff. Also love the different flavors, got something for everyone. Just the price ($11 for one slice) and honestly the cake taste holds me back from 5 stars. The taste is good, but nothing crazy.

Staff was super friendly! I picked up half a dozen cookies for my wife’s bday, who is an absolute cookie connoisseur and I picked up a few slices of the chocolate chip cookie cake. The cookie cake has potential, but it’s WAY too sweet. So much to the point where it tastes as though you’re eating sugar cubes. I say it has potential because I think it does too much. I think simpler would be better. You can’t really eat more than maybe 1/8 of the slice at once. I don’t think the goal is to finish the slice in one sitting, but you also don’t want to feel sick if you’re a fast eater. I don’t think I’d get the cookie cake slice again. If we did, I’d scrape 3/4 of the frosting off As for the cookies, I thought these were pretty good! We didn’t try any stuffed cookies because I wasn’t a fan of the seasonal flavor options for the stuffed cookies, so we went with the original. If you hear the cookies up for about 15 seconds, they’ll melt in your mouth. All that to say, I think the cookies are way overpriced. While yes, they are good, they certainly aren’t anything special enough to justify the price or go out of your way for. I don’t think I’d come back, unless I’m conveniently in the area.

My husband and I recently a lovely box of cookies in the mail and while the cookies that were shipped looked absolutely amazing the quality was a little disappointing due to the fact that shipping had made them a bit dry. I would recommend the bakery ship cookies is air tight/vacuum sealed packaging instead of a cellophane bag folded over once and closed with a small piece of scotch tape. Just an idea from a home baker.

A cookie shop that also sells ice cream. There is no indoor or outdoor seating. They also sell some sliced cake. The closest public seating would be the central district Square area . There are also random benches on 23rd. One stuffed cookie is the size of 2-3 cookies. You can make your own cookie ice cream sandwiches here. When I went there was no line. For pride month, they had a pride flavor ice cream. The sweetness level here is on par with American dessert (think baskin robbins/ starbucks)

I got to try their strawberry shortcake, July 2025 limited edition cookie and it was so delicious. I really love a thick cookie so will definitely be back. I also liked the birthday cake and lemon cookies as well.

So the cookies are good and the lemon crinkle is my favorite. My only problem is I asked if I could sample one and mind you I wasn't trying to get a free cookie but I was told no. If I'm about to spend $37 on a dozen cookies you would think they would have sample pieces you could try. That's a lot of money to spend when you can't try a sample.

The best cookies in Seattle hands down. They’re gooey, crunchy on the outside, quality ingredients - basically everything you want in a cookie. My favorite are the brown butter triple chocolate chip. And the staff are always nice!

If these aren't the best cookies I can't remember which ones are! Lowrider makes the best. The street front shop smells about as perfect as a bakery can which is about how well the cookies taste. The chocolate chips taste like the best desert you could have asked for. Park in the neighborhood and walk over but wear stretchy pants.

I got a sweet potato pie and a lemon cake from here and both of them were absolutely delicious. At first I thought, this cake is so dense…no way it’s moist, but my goodness it was yummy. And the sweet potato pie was better than a lot of my southern aunties’ versions. I think of it often. 🙌🏾✨🙌🏾

This place was such a hidden gem! There were so many wonderful options to pick from and they all sounded so delicious. We ended up getting the tropical pie, sweet potato pie, and banana pudding cheesecake. All three were so so delicious! I also loved the size of them, they would perfect and not too much. I liked that as I was able to try a couple options. Good thing I don’t live close by or I would be there everyday!

Baked From The Hart is a gem. Homey atmosphere, family photos on the wall, full cold case of sparkling delicious pies. Deanna (sweetest person ever!!) took us around to the porch to sit and wait for our food. And when we got it WOW, we found our new favorite pie spot. So grateful this is in the neighborhood.

Baked from the Hart makes some really good pies. I heard about them a couple years ago but only just popped by looking for some sweet potato pie. I placed my order online and while it was a little arbitrary when I could pick up the pies, a quick phone call cleared everything up. I visited and picked up my order of a medium sweet potato pie as well as sweet bean, tropical chess, pumpkin pie, peach cobbler, and apple pie tarts. All of the pies were delicious. The crusts were rich and buttery, and some were nice and crispy. The sweet potato pie was the right amount of sweetness and the spices were not overpowering. The tropical chess had an intriguing mix of coconut, lemon, and lime flavors which did evoke a tropical vibe. My favorite overall though was the sweet bean pie. I have never had a bean pie, but I've gotta say I wish more people sold these things because it was sweet and had a wonderful blend of spices - evoked fall flavors. One thing to note is that the pies come in three sizes: regular, medium, and tart. The medium size is maybe 5 inches in diameter and the tarts are the size of the plastic ramekins that you see ketchup and tartar sauce in. The sizes may seem small for the price but the flavor is worth it. I personally think $5 to $7.50 is a fair price in Seattle when you see cake slices from higher-end places going for about $5-7 as well. One last thing to note is that the person I talked to, Guyana (apologies if I got her name wrong), is extremely friendly and personable. She made me feel very welcome. I recommend paying a visit sometime.

