Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery is a charming and elegant estate located on a fifth-generation family farm. This family-owned winery is renowned for its organic vineyards, award-winning culinary experiences, and picturesque wood-burning pizza oven surrounded by an outdoor bar overlooking the stunning vineyards. Visitors can also explore the on-site grocery store offering delectable cheese and wine to enjoy amidst the scenic vineyard. The cozy farmhouse-style restaurant and bar provide a warm ambiance to savor exquisite cuisine.
From the very beginning, our experience at Ravine Winery was amazing. As soon as we arrived, a lovely lady welcomed us and guided us through the wine tasting, taking the time to explain how everything worked. The supervisor also stepped in to assist, and we were so impressed when she mentioned that the First Lady hadn’t even clocked in yet. We felt terrible we didn’t catch her name to thank her properly. Kyle was fantastic in explaining and suggesting wines, making the tasting even more enjoyable. Afterward, we had lunch, and the experience got even better thanks to Michelle, who was so understanding and helpful throughout. To finish, we explored the little farm with pigs, goats, and chickens, which was such a charming touch to the day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Pretty. Super service, some great tasting wines can be had along with hummus and/or a variety of 3 cheeses (Brie, goat’s cheese and another hard artisanal cheese) with smokey mustard, sweet pickled onions and Maple syrup. Wine tasting can also be accompanied by other snacks such as potato chips etc. Full lunch menu is also available. Great views of the vineyard - not particularly extensive but gives you a feel of wine country nonetheless. Great afternoon out!

Ravine is my favorite winery in the NOTL region and has been for years! Located in St Davids, the wines are fabulous, the grounds are beautiful, and the service is outstanding. Utkaresh helped us on this visit and he was awesome describing the wines and ensuring we had everything we needed to have a great experience They have a small seating area inside to enjoy your flight or a large patio area outside. They offer charcuterie boards, hummus and other small snacks. There is also a bakery and full restaurant on premise (note the 3 all operate differnt hours) Their tasting flight allows you to pick 4 wines from their offerings. They have a wide range of wines *4 sparkling in both brut and charmat styles, 9 whites, 1 rose, 7 reds, and 1 ice wine were available. We shared 3 flights and a glass of ice wine so we tried 13 of their offerings and enjoyed all of them. My favorites were the sparklers, rose and oaked chardonay. This is a MUST stop on your NOTL visit My rating rationale for beer, wine, or spirits: +1 Service +1 Atmosphere/Vibe +1 Taste/Quality (Flavor, aroma, and overall quality of the beverage) +1 Presentation (Glassware, garnishes, and visual appeal of the drinks) +1 Selection/Variety (Range of beer, wine, or spirit options and uniqueness of offerings

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great place to visit! Amazing service — truly beyond expectations. The staff was friendly, the wine selection had great taste and variety, and the cheese tray was absolutely delicious. Everything was quite pocket-friendly compared to other wineries. What impressed me most was their attention to detail — they happily accommodated my food sensitivities and provided gluten-friendly crackers at no extra cost! Our server, Shennel, was exceptional and made the experience even better. A lovely spot for everyone — even kids can enjoy snacks and sodas from the Greenhouse and play in the huge open field within their parents’ sight while the adults relax and enjoy the wines. Highly recommended! 🍷🧀🌿

After having a number of fantastic wine and dining experiences at Ravine we decided to celebrate our wedding at Ravine Vineyard this August and it was the best decision ever! This venue is like no other and we couldn't have asked for a better experience and a more beautiful day. The venue aesthetically is stunning and feels both upscale but also relaxed. The food and drink is of a very high quality and the patios and event spaces are bright, spacious and very welcoming! In the weeks leading up to our big day our planner (Abby) was helpful, responsive and really put our minds at ease. She was extremely accommodating with requests and provided some thoughtful recommendations throughout the process. Abby and the day of coordinator work with all our vendors on the day and and overall it was such a relaxing day. Most of our guests traveled from abroad and it was clear to us they were very impressed with everything that Ravine brought to our day. Overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Ravine for a celebratory event or special occasion!

We stopped in on a quiet Wednesday and had an amazing view of the vineyard. Tons of shaded seating outside but also a cute indoor tasting room as well. A wide variety of wines including some amazing bold reds. The whole selection of wines tended towards being more dry which I greatly appreciate. Staff were friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this winery!

This was our fifth winery in two days and wow what a pleasant surprise! Warm and inviting atmosphere! Loved the seating area…a lot of space to gather. The view of the vineyard is spectacular. Victoria was of great assistance providing us with history and knowledge of the winery. This is the winery that sold me on white wine. I am not a white wine drinker, but when I tasted the Patricia Block Riesling , I was sold! This wine tasted so magical! Then another that I sampled was the Riesling ice wine which again Is something that I have not enjoyed in many years. My colleagues had ordered this as part of their wine flight of testing but I had not. Victoria thought to bring me a sample of the Riesling ice wine with the thought that I may change my mind on ice wine. This Riesling ice wine was pure silk, the liquid just sat on my tongue with just the right sweetness! It was just a wow moment. Thank you so much, Victoria. I cannot wait to sit with my husband and enjoy these Rieslings.

