Event venue
Tellus360 is a vibrant Irish-themed spot in downtown Lancaster, PA that offers a unique blend of craft beers, modern pub food, and live entertainment. The venue prides itself on its eco-friendly ethos, featuring reclaimed wood furniture and farm-fresh cuisine. With regular live music, DJs, and a 10,000-square-foot rooftop bar providing stunning city views, Tellus360 is a popular destination for locals and visitors alike.
We loved it up on this rooftop bar! The seating was very comfortable and many seating places to choose from since we were there at 5:00pm. I had street tacos which were pretty tasty and that cooking staff was fun and nice. My husband ordered from the deli and loved his tater tots. The music was good. We will definitely be back! It’s National Rum Day so we had to have some rum.

Our group went for the Please Please Please Party and had a blast! Bar staff were great and drinks were fairly priced and came out great! The staff member who let us into the event was super sweet and helpful with getting our tickets ready + showing us where the restrooms were. The venue space was great and able to fit a nice sized crowd without feeling cramped
Tristian C — Google review
Three floors of fun. The top floor is a roof top bar with lots of seating both indoors and out. The 2nd floor is a whiskey bar with tons of options. The main floor is the regular bar and a side room for raves and DJ parties. The drinks were good and fair prices and the views were excellent.
Jennifer C — Google review
What a fun place! Many different bar areas with different vibes. I would recommend the top bar and specifically the sushi! Such a cool concept to have so many different types of food- something for everyone. And it was all delicious! I appreciate that each bar has their own cocktails. It feels like so much to explore!
Tessa P — Google review
Great atmosphere. Awesome music with great sound. Staff was pleasant and bartender was on point. Will definitely revisit for other shows.
Ivan H — Google review
I'll start by saying this isn't my kind of place. However, the building is laid out really nice as there is something different on every floor. I had to wait a long time for drink service at 2 different bars. Drinks priced ok. I like the rooftop area, mostly because of the seating and plants everywhere. I did not try any food.
J A — Google review
Tellus is a popular place. Often when a place is that popular, the service suffers. The half dozen or so times that I've been to Tellus, that has NOT been the case. I've gone at various times - Sunday afternoon, Friday night, etc. Each time, staff has been friendly, the food has been great, and the drinks have been awesome. The most recent time I went was just the other week when the Melvins were playing. I'd never gone to Tellus for a concert before and everyone was INCREDIBLY helpful when I asked, even though they were pretty busy. Will 100% be back again, great vibes at this place. PS - to the amazing guy upstairs who was ALONE, took our order, and brought us down great curry and sushi himself, THANK YOU! Your food was the best.
Seth L — Google review
Great place to get together and enjoy drinks. If you are looking for a place Tuesday to Thursday to enjoy a pint, I would whole-heartedly recommend it. Friday and Saturday can be a little too much with lines of people out the door and waiting for drinks.

The Horse Inn is a historic and elusive gem in Lancaster County, offering a speakeasy vibe and globally inspired pub cuisine. The menu features daily handcrafted dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients from Lancaster County. With two bars serving exceptional spirits and a fantastic bourbon selection, the knowledgeable staff crafts outstanding cocktails. Visitors highly recommend trying the Pistol Under the Pillow cocktail and indulging in the Horse Fries to share.
Our meal tonight was really good - Thank you to Abbie our server. She knew the exact flavors of the dishes. Wonderful halibut. Per husband the shrimp and grits were the best he ever had.
Nora S — Google review
Excellent food. Live music was also excellent. Three of us had a drink at the bar and then moved to a table for dinner. We shared the loaded French fry appetizer as we had been traveling and wanted something quick. They were good. I had their delicious version of a BLT with fried green tomatoes, mozzarella and local bacon.
David B — Google review
The food is tasty in this cute pub. Good burger and salads. I had a very interesting and tasty sweet corn ice cream - yum. The vibe is lively and cozy. The service is mixed, but that could be down to a busy night. Would recommend for a night out in Lancaster.

My Sister wanted to try this place, so here we are. The atmosphere is awesome and should be a delight to most. It does require a stair climb to the restaurant and T-shirts are offered at a vending machine at the entrance. We were seated as they opened and the place got busy quick. Server was a cold side but was quick enough. I ordered the shrimp and grits which were mainly just ok. Of course I got French fries for no other reason to try them out. And they were also just okay but went well with the beer. My sister was overall delighted with her burger. Can I recommend you trying the Horse Inn? Sure it’s a decent experience along with the live music that isn’t loud. There is parking available and prices what about what one would expect.

Wow..not our 1st choice, but wow certainly a great choice...the staff is amazing, the food is amazing and the history..wow...yes wow...the pickle sample is housemade. The shrimp and grits certainly an enjoyable.....and the dessert..well chocolate creme brulee, even I would like more sugar but the taste neverless amazing...yes its a hole in a wall but you should check it out...if not you really miss out...btw..parking is cross the block..great place..

Loved this place!!!! An old horse barn that was turned into a restaurant...very well done. Food was outstanding. Had the Italian Beef sandwich, Shrimp and Grits, and Horse Fries. All great!!! Tried the Paw Paw Ice Cream. It was different. Will have to find a way to come back here.

This place was awesome definitely would go back. Burton B was an amazing waiter the food and drink was excellent. Great atmosphere cool building. They are doing a great thing. They even have a vending machine you can buy a T-shirt in that's cool too. Cool little town parking lot is a book warehouse I believe. Fall fried gains are awesome so delicious and my husband got shrimp and grits he said it was the best shrimp he ever had.
Ginger J — Google review
Was a nice place to have dinner. The atmosphere was great. The menu was not a huge menu, which I like, but couldn’t really find anything that looked great. I ended up ordering a burger, it was good, but not what I want if I’m going out to dinner. The only reason I would not return- I was a little taken back at having to pay an additional 5% charge for the cooks in the back. I do feel like that is not a fee for your guests to pay - and maybe they should be paid more by the owners. On top of the 5%, I do believe we had to pay the now standard 3% cc fee. It adds up.

Nestled in the heart of downtown Lancaster, Annie Bailey's Irish Public House is a delightful spot that captures the essence of an authentic Irish pub. Housed in a charming Victorian-era building, this lively establishment boasts dark wooden furnishings imported from Ireland and offers a menu filled with beloved classics like shepherd's pie and fish-and-chips. With at least ten rotating beers on tap and an extensive selection of Irish whiskey, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Nice, on-theme Irish Pub with a good selection of inspired dishes. If you like lamb, the shepard’s pie is excellent. The onion soup and chocolate tart were also very good. Vegetarian dishes also available. Great price for a comfortable and delicious dining experience.

3 of us went to dinner, wanting to try something new. I got the reuben which wasn't anything to write home about and quite dry. A friend got the braised short rib and was disappointed in how much fat came with it. The cheesesteak egg rolls were phenomenal and melted in your mouth, highly recommend. The fries/chips are pretty awesome, worth the try. The cocktails were 50/50. Original, bold flavors, but a little strong. One had something to do with absinthe which was a bit much for our table and the other was a customized lemon drop drink which was delicious so maybe one just wasn't for us. The service was incredible as was the restaurant decor. I'd definitely try again just with other items on the menu that I was tossing back and forth on when ordering. I'd recommend just for the service and atmosphere - they're worth the business. The food I haven't given up on - maybe just a bad day so total 4 stars.
Jon R — Google review
The food was very good here. We had bangers and mash, wings, and irish soda bread. It was all good. We sat outside and that was nice. Service was a little slow and the wait staff appeared to be tasked with multiple roles so service was a bit slow but he handled ot reasonably well. We enjoyed the experience and will continue to patronize this venue.

We went St Patty's Day weekend and even though it is probably their busiest weekend of the year we were taken great care of! I was I had more of an appetite because everything looked amazing!!! The Irishtini was a life-changing twist on a classic and the dessert was even made with Guinness!
Tabitha M — Google review
First time coming here with my son who’s been before. Love the atmosphere; I had a daiquiri and shepherd’s pie. My husband had the Mahi Mahi sandwich and enjoyed it. Brandon was excellent as our server; he recognized my son from before. That’s a plus in my book!
Priscilla T — Google review
I loved this spot!! The service was fantastic- our bartender was so sweet and attentive, making sure our water glasses stayed full. He gave us a few samples of drinks during our time there which we loved (I can’t remember him name but he made an incredible espresso martini!! Thank you for letting us try a taste!) my friend and I split the Irish nachos, then the sticky toffee pudding and chocolate tart, and everything was 11/10. I must have sounded like a complete fool raving about each bite I took, but it was seriously some of the best food I’ve had in a while. Prices were great, service and atmosphere were wonderful; I will definitely come back next time I’m in the area 👏
Olivia B — Google review
I have enjoyed every dish here. Fish n chips is a good crunchy fish, the pot pie is delicious and I love that I can order a wonderful shepherds pie!
Mike B — Google review
Made two visits on my recent trip and loved them both. I first came for happy hour for the delicious Bites and sips. I had cheesesteak rolls and wings. They were some of the most authentic Buffalo wings ever! My dinner visit I brought some friends in tow and it consisted of ordering a Ceasars salad and another beverage. Both experiences in a few days were great. I wish the happy hour was extended until 7 pm that's how good it is! Also, maybe play some music in the atmosphere. It would def add to the ambiance. Can't wait to visit again!

Lancaster Brewing Company is an award-winning brewery and brewpub that offers a relaxed dining experience and brew room tours. The venue features clean, open rooms with wooden furnishings and a tree-shaded deck for outdoor seating. Guests can enjoy microbrew samplers of eleven different Lancaster Brewing Company beers on tap, along with adventurous American cuisine such as grilled lamb burgers, amber ale battered fish and chips, and blackened North Atlantic Salmon.
I used to work across the street and would get the lamb burger and fries every Friday. It’s been years so I don’t get to eat there often. Ordered the Pittsburgh Steak Salad through Door Dash the other day. I wish there was more shredded cheese and dressing included, but the quality did not disappoint and I’ll continue to order from them. Great food and the Lancaster restaurant itself is super cute, good atmosphere, excellent staff. When I lived in Harrisburg I’d eat and order at the one there too. Harrisburg location not as good as the Lancaster location, never been to the one out Route 30.

Great selection of food and locally brewed beer. We tried a mixed flight, very reasonable price and serving size. Also had a few samples. Did not have a single beer that was not delicious. They definitely know what they are doing. If you like light and flavorful, try the Lancaster Lager. Like something a bit sweet and dark with a long finish? Try the Shoofly Porter. She had the Reuben, delicious take on a time honored classic. He had the fish and chips. Everything cooked just right. They have an outdoor patio, but it was pouring rain when we went there. So we ate inside. 🙂 Highly recommend Lancaster Brewing Company, and will definitely return!
Lauchlin G — Google review
My mushroom Swiss burger was professionally prepared with a hint of charbroil which gave it an extra level of flavor. I was surprised I ate more than two fries as I had promised them to my husband. I am not sure how they prepared them but I did eat more than my normal. I was super happy that this brewery offers more than beer. I was thrilled to order a cup of coffee. The menu has a lovely mix of dining options. I have included a menu in my pictures. This Brewery is featured on the Discovery Lancaster Brew Trail. Grab your friends or family and enjoy a a pleasant dining experience.

Food was good, service was great! Wish the fish and chips had more fish than the breaded part. They have beer flights and several cocktails as well.

I'm so glad we found LBC this past weekend! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. We got the crab dip and pot stickers and we're very impressed with both the flavor and sheer quantity 👌 I was a bit hesitant on the $12 uncharged for steak on my Greek salad but that all changed when I saw that it was an entire sirloin cooked to perfection. Definitely would recommend

I'm not lying, my son got the best chicken nuggets I ever tasted! The seltzer was delicious. Service fantastic.

Our server Lindsey was exceptional and made our visit very enjoyable—she was great, bringing us multiple samples and giving many recommendations. Cocktails were amazing and we drank several varieties of beer (after all the samples😂) all were very good. We only had a few apps, pretzel, buffalo cauliflower and hummus platter but all were very good with ample portions. Also nice carry out beer selection and priced well. My only recommendation would be some music on the patio but I would definitely recommend a visit here.