Bill Hart can be a surly SOB, but I love him for it. He makes the best pies, cheesecake, etc. in Seattle.. by a long shot. Hours are unpredictable, and customer service/experience is questionable at best, but this is the spot if you want the best. Long lines, slow service, closed when they say they’re open, staff annoyed by customers… it’s like a Sienfeld sketch. AND I’M HERE FOR IT. The pies are THAT good.

Small pie shop inside owner’s home. Many flavors to choose from. The small size is a tart that fits into a 1 oz to-go sauce cup (about 1.5-2 inches and smaller than palm size) and the medium is about 3.5-4 inches. Pricey for what you get; $3 for the tart and $8.50 for the medium. We were looking very forward to trying these pies but unfortunately, we had an odd “turned off” experience picking up our order, were given frozen tarts without any mention, and the unfrozen ones were so-so. It’s a great concept and still worth a try if you’re really into pies.

Atmosphere might not be the best, but it’s cute. The store is in an old house and it has a real homey homemade feel. The pies are great and you can get either mini or regular pies. They have Chess pies which are a southern custard based pies, I believe. I don’t believe the proprietors related to Kevin Hart, but I could be wrong.

The food was incredible and the service excellent. Every dish we ordered was delicious and we polished off everything. We visited for lunch and ordered the following: Sweet Pepper Shakshuka, Greek Scramble, Octopus Hash, Como French Toast, Mushroom Kebab, and Chicken Kebab. We had a reservation for four and were seated immediately

We went for breakfast on Sunday morning and it was packed, so we had to wait about 20 minutes. The good thing is they have a lounge where you can comfortably wait. For this reason, I think it’s definitely a good idea to make a reservation. The staff was super kind and attentive — they brought us water while we looked over the menu, and when we were ready we ordered the Eggs Benedict and the Octo hash, which we shared. Both dishes were delicious and generous in portion; honestly, one of the best Eggs Benedict I’ve ever had! The real standout, though, were the potatoes — crispy and super tasty. The coffee they served was standard American drip coffee, which is pretty typical(but expensive tho)and maybe the only thing that could be improved was the drink menu. It would be nice to have a wider breakfast drinks selection, maybe with more coffee options or fresh juices. All in all, it’s a fantastic place to enjoy a great meal. It does get busy and therefore a bit noisy(and pricey)but we’re already planning to go back to try more of the menu!

Had a great time at this place. The server was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed to order our drinks and food. The entree - leg of lamb was a lot of meat and would do good with some salad on the side to with. All good otherwise.

We came in at late lunch time (dinner menu), the manti is amazing, it’s inspired from the Turkish Manti and is very flavourful, the lamb is tender and moist. The chicken kebabs are succulent and arrive at the table with a sizzle, we ordered some pita to pair the kebab with. It’s a great place to people watch, if you are seated by the windows- the service is not hurried and a meal is enjoyable and slow unlike a lot of other places in the neighbourhood.

Absolutely delicious! We started with the Kalamata olive fig spread and blue cheese feta spread - they were good individually and when we tried them together. I forgot to get a photo of the dolmades but they were the BEST WE HAVE EVER EATEN wow yum! Shakshuka was so good. Service was fabulous. Highly recommend!!!

I can’t wait to get weekend brunch here again! We had the shakshuka, the doughnuts, and the octopus hash. All were delicious. Great after a long evening out and worth a wait.

9/28 1pm. Great place, great food. However I wouldve rated the experience higher if I didn’t see a food runner actively popping his pimple on the right side of his jaw line. White chubby guy with glasses semi long brown hair. I also don’t want to slam the business over an employee doing something that wrong. Management please speak to this guy. Had he been our server I would’ve said something thankfully he wasn’t. Overall great greeter, great portions, our server was ok. I would still definitely come back but wouldn’t allow the pimple popping server to handle our table. Thanks

The long lines for Le Panier made so much sense once I got my latte’s, the raspberry croissant, and the macaroons! The raspberry croissant was such a standout—flaky, buttery, and just the right amount of sweet. Pairing it with a latte and those delicate macaroons? Total win. And yes, the warm service really adds to the charm and coziness of thjs place!

Waited in line for about 40 minutes or so on a Sunday morning but the pasties were delicious. The pistachio eclair was the best I’ve ever had. The almond and chocolate croissants were flaky and good. The tomato pastry was amazing and the mushroom one was also a tasty bite! The Palmer was also good. We ordered a few things to try. Overall, it’s delicious! You decide if the wait is worth it. 😊 For us, it was because we wanted to give it a try!

Wasn't super impressed. As someone who was visiting from oklahoma I expected more from Seattle food and coffee. Out of all the sweets we gor the eclair pistachio was the best. The brioche raspberry had almost no filling. All bread. The latte was more bitter then I would normally like even with a bunch of syrup. Probably wouldn't come back again

Great pastries are located here. The wait can reach around the building so be sure and get there early. Seating is available inside and you can enjoy your pastries while Pike street market operates.