I’m blown away by our experience at Ravine Winery tonight! It was my anniversary with my partner and we had an incredible meal + winery pairing tonight. Wonderful service, INCREDIBLE food, and amazing atmosphere. I’m already recommending this place to everyone I know. THANK YOU Ravine!!

NOTL Bar & Restaurant is a new and trendy spot perfect for various occasions like date nights, group outings, or social events. The menu offers shareable dishes, salads, and top-notch martinis. You can reserve a seat on their beautiful all-season patio with a view of a stunning fountain that lights up the night sky. Customers have enjoyed the relaxed ambiance and delicious food such as spicy shrimp and rice balls recommended by friendly staff members like Alexis and Kaya.
We had the most incredible evening at NOTL Restaurant from the elegant atmosphere to the delicious food, everything was top-tier. But what truly made our night unforgettable was our server, Rebekah. Rebekah was an absolute gem, warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating a memorable experience. She guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations (which were spot on!), made us feel completely at ease, and went above and beyond without ever being overbearing. You could tell she truly cared about making our night special, and it showed in every interaction.

Katie was amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so well taken care. She had great recommendations and really added to our dining experience. We got the bruschetta to start, and had the salmon soba noodle and burger+fries. The food was delicious. We’ll definitely be back and asking for Katie again!

Niagara on the lake has many beautiful restaurants to sit down to a nice leisure dinner. Last night we discovered this fabulous place tucked away from hustle and bustle of people. NOTL surprised us with the understated atmosphere and a friendly staff. Our server Owen made sure we were properly looked after, he went above and beyond his regular tasks. He has a very kind manner with an eye for detail. Our food was excellent, we ordered a few shareables for our dinner. It was a great experience. The space is well managed, tables are far apart and clean with simple decorations. I can’t wait to return!

First time visiting NOTL Bar & Restaurant at Niagara-On-The-Lake. Was having dinner with a friend between two shows at the Shaw Festival. The patio was closed off when we first arrived for a wedding. Later the entire space was opened up once the ceremony finished revealing the beautiful indoor/outdoor space filled with light. We had the lobster dip to start and it was AMAZING!!! Our server Katie was delightful and attentive. We even discovered while talking with her that she has a day job with CHCH News as an associate producer. Would definitely come back again.

We stopped by on a Friday without a reservation and were lucky to get a nice table outdoors, the atmosphere was beautiful. They had a special for $115 CAD that included 1 starter, 2 entrées, 1 dessert, and a bottle of wine, which was a great deal. The steak had a $20 extra charge each, but it was totally worth it, perfectly cooked and delicious. Overall, the food and service were both excellent. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome dinner and a great experience our first time here! Zahra our server was fantastic, very accommodating and friendly! She was genuine and knowledgeable, and made the experience top notch! Thank you for a fantastic first experience here!

We came here to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. The food was amazing. The whole night was special. Our servers Katie and Owen were top notch. They made the night a night to remember. It’s peach season so we started with the peach burrata and the lobster dip. I had the salmon and soba noodles. I left nothing on my plate it was so good. A couple of us devoured the burgers. My mom enjoy the daily pasta which was a ravioli with a pesto sauce. It was a special night. The food, the service, and the ambiance was lovely. Thank you!!

I came here on a girls trip for my birthday. The service, food and decor were amazing. The rigatoni pasta special and carrot cake were delicious.

Irish pub
Irish restaurant
Located in a quaint village, The Irish Harp Pub is a lively and authentic hangout offering traditional Irish food, an array of international beers, and live music. It's a family-friendly venue where kids can enjoy the tunes while adults savor Old Speckled Hen or Two-Fisted Stout. The pub's warm atmosphere and hearty menu featuring rich stews, savory pies, fresh seafood, and classic pub sandwiches make it a popular choice for both locals and tourists seeking an authentic pub experience.
I recommend not missing the Irish harp pub if you're visiting this little town. Great quality pub food and the atmosphere is lovely too. We came in on a Sat afternoon where there was live music (nothing too energetic) which adds a nice vibe to the meal. We tried the prime beef dip sandwich, the mussels and a salad. The Prime beef dip was delicious. Succulent beef in good quality ciabatta and a nice gravy on the side. The mussels were fantastic too - good quality mussels here and they were fresh. We tried the creamy wine sauce and it is quite rich with a lot of cream. However it was very delicious! A little on the sweeter side with the cream. The salad was also fresh and tasty with peaches. I've been here a few times many years ago and happy to see the quality has been consistent!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting one of the finest pubs I have ever experienced. From the moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped by a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The decor is charming and eclectic, capturing the essence of a cozy Irish getaway, complete with soft lighting and traditional furnishings that create a magical ambiance. The team working there is truly exceptional—Their friendliness and attentiveness made our visit even more enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the menu and eager to recommend their favorite dishes, which made our dining experience all the more special. Now, let’s talk about the food. Each dish we tried was not only delicious but also uniquely prepared, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors that danced on the palate. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite, elevating the meal to something extraordinary. The building itself is stunning, with a beautiful exterior that hints at the warmth and charm waiting inside. As I looked around, I felt as though I had been transported to a magical Irish locale, where every detail contributes to a wonderful experience. I can confidently say this is a must-visit pub—one that I would recommend to anyone looking for great food, a fantastic atmosphere, and exceptional service. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem!

