Quilligan's Café Bar is a vibrant spot in Blackpool that has become a beloved destination for brunch enthusiasts. With an extensive menu featuring hearty breakfast options like the classic American breakfast, customizable omelettes, and the Jumbo Full English Breakfast, there's something to satisfy every palate. The café prides itself on serving homemade meals crafted from high-quality ingredients, ensuring each dish bursts with flavor.
Fantastic service yesterday whilst eating here before a concert at Winter Gardens. A lovely welcome, relaxed atmosphere, varied menu so something for everyone. We all enjoyed our food and I need to go back to try the onion rings - a table nearby ordered them and they looked delicious, proper job!! Our evening was part of my sisters birthday celebrations and all the staff made her feel very special with each one of them, including the kitchen staff, wishing her a happy birthday as we left. Support independent and give it a go, you won't be disappointed. Also very reasonably priced.

Called here for lunch Sunday 6 April 25. It’s becoming our go to place when we’re in Blackpool having been here on several previous occasions we know that it meets with our expectations. I had a 2 course Sunday lunch, roast turkey with their homemade soup to begin. My wife had a ham sandwich with a side of fries, The service was outstanding from our arrival to departure and the food was delicious and all reasonably priced. It’s worth looking this place up if you’re in town.
Mario L — Google review
my partner had the full english and toast, bacon was so overdone it tasted like plastic, beans were somehow sour, sausages were not nice at all, the toast was ridiculously underdone was pretty much given bread and butter and the tea had oily bits floating in it. i had the pancakes and they were decent, a bit dry but whatever syrup they gave me was horrendous. tasted like nothing, poured out looking like tar and looked like a hazard yellow. definitely don’t recommend.
Siobhan D — Google review
It was dilapidated, dirty and oddly cold, like freezing on a regular day. The steak was vold like it had been cooked, forgotten about for 30 minutes and then served with fried that were so hot they took 20 minutes to cool down to a temperature you can eat them. The service was rude and dismissive at best. And the atmosphere was similar to somewhere stylish 70 years ago but really run down and failed to maintain since then. Overall it was an experience disappointment
The S — Google review
We eat here every year (pretty much daily) during Rebellion and the service and friendliness of all the staff is second to none. Plenty of options on the menu and we've never been disappointed. See you again next year.
Jamie H — Google review
Quilligans café bar is a fantastic venue just slightly hidden away by the Winter Gardens in Blackpool's town centre. The choice of food options is almost as large as the menus they're listed on. Everything is cooked and made to order and is of excellent quality. I can thoroughly recommend the eggs benedict as they use incredibly tasty and quality ham coupled with perfectly poached eggs and a lovely hollandaise sauce. The thick chips come with a gorgeous peppercorn sauce, and the smoked salmon open sandwiches were plentiful and fresh. If you're in the town centre looking for a good café you can't go wrong with quilligans.
Gavin W — Google review
Well, there is more than a reason why I have been going to eat at Quilligan's Cafe Bar almost every time I am in Blackpool. They have a very extensive Menu, therefore there is something for everyone's taste, and the quality is always spot on. Amongst the rest, I particularly like their Sunday dinners that are served in very generous portions, and I also love their breakfasts: last time I tried their American style pancakes, OMG! And there's is also another very important motif why I keep going back: the staff is so welcoming & friendly, and their service absolutely impeccable: 10/10.
Ale R — Google review
The largest menu in Blackpool 😃 so many items. I had lasagna with garlic bread and thick cut chips with a Stilton sauce. When the lasagna was served I found the bottom was burnt (hence the 4 stars). I informed the server and it was immediately replaced and I found it delicious. The thick cut chips are huge and crispy and we couldn't finish a portion between us. Prices are very good and offer good value. Would I go back? Maybe.

What a great hotel... Good food, spacious, comfortable, clean bedrooms. Jo and Andy very friendly and efficient nothing to much trouble for them. Enjoyed our stay very much. A home from home environment.

Spent the weekend at Rossall House what a beautiful place it is, the decor, the cleanliness, the food but most of all the hosts. Andy, jo and Grace were so friendly nothing was too much trouble, Jo remember what you had for breakfast from the day before and ensured you had plenty to eat. The choices for breakfast covered everything from cereal to toast to a full English, never ending hot and cold drinks. The rooms were decorated to a very high standard and the attention to detail was amazing. The rooms had facilities to make yourself a hot drinks and also if you wanted anything from the bar Jo and Andy would bring it up to your room. We were central to all that Blackpool offers and saw the light switch on. We will definitely be going back Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts 💕

I would definitely go back again spent a few nights with the family and kids liked also. 5/5 for me overall and a nice breakfast

This guest house was absolutely spot on perfect. Jo & Andy were lovely and made contact on booking. The whole place was spotless, rooms were clean, comfortable, modern. Room service available and fast. They went the extra mile and surprised us with decorating the breakfast table for our sons birthday. We have already booked again for our next short trip ❤️

The Beverley Dean is a well-located accommodation just 100 yards from Blackpool Promenade, offering en suite rooms, cooked breakfasts, and free WiFi. The property features a licensed bar, free parking, and rooms equipped with TV and tea/coffee facilities. Guests have praised the warm welcome from the friendly hosts and the spotlessly clean rooms. The continental breakfast provided was described as lovely and plentiful. Additionally, there is a modern bar on-site for those who prefer to stay in.
Just got back from there today, went last year too and will use again. Nice and clean, tea/coffee supplies already in the room and could easily get more if needed, breakfast was nice and included in price. Walking distance to the south pier and pleasure beach, trams are very often to central pier, north pier and tower etc, even on a Sunday. Many places to eat are walking distance including many independents, a McDonald's and Pizza Hut. I recommend Beverley Dean Hotel to all.

Booked this hotel for over the Easter weekend and what a brilliant choice we made, room was very clean and comfy, lovely breakfast, Jo and Phil were very friendly and nothing was a problem, will be going back this year.

Great welcome at Beverley Dean. Hotel in a great location as tram just a minute walk. Hotel lovely and clean. Bed and room comfortable and cosy. Great to have a fridge in room with complimentary water in also a bottle of milk in as a fantastic touch as you need a cuppa. Really enjoyed my holiday and already booked for next year as this is the best hotel that we have been to in Blackpool and we won't be changing thank you 🙏
Julie A — Google review
Stayed here over the Bank Holiday weekend for 2 nights with my partner and daughter whilst we were attending an event at the Winter Gardens. Jo and Phil are a very friendly couple who gave us a warm welcome and we chatted to them on many occasions whilst there. We stayed in room 1 which is a triple/family room. It was exceptionally clean and the beds were so comfy. Downstairs is a bar with excellent prices also. Breakfast is continental which suited ourselves and was plentiful. Phil kindly moved his car so we were able to park outside for the duration, however if this is not a possibility, then there a car parks close by. There is a convenience store next door for anything you need and the tram stop is at the end of the street although we tended to walk or use taxis at night. The Beverley Dean is an excellent guesthouse with excellent hosts, which I find tends to be a rarity in Blackpool. Don't hesitate in booking. We will certainly return.

You should visit. Phil and his wife are good, honest people. They look after you. I will definitely visit again!

