I'm not an ice cream guy, but gelato I enjoy and this is among the best. They let you try several of their unique flavors before committing. I landed on the pavlova gelato and wow- it comes with berries and actual pavlova mixed into the gelato. Superb!

To all my gluten-free and Celiac friends, My husband and I visited this ice cream spot. Everything was marked gluten free on the board. They even have a gluten-free cone. Not so much with the desserts but the cone. I loved how she handled the cone with tissue papers when she got it out the bag and filled it with the ice cream. It was delicious. I had no issues after eating it. Highly recommended

Le Greche is the best place for ice cream! They have the most unique flavors. Especially the ricotta was out of this world. I recommend you to have your ice cream in a brioche for a better experience.

Tried out Kokkion for ice cream. They had two dozen flavours including a few unique ones (such as bitter chocolate passionfruit). Scoops are 2,90€ (1 flavor), 4,80€ (2 flavors) or 6,00€ (3 flavors). Sampled a few flavors. - 3 flavors (6,00€) - pistachio (0,40€ extra), tangerine ginger and peach apricot rosemary. Scoops were generous and refreshing

I don’t understand how they don’t have a 5 star rating. Absolutely delicious ice cream! We had the raw almond and tonka bean, the chocolate and the Kaimaki. All were insanely good, especially the Kaimaki. You can taste the high quality ingredients!

So happy to discover this absolutely amazing ice cream shop on my last day in Athens. Totally blown away by the parfait special of the day and bitter chocolate with orange. So good that my friends went back twice more in the same day. This was the best ice cream shop we visited in Athens (and we tried many)! The ladies running the shop were so kind and patient with us and our kids. The flavors were unique and everything we sampled was delicious. I love that there were Greek flavors along side more common flavors. We’ve been home a few weeks now and still think about this place. We recommended it to friends who were visiting Athens the following week and they also loved Kokkion.

Maraboo didn’t just save us from the oppresive Athenian heat — it redeemed my reputation as a parent. One bite of their sublime Basil Lime sorbet and I broke into an impromptu Zorba the Greek dance right there on the pavement. My 11-year-old daughter, world traveler and chocolate connoisseur, was mortified. She hasn’t spoken to me since. Naturally, I’ve taken her back to Maraboo every day to redeem myself — with scoops of what she now declares is “the best chocolate on the planet.” Still no forgiveness. but honestly… it was worth it. Family peace may melt faster than pistachio gelato in an Athenian August, but Maraboo is forever.

The dark chocolate sorbet was the best I’ve ever had, even though it was sorbet! It tasted like the best, creamiest, darkest chocolate ice cream you could ever hope to put in your mouth! A double was 3.5 Euros, very reasonable.

I've been eating a lot of ice cream during my trip, and I wanted to eat soft serve ice cream because I often eat that in California. We found this place near Syntagma Square. I enjoyed the soft, creamy texture of the pistachio ice cream. I also tried the chocolate brownie sundae (Dickie cup). There was a bit too much whipped cream in it, and it overpowered the taste and texture of the ice cream. It was a nicely decorated place and friendly service.

Went in for some soft serve ice cream, Honestly I was expecting something better from the icecream itself and was a little disappointed… We got one Fior di latte and one pistachio which came to 8€. We were happy with everything except for the taste, the ice cream sadly tasted a little chemically(?) not the best soft serve I’ve had. On the other hand service was great and the portion sizes big.

The better icecream place around downtown of Athens. Thanks to their late-closing time, I could enjoy a great sweet icecream around midnight. The ice creams flavors are unique and in variety, I loved that even they had vegan ones! The staffs are really kind and helpful, the place is adorable and clean, tidy. Definately wanna go back! :))

They offer cookies and other small pastries as well as gelato and soft-serve ice cream. Would highly recommend the fior-do-latte and Sicilian pistachio soft-serve flavors 👍

We got the strawberry pavlova. I think they have way better ones in the selection but those are not available at the time we arrived. Good strawberry sauce though, and presentation is beautiful but will order their popular salted caramel with cotton candy next time.

