The atmosphere and location were very fun! You get a great view of the Grand Place from the upper floor windows, which added to the ambiance of the restaurant. The music was not too loud, which was nice and allowed us to talk comfortably. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and the food was brought to us very quickly. While it was a bit expensive, you did get a large portion. The quality of the food was also good.

We didn’t even have to wait for a table — we were there on a Thursday around 4 p.m., so it probably wasn’t too busy yet. The ribs were very dry and tough, and the dessert was unfortunately overbaked, not as good as in other branches. The service wasn’t great either; it was obvious that the staff had just changed shifts, and afterward, no one paid attention to us for quite a while.

The service was excellent—attentive and prompt. I tried the smashed burger, which was satisfying and tasted "just right," though it didn't quite hit that "wow" factor. Unfortunately, the chips seemed to have been reheated rather than freshly fried, which was a minor letdown. Overall, the food earned a solid 4/5 from me. The atmosphere is the real star. The extensive collection of musical instruments mounted high on the brick wall is truly eye-catching. It creates a wonderfully unique, cluttered, and perfectly rock-and-roll-inspired display that elevates the whole experience.

HRC Brussels is very nice, it has the usual shop also wear you can by their iconic clothing range before alor after you have your food. Food is well prepared and the beer range although small, is refreshing also. I would recommend becoming a UNITY member as you get further discounts in the shop and with your food and drinks. Your staff are super efficient, thanks to Miguel and the others for the birthday song today. Really nice of them.. couldn't fit 58 candles into that ice cream though.. fire hazard :)

We came here first for the drinks… We come back every time for Sid and Filip. Together they are the dream team of hospitality, the dynamic duo of good vibes and great service. Filip & Sid deliver five guitars service 🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸 Honestly, we don’t want to go anywhere else. Other places feel like background noise—Hard Rock Café with these two buddies is the main stage.

Food was delicious, prices are high but expected. Sid was warm, funny and polite, and knowledgeable about the food and drinks, and made great suggestions when we were unsure. Would come again⭐️

This my first time eating at Hard Rock Cafe and they didn't disappoint. The food was really delicious and the service was on point. I took my family who came to visit for lunch over there. They had a verity of burgers sandwiches that could fit many dietary options. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them if you find your self in Brussels.

I wanted to surprise my kid and went here, lured in by its kitschy 50s charm—pink bubblegum decor and retro vibes. This was probably my fourth visit over many years, and once again, I was reminded why I don’t come back more often. The food consistently disappoints. The kids' burger was completely unseasoned (even for kids), the fries were undercooked and pale, and my club sandwich was paired with an overly sweet coleslaw—no traditional skinny fries in sight. While the place is undeniably cute, the service was friendly enough, the food has always been subpar. Every few years I forget, go back, and remember why it's not great. Response to owner: I understand where you're coming from, and I can see how my quick "fine" at the end of the meal might have given you the impression that I was satisfied. However, as you noted, many people, myself included, prefer to avoid confrontation or awkwardness when asked a polite question, especially at the moment of paying. It’s not in my nature to criticize someone’s work directly to their face, and I’m not in the habit of giving bad reviews. That said, I felt disappointed with the experience and wanted to express that here. I don’t doubt you’re doing your best to accommodate everyone’s preferences, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations, yet again.

Tasty good, fair prices but what I appreciated the most was the service. They were generous, very sympathetic and available despite the many guests.

We had a great American style brunch with pancakes, eggs, and juices. Fun place and the food was really good. We ate outside on the quiet and sunny terrace

Le Balmoral is pure evidence that in Horeca sector what matters the most is the engagement and dedication of the owners and team. The super cool atmosphere and funky decor and design is just a cherry on the top, but the fundament is the owner and her daughter, and their kindness and warm welcoming greet every client. And yes the Milkshakes are very delicious 🙏🏻

Nice setting, typically American from the 60s, very colorful. The price is overall reasonable but some products should be more consistent and less bland. Also some points to improve here and there to make the experience even better. To test if you are curious and come back if you liked it, like me 🥞🍔🥤

Rushed waiters, long waiting times, amazing food We spent our New Years evening here and had a reservation at 8. 2 days before I got called to be informed that my table will be given away if I do not show up within 10 minutes. Fine, appreciated the info. When we came we got told by the door man to wait at a specific spot in the restaurant. After we moved only a few meters further they came running just to tell us we have to stay there because there is “a specific plan for the seating”. I just moved slightly to not be in the way. At the evening it seemed to be very busy looking at the staff. However 30-50% of the tables were empty or got empty between 8-9. It took a long time till we got the menu and again till we could order. Once we ordered the order was just taken in a rush without notes. The food was delicious, warm and as expected. All fine. Compliments to the chef. Many tables got empty after a while but the staff took sometimes up to 1 hour to empty them. I could not understand. Overall the food was very good. But the attitude of the door man and the busy stuff was not worth 135 EUR for me. I get better service and similar food in a place with half price.

This is the best place that I've eaten at in a long time. The food was honestly amazing. So much flavour, so many juices, everything was cooked to perfection. The service was also amazing. The lady that served our table was very friendly and easy to talk to, and would also help with choices whenever it was needed. I've taken pictures that you can also see down below. I highly recommend anyone in Brussels to go here.

The new snack is extreme overpriced. Steak is good but french fries are to avoid. Service is pushy. Before it was good now not.

I went there to eat a hamburger. I was a little bit disappointed because the place is specialized in grill meat, but the hamburger is not good. I didn’t feel the meat was fresh and the bread was not black as I saw in the picture. So, I think this place maybe is a good place if you want to eat a grill meat, but not a hamburger in my opinion. But the atmosphere is great and the staff was nice!

This restaurant/meal was the highlight of our trip to Brussels. A real hidden gem! We felt like we were dining 5 star! The food was INCREDIBLE! My husband had the surf and turf and I had the grilled sea bass. We certainly saved the best till last when we chose to eat here on our last night in the city. We didn't find this place online or by reviews, we happened to stumble across it whilst on a scooter ride through the city. The PERFECT dinner location that I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I wasn't sure about the portion size of the sea bass or the potato puree so I ordered fries to go on the side. The fries, I did not need because the portion sizes were PERFECT and the potato puree was THE BEST I HAVE EVER TASTED! My husband highly recommended the steak and lobster. We have travelled the world trying different steaks and I have to say this steak was as good as the steak I tasted at the Ruth Chris' Steakhouse in DUBAI! If we ever come to Brussels again, we will be back here. If we ever stay in a Marriott hotel; we will look for a Midtown Grill restaurant. 5 STARS ☆☆☆☆☆

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Midtown Grill. I had an amazing ribeye steak with a couple of beers. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable and the food is fantastic. The whole experience from start to finish was great. Waitress - Kelly was super friendly and kind - big thanks. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Brussels.

Had a fantastic Sunday evening here. I had to get some work done so I sat in a super comfortable booth in the bar with a powerplug! How awesome. The service from Kathlyn was amazing. She was so caring and friendly, always smiling and making sure I wasn't short of anything. When she noticed I didn't feel like drinking another glass of wine (delicious house wine though) she offered me refreshing tap water, she knew what I wanted without me knowing myself. Impressed with the BBP selection. I asked Kathlyn about vegetarian options and she knew exactly and by heart what they were. The parpadelle was good but I would suggest some more interesting and tasty mushrooms, garlic, and a nice olive oil they were a bit bland. The toilets need to be refurbished. I will definitely be back and hope to be served with the same attitude. Thank you! EDIT: Shame it took 4 weeks to get my double payment back. I tried to contact the restaurant in many different ways and they were going to contact me but after 4 weeks I ended up being very frustrated and stressed. Not professional at all. It's your payment terminal that was broken, so you have to be proactive toward finding a solution!!

The worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. I honestly feel like we were served garbage. The food quality was extremely low — the salad tasted awful, and the bread was moldy and deep-fried. They removed the avocado from the dish without any explanation, which was already disappointing. But the worst part? The fries were disgusting and completely inedible. I deeply regret spending my money at this restaurant. I will never set foot in this place again. The loud music made it feel more like a nightclub than a restaurant, and to top it all off, the glasses smelled like rotten fish. Absolutely unacceptable. Management should be ashamed.

After a long train journey we felt hungry and stepped into Manhattn’s Burgers. They really fulfilled our needs. The burgers were very tasteful. It is a self service place but food is prepared quickly.

We recently visited this cafe and were absolutely blown away by the quality of the food and the service! The burgers here are simply amazing! I especially recommend trying the Getsby burger; it was incredibly well-prepared and delicious. The Caesar salad also deserves a special mention—it was exceptionally fresh, perfectly dressed, and super tasty. Everything we ordered was flavourful and high-quality. The service was also top-notch. Sanae and Aya were both extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. They created a wonderful atmosphere and took excellent care of us.

Lovely visit, great food and service! I had the Tribeca chicken burger and fries. The milkshake was perfect. Great service from Tiba and a chilled atmosphere (visited on a weeknight) - busy enough for a vibe but not too loud, and quick food service.

The best burger I’ve had in while. Their service was nice and welcoming. They do have great variety of options in their burger Menu. I’ve had the seasons special Hot honey burger and it was delicious. You can feel the flavor in your first bite it was juicy and full of flavors.

Burgers were really nice, I loved the sweet potato fries. They almost felt double fried, very crispy! I got a sauce recommended from the working staff and it was a great choice! Tea very refreshing!

The burgers looked awesome but they weren't. It's kinda hard to explain... It was like I wasn't eating anything, they weren't bad they just didn't have a strong flavor or texture. They were also kinda small for their price. The staff was very friendly though.

Their sweet potato fries are absolutely delicious 😍 It can get a bit noisy during peak hours, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. A true downtown classic you shouldn’t miss 🍔🍟

The location of Manhattan Burgers is excellent and the Hamburgers are very tasty. The atmosphere is casual. The meat of the Hamburgers is very tasty and there are several good options. The French fries are also very good. Fully recommended.

We were a large party, the place was deserted but a girl scolded us when we asked if we could move the tables together (even though it was next to us and we would use less space like that) then the milkshake machine was broken (really, you are in the city center and you have only one machine?) then they were offering me silverware but they didn't have any forks, they were making excuses about they had a lot of customers but they were not even at a quarter of their capacity. in the end a supervisor brought the forks a couple of minutes later, the burgers arrived well done (even though I specifically order them medium rare) the fries were tasteless (any place around have better ones) the burgers were a little better at least, but nothing to write home about. one of the beverages was served in a broken glass, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I have been many times to Green Mango but it was the first time at this one (last Friday). The place felt more like a teen party than a burger place—loud DJ set, shots, tattoos. I was assured they were still serving burgers, so I ordered one to go and a beer while I waited. After 10 minutes, I had to remind them about my beer. It finally came, but 40 minutes later, my burger still “wasn’t ready”. I asked, only to find it sitting there, nearly cold. Quite unprofessional. If you want to host events, fine—but don’t serve food if you can’t deliver good service. For the price, the experience was unacceptable. Never again.

Went on a Sunday for lunch, they were not busy. Service was a bit slow, despite the lack of customers. Interior is very fun and vibrant. The wide range of menu items (burgers, sauces, drinks...) were original and creative. Ordered the Pollos Hermanos and Smokey Bacon, and a Copacabana and Sunny smoothie. Pollos Hermanos: loved the grilled veggies and guacamole combination. The minced chicken patty was okay. Serrano ham wasn't too salty. The bun was very light and fluffy. Smokey Bacon: delicious combination. Sweet yet a bit tangy with the mustard. Copacabana: loved it, subtle ginger flavour Sunny: very strong banana flavour Overall: price-quality is great! I would come again to try all the different combinations

Nice place to eat quality burgers! The staff is super friendly but the room is quite little so there is a lot of noice and the music is too present with too much "shouting". I took the warrior burger "T-Rex", it was really good except for the triple cheese which takes most of the taste... The mocktails are delicious and the fries different but extremely tasty! We'll come back to try another burger! Visited on 28th June 2022.

It is a nice+cozzy place, the waitresses/waiter are really kind!! And welcoming!! The food that I askes is delicious, very well cooked and warm to eat, variety of sauces to choose, good frites (well I ordered sweet ones that time)... The only "negative" thing is that when the door doesn't close completely (because of deliveries coming/going) the cold air gets in so is better to eat further from it... Out of that is perfect!! Probably the best burgers in Brussels. I had the Mc Lane (yes, like die hard) chicken burger and it's delicious. I could tailor the sauce and the fries were really tasty and light. The staff is welcoming and kind. A must in Brussels if you fancy a burger.

I just ate here on the cautious strength of some reviews, and was very happy! I can't claim to be a poutine afficionado but the Poutine Monique (i.e. with bacon and maple syrup) was good, though it took something to finish it all; staff were cheerful and accepting of my broken French and were happy to explain the beers, and the 80s rock soundtrack and shabby industrial decor made it a really chilled place to eat -- just what I was after. Would go back and try their burgers happily.

First impression very clean great atmosphere. You have to order your drinks at the bar. Price for beer ok for ice tea bit pricy. We try the poutine at Les Super filles du Tram. Good poutine in general. We try the traditional and the Monique one Bacon and maple sirop. They are good, but personally I prefer larger fries, sauce taste a bit burning onion for me. The cheese make the skouik-skouik noises love it. I recommend you try them. Service was simple and courteous.we were served fairly quickly. You should know that they are a lot of variation of poutine. Big fries or small fries, with or without the skins, BBQ sauce or more sweet or salty sauce. So you have to try several before to find yours. Give it a try. Bonne appétit!

Sadly enough lost a star since the fries lost quality last two times I visited. The burgers are still fantastic though (they even come in veggie versions!), and the service is also still very friendly! Hopefully the fries regain quality, though I must say they are not bad either. Definitely worth a visit!

I like this burger place. They have two vegan burgers and patrons can choose to replace the meat burgers by veggie ones in the regular burgers. They serve poutine! And you can hype it up by adding mushrooms for example. The veggie burger was like a falafel the last time I went while the first time, it was the beyond meat type. The wait staff is very friendly.

Decent place, and they have proper beer, but the vegan burger is not good. It tasted absolutely nothing. The fries are alright, although nothing special. Disappointing.

Good burgers for a fair price. The burger menu could use some non-standard burgers. Prices range between 10-15€. I felt the beer prices are a bit high but then again this seems to be the norm in Brussels. Service is OK. The whole place feels very much like a place to go for university students. English menus are available and also the waiters speak English. There are no starters on the menu. But I can eat quite a lot and i was totally stuffed after a regular sized burger with fries.