One of the best chocolate croissant I have had! So so good! Yes there ends up being a long line at times but it's so worth the wait. I did not get a chance to try some of the other options but I cant wait to visit again.

The intoxicatingly smells of the fresh bread and croissant wafting from this shop will draw you in immediately. The baked goods are on par with what you get in Europe. This is worth all the wait and hype. The service is friendly and fast. Seating is hard to find because it’s always busy but still totally worth your while.

Amazing food and service. Note some of the dishes had dairy modifications for our dietary preferences. Portions are a bit smaller so plan accordingly. Great spot!

We came here for a business meeting. The location was very accommodating to our needs and gave us an amazing seat our on the private patio. All of the food had amazing flavor and was seasoned very well. Drinks were all on point and we had at least one server and two bussers helping us with our plates. Overall I would take my partner here for a nice date night. The food was on point and the atmosphere was very laid back.

I like the kind of restaurant where the food is good and the atmosphere is casual. This is that kind of restaurant. We ordered the bread, clams, cauliflower, Bloody Mary oyster shooter, Vesuvio pasta, and Whole Grecian Branzino. Honestly everything was DELICIOUS. Surprisingly, the pasta was the Star (a unique mix of flavors that worked so well). Nothing was overly heavy, everything was healthful. Cocktails and wine also excellent. For dessert we ordered the key lime pie and apple beignets….yum!! P.s. thank you *Caressa* for the excellent service!!

Delicious seafood, but expensive! The smoked trout salad is excellent. We were a little disappointed with the Fijian tombo tartare—it's not bad, just lacking a little something to take it over the top (maybe just some more salt?). For mains, the branzino is essential. The seafood stew is also really good. And the apple beignets are certainly decadent! Great to split with a few folks. Just be ready for a steep bill!

Astoundingly mediocre. I'm not sure how this place has such high reviews when there are countless other fresh seafood places out there. The oysters were just ok, no one bothered telling us what kind they were. The tuna tartare was bland. Most of their dishes were underwhelming and lacked presentation. The final nail in the coffin for me was the mandatory 23% "service charge" when the service wasn't all that great. I have experienced more enthusiasm from servers at Waffle House. I support restaurant workers making a liveable wage but they really need to figure out how to incentivize doing your job well at the same time. Just a tip for anyone visiting Seattle and wanting to experience some quality seafood & service-- I would skip this place and go to Elliotts, Taylors, or Dukes.

Cute spot for a date with flavorful seafood-forward dishes. Lost a star primarily because it’s too expensive. It’s very nice and fun, but it’s too casual a vibe for the prices, and the portions aren’t large enough nor the food unique enough to justify how expensive it is. We mostly ordered off the happy hour menu, and it still added up too high. $18 cocktails on the main menu are rich, for example. And $3 oysters are the discounted happy hour rate, when they’re usually $5! Each! Also, there’s a 23% automatic gratuity that started in June 2025, which is pretax, so it’s effectively 25% after the 10% sales tax rate. On top of Seattle’s tipped workers making full $20+ minimum wage. However, the experience was really fun. The oysters were absolutely to die for. Top 5 for me easily. Buttery and briney and perfect sized all at the same time. From the Puget Sound. Usually I’d be upset no cocktail sauce or horseradish were provided, but the mignonette and lemon were actually perfect here. The clams in broth were well cooked, but they needed one more piece of bread at least. The fried calamari was definitely the most interesting. Instead of feeling deep fried, it was a thin layer of tiny seedy batter. It actually let the high quality squid shine. So good. The hamachi crudo was as you’d expect anywhere else it’s served. Solid. The seafood paella was good, and they took the chorizo out for us. I wish there was more rice (it’s cheap! Give us a little more substance!), and I wish they’d crisped the rice at the bottom as it’s traditionally done. The spicy margs and white lotus cocktails were both fun, good size, strong without being too liquor-dominated in flavor. Just a bit pricy ($12 happy hour and $18, respectively). Overall, I’d consider returning, but the prices are just a bit too high. I wish it were a little fancier if so. Or larger portions. Or maybe an 18% automatic gratuity if you’re gonna do it at all.

The food was delicious. I ordered fresh oysters and the lamb ragout. The espresso martini they make here the super tasty. The foam on top is such a smooth texture. 👌🏽 The wagyu short ribs are very tender and cooked perfectly. The waiter took too long to come take my order before happy hour ended, so I flagged down (nicely) a super sweet waitress, and she took over no problem and got everything we needed before the happy hour ended. But overall, the service was attentive and friendly. Atmosphere, I like the set up, it's an open floor plan with a good seating arrangement. And the mood lighting works well for a date night, birthday gathering, or just a company dinner. Update: I unknowingly ordered the same items again for my second time visiting Rock Creek. I did order an additional oysters shooter, the Bloody Vodka. It was good. I wish I ordered the oysters starter and shooter together. But I know for next time. The swordfish dish was recommended by my friend, though! & enjoyed the spicy margarita shooter as well. I also order the Burrata & tomato, it's definitely different than others I've tried before. It's good but something that I won't be ordering again. The green olives and the orange sauce didn't go very well for me personally. But I like being adventurous and trying new dishes here so no regrets.

