Visited last Sunday with family and loved it. On arrival we were greeted on the door with a lovely smile. A little early we asked to sit at the bar for a drink and did so. Bar staff were very friendly and polite, happy to suggest what was great on the menu. We had starters and mains, I had the scallops which were fresh and tasty with a lovely tasty salad very refreshing. Mains I had a great wood fired pizza, and was not disappointed. The restaurant is on the dearer side, but great staff and fresh produce I do recommend as a treat!

We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I had seafood papadelle and my husband had the best fish n chips ever. The service was excellent Paris really looked after us all considering how busy it was. She even brought me sofa water apparently it's the best at getting stains out and she's not wrong!

Booked a table early, so we got seats right by the window with a full beach view — the place looks great 👍🏻 Probably because we came early, it wasn’t too crowded either. Opened the menu and realised the prices weren’t bad at all. Or maybe things in Blackpool just aren’t as expensive as down south? Not sure about that. Anyway, the brunch was beautifully presented and tasty. For four people, even with the 7% service charge, it only came to £71 — such a bargain! Definitely recommend!

Me and my boyfriend went out for our first proper dinner date here today. And we were both blown away by the amazing food and service! Our table was by the window and we had a great view of the sunset over the sea. We were served by Fraya and she was absolutely amazing. The food was 110% worth the price, I would have even payed more for it. The atmosphere and vibe was spot on. Would recommend and would go again! 💕

Amazing views & amazing food! Came for a drink at dinner time as the sun blasted down, then booked a table for teatime to eat and watch the sunset! Staff were amazing! Live music on Sunday afternoon!

Came in with the wife on a Monday afternoon a few drinks and a late lunch . Staff were very friendly and welcoming from start to finish . Food was amazing. Was nice to listen to some good music and still have a conversation. Shame we are not local otherwise we would be back here a lot more often.

We had brunch and wow it was so worth the money. The drinks were a great selection and the food was massive portions. Calum was our server and he was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. Had a great night with family would definitely go again.

Absolutely great place, came blackpool for a 2 night stay with my wife and newly 18 year old daughter, popped in here as we was passing, bouncers, bar staff and other drinkers were very friendly, we ended up in here for the whole 2 nights and we had a fabulous time, daughter made friends with some great people thankyou walkabout for making our first time out with our daughter very special, we will definitely be coming back.

Lovely dive bar on the back streets of Blackpool. Great playlist of music, nice to see some craft beers from Seven Brothers on tap and only £5 for the IPA a pint which is good. The pizza is huge, it's nice to see some different styles and the pizza is freshly baked. It's perhaps a bit more expensive than you may pay elsewhere but worth it. We had the Philly cheese Steak pizza which was quite spicy but nice. It could have benefitted from a tad more beef if I'm being picky. Would probably be a good venue on an evening.

Our usual nite spot when in Blackpool great selection of pizza by the slice or full. Also great selection of drinks music and atmosphere is great too. Will be back again very soon.

One of the must try venues in #Blackpool ... The place and atmosphere are good and quite different from most venues around town. Their #Detroit and #NewYork style #pizza were #delicious and I have to say, the best tasting pizza in town that I have tried, so far. I had the Detroit Shroom-raider pizza, NY-style Fat Tony, and NY-style N'duja-know the muffin man pizza. Will definitely be back there again. #foodporn #wanderlust

5 stars isn't enough for this place. The atmosphere was fantastic so relaxed with Decent music. It wasn't so loud you couldn't talk but too quiet where it felt awkward. The food was so goooood!! The portions for the price was bigger than expected and tasted amazing. I'm really surprised with the cocktails aswell. I don't usually order them as you pay a high price for a tiny glass but I really wanted to try one and it was definitely worth it. The staff was so efficient and polite it's the best service iv ever had. I can't remember the girls name who served us but she was soo nice. Will definitely be coming back.

Went here in May for my hen do and booked the dressed circle for 7 people. The seats were awful. The old fashioned red with gold edging chairs and the table was a skinny black table with a small table next to it that kept falling over. I wouldn't call this area dressed. The booths at the back looked a lot better which was cheaper than what we paid as we paid the price of £31.50 per person. The seating area in front of us were dressed but ours wasn't. We did ask if we was in the right seats and was told yes. We also noticed a booth at the back free and asked if we could move as we had a big pillar blocking our view and was told no there was only upstairs left (This clearly wasn't the case as them seats were empty all night). I deffo wouldn't of paid that much for where we got again. It is very run down for the price they charge and with it being a hot humid day with lots of people in one area you'd think they'd invest in air con with the prices they charge. I definitely won't be going again and feel like our seating area ruined our experience. Ive added a photo for reference on the area.

I really did not know what to expect 🤔 It was a really good night tbh. The staff are crazy and fun, even bitchy if you give as good as you get 🤣 Entertainment is provided from the door until you leave 💃 The only things that I found not to my liking was the over modulation and volume of the fantastic show taking place on stage. The food was slightly overpriced for the plate. The food was enjoyable and tasty but sorry to say, more cafe than restraunt (it was a Sunday). All in all, a fun filled night... Will I go again . Yes ...... Already booking early for Christmas.

We attended Sunday 28th Sept 2025 for the Halloween show it was fantastic. Polite friendly service, talented performers. And what can I say Ritzi Reynolds absolutely fabulous. And a special thank you to Celeste for taking care of us all night you were amazing my sweetheart. Will definitely be recommending for a fun night out thoroughly enjoyed our experience

Me and a group of friends had a brilliant night at Funny Girls in Blackpool! The venue opens at 7 PM with the show running 8–11 PM, great performances, great music, and plenty of laughs. The host was brilliant and played some great tunes suited to all ages. Drinks are reasonably priced for the type of venue youre attending, personally we choose to stick to cocktails as its much better value for money then drinking spirits. We did get a variety of them but The Vanitt would be a recommendation for someone looking for some sweet without being sickly or hevay on the stomach. It was a fantastic night out and I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking for something to do in the evening! Will defiantly be visiting again when a new show is on!

A great laugh - fantastic outfits and set design, amazing energy from the performers, and a team of staff who just want you to have a good time. Food at the restaurant is lacking in presentation, but was surprisingly tasty. It's no fine dining, but will certainly line your stomach before the show. It's a bit retirement home - not one that steals from the residents, but one that is doing the best with what it has. If you combine the show ticket and meal, I'd say the value is on-par with what you're served. The show, however, is fantastic. We went to see the Halloween performance - a mashup of melodies from stage shows, with unique sets and costumes for each. The performance is lip-synced (with the occasional hilarious ad-lib, and a cracking finale vocal performance from Host Ritzy), but the entertainment comes from fantastic, energetic choreography, sight-gags, and silicone boobs. The performers really give it their all, and the work backstage is top notch. Staff around the venue are friendly, cheeky, and attentive. Pricing isn't extortionate by any stretch, but you will have the best time if you're looking less at the cost of the drink, and more at the bottom of the glass. For a Wednesday night, it was packed out. Booths could do with a little extra padding, and the venue itself has some age related wear and tear, but the girls and the gays make this place come alive. Get a group of your friends together, book a booth, get nice and tipsy, and cheer your heart out. You'll have a great time.

Been to fancy girls four times a year for the last 3 years . Love it. Best night out in blackpool. The shows are fantastic, service is fantastic. Only had food once it was good but im a fussy eater so menu's not been to my taste.

Total professionalism and dedication of all the show performers. Each knows exactly what to do throughout the show whilst expressing their own personalities. Amazing, amazing, amazing...well worth the money. Bar staff also get a huge thankyou for welcoming you into the club and providing a table service throughout the show. Well done everyone, and hope the club finds a new owner soon who loves it just as much as the current owner who apparently is retiring. Will definitely be back again.

