Cute ice cream shop with lots of handmade flavors. The chocolate and peanut butter was real good. Service was pleasant. The only thing was the shop smelled like cleaning solution. But that's better than other offensive smells. Ha! I did find this place to be welcoming and in a cool shopping strip. It's clear this is owned and operated as a small business. Very personable and creative.

Visited here while on vacation. The ice cream is okay. Didn’t wow me or anything. This ice cream shop is extremely small. Literally one table and two chairs, anyone else who came had to get their ice cream to go or they ate it outside. Paid $18 for what is pictured. It wasn’t horrible but I probably would not visit again.

The inside was super clean and had good decorations, plus the outside had some super cute standing tables. The employees were very friendly and had good ice cream suggestions, and I had a very good experience!

Pretty good ice cream, place is small, outside seating is better weather depending. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Felt pricey or I would have given 5 stars.

I was introduced to this Ice cream by Undivided Life, and I am so beyond amazed at what their goals and aspirations are within this company. The ice cream itself was incredible! I will definitely be coming back!

Jujuan was a great help! Had the salted caramel and was very good. The mission of this ice cream shop is great. Hiring and creating an environment for those with special needs. A few of these low star reviews don’t understand the individuals working here and it shows. A few are just down right mean and hiding behind fake profiles.

I loved the ice cream here from the Dolly Llama! 🍨🦙🩷 I love the story behind the name of the shop, which is that the founder fell in love with a French llama that went by the name, Dolly.💕 What a lucky little llama, and I am lucky too because I got to taste this delicious waffle ice cream! I got the flavor Party Animal 🦙🦙🩷 It was delish. 😋🩷

OMG. The menu has so many great options. I had the sugar n spice bubble waffle. It was decadent. Great and knowledgeable customer service as well.

The folks at The Dolly Llama were welcoming, proactively talking us through the menu and offering samples when they learned we were first timers. Ice creams are delicious, the waffles are fresh, and great care is put into building each confection. My wife and I enjoyed our bubble waffle treats and would go back again. Parking was easier to find than expected, and there are no restrooms available for customers.

Super tasty treats! They have the special bubble waffle cones (other options if you don't want that), and they fill you up with all the goods! I had a shake, but my wife tried the Sugar and Spice, and it was huge. It's definitely worth a try if you are near and like something sweet!

Great energy in this place! the staff were so friendly welcoming and accommodating. Most decadent delicious place EVER. We went in after a heavy dinner for some dessert and oh my we were not disappointed. The waffles were light, soft and delicious while the ice cream was to die for. Truly amazing. All over an amazing place,food and customer service. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend.

Everything was amazing, the ice cream, flavors and textures were perfection. And to add to that customer service is 5 stars, I didn’t get the lovely’s lady name or the gentleman that also took care of us but they were helpful and friendly. Would definitely visit again and bring my family.

It's fun to watch them make the ice cream, but to be honest, it just felt gimmicky rather than leading to a cool flavor. For example, I chose cereal milk, and I thought (since they make the ice cream to order) they would put the cereal bits in the mixer to integrate with the ice cream. Nope, it's just a regular ole topping like you can do at home. Why even bother making the ice cream to order if you can't add mix ins? The other downside about making it to order is they won't allow you to combine flavors or do multiple scoops. Again, if you can't customize, why bother making it to order.

I wanted to like this place but… expensive ice cream, slowly created with nitrogen as you wait and wait, limited, confusing flavor selection. Didn’t taste very good. This place belongs in Vegas with a robot vendor. There is no replacement for looking in a giant freezer with 2 dozen flavors to choose from that are scooped out and served instantly at a fraction of the cost.

This place is ok. I don't feel like I can give it an accurate rating though because my son with Celiacs is the one that wanted to try it-and he couldn't have their signature items. So we just tried the vanilla and chocolate. We were just in Hawaii-which as we all know is expensive-surprisingly this place was twice as much for the quantity. I thought the chocolate was tasty- it's kind of a mixture between soft serve and regular ice cream in texture. My son wasn't a fan -bc he wanted more of a basic ice cream texture, however I liked it! Definitely a preference thing. I think if you just want to try something new and different you should go for it, but definitely only if you can get the bubble cone and other "fancy" things. It's not worth it if you have allergies, which is to be expected, but he just wanted to try it anyway. *Edit after owner response* Thanks for the friendly reply! I added a star, bc like I said it isn't quite a fair review since we couldn't try all the things. Plus, the building was very nice and clean. The price makes sense, and let's face it, everything is expensive these days. Maybe I'll sneak back one day without my son with allergies to try all the yummy options...shh don't tell him.

This place used to be good, but unfortunately, its quality has seriously deteriorated. I ordered a medium Smore's cup, which used to be my favorite. The ice cream was severely over-churned, leading to a chewy, buttery texture instead of a creamy one. It was so hard and over-churned that my spoon could not even pick the ice cream up. Even worse--the mini marshmallows were stale and could not be chewed. I attached a photo--they could not be broken down and had the texture of old, hard chewing gum. In addition, they moved from having a person physically ordering to a Kiosk. It is nice to have a person to communicate with, especially regarding dietary restrictions. While I was able to flag down the worker, he was so busy as he was the only one there.

THIS IS THE BEST ICE CREAM IN DALLAS. I’m not exaggerating. Get the large you’re gonna want it. Don’t get the bubble waffle cone though, just get a regular cone. My only advice is that they expand the flavor menu by six or 7 more flavors.

We stopped in here after dinner recently and it was ok. When we arrived around 6pm, there was a sign on the door saying “they would return at 6:20.” No problem, we waited around at the tables outside until they opened. The ice cream was ok, but nothing we would stand in line for to get. We will give it another shot when we are back in the area.

We came in here today (Sunday 6/22) and had the sweetest girl help us. She took such care with her craft of making us the perfect Ice cream scoop!!! They give you so much ice cream on a single scoop. I had mint chocolate chip & it was phenomenal. My hubby had the cauldron and loved it. Service was spectacular and the ice cream was great! We will be back. Fun experience too!

Milk and honey is delicious. I got the parfait and my boyfriend got the banana pudding ice cream with hot fudge and caramel. The caramel is made out of honey and is delicious, my boyfriend loved it and so did I.

We came here on Thursday evening, July 31st around 7pm… and there was only one person working? The gentleman looked a little flustered, but he handled the growing line without any problems, but PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! Aside from the only one employee doing all the work, this was such a great find for us! We’re always looking for dessert shops who don’t add a bunch of added junk to make things taste good. This was such a treat for us since I am a diabetic, I can’t really enjoy many desserts since they spike my sugar levels, so I was glad that we found a place that only sweetened their ice cream with honey. I got the Honey flavor with some fresh strawberries and it just hit the spot for my little ice cream craving. My husband got the same thing a cone with some peanuts and he loved his as well. Can’t wait to be back!

I visited this spot with my son over the spring break. We enjoyed our time there. It was small and the service was very quick. I was grateful to have a sample of the ice cream before making an order. My son had the cookies and cream sundae and I had a brownie sundae. It was not super sweet but actually just right!

I got news about their closing date (August 5th). These marshmallows we’re life changing and this hibiscus drink is so refreshing. The rosemary peach and homemade ice cream cone is just perfect. I just pray they decide to come back later on.

Really good ice cream and a nice stop for dessert. The two of us shared the honey vanilla flavor. We sampled the honey lavender flavor and the lavender was way too strong so maybe don't get that lol.

This place is good. Very high quality. However like I want my strawberry soft serve to taste like strawberry, not honey. Great concept, just needs to be revamped a little bit. I think the hazelnut is the best! Just flavors need to taste more like their actual flavor.

