The Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place is a sophisticated hotel located in the city center, just 500 meters from Belgian craft beer and a 7-minute walk from the Manneken Pis Statue. The hotel offers non-smoking rooms, an a la carte restaurant with children's menu, as well as amenities like a playground and babysitting services for children. It is conveniently situated close to a train station, making it easily accessible for guests.
We loved our stay here for so many reasons! First, the location was excellent — very central and easily accessible to everything we needed. Traveling with our 4-year-old was made easier thanks to the small play corner they had, complete with games and a board for drawing. One of our favorite features was the M Club. It offered drinks and snacks throughout the day, and in the evenings, there was a happy hour with warm appetizers, a waffle bar, and more. It was such a nice touch that made us feel extra welcome. Breakfast was also a highlight. There was a wide variety of options, and everything was included in the breakfast package. We definitely recommend it! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. We booked a studio room, which was spacious, had a full bathroom, and was perfect for our needs. We truly loved the room — it was clean, comfortable, and just right for our family. Highly recommend this place and would gladly return!

A Pleasant Surprise in Brussels As someone who typically gravitates towards the unique charm of boutique hotels, I was initially hesitant to book a stay at a corporate hotel. However, with my preferred choices fully committed, the Marriott Grand Place Dansaert became a pleasant and welcome surprise, and it completely won me over. My room, while compact, was incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully designed, providing a perfect and cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel's location is truly a major plus. It's just a short walk from some of Brussels' key attractions, including the bustling stock exchange, excellent shopping alleys, and a wonderful selection of restaurants. The convenience of being able to step out and be so close to everything I wanted to see was fantastic. The service truly sets this hotel apart. The entire staff, from the front desk to the dining areas, was consistently kind, nice, and genuinely welcoming. I especially want to commend the team at Rotisse—their amazing service made a significant impression and added a special touch to my stay. Overall, this hotel proved that a corporate brand can offer a truly positive and even unique experience.
Ali K — Google review
The location was great and right next to several of the historical sites - the walking tour started near the hotel which was also convenient. Also close by are several restaurants, frites, waffles at maison dandoy. Its also a ten minute walk to other popular areas. I highly recommend frittland (very close by) for its fries. The front desk staff were fabulous (especially Lara) and handled the busy check in line very well. The lounge was ok - the food variety was a bit limited but its a nice small area to sit in, and the drinks provided were great - alcohol, juices, soda, etc. The breakfast was pretty good and manned by a lovely hostess who was very kind. Breakfast included variety of hot foods (eggs, sausage, mushrooms). There were also other foods - cheese, fruit, breads, cereal, yogurt (maybe oatmeal would be a good addition). Also great drink variety - make your own juice bar, mimosas, mixed juices and fresh orange juice. You can also have the chef make an omelet. I was a little disappointed there was no small birthday acknowledgement in our room given that we noted this and chose this hotel based on our marriott membership. There was also no upgrade (usually we get with platinum membership but perhaps it was a busy time.) Other marriott hotels would give us a small gift aka a card or chocolate or such. It was the small touches that made those experiences more memorable. The gym was a little bare (no windows). Overall, I would stay here again for its nice staff and the location.

Our stay at the Marriott Hotel in Brussels was truly delightful. The hotel has a very elegant and modern atmosphere, with a strong focus on cleanliness and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless everything was — from the lobby to our room and the furniture inside. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure our needs were met throughout our stay. They thoughtfully provided us with a baby crib and even some baby shampoo, which was a lovely touch for families traveling with young children. One of the highlights for our little one was the kids’ candy bar and toys in the reception area — such a fun and thoughtful feature that made us feel very welcome as a family. Overall, our experience at the Marriott Hotel Brussels was excellent. It’s a great choice for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and elegant place to stay with top-notch service.
Lujayna A — Google review
The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes, and close to many historical sites. The rooms are good with a wonderful view, the service is excellent, and the lobby is lovely and quiet. I loved my stay and would definitely stay here again.