The ride may only be one of the shorter ride durations but that's because of the speed you travel. Be aware that the access is via a number of stairs so be ready for the walk and when it's windy you can definitely feel the structure move with it.

Wow I was blown away how good this was! Very short though that’s the only issue it’s so intense for such a short ride going backwards on the front row is amazing also never has a long queue would recommend strongly however don’t start your day with this ride start it with icon or the big one to beat the queue for that

Queue wasn’t the best but still a good ride. It wasn’t rough and it wasn’t smooth but still a must ride rollercoaster if you visit Pleasure Beach Resort.

This was actually epic!!! Waited around 30 minutes to board the ride, but the wait was worth it, the backwards feeling of this coaster was by far my favourite feeling in the whole theme park😊

Ordered a big don burger with chips, when it came out the chips were hard and cold, told a server and she ignored me. Told a different server and he took my plate and said he’s get me a fresh meal but he returned with the same burger with a fresh chips but the burger went cold in the kitchen… If I could give no stars I would, over priced, low quality food and below average serve

Came in for lunch yesterday and was amazed by the service. Great staff. Must say the food was very lovely. Wasn’t a wait a tasted great. Food was cooked by Chris. 100% recommend

I actually didnt eat here we just came in for the DJ. He is amazing and played a great selection of songs all night. We will all be visiting again for this reason 👌👌 My review is based on 11pm on a Saturday night where we expect it to be loud.

Myself, husband and inlaws had a meal in you restaurant. The prices were good but the food was not very good. My husband had a mixed grill the steak was so tough he couldn't chew it. The chicken was over cooked and very tough it was stringy and hard to chew and even harder to swallow. I had the Hunter chicken. The chicken was the size of an egg, a little bit of bacon, hardly any cheese and little BBQ sauce. The chicken was really tough that I had trouble cutting it. It was very chewy and hard to swallow. The potions were very small. My sister in law had lasagna, the dish was small and round and only about an inch deep with hardly any meat. My brother in law had pizza, he said it was ok but the crust was hard and burnt. We will not be eating there ever again.

Absolutely disgusting, dogs allowed in to food service area, allowed to sit on material seats. One dog in particular had its face all over the table, it licked the container sauces were in. Owner allowed it to drink out of her glass of Guinness. After the dog and owners had departed I eventually had to say to a staff member about the situation expecting some disinfection to take place, table was given a quick spray and wiped over with a small cloth that was used to then wipe over other tables. We thought about ordering lunch however after 2 drinks and watching a football match we left. Nothing would entice me to eat in this establishment, absolutely disgusting.

Churros were swimming in oil. Main meal bland . Had to clean our own table twice , once when we arrived and once after we finished our main meal before desert . Brought the wrong food out to us . Couldn’t wait to get home . We were a group of 6 people . We had to push two tables together so six of us could sit together.

DJ rude won't play any song requested today at 3pm on Saturday with bar empty, nobody dancing, no atmosphere. Shame we normally like this bar. Time for these 7 ladies to move on , very disappointed 😞

We visited this pub while on a weekend break in Blackpool. We had a great night. Staff and customers were really friendly. The addition of the dj and great music made for a marvellous atmosphere. I even had a bit of a boogie, which is a rare thing.

Past its best and incredibly disappointing. We ventured here to re-live past times and words cannot describe what we experienced. £6 each entry, a choice of cans of Carling, cans of Strongbow, vodka and mixer or water. Come on?! Fantastic building but such a let down. Please return this club to something close to what it used to be and not somewhere that promises much but delivers a 1 hour window to purchase a limited choice of overpriced drinks.

Amazing food, fantastic service and an electric atmosphere. Saw the brilliant Halloween special on 30/09/22 which was fabulous I laughed, danced and sang all night long. Could not fault a thing. Would recommend anyone to go 1000% Best night out I've had for a very long time.

Waited at the bar for ages before we were told we had to purchase tickets at the door to receive drinks. The bartenders completed neglected us at the bar and we’re dancing with each other. Drinkers are poured from 2 litre bottles and my drinks were completely flat. Totally unprofessional and drinks were horrible. We were also told that with each drink purchase we would receive a free shot, but upon arriving at the bar with tokens, we were told there were no shots available. Complete waste of time and money. Certainly will not be visiting again. Horrible experience

The drinks are tokens but change every time. Was dead even at 2:46am on a Friday. Not worth it personally. Think you don’t notice but you do. Ask for a drink and it changed three times. . . The customer ain’t soft but nice one I guess.

3 stars for the club, tacky sticky dance floor, no toilet helpers, toilets were disgusting. Sanctuary on NYE however that was 5 stars staff were friendly.

Not my kind of place & definitely not worth the price (I paid £10 entry which was discounted!) Onto the music, I don't really enjoy songs that have been remixed so I couldn't get into party mood which I suppose is the main reason for going to a club. The dancefloor is great & spacious but again there's no point if I'm not going to use it. The toilets are poor, there are doors that are broken & some even removed completely. The seating areas are quite nice but I'm not there to sit down. The bar staff offered fast service which was good. I won't be returning in a hurry.

I attended the btid after party Kelly a bar tender was left attending the bar for ages on her own and the club was packed 100% needs some recognition for this as she coped so well and the club was boiling if it wasn't for drink tokens I would have gave her a tip x

We enjoyed our visit here. The interior of the building is very charming like many other wetherspoons. We opted for the katsu curry and a kids pasta. Food was okay, we've had better in spoons however service was good and the beer was cold. Will definitely visit again

Great place on the Promenade for a late drink. Just passing by at 11pm & decided to see if they were open. Got a really friendly welcome from the guy behind the bar. We had a pint and a half of Leffe on draught. This is my FAVOURITE beer ever and so rare to see it on draught. Tasted very good but needed a bit more of a head! Then we had two double JDs & coke. Excellent. Total was £20! We were amazed!! Great bar. Very large and clean. It was very quiet which was good as we could talk easily. Didn’t eat so cannot comment on the food. Aperol Spritz ~ bargain! Great place. Highly recommend.

I love Wetherspoons and frequent them often. However today’s food at this Wetherspoons was awful. Friday 23rd May 2025. I had a chicken jalfreizi and it was very watery, the poppadoms burnt, the naan bread rock hard and the rice had blue bits in it which was very off putting. This was the worse curry I’ve ever had in Wetherspoons and I’ve had hundreds of them over the years. I do love Wetherspoons though but this was not Upto its usual standards.

This pub is very busy, and table service can be delayed as staff are trying to turn tables over for the next customers. We ordered the small plate deal, the pizza didn't come cut, but did come with a steak knife. The servers just plonked the plates down so to cut the pizza meant we had to juggle some hot plates, on a small table. I ordered a margarita as the price was very reasonable but it wasnt great.

Fairly decent Wetherspoons in the shadow of Blackpool tower. Very busy here as you would expect but using the app makes ordering very easy. Great value as always.

OK for cheap drinks, but the Wetherspoons Korean chicken burger, coated with body armour dating back to the Korean war.... ending my day out, or maybe my life. Perhaps Ukraine might be interested in covering their tanks with this bread crumb. Typical wetherspoons, suitable for singing the drinking song from 'the Student Prince' as you drink. But not much else. I didn't finish their chips by the way, they were edible.

Went here on a recommendation, was not disappointed. Was busy, karaoke was on, people running it were decent singers. Good atmosphere, felt like everyone was out for a good time. Lot's of posters advertising music for the week. Service was efficient, glass collector was always wandering about. Definitely worth a visit.

A banging bar among many others in this area but I've tried each one and this is by far the best especially after 8pm with live entertainment. I look forward to visiting this place again when I'm next in that part of the country.

