Nestled within the elegant Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, Bourbon Steak is a renowned outpost of Michael Mina's culinary expertise. This upscale steakhouse offers an exquisite dining experience with its dedication to top-tier steaks and fine dining. The restaurant's sophisticated ambiance and commitment to excellence make it a standout in Scottsdale's dining scene. Known for its signature butter-poached steaks and creative menu featuring dishes like lobster pot pie, Bourbon Steak is celebrated for its classic yet modern fine-dining experience.
First I would like to thank Steve our server and Alysha the bartender for creating such a memorable birthday dining experience! Their attention to detail and ability to be present but not too present is a special talent. We enjoyed watching Alysha craft perfect cocktails from our table in the lounge area while lingering into our meal. Steve was knowledgeable, funny and personable. His recommendations were spot on and much appreciated since this was our first visit (Won’t be our last!) Thank you Bourbon Steak for an unforgettable evening 🥂 The food, drinks and Staff are all 5 ⭐️

We will be recommending Bourbon Steak to all our friends. The food, service and atmosphere was well worth the money. If you want the best -- it costs a little more. Bourbon Steak is definitely 5-stars across the board.

Everything was worth it! We were celebrating our anniversary and all the staff made it feel more special, even gave us a card with everyone’s signature which we found so thoughtful and sweet! The service was TOP NOTCH. Our server Alan (hope i spelled it right) was also amazing! Gave us complimentary glass of rose and have us try the trio fries! Compliments to the chef as well as the food was also amazing. 10/10! Not just a dinner but a whole amazing EXPERIENCE!
Olivia C — Google review
The PlumpJack Takeover Dinner at Bourbon Steak Scottsdale was truly an unforgettable experience — elegant, creative, and flawlessly executed from start to finish. The Hamachi Duo set the tone with bright, balanced flavors, followed by the indulgent Duck Confit Mezzaluna with chestnut, gruyère, and foie gras emulsion. The Beef Duo — mishima flat iron and Korean-style short rib — was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, and the Dark Chocolate Opera Cake was the most luxurious finale imaginable. For those who don’t drink, Bourbon Steak offered beautifully crafted mocktail pairings for each course, just as thoughtful and complex as the wine selections — a truly inclusive touch. A huge thank you to Jack Miller, Regional VP and GM of Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, Doug Pocius, GM of Bourbon Steak, and Caleigh Shade, Lead Sommelier, for creating a dining experience that was not only delicious but genuinely memorable. Five stars — refined, educational, and effortlessly elegant!
Gwendolyn M — Google review
An outstanding meal with exceptional service. The staff were all overly attentive and the food was out of this world! Highly recommended, especially if you’re a skeptic of restaurants in hotels. Wow!
Pierre C — Google review
I’m local to the area but came in tonight to visit a friend who’s staying here for work. We dined at this lovely spot and I was not disappointed! I went for the lounge hamburger (because, shockingly, I wasn’t in the mood for steak tonight!) and it was so good. We also tried their twist on a caprese salad—complete with puff pastry and amazing pesto—and it was fabulous. The trio of fries with duck fat, a.k.a. their signature bread service, was fun to sample. We liked the salt and vinegar one the best… call us salty, haha. We wrapped up with fresh beignets and butterscotch Macallan sauce—such a treat! We arrived right when they opened, and even in the heart of summer the vibe was awesome. Things were just starting to pick up as we were leaving. The bartender, waiter, and all the service staff were fantastic. I always had what I needed without ever feeling overwhelmed by service. They gave great recommendations, and I’d highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back!
Jacquie L — Google review
From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, everything about our evening at Bourbon Steak was flawless. The service was truly next-level — Kenny, our server, was exceptional: attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about every dish and drink pairing, and genuinely passionate about creating an unforgettable dining experience. Britney, the server assistant, was just as impressive, always appearing at the perfect moment with refills on water, clearing things off the table as soon as we were finished, or whatever we needed before we even had to ask. Other standouts of the evening included Alan, Victor, Chase, and Steve, all of whom contributed to the seamless service and warm hospitality that made the night so memorable. It felt like dining with a perfectly synchronized team that genuinely cares about every guest. The food itself was extraordinary — we started with the famous duck fat fries, perfectly crisp and seasoned, along with caviar and Twinkies, which was such a fun and delicious twist. The Wagyu and steak were melt-in-your-mouth perfection, cooked exactly as ordered. The sides deserve their own spotlight: the cauliflower with nduja sausage and black truffle mac & cheese were both incredible. For dessert, we tried the beignets (light, airy, and addictive) and the cheesecake with huckleberry and lemon curd, which was the perfect finish — tangy, creamy, and beautifully balanced. Everything — from the service to the presentation to the atmosphere — was top-notch. We truly wanted for nothing all night long. Bourbon Steak delivers not just a meal, but a full experience. We’ll absolutely be back.
Derick T — Google review
We had an incredible dinner at Bourbon Steak! Everything about the night was top-notch — the food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were spot on, and the service was some of the best I’ve ever had. Our server was super friendly and hospitable. The steak was cooked perfectly, the sides were flavorful, and everything came out beautifully presented. The atmosphere was classy but still comfortable — perfect for a special night out. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Can’t wait to go back!

Nestled within the elegant Phoenician Resort, J&G Steakhouse offers a sophisticated dining experience with stunning views of the Camelback Valley landscape. Chef de cuisine Jacques Qualin curates a menu featuring premium fare, including their renowned Parker House rolls, adding a warm touch of American history to the dining experience.
The best fine dining in Arizona! the filet mignon was cooked to perfection. the tuna tartare that’s flown in each morning was absolutely to die for! And the mushroom risotto coming from somebody who dislikes mushrooms was absolutely brilliant. the chef here definitely knows what he’s doing back there!

The view, the services and the food are all perfect. We had a nice dinner here. All of us enjoyed the sunset and night view. How a beautiful night.
Alan C — Google review
My dinner at J&G Steakhouse was absolutely amazing. The view was incredible, with a scenic sunset patio that let us dine under the stars. The customer service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. The wine selection was also fantastic. Overall, a sophisticated and memorable dining experience at the base of Camelback Mountain. Highly recommend it!
Jesse E — Google review
We had a large dinner party of around 20 girls come on a Sunday. The service was great and prompt. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. I ended up going for the peppercorn steak which I ultimately regretted. The peppercorn was insanely overpowering and also had way too thick of chunks, so it was kind of inedible. I also ordered sides like the potatoes and mac & cheese, but unfortunately, they never made it to the table. I think they were forgotten. My friends, however, got the prefix menu which I was able to taste and actually really enjoyed. I thought their steak was a lot better than mine. Other than that, the drinks were really good and so is the company which was more important overall.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Superior J&G Steakhouse completely exceeded expectations. The setting is absolutely stunning—sunset views over the mountains make it feel like a true Scottsdale gem. The service was top-notch from start to finish—professional, warm, and genuinely attentive without ever being overbearing. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful, and the sides were just as impressive (heirloom tomato salad & roasted mushrooms are a must!). You can tell every detail is intentional—from the cocktails to the presentation. It’s the kind of place that makes any dinner feel like a special occasion. $$$$$ Must try; Heirloom Tomato Salad Chilled Lobster w/ lemon aioli Jumbo Shrimp cocktail East & West Coast Oysters Roasted Mushrooms Filet Mignon

I’m usually not into steakhouses or fancy dining, but J&G totally changed my mind. My husband convinced me to go, and I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the whole experience from the friendly hostess to our awesome server and the perfectly cooked food. Everything was tasty, the service was top-notch, and even though I was super full, I still made room for dessert.
Martha M — Google review
Absolutely wonderful experience. My hubby and I came here for our 11 year anniversary - so glad we came here. The view and ambiance was unmatched. The GM (I think was Frank) came out to say to us as well. We will be back soon :)
Sabrina C — Google review
The GM Frank Armanetti is a truly horrifying human being!!! I’ve been going to J&G for the last 15 years had my family even did my cousins engagement dinner there!! Compared to Patrick his predecessor Frank leaves A lot to be desired. I have a 6lb Maltese service dog and a second even smaller Maltese that I’m training to be a service dog. These dogs don’t shed and very quiet and sit in a stroller. Mr Amanetti literally kicked us out of the EMPTY restaurant because he accused me of my dog not being a service dog and had zero interest in seeing the letter from my Dr as to why I have this dog. I’m a Platinum Elite Bonvoy member and usually travel with my dogs!! They’ve stayed at multiple Ritz Carlton’s this past year and go to all fine dining restaurants in AZ regularly. I’ve never been treated this way. It’s beyond appalling and distressing. I will put in a formal complaint to Marriot and most likely not go to J&G again until he is removed!!!

I came here for my birthday tonight and my experience was nothing short of incredible. The entire staff from the time we walked in to the time we left were so kind and attentive. The food was top notch, seriously, no complaints with anything. But the star of our night was Jen! She provided IMPECCABLE SERVICE! My husband and I felt so taken care of and I felt so special and so, SEEN! Jen explained the off menu items to us carefully and gave us her recommendations. Not only will we be back for the great food and atmosphere but we will most certainly be asking for Jen again. I hope she sees this review and knows that Keith and I were grateful for her.

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of celebrating a special birthday here, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like VIPs—elegant ambiance, impeccable service, and an unforgettable dining experience. The food was phenomenal. Each dish masterfully prepared and delicious. What truly set the night apart was the exceptional service. Our servers were attentive, knowledgeable, and made fantastic recommendations. When they surprised us with a decadent desser for the birthday celebration, complete with a candle and a heartfelt happy birthday, it was the perfect finishing touch.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Dominick’s Steakhouse is pure Scottsdale luxury — from the moment you walk in, it feels like an experience. The atmosphere is chic, moody, and elevated, perfect for celebrating my 40th birthday. Our steaks were cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The sides are just as impressive (the King Crab legs & Crème Brûlée Creamed Corn is a must!). Service was top-tier — professional, warm, and perfectly paced. Yes, it’s a splurge, but worth every penny for the quality, ambiance, and overall experience. Dominick’s delivers on every level — it’s easily one of the best steakhouses in Scottsdale. $$$$ Must try; Crème Brûlée Creamed Corn Sautéed Wild Mushrooms Chilean Seabass Filet Mignon Norwegian King Crab Legs
Shawna N — Google review
I’ll start with the food- best meal I’ve ever had in my life. The Kobe, the baked potato, and the key lime pie were especially notable. Our server, Sergio, was phenomenal, and the entire staff wished us a happy 10th anniversary. Ambiance was great and allowed for us to be truly present on our date. Overall 11 out of 10!
Amy M — Google review
Thank you Dominick’s for providing an elegant night for my boyfriend’s birthday. I spent a week hiding our reservation and you guys did not disappoint. He was in cloud 9 from the moment we pulled up to the valet, to walking out the door. Your entire staff from front to back is brilliant. However, Michael (who was working the upper level) is the star of the show. He made it feel so comfortable, explained the menu in detail, even explained the off menu daily options (sorry we didn’t order off of it, Mike!) Michael provided a phenomenal experience, simply by being himself. I can’t wait to visit Dominick’s again and specifically ask for Michael. Also, a big shout out to Sky who walked us to our table. She is so sweet and welcoming. Sky was a huge part to our dining experience. I can’t wait to return and have Sky as our server. She deserves to be promoted to her natural element.
Angie M — Google review
We went to Dominick’s Steakhouse to celebrate my wife’s birthday, expecting a memorable dinner. Well… it was memorable — just not in the way we hoped. I ordered the 45-day dry-aged ribeye (medium), and my wife ordered a filet (medium-well). Our server kindly warned us that the steaks usually come out a level below what you order — so “medium” is really “medium-rare,” and “medium-well” is closer to “medium.” He suggested we go up a level. My wife specifically said she didn’t want her steak burnt, and he assured us it wouldn’t be. Fast forward to dinner: her steak came out dry, overcooked, and burnt, while mine came out medium-well instead of medium — basically, we swapped cooking levels but neither of us won. My wife managed just a few bites before giving up. To their credit, the restaurant called the next day to check in. I explained what happened, and they said a manager would call to make it right. That call never came. For a place known for premium cuts and fine service, this experience missed the mark — and not just by a few degrees of doneness. **Update: The manager reached out afterward and handled everything very professionally. He apologized for our experience and offered a gift card as a gesture of goodwill. I really appreciate the effort to make things right — it shows they do care about their customers and stand behind their service.
Milad E — Google review
The wine room was excellent for atmosphere. It was semi private and romantic. Our server, John made the evening special with his attention to detail and food suggestions. Got a follow up phone call the next day asking if everything was up to par. Above and beyond!
Kevin L — Google review
If you’re looking for a romantic, upscale dining experience that delivers on both ambiance and flavor, Dominick’s Steakhouse is an absolute must. I had the pleasure of dining here for my anniversary with my boyfriend, and it was such a special treat from start to finish. First off, the restaurant itself is very fancy but also super cute the kind of place that feels both elegant and inviting. The décor is refined and luxurious, perfect for a special occasion or a classy night out. The service was truly exceptional. Our server was not only incredibly attentive but also extremely knowledgeable. He offered thoughtful suggestions on what to order and how to pair our food and drinks, which made the entire experience feel curated just for us. You could tell he really knew the menu and cared about making sure we enjoyed everything. The atmosphere was so romantic low lighting, cozy seating, and just the right amount of background buzz. It made the perfect setting for an anniversary dinner. Every dish we tried was delicious, but the real standout for me was the dessert. I wish I remembered the exact name, but it was a chocolate peanut butter pie of some sort, and it was absolutely amazing. Rich, decadent, and totally worth saving room for we both loved it. The cocktails were also on point. I especially recommend the Stone Fruit Martini it was fresh, perfectly balanced, and a great complement to the meal. Overall, Dominick’s Steakhouse exceeded expectations in every way. From the food to the service to the ambiance, it was a memorable experience. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just looking to treat yourself, I highly recommend making a reservation.