Finally it opened up, was closed for almost 2 weeks without any notice. It was by a coincidence that we came by and saw it open. Gelatos are limited, soft serve have better options .. Took salted Carmel, was nice to try it out. A little bit pricy (4 euro for one flavor). I would recommend trying it out.

This was my second visit to Django and, I must say, their gelato is top notch. My husband ordered a specialty flavor yesterday (some sort of banana cream). While it was not available as one of today’s assortments, we agreed it was one of the best banana flavored gelatos we have had anywhere. Tasted like a perfectly ripe banana whipped into a delicious dessert. Today, we ordered a chocolate gelato and a pineapple sorbet. Both were wonderful and I cannot recommend this place enough!

Django Gelato in Athens was close to my hotel, and I ended up going there three times for ice cream. The staff were polite, the prices were good, and the gelato was creamy and delicious. I definitely recommend it!

Definitely one of the best sorbets I’ve had. They have a variety of flavours but my favourite was “melon” as it is very fresh. You can get in in a cone or a cup, the small one costs a little less than 3€ but it’s a generous portion. A nice spot to stop during exploring the city in the summer heat.

I'm an ice cream lover - when traveling to a new place, I would always look for the best ice cream in town. At Django, I had roasted almond and salted pistachio, and I can't recommend it enough! Delicious! Natural flavours, no added sugar, great texture - a real delight that I haven't had for a very long time. For sure one of the best ice creams I've ever had.

So good! My wife and I went there three nights in a row (don’t judge lol). It was just so good and so customizable. It’s right in the center of the square and really was just so delicious. Going again tonight for our last night in Athens!

The rolled ice cream was decent but nothing special. Just cream and the topping you choose. The biggest downside was the portion size; there’s only one option, and it’s far too much for one person. Unfortunately, I couldn’t finish it, and half ended up in the trash. Some flexibility with portion sizes would improve the experience.

My family who live in Athena brought my sister and I to this place and we absolutely loved it! The owner was very friendly and came to chat with us while we waited for our order. The dessert was amazing and the service was fantastic despite how busy they were that evening. Would highly recommend, prime location to take a break while walking on the strip!

Right at the heart of Athens, this ice cream shop is rewarding after a long walk at the Monastiraki area. It's got various flavours and combinations of tastes. There's a particular way of ordering your ice cream and no convenient seating. But overall it's worth the effort.

I have to give 5 stars for the originality. They reinvented ice-cream with rare flavours inspired from local cuisine, big respect for this. Beyond this, the ice-cream was good (even if not in the top of the best ice-creams I ever had) and quite pricy. All in all, a must-visit place for a tourist experience trying to experiment new tastes. But otherwise less recommended for your local regular ice-cream place.

Good ice cream, a few different flavors than the standard ones. The prices are quite high, though. For two scoops I paid €5,80 - in the Netherlands the average is €5,20 and our standard income is much higher, quality the same.

Delicious, quality gelato. Most people don’t understand that there is a difference between icecream and gelato, and gelato is only done the right way if it’s done the Italian way (in my opinion). I had the pistachio and the vogue chocolate. The pistachio had a very good flavor and it was not to sweet. It melted in my mouth! The. Chocolate was good too, but it predominated the pistachio flavor, so maybe this was not the right combination. Other than that this is very good quality gelato! The only reason I am not giving five stars is because of the staff. They could have explained more about the flavors and maybe tell me what flavors would complement well with the pistachio. I would definitely come back though! ⭐️

We dropped by past midnight & half on the way home, after having a sensational dinner at another part of the city. What a great choice indeed! A cornucopia of delights, making the choosing a challenge, as the offerings were rich in variety and each, seductive in its own right! Hard to choose, but one must do what has to be done. 😁 The establishment, aside from gelato, (don't just call it "ice cream"), has various offerings of beverages i.e. an array of coffees, mineral water, milkshakes, sandwiches, packaged products such as jams, ground coffee, preserves, even wine! The staff, even if it was just about closing time, was friendly and attentive. A def revisit in opportune time. 👍

Very good shop with different flavors to choose. You can enjoy both ice creams and milkshakes. Nice location, not far from the center square of Chalandri. Nice taste and very good. Little overpriced from regular normal ice cream. Beautiful inside. Have also some chairs outside that you can sit.