Classic feeling Irish pub that has a great atmosphere and vibe. Homey and heartwarming live music coupled with hearty dishes consisting mostly of typical pub fare. My only complaint is that service was quite slow. However the experience was overall excellent.

First time ever visiting Niagara on the Lake and this place made it an outstanding experience! The staff was phenomenal, the food was fantastic, and the best part of the whole thing is that not only did the food come out very hot, but it stayed hot through the entire bride meal! By the time I was done eating and ready for a to go box, my food was still hot, and I’m not a fast eater. I’ve never experienced that before! If you’re in the area and hungry, this place is extremely worth a visit!!

Stopped in for lunch this weekend- everything was great! I had the Irish stew, my fiance had the shepherd’s pie. Really enjoyed the champ instead of regular mashed potatoes. Drinks were good. Service was fast and friendly. Good atmosphere. Priced very well- we were under $100 for 2 meals and 3 alcoholic drinks.

Stopped in for dinner at The Irish Harp after watching Anything Goes at the Shaw Festival (awesome show BTW). The food was excellent and so was the service! There were three of us, we had: bangers & mash, shepherds pie, corned beef w/ cabbage. Everything had great flavour! And I cant forget the very delicious sticky toffee pudding. Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.
Dyanna L — Google review
The Irish Harp was buzzing—just like all of Niagara-On-The-Lake—during our visit! Despite being a large party of 17, the staff easily accommodated us, setting us up at two separate tables. My group was seated in a smaller, intimate study-like room, which was perfect for conversation. The food was delicious, and the service staff were truly top-notch. They checked on us frequently, ensured our needs were met, and cleared plates promptly. Plus, the restaurant has a fantastic location right on the main strip.
M. K — Google review
Not impressed. We went because the reviews said they had the best poutine. My husband said it was good. Can’t say the same about anything else. The Caesar salad was nay appetizing with all the brown lettuce. When asked if I was finished, no one asked if I liked it or if there was anything was wrong when they took a full salad away. I had the Mac n cheese it was ok at best. My husband and the fish and chips. Said the breading was chewy and not crispy. He pulled the breading off and ate the fish. He did say the tartar sauce was quite good. This was our least enjoyable meal we had in our trip. Clean gender neutral bathrooms. When we arrived there we available tables but were told people were coming in an hour and WE couldn’t be seated. However the people that came in right before us did not have a reservation and WERE seated. We had to sit outside which my husband hates.

Wayne Gretzky Estates is a renowned winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake that offers more than just wine. It also produces Canadian whiskies, spirits, and beer. The estate provides various experiences such as seated wine tastings, distillery tastings, tours, seasonal events, and even ice skating on their rink. Visitors can enjoy the large free parking area and capture memories at the wooden archway entrance.
My wife and her cousin and I went on the whisky tour then ate on the patio at the wine tasting area. The night before, I had picked up my wife and cousin after they spent the afternoon there. The staff kept saying, “welcome back”. lol Confession: I’m more of a whisky enthusiast and foodie than I am a hockey fan. I’m happy to report that I’m definitely a Wayne Gretzky fan after eating and Drinking at his establishment!!! The food was delicious and I was really impressed by the quality of the whisky they produce. No. 99 will be regular stop on our future visits to the area.

Fantastic pizza, delicous cold drinks..... From the second we came here we were greeted by the friendliest staff. Food service was super fast and the food was delicious. ( smoked meat pizza ) is my recommendation. It was perfect ❤ After a great lunch we all did a tour of the distillery..... A huge shout-out to LIAM! ( our tour guide ) what an amazing character, funny and extremely knowledgeable. Made the tour and the end of the afternoon so much fun. The tour was great, tried some delicious drinks and came out of there buying a bottle of the vanilla liqueur and a bottle of #99 whisky sour . Amazing place to spend a whole day eating, drinking and laughing. Can't wait to come back! Thank you Wayne Gretzky Estates! Wonderful memories have been made here.

We visited Wayne Gretzky Estates for a tasting in the Club Room and had such a great time. Our server, Lisa, was fantastic! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really made the experience feel special. The tasting itself was excellent, and to top it off we ended with a round of cocktails. The highlight was a fun little murder mystery game that actually earned us a free cocktail for our next visit. Such a unique and memorable touch! Can’t wait to come back.