Me and a friend were here a few weeks ago for a weekend . We even stayed an extra night .We had such a lovely warm welcome . Our room was a good size and spotlessly clean , en suite , tea and coffee making facilities in our room . Continental breakfast was lovely . It is located a 1 minute walk to the sea front . Thankyou for such a lovely stay . Me and Sam will definately be returning . For people who don't wish to go out there is a lovely little modern bar . What more could anyone ask for reasonable prices :-)

Nestled on Red Bank Road, Bispham Kitchen is a charming eatery that has become a beloved spot for locals and visitors alike. This traditional restaurant serves up an array of delectable dishes, from classic fish 'n' chips to hearty pies and flavorful curries. Diners rave about the extensive menu that goes beyond just quick bites; it features everything from satisfying roast dinners to delightful homemade desserts.
Lovely place to eat. Food was delicious. My daughter and one year old granddaughter shared a tuna toastie and carrot cake. My granddaughter went mad for the toastie. My daughter said the coleslaw was one of the best she'd had. I had the cherry cheesecake. There is a lovely selection of homemade cakes and they are huge! Also a large selection of Wallings ice cream It was amazing. Staff lovely and friendly. Will definitely be going again.
Debi H — Google review
Bispham Kitchen is a well presented cafe / chippy with the kind of vibe you would expect to seen in a fancy restaurant. Plenty of drink options from fizzy drinks on draft and options for alcohol too. The menu is spread out so a good look through is advised unless you know what you want. Me and the missus went for the steak pudding chips peas and gravy , pudding was tasty and the chips cooked just right But the whole meal was warm and not hot. We were hungry so mopped it up anyways. Bigger than normal puddings. Kids had their fish and chips. Price wise responsible!! Could have done with a few more chips as the position was a bit tight also just need to make sure the meals they bring out is at least piping hot and not Luke warm. There was a large option of cakes too if I was in the mood for a cake I would have had one they did look nice.
Andy W — Google review
Bispham Kitchen offers a consistently outstanding dining experience that combines high-quality food, warm hospitality, and excellent value for money. Whether you’re in the mood for traditional fish and chips, a hearty Sunday-style roast, or a classic homemade dessert, this local favourite delivers every time. The fish is always fresh, the batter perfectly crisp, and the portions generous without being overwhelming. Their roasts are just as impressive—tender meats, fluffy potatoes, and rich, comforting gravy that reminds you of a home-cooked family dinner. What really sets Bispham Kitchen apart, though, is the friendly and welcoming service. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. The restaurant itself is clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly cosy, making it a pleasure to dine in.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon and enjoyed great service and food. Staff super friendly and food served quickly. Very extensive menu so there’s something for everyone. The dessert options are amazing also! Would highly recommend if you’re in the area.

If you fancy a quieter lunch away from the noise of Blackpool main drag would suggest to try Bispham kitchen. Couple of tram stops along the prom - alight at Bispham itself. Nice looking establishment very clean & spacious. I just went for fish & chips but other choices available. Find a table & order at the counter & small bar. Food came quite quickly, haddock, chips, mushy peas & was good quality. Portion size probably a little smaller than others. Nice place bit more relaxed than others on prom & I would visit again

Bella Italia in Blackpool, located on Victoria Street, is a casual Italian restaurant offering a variety of pasta, pizza, and grill dishes. The restaurant also provides a special menu for children. Additionally, they serve a surprisingly good value cooked breakfast with options like the Bella Breakfast and various pancake stacks. It's an ideal spot to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine in a relaxed setting while exploring the vibrant streets of Blackpool.
The whole experience was impecible compared to the awful service and food we received at Bella Italia Leicester Square London. We were blown away!! The food was lovely, the staff went above and beyond, even with other customers it was so lovely to see! We felt so special and had the most enjoyable family meal that we’ve ever had!
Hayley D — Google review
The food was great. Best sweet potato fries I think I’ve had and the chicken carbonera was amazing. The service was quite slow and their QR code ordering wasn’t working correctly. You need reservations for larger groups.
Kristen S — Google review
We travel a lot around Europe, but my search for good food in Blackpool proved to be a major letdown. The dining landscape seems limited to fish and chips and fast food. Best you can get are average Italian restaurants like Bella Italia - serving very basic, home-style dishes. And even these simple eateries require weekend reservations. While the service was generally fine, it offered nothing memorable. The overall experience of eating out in Blackpool was disappointing - I ended up cooking most of our meals myself. Given the simplicity of the food and the prices, the price-to-performance is a mere 2 stars.
Juris M — Google review
A lovely meal with my son, freshly prepared food, I ordered a 'go lighter' 1/2 pizza & salad, the pizza was bigger than i expected and delicious. The restaurant was very busy as pre show at the Winter Gardens, we didn't have to wait long for service. Reasonable prices and I could use my Blue Light Card for discount, thankyou. 😊
J W — Google review
We were greeted as we arrived and taken to our table. We were a hen party of 7 and were sat near to the bar. Our server whose name I cannot remember so I shall have to describe him (red hair & a beard and hadn’t been working back there long) was quick to greet us and take our drinks order, even helping us choose what we wanted by suggesting ideas. He was really friendly and helpful and quick to bring the drinks over. He even checked to see if they were ok. As we had pre-booked with a party company and had chosen from a menu that company had provided us with quite a while ago, our server apologised and told us that they no longer do the roast chicken and hadn’t for sometime but could recommend other different types of chicken instead. After re-choosing some main courses our meals were quick to come out to us from the kitchen alongside us. The food was absolutely delicious from the starters, mains and right down to the desserts. We thoroughly enjoyed it all and again our server kept coming over checking if the food was ok and if we needed any further drinks. Once we had finished and wanted to leave, our server quickly got us a bill for the extra drinks that we had (we had one drink each included in the party deal). We made payment and made sure to tip well as the meal and service is one of the best any of us had for a long time. Not only was our server attentive to our needs, he also went above and beyond, plugging in a phone and an e-cig to recharge them for a couple of party members while we ate. Exceptional service!
Louise F — Google review
Very nice service from the beginning. You can enter without a reservation, which is definitely a big plus. Very good pizza at a normal price. Fresh and delicious. The only minus is that the prices for drinks are too high.

If you're on the lookout for a delightful dining experience, look no further than Frankie & Benny's. This charming chain restaurant serves up a delectable mix of Italian and American comfort food classics in an inviting, family-friendly setting. One of their standout offerings is the bottomless breakfast available from Friday to Sunday, where you can indulge in free refills of your favorite morning dishes before noon—think fluffy pancakes, savory eggs benedict, or a hearty British fry-up.
Been years ago and was not impressed.. However tried again recently and they got it all spot on! All food piping hot Polite staff Tasty food cooked very well. I had the salmon..lovely! Clean Nice surroundings Very good experience I will be returning in afew weeks Big improvement Very well done!!