Enjoyed some ice cream on a random date night out. The custom service was impeccable! We were able to try samples before deciding. The option to swirl your flavors instead of having them completely separate (think scoops) made not only a beautiful presentation but a fun mix of the flavors. There is a limited selection of flavors, but it is definitely worth trying by if you’re in the area. I usually avoid cones but the chocolate waffle cone was a superb addition that complimented my ice cream well.

I didn’t really find it to be special. For $9 I was hoping for more. The donut is just a basic donut. It actually had an artificial taste in my opinion. The donut was warm, however, which was nice. As for the ice cream, I got Nutella and thin mint. Topping chocolate chips. The ice cream itself seemed of a decent quality. I guess I just had higher standards. I went out of my way to come here and I regret spending the money as I could have spent it on something different. Just warning future patrons, you don’t have to go out of your way for this. The ice cream is solid, but skip the donut.

We love milk•cream! Best flavor for sure is the Cookie Monster & love adding the rainbow sprinkles. The donut could be warmer and fresher!

Inside is clean, service is fast & friendly. They let you sample ice cream flavors if you ask. Definitely recommend the glazed with a scoop of either honey lavender or strawberry cheesecake. Not too sweet, great balance of flavors between the donut & ice cream. They're very generous with the scoops and they've also got a variety of toppings to choose from.

4 stars for ingenuity... but the lack of quality in the donut makes it 3 stars in my books. They make their ice cream in store, and it's creamy... but does it pack a flavorful, toe-tingling punch like a creamery should? No. It's just slightly better than the stuff you buy in the frozen section of your standard grocery store. I suggest doing what others also suggest - skip the donut entirely. It tastes like a stale, cheap grocery store donut. It de-values the overall experience imo. Whatever mild, nuanced ice cream flavor you pick will be overshadowed by the stale yeasty dough! Not complementary at all! If the donut was better thought through, this could be an ingenious business model that takes off!

Food and service were great. Strange that there is no where to sit down in the establishment to eat your ice cream sandwich. The price point is out of this world. Over 15 dollars for two donuts and a scoop of ice cream? Ill come back after i win the lotto until then ill stick with more reasonably priced treats.

First time here and truly loved it. Went a little conservative with the strawberry ice cream but next time I will try the honey lavender or cereal milk with the glazed donut!! Highly recommend!

A pretty airy donut and a scoop in the middle - cool twist to a traditional ice cream cookie sandwich. You can choose 1 free topping, too. The ice cream was a bit too dense, so it didn't combine with the donut "buns" well. One scoop looked a bit small stuffed in the donut. Good thing they'd warm up your donut before making the sando. 7-8 flavors of ice cream to select from - traditional to creative ones like red velvet or matcha.

This is such a cute & quaint little ice cream shop. The young girl working the counter was very pleasant and allow me and my children to sample to our hearts’ desire. We did 3 scoops, cookie crush, salt lick and vanilla. The cookie crush and salt lick were just ‘okay’— my taste buds weren’t wowed like I was expecting. The vanilla had a weird chalky aftertaste. Will give this place another try once they rotate the ‘sometimes flavors.’ They do have some gluten free options & prices are very reasonable for the portion size.

Darling shop in a fun area of Dallas. Learned about Melt during travel planning, so we drove out of our way to try it. Mixed the dark chocolate with Maple Bourbon Pecan and the combination was totally my heaven. I'm pretty sure I said "yum" after every taste. I was grateful samples are provided so I ended up with the perfect choice. The ice cream is exceptional quality - and we are sort of ice cream snobs. We all really enjoyed it.

Delicious ice cream flavors!! We tried the TX lavender honey crunch and salt lick flavors. Would recommend! Their ice cream is soft and creamy. Came inside on a whim from the hot summer air and had a great tasting experience!

Icy! This chain place does creative flavors, but mostly on the mixins and not the ice cream bases. Most of their ice cream bases are only a little out of traditional flavors you'd expect to see. I got the TX coffee, which had a far too mild coffee flavor. It had the flavor profile and color of a coffee that was half creamer. Super bland. I also kept finding ice crystals to crunch on. Not a fan.

We actually made it inside to place an order this time. We had been to mount a couple of times for 4, but the lines were so long we decided not to stay. This time we were able to get right in and boy were we surprised everything they have is so delicious. We tried the dark chocolate ice cream with coconut milk and had it turned into a shake with rice milk. I have never tasted anything so silky, smooth and light in my life. The only thing I wish is that the cups were bigger. It was delicious! My son tried the triple Berry gelato. He has fallen in love. He has asked that we go back everyday since we were there. Definitely try it for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

The ice cream here had been melted before and refrozen. Not freezer burned just had an ice taste on the top, from transit maybe. After that it was pretty good. The amount of ingredients in here were abundant and the flavor was giving creamy, rich, and buttery. You could taste them all. I’d definitely recommend it. If you’re used to store bought and generic this is not for you. Happy tasting!

Absolutely loved Melt Ice Cream in Dallas! The ice cream was delicious— I had the Salt Lick and my sister had the Peach Cobbler, and both were absolutely divine. The employee was so kind and let us try three flavors before deciding. Even on a busy Saturday night, the place was spotless. Great vibes, great service, and amazing treats. Can’t wait to go back!

Tried the Milk & Cookies and Cookies & Cream. The Cookies & Cream was delicious—definitely my favorite of the two! I wasn’t a huge fan of the Milk & Cookies—it mostly just tasted like plain vanilla to me. The waffle cone was super fresh and added a nice touch. I do wish the ice cream texture was a bit creamier and less icy, which I’ve seen others mention too. Overall, the ice cream tastes high quality, and I appreciated that it wasn’t overly sweet. The space is pretty small, and I wish there was indoor seating, especially with the heat. There are benches outside, but we ended up sitting in the car. Staff was friendly, though the vibe was a bit awkward/fake nice; we got some odd looks that made sampling feel a little uncomfortable. I’d still come back to try more flavors!

Best ice cream in Dallas, hands down!! I'm so impressed with the quality alone. As a person who grew up in the Midwest, my standards for ice cream are probably unreasonable lol. This place exceeded all my expectations. Also, they have homemade waffle cones that have the perfect balance of sweet and crunchy to go with the ice cream. The very best part is they offer the "single split" where you can get smaller scoops of two flavors instead of committing to a huge double scoop that most places only offer.

I'm an ice cream snob and have been searching for good ice cream in Dallas. I'm very impressed with their ice cream and loved their unique flavors. They have the best waffle cones I have ever had! I also was very impressed with the server. She was very knowledgeable on the all of the flavors. 10/10 service!

We loved how fresh and creamy the ice cream here was! I was also impressed that they did not have artificial flavoring on the mint chip ice cream! Everything is made from local ingredients, and you can really taste the quality! Service was great! First time customers, and the attendants helped us try a few before choosing our scoops! The shop is very small: just counter order, no tables/seats. There are 2 benches out front for you to enjoy your ice cream, but no tables.

The service is fine, with friendly people behind the counter and the place has a nice feel. However the ice cream is quite underwhelming. There is alot of "ice" in their ice cream and lacks creaminess. Maybe they need to use a higher butterfat % or work on their chilling process. Its a bit spendy at 5.75 for a single. I was hoping to add this into my usual rotation between Botolino and TCBY, but going to have to hard pass on this one.

Every time we visit a city we look for clean or organic ice cream. They make their ice cream with cream from pastured, grass fed cows and use pastured eggs. It wasn't too sweet. We loved it. We tried strawberry and cream, 5 mi chocolate, and double chocolate chunk.