There just now fantastic pub and atmosphere..But singer on just now sounds fantastic in background but drowing herself out with instrumental had to move seats as ears were sore . Tried to catch her during break to tell her it sounds like a rabble and other visitors agreed ..so please turn down your instrumental it's drawing you out x x

A nice pub which is one of a chain. All similar themed bars. Friendly staff, cheap drinks and at times some good live act's. Karaoke 🎤 Very busy on a weekend. It has to be a must visit when in Blackpool 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

A nicer bar than we expected in comparison to the Ma Kelly's North where we usually frequent. Much smaller and no real dance floor to speak of. We enjoyed our Bank Holiday Saturday afternoon here however, the ladies toilets really could do with some TLC.

This was a brilliant bar for drinking, with a bright, rich counter that sets the scene! Staff were really nice, design is as fancy as you would hope for and there is even enclosed seats which are a must. We enjoyed cocktails with a blue dolphin sweet in too, at completely clean table!

Came on Friday as part of a girls night out and the service was wonderful. Emily was a great waitress and very patient with us all. Absolutely would come again. The food was delicious!!

Five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a brilliant experience at the Slug and Lettuce on a lovely sunny day, and a huge part of that was thanks to Chloe behind the bar. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect pint. Chloe’s cheerful attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel genuinely welcome. It’s always a pleasure to be served by someone who clearly enjoys what they do. Thanks again, Chloe – we’ll definitely be back!

We were impressed by the wide selection of food and drinks, catering perfectly to both children and adults. The service was notably quick, and every member of staff we encountered was pleasant and welcoming. Portions were satisfactory, and we found the pricing to be quite reasonable.

First time visiting Blackpool and this is one of the nicest, reasonably priced places. Fresh lovely cooked and flavored dishes, with a wide variety for both meat and vegetarian/vegan lovers and gluten free options. Very relaxed atmosphere. Good quick service and nice cocktails.

The place looked busy outside and downstairs as we passed by, so we decided to stop in for some food. We opted for a selection of tapas to share. There was plenty of space available inside, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our food arrived quickly and was all very tasty — the Harissa Skewers were the standout dish for us, though everything was enjoyable. However, the service was inconsistent. We placed two separate drinks orders, and on both occasions, the dirty dishes were left on our table. Eventually, a staff member came over — after finishing a conversation with colleagues nearby — and cleared only some of the pots, leaving the rest behind.

Vintro lounge is one of many Lounges we've visited and this one didn't disappoint. Friendly welcome,decor of seaside and funfare images and objects is in keeping with its location of a seaside town. Varied menu for all tastes. Worth a visit and you won't be disappointed 😊

If you need a spot for you and your bestie to come and gossip, laugh or even cry this is the place for you. Iced coffees on hand and such wonderful staff ! Me and my friend have been coming to vintro for the best of 2 years and we wouldn’t change it for the world. Their bacon and avocado chicken burgers are just 10/10 and their cocktails also NEVER fail. I highly recommend vintro lounge (already do it on a daily basis) 🫶🏻

Great food and they also had great gluten free options as well. The staff were good and made us feel very welcome. A very cool restaurant down stairs has like an old fashioned fairground look to it. The toilets very modern and were kept very clean. I'd definitely recommend people to eat in the Vintro Lounge Blackpool 👌.

Good service at the bar and very comfortable sitting area. Good value. Lovely views. Its a shame that some customers do not tidy up after their own kids and feel that its ok to leave a mess.

I love this bar! You can sit at the end in the sunshine watching the sea as if your at sea! Staff are lovely and extremely helpful. Been in October and sitting in full sunshine with my cost and hat off!

Never usually go on the North Pier as we usually deem it too far out, but this time we ended up near there and thought we'd give it a try and was pleasantly surprised by Bloom bar at the end of the pier. Usually pier bars aren't much to look at, but this was totally different. I'd recommend anyone to give it a try, you might just enjoy it. We went on an afternoon so can't vouch for what it's like on an evening.

Great bar right out on the bottom of the pier. Strawberry daiquiris are amazing. Nice sunny day with the sea wind blocked so you get a nice relaxing drink without getting windswept.

Enjoyed the atmosphere in this small outside bar.. the live acts were entertaining as were the other patrons .. the area was clean and tidy. Access for disabled was adequate. There are sheltered areas in case the sun or rain come out..

Great little venue - went to watch Fat Man’s Corner perform. Great sound, cheap bar, some seating. Downside is that it’s not accessible with around 10 steps down to the venue although I can just about manage and the venue were helpful in storing my wheelchair.

Saw the fruit tones play here. A great venue that is doing a great job of supporting diy bands. Really enjoyed it in there.

Great little venue to see bands and performers. Small and intimate (capacity is around 300 people max ). Bar well stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers sensibly served in plastic glasses. Range of zero / no alcohol beers including Guinness 0.0, San Miguel 0.0 and Heineken zero. Bar staff were on the ball when we went in. If you are not there for a gig there is a pool table and confortable seats as well as tables by the bar.

First time visit and definitely not the last. Great venue to listen to live music. Beer prices are reasonable. Overall, it was a good experience

What can be said that is not already known. Bootleg is a household name in blackpool with regular gigs from artists ranging from pop to whatever it is people hear . It also has some open mics and free attendance nights that boost the music community and open the stage to everyone. I have participated in these and always enjoy it.

I always like going to the mitre when I go Blackpool was in there for one on Saturday 12 of July popped in for a pint played on machine won £80 even tho a lot paid out in pound coins the big guy behind the bar not sure what his name was he's got black hair he happily changed all the coins for me Many thanks for the hospitality I will be back soon as some point Thank you so much 🙏

Small traditional pub tucked into a narrow street with some outside seating at the front for people watching. There is a limited sandwich choice available according to the menus dotted around.

Been going to this bar on my Blackpool trips for 50 years,but bad experience this time.Same round of drinks varied by £5 plus(only 4 drinks)confronted staff was told l must of asked for doubles, no.l might be 70 year old & a ex publican,but was sober & I'm not senile.Beware

Top venue with an on site brewery, great live music and brilliant staff, try the Dubai chocolate stout, it ain't cheap, but it's next level good!

What a surprise! Birthplace of Blackpool FC, now a brewery tap. Cracking range of beers and great wines too.

This is my local, just down from my salon. The people are wonderful, the beers are fresh and always changing. They Brew their own booze too so it's always good to try new flavours. A fabulous choice of spirits, ciders and sours too. Live music every week, open mic nights once a month also crafting evenings and jam sessions too as well as a pool table. What more could you ask for. X

This is THE main pub that I recommend when going to Blackpool. Cozy, plenty of world & craft beers available on tap or by the bottle/can and a very welcoming atmosphere which makes it appealing if you are popping in during the day or making it a stop on your night out. The bar is also fully stocked with cask options from Pool Brewing, Blackpool's only local brewery. I'd reccomend a pint of the "For Real This Time" stout. All in all, its my favourite place to go in town for a drink, no matter what the occasion. All are welcome here and I highly reccomend that you check them out.

Always come in at Rebellion Festival , it's selction of beers has exploded over past few years , ales on pump , more on tap, and huge selection of bottled beers 🍻

Played a gig there last night. I'm not a local but if I was this would be one of my haunts. Nice big venue, friendly staff and community feel. Have their own brewery, I only tried their stout but it was nice and stouty and would buy again. Quite a big layout yet plenty of 'separate' seating areas so when there is live music on you can sit elsewhere and enjoy the music but still have the ability to hold a conversation without shouting. Clean environment, plenty to look at while in the men's bathroom (stickers/posters etc. 😆) A lovely pub and well worth a visit if you're in Blackpool! ,👍

I wish we didn't have to go for the train home. It's a fun place. There was a lady singer and then karaoke. Was with my sidekick and the staff were so accomodating. Will defo go again

My partner and I visited from Norwich, and we spent most of the night here in Shenanigans. It was an absolute scream!!! The bar owner is an absolute legend. They had the amazing Melissa Myles singing, and she was fantastic. I wish we lived closer to this bar 😍

It was fairly quiet but early on in the day, the bar staff were friendly and it does get quite busy, especially over the weekends.