Boston Steakhouse does have their good reputation. This resturant is located just nearby the metro station Naamsepoort / Port de Namur. We have been seated downstairs but if you could I will recommend going upstairs as it's much cozy and nicer when it comes to atmospher. There were 3 waiters/waitress but I can only compliment 1 waitress (young lady with slim figure with brown hair) as she was the only one who gave impression of "working hard" and she was always busy. Other two is a mystery because they can't clean up the table when they have nothing to do (just bring it to the kitchen) and they just clean it when there are new customers (doesn't give any options of where they wanted to be seated). I have seen many people waiting long time for their orders to be noted by one of the waiter or waitress. The blond waitress was too busy talking with barman (i don't think he was new worker) and taking the bill were so slow too as I saw a lot of people not satisfied with their services. Even I called the waiter (the guy with glasses) but he pointed out it's blond waitress' job but he has nothing to do and you can always give out the bill. Oh well, I just had impression of those two who doesn't like their job and if they do then negelect a lot on attentiveness (when we are done with our food, they didn't clean the table when we got our menu to order desserts nor doesn't ask if everything was alright). Maybe I am making a lot of remarks as I have worked at restaurant at the sea side where you have to work from morning til night time and their restaurant itself isn't that big either :s So i can't understand about how hard to get things right. The food was good but I won't say it's amazing but I did like the cocktail a lot! The bread that we got was as hard as stone (I think it was couple of days old as inside was very dry). My fiance and I love the meat but then presentation can be improved as it made really ordinary (at least seprate frensh fries and the sauce was in small pot... it didn't gave a feeling of restaurant). I wanted to give 4 at first (during first impression thanks to brown haired waitress) but then downside started after we are done with our main dish. I don't think we will go back unless serivces have some improvement as it did took forever to get our dessert to be noted, dessert was served when ice was melted down completely and taking bill took too long as well.

The Cube Roll Entree which is the Argentina steak is to die for. Both my fiance and I enjoyed the flavor as it was tender and juicy and was served medium. We both enjoy a good steak and this was one of the best we have had as we are extensive world travelers. Highly recommend this place and the atmosphere is cool too. Don't let some of the negative reviews with the service deter you away because Europe is not fast pace so keep that mind.

This is probably one of the best burger I have tasted. We only stopped by because it was close to our hotel, but we are glad we did!

Was touring the area and walked in for lunch. Provided a warm welcome by the always attentive staff and given the choice of upstairs or downstairs seating. Food and drinks were promptly delivered after ordering. People around me were casually reading or doing work in this handsomely styled eatery.

We have ordered 2 cuba rolls for take away. And you see what we have got (see the photo, small piece of boiled meat), at home, it was the Christmas evening. I returned back, got the money back, but our family dinner was already ruined. Not recommended.

It's one of the best Burger places in Brussles. They have a very good variety of burgers in their menu, and the service is fine. The place is normally very crowded, so expect a noisy atmosphere inside.

Quite expensive for burgers that are just normal. The picture make them seem like super tasty, but it really is just normal burgers with not that much taste. Only the bigger burgers are nice. Although the homemade drinks and stuff, very good! I really like those, they were full of flavorrr.

They have vegetarian versions, Portobello in my case. Truly good homemade lemonade. Very fast served, for 6 people, took less than 15 minutes during lunch time. However, the burger was slightly warm. Other then that, if you are a burger-lover, in a hurry, that’s not bad place to pop in.

Too much money for an average burger & a long wait. Not one to usually complain but management needs to help allocate more staff to fulfill the demand. Burnt onion rings that took 45 minutes to prepare & the burger was beyond average. Such a disappointment.

Pretty disappointing experience with regard to the quality of food and service. Not only we were made to waite 30 minutes for our order while the restaurant was almost empty, but also the fish was served uncooked. Of course, I had to show to the waitress the uncooked fish and refused to have it. While we were finishing our drinks to leave, I was offered a burger instead which I did not order and was clear that I do not want any food, plus the burger had ingredients which I cannot eat. While I understand that this gesture was done to cover the mistakes, after such horrible experience you wanna leave the place as soon as possible and lose your trust in their quality. Hence, if you are around St Catherine, there are way better places to spend your money.

I just received my order and I was surprised in a bad way... Burned sweet potatoes and the beef was smelling so bad!!!! It's a pity as BE burger was my favorite one since 2018. I will never come back here...

Pretty decent comfort burgers. I had the cheese burger with bacon, along with onion rings and Belgian fries on the side. The burger was really good except that that meat was slightly over-cooked for a medium-cooked patty. The fries were good but not exceptional compared to the memorable fries one expects. Other than that, the service was pretty fast and the staff very friendly!

Every second new restaurant in Brussels seems to be jumping on the "burger" bandwagon lately, and quite a few of the new entrants are getting it amazingly right with some interesting flavours. That said, some of them aren't getting it right, and sadly Burger Republic is one of them. Starting with soggy onion rings (which can be forgiven), cold chips, and a very long wait for mayonnaise to arrive, their burgers were relatively bland compared to their competitors. Their menu sounds delicious, but falls flat at the first bite. In their favour, the interior is comfortable and welcoming, the atmosphere and service was upbeat and they have new "guest beers" to discover on a regular basis. I'd happily return in the future if their flavours packed the punch they imply with their menu.

Nice place to have what they call a gourmet burger. The food is good, they have a variety of options for food (and drinks as well!). The staff is very friendly - they messed up the order a little bit I think and served the fries with the appetizer so they offered us fries again with the burger :) Would surely recommend it.

In My Hood: Berlin Fabrik Berlin Fabrik meets Berlin in Brussels at this original inside the ultra-trendy Marolles. Or best streetwear; expect Greek classics, and whatever you do, don’t skip the Brandenburg Tor burger. It has beaujolais champagne sauce, squeezed into one of the fluffiest and tastiest burger buns in the city. In my opinion, they have probably the best meat quality in Berlin in combination with the best crust - result: a fantastic meat experience! The rest of the burger is ok, the bun kind of works, those different proposals for the burger make it so unique. Overall, the amazing meat quality makes this burger. What makes this place even more special is that it’s family-run, and that spirit comes through in every detail. This is not just any restaurant; it’s the product of a Greek family that genuinely cares about quality, fairness, and hospitality. The staff are part of its DNA: familiar, warm, and always attentive, with Fotis at the front, a true character who brings soul to the experience. I’ve been coming here with my dog since the very day I adopted her, and from the start, she’s been welcomed not just as a guest, but as a regular. On sunny days, she loves lounging on the terrace, and inside, the staff treat her like their best customer. It’s not just tolerated; it’s genuine care. She knows the place, and the place knows her. This isn’t a quick-bite kind of burger joint; this is a Brussels classic. It’s an experience, one that comes with the privilege of going along with your dog.

For lunch, the Student "deal" is no deal. In fact, you end up paying more since French fries are "not included", add 3,50 euro. Want to add cheese? That's another 0.60 cents. Slow service and the burger is well-done, no option on how you want it cooked. In the end, expectations with regards to value-money are not met. Prime example of nickel and diming. Unfortunate, since the tangibles and ambiance are pleasing. Service and food/pricing need to be improved.

3.5 🌟 - good burgers and fries… yet overpriced and service could be improved. For example, 5.6€ for a 40cl Coke is an insane price. Fries at 3.60€ are also overpriced. In terms of service, waiters did not come to us without being called, even though the restaurant was practically empty at the time we arrived (around 20h30). However, they were very nice and food came in good timing. In terms of quality, the vegetarian burger patties could be improved. Buying from “beyond burger” or similar would elevate the experience and could be justified for a 15€ burger.

