We drove to Lititz to try the famous tomato pie! The cozy ambiance added to the experience. We tried their tomato pie meal with carrot fries and herbed scones along with mango smoothie. The food was delicious and had good portions with reasonable pricing, bonus it’s vegetarian-friendly too! A perfect spot to grab a satisfying meal in a warm and welcoming setting.

Great location right in the middle of town, nice little breakfast and lunch menu with seasonal options. We had the Summer Berry Salad, the Cilantro Lime Bowl w/ Chicken, and side of the Rosemary Potatoes. Everything was very flavorful but ended up having to go out to eat after. We were going to order a tomato pie (which you do not see that on very many menus), but everyone was trying to finish up for the day. The fogged tea was perfect! Thanks for having us..

A nice surprise mid-afternoon. First time visiting Lititz PA and first time here. Great small town country vibe with everything you’d expect from any big city eatery. Cold brew was excellent as was the pumpkin latte (not too sweet like many from the brand name coffee houses we know). Menu was extensive with many options from salad to bowls to paninis and everything in between. We had a delicious and very very fresh spinach artichoke with creamy ricotta over spaghetti squash. Very different. We loved it. The help was attentive and the place was clean. They have a cute porch where you can sit and eat or sip your coffee. It was decorated in a festive fall vibe which was perfect fur this time of year. While we didn’t try their famous tomato pie we were very happy with our choices.

One of my wife and my favorite breakfast spots when we vacation in Lititz. The vibe is super cool and laid back, it’s really nice inside and the staff are always great here. On our stay this last week I’ve had the pancakes which were great, the sausage egg wrap which was nice, and the classic breakfast which was great as well. The bacon is also done perfectly the two times I ordered it. My wife generally gets the classic breakfast as well, and for the first time tried the squash side and absolutely loved it, it’s baked, then tossed on the griddle with a little bit of sugar. She also loves the tea here over anywhere else in town.

First, the tomato pie: Light flaky crust holding in generous amounts of cheese on top of nicely seasoned diced tomatoes. Like the perfect quiche sitting on top of warm Bruschetta. I've really had nothing like it and was not what I expected even after reading all reviews. This is by no means anything resembling a pizza and noone should ever refer to any other pizza as a 'pie' ever again. I got the double and brought one home. The carrot fries had sea salt and you are given a small amount of ranch with them. They were good on their own with sea salt, but to make them great, you needed the ranch. The rest of the table got handhelds. They were slightly small for the price and came with chips or plain greens. They were ok, but nothing special. If we go back, we could get an entree or one of the specials. We were trying to stay on the cheaper side. Looking at other tables, they looked very good. They had a nice selection of homemade deserts. We liked the s'mores cookie and the chocolate peanut butter pie. Overall, we spent a little over $20 a person. The atmosphere is cozy with a classic cafe feel. It had a wrap around porch with outdoor seating. If it's crowded, it will get loud since there is nothing to dampen the sound. It's surrounded by the classic main street USA like town of Lititz. There is a large park across the street that often hosts festivals in the warmer months.

whoa! thats one reaaally good tomato pie! ive never tried one before so this was a great treat! crust was so good and the tomatoes were fresh and bursting with flavor. So glad we tried their signature dish! Their cookie butter was good but a bit too sweet for me. Like sugary sweet. Ham, mushroom and cheese omelette was okay. However service was great! all the staff we encountered were nice and pleasant. Parking is kinda hard but luckily we came on an early saturday morning so the bank across was closed and the hostess mentioned we can just park there on their lot which we did lol. Inside was cozy, like going into a historic house (which it probably was idk lol). The restroom was pretty small and tight fyi.

if i could give 10 stars i would. i had been waiting to try this place for almost a decade but was never in the area before they closed. it was worth the wait! highly recommend the pumpkin chai, tastes like real pumpkin not artificial syrup. also recommend the chipotle chicken and the spinach artichoke spaghetti squash. the antique and old world vibe inside is timeless. the server was very attentive and personable. can't wait to come back!

An amazing surprise! Thought we were going to get ice cream from a stand. Insteed found a market, restuarant, gift shop, trainride, outstanding kids play area, farm animals and yummy ice iceam! Decent pricing wuth friendly service. Oh, small buffet and train overhead going around the resturant and gorcery checkout. WOW. They are part of the PA Scoups Tail. Yummy!

I brought my family in the fall for the corn maze and it was so much fun! There was so much to do and the maze was challenging yet doable. The food was yummy, the games were fun, and the baby cow was adorable!

Such an amazing family oriented place!!! We have gone twice now, each time trying something new. The buffet at the restaurant is amazing, the gift shop in the market is so cute, the ice cream is incredible, and the kids love the playground! We drive an hour to come here. Most recently we came to try out the barn train ride tour. We just missed the 7:00 tour, so when the train ride came back around I asked if she would be able to take one more. Without hesitation, she said yes and off we went. (After we paid for it). We were SOO thankful for this amazing woman. My niece & nephew loved it. The adults also had so much fun learning facts about the farm through out the tour. 10000/10 highly recommend.

I’ve ordered multiple cakes from the bake shoppe and I am always impressed by their work. They are always willing and able to work with our (sometimes very specific) requests. We recently had a cake done for my mother in law’s 60th birthday (wildflower/tea party theme). The picture doesn’t do it justice. There were sparkles throughout the design and the cake is always excellent tasting. I sent an image of a design we wanted to recreate and the cake that was made for us was almost identical. We loved it! I highly recommend ordering from them!

This place is a great stop. Groceries, ice cream, plants, a playground, petting zoo and clean bathrooms for you and your little one! When my kids were young it was such a perfect place to run errands!

I ordered a small cake and the bakery wowed me. They could not accommodate all of my requests due to the limited size of the cake but they found a way to include everything and the cake was stunning, so much better than I imagined! Thank you for your beautiful work.

We just got a cake there. The cake was decorated beautifully. It was moist and delicious. I would get one there again. The cost was reasonable, although I was surprised at how much "reasonable" is these days. It was a two layer for $55.

My salad was unreasonably small for $17!!! In an already small bowl then it was very minimal and not even filled! Overall taste was good but very upset I paid so much for so little. I have eaten this salad multiple times here and it gets smaller each order

we stopped here for brunch on our way home from Hersheypark. We ordered takeout and the wait was only 25 minutes around 11:30 on a Sunday. We got each of the vegan burritos and shared. As well as a vegan banana chai bread and a vegan brownie. I preferred the potato burrito, but my husband preferred the vegan sausage & egg burrito. I would have enjoyed the sausage burrito better if it wasn’t so wet and juicy. You couldn’t tell it was aioli because there was so much hot liquid inside. Also, one side was grilled to a crisp while the other side was doughy. (The egg and sausage were cooked very nicely though) The potato burrito was much more cohesive and had way better overall texture and was consistently grilled. And I appreciated the extra punch of flavor that came from the bell peppers. I couldn’t really tell there was aioli on this either. (Maybe it’d be better on the side and dipped) The chai banana bread was phenomenal! It had a coffee cake type of crumble on top, and the texture was consistent throughout. (There was a teeeeny bit of gumminess as you chew it up, but it wasn’t a problem.) The brownie is definitely NOT a brownie. It’s 100% chocolate cake. (Tasty chocolate cake, but disappointing if you were expecting a brownie. It’s crumbly and fluffy, not dense at all.) we ate half on sunday, wrapped it back up and when i went to take a photo on Monday morning, it was already showing initial signs of mold on top. That was the 6th, but the package says it would be good until the 9th. It also didn’t say to refrigerate, and I didn’t think 1 day on the counter would have been a problem (most muffins and cakes do just fine on the counter for a day). But apparently it was a problem? I picked those tiny bits off and still ate it. It was still tasty… chocolate cake, lol. We sat at the little bistro tables outside at just the right time, because when noon rolled around, the sun peeked around the building and started beating down. No awning or umbrellas in sight.

Wanted to leave a two stars, but the scone was okay. I'm really turned off by this generation of "artisan" coffee roasters who ruin coffee. Expresso was a light city roast at most, leaving a tinny, sour taste to the coffee. It took generations to make coffee consistent and bold. It took one generation to ruin it. Service wasn't terrible. Seating is kinda spars and not really comfortable. But, lots of people seem to like the place.

Prince St Cafe is the kind of cozy place to get an afternoon lunch on a lazy weekend. Easily accessible, it's a place worth trying out if you find yourself downtown. While the food is great, portion sizes are a big small and prices are a bit high. At least they have a couple vegan options. Will probably only come by every now and then, but it's worth it!

you were good, i'm waiting for you to be great. let's get this out of the way first, the portion sizes are ridiculous for the price. 17 dollars for what is essentially a ramekin of salad, no matter how good it tastes, is crazy. it does taste pretty good though. it's not just the food either, their "large" drink is the size of a small from most other coffee places. everything from prince street is always fresh and tastes good, but i can also get that elsewhere for half the price. other than that, the atmosphere is really comfy. i have spent hours in here talking with friends and studying without even realizing it. really good vibes. will i come here again? yeah. but will i regret it after? my stomach won't, but my wallet definitely will.

I got the Rice Bowl and it was so good!!! I shared it with my boyfriend so he could try some and he went to go order one for himself lol. I also got a Mocha and a pumpkin mousse. The pumpkin mousse was like a fluffy pumpkin pie. So good!

I absolutely enjoy eating at Cafe One Eight the atmosphere and ambience, indoor outdoor seating, as well as a super sweet employees. Oh the menu options can’t forget that. You’ll definitely find something you’d enjoy from breakfast bowls or sandwich and Lunch! The drink options are great. They usually have a specialty written on the board to choose from. In case you’d like to mix it up with a creative creation.

Café One Eight is a fancy yet cozy little gem in Lancaster! The ambiance is inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax. I thoroughly enjoyed both the food and drinks; everything was fresh and flavorful. I came in for lunch today and the place was busy. The small wait wasn't an issue, as my salad was really good. You get a lot of food for your money, and the staff were very pleasant.

This is a wonderful place to eat, drink, meet a friend, or just relax. The food is delicious. I had the sharshuka and enjoyed it tremendously! The service was very friendly. The atmosphere is calm. Lots of natural night with the large windows. Lots of wood for natural and calm atmosphere. Plenty of seating for a group or individuals. I could see myself coming for breakfast and reading through lunch and dinner. The roast beef sandwich was good also. I’d definitely visit here again!

My husband and I love Prince street cafe but decided to give cafe one eight a try while visiting lancaster. The service was pleasant and relatively quick, and the place was busy and clean. I ordered the pumpkin spice chai latte but the flavor was so strong I couldn't drink it. They agreed to remake a regular latte which wasn't drinkable unless I added 4 packs of sugar just to cut the bitterness. I ended up giving my drink to my husband. We also ordered the breakfast egg sandwiches and unfortunately they were greasy and flavorless. We both agreed that if they added a spicy mustard or aioli, the sandwiches would be better. Maybe the other items are good but we will most likely stick to Prince Street Cafe where the coffee is amazing.

Cute little restaurant/ cafe in Lancaster. The service and atmosphere was great! Food had a very homemade vibe. It was a healthy brunch! Only comment is that i wish there was salt on the table! The cafe was bustling, but we did not have a long wait time. Overall a great experience!

Great cafe in downtown Lancaster! I got a seasonal apple pie chai latte, and it was delicious and had a really good and strong apple flavor. We got two pastries, and the almond croissant was a standout - scrumptious and so good.

Cool bakery with delicious goods. They are known for their Long John. We bought a peach pie, peach donut and we also tried the Long John. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. They have a few parking spots in front. I recommend going early if you want a bigger selection.

