Howdy Homemade is a fun and whimsical ice cream parlor that hires people with special needs to work in the store. They have a variety of delicious flavors, and their signature item is Dr. Pepper Chocolate Chip ice cream. This shop is a great place to go if you're looking for something different than the usual ice cream places in town.
They are a super special ice cream shop with an extra sweet spot for special needs! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

Cute ice cream shop with lots of handmade flavors. The chocolate and peanut butter was real good. Service was pleasant. The only thing was the shop smelled like cleaning solution. But that's better than other offensive smells. Ha! I did find this place to be welcoming and in a cool shopping strip. It's clear this is owned and operated as a small business. Very personable and creative.
Bob T — Google review
Visited here while on vacation. The ice cream is okay. Didn’t wow me or anything. This ice cream shop is extremely small. Literally one table and two chairs, anyone else who came had to get their ice cream to go or they ate it outside. Paid $18 for what is pictured. It wasn’t horrible but I probably would not visit again.
Queen L — Google review
The inside was super clean and had good decorations, plus the outside had some super cute standing tables. The employees were very friendly and had good ice cream suggestions, and I had a very good experience!
Caroline P — Google review
Pretty good ice cream, place is small, outside seating is better weather depending. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Felt pricey or I would have given 5 stars.

From my 2 daughters: “Thank you for giving us free ice cream on Memorial Day. Even though your store was closed because someone broke the glass on your door, you still made our day. Thank you once again”
RAHIM M — Google review
I was introduced to this Ice cream by Undivided Life, and I am so beyond amazed at what their goals and aspirations are within this company. The ice cream itself was incredible! I will definitely be coming back!
Lauren R — Google review
Jujuan was a great help! Had the salted caramel and was very good. The mission of this ice cream shop is great. Hiring and creating an environment for those with special needs. A few of these low star reviews don’t understand the individuals working here and it shows. A few are just down right mean and hiding behind fake profiles.

Nestled in the vibrant Uptown Dallas, The Dolly Llama is a delightful new addition to the ice cream scene and marks the LA-based brand's first venture into Texas. This trendy spot specializes in innovative treats that elevate traditional desserts, featuring their signature bubble waffles crafted into cones filled with an array of enticing ice cream flavors like Ultimate Cookie Monster and Horchata. Guests can also indulge in mini ice cream sandwiches or refreshing milkshakes, making it a perfect destination for families and dessert lovers alike.
10/10 great experience! My wife and I were on our 1 year anniversary trip and decided to stop here after walking in the heat all day. Very friendly and fast service, and lots of custom options as well as simple ice cream. When the man found out it was our anniversary he made us a special ice cream for free, and it was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place! After some time of stuffing our faces with ice cream, he also brought us more samples to try, shakes that were amazing.
Logan B — Google review
I loved the ice cream here from the Dolly Llama! 🍨🦙🩷 I love the story behind the name of the shop, which is that the founder fell in love with a French llama that went by the name, Dolly.💕 What a lucky little llama, and I am lucky too because I got to taste this delicious waffle ice cream! I got the flavor Party Animal 🦙🦙🩷 It was delish. 😋🩷
Jennifer M — Google review
OMG. The menu has so many great options. I had the sugar n spice bubble waffle. It was decadent. Great and knowledgeable customer service as well.
Sarah P — Google review
Great selection of ice-cream and other desserts. You can even sample the flavors before choosing. Service is great and super friendly staff. Parking is horrendous.
Tyler H — Google review
The folks at The Dolly Llama were welcoming, proactively talking us through the menu and offering samples when they learned we were first timers. Ice creams are delicious, the waffles are fresh, and great care is put into building each confection. My wife and I enjoyed our bubble waffle treats and would go back again. Parking was easier to find than expected, and there are no restrooms available for customers.
Heath L — Google review
Super tasty treats! They have the special bubble waffle cones (other options if you don't want that), and they fill you up with all the goods! I had a shake, but my wife tried the Sugar and Spice, and it was huge. It's definitely worth a try if you are near and like something sweet!
Pivolopez — Google review
Great energy in this place! the staff were so friendly welcoming and accommodating. Most decadent delicious place EVER. We went in after a heavy dinner for some dessert and oh my we were not disappointed. The waffles were light, soft and delicious while the ice cream was to die for. Truly amazing. All over an amazing place, food and customer service. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend.
Sadiqa K — Google review
Everything was amazing, the ice cream, flavors and textures were perfection. And to add to that customer service is 5 stars, I didn’t get the lovely’s lady name or the gentleman that also took care of us but they were helpful and friendly. Would definitely visit again and bring my family.

Ice cream shop
Coffee shop
Cauldron Ice Cream is a fun, bright and trendy shop for creative nitrogen-frozen ice cream treats and bubble waffle cones. It's located in Knox-Henderson in Dallas, Texas, and is Instagram-worthy and delicious - with unique and tasty flavors that rotate frequently.
10 out of 10!!! Ordered the waffle with the Salted caramel scoop & it was a perfect hot and cold contrast. The waffle was crisply & the ice cream was well made and the best I’ve had. Loved the ambience of this place as well, highly recommend!
Lucero G — Google review
It's fun to watch them make the ice cream, but to be honest, it just felt gimmicky rather than leading to a cool flavor. For example, I chose cereal milk, and I thought (since they make the ice cream to order) they would put the cereal bits in the mixer to integrate with the ice cream. Nope, it's just a regular ole topping like you can do at home. Why even bother making the ice cream to order if you can't add mix ins? The other downside about making it to order is they won't allow you to combine flavors or do multiple scoops. Again, if you can't customize, why bother making it to order.
Lina N — Google review
I wanted to like this place but… expensive ice cream, slowly created with nitrogen as you wait and wait, limited, confusing flavor selection. Didn’t taste very good. This place belongs in Vegas with a robot vendor. There is no replacement for looking in a giant freezer with 2 dozen flavors to choose from that are scooped out and served instantly at a fraction of the cost.
Paul P — Google review
This place is ok. I don't feel like I can give it an accurate rating though because my son with Celiacs is the one that wanted to try it-and he couldn't have their signature items. So we just tried the vanilla and chocolate. We were just in Hawaii-which as we all know is expensive-surprisingly this place was twice as much for the quantity. I thought the chocolate was tasty- it's kind of a mixture between soft serve and regular ice cream in texture. My son wasn't a fan -bc he wanted more of a basic ice cream texture, however I liked it! Definitely a preference thing. I think if you just want to try something new and different you should go for it, but definitely only if you can get the bubble cone and other "fancy" things. It's not worth it if you have allergies, which is to be expected, but he just wanted to try it anyway. *Edit after owner response* Thanks for the friendly reply! I added a star, bc like I said it isn't quite a fair review since we couldn't try all the things. Plus, the building was very nice and clean. The price makes sense, and let's face it, everything is expensive these days. Maybe I'll sneak back one day without my son with allergies to try all the yummy options...shh don't tell him.
Becca F — Google review
This place used to be good, but unfortunately, its quality has seriously deteriorated. I ordered a medium Smore's cup, which used to be my favorite. The ice cream was severely over-churned, leading to a chewy, buttery texture instead of a creamy one. It was so hard and over-churned that my spoon could not even pick the ice cream up. Even worse--the mini marshmallows were stale and could not be chewed. I attached a photo--they could not be broken down and had the texture of old, hard chewing gum. In addition, they moved from having a person physically ordering to a Kiosk. It is nice to have a person to communicate with, especially regarding dietary restrictions. While I was able to flag down the worker, he was so busy as he was the only one there.
Hannah S — Google review
THIS IS THE BEST ICE CREAM IN DALLAS. I’m not exaggerating. Get the large you’re gonna want it. Don’t get the bubble waffle cone though, just get a regular cone. My only advice is that they expand the flavor menu by six or 7 more flavors.
It’s B — Google review
We stopped in here after dinner recently and it was ok. When we arrived around 6pm, there was a sign on the door saying “they would return at 6:20.” No problem, we waited around at the tables outside until they opened. The ice cream was ok, but nothing we would stand in line for to get. We will give it another shot when we are back in the area.
Jimmy K — Google review
We came in here today (Sunday 6/22) and had the sweetest girl help us. She took such care with her craft of making us the perfect Ice cream scoop!!! They give you so much ice cream on a single scoop. I had mint chocolate chip & it was phenomenal. My hubby had the cauldron and loved it. Service was spectacular and the ice cream was great! We will be back. Fun experience too!

Best ice cream ever! They have good Sundae’s , Cakes & Shakes ..Delicious and Fresh fruits for toppings.. Must try Parking would be a challenge!!

Milk and honey is delicious. I got the parfait and my boyfriend got the banana pudding ice cream with hot fudge and caramel. The caramel is made out of honey and is delicious, my boyfriend loved it and so did I.
Lisa N — Google review
We came here on Thursday evening, July 31st around 7pm… and there was only one person working? The gentleman looked a little flustered, but he handled the growing line without any problems, but PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! Aside from the only one employee doing all the work, this was such a great find for us! We’re always looking for dessert shops who don’t add a bunch of added junk to make things taste good. This was such a treat for us since I am a diabetic, I can’t really enjoy many desserts since they spike my sugar levels, so I was glad that we found a place that only sweetened their ice cream with honey. I got the Honey flavor with some fresh strawberries and it just hit the spot for my little ice cream craving. My husband got the same thing a cone with some peanuts and he loved his as well. Can’t wait to be back!
Michelle S — Google review
I visited this spot with my son over the spring break. We enjoyed our time there. It was small and the service was very quick. I was grateful to have a sample of the ice cream before making an order. My son had the cookies and cream sundae and I had a brownie sundae. It was not super sweet but actually just right!
Ciara G — Google review
I got news about their closing date (August 5th). These marshmallows we’re life changing and this hibiscus drink is so refreshing. The rosemary peach and homemade ice cream cone is just perfect. I just pray they decide to come back later on.
Yvette R — Google review
Really good ice cream and a nice stop for dessert. The two of us shared the honey vanilla flavor. We sampled the honey lavender flavor and the lavender was way too strong so maybe don't get that lol.
Christopher S — Google review
This place is good. Very high quality. However like I want my strawberry soft serve to taste like strawberry, not honey. Great concept, just needs to be revamped a little bit. I think the hazelnut is the best! Just flavors need to taste more like their actual flavor.
It’s B — Google review
Enjoyed some ice cream on a random date night out. The custom service was impeccable! We were able to try samples before deciding. The option to swirl your flavors instead of having them completely separate (think scoops) made not only a beautiful presentation but a fun mix of the flavors. There is a limited selection of flavors, but it is definitely worth trying by if you’re in the area. I usually avoid cones but the chocolate waffle cone was a superb addition that complimented my ice cream well.

If you're on the hunt for a delightful dessert experience, look no further than Milk & Cream. This innovative shop has taken the classic combination of donuts and ice cream to new heights by crafting delicious donut sandwiches filled with creamy goodness and an array of fun mix-ins like candy and cereal. Located near Lower Greenville in Dallas, this California import is redefining sweet treats with its signature Milk & Cream Bun.
No exaggeration- THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF SUMMER!! I was driving around looking for ice cream, after a franchise donut place tried to serve me cold donuts. I was heading across the street and noticed this place. The amount of people outside eating it should’ve told me how great it was but that didn’t event compare to the dance my tastebuds would do! I had the glazed donut with strawberry shortcake ice cream, with a scoop of Banana Pudding on the side. I legit felt like a kid in a candy store. It’s a 45 minute drive that I can’t wait to do again.. Must walk, RUN!!
Reika E — Google review
I didn’t really find it to be special. For $9 I was hoping for more. The donut is just a basic donut. It actually had an artificial taste in my opinion. The donut was warm, however, which was nice. As for the ice cream, I got Nutella and thin mint. Topping chocolate chips. The ice cream itself seemed of a decent quality. I guess I just had higher standards. I went out of my way to come here and I regret spending the money as I could have spent it on something different. Just warning future patrons, you don’t have to go out of your way for this. The ice cream is solid, but skip the donut.
Allysa C — Google review
We love milk•cream! Best flavor for sure is the Cookie Monster & love adding the rainbow sprinkles. The donut could be warmer and fresher!
Sarah B — Google review
Inside is clean, service is fast & friendly. They let you sample ice cream flavors if you ask. Definitely recommend the glazed with a scoop of either honey lavender or strawberry cheesecake. Not too sweet, great balance of flavors between the donut & ice cream. They're very generous with the scoops and they've also got a variety of toppings to choose from.
Hannah A — Google review
4 stars for ingenuity... but the lack of quality in the donut makes it 3 stars in my books. They make their ice cream in store, and it's creamy... but does it pack a flavorful, toe-tingling punch like a creamery should? No. It's just slightly better than the stuff you buy in the frozen section of your standard grocery store. I suggest doing what others also suggest - skip the donut entirely. It tastes like a stale, cheap grocery store donut. It de-values the overall experience imo. Whatever mild, nuanced ice cream flavor you pick will be overshadowed by the stale yeasty dough! Not complementary at all! If the donut was better thought through, this could be an ingenious business model that takes off!
S R — Google review
Food and service were great. Strange that there is no where to sit down in the establishment to eat your ice cream sandwich. The price point is out of this world. Over 15 dollars for two donuts and a scoop of ice cream? Ill come back after i win the lotto until then ill stick with more reasonably priced treats.
Matt S — Google review
First time here and truly loved it. Went a little conservative with the strawberry ice cream but next time I will try the honey lavender or cereal milk with the glazed donut!! Highly recommend!
Choe_87 _ — Google review
A pretty airy donut and a scoop in the middle - cool twist to a traditional ice cream cookie sandwich. You can choose 1 free topping, too. The ice cream was a bit too dense, so it didn't combine with the donut "buns" well. One scoop looked a bit small stuffed in the donut. Good thing they'd warm up your donut before making the sando. 7-8 flavors of ice cream to select from - traditional to creative ones like red velvet or matcha.