Here for my birthday, having a fantastic time. Atmosphere is fantastic, love it here. Spent a fortune, but worth it.

I have eaten here alot . Most times ok food is not the best . This time was terrible. Waitress literally dumped it infront of me unwrapped knife and fork dumped on table was that bad I took a picture . Food mildly warm and fish was so dry again. Bar staff warm and friendly .

Usually love this place, however bar man spilt pint all over and down the glass making it sticky and the pizza could of done with longer in the oven... Shame really!!

Prime seafront spoons. But strangely this isn't premium priced. Lovely modern interior with lifts and multiple outside roof terraces. Yet still no premium pricing. As cheap as all other local towns. Really would have though this would be the most expensive kme in town given its location.

It's the best looking spoons in Blackpool by some distance, but there is nothing else around it so it is a bit of a walk to get to, most of the bars are in the north end of the mile, the food is average and it's more expensive than normal, I suppose as there is no competition close by they can charge more but I suppose the overheads for this place is high it's on three floors and has a lift. Would be nice in the summer to come and sit outside and look at the the views, mainly used by families, and couples worth it for the views but was disappointed because was hoping it was going to be the best spoons I ever been in, but sadly the food and strange prices let it down.

When we arrived it was quite quiet but we're welcomed with an open fire burning in the corner. So we thought ooh this looks cosy. We got some drinks and then ordered some food. A few minutes had lasped and the food was delivered to our table. I thought 'that was quick' commenting to my husband at the same time. But only to find that the food was cold. We returned it and was asked if we wanted a refund but weren't asked if we wanted the food replaced. When we did get the food replaced the waitress who waited on us was very dour faced, didn't even apologise for the first catastrophe, plonked it on our table and marched off. To top it all there was a workman in and was using a drill that was deafening. It went on forever. Not the service anyone would want in my opinion. Won't be going back. 😕

Number 1 bar in Blackpool! Love this place, Aitor and Taf are masters of customer service. The Experience cocktails are brilliant and in custom hand made glasses. Nothing is too much trouble and they are both very welcoming. If cocktails aren’t for you then there is a vast array of other beverages including a very nice selection of rums. Love this place!

Lovely cocktails, it's £11 per drink for the most fancy ones (come with smoke/novelty mug) and £10 for classic ones. Our son wanted to have his coca cola in one of the novelty mugs and they were more than happy to oblige. Service was a little slower than I'd like (15 mins between finishing and being approached about wanting another drink or passing by) but it was constantly busy and staff were rushed off their feet. I'd go again if ever go back to Blackpool. Lovely classy welcoming venue with great staff and great tasting drinks. They do add automatic service charge of 4% which I know some people hate but going out their way to cater for son I was going to tip more than that anyway so great for me as didn't have to mess about when paying.

Away in Blackpool for 2 nights so I looked up some cocktail places to try and this place didn’t disappoint! Inside the venue felt relaxing and the decor was stunning. Cocktails were delicious, beautiful and funky looking. Service was great and polite (even though me and my partner were the only ones in there). If I were ever to come back to Blackpool I would deffo go back and recommend it to anyone.

Didn't have food just drinks cocktails in great an unusual an different cups/mugs/glasses drinks lots of ice an alcohol in them - dj on could not hear people talk hard to friends unless sat next too each other as music too loud would have left 5 star-just had one drink staff excellent

Excellent cocktails, it is on the pricer end and I would recommend to attract more footfall that they need to lower the cocktails prices to around £8 each. But other than the price, the cocktails were lovely and the decor is very smart.

Ended up popping in here a few times while visiting Blackpool. Huge variety of cocktails & mocktails on offers and of great quality. Bar itself looks great and is kept clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and professional. Worth checking out if you are after a few drinks! Will drop in again next time I visit.

Lovely but expensive cocktails made from scratch not with pre-brought syrups but expensive. Taste good and table service. Bathrooms have cobwebs and could be cleaner which is not what you expect at over £10 per drink.

I came here for the first time on my family trip to Blackpool and really enjoyed it. We just popped in for a cocktail and it was delicious. I had a watermelon type one and it tasted amazing. The place itself is lovely and it was surprisingly very quiet when we were in. They have a nice little outside seating bit which is lovely as it’s right at the beachfront. I found the staff very helpful as the lady had taken our drinks order and said she’d take them over to us outside. They were well made and looked awesome.

Our visit to Spyglass can only be described as a serious operational failure from start to finish. The venue was severely understaffed, and the employees present appeared overwhelmed, confused, and visibly agitated. Basic service standards were non-existent at one stage, staff were observed slamming doors behind the bar area in frustration. A 40-minute delay for cocktails is unacceptable under any circumstances, but what compounded the issue was the absence of any meaningful communication or apology. While the drinks themselves were fine, the experience leading up to them was chaotic and poorly managed. Cleanliness across the site was well below standard: the women’s toilet sign had fallen off (causing confusion about whether the facilities were unisex), the toilets themselves were unsanitary, and both tables and menus were sticky. When a member of our party accidentally spilled a drink, the response from staff was shockingly unprofessional they clapped and made a joke instead of offering assistance. An initial complaint at the bar resulted in an insincere apology that did nothing to address the behaviour or the poor service. Upon departure, a second complaint was raised. At this point, the bartender in a grey hoodie became defensive and threw his pen at the bar in frustration. This reaction was entirely inappropriate and demonstrated a complete lack of composure and training. The overall impression is of an establishment in disarray, lacking leadership, discipline, and any sense of customer care. Even on a difficult day, this level of dysfunction is unacceptable. Have a pleasant day, please do better.

Truth be told, I'm not a fan of what most people go to Blackpool for - but this isn't one of the towns typical karaoke and stag/hen party places. It's a classy, modern and upscale bar serving quality drinks and cocktails in a great atmosphere in a great location right on the promenade. The cocktails were great, and plenty to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive as always (my third visit) - would recommend in an instant

Been here a few times now & it never disappoints. Everyone I have brought here has agreed that the drinks, service, cleanlinesses & the restrooms of Spyglass is just perfection. Music is also great! Range of martinis & classic drinks are perfect - there is a drink for everyone. I will continue to come back to Spyglass every time I come to blackpool!

Was recommended this place by the hotel where we were staying and it was buzzing. Live music and entertainment all day into the early hours. Great mix of entertainment and a busy lively atmosphere. Good sized dance floor and friendly locals. Bar staff were kept busy but managed the levels well. Good priced drinks. Toilets kept clean as well.

Visited 3 of the Ma Kelly's sites, every one gave good service. All the acts and compairs were very professional. Reasonable priced drinks. All of the door supervisors were very polite and did a great job.

We always have a lively time at Ma Kelly's. The live music is consistently good and the prices are fair for Blackpool. There's a big dancefloor, plenty of seating and you always meet a few characters in there.

Entertainment is good, prices are average for Blackpool but service not so great. Was ok until one staff member joined another at around 12:40pm/1pm, by 1:45pm this particular lady was on her phone all the time messaging etc and not seeing the waiting customers at the bar, the other staff member that was still working from previously was rushing around serving customers and washing glasses etc on her own.