Visited this place for the first time to try some desserts, and the entrance cake display is awesome and very tempting. I tried the Mini Pistachio Cake, and it was amazing! They also have gelato ice creams with various flavors, and you can sample them before making a choice. They have a variety of chocolates, and I also tried the Cherry Chocolate, which they said is a special item there, and it tasted incredible. The staff is super friendly and provided great service. Visited on the weekend, and it was very crowded—hard to find a place to sit, and parking was tough to find since it’s such a busy spot.

Love this place! Botolino makes some of the best gelato I’ve had outside of Italy. My all-time favorite? Mascarpone and Figs! it’s creamy, slightly tangy, and just the right amount of sweet. I could eat it every day!

Best spot for a cold, sweet treat in Dallas. The options can be a bit pricy, but I think it’s worth it. There are various gelato and sorbetto flavors so there’s something for everyone. Personally, the bergamot flavor was my favorite! I also loved that you can sample as many flavors as you want before committing to something. As others have mentioned, parking can be a challenge in this area, so keep that in mind and be prepared to pay differing amounts depending on what you find.

Fire gelato! I got the chocolate sorbetto and it was SO good - rich and chocolately without being too sweet. The texture is so creamy and smooth, just like true Italian gelato. Definitely recommend this spot! Next time I want to try their gorgeous desserts.

First time here and it was a great experience! The little ice cream shop looked amazing—very clean and inviting, with lots of flavors to choose from. We tried the Milk Chocolate and Persian Flower ice creams, and both were delicious! The chocolate had a rich, creamy flavor—not overly sweet, which we loved. They also had some beautiful cakes on display that looked very tempting! The young lady at the front was super nice and helpful, offering great info about the different flavors. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Absolutely love this place. Their gelato is really good and the shop is very cute. The Better Than Nutella and Sticky Toffee Pudding sundaes are pictured. 10/10 for the Better Than Nutella. Flavors, textures, everything is just 🤌 chefs kiss. I was told the Sticky Toffee Pudding was the least favorite, but I wanted to try it. I think the problem with it is that it’s too dense. The flavor is good, but the texture could improve. On another note: the staff is always super friendly and helpful. :)

I’ve been here multiple times and wish I can come more often. One of the best gelato I’ve ever had and I love that they rotate flavors each week!! I was blessed to try the matcha and sweet cream combo (SO good together). They also use some fancy whip cream machine so the whip cream is sooooooo good and fluffy - an awesome add on.

Underwhelming Flavors, Especially for Gelato I was honestly disappointed by the flavors at Paciugo. I ordered the raspberry cheesecake and one other flavor (which I can’t even recall now — that’s how forgettable it was). The cheesecake especially lacked depth and richness — I’ve had better from grocery store brands, which surprised me for a gelato café. I wanted to love it, but sadly, this experience didn’t match the charm or bold flavor I usually associate with gelato. Maybe it was an off day, but I left underwhelmed.

The customer service experience was unsatisfactory. On multiple occasions, there were instances of associates not diligently managing the queue, allowing some customers to bypass others waiting in line. When I raised this issue with the associates, they responded with a smile and provided justifications without offering an apology.

Very good Gelato and the owner/manager was wonderful! He opened to serve my friend and I even though he had closed. Customer service makes or breaks it for me. Definitely give this place a try. The Gelato is great!!

Disappointing Experience We were really excited to try out this place because it’s different from your regular ice cream shop, offering a unique nitrogen-style twist. But unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing. The place looked okay but could definitely be cleaned up a bit. We ordered two milkshakes and one scoop of ice cream. The scoop was decent, but the milkshakes were not good at all—they weren’t cold, had a watery texture, and all the chocolate and toppings sank to the bottom. It was hard to enjoy, and I couldn’t even finish mine. Overall, it had potential, but the quality and presentation really missed the mark. Hopefully they improve.

Ice cream is nothing unique - it's just frozen on the go using liquid nitrogen. Fun for kids. But the staff can learn some etiquette. I was carrying my 5 year old kid showing the liquid nitrogen smokey thing. This staff who made the ice cream showed my kid the milk and said something, we both couldn't hear it. I said "sorry what was that?". For which the staff said "I was talking to the kid" with a cold and rude face. I guess she tried to show the milk before it was frozen. A little patience can't hurt! Too pricey for one scoop of ice cream, some whipped cream and few marshmallows. Can do better!

My Fiance and I visited this establishment last night as part of our effort to visit different places to dine at. It was interesting to watch them make it. using a technique I've never heard of. ( Hydrogen ? ) They were very busy as a lot of people had come to visit them as well. Thankfully there was a large outdoor pavilion to sit and eat the ice cream at. Because the music in the store was louder than I prefer. It's not cheap. But I think it was worth the visit. We may try them again at some point.

If there was zero stars i would give it. Creamistry has fallen in standards like it used to be. Was charged almost 20 dollars for two scoops of ice cream in a standard size cup. When I specifically asked for the signature creation plastic cups which hold about 3 scoops of ice cream. Asked the staff and said oh our largest cup is this ( medium at best coffee sized cup.) Never again. 20 bucks and system asks for a tip of 18 percent and more.

Staff doesn’t say hi or welcome when you enter and are so apathetic when taking your order and rewards system is ALWAYS down. I always ask “is your rewards system available?” Kindly and it is always met with an apathetic “no”. Staff here generally don’t seem lively and it kind of ruins the whole “ice cream” experience especially when there’s more interactiveness via liquid nitrogen. They make your order right but, it generally does not deliver the normal creamistry experience or standards regarding service.

This mangonada , priced at $14, had an unpleasant taste. The addition of Takis crumbles resulted in a flavor that was highly unappetizing, reminiscent of vomit. I strongly advise against purchasing this product due to its undesirable taste.

Love their ice cream and waffle cones. Friendly staff as well. Reason for four stars is high price and gummy bears are so weird/ not good. Other than that highly recommend!

We’re in the neighborhood often and regularly stop by Van Leeuwen—especially when I’m holding out hope for peppermint (sadly, I know it’s seasonal!). But tonight’s visit stood out, and not just for the ice cream. Kenya, the employee working this evening, made our experience the best it’s ever been. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming—her energy truly made our night. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely warm and attentive. Just wanted to shout out great service that deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Kenya!

Overall, if you’re a true ice cream lover or just want to treat yourself, it’s worth stopping by — even if just once.

Van Leeuwen does ice cream right. We have come to this location multiple times and are always served quickly and pleased with the flavors. I haven’t tried a flavor at a Van Leeuwen that I didn’t like. This is definitely one of my favorite places to get ice cream.

Had this spot for the first time and it was pretty good! We came in with a big crew and got severa popsicles of different flavors and toppings. The service of the girls at the front could’ve been better - they weren’t very welcoming, not as much as a smile, and hardly said a word. But the pops themselves were delicious! I had the opportunity to try the strawberry cheesecake, cotton candy, Ferrero rocher, and mango. They were great!

The base charge for our popsicles was more than the overhead menus presented. When we asked about this we were told the prices had changed, but the menus hadn't been updated yet. Shady. I can't recommend this place.

So many flavors and toppings choose from. They've got boozy and non boozy pops, whatever you choose, you have the option to top of off with whatever toppings they have available. My sister-in-law & her husband got one boozy popsicle (pineapple, I think?) and one non-boozy mango one, added chamoy sauce. The boozy one was just the right amount of booze, not overwhelming to the point that it overpowers the fruit flavor. Would love to come back & try the strawberries & cream and the pistachio pop.

I have visited this Picole multiple times. I really enjoy their flavors, my best is sunrise tequila.

We’re roaming in the streets of Dallas. We found a board saying Alcohol infused which stopped me take another step forward 😂. We ordered couple of pops 1. Strawberry & cream pop - taste yummy yummy 2. Mango margarita- got little buzz. Always you can try these place.