Wayne Gretzky Estates Niagara-on-the-Lake is unlike any winery I’ve ever been to! The atmosphere was so relaxed and genuinely family-friendly, which is something I’ve never experienced on a wine tour before. It almost felt like a big park in the back, where adults could sip wine and cocktails while kids played and enjoyed the space. The shop was really cool, filled with classic hockey photos and Gretzky memorabilia. I loved the casual, upbeat vibe of the whole place. There’s also a restaurant on-site, which I didn’t get a chance to try this time, but it looked great. I heard there’s even a skating rink in the winter, which sounds amazing! Overall, it was alive, happening, and just a fun place to be, especially for families.

As wine club members, my wife and I visit Wayne Gretzky Estates Winery a couple of times a year. The atmosphere is great, and the staff are always friendly. We recently took the cocktail making class, which was a fantastic experience thanks in part to our instructor, Ken. He was knowledgeable, entertaining, and made sure the class was fun for all. We made three cocktails (each more delicious than the last). Highly recommend stopping by Wayne Gretzky Estates if you are in the area, sign up for the cocktail class with Ken if available, it's a perfect complement to their wine tasting.

Fun tour to do while in niagara on the lake. The tasting was enjoyable trying red and white wine along with their famous whiskey and whiskey cream. Delicious! They also provided a discount on bottles at the shop after completion of the tour. The restaurant was also pretty good just wish it had abit more shade.

We have come many times and has almost become a tradition to stop here at Wayne Gretzky's to pay homage to the great one and to stock up some of his wines. Today we did a tasting and really liked the ice wine and whiskey . The beauty of doing a taste and gives you a discount at the store!
DR. T — Google review
Canadian wine isn't really my thing, but I enjoyed a pleasant enough visit to Wayne Gretzky Estate winery on a recent trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake. The wine is downright bad (I am sorry to say this, but I would call it completely undrinkable), but the grounds and setting of the winery is top notch. Wayne knows what the people want, and he delivers - just not in the category of tasty wine. The winery itself is modern and welcoming. As a hockey fan, I especially appreciated all of the memorabilia of Wayne's record-breaking days as a professional athlete in the NHL. Take some time to browse so you can see it all. Also, be sure to check out the well-curated gift shop, which features some cute hockey and wine themed merchandise. We arrived in the evening without a reservation, and luckily the hostess said she could find a space for us. The tasting room was very busy, but we had a high top table for two. I noticed the clientele was mostly female / groups of women who looked like those "see and be seen" type of ladies, all decked out in designer shoes and handbags with perfect makeup and hair. This is a great place for a girls' night out, with its welcoming yet chic atmosphere. We opted for two different tastings from the menu so we could have a nice variety of wines. We chose a range from white, reds, and dessert wines, and there was absolutely nothing to our liking. We were also hungry and I was delighted they had a modest food menu (we ordered the warm baguette with whipped maple whisky butter for $10) which was tasty enough, if not Earth shattering). The tasting itself was just okay. The service was prompt and our knowledgeable hostess answered all of our questions (but wasn't much on small talk). The major problem I had is that she was doused in stinky perfume. This is a huge no-no at a winery, and whenever she came by to check on us or to deliver something to a nearby table, all I could smell was her perfume. It's not that it smelled rank or anything, but it really did interfere with the taste of the wine. The wines were very low quality, and I couldn't bring myself to take more than two tastes of each one. I guess if I had to drink something it would be the dessert wine, which was creamy yet the overpowering maple is definitely an acquired taste. Note that tastings are pricey and bottles are as well. There's a separate bar for tasting spirits and a stunning outdoor patio area if you want to come and hang a while. I'd definitely return here for the grounds and setting alone, but I'm going to pass on the wine.

The Prince of Wales Hotel is a luxurious Victorian hotel offering elegant rooms and suites, fine dining, an indoor pool, and a spa. Built in 1864, the hotel exudes old-world charm with its rich chocolate brown decor and Victorian aesthetics. The rooms feature a blend of traditional and modern elements, from floral wallpapers to four-poster beds. Guests can enjoy the famed afternoon tea in the light and airy drawing room or opt for the charcuterie and panini bar.
The hotel itself has a grand feel to it. Frozen in time in a perfect way. Where other properties attempt to capture this quality and fall short, The Prince takes you back in time and wraps you in elegance. The main dinning room, Noble, has a great menu with a variety of local offerings. During our last stay we were taken care of by an exceptional individual named Taylor. His knowledge of the entire menu was extraordinary. His assistance with a local wine selection was fantastic as well. Truly impressive. He made our evening. Our room was well appointed and met all our expectations. We were very impressed with the balcony. This provided a lovely spot for morning coffee and evening drinks. Anyone looking to book a room at this hotel might suffer a little sticker shock at the prices but when it comes to location, quality and attention to detail The Prince of Wales cannot be beat.