4 of us, had 2 great nights in Ma Kellys. Dj Rio, played good music, lots of dancing an singing 👍. Bar staff an door staff also good. Had a great time. See you again soon 👍

What an amazing night! First night "out out" for some many years and all 12 of us really enjoyed and so thankful we chose Popworld. From the start of getting information Trent was brilliant, very helpful and a patient of a saint answering my many questions. He also arranged something for 2 of my friends that made the evening extra special for them. We had the VIP area and was treated as such by his team on the night. We had pre-ordered drink packages which were brought to us as soon as we arrived. Music was fantastic through the night. Trent thank you very much and you have a brilliant team of staff

Had the most amazing time here this weekend! The lads on the door were so lovely and welcoming and the bar staff looked like they were having the best time! Chloe served us and was so quick and knew the drinks really well, she gave us all the offers and the drinks were really cheap too! The DJ was amazing and played all our requests and some belters too, absolutely cannot wait to visit again!

Called in last Saturday on the back of a card handed to us in the street offering a free shot when buying your first drink. Bought 3 drinks and awaited our free shots (sourz). The young lady behind the bar did go to pour our shots but got distracted when another member of staff came and asked her for something. We waited a few more minutes and then politely asked if we could grab our free shots. Naturally we didn't expect this to be an issue but the response we got was “You’ve already had them”. I explained to the young lady what had happened and that whilst I’m sure she thought she’d poured them she hadn’t, however this fell on deaf ears, she simply stated, “you’ve had them” and walked off. Wouldn’t give lower than 3 stars for my review as overall place/feel was good and door staff on entry were very friendly, but just some disappointing customer service from Bar staff.

Had a fantastic day at the over 30s event. Staff were amazing and special shout out to Trent who really looked after us. Will definitely be back.

Went here last night after the light switch on asked staff do they do guiness before payin to get in,they said yes,paid £8 to get in for me and my bf,got to the bar paid for 2 drinks for the girl to come back n say no guiness,you can have something else, bf said that's all I drink,spoke to the manager and she said we havnt got any so got my money back for the guiness I didn't get and she wouldn't refund the £8 I'd paid to get in she said you should of asked first,we did that's why we went in so not happy havin paid £8 for 5 mins and no drinks ,disgusting way to treat customers,won't be goin in there again Gave a star for the security person's outside who wer friendly

Visited on 2 accations over a weekend in Blackpool door staff where polite made us aware that there was a charge etc. bar staff where okay DJ and queens fabulous as always. The Flying Handbag is a fun spot—music was on point, staff were mostly friendly, and the prices didn’t make my wallet cry (big win!). The food came out so fast I half wondered if they’d read my mind before I ordered. The lady who served me looked like she was allergic to smiling—fair enough, we all have off days, but a grin wouldn’t have hurt. The kitchen lady could also be a bit more welcoming, especially for first-timers who don’t know the ropes. And when I finished eating, it felt like the staff were waiting for my plate to grow legs and walk itself back to the kitchen. (If that’s the plan, I can’t wait for the upgrade!) Overall, good vibes and worth a visit—just needs a sprinkle of warmth and maybe a smile or two to really shine.

Absolutely banging music! Only had double jack and cokes at £4.94 a go, so can't comment on other drinks. Properly friendly staff and patrons! Bit basic but overall well chuffed! Thanks for the mega time! Recommend as a break from the friggin dance/"R&B" of other places.

Lovely bar but something was off about the drinks last night. The draught seemed a lot weaker than it should be on multiple types of beer and cider. Was flat too.

Did the Venue Tour on Wednesday. Guide was so informative and engaged. Really enjoyed seeing round the complex and hearing about its history. We finished the tour with optional Afternoon Tea which was really nice. Would highly recommend this tour.

Once you are inside this is a great venue, full of history. Great views of the entertainment and comfortable seating. The exterior could do with a lick of paint but the real letdown is the surrounding area (not the fault of the venue of course!), not a nice location to walk through to get there but don't let that put you off!

I was there for line dancing. It was amazing. Great floor, great music. It's a beautiful venue. They only draw back was in the bar it was card only.

Lovely old venue but just some notes. Watched BGT auditions and we were sat in the circle - no view of the Judges or Judges table from row G where we were seated unless we stood up. The sound from all microphones was particularly muffled/low. Only 5 ladies toilets 100s of seats so always at least a 10 mins wait at a time, plus there are 5 steps inside the ladies toilets to go up before reaching the toilet stalls.

Up for The British County Music Festival. Great acts, great music.

Although they have an accessable lift from the hounds hill entrance. The door is always locked making it inaccessible. I have completed to the council several times about this issue and it is never addressed just excuses. Although you can gain accessable access by waking around the building there is no information available to the casual visitor. It also makes access difficult considering that they have lift access available, but it can't be accepted because the council don't care about their legal obligations under the equality act of 2010. And just make excuses

First time in this wetherspoons and was very impressed, actually one of the best weatherspoons ive been in. Loads of staff working on a very busy Saturday night which was good to see, tables cleared and cleaned in minutes, drinks bought via the app brought over to the table in minutes of ordering, super fast food after ordering. The staff on that shift (saturday night 28th September) where a real credit to the manager of that spoons they had the place running like clock work and deserve some credit, some other wetherspoons could learn a lot from this one. Music on in the background made for a great atmosphere as well 👌

We was pleasantly surprised with this wetherspoons. Not looking much from outside with a small outside terrace. Inside was standard wetherspoons on 3 floors with the bonus of a very nice roof terrace.

Food was absolutely atrocious.... ordered the pasta and my goodness the serving was absolutely ridiculous for the price. I asked the waiter if they had given a childs portion it was that small! Charging those prices for that portion was totally unacceptable. It would of been worth while if it had tasted good but it was basic and I had tasted better from a packet! 1 star - food 3 star service - based on the waiter who served the food this was decreased. 5 star - drinks and atmosphere

In the roof top bar it was lovely, but when I order a pint I want a pint not 3/4. When asked for him to fill it up he wasnt the most politeness .done it with a sarky comment wick at the age of 60 was taken a back. If you pay for a pint you should get a pint never mind what it costs a pint is a pint. Would recommend but some staff need more training.

I came to Blackpool with friends for a weekend, arriving on Friday afternoon, we decided we needed something to eat so came here to get something, we ordered food , then I decided to go downstairs to go for fresh air , I ended up fainting on the stairs & fell , all I can remember is The Manager & some other people surrounding me when I came too, I was given a glass of water & asked if I wanted an ambulance but I didn’t think I needed one as I just thought I just needed some food & fresh air. I never got to Thank the manager who was so kind & there were others too . I’ve now been told it’s because of my HRT tablets I’m on that can drop my blood pressure, from the bottom of my heart I so thank everyone for helping me plus they made sure our meal came out quick too.

Typical Wetherspoon in attractively converted building with nicely decorated bars on ground and first floors. A nice nod to Blackpool is in the form of a waltzer converted into a booth. Service was quick and efficient using the app, with kids well catered for and food prepared and presented as well as could be expected. Indeed, we all rather enjoyed our meals.

The Dutton Arms lies on the South Shore in close proximity to the south pier. It is on the main road and features a front beer garden consisting of picnic style tables, sited on artificial grass, shielded from the pavement with clear glass partitions. This area could be made a lot more attractive as it lets the first impression of the pub down from street view. A shame due to inside being good. The bar and eating areas are very spacious. Split into semi-open areas, with TV's showing sport. Food is available and offers on certain meals make this an attractive alternative to others in the near vicinity. Menus are simple and easy to understand, staff did know what was available and did give you the best options. Saying this, during busier times, it was a chore to get served. The bar and eating areas (no eating outside due to sea gulls) are clean and tidy. The toilets are either downstairs for ladies or upstairs for gents (over a dozen stairs). These are clean, well maintained, modern and to a good standard. Bar prices are what you'd expect for a bar on a seafront. On the whole, a great alternative to other run down pubs or 'chain' bars and worth a visit for a family meal.