You'll have to go back after your first visit. The waffle cones taste GREAT and taste home made! The icecream flavors are rich and beautifully refreshing to your mouth! They don't taste like cheap sugar and flavor mix. I love the concept of the flights! If you want to try multiple but don't want to get full sized scoops, that's such a great option! Inside the store is also so clean, beautiful and trendy looking. I love love love icecream and boy, this is one of the top icecream places I've been in DALLAS!! Good thing it's a bit of a drive from where I live because I know I'll end of visiting way too much if it was down the street😂😂

Can more people come here please? This shop is truly a delight!! Any weekend afternoon where I’m trying to kill time, I’m stopping for ice cream. And why have one flavor when you can settle on a flight? This place rocks because not only can you have an ice cream FLIGHT but also their flavors are unique and of great quality. It’s creamy and still soft to scoop straight from the freezer. I also heard that they designed the stand to hold all the mini cones themselves which I think is pretty neat. Come here, try a flavor that’s permanent on the menu (salted caramel is great) and then try a rotating flavor. And do what I do and bring a pint (or two) home.

Great customer service and even better ice cream. If you cant just settle on one flavor, try the mini or full flight. The mini flight comes with 3 small scoops of different ice creams on waffle cones and the full flight comes with 6 flavors. The cranberry cheesecake was my favorite.

I really wanted to try the ice cream, but instead went for the chai. It was delicious and the cinnamon bespectacled gentleman joined me for the entire cup. Super cute and cozy place, I'm definitely coming back. Helpful friendly staff, clean, and bright. There's indoor and outdoor seating.

Really disappointing. We got 2 single scoops, one with the peanut butter cups & another with vanilla and butterscotch topping. ~$11. First of all, we had to pay extra for getting a drop of store bought butterscotch topping to go on the vanilla. Secondly, I wouldn't call this ice cream. They claim freshly churned every day, however our "ice cream" was grainy & icy (a sign that it has been re-froze and not recently churned - meaning the ice crystals have enlarged). I am from the midwest, I know when ice cream is good quality so it really says something when I have to throw away my half-full overly-priced cup. You're better off getting a Pint of Ben & jerry's for $5 at target than wasting your money here.

This place was awesome! We got a flight of 6 different flavors to try. The cones are larger than I thought they would be so it was more ice cream thank I thought, but so good! The salted caramel flavor slaps!

They have a few vegan options here. I grab Jeni’s in the Rose flavor at the grocery store. I had the lemon bar, which has a pretty lemony taste. I like the lemon bar flavor, plus it has bits of shortbread in it. The other flavor available is Texas Sheet Cake and it’s chocolate. Looking forward to more dairy-free options.

Some of the best ice cream I’ve had in a while! The seasonal bubblegum and blackberry flavors were standout. I forgot the third option I picked, but it was honestly still great as well. I can only get the pints in grocery stores near me, so it was such a treat trying the real thing while also sampling different flavors.

Let me start by saying this line was out the door. The establishment was small and cozy. The service was excellent and they could tell when I was unsure on flavors, so they let me sample everything I wanted! This ice cream was absolutely delicious! Every flavor I tried was yum (except the gooey buttery cake). The Almond flavor was so YUMMNNY!!!

I want to give a shout out to Kobe. When we arrived he immediately washed his hands and greeted us. He gave us a good run down of all the flavors and profiles. Let us sample and gave us really good recommendations for pairing flavors. Just overall wonderful. I love Jeni’s and would give them 5 stars, but it really upsets me that we can’t get these niche, limited flavors (like OPAQUE) online even after they’re discontinued 😭 like how am I gonna go forever without a flavor like that??? I also would like the option to purchase larger sizes of the ice creams if this isn’t possible. Like…. I’d eat a whole quart to myself.

Great ice cream shop with awesome and unique dairy free options! I visited this location for the first time after a basketball game at the American Airlines Center, the staff was super friendly and helpful and very generous as they allowed the customers to sample lots of flavors. I got the dairy free lemon shortbread flavor and it was extremely delicious! Can't wait to try more of their innovative and unique dairy free flavors!

I have been to this joy, macaron and other locations multiple times over the last few years that I’ve lived in Dallas and this spot is wonderful. The people are so friendly. The Macarons are beautiful and delicious. Their macaron ice cream sandwiches are insane. It’s also fun that you can find their products at other local businesses for example, I have had their ice cream sandwiches at H Mart

This place is amazing! I had the lavender ice cream and it was incredibly good. Maybe the best ice cream I’ve ever had! My kids had ice cream sandwiches which they loved. Having a gluten free place for my celiac child is so awesome.

Excellent place to get Macarons. All Joy’s macarons are equally amazing with great variety, really helpful staff and well decorated interiors. This location is within walking distance of the Bishop Arts District so there’s much to be enjoyed about the local ambience. The storefront is pretty small and cozy. The macarons here are delicious and taste really good, make sure to get some Italian crème and pistachio because those are their best offerings. They offer a variety of different sizes and have a good loyalty program too to get the occasional free macaron. Note that these macarons are on the pricier side compared to alternatives but it’s worth every dollar if you get the chance to visit.

Yummy ice cream! Workers were very sweet and were informative since it was my first time coming in. Got the chocolate chip peanut butter, very delicious. Would definitely come back to try their other flavors. :)

Omg I absolutely LOVE this place!!!!! The service is out of this world! The lady who owns the shop is so nice and easygoing, she offered me to try all the weekly flavors; I couldn’t decide because they all tasted AMAZING!!! Each flavor is so unique and they have new ones every 2 weeks. The shop itself is also very cute and aesthetically decorated. The prices are reasonable. I’ve been here twice and last time I had the Taro Boba which was good. I had the key lime pie and pandan coconut swirl and it did not disappoint!!! I had bourbon vanilla ice cream, it was $6 for a "sweet momma" size which is one big scoop, and it was hands down THE BEST ice cream I have ever had.

This place is where I grew up and it will be my favorite ice cream place to the end of time. They never skimp, their scoops are monstrous. They have all the allergy warnings, which is great because I go with my sister who has a tree nut allergy. Whenever she asks about it, they do everything they can to keep her safe. They all know exactly what they're talking about when it comes to allergies and don't mind being asked to wash the scoop or anything. They also have fun activities for little kids and great merchandise- I can't seem to stop wearing the hat I got from here and it is very pretty. To top it all off, they have the most magical place just outside that door where you can eat your ice cream in the Twilight under the fairy lights with friends or family and make the most wonderful memories you've ever had eating ice cream. Go here. Now. You won't regret it.

I adore ice cream and this surpassed my expectations. The employees are funny and friendly; they’ll let you take your time and offer samples of anything you want to try. I absolutely loved the coffee toffee crunch and the dreamsicle flavors. The sizing is perfect and the baby is the exact amount I want to eat by myself. Do not skip this place, it’s absolutely a can’t miss place.

Brought my wife here on a date 🙂. Very friendly staff and free samples. Tough to choose, but I ended up picking the cookie monster and chocolate chip. The honey lavender was good too, and I got it last time. My wife got the cookie monster and salted caramel and liked both also. Smallish store with some indoor seating. There is also a very cute outdoor seating nearby with benches and lights, which I highly recommend if the weather permits. Not a bad way to end a date night after dinner 😁.

I went with my mom yesterday for the first time. Service was so friendly and they were generous and encouraging with the samples. I ended up getting a sundae with spumoni ice cream (that had pistachios and cherries mixed in!) and my mom got pecan praline in a chocolate dipped cone. It was so good and we will definitely be back to the more flavors. The ice cream is made in-house and definitely tasted fresh. They had the classic flavors plus a bunch of interesting combos I’d like to try next time.