What a find! My wife and I wanted a special place to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, and we just happened to be in Lancaster, PA. The Yelp and Google reviews for this restaurant have it as one of the highest rated fine dining establishments in the entire area... I think the reviews are too low. The meal was delicious... everything we ate, from appetizers to main course was top notch food. You can tell that they take the time to make sure that all their food is made with the best ingredients and finest preparation as it was all so good! We wish there was one in our area... but this will always give us something to look forward to anytime we visit Amish country!

We loved everything about this restaurant ; the food; the service and atmosphere. Abby our server was amazing; she anticipated our needs and brought everything we needed without us asking. Abby explained everything that was on the menu and off the menu. She checked on us frequently and our glasses were never empty. The food is so good. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

One of the best restaurants on the planet, I'm not kidding you, this is my new favorite restaurant in all the world. The neat thing is that it is right here in Lancaster, we discovered it using this new App called "Seed Oil Scout" if you want to eat healthier, I would highly recommend joining. It is new so it is going to take some time for restaurants to get reviewed and listed but there are not very many restaurants serving healthy food to begin with. This place is, Farm to table!! My wife and I were blown away by the flavors, she said that her salad made her think that she was at her grandma's house. I started with their trademark beef tartare which comes with a quail egg in the center, delicious, I ran out of wafers and used the rest of our bread to finish. My wife had a couple of drinks which were very nice. We shared the steak and a taco platter with homemade taco shells. I didn't even want to eat the steak or taco, they looked so beautiful. It didn't end there, the desserts were just as good. My wife had a tart and I homemade peach sorbet. I didn't even mention the service, which was absolutely superb. We will be returning as soon as humanly possible. We have already told several friends that frequent Lancaster, Pa

The best dinning experience we had in our 3 day in Lancaster. Every dished from this restaurant is good, from the starters- dessert. The staff, he was so friendly and come to check on us frequently, despite we came with our baby stroller and we need to seat in a different room, quite aside from the main place. I'M addicted to beef tartare therefore I should give it a try here. And as expected it was excellent from the taste to the freshness, I also love that they have generous crossing to finish the good amount of tartare, however We still had to order another one because is too. Highly recommended 👌 If we happen to pass by Lancaster we will definitely coming back 😀

A memorable meal, that's for sure. The food is fresh and cooked with great care, the staff is attentive, and the wine selection runs the whole gamut but with great local representation. The bone marrow and the duck are both *chef's miss*, and I'm going to hope the kombucha is still there next time I visit!

Absolutely unbelievable. Every single time we come to Lancaster, this is #1 on our list. It is EXQUISITE. The food, the atmosphere, the service, literally everything is a legitimate 10/10. The quality of the food is phenomenal, everything we order is always delicious. My wife and i just went to celebrate our anniversary and we had an amazing experience as always. Very kind staff, just all around amazing. HIGHLY recommended if you’re ever in Lancaster!

We booked a wedding rehearsal dinner at this wonderful restaurant for a group of 30 and could not be happier. The service and the food were impeccable. The atmosphere was elegant with crisp, white tablecloths and super nice mood lighting. Ladan, our event coordinator, was so attentive during the planning phase and also during the dinner itself. She was such a pleasure to work with and made us feel completely comfortable that everything would go okay, and it absolutely did. The food was incredible- fresh, hot and perfectly seasoned. All of our guests were from out of town and said they would love to move to Lancaster to enjoy the food over and over again. We will definitely be making John J. Jeffries a regular dining experience for our family and for anyone who comes to visit us! Well done John J. Jeffries! You are definitely a big plus for Lancaster and for anyone who visits there.

The Belvedere Inn, located in downtown Lancaster, is housed in a charming Victorian mansion and offers a modern American menu in an elegant setting. The executive chef, Corinna Killian, uses seasonal and local ingredients to create contemporary twists on classic dishes. The restaurant's French-inspired decor features antique farm tables and vibrant artwork with a Moulin Rouge theme.
Can’t recommend this place enough. Outdoor seating was perfect, quiet and beautiful even on a chilly night. Zach was one of the best servers we’ve had anywhere in a very long time, attentive and quick while leaving us to enjoy ourselves plenty. The Rye Society was one of, if not the best whiskey drinks I’ve ever had, the food was perfect, and the desserts and espresso martinis were amazing. My girl and I are looking for excuses to come back to Lancaster just to eat here again. Do not miss out on this experience. Attached picture is the roasted carrot bucatini with lump crab and lardons, a new item on the menu as of October 2025. Amazing. Thank you Zach!

First time here. Heard this place has a great reviews so we give a shot. Love the ambience of two stories restaurant reminds me when you’re going to mirror mazes at the amusement park lol. Foods are okay different style, decent portions and too pricey. Outstanding service. Drinks were excellent either cocktail and mocktail. Love the God’s country so definitely will be try something else in the area.

This was our first time here! We were happy to be able to get a 4:45 reservation on a Saturday the day before. Our upstairs server (Elizabeth, I think?) was friendly, kind and witty. Luckily we came during restaurant week, which was not planned, and they had a lovely special going on, which I took advantage of. I was able to get an appetizer, meal and dessert for $65, which was a phenomenal price! The only item I didnt care for was the lobster bisque. Everything else was absolutely delicious, not that the bisque was terrible. We will definitely be back again.

We had the most amazing wedding anniversary dinner here. Reservations are a must because the Belvedere is so popular. But since we had a reservation, were welcomed and quickly ushered to our table. Our waitress Ari was so attentive and was so apologetic when we had a bill discrepancy that I caught. The food was perfection. My wife loved her lavender cocktail. It even had a sprig of dried lavender in it! We both gushed over the Chocolate Hazelnut Rocher. It was the perfect balance of sweet and salty. And of course the Chicken Piccata and Grilled Filet Mignon were expertly presented and tasted amazing. And I can't forget my Petite grilled Caesar Salad. Also excellent. An evening to remember. We will be back.

We went with another couple and had a very good dinner. We split two salads that I forgot to take a picture of and then had chicken piccata, duck breast and salmon. The chicken was a particularly large serving. We had glasses of wine and cocktails so our bill was pretty high.

My husband and I decided to eat here for our first wedding anniversary on September 7th. We have been here before and fell in love with the food, the atmosphere, and the drinks. However, they simply dropped the ball during this visit. Everything, and I genuinely mean each food item we ordered, from the salad, to the burger, to the salmon dish we ordered was ruined by the overwhelming taste of salt. The belvie bread and sliders were the only good items we ordered. I did complain to my waitress regarding the saltiness of our food and she offered to have it remade, but even the salads we received before the main course were salty and I saw no point. I ended up not eating the burger as I genuinely couldn’t consume it and calling it a day. Other than that, the waitress didn’t offer to reduce the prices of the meals or offer any other solution. We paid the full $27 for an inedible burger, and full price for the salmon that was also just insanely salty. Due to this experience, I am highly disappointed and don’t really see myself spending more money here in the future.

The only 5 star I've ever put for a restaurant. I had the burger and chip dip. The burger was melt in your mouth like butter, probably the best burger I ever had, got it in medium. The lobster chip dip was also the best chip I've ever eaten. Definitely top 5 restaurants in my list.

Really spectacular overall, I loved everything about my dining experience. The dining rooms are fabulous, as is the outdoor patio where I could often smell the fresh flowers still blooming all around the table. The service was friendly and unobtrusive with excellent recommendations. The food was very well prepared. The tuna crudo with apple was so refreshing, the salmon cooked perfectly with the most flavorful lentils I've ever had, and the steak with foie gras potato puree was a show stopper. Everything was seasoned perfectly. There are layers of flavor in each bite of all the plates I tasted. Cherry pistachio cheesecake was also amazing. Excellent dinner!

Italian restaurant
LUCA is a popular Italian restaurant that opened its doors in 2016 and has since become one of the trendiest spots in downtown Lancaster. The restaurant offers a casual yet elegant dining experience, with high ceilings and industrial furnishings adding to its charm. Specializing in wood-fired pizzas and handmade dishes prepared on a wood-burning hearth, LUCA prides itself on its farm-to-table approach. The menu features seasonally inspired pasta, Neapolitan-style pizza, and wood-roasted meats.
Vibes here were immaculate. I’m so sorry I can’t quite remember the name of our server but he was one of the bartenders ! He was super sweet and kind and was very helpful in picking what we wanted to eat / was very excited about our selections for us. Upon sitting at the bar, you could tell that a lot of people came back as regulars because of him. This guy was super friendly (and had really awesome tattoos) and it showed in the way customers loved him too. Aside from the service and atmosphere, the food was delicious. Who knew cabbage and flatbread could taste the way it did?? The entrees we got were perfectly seasoned as well. We chose LUCA on a whim and honestly, great choice. If I’m ever back in Lancaster, I’d come back here FOR SURE

Easily one of the BEST lattes I've ever had, and I don't give that compliment lightly. Everything we had was delicious, from drinks and apps to the main entrées it was all well made and high quality. It was pretty busy when we got there (8 pm on a Wednesday) which was surprising but we had a reservation so there was no wait and it mostly cleared out around 815. The only thing that took away from the experience was how little we saw our waitress, wish she would've checked on the table more after it cleared out.

This place is is a must try. The ambience is warm with a rustic and light industrial feel. Very thoughtful lighting and an open kitchen. One thing that is very cool is that they proudly display a photo of Anthony Bourdain on the kitchen hood. I recommend doing what we did. We brought a group of 6 guests and ordered literally half of the menu to share. This way, we were able to try so much. Every dish we had was spectacular. I highly recommend the chicken, hanger steak, flatbread and the bolognese. We tried every single desert and they were all outstanding! The service was top notch. Our server was Alison and she was fantastic. She was very attentive and always made sure we had what we needed. To top it off, Chef Nate came out to our table to greet us and share his passion for cuisine. He’s a very bright young man and rich with talent. It shines through in the food. When I say that Luca is a must try, I mean it. I highly recommend.
Joseph M — Google review
Was sent to Luca as a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed. This restaurant is chic as soon as you walk in, and the food matches the vibes. I came in as a solo diner and sat at the bar. Wine by the glass selection could be wider, but the cab blend was tasty. The stand out items for me were the gem lettuce salad with the focaccia croutons as well as the tiramisu. So delicious! The kitchen sent out arancini on the house, which I thought was very kind. I got the gnocchi and it was good but wish I tried the pizza. I watched it being made from the bar and it looked outstanding. Highly recommend this spot for a date night or even solo dinner, but better when you have a larger party so you can try a bunch of different items.

We have enjoyed dining at Luca since they opened several years ago. The food has been consistent and has always been a treat. Recently, I had the Bronzino which was outstanding. This was the best meal ever at Luca. The fish was excellent, the vegetables were fresh, and the sauce was amazing. Well done Luca!! Thank you for a fun evening.
Dana O — Google review
The food there is good but overpriced! You can get burrata cheese but it doesn’t come with anything to dip it in so you have to get a side for it. The bar was wide open when we arrived and they told us we had an hour because the spots were reserved? I get it’s a popular place with a really cool vibe and great wine and food but I’ve never heard of spots at a bar being reserved.
Dani C — Google review
We were fortunate to enjoy both the pizzeria and the Luca restaurant on consecutive days. Saturday night, the pizzeria was slammed. The staff was pleasant and empathetic. The pizza was well-worth the wait. A private event held at the Luca restaurant was divine. From start to finish, the staff was attentive, the food was so delicious and the cocktails fresh and original. The Amaro mule was yummy. The cheese and meat charcuterie was spot on. The Bolognese was to die for. I had three servings! A great location, wonderful people and amazing food. What are you waiting for??

The Lancaster Dispensing Company, affectionately known as Dipco, is a charming tap room housed in a century-old building near Central Market. This cozy pub offers an intimate setting to enjoy craft beers and delicious pub fare, including sandwiches, chili, burritos, and nightly specials. On weekends, visitors can groove to live music while savoring the local and imported beer selection. The historic ambiance adds to the allure of this beloved spot in downtown Lancaster.
We have been here many times years ago and always enjoyed it. Today, we had the best lunch. The food was delicious! I had the chef’s salad with Bleu cheese and my husband had a pastrami club sandwich. Portions were generous and the menu is reasonably priced. I’m looking forward to returning.