Bit of a strange one... It's been a while since we've done a F&B's so when shown to our table and given the menus we weren't them sure if we needed to use an app to order as service seemed quite slow up till this point. Once ordered, everything then seemed fine, that was up until me finding a hair in my pizza. To be fair it was the last slice and I wasn't overwhelmed by it but did point it out to our waiter who was quick to apologise and said that he let the kitchen staff know. We ordered dessert and an extra spoon so we could share a dish. The extra spoon never arrived. All this aside, not a bad experience but not up there as one of our favourites. When we entered it was quiet but as we were leaving it was noticeably busier and there were lots of families enjoying themselves. I think we were just a little unlucky.
Nick O — Google review
The service was good and the food was nice, in particular the dessert! Wow the waffles are glorious! The restaurant is spotlessly clean and very comfortable with good disabled access and facilities. The only reason it's not 5stars is because when I used a Groupon voucher it was difficult to redeem. There isn't a specific menu so unless you've memorised all the terms and conditions you end up paying extra. The error which occurred during billing (a mistake by the waitress who immediately apologised) was sorted quickly and everyone makes mistakes so no harm done. All considered it was a lovely meal out for a family of 6 and we will be visiting again.
Victoria B — Google review
Staff lovely to myself and friends. Saw someone else told to 'just go sit over there' and thought it was a little rushed considering it was a quiet period. Menu changes aren't taken well. Cheese and bacon topping on top of fries is no longer worth the extra charge with how they've got rid of the usual cheese sauce and now add a minor sprinkle of grated cheese. Small detail, but something we loved about F&B. Waitress was pleasant and laughed with us but burger was incredibly dry and hard to eat.
Jen A — Google review
Good chain of restaurants. The food isn't cheap but you can sometimes find offers online or they're included in the meerkat 2 for 1 meals. The restaurant is well decorated and clean. The music is always cheery. Toilets were clean. The only negative is the amount of time it took for someone to clear the table after the mains and take the dessert order. There's always a long wait for the bill too which frustrates me.
Anna F — Google review
Staff were friendly especially our waiter Troy nothing was too much trouble, food was delicious and desserts were naughty but very nice would definitely recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back
Karen P — Google review
Pretty disappointing. This was the first time I had been to a Frankie & Benny's in a long time and I was looking forward to it because the menu never really changes, so I knew what I wanted already. I had the potato skins that now only consists of three skins (or one and a half potatoes) and the classic hotdog. The hotdog bun was really chewy and the hotdog was more of a spicy bratwurst and it didn't tell you that on the menu. Most of the staff were quite helpful and nice, which is the only good redeeming the restaurant has.
White N — Google review
Visited Frankie & Benny’s after watching a film at the cinema. Surprised to find a full vegan menu; we enjoyed delicious burgers and took advantage of a meal deal. Really impressed with the food, atmosphere, value and friendliness of staff. Our server Mandi was terrific.

I have never been here before but I was curious and from entering the customer service was good. I ordered a beef roll with chips. The gravy is possibly the best that I’ve ever tasted other than Mrs B’s! The cakes and desserts were far too good to try on my expanding waistline so they’ll have to be on my next visit.

Had a wonderful lunch at this café yesterday. Was greeted at the door and welcomed in. All the staff were polite and accommodating. We were shown to a booth seating area. Choice on the menu was extensive but reasonable pricing. Many meals having homemade in the title. We opted for a seafood platter and ploughmans type platter. Plentiful and delicious. What a wonderful experience. From finding just somewhere for s snack/lunch to feeling we had a proper treat. Well done all staff working on Saturday 13 September. Great job. Recommend 5 stars ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️

Lovely location, based in a park. Was sat outside so sun was a great addition. Food was done in about 15 minutes. £6.45 for a house breakfast which was good. Plus a lovely lake with friendly swans near by

I love this cafe. The staff were so polite and excellent. The lady that served us was absolutely fantastic. I even told her that i was going to leave a good review...see i promised. The cheesecake, ohhh, the cheesecake was to die for. It was lovely. Id definitely come back again. Im fact, i want to come back now for cheesecake.

I do love coming here it's been a part of my life for so long even though it has changed over the years with different owners. The perfect spot when the sun is out as there is a lot of outdoor seating and the location is perfect. Food is served via a counter display inside. There are pre packed sandwiches to purchase and a nice selection of cakes. They also have a varied menu including breakfast, and daily specials. It's also licensed and they do a really good afternoon tea. The coffee is barista style and really nice. The inside is a lovely space as well, holding on to its art deco style with views out over the Italian gardens. There is disabled parking but it is limited. However we do seem to find a space most times we visit.

Didn’t even get through the doorway when a female member of staff approached me. My small assistance dog was on my lap and I was in my powerchair. The woman straight away said ‘you can’t bring that dog in here’. I replied ‘she’s an assistance dog’, she replied ‘doesn’t matter. We only allow guide dogs’ and I said ‘guide dogs are a type of assistance dog and it’s against the law for you to not let us in’ and she said ‘well, we’ve had other assistance dogs come in and bite a little girl and staff so we don’t allow assistance dogs’. I replied ‘well, they obviously weren’t real assistance dogs then and, no offence, but those incidents are nothing to do with me. You’re breaking the law by not allowing us to come in. We’re covered by the disability act’. I then went to show her a leaflet I keep on me that explains the law around assistance dogs and access rights etc but she refused to even looked at it and walked off. I left in tears, which then made my chronic nerve pain worse. I have scar tissue wrapped around my abdominal nerves which means that any movement is painful so, getting all tense and upset obviously makes my pain worse aswell. Shortly after, a male member of staff came out and started giving excuses for the woman’s behaviour (he said she was his daughter). I won’t say exactly what the excuse was that he gave as it was personal but apparently something in her personal life was causing her to have a tough day. No offence though, if it’s a difficult time, maybe she shouldn’t have been at work as she simply cannot treat customers that way. As someone with chronic nerve pain, I spend a lot of my time bedridden and so I was very excited to finally go to Stanley Park for the first time. I have recently been struggling with my depression (due to the pain) and wanted to get out to boost my morale but now I regret ever leaving the house. It’s a shame because Stanley Park is supposed to be the best park in the UK and I can see why as it’s stunning but considering this is the only cafe there, it was a huge let down to be treated the way I was. I felt/feel discriminated against, humiliated, rejected and downright disgusted with the treatment I received. Neither myself or my dog had done anything wrong. Public places, like cafes, are within their rights to ask an assistance dog to leave if it is misbehaving but this was simply not the case in this incident. I will be escalating this. Ps. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I can’t comment on the food or what the place is like really considering I wasn’t even ALLOWED the chance.

The establishment prides itself on cleanliness and quality breakfast offerings. With its vintage fairground decor, Vintro Lounge exudes a seaside vibe indoors.
Came here on a Sunday morning before our long car journey back to South London. This is, by far, the best breakfast I have ever had. It was absolutely delicious, piping hot, the atmosphere was great and the decor was very unique. I unfortunately didn’t grab the name of the waiter who served us, but he was friendly and attentive. Really recommend

We were impressed by the wide selection of food and drinks, catering perfectly to both children and adults. The service was notably quick, and every member of staff we encountered was pleasant and welcoming. Portions were satisfactory, and we found the pricing to be quite reasonable.

First time visiting Blackpool and this is one of the nicest, reasonably priced places. Fresh lovely cooked and flavored dishes, with a wide variety for both meat and vegetarian/vegan lovers and gluten free options. Very relaxed atmosphere. Good quick service and nice cocktails.
Lolly M — Google review
The place looked busy outside and downstairs as we passed by, so we decided to stop in for some food. We opted for a selection of tapas to share. There was plenty of space available inside, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our food arrived quickly and was all very tasty — the Harissa Skewers were the standout dish for us, though everything was enjoyable. However, the service was inconsistent. We placed two separate drinks orders, and on both occasions, the dirty dishes were left on our table. Eventually, a staff member came over — after finishing a conversation with colleagues nearby — and cleared only some of the pots, leaving the rest behind.

Vintro lounge is one of many Lounges we've visited and this one didn't disappoint. Friendly welcome, decor of seaside and funfare images and objects is in keeping with its location of a seaside town. Varied menu for all tastes. Worth a visit and you won't be disappointed 😊

If you need a spot for you and your bestie to come and gossip, laugh or even cry this is the place for you. Iced coffees on hand and such wonderful staff ! Me and my friend have been coming to vintro for the best of 2 years and we wouldn’t change it for the world. Their bacon and avocado chicken burgers are just 10/10 and their cocktails also NEVER fail. I highly recommend vintro lounge (already do it on a daily basis) 🫶🏻

Great food and they also had great gluten free options as well. The staff were good and made us feel very welcome. A very cool restaurant down stairs has like an old fashioned fairground look to it. The toilets very modern and were kept very clean. I'd definitely recommend people to eat in the Vintro Lounge Blackpool 👌.