MELT Ice Creams in Bishop Arts is a popular spot known for its delectable ice cream flavors. The shop offers 'Always' and 'Sometimes' flavors, with recommendations to never miss out on the pineapple upside-down cake, peanut butter explosion, or coconut sorbet options. Sundaes with three scoops are a must-try, and Taco Tuesday features two flavors in a crispy cone shell with salted caramel and chocolate sauces.
Ready to try some of the best ice cream in Dallas? Step into Melt Ice Cream to enjoy unique and fresh ice cream flavors. We visited the Melt location in the Bishop Arts District after spending a day shopping around and exploring. The peanut butter explosion is packed with flavor! The classic chocolate and the coffee flavors are great choices to go with as well. Melt is the perfect place to eat ice cream on a warm day in Dallas. Add this spot to your Dallas food list!

This is such a cute & quaint little ice cream shop. The young girl working the counter was very pleasant and allow me and my children to sample to our hearts’ desire. We did 3 scoops, cookie crush, salt lick and vanilla. The cookie crush and salt lick were just ‘okay’— my taste buds weren’t wowed like I was expecting. The vanilla had a weird chalky aftertaste. Will give this place another try once they rotate the ‘sometimes flavors.’ They do have some gluten free options & prices are very reasonable for the portion size.
Nicole P — Google review
Darling shop in a fun area of Dallas. Learned about Melt during travel planning, so we drove out of our way to try it. Mixed the dark chocolate with Maple Bourbon Pecan and the combination was totally my heaven. I'm pretty sure I said "yum" after every taste. I was grateful samples are provided so I ended up with the perfect choice. The ice cream is exceptional quality - and we are sort of ice cream snobs. We all really enjoyed it.
Debbie R — Google review
Delicious ice cream flavors!! We tried the TX lavender honey crunch and salt lick flavors. Would recommend! Their ice cream is soft and creamy. Came inside on a whim from the hot summer air and had a great tasting experience!
Katlynn N — Google review
Icy! This chain place does creative flavors, but mostly on the mixins and not the ice cream bases. Most of their ice cream bases are only a little out of traditional flavors you'd expect to see. I got the TX coffee, which had a far too mild coffee flavor. It had the flavor profile and color of a coffee that was half creamer. Super bland. I also kept finding ice crystals to crunch on. Not a fan.
Henry S — Google review
We actually made it inside to place an order this time. We had been to mount a couple of times for 4, but the lines were so long we decided not to stay. This time we were able to get right in and boy were we surprised everything they have is so delicious. We tried the dark chocolate ice cream with coconut milk and had it turned into a shake with rice milk. I have never tasted anything so silky, smooth and light in my life. The only thing I wish is that the cups were bigger. It was delicious! My son tried the triple Berry gelato. He has fallen in love. He has asked that we go back everyday since we were there. Definitely try it for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

The ice cream here had been melted before and refrozen. Not freezer burned just had an ice taste on the top, from transit maybe. After that it was pretty good. The amount of ingredients in here were abundant and the flavor was giving creamy, rich, and buttery. You could taste them all. I’d definitely recommend it. If you’re used to store bought and generic this is not for you. Happy tasting!

Absolutely loved Melt Ice Cream in Dallas! The ice cream was delicious— I had the Salt Lick and my sister had the Peach Cobbler, and both were absolutely divine. The employee was so kind and let us try three flavors before deciding. Even on a busy Saturday night, the place was spotless. Great vibes, great service, and amazing treats. Can’t wait to go back!

Parlor's Handcrafted Ice Creams is a charming, family-owned ice cream shop located on East Mockingbird Lane in Dallas. They take pride in using locally sourced ingredients from Dallas-based businesses like Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters, White Rock Granola, and 5 Mile Chocolate to create their high-quality ice creams. The menu features a variety of seasonal flavors, and they are known for their delicious Cake ice cream made with almond-flavored ice cream and house-baked cake chunks.
As my quest to find good ice cream in Dallas continues, Parlor hit my radar so we gave it a try. The mint chip ice cream was minty fresh. The cookies and cream has fresh cookies in it. The waffle cones are excellent (it’s their only cone option). The service was excellent. We’ll be back for sure.
Grish240 — Google review
Tried the Milk & Cookies and Cookies & Cream. The Cookies & Cream was delicious—definitely my favorite of the two! I wasn’t a huge fan of the Milk & Cookies—it mostly just tasted like plain vanilla to me. The waffle cone was super fresh and added a nice touch. I do wish the ice cream texture was a bit creamier and less icy, which I’ve seen others mention too. Overall, the ice cream tastes high quality, and I appreciated that it wasn’t overly sweet. The space is pretty small, and I wish there was indoor seating, especially with the heat. There are benches outside, but we ended up sitting in the car. Staff was friendly, though the vibe was a bit awkward/fake nice; we got some odd looks that made sampling feel a little uncomfortable. I’d still come back to try more flavors!

Best ice cream in Dallas, hands down!! I'm so impressed with the quality alone. As a person who grew up in the Midwest, my standards for ice cream are probably unreasonable lol. This place exceeded all my expectations. Also, they have homemade waffle cones that have the perfect balance of sweet and crunchy to go with the ice cream. The very best part is they offer the "single split" where you can get smaller scoops of two flavors instead of committing to a huge double scoop that most places only offer.
Cymone S — Google review
I'm an ice cream snob and have been searching for good ice cream in Dallas. I'm very impressed with their ice cream and loved their unique flavors. They have the best waffle cones I have ever had! I also was very impressed with the server. She was very knowledgeable on the all of the flavors. 10/10 service!

Ice cream always tastes fresh and never took sweet. Great treats to beat the heat. Owners and staff are so kind. Pricey but worth supporting a small business.
Angie T — Google review
We loved how fresh and creamy the ice cream here was! I was also impressed that they did not have artificial flavoring on the mint chip ice cream! Everything is made from local ingredients, and you can really taste the quality! Service was great! First time customers, and the attendants helped us try a few before choosing our scoops! The shop is very small: just counter order, no tables/seats. There are 2 benches out front for you to enjoy your ice cream, but no tables.
Sam G — Google review
The service is fine, with friendly people behind the counter and the place has a nice feel. However the ice cream is quite underwhelming. There is alot of "ice" in their ice cream and lacks creaminess. Maybe they need to use a higher butterfat % or work on their chilling process. Its a bit spendy at 5.75 for a single. I was hoping to add this into my usual rotation between Botolino and TCBY, but going to have to hard pass on this one.
Rishi B — Google review
Every time we visit a city we look for clean or organic ice cream. They make their ice cream with cream from pastured, grass fed cows and use pastured eggs. It wasn't too sweet. We loved it. We tried strawberry and cream, 5 mi chocolate, and double chocolate chunk.

Botolino Gelato Artigianale is a must-visit spot in Dallas for those craving authentic Italian-style gelato and other sweet treats. The gelato, made from carefully sourced natural ingredients, is crafted using traditional techniques passed down through generations. With about 16 flavors available, including seasonal rotations, visitors can sample generously before choosing from options like Don Pistachio, gianduia, stracciatella, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, white coffee or Key lime pie.
Great flavour selection. Line moves very quick so don't be discouraged. Portions were nicely sized, Price is excited for the area. Didn't get a chance to purchase of the cakes, but they look phenomenal.

Visited this place for the first time to try some desserts, and the entrance cake display is awesome and very tempting. I tried the Mini Pistachio Cake, and it was amazing! They also have gelato ice creams with various flavors, and you can sample them before making a choice. They have a variety of chocolates, and I also tried the Cherry Chocolate, which they said is a special item there, and it tasted incredible. The staff is super friendly and provided great service. Visited on the weekend, and it was very crowded—hard to find a place to sit, and parking was tough to find since it’s such a busy spot.
Shashank P — Google review
Love this place! Botolino makes some of the best gelato I’ve had outside of Italy. My all-time favorite? Mascarpone and Figs! it’s creamy, slightly tangy, and just the right amount of sweet. I could eat it every day!
Praveen G — Google review
Best spot for a cold, sweet treat in Dallas. The options can be a bit pricy, but I think it’s worth it. There are various gelato and sorbetto flavors so there’s something for everyone. Personally, the bergamot flavor was my favorite! I also loved that you can sample as many flavors as you want before committing to something. As others have mentioned, parking can be a challenge in this area, so keep that in mind and be prepared to pay differing amounts depending on what you find.
Albana O — Google review
Fire gelato! I got the chocolate sorbetto and it was SO good - rich and chocolately without being too sweet. The texture is so creamy and smooth, just like true Italian gelato. Definitely recommend this spot! Next time I want to try their gorgeous desserts.

First time here and it was a great experience! The little ice cream shop looked amazing—very clean and inviting, with lots of flavors to choose from. We tried the Milk Chocolate and Persian Flower ice creams, and both were delicious! The chocolate had a rich, creamy flavor—not overly sweet, which we loved. They also had some beautiful cakes on display that looked very tempting! The young lady at the front was super nice and helpful, offering great info about the different flavors. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Absolutely love this place. Their gelato is really good and the shop is very cute. The Better Than Nutella and Sticky Toffee Pudding sundaes are pictured. 10/10 for the Better Than Nutella. Flavors, textures, everything is just 🤌 chefs kiss. I was told the Sticky Toffee Pudding was the least favorite, but I wanted to try it. I think the problem with it is that it’s too dense. The flavor is good, but the texture could improve. On another note: the staff is always super friendly and helpful. :)

I’ve been here multiple times and wish I can come more often. One of the best gelato I’ve ever had and I love that they rotate flavors each week!! I was blessed to try the matcha and sweet cream combo (SO good together). They also use some fancy whip cream machine so the whip cream is sooooooo good and fluffy - an awesome add on.

Paciugo Gelato Caffè is a popular chain known for its daily-made gelato and coffee offerings. With multiple locations, including one in Dallas, the brand continues to expand its presence across North Texas and beyond. The menu features a wide array of tempting flavors, along with innovative treats like the Paciunicorn and the unique Gelato Spaghetti & Meatballs – a sweet twist on the dinnertime classic.
Paciugo Gelato Caffè is an absolute gem despite the long lines--it's worth every minute of the wait. I've been coming here for 12 years, and each visit reaffirms why I keep coming back. The staff is incredibly friendly and skilled; they always know just how to serve up the perfect scoop of gelato or blend a delicious milkshake. Even on days when we're loaded with shopping bags and can't handle scooping ice cream ourselves, they're quick to offer help without hesitation. The flavors here are not just good; they're refined and absolutely delightful. This place stands out not only for its incredible gelato but also for its impeccable cleanliness--it's easily one of the cleanest spots I've encountered. Paciugo Gelato Caffè has truly set a high standard for ice cream places. If you're looking for a memorable treat in a welcoming environment, this is hands down one of the best choices you can make.
Ameen S — Google review
Underwhelming Flavors, Especially for Gelato I was honestly disappointed by the flavors at Paciugo. I ordered the raspberry cheesecake and one other flavor (which I can’t even recall now — that’s how forgettable it was). The cheesecake especially lacked depth and richness — I’ve had better from grocery store brands, which surprised me for a gelato café. I wanted to love it, but sadly, this experience didn’t match the charm or bold flavor I usually associate with gelato. Maybe it was an off day, but I left underwhelmed.
Tolani A — Google review
The customer service experience was unsatisfactory. On multiple occasions, there were instances of associates not diligently managing the queue, allowing some customers to bypass others waiting in line. When I raised this issue with the associates, they responded with a smile and provided justifications without offering an apology.