Oh my goodness, L’Arte Cono Da Vinci is a gem! I popped in while wandering around the city, and I was absolutely wowed by the gelato. I went for the pistachio in a cone, and let me tell you, it was just perfect! The mocha and tiramisu flavors are also to die for. We each got two scoops, and honestly, it was the perfect amount for a little treat. And can we talk about that adorable waffle crisp on top? Such a cute touch, and the presentation was just delightful! They really have a fantastic selection of flavors. The gelato wasn’t too sweet, had an amazing texture, and the flavors were spot-on. It was definitely the best gelato I had on my trip! The staff were super friendly, and the service was quick, which made the experience even better. If you’re in the area and in the mood for something cold and scrumptious, you absolutely have to stop by! It's a must-visit for gelato lovers, and it's one of my favourite memories in Athens.

Despite all the hype, this place didn't meet my expectations. The flavors were decent, but nothing special, and the customer service was disappointing. When I asked to sample a couple of flavors, the staff member rolled her eyes at my request... Poor service can really detract from the experience. Hopefully, management will address the attitude issues with their staff.

Best gelato place in Greece and I’ve tried a lot! Huge array of flavours. Not too sweet, texture is wonderful and flavours are spot-on. Had the bittersweet dark chocolate and passion-fruit today but also love dark chocolate and orange, yogurt, strawberry. This is my favourite branch in Athens as there is seating inside and out.

I had an ice cream at this shop about a month ago. There's a decent variety of flavors to choose from and the staff was helpful. It's, also, conveniently located close to syntagma SQ. The only thing is that the paper cups are a bit too small for 2-3 balls of ice cream.

Best ice cream I have ever tried in Grece!! My Greeks friends approve as well! Plus, the people working here are awesome!!! Once I said I wanted an ice cream they made me tried about 10 flavours without asking! The worst were to come… I needed to make a choice… So I took my ice cream and two additional thermal boxes for my friends that they have packed in an thermal bag and added ice to make sure the ice creams would survive my two hours journey back walking. I promised to tell them if it worked, and I am to say it did! Awesome! Thank you very much to the team! I won’t have the time to come back as I am leaving in 2 days, but next time I am coming in Athens I won’t miss the stop!! Really, if you like ice cream I strongly recommend you to give it a try! If you don’t you will really miss to discover what should be the must to do for ice cream lovers!

I live in Turkey, so we have same desserts too. The kataifi was amazing. Like most Greek dishes, it had cinnamon. The baklava wasn’t that great in my opinion Turkey has way better. The Greek coffee was awesome exactly same with turkish coffee. Desserts were tasty, coffee was thick and perfect :) wish I could’ve gone one more time.

MUST GO IF IN ATHENS! The most delicious Greek yogurt with honey and nuts. The yogurt is rich and smooth lightly sweetened with honey while the nuts added a dimension to the texture. The rice pudding was also amazing. Very light and not overly sweet

I visited here twice - once for a yogurt with honey and once for a Bougatza - I was never disappointed. Find here a large variety of Yogurt dishes and Greek traditional pastries. I would eat every breakfast in Athens here if I could!

Authentic dairy shop and eatery. Yoghurt of sheep with honey and walnuts + traditional Kataifi almond dessert with icecream were delicious. We also enjoyed traditional Greek coffee - very strong! There was a short line to get a table at 12:00 on a Saturday, but got seated within 15mins. Worth the wait.