We arrived early and our room was not ready yet. We decided to walk around the streets and had lunch. The hotel is centrally located. It was near just about anywhere. We could go out and come back rest and go out again. The M Club was great. It had different soft drinks. It also has happy hours and they had beer, wine and finger foods. It was very nice and visited the M Club multiple times in a day for all three days. The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. I stopped by ask what to do at Bruge. Maxime was very nice and showed me what do. He even find every place on google map so I can save the places. Also the breakfast included with the stay was excellent. Lots of choices of food. There was also fresh cook omelet. Many choices of bakery. We will definitely stay here again.
J W — Google review
Location can’t be any better, in the middle of the center but you have to bear with loud noise, chanting and construction. Rooms are ok. Services is normal, although the staff on the reception are great but room service is normal, no water refill or coffee! Food is good. Also, the M lounge is nice
Mohammed A — Google review
Thank you Clara, Thank you Paul! What a lovely staff. Comfortable rooms with excellent water pressure. Nice buffet for breakfast. Special touch with creating your own Belgium waffles! Mimosa bar, yes please! Lots of cool perks here. Beer World museum is in front of the hotel. Great, fun place to explore the history of beer. Hotel seems to be placed in the most perfect location. No car access to front door, but entrance is nearby. Make sure your taxi(driver) drops you off near the grand place plaza. Other entrance is through Rotisse.

Lovina Spa is a high-quality spa located in central Brussels. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the facilities include hairdressing, beauty services, massage rooms, and separate fitness areas. The spa's decor is stylish and appealing, and the prices are reasonable. While it can get congested during peak times, Lovina is still a popular choice for health enthusiasts in Brussels.
Amazing services , à hollistic approach and very friendly staff. Take your Time to be here , and you will feel reborn.

Welcoming OK, the bar was not open and we were not informed, for our booked massage we had to ask/check several times if they did not forget about us. Very nonchalant (= I don’t care attitude) for the price you pay.
Emilie B — Google review
So not nice, went for the first time and didn't even tell me when to use what, some things were broken and a random cable was loose in the hot pool area... They won't even tell you when you will be scrubbed or how the system works with them. Also the hairdresser cut my hair so badly it looks so so chopped
A M — Google review
Gave this place a second chance a few days ago and i'm happy I did! The hammam, especially the scrubn was amazing. Relaxing and really makes a difference for my skin. Some of infrastructure could really use a refresh but overall the place is very clean
JLM O — Google review
It was an amazing experience! I love Moroccan baths, and since we moved, I've been searching for a place that offers this service. The staff were very friendly, and the hammam was wonderful and not crowded. I’m sure I’ll be coming back again. For the massage part I didn't really like She was fast and did put alot of oil
Yasmine S — Google review
I hate sharing bad reviews but I feel I need to share my experience so people have an awareness before booking here. I turned up for a massage with my friend and was charged €76 for an hour despite this not corresponding with the price on their website (curiously the website was down on the day we went). We were asked to wait for our massage on a wet sofa. When we were taken to our treatment rooms we were surprised to find that we were in a room with two beds. We had not requested this. Luckily we were comfortable enough with this. Nothing was explained to us. Not where to put our clothes or anything. The room smelled and the floors were dirty. Some old towels were crumpled up under the bed. I have had many massages in the past and I am always asked beforehand if I have any medical issues or any pain etc. do I like a firm or light touch. Usually you also have a choice of what scents or oils they use. Nothing was asked or offered. When the masseuses entered they just started by slathering lots of oil on us. The massage itself wasn’t unpleasant but I did not get the feeling they were trained professionals. An exhibit of their unprofessional behaviour was when they started giggling on numerous occasions during the massage. When you are lying on a table in a state of undress this is obviously not pleasant. Also you could hear the phones ringing outside and I could hear my masseuse phone vibrating with incoming texts and she kept sniffling. At one point whilst lying face down looking at the dirt on the floor I was just wishing for it to be over. Not what you hope to be feeling during a massage. At this price point I really expected a better service and higher quality. No water was offered after the procedure. I will never be back and I would suggest others look elsewhere if they are after a relaxing, clean and professional treatment.
Maddie — Google review
It used to be my spot when visiting Brussels, but their website is misleading given the wrong price list, offer that don’t exist… very unprofessional and questionable! But the big price hike is not justified at all. lot of bling with the pretty packaged savon noir that comes at a hefty price ….overall It’s ok but not that good to pay £50 for access for a just about average Hammam ritual.
Sam M — Google review
I went a year ago and had a great massage, so thought I would go again, but it was extremely dissapointing. First of all, my appointment was 35mins late, because there wasn’t ‘enough staff’ but there were constantly 3-4 people at the reception, the receptionists kept on telling for 15mins that someone is coming ‘now’ when I asked if it’s going to start soon. Then the massage was very average, the room was not nice, clearly some unfinished construction, weird smell, and the oil used didn’t smell very nice either. On the website, the price was €40, I thought maybe they would at least offer a little discount or something since they made me wait 35mins for a 30min massage, but no, I paid €45 because of ‘new owner’. And on top of that, my back hurts even more than it did before. What a joke.