We stopped by for some lunch during the very busy airshow weekend (adult and child). Nice staff, clean place and the food was lovely and well priced. There was not a long wait for the food. Free access to cold water and cups. Nice outdoor area to sit in the sun too.

Rough and ready, but food was delicious and hot, service was spot on, very clean pub, my only concern was seeing an American XLBully sat on the seats and no muzzle. Owner confirmed the breed when I asked them.

We had really good time. Food and drinks were served in timely manner. Special shout out to Lawren and another colleague served our group (sorry did not catch his name). They were very helpful and made our experience enjoyable. We had 7 in our group.

Walked past here while eating our fish and chips and thought a pint would go well with this. Popped in for some drinks, sat outside out of the way drinking them, then got told we couldn’t eat our food there. We weren’t hurting anyone, we were spending money in the pub. So we drank up and left. We would probably of been drinking there all Afternoon if they had of left us, there loss. Seemed a good place too.

My partner remembered going here many years ago so we popped in during a short stay in Blackpool. Door staff were friendly and welcoming and a big shout out to the very nice doorman who offered me a helping hand with the high step..lol. Nice lay out inside and good sized dance area. Great for people watching...lots of entertaining dancers who have a passion for soul. Reasonable prices and great all round atmosphere.

What an amazing atmosphere. We visited in the afternoon and evening . It was so fun. Was very busy and everyone was dancing. Great especially if you like soul music.

If you like soul, motown, and northern soul then you must visit. Try winding the dj up and request red light spells danger (he loves it!!!) He fancies himself as a comedian and loves you to vape in front of him. It was packed Friday and Saturday and we'll definitely go in next time we're in Blackpool.

Came to this bar tonight. I was refused a drink because I didn't have I.D. I'm 33 years of age. Having eye wrinkles is normally a giveaway for me, I don't regularly encounter this situation but... I was denied 🤷 I showed the bartender a photo of my passport which made zero difference because she could already clearly see I wasn't 17 or younger, any validation to prove this wouldn't have mattered. The staff, today in this incident, and in my opinion, just wanted to be awkward or feel a sense of power. We went further up the road towards the station after this encounter and ended up having a brilliant night in a more friendly, fun and welcoming bar. Blessing in disguise.

popped in here on Monday 28th July for a couple of cokes when traveling back to Birmingham. prices of the drinks was really cheap and the atmosphere was chill as it was early morning . Will be returning next year when im back in Blackpool .

Only good for cheap pints,background music fine,if u come in the wrong side,expect a wait from staff,the male staff terrible,sour faced,dosent want to talk,and can't even say please or thank u,owners,plz send this guy on a management course, if it was normal prices,would definitely wouldn't go back,plenty other friendly near by.

The staff are fantastic and if you are looking from classic Irish / British pub then this for you. Younger people might find it a little bit dour and the lack of music (when we visited) only adds to that atmosphere. Prices were average. Would we visit again? Yes

Fantastic experience all round. Loved the 4D experience and reading the history behind it, as you walk to the 4D and lift to go up. All staff were more than friendly and the views were phenomenal 😊 only bad thing was that the engineers were late to test the lift and we couldn't go at our normal time, as it needed work doing to it. We then had to rebook. We were only here for the night so had many more things booked but thankfully, they had a slot much later in the day.

I last went up the Tower sixty years ago this month, so it was a very emotional and poignant treat. I LOVED the viewing platform, last experienced on the Skywalk at the Grand Canyon near Las Vegas on our honeymoon. Great photo opportunities at the top of the tower, but I was sorry I didn't have time to read the boards depicting the fascinating history of the Tower. Loved the quirky beachhut themed loos!

Fun days out here over the weekend. The multi attraction ticket is great value and you can easily spend 2-3 days enjoying the tower and sights. The weather wasn't great so we sheltered in the Ballroom for a couple of hours and it's a very comfortable, pleasant way to chill and pass time, watching the dancers and enjoying the atmosphere. The circus was as great as ever and the kids really enjoyed it, the water finale seems to be a bit lackluster compared to times gone by though sadly. - make sure you queue up at least 45 mins before your timeslot to get a good seat. The tower eye had great views and helpful staff on the elevator - but it took us nearly an hour to get up there in the queue which was a bit of a drag. The dungeon was brilliant, wonderful actors and amazing atmosphere - really enjoyed this attraction and the people running it should be proud.

If you're a fan of strictly or dancing, then this place is a must stop on a trip to Blackpool. It cost us £11.50 each for a ticket (pre booking needed) and didn't disappoint us. It was stunning, there's a bar for food, drinks and Costa coffee. We sat, mesmerized by the dancers, and an elderly gentleman took one of my friends onto the dancefloor for a dance. We stayed for a few hours and it was lovely. Highly recommend.

Had a great time at Blackpool Tower! We did the 4D cinema and then the Skywalk — the views were absolutely amazing. The staff were really nice too. Honestly, it’s a must-try experience at least once. Standing that high up and looking out over the city was incredible. I’d definitely recommend it! Tip: book your tickets online to save time and make the whole visit smoother

I've not been up Blackpool tower in years, so I took my 2 youngest to sample the tower 😂 All the levels at the top were open so we were able to get as high as possible. I wouldn't have minded a look from the crows tower, but that's not allowed 😂 It's a simple experience, but great to jump on the glass floor looking down 😂 then you can navigate the spiral staircases up to the open tops 👌 Great views and an experience. Not too costly, but a definite attraction to visit when at Blackpool! We did Dino mini golf afterwards, again cheap, only 9 holes, but worth a go. Thanks Blackpool! 😊👍

Very smooth process when you purchase tickets in advance, upon arrival our tickets were scanned. 4D experience was great really enjoyed something different. Absolutely loved our trip up the tower fantastic views of Blackpool and famous landmarks. Would recommend.

ordered food for 3 adults 3 kids absolute waste. food arrivved cold and burnt.frozen mash not hard to get right returned too warm for a child. no cutlery served.supposedly steak and ale pie solid burnt and no filling. staff seemed overwhelmed. visited lots of previous times as use most green king pubs in blackpool.always enjoyed but seems to have gone downhill rapidly.

Well. We booked a table for 4 plus a highchair and when we arrived we had been reserved a great table. We ordered drinks using the app and when Connor served our drinks he made us aware that there was around a 45 minute wait for food. I always believe that good thing comes to those who wait. Well we waited for the food and when it came it was great. Huge portion sizes and piping hot. Connor kept us informed all through the wait and was a very kind and tentative server.

Their "specials" for the day were of great value, which is always welcome when you are travelling. Very large seating area, along with a smaller outdoor area right on the beach road corner. IF looking for a place to get a bite you may wish to consider giving it a try. - SPA007

Ate here twice in the daytime when staying in Blackpool recently. Cannot fault the food and the deals available (kids/seniors etc) made it very reasonably priced. It was empty which is what we wanted - saw how busy it got with stag/hen dos over the weekend so very happy that it was empty and perfect for me and 2 kids through the day (Tues/Weds of school hols) Staff really friendly and helpful.

Absolutely brilliant experience first time in Blackpool and found service below par untill I found the counting house staff are polite and friendly and really go above and beyond even getting water for the dogs when we arrived. Food was brilliant and reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend and definitely will be back every time we are in Blackpool! 9.8/10

Went in on Thursday early afternoon, really bad weather so everywhere was quiet. Ordered steak, partner had a chicken platter. Both were absolutely amazing. Steak was cooked perfectly, said 8oz but was definitely double that size lol. Could barely finish it. Chicken platter was huge. Perfectly cooked. All in paid 40 quid for a steak dinner, chicken platter, a large cocktail pitcher and a great bottle of prosecco.