The yogurt made of sheep milk it has a unique flavour. The cream it is simple, tasting like childhood. There are only outdoor tables, so on a very hot day it can be tricky. We enjoyed the experience of tasting yogurt in a traditional dairy store in Athens. The prices are affortable.

These are the world’s BEST loukoumades. They are light, fluffy, and made fresh in front of you. It is a traditional old shop, not sure of its history. I’m not sure what else they sold as this is what we came for. We had the traditional version with syrup and cinnamon. We visited twice they were so good. You can eat in or take away. Nothing fancy inside but the food more than makes up for this. Will make this a definite stop next trip to Athens

They've been making loukoumades since 1923 so I figured they're doing something right! The dining area is large, spacious and with it's old photos and memorabilia, it's quite nostalgic. We headed to the back to order - the menu is in Greek but Google Translate came to my rescue. We went for the traditional topping of syrup, cinnamon and walnuts. The loukoumades were warm and fresh - crisp on the outside (even with the syrup on top) and soft and fluffy inside. They were surprisingly light and totally delicious.

I visited on a weekday to try the loukoumades. You can either dine inside (self-service) or take them to go from the front counter. I opted for the classic version with syrup and cinnamon. You can also add chocolate, walnuts, and ice cream if you wish. The dough was excellently fried—not greasy, light, and crisp even after being soaked in syrup. They were served slightly warm. The syrup wasn’t overly sweet, which I appreciated, especially given the generous amount. The cinnamon flavour was maybe a bit too mild for my taste.

Was quite the far walk but the loukamadas were delicious, they put so much honey on them there was lots for dipping. There is construction going on the street outside the restaurant so it was a little hard finding the store

Most of the honey was a very sugary syrup, no wonder they were very generous with it. It made me immediately dizzy. The lukumades themselves had no taste inside.

This is the one and only truly top spot for traditional Asia Minor desserts. Their Ekmek with mastic ice cream is unparalleled. I've been coming to this place well over 30 years and it just never gets old. Amazingly, nothing has changed to the tastes and the quality through the decades. No surprise that in the evening you have to wait for quite some time to get seated but it's all worth it. Very nice place, nothing pretentious, you can find trendy student folks on one table and 70 year old ladies on the next and it all blends nicely. The place has character and simplicity. We had coffee and ice cream. They were out of one flavor I asked for and the server recommended a different flavor, which was quite good. High quality ice cream. We often visit for a coffee or after dinner sweets. Great lemon pie , various flavors of cheesecake and my favorite chocolate soup which is a huge bowl of soft brownies soaked in hot chocolate. Also, ice cream flavors are many and tasty

In a tranquil, cute area in the big city of Athens lies @zuccherino.gr and their Salted Caramel ice cream Mille Feuille. We got our delicious, flaky pastry layered between blueberry mascarpone (highly recommend this gelato flavour) and rocher gelato. Heavenly. .

If you pass by here without stopping you are making a huge mistake. The fresh fruits and flavors really shine through. I don’t even like cherry and I ate my cherry granita. The almond was particularly good and I don’t even like almond flavor either. The lemon ginger was also good. Like I said if you walk by you owe it to yourself to see what they have.

An experience so amazing, it has made me change the way I go about rating anything in the future. Every single ice cream sounds divine, we tried four and can't begin to describe how good it was. Take the time to go here instead of any gelato place nearby or in the city. 6/5.

This place was a highlight in Athens. Little place with homemade Greek flavors. First off I almost never order ice cream cause I don't usually care for it but this place is different. We ordered mastiha flavor(resin from a tree used to make liquor) and cream flavor. The ice cream wasn't ice cold which I loved and it had a stickier consistency which was delightful. I also ordered a lemonade which was amazing. The lady who ran it squeezed it fresh and used the whole lemon so I got some of the flesh bits as well which was amazing. I only like fresh lemonade and this beat anything I've had from a shop. If I'm ever in Athens again I hope this place is still around. I'll be returning if I can. Highly recommend a visit to get real quality ice cream made with local ingredients and care.