So many good flavours and the ginger beer was delicious!! I thought I didn’t like ginger beer but it was so good here. We got the original and the mango ginger beer and they’re both really good. You couldn’t taste the strong mango flavour but you can tell it was still different than the original. Their house made vanilla icecream was also really good so I wanna go back to try the float next time! The place has some seating and we waited about 15-20 mins in line + 5 mins for our drink, on a Saturday afternoon!!

Great place if you are into Ginger Beer and looking for a refreshing beverage on a nice day! The vibe is also chill and gets pretty busy at times. There are other RGB locations too. Worth checking out!

Why can’t this ginger beer be on tap everywhere? The flavors are so delicious, thirst quenching, couldn’t get enough. Loved the guava the most! Service was quick and a great drink to have walking around on a warm day.

We had come to Rachel’s in May and fell in love with the Blood Orange Mule. My daughter’s signature drink was a Blood Orange mule at her wedding (as a result of this trip). After many failed attempts on our part to replicate the flavor, we decided to order the Blood Orange ginger beer to use in her cocktails for her wedding. My only regret was that I didn’t order more. To say they were a hit is an understatement. They were delicious! The bar tenders kept commenting on the packaging. We refroze the ice packs and reboxed them for transport. We will definitely order again!

No food options but fantastic atmosphere open door allows breeze to come. Variety of alcoholic drink specials and one float option with soft serve. Ginger Beer also has various flavors to pick from, the cucumber tarragon gb was fantastic. A definite place to come try out if you're in Seattle and want a refreshing drink.

Didn't think I would love ginger beer as much as I do! So tasty, refreshing, and delicious! Highly recommend. And they have the good ice! I tried the pink guava ginger beer and my husband had the pineapple. Gonna be back to try more!

the person with the mask taking my order has continuously been so cold and just did not have the kind of fun energy i expected. i used to come here all the time and would always bring my friends visiting the city, but all of my favorite bartenders never seem to be here anymore?! they were so funny and sweet, good at their jobs and knew how to have fun. i dont recognize anyone who works here anymore and its just not the same. i dont see a reason to come here if the bartenders can't bring the vibe. AND they recently raised the prices.... you can definitely find better drinks with a better atmosphere in the area (old stove, rabbit box, goldfinch tavern, vons 1000 spirits).

got the yeti flavor and it's really addicting. Love the caramel and milkiness, but it do be very sweet. I tried the cherry cheesecake too and that was nice as well.

I was in Seattle for business and kept seeing that Molly Moon’s was a must-visit – and it definitely lived up to the hype. Menu full of creative seasonal flavors that feel both fun and high-quality (I tried the blueberry cobbler and it was amazing). Be ready for a line – it seems to be part of the Molly Moon’s experience – but the staff moves things along and it’s worth the wait once you get your scoop. One detail I really appreciated as a visitor is that they don’t do tipping here. Instead, they pay their employees a fair wage, which made the experience feel more thoughtful and rewarding. Even though I’m not a local, this was one of the highlights of my trip. If you’re in Seattle and want ice cream that feels special to the city, Molly Moon’s is a perfect stop.

I've been stopping here for ice cream during visits to Seattle for 10+ years and it's always delicious. Great taste and texture for nearly everything I've had here. Almost always an interesting array of flavors and often something new since my last visit. Very recommended.

Oh my this was some of the best ice cream we’ve ever had. I can see why there’s always a line. We had to come back a second time since we were only here a few days and it was so good. We absolutely loved the honey lavender and salted toffee. We also had the blueberry (?) cobbler and sweet cream and they were pretty good as well. We didn’t try the cones or sundae toppings. If I lived in Seattle I’d definitely be getting pints to take home… I love that they sell single doses of Lactaid for us sensitive folks. The interior is a bit small so you may or may not be able to find a seat but people filter in and out pretty quickly. Everything is apparently compostable which is an awesome bonus.

Salted toffee was delicious. Superb texture, a little welcome graininess, nicely sized chunks of chocolate scattered amidst a luscious sea of salty toffee.