I was my pleasure to stay at this beautiful hotel that shows pride and loyalty to their patrons. The staff is well mannered and kind. The main lobby is showcasing beautiful art and gives you the feel of old charm mixed with modern amenities. Our room was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. It gives you the feel of regal opulence. The housekeeping staff is well trained and appreciative. There are many staff members working hard to keep this place extremely beautiful and in order. The maintenance, housekeeping, gardeners, the front desk… all of you make us returning guests feel welcomed and happy with your care and great attitude. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Afternoon Tea was just ok. My sister came for a visit from out of province and I made a reservation well in advance. My 9 year old grand daughter joined us for both her and my sisters first afternoon tea and trip to Niagara on the Lake. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and the hostess seemed quite flustered and told us to wait in the lobby as the first seating was still there. Not sure what that meant as there were empty tables and we had a reservation. We waited and then the three of us were seated at a table for 2 with a small round table next to us. It was in the glassedin area. It took over 40 minutes to get tea and the food was ok. Actually the bread on the cucumber sandwiches was stale and hard and the smoked salmon ones were slightly better but the bread was also hard. The scones, pumpkin tart and egg salad croissants were very tasty. We were not able to keep our tea pots on the table and it was awkward to eat as the small table was so crowded. The host came by at one point and asked if we wanted to move to the inside room but we were settled and trying to keep it upbeat for my granddaughter who was super excited to be there. There was a table for 4 in the corner across from us that was empty and remained empty the entire time we were there. All that to say we were happy to have done an afternoon tea but wouldn’t recommend this place for service or food.

Words are not enough to describe how wonderful this hotel is! The greeting and registration process was smooth and a very warm welcome. The rooms are probably the best I have stayed in. I was here to celebrate my 65th Birthday and staff could not have done more to help me celebrate. Drinks in the Churchill bar were exceptional as was the dessert. Service was so warm and friendly. The atmosphere with a live pianist was brilliant. I cannot express how fabulous this hotel was and how fantastic the staff were. I would, without hesitation, recommend this hotel. I am already planning a revisit in the near future!! Infact we extended our stay by a day!!

Do not upgrade to a superior room! There is nothing superior at all! No fireplace, mold everywhere, the duvet cover had coffee stains on it. The safety didn’t work after three attempts to have people fix it, the front end staff especially the young Asian girl were very very rude! The concierge told us to look stuff up online. The restaurant messed up all six of our meals over three days. How hard is it to get an omelette with only cheese! Came out three times so I just ate it the wrong way because it was stuffed with onions and peppers etc.! Definitely not worth the price I paid and not a five star hotel anymore. My fiancé visited there about seven years ago and said it was beautiful it obviously went downhill! Everybody was walking around like zombies and nobody cared that we were there except for Jason and his counterpart as valets! They would be the only reason I would ever reconsider sending anybody to this hotel. I have pictures if anybody is interested

I went in really expecting a lot from a vintage luxury hotel experience. The staff are friendly, high tea was delightful, dinner at Noble was great. But the rooms… the bathroom has black mould in corners, tub stopper didn’t work, and when I pulled it out there was black gunk on the underside. Also, the edges of the bathroom floor were dusty and hairy. So, disappointed and a bit grossed out. Great location. Not sure I’d return though because I like my rooms clean and for the price I expected more — though a clean bathroom is a basic ask.

We did not stay at the hotel, just visited the restaurant, but they clearly prefer a specific clientele, and my wife and i did not meet their standards. My wife and I went for our 15th anniversary. We didn't have a reservation, and were asked a few odd questions, like if we were staying at the hotel, which wasn't strange in itself, but was followed by where are you from, why did we come to this restaurant, and have you been here before. If it was conversational, it would have been okay, but it felt like an interview. We were then told that they could get us a table, but it would be a 15 minute wait. When I agreed, the hostess said it could be longer, it could be 30 minutes or more, and 15 is just the minimum. That felt strange, too, but I agreed. This is the strangest part, after about 15 minutes she came to get us and show us to our table. There were more empty tables than occupied tables, and they were all clean, so what was the wait for? The room we were taken to had 6 tables and only one was occupied. (See photos) It felt to me like she'd hoped we would leave rather than wait for a table. The waiter was stiff and not too friendly at the introduction, but loosened up as the evening went on. I got the impression he was meant to ward us off from coming back, but soften a we were very friendly to him. The menu doesn't have many options, and the portions are small, especially for the price, but I guess that's high-end dining. I won't be going back, which I suspect is what they wanted. Tip: We went to Gelato di Carlotta for dessert. I bet much recommend that place! It was very good. If you're in Niagara-on-the-Lake, skip the Prince of Wales restaurant, but go to Gelato di Carlotta.