We sat at the bar and were served by Hailey. It was a very nice and quiet evening. I had a martini (Cosmo) very delicious for dinner we had a ribeye and a petite sirloin with sides of asparagus and gnocchi. Everything was delicious!

First time at this location . I was able to make reservations online easily. Our server was Cory and he was amazing! They currently had a summer special , 4 course meal for $80 with a wonderful selection of options and upgrades. We brought guest who have never been to Mastro’s and they said they really enjoyed it! Mashed potatoes, cream corn and mac and cheese were all delicious and must try sides in my opinion! We were excited to try the seasonal dessert, lemon blueberry butter cake! Thank you again to Cory and staff for the great service.
Lacy P — Google review
Spectacular evening at master City Hall. Our server, Nicole took excellent care of us and the food manager Ryan checked on us numerous times to make sure we were fine. Doesn't have oysters or great, the Wedge salad was outstanding with incredible excess of crunchy bacon and the ribeye steak was to die for. They served the steak pre-sliced with two super hot plates that sizzled when we put our slice of steak on it, we have not had that surface before and we loved it. Cocktails, and Manhattan and old-fashioned or top line and expensive, of course but worth it! We had a beautiful booth inside the bar where it was nice and quiet until the music played, but the music was excellent and not overpowering. The previous time we've been to master of the steak was subpar and we had not planned on going back and we are definitely grateful we did! Thank you for listening to our needs and taking such great care of us. We will ask for you again.!!

I’ve been here plenty of times and the food, service, and ambiance never disappoints. This is a great place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, and so much more. They give you fantastic suggestions from the menu and their food is always delicious. I always walk out so full because I can’t hold myself back! My favorite part is the pretzel bread, and we always get more to bring home!
Madeline D — Google review
Food was great. Loved the bread. My steak was cooked wrong and the second one came out better but still not really medium. The cheesecake for my birthday was really good. Loved the skinny spicy margarita.

Once again no disappointment here! My wife arranged for a spectacular Birthday dinner celebration. Carissa and the team delivered a fantastic meal with a great experience. If you love great food and experiences, better book a reservation.

We flew from Seattle to Scottsdale for our 19th anniversary and decided on Mastro’s City Hall for dinner. What an excellent choice. From the moment we arrived until we left the it was excellent service. The hostess greeted us with a smile and then led us to our table. We were met by our waiter Chris who was nice and pleasant. He was also very knowledgable about all the food items on the menu. We started with the bacon and shrimp and it was delicious. Later the GM Jeff came over and introduced himself and we asked him for some recommendations. Let me tell you he did not steer us wrong. We had a few filets and several side dishes. When the food came out it looked amazing and smelled good. The filet was nice and tender and the sides that we ordered were very tasty. When it was time to order dessert there were plenty of choices but the GM and Chris already had a sample platter for us that was on the house since it was our anniversary. The key lime pie was phenomenal and my wife loved the butter cake. Overall it was a great experience and I can’t wait to go back. Also, we kept the menu as it was personalized for our 19th anniversary.

Always a great experience!! The scallops were cooked perfectly and honestly, the best I have had. Ribeye, KC Strip and Pork Chop were delicious. Sides as always were over portioned perfectly and served by team members and management including the GM. Service was amazing through out our experience as well! My guests were completely blown away by the entire experience and are already asking when we can go to Mastro’s City Hall again. 5 Stars Highly recommend

Mastro’s is a next level restaurant. The food is great across the board and the service is front and center. The manager (Bernice) is phenomenal and is extremely helpful when we use their private rooms for events. The staff at Mastro’s is all about the details and they don’t miss a beat. This place checks off all the boxes.

Mastro’s is easily a top 5 steakhouse in Arizona. The food is top-notch no matter what you order, and the service is consistently amazing. The manager, Bernice, is phenomenal, and the private rooms are perfect for events or special gatherings. The staff has a keen eye for detail, which makes the entire dining experience feel elevated. This place is a solid 5 stars in my book. My only complaint is that parking can be a bit difficult, but once you’re inside, it’s well worth it.
Robb V — Google review
Amazing food. Outstanding 5-Star service. Petit filet was tender and juicy. Cesar salad was perfectly dressed. Creamed corn and garlic mashed potatoes were cooked to perfection. Broccoli was also cooked well. Plates are super heated so food doesn’t get cold! Servers all worked together to ensure a perfect dining experience. Complementary valet should be utilized as parking can get tight in the shared parking lot. I took the time to review the restaurant; I wish they’d respond with something more than the “automated reply” of: “Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. It means so much when our customers share their experience, and we are glad we were able to meet your expectations! We hope to see you again ...”. Blah!!

The three of us dined at the OG Mastro’s in North Scottsdale—and just learned this was the original location. We’ve been driving to Paradise Valley thinking that was the main one, but no more. This is the real deal. Monica took amazing care of us—professional, warm, and attentive. Hank kept our glasses full with still and sparkling water, always perfectly timed. Just top-tier service all around. We ordered the Tomahawk Chop Australian Wagyu and the 8 oz A5 New York Strip—both phenomenal cuts, perfectly cooked, rich, and tender. For sides, we went big: garlic mashed potatoes, white cheddar mac and cheese, broccolini, and creamed spinach. The portions were massive—definitely sharing size, and absolutely delicious. The Béarnaise sauce deserves a moment of its own—rich, velvety, and the perfect complement to the steaks. Don’t skip it. A huge thank you as well to the team member who boxed up our food—I didn’t catch your name, but you packed everything with care. Breakfast tomorrow is going to be legit. Mike, the GM, came by to check in after our meal—great conversation and a genuine touch that capped off the night perfectly. The vibe here is different from the newer Mastro’s locations—more grounded, more generous. Great value, outstanding service, and an experience that truly stands out. We made sure to show our appreciation at the end—great service like this deserves to be recognized. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Scottsdale. Thanks again to the whole team.

We had such an incredible experience at Mastro’s! Our server, Jared, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and professional. My steak was hands down the BEST steak I’ve ever had—cooked to perfection and full of flavor. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Can’t wait to come back!

Our waiter Lorenzo was great. We talked about Charleston South Carolina. For a young guy he is old school, and classy. Oh by the way the food was great.Enjoyed our evening. Ps Jake was one of the best server assistants we have had anywhere. We do eat out alot

When it comes to a steak house, Mastro's is about as high-end as you can get. Beautiful place, amazing bread, food (steaks and seafood), sides and the best dessert on earth, the butter cake. I jokingly always said that they should have a butter cake drive through because I would visit it multiple times a week. We always return to this gem of a restaurant and I highly recommend it.

Maple & Ash is a sophisticated steakhouse known for its elevated classics and extensive wine list. It's a popular spot for a fancy brunch or dinner with friends, offering delicious food and a unique dining experience. The restaurant, led by Michelin-star chef Danny Grant, serves classic wood-fired dishes in an elegant setting. Their menu includes favorites like ricotta agnolotti, fire-roasted chicken with salsa verde, and various cuts of steak.
If you’re looking for a place to celebrate or just have a nice meal this is definitely the spot! We came in for our anniversary and Gabby provided excellent service. We were greeted with a welcome snack and martini, every single dish we ordered was excellent, and I would definitely dine here again! My favorite dishes would be the slow roasted sea bass and the gooey butter torte. The fish was melt in your mouth with a perfect crust, the dessert was crunchy, warm, soft, and sweet. I can’t wait to come back!

Traveling for a birthday dinner and we were absolutely blown away. The staff paid incredible attention to detail and helped explain everything. The meatballs and garlic bread appetizer were tender and flavorful. We both ordered the ribeye medium rare with beefed up butter. We both could not believe how delicious the steak was combined with the butter and bone marrow. We got sides of potatoes el gratin and brussel sprouts that paired nicely together. One of the best steaks we have had and we travel a lot. We finished with the gooey butter torte and scrapped the plate clean in satisfaction. If you’re in the area and want a special dinner add this to your itinerary. I recommend making reservations in advance.

Love the fresh seafood and upbeat, yet laid back, atmosphere here for brunch, dinner and the Tower Hour. All have been luxurious and satisfying with friendly and professional service. We will certainly be back again soon. This time we enjoyed complimentary drinks and onion dip with caviar to start. We followed with mezcal and a draft IPA, then started with a roasted seafood tower with butter, chili oil and pasta finished table side. Next, lobster with truffle frites, prime French dip and oyster Rockefeller dip. Another good time and great meal! Cheers! 🙏🏼🍻🥂🦪 🦞

My husband and I went there to celebrate for my birthday. The food was great! I love the seafood tower. You can really taste the wood fire smokes. The seasoning was excellent touch. The steak was also good. The wedge salad was surprisingly very good. The onion ring made it so much better! The bone marrow was a bit too salty in my opinion. However, for the price of the food I feel like I could go somewhere else. The chocolate cake wasn’t that good. Don’t recommend it. The service was not so great. Usually when we visit fancy restaurants, they ask if we are celebrating anything or if there’s special occasion. The waiter didn’t ask and we didn’t really had a chance to share that we were celebrating my birthday. I was kinda bummed out because I thought my husband had noted it in the reservation. I didn’t get the cool menu that others get for their birthdays. The waiter was very pushy for ordering food. There were only the two of us and we already ordered big entree portions but the waiter kept on asking us if we wanted appetizers even after my husband said no. We ended up getting the wedge salad. The salad was good but we had so much leftovers because we had too much food. The atmosphere was great for dates and special occasions! Love the vibe and overall aesthetic of the restaurant.

Maple & Ash Scottsdale was worth every penny — hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The vibe was amazing from the moment I walked in. The food was amazing. The service was top-tier without being uptight, and the whole night felt special. It’s definitely a splurge, but totally worth it. I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat.

Wow, what an experience! My husband and I were celebrating his birthday and our wedding anniversary and I’m so happy we chose Maple and Ash! From the complimentary welcome drink and app, to ambience, to the service, and not to mention how perfect the food was. Unbelievable! Drea was our server and she was amazing. We didn’t feel rushed through dinner, enjoyed each course thoroughly with lots of time to chat in between. It wasn’t too quiet like most steakhouses, a great house music playlist. The beef tartare was a new experience for me but so delicious. The pillows of love were insane. We shared the NY strip and it was cooked perfectly. Espresso martini was very coffee heavy but tasted amazing. 10/10. Can’t wait to go back!