Let me start off by saying the ice cream was good. It tasted just like homemade ice cream should. That being said it wasn’t worth the price. It was over 13$ for two single scoops in waffle cones……. That’s kind of where our visit went down hill. Don’t get me wrong. I don’t mind spending money for quality things. But that’s a bit much for two scoops of ice cream. I mean, that’s two tubs of bluebell. Which a half gallon of theirs is $18 so how does two scoops for $13 makes sense. Also, the presentation in the cooler was less than appealing. The ice cream was very runny very fast. Which I do expect from homemade so that’s not a huge deal but everything seemed very dated in this place and not in the good ways. I mean, I’ve paid $18 for a milkshake and felt like it was worth it. This was not that though. I mean, not even having a free water cup spent after I just spent $13 on two scoops of ice cream is ridiculous. When walking in there’s a giant sign talking crap about Chase Bank. I understand they did your business wrong but that’s part of doing business. Don’t make it the communities problem.

Only been here once, but I plan on coming back. Ice cream melts quickly so make sure you eat on site or grab a lot of napkins if you’re planning to take to go. I got the butter pecan, which was really good.

First off the reviews and picture online look amazing! Once walking into the shop it looks run down ice cream looks old , cookies look old, Tupperware containers full of cookies. I should have went with my first instinct to turn around and leave but I really wanted ice cream. We god the cookie bowl the guy taking our order was not very welcoming I asked him what should I get he seemed to have an attitude. There was another gentleman getting off shift that recommended us what to get . Don’t get me wrong the idea is there but the quality is not ! The ice cream does not taste like blue bell and the cookie was old . I’ve tried many ice cream shops in my life and this one by far is the worst . Sad to say please serve fresh products and throw out old ice cream.

So. Freaking. Good. Had a small cater set up for after our volleyball match at SMU. Got a vanilla ice scream sandwich between two chocolate chip cookies. The cookies were a delight, baked to perfection, and the vanilla ice cream was also fantastic. Plenty of different cookies and ice cream flavors to choose from. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. The catering service was great and easy for people to get cookies/sandwiches.

Solid spot for ice cream! I’ve had a hard time finding some good quality ice cream in Dallas and Pokey O’s is definetly in the top 5. We got the cookie dough ice cream with the state fair cookie in a bowl. The cookie was super moist and chunky with m&ms, nuts, chocolate and oatmeal. Their sugar cookie was also soft and chewy. We tried their chocolate and vanilla malts and they were made perfectly! Some places don’t put enough malt powder in but I’ll definetly come back for theirs as there was the perfect amount.

I don't know if you know but I have to say these are some of the best warm cookies I have ever eaten. I normally don't eat oatmeal raisin cookies from anywhere but I'll eat these. The crisp on it, oh boy, is it buttery! May God keep blessing you and your cookies.

Stopped by after a run on a hot and humid Tuesday afternoon. I got an ice cream sandwich with Salted Caramel ice cream and two Tuxedo cookies (white and milk chocolate chips). It was fantastic. The staff was friendly too. I definitely recommend and would go back again

This place is phenomenal! I drive 45 mins just to bring my daughter here. I get the cappuccino chocolate chunk cookie, which by the way is to die for! Their cookie dough ice cream is the shiznit combined with the cappuccino cookie. I wouldn’t be surprised if they started making shakes here one day and blew up even more. Although I wish they sold milk in general to enjoy with the cookies. Just a thought, but I’ll continue to come out here’s very friendly and helpful staff, every single time it’s someone different but always the same chirpy attitude, seems like you guys are building a great work culture.

☆ZERO STARS!!!!!☆ Customer service was TRASH. 🚮‼️ I'm unsure if the AA guy is the owner or just the server, but he was extremely dry, unwelcoming, and uninterested in engaging with my friend & I. She was trying to have a conversation and asking him how his day was going, and he barely made eye contact. I asked him about the doggy treats, and it was just as if he wanted to hurry us along. Moving fwd to the checkout counter, as I was getting ready to push the tip button, he very quickly removed the option to tip as if he assumed I wasn't going to tip, which I was. It was simply a horrible experience, and I will NEVER be back. Ever! They serve 1-star cookies & Blue Bell ice cream, which you can get from anywhere. There are plenty of ice cream parlors who HOMEMAKE their own ice cream with the "sweetest" customer service. We didn't even feel welcomed to dine inside. We went next door to the Roly Sandwich joint and sat in their outside dining chairs and fed the birds the cookies. Don't even know if I should give my dog their treats!! Never again, chile. 😏✌🏽

The food was authentic and served well. Not the best salsas, not the most tasty cheese on the enchiladas. The tacos had plenty of meat. The bacon on the brioche shrimp was cooked really hard and I didn't taste the cheese. The beans too mushy. Excellent service and great atmosphere

I'm not a huge fan of Mexican so my review should be taken with a grain of salt. My friend said the rice was absolutely amazing. I had the Miguelito, it was meh. The salsa and chips were underwhelming. The place was nice and the service was great! I didn't enjoy the food enough to seek it out in the future but would go if someone wanted to go. My friend often goes for the adult beverages.

It was our first time to dine in. The service was outstanding! The food was delicious. The drinks were so good and our waitress was awesome!

We were super hopeful and excited to try everything here! But honestly, it kind of felt like going to your white friend’s house for “Mexican Night.” The food tasted cheap but was expensive for what you get. We did love our server — he was super nice — and the nachos were great (shown in pic), but everything else was sadly subpar. The ambiance was also weird; the lights were too bright and the decor felt bland and lifeless.

I went to Mesor on Saturday before the Stars game and had such a great first experience! The atmosphere is chic and classy, and my waiter Gerardo gave amazing service. He recommended the mango water, jalapeños with bacon, and guacamole all so good. I’ll definitely be coming back here before games from now on. Go Stars

Consistently good, reasonably priced, gelato with friendly helpful staff. The location is convenient for a walk around old downtown Plano or a place for desert after dinner in old downtown plano.

Nice ice cream spot I would recommend with an array of flavors to choose from and of course if you unsure your welcome to a taste test Of the flavors😛 the staff was supper patient and I didn’t feel rushed to choose. They provide plenty of flavors without milk for those who I lactose intolerant I chose the red berry. It was absolutely delicious and like I said, I would definitely recommend a spot.

Amazing ice cream, friendly staff, cozy environment. A hole in the wall, mom and pop shop who's product is made just a few miles away. The waffle cones and cookies are also made in house. (Waffle cones are amazing!) I had the bee's knees and French toast on a waffle cone... spectacular combo! I would have gave them 5 stars if it weren't for the lack of disclosure upon trying the Irish coffee ice cream, it contained and tasted strongly of alcohol. I'm a recovering alcoholic and would have been nice to know that it was mor virgin ice cream.

If you ever stop in Carrollton's old downtown area, you should stop at thirs ice cream parlor. The employees are very friendly, the service is great and the ice cream is very good. There is a very good variety of flavors, including some originals. The atmosphere is nice and the prices are reasonable.

This is a quaint little ice cream shop. The staff was friendly and helpful and their selection of ice cream is way beyond what you will find at chain stores. I had the Lemon-Blueberry Cheesecake ice cream. Others in our party had Almond Joy, the Big Rig Peterbuilt (might as well be called the cookie kitchen sink), and the Smore's ice cream. I can't remember everything in the Big Rig flavor, but it sounded amazing. This is definitely worth a stop if you're in the area shopping or after a stop at one of the restaurants downtown.

We came here on vacation and all of us loved it! We all got two scoops in a cup and we took a pint to-go. The worker was really sweet and let us sample some flavors before we bought them. Ice cream was amazing! They had some awesome Asian flavors I haven’t tried. The staff was super nice and really accommodating — they let us try a bunch of samples before we picked. Prices were fair too. Definitely coming back.