I've been here on and off throughout the years. I remember the first time we sat upstairs that we sadly can't do no more. Not a complaint though. The food is brill and staff are lovely. I've never had to take anything back in there before. Prices are class and should be more for what you really get. I would highly recommend the cheese burger with red salt chips or the steak pie that I can never finish! ❤️

The food is excellent, but staff service is very poor. Table not cleaned from previous customers, food slammed down in front of us. Didn't ask if we wanted any condiments. We’ve been going there for years, but the service has gone shockingly poor also a staff member was sweeping down the stairs whilst we were eating.

Excellent service and lovely staff, me and mom always get a sandwich when we are out and about, they even do some for us for the train home.

Lovely everything here except cold food. This gorgeous scone slightly heated would of been infinitely better than cold. Melted butter on a warm scone. Come on! Then I went to another cafe. (The Hive) “Sorry no warm food after 3pm.” I’m very confused in Blackpool. For a colder place near the seaside why don’t they embrace warm food? I know the answer. It’s what I’ve heard before in other situations. “Because it’s always been this way!”

Waited over 25 minutes for small breakfast. Staff were idling and wandering, and one absent wearing trackies. Microwaved sausage roll. Disgusting. Fried egg tasted better. Other customer was unhappy. Did not receive what they ordered and told by staff they were wrong (but was correct). Very rude. And he got served within 5minutes!

After staying at the metropole hotel last time we visited Blackpool, we were nervous to book an independent hotel. But NumberOne has completely changed our minds. On arriving the staff were very friendly and attentive, explained everything in the room and were just generally great to chat to! The rooms were great! Very clean, tidy and had more than enough amenities, jacuzzi bath, great shower, the beds are VERY comfy. Breakfast in the mornings has been delicious too, a good selection to choose from, all fresh and tasty. Honestly cant think of a bad thing to say about this place. I highly recommend it and it’s been a lovely bank holiday weekend here! It's conveniently located near Blackpool South Beach and provides amenities such as family rooms and luggage storage.
This hotel is the number 1 stay in Blackpool for luxury, comfort, cleanliness & tidiest, the hosts Damian & Mark are amazing guys who make your stay truly amazing, in fact we love it that much at our last stay, we booked an extra night, as we didn’t want to leave. The boys certainly know how to run a hotel & definitely provide a comfortable & enjoyable stay. Very pleasant to chat with & they give you great advice on where to go for food, drink or a great night out. It’s true what they say, arrive as guests & leave as friends. This is our number 1 choice when choosing to stay in Blackpool, if there’s availability, as since being hoteliers they’ve built up an excellent reputation & they do get fully booked, so always contact them early enough to get your bookings in with them. We love this place & wanted to send a review to assist these great guys who work so hard to provide you with an excellent stay. Their breakfast is amazing & their bar stocks a good selection of drinks & snacks. Anything you need is in your room and anything you’ve forgotten they’re more than happy to help you with that, where they can, like toiletries etc. Also, if you’re looking to book a taxi for your day or night out, always book this from the hotel, as they have a QR code to order your taxi & they use a reputable company. The lads will be more than happy to order a taxi for you if you’re unable to use the app. Like I said book early to avoid missing out on this little gem which is situated just off the front in St Chads Road which is right in the middle of both South & Central piers, an excellent location. Also, it’s best to contact them directly to book, you can book through booking.com, but they can give you the best dates & types of accommodation over the phone, so call them before booking through booking.com. We can’t wait to be back & we’ll see you both soon boys & thanks again for everything during our stay.

What can I say other than wow! Mark & Damian are the loveliest hosts. All areas are spotlessly clean and the bar is well stocked. Beds are comfy and the rooms were lovely and quiet. We stayed here as a family of 4 (with two teenage boys) and everyone was comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, with perfect service (thank you Damian) and a delicious full English (thanks Mark). They even catered for me (vegan) with no fuss at all. We liked it so much, we stayed an extra night! Ooh - and we managed to get a parking spot right outside!

Nice Pleasant Greeting & Service From The Host Simon! With A Nice Tidy Room With Own Bathroom Including Good Flowing Hot Water In Shower. Unfortunately No Breakfast Was Provided As Advertised? But It Was Still A Bargain Fir The Night.

Room was nothing like booking.com plugs hanging off the wall, very rundown, unclean. Behind the bed was awful. Bed uncomfortable. People walking along the corridor made the wall move. Unhygienic to say the least. Was a last minute booking but not worth the £35
Katrina R — Google review
This is a basic hotel but in a great location. The room is basic. However the bed was so comfy. The sheets were clean. There were fresh towels. The shower was good. You don't really come to Blackpool to stay on your room. So it was perfect for what we needed. The lady who booked us in was very friendly and welcoming and told us to call if we needed her. Tea and coffee was in the room. However the kettle could do with being replaced. But apart from that. We was happy with our stay.
Chelsea K — Google review
Stayed here for a cheap night out in Blackpool. I was very pleasantly surprised for the price. I've stayed in a lot worse than cost a lot more. Friendly helpful staff and a nice clean double bed. I couldn't have asked for more for the price and I would stay again.
Jamie B — Google review
Stayed on 5th July. Worst hotel in Blackpool I have ever stayed in, and the standard is pretty low being Blackpool. The room wasn’t cleaned before we checked in was told they would do it while we go out, got back an hour later and it was still the same. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I was bitten head to toe by what seems to be bed bugs. Tried to contact the hotel about my concerns but hitting a brickwall. Would avoid this hotel at all costs even if the price is enticing!
Alex B — Google review
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Booked a room for this evening (7/12/24) with a check in of 3pm, arrived at the property at just after 3pm… no one answered the phone or the door, finally got in touch with someone who said they would be there in 30 mins to allow us access …. 3.5 hours later and no phone call, no one turned up to check us in… left stood in the wind and rain trying to find alternative accommodation! Unprofessional, unhelpful and will definitely be telling everyone to avoid! You should be ashamed to leave 4 people stood in the rain with nowhere to go!

I have been to Blackpool so many times, but this place was different . More quiet ambience and we were welcomed warmlym . Certainly, very welcoming staff, good value for the money paid . Manager simon gave us free water and the owner was also very welcoming. I would visit again. Full 5-stars

I stayed here for 1 night with my partner on the weekend, the rooms look nothing like the picture, the bed sheets weren’t washed and I’ve woken up with severe bed bug bites all over my body I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me £1000

We stayed here for an impromptu break to see the illuminations. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean, it had two comfy big beds big enough to fit my family of four. There was a TV , tea and coffee facilities and a hairdryer etc. the breakfast in the morning was delicious and the hosts were very accommodating to my two young children. The b and b is close enough to the illuminations and sights but far enough to be quiet . Would recommend and definitely love to go back!

Unreal little find! North Crest is an absolute gem in Blackpool. The hosts are amazing, both made us all feel welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was incredible!! Kathie and Pete have clearly worked so hard, they absolutely deserve 10 stars let alone 5. The rooms are immaculate and lots of little touches that made the stay even better such as hair dryers in the room and lampshades with fitted chargers. Thank you so much! We will definitely back.

The rooms were great, well equipped, tidy, clean, and even a complimentary KitKat! The breakfast in the morning is brilliant, with other options on the breakfast bar. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again if I was to return to Blackpool! The hosts were amazing and made us all feel welcome.