The Royal Palace of Brussels serves as the administrative residence and workplace for the Belgian royal family, although they do not live there. The palace, dating back to King Leopold II, boasts impressive reception rooms including the opulent Throne Room and the stunning Mirror Room adorned with a ceiling covered in jeweled scarab beetles. A recent renovation has left its exterior gleaming. Open for free tours from July to September, visitors can admire its historic architecture and exquisite decor.
While visiting Brussels, we had to see the Palace!! It was really nice to get up close to it WITHOUT large crowds like I’ve had at other historical palaces (like Buckingham in London!!) The building itself is stunning & had a beautiful landscaped hedge maze. We slowly walked around peacefully & took in the grandness & history! Totally worth a visit while in Brussels!
Heather B — Google review
Simply beautiful. You can clearly see this royal family appreciates their heritage, ancestral lands, and culture. The layout is remarkable. Some homeless around, but relatively safe to walk around. Financial district nearby. Sablon also nearby.
Sally M — Google review
Not one of the most beautiful royal palaces in Europe, but overall very attentive to detail. The Italian garden is impeccably maintained, and the proportions of the building are very good and easy to follow. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to visit inside due to the short time I had. I will definitely take advantage of it next time.
Gabriele M — Google review
The Royal Palace of Brussels is one of the most iconic and historically significant landmarks in Belgium. Its magnificent neoclassical architecture immediately captures your attention, and the beautifully maintained gardens surrounding it add to the overall royal charm. As the official palace of the Belgian monarchy, it represents the country’s heritage and plays a central role in state ceremonies and official events. Even though it’s not always open to the public, simply walking in front of the palace is an experience in itself—the sense of grandeur and sophistication is undeniable. It’s a fantastic spot for photography, with its impressive facade and regal atmosphere, and also a great place to learn more about Belgium’s royal history and European architectural styles. I highly recommend visiting, especially if you’re interested in culture, history, or architecture.
Saba V — Google review
Very pretty and also we got to see kings guards as someone important arrived at the same time we was there. Lovely place and in front had a huge park to walk around.

It looked beautiful from outside. Unfortunately I think visitors are not allowed to visit the Palace. Maybe the residents still live in there.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Had a fantastic time. It's near the center of Brussels, so the city can be enjoyed easily. Very quiet and peaceful stay. Wonderful large breakfast, excellent privacy, fun and varied spa experience. The massages were also on point. .

Absolutely top of the top space to relax and de-stress. It’s fully private and large enough to do an intimate party with friends or go with your significant other. Another big plus: private, secure gated parking which is great because parking in this neighborhood is sometimes difficult. Lovely and welcoming host. This is a gem of a place and we will go back! We highly recommend!

I had a reservation for a massage, but fell very sick that day. I even offered to share a proof of it, but they refused to reschedule despite that I called in the morning and the massage was in the afternoon. They said my gift is lost and I can’t use the certificate anymore. Did they expect me to come sick and make the master sick? Very bad customer service!