We love this place! When you go in, you can't just buy one thing! They are famous for their Long John donuts, but they also have a big selection of other delicious desserts and treats. Definitely recommend checking this out if you're in the area - it's a cute little shop with reasonable prices and won't disappoint!

Good food at the new restaurant and even have fancy plates that have a protrusion at the bottom to make it easy to spin your plate around.

This is my husband’s favorite bakery. They have a lot to choose from. Their eclairs are outstanding. A pumpkin cream cheese pie, cherry pie amongst many other delicious treats. We stop here each time we visit Lancaster PA.

The only long john bakery! Just the best for donuts! P.S. they also have local honey there! Made in narvon so just down the road! Great for fall and spring allergy prevention!

Well let's just say, if you didn't have diabetes before you get there, you will when you leave. Best pastries east of the Mississippi. Their cherry is to die for. You have to taste it to understand.

I stopped here for a quick dinner on a Wednesday evening in June. I have been here a bunch of times prior to this and can’t believe I missed doing a review before. I usually don’t have a meal here tho, I typically stop in for baked oatmeal or cookies to go when I’m in this area. In this occasion I had the Turkey pesto sandwich. It was good. The bread was very soft and tasted fresh. You order at the counter then go pick it up when your buzzer tells you it’s ready. Their baked oatmeal looks like a muffin and is wrapped in plastic so it’s easy to just grab and go. You can warm it up and as milk at home if you want. I just eat it as is. It’s always moist and flavorful. They have a curry chicken salad that is good to. You can get that in a container to go from their small deli case. They also have frozen soups to go. The atmosphere is very much like a coffee shop. Yes, they have coffee too. It’s rustic and cozy. I have never been here when it’s crowded so it’s always easygoing for me. The staff are always polite. Prices are very reasonable compared to other similar locations. Parking is easy although there is only one way to get in and get out depending on which direction you are heading.

The cutest little cafe and deli! I don’t get to stop by often but when I do I’m reminded I need to make it a point to come and enjoy this place when I have more time. I had a delicious lemon poppyseed scone and an iced chai latte!

Pies pies pies! What an amazing place. Won’t be the last but certainly the first time I went. Staff is charming and welcoming.

We ordered cupcakes and cookies for our wedding at Brick Gables (upstairs) and they were phenomenal. Thankfully a couple made it home with us for us to enjoy after the wedding! All of my wedding meetings I would swing into the café and get a coffee and treat and all have been incredible. I look forward to coming here and trying more of their menu!!

Nice Bakery and Cafe with a nice assortment of baked goods and sweet treats as well as things like chips and sodas. The dining options are nice but fairly limited and focusing primarily on various soups and sandwiches and salads. Though when I came here on a Monday at 4:00 they were without soups which is why I gave it four stars instead of five. My pastrami sandwich was really good and well prepared and the homemade chips that it came with were totally delicious.

Fantastic place! Visited here while staying locally. The baking and the coffee is first class and the staff very friendly and helpful. I wish there was something like this nearer to me!!! We will definitely return on our next trip.

Great place to stop off for breakfast. The food was very fresh. The waiters were very attentive. After 8:30 AM it gets very busy. The place was very clean, and calming. I would definitely recommend it. And I would go back. Kid, friendly, and wheelchair accessible. There’s plenty of parking with a free parking lot.

I had breakfast here after spending the night in a motel next door. I had pancakes, which were very tasty. My server Lilliana did a great job taking and filling my order.

Everything was great here.. So far all the beverages we've tried are delicious.. I would highly recommend breakfast.. Haven't tried lunch yet but If breakfast is any indicator in sure it's amazing.. Server was great with orders just a little slow checking out..

This was a great stop for breakfast. We were away for the weekend, and I needed my coffee. I also wanted a little something for breakfast. Best choice ever. I had the Sammy Jammy and my husband the steak bowl. The Sammy Jammy is an everything bagel, scrambled egg, bacon, hot pepper Jam cream cheese, spinach tomato and onion. Wow, what a pop of flavor and of course a mocha latte, scrumptious. My husbands steak bowl was thin steak, cheese sauce, chimichurri and pickled onions with scrambled egg on a bed of hasbrowns. He wants to know if we can get a Coffee Co. Up hear. He also liked his regular coffee. That's saying something for him.

Great breakfast spot! Food and service were wonderful. We had the All star breakfast with speciality pancakes (lemon blueberry, strawberry Nutella, cinnamon bun…all the pancakes were great). My cappuccino was amazing. My girlfriend enjoyed her macadamia flavored iced beverage. Lovely spot, would definitely visit again when in town! Plenty of parking available in their parking lot.

My husband and I visited the historic Julius Sturgis Pretzel Bakery, America's first pretzel bakery since 1861! We tried their original pretzel, which was soft and warm, but oh-so-salty! Although we skipped the pretzel-making tour, the gift shop was a fun stop. Picked up a cute souvenir magnet for Lititz - a sweet reminder of our visit. A must-visit for pretzel lovers and history buffs! 4/5 stars.

Stopped in on the way home from Lebanon and was able to pick up hot freshly baked pretzels, chocolate covered pretzels with either peanut butter or caramel, and a pretzel magnet for our frig! Pretzels are not like the Philly style we're used too rather softer and doughier with what could be a wheat based flour? None the less they were very good and we're making them last a few days. I didn't have time for the tour but enjoyed to old world charm of the store, staff was super nice!

Took the tour here about a year ago with Kathy as our guide, and she was fantastic: enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and really friendly. The tour was short but informative, with plenty of interesting history packed into a fun experience that works for all ages. It’s definitely something worth doing once, and I’d happily stop back in for their warm, soft pretzels and other treats from the gift shop. The building itself is neat to see, and the pretzels alone make it worth the visit if you're in the area.

A GREAT tour! We learned a lot about pretzel making. I made a pretzel out of a pile of dough. I'm not sure if I could do it again. The soft pretzels available for sale at the gift shop were warm and tasty. If are in the area this is a must visit at only $6.00 a person.

We were in Lancaster County from Kentucky and just had to try a pretzel! Very cool atmosphere! My husband and I both got a hot pretzel and picked out some goodies to bring home. The pretzel was very good, however I would have liked to see samples of their mustard given with the pretzels instead of the Land o Lakes branded cheese.

Soft pretzels are one of my favorite things in the world, but I also love any pretzel really ... so when we decided to make a day trip to check out Lititz, PA, this is my top priority on the itinerary. The history all around the building in placards and given on the short and sweet tour were all informative and very interesting. Rolling and twisting your own pretzel was very cool as well. We spent quite a lot between ourselves and grabbing things for family in the store as well, because everything looks so good, and so far the few things we've tried back home have been great. Try the soft pretzel for sure! Being from Philly I've never met a soft pretzel I don't like, but theirs was very unique tasting compared to a philly street pretzel. Phenomenal.

I've done this tour before and it was great last time. This round was not so good. They didn't have enough pretzels after the tour to buy. (They had like 5 total) The tour guide was unintelligible, monotone and was barely enthused. She memorized a script and you could tell. While she may be nice enough, she's not cut out to do these tours. I would not attend this again if same tour "guide."

Nice and clean restaurant. Very good home made food. Reasonably priced. We just sat in our car in the parking lot for about an hour until the pager they gave us went off. We finally got in at 6pm on a Saturday. Someone told us to get our pie first from the fridge section which was a good strategy as they ran out of some kinds. We loved the big baked beans, butter noodles, corn and the soft serve ice cream. The chicken noodle soup was also good. It was nice to try the place once, but we ate so much we probably won’t go back.

From the first whiff when you walk in — that cozy, comforting aroma that instantly reminded me of my grandma’s house — to the last forkful, everything was pure deliciousness. The selection on the buffet is amazing, with classics like tender roast beef, juicy fried chicken, and perfectly seasoned vegetables. And don’t even get me started on the mashed potatoes and gravy — absolute comfort food heaven! And of course, you can’t leave without trying the all-you-can-eat pie. So many choices, and each one better than the last. It’s the perfect sweet ending to a meal that leaves both your belly and your heart full. If you’re in Lancaster County and craving authentic, home-style cooking, Dienner’s Country Restaurant is the place to go. Friendly staff, warm atmosphere, and food that will keep you coming back again and again. Highly, highly recommend!

Houston, we have a problem! Desserts! The choices and the amount of them! Let me back up a bit. This was my first experience at a country restaurant and it was absolutely incredible. Nice place, great staff, good food, well priced. I opted for the buffet and everything was delicious. The reason to opt for the buffet was the desserts. Mmmmhmmmm!

Genuine smorgasbords (aka “Amish Buffet”), gives off just a history family owned vibe. Very clean, staff is extremely friendly, and great service. While others might have more options, Dienners did have a good selection but I felt they focus on quality over quantity. The quality really there in every bite of food. So good! The food is really good and tasteful, true to PA Dutch cuisine. There three bars- main, salad, dessert (at least for the lunch we were at). Highly recommend!!!!

Food was great, a definite good pick for comfort food buffet. Interior was a bit cold and cooled off from the cold air inside pretty quick but it was yummy enough to eat quickly anyway. Fair prices and no wait on a busy day. Place was packed and still no wait. Well done to our server too, very nice servers and they clean up quickly

Visited on a Saturday noon and was told the wait would be about 40 minutes. They gave us a buzzer so we could walk around the nearby shops or wait in the car. Luckily, we got called in earlier than expected. The place was very busy, but the food was fresh and tasty. Prices were very reasonable and the servers were pleasant.

The food was great! I had the buffet and my husband had the ham loaf. I highly recommend the buffet and trying a bit of everything. I also highly recommend the shoo fly pie!

Great selection of food and locally brewed beer. We tried a mixed flight, very reasonable price and serving size. Also had a few samples. Did not have a single beer that was not delicious. They definitely know what they are doing. If you like light and flavorful, try the Lancaster Lager. Like something a bit sweet and dark with a long finish? Try the Shoofly Porter. She had the Reuben, delicious take on a time honored classic. He had the fish and chips. Everything cooked just right. They have an outdoor patio, but it was pouring rain when we went there. So we ate inside. 🙂 Highly recommend Lancaster Brewing Company, and will definitely return!

My mushroom Swiss burger was professionally prepared with a hint of charbroil which gave it an extra level of flavor. I was surprised I ate more than two fries as I had promised them to my husband. I am not sure how they prepared them but I did eat more than my normal. I was super happy that this brewery offers more than beer. I was thrilled to order a cup of coffee. The menu has a lovely mix of dining options. I have included a menu in my pictures. This Brewery is featured on the Discovery Lancaster Brew Trail. Grab your friends or family and enjoy a a pleasant dining experience.

Food was good, service was great! Wish the fish and chips had more fish than the breaded part. They have beer flights and several cocktails as well.

I'm so glad we found LBC this past weekend! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. We got the crab dip and pot stickers and we're very impressed with both the flavor and sheer quantity 👌 I was a bit hesitant on the $12 uncharged for steak on my Greek salad but that all changed when I saw that it was an entire sirloin cooked to perfection. Definitely would recommend

Our server Lindsey was exceptional and made our visit very enjoyable—she was great, bringing us multiple samples and giving many recommendations. Cocktails were amazing and we drank several varieties of beer (after all the samples😂) all were very good. We only had a few apps, pretzel, buffalo cauliflower and hummus platter but all were very good with ample portions. Also nice carry out beer selection and priced well. My only recommendation would be some music on the patio but I would definitely recommend a visit here.