Such a lovely experience! We’re a family of italians and have been searching for a while for good gelato! This is an absolute treasure with the sweetest owner! She was so kind and explained the way she made her gelato and it was the authentic way gelato is made (a way not used anymore even in italy!) She was so so sweet and it was such a pleasure to meet her!

We got two tubs - one tub with a kind of vanilla with mastica, plus chocolate; and the other with pomegranate, plus pistachio and cardamon. All were delicious! The pomegranate was so good that we ate it all before remembering to take a photo! All of the ice creams are hand made, with different kinds of milk to suit the flavours of the ice cream. Highly recommended!

First visit was good so we decided to visit a second time. We were served a frozen watered down sorbet kind of thing which was flavourless. The place cannot be taken seriously, visit at your own risk.

First day in Greece, first place I tried — and wow, what a “warm welcome.” The ice cream itself was fine, but the service was… creative. I picked ONE flavor, the staff asked me which cone I wanted, and apparently that magically meant “please give me TWO scoops of the exact same flavor.” Because clearly everyone dreams of eating a mountain of one single flavor, right? I ended up walking away with a giant cone I never asked for, feeling more annoyed than hungry.

L’arte del Gelato is an outstanding gelateria and one of the best we visited. The gelato is incredibly creamy rich in flavor and made with top quality ingredients. Every flavor we tried was delicious especially the pistachio and dark chocolate. Despite the long line the staff was extremely friendly patient and efficient making the experience even more enjoyable. Their great attitude and warm service truly stood out. This place is a must visit for any gelato lover. We will definitely be coming back.

Our friend went here their first night and brought us back some. It was so good , we had to find it again . We were sad they didn’t have the same flavor. We didn’t realize they changed flavors everyday. But we tried new flavors and absolutely still loved it.

Was excited to be in Greece and see a kataifi flavored ice cream. Unfortunately there were 3 shreds on there and no walnuts. When I asked for them to fix it so it had all the ingredients shown, they looked at me like I had three heads. So basically I got vanilla ice cream. Yippee... Later, my son needed water and it was .50 and they wouldn't make change for a 10... Like it was again too hard or something...

Buffalo Gelato in Athens is clearly a popular spot, and for good reason – it’s centrally located and offers a wide range of interesting and refreshing gelato flavours. When we visited, the place was quite busy, which is usually a good sign. Despite the crowd, service was impressively quick and efficient. The staff worked fast and were polite, keeping the line moving, which we appreciated in the summer heat. I opted for the Mango Tango flavour, which was genuinely delicious – fruity, smooth, and packed with tropical flavour. It hit the spot and felt like a great choice on a hot day. However, I was disappointed with the portion size. My cup wasn’t filled as generously as I expected, especially given the premium price point. It felt like there should have been more for what I paid, and the portion didn’t match what others around me seemed to be receiving, which was frustrating. That brings me to the pricing. Buffalo Gelato is definitely on the expensive side. While you do expect to pay a bit more in such a central, tourist-heavy area, it still felt a little steep for the amount you get. It’s one of those places where the location is clearly factored into the cost – you’re paying for the experience of enjoying gelato in the heart of Athens, not just the gelato itself. Overall, Buffalo Gelato delivers on flavour and speed, but the value for money could be improved. If you’re in the area and craving something cold and sweet, it’s still worth a stop – just be prepared for higher prices and keep an eye on your portion size.

We loved the Gelato here. The crepes looked amazing, but were too full for both. The lines Can be long and a tad slow, but worth it.

Bufala is a must-visit in Athens, with lots of selection to choose from from ice cream to crepes. The store is clean, with some outdoor seating in the square. The staff here are friendly, although there was a mistake where we were given the wrong crepe. Thankfully, this was corrected quickly.

Next time, please wait a bit before serving the waffle – if you put the whipped cream on while it’s still super hot, it melts and soaks the whole waffle, making it soggy and inedible. Also, when making the American pancakes, please don’t take new orders at the same time, because ours ended up being overcooked as well. It’s a pity, because the flavors could have been really good.