We have been coming here for decades and it never disappoints. We had the Veggie Muffin Melt and the LDC veggie sandwich tonight. But you can’t go wrong with anything. Often we get the soup of the day and a beer.

we enjoyed our meal and time here. we went a bit earlier for dinner since we were all super hungry - so we were able to pick any table to sit at, which was nice. by the time we were leaving, the place was packed! they have a beautiful atmosphere - especially the bar! our waitress was so helpful and attentive, which made our experience really nice since the food was just ok. nothing fancy, just typical American pub fare.

Wonderful restaurant with a great atmosphere nestled in the downtown Lancaster area. We went to dinner here before seeing a show at the Fulton Theatre, which is only a block away. We arrived at 5:30 PM on a Friday evening and we were seated right away. It did get busy after 6 PM. The food was delicious, especially the crab stuffed mushroom appetizer. I also enjoyed a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon with my brie open face sandwich. The fruit was very fresh and the sandwich was good as well. If I would try this sandwich again, I would ask for some type of topping to go with it though. I felt it was a little on the dry side and I usually like a honey drizzle or some other type of sauce with my brie. The staff was extremely friendly, and overall it was a great experience. They have so many options on the menu that I can’t wait to go back and try something new.

Stopped here for lunch since I've been by this place to often but never tried it. Really interesting, historical interior and perfectly located next to Central Market. Prices were amazing and I was pretty satisfied with the two things I got! Feels better for dinner but lunch had a great selection of sandwiches, wraps and salads. Brie sandwich was good, but a bit dry. Pretzels with pub cheese appetizer was pretty good as well! Perfect for sharing.

This was my first time visiting, and I had an amazing time! The food was absolutely fantastic -- we had an order of mango Old Bay wings to start, then a blackened catfish sandwich and their signature LDC burger, which seems like a terrific cross between a traditional burger and a Reuben. The crinkle fries were wonderfully cooked and seasoned, and the coleslaw was terrific. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the beer selection is excellent, and our server, Sarah, was absolutely wonderful. In fact, she made the whole visit fun and enjoyable, as did her coworkers. Thank you!

One of my favorite spots in town because the food is solid, the service is good, and the prices are so reasonable! It's also close to so many other cool places, so if you're doing a bar crawl or something, you have to stop in Dip Co.

The Fridge is a great pizza restaurant with a side of beer. They have an ever-changing inventory of craft beers, as well as plenty of sandwiches and small bites to name a few items on the menu. Live music events are regularly held, adding to the atmosphere.
Well I didn’t expect pizza like this. This is a great little pizza joint in Lancaster that will knock your socks off. The menu is perfect with great options. We had the Brussels, pep pizza and the white with garlic and ricotta. I can’t wait to go back and experience more. They have glizzies too…. Beer selection is great as well.

We walked here to enjoy some delicious food and drinks. A cute little bar. The pizza is delicious if you enjoy thin crust pizza. The chicken thigh sandwich was very good. We ordered at the front and both of our orders ended up being wrong but they fixed the issues and let us keep the wrong food as we waited for the correct food. Service was great and they correct our issue with ease.

Great spot for beer and snacks. Unique style of pizza that will miss for those looking for NY or NJ styles but is very good on its own. Tomato pie is great. Recommend as a food stop after hitting the beer garden, easy lunch spot, or anyone looking to check out interesting local eateries. One of my favorites as a local. Outdoor seating available and dog friendly. Wheelchair accessible.

We just had lunch at The Fridge in Lancaster, PA and really enjoyed it. The pepperoni pizza was excellent—super thin, crunchy crust with great flavor. The Caesar salad was just okay; the chicken was pretty sparse. But the hot dogs stole the show! We tried both the Kraut Dog and the Chicago Dog, and they were fantastic. The all-beef dogs are top quality and the toppings were spot on. We’ll definitely be back!

Not at all what we expected from online search and menu. They were out of a lot of items ("big group just came in and cleaned us out", they said.) Candidly I liked the chicken tacos, but was sick the next morning. Pizza was okay, pretzels okay. Only Boylan sodas, so for me the driver, not what I would have liked. It's a dive bar with attempted epicurian food. I think the black toilets speak for themselves.

My favorite restaurant on the planet. This place started my love of craft beer. Plus, tremendous pizza options and the hot dogs are truly wonderful. Also, don't sleep on the hummus. Update (5/10/23): Surprise, it's still great. We got the Bat Dog (as per usual), potato wedges, curry cauliflower, beef tacos and the garlic mac and cheese, and it was all great. Had Forest and Main and Hidden River off tap, and then grabbed a can of Little Log Cabin, which were all terrific. Staff was great as always. Oh! And we got a slice of tomato pie!

Thin crust pizza is delicious, nice crispy crust with good cheese and a nice thin and flavorful sauce. Pretzel sticks are great, they were a lighter pretzel covered in a garlic butter sauce. Tons of beer options, this place is so chill we sat there 2 hours just having a couple beers on a Sunday afternoon. Was great

First time coming here with a friend and I wasn’t disappointed! Neither of us waited that long for our food and it was delicious! Best pizza I’ve had in awhile. There was inside and outside seating & plenty of space for everyone. They had plenty of drink options, including non alcoholic. This place is on the more expensive side, but it’s definitely worth to come every once awhile!

If you are looking for a place for drinks and small bites (like their charcuterie board or fries), I would give this place a solid 5/5. The cocktails are fantastic and the list of wine and beer is extensive, and the service was prompt! I was not very impressed with the food we got for dinner, though. I got the duck tacos and thought they would be actual tacos but they were completely deep fried and my husbands burger was partly soggy on the bottom. Food wise, is why I am giving them a 3/5. I would absolutely come again for happy hour drinks though!

Went for dinner, got the yucca fries, burger w salad. The ambience was nice, kinda regretted not getting a cocktail, the mixologists looked like they were having fun and working really hard. The food is pretty good but I wouldn’t call it outstanding. The burger was way too salty because of the bacon jam; the salad, on the other hand, was too bland.
Yaya L — Google review
Go for the specials, stay for the beer and cocktail list, keep coming back for the chicharonnes. The menu changes with the season, so try new things on the menu as you see them. The birria tacos are especially good, and I mean it about the chicharonnes. Get them for the table, they will be gone in 5 minutes. Hands down, this is one of our favorite places to go for dinner in the Lancaster area.

A dream come true...? Lunch was excellent. Wasn't too impressed by the cocktail list but they got me with the beer menu, lots of unique choices. I went straight for the little beer shop where I was SO excited to find a craft beer store that wasn't packed full of IPAs. Lots of really interesting and intriguing selections and the gentleman working was very knowledgeable and passionate about the product. Made me wish I lived closer. Update: Returned a few years down the road in a pandemic. Ordered from a smaller menu online and had our food brought out to the parking lot and it was every bit as good as my first visit. Hope to come back when the state is allowing inside seating again.

Simply amazing. The Cuban cigars (cubano wontons), the fries, the chicharones are all amazing small plates. The list of beers is impressive and to finish with cayanne peanut butter ice cream over a chocolate torte is a great finish to any day. Bartenders were very friendly helpful. Food & Drink
Nestled in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch country, Thistle Finch Distillery is a charming small-batch distillery that invites visitors to explore its warm, brick-walled tasting room. Founded in 2013 by Andrew Martin, this unique establishment pays homage to the local folk art with its namesake mascot—the distelfink bird. Housed in a historic tobacco warehouse in downtown Lancaster, Thistle Finch specializes in crafting exceptional spirits, particularly rye whiskeys made from locally sourced grains.
Enjoyed coming back here, liked it more than I had remembered. We had a nice quick dinner at Burley Bar and Thistle Finch Distillery. Ordered the Wedge salad, and since tacos were on special, two of each the chicken and beef. They were also nice enough to make the elote pretzels without the finishing seasoning and give us cheez dip since that's what the kids prefer. Overall very nice and very good with a few small and tasty surprises
Ryan Y — Google review
Booked an afternoon tour of the distillery. It was a fun way to spend the afternoon and interesting to learn about the distilling process. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions well and was very familiar with her script. That being said, perhaps the tour coins be updated a bit to be more of an interactive experience (use more questions to engage the audience) di the information is more interesting to hear and the audience is more engaged. The tour includes many samples (it would be hard to keep up and try everything you are offered). I wasn't a big fan of most of the alcohols, but some of the alcoholic lemonades and sodas are really delicious and go down easy. I purchased a t-shirt while there. It is the softest one I own and has washed up great! The entrance and parking were a bit tricky to find, so give yourself a few extra minutes. I did not have the change to eat or order drinks at the bar so I can only comment on the tour
Marilu D — Google review
The Thistle Finch was quite a find. They have their own distillery. They sell their own tees, which I am grateful to buy. It is also 1 of the oldest distilleries in Lancaster, which I was very grateful to check out.

HIDDEN GEM! Best wings, ever. Poached Pear salad - I’ve had many of these salads over time but this was the best one I’ve EVER had. “Pink is the new black” cocktail, extremely on point; the first drink I’ve ever had where you can literally taste each note in a specific order. Loved this place and definitely plan to begin visiting regularly!

Only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because we didn’t get to try the bar or food out. We came for the tour/tasting and man was it AMAZING!! Luke was phenomenal, informative and funny. It is a little tricky to find so make sure you give yourself ample amount of time before you go.

If you are a whiskey drinker, Thistle Finch is a must. First, the building has that olden day charm, so you know the atmosphere is going to be right! Take the tour and you will learn some very interesting things. The food is great, the bar tender was awesome and the drinks, you will want more!
Ryan E — Google review
What a fun place! We originally purchased a Groupon for a tour and TShirts but really had a great time here. The bourbon was better than Bulleit and while that is a controversial point of view for my bourbon loving kin, they use the same facility and it's smoother. The rum is magic with it's spice profile and is the 1st one I've ever tried that I want to drink by itself. The building used to be a tobacco drying warehouse and the atmosphere is electric. The bartender Nate was friendly and knowledgable! The food was great and the drinks inventive. Our tour guide Jim was full of great facts and had a laid back and happy personality. This is such a fun day trip!
Cindy R — Google review
Bought a deal on local flavor for a tour and tshirts for 2. Wow - an amazing time. The building in itself is amazing, an old tobacco warehouse built in the early 1900’s, add to that the awesome distilling gear and it’s just awesome. So the tour also is full of great information and stories about distilling and its history in Lancaster. At the end of the tour comes the much anticipated tasting! They offer tasting of every product that they have in stock. So that in itself is worthy of the price of the tour. Afterwards we went to the bar and had several beverages, some food and some awesome chats with both the bartender and some folks we met on the tour. So the nuts and bolts are: you have to book your tour date and time online. I highly suggest you use google earth to preview the location as it’s up a small alley in the middle of a residential area and their signage is minimal. Be forewarned- your wallet will take a hit as their beverages are so good!

Shot & Bottle, located in Penn Square, is a popular spot for traditional weekend brunch. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes including handhelds, hearty mains, and craft cocktails made with Pennsylvania spirits. Local ingredients like bacon and sausage are featured throughout the menu. Reservations are recommended for table seating but waiting at the bar provides an opportunity to witness the craft behind the cocktails. The bright and cheery atmosphere makes it an ideal place to start or end your weekend.
Great location, perfect downtown atmosphere. The food here is absolutely PHENOMENAL. I had a salad here years ago and I STILL THINK ABOUT IT. I came here for brunch today though and got the biscuits and gravy. First bite I think my soul left my body for a second. 5 stars all around and the service was great. Would recommend to anyone.

I recently visited Shot & Bottle and had a delightful experience overall. I ordered the crab flatbread, which was absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The service was attentive and friendly, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere. However, I did order a Bloody Mary that I wasn’t particularly fond of; it didn’t quite hit the mark for my taste. Despite this minor setback, the delicious flatbread and great service made for a memorable visit. I would definitely recommend checking it out!