Creamistry is a charming ice cream shop located in Las Colinas that offers a unique experience of creating your own customized frozen treats. They use liquid nitrogen to craft delicious ice creams, sorbets, and vegan options with 19 flavors and an array of toppings to choose from. Their signature ice cream sandwiches, like the Captains Breakfast featuring Cap'n Crunch ice cream with strawberries, bananas, Nutella, and whipped cream, are a must-try.
"I had an amazing experience at Creamistry in Las Colinas! They make your ice cream right in front of you using liquid nitrogen, and the result is the creamiest ice cream I've ever had! They have a great variety of flavors and even offer non-dairy options. Highly recommend giving them a try – definitely a 5-star treat!
Chiquipolo — Google review
Had a pretty good experience overall. The concept is unique—they make ice cream using liquid nitrogen right in front of you, which adds a fun, interactive element to the visit. As an ice cream lover, I found the variety of flavors and mix-ins appealing, and the quality was decent. It’s definitely a spot where dessert enthusiasts might enjoy trying something a little different. While the experience was enjoyable, it felt more like a one-time novelty than a must-visit destination. That said, it’s worth checking out if you’re curious about nitrogen ice cream or want to treat yourself to something fun and out of the ordinary.
Siri A — Google review
Disappointing Experience We were really excited to try out this place because it’s different from your regular ice cream shop, offering a unique nitrogen-style twist. But unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing. The place looked okay but could definitely be cleaned up a bit. We ordered two milkshakes and one scoop of ice cream. The scoop was decent, but the milkshakes were not good at all—they weren’t cold, had a watery texture, and all the chocolate and toppings sank to the bottom. It was hard to enjoy, and I couldn’t even finish mine. Overall, it had potential, but the quality and presentation really missed the mark. Hopefully they improve.
Ashley D — Google review
Ice cream is nothing unique - it's just frozen on the go using liquid nitrogen. Fun for kids. But the staff can learn some etiquette. I was carrying my 5 year old kid showing the liquid nitrogen smokey thing. This staff who made the ice cream showed my kid the milk and said something, we both couldn't hear it. I said "sorry what was that?". For which the staff said "I was talking to the kid" with a cold and rude face. I guess she tried to show the milk before it was frozen. A little patience can't hurt! Too pricey for one scoop of ice cream, some whipped cream and few marshmallows. Can do better!
Shilpa N — Google review
My Fiance and I visited this establishment last night as part of our effort to visit different places to dine at. It was interesting to watch them make it. using a technique I've never heard of. ( Hydrogen ? ) They were very busy as a lot of people had come to visit them as well. Thankfully there was a large outdoor pavilion to sit and eat the ice cream at. Because the music in the store was louder than I prefer. It's not cheap. But I think it was worth the visit. We may try them again at some point.
Dennis G — Google review
If there was zero stars i would give it. Creamistry has fallen in standards like it used to be. Was charged almost 20 dollars for two scoops of ice cream in a standard size cup. When I specifically asked for the signature creation plastic cups which hold about 3 scoops of ice cream. Asked the staff and said oh our largest cup is this ( medium at best coffee sized cup.) Never again. 20 bucks and system asks for a tip of 18 percent and more.
Ayman B — Google review
Staff doesn’t say hi or welcome when you enter and are so apathetic when taking your order and rewards system is ALWAYS down. I always ask “is your rewards system available?” Kindly and it is always met with an apathetic “no”. Staff here generally don’t seem lively and it kind of ruins the whole “ice cream” experience especially when there’s more interactiveness via liquid nitrogen. They make your order right but, it generally does not deliver the normal creamistry experience or standards regarding service.
Bhanu — Google review
This mangonada , priced at $14, had an unpleasant taste. The addition of Takis crumbles resulted in a flavor that was highly unappetizing, reminiscent of vomit. I strongly advise against purchasing this product due to its undesirable taste.

If you're in Dallas, make sure to visit Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, a delightful scoop shop that originated from the creative minds of brothers Pete and Ben Van Leeuwen along with Laura O'Neill. This charming spot offers an array of unique flavors crafted from top-notch ingredients. One standout is their exclusive Strawberry Margarita flavor, infused with Ego Tequila for a refreshing twist. You can also indulge in quirky options like Kraft Macaroni & Cheese or Vegan Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll.
I live in Chicago and we saw Van Leeuwan pints at our Co-Op. I was very excited to see an actual store on my trip to Dallas! To me the best combo is sweet cherry and cream with earl grey tea: not too sweet, refreshing. The staff was very friendly and informative.

Love their ice cream and waffle cones. Friendly staff as well. Reason for four stars is high price and gummy bears are so weird/ not good. Other than that highly recommend!

We’re in the neighborhood often and regularly stop by Van Leeuwen—especially when I’m holding out hope for peppermint (sadly, I know it’s seasonal!). But tonight’s visit stood out, and not just for the ice cream. Kenya, the employee working this evening, made our experience the best it’s ever been. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming—her energy truly made our night. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely warm and attentive. Just wanted to shout out great service that deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Kenya!

Van Leeuwen Ice Cream in Uptown is a charming little spot that tends to get pretty busy in the evenings — but the ice cream is rich, smooth, and packed with flavor, so the wait is usually worth it. That said, it’s definitely on the pricier side — expect to pay around $10 for a single scoop with tip, which is more than you’d spend for an entire pint at the grocery store. But you’re paying for premium ingredients, creative flavors, and a cute atmosphere that adds to the experience. They also offer fun seasonal flavors and vegan options, which is a nice touch. Overall, if you’re a true ice cream lover or just want to treat yourself, it’s worth stopping by — even if just once.

Picolé in a Brazilian ice cream parlor serves creative hand-made popsicles with alcohol options. Some of their current flavors include lime margarita, smores, tequila sunrise and strawberry cheesecake. The raspberry lemonade is pictured as "best for selfies" but it's bland while the lime surprisingly tastes good. The mango popsicle was a winner! They also have boozy pops that are delicious with vanilla rum and baileys.
Delicious popsicles with interesting flavors such as margarita, baileys and non-alcoholic flavors too, moreover you can add the toppings of your choice, I got the baileys one with melted chocolate on top and coconut flakes, it was extremely good. Prices are accessible and service was nice, the girls who attended us were very welcoming and willing to share suggestions

Picolé isn’t just a popsicle shop—it’s an experience! Every flavor is handcrafted with so much care, and you can truly taste the difference. I tried the margarita and banana Nutella popsicles—both were unreal (the margarita one is dangerously good!). The presentation, quality, and creativity are unmatched. Beyond the pops, the heart behind the business is what really stood out. Melissa, the owner, is one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve met. She pours so much love into what she does and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. If you’re looking for a treat that’s refreshing, unique, and made with love—this is your place. Can’t wait to visit the new location and bring more friends along. Had this spot for the first time and it was pretty good! We came in with a big crew and got severa popsicles of different flavors and toppings. The service of the girls at the front could’ve been better - they weren’t very welcoming, not as much as a smile, and hardly said a word. But the pops themselves were delicious! I had the opportunity to try the strawberry cheesecake, cotton candy, Ferrero rocher, and mango. They were great!

The base charge for our popsicles was more than the overhead menus presented. When we asked about this we were told the prices had changed, but the menus hadn't been updated yet. Shady. I can't recommend this place.

So many flavors and toppings choose from. They've got boozy and non boozy pops, whatever you choose, you have the option to top of off with whatever toppings they have available. My sister-in-law & her husband got one boozy popsicle (pineapple, I think?) and one non-boozy mango one, added chamoy sauce. The boozy one was just the right amount of booze, not overwhelming to the point that it overpowers the fruit flavor. Would love to come back & try the strawberries & cream and the pistachio pop.

It also serves up mini cone flights for ice cream lovers to sample a variety of seasonal flavors. Get 25% off one of its signature flights on National Ice Cream Day!
What a special treat for every occasion! This is the little ice-cream shop every neighborhood should have. Friendly and informative staff, fast service, welcoming interior, and spacious seating. The flavors are amazing and changing regularly! You can even make flavor suggestions on slips they provide! We tried the blood orange limeade and strawberry sorbet, the vanilla, Reese’s peanut butter cup, cookies and cream, and mint chocolate chip ice creams. Wonderful flavor. I highly recommend the cookies and cream and vanilla. They are open late, and always solid. Try a flight! It’s what they’re famous for.

You'll have to go back after your first visit. The waffle cones taste GREAT and taste home made! The icecream flavors are rich and beautifully refreshing to your mouth! They don't taste like cheap sugar and flavor mix. I love the concept of the flights! If you want to try multiple but don't want to get full sized scoops, that's such a great option! Inside the store is also so clean, beautiful and trendy looking. I love love love icecream and boy, this is one of the top icecream places I've been in DALLAS!! Good thing it's a bit of a drive from where I live because I know I'll end of visiting way too much if it was down the street😂😂

Can more people come here please? This shop is truly a delight!! Any weekend afternoon where I’m trying to kill time, I’m stopping for ice cream. And why have one flavor when you can settle on a flight? This place rocks because not only can you have an ice cream FLIGHT but also their flavors are unique and of great quality. It’s creamy and still soft to scoop straight from the freezer. I also heard that they designed the stand to hold all the mini cones themselves which I think is pretty neat. Come here, try a flavor that’s permanent on the menu (salted caramel is great) and then try a rotating flavor. And do what I do and bring a pint (or two) home.
Tiffany T — Google review
Great customer service and even better ice cream. If you cant just settle on one flavor, try the mini or full flight. The mini flight comes with 3 small scoops of different ice creams on waffle cones and the full flight comes with 6 flavors. The cranberry cheesecake was my favorite.

I really wanted to try the ice cream, but instead went for the chai. It was delicious and the cinnamon bespectacled gentleman joined me for the entire cup. Super cute and cozy place, I'm definitely coming back. Helpful friendly staff, clean, and bright. There's indoor and outdoor seating.
David E — Google review
Really disappointing. We got 2 single scoops, one with the peanut butter cups & another with vanilla and butterscotch topping. ~$11. First of all, we had to pay extra for getting a drop of store bought butterscotch topping to go on the vanilla. Secondly, I wouldn't call this ice cream. They claim freshly churned every day, however our "ice cream" was grainy & icy (a sign that it has been re-froze and not recently churned - meaning the ice crystals have enlarged). I am from the midwest, I know when ice cream is good quality so it really says something when I have to throw away my half-full overly-priced cup. You're better off getting a Pint of Ben & jerry's for $5 at target than wasting your money here.

They have a few vegan options here. I grab Jeni’s in the Rose flavor at the grocery store. I had the lemon bar, which has a pretty lemony taste. Some of the best ice cream I’ve had in a while! The seasonal bubblegum and blackberry flavors were standout. I forgot the third option I picked, but it was honestly still great as well. I love Jeni’s and would give them 5 stars, but it really upsets me that we can’t get these niche, limited flavors (like OPAQUE) online even after they’re discontinued 😭 like how am I gonna go forever without a flavor like that??? Bakery
Joy Macarons is a bakery in Dallas that is known for its delicious macarons. The bakery has a wide variety of flavors, and their ice cream sandwiches are some of the best in Dallas.
I tend to be a bit of a macaron snob, let's be honest everywhere that sells macarons is going to have pistachio, vanilla, and chocolate. Was happy to see they had some fun flavors to choose from and actually put effort into doing something festive for Halloween. Saw that they had a macaron black cat ice cream sandwich. Normally that's something I would not indulge in but curiosity got the better of me. Was shocked and delighted to find out that it actually worked! Really recommend getting it well you can. Did not expect a macaron ice cream sandwich to work but it does. Ice cream sandwich was delicious, macarons for just perfect, and the woman who help us out was very polite. My only negative criticism would be that it's a shame the location does not have more room for a proper indoor dining area. Sat outside to eat the Ice Cream Sandwich before it melted and got bit by mosquitoes.

I have been to this joy, macaron and other locations multiple times over the last few years that I’ve lived in Dallas and this spot is wonderful. The people are so friendly. The Macarons are beautiful and delicious. Their macaron ice cream sandwiches are insane. It’s also fun that you can find their products at other local businesses for example, I have had their ice cream sandwiches at H Mart

This place is amazing! I had the lavender ice cream and it was incredibly good. Maybe the best ice cream I’ve ever had! My kids had ice cream sandwiches which they loved. Having a gluten free place for my celiac child is so awesome.

JOY is a delightful haven for macaron connoisseurs. The array of vibrant colors and flavors is visually stunning. Each macaron boasts a perfect balance of crispness and chewiness, delivering a symphony of taste with every bite. The attention to detail in presentation reflects the craftsmanship behind these delectable treats. From classic flavors to inventive creations, this macaron haven is a must-visit for anyone seeking an exquisite indulgence.

Excellent place to get Macarons. All Joy’s macarons are equally amazing with great variety, really helpful staff and well decorated interiors. This location is within walking distance of the Bishop Arts District so there’s much to be enjoyed about the local ambience. The storefront is pretty small and cozy. The macarons here are delicious and taste really good, make sure to get some Italian crème and pistachio because those are their best offerings. They offer a variety of different sizes and have a good loyalty program too to get the occasional free macaron. Note that these macarons are on the pricier side compared to alternatives but it’s worth every dollar if you get the chance to visit.

Yummy ice cream! Workers were very sweet and were informative since it was my first time coming in. Got the chocolate chip peanut butter, very delicious. Would definitely come back to try their other flavors. :)

OMG! So yum! I had the strawberry coconut macaroon ice cream and it was so good!! It was a smooth taste - the strawberry flavor pops and it just makes you happy!! I have to return to try the different flavors and macaroons!! So so good! Period.

Ice cream shop
Sugar Pine Creamery, situated at 6832 Coit Rd. in Plano, offers a unique selection of soft-serve ice cream flavors that go beyond the usual chocolate and vanilla options. The shop prides itself on infusing familiar and innovative flavors to create soft-serve treats that cater to both Eastern and Western palates.
Sugar Pine Creamery was a delightful find on our way back from dinner. This cozy little ice cream shop offers a rotating selection of six unique, craft flavors that change regularly. I tried the Walnut Buckwheat Toffee and Almond Tofu Apricot soft serves, and they were the silkiest, creamiest I’ve ever had. Each bite was a perfect blend of creativity and flavor. Loved that neither of the ice creams were too sweet. The service was exceptional. They were friendly, welcoming, and generous with samples.
Fansntt — Google review
Icecream to thrill your senses! A tasteful blend of flavors that shock you while keeping it within reason. There is something for everyone here. The owner is so enthusiastic about this that you feel encouraged to try it all. They offer samples so you know what you’re getting. Flavors rotate every two weeks to keep it fresh. Its all homemade. A hidden gem totally worth the affordable prices. Extremely recommended!
Matt I — Google review
This is a gem of a place. Excellent ice cream. Excellent customer service. The owners are very kind. The flavors rotate every two weeks. There are dairy free options available. Sugar Pine Creamery came highly recommended to me and the praise is well deserved. I took home 3 pints. Note: There is currently an official Smurfs collab taking place (see photo). Additional notes: There is ample free parking in an open lot and some seating inside.