We ordered through the machine and paid. Then, at the counter, they told us that the cone type we selected wasn’t available — that wasn’t a problem, we accepted a different one. But then they said the ice cream flavor we wanted wasn’t available either. They should either update the machine or inform customers beforehand. I gave 2 stars because we received a refund.

Parisian prices in Athens for mediocre to bad desserts, I've tried many of their desserts to give a fair chance but even their macarons(2.2€) for ex. are not that great, I've had better macarons from a shop that doesn't specialize in desserts near Acropolis. Overall the taste, portion size and quality of most desserts are not satisfactory, I finally give up on them after trying one more dissapointing dessert(their vanilla eclair), there are better dessert businesses to support.

Everything taste good and very friendly service. They are not too sweet. I would prefer a smaller portion of the white chocolate tart for one person. This one is good for sharing.

It’s a nice small cafe in the busiest street of Athens, with chairs outside to sit and enjoy the variety of sweet snacks they have with coffee. The service was so so, but everything else was absolutely fantastic.

Great coffee and flawless desserts. Must try are the raspberry chocolate cake and the orange choux. Their chocolate cake are in general very good and not too sweet. I wasn't too impressed by their ice cream to be honest. However, it's definitely a great place to have desserts and coffee. And yes, it's a bit pricey, but it's very helpful to avoid over-ordering and gaining too much weight. Lol

I’ve been buying pastries from this shop since the first day it opened and I’m really satisfied by most of the products. My favorite is the macaron (a must try). It’s a bit overpriced but the quality really pays you off!!

We came to Bon Bon Fait Maison for evening desserts and it was fabulous. Every dessert looks like an art piece and tastes great.

Cool place. Ice cream are good just the figue flavor was tasteless but the salted caramel was perfect. Dessert are quite expensive… at least for some pastries that I would get for 30% less in Paris.

One of the best places in Athens to enjoy your icecream. Original and pleasant taste. Velvety texture that melts in the mouth. A little bit expensive (2.20€/scoop) but it's worth it. In Psychiko it is take away and parking is hard to find. A strange thing is that the staff changes very often... Maybe problems with administration. Although the taste of the ice-cream is perfect.

One of the best italian gelati in Athens! BUT...the customer experience is not so good. Buying 1,5kg of gelato, I have paid 35€ and when I asked for 2 cones they employee asked me for 0.6€ as it is the store policy. Apart the fact that the cones are free offered in the majority of Gelaterie, it is not gentle and smart when a customer is paying this amount not to give free 2 cones!!

The best gelato in all of Athens! Their vegan hazelnut and pistachio flavors were out of this world. Beyond the wonderful gelato, the best thing about Morris Brown was the staff. Each one of them was abundantly kind during my two week visit, always having the brightest, sweetest personalities and incredibly welcoming! One of the best parts of my trip!

There is no shortage of gelato/ice cream shops around, but I can assure you that this one is an absolute winner. Get the waffle bowl with Nutella and two different scoops. SO GOOD! Freshly made waffle, and the Gelato flavors are fantastic.

Nice Greek yogurt snack, you can choose a yogurt menu item or pick your own toppings. Overall a bit expensive for what is was. But conveniently located along a popular walking street, only about 2 places to sit outside but you go sit across the street easily on a sunny day.

I had this little place marked as want to go. I did have a chance when walking around Acropolis and it did not disappoint. Great selection of fresh, refreshing yoghurt. We had two different options to try and share. Both flavoursome, generous and rich. The little bar is busy, people go for yoghurt treats or yoghurt ice-cream. There aren’t any benches or tables to sit and enjoy the treat, it is more of on the go snack. Staff are attentive, pleasant and friendly. Highly recommend making a quick stop here.

Nice creams and coffee. Price moderate - expensive. They charge for each topping on the ice cream so if you want selection of toppings (few different fruits, coconut, honey) you ending up with enormous bill!!!