Traditional high tea is $55.00 comes with 3 small savoury sandwiches, 1 savoury humus tart, 1 scone per person, with crème fraise and strawberry jam, 1 mini cup cake, 1 macaroon per person with your choice of teas. I chose masala chai tea. Surprisingly it is very filling. Did not enjoy being seated indoor on sofa’s. Was not offered seating in the enclosed outdoor space. Felt like I was sitting in a stuffy drawing room of an elderly relative. The server was snappy, wouldn’t answer any questions. “When I serve it, I will explain everything” was her snappy response. Should be more amenable to questions in relation to lactose allergy, when one of our party has a severe lactose allergy.

Churchill Lounge is a comfortable lakeside eatery that offers classic pub grub and craft cocktails. It's a great spot for cocktail enthusiasts, offering a variety of drinks to suit different preferences. The lounge provides a relaxing atmosphere with its patio overlooking cozy heritage streets where horse-drawn carriages pass by. Located at the Prince of Wales Hotel, the lounge boasts an elegant Old World ambiance with bookshelves, leather chairs, and wood-paneled walls.
The Churchill lounge is a fantastic place. While staying at the hotel, we stopped in here for a pint and some dinner, so glad we did. This place had such an amazing vibe. The staff were all extremely friendly. They had a great selection of beers on tap. We grabbed a burger and a pizza. They were both delicious. We had an amazing experience here. Thank you, Churchill lounge staff.

Dropped by this spot while visiting Niagara Falls. It’s a vintage-style hotel with a bar, lounge, and patio on the first floor. I really liked the nostalgic charm of the interior — lots of character. The food was up to par. I ordered a salad, but they forgot the candied pecans. After I pointed it out, the staff quickly brought a dish of them on the side. The burger and Fish & Chips were also within expectations. Service was friendly overall. The female staff member who hosted us was warm and attentive. I went there to gather a bit of my energy and sit down at at table to write down a little story , but instead i met a plethora of interesting people. The Music was from a piano player. the Staff was friendly all alon, smiling and laughing with the clients. The Burger was a succulent enormous beef patty, almost too big to eat with you hands. the fries were awesome thick cut potato ! i went there as part of my Crosscountry Bikepacking Antiquarian trip with Chuck my TravellingParrot ( youtube ) Tim was a real Gentlement . REcommend this place. Parrot Friendly Environement.

The Churchill Lounge offers a delightful experience, especially if you snag one of their outdoor terrace seats, which we did! The hotel itself is simply stunning, and enjoying our food while watching the lively street scene unfold was a fantastic bonus – great for people-watching. Since I was pretty full, I opted for something light: the Crisps & Dip. It was the perfect crunchy companion to my beer, and truly hit the spot without being heavy. My friend went for the burger and reported back that it was thoroughly satisfying. If you're in Niagara-on-the-Lake and looking for a picturesque spot to grab a bite and soak in the charming atmosphere, the Churchill Lounge's terrace is an excellent choice.

The staff were professional and super friendly. The interior looked fancy and luxurious, but the prices were very reasonable. We were kindly served by Hitesh, who was so patient, attentive, and professional. He checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was an incredible experience. We just had our daughters wedding here Aug 13,2022. It was absolutely beautiful the food from the appetizers to the dinner was amazing. We have had so many friends and relatives comment on how delicious the food was and how much they enjoyed their meal. Mindy and her staff did a great job. The staff and the bartenders couldnt have been friendlier and more attentive to our needs. The room transformation was beautiful and what can I say about the view it is spectacular! I would highly recommend Niagara Falls country club for a wedding or function

I recently hosted a surprise 50th wedding anniversary for my parents at Niagara Falls Country Club, and the experience was exceptional. Nestled atop the Niagara Escarpment, the venue offers breathtaking panoramic views that provided a stunning backdrop for our celebration. The event was meticulously coordinated by Banquet Manager Mindy Smith-Hassan, whose professionalism and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of the celebration was flawless. From our initial planning meetings to the surprise and event execution, Mindy was attentive, accommodating, and dedicated to bringing my vision to life. The culinary offerings exceeded our expectations; the menu was thoughtfully curated, and each dish was expertly prepared and presented. The guests were particularly impressed by the cocktail hour at sunset, the presentation and flavor of the cuisine, which contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of the evening. The staff at Niagara Falls Country Club demonstrated exceptional service throughout the event. Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness ensured that our guests felt welcomed and well-cared-for, enhancing the celebratory atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend Niagara Falls Country Club for any special occasion. The combination of a picturesque setting, outstanding service, and exquisite cuisine, under the expert guidance of professionals like Mindy, guarantees a memorable and seamless event.

We've been members for over 2 years and nothing was ever consistent here. We always addressed our concerns but sadly it was only nodded. The monthly minimum, was always deciding which night to sacrifice and in the winter month we would miss it completely. They explained it didn't count making the minimum per year but rather each month. We could've payed upfront for the year for a fee. I mean this option is in their best interest yet portrayed as an inconvenience??? We finally decided we had enough and canceled the membership. We were told " we hope you'll change your mind" so we replied " accepting offers" . Well not even a complementary cocktail was offered not that it would have made a difference. As soon as our membership ended they announced a Tango event. While the entire time we where members the only events where around food and beverages only. I reached out to the GM Alen Cohen and got a response a week later stating that events are for members and guests only and there nothing he can do. In conclusion there is NO costumer service.