Wide selection of flavors and some unusual combinations, including some unique waffle cone flavors. Short-staffed (took about 15 minutes to get our ice cream after paying). Place was somewhat messy especially behind the counter. Will be about $10+- per cone. Great idea, execution needs improvement. Somi Somi is a better bet.

Recently we tried the sweet corn summer flavor and really liked it—it tastes like asian corn gummy candy, if anyone has ever had that. It is sweet and light, not like how corn is typically prepared; I highly recommend it. The flavors at Churn and Bake change seasonally and there’s always something new, alongside their constant staples. I like this spot better than the ones in Lowest Greenville!

While some flavors could benefit from slight improvement, the quality of the ice cream is commendable overall. However, the experience is marred by poor management and a lack of cleanliness. The shop is extremely filthy, with no apparent effort to maintain a tidy environment. For me, cleanliness is non-negotiable, and sitting in such a messy space is out of the question. Additionally, the cost of the ice cream feels a bit steep, especially when the overall experience doesn’t measure up to expectations. In summary, while the ice cream itself shows promise, the management needs to prioritize cleanliness and enhance the ambiance to truly make this place appealing. Until then, it’s hard to justify a return visit.

We got some ice creams, Boba tea and Faluda here. The Faluda was too sweet, and didn’t taste authentic. The artificial sweetener added, and too much ruafza made it too sweet to handle. Ice creams were ok, but would not recommend Faluda and Boba tea.

Despite the extensive variety, this place maintains its consistency, ensuring excellent quality and quantity. It appears this establishment is thriving and consistently maintains a strong customer base. The dishes are delicious, and the prices are very fair. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Our group ordered 5 double dips and two shakes and only 1 person finished theirs. The flavors were "mid". We tried the cookie monster, mint and one other I can't remember. We were seeking a new and unique spot for dessert but won't be back. The young woman that worked there was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly.

The donut with the ice-cream was awesome! It was my first time there, and I’ll definitely come back. :) Even on a busy Sunday night, the staff kept things moving and got everyone served quickly. Thanks!

06/14/25 @ 9.25pm - Service was absolutely shocking and quite frankly disgusting. Three kids behind the desk serving, two guys and a girl, all three on their phones, the girl FaceTiming and flirting with two customers while totally ignoring other customers coming into the store. Some customers actually walked out while we were there because of how bad the service was. There was a total of 4 customers in the store so this should not of been an issue! I have never had worst service for the simplest job of serving ice cream. None of the staff give a single toss about their job and shows just how much respect they have for the company they work for. Wouldn’t be so bad if it didn’t take 15 to make the ice cream because they were busy looking up other colleges on their phone and showing customers their Facebook profiles. Plus a DoorDash delivery driver came in and was totally ignored and they said they didn’t have an order only to come out with two tubs of ice cream from the back and thrown into a bag and handed over. The worst experience of my life. Walked out with the poor excuse of an ice cream and threw it right in the trash and drove straight to Bazaria Ice Cream not even 5 minutes up the road and it’s night and day difference. DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH MILKEY TREATS AND GO STRAIGHT TO BAZARIA! do yourself a favor.

Absolutely amazing! Sno serves the best shaved ice with 100% natural flavors that taste so fresh and delicious. I got the Thai tea and coconut, which was the perfect combo, while my husband loved his mango and guava. Our toddler enjoyed his strawberry—he couldn’t get enough! After years of going to Bahama Buck’s, we were blown away by how much lighter and less sugary these tasted while still being full of flavor. The texture is perfect, and it’s the ideal treat for a hot summer day. We’ll definitely be coming back!

SNO shaved ice and frozen yogurt is such a great place. The kids love it and there are flavors for everyone from rainbow to coconut to my sweet tea w/ lime; I love it! My family has been keeping this from me for years. I need to go back to try more flavors!!

After getting fed up of my wife dragging me to Bahama Bucks, this place was refreshing. I used to like Bahama Bucks but constantly tricking my taste buds into believing sugar, chemicals and ice was a good substitute for my favorite flavors, it was nice seeing a place with a natural flavors menu. I had the mango and guava flavor with mango pieces added and it was amazing. I really enjoyed it. Now I won’t mind my wife dragging me here whenever we’re in the area!

While there’s a self-service option, they went above and beyond by offering to help us personally. They patiently let me sample different flavors until I figured out exactly what I wanted, and even made the coolest flower-shaped ice cream on a cone — you can choose multiple flavors of gelato or sorbet, all shipped and flown in from France. They went the extra mile by offering me a cup, had super positive and personable attitudes, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our experience. Honestly, I wasn’t planning to stop by this place at all. I was just passing by, and something made me pause. At first, I was skeptical — I even thought, “Do I really want to try this?” But something told me to just give it a shot, and I’m so glad I did. I ended up trying the coffee and milk combo in a smaller version of their cone ice cream, and wow — it was so good. The flavors blended together so smoothly, like they were just meant to be. I didn’t expect much going in, but the taste completely won me over. If you’re ever in the area and on the fence like I was — just try it. You might be surprised in the best way, just like I was.

This branch owner and store staff righted a wrong that was not their fault. I had an order delivered many hours before the requested delivery time and unfortunately it ended with my gelato melted on my front porch. I called the store and service number and the branch manager did everything he could to make up for it including a refund, and sending the order again at the correct time. Thank you so much to everyone involved in fixing this. The gelato was AMAZING! I will continue to eat here and rave about what good customer service I experienced.

I ordered the same item: chicken tender combo (fries + drink). 2 out of the 3 chicken tenders were UNCOOKED AGAIN. I asked for my money back. I had drank the soda, so they discounted that. The fries were okay, hardly any salt. My mom ordered nachos with chili and jalapeños. Hardly any flavor. My brother had ordered a burger, no complaints with his. Seriously, do not go here for the cooked food. Also, the music is so loud in there, it's hard to have a conversation. However, they do have very clean, single person bathrooms. ‼️OLD REVIEW‼️ Usually great ice cream shop! However, I went today (4/7/23) and ordered some chicken strips. I bit and ate some uncooked chicken. Sent it back to the kitchen and asked for my money back. They were nice about it. I'd only come here for their prepared snacks and icecream. I have been to the new location in Fort Worth twice, the place is beautiful and I love the variety on the menu. However I don't know if it’s because it’s new, but some of the employees seem to be very lost on how to prepare certain menu items. First visit was good and exciting and not too long of a wait, but my second visit didn’t go as smoothly, my bf and I waited for almost 20 minutes in a line that had just 1 couple in front of us and two occupied tables. I ordered a michelagua expecting it to be somewhat like your average miche just non alcoholic, the young lady helping us seemed lost preparing it and I ended up getting agua de pepino with a chamoy rim that dripped all the way to the to the bottom of my cup, It was not what I expected at all. My bf got an elote preparado and it had more water than actual ingredients in it. These things are an easy fix that I’m sure with time will get better and we will definitely will be going back because the paletas, nieve, aguas and Mexican chips are amazing.

By far the best Shake place in Dallas. Shakes are more unique and much better tasting than anything else Ive seem and haven't found anything on par to these shakes. Service here is also great and Michael is passionate about this place and is always genuine with each guest that comes in. One suggestion though would be adding a takeout option for guests to get food online or through calling in before.

This place is super fun, cute, and yum! It’s in Bishop Arts, and it’s a must try! We walked in and saw the sign showing 30 different ice cream flavors, thinking that was a lot - then our friend gave us a menu, where we found tons of combinations with delicious ice cream and cereal. We got The Digger and The Cinnacrunch milkshakes - so good! They also have fun candy and snacks, including interesting chip flavors from other countries. The decor and vibes are super cute and the staff is super friendly and caring. They have games and video games. Take your kids, take your family, take your friends, take your boo, take a dessert break, and go here!! Highly recommend!