Nice clean b&b. The room was spotless, the breakfast was great. ( probably the best I've ever had) Pete and Kathie are great hosts and Ollie was lovely. The bar is a nice touch and very cheap with a wide range of drinks. Tea,coffee and biscuits in the rooms, fridge with bottled water and fresh milk. Couldn't fault it at all. Just stayed at By The Seaside Blackpool for a couple of nights. Stayed in Room 6 on the top floor. Very large spacious room with seating area. Mini bar, High quality tea and coffee tray with luxury biscuits, sweet jar! Beautiful B&B, lovely decor and everywhere is spotless. Had drinks in the bar where you can play your own music videos on the TV etc. All drinks were good prices. The breakfast was outstanding. Never seen such a choice of buffet items and then a breakfast menu cooked to order which was excellent quality. The hosts Denise and Steve were so welcoming. Would 100% stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality place to stay in an excellent location. Thank you

By The Seaside is a beautiful nautical themed B&B. The couple who run it are amazing and went above and beyond for us all that stayed there for the football tournament. The room we had was spacious and had an ensuite shower/sink/toilet. The breakfast that you could help yourself too had an amazing range and there is something for everyone. The Full English (had a veggie option too) and Eggs Benedict were fantastic.

A hidden gem! Beautifully decorated throughout, cosy but modern. Immaculately clean with thoughtful touches. The owners are very welcoming and approachable, Denise is lovely x Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice, cooked breakfast made to order...chefs kiss! Very reasonable prices for the mini bar in the rooms x An excellent stay for me and my partner, we will definitely vidit again ❤

The best B&B in Blackpool 🤩 me and my partner had such a lovely stay over the weekend and could not recommend By The Seaside enough! The room was so clean and comfy we could have spent the weekend in there and when getting ready there was a whole dressing table with a studio style white lamp which was PERFECT! As well as tea and coffee there was also a proper coffee machine which was a lovely edition. The host Denise made breakfast in the morning and we could not fault it- I had eggs benedict and it was unreal 🍳🍳 there was also plenty to choose from in the continental section. In the evening the bar was lovely and hosts were so welcoming and happy to chat with us ☺️ Overall, it was a lovely stay, full of little details that pulled it all together and we would happily visit again!

The rooms are beautiful exactly like the pictures, the full place is beautiful. The location is great a little walk away from the centre but perfect to get away from the noise of the main strip. Unbelievably clean one of the most cleanest accommodations I have stayed in. The breakfast is beautiful. The host is great very relaxed and easy to talk to and quick to deal with issues which you won’t have. Overall made my full stay at Blackpool very comfortable and enjoyable not a single complaint. I would a thousand percent not hesitate in booking again.

We stayed at this lovely guest house for 2 nights. From the moment we arrived John and Sue could not have been more welcoming. Room was large and clean and had everything you could need ( fridge, safe, complimentary drinks and toiletries and a hairdryer). Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of fruits, yogurts, cereals etc and a fabulous full English!!! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends. Thank you John and Sue for looking after us so well.

Where do I start? From start to finish, this has been the most amazing weekend and a huge part of that has been down to Sue and John and the amazingly warm and welcoming environment they have created As a blackpool virgin, I didn't really know what to expect but before we even walked in, the front door was swung open and we were being welcomed in as if we were old friends that they hadn't seen in years. The place itself is immaculate. With an incredible attention to detail and delightful little personal touches, it really feels like you're entering someone's home rather than a place of business. We booked the junior suite which was just beautiful and the cupcakes left in there were delicious. After a heavy night on Friday I was ready for something sweet with a cuppa on Saturday afternoon so that was a really lovely touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I felt rather posh having a robe to wear while I sauntered around. We both would have expected to pay more for something as nice as it is. Along with the beautiful room was breakfast, and what a breakfast it was! Everything is cooked fresh to order and it came out piping hot and perfectly cooked. Just the right amount of food to set you up for the day. There is a spread of breakfast goodies as well like cereal, toast, yoghurt etc so all potential cravings are covered! I have had the best weekend being introduced to blackpool but it wouldn't have been anywhere near as good without the warmth and familial feel that Sue and John brought to the experience. Thank you for everything. We will be back. If you stay anywhere make it the fox lodge. You will not regret it!

I come every year to Blackpool Magic convention and I have stayed at various hotels near the Winter Gardens. I can honestly say staying at the boomerang has been my favourite experience so far! Vicky, the landlady, is a wonderful genuine person who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Whilst the room I stayed in was very basic, it had everything I needed. And, even though it is situated near town, the room was lovely and quiet and a perfect place to put my head down and get some rest. The bed was also super comfy! Really helpful to have a mini fridge in my room and the only thing it was lacking for me was a bedside table lamp. Thank you, Vicky for making my stay a pleasant one. And a huge thank you for bringing me a bottle of water when I had a hangover from hell and couldn’t get out of bed with a migraine. You saved me.! See you next year 😀

We visited Boomerang Hotel, and we genuinely couldn’t wait for our night away, we read all the reviews, looked at all the photos online, and this is what we were faced with. Vicky seemed very nice and helpful, and it’s nothing against her, her hospitality of extras like vodka jellies and rum chocolate is definitely what helped her even gain one star. We had a fab weekend, as long as we laugh about where we stayed. It had lots of damp/water patches, smelt terrible, so much so we had to keep the windows wide open, and spray perfume, we were also given a lamp with a broken base to use. If I had my children with me I would have refused to sleep there, so I just want to make others aware that some, if not all rooms need serious work before I would class it as a place for visitors to stay. We didn’t want the ritz, we wanted clean, basic, and not to smell of damp.

Fantastic hotel! Geoff & Lorraine (and Hetty) were excellent hosts. Very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean and it was helpful to have the fridge in the room. They also provided a great choice of breakfasts. Great central location. Highly recommended and will be our 1st choice when we return to Blackpool. Many Thanks from Graeme & Susan!

Hotel is excellent indeed the best I have stayed at in Blackpool. So close to all major attractions so location for a start is great. Lorraine and Geoff are so friendly and welcoming and always on hand for a chat or to help with anything you need. During Covid the processes and systems they have put in place are superb and you feel completely safe and hotel is super clean and tidy. Breakfast in the morning is fantastic and when we come again to Blackpool we won’t look any further than this place as it really ticks all the boxes. You will absolutely have no disappointment or issues if you book your stay at this hotel. First class

Would highly recommend staying here. Just spent 2 nights here with family, could not recommend it more. Geoff and Lorraine were the perfect friendly hosts. Location was very central, rooms were spotless, well decorated and the little extras in the room were a nice touch. Breakfast was lovely too! Without a doubt this place was value for money. Think we found our 'go to' b&b for all our future visits. Thank you both x

Our short family break was lovely. The owners couldn't do enough for you and are truly kind people. Our room ( family suite ) was great ther was a set of bunk beds and a single in one room with a t.v plus the owners put some sweets and drinks in ther for the children which they loved.. In our room we had a lovely big double bed and a large smart t.v Netflix was a bonus. Iron and board , safe , hair dryer Also the tea and coffee making facilities were great too not your typical bnb offering ther was plenty of extras ie coffe , tea , hot chocolate, cappuccino, bottled water , mints and cookies not your cheap ones either. I forgot how loud seagulls are so had to close the window Haha. The bathroom is also good for typical bnb .. small which is to be expected but was perfect for our family.. nice hot shower that keeps its pressure, plenty of towels, complementary soap , shower gel , shampoo and conditioner and shower caps. All the little extras make it a lovely experience and we was very grateful for everything. Breakfast was good a nice selection of cereal, fruit , yogurts and juices and the hot selection was also good my youngest two children don't really eat cooked breakfast but loved ther egg sandwiches . Cooked breakfast was good and quite sizeable so much so I had a kids breakfast on the 2nd day however was just right for my hubby. All in all I was very happy and if we come back to Blackpool we will be staying at the Norwood.. To the owners, thanks again it was lovely, jade , damo and kids x

Nestled in the vibrant Blackpool Centre district, the Del Savannah Hotel is your go-to spot for a memorable getaway. This charming hotel offers everything you need for a delightful stay, including a complimentary continental breakfast to kickstart your day. Just a short stroll away, you'll find local dining gems like LiLo Charcoal and Sandwich Stop. With entertainment options nearby, such as the beautifully restored North Pier just 1.
Just come back from Del Savannah B&B. My family paid £100 for a 1 night stay for 2 adults and 3 children, that’s only £20 per person per night. The accommodation was basic but very very clean. We where met by the manager Geoff when we arrived who explained that the bar area and breakfast area was closed because of COVID 19. Instead of not offering the breakfast service that had decided to do a breakfast in bed option FOC, a great service that you don’t get in most 5* hotels. The B&B is minuets away from the sea front. I have stayed in many B&B’s in Blackpool and this is the best and most friendly one. The beds where fine, the showers worked all the time we where there. NEVER had that before LOL. Just want to say thank you for a first class service. Many thanks The Kelly Family.