Ordered the steak and eggs entree - beef was so tender all I needed to eat it was a fork (no knife). Everything tasted wonderful. The environment was pretty casual, but with a little class to it. So many windows and plants made it look so beautiful. There is a bar available. And for sports fans, they do have a tv on the wall and had on the NFL games that day. My boyfriend and I will definetly be visiting again.

Very good spot and enjoyed our lunch sitting outside about a week ago. The VT style nachos were an interesting switch from the traditional and were surprisingly good! Burger was tasty, too. They do offer gluten free bread for their sandwiches as well. Cocktail selection was good (all Pennsylvania spirits). I was especially impressed with the Lanc Old Fashioned which is made with Thistle Finch straight rye. That was my highlight for sure.

Absolutely a great burger for the money, I had the mushroom burger. Only issue was I ordered it without Mayo but came with mayo. My buddy ordered a burger without cheese but came with cheese. The hot sauce and suicide sauce had great taste without being too hot and the wings were cooked right. Looking forward to trying other flavors next time. Gotta be one of the best wing values around on wing night. Bar tender was friendly which is always a plus. Would have given 5 stars but it is a smoking bar.

I loved this place until yesterday. The bald bartender is disgusting, very rude and he's a good lout. He spent all time in a corner of the bar talking with other customers, and at other times using his cell phone and did not attend to the others customers. I asked him for a suggestion of a soft drink for my girlfriend and he answered sarcastically that what he had was water, Coke and mineral water. There were few people and the bartender ignored us and was annoyed when serving us. He was very rude and acted in a racist way because he was uncomfortable with my presence and that of my girlfriend. If you are of another race I do not recommend visiting this place as long as they have racist bartenders who are scum. The excellent service of this place is now non-existent and it lacks the good and attentive employees that characterized them in the past. There are definitely much better places in Lancaster where serving their customers is their priority.

Awesome little pub located on the corner in downtown Lancaster. Very small inside but it also feels very home like. You'll see the bar right as you walk in and in the back there is probably around 6-8 4 person tables if you'd like to enjoy a meal with a small group and not at the bar. It is a smoking bar so if you aren't a smoker or have an issue with smoke don't go here. However, it isn't heavy smoke or anything to the extreme. Check it out and leave a review for yourself!

It’s not a bad place, but I’m going to be totally honest here. Over the last 5 years of living in the city I’ve visited quite a bit. The food is awesome, but the drinks are weak. A few times I’ve gone in and depending on who is behind the bar I’ve gotten charged different prices. I’ve been given huge shots for very little, and hardly a shot for a lot. Their 6 packs to go are over priced. There is a difference of about $2 per six pack if you purchase elsewhere. The bouncers are awful. They bum rush you at the door even if you’re picking up food. Some employees are cool, some are downright rude and unfriendly . The “regulars” are gross.I would go there more often if there wasn’t an abundance of people who look borderline homeless. They create an atmosphere that makes you feel unwelcome, as if you’re intruding in “their bar.” I really do hate to say negative things about a local establishment but you’ve got to be honest if others are relying on your opinion and it affects where they spend their hard earned money. The place could use a renovation , some price changes, and some nicer employees. But if you want some GREAT bar food, this is the spot.

I loved the views and vibes! The food was excellent! I think the portions are very generous. The fire pits are a great idea and give it a cozy feel. Loved every bit of my time there. Service etiquette was a bit lacking, nonetheless my little mishap was fixed promptly by the manager.

We have come here now several times and the shareable foods and drinks have been fantastic. Issa our server was OUTSTANDING!!! We take great pride in sharing when we get excellent service and she was not only courteous but, shared her favorites for both foods and drinks. We are locals and love to bless locations that are great and the exchange has been a go too for us for date nights and times to hang with great friends. Make sure you have your ID/ license as they check all and if Issa is working ... request her. Can't wait to go again and the pizzas are wonderful as well.

We visited The Exchange during a recent trip to Downtown Lancaster and LOVED IT! This 12th-floor rooftop spot inside the Marriott has the kind of panoramic views you don’t often see. Church steeples, historic rooftops, and rolling hills of Amish Country in the distance. We came right before sunset after a rainy day and scored a perfect seat by the window. The view was magical! The food is mostly small plates and pizza, but it was delicious. We loved the Calabrian Chili Wings (crispy with the perfect kick), the Crispy Baby Artichokes (huge portion, great aioli), and the Spicy Crab Bucatini (so much crab, cooked perfectly). Cocktails were creative. Try the Mezcolada and the Elixir #2! Our server Jozlyn was fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and knew the menu very well. Her pacing was perfect and she made great recommendations. It’s not cheap, but for the atmosphere, quality, and service, it’s totally worth it. Whether you're planning date night or just want drinks with a view, this is a must-do in Lancaster. 🔍 Search “The Exchange onbetterliving” for our full review!

This place is more than just a hidden gem it’s a rooftop with an absolutely amazing view. The atmosphere is stunning, and the food left me speechless elegant, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The vibes are fancy yet cozy, and the pizza? Easily the best I’ve had in a long time. The only thing I didn’t love was the mocktail, but honestly, everything else was perfect. Highly recommend!

Cocktails are great, yes. Never mind that though…the apps we had on our last visit are renting space in my head! Delicious. The menu had changed from our previous visit, not sure if seasonal menus are their thing. I am certain of one thing, this place will be a staple.

All I can say is WOW, This place is an amazing gem! The rooftop bar has great views of the city! The staff was accommodating and friendly. The inside is modern and stylish. The prices are very reasonable as well highly recommended. Too bad I was visiting from out of town because I would frequent this place!

Went for the view, but will be going back for the food and drinks! I got the Flora Fiesta and the shrimp rolls, amazing! It's hard to get a truly New England style roll. Definitely recommend making reservations just to get a comfier table, but they have plenty of seating options. I can't wait to go back to try the pizza!

Nestled in the heart of downtown Lancaster, PA, Conway Social Club is a hidden gem that opened its doors in November 2019. Located on the second floor of Annie Baileys Public House at 28 East King Street, this speakeasy-style cocktail bar exudes charm within a century-old building. Guests are welcomed through an unmarked green door, leading to an intimate and cozy ambiance perfect for romantic evenings or casual gatherings.
Amazing!!! You need to promote this place so much better, it’s underrated! Best drinks ever, they are real creative masterpieces. The food is delicious and fancy. Definitely my favourite spot in Lancaster for drinks, such an enjoyable experience. The light in the restaurant is not bright and relaxing, but too dark to read the menu, we used our phone flashlights.

Conway social club is awesome and Patrick the bartender was amazing!! He really made it feel comfortable and was super informative and down to earth. The social club was very low key and the atmosphere was incredible for a 1 on 1 scenario or even a small social gathering. If your not from the city this is a great location to check out and the drinks were above expectation!

Super cool setup -- I would give the place six stars for atmosphere if I could. From the "secret entrance" to the dim, dark wood interior, the whole place creates a great late night vibe. The drinks are super unique, as is the food. Don't expect to fill up here, though -- this is the perfect place to visit before a proper dinner, or to wind down after a full meal. Excellent spot for a nice date night, or to hang with coworkers and friends.

A Perfect Venue for Our Engagement Shoot! I recently had the pleasure of booking the Conway Social Club in Lancaster for our engagement photography session, and I can't express how delightful our experience was! From the moment I reached out to reserve the space, the team was prompt and incredibly friendly in their responses, making the entire process a breeze. Despite running a bit late on the day of our shoot, the staff greeted us with warmth and understanding, ensuring that we felt completely at ease. Their politeness and professionalism really stood out; they allowed us to proceed with our photo shoot without any worry about our tardiness, which we greatly appreciated. The atmosphere at Conway Social Club is simply magical—moody and elegant, it provided the perfect backdrop for our engagement photos. Every corner of the venue exuded charm and sophistication, adding a special touch to our memories. Thank you to everyone at Conway Social Club for being so accommodating and creating an unforgettable experience for us. We highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to capture special moments in a beautiful setting!

First time at Conway Social Club and loved it. We would go again for the drinks specifically and not for food. Our server was fantastic. I had the oysters and it was served on a bed of uncooked rice which got into the oysters and it was not enjoyable.

Wow! We went for Happy Hour and had all of the "Bites" and the Whiskey Flight too. The food was incredible and the flights were exciting too. The ambience was reminiscent of a Speakeasy and our server "Cassidy" was superb and very responsive. Kudos to the Chef for making every dish so very special!

Every time I have been here has been a delight! The staff is wonderful. The cocktails are delicious (not the place to get wine - - as a French full-body red wine drinker), and the food is always perfectly seasoned! Great place to hang out with friends.

Conway Social Club The other day, I went out with some friends, and they took me to Conway Social Club. I have never been, and mind you, I am new to Lancaster. It took me about 10 minutes to find the door/sign because it is obscure. When you are looking for the door, it's a red door, and the sign is on the left inside; you will not see it from the sidewalk. I did not see an elevator, so I don't think it is handicap accessible, so if you cannot walk upstairs, I do not recommend going. However, the ambiance was charming. It felt like I was part of a social club that was a membership only, so that already met my expectation. The menu is exciting, but they do not have a large selection. I ordered the cauliflower tempura, which was good. I ordered a steak with fries and a salad as my main entree. I was impressed with the steak as it was well-seasoned and cooked medium-rare. The fries were great, and I did not care for the salad too much. The drinks were phenomenal. I forgot which drinks I ordered, but you can see them from the photos I posted for this review. As a foodie, I recommend this place if you have a partner and want a good place to go for date night. The service was good. Our server was attentive and catered well to our needs.

Each location supports local charities and community causes. Iron Hill Brewery also offers a dedicated gluten-friendly menu for those with dietary restrictions. The restaurant provides a friendly atmosphere and quick service, making it an ideal spot to enjoy craft brews and delicious food.
We had an overall good experience here! I got the burrata eggplant dish, and it was delicious. And my husband got one of the chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it as well. Everyone in our party really enjoyed the food and service. The only complaint was that some of the appetizers were quite pricy and weren't that great. The cheese steak eggroll was $15 for two egg rolls. And the chicken lettuce wraps were very simple and quite pricy, with two tiny pieces of chicken on each. But despite the appetizers, we really enjoyed the main courses and the service.

Last weekend my wife, son and I were looking for a good place to enjoy a late lunch. We considered several other Lancaster brew pubs, but the menus didn’t have food that appeals to my picky son. My wife came across this upscale brewery located in the middle of the Franklin and Marshall Lancaster campus. The place was jammed considering it was a Sunday with no football on the tube. That said we were able to immediately sit at a high top. We were quickly served our beverages of choice … yes, there are many wonderful beers to choose from. To enjoy my beer I had the Bavarian pretzel which was good as expected. My wife had the fish tacos which she loved and my son had chicken fingers and fries. Overall good food, good service and a nice crowd. Yes, there were a lot of college students there, but all were very well mannered. I will definitely go back for dinner and try some of their “fancier” meals.

Iron Hill Brewery! We were so excited to come in and get a taste. I can honestly say the atmosphere was awesome! Our waitress was wonderful and gave us a sample of beer, the manager we spoke to was superb! However the long wait time was CRAZY. Almost an hour wait to get our food then when it came out it was disappointing. I ordered chicken and waffles. The waffles were burnt and the chicken had nothing but flour on it and was dry. I did send it back and got a new one. The waffles were great....chicken still had no season. My hubby got the steak. It wasn't cooked how he requested and had ZERO seasoning this was after sending back twice. He switched up and got a burger. The drinks were awesome! Shout out to the bar tender. It looks like a new brunch program is going to come into effect soon. We do plan to go back and I'm hopeful to rewrite my review.

Update: this place just keeps getting better!! Went back for some beers and food and they took great care of us. Service at the bar was amazing. Wings and nachos delicious. The manager was super great. He took great care of us. Go check this place out! Went there for a snack and drink. Had wings and Brussels sprouts. Had their IPA and they brought out two sample beers with my order. Those samples lead me to have another beer. All were very good. Wings were nothing special, but the sprouts were amazing. Also was there around 5:45 and I ended up being happy hour so beers were discounted. Awesome!