Just left the store with 2 friends who had never been before, and what was supposed to be a treat turned into a very awkward and uncomfortable experience. On Halloween day, we walked in - the only 3 customers in the store, excited for ice cream but overwhelmed by decision. The only girl working the counter seemed less than enthused to be there at all, but the real giveaway was when we asked about her favourite flavour and her response was “I don’t really like ice cream” (or something to that effect). She did, however, offer us a taste of flavours we were deciding between. I asked for a kiddie scoop of ice cream, knowing that I would never finish it, while my friends ordered a single scoop each. As she was scooping mine, I looked at the size of the scoop and, in surprise, simply exclaimed “oh wow, that’s a kiddie scoop?!” to which she then said something about being micromanaged. Unsure about what just happened, I clarified that I just wasn’t sure about the sizing and I wasn’t sure I’d be able to finish that much. She replied “well you don’t have to, just throw it out” but with a tone that made it clear she was over it. My 2 friends, now feeling like they had to walk on eggshells, paid in silence. I really enjoyed the ice cream, but the experience left me feeling really taken aback… I don’t know that I would come back, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

10/10 ice cream experience when I was feeling a little sad. Lived up to the hype. One scoop of Moonbutter Cup with hot fudge. My sister had Milky Moon Bar with hot fudge and toasted marshmallow topping. Both delicious! And the customer service was very kind, friendly atmosphere. Thank you 🫶🏼

Went there one time and don’t think will go again. Not friendly staff. No service. I also expect facing customer, service food staff very on top of hygiene...Place is expected to open at 7am per website and per note on the door but had to wait past 7am (in the morning cold) for them to open at around 7:15am. Location: downtown Seattle, on 3rd, in front of the light rail. Convenient as central Was disappointed by the waffle, no taste, this is not the Belgium waffle at all.

The waffle batter is so good here! It's made with pearl sugar which holds form after baking so you can taste the sugar crystals. I tried the savory flavored waffles; the Brie bacon basil, proscuitto green onion waffles are super satisfying. This place is pretty quaint inside but the staff is friendly and the vibes are good.

Berry compote waffle had a perfect mixture of fruit and taste. Waffle batter made from brioche. Had the 8 ounce Latte which was perfectly created. Small seating area but keeps moving.

Love all the waffles we ordered, especially the Prosciutto, crème fraiche & green onions one. This is the first time that I have a savory waffle, and it totally blows me away, changed my views completely. Waffle could have more flavors than just sweet!

I LOVE this place! Fair warning the location on 3rd is tiny (I believe the sign says there's seating for 12) BUT don't let that dissuade you from coming in. I don't think there's anything on the menu that isn't good. The prices are great and the portions are great. If you haven't tried it you should..... You WON'T be disappointed. Mmmmh... Delicious authentic homemade waffles! I had one with strawberries, Nutella and whipped cream and it was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, however even though they weren't too busy, no one came around the counter to clean the tables or rearrange the chairs. I paid around 14 dollars for the waffle and a small mocha which is quite a lot but it was worth it.

I decided to try the cookies instead of focusing on what the name of the place suggests—Cinnamon Work. Maybe I'll give the cinnamon rolls a shot next time, though I’ve seen mixed reviews. You never know until you try it yourself. For my first experience, I ordered the chocolate chip cookie. It was a massive cookie, and the dough had a great flavor. Overall, I thought it was good—definitely not disappointing. However, when I went back for more cookies before leaving town,I didn't enjoy round 2. For example, the chocolate chip pecan cookie was a letdown. The dough had zero flavor—it was pretty tasteless. I wouldn’t recommend it, which is surprising considering how much I liked the plain chocolate chip cookie. I also tried the "monster" cookie, which was fine, but not better than the original chocolate chip cookie. It was decent, but I’d say it was still better than the pecan chocolate chip. On my second visit, I noticed something strange too: the chocolate chip cookie was a bit thicker than the one I had during my first visit (pictured in this review). This made me question the consistency of their cookies. Thankfully, the flavor was still there, and surprisingly, the cookie didn’t harden as quickly as I expected, even after traveling with it for a while. One more thing to note—the ordering process could be smoother. It's a walk-up counter, but people tend to cut in line without asking if you are waiting and the staff doesn’t always pay attention to who's next. Allowing others jumped ahead — while you’ve been waiting on the orders ahead of you. . It’s a small thing, but definitely worth mentioning.

This cookie is huge, enough for 2-3 people. It's nice and warm. I found it pretty good plus I like cookies. I feel like it could use just a tiny bit cleaning.

We were drawn in by the aroma of cinnamon rolls, and found out they had this Infaltion buster deal, which comes with a cup of black drip coffee, and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll tasted alright though.

Cinnamon Works is part of Pikes Place Market, which is a vibe. The gluten free cookies were enormous! Everything we tried - snickerdoodle, cinnamon raisin and chocolate chip cookies were delicious. The system of ordering and paying is a little inefficient though it's well worth the visit.

Stopped here to grab a Snickerdoodle cookie. The service was quick, the worker was friendly, and the amount of food for the price was incredible. If you’re in the market, stop by.

Quant Pike Place institution with huge portions! They pretty much just serve cinnamon rolls, cookies, and muffins, plus some hot drinks like coffee and tea. Nothing here will blow your socks off, but it's all plenty tasty and satisfying. The cookies are my favorite, especially the peanut butter, monster, and chocolate chip. The sticky bun is also pretty good. They have an option to get your cookie topped with icing, sprinkles, cinnamon, chocolate chips, and a host of other goodies, which is fun! And of course, lots of options which are vegan, gluten-free, or both!