Great place.. a little hot inside but a big variety of foods, bakery items, vegetables, meats and trinkets and much more. This cupcake place was amazing. Prettiest cupcakes I've seen. They said they are planning on getting a shop soon. I wish them lots of luck.😊

Had a great time visiting Lancaster Central market. Vendors galore, from fresh cut flowers to meats and cheeses produce souvenirs and hot food. Pricing was absolutely amazing and everyone was very friendly. Loved walking through seeing everything. Baked goods and beautiful cupcakes.

Loved this marketplace where I can get baked goods, candies and treats as well as soup mixes and pancake mix. We sat down and had breakfast at the counter and the eggs were perfect. Very nice people work here. They have handmade crafts and gift items as well.

I recently visited this place for the first time and really enjoyed it! The apple cider latte was amazing - not too sweet and something I could drink every day. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Exciting and very busy place on a Saturday. We arrived to check it out on a lovely bright sunny day. Food vendors inside and out musicians the smell of baked goods and coffee. We looked at all of our choices for lunch and decided on ntwo deli sandwiches from Deli Grassi which was turkey with peppers,, lettuce and tomatoes on freshly baked bread from Philly. $26 for two sandwiches. Had two cokes and got some Boston custard donuts from the Amish Red Maple Bakery. Very crowded and you have to pay to park. So many choices inside and out check it out for yourself. 🌹

Absolutely loved this indoor market. If you like fresh veggies, locally sourced milk products, fresh meat, etc., you will love Central Market. It gets busy as the morning moves on, so get your items early. The fudge from Uncle Leroy's Candy Kitchen and the beef sticks sold by S. Clyde Weaver are top notch. Vendors we purchased from were friendly and worked efficiently. Loved the fresh vegetable stands as well. You will need to pay for parking and watch your time closely! Allow at least an hour if you are someone who likes to peruse nearly every vendor.

My first time at Route 30 Diner. There was plenty of Car and Truck Parking. I showed up at 7:50pm and I didn't know they closed at 8pm. However They gave a prompt greeting and sat me down without even letting me know they were closing soon. They waiter was patient with Me as He told Me to take My time. The Food came out quick and hot. It was delicious. There were plenty of booth seating and bar counter seating as well. The Bathroom was clean.

I will definitely be back!! The breakfast I ordered here was amazing! Also in these times it was very affordable! 😁 Service was really quick for the amount of people dining in (was pretty full) And they were very friendly! Kudos!!!

4/12/25 7:30am My husband found this place at the last moment for our short visit to PA. At the first I was not happy at all, because is not the type of breakfast places I usually go. The place inside is very small and outside is not impressive, but OMG our breakfast was sooooo good! Coffee too! I ordered 2 eggs, toast and home fries and my husband ordered a spicy jalapeño sausage casserole. The waiter was very attentive. I definitely recommend this place. Thanks!

We stopped by this diner in Amish country and were pleasantly surprised by their accommodating vegetarian options. They made a veggie wrap by customising from the menu, fries were hot and fresh, the lemonade was refreshing; the onion rings could have been better. Prices were reasonable, making it a good value. The ambience was retro style and tte overall experience was a blend of local hospitality and thoughtful service. Highly recommend this place!

This was our second time here while visiting taking a mini vacation in Lancaster. We love the feel of the old time dining car. The staff is always friendly and the food always delicious.

Stopped by here to pick up some jars of pickled eggs and onion relish for my brother. The hot food sold from one of the spots in here was delicious. Like a home cooked meal to go. Roast beef, carrots, and mashed potatoes. Ill take that any day over fast food.

Cute market that’s bigger than it looks! The chocolate covered bacon was amazing! The burger was really good also! Shoo-fly pie and home-made root beer all delicious. I’d go back for more. The people are so friendly! The artwork is cute and the crafted item are gorgeous!

In the heart of Amish country. Plan at least 2 - 3 days to visit all of the many, many shops and be able to try a few different restaurants and bakeries. Tons of handmade items!

Kind of a mixed bag. Best Meat and cheese I've ever had. Wonderful! Huge heads of cabbage and tomatoes. However, prices ranged from good (meat/cheese) to outrageous (fresh produce, candy, baked goods). We watched one vendor scoop handfuls of loose candy from a big commercial box 6 into small plastic containers giving it the 'homemade' vibe. I'm sure some of it is Amish made, but overall it gave the sense of "buy in bulk, repackage & wear Amish clothing to get your premium price." don't go here expecting an Amish market (we walked in to Elton John's rocket man on the sound system), and the few who seemed authentic were certainly not friendly.

Fun place to shop and buy food and souvenirs. Tomatoes and cabbage are HUGE! Good selections of pickles, coffee beans, fudges, Whoopie Pies, candies and fresh produce. Something for everyone.

The market is clean and organized, with plenty of stands to browse. Prices are reasonable for many items, though some specialty products can be on the higher side. It can get crowded, especially on Saturdays, but the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Overall, it’s a nice spot to experience local Lancaster County flavors and crafts.

Amazing place to find all your produce needs! We loved getting fresh rolled butter and other items like fresh berries, honey, and other household goods. I wish I lived closer bc I would do all my weekly shopping here.

We loved everything about this restaurant ; the food; the service and atmosphere. Abby our server was amazing; she anticipated our needs and brought everything we needed without us asking. Abby explained everything that was on the menu and off the menu.She checked on us frequently and our glasses were never empty. The food is so good. We will definitely be back. My husband and I decided to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary here. We enjoyed the food immensely and Abby was a delightful server. She went above and beyond to make our evening even more special. I highly recommend coming for a special night out. We will definitely be back!

One of the best restaurants on the planet, I'm not kidding you, this is my new favorite restaurant in all the world. The neat thing is that it is right here in Lancaster, we discovered it using this new App called "Seed Oil Scout" if you want to eat healthier, I would highly recommend joining. It is new so it is going to take some time for restaurants to get reviewed and listed but there are not very many restaurants serving healthy food to begin with. This place is, Farm to table!! My wife and I were blown away by the flavors, she said that her salad made her think that she was at her grandma's house. I started with their trademark beef tartare which comes with a quail egg in the center, delicious, I ran out of wafers and used the rest of our bread to finish. My wife had a couple of drinks which were very nice. We shared the steak and a taco platter with homemade taco shells. I didn't even want to eat the steak or taco, they looked so beautiful. It didn't end there, the desserts were just as good. My wife had a tart and I homemade peach sorbet. I didn't even mention the service, which was absolutely superb. The best dinning experience we had in our 3 day in Lancaster. Every dished from this restaurant is good, from the starters- dessert. The staff, he was so friendly and come to check on us frequently, despite we came with our baby stroller and we need to seat in a different room, quite aside from the main place. I'M addicted to beef tartare therefore I should give it a try here. And as expected it was excellent from the taste to the freshness, I also love that they have generous crossing to finish the good amount of tartare, however We still had to order another one because is too. Highly recommended 👌 If we happen to pass by Lancaster we will definitely coming back 😀

A memorable meal, that's for sure. The food is fresh and cooked with great care, the staff is attentive, and the wine selection runs the whole gamut but with great local representation. The bone marrow and the duck are both *chef's miss*, and I'm going to hope the kombucha is still there next time I visit!

We booked a wedding rehearsal dinner at this wonderful restaurant for a group of 30 and could not be happier. The service and the food were impeccable. The atmosphere was elegant with crisp, white tablecloths and super nice mood lighting. Ladan, our event coordinator, was so attentive during the planning phase and also during the dinner itself. She was such a pleasure to work with and made us feel completely comfortable that everything would go okay, and it absolutely did. The food was incredible- fresh, hot and perfectly seasoned. All of our guests were from out of town and said they would love to move to Lancaster to enjoy the food over and over again. We will definitely be making John J. Jeffries a regular dining experience for our family and for anyone who comes to visit us! Well done John J. Jeffries! You are definitely a big plus for Lancaster and for anyone who visits there.

First time here. Heard this place has a great reviews so we give a shot. Love the ambience of two stories restaurant reminds me when you’re going to mirror mazes at the amusement park lol. Foods are okay different style, decent portions and too pricey. Outstanding service. Drinks were excellent either cocktail and mocktail. Love the God’s country so definitely will be try something else in the area.

This was our first time here! We were happy to be able to get a 4:45 reservation on a Saturday the day before. Our upstairs server (Elizabeth, I think?) was friendly, kind and witty. Luckily we came during restaurant week, which was not planned, and they had a lovely special going on, which I took advantage of. I was able to get an appetizer, meal and dessert for $65, which was a phenomenal price! The only item I didnt care for was the lobster bisque. Everything else was absolutely delicious, not that the bisque was terrible. We will definitely be back again.

We had the most amazing wedding anniversary dinner here. Reservations are a must because the Belvedere is so popular. But since we had a reservation, were welcomed and quickly ushered to our table. Our waitress Ari was so attentive and was so apologetic when we had a bill discrepancy that I caught. The food was perfection. My wife loved her lavender cocktail. It even had a sprig of dried lavender in it! We both gushed over the Chocolate Hazelnut Rocher. It was the perfect balance of sweet and salty. And of course the Chicken Piccata and Grilled Filet Mignon were expertly presented and tasted amazing. And I can't forget my Petite grilled Caesar Salad. Also excellent. An evening to remember. We will be back.

We went with another couple and had a very good dinner. We split two salads that I forgot to take a picture of and then had chicken piccata, duck breast and salmon. The chicken was a particularly large serving. We had glasses of wine and cocktails so our bill was pretty high.

My husband and I decided to eat here for our first wedding anniversary on September 7th. We have been here before and fell in love with the food, the atmosphere, and the drinks. However, they simply dropped the ball during this visit. Everything, and I genuinely mean each food item we ordered, from the salad, to the burger, to the salmon dish we ordered was ruined by the overwhelming taste of salt. The belvie bread and sliders were the only good items we ordered. I did complain to my waitress regarding the saltiness of our food and she offered to have it remade, but even the salads we received before the main course were salty and I saw no point. I ended up not eating the burger as I genuinely couldn’t consume it and calling it a day. Other than that, the waitress didn’t offer to reduce the prices of the meals or offer any other solution. We paid the full $27 for an inedible burger, and full price for the salmon that was also just insanely salty. Due to this experience, I am highly disappointed and don’t really see myself spending more money here in the future.

The only 5 star I've ever put for a restaurant. I had the burger and chip dip. The burger was melt in your mouth like butter, probably the best burger I ever had, got it in medium. The lobster chip dip was also the best chip I've ever eaten. Definitely top 5 restaurants in my list.

Really spectacular overall, I loved everything about my dining experience. The dining rooms are fabulous, as is the outdoor patio where I could often smell the fresh flowers still blooming all around the table. The service was friendly and unobtrusive with excellent recommendations. The food was very well prepared. The tuna crudo with apple was so refreshing, the salmon cooked perfectly with the most flavorful lentils I've ever had, and the steak with foie gras potato puree was a show stopper. Everything was seasoned perfectly. There are layers of flavor in each bite of all the plates I tasted. Cherry pistachio cheesecake was also amazing. Excellent dinner!

My wife and I had breakfast here twice on our stay at Eden resort. The first morning wasn't bad the food was good the and good atmosphere. I was a little disappointed the breakfast potatoes were marked gluten free but very glad our server noted the potatoes couldn't be guaranteed gluten free due to my wifes allergy. Second morning had breakfast sent to our room. Toast was missing my wifes eggs were over cooked and not cooked as requested. Had them send more up which were a little better but still not quite right.

Great spot to grab a bite to eat. We did the breakfast buffet which had a good assortment of food. The donuts we had were a little on the stale side other than that everything tasted good.