My husband and I hadn’t been to Ironhill in a while and we now know that we don’t need to go back probably ever. It wasn’t horrible or horrendous. It just wasn’t worth our time or money. We ordered the soft pretzel as a starter, which actually was pretty decent and somewhat tasted like an Auntie Ann’s pretzel. From there, it was downhill. I ordered the fish and chips and the fish was crisp, but very tough… my husband really likes schnitzel so he ordered the schnitzel platter and he claimed that everything on his plate had to no flavor. Our nephew ordered one of the burgers and didn’t even finish it or want to box to take it home. I wouldn’t recommend this place, but it isn’t the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to either.

Nestled in a serene wooded area near Warwick Township, The Log Cabin Restaurant offers a unique blend of history and sophistication. Originally established as a speakeasy during Prohibition, this charming venue has evolved over the years while retaining its rustic charm with log walls and a cozy fireplace. Guests can enjoy an elegant dining experience featuring classic American cuisine, including delectable steaks and fresh seafood served on crisp white tablecloths.
Celebrated our wedding anniversary on Saturday May 17th at 5pm in the porch room. The atmosphere was amazing and we had the best server, Edwin. He was so helpful and attentive. The French onion soup is a must. We got the salmon and seafood pasta. We did have some sand in the muscles but that’s to be expected. This was our first time back in a while and we were so impressed with the food. We are so excited to dine at the log cabin again.

My Father-in-law treated his wife, my wife, and me to a dinner in honor of the celebration of life for my mother who had recently passed in March. The food was simply fantastic; fresh, hot, and extremely flavorful. The service was on point, very attentive, and quick. The atmosphere was very antique; a log cabin motif, based on a speakeasy history. Such a wonderful experience... and the desserts... amazing! I wholeheartedly recommend trying this restaurant. You will not regret the decision... I guarantee!

Me and my partner dined here yesterday (kinda last minute res) when we first got there the host was so incredibly sweet and kind. we got there 15 minutes before our res and we sat in the lounge (gorgeous). our server (i believe his name was christian) was unbelievable. We ordered the charcooch, bone marrow, carpaccio and pork belly. The carpaccio might’ve been the best bite i’ve ever had. The drinks as well were so delicious and well balanced. We WILL be going back.

My boyfriend and I made dinner reservations for his birthday. We didnt book it enough in advance to sit in the dining area, so we had reservations for the bar area. The food and service were exceptional. We really enjoyed our visit. Our waitress/bartender even encouraged us to do a tour around the building when we finished eating so we did. We ordered a few other drinks I didnt get pictures of. Our bill including tip was a little over $250.00. That is very expensive for us to spend but we splurged since it was a birthday dinner. ***Edited to add our 2nd visit: Once again, our food was excellent! Our bill total for 2 people was $191.58, without a tip. Still very pricey in my opinion but every once in a while, we splurge and come here.

Last Saturday evening, my husband and I visited The Log Cabin, which had long been my favorite restaurant in all of Lancaster County. We’ve celebrated countless special occasions there over the years and made wonderful memories. However, the menu hadn’t changed in a long time, so we eventually stopped going. When we heard it had recently been updated, we were excited to return. We didn’t make a reservation, as we only planned to sit at the bar for a few drinks and appetizers. Upon arrival, the hostess informed us the restaurant was fully booked and that we wouldn’t be able to dine. While I had a gut feeling we should just leave, we decided to stay for one drink since we had made the trip. The bar was completely empty—just one other couple finishing up in the corner. The bartender greeted us and asked what we’d like. I ordered a beer, but my husband needed a moment to decide. The bartender huffed and puffed, visibly frustrated and rushing us to order. It felt incredibly unwelcoming. We were not finished with half of our drinks when she dropped the check on the bar without even asking if we wanted another round. Our tab for two beers was $20. My husband had been paid in $100 bills that day after golfing, and when he placed one in the check holder, the bartender said I don't think I have change. She tossed it back on the bar and said, "Do you have anything smaller and walked away?” At that point, I was so upset I actually began to cry. I left the $20 and a tip and walked out, completely stunned by how we’d just been treated. Later that evening, I spoke with a manager over the phone. They were apologetic and invited us to come back, which I appreciated—but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. We supported The Log Cabin through COVID, ordering every drive-thru holiday meal and delivery we could. I just can't believe this is the level of service that is happening at one of Lancaster's finest dining establishments. I noticed another recent review describing a similarly disappointing experience. If you have a reservation, you may still enjoy your meal—but I strongly advise against dropping in for just a drink or light bite at the bar. The bartender’s behavior was unprofessional and frankly, inexcusable.

Lancaster Brewing Company Taproom & Grill is a charming and laid-back establishment that offers a wide selection of locally brewed craft beers from various breweries. The taproom pairs these refreshing drinks with a menu featuring delicious pub-style food such as pizzas, salads, burgers, wings, and nachos. Visitors can enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff while indulging in their favorite brews and tasty dishes. One highlight is the Raspberry Blue Trail Shandy, highly recommended by patrons for its exceptional flavor.
Went with a big party and a bunch of kids and the service was great. They did not mind that we took up two large tables in the outside section. We ordered food and drinks. Kids grabbed ice cream from next door and brought it back and our waitress was super chill about it. The food was good, the bbq pizza was tasty. The chicken sandwich and crab dip also very good. The main event were the drinks. The beers flight was a great way to start. Found the beer I enjoyed best and orders a few of them. Overall, I would got back, but maybe to the location in downtown Lancaster. I feel that it would have improved the atmosphere, since we were looking at a parking lot. Def check it out.

First time visit. We were in town to see a show. Looking for something different. We opted to try a variety of menu items. The crab dip was a hit, although I didn't really get the Cajun seasoning taste. We enjoyed the pretzel and ended up dipping that in the crab dip. The beer cheese was okay but I would have preferred it to have a little bit of a stronger flavor. It was very mild. The service was good.

Party of 2 on a late Saturday afternoon. It was not crowded at all. We decided to try this location because the main location was further away. We were seated quickly & the server came over immediately. While that would usually be a good thing, we had barely looked at the beer list before our server asked what we wanted. We asked for a moment to decide as we wanted to order flights. The server came back in less than 2 minutes. We were still figuring out what to order. Flights were only offered in quantities of 6. It takes a bit to decide on 6 different beers. After our server seemed to hover, we each quickly ordered 6 random beers. Thank goodness we had already decided on what to eat. Our food was delicious, but we felt so rushed that we did not fully enjoy our beer. Our server dropped off our check before asking if we were ready. I only hope that this was a fluke and not the norm. If so, flights should not be offered as those who order them do not chug them.

Staying in a hotel we decided to do a takeout order from Lancaster Brewing taproom. We ordered two pizzas thinking we would have plenty of food for 4 adults and 2 kids. We ended up with two small pizzas that looked ridiculous in the pizza boxes they came in. On top of that it was mostly just crust. They were $16 each! They only have one size pizzas and it doesn’t say how big they are on the menu. I guess we should have asked.

It's a great place to go for any occasion. We went there as a family for an early dinner and were not disappointed. Everything there is well thought through: the table and chair setup, silverware, plates and cups, the etc. Even the music sounded like it was played over a real sound system. The service was very friendly and prompt. The food was awesome! Again, everything was thought through: the ingredients were fresh and the dishes were thoughtfully organized. We had to wait a bit for our order to be prepared but it was well worth waiting! Will definitely be back!

I would say this is a good stop if you want a decent dinner that isn't over priced. My steak was perfectly cooked and the potatoes were delicious but the rice pilaf wasn't good in my opinion. My date got the pastitsio and he enjoyed it for his first time trying the dish. The flaming cheese (it has another name I can't remember) was really good and the presentation was fun I definitely recommend, can never go wrong with cheese. Drinks were decent and they were very accommodating with subbing vodka for a bourbon in my drink which was appreciated.

We had a night out with friends with the goal of eating at restaurant none of us had ever been to before. This one is a winner. From beginning to end, we were well cared for. The gentleman who welcomed us explained how the restaurant is arranged. Our waitress was superb. The main dining room was tastefully decorated, comfortable and easy to have a conversation in. But the food was the real star. Nothing disappointed. From the Greek Sampler appetizer to the Baklava and Cheesecake combination dessert, we were on a food tour of Greece. My friend got the Parmesan Crusted Salmon entree which came out as the whole fish! He thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a classic Gyro and it was spot on. We will definitely be returning.

Have passed this place too many times, finally stopped in. Phoebe, our server, was amazing and attentive. I was never without water or a drink and she even got our app order in before the happy hour special ended! The crab dip was big and cheesy with warm, soft pitas for dipping, or shall I say, scooping. Could have used a few more since the dip was big, but they do offer extra for a small fee. Main courses were plentiful. I tried the chicken souvlaki which came open-faced with 2 full skewers of perfectly grilled chicken kabobs. The poor pita they rested on got a little soggy, but I pushed through and ate it open- faced and cut into pieces 😉. The Parmesan crusted salmon was thick and cooked perfectly served with creamy Parmesan sauce and the Cuban panini, huge! Wonderful meal, didn't try the bar, but it looked good, too.

Made this a 5 because it's more than a 4. It's a solid place to go, food is good, beer is good and the second floor had arcades to play. The last time we were there the server was great. They do flights for those that like that option.

My sister and I went on a lunch date. We had a lot of fun! Server got our order wrong but it wasn’t a big deal. We got the correct food and we kept the mistake. While waiting for food, my sister and I went upstairs and played some video games. And some air hockey.. the beers are brewed in house and the beer was very nice. I love my hazy IPAs and it was perfect. The soft pretzel appetizer was nothing to write home about, But the pizza was great! And my sister really enjoyed her French dip.

Visiting my son at Millersville University and went out to an early Sunday dinner here. Nice place inside. Food was good. Brussel sprouts were awesome. Unfortunately, our server was working two stations and our service was quite bad. Waited a long time before anyone came over. Messed up my order and the correct order was still messed up. Drink orders were sent to the wrong table. My wife's fig and brie sandwich, which she loved, didn't have the grilled chicken on it, and ironically our server was the one who suggested she add it. Some amends were made by not charging for my incorrect dinner, and that was appreciated. We'd try it again...

Spring House Brewery has a great vibe and a lot going for it! The beer was wonderful, and the service was outstanding—our server was friendly, attentive, and really added to the experience. We ordered the chicken nachos, which were very good. The food did take a bit to arrive. The space itself is a beautiful old warehouse with original floors and tons of character. You can even watch the brewing process in action, which was a cool touch. They were brewing during our visit, so we assume the strong smells were part of that process. The outdoor seating area was spacious, and there’s plenty of parking. We ate at the bar and had quite a few flies (5-6) landing in the area we were eating at, which was a bit distracting. The front door was open, so that could have been the issue. We didn’t explore the upstairs, but signs mentioned games and another bar, which sounds like fun. Overall, it’s a trendy, lively brewery with great beer and a unique atmosphere.

Absolutely loved this place. Food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. We got the old bay wings, sprouts, and cubano quesadilla. Everything was perfect. Tried a beer flight. Number 7 and 22 were my favorite. Definitely recommend this place and will be going back.

Navigating this restaurant for the first time was a challenge. We were told the downstairs seating was full but we could “order that the bar.” Once realizing this meant there was an upstairs portion to order, it was easier to understand and enjoy. The food was excellent and the upstairs bartenders we had were great at helping us with service. We enjoyed the atmosphere and overall the experience. Would return!

Loved that Spring House is dog-friendly! The food and drinks were on point, and I’m already planning a trip back to try out the arcade.
Tirsa M — Google review
Love the vibe, the attic is a great addition, even if it needs a little upkeep. Food was alright. The Butchery Platter was disappointing & grossly overpriced. Less than a 1/4 pound of cold meats, stale rolls. Mac n Cheese was hot but lacked flavor. The Fried Chicken was overcooked. Brussels Sprouts were the saving grace. Can’t say I enjoyed any of the libations or beers. I tried 14 😩… Classic arcade games in the attic, free shuffleboard & corn hole round out the experience.