Amazing place with amazing people! My partner and I spontaneously went to Blackpool for a weekend getaway; our first time visiting the comedy station and we were seated on the front row, anxiety increased waiting to be picked out, but honestly, what an amazing night! The host absolutely makes the show; as we left my partner said he could do the show himself 🙌🏼

My fiance and I had one of the best nights out we've ever had here last Friday night. The staff were friendly and welcoming and incredibly helpful. The DJ played a great choice of music, including some retro 80s kids TV theme tunes, which I really enjoyed. Ryan, the compere, was absolutely hilarious and agreed to have a photo with us after the show. His interactions with the audience were awesome and very funny. The other 3 comedians were also very funny and entertaining,each in their own way. We will definitely be back again when we are next in Blackpool.

A great comedy night all round! The staff are fantastic and so helpful. The bar is great with drinks and snack at great prices. We loved the acts that we saw - they were brilliant! The host was also very good! One thing about this comedy club that is brilliant is there rules about audience participation and how they deal with hecklers who, let's face it, can really ruin a great show. Would highly recommend!

Had a brilliant Friday Halloween night .All the acts were amazing ,hope Allyson keeps up the pole dancing🤣🤣 and we loved the venue .The drinks were reasonably priced and a the staff were very friendly .Ryan Gleeson is hilarious and as a scouse bird who drinks in The Black Horse Adam’s set had me in stitches ,he was spot on .We will definitely be back and would highly recommend a visit here to our friends .

Popped in on the way past when visiting Blackpool as I had heard that they may have a gluten free beer. Well I was very pleased to have the choice of 3 keg and 1 cask ale to choose from along with a selection of cans and bottles in the fridge. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and I would recommend a visit to anyone looking for well kept beers ales and ciders in Blackpool

While we only popped in for one drink before an event, the gentleman behind the bar was funny, friendly and very knowledgeable. Happy to let my partner try all the different beers on tap before deciding what he wanted, all the while giving info about each one. Highly recommended all around!

If you're a craft beer lover in the area, do not miss out on the Layton Cask Micro Pub. The decor is absolutely stunning, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The attention to detail is impressive, and it's clear that the owner Paul has put a lot of love and care into the design. As for the beer selection, it's spot on. There's something for everyone here, from hoppy IPAs to rich stouts and everything in between. The prices are more than fair, especially given the quality of the beer and the overall experience. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They're all knowledgeable craft beer enthusiasts who are passionate about what they do. They're happy to chat with you about the different beers on tap and offer recommendations based on your preferences. I have to give a special shout-out to Gaz and Lee, who were incredibly helpful and friendly during my visit. And finally, I have to mention The Fiend Brewery beer, which was absolutely fantastic. It was the stand out beer for me, and I highly recommend giving it a try. Overall, Layton Cask Micro Pub is an outstanding spot for beer lovers. What a fantastic night!! The acts are amazing, really entertaining and play their parts very well. I’m a bit partial to Elvis and Jackson but all the acts were brilliant. It’s energetic and immersive. The atmosphere is electric and the dancers that accompany are just as mesmerising. Worth the money and is family friendly and welcoming. I would quite happily return again!

Well what can we say, we came last night 9th Aug the 4 of us and lets break it down. Venue - first time we all came and it was nice layout, clean and toilets was too so this part was well. Prices - expensive on the spirits but bottles average price so not to bad. The performances- well we all feel like it was very slow paced like it was missing the humph, blondie was very good got into character and sang very well, boy George was a cheeky chap behaviour and attempted interaction but not enough, overall the performance was good singers however slow paced, and not enough interaction with the audience. Would we come again - no, is it worth the admission - no there's plenty of entrainment around Blackpool that is free and really a good show this is not worth the price.

Great night out . Enjoyed all the acts. Well laid out bar not over priced. Staff v helpful. Finishes a bit late nearly missed last bus .

The acts were bad and the drink prices were astronimical. The acts were miming. Not only did the drinks taste bad but for a single vodka and coke it was 8 pounds and you couldn't even tell that it had alcohol in it. The workers were rude and got involved in situations where they were not needed. I do not recommend this place at all and would advise people to go elsewhere for entertainment. This experience completely ruined my time away.

Shutout to the donut shop right next to the front entrance. The softest and pillowiest donuts I've ever eaten. Made to order and gently sprinkled with sugar. Not too oily or too sweet either. 11/10

What a amazing night of class entertainment of top class tribute acts, Boy George, Ed Sheeran,Elvis harianna grandad who sang wicked , Boy George and Ed Sheeran stole the show amazing. The place can't do enough to help you, it has a disability entrance, the staff are very friendly can't say enough about this place, apart from give it a visit x

Had an absolutely amazing night The atmosphere was great from start to finish — great music, friendly staff, and the drinks were spot on. The DJs kept the vibe going all night, and the crowd was buzzing. Loved the lighting and sound system too, it really added to the experience. Been here many times before. Mediocre night out at best, many people underage using fake IDs and go unchecked. Been drugged here before (thankfully I had my friends to help me out), and had to help a girl who had clearly been drugged, Security ended up taking her off of me and kicking her out with zero support and did not call an ambulance because they apparently cannot call emergency services which is horrific.

Great night out. Me and a group of friends had been planning to visit here for a while Ona recommendation from some other friends who had been. Great atmosphere and a great night out. Will definitely make it a more regular thing.

Broke my wrist on New Year’s Eve by falling down the stairs because they were slippy and then went again tonight with some friends and it was worse than before. I saw a woman laid outside of the place passed out and the bouncers were just standing there doing nothing. The bar staff were lovely though.

A great place to visit while in Blackpool, well worth a visit and good value when brought as part of turn blackpool days out pass. We spent around 2 hours here looking around, and the kids enjoyed it too. Even met Taylor Swift while we were there, she was a bit needy and kept asking for an autograph. Thor needs to hit the gym, hes let himself go.

Its been a while since i last visited the wax works. we decided to go and give it ago and for £48 for the family ticket it was not the cheapest. We enjoyed our time here seeing the different people and having phots with them. it was not too busy at the time so we did not have to wait long to get a good look at each wax work. the whole walk around was around 2hrs with a stop in the rovers pub mid way.

Had such a fun visit here, was fun for all of us. It was very clean, including the toilets. Appears very accessible too with lots of lifts (not that we needed to use them. But worth mentioning for those who do). Staff very nice and helpful, always smiling. The wax figures were so good, I had to look up close to so many of them because you couldn't tell that they were wax. Now history doesn't usually interest me, but I loved reading the history behind Madame Tussaud. So many different areas inside and a place to sit, drink and eat. The marvel area was incredible, and our favourite by far! Lots of photo opportunities, including paid ones to purchase if you'd like to. The gift shop at the end had a little bit of everything in there. It was very clean and well kept. Would be nice to see a few more people added in there like Luke Littler and Luke Combs.

Better than expected, and the waxworks were actually really good. Definitely worth a walk around with more celebrities than I realised there were. Not too costly, and especially great if the weather is rubbish outside 😂👌👍

Had an ok visit on a Saturday morning. Wasn't too busy as we went in just after opening. The waxworks are pretty good likenesses and the theming around the attraction is good. There just isn't enough of them. The models are very spaced out and there is a lot of empty space in some areas where it looks like some have been removed. They could really do with adding a lot more to make the walk around more eventful - sad to see a big lack of sports stars, just a handful of British ones. Likewise music and film are very underrepresented. Was cheap to enter as part of the Blackpool multi attraction ticket though. Took us around 60 minutes to get through.