Disappointing and disappointing. I now understand why the Stockel ‘Be burger ‘ restaurant is mostly empty. I ordered Texas ribs for the second time at the price of €19.90(I guess it’s temporary price) and the size of the ribs were totally different. It was less than half the size of my last order and half the size of the order next to someone else next to us who had ordered the same thing. I asked the server why the size was so different. Server said he didn’t know why, it’s not his fault, the ribs are already sliced before it arrives to the restaurant, and it doesn’t matter with the grams they prescribed on the menu. The server was kind but he had no idea what he was doing in the restaurant except serving with a smile. It’s such a disappointing experience that I’m putting my effort to write the review.

Nice tasty burgers, one thing they could improve is to have them a bit less soggy. The price for a gourmet burger it's ok. Service is good and fast enough, they have a nice tablet for the menu, a pity it can't be used to place the order itself to save time and see maybe what position you have in the queue of orders. Even having more photos of the actual plates could have been good.

Excellent choice of interesting burgers - I had the special of the day which was very tasty and on a nice crisp bread not a typical pappy, tasteless bun. It was well-cooked and with good chips (fries) and a guacamole side plus salad. The service was good and the restaurant, though small, nicely set up. The only down side is that it is quite pricey for a burger but, in the heart of the European Quarter, just across the road from an EU building and all those expense accounts, not exactly a surprise. Recommended.

Very good homemade burgers with a good choice of ingredients, including the option to make your own, and a nice selection of beers. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the simple setting and the music was nice and quiet enough to allow unhindered conversation. Will go again if I'm in the vicinity.

Absolutely delicious burgers, they actually understand what lactose free means (trust me, so many restaurants just serve brioche buns as lactose-free) and the waitress was VERY kind and cool. They made magic happen so we could still have a complete meal after a long trip while we were very much in a hurry. Love this place! We even returned the next day to eat there again but they were closed that day 😟 Next time!

[visited a couple of months ago] We went to Be Burger for a dinner of two. The menu is shown/handed on an iPad - an absolute magnificent feature (I wish more restaurants would have this!). The staff is very friendly and courteous. Recommending dishes from their menu is absolutely no problem - even with a corresponding wine. Food tastes delicious and is well served. Prices are a little above average but justified for this served quality. We are looking forward to be your guests again.

Good choice of burgers and nice cocktails in a pleasant setting close to Place du Lux. A good place to spend your evening and have a conversation, as the music is in a rather low note. The personnel does not speak English though and they don’t seem too friendly.

Burgers taste good: the meat very juicy, the sauces rich, the bun so so but overall it's a good flavor. The fries, both belgian and sweet potatoes are fresh and warm. You order both separately. A tiny side salad would've been nice to be included, you can still ask for a coleslaw for extra cost (but that's a lot of extra cost here and there). The parmesan croquettes are to die for: a must try! We went on a day where half of the menu was not available because apparently they change it every now and then (?). The staff was very kind and helpful all the time. There seems to be a nice, small garden but not ready with tables yet. Overall, quite a nice experience and would come again to try other options that were not available during this visit.

Went for an event. Burgers were very well prepared and with vegan options. There was a selection of tasty beers we enjoyed and the staff were extremely kind. Space was nicely decorated and with a terrace. Definitely would recommend. Will come back.

The restaurant is cozy and the food very tasty! In terms of quality and quantity the price is reasonable (not expensive). A big minus though is the delay of one hour to be served albeit the restaurant was half full. In addition to this, the waitress was not very polite and the excuse that it's normal lunch time and things go slow is neither convincing nor professional. At least, if they have these big delays they should inform in advance. Another negative point is that the order was not correct as one of the burgers had ingredients that we have asked them to leave out. If somebody has an allergy on sth and the waiters are not careful when writing down the order, things might get more serious.

The service is horrible, the patio is very nice, and you can't get vegetarian fries or any veggie side dish, the burger tasted amazing. The server didn't write down any of our orders so the first time it came out wrong. I ordered a veggie burger cancun without cheese and it came with cheese. So when my burger finally came out correctly my friend already finished his. All fries are cooked in beef fat, which is a shame because they have so many veggie burgers so you'd think they would cook in plant-based oil. So I had to get a burger without fries. When I finished it I was still hungry so I tried to order another one but for 15 minutes there was no service on the terrace. I went inside to find a server, they were both chit chatting with another guest. When I asked if there was still service on the terrace they followed me and both cleared our table. They made some sarcastic comments which were louder than my order for another beer, so this order was never received. I tried to get again the attention of the servers to order this beer. Awful service, nice burgers, nice location, but unfortunately no vegetarian fries.

I've had my fair share of burgers up to this point in my life, and the burger at Be Burger is one of the best I have had. Expertly composed, good choice of beef, the marinated onion complemented the rest of the ingredients beautifully. I know what I'm going to eat next time I'm back in Brussels

This was a hidden gem we found. We were starving and trying to find something in the city but the traffic was so bad we just decided to stop on the outskirts. We found this place and it was an amazing experience. The owners were so friendly and spoke great English. The food was really good and they make the fries right there from scratch. They were some of the best fries I’ve had. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They have some great sauces to choose from that complement the burgers and fries. I loved the ghost pepper sauce the best. I would definitely make a stop here for a good burger and fries outside of the States.

I used to love this place. Just until the day we were eating and we saw a mouse behind one of the tables. (Proof in the video below). We called immediately the server and he naturally said: “wow, that was what you got in your burger hahahah”. Second server didn’t care either. As we already finished at that time, we just paid and leave. Never again to this place.

Great to find a place that doesn’t close between lunch and evening service. Perfect to come with the kids for an early dinner after school or activities. Big plus for changing table and kids menu. Affordable and tasty, and friendly, laidback atmosphere.

Super tasty burgers thay feel like they are homemade. They have a large selection of burgers and how you can customize them by meat and the other ingredients. The fries and the mayo/ketchup come with the burger and they fit together well. I recommend the Nachos Burger if you want to try something a little bit different but very good as a new safe choice.

The best hamburgers restaurant in Brussels! The staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is great and the hamburgers are delicious. You also have an all-you-can-drink option, you pay 5 € and you can drink as many soft drinks as you want. The crispy cheeseburger was delicious, yet little, but there are unlimited fries and coleslaw, which is super tasty. You can also ask for free ketchup and mayonnaise. The fried chicken burger was also delicious, but the best we tried was the Tower 2x2. It was not our first time and without any doubt not the last one!

A pleasant surprise at the corner of St. Catherine. Good quality and thick meat, well seasoned, with your own choices of cheese and veggies, as well as a side dish with sauce. All inclusive for 12.9 euro. Another additional plus is the fried chicken wings is surprisingly delicious! 6 pieces of wings for 7 euro. Thumb up!

The dish was clearly broken and it shouldn’t be used to serve the food to a customer. The beef was a lot smaller than the bread. I finished the beef in 2 minutes. That small. I ordered a burger with mushrooms and there were no mushrooms, just some caramelised onions. I don‘t know if the place was previously managed by different people and had a different chef, but I don‘t understand the good reviews since the place is clearly not a good restaurant. In reality it is really bad.

If you want basic fast food burger then this is the place. Don’t expect anything good. Also be careful wd takeaway order. You may not get what you asked for so check your order before leaving.

Hey everyone, the fish burger was delicious. The other friends were happy too. You get a potato and a salad, and you can eat as much as you want. The potato wasn't the best, and it wasn't very salty either. Salt itself isn't salty or hard to dose. The drinks were pretty good. The service was great. This is a great team.