Dude. If you go to Pike Place, go to Cinnamon Works first, so you get a gluten free monster cookie before they run out. And while you're there, get everything else they have that's gluten free. And a hot chocolate. Even if it takes a couple days to finish it, it's still so good. I want one so bad right now I'm about to drive downtown.

The Hot Almond Latte with oat milk is sooooo good. I wasn't able to find any outlets for charging my laptop, and it is a small place, but I'll definitely be back. The baked goods look AMAZING and they have king cake during carnival season. 💚💛💜

The food and coffee were excellent and felt like a European coffee house. Not much seating and place felt a bit cluttered. Great for a grab and go.

The pastries and baked goods are all awesome. Coffee is delicious and the hot chocolate even better. Sugar Bakery is a great place to get your morning fix. It's a great atmosphere with helpful people. The price is reasonable and it's a great place to visit.

Imperial coffee selection! Pastries and cookies are nothing to sleep! Joyful experience- frosted sugar, lemon crunch, and pecan pie cookie! Serve is stoic slightly pleasant. The space is inviting and makes you want to stay longer than you should.

Came down here as I was waiting on the DOL office to kill some time. I got an oatmilk cappuccino, slice of pink champagne cake, and a lavender shortbread. I’m allergic to strawberries and the staff were super awesome to make sure the cake and any other pastries I was looking at didn’t have any. Great service and you clean up after yourself! The pink champagne cake was super good. I wasn’t too much a fan of the icing but the actual cake and filling were the best and it was moist and full of raspberries.

My favorite bakery when I came to Seattle. The cakes and foods are fresh, delicious, and to my taste. I will be back. The staffs are very friendly.

This is one of my favorite place to get coffee and cake in town. If you haven’t, then please do try their Chocolate and Carrot cake. They are pretty delicious. I have been going to this bakery since last 3 years but since last month I felt like they have reduced their serving size. Maybe it is because of inflation but when I’m craving for something sweet, the last thing I want is to have a smaller slice of cake than usual. Not something I would like to pay $7.5 for but because of its taste it is totally worth it. Please don’t reduce the serving size!!

Feel completely robbed. I bought three chocolate croissants, and as I was about to pay, a young lady told me the third one was offered because it was slightly damaged. I appreciated the gesture and thought it was a nice commercial move. But in the end, I was charged around $20 and realized I had actually paid for the damaged one. Even worse, when I opened the box, none of the croissants were fluffy; they were very hard, almost as if they were failed batches. I feel totally ripped off paying for that. It’s not professional, nor respectful toward customers. I definitely do not recommend this store.

Small but mighty. Great coffee. The cherry hand pie at this location was way too crumbly, falling apart in my hands as I bit it ..I would guess from too much shortening or lard. The nectarine upside down cake was better. I would rank the new MI location over this one on every level but as far as Queen Anne goes...a solid bakery stop.

I have been here a couple of times and I like this place. I liked their blueberry scope and the croissants and recommend them. We also tried the bagel with creme cheese and salmon which was good as well. My wife tried the sausage and kale strata which was nice as well. I liked the bagel and salmon better.

Best avocado toast I've had in my life! I've been dozens of times to their several locations, and the pastries and food are always top notch. But today they outdid themselves. The avocado was creamy and unadulterated, the bread was the perfect crunchy grainy texture, and the lemon vinaigrette was the perfect zesty counterpoint to all the other flavors. Service was great as usual. And it's always a pleasant place to sit, at every location, flooded with light.

Macrina is my go-to when I want a sure thing for pastries and bread. Classics like the croissants sell out, so mornings are your friend. Coffee is solid, and locations feel bright and welcoming—easy for quick catch-ups. If you’re headed east, the Mercer Island café is a convenient stop right off I-90. Everything travels well; I often grab a loaf to elevate a simple dinner at home.

I’m so glad we stopped here while we were in the international district. We only got two malasadas, as we had lunch right before. If we are nearby again, I will definitely stop by so I can try some of their savory pastries. Both of them were so good, my favorite was the ube, but we also got a strawberry which was delicious too! As the other reviews mention, it is window service only so you cannot go inside.

Its not like modern bakerys You just order at the door and your good. But you can definitely taste that they perfected everything they have. Yes I have tried it all. The curry and ube and the crunch creme are my fave and recently the one with actual strawberry on top.

I special ordered a cheesecake and cat macarons for a 16th birthday party I threw for my cat, Lucifer. Everything was perfectly done and so delicious! The cat macarons had different expressions on them, which my guests adored. The order was also completed on time and I picked it up without any issue. Thank you so much! I will definitely order from here again for future events.