If there's a reason stars exist, it's for Sugar Pine Creamery. This place is beyond extraordinary, setting a standard that every 5-star restaurant--and frankly, any establishment--should aspire to. The kindness of the people here is so overwhelming it almost feels wrong to be treated this well in a business. Every single ice cream flavor they let me sample was simply amazing, leaving me wishing I could do more than just give them five stars. This is, without a doubt, the best family-owned ice cream shop ever. Sugar Pine Creamery is a shining example of how to treat your customers, and I can't recommend it enough!
Ameen S — Google review
Omg I absolutely LOVE this place!!!!! The service is out of this world! The lady who owns the shop is so nice and easygoing, she offered me to try all the weekly flavors; I couldn’t decide because they all tasted AMAZING!!! Each flavor is so unique and they have new ones every 2 weeks. The shop itself is also very cute and aesthetically decorated. The prices are reasonable. I’ve been here twice and last time I had the Taro Boba which was good. I had the key lime pie and pandan coconut swirl and it did not disappoint!!! The atmosphere is family friendly and I will definitely drag everyone I know here to try the ice cream and chat with the owner. C: I wanted to give another update on this place 2025: The service is still amazing with patient owners offering lots of samples, ice cream is very tasty, affordable and high quality, and the vibes of the ice cream place are still very cozy. Supporting my favorite local ice cream shop!

This is the best family run ice cream shop I’ve ever been to. New flavors every week. Bonus they let you try them all before you choose. It’s the best customer service and best tasting ice cream I’ve ever had!
Ashley — Google review
The friendliest customer service and an incredible diversity of flavor options (they rotate bi weekly to experiment with new combinations and seasonal options). There always seems to be a nice collection of friends and family enjoying the treats. Stop in and even if you have to wait a few minutes, you won’t be disappointed. I loved it so much that I brought my whole family back the next day.

Family owned & Family friendly, awesome & creative flavors! Love the 2 week rotation idea! Just had Strawberry Goat Cheese and it was the creamiest ice cream ever! Flavorful! The pineapple passion with guava hibiscus was a refreshing end (layered under Strawberry)! Highly recommend - just go ahead and get the large cup!! And the family greets everyone with hospitality & a Smile!

This locally owned gem specializes in small-batch, gourmet ice creams, offering an array of creative cones, confections, and refreshing shaved ice treats. With a menu that features both classic flavors like vanilla and cookie dough alongside unique monthly specials—think cotton candy or vegan chocolate Oreo—there's always something new to tempt your taste buds.
Came on a date night after being recommended it by a group of friends. Lover’s Quarrell (strawberries and Nutella) and chocolate was what we got, and it was very good and tasted homemade. Not really any options for toppings, but the base ice cream spoke strongly for itself. Not my favorite I’ve ever had, but a solid place and recommendation. Bonus points for the shopping center being so cute at night!

Visiting the area and stopped in this lil family owned shopped! Great place and wonderful ice cream, cookies n cream is always the go too so question I had to try it here. If you're looking for a nice spot to grab a treat look no more because this is the place to be!

I had bourbon vanilla ice cream, it was $6 for a "sweet momma" size which is one big scoop, and it was hands down THE BEST ice cream I have ever had.
Grace C — Google review
This place is where I grew up and it will be my favorite ice cream place to the end of time. They never skimp, their scoops are monstrous. They have all the allergy warnings, which is great because I go with my sister who has a tree nut allergy. Whenever she asks about it, they do everything they can to keep her safe. They all know exactly what they're talking about when it comes to allergies and don't mind being asked to wash the scoop or anything. They also have fun activities for little kids and great merchandise- I can't seem to stop wearing the hat I got from here and it is very pretty. To top it all off, they have the most magical place just outside that door where you can eat your ice cream in the Twilight under the fairy lights with friends or family and make the most wonderful memories you've ever had eating ice cream. Go here. Now. You won't regret it.

I adore ice cream and this surpassed my expectations. The employees are funny and friendly; they’ll let you take your time and offer samples of anything you want to try. I absolutely loved the coffee toffee crunch and the dreamsicle flavors. The sizing is perfect and the baby is the exact amount I want to eat by myself. Do not skip this place, it’s absolutely a can’t miss place.

Brought my wife here on a date 🙂. Very friendly staff and free samples. Tough to choose, but I ended up picking the cookie monster and chocolate chip. The honey lavender was good too, and I got it last time. My wife got the cookie monster and salted caramel and liked both also. Smallish store with some indoor seating. There is also a very cute outdoor seating nearby with benches and lights, which I highly recommend if the weather permits. Not a bad way to end a date night after dinner 😁.

Henry's Homemade Ice Cream is a delightful gem nestled in Plano, Texas, that has been delighting taste buds since 1992. Known for its unique and imaginative flavors, this beloved ice cream shop offers everything from classic vanilla to adventurous concoctions like Hog Wild—cinnamon ice cream packed with caramel and bacon! With massive scoops served in creative cones such as pretzel and chocolate chip, every visit promises a fun experience.
Henry’s offers old standbys and creative new flavors of ice cream. The name says homemade and it tastes homemade. I can taste the milk fat. We visited on a cold January day to buy an ice cream cake. The cake was nicely decorated. Some reviews have said the service was not good. That was not our experience. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

I went with my mom yesterday for the first time. Service was so friendly and they were generous and encouraging with the samples. I ended up getting a sundae with spumoni ice cream (that had pistachios and cherries mixed in!) and my mom got pecan praline in a chocolate dipped cone. It was so good and we will definitely be back to the more flavors. The ice cream is made in-house and definitely tasted fresh. They had the classic flavors plus a bunch of interesting combos I’d like to try next time.
Breann B — Google review
Let me start off by saying the ice cream was good. It tasted just like homemade ice cream should. That being said it wasn’t worth the price. It was over 13$ for two single scoops in waffle cones……. That’s kind of where our visit went down hill. Don’t get me wrong. I don’t mind spending money for quality things. But that’s a bit much for two scoops of ice cream. I mean, that’s two tubs of bluebell. Which a half gallon of theirs is $18 so how does two scoops for $13 makes sense. Also, the presentation in the cooler was less than appealing. The ice cream was very runny very fast. Which I do expect from homemade so that’s not a huge deal but everything seemed very dated in this place and not in the good ways. I mean, I’ve paid $18 for a milkshake and felt like it was worth it. This was not that though. I mean, not even having a free water cup spent after I just spent $13 on two scoops of ice cream is ridiculous. When walking in there’s a giant sign talking crap about Chase Bank. I understand they did your business wrong but that’s part of doing business. Don’t make it the communities problem.
Jared H — Google review
Only been here once, but I plan on coming back. Ice cream melts quickly so make sure you eat on site or grab a lot of napkins if you’re planning to take to go. I got the butter pecan, which was really good.

Pokey O's Cookies & Ice Cream in Dallas is a cheerful sweet shop that specializes in creating delicious ice cream sandwiches with freshly baked cookies. While they don't make their own ice cream, they use the beloved Texas favorite Bluebell to sandwich between a variety of freshly baked cookies such as coconut chocolate chip, maple pecan, and fudge nut brownie.
Just the cutest ice cream shop ever. They make custom ice cream sandwiches and you can buy a bag of broken pokeys. I would bring everyone I know here. I got a single scoop with a cookie for $5. Unreal pricing. 100/10 I’ll be back every trip up here!!

First off the reviews and picture online look amazing! Once walking into the shop it looks run down ice cream looks old , cookies look old, Tupperware containers full of cookies. I should have went with my first instinct to turn around and leave but I really wanted ice cream. We god the cookie bowl the guy taking our order was not very welcoming I asked him what should I get he seemed to have an attitude. There was another gentleman getting off shift that recommended us what to get . Don’t get me wrong the idea is there but the quality is not ! The ice cream does not taste like blue bell and the cookie was old . I’ve tried many ice cream shops in my life and this one by far is the worst . Sad to say please serve fresh products and throw out old ice cream.
Baybee D — Google review
So. Freaking. Good. Had a small cater set up for after our volleyball match at SMU. Got a vanilla ice scream sandwich between two chocolate chip cookies. The cookies were a delight, baked to perfection, and the vanilla ice cream was also fantastic. Plenty of different cookies and ice cream flavors to choose from. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. The catering service was great and easy for people to get cookies/sandwiches.
Clayton B — Google review
Solid spot for ice cream! I’ve had a hard time finding some good quality ice cream in Dallas and Pokey O’s is definetly in the top 5. We got the cookie dough ice cream with the state fair cookie in a bowl. The cookie was super moist and chunky with m&ms, nuts, chocolate and oatmeal. Their sugar cookie was also soft and chewy. We tried their chocolate and vanilla malts and they were made perfectly! Some places don’t put enough malt powder in but I’ll definetly come back for theirs as there was the perfect amount.
McKenzie S — Google review
I don't know if you know but I have to say these are some of the best warm cookies I have ever eaten. I normally don't eat oatmeal raisin cookies from anywhere but I'll eat these. The crisp on it, oh boy, is it buttery! May God keep blessing you and your cookies.

Stopped by after a run on a hot and humid Tuesday afternoon. I got an ice cream sandwich with Salted Caramel ice cream and two Tuxedo cookies (white and milk chocolate chips). It was fantastic. The staff was friendly too. I definitely recommend and would go back again

This place is phenomenal! I drive 45 mins just to bring my daughter here. I get the cappuccino chocolate chunk cookie, which by the way is to die for! Their cookie dough ice cream is the shiznit combined with the cappuccino cookie. I wouldn’t be surprised if they started making shakes here one day and blew up even more. Although I wish they sold milk in general to enjoy with the cookies. Just a thought, but I’ll continue to come out here’s very friendly and helpful staff, every single time it’s someone different but always the same chirpy attitude, seems like you guys are building a great work culture.

☆ZERO STARS!!!!!☆ Customer service was TRASH. 🚮‼️ I'm unsure if the AA guy is the owner or just the server, but he was extremely dry, unwelcoming, and uninterested in engaging with my friend & I. She was trying to have a conversation and asking him how his day was going, and he barely made eye contact. I asked him about the doggy treats, and it was just as if he wanted to hurry us along. Moving fwd to the checkout counter, as I was getting ready to push the tip button, he very quickly removed the option to tip as if he assumed I wasn't going to tip, which I was. It was simply a horrible experience, and I will NEVER be back. Ever! They serve 1-star cookies & Blue Bell ice cream, which you can get from anywhere. There are plenty of ice cream parlors who HOMEMAKE their own ice cream with the "sweetest" customer service. We didn't even feel welcomed to dine inside. We went next door to the Roly Sandwich joint and sat in their outside dining chairs and fed the birds the cookies. Don't even know if I should give my dog their treats!! Never again, chile. 😏✌🏽

Mesero in Victory Park offers impeccable service and a delightful dining experience. The restaurant is known for its signature hospitality and skillful combination of ingredients, resulting in dishes like the popular queso with spinach, artichokes, and poblano peppers. The menu also features entree-sized combination plates such as Chicken Enchiladas with a tart tomatillo sauce and brisket taco.
My first time to Mesero and I have to say I was impressed and will be back. The verde salsa (they give you three varieties) was the star of the show for me. We had a variety of taco and enchilada plates. The portions were just right for lunch and the prices were reasonable. Finished off by sharing caramel filled churros. The cocktails looked good; I'm sure we'll be back to sample them too!

The food was authentic and served well. Not the best salsas, not the most tasty cheese on the enchiladas. The tacos had plenty of meat. The bacon on the brioche shrimp was cooked really hard and I didn't taste the cheese. The beans too mushy. Excellent service and great atmosphere

I'm not a huge fan of Mexican so my review should be taken with a grain of salt. My friend said the rice was absolutely amazing. I had the Miguelito, it was meh. The salsa and chips were underwhelming. The place was nice and the service was great! I didn't enjoy the food enough to seek it out in the future but would go if someone wanted to go. My friend often goes for the adult beverages.

We were super hopeful and excited to try everything here! But honestly, it kind of felt like going to your white friend’s house for “Mexican Night.” The food tasted cheap but was expensive for what you get. We did love our server — he was super nice — and the nachos were great (shown in pic), but everything else was sadly subpar. The ambiance was also weird; the lights were too bright and the decor felt bland and lifeless.

Amazing ice cream, friendly staff, cozy environment. A hole in the wall, mom and pop shop who's product is made just a few miles away. The waffle cones and cookies are also made in house. (Waffle cones are amazing!) I had the bee's knees and French toast on a waffle cone... spectacular combo! I would have gave them 5 stars if it weren't for the lack of disclosure upon trying the Irish coffee ice cream, it contained and tasted strongly of alcohol. I'm a recovering alcoholic and would have been nice to know that it was mor virgin ice cream.

This is a quaint little ice cream shop. The staff was friendly and helpful and their selection of ice cream is way beyond what you will find at chain stores. I had the Lemon-Blueberry Cheesecake ice cream. Others in our party had Almond Joy, the Big Rig Peterbuilt (might as well be called the cookie kitchen sink), and the Smore's ice cream. I can't remember everything in the Big Rig flavor, but it sounded amazing. This is definitely worth a stop if you're in the area shopping or after a stop at one of the restaurants downtown.

We came here on vacation and all of us loved it! We all got two scoops in a cup and we took a pint to-go. The worker was really sweet and let us sample some flavors before we bought them. I felt bad she was all alone in a busy store but she had a great attitude about it! They had regular ice cream to choose from and vegan options too. If we vacation in the same area I will definitely be coming back here!

Okay, so, first off - flavors? Insane. Selection? Unrivaled. Service? Amazing! Azia was helpful in picking my flavor offering multiple spoon samples. The best ice cream spot in Dallas, and a definite must have to any day.