Roaring Fork is a stylish restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale that exudes an Old West vibe and offers flame-grilled American cuisine along with cocktails. The menu features a variety of wood-fired dishes, including Filet Mignon, Double-Cut Pork Chops, Cedar Plank Salmon, and Rainbow Trout. In addition to hearty meats, the restaurant also serves comfort food favorites like Boneless Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Braised Pork Shoulder Tacos.
Dinner at Roaring Fork in Scottsdale, a short drive from Phoenix, hit all the right notes—bold cowboy country flavours with a refined twist. Think open-flame cooking, local ingredients, and a splash of Mexican flair. We warmed up with their Green Chili Pork Stew—tender pork in a spicy green chili broth, gooey pepperjack, and soft, buttered flour tortillas. Total comfort on a chilly night. Steak lovers, don’t sleep on the 16oz New York Strip. Wood-fired and hand-cut, it’s charred, smoky, juicy, and everything you want in a proper Southwestern steak. The Ahi Tuna was a nice surprise—seared just right and super fresh. As for the Rotisserie Chicken, it was juicy and flavorful, though we did wish it was kampong chicken—but hey, that’s just us nitpicking. The space? Rustic cowboy charm meets cozy elegance. Soft lights, warm service, and good vibes all around.

I made a reservation for my nephew and I. We wanted a nice steak. When we got there we were seated quickly however they sat us by the kitchen and I found the staff distracting with how they were acting. Our menus were empty. The server took a while to come around and give us menus. She took his drink order and gave me time with the menu but took another while to come back. Matt came around and checked on us so I gave him our appetizer order. The lamb was good but the fondue wouldn't stay lit because where we were sat. Nephew loved the Nashville chicken bites weren't too spicy. He loved them. We both ordered the NY Strip Steak. I ordered medium and him medium well. After a short while we realized they gave us each other's steak. We switched but as you can imagine- eating a steak after a teenage has cut into it is not the most visually pleasing steak anymore. Overall I was disappointed in the service. Dinner didn't come with ease. We enjoyed each other's company but it was a 2 hour dinner. I tipped 18% but normally I like to tip 25-30% with great service. They frustrated me during dinner but I just had to smile and shake it off. I used to come here a lot. I'm not sure I'll ever care to go back.

Absolutely delicious!! Happy hour is amazing but either get there when they open or wait an hour. The Huckleberry margaritas are the way to go but be careful they sneak up on you!! The burger and fries were also amazing!!

This place is way bigger than I expected, with a great patio and lively ambiance. We were seated right away, and our server Kaileigh was fantastic: friendly, attentive, and full of personality. Honestly, the service here was the best part of the night. The drinks, unfortunately, were a mixed bag leaning heavily toward disappointment. The house favorite Raging Rita was so tart it made my face pucker. It felt like they forgot any kind of sweet element—simple syrup, agave, anything—and the result was a “we have margaritas at home” kind of situation. I gave it a 2/10 only because I did finish it. The Category 6 Lemonade, on the other hand, was shockingly drinkable considering it had four different liquors in it. It was smooth without being too sweet and ended up being the standout cocktail. The Peach Palmer sounded great on paper but was so watered down it tasted like someone showed iced tea a picture of a peach and called it a day. My husband couldn’t stand it, and I wouldn’t recommend it either. The Envious Old Fashioned sealed the deal for the drink menu—just bourbon in a glass with a sad cherry. No balance, no sweetness, no depth. Food wasn’t much better. The queso de puerco was the winner by far—creamy, spicy, full of pork, and packing a nice amount of heat. It was a little thin and oily until we stirred it, but it kept us dipping back for more. Sadly, everything else fell flat. The “Big Ass Burger” looked incredible when it hit the table but ended up being all show and no flavor. The patty was undercooked (rare instead of medium), unseasoned, and completely overwhelmed by the bun. Poblano? Nonexistent. We even tried drowning it in queso to rescue it, but eventually gave up and sent it back. At least the fries were crisp, well-seasoned, and perfect with the queso. We swapped the burger for the crispy chicken bites with Nashville seasoning, but that was no upgrade. It was basic frozen chicken thrown in a fryer and dusted with generic “Nashville hot” powder. Spicy, yes, but with no flavor beyond that, and the ranch dip was just as uninspired and definitely not house-made. For a place with so many glowing reviews, this visit was a real letdown. The ambiance is fun, the patio is great, and the service, especially from Kaileigh and the manager, was excellent. But when the food is mostly a fail and the drinks can’t carry their weight, even great service can’t save the night. As much as I wanted to like it, queso alone can’t make up for everything else. Sadly, we won’t be back.

I got the bacon wrapped pork loin and my husband got the 3 course special with ribeye. Both were quite tasty. We were sat right next to the kitchen/expo area so it was a bit noisier and darker than I anticipated. Food and dessert came quickly and the server was really nice.

Great food, we sat at the bar and received great service I had the fried chicken and the wife the broasted chicken, both were delicious. Great place to watch a game.

Kaileigh was our server and did an amazing job, we sat on the patio Category 6 Lemonade Smirnoff Citron, raspberry and orange vodka, chambord, lime, Huckleberry lemonade Delicious, refreshing, good blend of liquors Peach Palmer Ketel One peach and Orange blossom, lemonade, iced tea I don't know if it's just the vodka, but I don't taste peach, I don't taste orange, I just taste water Queso con Puerco Green chili pork, red pepper relish, corn chips I could eat a vat of this, really delicious, an amazing amount of pork, good heat Big ass burger Poblano, cheddar, bacon, lettuce, (no tomato for us), onion, pickles, Chipotle mayo, we ordered it cooked medium, comes with fries The burger patty doesn't taste like there was any seasoning used, we asked for medium and got closer to rare, the burger patty to bun ratio was so far off the patty immediately slid out the back side of the bun with the first bite, The bacon was there but in name only, I didn't detect even a hint of poblano, we even tried to salvage it by putting the queso puerco on it, but it was not going to help We sent it back and decided to get the crispy chicken bites appetizer The fries were amazing, seasoned well, crispy on the outside, the Chipotle mayo was delicious Crispy chicken bites appetizer Right off the bat the presentation was okay, but it was very obvious that some of the pieces had been fried much longer than others based on the color of the breading, after taking the first bite it was immediately obvious these were not seasoned chicken bites that were fried, these were basic Sysco chicken bites that had been fried, and then tossed with seasoning salt, likely some food service Nashville hot seasoning, and the ranch just tasted like something from a jar These went back as well, after speaking to the manager I've been considering coming here for years, and I was really looking forward to it To say that the food missed the mark is an understatement, sadly, this has been my experience several times in the Scottsdale road corridor Obviously not recommending, not returning

Ambiance & Decor: 4.5 stars – Classic Mastro’s vibe. Big, dramatic, and elegant with a lively bar and piano setting the mood. Service: 5 stars – Mike was the highlight of the night… friendly, funny, and genuinely made the experience better. Food: 3.5 stars – Good overall, but they’ve apparently never met a sauce they didn’t like. Drinks: 4 stars – Solid cocktail list, fits the upscale steakhouse setting. Value / Overall: 4 stars – Fun night out, but definitely more sauce than substance. Final Score: 4 out of 5 stars Still a great night, but someone needs to hide the ladle. Mastro’s was one of those nights where the setting said wow but the food said whoa, that’s a lot of sauce. The restaurant itself is stunning; huge, lively, with that signature Mastro’s glam. The bar is beautiful, complete with live piano music that makes you feel like you’re in a movie scene where everyone’s pretending to have deep conversations. Our waiter, Mike, deserves his own round of applause. Friendly, fun, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great night. Honestly, he’s the reason this review didn’t dip to 3 stars. Now, onto the food aka the great sauce saga. The tiger shrimp entrée was good but swimming in sauce and a little tough. The scallops? They were… fine, but came covered in sauce on top of more sauce, next to a side of cheesy toast that felt like flavor overkill. Someone in the kitchen clearly said “more” one too many times. The lobster bisque was solid; creamy and well-balanced. Loved that they split it for us in the kitchen, a classy touch. But the real star of the show was the seared tuna appetizer. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Easily the best thing we ordered and a great recommendation from Mike. Overall, Mastro’s delivers on atmosphere and service, but the food could use a little less flair and a little more faith in the ingredients. If they trust their flavors half as much as they trust their sauces, it could easily be five stars.

Right out of the gate, I thought to myself “dang, another steakhouse”. And while it has many similarities to an Eddie V’s or a Morton’s, they all have their own little flare. First order of business - drinks. This was a 20 person corporate dinner, so getting drinks in hand is no easy task but, yet, an important one! Handled with ease, everyone had a drink within minutes. Second order of business - ambience. It has the typical low-light, romantic, upscale steakhouse vibe that most do. Now comes the good stuff…FOOD! JAPANESE A5 WAYGU - I loved the steak selections. Being a midwesterner, we eat steaks frequently and it’s always the same options. We rarely see anything outside the norm, so I had to order something I can’t easily get back in Iowa. And being severely anemic, steaks are always at the top of my list. While the seafood looked good, I’m still a midwestern steak lover. I opted for the Japanese A5 Waygu, medium rare. This was a melt-like-warm-butter situation. Oh…my…! Definitely a top 5 steak in my lifetime, and I’ve eaten steaks around the globe. I couldn’t stop from devouring this steak. And I got it Oscar style, but that was a waste. This steak needed no sauce. While the king crab was delicious, it was unnecessary for this beautiful steak. If there was a steak heaven, this one sits on the King’s throne. CHILEAN SEA BASS - husband got the Chilean Sea Bass with a blackened seasoning. No disappointments here; fish was white, thick cut, hearty and flaky, and perfectly seasoned. Blackened spice had bold flavors and a small kick, with the temperature on it spot on. Not overcooked and rubbery, like many fishes are. SIDES - were family style, all delicious! We had Asparagus, broccolini, white gnocchi, lobster mashed potatoes and onion rings. All fire! HEIRLOOM TOMATO SALAD - was nothing special; honestly, I thought it was bland. Tomatoes weren’t in season so that didn’t help but this dish lacked any flavor. Even the balsamic was tasteless. WEDGE SALAD - I love a wedge salad, so we ordered one when the server’s intro speech recommended their wedge salad as the most popular salad. This is pre-chopped, and I didn’t like that. Half the reason I love wedge salads is because it’s a wedge that I cut myself. It’s the fun of the salad, so when it came pre-chopped I wasn’t impressed. Now, to be fair, it does say “chopped” on the menu, so that was my bad for not putting the dots together there. Also, I like a balsamic glaze drizzled over the top of my wedge, and this didn’t have that either. Underwhelming salad IMO. BUTTER RUM CAKE - what they’re most known for, and I can see why. It’s a rum-soaked, dense pound cake, and it is decedent. FLOURLESS CAKE - is rubbing myself in flourless chocolate cake a crime, because this cake was so rich and creamy, I half expect that it would double as a great body cream! Thick, rich, creamy and delicious…so glad we didn’t have much to go around because I would’ve eaten the whole thing and been miserable. Even more miserable than I already felt after eating half the bread basket (before our salads) plus everything else! All in all, this is a top 5 for me in the Scottsdale area. And we’ve eaten our way across Scottsdale so finding dream locations isn’t a daily occurrence. We have many we like but don’t love; this one we LOVED!

Service was 6/5. Very much appreciated our genuine server. Very knowledgeable, had a good time with us, great recommendations, prompt. One person in our party did not enjoy their food: staff was very apologetic and accommodating, handled the complaint exactly the way they should have. Food 5/5. Plates came out extremely hot (they warned 400 degrees) which I hadn't experienced before, but would love to again. The bottom of my perfectly cooked filet had an added texture from this that was amazing, and all of our family style sides (which service kindly dished up for everyone) stayed hot. The butter cake was absolutely delightful, I wish I didn't share it with the table. Atmosphere 5/5. I thought they had a very interesting cover album playing for the majority of my time there, only to realize it was a woman performing in the bar area. Great song selections and beautifully done. Kudos to this artist. Dining room was dark, which felt very comfortable. The only negative I could say is that you may want a little light if you have vision issues. I was compelled to write this review as I was extremely impressed with the whole experience. This is not a cheap place to eat, but well worth their price tag in my opinion. Would happily recommend.

Horrible service. We spent 75 minutes waiting for our dinner. They finally brought to go boxes with what you see in the pictures... raw steaks, no sauce on any side. I get tickets get lost and mistakes happen yet no one at this restaurant bothered to come to our table and own it and try to serve the meal we ordered on Father's Day. Sad as we have been regulars for years.

Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse is a premier destination for meat lovers seeking an unforgettable dining experience. This upscale churrascaria combines the rich tradition of Brazilian barbecue with modern elegance, offering guests an all-you-can-eat feast of expertly carved prime cuts right at their tables. The unique dining concept allows patrons to signal when they want more by flipping a card from green to red, ensuring that the delicious meats keep coming until they're satisfied.
Yesterday was my birthday and my husband and I did not know where to go! We planned to go to Phi Chang initially until I lost my mood. Then, I searched something new. I found this restaurant. Honestly, we did not expect much from this restaurant. We thought it would be a long delay to send the meats as their marketing strategy. Also, we speculated that rhe meats weren't tasty and it would be uncomfortable eating in the crowd for my special moment. We gambled for my birthday. But we were so surprised with how we can reserve a table within a few hours before the time. The meats were so tender and juicy! Their lamb meats were the best! They have pork meats and chicken too. But I do not eat pork. I told them that I don't eat pork for my beliefs. They communicated with their team to send us more beef and lamb. Another good thing was the staff and waitresses and waiters. They were so friendly, listening, and helping each other. The meats came to our table quite often and it was so satisfying for both tummy and tongue! One more, their alchohol drinks were also good! I ordered hibiscus strawberry and passion fruit ones! Out this world! We highly recommend this place to all folks! We will cone back again for sure! I forgot one thing: Thanks for the complimentary dessert (cheesecake in creambrulle style)! Loved it! One waiter showed in my back in my picture! We liked him! ❤️

I celebrated my birthday at Fogo de Chão, and it was truly a night to remember—thanks in large part to the amazing service from Nick and Eddy. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the evening special. They were both incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Nick was knowledgeable and offered great menu tips, while Eddy made sure we were always taken care of and our drinks stayed full, sides were fresh, and they even helped make the birthday feel extra special. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out and made the celebration that much better. If you’re planning a special occasion, I highly recommend Fogo de Chão and definitely ask for Nick and Eddy. They helped make it one of the best birthday dinners I’ve ever had!

We had an EXCELLENT time there yesterday. Our server Ysenia was wonderful from the moment we arrived. So welcoming and fun. We did the $49 special and it was still so much food. Everything was delicious, I just wish we had bigger appetites! We were there to celebrate my bachelorette party and Ysenia insisted I get a dessert, her treat. I’m so glad she talked me into it, because the brûlée cheesecake was probably the best I’ve ever had. Thanks for a great time!

First time visiting Fogo! This place is amazing, my daughter and son gave me a gift card for Father’s Day and tbh it sat in the drawer for a while. My wife and I finally decided to get out on a date night and use it the other night, man glad we did. Heads up - we did put in a reset online using open table, but still had to wait almost an hour to get seated. So don’t think you’re just gonna walk right in. But I will tell you the service was fantastic, all the meats served were full of flavor and man I don’t know what they put in their little bread rolls but I wanted to take a sack of them home!! So good. All and all I feel like the value for the cost and atmosphere aligned and the team did a great job . Thanks for a great night out Fogo!

Rachel is horrible. Rachel is the reason for 2 stars. Otherwise would have been 5 Leaves a terrible taste of fogo de chao. We saw her screaming at our server. Made us very uncomfortable especially because our server was great to us. Our server was meeting every single one of our needs. Exactly how he should. Rachel is definitely NOT personable. Just selfish and no sense of hospitality. She doesn’t understand the industry. She doesn’t understand how to made the “customer come first.” Don’t know who trained her or how she was taught. But anybody in the restaurant industry just knows this is not how to “customer service.” (Coming from someone in the restaurant industry). If I was fogo de chao I would demote her IMMEDIATELY. She does not care about customers or client experience. Trust me. We spent around $500. I had a very small request and she was not able to meet it. To be specific one of our family came to join us. Not to come eat. Just to come say hi! He was planning to pull up a chair for a minute or two from the table next to us. The manager Rachel told us no. That it was not acceptable. She told us the table next to us had a party that was full. Then proceeded to pull one single chair away to the back. Lol ( which easily could have been ours for 1-5 minutes.) I ended up sharing my own chair my him. Which was apparently fine to her. Again because he wasn’t eating or drinking. Just asked for a water. Everybody else was amazing expect for Rachel really put a bad taste in our mouth. Very disappointing coming from a 5 star restaurant.

A Truly Special Birthday Dining Experience! I enjoyed an absolutely fantastic birthday dinner here, and the entire experience was top-notch. From the moment we walked in, all the Staff were incredibly pleasant and professional, setting a wonderful tone for the evening. We were clearly informed of the menu, which was very helpful. A particular highlight was the lively and engaging service; it was fun to be attended to by several different team members who brought our food and checked up on us. It created a warm and energetic atmosphere. Now, for the food—it was exceptional! We very much enjoyed ourselves, with the clear favorites being the perfectly cooked Lamb Chop and the flavorful Crab Cake. I highly recommend both. A word of advice: be sure to bring your appetite, as you won't want to miss a thing. To top it all off, the complementary birthday desserts were a delightful surprise. The molten lava cake and the cheesecake were both absolutely amazing. A huge thank you to my brother Monty for treating me, and to the entire team for making my celebration so memorable. A five-star experience all around!

My crew was out for celebrating and booked a time at Fogo de Chao in Scottsdale. As our crew arrived it was evident the reservation would not be honored due to the crowds at the restaurant. We debated that not honoring the reservation is to drive up drink sales at the bar. Fifteen minutes after our reservation time we were seated and a few minutes later the server arrived to take drink orders. Within minutes the meat began to arrive with the rolls and bananas. The food was extremely good with my preference for the lamb and filet. The service from our server was not as good. Numerous time drinks ran out, requests for more drinks took over 10 minutes, water was served without any ice, requests for more bread and bananas were slowly addressed, and we gave up on dessert after looking at the menu for over 10 minutes before the server came back to check. When we asked for the check the server disappeared so we asked another server to help us get our check so we could leave. Overall the meats, bread, and bananas were exceptional but bad service impacted the celebration.

I really enjoyed my night with my family celebrating 🍾 my graduation. The atmosphere upon walking in was welcomed, respectful and considered. Nick and his tram did a phenomenal job serving us and making us feel welcomed. The food is another thing. We tried the Japan and NY steak and they were both delicious and the mac&cheese was so good forgot to take a Pic. Overall, highly recommend. You want good food. You have to pay for good food and services. Thank you!

This place truly deserves five stars. From the moment I arrived until the very end, the service was exceptional. Every detail was attended to with care and genuine hospitality. I never had to ask for a thing. The food was exquisite beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and presented with such elegance. It was a wonderful dining experience that left a lasting impression.

Every time we go here are the service is amazing. No microaggressions just great food an exceptional service. Alex is out guy and he is amazing. Even the manager! You get what you pay for which means you will get damn good fresh food. I do not know much about the parking situation. It does look like a small lot. However, we have a Corvette so we use the valet... The boys in the valet are super sweet. So it's great service from start to finish up

Had the most amazing birthday for my wife. Beautiful decor and amazing food. All the staff were incredible and so kind. Our server Deylan was fabulous and made some great suggestions. Ramon was kind enough to pack away everything we could not finish. We loved how well the staff worked together to create a wonderful evening for a special birthday.

Great food, even better service. There are plenty of excellent steakhouses out there, but this one truly stands out because of its impeccable service. Every detail was spot-on from start to finish. 10/10 experience.

It was our first time and we were not disappointed. We were going to go to Dominicks, but decided to try Steak 44. I'm so glad we did. Best steak I've ever had and both sides were outstanding. We finished with Key Lime Pie, which is my wife's favorite and she said it was the best she has ever had. Our server Alex was top notch. We will be back!

The Stockyards Steakhouse is a historic Arizona establishment that has been serving up top-quality steaks and prime ribs since 1947. Located in Phoenix, this old-school steakhouse pays homage to the state's heritage with a menu focused on beef dishes. The restaurant prides itself on offering only the finest corn-fed, aged meats cooked to perfection and served with hearty sides. The Wild West-inspired ambiance adds to the dining experience, making guests feel like they've stepped back in time.
Back for Round Two! Two weeks in Phoenix and I couldn’t resist returning. This time we got the Chateaubriand for two. The salad was delicious. Ordered the Old Fashioned & Still Superb. The Beef Tenderloin was cooked to medium, but was a little rare in the middle. Still melt in your mouth superb steak. I tried it with each sauce and the creamed horseradish was the best. This didn’t need any sauce and was perfect. The Parmesan potatoes were good. The Sautéed Button Mushrooms were perfect. The Brussel sprouts were good. Service was good. Looking for a Steak House and the Stockyards Restaurant sounded perfect. Ordered the Old Fashioned with Stockyards Bourbon by Outlaw Whiskey. Perfect Compliment with the steak. The Cornbread was good and the bread just ok. Went with the Baseball Sirloin with salad & garlic whipped potatoes. The steak was lean and cooked medium perfectly. The whipped potatoes were fluffy and paired perfectly with the sirloin. Lean & tender was excellent. The salad was fresh and delicious. The Crem Brûlée was absolutely phenomenal end to the meal. The service was superb. Loved the old style steak house. Would definitely recommend and return.

Our first time to visit Phoenix and were told to try The Stockyards. We enjoyed an amazing meal. Ron was our server, and he has been at The Stockyards for 20 years. He absolutely knows the menu and helped us make some great selections. We tried the homemade onion rings for an appetizer and they were delicious. For our entree, we had the 5 oz filet with a baked potato. The second entree was the K-2 14oz filet with Parmesan potatoes and asparagus. The atmosphere was very inviting and traditional. Old school steakhouse for sure! Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal experience at The Stockyards!

Attended an event for our organization in the private dinning room. The service was great, very polite, and helpful. The restaurant is a traditional steak house so they will cook your steak medium temperature unless you ask otherwise. The steak was just ok. The steak was barely seasoned but I've had better. The sides were good and tasty. However, I probably would not make this a go to spot in my lists of steakhouses in the Valley.

Lovely place with great service and delicious food. Apparently, they have a tendency to overcook steak - my husband's was not rare as he requested. He was hungry, so ate it anyway, thought he did report it to our server. My elk was perfect, as was dessert.

The K4 Ranch steak was incredibly juicy, almost like tasting chicken soup, unbelievable! The vibe and servers are super chill, not fancy at all, which makes dining here so comfortable. The crab cakes were also delicious! Make sure to reserve a table, it gets busy on weekend nights!

Fantastic!!!!! Celebrated a birthday here and loved the old photos of Phoenix, the building-inside has comfortable chairs and booths. The decor is top-notch for a living history, museum type setting. Walk into the saloon, and be blown away by the murals on the wall. Our service was top-notch. Our waitress Alice, to all of the servers were friendly and attentive. We went early in the evening, which was the perfect time to go. It wasn’t busy then, but by the time we left, there wasn’t an empty table to be found. And that was a Friday night. Chilean Seabass, with a lobster tail was a hit!!! The sides of mashed potatoes and asparagus were perfect. The other meal we had, was a large ribeye that was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Birthday dessert was a delicious sour cream cheesecake with berries/sauce. This was a delightful experience. From the top notch service to the outstanding history preserved through photos and pictures on the walls we were impressed, and we can’t wait to bring more of our family here to try this unique place.

Our waiter, Eric, made the meal even better with his attentive service. I had the 18 oz prime rib that was fabulous, as was the Parmesan potatoes. We will be back. My 89 yo mom loves prime rib.

Roka Akor - Scottsdale is an upscale Japanese restaurant and bar known for its steak, seafood, and sushi served in a contemporary setting. It has been recognized as one of the top 10 sushi restaurants in the U.S. by Bon Appetit Magazine. The restaurant stands out with its unique robata grill, using special coal from Japan to bring out natural flavors. Signature Schochu tonic cocktails made with fresh fruit add to the dining experience.
It was no surprise that this place was extremely pricey. The sushi bar experience was cool. Eclectic menu. We enjoyed our dishes both visually and taste wise. I love a little more of a traditional menu so I'm not sure I'll go back but it was personal preference. Service was outstanding as well.

A modern Japanese robata grill restaurant. One of my personal favorites. Food: Fresh, stylish, elegantly served. Attention to detail is without comparison. And so flavorful. Excellent use of first class produce. Service: quick, attentive, and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the food and beverages. I ordered the recent Restaurant Week menu and was impressed.

I came during the Arizona restaurant week and I found their food, service, and ambiance to be all exceptional. Wagyu steak and miso black cod were amazing. I ended up ordering some nigiri and they didn’t disappoint. My favorite was the toro nigiri with foie gras and caviar. What a treat that was! Their chocolate lava cake was a great finishing touch. This place has a huge bar counter area where you can watch the staff cook dishes. I didn’t see any yakitori on their menu but I think it will be really entertaining if they offered that.