Lovely concept and very clean. There is a small pool and hammam and jacuzzi and there are showers. The toilet needs a little bit of maintenance, and the jacuzzi has a couple of holes on it. But very nice experience and nice staff, nice to be private and have the space to ourselves.

I came here for my birthday and it was an amazing relaxing experience,it was a solo time and Mohammed the receptionist made sure I had everything I needed he briefly explained how everything works and told me to let him know should I need assistance .I definitely recommend .

Tragic and if 0.5 stars were available I would do that. Best thing I can say is it’s clean. Very pushy owner begging for 5 stars and ultimately boasts a shady massage parlor vibe (without the massage)
Nikki F — Google review

Giancarlo R — Google review
I dont usually leave reviews however the receptionist asked to give honest feedback whether good or bad so here we are. First I want to say the spa itself was lovely however the experience wasn't the best. Our booking was from 9:30 to 11:30 with a massage at 11:30. Instead when we turned up at 9:40 as we got a bit lost we were then told we only had till 11 in the spa (about an hour after the check in process, reason being they said they tried to call and email me that morning to come earlier (both of which were never received) but there was no discussion of compensation for the loss of time. There was a language barrier so it was hard to chat about everything but I was a little upset as we felt rushed like we were just another booking which in a spa isn't what you'd expect when paying €250. I've working in service industries, hospitality, gyms and bars my whole working life and customer experience is paramount with any business. I don't write this to turn anyone off, more to let the spa know as requested that our experience could have been improved if communication was been clearer. If someone books for a certian time and pays the full price, in future maybe don't cut them short just because you have another booking.

Absolutely amazing experience and treatments. We got the 'gomage' and the massage that goes with it. You can get something to drink and eat after. The sense of women together it's also wonderful. It feels like you are in Morocco. And everyone is so friendly and sweet. Totally recommended and my skin is soft and amazing. I will surely come back.

I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years and they never disappoint ! Super professional and comfortable atmosphere and the ladies are very welcoming. I also am so glad that they have a salon next door, where the hairdresser, AMINA, caters to black hair (my hair is relaxed and I’m an African American female). She does a fantastic and thorough blow dry on my relaxed hair for 20 euros. I highly recommend this place ladies!!!

Very bad experience, maybe for European it might seem good but for me it is below average , the moroccan hamam is a high quality and chill and distressfull one, for me i took the 50€ pack which is the full pack and i even gave a 10€ tip, but still very bad service, they are in a rush to scrub , they say 10min scrub and push you to finish asap, uncomfortable seats and dirty inside. After you go out to wear on your clothes in a sort of a coffee place (true inside, i mean no outsider sees you) but dirty and old and bad quality service.

Very nice authentic hammam. Friendly people who will gladly explain you the customs of hammam culture. Don't expect the relaxing zenn atmosphere of classic wellness centres, but instead a very lively ambiance. We had a great time.

Bath & Barley - the Belgian Beer Spa offers a unique spa experience in Brussels, Belgium. With over 400 independent breweries in the country, Bath & Barley provides an epic Belgian take on a spa. The luxury room includes a sauna, shower with an ice bucket, and individual bath tubs. Guests can enjoy unlimited beer on tap between the tubs and choose from different beer flights with snack pairings from the menu.
We did the 1 hour experience for 2 people sharing 1 tub which was really big and enough room. The staff introduced the session and helped answer lots of questions we had. We picked our hops and headed down to our private room. It was so much fun and the beer on tap was lovely. The straw bed had a nice sheet to put over and made a nice change when the bath got a bit much. We smelt lovely all evening.

A little pricey, but very cool and unique experience. The staff were nice and explained everything well. Having a private room was so nice. The beer on tap was tasty. The whole experience was fun and relaxing.

I had to convince my husband to go here but afterwards he thanked me ! It was such a great experience. As soon as you come in you see the different beer options (extra fee) and you can choose your hop scent. Then they give you a information on benefits of the bath and how the hops make your skin soft and it is an antioxidant. Then once your inside, your room is even better in real life. The pictures don't do it justice. Tubs are deep, beer on tap is easy reach, room also has apples and water, sauna, shower, cold bucket and bed of hay. My husband loved the cold bucket and sauna and my favorite was the hop scrub and the bath. If anyone is coming to visit I highly recommend this place.