Wowwww. I LOVE ice cream and they did not disappoint. Service was fantastic and I loved their holders for used spoons. And for using metal spoons for tastings. I tried 3 flavors and all were exceptional

Churn and Bake Ice Cream is a delightful artisan ice cream and bake shop located in Plano, where the magic of Asian-inspired flavors comes to life. This charming spot takes pride in crafting unique flavors like Ube Coconut Crunch and Vietnamese Rocky Road, all made from scratch using locally sourced ingredients. But they don’t stop at just ice cream; you can indulge in their fluffy Japanese souffle pancakes or matcha crepe cakes for an extra treat.
Amazing absolutely delicious ice-cream! We had the Ube coconut and the Rocky road.. 2 flavors for 7$ ! Really loved it! They have classy and Asian inspired flavors too ! Definitely worth a visit

Can’t gatekeep this place. It’s so good and I really want it to stay open forever. Don’t go to any other ice cream place you see on TikTok or Instagram. This place is the truth. If you like Asian inspired flavors, this place is it. I typically prefer soft serve but their scoops are creamy and never icy. They have the BEST cones. Light and crispy like God intended. You’re welcome.
Jennifer B — Google review
Ice cream was amazing! They had some awesome Asian flavors I haven’t tried. The staff was super nice and really accommodating — they let us try a bunch of samples before we picked. Prices were fair too. Definitely coming back.
Kseries M — Google review
Wide selection of flavors and some unusual combinations, including some unique waffle cone flavors. Short-staffed (took about 15 minutes to get our ice cream after paying). Place was somewhat messy especially behind the counter. Will be about $10+- per cone. Great idea, execution needs improvement. Somi Somi is a better bet.

Churn X Bake is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and welcoming vibe and the smell of fresh baked treats. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and full of flavor, and the scoops are big enough to make any ice cream lover happy. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into every bite. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to slow down and enjoy the moment. Whether it’s a hot afternoon or you just feel like treating yourself, this is the spot I’ll keep coming back to.

Also me Asian flavor selections! Highly recommend but not the bubble waffle… the texture is kinda off but the ice cream is great!!!! Staff super friendly and helpful.
Luomeng W — Google review
Great ice cream shop with unique flavors. Seconding the review that says the texture is creamy like ice cream should be, not icy or watered down tasting. Recently we tried the sweet corn summer flavor and really liked it—it tastes like asian corn gummy candy, if anyone has ever had that. It is sweet and light, not like how corn is typically prepared; I highly recommend it. The flavors at Churn and Bake change seasonally and there’s always something new, alongside their constant staples. I like this spot better than the ones in Lowest Greenville!

Ked’s Ice Cream is a delightful treat! The place is vibrant, full of color and so thoughtfully designed—it instantly lifts your mood. Their attention to detail is impressive and the variety of ice creams and faloodas is unbeatable. It’s honestly hard to choose because everything looks so tempting! The taste is just as amazing as the presentation. My son had a great time celebrating with his friends after their team win today. If you haven’t been yet, go explore and find your favorite flavor—you’ll love it!

This ice cream shop holds immense potential to attract a diverse crowd, thanks to its wide variety of flavors and generally tasty offerings. While some flavors could benefit from slight improvement, the quality of the ice cream is commendable overall. However, the experience is marred by poor management and a lack of cleanliness. The shop is extremely filthy, with no apparent effort to maintain a tidy environment. For me, cleanliness is non-negotiable, and sitting in such a messy space is out of the question. Additionally, the cost of the ice cream feels a bit steep, especially when the overall experience doesn’t measure up to expectations. In summary, while the ice cream itself shows promise, the management needs to prioritize cleanliness and enhance the ambiance to truly make this place appealing. Until then, it’s hard to justify a return visit.
Ismail R — Google review
We got some ice creams, Boba tea and Faluda here. The Faluda was too sweet, and didn’t taste authentic. The artificial sweetener added, and too much ruafza made it too sweet to handle. Ice creams were ok, but would not recommend Faluda and Boba tea.

06/14/25 @ 9.25pm - Service was absolutely shocking and quite frankly disgusting. Three kids behind the desk serving, two guys and a girl, all three on their phones, the girl FaceTiming and flirting with two customers while totally ignoring other customers coming into the store. Some customers actually walked out while we were there because of how bad the service was. There was a total of 4 customers in the store so this should not of been an issue! I have never had worst service for the simplest job of serving ice cream. None of the staff give a single toss about their job and shows just how much respect they have for the company they work for. Wouldn’t be so bad if it didn’t take 15 to make the ice cream because they were busy looking up other colleges on their phone and showing customers their Facebook profiles. Plus a DoorDash delivery driver came in and was totally ignored and they said they didn’t have an order only to come out with two tubs of ice cream from the back and thrown into a bag and handed over. The worst experience of my life. Walked out with the poor excuse of an ice cream and threw it right in the trash and drove straight to Bazaria Ice Cream not even 5 minutes up the road and it’s night and day difference. DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH MILKEY TREATS AND GO STRAIGHT TO BAZARIA! do yourself a favor.

Been coming here for the past 2 years and absolutely love their shaved ice. I personally love the natural coconut flavor with just a little cream with it and George(the owner) always makes it the way i like, so yummy! You must try this place I am sure you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing! Sno serves the best shaved ice with 100% natural flavors that taste so fresh and delicious. I got the Thai tea and coconut, which was the perfect combo, while my husband loved his mango and guava. Our toddler enjoyed his strawberry—he couldn’t get enough! After years of going to Bahama Buck’s, we were blown away by how much lighter and less sugary these tasted while still being full of flavor. The texture is perfect, and it’s the ideal treat for a hot summer day. We’ll definitely be coming back!

SNO shaved ice and frozen yogurt is such a great place. The kids love it and there are flavors for everyone from rainbow to coconut to my sweet tea w/ lime; I love it! My family has been keeping this from me for years. I need to go back to try more flavors!!

After getting fed up of my wife dragging me to Bahama Bucks, this place was refreshing. I used to like Bahama Bucks but constantly tricking my taste buds into believing sugar, chemicals and ice was a good substitute for my favorite flavors, it was nice seeing a place with a natural flavors menu. I had the mango and guava flavor with mango pieces added and it was amazing. I really enjoyed it. Now I won’t mind my wife dragging me here whenever we’re in the area!

Amorino Gelato, a Paris-born chain, has recently opened its third DFW shop in the Plaza at Preston Center. Founded in 2002, it specializes in gelato and sorbet with 24 flavors including chocolate, strawberry, gianduia, honey lavender, pistachio, and melon. The gelato is presented in "petals," resembling a flower on your cone. Customers appreciate the variety of flavors and the addition of macarons to their order.
Visited Dallas for a weekend and stopped at Amorino for some gelato. It was so good! So many flavors to pick from. The pistachio one was the best. The store is beautiful, clean and is family friendly. Service was okay.

GELATO FROM FRANCE - GREAT QUALITY AND SERVICE! Jalil and Shianne provided the most amazing customer service! While there’s a self-service option, they went above and beyond by offering to help us personally. They patiently let me sample different flavors until I figured out exactly what I wanted, and even made the coolest flower-shaped ice cream on a cone — you can choose multiple flavors of gelato or sorbet, all shipped and flown in from France. They went the extra mile by offering me a cup, had super positive and personable attitudes, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our experience. They also gave great recommendations, kept everything very clean, and made sure the gelato and sorbet were well-stocked and beautifully presented. Excellent experience — highly recommend!

Honestly, I wasn’t planning to stop by this place at all. I was just passing by, and something made me pause. At first, I was skeptical — I even thought, “Do I really want to try this?” But something told me to just give it a shot, and I’m so glad I did. I ended up trying the coffee and milk combo in a smaller version of their cone ice cream, and wow — it was so good. The flavors blended together so smoothly, like they were just meant to be. I didn’t expect much going in, but the taste completely won me over. If you’re ever in the area and on the fence like I was — just try it. You might be surprised in the best way, just like I was.

This branch owner and store staff righted a wrong that was not their fault. I had an order delivered many hours before the requested delivery time and unfortunately it ended with my gelato melted on my front porch. I called the store and service number and the branch manager did everything he could to make up for it including a refund, and sending the order again at the correct time. The menu offers a variety of goodies to try, making it an ideal place for families or anyone with a sweet tooth.
This is my go to place for Ice Cream. Seriously I’ve been to multiple countries and I have had a lot of icecreams and gelatos. After Dubai and Turkey this place in USA(Dallas Texas) is best. Icecream here is so thick and creamy that it could break your spoon. Perfect level of smoothness and sugar. Atmosphere of this place is very refreshing and happy kind of. All the bright colors and freshness of fruits makes it look even cooler. They have lots of sweet and savory items available but I always ended up getting icecream. One great thing about this place is girls over counter would greet you with an amazing smile. Quality of their cone and single scoop is huge. Until I’m in Dallas. I would never stop buying from them. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Ok so they are racists because when I came here with my this I asked for a elote and they said that they had no corn left but when the Mexicans came in they had asked for an elote and then they gave them corn and them they don't smile they be mean
Maria C — Google review
Bad service. They say order here but didn’t take our order. They just kept ringing in other people up that already ordered. They don’t even tell us anything. No acknowledgement what’s so ever. Rude. I even heard them talk bad about some customers.
Rosa M — Google review
‼️UPDATE‼️ Considering it had been almost a year since my last review, I went today (3/13/2024) to give them another shot. I ordered the same item: chicken tender combo (fries + drink). 2 out of the 3 chicken tenders were UNCOOKED AGAIN. I asked for my money back. I had drank the soda, so they discounted that. The fries were okay, hardly any salt. My mom ordered nachos with chili and jalapeños. Hardly any flavor. My brother had ordered a burger, no complaints with his. Seriously, do not go here for the cooked food. Also, the music is so loud in there, it's hard to have a conversation. However, they do have very clean, single person bathrooms. ‼️OLD REVIEW‼️ Usually great ice cream shop! However, I went today (4/7/23) and ordered some chicken strips. I bit and ate some uncooked chicken. Sent it back to the kitchen and asked for my money back. They were nice about it. I'd only come here for their prepared snacks and icecream. Don't risk cooked food.

They didn’t acknowledge us. Place looked so disorganized. They had 2 lines, maybe 3. They were just talking to each other. It felt unwelcoming . We waited quite a while at the register and nothing.

Bad service. They told us to order here but didn’t take our order. They just kept ringing in other people up that already ordered. Wait 20 min and new people came in and got their order token on the other side. If the sign saids to order here and don’t then don’t put a sign
Sophia H — Google review
I have been to the new location in Fort Worth twice, the place is beautiful and I love the variety on the menu. However I don't know if it’s because it’s new, but some of the employees seem to be very lost on how to prepare certain menu items. First visit was good and exciting and not too long of a wait, but my second visit didn’t go as smoothly, my bf and I waited for almost 20 minutes in a line that had just 1 couple in front of us and two occupied tables. I ordered a michelagua expecting it to be somewhat like your average miche just non alcoholic, the young lady helping us seemed lost preparing it and I ended up getting agua de pepino with a chamoy rim that dripped all the way to the to the bottom of my cup, It was not what I expected at all. My bf got an elote preparado and it had more water than actual ingredients in it. These things are an easy fix that I’m sure with time will get better and we will definitely will be going back because the paletas, nieve, aguas and Mexican chips are amazing.

I seriously was blown away at the options. Cannot wait to come back & try more. Not sure if Michael was the Owner or not, but certainly gave 5 star service. Very Family Friendly hangout with games available while You wait My kids thought it was the best spot ever. Will be back next weekend. Check it out everyone. :)

By far the best Shake place in Dallas. Shakes are more unique and much better tasting than anything else Ive seem and haven't found anything on par to these shakes. Service here is also great and Michael is passionate about this place and is always genuine with each guest that comes in. One suggestion though would be adding a takeout option for guests to get food online or through calling in before.

This place is super fun, cute, and yum! It’s in Bishop Arts, and it’s a must try! We walked in and saw the sign showing 30 different ice cream flavors, thinking that was a lot - then our friend gave us a menu, where we found tons of combinations with delicious ice cream and cereal. We got The Digger and The Cinnacrunch milkshakes - so good! They also have fun candy and snacks, including interesting chip flavors from other countries. The decor and vibes are super cute and the staff is super friendly and caring. They have games and video games. Take your kids, take your family, take your friends, take your boo, take a dessert break, and go here!! Highly recommend!

This dessert spot is such a fun place to visit! They have so many unique and interesting options that it was actually hard to choose. Beyond the great candy and other treats for sale, they also have video games and board games to play with, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was the long wait for dessert, but once it arrived, it was worth it. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you don’t mind a little extra wait time

Such a cute place it feels like stepping into a little corner of Tokyo! They have a massive variety of cereals and ice cream, making it a fun and unique experience. Definitely a must visit if you're in the area. Plus, part of your purchase goes to charity, which is a really sweet gesture.

Such a cute dessert place! I had the pop tart ice cream sandwich --phenomenal. Love the customization on everything. My brother had the brownie sundae and loved it. Super kind and helpful staff, and the vibes are so fun! We stuck around to play some card games and it's just a fun place to be. Definitely a must see place!

La Chula Michoacana in Dallas, Texas offers a wide variety of unique ice cream flavors such as strawberries and cream, strawberry cheesecake, churros with caramel filling, and fruit cups. The menu also includes refreshing aguas frescas like mangonada and horchata. Customers appreciate the authentic flavors and fresh products served at this establishment. In addition to ice cream and drinks, they also offer savory options like elote and nachos.
This place had so many unique ice cream flavors. I got a double scoop of the strawberries and cream and the strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Both flavors were super tasty. I noticed plenty of space and seating for dining in. The menu had a nice selection, can’t wait to come back and try more!