We’ve been coming to Fresko since 2017. The quality has sadly dropped slightly. Still a very refreshing treat and lovely to have on a hot day.

Not many flavors yet good selection of toppings. Nice and friendly staff. Taste is ok, nothing special. Yogurt in a sprinkled cone looks awesome and very instagrammable but melts and gets messy really fast.

Terrible place We bought ice cream and there was a bug inside. The bug was on the bottom so there's no way it flew in to the ice cream while we were eating it. We asked for some sort of compormise such as a refund, and not only they didn't give us neither of these, they were being totally rude to us, lauging and saying that we just randomly put a bug in our ice cream just to get money. Plus the service was terrible and we definitely do not recommended going there, unless you like bugs in your food.

My bad for trying their gelato when the shop name clearly indicates yoghurt. But then again, the gelato was very mellow in taste. It is purely just the cream with no additional texture to it. Moreover, the serving proportion was extremely stingy for 2.20€. Granted that we ordered a single scoop for each, but that’s barely a scoop. More of a scrape of gelato. Whatever you see in my picture is really all the gelato there is in the cone. It’s basically an empty cone inside. A slight plus side would be the smoothie for 4€. Made by blending natural fruits with their own yoghurt. Honestly can be a little tough to “drink” when it is freshly served. More of a test of your sucking power. Nonetheless, still relatively delicious and a slight savior to my experience here.

Delicious yogurt ice cream with tasty toppings. We tried the natural yogurt flavour with bergamot jam and fig jam. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable compared to similar shops in a very touristic region close to Agoras and Hadrian's library.

First time I encountered anyone in the service industry here in Athens with an attitude! The gentleman with a short brown wavy hair needs to learn how to remove his condescending tone when speaking to customers. If my feet didn’t need rest so badly, I would have looked for another place. Gelato was just ordinary. The location has a nice view of people moving about the monastiraki square.

Had the waffle bites and a cold espresso. It was ok at best. Watch the prices because the take away prices are much lower than the dine in. They will encourage you to sit down do they can charge double the rates you see on the board. Only the table water is free. Service is ok but the ice cream girl looks like you owe her a favor.

The Best Ice Cream Ever… But We Have a Mint Chocolate Emergency! For three glorious years, this has been the only place I get ice cream. I don’t even look at other ice cream shops. They don’t exist to me. This place? -Elite. Their flavors? -Unmatched. But their mint chocolate? - Oh, that is sent straight from the heavens. An actual masterpiece. The Leonardo da Vinci of ice cream flavors. So imagine my absolute horror when I walked in, ready for my usual, and—GONE. No mint chocolate. Just… vanished. Like it never existed. I checked the menu twice, asked the staff (probably with the face of a lost child), and still, no sign of it. Listen, I don’t know if this is temporary or a cruel joke, but if this flavor is gone forever, I might need to start a support group. 😂 Or stage a protest. Please, for the sake of humanity (and my sanity), bring it back! Otherwise, five stars forever—but my heart will never recover. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The best Gelateria in Athens. I had the chance to speak to the owner and see how passionate they are about making their own ice cream and serving the best to their customers. This is also a place my wife and I returned several times during our stay in Athens not only because the ice cream is amazing, but also because the customer service is second to none. My accommodation was located on the first floor above the Lartecono Davinci Gelato. Every time we passed by the cafe below, we were greeted by the enticing aroma of coffee. They offer a fantastic variety of gelato and waffles, served by friendly and helpful baristas. Situated in the heart of Athens' downtown, there's always a lively atmosphere on the street in front of it. If gelato is your niche, they feature an assortment of mouthwatering flavors, unique waffle cones, and a variety of topping and sprinkles.

Great gelato place! I’m Italian and very opinionated about ice cream and I found theirs really good: sweet and creamy to the right point. We got fig and dark chocolate with orange, and you can savour the good quality of the ingredients. They also have various gourmet cones. There are also vegan options.