Servers were good. Dinner was ok. Desserts were terrible. The pizza and salad were great! But the ice cream tasted like chemicals and the after taste on most treats were off. Would only recommend if you’re staying at the Eden Resort & Garfield’s is closed. - A Vacationing New Yorker

Beautiful place and friendly service. Came here for valentines day dinner with my girlfriend. Drinks were good and so was the mozzarella sticks. She ordered the crab stuffed lobster and I had the meatloaf with macaroni and cheese, but I didnt taste any cheese, seemed like just boiled elbow macaroni and the crab stuffed lobster was cold even after she sent it back.

I went here with some family that were staying at the hotel. There were not too many options for food, but I ended up ordering the prime rib. It was tasty and I ended up taking half of it home. The prices ranged from average to a bit more pricey. The service was alright at first. It took a bit for someone to come to our table, but when they did, the waitress was great and kept checking in on us.

Five star treatment and dining all the way. Had the open buffet and literally ate as much of everything as I could. The ambiance was so relaxed and pleasant the staff was friendly and professional and the food was exquisite.

Wow! We stopped at Gracie's on West Main on our way back home to Connecticut. What an great experience! First, and foremost, the food was delicious. They had such an amazing menu with a unique and modern twist on all of your favorite breakfast classics. We shared the sweet bread board, and it did not disappoint. It was a little taste of heaven in each bite. Everything else from the chicken and waffles to Gracie's favorite French toast, to the drinks were fantastic. We had a lovely server who was quite friendly and professional. The lighthearted atmosphere added to the experience. We also loved the "pay it forward# board. Our only regret is that Grace's isn't closer to us.

Huge variety of bacon! It is definitely a signature specialty for them. Service was great, they readily seated a party of 8 without hesitation or difficulty. The food was great and served in quite an impressive timely manner. They have cultivated a positive atmosphere with walls of chalkboards that have encouraging sayings and quotes.

This place I’ve been to twice and every time I am here it’s great energy! Also not to mention but why would I give this review if it wasn’t for their food right lol there food is definitely a 10/10 this time I got chicken and French toast it comes with eggs so so good! We also got the caramelized bacon and those were so good! Service is always outstanding as well! Team players I love that! Everyone makes sure you’re okay! Yes I highly recommend! They have great flavorable food and they are really famous for the bacon. The pumpkin spice bacon was surprisingly really good. I had the chorizo omelet which had some great spiciness to it. I would definitely return again.

First timer at Gracie's. We did wait 30ish minutes, but when looking at Gracie's website we were given warning there would most likely be a wait at the Brunch time I wanted to go. I chose to wait because the reviews were very good and I wanted to check the place out. Gracie's did not disappoint! We got Eggs Benedict, with the Breast Cancer Awareness pink hollandaise sauce. Fun and tasty! Food was top rate! Service was absolutely awesome! Atmosphere was open and warm but fun and inviting. Prices were reasonable. I will return the next time I am visiting the Lancaster area. Would recommend 100%.

You wont leave here hungry. Food is amazing. Big menu and they specialize in a huge assorted tray of flavored bacon. They even make their own bacon jam which was absolutely delicious. Definitely would eat here again.

I was as truly looking forward to trying the crepes here, but unfortunately, what we received was far from even a decent version. My crepe was even drizzled with a very bright, artificial-looking syrup. On the positive side, the place itself is charming and beautifully decorated, with indoor and patio seating. The coffee was also quite good. If you're new to crepes, you might find them acceptable, but if you're expecting delicious crepes, I'd suggest trying something else on the menu.

Such a cute spot with charming decorations and a warm, cozy vibe that makes it feel instantly welcoming. There’s plenty of seating both inside and outside, along with lots of parking either in the back or across the street, which makes it really convenient. The drink selection is excellent, and both the hot chocolate and coffee were both delicious. The crepes were also fantastic; we tried a few different flavors and they were 10/10 across the board. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy good food in a homey atmosphere.

We were highly encouraged to stop by Rachel's on our way back from Hershey and it did not disappoint! The crepes are amazing and the kids loved the smoothies! Everyone in our group tried something different and all of us were thrilled. Our new strategy is going to be savory first and then split some of the sweeter options for dessert on our certain return visit. Definitely expect a reasonable wait, but also well worth it. We are already planning our next selections.

We got here 20 min after opening and it was already packed, yet just enough room to be seated right away. We got pumpkin cookie dough cappuccinos that were delicious. The crepes did not disappoint. Our waitress recommended sauces that paired well and I'm so glad we got them. A comforting and memorable meal! Definitely worth waiting even though we didn't have to.

This place gets very busy on a Saturday morning. We got here around 1030am. A wait line to be seated. They do have outdoor seating as well as indoor. Once seated, we were able to order our food. The waitress recommended the French toast crepe, so I picked that one. Very good and can definitely taste the cinnamon which i enjoyed.

We’ve been here several years in a row. First (and last) time. It was not busy at all, our waitress Stella took our order and that’s it. Never saw her again. Another waitress delivered our food. I watched the other waitress repeatedly checking on her tables. It used to be a lot better.

Really good specialty crepes. They are extra large, very filling, but also very tasty. You can't go wrong with any of them. The Oyler and the Thai were particularly good. The wait can be long but worth it. Tons of things to do while waiting around the area. Definitely a must when in downtown Lancaster.

Known for their pies and sticky buns. However my favorite item was the apple dumpling. 1) Apple dumpling 2) Peach pie 3) blueberry pie 4) pecan sticky bun (Heat up the pecan sticky bun at home. The pecans are better roasted.) 5) unsweeted cherry pie (only if you like cherries) Grabbed one pie for less than $10. All natural, no preservatives.

I often have big orders of bread for different occasions! I order the day before to make sure its done fresh for what i need! Altho they always have fresh bake goods in stock but if you want lets say more than 4 dozen you probably want to call in an order the day before cause their stuff sells fast and theres no guarantee you’ll be able to get yours unless you ordered it and they have it ready in the back for you! Super nice and friendly costumer service and their bread is always top notch. Around Lancaster area, You know its gonna be a good meal when you have bird and hand bake shop make your dinner rolls (sausage rolls etc! ) for dinner! ☺️

The pretzels were the highlights for us, but everything was delicious. Homemade Amish baked goods and lots of treats to chose from.

Stopped in for a coffee and snack. Waited 10 minutes just to place my order, then another 10 minutes for the coffee to actually be made. Not enough staff working the coffee bar, and the system they use to make drinks after ordering is disorganized. People who ordered well after us got their drinks first. Coffee was way too sweet, but the donut was good. Overall, not worth the wait.

This Lancaster-area establishment is a personal favorite dining destination. The service consistently exceeds expectations, with staff demonstrating exceptional teamwork. Food quality is consistently high, utilizing premium ingredients, and presentation, temperature, and taste are impeccable. The restaurant maintains a spotless interior, including restrooms. The complimentary children's meal offered with each entrée on Sundays is a significant benefit. Reservations are accepted for added convenience. However, convenient parking can be challenging on peak days due to its location outside Park City Mall.

These portions are crazy! I had the crab Alfredo and you can see from the picture, it was huge. Loaded with crab meat, thick creamy sauce. A little heave on the bay seasoning, so ask for less if you're not a fan. Had enough for 2 meals! They have do many great choices, and this is one of my faves. My daughter had the shrimp and scallop skewers with Cajun seasoning and the fabulous cornbread with a hint of heat. And, of course, their awesome maple butter. Love it again and again.

This place always surprises me. It’s a great restaurant. Great ambience great menu great food service is always on point but it’s inside of a mall but nonetheless, I like it. I came here with my girlfriend before we went to a show nearby. Had a great dinner. some crabcakes. Their house made pineapple vodka. A great salmon dish with dill sauce. and great martinis what are not the like as I mentioned service was on point presentation as always you know nice and I think the price point is pretty fair you know for a restaurant that’s as nice as this I don’t get to Lancaster that often but when I do, I definitely like to come here to JB Dawson‘s if you’ve never been definitely check it out, you won’t be disappointed if anything you’ll be surprised the food like I said always great. I don’t think there’s a bad choice on the menu.

My husband and I planned to eat here for our anniversary last minute when we were in the area. We were able to secure a reservation online within a 2-hour timeframe on a Friday night. We actually arrived approximately a half hour prior to our reservation and were able to be seated right away. The staff were attentive and stated they help each other out, so if you need anything such as a refill, you can ask any waitstaff walking by. We did not have to wait too long for our meals to come out. I got the parmesan crusted chicken, and my husband got a steak, both of which were delicious! The prices were slightly high but not bad. When we booked our reservation, we listed it as our anniversary, and prior to the check coming out, our server brought us a complimentary dessert with a sparkler in it, which was very nice! I would recommend this restaurant, and I would eat here again!

Atmosphere was great.The staff was great. Drinks were awesome. The cesar salad actually came with anchovies which I was impressed with since thats rare. But, the entrees here are very Applebees like. The microwaved perfectly rounded mashed potatoes and the fake prechar that goes on the steak and salmon. And the French fries were McDonald's like. It wasn't bad tasting but I'd expect a little better quality in the food.

Hair in pasta… the manager Natalie was rude & passive aggressive. Not too sure why you would have an attitude with the customer when a health hazard is brought to your attention. Patiently waiting for my refund. Won’t be back.

Went there this evening 10/4/25 at 345 meet friends for dinner. Server was excellent, ordered full rack of baby back ribs, noticed they weren't as big as in June, started cutting them, started eating and they were tough. Had a few more same thing, meat was tough hard chewing. My friend ordered the same, he starts eating saying the same thing. Tough, hard chewing and cold. Manager came over gave us more ribs that were more suitable for eating, but at that point I was finished eating my dinner in disappointment. If you're going to raise prices for your food, at least keep the food the same. We'll the four of us won't be returning. Service from our waitress was great. Food wasn't good.

This is the 2nd time we ordered for pick-up. Pick-up was great and lady was awesome. However, we ordered 2 dozen sticky buns 12 with walnuts and 12 without. There was so much cinnamon on these you can hardly eat them. You literally choke on how much cinnamon is in these. You have to scrape off alot of the cinnamon to even eat it. Next time I will definitely say not alot of cinnamon next time. Shew....ugh.

I drove down to grab some buns for the family and when i got home I put in 20 minute on the elliptical to burn off the calories I got from smelling them during the drive. It was fantastic. I found the cinnamon roll with icing to be more balanced than the extremely sweet sticky bun, but you owe it to yourself to try both. Fantastic.

My favorite cinnamon rolls ever! They are SO good. The service is always super friendly, and they’re also extremely affordable. I’ve also had the pleasure of ordering these via shipping to a family member, and it was very quick and easy.

Best cinnamon buns I have ever tasted. One of the store workers said they start baking at 3am at this location. I can imagine the smell of cinnamon everywhere. We didn’t like the walnut sticky so much or the maple cream cheese dip. We loved the plain cinnamon buns. Just the right amount of sweet. They said you could freeze them so we bought some plain cinnamon buns to take home. The prices are very reasonable. There are places to sit and eat outside. Next door is some tourist information with a nice gallery of locally made goods and bathrooms.

The Walnut Sticky bun may be the most indulgent thing I’ve ever eaten. These guys could literally put Cinnabon out of business. Prices are very reasonable but remember to call ahead if you want a dozen or more!

We stopped in to get some sticky and cinnamon buns. We were very disappointed. They buns were served to us cold and when we went up and asked about it we were told that you have to ask for them to be heated up when you order them. She didn’t offer to heat them for us. We asked for napkins and they didn’t have any. Customer service needs some improvement.