I usually really like this place so I was a little disappointed when I tried their Dubai chocolate strawberries. They didn’t have enough chocolate in them and it got hard. They also only put pistachio cream around the cup and not any on the strawberries. I was a little disappointed especially because it was $15 🫠 Overall, the service was good and they have other menu items that are worth trying!

I'm obsessed with their fruit cups. Elote and nachos are really good too. One of my favorite places to stop in for a bite to eat in Bishop Arts!!!!

This place holds a special place in my heart! When I worked on Jefferson, my coworkers and I would walk to this shop for a weekly treat. The owner is incredibly kind and personable. I no longer work in the area but my cravings for the perfect mangonada lead me back to this shop today. Although it’s been years, the owner remembered my order (extra lime juice and extra tamarind candies). That made me feel incredibly special. Many blessings to the owner and his business, maybe he continue to thrive and be successful!

Monster Yogurt is a great place to go for frozen yogurt, with an indoor playground and an outdoor seating area. The yogurt is dairy but the sorbet is non-dairy made on dairy equipment and labeled DE.
I cannot recommend Monster Yogurt enough - I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The owner Ava is absolutely amazing and provided impeccable service once again. She delivered smiles to every single athlete on the Southwestern University Swim team. It's an annual tradition for dessert night at the conclusion of conference championship season and she never disappoints. Thank you Ava for your stellar service!!

I've known about this place for so long but never visited. Took my 3yr old right at opening, it wasnt crowded-perfect! I told the cashier lady it was our first time and she explained everything to us. Its a nice place for a kid to play and have a snack. The yogurt is self serve and based on weight. We got unicorn with fruity pebbles. They have multiple flavor options and tons of toppings. We will be going back!
Brandi V — Google review
!First time trying! Do not use Uber eats to get food from here. The presentation is down right messy as ever. I’m not sure how AVA felt it was okay to send the order out the door like this. I got two mini açaí bowls and 1 was suppose to have Almond Vanilla Crunch Granola and the other one was supposed to have Maple Pecan Granola. I got 1 big cup of idk what type of granola. Then two tiny cups of Nutella when it should been nearly drizzled on top, I didn’t ask for it to be separated but that’s the lesser of all the issues present. I’m very disappointed, I don’t even want to eat this. It looks like my 3 year old made it.
Contrailla B — Google review
A true hidden gem! You cannot beat the prices. They go by how heavy your yogurt cup is. (Not sure about cones because I've never gotten one). The sitting area is small but good. It also doubles as a monster-themed gift shop AND an indoor play area for small children. I love taking everybody here no matter what age. Looks like only teens work there and the service is always GREAT. They are very respectful and helpful. When we came for the first time, we didn't know what to do as it was our first time in a yogurt shop. They explained to us how it worked and further explained to us how their point system works. They have a dairy free option but the name of it is slipping my mind now. I'd just ask!
Tristan M — Google review
I love this place! Even though they don’t have as many frozen yogurt flavors as other locations, they do have many options for toppings. The service is wonderful and everyone there is so friendly. The person who helped us was Sharon if I’m not mistaken. She was wonderful, funny and welcoming. The place itself feels a little small, but they do have a play place for the little ones, which I absolutely love.
Merrill — Google review
Cool place. The girl was very nice, the place was clean and organized. They had some amazing yogurt flavor and a bunch of different toppings you could add. The kids could also play in their indoor play gym. Overall cool place.
Sandbox G — Google review
The yogurt is sooooo delicious! The price, however, leaves something to be desired. One small froyo - $12. 😱 The young lady working the register was pretty unconcerned about literally everything, so customer service isn’t the best, either. Give it a shot, I suppose. —— RE: OWNER COMMENT - A) I have eaten froyo at several different places around the metroplex. I personally can’t eat more than a 12oz bowl so always go with the smaller option. It was 3/4 full and only sprinkles were added. In addition, for the same amount, I have never paid more than $10. Regardless of that, the two bowls together came to $28. We pay with cash and only had $24 plus a $50 bill. The young lady said she couldn’t accept the $50 and did not offer any other solutions. We even offered to pay the $24 and come back later to pay the balance. We received no feedback, and there was another worker standing directly behind her. He could have assisted. B) As a business owner, you should know better than to attempt to shame a customer for discrimination when you weren’t present. I am the mother of an autistic child and am compassionate to everyone I meet. I was friendly and we offered suggestions. As stated above, there was another employee present who could have intervened if she required additional training. C) The yogurt at your store is phenomenal. I salute you and commend you for the unique experience. I do not, however, appreciate the way in which you called out a paying customer in a public forum. If you wanted to discuss the situation, you could have stated that and left your number. Instead, I am left more disappointed.

Fruteria Mango is a charming spot located at 10110 Garland Road in Dallas, Texas. This place offers a variety of treats including ice cream, frozen yogurt, juice bars, and smoothies. Despite some parking issues reported by visitors, the atmosphere inside is described as precious and adorable with exceptional customer service. The menu boasts an array of options that will keep you coming back for more.
Been driving by this place for a year, finally tried it. The inside is so cute, brightly lit, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are so many options. We came for elote loco and mango smoothie (hurricane?). The prices get high, but honestly the portions are worth it. The flavors are great, my elote loco was layers of elote with takis. I got the option to pick taki or hot Cheetos, but takis are better imo. The Hurricane mango frozen drink was good. It had tajin mixed in which was a nice flavor, and came with a tamarind candy straw. I’m sure it varies depending on who is working, but I’m not great at Spanish and was still able to order successfully. I feel like I should add this disclaimer in case anyone is nervous about it being Spanish only, don’t worry you should visit and enjoy this place. It’s an awesome treat shop.

I visited this spot once when they had just opened, and coming back recently, I was pleasantly surprised by how much they’ve improved—not just in their menu options, but also in how clearly everything is presented. There were so many tempting choices. We had to come back for a second round just to try more! I highly recommend stopping by and seeing for yourself. And as always, support your local small businesses! We’ll definitely be returning again soon.

(Edit: notice how they only respond to POSITIVE reviews yet never help out the people that issues with their employees…) I ordered a “bob esponja” which clearly has Doritos in the picture so why am i getting those circle chips that are NOT in the picture and the worker is trying to gaslight me and tell me “no thats what you ordered you ordered these” no i didnt i on it ordered bob esponja i even asked a bunch of questions too so i could make sure its what i wanted and he said yes it was Doritos yes it had corn and yes it had cheese but what i got was not doritos i asked if i could get a refund because its not what i asked for and he tried to make it up with a 1oz bag of doritos?? how hard was it to open that bag of doritos and fix up an actual bob esponja like i wanted it and he swore up and down i ordered something else when i know i didnt i know what i ordered so i didnt get what i wanted i had to pay again for what i wanted and what they shouldve done at first

Great place for Mexican snacks. The place is clean and their selection is wide. Although it is a little on the pricey side, in my opinion. $5+ for a regular sized nacho plate is overpriced in my opinion. But their aguas frescas are delicious, even though they’re also pricey. I’m a foodie so I don’t mind paying a little over as long as the food, atmosphere & service are good, and this place checks all three boxes. Be warned though, it’s is a very small place so you won’t always get a place to actually sit in and enjoy your goodies, but the food is always good.

The elote con sabritas with hot Cheetos and nacho cheese is highly recommended, along with the strawberry lemonade and agua fresca. Visitors appreciate the friendly customer service and attention to detail in both food preparation and presentation.
Food definitely recommended!!! I got the elote con sabritas hot cheetos, which is elote and hot cheetos with nacho cheese. I also got the strawberry lemonade. The service was on point, customer service is top tier. The place is small but they are quick.

I went in for shaved ice, and discovered two longgg black hairs. One hair in my ice, and another hair on my spoon. Great menu with reasonably priced items, however, the cleanliness wasn’t up to my standards to consume food from here. Friendliness was also mediocre from the staff. This will be my last time visiting, most likely.

In the past their customer service has been amazing. But now it desperately needs help. I have come to this location plenty of times before. But I have to say I was just there and the girl they had working there today has horrible customer service. We walked up to the register and she was on her phone. She acted like we were interrupting her phone time. Not once did she say welcome or how can I help you. I went ahead with the order. My sister doesn’t speak very well English so she asked her in Spanish what flavors of popsicles/paleta they had. The girl helping us shrugged her shoulders and then decided after I gave her a look to tell her what flavors they had. She then went to prepare our order and she just put them on the counter she didn’t say what snow-cone was what. Not only that both our snow-cones were dry but we didn’t say anything. As we were leaving my daughter told her thank you and she didn’t reply anything. So I decided to go back and ask for my receipt and to tell her she was rude. I will not be coming back it sucks that one person can change a business hard work. Please hire people who have good customer service and stop hiring people who don’t want to be there.

We got 3 kids ice cream in cups, 1 scoop each. They gave generous servings, I had a watermelon popsicle con tajin. Super delicious! Service though... could be better. I really don't like writing reviews like this, but I was really excited to try this place, but honestly, my experience with the staff member was disappointing. He didn’t seem welcoming—more like he was annoyed I was even there, greeting me with a “What do you want?” It was pretty clear he wasn’t familiar with their products either. When I asked if the vanilla de leche had caramel inside, I got a condescending “no,” which was off-putting. Then, he charged me for a Bailey’s instead of the vanilla de leche. When I pointed out that I hadn’t ordered the Bailey’s, he bluntly responded, “They’re all the same price.” I even mentioned that they were listed at different prices on the website, but he just ignored me. I felt brushed off, and it honestly ruined the whole experience. I ended up getting the mango and the vanilla de leche, and while both were delicious, it wasn’t enough to make up for being treated like that.

Cute popsicle shop offering alot of flavors made with real fruit. I had a vanilla popsicle dipped in milk chocolate and coated with chopped pecans. The chocolate and pecans was the best part to me. I had a vanilla popsicle as the base, but it was lacking flavor. It would have been nice if they sold an actual ice cream bar, but it is a popsicle shop after all! They also sell Popsicles made with alcohol sold to adults only of course.

Super delicious and refreshing fresh fruit paletas! It was not too sweet which made it perfect! Sunday Fun Day and we are having sweet treats. It was perfect weather to hang out in West Village. The dogs were out and the humans are happily walking them up and down street. I just had a dismal brunch and hoped that this would pick up my spirits. I had to call to get directions because my Dallas-site knowledge failed me. I was going up and down McKinney and couldn't find it. I finally begged Waze for help and turned right into a parking spot on the street. YAY! I walked into a selection of Pop's fruity, savory, creamy, stuffed and boozy if you're into that. Of course I've had Pop styles before so I tried really hard to step out of the box. I wanted to go against my normal mango with Mexican spices you would have in a fruit cup. So, I asked the young lady behind the counter what was her favorite. She happily named a couple but the Cheesecake Pop caught my interest. Then, the screen blazes with something with berries and chocolate. Yes. Yes. Yes. Give me that variation. It was so deliciously decadent and smooth. The berries added flavor that you thought you had a slice a cheesecake in your mouth. The chocolate layers thin and drizzled all over quickly harden for an unexpected crunch. I was in love. I had a friend to come with me and she's a big banana fan, so she didn't take as long as me to decide. Her Pop had dipped chocolate and crunchy nuts on top. There wasn't a lot of talking but smiles and "Mmmmm" sounds. They even had treats for your pup and a beautiful Labradoodle came in with his humans to get a Pop. She knew it was for her because she immediately sat down and waited for her treat to be un-wrapped. They convinced her go outside so she could happily and probably soppily enjoy it. Pop Factory is a one stop show for the family to get treat to beat the heat or indulge.

It’s a very enjoyable place with friendly and polite staff. I ordered pomegranate mint ice cream and pistachio ice cream, along with a Ferrero Rocher roulette and an Americano. I definitely recommend stopping by and especially trying their ice creams.

I truly appreciate this location, but I’m frustrated that the company hasn’t updated their business hours on Google Maps or their website. I've visited three different Zero Gradis on separate days, only to discover they were closed when the online information indicated they were open. Additionally, calling ahead isn’t an option since they’re often busy helping customers. To help others, I took a picture of the actual hours for the downtown Dallas location! 🤦🏻‍♀️

A perfectly fine gelato shop. The gelato was mid, not bad but nothing grand. However, My chai latte was less than half full when ordered. The staff are not only efficient but also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. In addition to their amazing gelato, their pastries are also a must-try. The store boasts a modern and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a sweet treat. One thing to keep in mind is that parking can be a bit tricky since it's all street parking. Availability depends on how busy the area is, so plan accordingly.Overall, Zero Gradi is definitely worth a visit for anyone looking to indulge in some high-quality gelato and pastries in a great setting in Dallas.

One of my favorite coffee shops closed their location permanently downtown Dallas due to the pandemic. When I started to go back I to the office I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get great coffee. Thankfully, Zero Gradi has stepped in and is making amazing coffee. It’s a bit hard to get to and there is no parking directly in front. You have to park in the attached garage behind the front of the building. But it’s definitely worth it. They also have quick takeaway sandwiches (which I haven’t tried yet but will soon) and desserts - pastries and gelato. Also note that there is a lot of construction going on at the moment but don’t let that stop you!

This was a super cute place! I got the cookie butter and Ferrero Rocher. Both were good but I wish they had more dimension in flavor. I’ve had ferrero rocher gelato several times and this wasn’t as rich as any of them. My friend got the lemon basil and it was DIVINE. If I go back I’ll definitely get that! But overall this was a really cute shop and the atmosphere was great.