After dinner we went walking to explore the wonderful Plaka area. As we walked we came across this shop called Sugar Killer. Curiosity crept in so I had to go in. I could clearly see it was an ice cream shop. Being vegan, I thought, maybe they have a few vegan sorbets. Little did I know that the whole place was vegan and sugar free! I was like a kid in a candy store. They had all sorts of amazing flavors of coconut cream and milk based frozen desserts, made with stevia and agave. It was literally a plant-based person's sweet heaven! We will certainly be going back. I got the tiramisu, my wife got the cinnamon and my son the hazel nut. All of them were amazing! If you are a vegan, and love dessert, you MUST try this place. Must! We have been back at least 3 times. I try something new each time. Sooooooo yummy 😋

Baklava ice cream — enough said. This place actually has so many flavors and is more enticing one than any other ice cream shop we walked by. The baklava ice cream was so good we came back multiple times for it. The cone is delicious as well. I wish we had more room to try more ice cream and pastries because I would try everything here, it all looked delicious. Everything is vegan but don’t let that scare you away because I went with a non vegan and he loved it more than any other ice cream.

Very nice and tasty! But I would really like to know the amount of carbohydrates in your products — I couldn’t find that information anywhere. I eat low carb, so it would be great to know if I stayed on track… because honestly, it felt like I was cheating. That’s how good it was! Nice and clean toilets also. This is such a great coffee spot! Off the main road from the busy Syntagma Square, it has room to breathe and sit. We arrived at 10 am to find it without customers and were worried it might be a tourist trap, but decided based on high ratings that we’d risk it. It is absolutely no trap! The owner was working and she was so kind and welcoming. The shop has a vinyl record player playing relaxing music and the desserts are both delicious and beautiful. I ordered a freddo espresso (espresso over ice) and it was rich, medium-high acidity with a chocolatey after taste. My fiancé ordered a cold brew which the owner told us is left to brew over 12 hours each night and my fiancé said it was also very good. We also got a large chocolate chip cookie to go which had such large chunks of chocolate in it! The cookie dough itself was a shortbread like consistency with a buttery taste and a soft center and perfectly crispy edges. A delicious cookie to be sure! This place is a 10/10 for us and we’d recommend anyone looking for good coffee come to try it!

What a wonderful spot! I’m so glad we found such a calm and charming place right in the middle of a busy area. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, the service is excellent, and the coffee is absolutely amazing. We also tried one of their exclusive desserts — the chocolate mousse — and it was simply divine. So delicate, perfectly balanced, and a real treat for any chocolate lover. The presentation was beautiful too, with unique cups and great attention to detail. Incredibly fresh and tasty. They have the traditional rolls with a twist of their own flavors and some original plates that are just absolutely delicious. My only sorrow was not to know about this place before our last day in Greece. The host was friendly and took the time to answer all our questions about the food and chef. We had two sushi bowls here tonight, and we were pleasantly surprised with how fresh the fish was for the price! We might go as far to say it was close to how a chirashi or other similar kind of bowl is made in Japan. Other poke bowl or charisma bowl establishments in Europe all steer more towards the Hawaiian style but Sushi Lunchi keeps the essence of a sushi bowl quite authentic. We also got the fish of the day, which was 4 slices of sashimi for €3. That is a STEAL. The staff also treated us to delicious complimentary matcha ice cream which was very tart and flavorful. We will definitely be back whenever we are in Athens!

This place is great for taking rest and eating little snacks at any time during the day. They've got a space upstairs and a great choice of desserts, greek pastries and salted meals. A good place for introducing Greek pastries. The staff is nice and enough fast.

Coffee sandwiches and sweets. Not the best but it is alright. We tried the sweets. The traditional sweets were ok. The kids liked the meringue. You can sit on the ground floor or upstairs or you can pick you stuff and go. The place is very clean. All in all a just fair experience. The waitress was very nice an smiling.