Everything about our evening at Roka Akor was exceptional, and Leigh, our server, truly made it unforgettable. She was warm, knowledgeable, and guided us through the menu with perfect recommendations — from the melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu to the beautifully presented sushi and the unique black sesame ice cream for dessert. The open kitchen, premium ingredients, and elegant plating made the night feel special, but it was Leigh’s attention to detail and hospitality that really stood out. We felt genuinely cared for the entire evening. Highly recommend sitting at the chef’s counter for the full experience — and if you’re lucky enough to have Leigh as your server, you’re in great hands.

Roka Akor is hands down one of the best dining experiences in Scottsdale. The moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels chic yet inviting, perfect for both special occasions and nights out. The robata grill menu is outstanding, every dish is beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Their Wagyu and Prime steaks are melt in your mouth perfection, and the sushi is as fresh and creative as it gets. Pairing it all with one of their expertly crafted cocktails or a martini takes the meal to another level. Service is always professional, attentive, and warm which makes the experience even more memorable. If you are looking for an upscale yet comfortable restaurant that consistently delivers on food, drinks, and ambiance, Roka Akor is a must.

Came during chef week and enjoyed the prix fix menu, which started with scallop crudo, and we added veggie tempura. They were both unexpectedly unique and flavors were amazing. I have never had tasting salt with my tempura, but it was a great addition. I chose the filet mignon option, which was exquisite. We ended with a dessert of bread pudding, which was tasty, but our portion hadn't been cooked thru and the bread was soggy...but not enough to worry about sending back. I also tried the sake flight, which was alot if fun. Wait staff was friendly and attentive.

Had a fantastic dinner, from the starters to the entrées. Grilled octopus was amazing. Broccolini was smoky and roasted, with a touch of lemon. Delicious! And Wes made the evening even better, great server!

We came for our 5th anniversary. The table was set with rose pedals and a handwritten card. From the valet to the hosts and servers, the service was exceptional! Everyone that came by us was very attentive. My glass of water was never below half full. The food was a whole experience by itself! A wonderful journey of flavors throughout each bite and each dish! Absolutely Outstanding Experience My father and I had an incredible dining experience at The Capital Grille in Scottsdale. The wine selection was fantastic and paired beautifully with the meal. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming—perfect for a special night out. I ordered the Double Cut Lamb Chops, and wow—what a dish! I couldn’t believe how much meat there was, and each bite was incredibly tender and full of flavor. Perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The service was top-notch—attentive, professional, and friendly without being overbearing. Every detail, from start to finish, was spot-on. Well done to the entire team. Food was great! You get what you pay for here. Yes, it is pricey but worth the treat occasionally. Apps were good. I had the dry aged strip with blue cheese and mushrooms. It was fantastic! Veggies were great too and included asparagus, creamed spinach, and mashed potatoes. All around great meal and our server Matt (if I recall correctly) was awesome!

JJ was our waiter and I ordered the Steak Frites medium rare and it came out medium well. I sent it back, wasted my entire lunch hour waiting, and still didn’t get to eat. They boxed the second attempt to go, and when I opened it in my car, it was again overcooked—medium to medium well, worse than the first time. The staff treated me like I was the problem for expecting my order to be done correctly. The last few visits here have been nothing but disappointing with both food and service. I won’t be back, and I do not recommend this place.

When walking in the hostess was not smiling and seemed to be bothered by us. I asked for a table of three. We did not have reservations and she seemed annoyed & encouraged that I have them next time. I said, “ok what is the wait?” she proceeded to let me know it will be a 45 min wait inside or she can seat us outside in 5 min. I said we will take outside if you can provide shade. She seemed annoyed and said we can’t guarantee that but will see what we can do. As we walk outside there were umbrellas all over the place and over empty tables and no reservations to them. They put three women with no hats right in the sun with no shade. When we asked the waiter for an umbrella he seemed to accommodate nicely and was kind. I was surrounded by propane heaters and it was afternoon. I kept smelling propane and I had to say something. The waitress said that’s unusual and when she lifted the lid she noticed it was turned on and said oh yes I can smell it. But there were 4 others surrounding me. I still kept smelling propane. I complained again and told her I am tempted to get up and do the same as you did to the others knowing you are busy but she reassured me that they will do it. She got a manager. The manager acted like I was being a problem and said we never had this complaint. I felt as if he was gaslighting my experience. As soon as he lifted the others he noticed they were all turned on. Even the rest of my party started to notice as he lifted the lids. You could smell the propane. You would think he would have gone around to all of them but he seemed annoyed and did just the ones surrounding me but there were others across the patio. We all thought what a waste of propane to not turn them all off. We all got steak and mine was good but for the price I wasn’t impressed. My sister got the same steak but had a 15 year aged balsamic on hers and got extremely sick afterwards. We know it was the balsamic because we took home leftovers and her daughter had the steak with the 15 year balsamic she too got sick. I said to them it probably had mold spores or who knows how they store it for that long. Pretty disgusting if you ask me. My steak which was the same didn’t have that and I was fine. Overall for the fancy prices (we paid over $300) and this air of snooty quality they think they possess I wasn’t impressed. Waitress was nice to us but the rest blah. I will never go here again. I want to be treated kindly and with respect and I felt the moment we walked in we were judged and pushed to the side as not looking rich enough. Not for me.

We are big lovers of capital grille Denver Biltmore and the scottsdale location was our home base for many years, we went tonight after haven’t been to this location in a couple years. Whoever the skippy manager guy was In the bar area talking super loud and kissing up to an older couple sitting next to us completely ruined our dinner. if you go to an establishment knowing you are going to drop $$$$ it should be a much better experience. We had an exceptional experience at Fleming’s. We celebrated multiple birthdays with a large family group and received excellent service and delicious food. My husband said it was the best Cob salad he’s ever had. Even better than Vic and Anthony’s in Vegas. The scalloped potatoes were delicious. They also expertly accommodated the children in our party, offering a flexible 3 course menu for the little ones. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

I recently visited Fleming’s to celebrate my 4-year anniversary, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations due to the service we received. We had a reservation booked in advance for a Tuesday evening at 7:30 PM. Upon arrival, the restaurant was not particularly busy, and we were seated promptly. However, we sat for 15 minutes without being greeted. After that time, someone came by to offer us bread. 10 minutes after, a server approached and informed us that our assigned server was “too busy” to take our drink order, so she kindly stepped in to assist. About 15 minutes later, she returned with our drinks and let us know that our original server would not be taking care of us, as she was still “too busy”—despite the fact that we had been seated well before other guests. To our surprise, we noticed that she begin serving another table that had arrived 15 minutes after us. That was disappointing and made us feel overlooked. Fortunately, the server who stepped in was excellent—attentive, friendly, and professional. She took our dinner order, ensured all of our needs were met, and made the rest of the evening more enjoyable. The food was very good, though our steak was a bit fattier than expected. What left the biggest impression was the lack of initial hospitality. I’ve dined at other Fleming’s locations and have always had exceptional experiences, which is why this visit was so disheartening. I usually rave about Fleming’s, but this visit made me question my loyalty to the brand. To their credit, the manager offered to make things right by inviting us to try a different location, which I genuinely appreciated. However, I will likely avoid returning to this specific Scottsdale Road location in the future.

The best steakhouse I have tried so far, perfect food, atmosphere and service. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary, we went without reservation. They were able to seat us almost immediately. We ordered calamari for appetizers. For dinner, we ordered New York strip and fillet mignon and that was the best steak I have had. For desserts, we ordered the chocolate lava and it was heavenly. Also when we told the waiter that it was our anniversary, he brought us chocolate truffles which was a nice gesture of him. With all that amazingness come a high price so expect to pay +$200 for two people.

The upscale yet cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for any special occasion, with great service and accommodations for gluten-free diners. Visited the place through reservations with 3 colleagues. We are in the town for Home Lending Advisor training with JP Morgan Chase. After having the Caesar salad as an appetizer, I had a 22 oz Ribeye steak with twice baked potato & seasonal vegetables. The steak was grilled as medium well & it was perfect. Excellent place for steak dinner. Next time I am in the town, will certainly visit this awesome restaurant. Our server provided excellent service. Great food & atmosphere. Didn’t have room for any desserts.

The Keg was a great restaurant to celebrate a special event! My wife & I went to ‘The Keg’ to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The reason why chose this restaurant was actually due to seeing it on ads while watching NHL games that take place in Canada. We always joked about it & we decided to take the next step to try it out after years of seeing it. If anything, we were surprised to see a location in Arizona. When we arrived, we were greeted by their staff. They congratulated us on our wedding anniversary, which was nice of them to do. I recommend having a reservation as there can be a wait. We waited about 5-7 minutes with a reservation. The groups who arrived without a reservation waited much longer. When we were seated, we were asked if we were celebrating any special occasion. The funny thing was that we were asked that same question by 3 other staff members over the night. We could tell that this is the type of restaurant that many go to for a special occasion. Our server, Noah, was great. He was attentive & helped us guide through the menu. It happened to be ‘Arizona Restaurant Week’ when we dined in, so we decided to take up their offer on the 3 course meal. We both got Caesar salads to start & they were delicious. The fresh bread that was brought to the table was incredible. I could have eaten 2 more loafs myself. The whipped butter paired well. I decided to try the blueberry lemonade. It was refreshing, but it is a bit sweet. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a tart drink. The main entire that I ordered was the prime rib with a twice baked potato. The twice baked potato was tasty & paired well with the prime rib. I thought my prime rib was excellent. I ordered it medium rare & it was spot on. My wife ordered a sirloin with blue cheese & roasted vegetables. She enjoyed her meal as well. The only thing I would say is that the actual plating of the meal was a bit messy. It was all over the place & for the price of the meal, it looks sloppy. I personally do not mind as long as the flavor is there, but I know many would be upset over that. We both had desserts & I personally loved the sauce on the cheesecake. We thought ‘Billy Miner Pie’ was the star of the desserts. The fireside old fashioned was good. It’s really sweet, but that’s to be expected. We learned that if you go there for an anniversary, they’ll provide you with a free toast of champagne. This was a great perk. The champagne was solid. We really appreciated that. Overall, we really enjoyed ‘The Keg’. It was about $75 per person, but we thought it was worth the price for a special occasion. The staff were great & welcoming. We recommend stopping in if you are looking to celebrate a special occasion.

Had dinner here for our anniversary and we loved this place. Food was amazing and customer service was great. The atmosphere was very nice, romantic, and cozy. We had delicious warm bread and butter while we waited for our orders, such as the Salad, Lobster tail meal and steak. They also gave us a huge slice of delicious Oreo/caramel ice cream cake for free and $10 off our check which was very very nice of them. Truly appreciated! They definitely get a 10/10 for their service. We highly recommend this restaurant for your special occasions.

My boyfriend is from Canada. When we walked in here for dinner he goes “this smells like home”. We love this place because it is more fancy than an Outback but not as fancy as a super fancy steakhouse. Everything was cooked to perfection.

Just OK. I don’t know why we go here anymore. Even on our free entree Bday dinners. Our salads were good but the entrees arrived 2 min after the salads. Poor timing. Two of us ordered the sirloins. Mine was the seasonal special blue cheese butter sirloin. I had to spit out every 3rd bite from tendon/gristle? I had a pile of little pulverized bits on the side of my plate when finished along with 2 larger cuts that I didn’t even try to eat. The veg medley is always the same it seems but ok. For some reason the keg now uses small water glasses, maybe 6oz. We had to continuously ask for water refills. We talked after the meal and when grilling at home we would ever buy sirloin. We thought maybe the keg might have better beef so it would be fine…. we were wrong. One of us did order the NY strip and it was well prepared. It made our order even more disappointing. So when you come here don’t order the inferior meat cuts or save your money and grill at home. Even if you have the Bday bogo free. I would recommend coming for the happy hour menu on meals. The server did ask at the start if there were any allergies. Very polite staff.