Moo-Duck Brewery is a must-visit spot for beer enthusiasts, offering handcrafted beers and locally sourced pub grub in Elizabethtown. With a focus on small-batch brewing using high-quality ingredients, this brewery ensures fresh and vibrant flavors in every selection. Despite its small tasting room, Moo-Duck offers a dozen delicious beers on draft and hosts live music events, making it an ideal destination for both novices and connoisseurs alike.
Been trying to get over and check this brewery out the last few times I've been back to visit Pennsylvania, and I finally made it. The bartender was super awesome and guided me through a variety of the beers on tap, and everything was super tasty. Can't wait to come back and try more of their tap list sooner than later!

What can I said but good! We love brewing and breweries and so appreciate what these guys do! So many good beers and we love the beer buffet that these guys bring to the bar. We love you guys and look forward to the next round!

Moo-Duck Brewery offers a quirky charm and serious craft lineup. The name and logo are odd enough to be memorable and somehow totally perfect for this friendly, bustling brewpub. We visited on a packed Saturday night, and the place was full of energy. Definitely a popular local watering hole. Though we didn’t get to try them, we heard the hot dogs here are a must. Beer-wise, everything we sampled was excellent, but the Mistopheles Chocolate Stout was the clear standout. Roasty and rich with notes of dark caramel and cocoa, it is a flawless example of a flagship stout. We also loved the wholesome "Beer for Dad" and "Beer for Mom" series. Being new parents, these are super cute. Moo-Duck is a fun, welcoming brewery that’s absolutely worth a return visit.

I really think Moo-Duck is fantastic. The staff were really helpful and happy we were there. The atmosphere was welcoming and felt like we were at a friend’s place. The food fit perfectly for what the place is and it was delicious. Great location. Great place. Thank you!

One of the best small brewery we have ever visited. Great food, great beer, great atmosphere, and very friendly. Highly recommend!

A++. The beer is exceptional. There are 10+ beers to choose from and each one is totally unique, with one exception. They clearly have a master brewer with a serious love of beer. The ambience is warm and inviting. The staff are wonderful and helpful. I didn’t eat, but my friend ordered a few apps and said that it was really good. When I asked the owner about vegan options, she sprang into “feed you” mode and started offering up ways that she could make something vegan for me, offering multiple options. For vegetarians, they already have you covered with several things to choose from. There’s also live music events. It’s just a must stop in type of place. I was impressed. ……. I would like to see a dart board. Maybe they have one, but darts would’ve been a really nice draw for me.

What a Joy! Just visited this quaint spot and loved the beer and the artwork. Was looking to find out more about the artist whose work was displayed on the walls and it was none other than the artist himself, Jaye Crist. Nice selection of different brews including a few Belgian styles and stouts (instead of the IPA-heavy area finds). Food was limited but very tasty for the offerings (hot dogs, paninis, pretzels and flatbreads). We’re looking for a good reason to come back through these parts.
Janine C — Google review
We came to the area for vacation, I did a lot of search in the area. I was highly disappointed. reviews were great but we did not experience that. staff was somewhat friendly but paid a lot of attention to the few regulars. it was an awkward atmosphere, workers complained about customers. i personally would not eat there based off of what the inside looked like.

Was there on a cold winter weeknight so wasn't especially happening. But there was good music, cheap (but decent) food, dart boards and a welcoming bar tender so it was exactly what I was looking for. For Lancaster, a solid option.

Drawn by Karaoke I was fooled by lights and cheap (cash only) drinks…a corner lot, secretively kept by locals draws you in. Will not return…perfume de’ Funnel Cake & Old Spice permeates the air. If you’re at least 39 don’t waste your time.

Decent place overall - it's definitely a night life scene, but I know it can be a casual lunch scene during lunch hours. It can get really busy at night though, especially if there's a band playing. Food is average and nothing exceptional. Drinks are a bit pricey. But overall it's a nice bar and great nightlife scene. Note - the bar is cash only after 9pm (I believe).

Marion Court is our go to on weekends when we are looking to get decent drinks that are reasonably priced and a bite to eat! Their cheesesteak pizza (when it’s on special) is fantastic and their bucket of seltzers are perfect for a group! They also often have giant connect four, corn hole and beer pong and consistently play great music, so it’s always a good time!

I’ve always had a good time at Marion Court. The place is plenty big with a few different bar areas with plenty of entertainment. Altana Rooftop Lounge is a trendy and contemporary rooftop venue that offers an impressive view of Lancaster City. Situated on the top two floors of a building on King Street, it has quickly become a popular spot, often with lines forming outside. Guests can enjoy cocktails, New American cuisine, and city vistas from the bar/dancefloor area or the expansive rooftop. The third floor lounge provides late-night dining and entertainment options as well as serving as an ideal setting for private events.
The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful on the rooftop! Picturesque Pennsylvania view!!! Drinks were excellent!! The food was extraordinary, and a super friendly, happy staff! They made it a great visit for drinks and dinner!!! This is a must come to place in downtown Lancaster!!!
Laura W — Google review
While Altana has nice views and great cocktails. The service is a bit slow, granted we were there on a Saturday evening. It took awhile to get our first round of cocktails but they were very good! Food took even longer and when it arrived my husband’s ribs were dry and over cooked. My filet was also over cooked, ordered medium rare and received well done. It also tasted like someone accidentally spilled a lot of black pepper on it and then tried to cover it up with the sauce. While our server was polite, he was few and far between when we needed him. Considering how expensive it was definitely not worth what we paid. Might be back for cocktails only. Very disappointed in the food. With such a small menu they should have perfected the few main entrees they do have but a las still far off from “perfecting” the dishes.
Kathryn M — Google review
I came today to celebrate my birthday and I was not pleased with the service I received. The waitress unfortunately ruin the experience. We were served our appetizer at 7:49 and ordered entrees at 8:00pm. During the wait the waiter never came back to let us know any updates on the food, never offered us additional water which we had for the entire time. At this point the ice melted and was warm. She never asked us would we like refills on our drinks in between time. We finally received our food at 8:55 and unfortunately we no longer were hungry. We didn’t speak to management regarding the services he offered to take money off which was not what we were looking for. We just wanted to let management know that the service was horrible. Food was amazing atmosphere was nice just wished the service were better.
Savon P — Google review
Beautiful lounge! Our waiter was so attentive and friendly. The mocktail mojito was fantastic. The Rosé i had was also delicious too. The avocado fries were so so so good!!!!
Zee M — Google review
We have visited Altana on many occasions and the food and drink are always absolutely delicious. We have never been disappointed. Also, the host, especially on our most recent visits has been such a gentleman and it shows he truly cares about his job. The only complaint I have is that they pretty consistently start trying to get you to leave around an hour before close. We like a late dinner, around 8pm (this week we were trying to catch the 8:15 sunset) and pretty much every time, we’ve been warned about an hour before close (9pm) that they are “about to close.” We never intend to stay past close but we do like to enjoy a drink and a chat after dinner. I totally respect the staff and would always leave well before close. They are not super pushy but the warning makes you feel like you need to down your drink and run. If you eat earlier, I’m sure you will have no issues whatsoever. Excellent food and customer service on the front end. Bartenders make the most perfect drinks.
Ava W — Google review
Our first visit to Altana unfolded like a well-kept secret—Lancaster at its most graceful. The rooftop offered not just a view, but a vantage: golden light washing over quiet streets, the hum of early evening, and cocktails crafted with quiet confidence. We shared a plate of deviled eggs—elegantly done, delicately seasoned, and unexpectedly memorable. Simple, but not ordinary. Kai, our server, was poised and attentive—present without intrusion. He guided the experience with ease, allowing the setting to do what it does best: slow time down. Everything about the evening felt intentional. The breeze, the skyline, the subtle clink of glassware against a soft soundtrack. Altana isn’t loud—it doesn’t need to be. It speaks in elegance, and we listened.
Michael E — Google review
I went here for the first time tonight with some friends for a birthday get together. Will NEVER go again! Our waiter was young but he charged our table for a glass of wine we didn’t order, one Shirley temple we didn’t order and we had two plates of food brought to us before we even ordered at all!! Also the music all sounded the same and there was a creepy host who made me very uncomfortable in the elevator to the rooftop. Overall I had fun with my friends because I was with them. Our experience took 2 and a half hours! We waited for the check for 45 minutes. Also very expensive for no reason and 3/4 of the menu is just alcohol. Truly disappointing
Katelyn M — Google review
Altana is exactly what happens when people who don’t understand hospitality somehow end up running a restaurant. The owner was condescending and dismissive, walking around like he was above everyone instead of actually paying attention to the disaster unfolding in his establishment. There’s zero sense that customer experience matters here, and it shows at every level. The atmosphere was loud and chaotic, with music blasting so aggressively it was hard to hold a conversation. The whole place felt tense, like everyone was just trying to keep it together while being short staffed and overwhelmed. It took forever just to get drinks, and when the waiter finally took our food order, part of it arrived cold and the rest was wrong. Our server was clearly doing the best they could, but they were completely unsupported and stretched way too thin. The food was bland and overpriced. Small portions, uninspired flavors, and absolutely not worth what they’re charging. Nothing about the meal felt like it had any care behind it. It felt like a place coasting on the assumption that people won’t notice the quality if they distract them with a rooftop view and some trendy branding. We tried to ask a polite question about a mistake on our bill and were met with eye rolls and attitude. Not just from staff, but from management. There’s a culture of entitlement here, like they think having a rooftop excuses all the other failures. And sure, the view is nice. That’s the one and only thing worth mentioning. But a rooftop doesn’t cover for bad food, slow service, and arrogant ownership. Altana could be something special if someone who actually knew how to run a restaurant took over, but as it stands, it’s a waste of a great location. One star, and only for the view.

Great bar, great wings, solid mixed drinks, fantastic service. Suicide wings are just hot enough to be enjoyable when you ask for some extra heat. Bleu cheese is good. Looking forward to eating here again

Great corner bar, inexpensive, good food, and lots of wing flavors! They have daily drink and food specials.. and first fridays of every month they have fresh hand patted crab cakes! It’s a smaller bar with a back room with additional tables. Another side room with a couple high top tables, dart board, golf game and they have two PA games of skill if you want to try your luck! Update: I forgot they have two slushy flavors, these are my go to every time I visit. If you’re early and the machine wasn’t turned on yet, just ask. They don’t take long to freeze up! I get the flavors mixed and you’ll get a nice buzz off them!

They have the best wings in Lancaster and you can't convince me otherwise. It's hit or miss if they pick up the phone, but if you go in to order takeout the food gets prepared quick. Never ate or drank here inside, we always take it home. Never disappointed though. They have some great burgers too.

The Pressroom Restaurant is a delightful culinary gem located in the heart of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Housed in a beautifully restored Victorian building that dates back to the mid-1700s, this bistro seamlessly blends historical charm with modern dining. Originally serving as a hardware store and later as the home of the Lancaster Press newspaper, The Pressroom retains its rich heritage through exposed brick walls and high ceilings.
Highly recommend ! The food was absolutely delicious. The ossobuco was NYC fine-dining quality food. The “shareable” shrimp had that nice grilled taste + super flavorful. Great wine, huge restaurant but we were there on a quiet weeknight which was perfect. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a rush, meant for an evening to relax. Jeff was nice too ! Please add dessert to your menu…would have been the cherry on top.

Delightful and delicious lunch in historic Lancaster. We both chose the grilled cheese - he selected fries as his side and I the arugula salad, and split them. Everything was delicious. I was visiting Lancaster with some girlfriends for the weekend and we had this placed picked for dinner. The overall atmosphere was alright, it wasn’t as packed as I figured downtown would be on a weekend. Our waiter Nikki was prompt and greeted us within a few minutes of sitting down. Unfortunately when it came time to order drinks, every drink that we ordered they were out of. I guess because they were in the middle of switching out the Winter/Spring cocktails they were just using up the rest of the ingredients and then will switch over. It was frustrating as well when it came to the menu, as they were doing that . We contemplated going somewhere else but decided to just switch it up and all order something different and for the price of some of the items, it wasn’t worth it to us. I think going forward updating the menu’s accordingly and scratch thru the things you are out of would be helpful. Even having a “limited menu” while switching out seasons.