Wow!!! We saw this on instagram and we booked a whole weekend itinerary in Brussels just to come and try this. It was 100 times better than we thought. Lisa on arrival was fantastic, so informative and welcoming. The place was so clean, thanks to Mirela who we also met. Would recommend to anyone to try. Just the most perfect hour.

An Unforgettable Experience! Bath & Barley is one of the most unique and relaxing experiences you can find in Brussels. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, authentic, and inviting. The staff are incredibly friendly and take the time to explain every detail of the beer bath process, making sure you feel comfortable and relaxed. The combination of the warm hops and barley bath, the aroma of the ingredients, and the refreshing Belgian beer on tap creates an experience that’s both luxurious and fun. You leave feeling completely refreshed — skin soft, muscles relaxed, and mind clear. Whether you’re a beer lover or just looking for a different kind of spa day, Bath & Barley is an absolute must-try. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Brussels!

I am so glad we did this! We had a 10/10 experience- it was so relaxing and also so awesome that you could just pour yourself a beer, while soaking in “beer”. My husband had never been to a spa before, and I think this convinced him how fun and relaxing they can be. Such a unique experience- highly recommend!!

Amazing and super friendly staff, we had been looking to experience a beer spa for a while but we couldn't find a time slot available that worked with our vacation schedule, while walking around Brussels we found this beautiful gem that had an opening that worked for us. Incredible super relaxing experience, the room was extremely clean and the beer provided (which is ultimate) was great and super cold. Will definitely book it again for our next trip to Brussels.

We found this while looking for things to do in Bruges. We ran out of time there but were able to fit in a one hour experience in Brussels. It was one of the best things we did! The tubs are a perfect temperature, the beer is tasty and my skin was really soft afterwards. It was very relaxing. Highly recommended.

Thai massage therapist
The Lotus Spa, located in the Maelbeek area, offers an array of therapeutic Asian massages such as Thai, Balinese, Ayurvedic, aromatherapy, acupressure and deep tissue massages. The establishment also provides full spa facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, saunas and hammams. Despite some concerns about hygiene and the need for a more pleasant aroma inside the premises, their technically impeccable massages are highly praised by customers.
I’ve been to Lotus Spa a few times now over the past year and it is by the far the best massage experience I have ever had. The staff are all very kind and attentive. I always get the Neck, Back and Head massage for one hour and it is perfect. This place is an oasis in the heart of the EU quarter.

I went for a traditional massage two weeks ago, and it was amazing! The young woman at the reception was very friendly and attentive. The masseuse was excellent as well. It was a great moment of relaxation, and the decor really created the atmosphere you’d expect from a traditional Thai massage.

I'm Thai and I can confirm you that this is the real deal!! Just got my traditional Thai massage today 90 mins and was the best I had in Belgium!!! I'm addicted to massage and know how to give good massage to my family too so I recognized the good masseuse when I received one!

Excellent and relaxing massage in a beautiful place. The masseuses were very kind and good at their job. The classic thai massage is not for the weak !! Don't hesitate to specify if you want it to be rough or soft

Best massages in Brussels. Get the Ayurvedic massage for a softer experience and the Balinese and Thai for a more intense massage. The staff is kind and attentive. I've been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. 100% recommended.

I went here for a massage. The receptionist didn’t look up from her phone and was rude to me. Then asked me to repeat myself because she wasn’t listening. I immediately did not vibe with this place and just left. Terrible experience right from the start.

Have been pleased to be able to be part of the treatment on this Thai Massage for 1h and 20 min . I have booked on the late evening and the was very nice. Have been flexible to book on the same day a massage on the front desk. The place is very beautiful but I will have to give a minus point because the strong paint small on the room. Very low ventilation in the room. The front desk have been removed away all the parfum candles that are in the room and around me. So a extra point for caring about your costumer. The Thai lady who I have been privileged to be în her care have been wonderful and careful with my body. But I have been very disappointed wend her workers friend from Thailand scream to her to finish faster than I have booked. Instead of 1.5 h it have been shorter with 20 min. Bed behaviour, but in the end I have been blessed with the service and the quality of the service a Thai Massage requires. Thank you for wonderful treatment.