I worked here and it was a nightmare. The maintenance guy would hide equipment and lie about things. HR would make racial comments and wouldn't take sexual harassment accusations seriously when you came to her with it. Alan the general manager wasn't too bad but he really didn't know it was going on with HR and her problems and the maintenance guy creating a whole different set of problems with employees which is a shame as they really were doing alan dirty behind his back overstepping their bounds acting like they were bosses and going against what alan would personally told people and then Alan would just have to back HR and the maintenance guy up because he has to work with them everyday and their upper management . The maintenance guy would go to Home Depot 5 days a week seriously for roughly 1 to 3 hours a day ? I would ask the maintenance guy every morning if he needed help and then when my job was done I would go home and he would go to the HR and the general manager and lie and act like he asked me for help and I just left. In all I quit the place due to the maintenance guy and HR as it was a horrible experience. The new head kitchen guy was decent I don't think the food was the best but that's not his fault is he can't be there 24/7. The banquet manager lady was kind of rude but not that bad just stressed out which I get it doing what she did she had to make sure things were perfect. The banquet Chef was a pretty cool dude one of my favorite employees by the name of Jay. In all if you work here I suggest you just keep to yourself. The banquet lady Mindy was just a straight up jerk hiding behind her fakeness

I come here quite often with my daughter. It’s a great place for exercise during winter. I never have an issue here. The staff is always around monitoring the children and there helpful iff you need something. My daughter was invited to a birthday party today so I reviewed all the attractions I have never seen before. The glow in the dark mini put was super fun and they had a pixel game that they all seemed to love as well. My friend that hosted it said his experience was good with booking. Great time.

Went here to do the Glow in the Dark Mini Putt with my fiancee. The mini putt was fun, but to get there you have to walk through the back section of the building with little instructions on where to go. This is even worse when you finish the course and are walking out, you literally walk through the room with the power supply for the entire building and anyone could just turn the power off. The worst part is you must be in socks the entire time, which is gross when using the bathroom. It was fun, and I may come back to do the trampoline part with my kids, but it seems like it's run pretty unprofessionally and that the employees don't have to care about doing their jobs well. There was one young man that was very nice and helpful, unfortunately I didn't get his name.
Shawn M — Google review
We come here but not often. If you have an access 2 card the accompanied person can get in free to jump too. They added mini golf and some other thing. The only thing that I'd fix is having some lighting for walking up the long steps in the dark to mini putt. Scary for little kids. No one was also around these areas so hard to scan in and figure out what to do

Do not recommend this place for a child's birthday. Way to busy and the staff can't do what you pay for. No AC. Wasn't given any water Flat pop Cold pizza No host to be found Didn't get to do our games we paid for. What should have been a fun, joyful birthday celebration turned into a complete nightmare at Aerosports. My friend booked the Glow Rooms 1 & 2 months in advance, even paying an extra $80 for the second room. Despite multiple confirmations, we were told on the day of the party that the rooms had been given to someone else. We were moved to a cramped, noisy Yellow Room, and when we tried to resolve the issue, Dupender, the manager, showed no empathy or willingness to help, even after seeing email proof of the reservation. After a painful back-and-forth, we were finally given the rooms, but only one was ready on time. The second room was filthy, and we had to clean it ourselves. To make things worse, Ankita, the party attendant, insisted our party would end at 5:30 PM, despite us being promised extra time. When we questioned this, it was revealed the real reason for cutting our time short was to accommodate Ankita’s shift and personal schedule. In the final blow, Dupender walked in and publicly yelled at my friend in front of everyone, including small children, embarrassing her in front of the guests. The entire experience was chaotic, disrespectful, and incredibly unprofessional. I would strongly advise against hosting any event here. No family should have to endure this kind of stress and humiliation.

Very unimpressed after our visit tonight. I purchased a monthly pass for my son about a month ago. We purchased the gold pass. On our 2nd visit we were offered a special bracket to the pixel games as we were told it’s included with a 90 minute jump ( which is what the gold pass is) 6 other visit we were also offered the bracelet for pixel . Today we were told he no longer gets it, that it only included if you purchase the 90 one time visit. My son was disappointed as he enjoyed the games on other visit , I was taken back by how rude the lady at reception was about it. So he went to play and I went on the website to see I could purchase it separately which you could so I went back after 20min and purchased the pixel games ( never offered when I first inquired) again same staff member and very rude I would love to mention her name but they don’t wear name tags. I also noticed today that most staff were gathered together on their phones or having personal conversations. This is a problem as children were being unsupervised in almost all areas not following the rules making it very unsafe . Which makes me uneasy when you sign a waver and staff isn’t enforcing safety. I think I will be cancelling after the mandatory 3 months if not before.