Very friendly and nice people that work here. Like a mom and pop store that serves you pie or various food stuff. Lots of trinkets and crafts as well. A nice stop for a snack. No seating though, except for some rocking chairs in the back room.

This was my first time trying shoo-fly pie so I wanted to get it homemade somewhere in Amish country. It was really good; not sickeningly sweet like some gooey pies can be. The ice cream was good too. The coffee was just okay. Next door is an awesome vintage/antique/handmade store with two stories, full of cute vintage books, jewelry, decor, kitchenware, clothes, stickers, and more. I could wander around for hours!

Several friends had recommended this place to me before my trip, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations ✨. First of all, their signature dessert, the shoo-fly pie, is simply delicious. I'd never tried it before, and in fact, it's what they make you taste as soon as you walk in. I later learned it's the most traditional dessert of Dutch Pennsylvania 🥧. The place has a small front parking lot, but there's a large parking lot in the back, which I recommend 🅿️. From the outside, the place is very picturesque and ideal for taking photos with the windmill. Upon entering, you realize it's not just a bakery but also sells all kinds of souvenirs, furniture, and home decor. What we liked most were the Amish crafts; they're simply beautiful, so we took several things home with us. The service was also very friendly and patient. We asked many questions, and they always answered us with a smile. Oh, and one more thing: the place has bathrooms 🚻. I recommend stopping by and checking out this lovely place. ✅

I loved this place, the have delicious pie, they also sell jam, sauces, and other foods of the Amish tradition, they have a lot of things you can use for gift or just souvenir. The service is very good, also the coffee was amazing. I totally recommend.

Any time I am within an hour of this place, I make the drive to get a cup of root beer and a shoo fly pie! I grew up experiencing the magic of this area of PA and now I get to pass that on to my kiddo. There is something so comforting about that darn pie! This time I also grabbed some delicious jams and apple butter and my son got a pencil sharpener that has a globe that spins on it he really likes. I love looking at all the unique wares and wood furniture here.

Cute shop with lots of cool and interesting souvenirs items, and came out with a delicious chocolate shoo-fly pie, I enjoyed every bit of it! Fun experience!

We had Turkey Dinner, Pot Roast and Chicken Fried Steak. All were on the 55 plus menu. You had choice of soup or salad, main entre, 1 side, pudding or ice cream. The tapioca pudding was delicious the other loved the ice cream. Only complaint was potatoes were but everyone's taste is different. Our waitress was very pleasant and place was beautiful on outside and very clean. We are going for breakfast this week.

My son and I were at a swim meet at the local college and finished early Sunday morning. I looked up best diners near me and Park City looked like a clear winner from the massive number of great reviews Service was very quick. We were seated immediately and had coffee and drinks at lightning speed. We each ordered for 3 for me breakfast (or something like that) 3 French toast or pancakes, 3 eggs, 3 bacon, 3 sausage, tots or home fries (tots were better) and toast. Sounded great and was a lot more food than I thought I ordered when it came to the table We both gladly took food home and enjoyed later Food came out lightning fast as well The Oreo cake I got my son must have been good as he never offered a bite and was fine pretty quick when we got home Awesome place……plus there is an Ollie’s that looks like a castle in the same parking lot and where are you going to see something like that Enjoy!

Came in to dine after a long drive from NC. Mr Mo, our server, was very knowledgeable about the menu. There was so much food and delicious. Definitely would eat here again!

This is my sisters favorite place to eat whenever she’s in town and I see why! The food is great so is the service! The best thing I had was the crab bites I appreciate that they use real crab meat they were amazing! Definitely check them out if you can.

This place was so busy and for good reason! The service was amazing, there were so many food options. I got the bananas foster French toast and he got a ton of food. It was so good, I want to go back! Highly recommend.

A pleasant surprise for out of town visitors. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Big portions ( we forgot that this was American serving size vs Canadian)! Our server was also very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful experience with Kosher options available, and the atmosphere was inviting and pleasant. We ordered "The Big 3" and a "Mushroom an Cheese Omelet with Tator Tots". The prices are extremely reasonable and affordable, and the chef certainly must be on top of things because the place was the food still came very very quickly after ordering, and it was perfectly done. This restaurant will definitely be visited again the next time we're in the area.

My husband and I come to the bakery every time we're in Lancaster for incredible pastries and have had great experiences in the bistro for dinner. Most recently, we had our wedding rehearsal dinner in the bistro. We had the best time - the whole night was incredible from the food and drinks to the friendly service. We also ordered baguette sandwiches and desserts for our wedding day lunch and our bridal party loved it. Highly recommend Barberet for all things - breakfast, dinner, dessert, catering, or hosting an event!

This is my new favorite restaurant. Everything was excellent. The food, the service, and the atmosphere. I love French pastries, and this is the first place I have found which lets you order an assortment of pastries directly from the bakery. Most of the staples were there: a chocolate croissant (my favorite), a butter croissant (you can turn it into a kind of chocolate croissant with the accompanying chocolate sauce), and a baguette (perfect with the accompanying French butter and berry jam). I was surprised there was no brioche, but the raisin roll did not disappoint, even though I am not a big fan of raisins. The croque monsieur was cheesy and crunchy and I liked it better without jam. The truffle fries were subtle but delicious and only were not finished because the pastries alone were enough for two people. The coffee was simple yet flavorful, as is the French way. The tap water was ice cold and the server refilled our glasses regularly. Bottled flat and sparkling water are also available for those who prefer the true French experience. The dining room was on an upper floor and was reminiscent of a jazz club. The quiet covers of popular songs playing on the speakers were pleasant and the temperature was comfortably cold during a hot day. If we had gone for dinner and skipped the pastry assortment, we would have picked up dessert from the bakery on our way out. I cannot wait for next time!

The quiche was awesome and all the pastries look so good. There's indoor seating and outdoor seating area to sit with you pooch if you bring them along. Coffee, teas, jams, prepared meals and salads for a quick grab and go as well. Has breads like baguettes and croissants as well. The line moves fast.

The desserts look great here, but the important part is that they taste just as good! I liked everything I’ve tried here, but I would personally recommend getting the Azure if you’re a chocolate fan or the Coco Bomb if you like fruity flavors. There are sandwiches too, but I don’t think they’re as good as the pastries. I look forward to coming here all the time and I’m always happy when I do.

Barberet Bakery stands as a quintessential representation of traditional French pâtisserie, offering a generous selection of croissants, macarons, eclairs, and more. The service was impeccable - friendly and patient ( it took us a while to decide what we wanted). We took a raspberry tart, a raspberry macaron, and a pistachio eclair, each item was a true testament to the bakery's dedication to freshness and perfection. Pistachio eclair was recommended by owner as his most favorite and I can definitely see why. The absolutely flawless raspberries deserve special appreciation! Also we took an almond croissant and an apple turnover to go. And coffee was as delicious as everything else! Every item we sampled was superb. If you're in the area and searching for an authentic French bakery - this is the place! Barberet Bakery is truly in a league of its own. And just so you know it might just set an impossibly high bar for all future bakery experiences.

Review for the BISTRO: Fantastic food! We shared the delicious escargot as our appetizer served in a garlicky-butter sauce that was absolutely delicious. We soaked up the sauce with our bread because we have no self-control! The escargot came already "plucked" (?), lol, not sure of the term. I was a bit disappointed I didn't get to recreate the scene from "Pretty Woman" - and maybe that's why. Haha. They truly taste like a small perfectly cooked button mushroom. Same texture. Try them!! For dinner we had the beef tartar and fancy Mac and cheese with creamy béchamel sauce. Has a slight tang to it - really top notch. My friend had their special La piece du Boucher (meat of the month, apparently?) which was a tender ribeye with a garlic butter sauce on top. To end the evening we had their Moelleux au Chocolat (espresso coffee ice cream) and Crème Brulée. Phenomenal! Yes, prices lean toward the splurge-y side, but honestly? The portions were shockingly generous for a fine dining spot. I probably could’ve gotten two meals out of it... if I had even a whisper of self-control. Which I don't... Heads up: as of July 2025, they’re transitioning between dining spaces, so the ambiance wasn’t quite at its full glory. And service was a little slow (likely due to staffing issues like everywhere else) but we didn’t mind lingering over great food and even better conversation. Highly recommend if you're looking for something upscale with bold flavors and a Euro flair!

My husband and I make it a priority to try to stop in here when passing through the Lancaster area. Their pastries are unbelievably good, and haunt my dreams, lol. The green apple one is the favorite for both of us, and we feel that their fruit based pastries are their best, but you really can’t go wrong. Solid cup of coffee, too

Beautiful little eatery, old and cozy with a touch of eclectic art. Friendly atmosphere, and extremely friendly staff. The food was beyond amazing. I had the Indian Omelet, I loved it. I love spicy food and that absolutely hit the spot. I also enjoyed the cooked cherry tomatoes that can with it. The fried potatoes were perfect as well. Such a great combination of tastes. The baked oatmeal was a fun side. Also they serve Gluten free items as well. Again perfect taste. Parking is easy, parking garage is caddy corner from the restaurant and there is on street parking. It's close to everything in downtown Lancaster. I will definitely eat there again❤️❤️

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! Not only was the food so tasty ( I ordered the Florentine omelette) but the owner Johnny was so incredibly genuine, warm and welcoming. We sat down in the lower dining area on a snowy day some time ago. Really felt like you were eating in an old pub. Very cozy and warm. Food was delicious, the stewed tomatoes were perfect compliments to our omelets! Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the coziness! But make sure you get there early so you get a seat quickly!

I've lived in lancaster almost my whole life and never knew this place existed. It is absolutely freaking adorable. It's a while vibe. The owner was super chill and the wait staff was great. Eclectic restaurant in Lancaster PA for breakfast and brunch. Waffles were light and fluffy. Bacon was cooked perfectly. Chillaquiles were spiced right. We got there 10 minutes before they opened and there was already a line....got there early!

Still the best! Great service, fantastic food. Consistently great. This is the best place for breakfast in Lancaster. They have everything from basic breakfast to chilaquiles. I highly recommend the multi grain bread. The coffee is delicious. All ingredients are locally sourced. Get there early, unless you like to wait for a table.

It was one of the best breakfast I’ve ever had. I’m not gonna lie. The staff was super nice and no words to describe the food. Wish they could be in NY as well. The waffles topped with vanilla ice cream and Orange special French toast made my day, omg… Thank you! We will definitely go back when we visit Lancaster again.

Great discovery as a meeting place between friends in DE/PA! Have lots of cheeses, cheese curds, yummy ice cream too. We ate lunch there, ordering at counter and taking a seat on the sun filled heated porch. Lots of interesting food items. I got the Honeybrook sandwich and it was great. The fried cheese curds were delicious!

We had a blast at September Farm Cheeses! If you think there's only cheese, go inside and prove yourself wrong 😉 The staff there were all extremely polite, kind, helpful and pleasant. Can't say enough good things about the girl who was running the cash register for the sandwich shop today at around 12:45. I should have gotten her name so I could put a good word in with the manager, but I was flying solo today with three kids, so I didn't think of that. I'll find out who it was next time we go. I had one of the best turkey melts I've ever had in my life today. The kids had fun meals of chicken nuggets and smiley fries with Capri Suns. After that, we had delicious, super moist chocolate chip cookies. They also have ice cream (looked homemade, but we didn't try any today – next time!!) After lunch, the kids played at the playground on site.

I brought my three year old daughter here after depositing some trash at the dump. We got lunch, ice cream, played on the playground, and watched the goats. The crispy chicken wrap was really good, and it came with chips and plenty of pickles. It was big enough for us to split. It’s a good spot for anyone, but extra accommodating for someone with young kids.