I don't understand the bad reviews... Been there twice now and it's been a great experience each time. It's quite a big space, enough space to have a group girls event, though I believe for a massage only two at the same time are possible. The place is beautifully decorated, the basement is all wet baths and steam bath, with hot stones to lay on. Moroccan sofas, "zellige" tiling, candles etc. We got a basic ritual, which is 75eur - a steal! Black soap, 20 minutes in the hot steam room, then the ladies scrub you raw, real Moroccan way, then cover in a cloud of foam. Once scrubbed and rinsed, there's a massage after which you take mint tea in a resting room. Ladies were friendly and professional, took their time to take care of us and none rushed us when we were enjoying our rest and chitchat afterwards. I almost don't want to recommend it, cause I don't want the place to fully book - I want to come back once a month. I felt transported to Morocco and really pampered.

If it was possible to rate with NO STARS at all I woud've done it! Paid a huge price for the worse service i've had in a while. Everything was quick and not professionnal, not a relaxing experience at all! Lost money on nonsense
Yugen M — Google review
I had the most magical experience and whole heartily recommend this experience. Place is spotless the Team magical and well it is the very best thing to get soaped up, step into a hot steam room, get scrubbed raw (in the best way) and have you hair combed and all the little things that make a grand hamam experience what it should be. Those noting here, that there is talk: of course there is! Why wouldn’t it be? It is a sacred place for women. Yes. But it is also a place for exchange. 10/10 Hamam experience and I’ve done Instanbul, Berlin, Savilla, Paris… go see the ladies at Douniazad - you will not regret it.

The spa Spasiba offers a relaxing massage with different techniques that is combined to make an overall great experience. They also have a sauna and hammam area, which are both OK. The price can be bit high for what it offers, but the massage was top notch so it could be justifiable.
The 90 min massage with Katarina was divine. Best massage I have had in a long time. Thank you Katarina! The massage room itself could have been a tad bit warmer. Sauna and showers very clean. Would have been more fun with a female receptionist that could have proposed products and services.

The most incredible facial massage. Luba took extra care of me and created a personalized procedure that adapted to the needs of my face. Fully recommend for a relaxing time with a professional that goes above and beyond!
Clara P — Google review
Just had the most amazing facial by Luba at SPASIBA! Close to 2 hours of pure bliss. Starting with a complete and intense massage of the facial, neck and shoulder muscles, Luba, my therapist, explained the impact of each muscle group. I felt the tension and stress leaving my body and facial muscles slowly relaxing. For Luba, skincare is her passion and she is is incredibly knowledgeable about the skin and how it is affected by things in our everyday lives; the elements, stress and especially the products you use on your face. The facial continued with a deep cleansing, 2 masks, and ended with a final massage using MBR's anti oxydant gold flecked anti aging cream. The Spa itself is impeccable with a variety of massages ranging from Hot Stone to Californian massage on the ground floor and the facial treatment rooms upstairs on the first floor. The equipment instate of the art and the spa is beautifully decorated. From the softly toned massage rooms to the sauna and hammam in the resting area below, everything is spotless and luxurious. One of a kind for me in Brussels!

Staff clearly indicated the way out after the massage as they were rushing to close, which was not appreciated. We took a (quick) shower after the massage and received a comment to book earlier next time. Massage was disapointing, too much time spent on the face, no sensations, no strengths in the massage, I felt it was a bit neglected. Installations looked good, but the rain shower didnt work.