We were so happy we stopped at this place! The service was phenomenal and the food was so, so great! Best onion rings and hamburgers we’ve had in a very long time! Relaxed low key environment too. And we appreciated them being open earlier compared to other places too!

We were craving hamburgers, and my son really wanted to try this place. It didn’t disappoint — they serve proper, tasty burgers. The fries are unlimited, and they also refill the coleslaw salad when you finish. In terms of price vs value, I’d say it’s on the lower side — mainly because you can find equally delicious burgers in Brussels at a more affordable price.

Loved it. Easy to make a reservation. All tastes catered for. There is a vegan burger. The fries get topped up when you run out. They are cooked in vegetable oil on their own. The unlimited soda is a nice option. You have ro pay for water though, but it came out chilled which was nice. I expect to return again.

Very celiac friendly. The server knew exactly what questions to ask. My food was prepared separately and even plated differently than my friends so it was clear which meal was gluten-free! The burger and the gluten-free bun were delicious too!

We had the Cheeseburger and Vegan burger. Fries and Salad as sides. Lemonade and Coke to wash it all down. This location did not fail in what was presented. All was tasty and a true delight to eat. This is probably the first time that l would say the Vegan burger was actually edible by a Steak and chips type of person.

Food quality just as you expect from a fast food chain, not too bad, altough their signature "giant" burger was pitifully small, it was still better than a big mac, also the chicken fingers were delicious. The service and the atmosphere were both pretty poor, but you shouldn't expect anything better from a fast food chain. All in all worth a try, as this is the first fast food burger chain that opened in Europe.

Easily the slowest 'fast food' restaurant I've ever visited. Ordered a simple double cheeseburger Menu Deal, and had to wait for over half an hour for my order to be finished. Four other people who'd ordered after me got served far sooner in the meantime. It might be understandable if it was a large or complicated order, but it very much wasn't - and this was the third time this had happened to me in this particular Quick. Not going back.

I’m always down try fast food in other countries. I kept seeing Quick everywhere so we decided to stop in for a super late/quick dinner at around 10 pm on a Thursday. We picked up a few items to go - the Summerai (which I think was for a limited time in August) and the giant chicken wrap. The Summerai is basically just a a burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, and samurai sauce. Nothing special. The chicken wrap was fine - lettuce, cheese, and some sort of white sauce I could have done without because they put way too much of it. Overall, it did the trick for what we needed it for - something quick that was still open. Would I come back? Probably not. I’d probably just stick to McDonald’s.

If there was an option to give negative stars for the service, I would definitely do it because omg. My friends order was made at 19:17 and she only got her order at . This is so concerning, we came to eat fast food and it took the same amount of time that would take to make a meal for a 3 people 😦

Stopped for lunch after a visit to the nearby park and museums. Food is really good, we had a couple of burgers and some fries. When you walk in it feels like youre literally in Manhattan. The burgers, although a bit expensive, are unbelievably tasty and definitely. They also have other things like milkshakes, which taste like how I'd imagine those american milkshakes taste, and they also have the tastiest sweet potato and regular potato fries which pair perfectly with the sauces they offer.

Which is the best in Brussels? There’s plenty of overpriced, dry, bloated burgers in the city and you’ll may fibnd those “OK”. But the unmatchable , for me, is Bintje. Bintje is without a doubt the most popular smash burger joint in the city and my personal favourite. Incredibly popular on social media for good reason, they pump out fantastic smash burgers. Their burgers are the definition of the ‘whole is more than the sum of its parts’. Yes, it’s a real smash burger – their patties are smashed really, really thin. You’ll see the epic, crispy edges barely holding together. What sets their frites apart from most friteries in Brussels is the consistent quality. They use carefully selected potatoes, and each portion is freshly prepared to order (you can really taste the difference. And if you’re in the mood for something heartier, don’t miss their famous mitraillettes ) a proper treat for any street food lover. For me, it’s textually perfect. But not just the burger, the place and the experience. But for me, it’s not just about the food. It’s the whole place. I have ADHD, and feeling comfortable (meaning practical, simple, low-stress) matters a lot to me. Bintje offers exactly that. I go almost every week with my dog. I avoid the rush hours, and every single time, the team is not only kind to me but genuinely sweet to my dog, which honestly makes my day. A great burger is one thing. A place that makes you feel welcome and nails the food every time? That’s rare.

I’ve been wanting to try burgers and fries from Bintje for a long time, and I finally ordered the Bintje Mac with fries and chili sauce for takeout (unfortunately, they don’t offer delivery). The burger was amazing—fresh, with the perfect crunch from the lettuce and pickles, just the right balance of meatiness and cheesiness. I also really enjoyed the fries: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The chili sauce was perfectly hot and flavorful. On top of that, the service was impressively fast. Next time, I’ll definitely enjoy it in-house!

The smash burger is ok with a nicely toasted bun. While not extraordinary, it’s worth trying. The fries are very crispy and tasty as well. Keep in mind it’s self-service.

A hamburger shop that keeps it simple with only 3 burger options and fries available to order. They offer 3 burger topping options which can be paired with a beef or vegetarian (beyond beef) patty. Their fried are crispy and whole cut, you can choose from 8 different sauces - the andalucian option is tasty. They have a wide range of Belgian craft beers available. We tried some really great varieties. It's a small place inside with seating for only about 20 people and very limited outside seating for about 10 people. There is always a queue here but it moves pretty quickly. Great atmosphere and vibe inside. Fantastic fast and friendly service.

Best burger in Brussels and the staff are super nice. Minimalist decor inside, quite a lot of space and tables, but somewhat Spartan. They have free tap water, not a given in Belgium, and a few tables outside, nice on a sunny day.

Ordered delivery and the food was carelessly packed, the burgers were both open and scrambled in the bag, and the ketchup was not included with the order. The food arrived ice cold. Might be OK for dine in, but definitely do NOT recommend take out or delivery.

They make good burger or that's what I thought until I had the burger here. I have been to Five Guys before so I had high expectations. I still loved the fact that you can choose so many toppings and they were generous with it. Portion of fries was enormous and Cajun seasoning was delicious. Unfortunately that's where the good things end. Burger patty was really thin, so thin that it was breaking up while being picked. I can understand that it's priced accordingly. However the buns that were given to us was cold, and not room temperature cold but refrigerator cold which completely ruined the experience for us. There was no rush and it wasn't made particularly fast either so not sure why it was prepared like that. I would still recommend Five Guys because they know their burgers but not just in this location. Also weirdly our food was served in a takeaway bag rather than a tray. 🤷

I come here because my teenager son likes the place, the burgers and the 'all you can drink' formula. For me this place is too basic, no alternative to standard old style beef burgers, no effort to make the overall experience pleasant. French fries are good.

I have to say that this evaluation was going to read very badly… I mean to be greeting with them awful stairs, the same (cold) temperature indoors than what was outdoors, having to go up and down between too floors to fetch the food without any electronic or other system to know when your order is ready to be picked up… but I have to say that flavour wise, they delivered! The first milk shake was perfect and the great part of it all was the wide variety of ingredients to choose from – all included in the same price. Unfortunately the quality varies as the second shake later in the week was just watery mix with huges chunks of food items not passing through the straw. Huge portion size, at least to an European ;-) The fries were HUGE, like for a family of 4 kind of sizing. The burgers are really made upon ordering and were robust and true to what was advertised. Very, very expensive, even too high prices though. Would I return for a burger? perhaps yes.

Every time it's an wonderful experience at Five Guys in Brussels. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, making the visit even better. The burger is, as always, top-notch, but what really stands out are the fries. I absolutely love them, especially the spicy option. The veggie burger is also a delicious and solid choice. Each time I'm looking forward to my next visit.