My boyfriend and I went to the Pressroom in Lancaster for dinner two nights ago. We were able to place a reservation in advance for the day of and parked in the parking garage which we had to pay for but was worth it. They have on street parking and if you’re lucky you can snag a spot. We got an appetizer each and then chose to have the steak and it was delicious! I wish they would have asked us how we wanted our steak cooked but they knew what they were doing and I loved it! We then split a dessert! It was ice cream with a shot of espresso. This place is very romantic and cute! It’s our second time coming here and I really recommend dining in here if you’re looking for a more formal and dreamy atmosphere.
Nelli O — Google review
Really a beautiful little stroll from the parking garage to the restaurant. Once inside, the warm ambiance is delightful and the staff are friendly. It was a Saturday evening and my wife and I wanted to have a nice dinner date before heading back to Pittsburgh. This place was perfect. It was the best restaurant food I've had in ages, maybe even longer, and we have been all over the place (look at my reviews). Their menu focuses on a few core dishes and, in turn, maximizes their ability to produce a perfect product. The deviled eggs were super delicious. Crisp, smooth, tasty. Not watery or oily. The soup was outstanding. There are little toast crumbles on top for texture. Heaven in a saucer. I had the rigatoni and the waitress suggested I add chicken. She was right! The rigatoni was in a very light cheese sauce. It tasted like a mix between beer cheese and fresh parmesan. It was seasoned perfectly. I didn't even have to add pepper to it, and I put pepper in everything. The grilled chicken was juicy. I was stuffed. We split a piece of the cheesecake for dessert. So so so good. You can't leave Lancaster without trying this place. Trust me!
James W — Google review
My fiancé and I ate here on a Tuesday evening with no reservation, and got in right away. The server Sean was awesome, I asked for a cocktail recommendation and it was so good I got 2 (taste of Fall). We started with the margherita flatbread which was fantastic. Then, we both ordered chicken fettuccine alfredo which was also very very good. My only criticism is the pasta is angel hair and had some clumping, I personally don't love that, but my fiancé does, I also felt like the portion was so big, it didn't matter because I couldn't have finished the whole thing anyway. Overall, we loved this place and if we lived closer we would definitely be back.

We sat inside, but I think one of the coolest parts about this place is their patio. It has a ton of room out there and is filled with all types of plant life. The set up here is genius. You can order Mexican food next door at Cocina Mexicana and they serve it to you at Kettle Works. A door gives access between restaurant and bar. Disappointed when I got to town and found out that Lancaster Dispensing was closed for renovations...no worries!!! Come to federal taphouse. A great place to grab a beer (100 to choose from)! The bar tending and wait staff are friendly. They have a wood burning oven for pizza and other food. The layout is kind of weird (the bathroom is upstairs, but there is an elevator) and it get noisy the busier it gets.

Stopped in for a happy hour meet up with a friend. Opted for the non-alcoholic drinks due to pregnancy. I ordered the coconut based one mixed with non-alcoholic tequila. The drink tasted well crafted but didn’t have the bite that tequila does and that’s to be expected. I ordered the French dip and really enjoyed the sandwich overall. It had excellent flavor but I wasn’t a fan of the dip sauce… I used it once or twice while eating but there was something off about it. The vibe of Proof is very nice and upscale but I’ve never seen it full inside…

Amazing Burrata dish, best I have ever had. Great atmosphere with jazz on First Fridays. Tough to find Spanish and Portuguese white wines in Lancaster, great ones here. Casey was awesome as a server. Come here on a First Friday, you will have a great time. BRAVO, PROOF!!!

This was our first time here and we all really loved it!! It's a nice speak-easy atmosphere in a cellar/basement, and it's very clean and refined inside. The service was great, and the food and drinks were delicious. The short rib bao buns were spectacular, and the charcuterie board was pretty and great. Overall, you can get a bunch of small plates to share and some high quality drinks, and enjoy a very nice and refined atmosphere. But just don't expect a full meal. Definitely recommend it!!

My husband and I have been to Proof a few times now and are always impressed with the service, food, and drinks. I love that they have GF on their menu as well. We were there last night and ordered a dish that ended up not being able to be made. The team created a somewhat similar dish (lobster instead of scallops) for us. It was delicious! And then they didn’t even charge us for it. This is a A+ team!

Great place. Awesome vibe. The best oysters you will find 180 miles inland. The scallop dish was creative and delicious. The butternut squash cheesecake was one of the best desserts I have ever had. Note that this is a small plates/oyster bar. Not family/child friendly. We were huge fans. We will be back.

I've become a regular here since their early opening months. The care they take in service, the attention to detail, the thought into cocktails, bar knowledge in alcohols/liquors, the food menu of Chef, his balance of flavors, incredible treatment of ingredients, interesting and new desserts, I could go on. If you're willing to pay the price, it will be worth your money. I still stand by this review even now.

Opened a little after 9:30pm. Amazing DJ, music was great, drinks were well priced, and the people are fun. It was very clean and roomy without any nagging or rude staff. Mixed ages made the atmosphere more fun. Great way to spend a weekend night. Thank you!

I came for Latin night, and the salsa dancing was awesome! Had a blast, and I'm totally going back. Their lot fills up quick, but there are tons of garages nearby. Still, I parked on the street.

Rich runs a fine musical establishment there in Lancaster. So great of him to book the soon to be famous Benjamin Vo Blues Band. Ben on guitar and vocals makes you feel like you are on Beale Street. Watching Ben perform will give you a clue as what it was to see Stevie Ray Vaughn or Jimmi Hendrix perform live! Schroeder "Francois" on the keys and performing original compositions is most incredible to hear, but for the full appreciation, you have to watch him immerse himself in the performance and you feel the connection and give you chills. And then you add the One that keeps the whole thing on track and lays down the timing, "Jerrrrrrrrrre!". His passion and theatrical style to playing only compliment his ability bring all this together as a cohesive unit. I mentioned to him that "Helen Keller" would enjoy his solos just from feeling the concusive sound waves emminating from his Kit!

Live music venue
Nestled in the heart of Lancaster's historic downtown, the Chameleon Club has been a cornerstone of the local music scene since its inception in 1985. This vibrant venue, which moved to its current location in 1991, has welcomed an eclectic mix of artists across various genres, making it a must-visit for live music enthusiasts. Over the years, it has hosted renowned acts like FUEL and Rusted Root while also serving as a launching pad for emerging talent.
I like this place. Part of the Chameleon club. Very small space. Limited amount of room. Definitely plan on being cramped. Not meant for dancing or moving around. Pretty much shoulder to shoulder completely. Liked it when it was the other side. They moved from 1 side of the bar to the other. A big mistake if I’m being honest. Still small local bands would be ok. You can see in my pictures how small the stage is and the ceiling above the stage isn’t even finished.

Restaurant
Miller's Smorgasbord Restaurant is a charming Pennsylvania Dutch eatery located in Ronks, PA. Since 1929, it has been serving up a soul-nourishing buffet featuring homemade soups and dishes reminiscent of your grandparents' cooking. The all-day buffet offers an extensive array of local favorites, including potato stuffing, brown buttered noodles, and shoofly pie.
I wanted to enjoy some traditional Dutch food while visiting Lancaster County. I didn't know if I would find enough plant based choices. But their buffet offered so many choices. They even gave me a booklet with all the food i gradients and had a vegitarian buffet price. Alex and all the staff were awesome. Love the food. Clean and nice place. Definitely go back if I am in town.
Dayan S — Google review
This was my first time visiting and until now I’ve been going to the more popular one in Lancaster. However, after this visit, I would say Miller’s is better! While the selection may be slightly limited, the quality makes up for it. They also offer just the right number of selection for my personal liking. The service was great, we got seated right away and our waitress was awesome! She was attentive and prompt throughout our entire meal. Millers is a great spot for families and individuals. They do accept reservations which I think is unique ! Food wise, you really can’t go wrong! My favorite pair was the fried chicken, roast beef and broccoli salad!!! The chicken was fried perfectly, not dry and flavorful! The roast beef was also very tender !! Paired beautifully with the horseradish, not too strong. The broccoli salad was creamy and minced fine!! Overall all the other dishes were good. I will say, be warned about their salted caramel cheesecake. It was SUPER salty.. almost unbearable to eat…
Ahra J — Google review
We stopped by Miller’s Smorgasbord for Sunday brunch, and it quickly became a new favorite for our group of four. This all-you-can-eat Amish and American buffet really delivers. From brown buttered noodles to the carved roast beef and perfectly crispy fried chicken, everything we tried was fresh, hot, and delicious. Service was just as impressive as the food. Our plates were cleared promptly and drinks were always refreshed without having to ask. Compared to other local Amish buffets like Shady Maple, Miller’s felt calmer, more organized, and overall a better dining experience. Of the over 3 dozen items to choose from on the buffet line, we had our favorites. The fried chicken was crunchy and seasoned just right, the roast beef was tender and carved to order, and we loved the tangy broccoli slaw. Don’t skip the desserts either, ie. homemade pies, cakes and cookies. At $30 per adult, it’s a bit pricier than some buffets in the area, but for the quality and service, it’s 100% worth it, especially if you’ve got a solid appetite. 100% will be back

Food was okay. Some stuff was kind of bland(stuffing), other stuff was kinda dry (chicken).. other stuff was good.. banana pudding tasted fake with no real banana and hardly any wafers. Its quite expensive especially since sodas were extra and not included..

Food is delicious, there was a 30 minute wait if you didn’t have a reservation but that wasn’t a problem. The staff here are really really nice and friendly people. There was no Chinese food, but food here is really good, and the outside looks great with horses walking on fields and much more, very great view of Pennsylvania.

Just excellent. 30 minute wait was worth it. Shopped at the stores and time flew by. The wealth of options, good flavor and clean food was spot on after a long day of travel. The soups, ham, sweet potatoes, apple pie and fruit were my go toast for round 1-3.

This was a great place to eat. It was buffet and there were many good options to choose from. Anyone could find something for their taste. And the dessert bar was excellent with many choices. All of the food I tried was very good.

Everything was amazing! The only downside is we picked a time to go when their happened to be a bus load of people visiting. It was very crowded. I recommend getting reservations. It was a 45 minute wait. Which wasn't so bad because we got to visit the shops on the premises and watch the horses.

The friendly staff exudes Southern hospitality, making every guest feel right at home.
We visited for my husbands 30th birthday and were blown away. He’s a big smoked meats guy, so him loving it says a lot. We got burnt ends, the brisket cheesesteak, and pulled pork platter. We gobbled it up so fast we were shocked. It’s a lovely restaurant with a comfortable atmosphere, and the food comes out so quick!

Hearing people get 1hr waits made me excited that we had reservations. But then it went down hill. Hostess gave a questioning tone when I asked for 2 high chairs. Waitress spilled water on my phone. Food came in one wave (literally within 5 minutes) including appetizer and main courses. Wings were fine but we got burnt end of the short ribs. Literally took longer to flag a waitress than get it replaced with chicken. Which was chewy. Pretty much the only things we enjoyed were the beer and wings. 3 times we were asked if we wanted to take food home and said no thanks "we didn't really like the food". To which they said "oh okay, have a nice night". Honestly. Good thing the kids were rather quiet and enjoying the cheap cheese pizza. Also, it was more than half empty when we left am hour later. So, wait times seemed like a push for a quiet night.
Sam N — Google review
My husband and I ate here last Thursday for date night. We started with the burnt ends for an appetizer. They were good but a little dry. My husband had a combo platter which includes 1/3 rack of ribs, were seasoned nicely and not smothered in sauce. There is housemade sauce on the table to sauce your own way and brisket. He enjoyed his meal with 2 sides which were fries and Cole slaw. I had platter also and I picked the brisket and smoked turkey. Same issue with the brisket nice thick slices though. The smoked turkey was wonderful. Nice smoky flavor and moist not dry. I also had fries and Cole slaw. We enjoyed our meal and will return in the future

We were staying the night at Amish View Inn and made reservations for dinner. WOW we highly recommend the staff were wonderful. Recommend making reservations before visiting. We had mash potatoes, fried chicken, brisket & coleslaw. Fried chicken was really good. Brisket a little dry. The only downside is that it gets very noisy hard to hear.