I just had my first facial (50+) at Le Johara (but not my first facial!!) and I was very impressed. Very, very happy. My Skin Looks and feels so much better. I have very sensitive Skin so I'm waiting to see how it reacts to their products and if I don't have a reaction I will be going back to buy their products. I booked 3 treatments together with the app Treatwell, unfortunately they cancelled my booking there, so that I can’t write my experience with them. So I booked 3 treatments together, one body massage and two facial treatments. When I arrived in the studio, they told me, they can’t do the massage with Hamam before the facial. So we agreed on a 30 minutes massage - at the end I paid for the 30 minutes 89 Euros - like for the massage I booked (normally 90 minutes). After my first facial treatment she stopped and during the treatment, she started to get ready for going home - dress up and she didn’t inform me, that she can’t do the second treatment. I really did not feel welcome at this place! Super chaotic and not professional…
Verena K — Google review
Place is good and well located, very friendly staff and awesome atmosphere. However my massage was ordinary but my wife enjoyed her. Maybe I had high expectations of oriental Massage which was nothing great as against the explanation by the staff. I was expecting pressure massage.
Manu P — Google review
Poor service, over rated and over priced. Huge dissapointment. I do not recommend this place at all. There are much better oriental beauty salons you can go to in Brussels and way cheaper too. My experiece was stressful, due to a lack of professio alism, an error in the service i paid for and no commu ication between the staff members / the client.

THÉ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! A friend of mine booked a 30’ massage as my birthday present through their site and when I arrived at the place they told me i didn’t have an appointment because their site wasn’t properly synced with their agenda. I booked another appointment with the manager for 1 week later and THEY DID EXACTLY THE SAME THING. Arrived and the door and they told me again that I didn’t have an appointment. Never happened to me this. Worst behaviour ever by the employees and they never gave me a refund, that’s theft. I am taking them to the European consumer centres (test achats).

I agree with other bad comments, I really don’t recommend this place. It appears fancy and nice but the staff are so rude, made me feel like I wasn’t welcome and wasting their time. During my recent three-night stay at Sauna 3000, booked through Airbnb, I found the experience to be exceptional. While I can't speak specifically about its sauna or spa facilities, as a hotel, it truly impressed me. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant visit. My room was not only clean but also modern and spacious, making for a comfortable retreat after exploring the area.
Stayed here for 3 nights by booking through Airbnb. I have no comments on this place as a sauna / spa but as a hotel it was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was clean, modern and spacious.

0 stars actually, the place publicly says it has 6 floors, it doesn't. The "Jacuzzi" is filled with mold and didn't have a place to put your towel. The "cinema" had their film ended. The tv room had the tv off. They offer no flipflops with the price, you had to buy it. The showers are small and there's only two. The saunas are small for 3 people. The place is not clean, it looks terrible. Save your money and your time. Worst sauna experience ever

The lounge has been recently renovated, providing a fresh and new atmosphere with helpful and friendly staff. It offers nap pods with pillows and blankets for relaxation.
No idea why this is rated so low as I enjoyed it much more than then the "THE LOFT" counterpart. While significantly smaller, and located behind passport control, I found the food of much better quality & larger selection. Detox water was tasty, and they even had some vegan milk. The staff was amazingly helpful & friendly

Good lounge area! The terminal T at Brussels airport doesn’t have a lot to offer so decided to pay for access to the lounge. Really nice food and drink options, staff really helpful and friendly and even has nap pods with pillows and blankets should you want! I believe it’s been recently renovated and it feels very new and fresh!

Disgusting refund process. Requested for a refund on the 28th, had to follow up for refunds only to be told refunds done on the 1st or 15th of the month! Clearly they had no intention to refund without several follow up requests. Disgusting service!

Amazing place. Nice view of the airport. The selections of food is mixed but suits everyone's appetite. Different areas to relax, with a quiet room or business area to use laptops

Closed with no warning. You'll end up walking all the way at the end of wing A for no reason.

Closed for renovation with no customer service. Too cheap to bring in a pop up lounge in the meantime.

(Translated by Google) The salad and soup were delicious. It's spacious, empty and comfortable. - (Original) サラダとスープ、美味しかった。 広くて空いていて快適。ー

(Translated by Google) The living room is certainly better decorated, but it is still very small and it is certainly very difficult to find seats there. The food isn't great after all, it's the same in the other lounges at this airport. Unfortunately I always have the impression that flights to Third World countries are not given much importance.