FYI: I came to Fuji because an employee of another bakery recommended this one. Just saying... Food: I had a plain croissant, a doughnut, and a pear, custard, and pastry delight thing. The donuts are sold in orders of 4, not individually. All were rich, and not oily or fatty, not overly sweet either. The pastries were delicious. Service: The young man forgot to include a raspberry/lemon curd pastry i ordered as well, and was charged for. The only reason I gave a 3 on service. The customer looks at available pastries from outside the store through a window. The employee then packs your order and you pay at the window. Its not self service. Getting your order packed is a service they provide. So... But easy remedy, next time I'll check the bag before leaving, not in the Uber, on the way home. Atmosphere is great. Beautiful Chinatown. There's an awesome plaza/park across the street. Asian staples like lanterns adorning the overhead, ping pong tables always full, benches with game boards in laid, and communal/social interaction. Love it. You can easily walk across the street and enjoy those pastries there. And this gem is right next door to A+ Hong Kong restaurant (also a gem).

My sister in law chose this place for a quick morning snack. It was all new to us and we were from out of town, Vancouver, Canada. Located in the international district, at first glance the store doesn’t look like much and the door is blocked up with a wooden board. You can’t go inside. It’s a takeout place only. I think I can understand its concept. This part of town looks a bit rough around the edges. But we could care less. We are here to judge the food instead. We were also told by local patrons that it’s normal for a line up this early any day of the week. We ordered a few items to start off. My personal favourite so far is the Japanese curry beef bun. Loved the layers of texture. Crunch on the outside, followed by a pillow layer of the bun on the inside, and the center filling which is the star of the show. Man these can be deadly. I could eat 6 of them. You can also ask for them to be warmed if you didn’t know. Primarily if it’s your first time here, they are known for their malasada. Definitely get one of these. As for price… well… It’s on the high side. If your Canadian like me add another 40% to your items, that’s what your paying. But that’s not my complaint. My only complaint is that they posted a sign for their drinks with prices… but they don’t post prices for their pastries? What’s up with that?

Pros - Hot bar / deli / sushi bar are very tasty - Bakery is well stocked - Large selection of baking/home goods Cons - Staff is not shy about racial profiling at all. If you are ANY shade of non-white you will be followed by security, watched at the self-checkout and constantly asked “if you need help” while white guests shop in peace without being disturbed. Worst offender is the old brunette woman that oversees the self checkout - Prices are high when compared to other local stores (Safeway / QFC)

I am an early riser and I found this place for breakfast bar. I am a person who cater and cook for many events, so I have a highly developed taste for food. The breakfast bar was 1 star because some of the food went bad and had a sour taste to it. I reach out the person who is serving and he was fast to act and removed the items. I appreciated this. That is why they are getting 3 stars. The rest of the store was well lit up and had good a mount of varities of food. The pastry also was a bit dry and it seems not fresh. I didn't try their meats but the fruit and vegetables section was well stocked. Over all not a bad place. Just be careful what you are eating.

I have been shopping here for 3+ years. Their vegetables are always fresh and great quality. I also love their fresh flowers and flower pots. Their baked goods are delicious especially mango macrons is a must try. Good variety for various groceries and house goods. Self checkout option is available. Highly recommended.

Wonderful food options for immediate consumption: Salad Bar, Olive Bar, Poke Bar, Soup Bar, Hot Food Bar. Wonderful fresh fruits and vegetables.. meats, seafood! Great bakery items and you can even order a good cafe latte while you shop. Their Queen Anne Roast coffee is delicious. Great sushi options and their cheese counter can’t be beat. I will say it’s bit pricey but if you don’t overdo the quantities and just buy the amount you know you can consume, you will appreciate the QUALITY. They also run specials in all departments that’s fun to lookout for.

I absolutely love this place. It has an amazing assortment of high end, healthy food. I believe it is like whole foods where they do not allow foods that have been banned in other countries (but not ours because our government doesn't care about the population) homemade pies, pastries. There hot deli is excellent. The prime rib sandwich a must. They have an olive bar and deli pastas you can mix with different fresh made entrees. I didn't get a chance to check out the bakery but I'm sure it's equally as fantastic as well as the butcher and seafood area. They have a fine cosmetic and wellness section, fresh flowers. It basically seems to be a more friendly more inclusive and less expensive version of whole foods. Count me in

Your shopper physically handled packages with MAY expiration dates and sent them anyway. This is a serious food safety violation. Filing FDA complaint. How does 2-month expired chicken leave your store??

The quality of the food in the deli as well as the hot food and salads and the olive bar are amazing. This is definitely worth the grocery store to check out. Yes you're going to spend a little bit extra money but it's totally worth it. I enjoy the customer service, and I really am appreciative of the selection of food that they have in all areas. With all the positive reviews. I don't understand what happened. The cake's ingredient list is packed with artificial additives, preservatives, and processed ingredients that make it far from wholesome. Some of the most concerning elements include: Partially Hydrogenated Oils (Soybean, Cottonseed, Palm Kernel Oil) – These are sources of trans fats, which are linked to heart disease. Artificial Strawberry Flavor Bits – Instead of real strawberries, this includes corn syrup, artificial flavors, and Red 40, a synthetic dye that has been associated with hyperactivity in children and potential health risks. Sodium Aluminum Phosphate – A controversial ingredient used in baking powders that may contribute to excessive aluminum intake. People were right, it’s a moist cake. It’s nice soft, and fluffy. It’s just really, really sweet. The cream that they use is similar to Cool Whip, and not actual cream which makes the cake a lot heavier when consumed. I think it’s a nice treat if eaten in moderation. I’d say give it a try, but with expectations. Service was friendly, and cake shop is vibrant and island themed.