It is run down , dirty, uncomfortable and everything falling apart. We had dirty bed sheets, dirty towels, noone did room cleaning for few days, service very unprofessional and snappy , rude( lady who is "at front").Surprised it's still going, only location been great for us, breakfast was OK, other than that-avoid. Power energy cut when I was taking 🚿shower. We definitely would not be back. (We add one more day to stay at festival and it was absolutely robbery, overpriced , but driver need rest).

AVOID!!! booked two rooms for the night a double and a single for my son.. his room was no where near ours despite stating it was for our child, so partner had to swap with our son. The bunk bed he had was unstable and shook with every movement, both beds very uncomfortable. The hotel smelt revolting, facilities were appalling for example tvs didn't work, not even something as simple as hand wash was avaliable. It was absolutely filthy; stains all over the carpets, spit on the wall next to the bed won't even bother going into detail over the bathroom. Didn't bother staying for the included breakfast not with the level of hygiene we endured. Never been so shocked and disappointed in all my life. "Friend of owner looking after the place so little help"
Laura A — Google review
Where to start... Negatives first then the positives. Here goes... For a place to rest your head on a budget it does the job. Couple of things: it smelled as though someone had been sick in the hallway which was unpleasant. The bathroom door you can't open properly as it bangs against the toilet behind it. It is also stiff to close due to hanging off its hinges. The shower room barely looks clean with cobwebs and tiles missing and what not. The window was jammed open so couldn't close it to keep any warmth in. To boil the kettle you have to transfer it across the room and balance it next to the lamp as there is no nearby socket. The sink cupboard doors literally fell off as I opened it and almost fell on my 10month old baby's foot. That needs fixed. Floor and doors (touch points) felt sticky. The door lock is barely attached. Anyone could barge the door open should they want to. That was my room. (and the hot water in the shower takes about 10mins to warm up due to the age of the building). Downstairs, there are no rooms so, if like me, you have a micro human you must leave the pram downstairs so I had to leave him while I carried everything upstairs to come back for him. Breakfast wasn't tooo bad. The black pudding was hard and the hash browns were too however the rest of it was delicious and just the right portion size. All that having been said, a lot of it is fixable and just needs some attention. The staff were absolutely lovely, the location is (albeit slightly rundown, that's not their fault) is very handy being 5min walk from the beach etc and most importantly... The bed and pillows were so comfortable I could've taken them home with me!! I really liked the decor, especially the sparkly walls! I had a great night's sleep and I really enjoyed my time there. It's less than £40 a night, it's not going to be a 5* hotel! It needs some investment to bring it up to scratch. Overall, not too bad-ish... Does the job. Just.
Louise C — Google review
Geoff and staff are lovely, and helped alot. However the hotel its self is very out dated. There was 3 of us in a room. But the room was for 5. It was a squeeze for 3 of us, no were to hang clothes, there was 3 draws to fold clothes in. We stayed 3 nights, bathroom was disgusting. Broken tap, toilet sink and shower all stained, the shower rail was broken. Only 2 towels, (asked for more). Was told u wash cups in the bathroom, wouldn't give us any clean cups, room was not cleaned during our stay. Mattress was rock hard, one mattress didnt even fit the bottom bunk. 2 lamps, no bulbs, asked for bulb but only 1 plug socket. An extension lead was used for tv and kettle. Tiny tv, could only see from 1 bed. Carpets filthy. Heating on 24/7 and the weather was 26degrees. Windows wouldn't open. Windows filthy. The staff were very nice, due to covid we had breakfast sandwiches brought to our room, however the staff were pushy to come in for a chat every morning. (Didnt appreciate coming in when not dressed) Plenty of tea coffee sugar and Toilet roll. Also gave us free parking around the back of hotel. Offered to help with bags. Geoff and staff did make us feel welcome. We did speak to him about all faults but he said the owners will not do anything. It isnt Geoffs fault. But all the above is our honesty.
Lisa W — Google review
It was okay... The rooms were a bit old and the toilets were okay, wouldn't say spotless... Also missing were toiletries + toilet paper. Still for the price it was probably okay, breakfast was decent. With a little more effort it can b a lot better.
Rahul S — Google review
My room was good, however the heating unit stopped on the second day of my 6-day-stay and I tried to text them multipletimes, called them once and tried to find them at the "reception" with no response. So the main problem was the lack of communication, however, as I said, the room was ok.
Tomislav D — Google review
The room absolutely stunk, the bedding was damp, there was no door on the toilet and the bed was rickety, booked through booking.com, hotel never replied to complaint so offered a measly £6.75 refund for a £45 room!! Avoid at all costs

We've visited here several times over the last 4-5 years when the owners were originally Ann and Tony and there were excellent, extremely clean, polite and great hosts, however new ownership has emerged since March of DAWN and DAVE who are just the same, lovely people, easy to talk to, have plenty of time and patience for guests and simply great hosts. This is probably is one of, if not the best hotels to stay in, in Blackpool from a price point of view, great value for money considering cleanliness, location and the owners attitude towards their guests. I would 100% recommended this hotel to anyone thinking of staying as you definitely wouldn't regret it.

Lovely place with hidden extras. When we booked we thought breakfast was included sadly not. It was an additional payment but by heck was it worth it? Yes yes yes lovely freshly cooked. With unlimited tea/coffee and toast. Tea and coffee in your room, you've used it up not a problem. We Big Billy and myself couldn't ask for anything else.

Couldn't thank Tony & Ann enough for being so attentive. Very accommodating allowing us to arrive outside of the regular check in time and even still after a cancelled train made this even later. Rooms immaculately clean. Lovely breakfast at an additional cost but very good value for money. The perfect hosts , would definitely return .

We had a wonderful experience in this hotel, the manager and all of the staff couldn't do enough to make sure the stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was clean and serviced with towels, T and Coffee in abundance. The vegetarian breakfast served to my wife was one of the best she's had equally as good as mine and the kids meat versions. All in all a great stay and can't wait to return.

Hotel room wasn’t clean, dust and hair everywhere. Cups has mould at the bottom, the bathroom was very small and was not clean. At least the bed was comfy. Photos posted on the website does not show the extent of issues. Repairs were clearly needed and the wallpaper was coming off the walls. The smell was wet dog and BO, wouldn’t go again.

Booked this hotel about a week in advance for a last minute trip, paid upfront, only to turn up to find out its closed. Had to pay nearly double the price for a last minute hotel. Would give 0 stars if I could!