Nestled within the vibrant Casino Arizona, Cholla Prime Steakhouse & Lounge is a haven for those seeking an upscale dining experience away from the hustle and bustle of gaming. This elegant steakhouse specializes in classic dishes, featuring mouthwatering options like filets and lamb chops that promise generous portions and rich flavors. The intimate ambiance enhances your meal, making it perfect for special occasions or a cozy night out.
Best Fine Dining Experience in the Valley, IMO. Long time patrons but had been over a year since we last came and now we recall why it's our favorite fine dining experience and to not wait that long to go back. And while the "experience" is high-end, you can come as you are; casual to dressy, all are welcome. 👍 The experience: from the sherbet between courses to "cleanse the palate" to the bread service, hot hand towels, cold salad forks, free tasting appetizer, pristine white tablecloths, complimentary cookies, etc. 👍 Intimate setting, you don't feel like you are in a casino at all. 👍 The prices are more than fair for the quality. Plus you get two sides, vs. everything a la carte which most high-end places do. And we shared an add-on soup and salad and they split it for us into two dishes. 👍 Service is outstanding! Ilse was our server and she is always amazing! Shout out as well to Corie in the bar, Ramiro (bus/support), Brent (server), and long-time manager Roger who keeps the experience always 5 🌟! 👍 Outstanding menu, something for everyone including vegetarians. Good wine list as well with reasonably priced good wines. *Additional updated photos from dining on 1/9/24, 12/25/24 (dishes labeled) included as well as mentioned below from previous visit from November. ➡️ Ate & Drank: Seafood Bisque (tons of seafood), Caesar Salad, NY Steak with Garlic Mushrooms and Brocollini, Vegetarian Risotto with baked potato and braised carrots. Lemon Tres Leches Cake. ➡️ Complimentary Tastings: Petit Filet bite, Bread Service, Cookes, and a B'Day cake.

I came here for my birthday and order my first time Tomahawk. I also ask the waitress for the steak not cut like I saw many in the review pics. She said I have to wait longer if you want the whole tomahawk. I said fine, so we wait like half hour. I was surprised how big it is. It’s good for 2-3 people. More like 3 people. It is very good, best steak I ever had.

I was blessed to gather with friends and family at Cholla located at Casino Arizona in Scottsdale. Call ahead for a reservation tell them Jon sent you, and remember they are only open for dinner. Cholla has become one of my favorite places for fine dining, the well-appointed nook will leave you wanting more and returning soon. If you have passed Cholla a million times and never looked in; you should, what’s behind the door will leave you in awe. At least stop in at the lounge for a drink and watch the game. First, the ambient lighting, cozy space and intimacy transforms your experience to memorable one; everyone in the restaurant was calm, rested and happy, including the staff. No one was in a hurry, this made our time there more enjoyable because we had more time together to talk, laugh and be as one. The artwork suited the restaurant. The vintage modern furniture is a perfect fit. The tables were perfectly appointed with everything you need. Next, the food is marvelous; from presentation to the last bite, we could not get enough. My personal favorite is the NY strip with au gratin potatoes and carrots. The ribs fall off the bone. The fillet minion is soft and juicy eat bite is unforgettable. The raspberry sorbet is a nice touch; Our group tends to order one of each dessert, and then we pass them around. The chocolate cake is decadent but my favorite is the key lime pie. I stopped sharing it at some point but they had plenty to go around. Btw, the bread and butter were superb and the daily chef’s choice is a fun surprise. Finally, the Cholla dining experience is one I will remember for many years; and will share it with others, to all the folks at Cholla thank you for a memorable experience; moreover, thank you for being part of our friends & family. For those of you still walking by and wondering what’s inside; open the door, I dare you.

One of the best meals I’ve had. Little tucked away location inside Casino Arizona. It’s right off the gaming floor but very quiet inside. Great place for a date or group dinner. We had excellent service and food. The pacing of service was remarkable, where we weren’t rushed or sitting waiting. The busboy/assistant was very personable and made sure we had plenty of water. Our waitress was efficient. We were served little steak bits after we were seated as a recommendation opportunity. We ordered the chateaubriand for 2, reasonably priced and included 4 sides. Bread basket items were all good. There was also a little tasty sherbet palette cleanser. The chimichurri sauce that came with the calamari appetizer seemed to be a small batch item. Very fresh, tangy, delicious. I think we were most taken with the sauces, like the bernaise, as they were all very well executed and clearly freshly made. The steak was perfectly cooked. They also gave us a chocolate birthday cake that was really nice. The most surprising thing to me is that although I’d been in that casino for events, games, and the other restaurant, I never noticed this place. Looks like it seats about 50 and has curtains on its windows so it doesn’t really look like an open restaurant. The manager told us they’d been there for 25 years, which is about as long as that casino has been there. Highly recommend this. Also recommend reservations since it’s fairly small. We were there on a Monday night and it was about half full. Update: Ate there again on Saturday night for my birthday. Food still good, service still good! Great value for the money. We ordered the tomahawk for two this time and our companions ordered the porterhouse for two. Perfectly cooked. French onion soup was delicious. My chocolate cake with marshmallow frosting was awesome and they made it birthday style for me. My companion had the crème brûlée and liked it. He’s picky since he makes an excellent version of his own. Such nice people and we’ll all go again.

My party of 4 was treated like absolute garbage at Cholla Prime Steak House. We had ONE drink at the casino while waiting for our reservation, even though the restaurant was basically empty. After being seated, no one even asked if we wanted drinks. We ordered appetizers and dinner, and when I asked if we could finally order drinks, we were told we needed to “slow down” and that we would not be served. As a General Manager myself, I found this completely disturbing. They took our food order but never once asked about drinks, and then refused when we tried to order. Full disclosure — our group had only one drink each beforehand, we were not drunk, loud, or acting out in any way. We asked for a manager, and while he was somewhat polite, we were still asked to leave — and unbelievably, the POLICE were called on us. For what? Trying to order drinks at a steakhouse? I don’t know what has happened to this place, but this is absolutely no way to treat paying customers. Do yourself a favor and go to Wild Horse Pass where you’ll actually be respected

We have been to Cholla several times and every time it is just outstanding. We were going to go to Shula's but too many bad reviews. Cholla replaced many places we used to go, try it. It's that good.

Waited extremely long before our meal was served. 2 tables that arrived 15 minutes after us received their meals ahead of us. Manager was not professional and gave an excuse that our steaks were cooked warmer than the two other tables which was incorrect. Their meat was also medium and were tomahawks which take longer than filet mignons . There was no apology or accountability. No offer of dessert or attempt to make it right. We were disappointed as we eat at fine dining steakhouses often and never encountered such an excuse for poor kitchen execution and service. A simple apology would have went a long way with my husband but your manager escalated the situation with a lack of professionalism and sticking to the steak temperature story. When we received our sorbet that was a cue for your kitchen to fire the steaks. They failed in their communication of what order to fire up and wouldn’t accept responsibility.

Had an unexpected dinner emergency my partner and I had tickets to watch a show in the CAZ showroom. peeked in the Cholla steakhouse seeking a possible chance for a table for our dinner. we met this amazing hostess named Zoie at the door :) she was able to accommodate us with a table with minutes left before the show. We had the most incredible meal everything from atmosphere to service was impeccable. Thank you Zoie and staff you saved us from starving to death. We plan on going back for a romantic dinner in the near future .

Our server miles was absolutely amazing. He was extremely attentive of us and made us feel like the only ones in the restaurant! The food was out of this world. My partner had the prime rib and I had the NY sirloin. It is an absolute must have! The oysters tasted extremely fresh as well. Everything was overall amazing and has blown away my expectations!

reason fell out of love with the place. We had a gift card that we could use there. We went for "Restaurant Week" and was very pleasantly surprise. The atmosphere still felt the same, a bit outdated and the majority of diners were a much older crowd. My friend and I had Saturday 6:30PM dinner reservations to catch the sunset over the golf course view. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated. Gregory our server introduced himself. He was very pleasant and attentive through out the evening. We ordered Cocktails, followed by the choices on the "Restaurant Week" menu. We each had the Beef Carpaccio, Prime Rib and ended with the Cheese Cake and Mud Pie. All the food was fresh, presented well and tasted very good all for the great price of "Restaurant Week". So glad we gave the Chart House another try. Atmosphere: nice, but needs updating. Service: very good. Food: very good.

My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and it was AMAZING! Megan the events manager facilitated everything with us even across a nine-hour time difference. She was so helpful and attentive during the whole planning process, offering advice and recommendations. She was such a joy to work with, and we couldn’t recommend someone more knowledgable for your next event. The food was incredible and high-quality while not skimping on portion sizes. Our party of 40 all raved so highly about the steaks and coconut shrimp. Even the kids were so happy with the kids menu, which accommodated even the pickiest eater. The space was large enough to not feel crowded, but cozy enough to not feel so empty during dancing or photos. Guests also loved having access to their own outdoor space on the veranda with a beautiful view of the lake behind. The location was just so idyllic for our special celebration. I can’t recommend Chart House enough and thank you to Megan and their wonderful staff for everything!

Went to Chart House for New Year’s Eve… The food was fantastic however I must admit I didn’t know there was a different Holiday menu. Prime rib was cooked PERFECT and my husband doesn’t say that unless it is really really good. Lobster bisque was awesome with bites of buttery lobster. I had the shellfish pasta (because I can’t make it from home) and it was wonderful with shellfish that was perfectly cooked! Great seafood/steak and would go here again.

It's been a long time since we've been here, and we won't be back! It's not that the food wasn't decent—it was, and the Happy Hour deals and overall menu are good. The service was TERRIBLE. 👎 Bartender Maddie had zero personality, came off as rude, and made no effort whatsoever at customer service. There are so many things I could detail but suffice it to say, either she was having a bad day or is in the wrong occupation. 👎 There was a manager on duty who didn't seem to be much better (Lori I think was her name). She was helping a little and had slightly more personality but not checking on things as I think a manager should. 👍 Hostess, Riley, on the other hand, was great at customer service! She should be running the place based on this visit. Riley and the food runners are the only reason they get 1 star for service, otherwise it would be a big ZERO. 👍 The food was pretty good and happy hour was very reasonable.

Great place for happy hour 4-6pm on weekdays. Stopped in for a quick happy hour with family. The drinks were good ($5 beer, $5 mixed drinks) and so were the appetizers. Our favorite was the Kimchi Calamari, which only had a hint of kimchi (thought that was perfect!) the firecracker shrimp were great also. Our server, Azaryus, was incredibly friendly. Wish all servers could be as welcoming as him! The ambiance was cool and a bit dark, but what we wanted for a quiet happy hour on a hot afternoon. Recommend stopping in if you’re in the area and looking for a peaceful environment and good menu options.

Tried this restaurant during Arizona restaurant week, I was dining alone and I got offered to sit at the bar only while the dining room was pretty empty. The view from the restaurant is very pretty. It's relaxing to stare at the lake and the golf course during sunsets if you could get a table by the window. Food is below average: Beef carpaccio is just salad on top of thin raw beef slices. Crab and lobster carbonara was very plain that I had to add a bunch of salt. Mud pie tasted alright but I ate a piece of paper apparently not house made. Overall very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend it unless you come for the view and vibe.

Ruth's Chris Steak House is an upscale American steakhouse chain known for serving sizzling, butter-topped beef in an elegant setting. Located at 7001 N Scottsdale Rd Suite 290, Scottsdale, AZ, it offers a traditional dining experience with a focus on high-quality steaks and classic steakhouse dishes. The restaurant provides a beautiful view and is popular for special occasions like romantic dinners or birthday celebrations.
The steak was delicious, I was here for the Tomahawk, especially with that buttery sauce they use on it. It was cooked to my specifications and that 500 degree plate that comes with it, it was awesome to hear it sizzle. And who knew that lobster Mac and Cheese was the best side dish for a steak? Definitely a go-to. Our server, Leo, was everywhere making sure we were taken care of, I swear there was 3 of them. Amazing service. Beautiful restaurant on the second floor, nice views. Great experience overall.

This was a meal that I waited 30 years for and let me tell you, I was not disappointed. We celebrated my recent graduation from Mesa Community College and as such ordered the following: Chopped Salad French onion soup (Soup of the day) Cream spinach Baked potato 26oz. Prime Cowboy Ribeye Cheesecake This was without a doubt some of the best food and dining I have experienced in my life thus far. Our waiter, Scott, was phenomenal. Everything about tonight was perfect and I am blown away by not only having my expectations met, but surpassed. We will be back soon. Attached are images of the restaurant interior, exterior, the regular menu, desert menu, and the food ordered.

I booked a reservation for my wifes birthday hoping for a special evening. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had. We were seated in a nice area and placed our order right away, but then we waited over an hour for our food. When we asked our server about the delay, she said they were “waiting for the steak to cook.” I’ve dined all over the world, and I’ve never had to wait that long for a steak. To make matters worse, a table seated after us received their food before we did. When our meals finally arrived, the plates were scorching hot, but the food itself was lukewarm. The staff offered to remake it, but after already waiting an hour, I didn’t want to spend any more time there—i was tring to get wife back to hotel. I took the food back to the Westin, tried reheating it, and it turned out to be the worst meal I’ve ever had from this restaurant. What should have been a memorable birthday celebration ended in embarrassment and disappointment.