Playtown Niagara is a delightful destination for families, especially during the holiday season. It offers an intimate setting where children can freely explore a variety of imaginative play stations without feeling overwhelmed. The venue is well-organized, allowing parents to easily supervise their little ones as they dive into roles like veterinarians or astronauts. With friendly staff on hand and plenty of interactive activities, kids aged 2 to 4 have endless opportunities for creativity and fun.
Over the Christmas break this was the pefect morning outing with our children. We went early and there was no line up and our kids had the run of the place which was amazing as they really got to explore all the toys that they had available! It is a small venue, but I found that to be nice as I was not worried about not being able to see or keep an eye on the kids. It was also wonderful to see the kids use their imagination and pretend to be vets, hair stylists, astronauts, mechanics and much more! Great way to spend a couple of hours!

This place is DISGUSTING, I truly don’t think it has ever been cleaned. There is grime on everything, almost all of the toys are broken. Every surface is dirty. We’ve gone a couple times over the past year for birthday parties and I don’t think any of the toys have ever been replaced… cleaned… nothing. There’s usually one teenager working the desk, and this time even the bathrooms were out of order. It’s wild that they get any business anymore. Do not reccomend.
Alexandra V — Google review
Man this place was FILTHY! They seriously need to hire a cleaning crew. All the toys need a deep clean and many of them need maintenance or replacing all together. Most rooms were empty. They need to invest in a lot more items. There's a huge section for ride on vehicles. With only 2 actual "cars". Felt like putting My kid in the bath soon as we left. Don't think I have any reasons to return.

Despite the fact that I've lived in St Catharines my entire life, I've never been to Archive Wines, and I'm so glad I fixed that today! It was an absolute delight; the decor is gorgeous, it was awesome meeting new people, and even better learning more about local businesses. I did a tasting today with Margherita (I apologize if I mispelled your name) from Fred's Wines and had a great time! It's a great space, and a wonderful opportunity to explore more independent wineries in the region. 100% recommend to those who want to do a wine tasting without going all the way to NOTL

My wife and I stopped in one summer day, we have returned many times since and will continue to do so. If you like discovering great wine that cannot be purchased at the LCBO then this is your place. Some wineries are too small to get into the LCBO - Archives is there to represent these wineries. Small batch local wines? They have that too. We hosted a Wine and Cheese event there recently and it was a smashing success. The wines were wonderful and their hospitality ever better. Give Archives a try and you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic local wine shop. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, generous, and enthusiastic for lesser-known local Niagara wines. These are typically small batch and not available elsewhere (other than the vineyard proper), really competitively priced, carefully selected to highlight the incredible quality of Niagara wines! The shop also holds regular wine tasting nights, which allow customers to discover some new wine makers. Moreover, really impressed at the online option - we had our wine delivered to our doorstep. Overall, you can't find a better bottle shop in Niagara!

Navy Hall, established in 1765 by British naval craftsmen from Fort Niagara, is a historic gem nestled along the banks of the Niagara River. Originally built as a barracks, it transformed into an essential military supply depot for British forts in the Great Lakes region. During the American Revolution, it served as winter quarters for the Provincial Marine and later became home to Lieutenant-Governor John Graves Simcoe in 1792.
We had our wedding at Navy Hall! It was great. You can do the ceremony and reception all in one place, right by Fort George and facing the Niagara River. The dock was great for taking pictures, and for guests to have a quiet spot to hang out. The history-interested guests had fun reading all the plaques and documents inside. I was worried about space, but it fit 80 people and a buffet no problem. There are fold-up tables, chairs, a couple big wooden tables, kitchen, bathrooms and an easel provided. There is a lot of freedom with the location, with access the day before and after, so it is great for a couple looking to DIY most of their wedding.

We had our wedding at the Navy Hall in June, 2019 and it was the absolute perfect setting! We had early access to the hall to set up, and complete privacy for the duration of the wedding. The grounds were well-kept prior to the wedding and although the water level was too high for us to use the dock, it was still gorgeous! Highly recommend this location for a wedding - all our guests loved the venue!
Danielle G — Google review
I attended a wedding here. This hall has a real rustic charm to it, with low rafters and completely wooden. Pictures and plaques line the walls of the main room. The main room also has a big fireplace. The two entrances enter in to the main room. There is a kitchen with a serving window into the main room, and the kitchen itself is a decent size. There are two washrooms with two stalls each, and are small, old and cramped. There is also an accessible washroom, and a back storage room. This place heats well in the winter, and can hold around 100 people... But I wouldn't go higher than that. It was a bit cramped. Beautiful historic building.

I attended a wedding at the Navy Hall at Fort George. It was a beautiful venue that could accommodate a group of 75-100 people. The wedding ceremony was outside overlooking the river and the dance / meal was served inside. The building is historic and well taken care of.