Great custard pie! Definitely coming back, disappointed with the chai flavor was great but they basically gave me half a cup of a drink? I’m not sure if it may have been foam that went away or what, but instead of Starbucks I thought let me pop into this bakery to support small business. And to order a drink that was half fill was a bit disappointing. Nonetheless, the pie was amazing.

I first tried their cake and cupcakes at my friend’s bridal party—and wow. Absolute flavor bomb. So, so good and incredibly moist! I seriously couldn’t get enough. Can’t wait for the next time we’re celebrating something in Seattle just so I have an excuse to buy more! ❤️❤️❤️

Ordered a 1/4 sheet of the guava cake for our wedding last weekend and everyone cannot stop raving about it. The flavor was amazing, not too sweet, and is a light, moist cake. All of my guests loved it!!!

A small dessert and coffee shop with very delicious cakes, cheese cakes and coffee offerings. The cheesecakes are fairly sweet - more designed for the American taste, but still very delicious. They have quite a large parking lot, so don’t hesitate to drive here and spend some time enjoying a tasty treat with a good cup of coffee.

They have different types of original cheese cakes such as green tea cheese cake, Sakura or houji-cha cheese cake, as well as Coconut Dacquoise roll. Soft, equisite, and delicious pastries melt in your mouth with each bite. The price is high, and the interior isn't anything special. It's worth to taste their pastries at least once if you never tried them before, but I wouldn't come back.

Got the Mongo Honey Cheesecake and the Soufflé Cheesecake to go. It’s a cute fuzzy cafe with a very warm atmosphere. The cheesecakes were terrific, the right amount of sweet for those who like to avoid extra sugar. Will like to visit again to try more.

Okay - I love this place!! I went by at 4 pm on a Sunday afternoon. It was quiet and no one else was there - and their offerings were limited - just a few of different options available. I tried their Soufflé cheesecake - it was amazing!! 😋🤩 This is my first time trying it and I’m a convert! It was delicious!! I am not a fan of the traditional cheesecakes as they’re too sweet for my taste. However these were perfect!! Just the right balance of sweet and smooth without being cloying or heavy!! Anyway, my point being - try their soufflé cheesecake - it is really yummy! I also tried the iced Hojicha Latte with Oat milk - again, I was blown away - I really loved the beverage! It was cool and soothing on a hot day and paired really well with the cheesecake!

Be sure to place an order because the cakes sell out fast. This Japanese style cakes are delicate, fluffy and not too sweet. Will be back again to try other flavors. Also, they have reserved parking for Hiroki.

Sooo good. Their ice cream has a nice creamy texture to it. I love matcha and they have some quality stuff. I should have bought a tin of their powder to take home. Don’t think you can go wrong with any of their menu options.

I loved their Chicken Nanban rice plate. I’ve been here twice and always order the same dish. There is no parking lot, so you need to park about one block away from the restaurant. The karaage was also good. Indoor dining is always busy, and there isn’t much space.

This matcha place is definitely a must-visit. I went to the Seattle location, and they offer a wide variety of options—even for those who aren't fans of matcha, like me. I chose the red bean and strawberry drink, and it was delicious. My friends ordered different matcha beverages, and I found them all to be tasty as well. I will definitely come back! The only downside is the parking, but it's still worth visiting.

Parfait was great for the ice cream portion of it, but all ingrdients combined, it was too much for me in regards to the amount of dessert and how thirstry it makes me. So I probably am not going to be getting the parfait again, but I will certainly want to get green tea ice cream here again cause I loved its subtle bitter taste combined with sweet creamy flavor. Roll cake was also great for its right balance between bitterness from green tea and sweet creamy flavor.

Visited Oct 31, 2024: Great location and accessibility! Plenty of seating on a busy day. We got a Matcha Ice Cream cone (which was delicious by the way), and a Matcha Parfait (which was amazing). The staff were dressed up some for Halloween, which was cute. Great service throughout our time spent here and would happily go again next time we are in the area.

Oh my gosh this place was literally so adorable. We got here at a perfect time so the line wasn’t long but while we were sitting after ordering the line was definitely a bit of a wait. Got the matcha mochi parfait and it was definitely not like anything I’ve ever had in the best way possible. The mochi wasn’t sweet which was so perfect because the icecream was and everything just flowed together perfectly. The way that the building is set is such a vibe. Definitely enjoyed this spot.

A very long line when you first enter but it goes fast! The parfait was great, just make sure you have friends to help you eat (it's really big)! The Sukiyaki Don was great, just a tad bit too salty and the karage was over fried. It's a cute place with great drinks!