This dessert spot is such a fun place to visit! They have so many unique and interesting options that it was actually hard to choose. Beyond the great candy and other treats for sale, they also have video games and board games to play with, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I usually really like this place so I was a little disappointed when I tried their Dubai chocolate strawberries. They didn’t have enough chocolate in them and it got hard. They also only put pistachio cream around the cup and not any on the strawberries. I was a little disappointed especially because it was $15 🫠 Overall, the service was good and they have other menu items that are worth trying!

This place holds a special place in my heart! When I worked on Jefferson, my coworkers and I would walk to this shop for a weekly treat. The owner is incredibly kind and personable. I no longer work in the area but my cravings for the perfect mangonada lead me back to this shop today. Although it’s been years, the owner remembered my order (extra lime juice and extra tamarind candies). That made me feel incredibly special. Many blessings to the owner and his business, maybe he continue to thrive and be successful!

I got two mini açaí bowls and 1 was suppose to have Almond Vanilla Crunch Granola and the other one was supposed to have Maple Pecan Granola. I got 1 big cup of idk what type of granola. Then two tiny cups of Nutella when it should been nearly drizzled on top, I didn’t ask for it to be separated but that’s the lesser of all the issues present. I’m very disappointed, I don’t even want to eat this. It looks like my 3 year old made it.

A true hidden gem! You cannot beat the prices. They go by how heavy your yogurt cup is. (Not sure about cones because I've never gotten one). The sitting area is small but good. It also doubles as a monster-themed gift shop AND an indoor play area for small children. I love taking everybody here no matter what age. Looks like only teens work there and the service is always GREAT. They are very respectful and helpful. When we came for the first time, we didn't know what to do as it was our first time in a yogurt shop. They explained to us how it worked and further explained to us how their point system works. They have a dairy free option but the name of it is slipping my mind now. I'd just ask!

I love this place! Even though they don’t have as many frozen yogurt flavors as other locations, they do have many options for toppings. The service is wonderful and everyone there is so friendly. The person who helped us was Sharon if I’m not mistaken. She was wonderful, funny and welcoming. The place itself feels a little small, but they do have a play place for the little ones, which I absolutely love.

I personally can’t eat more than a 12oz bowl so always go with the smaller option. It was 3/4 full and only sprinkles were added. In addition, for the same amount, I have never paid more than $10. Regardless of that, the two bowls together came to $28. We pay with cash and only had $24 plus a $50 bill. The young lady said she couldn’t accept the $50 and did not offer any other solutions. We even offered to pay the $24 and come back later to pay the balance. We received no feedback, and there was another worker standing directly behind her. He could have assisted. B) As a business owner, you should know better than to attempt to shame a customer for discrimination when you weren’t present. I am the mother of an autistic child and am compassionate to everyone I meet. I was friendly and we offered suggestions. As stated above, there was another employee present who could have intervened if she required additional training. C) The yogurt at your store is phenomenal. I salute you and commend you for the unique experience. I do not, however, appreciate the way in which you called out a paying customer in a public forum. If you wanted to discuss the situation, you could have stated that and left your number. Instead, I am left more disappointed.

I visited this spot once when they had just opened, and coming back recently, I was pleasantly surprised by how much they’ve improved—not just in their menu options, but also in how clearly everything is presented. There were so many tempting choices. We had to come back for a second round just to try more! I highly recommend stopping by and seeing for yourself. (Edit: notice how they only respond to POSITIVE reviews yet never help out the people that issues with their employees…) I ordered a “bob esponja” which clearly has Doritos in the picture so why am i getting those circle chips that are NOT in the picture and the worker is trying to gaslight me and tell me “no thats what you ordered you ordered these” no i didnt i on it ordered bob esponja i even asked a bunch of questions too so i could make sure its what i wanted and he said yes it was Doritos yes it had corn and yes it had cheese but what i got was not doritos i asked if i could get a refund because its not what i asked for and he tried to make it up with a 1oz bag of doritos?? how hard was it to open that bag of doritos and fix up an actual bob esponja like i wanted it and he swore up and down i ordered something else when i know i didnt i know what i ordered so i didnt get what i wanted i had to pay again for what i wanted and what they shouldve done at first

Great place for Mexican snacks. The place is clean and their selection is wide. Although it is a little on the pricey side, in my opinion. $5+ for a regular sized nacho plate is overpriced in my opinion. But their aguas frescas are delicious, even though they’re also pricey. I’m a foodie so I don’t mind paying a little over as long as the food, atmosphere & service are good, and this place checks all three boxes. Be warned though, it’s is a very small place so you won’t always get a place to actually sit in and enjoy your goodies, but the food is always good.

I went in for shaved ice, and discovered two longgg black hairs. One hair in my ice, and another hair on my spoon. Great menu with reasonably priced items, however, the cleanliness wasn’t up to my standards to consume food from here. Friendliness was also mediocre from the staff. She acted like we were interrupting her phone time. Not once did she say welcome or how can I help you. I went ahead with the order. My sister doesn’t speak very well English so she asked her in Spanish what flavors of popsicles/paleta they had. The girl helping us shrugged her shoulders and then decided after I gave her a look to tell her what flavors they had. She then went to prepare our order and she just put them on the counter she didn’t say what snow-cone was what. Not only that both our snow-cones were dry but we didn’t say anything. As we were leaving my daughter told her thank you and she didn’t reply anything. So I decided to go back and ask for my receipt and to tell her she was rude. I will not be coming back it sucks that one person can change a business hard work. Please hire people who have good customer service and stop hiring people who don’t want to be there.

We got 3 kids ice cream in cups, 1 scoop each. They gave generous servings, I had a watermelon popsicle con tajin. Super delicious! Service though... could be better. The two girls said nothing just talked amongst each other. Young man working there was on it, he grabbed the kids scoops fast and everything. The young guy 5 stars.

They have Purified water, raspapados (shaved ice) with tons of flavors to choose from, ice cream and duritos. The medium size cup raspado was adequate for any size adult. I had the strawberry milk shake which was delicious - sign says they use blue bell. Service was good.

Customer service was fast in friendly. Fruit cup was great,fresh fruit. I was iffy about the elote for the simple fact that it had too much cheese, it was just missing something.

I really don't like writing reviews like this, but I was really excited to try this place, but honestly, my experience with the staff member was disappointing. He didn’t seem welcoming—more like he was annoyed I was even there, greeting me with a “What do you want?” It was pretty clear he wasn’t familiar with their products either. When I asked if the vanilla de leche had caramel inside, I got a condescending “no,” which was off-putting. Then, he charged me for a Bailey’s instead of the vanilla de leche. When I pointed out that I hadn’t ordered the Bailey’s, he bluntly responded, “They’re all the same price.” I even mentioned that they were listed at different prices on the website, but he just ignored me. I felt brushed off, and it honestly ruined the whole experience. I ended up getting the mango and the vanilla de leche, and while both were delicious, it wasn’t enough to make up for being treated like that.

Cute popsicle shop offering alot of flavors made with real fruit. I had a vanilla popsicle dipped in milk chocolate and coated with chopped pecans. The chocolate and pecans was the best part to me. I had a vanilla popsicle as the base, but it was lacking flavor. It would have been nice if they sold an actual ice cream bar, but it is a popsicle shop after all! They also sell Popsicles made with alcohol sold to adults only of course.