We have to take a long stairs to go to the basement. For a fast food, the service is very slow. I had to wait 25 min to get my burger. In addition, the price is expensive, we can have better quality burger and having better service in a nice restaurant near by (or any other brasserie in Brussels). They have to work to reduce their price.

The people are very nice and there’s a terrace. That said, the food was just awful and I would never return. The croquette mix starter was very heavy - I get that by definition this stuff is deep fried, but it can be done well and I’ve had it done well. This landed like a brick in my stomach and the shrimp one was especially strange. My Nemo Burger was a disaster. The ‘batter’ again was this super heavy over fried dark brown thing. The fish was disgusting. Raw in some places and kind of overcooked in others. Wilted arugula and a sad tomato slice, a strange bread that probably aims for something special but falls short. The fries are also bad. Not enough flavour. Too much grease. Strange dark spots. Definitely not top potatoes.

Much more than the food quality and the reasonable price, it’s the great service that’s makes us come back to this place.

Some of the best places to eat are sometimes off the main grid, and Chez Bichon is one those places. The staff is super friendly and attentive. When ordering my hamburger I said no pickles, the waitress quickly explain the sauce on the burger has pickles in it and gave me a generous portion to taste. You the taste of pickles is very mild and the sauce one can tell is made in house. On to the burger, its been a long time since I ate a burger and wanted another Chez Bichon is one of few places where I wanted another. And yes I resisted. Chez Bichon, ill be back 😃

This place is an absolute joke. Yet again, Burger King Auderghem managed to mess up my order — missing items like it’s a normal part of their service. I shouldn’t have to dig through my bag in the parking lot like a detective just to make sure I got what I paid for. But of course, you only find out when you get home and it’s too late. This isn’t a one-time slip-up — it happens constantly. It’s like they just don’t care. If you can’t get the basics right, maybe fast food isn’t your thing. At this point, it feels like throwing money into the trash. Get your act together.

The staff is always helpful and friendly, the place is always clean and organised, and your chicken tenders are exceptional (cannot find them anywhere outside of Belgium 🥲). Undoubtedly the best option near Brussels Midi train station. I had steak frites, wife had salad and there are kids menu options. Highly recommend. Food takes 10-15 minutes to be prepared.

I enjoyed the burger, tasted delicate and fresh, and the chips also tasted better than your normal chips. Service was good. Just thought the place lacked a bit of atmosphere. Overall, though, it's good if you are looking to grab a quick bite and go.

Lovely location close to the train station. The place was empty, it was just me and another client. I only understood the reason when the food arrived. As soon as the waiter put the plate in front of me I could feel a strong smell of very old and used oil - that put me off from the very beginning. To say that the food was ok would be an overstatement.

The Smash burger and fries were good but both women's and men bathrooms were out of hand soap and did not look cleaned recently :(

Great place to stop before your Eurostar travel or after getting off. Very good quality burgers, fresh and big portions. We visited around lunch hours before our train, wasn't busy so you also avoid the mass. Everything tasted fresh. Skin on fries. We also got the wings which is just plain wings, but it was cooked well, crunchy outside and juicy inside, very meaty. The burgers were big, thick meat. Priced slightly more than a fast food chain but well worth it, still cheaper than most eateries we've tried. The restaurant has a clean rustic feel and love the gas station decor. Staff helpful. Food did not take long. €8-14 for a meal

I recently visited Khabib Black and White Burger and I have to say it was amazing! The burger was very yummy, juicy, and full of flavor. Honestly, it’s the best burger I’ve ever eaten. The place itself is really nice and spacious, perfect for hanging out with friends or family. Everything was clean, well-designed, and had a great vibe. Highly recommend if you’re craving a top-quality burger.

Really great burger place with a full halal menu. I got the Khabib burger, which was excellent. Only criticism would be that the bun is quite a bit larger than the burger patty. The chicken nuggets were also really good, similar to McDonald’s but more gourmet. The drink was good but was not very sweet which was unexpected for me.

Corn bread buns, no or bad flavors, delivered burgers were completely smashed in their wrapping, like pancakes, not just the meat. Truffle burger barely has any sauce and bad taste... Smash burger flavor is almost like McDonald's but below in taste. I wanted to wash my mouth to get rid of their burger taste. No recommendations and the good reviews are not understandable.

Terrible! 1. The burger is really really bad! And it was not cheap at all!!! 2. They forgot to give me the sauces (I paid for that, it’s not free), meanwhile at that time there are not many guests. (It was also my fault for not checking the take away bag they gave me, but still, they were in charge if that!) 3. I went here in COVID time. The staff did not wear a mask!!! Unbelievable how he can be that irresponsible!! If you walk a bit (just 10mins) to the city center (along boulevard Anspach), you will have much more and better choices for food! Really!

Got the Bro’s burger and the The El chapo burger. The Bro’s burger was delicious with the caramelised onions. The El chapo was great with the avo and little spicy. You need to add sides. Chips do not come with the burgers. Chips were nice and hot and crispy. The burgers had a lot of volume and filling. Staff were nice and we didn’t wait long to get the meal. Went back the next day to get the Bro’s burger and got the BBQ chicken tenders. It was so~good.

Loved the burger here, the potato bum is super tasty and having the option of grilled chicken is really superb. Definitely coming back. The cashier was super gentle and helpful, very friendly. A place to go back to.

We stayed in Brussels for a few days and we decided to give this place a go as we fancied a burger. We had the Bro’s burger with double patty option and one portion of fries. The burgers were hot, meat was fresh, soft and the toppings plus sauces complemented the meat. The fries were of the crinkle cut variety which were hot, crispy and soft on the inside. The food was so good we went back again before we left and had the US and Peppercorn Burgers. Both again tasted great and the meat was equally as good as first time around. We also had the BBQ chicken wings too which were also nicely cooked.

I will start by saying that the brioche burgers are absolutely delicious. You cannot miss them if you are nearby. We also ordered some chicken tenders and the flavour of it was fantastic. Nothing to say about the food or the staff that was very nice for example offering us to cut the burgers to the kids. The only negative point was related to the location of the place. It's a city centre and you will need to deal with it. You can always sit inside if it's not too hot.

This was my favourite place to eat in Brussels, with the best burger I have ever had. The lady serving was also so friendly. It is fully halal and each burger is available with a meat-free patty.

On 03/14/2025 at 18:00, we approached this stall to order a hamburger. The guy who served us was very rude. A guy with a mustache. My husband ordered a Smokey burger, to which he replied that it wasn't available. Then my husband ordered something else, and they didn’t have that either. My husband then asked, "So, what do you have?" Immediately, the guy rolled his eyes and rudely repeated the options, almost shouting, while aggressively pressing the screen to place the order. My husband and I stayed polite the whole time because we understand that this job can be annoying, but the customer service was really bad. In the end, I ordered the only thing left, a classic burger, which was awful; the meat wasn't seasoned at all. The French fries, however, were good. On top of everything else, the place was full of homeless.

Burger was ok but nothing special. Fries were good, but. I ordered and once ready I picked up my burger and fries and asked if I could have some mayo. It was €1 extra and more importantly I'd have to queue up again to pay which meant it wasn't worth my food going cold. The menu didn't say anything about sauces, maybe it's normal in Belgium though? Anyway disappointing visit. I'd not bother next time.

Had a beastie bacon burger. While it didn't look great, the taste was nice and it was made fresh. The fries were also pretty ok. For the price (€10) and speed I think the quality is rather good. Will come again for a quick meal before my travels!