First time attending and was really fun. Free photos by the staff on the way around and some really cool picture spots to take for yourself. The wax hand bit was also cool with the staff being very patient and friendly.

Had lunch. Ordered, pizza, ribs and caesar salad. Food is freshly cooked. Service was amazing. Lovely attentive waiter. If your looking for a finer lunch than a cafe here is the place, but expect to pay a little more. Overall lovely but not blown away if that makes sense.

Came for a date night tonight, arrived for our reservation at 6.30pm. Was greated and seated quickly by welcoming and very friendly staff. Customer service was excellent. The aesthetic and atmosphere was fun and energetic, there was a various collection of different music playing but it wasn't too loud. Our starters; Sticky BBQ spare Ribs, Halloumi Fries and Breaded Mushrooms. Our mains; Lamb Shank with Garlic buttered mash and Roasted vegetables. Honey and chilli Spare Ribs with chunky chips and sautéed mushrooms. Our deserts; Chocolate fudge Cake Tiramisu with cream Boyfriend got the Mudslide from the drinks menu and said it was sooo good! Food was absolutely delicious, tasted as good as they look on the pictures. Will definitely visit again. Thankyou Ric and the team, had an amazing night X

Our first visit to the Bank. You will need to book in advance if you want a good slot here. We arrived on Saturday at 4:15 and within an hour it was pretty full. You can see why. Excellent food, very pleasant staff and lovely modern design. We shared a garlic/cheese bread starter and both had steaks with sauce and extras. They were cooked to perfection. No room for desert. A couple of things to note is that they allot you a 2hr dining slot, which was not a problem for us. They also add a 10% service charge to all bills. You can have it removed, should you wish. However, the service we received was worth more the this charge. A very nice enjoyable experience and we will definitely be returning.

We had an absolutely fantastic meal at The Bank Bar & Grill! The staff were so friendly, attentive, and really made the whole experience even better. I had the Cumbrian beef bacon and cheese burger with black pudding added, along with paprika fries – absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. My boyfriend had the same burger with salt and chilli fries, and when he asked for jalapeños on his burger the staff not only made it happen but also suggested trying a chilli and honey sauce to go with it, recognising he liked spice. Such a thoughtful touch, and he loved it! The food was top quality, the portions generous, and the service was brilliant from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend The Bank Bar & Grill to anyone looking for amazing food and fantastic staff.

A peaceful and beautiful seaside spot! Blackpool Beach offers a lovely place to relax, enjoy the fresh air, and walk along the shore. It’s a great escape from the busy city life. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a calm and refreshing day by the sea.

Not a great day to be walking on Central Pier, rain, wind, but we braved it. There's a variety of things for you do do on this pier from eating 2 eating establishments, food kiosks, toilets in end eatery. Various funfair rides. Think these were ticket only. Tickets could be bought from one of the kiosks. There are various kiosks where you can test your skills to win a prize. A small shop we're you can buy your Black souvenirs. There's something for everyone.

I spent a great day at Blackpool Central Pier, which is exactly what you expect from a classic seaside experience. The pier itself has a retro charm with all the classic arcade games and amusement rides, including the famous Ferris wheel. I couldn’t resist a go on the ride—it offers amazing panoramic views of the coastline and the iconic Blackpool Tower in the distance. There are plenty of food stalls, with the ever-popular fish and chips being a must-try. I grabbed a portion of crispy fish and chips, which really hit the spot. If you’re into sweets, there are also candyfloss stands, ice cream kiosks, and traditional seaside treats. Walking around the pier, I spent some time in the arcades, testing my skills on the slot machines and enjoying the old-school feel of it all. The atmosphere was bustling, with families, couples, and tourists all enjoying themselves. Right around the pier, the beach was full of life, and the promenade stretched for miles with shops, cafés, and amusements. I could even see the Blackpool Tower lit up in the distance, adding to the iconic skyline. In short, Blackpool Central Pier is a fun, nostalgic spot that captures the essence of seaside holidays. It’s a mix of lively activities, beautiful views, and classic charm—definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

Nice attraction for kids and adults. But the claw machines always get you. Your never win as the prizes are to heavy and claws are adjusted loose so you get you money taken with any hope of winning. It's a very fast get rich game for the owners which is easy money for them. Other than that not a bad choice of little food outlets but prepare to pay the price.

Loads of great rides on central pier and a bar and beer garden at the start of it, on the promenade. Tickets available at the ticket booths, using cash or card. Need tickets for the rides as no cash is accepted on the rides. Great for kids and adults alike.

Victorian pier with amusements, palm reading, eateries & games. Excellent for a stroll & made me really nostalgic. Great fun if you like the amusements & some fun rides on there too

Few metal detectors out the day I was there. They didn't dig much junk up so would say the beach is well clean and kept after. The detectors must be picking up any rubbish they find and taking home with them, which is good for beach goers. Big sandy area and tide goes a-far-ways-out.

Absolute hidden gem, this place is not getting the publicity and credit it so rightly deserves. Fantastic food, best pina colada ever, and fabulous staff. The entertainment that was on after was also great. 10/10 from our party of 4 that visited.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the casino restaurant and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was buzzing with energy and excitement. The restaurant had a modern and elegant decor, giving off a luxurious vibe. But what truly stole the show was the food. The menu had a wide variety of options to choose from, making it difficult for me to decide what to order. The flavours were perfectly balanced and every bite was a burst of deliciousness. It was evident that the chef had put a lot of thought and effort into creating each dish. What also impressed me was the excellent customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dining experience. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. It was clear that the staff took pride in their work and truly cared about their customers. Overall, my experience at the casino restaurant was exceptional. The great food, atmosphere, and excellent customer service truly make it stand out. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. I have been an advocate for Grosvenor Casinos for over 20 years and probably a member of most due to travel. We particularly like Blackpool and travelled there today (7hours) to specifically go to the Grosvenor Casino. However I am extremely disappointed in the food we purchased. I have been a Chef for over 43 years and everything about what we had was wrong yet so easy to get right! We both had chicken and bacon hot sandwich and I had fries. Two pieces of bread toasted, warm sliced chicken and a sliver of bacon nothing on the bread not even a lettuce leaf no presentation, plate to small to display and nothing on the plate. sandwich was £9 and the fries extra &3.50. people eat with thier eyes and a little pride and detail would not of gone a miss even if it's a sandwich!!

4 of us went to this casino and did an experience for a 50th birthday celebration last night.None of us had been in a casino before . With the experience we got taught how to play for an hour and it was brilliant , Frazer did an fantastic job, we got a cocktail, bottle of champagne and £30 to play on the games along side 2 vouchers to use in there .After our hour with Frazer we were off on our own feeling a bit nervous as we were playing with really money we finally braved it on a table , unfortunately didn't get the guys name but he was brilliant and helped us when we couldn't remember somethings. If you are thinking about doing this experience don't hesitate its a fantastic night, staff are friendly and very helpful, we will definitely be returning.

I love this casino 🎰 The staff are mega friendly and helpful 😁 very clean and spacious casino! Loads of games to play inside!!😀 I must say that the staff are 10/10 amazing customer service! OLI, DAZ, and the manager who I can't remember his name and Mini P were fab guys!😀 Will definitely be returning here, free parking outside too!😊 1st time in this casino and I've never felt so welcomed 😌 thank you team Grosvenor!!🩵💙

An astute and diligent team. A lovely retreat from what can sometimes feel like a world all too focused on saving a penny only to lose a pound. Though I would urge consideration to raising the height of the ceiling for healthier ventilation.

Great casino, a lot bigger on the inside than it looks, special boom slot feature to the casino if you like slots but didn’t come and ask me if I wanted drinks like a lot of other casinos I’ve been too which isn’t a problem but the extra service is a bonus when going to these places