Super delicious and refreshing fresh fruit paletas! It was not too sweet which made it perfect! They also have ice cream bars and alcoholic frozen pops too that you can top with a variety of toppings. Also there is edible cookie dough in a cup which was super delicious! The staff was so incredibly kind and welcoming too. I highly recommend Pop Factory!

Sunday Fun Day and we are having sweet treats. It was perfect weather to hang out in West Village. The dogs were out and the humans are happily walking them up and down street. I just had a dismal brunch and hoped that this would pick up my spirits. I had to call to get directions because my Dallas-site knowledge failed me. I was going up and down McKinney and couldn't find it. I finally begged Waze for help and turned right into a parking spot on the street. YAY! I walked into a selection of Pop's fruity, savory, creamy, stuffed and boozy if you're into that. Of course I've had Pop styles before so I tried really hard to step out of the box. I wanted to go against my normal mango with Mexican spices you would have in a fruit cup. So, I asked the young lady behind the counter what was her favorite. She happily named a couple but the Cheesecake Pop caught my interest. Then, the screen blazes with something with berries and chocolate. Yes. Yes. Yes. Give me that variation. It was so deliciously decadent and smooth. The berries added flavor that you thought you had a slice a cheesecake in your mouth. The chocolate layers thin and drizzled all over quickly harden for an unexpected crunch. I was in love. I had a friend to come with me and she's a big banana fan, so she didn't take as long as me to decide. Her Pop had dipped chocolate and crunchy nuts on top. There wasn't a lot of talking but smiles and "Mmmmm" sounds. They even had treats for your pup and a beautiful Labradoodle came in with his humans to get a Pop. She knew it was for her because she immediately sat down and waited for her treat to be un-wrapped. They convinced her go outside so she could happily and probably soppily enjoy it. Pop Factory is a one stop show for the family to get treat to beat the heat or indulge.

Great popsicle flavors and taste!! They do chocolate dippings here for the popsicle and toppings as well! This location has a cute photo booth section in the back and upstairs seating which was pretty neat! Great stop for a hot summer day!

I came here with the Dallas West Village Food Tour. I had the Bailey’s popsicle with dark chocolate and Oreo pieces. Overall it was delicious and I love how much variety they have for popsicle flavors.

What a nice ice pop shop to visit in the heart of Dallas downtown. It was my first time and i am glad i found this to be my favorite ice cream shop. I tried nutella banana pop and it was as delicious as hell. Customer service is fab. Beware of long queue as this place is usually busy with customers but worth the wait

It’s a very enjoyable place with friendly and polite staff. I ordered pomegranate mint ice cream and pistachio ice cream, along with a Ferrero Rocher roulette and an Americano. The ice creams were incredible, especially when paired with the Ferrero Rocher roulette — they created an irresistible harmony. The Americano was also quite delicious. I definitely recommend stopping by and especially trying their ice creams.

I truly appreciate this location, but I’m frustrated that the company hasn’t updated their business hours on Google Maps or their website. I've visited three different Zero Gradis on separate days, only to discover they were closed when the online information indicated they were open. Additionally, calling ahead isn’t an option since they’re often busy helping customers. To help others, I took a picture of the actual hours for the downtown Dallas location! 🤦🏻‍♀️

A perfectly fine gelato shop. The gelato was mid, not bad but nothing grand. However, My chai latte was less than half full when ordered. The staff were absolutely wonderful and single handedly earned a star back. Great spot for a date but not as a regular stop, apparently the pastries are the way to go for this place.

Availability depends on how busy the area is, so plan accordingly.Overall, Zero Gradi is definitely worth a visit for anyone looking to indulge in some high-quality gelato and pastries in a great setting in Dallas.

One of my favorite coffee shops closed their location permanently downtown Dallas due to the pandemic. When I started to go back I to the office I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get great coffee. Thankfully, Zero Gradi has stepped in and is making amazing coffee. It’s a bit hard to get to and there is no parking directly in front. You have to park in the attached garage behind the front of the building. But it’s definitely worth it. They also have quick takeaway sandwiches (which I haven’t tried yet but will soon) and desserts - pastries and gelato. Also note that there is a lot of construction going on at the moment but don’t let that stop you!

This place has great gelato! I tried the coffee crunch and tiramisu flavors; both were fantastic. Not much to complain about. I skipped the pastries—they looked overly sweet for my taste, but the gelato was overall enjoyable!

This was a super cute place! I got the cookie butter and Ferrero Rocher. Both were good but I wish they had more dimension in flavor. I’ve had ferrero rocher gelato several times and this wasn’t as rich as any of them. My friend got the lemon basil and it was DIVINE. If I go back I’ll definitely get that! But overall this was a really cute shop and the atmosphere was great.

The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful. We’ve ordered multiple custom orders from both this and their East Dallas location and they are our special occasion bakery of choice. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or even a wedding (yes they did our wedding cake and macarons), we trust them to make every detail absolutely perfect!

Such a cute little dessert spot! There are so many options for desserts including chocolates, cookies, small cakes, and ice cream! There is not much seating inside but there is an adorable park outside where you can sit and kids can play. They also have of gluten free options!

Went in here for ice cream after taking the kids to the indoor playground nearby on a hot day....holy molly was the ice cream great. We tried different flavors and honestly can not decide on a favorite. The service was great as well, we were even offered broken waffles cones to take home free.

We make it a point to stop here any time we are in the neighborhood. They have the best sweets. My sister in law swears by the cinnamon ice cream and was pleasantly surprised to find it! I get the oatmeal cream pie (or oatmeal whoopie pie). It's like a giant oatmeal cream pie and it is delicious. I can't finish it in one sitting but I will take it home and it on it for a few days. I highly recommend stopping in to grab a tasty treat!

This was my first time visiting here and I was very disappointed! I got the deep dish chocolate chip and brookie. They both tasted insanely salty. I took a bite of both of them and threw them away. The employee working was nice but I wasn't impressed with the product.

On Fat Tuesday, I was looking for a themed dessert to try. I used Google to search bakeries by my location that particular day. I found Haute Sweets & purchased 2 Mardi Gras Bread Pudding, which was fresh and delicious and a hit with my husband. I ordered online & my items were neatly packed and awaiting my arrival. The two young men working at the bakery were polite. I came back two days later for some lemon bars, which were very good. I'm glad I found this little gem.

Good! This is very different than regular ice cream, in my opinion. More like a gelato or sorbet. It is different. I really enjoyed the pb cup.

I ordered two single scoops. Mint Chip and Cookie's and Cream. It cost me a little over $11. I don't feel comfortable classifying what I got as ice cream. Just by looking at the scoops, there is a slight translucence to them, and this is reflected in their taste. There's hardly a creamy taste to them. I felt I was eating gelato made with 2% milk. The other person I shared the ice cream with didn't even finish eating it. Overall, I would classify the place as an overpriced hype job. If you don't salt your meatloaf, and prefer style over substance, this is the place for you.

Love the salted caramel and cookies and crème! My husband swears by the mocha chip. We’ve been a few times with friends and we’ve always enjoyed our experience. The servings are on the expensive side but the scoops are huge! We’ve always had good and patient service.

The atmosphere is amazing, and the ice cream is so delicious. The cookies and cream is probably my favorite with the cookie chunks and the soft and creamy vanilla ice cream. I would strongly recommend getting some on a hot, Texas day.

This a very good little spot in the casa Linda area. I got the 3 mini cone sampler which was great to try several flavors. I got some blood orange which tasted like fresh blood orange and was a nice orange color. I also got some prickly pear which tasted very good and I am going back for a pint of that for sure. It was a nice pink color too and I also got a salted caramel which was awsome too I really recomend you give a try as some dessert.

It's seriously solo incredible. Our favorite in fact. Even something as simple as cookies n cream is life changing. Can't wait for them to re open.