Came with a party of 6 and had a good meal. Not excellent. For the name and reputation, I guess I just expected more. The waiter checked on us often. Food was all good but will not be my favorite or best steak, and sides I have had. The gluten free menu is ample for decent meal, but less options than I was hoping to have. They did have a tempting gluten free flourless cake dessert option, but I didn't try it. I tried the scallops and filet special and the scallops were the tastiest part with good flavor. Mashed potatoes and mushrooms were nothing special. Brussel sprouts were ok because they were in a super fatty grease bath. The guys had fun trying to eat at the Tomahawk.

So I've been wanting to come to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse for many years!! We finally made it happen!! We had reservations and asked if we were celebrating something special, which we were. My wife's birthday!! I thought it was super cool that they put happy birthday confetti on the table so that all the servers could tell it was her birthday!! That was a nice touch! They started off with their bread service, which was nothing special. I mean, the bread was ok, and the whipped butter was ok, but for a nice steakhouse, this could have been better. Next, we had the shrimp. fried in butter and seasoned to perfection! We both loved this dish! On to the salad! She got the Caesar salad, and I got the steakhouse salad. I was super disappointed in my salad because it was full of dandelion greens and other super fancy greens that end up being gross. So we switched salad, and her Caesar salad was super yummy!! Both salad portions were pretty big and could probably be shared. We both got the filet mignon with cream spinach and garlic mashed potatoes. The cream spinach was just ok, and the mashed potatoes were also just ok. The steak was a 7 out of 10, so it was good but not great. I would expect a little better from a high scale place like this. To end the night they brought out some cream beret and it was fantastic!!! To sum it all up, we loved it and would definitely be back. Hopefully, next time, it could be just a little bit better. Thank you for the wonderful memories! It was a beautiful night!

Everything about our experience was top notch. From the excellent service we received from Geron, to the outstanding steaks, salads and sides. We had nice interactions with Joaquin, Indica, and Samie as well. And a couple of others, unfortunately I can’t recall their names, but one of them had glasses which I complimented. To begin with food, Dad and I started with salads and shrimp cocktail. Dad got the chop salad which he loved and I got the wedge which I really enjoyed the blue cheese in particular. The shrimp was stellar and the sauce was some of the best cocktail sauce I’ve ever tasted. Dad got the filet and lobster special, ribeye for me, and we split fully loaded garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus, and lobster mac and cheese. Steaks were cooked to perfection, and the sides were amazing. Big thanks to Geron for suggesting the garlic mash. I really want to acknowledge and thank Geron for his impeccable service, care and rapport from start to finish. This was a big deal as Dad has some health limitations which limit his ability to enjoy things he once used to, and Geron was incredibly friendly, patient and the experience was very relaxed and not forced. I actually think a lot of other establishments could learn a thing or two from how RC’s does wait service, and I believe you folks have a gem in Geron. Again, it really meant a lot to us, to my Dad to have a great time, and he helped to make that happen. So much so that our next visit, hopefully not too far in the future, we hope to have him as our guy again. Please let him know how much we appreciate him, and know that we will be back. A great finish for Fathers Day weekend. Thanks Geron!

Ocean Prime is an upscale chain that offers a sophisticated dining experience with its elegant decor, extensive wine selection, and classic menu featuring steak and seafood. Voted Best Seafood by multiple local publications, Ocean Prime Phoenix is renowned for its exceptional seafood, steaks, and premium wine offerings. The restaurant boasts a contemporary aesthetic that combines the qualities of a classic supper club with modern flair.
This place is rarely in the conversation when it comes to the best steak in the valley, but it should be. It has been consistent unfettered quality for more than 20 years now. The prime New York strip is a top-tier piece of meat that is cooked perfectly. They do nothing to ruin a good steak. I cannot recall ever having a bad experience here. They have a big dining room, an outside dining area, and a lively and comfortable bar where you can eat at the bar or in books. The fish and shellfish are all of the highest caliber as well. They have some creative and well crafted cocktails. The twice baked potato side was a unique spin on a fairly common item. It had nice flavor that was not boring and was a sufficient side for 2.

We had our son’s rehearsal dinner at Ocean prime last weekend. We worked four months with Nicolette, the event planner, to get all the details just right. She did an amazing job of helping us get the menu set and the room accommodations just right. We sent her some extra things that she held aside to decorate the room with as well. She could not have been more accommodating and reduced the stress of this kind of long distance preparation greatly. We ended up having several menu options available to our guests, the food was spectacular. Five star, the presentation was amazing, the weight staff was top notch. We could not have been happier with how the whole evening went. The chef even made a special dessert, not on the menu just for the mother of the groom! Delicious! ❤️ I highly recommend ocean prime for any special occasion, dining and recommend Nicolette with help in any kind of event planning there as well.

Honestly one of the better places we’ve been too. My husband and I came here on a recommendation from a close friend and it did not disappoint. Atmosphere was wonderful, we sat in the what seemed more quieter dining room area. White table clothes and full fine dining style service. Speaking of service our server was amazing. Clint was perfect for us knowledgeable and helpful. He definitely loves what he does and it shows. Food was impeccable, we started with the Steak tar tar and the spicy shrimp appetizers. For dinner I got the surf and surf that Clint suggested and it was fantastic. Dessert was the Chocolate peanut butter pie another one of his suggestions that was wonderful. Definitely going to recommend this place to my friend circle and we really look forward to coming back.

The experience began with a friendly host staff; a nicely, subtly, pre-decorated table for my dad's 79th. Birthday Celebration, and friendly drink takers/menu staff. Our waiter was very attentive; accomadating; and knowledgeable. Alert, this place does not have an extensive beer selection, as they boast a high class wine/champagne selection ($$$), but they have a full cocktail bar on the opposite side as the dining section, which appeared to offer food as well, but I am not sure. The Clalmari appetizer; Caesar Salad; steak, Halibut, Chilean Sea Bass, and Lobster tails were ordered and enjoyed by all. This was hands down my best dining experience in AZ bar none, during my 4 years of residency here. Be prepared to pay for this experience, but it is worth it and it blows away: both Mortons and Flemings. I'll be back for the wife's birthday in early October. Make a reservation, you won't regret it.

This is my second time to Ocean 44. Love the place! We ordered chicken fried lobster for our appetizer and we loved it! Never thought fried lobster tails could be so good. Very crispy and flavorful. For entrees we ordered sea bass and sea scallops with crab Mac and cheese and asparagus on the side. The sides were definitely shareable and entrees were a good portion. The scallops were one of the best I’ve ever had. Very buttery texture. The sea bass was also great! For dessert we had the ultimate warm vanilla caramel cake. It was the perfect ending to the meal. Such a wholesome and elegant experience. We were part of corporate dine in group and the place surpassed my expectations. The place is 10/10 on ambience (elegant and yet seems full of life and active) , they have managed to hire some really good staff, they treat you like customers as if they are owners, trying to make everything right for you. We were group of 16 still never felt that my water was not refilled for more than few seconds. Their attention to detail is immaculate. Now the food, though the place is known for Sea Food, I am red meat guy and had to go for steak. The steak was well cooked, their domestuc Wagyu are worth as much if not more in value than Japanese imported ones. For people looking to get taste flavor and texture, order medium rare with warm center and red throughout, they are able to achieve it. @Team Ocean 44: you exceeded my expectations, thank you for fantastic service and food.

It was ... okay. Our waiter made the best wine suggestion for the branzino. I've had better branzino to be honest. The chicken fried lobster tails - meh. It was just deep dried and no seasoned taste. My spouse and I celebrated our anniversary at Ocean 44 in Scottsdale, AZ, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience that deserves every bit of a 5-star rating! From the moment we walked into the stunning, upscale atmosphere near Scottsdale Fashion Square, we felt like we were in for something special. The décor, with its blend of dramatic and intimate vibes, set the perfect tone for our romantic evening. The service was impeccable—our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel truly celebrated, even surprising us with a complimentary dessert to mark our anniversary. The menu was a seafood lover’s dream, featuring the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. We started with the Oysters au Gratin from their impressive 18-foot raw bar, which were divine, and the colossal shrimp cocktail was a standout. For entrées, the Chilean Sea Bass was perfectly cooked, melting in our mouths, and the USDA Prime steak was just as outstanding, showcasing their mastery of both seafood and steaks. The Boursin whipped potatoes and charred lemon aioli sides were unique and delicious, elevating the meal even further.

Hand Cut Chophouse is a trendy restaurant and bar located near the lively Scottsdale Waterfront. They are known for their high-quality, grass-fed beef sourced from the Arizona Grass Raised Beef Company. The restaurant takes pride in offering responsibly sourced meat with respect for the animals and the land they come from. A great place to meet your friends and family for a great time. The food is always delicious and plentiful. Great horseshoe bar with all the sprits to make the day special.

Decent burger, excellent fries, crispy on the outside soft inside. The one thing was the water was not clean, you could see filaments floating. Maybe the ice but definitely questionable and not consumable.

Came here from visiting from Austin. Decent food and potential but would have loved if the waitress cared about my feedback on my meal. Order a cesar salad, really good flavor but rarely any leaf in the salad. I asked for leaves on the side because I didn’t want to be complicated to reorder a salad. I was told that they can only give ice berg as the romaine doesn’t have much leaf. $16 for mostly hard pieces and didn’t even enjoy my meal. Didn’t offer a replacement , half off meal, nothing. Enjoyed the atmosphere and ambience but wouldn’t come back.

I had a very nice experience at Hand Cut. We went out with some friends and had a great evening with fantastic food and drinks. We ordered the Spinach Artichoke Dip as an appetizer (which was not my favorite, but still good), and for entrees, we got the Cesar Steak and the Smash Burger. In my opinion, given the creativity, I thought the steak was one of the better dishes I've had recently. It was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and had a delicious flavor in the sauce. My wife enjoyed the burger as well. It had flavorful toppings and seasoning on top, which made for a great-tasting sandwich. I thought the service was a little lackluster. We were seated immediately and greeted, but there wasn't really much after that. I felt like there could have been more opportunities for service to be provided. It's hard to compete in Fashion Square, but overall, I thought Hand-Cut was a solid experience and I'd definitely be back for the steak!

Thoroughly enjoyed this place. Rachael was absolutely lovely and a pleasure to have serve us. She was attentive, funny and easy on the eyes. Tried the spinach artichoke dip and it was really good. I loved that it was mixed up and that it came with toasted bread. Very tasty. Had the grilled ribeye for dinner and wow… added truffle butter and that was a game changer. Such good flavor. The steak was perfectly medium rare and had a great sear to it. Delicious. The atmosphere is really chill. Quiet enough to talk, clean, and up beat. Very good experience.

The food is expensive for what it is. Everything is ala cart and based on taste not great. The service was really good but extremely slow. About a 40 minute wait to get blackberry mojito. Tried the zucchini which was great. Husband had the ribeye. Really good flavor but with horseradish and salad was over $70 for just him, not worth it. Tomato pasta with salmon not good, do not order. The creamy chicken pasta was good though.

Stopped in at Hand Cut Burgers and Chop House for a solo happy hour and took a seat at the bar. The ambiance had a polished rustic charm, and the staff were friendly but not particularly attentive—it took a little longer than expected to get settled and served. I ordered the Truffle Cheeseburger, California Fries, and a glass of rosé from the happy hour menu. The burger had promise: the truffle came through, the cheese was melty, and the bun held up well—but it felt like it was missing a wow factor, especially at this price point. I didn't care for the California Fries they were ok, nothing spectacular. The rosé was light and refreshing, a solid happy hour pour, I enjoyed it. Overall, it was good enough for a casual stop, but not quite memorable. I’d come back if I was nearby and craving fries, but I wouldn’t go out of my way.

I walked in. Could not find a place to eat with my Wife in A Power Wheelchair. Steps and tall tables. Even the Bench seats would put her in the middle of the Walkway up against the Bar seating.

