Came here twice while in Merano on very hot days. Their juices are very tasty and refreshing! Also had their affogato which was just as tasty!

First we had to wait like 10 minutes for a seat, then we ordered and 20 min later we received the wrong order, until finally they gave us the correct order. It is a place with a lot of potential but it needs to be more organized, the service has to be improved.

I tried pistachio, stracciatella, maracuja and hazelnut and all of them were super tasty. The shop is a bit hidden but definitely worth the walk, also the prices are very reasonable.

Little hidden gem next to the Meran Therme Hotel. Vanilla how it should always be and the pistachio with pieces of pistachio-nuts the real Italian way. Not the cheap artificial fluorescent green frozen thing. And for 1,5€ a scoop it’s a real bargain. Little seating Rees outside makes it easy to sit doen and enjoy. Highly recommended.

Gelati are really tasteful (you can tell they use quality ingredients) and prices are absolutely honest (1,5€ for a 2-flavour gelato). Besides it is a few steps from the very town centre. And don't miss the super-tasty "gelati for dogs" if you carry any along!! Totally recommended.

Nice place, but sorry hot chocolate is not the real Italian one, this is milk and chocolate powder not even well made! Is super liquid and tasteless. Sacher cake seems very industrial and not home made, texture is over wet and tase is bland. Not going to waste my daily calories “allowance” for this :-)

Great variety of homemade pies. We tried two different ones and they were both really delicious. Also the cappucino was excellent. The staff is very polite and the prices are more than reasonable. We will definitely come back.

Pretty much the worst experience I ever had . The man who served, or i shall rather say insulted us, was in a very, very salty mood for no reason. He almost turned physically agressive just because we ordered ice cream close to closing hours. He apparently hates his job and people in general. Stay away if you value your health. Because if the lousy ice cream doesn't kill you, the angry owner might will.

Ice cream is ok (but you can have a much better and cheaper one elsewhere in Meran) but the man who served us was absolutely horrible. We chose to have takeaway ice cream but then our 2 year old decided she wanted to sit down, which we did. He then came and screamed at us that the table was needed (there were other free tables) and got quite aggressive straight away. He could have just explained it normally, but choosing this behaviour especially in front of children is not acceptable. Reading other reviews this seems to be his default attitude, so I'd say go and spend your money elsewhere.