The burgers were very tasty, even though we only tried the chicken burgers this time. Two different types were evenly as tasty as the other. The chips were not your average french fries, but very good! The black bunns made it a very unique experience. The staff was friendly and helpfull. Worth the visit!

Me and my gf really enjoyed this place. We sat outside and the clear sky and lights hung up created a nice environment. She was a bit disappointed that they didn't have any of the advertised colored buns, but the food they did have was very good!

Being a true Google Guide my 4 stars is like 5 stars from other reviewers. Interior is cool & classic, a good place to even arrange regular meetings or just visiting with family or friends. Now the food quality part, I'm tough with that but they are preparing very nicely Burgers and Chips. Temperature is fine, taste is also good. I'd say in this area of Jette if you can have that mid-cosy resto delivering quality burger is already a big deal! Now what you have to be careful is payment method, they don't have this facility and only accept Cash. I hope they'll arrange card payments very soon that can bring even more customers and regular one.

Just ordered a takeaway and probably the worst burger I’ve ever tasted. The burger was awful completely overcooked. The bacon substitute was gross and the taste of the sauces were bizarre and inedible. After one bite I couldn’t eat any more. Don’t waste you’re time.

This restaurant has too many chairs for the amount of costumers they can handle. The staf also isn't able to give a aproximatively realistic waiting time. They told me the burger will be ready in 15 minutes, add 1 hour to that and you get the real time. The most dissapointing aspect is the fact that all they serve is overprized and far from fresh. I clearly could taste the re-heated day old burger wich was oversimplified and quite cold. The fries must have been fried at least 4 times in the previous days (you could taste a difference in each fry). With all the quality burger joints in an around the city i can't understand how poeple can conduct a business like that.

Not only were they super expensive, their making of the food is poor. I asked for chicken wings and this guy packaged some cold wings for me. It was terrible and the meat was so cold. I wish I checked the pack before leaving. The fries too were too soggy and horrible. The burgers are also very poorly made and I regret the number of times I come here simply because shops around don’t make burgers. Terrible.

I've been to this restaurant before, but today was my first visit in a long time. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. After waiting for over 30 minutes without anyone coming to take my order, I decided to leave. If they had came so I could order at least something to drink in the meantime that would be another story, but I was just sitting there the whole time waiting. I was disappointed, as I really like this restaurant and was looking forward to trying their food again. I'm not sure if I should give them another chance in the future. The food quality is good as far as I remember, if you don’t mind the waiting why not! Update: I went back today (Saturday 3rd June), the service was fast and the food was delicious. I guess last time the restaurant was a bit overwhelmed. I decided to give it a second chance and I was not disappointed, hope it continues this way in future visites.

Watched the guy working see mold on a bagel check it out then just put it in the toaster for a customer. Then they messed up the order for the lady in front of me and then gave her order to me instead. Granted it was the same type of sandwich but I had ordered mine on a completely different style bagel. Lazy, unprofessional, and expensive for what it is. I highly recommend avoiding this place. There are much better sandwhich options close by.

Cool concept and location. Lots of art/posters on the walls to hold your interest while waiting for your fresh bagel sandwich to be prepared. And the cookies are amazing! Very smart to put samples on the counter or I never would have tried them.

After reading the reviews saying that people were still hungry after a bagel I decided to take the big size 2 floors and it was surprisingly filling. However the taste is basic, not bad, just basic, and definitely not worth the price (over 8.50 EUR for that one bagel, add more for a drink). Also annoyed that the same person dealing with the cash register is also making the food, without gloves that is. (Often the case in Belgium #disgusting)

The bar is nice, forniture it's industrial but you have to read all the quotes and funny sentences they have on the walls! It's a bit expensive but our waitress was super nice and efficient. Bagels are good, on average. We had one with specoulous cream and the other one with peanut butter cream. Coffee it's okay.

Not very cool when you place an order, you get charged for it (13EUR) and then 20 mins later you get a "restaurant didn't accept your order" text. Well then get unlisted from the delivery apps - OR don't take half hr to reject orders after you get the 'estimated delivery time' 10 mins.

This is a great place to go to for a fastfoodrestaurant. The food isn't as expensive as McDonald's, and the food tastes better as well. It also feels less chemical and it's of a better quality. The place was pretty tidy and calm as well, and the food came quickly (like the name suggests :). You do have to pay for the toilet, which is quite the rip-off.

Sorry for the poor review, the burger was almost in 3 pieces (the meat and breads separate), the food was bad, the cola has no taste, food tasted unusual for a normal chicken burger and the mayonnaise tastes like it was kept in front of the oven the whole day, please try to do better, it s people's money at stake, get better personnel if they don't like working in places like this!

Food was fantastic! That was about it. Our order was messed up, did not receive fries or drinks. Restaurant was busy and not entirely clean. Manager was working very hard and was helpful, however other staff seemed disinterested and many were standing around not doing anything when there was clearly things to do.

If you like eating steel rods I really recommend you eating there👍 their response? We can refund you the burger while I have a broken teeth, i send an email 6-7 months ago still no response nothing.

I would only recommend this place to my worst enemy. This place ruined our trip. And I’m really not the kind of person that would make this kind of statement. Imagine being in Brussels for only one day. We wanted to do sightseeing so we went to a fast food restaurant to save time. We didn’t want the classic fast food chains and wanted to try the Belgian alternative, and wow the name is quick so it being a fast food restaurant it will satisfy our needs. We ordered two burgers, fries and drinks and sat down in the table waiting for the food. After ten minutes we think it’s strange that it hasn’t arrived. After 20 minutes we notice people that arrived after us already received their order and we ask the staff about it, they don’t really care and say we should wait. Another ten minutes pass and each waiter we see walking we think they will deliver our food. It was not the case. 40 minutes passed not one of the five waiters we informed we have been waiting cared. We go to the register and ask again. They say we should wait. We ask multiple times for the manager and ten minutes later after one hour they renew our order after they admit lost it. No problem, we only want our money back and don’t want the food, they tell us it’s almost ready, we should wait. The point is they even FORGOT THE ORDER A SECOND TIME and didn’t want to give us the money back, we had to wait. After ONE HOUR and 30 minutes we received our order in the fast food restaurant “Quick”. It’s crazy ironic. The manager apologized and gave us two milkshakes. The fotos are of the tables around us that remained dirty after every person that came finished before we got our order.

Quick is ok customer service was friendly, and good you have a choice of orders from the kiosk or in person from the till they take major credit card and cash. You have toilet facilities for everyone.

The manager here should be fired if allow to deliver the food like today, 22th April 2024 at 19:30. The worst Quick in Belgium. Just look the pictures. It supposed to be the pistolay.....

I ate here a couple days ago as it was across the street from the hotel I stayed at. Had the Simmental ribeye steak and it was the most flavorful steak I have ever had and cooked to perfection. Overall, food and dining experience top notch, along with the service. Highly recommended.

The ribeye steak was delicious, with a flavor that reminded us of open-fire grilling. However, we did not enjoy the beef burger — it came with shredded beef in a sweet sauce, whereas we were expecting a traditional beef patty. The bun was also soggy due to the excess sauce. On the positive side, the service was quick. Thank you.