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is a modern and elegant property that offers upscale dining, multiple outdoor pools, a luxurious spa, and a fitness center. Despite being relatively young compared to other nearby resorts, this North Scottsdale gem boasts beautiful Mexican colonial-style architecture set on 65 acres of scenic land. The resort is bustling with activities for all ages, making it a popular choice for family gatherings and special events like weddings.
I cannot say enough amazing things about my stay at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess — this resort truly deserves more than five stars! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. The property itself is breathtaking — beautifully maintained grounds, sparkling pools, and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind. I especially loved waking up to the gorgeous desert views right outside my window! The dining options are another highlight. Whether you want a casual poolside bite or a fine-dining experience, every meal we had was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The resort also offers so many activities — from the incredible spa and world-class golf to family-friendly events and seasonal celebrations. It’s the perfect getaway whether you’re looking to relax, be adventurous, or enjoy a little of both. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning my next visit. If you’re considering a stay at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, don’t hesitate — it’s worth it a million times over!

Spacious, comfortable rooms with everything you could possibly need. The bathroom was stunning—wall-to-wall marble and beautifully maintained. I loved the large patio and the thoughtfully decorated spaces throughout the property. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and it was great to see all the shops open and lively. The spa was a highlight, especially the gorgeous rooftop pool with food and drink service. An unforgettable stay—11 out of 10!
Dave B — Google review
The rooms were spacious, the balcony a nice amenity, though mine overlooked the parking lot. The bathroom was large, well appointed, and clean. The walls were thick and so the rooms were quiet. My AC was not calibrated; even when set at 75F it was actually stuck at 64F. That made for a cold night of disrupted sleep. I called it in the next morning and was told maintenance would arrive within 30 minutes. I called back after almost 90 minutes and then finally a team showed up. They did fix the problem at that point rather quickly. The grounds were quite attractive, a bit of an oasis in the desert. We got rain for the 4 days of my stay and the hotel drainage was not equipped to keep it from pooling: outside my room so that I had to walk through 2 inches of water to enter; outside the gym so that I had to walk through 3 inches of water to head back to my room; other places as well. The amount of rain was minimal for this kind of drainage problem. The gym was fine, but not comparable to the size or options of other 5 Star hotels I have stayed at in the US and abroad.

Went here for a conference. Wonderful experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The room service is prompt. The pool is wonderful. And the gym is very good for a hotel gym. Only negative is that it is rather far from PHX airport so the uber ride from the airport to the hotel at 10pm is pretty pricey, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

I was at the Fairmont for a short period and had an amazing guest experience. EVERY staff member I came across took the time to speak with me, welcome me to the hotel, welcome me to the area, ask about my stay, not a quick hello with their head down, a conversation. It was fantastic. Everyone was friendly, it made my experience so much better. I travel a lot and even at the nicest hotels and resorts, this is not always the case. The rooms and grounds were beautiful. There are several areas to take advantage of - pools, gardens, pathways. I would come back and recommend to others. Keep it up Fairmont! Amazing!

We recently spent 2 nights at Privado, and it was absolutely wonderful. We truly appreciated the spacious comfort of our studio — beautifully designed and ideal for a relaxing getaway. The staff throughout the resort was fantastic, from check-in to dining and beyond. We especially loved dinner at Toro — both the food and service were phenomenal! The spa is beautiful, and if you love golf, the hotel is a perfect combination of wellness and sport. Privado really offers something for everyone, and we can’t wait to return.

We went to the Pumpkin Fest at the Fairmont Princess and it was absolutely amazing! We got a table with the fire pits, which made the whole night so cozy and aesthetic. The vibes were perfect — great drinks, great service, and such a fun atmosphere. Everything felt so well done and festive. I’ll definitely be going back next year! 🎃✨

Sydney, Tara, Samantha, and Andrew were absolutely fantastic to work with. They regularly went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I during our visit. They were pleasant, courteous, professional, and personable. The service with them is the best I’ve experienced so far in my time visiting and staying at the Princess for the last several years (my kids always enjoyed the holiday events they put on). The folks working the stores were also very friendly including Julie who we saw multiple times. The customer service we experienced makes us look forward to our next visit, although I do miss the gentlemen, Jeff, who used to visit the resort with his Falcon some years ago. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are fantastic, pools in excellent shape, it’s a gem who’s customer service sets it a part from the rest of Scottsdale.

Mosaic is a restaurant that prides itself on providing a top-notch dining experience, much like the intricate mosaic adorning its floor. Chef and Owner Deborah Knight curates ever-changing menus with high-quality ingredients and innovative flavor combinations. The property management team is commended for their promptness in addressing maintenance requests and maintaining a tidy environment. The new management, led by Ronnie and Ed, has been praised for their professionalism, respectfulness, and friendliness.
As a vendor who visits many properties throughout the year, I can confidently say this apartment complex stands out as one of the best-maintained communities I’ve had the pleasure of working with. The greens are immaculate—lawns are lush, trimmed regularly, and landscaped with care that clearly reflects a commitment to excellence. Every corner of the grounds feels intentionally designed and meticulously cared for, which not only adds beauty but also enhances the overall atmosphere for residents and guests alike. The location is another major highlight—conveniently situated near key amenities, yet tucked away enough to maintain a peaceful, neighborhood feel. What really sets this property apart, though, is the team. The leasing and maintenance staff take tremendous pride in their work, and it shows in every interaction and detail. Charlene, in particular, is an absolute gem—warm, professional, and always on top of everything. You can tell she and the rest of the crew genuinely care about creating a great living experience. Five stars, without hesitation.

Would give 0 stars if possible! Place is a damn nightmare! Idk why the office has hours they never answer the phone or help ever! Our neighbors have the same exact layout apt and pay $500 less a month. Packaged are always stolen, pools have been closed for over a month and are not even being worked on OR they are opened and in such disgusting condition OR pad locked with no warning- but they sure charge the amenity fees still! Office staff is so rude and matinence is incompetent! They help with nothing! Only thing going for them is the location
Jessica T — Google review
I’ve never had an experience anywhere that was bad enough for me to care to spend time writing a review but if this saves anyone from the absolute nightmare of living at this place it’s time well spent. When moving in, at first glance the place looked fairly clean but once I started to start wiping things down I noticed the place was not clean at all. It was very obvious the tenant before me owned cats. I found cat toys behind my washer and dryer and for reasons beyond what I would be able to understand, the complex thought it would be a good idea to do a fresh coat of paint over cat hair and human hair all over the walls and cabinets. I spent hours trying to get the hair out of the paint before accepting I would just have beard hair stuck in the paint of drawers I would be keeping my kitchen utensils in and cat hair stuck in the paint all over my bathroom/bedroom walls. I didn’t even last a day in the apartment before getting an absurd amount of drain flies and gnats. Keeping my place as clean as I did, there was no reason for me to have that bad of a problem with drain flies. I got a nice break from the bugs during the cooler months which led me to believe I was out of the woods. That was until the last half of my lease began. Besides my water getting shut off every other week I genuinely didn’t have any complaints during from about December-February. That was until I looked down at a massive cockroach crawling by my foot one night after taking a shower. I swear my soul left my body for a few seconds, it was that big. I spent the rest of the night trying to track down this cockroach, never found it until it showed up again the next night after it was hiding God knows where for 24 hours. After that I continuously had giant roaches in my bathroom. It was seriously the worst experience ever. I made sure the drains were closed, I requested that pest control spray my unit, I sprayed bug spray myself, nothing ever helped. I understand this is somewhat out of the control of management but once I started to notice everyone in my building (building 9 if you are wondering) was moving out, I realized this was a way bigger problem than just my unit. Overall, living here was the worst. It’s really not that nice of a complex to charge as much as they do for rent. Just to air out all my complaints, the office is so disorganized and is terrible at communicating. As they do with every review, I expect them to give me some generic response talking about their pest control services and they apologize for the bad experience. The pest control services literally do not do anything to help. Do yourself a favor and live literally anywhere else.
Tia — Google review
Living here has been a constant headache. Payment processing is a mess and I’ve had multiple issues with incorrect charges and lack of clear communication from management. Parking is another nightmare — there’s never enough available, and enforcement is inconsistent at best. Maintenance requests take forever to be handled, and when they finally do get to them, the fixes are usually just temporary band-aids. On top of that, pest control is almost nonexistent, and it feels like the problem just keeps getting worse. For the amount of rent charged, you’d expect at least basic reliability and professionalism, but this complex fails in every category. I do not recommend living here.

Unfortunately, I really do not recommend living at Mosaic. I was there for a year, and struggled with having cockroaches in my apartment constantly. It was absolutely awful, I would spend multiple nights elsewhere to avoid dealing with them in my room. This started within a week of me moving in and just got worse as time went on. When I notified the first management team when I saw one the first time, they did not seem shocked, which really concerned me. The cockroaches would come out of the vents and drains, even when I put covers on both of those things throughout our apartment, they still found their way in. We had pest control spray every 4 weeks, but that didn’t help as there was major inconsistency with the pest control company. There was never any solution to the issue, the entire time I lived there. The next management company would act very concerned when I was in the office, would say that they would search my building to find the source then call me. Never heard anything… we constantly had issues with our dishwasher and it would stop 10-15 times while washing, and maintenance said they had to have the “higher ups” approve their request for a new washer and they never would. So, throughout the whole year we had a broken dishwasher. We had water pouring out from the ceiling where our air conditioning unit is, almost a week later after calling them and informing them and maintenance not coming to fix it, they finally showed up but didn’t fix anything (the whole ceiling was still wet and soft). Overall, Mosaic has a wonderful location and the people in the office are very kind (you can tell they really feel bad but these immediate issues like roaches are out of their control). However, the property needs intense cleaning/updating and management needs to figure out how to control the cockroaches because it is a very very very bad issue and I would never sign another lease here because of it.
Brittany B — Google review
5-7 years ago this was a good place. Use to be $1,200 a month, and now its over $2,400 + utilities a month. Now there is a different property management team every month. They just filed for Bankruptcy. Expect cockroaches at all times of the day to climb out of your drains. Expect the maintenance team to put a band aid on a bullet hole. If you enjoy the pool while its nice, don't even bother, it's likely to be closed down because the management team can't get a company to look after it. If you want to park your own car in an open space, that's an extra fee. They will chare $25 dollars a month to pick your trash up, but the trash wont get picked up and you have to take it out on your own and still pay. Good luck finding anyone in the leasing office that will actually help. All they say is "put in a request and we will get to it".
Jack A — Google review
I have never written a review in my life but living at this apartment complex has been the worst experience I’ve ever had so I felt obligated to inform anyone who is potentially looking to lease these apartments. Besides the fact that the property is beyond poorly maintained, the amount of cockroaches in this complex is unreal. I signed my lease in April & I am already moving out not even six months into my year long lease because of how disgusting the cockroaches are here. Since living here I have had cockroaches in my bathroom, living room, kitchen, closet, and clothes. It seems like every other day I was finding a new cockroach somewhere in my apartment. It’s pretty much impossible for the leasing office to get anything done & after a few emails they finally scheduled pest control to come to my apartment. The cockroaches came back within 5 days. After dealing with this issue for months my final straw was waking up at 5am to find a roach crawling all over me while I was asleep. It’s disappointing that I was left with the decision to either continue living the rest of my lease in a cockroach infested apartment or pay thousands of dollars in order to leave early. I couldn’t even imagine sleeping other night in my bed so I would rather drain my savings & pay the thousands in fees than sleep another night there. Overall this experience has been a HUGE waste of time & money. I moved in just to live with cockroaches for 4 months then have to pay them thousands of dollars to let me leave the situation they caused??? After reading other reviews & talking to other residents it seems like this is a problem for the majority of the residents here also. For anyone reading these reviews possibly thinking about signing a lease with this complex PLEASE DON’T. It feels like a scam to charge people almost two thousand dollars a month but then not provide a basic standard of living for your tenants.
Andrew B — Google review
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have been a resident for over a year and I’m counting down the days on my lease. This place is a cockroach breeding ground and I keep my space clean and spotless. Residents are only allowed one space, and often times you are left with nowhere to park within the complex. Even parking in the complex has led to my truck being broken into multiple times. I told Sean in the office and he couldn’t be bothered to offer a solution. There has been a new staff every other month of living here, and maintenance never gets handled properly. Everything is extremely cheaply made, expect drawers and cabinets to break off the hinges with regular use. My AC unit has been leaking for months and they can’t seem to figure it out. Inhumane living conditions for summertime in AZ. There are so many better apartments regardless of what your budget looks like. Don’t put yourself through hell, learn from my mistakes. I could go on for much longer, but simply avoid the Mosaic apartments at all costs.
