I went on a Sunday night at around 8pm. The space was full and lively. We did have to wait about 5 mins for all the online delivery drivers to get their food which delayed seating. We ordered some drinks (very good), edamame (always valid), teriyaki wings which were sticky and flavorful, spicy black garlic ramen (soo good! The broth was flavorful and the pork fell apart as you picked it up), the tonkotsu ramen which by itself honestly lacked flavor but luckily we ordered the flavor bomb upgrade and that helped a lot. It is sunday evening and easily found parking right in front across the street, this might not be the norm. We started with Takoyaki (octopus fritter) which are especially nice with a Creamy texture and Smokey flavor. Bao Buns are ok, the pork belly is exactly what i think of when craving bao, the tempura shrimp reminded me of fish and chips… meh, and i wish i didnt order the roasted chicken bao.. Pass on that, its dry and underwhelming. The ramen which is the reason we came was delicious. The menu is Definitely quality and we left Full and satisfied. As it's right around the corner from my home, I was able to go to their opening week. Authentic Japanese Ramen. If your craving that this is the place to go. Stuff is pretty flavorful but note Ramen can be a bit salty. I personally love the garlic and garnet. The noodles are one of a kind but what is the best is the broth. I recommend the ceviche and udon noodles. It’s definitely a fusion spot through and through so don’t come expecting very authentic flavors. Our drinks were also amazing, we can right around 5pm and didn’t have any wait at all. Service was great and worked with my mom’s allergies graciously. The only miss for me was the mango sticky rice: a bit too modern of a twist on an old classic, not sweet and the rice was hard. Looked pretty tho ;)

The summer tomato salad was a refreshing start with a generous portion of tomatoes, dressed subtly with vinaigrette and a touch of seaweed.