Baldo's Ice Cream, located near SMU, is a hidden gem offering unique treats like the affogato - a scoop of ice cream with hot espresso. Their Ice Cream Flight allows you to sample three or six flavors on waffle cones. The casa Linda area spot offers delicious flavors like blood orange and prickly pear. The servings are generous but slightly pricey. The atmosphere is fantastic and the cookies and cream flavor comes highly recommended for a Texas day.
Great little home made ice cream spot! Super chill and yummy we will be back! 😋

Good! This is very different than regular ice cream, in my opinion. More like a gelato or sorbet. It is different. I really enjoyed the pb cup.
Brigitte P — Google review
I ordered two single scoops. Mint Chip and Cookie's and Cream. It cost me a little over $11. I don't feel comfortable classifying what I got as ice cream. Just by looking at the scoops, there is a slight translucence to them, and this is reflected in their taste. There's hardly a creamy taste to them. I felt I was eating gelato made with 2% milk. The other person I shared the ice cream with didn't even finish eating it. Overall, I would classify the place as an overpriced hype job. If you don't salt your meatloaf, and prefer style over substance, this is the place for you.

Love the salted caramel and cookies and crème! My husband swears by the mocha chip. We’ve been a few times with friends and we’ve always enjoyed our experience. The servings are on the expensive side but the scoops are huge! We’ve always had good and patient service.

The atmosphere is amazing, and the ice cream is so delicious. The cookies and cream is probably my favorite with the cookie chunks and the soft and creamy vanilla ice cream. I would strongly recommend getting some on a hot, Texas day.

We wanted to grab a cold treat but showed up to see the shop empty.

This a very good little spot in the casa Linda area. I got the 3 mini cone sampler which was great to try several flavors. I got some blood orange which tasted like fresh blood orange and was a nice orange color. I also got some prickly pear which tasted very good and I am going back for a pint of that for sure. It was a nice pink color too and I also got a salted caramel which was awsome too I really recomend you give a try as some dessert.

It's seriously solo incredible. Our favorite in fact. Even something as simple as cookies n cream is life changing. Can't wait for them to re open.

Eataly Dallas is an Italian marketplace that houses Terra, a restaurant offering a new brunch menu. On Mother's Day, guests can enjoy Italian-inspired dishes such as tiramisu pancakes and Uova Benedettine. Brunch cocktails like mimosas and classic bloody Mary are also available. Eataly's pizza Napoletana, cooked in a 900-degree wood-burning oven, is a must-try.
Great location for fresh and authentic food. They have a great selections of wines and several places inside to eat and get Gelato. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love their pizza and hand-made fresh pasta.
April T — Google review
Food 5 stars. Service from hostess 0 stars. Service from server 3.5 stars. The hostess’ attitude was so off-putting that it almost made us leave. Before approaching the hostess stand at La Pizza & La Pasta we looked around the store and went up to see Terra. The ambience at La Terra looked perfect and all 4 staff members we encountered were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. We wanted pizza though so had to head downstairs. We were shocked by the change of attitude between the hostess downstairs and the staff upstairs. No welcoming smile. No eye contact. Made us feel like second class citizens for not having a reservation - this was on a Sunday close to opening and there were maybe 5% of tables being used. She tried to seat us in the very back corner next to the doors/windows by all the shopping carts hidden from the rest of the room by a partition - it felt like a cafeteria seat and we would have been totally on our own back there. We nicely asked to sit more central in the restaurant instead of the corner and she refused several times only offering us a table two over from the wall. Eventually she took us to a nice table that was more central and felt more worth the price of the food and wine we were about to order. The whole restaurant was practically empty. And it filled to maybe 15% capacity during the 90 minutes we were there. Absolutely no reason to have such attitude and be so rude about walk-in customers not wanting to be isolated in a back corner. We don’t know if her attitude toward us was racially motivated, if she didn’t think we were good enough for a decent table without a reservation or if she just hated her job and wanted others to be as miserable as her. We spent a lot on our meal and even more with a lot of food to take home. They need to be sure this hostess doesn’t scare away customers like us who were ready to walk away due to her behavior. Our server was friendly. Not much personality. Felt like he was rushing us a bit. Asking us about dessert while we were only part way through our meals. Bringing our bill before plates were finished being cleared. Person clearing plates was reaching right across some of us still actively eating instead of going between us where there was space and easy access. We have been to several Eataly locations and always love the food. This location was no different. Pizzas and pasta were delicious. Wine was enjoyed. Pasta (fresh and dried), assorted sauces, different breads, and treats we took home were also great. Prices are high. Food quality matches. Service does not.
RES R — Google review
Store was fabulous. Food in the restaurant was horrendous. The burrata alla caprese was terribly made. Tomatoes were cut in humongous pieces. Burrata does not taste fresh. No olive oil drizzle no balsamic glaze. Pasta we ordered were premade and heated up afterwards. The pasta plate was even hotter than the pasta. The texture of the noodles were terrible. Only the pizza was decent
Kelly T — Google review
A restaurant that focuses on traditional Italian flavors with ingredients imported directly from Europe. My recommendation is to come here when you have more ample time so that you don't rush the experience. I had the Tagliatelle, and it was excellent and full of flavor. This is an upscale place and so prices are typically higher. Service is excellent and very detailed in their explanations. Parking is limited, and you may want to consider valet.
Favo N — Google review
We stopped by while in Dallas to check this place out. We didn't eat at any of the 3 restaurants inside. We enjoyed perusing all the products and checking out the various pastas. Looks like an amazing place, although everything is pricey. We were tight for time but will be back to try a restaurant when we have more time.

I always love Eataly and getting to try new things every time I'm there. It was especially fun showing my friend, visiting from out of town, what Eataly is and what kind of food and treats they offer. I will definitely continue to visit this place with my friends and loved ones.
Sarah C — Google review
We visited on a Sunday without reservations and were pleasantly surprised that the hostess was able to seat us right away. The restaurant was a little busy but not overwhelming. Service was just okay- our server seemed to have many tables, so we didn’t always feel like a priority. (A friendly reminder not to judge a book by its cover- we always tip fairly, whether we’re dressed up or not!) The pizza came out quickly and was very tasty, though the crust was a bit on the soggy side. Still, the flavors were great, and we’re looking forward to coming back and trying some of the other menu items next time.

My mom, sisters and I went to Eataly for a Mother’s Day celebration. Five star experience with Chef Thaddeus and Sommelier Mario! Breakfast restaurant
Italian-inspired cafe with coffee, pastries, and sandwiches. Located in the heart of Downtown Dallas, it's a popular spot for lunch.
I had the pleasure of visiting Commissary at 1217 Main Street in Dallas, and it was nothing short of exceptional. I ordered the coconut banana oatmeal, and let me tell you—it was delicious. Creamy, perfectly balanced in flavor, and so satisfying that I could have stopped right there. But I couldn’t resist trying more. The breakfast potatoes were a standout—well-seasoned, tender on the inside, and cooked to perfection. The portion size is generous—easily enough to share with a friend (trust me, you’ll want to). The bacon came out beautifully curly, adding a touch of fun to the plate, and both the potatoes and bacon were served in a charming cardboard box with a see-through top. The presentation? Spot on. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy, inviting, and stylish—perfect for a relaxed breakfast or brunch. At a price point of $22 for everything I ordered, it was well worth it, though I probably could have just enjoyed the oatmeal and been completely satisfied. But everything looked so good, I wanted to taste it all—and I’m glad I did. If you’re looking for great food, excellent presentation, and a welcoming atmosphere in downtown Dallas, Commissary is the place to go. Five stars all the way! Highly recommend.

I got the Turkish eggs and it was way better than I expected it to be. Very flavorful and the baguette that came with it was beyond amazing! Would love to try more stuff at some point but I don’t live very close

My husband and I got breakfast here a couple times during our visit in Dallas. I had the Pistachio Oat Latte, Bagel sandwich and avocado toast with salmon during my visits and all were phenomenal. The Avocado toast has a slight heat to it with the chili oil addition, which was a great surprise and the salmon add on was a large cut, definitely worth the price. The bagels were SO GOOD! Soft yet crisp on the outside. Would definitely recommend

Great cafe and breakfast spot. There’s pastries, juices, and a bunch of breakfast options. I got the strawberry mocha is it was delicious. You can definitely eat in but most people took it away.

Walked past later in the evening and decided I had to try it. They were closed, so I dragged my husband there first thing the next morning. Totally worth it. Side of potatoes, breakfast tacos and a Pumpkin spiced latte later I’m hooked haha will come back

Rather generic baked goods and a few hot breakfast dishes. Non-descript coffee. Spacious, open seating area.

I had my first order from Commissary on 9/5 and it was so good!! I tried the egg sandwich with the chicken sausage and egg whites. Best chicken sausage I have ever tasted!!! Then, I also ordered the oatmeal and will tell you the banana is a new experience that’s such an amazing combo! I work downtown and am preparing to have Sunday breakfast at Commissary before church!! Can’t wait to bring my friends!! I’ll post pics next time

Featuring an extensive menu of New American fare, Yard House is a high-end sports bar with great service. The chicken avocado sandwich was amazing, and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich was good too.
The food was exceptional. I wanted to try everything on the menu and had a difficult time choosing. It was a long wait due to the concerts and festivities, but it was well worth the wait! I will definitely make it a point to revisit!!

My recent visit to Yard House was a truly pleasant experience. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was equally impressive, creating a comfortable and inviting dining environment. We ordered several chicken-based dishes, and while the overall flavors were good, we did find ourselves wishing the chicken in our main course was a bit more juicy. Despite this minor point, the positive aspects of our visit, particularly the outstanding service and ambiance, certainly made for an enjoyable meal. We look forward to returning and hope to find that extra touch of juiciness next time!

This was my first time visiting Yard House and I was honestly blown away! The prices are surprisingly affordable, especially considering how great the food tastes. The menu has a wide variety, and everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, and the service was quick and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back soon—highly recommend!

Positives, Iove the extensive amount of beers and various types of cocktails. The restaurant was nice and dark, I like that. Service was good and responsive to our needs as guests. The booths are big and perfect for group gatherings. Negatives, we were nervous about the about parking due to the music factory and didn't want to park were we wouldn't be validated. The food was average and wasn't worth the price. If I pay 20$ each for an entree, it better be good. They have plenty of TV's to watch the game.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The customer service was excellent!!!! Javi really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The food was good and satisfying. If you love beer, they have an excellent selection to choose from. Overall, it was a nice place to enjoy a meal with great service and a good atmosphere. I’d definitely come back just for the hospitality alone!

Fun place with party / sports bar vibe. Loud music, friendly staff. Menu is huge, pages and pages of drinks and food. We liked our drinks better than our food. Not to say the food was bad, it was ok, but drinks were great. Park in the parking garage near by and the restaurant will validate for you. Cool place, we'd visit again.
Rachael B — Google review
Came here on a Saturday evening and the place was not too packed. The place had a good vibe and plenty of room for the patrons with several sports events playing on TVs. The appetizers here were great, and particularly enjoyed the poke nachos. Their burger was pretty average, though. Server was friendly but her food recommendations were pretty generic. Not sure if this is a place I would frequent, honestly, but it was decent. It's conveniently located in middle of Toyota Music Factory so it has that going for it.
Chris — Google review
Bartenders were great. Food was good, drinks were amazing. The atmosphere was good. My only reason for giving a 1 star review (if I could, I would give zero) is for for the manager Cody (see pics attached). I had a tab, beer on the bar. I stepped outside for less than 3 min. Tried to go inside, door was locked. I called my friend on the bar that was inside. Said, hey, door is locked. Come open or ask some to open. I had just ordered a yard. The manager said it was locked, and no one could come in for security reasons. He mentioned I was the one paying and I had to sign the bill. “Cody” said, I’ll call security to ask them if they can open. The security was him. I was then scolded by him, saying he couldn’t loose his job for letting me in. I told him I was already in, he said “ I can’t loose my job, because you went out for a smoke”. The most rude and unprofessional manager.

Coffee shop
Palmieri Cafe is a charming Italian-style coffee shop located in Dallas, with a focus on house-roasted coffee and scratch-made Italian pastries. The cafe was opened in 2016 at the Dallas Farmers Market by Corrado Palmieri, who wanted to showcase the traditional Italian pastries he learned to bake with his grandmother in Southern Italy. The menu features unique treats such as pasticciotto, cornettos, vanilla cream graffas, and cannoncinos.
One of my favorite cafe's in the Dallas area. Drinks and food were great! I ordered the matcha latte and probably one of the best i had in Texas. My wife ordered the gingerbread latte and that did not disappoint as well. The service and the vibe of the cafe was great as well! Definitely will be coming back

I got a coffee from here as well as a savory pastry & a sweet pastry & nothing disappointed! I’m from Jersey so it’s a little harder to impress me on coffee & pastries, but everything was delicious & I was totally impressed. The friendliest man with a very thick Italian accent was working the counter and explained what everything was.
Mindy S — Google review
There are many places that claim they have great coffee and coffee beans but most only deliver burnt offerings with a catchy name or a cause attached. That is so not the case with Palmieri Cafe. If you are looking for truly great tasting coffee and coffee beans then look no further. The owner of Palmieri Cafe is Corrado Palmieri, a friendly unassuming soul dedicated to his customers and his passion for coffee. He roasts his own beans as well as makes his divine Italian pastries from scratch. He is truly an artistian when it comes to both. He has several locations, but I visited his cafe at the indoor Farmers Market in Downtown Dallas. Fun day trip with lots of other shops too! I purchased whole beans, Guatamalen dark roast, Ethiopian light roast, Espresso dark roast. I tried all at home and all insanely delicious!!! We also tried the cannoncino pastry filled with milk chocolate cream, pasticciotto filled with pistachio and vanilla cream. Light, flaky, not too sweet and heavenly delicious! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend you check out his wonderful cafe. He does sell his coffee beans at Eataly and Amazon as well. Plus he ships free anywhere in the USA.