Disgusting, filthy room up in attic, an old, used elastoplast on floor and what looked like mini tumbleweeds. Paid £40 for bed and breakfast and didn't get any breakfast, dining room was all locked up. Tried knocking on doors downstairs and calling their 01253 number and got answer machine. Another guest was doing same at same time as me, not even worthy of 1 star🤬🤬

Where to begin. We got there and were greeted with a smile and a nice long chat before being shown our room and settling in for the weekend ahead during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. The two owners couldn't do enough to make us feel more at home and were more than happy to make sure we had everything we needed despite them being ludicrously busy given the celebrations over the weekend nationwide! Nevertheless, they still offered to make us breakfast at a time that suited us the next morning, they weren't at all bothered about any curfews and even offered us a later checkout should we need one. From start to finishes it was just no nonsense and a really good time. No point in getting a fancy apartment or posh hotel when these gents run a really homely and well looked after place like this. Had a great night's sleep and will be recommending them to people we know. Cheers guys and see you again in the not so distant future ✅

From check in to check out, Nick and John were the most wonderful hosts. The room was spotless and we loved the extra touches like the squash, make up wipes and biscuits. Breakfast was cooked perfectly both mornings, with great quality ingredients. The location was perfect to access all the fun of the front, but being in the gay district, it was a lot quieter and felt safer at night. I don't think we'll stay anywhere else in Blackpool again! I highly recommend you choose Westfield House for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Blackpool.

Thank you to John and Nick for a lovely stay. Everything was perfect. From the warm welcome to the great hospitality. The room: We were on the second floor and the room was warm, cosy and had plenty of nice touches. There was plenty of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate provided. There were a couple of bottles of water, some fruit squash sachets and mints too. The bathroom was brand new and had toiletries provided which were much needed given we forgot to bring our own! Breakfast: There was a pre-order system and you were allowed to select as many options as you liked (and there were plenty of them!). The full English was great and you could have hot drinks, fruit juices, cereal and toast with it. It was all excellent and the breakfast service John and Nick had down to a tee. We even got a stick of rock as a souvenir on our last day. Overall: It was a lovely stay and such great value for money. John and Nick looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. They lent us umbrellas, gave us recommendations and made us feel very welcome. We will absolutely return here the next time we visit Blackpool. Thanks again for everything!

First time staying here and WOW!. Such an amazing place we stayed in the deluxe room 6, the room itself was like a mansion and definitely deluxe loads of space in the room and bathroom. Comfy pillows and bed, decent size shower and amenities in the room, fresh milk and water in the in room fridge which holds a 1.5 ltr bottle of water stood up (for size comparison), tea and coffee making facilities along with ample storage in the room. Great quality breakfast cooked fresh to order (order forms need completing night before). Stayed here two nights with my 10year old son it's absolutely lovely. My son was very impressed too. The family room you could choose a duvet cover for the children and they offer dressing gowns for adults and children, my son was chuffed he got one. There was a box of games in the room too plus a fridge which had crisps, snacks, milk and water, such a nice touch. this hotel goes the extra mile which is lovely even when my son asked for Apple Juice with breakfast and there wasn't any, there was some the next morning they'd been and bought it especially for my son, so nice if them to do that They also addressed everyone by their names which quite frankly can be a rarity these days Location great for families 10mins to pleasure beach, 10 mins to coral island (that's walking with a child). Breakfast was excellent with decent sausage and bacon, well presented and most importantly still hot. The hosts Denise and Ian were so friendly and easy going and very helpful, they were also very accommodating and attentive. I will most certainly be staying here again, rooms very clean, on trend and well thought out. For me you get what you pay for so a little extra goes a long way. Highly recommend 👍😊

What a wonderful weekend we have just had at the Barton House Hotel, Blackpool. Everything was spot on. We had three rooms booked between the 5 of us. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, each with a very well proportioned en-suite. The furnitire and furnishings are all very smart, tidy and comfortable....everything has been thought of. The little touches make a big difference. Parking was easy for us (November visit). A very short walk to the beach, right beside the middle pier. Denise and Ian are great hosts, full of information and lovely to chat with. Their suggestions of things to do and places to eat were spot on. A truly lovely couple, who clearly love their job and want their guests to have a fab time. Breakfast was delicious. Top quality, specially the bacon and sausages. Caffetierre coffee and a proper teapot too. We slept well and the bedding was lovely. A great stay.

The beds were really comfy and slept well.😴 location is good for the beach ⛱️ and probably every else but our family was the other side of Blackpool so not so good. Breakfast was excellent 👌 we chose the day before so we knew what we were going to have and it wasn't at a stupid hour of the morning 😀. 9.00am. Unfortunately work commitments send us home early 😪. Would like to say a big thank you to Karen And Paul we enjoyed our stay even though it was short lived.

Amazing find! We booked our stay quite late on and was very lucky to find this place! I received a message saying our room was ready and we could check in early which I've never had before so this was amazing as I had a child with me. We arrived and Karen greeted us at the door, very pleasant and made us feel at ease. We checked in and got our keys, Karen was very helpful as we had booked the zoo and had no idea where the bus stop was! Paul came and introduced himself again very pleasant! Breakfast was LUSH! Very rare I find places that do nice sausages and the bacon was amazing! Room was nice and clean! Nice warm shower! Would definitely return here it's nice to walk into someone's home/business and feel like you've met them before!

Lovely b&b.The host Karen and Paul are amazing. Such a lovely and welcoming couple. Ideal area. Close to the beach and on a lovely presented street filled with other b&bs. The rooms are immaculate and cosy. The breakfast though is absolutely beautiful. Cooked to perfection.. Whenever we come to Blackpool this is the place we will always come back to. It's like a home from home..

The Wellington was in the perfect location, half way between the Tower and the Fairground. The proprietors Paul and Yevette are warm friendly and very efficient. Our room was located at the rear on the first floor of the Hotel due to the stairs being an issue for me, We had been alocated top floor which was a bigger room however I received a curtesy call from Paul and we were reallocated a first floor room. The room was snug and warm with soft thick grey carpet beautifully decorated with lemon and grey wallpaper. The cleanliness of the room is to high level, bedding exceptionally clean and smelt nice too. Towels provided, hand and bath again exceptionally clean. Shower, toilet and sink provided was adequate for our needs, very clean. A wide range of breakfast stuff available. From a full English to toast. Tea, coffee and orange juice. I had scrambled egg on toast which was yummy, my partner had a full English which kept him full till early evening. The close proximity to the promenade makes The Wellington an ideal place to stay while on a break to Blackpool. Children are welcome. The Hotel has a TV room, a small pool room a dinning room and a lovely relaxing room with a bar in. We are definitely returning to The Wellington, thank you very much.

The proprietors of this establishment are exceptionally amiable and welcoming, and the accommodations are immaculate, each with its own private bathroom. Furthermore, the proximity to the promenade is quite convenient. I have no reservations about recommending this establishment and will certainly be returning in the future.

Lovely owners made us feel so welcome very helpful and the fact they knew and called us by our names was lovely, my boy felt so welcome and they even let us leave out suitcase after we gave the keys back and come back and collect before our coach home. Beautiful place and lovely company, would recommend, breakfast was lovely too, lots of time and effort made. Loved our stay thank you

Just had two night at the Wellington hotel. We booked two rooms one for myself and my husband and one for my sister and brother in law. The rooms were spotless. The staff were fantastic and very helpful and the location was fab. Breakfast was really good and brought out pretty much straight away. I could not fault the hotel and owners and I would book again with no hesitation. Thank you for having us, We had an amazing time! The Edwards & Whittingham clan 😊

No need to look anywhere else. This is the best b&b in blackpool. Start to finish is fab ! The cleanliness of the wellington is outstanding. There is always a warm welcome. You are right in the middle of the north & south. The tram is only 3 mins away too. Now to breakfast ...... it starts you up for day. You pre book it. Orange juice , tea , coffee , cereals then a cooked breakfast . Toast & jam etc to finish off. You always leave full. This is a 5 star stay . We always stay here . Paul & Yvette are the perfect hosts . 🥰😍🥰😍

Stayed at this hotel Monday to Friday in September 2017 with wife, son and three grand children . This is the best hotel we have stayed at, and have been going to Blackpool for many years. The meals where the best we ever had, and the cleanliness was 10/10. The hosts Paul and Yvette are fantastic and really make your stay the best. We recommend this hotel and will be booking for next illuminations. Thank you, Peter and family from Wrexham.