I ordered the rib burger, which isn’t a traditional patty-style burger — it’s more like shredded meat in a brioche bun. Unfortunately, the brioche was overly sweet and didn’t match the flavor of the filling. The burger was also very watery, and the bottom bun was completely soaked and falling apart. It just didn’t work for me at all. I did mention this to the staff after eating part of it and asked if it could be changed, but they refused. To be fair, the staff was very friendly and polite — but at the end of the day, I came here to eat, and the food really missed the mark. I wouldn’t come back or recommend this place based on my experience.

Since the restaurant is so close to the hotel, we decided to go and have our dinner there. We are not picky and did look at the review of the place. I look nice. The atmosphere is good. The place is clean. We had some starter and the main dish would be steak (as the name make us feel like that’s what they are best at). The starter is quite nice but all the main dish and the red wine are all very very bad. The test was not right. The texture and quality of the meat is not up to standard at all. It just look nice. It was the worse meal I ever had in Belgium. I would not recommend anyone or tell anyone to go there.

I had steak, mocktail, potato fry and coffee. The steak was very nice. I usually eat a little more done but it was ok. I asked for more "spicy" (more chilli) but I think they were scared to give more. Ha ha ha. The quality of meat was really good. Mocktail passion fruit was fantastic. Then they kind of went to dig up some potatoes for the fries I requested. But when it arrived, I realized why it took so long. It was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST POTATOES. I am so glad that they didn't take any short cuts. Every piece was a treat. Baked, not fried. That's why. I would gladly recommend.

We had a memorable evening as a family at the Brussels “Steak ‘n’ Chill.” The food was excellent and the service outstanding. The furniture and cozy setting made it feel like a perfect place to eat steak.

I drove here today to have lunch with my family and the information on google says it is open 12-3pm, unfortunately it is closed. It is the 2nd time for us to come and follow on google information and closed. there is no opening hours information at the store, we called before we drove here and no answer at all…… You should updates on the google information, my review point to the store is 1 out 5 or 0 out 5 if any…. I must say this place has some very very good burgers. Like, it's really no joke. I think this might be the second best burger joint in Brussels. They could be first if they had a tasty craft beer selection on a rotating tap.... but that's my opinion. Give this place a go if you're looking for something great and not at all average.

Quite honestly, the burger was excellent, the fries were very good and you don't make friends with salad, so in all, pretty much perfect. Also : Pretty fair on the pocket for a quality burger. Moreover : Ready in 5 minutes and served with a smile. The only bad thing was that it was raining. That is literally the only thing I can complain about. The weather. How awfully British of me, and I'm not.

Quality food with fresh ingredients. Nothing about the food necessarily blew me away, but it was a good concept. The waffles were pretty dry, but maybe that's so they don't get soggy from the chicken. One item I highly recommend is their vanilla espresso, that shake was pure magical ❤️

My wife and I stumbled upon this place by pure chance, and I noticed the sign that said “best waffle you will have”. so I was ready to be convinced. And wow, they delivered! Vincent, the owner, was incredibly friendly and personally recommended our dishes. I went for the OG waffle and my wife had the chicken sandwich. Both came out quickly and were surprisingly delicious! My mango smoothie was a perfect 10/10!! super fresh with a rich and tasty mango flavor. My wife had a strawberry drink that was just as refreshing, fresh, and delicious. What really stood out was Vincent himself, such a good hearted person. He even let us charge our phones so we could find our way back to our hotel. When it came time to pay, he took the time to give us a whole set of recommendations for the next day. If you want to experience Brussels from a different, more local point of view, definitely ask him, he knows the best spots! I also loved the shirts the staff wear with the quote “Stop dreaming and start working.” Vincent is the perfect example of that, he showed us that if you work hard and follow through, you can really make it. Truly motivating! I’ll be happily recommending this place to my friends when they visit Brussels one day.😁 I wish your dreams really come true Vincent!

Staff were friendly and spoke English. Place was clean offered both indoor and outdoor seating. I had a Pesto chicken waffle burger from their summer special. It was very delicious and the ingredients were fresh. Their triple cheese fries were also great.

Certainly one of the top (if not the best) brunch places in Brussels. The French toast and chicken is definitely their signature dish! If you’re looking for a perfect combination of mouthwatering pleasure, a unique sweet and savory balance combined with awesome service and a great atmosphere… you don’t need to look further.

One of many restaurants near grandplace offering kebabs burgets etc. I saw 4.7 on google and thought like just be a nice place. Staff OK they were pleasant though I could not find them when I wanted to pay my bill. The atmosphere like a railway cafe rather than high street Restaurant, empty, noisy, and some garbage could be sticking out of the corners. Toilet upstairs no baby changing facilities found. Food tasteless though god looking. Doner without spices in pita which was wet rather than crispy and grilled. I had to put spicy sauce to make it edible. Chicken shish yellow no spices, tasteless, rice was ok and salad was ok. I liked the serving on the wooden board but it was inconsistent witv the golden metallic plate for the shish. I would not recommend this cafe and suggest trying something else for kebabs though you may try saffron tea which may be good based on the pictures in he menu.

Firstly the capacity of the restaurant is giant secondly I would highly recommend the Persian food here and finally the men were so nice and since we were tourists they told us great places to experience in Brussels because he wanted us to experience the the fun here plus the food came really quickly and it was fully cooked and that’s why I would highly recommend this place you should definitely try the food because the moment you bite it you’ll love it

The service was okay and the food came out quickly, which we appreciated. However, we ordered the mixed plate and were quite disappointed. The kabab kubideh was dry, tough to cut, and even harder to chew. The kabab barg (or what seemed like an imitation of it) was also quite hard and lacked the tenderness you'd expect. The jujeh was the only decent part, but overall, the food didn’t taste authentically Persian. For the quality, it felt overpriced. The kababs weren’t juicy or flavorful, and the textures were off. As Persians ourselves, we were really hoping for a more authentic and satisfying experience.

A practical concern arose with the men's restroom facilities, where saw the absence of a lamp and a malfunctioning sink. On the brighter side, the staff were helpful. The restaurant's good location in the heart of Brussels is undeniably convenient and appealing. However, the interior design missed an opportunity to showcase the rich tapestry of Iranian culture, which could have added depth and authenticity to the atmosphere. Good but honestly too expensive. Paid 16€ for fries and a burger and it wasn’t that good. Fries are okay, burger is better but felt like I could’ve made it at home. Nice to try but won’t go back!

A great little hole-in-the-wall for burgers with a minimalist menu and a fresh, made-to-order approach. Very friendly service.

This is definitely a step up from the regular Belgian fry place. The burger's are good, and you can choose the quality of meat you are willing to pay for. Fair prices. The service was a bit less nice. I wasn't ordering quick enough and while studying the menu, the server expressed a great impatience.

Great place! The food came really quick and was super delicious. We enjoyed every bite and will definitely come back again- there's an impressive menu with loads of interesting food and original cocktails. The service was wonderful and fast, made us feel welcome even thought we came close to closing time. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Beware: they are huge, fresh and extremely delicious. Furniture is little bit beat-up by time, but it's clear and quite comfortable. Green mango and Captain Nemo in attachments. BTW, nemo was first and only good fish-burger in my life.

-Amazing bread! -You taste the meat! The seasoning doesn't take over the taste of the meat. -Fries could be cooked slightly more cooked but it is a matter of taste. -The egg was overcooked 😞 Overall.. one of the best burger places in Brussels.

One of the best burger restaurants in Brussels! I already tried Godzilla and T-Rex as two of the massive ones, and overall the sizes are huge vs the more than OK price we pay. Fries are also very good and the service is overall quite nice!

Very good food but idk if it was the fact that it was a special night for the city but the wait was stupidly slow. Apart from that everything else was quite good.