Time for some cheese! Really large variety of cheese, and cheese gift packs. Also has baked goods, candies, and other snacks and foods. Curiously no local butter though.

Half of it was a store where you could stroll around and buy quite a variety of things. The other half a restaurant with seating. Also outdoor seating. A fun-looking playground. They had a deluxe coffee bar where you could order a coffee drink separately from the main food line. The food was scrumptious! Would definitely return.

Very nice ambiance. Friendly workers. I'm picky with my coffee and thought the coffee was delicious! I got the Churro Latte and my mom got the Freddo. Both very good. We took home some assorted bakery items and cheeses. Fav was the pies and Blueberry Cake Donuts. We also had the honeybrooker and cheese curds, they were good as well. Overall, some items were hit or miss considering the more expensive price, while other items I would come to splurge on! Update: I also wanted to say I really appreciate the non dairy/lactose free options! Would also love to have some bakery items with monkfruit or stevia instead of regular sugar. We will be back to try some more items!

Visited in April 2025. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. After being seated, I waited a long time without anyone coming to take my order. Staff members (one guy, one women) walked past my table multiple times, deliberately avoiding eye contact. Meanwhile, they frequently checked on and warmly served the American guests at nearby tables, making me feel completely ignored and isolated. When I finally placed an order, part of it was missing (no Thai tea was served). No customer should ever feel abandoned or discriminated against based on who they are. I do not recommend this restaurant and sincerely hope they work on providing equal service to everyone.

Excellent service & environment. The crab wontons are spectacular! Excellent fried rice. The pad thai is pretty good, but the drunken noodle is too tomato flavored for me.

Dined here on a Saturday night; service by Anne was outstanding. Highly recommend the steak salad and crab fried rice. Fresh Rolls are a great choice too with the option to pick a protein. Prices are higher than other Thai restaurants in the area, but Sukhothai makes it up with quality and service.

Everything was perfect. Nina our server was awesome. Our food had such great flavors, from the coconut soup & mango salad to the entrees, which were ginger stir fry & pad korath with chicken. And then to top it off, the desserts were fabulous!...fried ice cream & mango purple rice. You must try SukhoThai.

Came in today craving Thai. Lunch special is truly special. Started and entree for a great price. Hot and sour soup is great! I will be back to try the other tasty sounding options.

We ordered the gluten free drunken noodles, I ordered mine Thai Hot and my wife got it mild. The food tasted natural however it was VERY bland, the only flavor came from the added hot peppers, even though they used gluten free soy sauce that should not have affected the flavor that much. I was truly disappointed, these were the most bland drunken noodles I have ever had. The service and atmosphere was great but will not be going back, there are better tasting options out there.

Great hidden gem! Ordered at the counter and open seating. Very friendly staff. Quick service with delicious food. I enjoyed the featured strawberry cheesecake pancakes and my friend had the avocado salmon toast. Wonderful place - we’ll be back for sure!

Really yummy, they had a beautiful outside area to sit that was comfortable, quiet, and peaceful. Additionally lovely to find gluten free pancakes and bread available, made a huge difference! Super service too! (The cappuccino was to die for!!!)

After a couple of minutes, I recognized this location that was once a Mexican restaurant. It was now converted to a beautiful and cozy Café. It was our first time visiting. It was a good experience overall. I did notice that the plates, when all of us were served, covered 80% of the table surface. Thank goodness prompt table service cleared out empty plates to avoid over clutter of the table. I had the feature Strawberry Shortcake Pancake which were big and delicious! There was a lot of help offering good customer service.

Not my first time at this rodeo. Yet, I still can't choose from their amazing menu! It may sound simple, but I had a pork roll, egg and cheese sandwich on a kaiser roll (Philajersey girl, what can I say!) I usually get them from Wawa or at the beach, and Ida's has earned a spot with this delicious sandwich! And, check out these strawberry cheesecake pancakes. When my daughter took a bite, she stopped and said, "there's strawberries between the layers!" No skimping for Ida's...not just fruit floating on top, but stacked! Fair pricing, always great customer services and hometown vibe. The only bad thing about this place is trying to make a left turn to leave...so maybe just stay and get lunch, too🙂

First time back in years as we used to go often. They've changed some but no worries as it was still a nice meal and experience. You order upfront before sitting down. We ordered omelets. Which come with potato and toast. Great customer experience. Big variety in the menu. The food came out very quick and tasted good.

What a wonderful little restaurant!! From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was pleasant and inviting. You order your food at the counter, then you're seated, and served once the food is ready. Food was pretty quick to come out, and absolutely delicious. I ordered the creamed chipped beef with a blueberry muffin on the side, while my wife ordered an omelet. The breakfest potatoes were very good! The seating is somewhat limited, but the tables seem to turn pretty quickly. I'd highly recommend, and will definitely be back myself

The server was very friendly and kind, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although she did check-in with us regarding our appetizer, she was too preoccupied to check-in regarding our entree, due to her being the only staff in the dining area catering to 4 different tables; understandable but didn't leave us the opportunity to address our issues with the entree (which will be highlighted below) until we paid for our bill and came across someone else by happenstance. The aesthetics were elegant and on the dimmer side, especially if you're seating at the corner tables away from the light, we recommend sitting closer to the light or by the entrance if there's still light out. We really loved the crab croquettes appetizer, which had a perfectly crispy exterior that complimented perfectly with the moist interior mixture of potato and crab that paired very well with the aioli. The crispy potato that accompanied the NY strip was perfectly balanced as well, with the crispiest exterior that I ever had with a potato dish! Unfortunately that was the highlight to the entire dish, for the strip was extremely lean without any fat or marbling to help balance out the leanness of the steak (which is evident in the attached photos below). Usually a NY strip, even if grass fed, would still have a strip of fat on the outer layer, but ours did not have any at all, which you can see from all slices we've made. We weren't hoping for ribeye-quality fats at all, but just one that wasn't completely lean. The creamed spinach was also quite bitter and watery, which definitely diluted its creaminess unfortunately; you can see from the photo the wateriness in the creamed spinach where the cream began separating. We love their menu and the restaurant's elegant vibe, as well as how beautifully the food was presented, but unfortunately we were left disappointed by our main entree. I highly recommend their crab croquettes so please give that a try if you can, I promise you won't regret it! Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

My husband and I made a last minute reservation to try this place after I looked at the positive Google reviews. Unfortunately, our dining experience was not so positive like the others. Let me preface this by saying that I am a Philly native who has visited many fine dining restaurants in the city. I’ve even been to restaurants that don’t have the fine dining ambience (like this place) but their prices are expensive like a fine dining place. This restaurant lacked in all the aspects of fine dining (not sure if that is what they’re going for). The room is very small and tight. When I walked in first and gave the server our name for the reservation, she pointed us to the corner table. It was a tight squeeze! I glanced at it with an awkward hesitation, and then I looked at my husband and told him that I was going to use the restroom first. This corner table was the worst seat in the room. I wish she would’ve sat us at another 2 top considering that I’m pregnant and will need the room to get in and out and make multiple trips to the restroom. Well, this server didn’t seem to be mindful of that. After I got back to my seat (after much tweaking of the chair and table to get comfortably seated), I just looked towards the wait staff station to see when our sever would bring us our water and menus. Mind you, the place is small and there’s 2 waitresses with 4 parties. Not a busy evening for them. I also worked in the restaurant industry and bringing water and menus when your guests arrive is just service 101. You don’t keep them waiting too long. I was shocked to notice that our server didn’t notice. She was more attentive to the 4 top near us. Finally, she walked over with menus and then asked what kind of water we wanted. I asked for filtered tap. I wish she would’ve asked me this before I used the restroom if I knew she was going to wait this long to ask us another question about water options. Anyways, onto the food. My husband and I shared the crap croquettes because that was a highly recommended item from the other reviewers. Well, let me be the first to tell you, don’t order it! Save your money! It wasn’t that good. I was very disappointed to see that these were way too mushy and contained way too much cream. I first picked it up with my fork, but it completely breaks down that you have to eat it with your fingers. Again, way too much cream and you barely taste any crab. I don’t understand how people think this was good, but it was overpowering with the mayonnaise like cream and no crab taste. I felt bamboozled. For the second course, I ordered the NY strip and my husband got the lamb bolognese. Our server explained that if we wanted the soufflé, then we HAD to order it with our dinner because it takes the chef 20 minutes to make it. I thought that was even strange. I’ve never come across that in my dining experience and thought it was an unnecessary request of the guests. What if we changed our minds after we finished the dinner and wanted to cancel the soufflé? It just didn’t make sense to pressure guests into making a decision about dessert when they haven’t even had the first course yet. Now, my steak was good, but that was the only thing I liked on my plate. The steak was tender and juicy. However, it came with this crusted potato thing that tasted really strange. It also came with a cup of creamed spinach which was very bland and lacking in any culinary taste. It needed salt very badly and didn’t have much cream. I was shocked by the poor texture and lack of taste in the sides. My husband’s dish was good, but after some time of eating it, he said he doesn’t think he’s a fan of bolognese. He said it’s something that he could make himself, so I don’t think he was any more impressed with his dish. The pasta noodles had a nice texture to it though and the eggplant was good. That’s about it. Finally, the soufflé. It was nothing special in taste or texture. There wasn’t anything in it that made me go “wow, that’s really good”. Overall, a poor experience and such lack of attentiveness from our server. We won’t return.

Absolutely incredible. The crab croquettes were very soft and had a excellent crab taste. The arrangement of the plates were beautiful. The inside of the restaurant was very personal. You could tell that everything was done with care, intentionality. The main courseries were fantastic. The steak was cooked perfectly, chicken was delicate with a beautiful mushroom flavor. The desserts were not overly sweet. I would really recommend giving this place a try!

I had Citronnelle on my list for a long time! My friends were in from L.A. so I made reservations. Overall, the food was underwhelming. Maybe I expected too much, but I wasn't a fan of some of the flavors and also felt that the 'umami' was missing. However, the services was impeccable, the environment was romantic and high-end, so maybe I just had an off night (me and/or the restaurant).

After a 2 year absence & 5 star review... I found the lamb tender with delicious sauce, the mushroom risotto lovely, the soufflé as good as ever. The vegetables could use some seasoning, the octopus was a little chewy & salty, the pate used to be creamier & more generous. Dessert took some time to come. The salad could do without the pickled pearl onions which hit one in the back of the throat. But nice flavor overall.

Very small and tight vibe. Just a few tables. I did not enjoy the service that day as well it was slow with nobody there and her vibe was weird. The steak and fries were good. Steak could have been cooked better.

We have been to Citronnelle twice. Very special little French restaurant. Citronnelle is a gem, we will reserve a table again. The combination of the assorted seafood dish complements each other and tastes very delicious. Usually shellfish tend to leave sand in the dish, but this dish delighted me from beginning to end. The sauce tastes great. We tried different dishes for both dinners, and each one was a pleasant surprise...bring your own favorite wine (not provided by the restaurant) and enjoy the family atmosphere, friendly conversation...it was great! We can't wait for the next time 😋

Super cute, great donuts and bagels, friendly staff. Not going to lie, I was a little disappointed that they were serving Green Mountain coffee (I prefer when shops like this have high quality coffee from a local roaster- something I can't get everywhere else). But they do have their own proprietary blend from East Indies that's pretty good. Will def be back!

I don’t drink coffee anymore but I had an amazing iced chai 💕 Wish there was more indoor and outdoor seating cause it’s such a perfect and quaint spot to read!

Real breakfast sandwiches made to order. Huge variety and delicious. I wish they serve serve coffee from a local roaster. But the Green Mountain Coffee they serve is excellent and always hot. Very cool place inside and on the patio. Grape vibe. Pets not allowed inside.