Tasty! This place has a very interesting take on ice cream, the employees are fun and friendly and the flavor combinations are stellar. I believe that the recipes change from time to time. This place can get pretty busy on a Friday and Saturday night so be prepared to wait a little while for your creation. They also will write your name in the flat mold before rolling it. Very tasty and interesting! Will be back.

This is pretty good! The ice cream and toppings all tasted great. But considering the price and long wait in line I would only go here occasionally.

The ice cream was delicious and it was cool to watch them make it! If you got any sauce they spelled your name with it and that was pretty cool. I would have given it 5 stars but the wait was too long (I went Thursday around 12:00am) and it was $7 for a small cup. I will be back anytime I'm in Deep Ellum if the line isn't too long!

This place is amazing! Not only is the ice cream delicious but the staff are wonderful as well.. Delicious ice cream , friendly employees and good presentation. But be prepared to wait especially if you are visiting in the evening. They have mostly chocolate and peanut desserts, but the ice cream/topping variation/combination is just so good!. The Ice Cream was really treat.

Bigdash Ice Cream Pastries is a Middle Eastern dessert shop with several locations in Frisco, Richardson, Garland, and Irving. The place offers a variety of ice cream flavors, custard, green cookies, and other Middle Eastern classics. Their famous Arabic ice cream has gained attention for its stretchy texture. The atmosphere is described as exotic and inviting with friendly service. Additionally, the shop also serves baklava, kanafa, cakes like tres leches and more.
An incredible dessert experience. I flew to Richardson, TX to try the desserts at Big Dash and here are my reviews [Worth every minute of wait]. If you are into textures, ice cream at Big Dash is made with an ice cream maker from Syria, it has a taffy like texture you will not see anywhere. The ingredients within the ice creams are abundant, vibrant, and flavorful - each flavor I tried tasted of the ingredients in them, ingredients for the flavors were adundant within them. I had the Arabic, Cookie Butter, Oreo, Pistachio, and Vanilla flavors. The Habba cake has a crunchy center, a chocolate top, pistachios, and other ingredients, which are sweet, they have a rich, flavor profile and are a great dessert to try at least once. I tried several pastries I loved the Pistachio fingers, the Pistachio hareeesa, and the sweet cheese, which is a Syrian dessert worth exploring in my opinion if you never have. To wrap up the eating experience I had made to order red and brown kinafa. Both cheese desserts, garnished with crushed pistachios, served with a side of simple syrup to ensure it reaches your desired level of sweetness. The red kinafa is crunchy the red cheese is not very sweet but there is soft sweet-cheese underneath which balances the strong unsweetened cheese flavors, the kinafa can be combined with the syrup for a pleasant desired level of sweetness. The brown kinafa is soft, sweet, and served with a simple syrup side also to ensure you reach the right level of sweet [pro tip] use your syrup sparingly to ensure you don't over-sweeten your kinafa desserts. Now for coffee lovers, the Turkish Coffee sold at Big Dash is incredible, smooth, rich, not bitter, it has a distinctive flavor in the beans, which I have to assume comes from the soil of Turkey. Please grab a cup to refresh your palate between dessert bites, it is incredible. In summary, Big Dash is a must try dessert place in this foodie's opinion! If you are into the Dallas or Richardson, TX area, please stop in. The restaurant itself has an open seating arrangement there comfortable chairs, the staff are incredibly helpful, it really is a special place.

Bigdash Ice Cream Pastries offers a delightful escape into a world of exquisite desserts and exceptional service. My recent experience with them was truly noteworthy. Prior to visiting, I called to inquire about their new Dubai chocolate, a highly anticipated treat. The lady who answered the phone was incredibly kind and informed me that they still had it in stock, inviting me to come and enjoy it. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find the store exactly as described. The staff greeted me warmly and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my visit. The store itself is impeccably clean, with a modern and inviting ambiance that makes it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The highlight, of course, was the Dubai chocolate--a luxurious and delectable treat that exceeded all expectations. Additionally, I couldn't resist trying their ice cream, which was arguably some of the best I've had in a long time. The rich flavors and creamy textures were simply outstanding. Bigdash is not just a place for desserts; it's a cool hangout spot where you can gather with friends and enjoy a variety of sweet delights. The combination of top-quality products, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a five-star destination all the way. Highly recommended for anyone looking to indulge in some of the finest desserts around!

If you're on the hunt for a delightful frozen treat, look no further than Andy's Frozen Custard! This beloved franchise, with its roots in Dallas and over 15 locations in the Fort Worth area, has been serving up deliciousness for 35 years. Their menu boasts an array of mouthwatering options like the Ozark Turtle Sundae and Butter Pecan Concrete, all made fresh every hour.
1st time visiting this location but 2nd time enjoying the Lemon Bar Conrete. It is just the right amount of sweet and tart. My daughter had the strawberry sundae. She loved it. The service was great. Very friendly.

Today was my first time ever going to Andy's and it lived up to the hype! I went to order the Blackberry Concrete and unfortunately the staff said they ran out of blackberries. I ended up ordering the raspberry concrete which was delicious and I would highly recommend if you like raspberry.

I am a loyal customer for Andy’s (I am registered in their App) since 2023. But I was beyond disappointed when I ordered Yummy Latte here. More than 60% drinks was ice! I took three big sips and that was it. When I went there to complain, I was told that’s how is made.

1st impression!! Finally, got the chance to experience the famous Andys!! This retro feeling establishment brings more than just the old-school feeling, in fact, it brings joy and happiness. After looking over the menu, we made a decision to try the nutty waffle. To our surprise, they were out the next item that we wanted to order was the graham cracker cheesecake and this too was out of stock. Mark, the manager made our experience a complete turn around. His bright smile and cheerful attitude, convinced us to stay. Not only did he provide top-notch service, but he also influenced us to try the Rico Suave. Trust me this was a great option texture this ice cream is like no other. It is sweet, creamy, and filled with happiness. Every bite that was taken gave that feeling that you wanted more. Kudos to this amazing establishment for making a great first Impression.

I love Andy’s and always come here for some good custard. However for the past few weeks I’ve been coming, I’ve been met with disappointment either from rude and unfriendly staff to my orders getting mixed up and receiving the wrong order. The staff are not pleasant and not hospitable, I’m not sure if it’s because this location gets busy especially during weekends and they will be tired or what! Yesterday, I ordered a large straw-ana which I always do and whilst I was about to finish eating, I saw some hair in my custard and couldn’t finish eating anymore. Not only was this disgusting but it’s totally unacceptable. Extremely disappointed with the service.
Nyasha — Google review
I could give negative stars, I would. We’ve visited Andy’s before, but tonight was incredibly disappointing. The posted closing time was 12:00, yet when we arrived at 11:30, the drive-thru entrance was blocked by a trash can. We tried going to the window, but it was closed as well. What made it worse was that none of the employees even acknowledged us.

Came around 10:50 and asked for a jackhammer, the guy didn’t even asked what size and said total was $9.03 … i asked what size did u give me he said “ a small” . I did add pecans so I thought maybe the price went up a little. He gives me my cup and no recipe, I get home and didn’t realize that the cup just looked big to be a small, so I looked up the prices and a small is $5.89… I don’t understand why he would say he charged me for a small and basically lie and give me a medium and charge me more for something i didn’t ask. If he gave me a small with added pecans plus tax it would have came out too $7.62… but he charged me $9.03 for a “small”. He lied to me and charged for a medium, I don’t appreciate that especially someone who works in the industry. I should of asked for my receipt that is my fault but i thought why would someone do that?
Caprice B — Google review
The service was great but the concrete was so soft, I had to drink it. There was a huge crowd at the walk up and the drive through looks like a Chick-fil-a. They should have speakers to call out the orders. Definitely need to open another location in the area.

If you're on the hunt for a delightful ice cream experience, look no further than Handel's Ice Cream. This beloved parlor, which began its journey in Youngstown, Ohio, has expanded to five locations in the Dallas area and is renowned for its impressive selection of over 120 rotating flavors. Each day, they whip up their creamy concoctions fresh on-site, ensuring that every scoop is bursting with flavor.
I always love a place that makes their own creative ice creams. Handel’s is now one of my favorites when I am visiting the area. There’s so many amazing varieties you can choose from. I had the blueberry cobbler and ask for a scoop of peach as well. Wow.. that was really good. Prices are fair and the scoops are nice size as well. They have waffle cones as well. If they were to make those in house. That would be a huge improvement for a place that’s already worth going to.

Handel's Ice Cream is hands down the best ice cream shop I've ever been to! The place is spotless, even super clean, and the employees are incredibly friendly--honestly, even nicer than Chick-fil-A employees! I usually go for the Oreo ice cream sandwich and vanilla chocolate Handel pops, but I can't wait to try the whole menu. Everything I've had so far has been amazing, and it seems like they nail every item perfectly. I'm making it my mission to try every single item they offer. Five stars all the way--probably the best ice cream shop in Texas!
Ameen S — Google review
So we FINALLY tried Handel’s Ice Cream - everyone raves about how awesome it is and our kids love it…and now we know why! First, they have like a million flavors - so they have something you’ll love. Second, the prices are seriously reasonable for high-quality ice cream. And finally, the ice cream tastes great! This place is always hopping - don’t wait as long as we did before you check it out.

Handel’s Ice Cream is incredible! They came out to our office and the service was absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and so much fun. The ice cream itself blows every other brand I’ve ever tried out of the water. Rich flavors, super fresh, and truly the best I’ve had. Highly recommend Handel’s to anyone looking for top-notch ice cream and outstanding service!
Colton S — Google review
The best ice cream I have ever tried. No regrets here. So many flavors to choose from.
Carlos G — Google review
Ultra‑rich, dense, high‑butterfat texture — you might find Handel’s slightly lighter compared to some artisanal or old‑fashioned shops. But they taste was very good
Shabira K — Google review
Finally made it in for a treat and I was blown away. Yes, the ice cream was delicious but lots of places have yummy ice cream. The operation was so impressive. From the time we walked in we were so impressed with the service experience. It’s clear that excellent leadership abides here. Every member of the team understood the assignment. Getting teams that aligned means the culture and expectations are strong and wow does it show! Well done!

This ice cream place is amazing. The worker at the front, Apple, helped us a lot. She gave us recommendations and was very sweet. She had brown hair in a ponytail. She was so nice, that at the end, my daughter wanted to give her a good review. She even gave my daughter a big hug. We will definitely be coming back for the good ice cream and the nice people.

The Azucar Ice Cream Company is a great ice cream shop with a variety of amazing flavors. The staff is friendly and allows customers to try the flavors before they buy them. The store is small and cozy, making it a great place to visit in Bishop Arts District.
Azucar is a great ice cream shop!! Ive been looking for a new ice cream shop, and this is in a great area. The flavors are changed daily and each time ive gone there is a new one that blows my mind. Waffle cone was warm and fresh, not stale like most places. I got the chocolate cherry and raspberry sorbet. Both were fantastic. They had girl scout cookie flavors this time. Yum! Very creative.

Who doesn't love ice cream? Cool little spot in bishop arts with delicious ice cream. The cone was really good! We ordered mint chocolate chip which was pretty standard, and the El Mani Loco tasted like Reese's puffs cereal. Needless to say, we ate it all. @DallasFoodFun

One of my favorite ice cream shops I've been to! Everything is freshly made in shop and there are lots of unique but still amazing flavors. Very welcoming and friendly staff as well! Absolutely love this place and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area.
Chase E — Google review
It has been months since I have been, but I still think about the flavors day in and day out! Went in after brunch (Apr 4) to try it out, since I love ice cream and it was my first time at Bishop Arts, and the employee working there was kind and welcoming. She was extremely patient as I asked about the flavors, sampled a few, and thought over my many choices. I finally settled on the cherry bourbon flavor as my personal selection, and took a risk with the Abuela Maria as her recommendation since guava doesn't really do it for me. I had to get the scoops in a cone and top it off with extra sauce for the Maria, of course. Both were fantastic! The Maria had great texture and taste with the cookies, sauce, and guava flavor, to my surprise, and the bourbon cherry flavor was packed with flavor. I have to come back soon for it and to try the many others available, but I definitely wouldn't mind seeing one open closer to home in Fort Worth!
Juan P — Google review
This ice cream shop lives off the fun vibes and colorful crowd of Bishop Arts. The interior is vibrant and the huge upside down cone on the roof really draws you in. The ice cream is good, but the basic flavors are fairly generic. The chalk menu doesn't get updated as often as it should be, so make sure you have a backup flavor in mind. Expect a line out the door.
Michael B — Google review
Cute ice cream shop with several flavors and fresh made waffle cones. My daughter tried a few samples and each one was delicious but ended up going with birthday cake and I chose café con leche. I did not sample mine before tasting and the coffee flavor was a little overpowering but also, tasted exactly like a real café con leche!
J G — Google review
Fun and colorful ice cream shop with cute decorations. Lots of unique flavors! I got the cafe con leche and peach cobbler in a waffle cone. The peach cobbler had yummy chunks of peach and pie crust. The cafe con leche was filled with large Oreo pieces and had a mild coffee flavor. The homemade waffle cone was delicious! They’re on the softer side and chewy. I usually like my waffle cones with more of a crunch, but surprisingly, I really liked the texture and taste of the cones here. Super buttery and goes well with any flavor!
Thao D — Google review
Awesome home made ice cream with great flavours to choose from! I had the bourbon one (yum) but also tasted their unique guava one and their coffee one - SO much better than regular coffee flavours! The lovely man serving me makes the ice cream and was clearly passionate about it, the shop also looks awesome. Great place