Just come home from staying the night with my Partnert at this lovely, clean and cosy guest house. Paul and Yvette are really nice hosts and so welcoming. Breakfasts are yummy even though I struggled to eat all of it as had a slight hangover from the night before. I would recommend this little gem to anyone wanting to stay overnight in Blackpool. We will be back here at Easter.

Nestled in the tranquil North Shore district of Blackpool, the 3-star Benson Hotel - Small Families & Couples Only offers a cozy and romantic retreat for small families and couples. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to dining options such as New Treasure City, serving delectable Asian and Chinese cuisine. Situated away from the city's hustle and bustle, this charming hotel provides a peaceful atmosphere with easy parking options.
– The location ...as it's far from the hustle and bustle it's a nice quiet street and parking is not a problem. Free to park on the road. The owners are lovely...very welcoming and accommodating. We spent last night in the bar. The drinks which there is a large selection of is very reasonable priced. The landlady brought us free nibbles over while we were playing board games with our 9 year old. She even offered to make our daughter some toast. The room which was on the top floor was big enough for the 3 of us. Will definitely be staying again. Keep up the good work 😁

DO NOT book this hotel unfortunately I did then had to cancel due to the sudden death of my father, they took full price of the room from my bank account and when I requested a refund they refused using the pandemic as an excuse, which yes it has left a lot of businesses in debt but I’m sure they have now booked this room out to someone else, I then offered to still take the booking as maybe a night away would help with my grief and was told to book a country hotel so I can reflect! Absolutely disgusting response obviously these people have no compassion just only greed

My girlfriend was staying here with her family and some friends and i dropped some bags off and stayed for a few hours , Carol and John were really welcoming and did everything the could to make everyone happy and even offered for me to stay as well. Lovely place. Very homely and easy to get along with and have a laugh. The rooms were decorated nicely and set to a high standard . You could see they are passionate about their hotel and everything to do with it and that’s why I wrote this review even when I didn’t stay . All the best for the future !

Liz and Terry are fabulous hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them. Stayed in Room 5, beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean. That reminds me must get some of those pillows!!! Comfiest I've ever laid my head on! Had a lovely stay, The Rimini is centrally located, ideal for either the pleasure beach or the Tower Side of Blackpool. Fabulous hosts! Fabulous BnB! Fabulous stay! Fabulous breakfast! Would highly recommend to anyone taking a visit to Blackpool 😃😃 see you again soon X

Ideally located in the centre of the attractions, this is a charming little bnb. The rooms are all clean and modern, bed is comfortable, and a warm welcome given. My only complaint is that it is difficult to park; you may be forced to use the football club car park although we were lucky that the owners could accommodate our car in their own space.

Tricia B — Google review
Spent 2 nights at the Rimini would certainly recommend. Was met by Carol and Rod very friendly and helpful. We were shown to our room which was the family room was very spacious with drinking facilities and plenty of storage space, TV and the beds were comfy, we had a great nights sleep both nights. The location for us was perfect, we spent 1 day at the pleasure Beach which was within walking distance and the next evening Tower end again within walking distance no having to get taxis or trams. The Beach which is a 2 minute walk away at the end of the road was perfect not to busy, tower end of the beach seemed very crowed where as this was the ideal spot. Nothing was to much trouble for Carol and Rod they checked we had what we needed and left you to come and go and do your own thing. Lots of places near by to eat and I'm returning in the school 6 weeks holidays and will certainly try as my first option to check availability to stay here again

Had a 2 night stay with my family , I had booked the rooms wrong on booking.com even though I'd booked 5 adults 2 children in three roo. booking showed 3 adults 2 children in 3 rooms . So Dave the host was a bit put out but agreed to accommodate the extra 2adulrs for.£40 . So phew that was sorted. Now as in my bio I always try to be fair. We were the only people staying , thankfully as the long drive meant the kids were over tired and few melt downs occurred. As we got into Argyle House the musty smell his you in the face the hallway carpet is filthy dirty . At this point I was worried I wouldn't be able to stay if my room was a bad but I continued on. I had room 4 a double on the others had a double and afamily with bunks . My room was okay wasn't as foisty as down stairs , nice and cool the attached shower room and toilet was adequate. My bed was super comfy and slept well. I did notice a lot of black mould on the shower head . Which is a cheap easy fix . Now the other rooms , did have a couple problems that where reported and fixed straight away. We were asked if there was anything we found wrong to let them know as if he doesn't know how can he fix them. The hosts Debbie and Dave are a canny couple. The bar prices are extremely good. The Breakfast was fantastic and plenty of it sets you up for a good few hours . We certainly enjoyed the proximity of the guesthouse near the front near the tower.

First and most important, it was not a hotel. They should rename it. Rooms were very small.... Like a dollhouse but not for family of 3. Bathroom was just enough to stand...one even can not stretch hands properly. Oh the thing which I hated most was smelling towels....my daughter (3 year old) noticed. Breakfast spread was not at all worth the money. At night, if there is emergency please don't expect host to come out for help. They will give excuse of early to bed and early to rise, not even waking up after 3 doorbells. Highly disappointed...will never recommend it to anyone.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago, on returning home I realised some of my belongings had gone missing. Having phoned the owner Colin to try and rectify the issue, he was extremely unhelpful and kept asking me what I was insinuating. One of the items missing was a mobile phone, I have managed to locate it through Find My iPhone and can see that it is still in the property, so if i was being honest, I would insinuate that Colin is a thief. DO NOT STAY HERE.

A great little gem in the heart of the Winter Gardens. Literally 5 minute walk to the sea front with lots of eateries within a few hundred yards. Lovely accommodation, large bright airy bedroom and excellent shower and kitchen facilities. Everything I needed for my 2 night stay. Easy to book, hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

Good location, but not the best. OK for the price, I suppose. Difficult to find. It's over William Hill's bookies, entrance at the back. Very steep stairs up to the apartments. Also very cold when we arrived and took quite a while to warm through. Not ideal as we had a little one and a buggy. Location is handy though. Very central, near the station and the theatre. Oh, and the bookies!
Rossini C — Google review
Our group booked both the Bay and Bloom appartments that make up PolkaDot so the photos and review cover both. At the time of our booking (May 2023), the price was very good at about £18 per person per night if you have enough people (But prices do obviously vary). These are non smoking apartments which have smoke alarms. They have multiple cameras on the hallways and doors for security reasons but we didn't notice any inside the appartments themselves. The apartments are ideal for large groups with a combined bed capacity of about 18 (but possibly more if some people share doubles and sofa beds). The hosts are happy to accept stag and hen parties (With the usual caveats that you respect the place and pay if you break stuff). The location is great, very close to the train station, amusements and nightlife of Blackpool. The entry was a little confusing with the digital keypad (Read the instructions they send you properlybunlike me who set off alarms) and there are different internal keypads for each appartment that work in the same way but with different codes. Each appartment had 3 rooms that count as bedrooms (In one there was a living room with multiple sofa beds rather than a bedroom). The rooms were clean, had fresh bedding and a towel per bed for the two nights we were staying. There was a kitchen and shower / toilet room in each appartment. The kitchens were large and had, fridge, oven, hob and kitchen equipment such as microwave and utensils plus some leftover condiments, tins from other guests (Use at your own risk) There were several smart TVs spread across the rooms which had Netflix logged in to an appartment account which was a nice touch. The host contacted me during the stay to check everything was ok and confirm timings and were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and return in future.