I recently ordered a Dosie Dough Long John Cake to take to a Fall Fest event in Allentown. I felt that it would be a dish representative of Lancaster County. I asked that it be decorated in a Fall theme. I picked the cake up on Saturday morning and was floored by how absolutely perfect it was and far exceeded my expectations. I was amazed that there were quite a number of guests that had never heard of a long John but there were quite a number of phones pulled out and photos taken when I placed it on the dessert table. This is the perfect town staple!! Dosie Dough is clearly well loved and it’s for good reason! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is homey and warm. Will definitely be back ☺️

September 2025 This bakery smells wonderful the moment you walk in, and their bagels and donuts are always fresh and delicious. The staff is so cheerful and friendly, and service is surprisingly fast considering how long the line can get during busy morning hours. I stop here occasionally when I ride my bicycle to Lititz, and I’ll grab a coffee and a small bite to eat. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you get, and they also keep a very clean bathroom, which shows their attention to detail and genuine concern for their customers.

Popped in here for breakfast. What a hidden gem ~ a simple must do if you’re in town. Lovely staff, very helpful. Delicious food and coffee. So many goodies packed into such a little space.

I love the Brickhouse Cafe, I order from here often on my lunch when at work. Everytime I go in the service staff is amazing, Joanie is a fantastic waitress/coffee bar tender. They have quick service and good food. My favorite is their smoke house burger. You can't go wrong with bacon on a burger😉. Typically i modify mine by adding chipotle sause and i highly recommended it. My burgers are always cooked perfectly. They have a full coffee bar and daily flavored and regular drip coffees. All of this, along with a large supply of baked good. My only wish is that they served soup more consistently.

Ever since the old cook Todd left this place is not been the same. The new manager has failed to show up and have this opened on scheduled times. Her attitude is horrible and I'm not sure why the owner keeps her on except for he's afraid of change. The current hours are losing them business to all the other places in the area. Go take your old manager's advice and start running this place like you truly want to succeed in a restaurant business. The place definitely needs updated but there's so much potential here for Gourmet quality food with fair pricing. This place currently has neither.

This place is really cute and quaint. I highly recommend their fresh fruit french toast! We ordered orange juice and were pleasantly surprised to find out it was fresh squeezed. I'm excited to come back!

This is the cutest little place in Manheim. We recently stopped here for a late breakfast. The coffee was delicious. My fiancé got a breakfast sandwich with steak. I got the skillet wrap with sausage and it was great! We had really friendly service as well.

A lovely place for a bite to eat. Ordered a vegetable omelet that wasn't overly oily and filled with fresh vegetables. I enjoyed that they had an assortment of coffee to choose from. When ordering a cup for breakfast, many locations give you either decaf or regular. Yet, at the Brick House Cafe, you can try a flavored brew. I had an Elvis Presley inspired brew- Peanut butter and banana. With a friendly and attentive waitress, the overall experience was nice. Retrospectively, my party did not favor their lunch menu items. Thus in thought, this location is nice for breakfast but questionable regarding lunch.

I finally made it to The Pantry! After what felt like a decade of trying to coordinate my schedule with their hours (seriously, who only opens from 8 AM to 2 PM? It’s like they’re on a breakfast-only mission! But I totally understand), I was ready to feast. The restaurant itself is a cozy little gem, and the service was so good I half-expected the staff to serenade me while I waited for my food. We decided to dive into the lunch special: a Pretzel Burger, and we also ordered a French toast. Now, let’s talk about that Pretzel Burger—what a masterpiece! It was so delicious that I thought, “I should share this!” But then I remembered that sharing is overrated. In the end, sharing backfired spectacularly, and we found ourselves ordering a second Pretzel Burger. It was like the culinary equivalent of winning the lottery—so amazing that I was convinced I needed two! Who knew pretzel buns could unlock such happiness? If you haven't tried it yet, do yourself a favor and make a trip. Just be prepared to leave with a full belly and a newfound love for pretzels. In conclusion, The Pantry: where breakfast is a lifestyle and the Pretzel Burger is a reason to go back... twice!

This was a great little place for breakfast! The food was delicious and decent portions. It is a smaller place but the service was fast and everyone that works there is very pleasant. I'm not sure about other places around the area for breakfast, but I plan to go back and sample some more!

That's when you know it's a sure bet for a great meal. The service? Friendly and on point. 👍 The prices? Pretty much standard, $10.99-$12 for an omelet or skillet that includes home fries and toast. The food? A hit all around! My father-in-law, who doesn't dish out compliments easily, gave his Western Omelet a solid "very good." High praise, indeed! 😉 And the French toast? Four of us gave it a solid 👍👍 up! My BIL especially enjoyed the cinnamon toast French Toast. Soooo, it's safe to say the "fabulous batter" they brag about on the menu is, in fact, quite fabulous. The Pantry is a great place off the beaten path for a solid breakfast. I love how most of their dishes are served in these round, metal bowls, which they call their skillet breakfast. It’s always a ton of food and very flavorful. I love the linked sausage and the potatoes are nice and crispy.

I love it here! The pantry always has affordable, diverse, and delicious food. The employees are so sweet & they are always attentive. It’s kind of in a more low key area, on the side of a busy road. Over the summer, they have nice outdoor picnic tables to sit at. Stop by for a yummy breakfast/brunch throughout the year!

We went for the Valentines Day prefix dinner at $175/each. A bit pricy, but worth it for special occasions. The service was beyond spectacular! We had several people serving our courses but Gabriel was our Culinary Ambassador and he was friendly, funny and attentive. He made the experience relaxing and removed the “stuffy “ from the atmosphere. The culinary presentations were just fabulous! Prior reviews talked about small portions of food, so we didn’t expect much. I have to say while the portions were not what most would expect for a meal, they were just enough and we left very satisfied. The care, expertise, and creativity of the chef were obvious in all the plates. While the prices may limit Amorette to special occasions, we will return!

WOW. What an amazing experience this was! We took our Pastry students here for a Chef's table and it was completely amazing. These pictures do no justice for the taste and the actual experience. This place is an unexpected, truly remarkable find in Lancaster. The ambiance, the table in the kitchen, and having the chefs come out to each individually introduce their plates was simply extraordinary! I will for sure be returning here and highly recommend!

I have been to dozens of countries, and the greatest joy is to explore the local specialties. Restaurant environment, hygiene, service、Food styling has artistic effect, taste, health...is the standard I like. This is my second time dining at Amorette and I love it. Award-winning chef team and Professional Sommelier. A multi-sensory dining experience, a very enjoyable dinner.

My wife and I went to Amorette based on her research of top restaurants in the area. We were treated very nicely upon arrival and had a drink in the lounge. Dinner was quite the interesting dog and pony show, however. I just now read the other reviews, and it does come down to being bedazzled with presentation vs actually eating a meal. I left wanting to find a pizza slice place because 1 quail egg, 3 oysters, 3oz of beef, deep frozen rose pedals and a bite of goat cheese cake won't cut it after drinking an Old Fashioned and sharing a bottle of wine. The $80 bottle of wine came with a wonderful discussion by the Sommelier. He was such a pleasure to speak with. By the way, the rose pedal science show should be assessed for customer safety. As part of the show, you are asked to get up and bring your plate to a special room, where a server creates something called Dragon's Breath. It's basically 1 pastry thing dunked in Nitrogen to flash freeze. We were instructed to pick it up as soon as it came out, and stupid me did it and freezer burned my finger tips. 2 days later, 1 of my finger tips is still feeling it.

Would highly recommend! We went to celebrate my parents' upcoming birthdays, and they went above and beyond to make it special. They paid attention to all the details and were very attentive. The food was absolutely amazing - all of it was so good, from the fresh-baked bread to the wagyu ribeye (melt-in-your-mouth) to the inventive desserts and ending with nice petit fours. Thank you so much! Looking forward to returning to try the 7-course tasting menu.

From the moment my friend and I walked in we were treated like royalty. Every single member of the staff was gracious and accommodating. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. We chose the 7-course meal and I'm so glad we did. Every single bite was perfect. The sommelier was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question we asked. I would go again in a heartbeat.

This place is REALLY impressive. We went here because we are planning to reserve the private room in the near future and were blown away at the level of detail, quality of food, and professionalism of the staff. This could be the best restaurant in Lancaster and I would not be surprised if it started to get accolades outside of the city very soon.

Stayed with my son for a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook and wanted a good bagel place for breakfast. Grand Central Bagels is 3 minutes from Heritage Hotel, and boy were we pleased with our breakfast. Busy place, which shows quality food, but not too busy with a fast wait time. The food was right on point. Bacon, egg, and cheese, with fresh onion and avocados on a toasted wrap. The coffee was outstanding with many options. Highly recommend Grand Central Bagels for either breakfast or lunch as they have an extensive lunch menu also.

This cafe is just amazing, with a lot of options for your coffee, tea, pastry, bread, bagel, smoothie,breakfast, brunch, and protein shake. You name it, they got it. Check out their timings before you plan a visit. They have a shared parking lot, and it gets busy. The Cafe also was super busy when I visited around 11.00 am. and at least 20 customers waiting to place an order. But the staff turns out the orders much faster. The prices are very reasonable too. I ordered a pumpernickel bagel toasted with jalapeño cheddar cheese, and it was delicious and made perfect. I also ordered hot Chai latte and definitely better than other places I had. I also noticed a lot of repeated customers on the line suggesting us to try several of their delicacies. The interior has a lot of tables and also they maintained it very well. There is a food pickup area if you place a phone order. They do have a restroom. The outdoor seating is also available. This place is a must try !!

Very lovely place. For a busy Saturday brunch the line moved quick and food came out in a respectful amount of time. My kids enjoyed their bagels, my hubby and I enjoyed the bagel sandwich and grilled focaccia. The coffee was also very good. The atmosphere was welcoming with our four kiddos. Will definitely come here again when we are in the area.

Very impressed!! I knew I'd be in that area for work, so bought an online deal and went to try it. Fabulous!! My food is delicious!!... and fresh, yummy bagel made to order sandwich and highly recommend their white chocolate mocha!! Plus, it was such a cute place with nice seating and super clean. Came here with my momma last Saturday & boy was it crowded! The food was phenomenal, especially the baked banana choc chip which was probably the best I have ever had. Just expect to wait for awhile, we waited in line for over a half hour for our food & we were running out of room to stand since the cash register order line ran into the area where people were waiting for their food/coffee orders. A little chaotic but worth the wait in the end. Highly recommend the jalapeno cheddar bagel if you like some spice. Pumpkin Pie latte could have been sweeter, was a little bitter but all in all a good experience, just super busy & gets crammed inside so it's best to sit outside on a nice day!

Rude, abhorrent owner who acts as if she’s royalty and you’re bothering her by eating here. If you’re okay with being disrespected for a mediocre bagel they overcharge for then this place will suit your needs. If you have any sense of self respect and prefer good food, i’d go ANYWHERE else.

I liked this cafe enough. It’s more about speed and efficiency than it is about good coffee it seems. With Franklin and Marshall right beside it, I’m sure it’s catering more to the student rather than the coffee lover. Their coffee is cheaper than most, which is nice, but their sizes aren’t big, which is probably why they have cheaper prices. I liked the vibes of the cafe, but it was a bit loud for conversation with the music blasting.

A marvelous place to come for a warm cup of coffee on a cold day. I got the Costa Rican blend. i’ve never been to Costa Rica. But I imagine that if I did, it would taste like this cup of coffee.

Came here on Labor Day at 12:30pm (thanks for being open!) There were a lot of people working on their computers I would assume from the surrounding college. We were fortunate enough to find some seating outside, while there were space inside, everyone kind of seemed in grind mode. Service was pretty straightforward for coffee shop. The aesthetic is very hipster coffee shop vibes and decor is admirable. They do not make their own syrups however, I do believe they make their little snack choices (vegan cakes and snack stuff) in house. There seem to be a lot of coffee bean choices and some yummy drink specials. I chose the cappuccino at first but was given a 12 oz latte like drink that was too exciting. The espresso didn’t really carry through my choice of milk: oat (although I did ask for whole milk-no biggie though.) I later purchased a cup with peanut brittle syrup and ice to make an iced latte. The flavor of the syrup was a nice addition and carried the coffee. My friends caramel iced coffee was average. Good coffee flavor but not too aggressive and on borderline of water-like in my opinion. I was appreciative of the condiment bar they had for the coffee including simple syrup. The coffee cake my friend got was a little underwhelming and dry, but the vegan blueberry coffee cake with pecans was quite delicious and flavorful. I received it cold in wrapped in saran wrap, so it’s most definitely a great workplace/take out coffee shop. Would be a pleasant place to return to. Thanks guys :) One double shot cappuccino with oat milk, and a blueberry vegan pecan cake thing came to 11 dollars.

Had an awesome experience here. I felt welcome and safe with Godzilla and his Kaiju Pals watching over us in paining form. The baristas were quick and accommodating. The coffee was excellent and their Coffee Cake was surprisingly moist.

For paying $90 and so for the 12 dozen cookies. Very disappointing how we opened the package and it looks like it wasn’t even package with care. Knowing they ship outside of PA. I would have expected a better care on the package also knowing it’s summer time. They should have put something to protect the cookies from melting and moving around on the box. We didn’t even eat all of it, just took tiny bites since majority smelled like they have been cooked for a very long time/ tasted very old like a bit rotten and the inside is not even fully cooked other was hard as a rock!. For the price we paid. We want our money back for the cookies we got that ended up straight to the trash.

This store has the best cookies 🍪 I ever tasted they're very unique. Omg!!! So soft, so fresh... made with such good quality ingredients! My goodness, these cookies are absolutely lovely. The chocolate one's were my favorite 😋 and melts in your mouth. If you are cookie lover you should definitely try their cookies.

I was so excited to get my order!!! But then I was disappointed because the one cookie I was really looking forward to, I didn't get. Instead I got something else. But I did decide to go ahead and try the rest of them. So far I tried the Birthday Cake cookie. It was delicious. I saw their live at TIKTOk . So I said , why not give it a try since it’s from Pennsylvania where their store is located and they made their cookies there. Well , I am glad I ordered some and well money spent . Their cookies are so soft and delicious . My entire family and friends love it . I ordered the Chocolate Dubai . It’s so Yummy. I post it in TIKTOK . Give it a try folks , pretty sure you’ll love their cookies .

I’m here to say that Taylor Chip lived up to the hype! There are tons of competitors in this market who have great branding but don’t deliver when it comes to taste or quality. Taylor Chip knocks it out of the park on taste, quality, packaging, customer service, the full package. I ordered 1 of each flavor and every one I have tried has exceeded expectations. If I had to choose a favorite I’m thinking salted Carmel pretzel as it was so decadent. I will update my review later as I am a sugar addict who has lost 75 pounds over the last year and I cannot eat sugar day other than Saturday. But rest assured that I have every intention of getting through the box and great job Taylor Chip on working hard to live up to the hype as that’s not easy in today’s world!!

Recived the cookies quickly although my box was bent. Cookies seemed flattened but still tried them anyway. Coconut Cream pie was my favorite. Not too sweet. Hubby tried the others. All too sweet but I appreciated the clean ingredients. The salted caramel pretzels one would have been better if the pretzel pieces were smaller. They were kind of stale. Overall though the flavors were good.

Taylor Chip was our go to for cakes and sweet treats when we lived in Lancaster. After we moved, we still ordered (even now!), and when we planned to have our wedding in Lancaster this past May, we KNEW who would be supplying our desserts! The cookies were a HUGE hit - people are STILL texting us about the Oreo cookie!!! Thank you, Taylor Chip fam, for making our wedding day that much sweeter. The team was so easy to work with and was able to make the exact flavors we wanted, even flavors for guests with dietary restrictions! And they made them smaller so that guests could try 2-3 of the flavors! A highlight of our wedding day, for sure. :)

Great selection of local meats and cheeses. I don't think i'm going anywhere else from now on! Will definitely be back - I recommend grabbing some of the award winning 7 and 12 year cheddar they have. Well worth it.

Amazing subs/sandwiches per usual! They have a shopping area for non-food products that has variety and is overall a cute area to look at. The photos show what you need to see, it’s a nice store. Employees are welcoming and friendly + it’s always a nice time inside. They have delicious food products and it’s always fresh & yummy!

Awesome little market with a great selection of fresh meats, produce and even a bakery. They also make sandwiches and they have a restaurant. Everything is super fresh. The store is easy to access and there is plenty of parking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcome and do not rush you out of the door.

Nice enough place for a quick meal with a huge selection of meats and cheese, also a good variety of prepared foods. It is a little pricey, but the quality is good. I had the breakfast sandwich today and it was ok but ingredients were a bit skimpy however the hazelnut coffee was quite good. Probably would give them a 3.5 if I could, but too many swings and misses. I would come back for lunch but not breakfast.

Highly recommend this store! The market is amazing w all the foods the sell and make. You also can get freshly made sandwiches, hot or cold also Hand dip ice cream as well. They have a shaded area out side w tables for customers to enjoy their food. Everyone that works there is super friendly. I asked the woman at the counter I need a mini to order because I had never been here before. I ordered then walked around looking at all the fresh produce and they other delicious home made things they made. She brought my sandwich and said it's your first time here and we offer first time people a gift. So she showed me what I could get and they're were a lot of various bake goods I could choose from. Wow that was perfect. I have to to say Ill be coming back here as much as possible. 💜

This is the best nursery and local food market around!! Original, handmade PA Dutch recipes. Affordable cappuccino. Amazing pies. All made right in front of you. The garden nursery has a very knowledgeable staff. Beyond helpful and kind. They will help you find exactly what you need. Don't have to ask for help. They are right there for you to listen to your needs. Not as expensive as other larger places but not cheap like big box places. I don't go anywhere else!!

My experience was awesome! I have celiac disease and not many places have gluten-free options. When I arrived I have never seen so much gluten free cakes, casseroles, soups, and bread all in one place. Note another awesome option is they do special orders and everything is done at a different location with someone who specializes in Celiac’s disease So there’s never worry for a cross contamination. A special order, a chocolate cake with peanut butter icing; Honestly, I’m ready to dig in!

We stumbled on this gem a couple of summers ago and had to come on and complete a review! The food is fresh, neatly packaged and presented! Staff is helpful and friendly. I found that some of their plant prices were cheaper than a nursery in Lancaster/intercourse. I love coming here!

We stopped by this store while on vacation, and it completely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. We have 5 kids and the staff were truly some of the kindest people we’ve met. We picked up a variety of whoopie pies along with a cherry and blueberry pie, and everything was absolutely delicious. The fruit pies were especially impressive, you could actually taste the fresh fruit, not just an overload of sugar like you find in most store-bought desserts. A definite must-visit!

I just had the BEST chicolate shake there made with hand dipped ice cream and whole milk. It was the perfect consistency. Not runny or too thick that you can't drink it through a straw. Thank you so much!!!

We’ve been to C’est la Vie every Valentine’s Day for the past 3 years, and this year we decided to come for our anniversary too! We had the same server as V-day (Mike D) and he is spectacular! He’s so kind and personable; we will be asking for him the next time we visit. We’ve also had Benjamin before and he was great too. As for food, my partner gets something different every time we come because you can’t get anything bad on this menu. I on the other hand am a creature of habit, so I always get Chef Daniel’s Crab Cakes because they’re simply the best crab cakes I’ve ever had! Highly recommend getting dessert as well. The creme brûlée is out of this worlddddd 😍

Even thought the service and ambience experience were positive , food quality and preparation didn’t match the price nor overall reviews . The bourguignon was the only good dish that I could recommend , bouillabaisse felt blend and didn’t taste fresh . The pizza was nothing like other pictures posted online and felt like a frozen pizza from the market, jumbo shrimps were dry probably over cooked . My wife was given a broken wine glass . Far from impressed

Would have given 5 stars all the way across the board however the woman that is the hostess was pretty rude to us. We came about 10 min prior to opening, staff was setting up outside and I asked if we could kindly just put our name in as we had a party of 5 and it was a Saturday during th very busy Strawberry Festival. Celebrating my daughter finding her wedding gown that morning, she was like “ummmm NO u need to wait until we open at 1130”. When we went back at 1130 another young man was at the hostess station and was super kind and took us right to a great table. The service was great, amazing cocktails and food was great as well. The hostess needs to be a little more kind with her approach otherwise we have eaten here several times and LOVE it! Highly recommend!!

The food was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection. The beef bourguignon was exceptionally seasoned. Great cocktails too. Definitely recommend this place.

Went to Cie la Vie for our son's birthday dinner. Our server, Tia, was absolutely wonderful, checking back "just enough" but still being attentive. Very knowledgeable about all the dishes as well. I had the pizza, my wife had the croissant BLT, and our son had the filet, which he said was the best he had ever had. Place had just decorated for Christmas, which while glitzy, was not overdone. Portion size was sizeable but not ridiculous. Pricey but was well worth the money . Will most likely become our "to-go" place for special occasions.

I made reservations this morning via the Open Table App for my first dining experience. It was a perfect day for al fresco dining and people-watching as shoppers came and went at the historic Lancaster Central Market. Our server Ben asked my daughter and me our first names and addressed us by our names when checking in for our orders, a first in all my years of dining out. Chef’s kiss for the Surf & Turf: filet mignon and crab cake. C'est La Vie is worth the drive from Harrisburg.

The staff is so welcoming, kind, and helpful. The coffee is great and made to order. Food and pastries are always delightful. Give them a try! I think you'll love them!

I like The Daily Grind coffee and food. However, I quit stopping by, even for carry out, because of the strong cooking smoke smell. Even if you’re there only two minutes it hangs onto your clothing for most of the day. I would be stopping by several time a week if the air would be clear. There’s literally a haze of smoke in the air most of time. I’ve given it several chances, thinking maybe it’s just a one off thing, but unfortunately it’s been that way every time. I’d love to know if the problem is fixed! Please post here, I will be there as soon as it is.

Our first visit. Stopped for lunch while riding the Enola Low Grade Trail. We love these kinds of places. Good food, nice outdoor seating, and easy to get to from the trail. We will be back for sure.

Decent coffee. Hideously expensive. $2.85 for vanilla syrup? Really? I paid nearly 8$ for a breve! Even Starbucks isn’t that expensive. Needless to say, no tip was left. Will not be back.

We enjoy eating here all the time. You can't beat the experience. Nice quiet, simple atmosphere. They are quick, and treat their customers well. Now on top of that they have great food. They have home made croissants which are delicious. I don't think i've had anything I didn't like. Breakfast sandwiches, coffee, baked goods, you can't really go wrong no matter what you choose. Their prices are extremely reasonable and are one of the reasons we go so much. Definitely a gem of a coffee shop. (Came back after COVID-19, just as good as we remember!)

Absolutely favorite place to be! Its like my second home. Best coffee you will find and dont forget a scone.

Delicious food and lots of choices. Fresh! I had chicken salad croissant, and my mom just raved about her delicious fruit smoothie 😋