This place was great. The service was super friendly and the food was delicious. Our server Mark was on point. Made sure we had our drinks refilled and that our food came out quickly. We got some wings and me and my son both got the 2 meat combo platter that comes with 2 sides. The portions are great and so is the price. I would definitely come back and try another combo platter. The fried chicken was delicious!

Cool BBQ restaurant in Intercourse PA. Not too long of a wait but you can leave your number with the hostess and browse the gift shop until they text you that your table is ready. Once seated our waitress/bartender quickly got our drink orders and once we were served that we put in an order for smoked wings as an appetizer. Dinner followed shortly after. Our kids ate delicious homemade mac and cheese and pasta with marinara (an odd option for a BBQ place but I'm glad they had it) My meal of ribs and fried chicken was ok. Both meats were a little dry. The mashed potatoes were really buttery and the seasonal vegetables were seasoned nicely. My husband enjoyed his half rack of ribs but would have liked them better if they were cooked with BBQ sauce because his were a little dry as well. The desserts were probably the best part of the meal. We ordered one strawberry cheesecake with cookie crumb crust and a large brownie sundae which was large enough for 3 to share. Overall we enjoyed our dinner. The server was polite and attentive and the rest of the staff made sure our table was cleared and we had what we needed.

Berto our server took extra care with us. He was attentive to our special needs son and made him feel comfortable throughout the visit. Also my wife recently had esophageal surgery and he understood her restrictions and made sure to accommodate her. He continued to check on our table throughout our visit and asked us not to worry about anything. It is refreshing to have waiters/servers who actually care. Also Colleen the busboy was amazing at her job. She worked tirelessly there while time we were there. The food was really good. I recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone.

So I ordered the build your own plate and got the brisket and pulled pork. The pulled pork was ok, but the brisket was dry and burned.the staff was nice but my server saw me pulling burnt brisket off my plate (I was a server for 12 years and I would have said something like"is there a problem with your meal")...but nothing. The atmosphere was nice had like a rustic look like old timey western look. The pictures they have of food on Google looked so good I was very disappointed.

Loxley's Restaurant and Patio Bar at the Heritage Hotel in Lancaster, PA is a hidden gem with a unique treehouse setting that blends rustic charm with whimsy. Inspired by the legend of Robin Hood, this multi-story, mountain-themed American eatery surprises guests with its extraordinary design. It's not just a restaurant; it's an experience. The venue also offers overnight stays at the Heritage Hotel, complete with lunch and dinner vouchers for Loxleys.
I had dinner here two nights in a row. I had something different and equally delicious both nights. Six different people on two different days recommended that I come here for dinner. They were correct and I thank them for it. The menu is hard to find, look on their Facebook page for their Linktree and you will find it there. First night I had the French onion soup and the Berry Burrata salad with sliced steak. Perfect French onion soup. The server recommended the steak on top of the Berry Burrata salad and wow, what an excellent combination of fresh berrys, burrata and steak. It was difficult NOT to have that again the second night. Second night was Herbed Burrata and the special for the night, tenderloin medallions, Yukon Gold smashed potatoes and broccoli. I would go back today and have it all again. Menu prices were fair and not overpriced. Definitely a good value. If Loxley's isn't in your regular rotation, it should be. Exceptional dining in a fun environment with professional and attentive service. Thanks for two great memorable meals!

Matt was our server and he was great! My broccoli cheddar soup wasn’t chunky but puréed and I absolutely loved it. Delicious! Hubby’s Reuben sandwich would’ve been awesome if they’d added more sauce. Meat was a little dry, though flavorful. Atmosphere 5 stars for uniqueness! What an experience, wow! We’re locals and will be returning often. I highly recommend Loxley’s for locals and tourists alike.

My husband and I ate here last Thursday evening. We sat indoors as I am not a fan of insects. We were the only customers in the area we were sat. My husband started with a small Caesar salad. It was very fresh and he said it was very good. I had the cream of chicken soup. The soup was good as well but it had no cream in it. My husband had a pasta dish. It was a creamy penned pasta with shrimp added to it. It was rather bland not much flavor. I had the ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was cooked well seasoned and cooked to my liking. We asked for take home boxes and dessert menu. The menu came pretty swiftly but the server was busy and we waited for a good long time and lost interest in dessert. When the server finally came we got the check. The poor young man had many tables mostly outside so I can't blame him. Food was good. Service not so much.

Looks nice from outside, with good landscape design of a small bridge over water from a water fall, many koi swimming in it. But the inside decor looks old and tired. Food quality is average and the service just okay. Restroom not very clean and smelly. Not as fancy as expected so was disappointed.

We were seated in the bar area as there was no wait. Service was slow to to start but very friendly when our server arrived. Food was good but beer choices and atmosphere was better in my opinion.I would come back to explore the other dining experiences at this location.

What a lovely find this place is, especially when looking for dining outside. The atmosphere is lovely. We want to go back in the evening as I am sure the lighted patio is charming. Our food was good, not great, as our order wasn't correct. They messed up our dairy-free instructions and food came out with holladaise sauce. When we pointed it out to the server, she gladly exchanged it, but then it came out with a regular bun, and not a GF bun. The other 3 meals were good.

Brewery
Bube's Brewery, located in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, is a unique establishment housed in a 19th-century building. The brewery offers more than just beer - it features an art gallery, American dining options, and even karaoke. One of its most distinctive features is the Catacombs Restaurant situated deep below the brewery where guests can enjoy a candlelit dinner surrounded by stone walls.
We were absolutely blown away by our experience! We were recommended to come here and the description didn't give it justice! The atmosphere is beyond amazing. Between the bar, the beirgarten and the catacombs you can feel the history. We had no idea how much history was here and we loved the tour. The service was beyond exceptional between the tour guide giving us fun facts at the table to our server helping us try new food. Every drink and bite of food we had was better than the last! The flavor of the cocktails was both strong and unique. The steak melts in your mouth and the blue cheese topping makes it so much better. We fell in love with this place and despite having to drive an hour we definitely will be back soon! This was the best restaurant experience we've ever had!

First time experience was not impressed. I booked to eat at the catacombs with toast well here they book a day a head thinking it was same day. (100% my fault, but I can see this mistake being easily made by many) we drove about and hour with some friends to find out it was the next day. Huge Bummer , but as said my fault, they said they would still see if they could get us a tour to which they never got back to us about then we were sat outside. Outside was really pretty, but tables and chairs were very sticky. So we sat at the bar. Menu options looked really great so we thought maybe it wouldn’t be such a bad turn out after all since I felt bad to begin with, appetizers were pretty good, however mains were disappointing. I ordered a balsamic, Brie, and fig flat bread. Which sounded amazing but looked like it was thrown together. The raw onions weren’t even separated more managed to make it on the plate rather than the pizza itself. Cheese was only on some slices and the bread was just bread it wasn’t in put in the oven? My husband got the Ultimate Grilled Cheese which is supposed to have Imperial crab, which is a lump creamy consistency style crab, nope it was a heavily breaded crab cake that was dry. Maybe it’s not like this all the time, but definitely not worth driving an hour for us. Also was told to call at 10am the next day to get our downpayment back, then was told I’d get a call two days later from someone. I haven’t heard anything back yet. I will say the key lime crush was pretty good though! And I like my crushes.

Visited The Catacombs for my daughter's early 23rd Birthday dinner. She's a Halloween baby and I thought The Catacombs would be quite fitting. Our visit did not disappoint. What a wonderful experience. After our 138 mile, 2½ hour, drive each way (that's commitment to keeping things fresh), our host and tour guide Richard was courteous, entertaining, and quite the Bube historian. Thank you, Richard, for the Birthday Song. Jack was our very courteous server. We had a wonderful time. The food was good, and there was was something due everyone. The dessert menu was a little lacking with only 2 options, but everything pulled together nicely. Richard allowed us to explore the upstairs and the museum quality memorabilia is interesting and educational. Thank you. It's not "just around the corner" for us, but if we're back in the area we'll stop back in for sure.

Amazing experience, unique, highly recommend! Spooky hotel with themed rooms! Communal shower/restroom, but also private half bathroom for guests, we had 0 issues with this, even would say it added to the experience of staying here. There is a nice common sitting room, microwave and coffee maker, that has an outside door leading to a seated balcony. The Catacombs dinner was exceptional, food, cocktails and intimate setting. After dinner brewery upstairs, we took home a growler, shirt and hat <3 . There is soo much to talk about, just go and experience it!! Special thanks to Kelly and our co-hotel inhabitant for the chat. Def coming back.

Really cool brewery! The history is very interesting dating back to the 1860's! The catacombs where they brewed the beer originally are awesome to see! If you would like to experience dinner in the catacombs its a 4-6 week lead time in reservations but worth doing. If you are dropping in you can still get a tour and enjoy food and spirits on the main floor. Friendly staff! Great food and really cool stories about the place!
Artie M — Google review
This was a fun and unique experience. Be sure to make your reservations well ahead of time, especially if dining on the weekend. Prior to going down going down to the catacomb, you get a brief tour around the facility with some fun history facts on the building. The overall experience was delightful and fun . Well worth the dining price because it’s such a unique experience. Perfect for a date or fun family dinner. My pork Tomahawk was delicious, the mashed potatoes were room temperature. But not worth complaining about. I still ate them. The half a chicken was probably the juiciest chicken I’ve ever tried. If you’re considering coming here, I can’t recommend it enough.

This place books up very fast for reservations on Fridays and the weekends. Every Saturday they do a show, must purchase ticket ahead of time, way in advance if you want an opportunity to see it. We unfortunately weren't able to book a show, but we're lucky enough to get an early dinner reservations on a Friday (all that they had left) (good sign- means this place stays busy and the people love it) the atmosphere is the best, can be very romantic for couples and for family and friends a nice quiet dinner in a cool underground location. They give you a tour before you are seated for dinner, which we really enjoyed. Food was good and same as drinks.

We had dinner with our family over Thanksgiving weekend. There was a limited menu, but still enough choices. The portions there were large. I had the Philadelphia cheesecake with sweet potato fries and took half of it back to our room. The bacon wrapped Meatloaf was good and very filling served with a side of asparagus, which was tough. We brought back cake dessert from the store, one shaped like a turkey and the other like a pumpkin. Our server was attentive and efficient. The decor was classic. There was an attached lounge and doors leading to a beautiful courtyard. There is a breakfast buffet on the weekends.

My wife and I had breakfast here twice on our stay at Eden resort. The first morning wasn't bad the food was good the and good atmosphere. I was a little disappointed the breakfast potatoes were marked gluten free but very glad our server noted the potatoes couldn't be guaranteed gluten free due to my wifes allergy. Second morning had breakfast sent to our room. Toast was missing my wifes eggs were over cooked and not cooked as requested. Had them send more up which were a little better but still not quite right.

Beautiful place and friendly service. Came here for valentines day dinner with my girlfriend. Drinks were good and so was the mozzarella sticks. She ordered the crab stuffed lobster and I had the meatloaf with macaroni and cheese, but I didnt taste any cheese, seemed like just boiled elbow macaroni and the crab stuffed lobster was cold even after she sent it back.

I went here with some family that were staying at the hotel. There were not too many options for food, but I ended up ordering the prime rib. It was tasty and I ended up taking half of it home. The prices ranged from average to a bit more pricey. The service was alright at first. It took a bit for someone to come to our table, but when they did, the waitress was great and kept checking in on us.

Cork & Cap Restaurant is situated in the Cork Factory Hotel and offers a diverse menu of seafood, upscale American comfort food, and beverages. The restaurant is located in Urban Place, a mixed-use community within the redeveloped 19th-century cork factory. Embracing a local focus, it draws inspiration from Pennsylvania Dutch comfort cuisine and locally sourced ingredients to create simple yet cosmopolitan dishes that celebrate Lancaster County's rural abundance.
They were quite busy so I was sat in the bar, but the service was still great! The Caprese salad was excellent and the vegan pea pesto pasta was amazing and great even if you're not a vegan! Would highly recommend. Also great to see Walla Walla wines on the list. The seven hills merlot was perfect!

Beautiful, elegant, clean, well designed well executed restaurant. Would return! Part of a remodeled 19th century cork factory. Room is beautiful with exposed brick and rough rock walls. Great service. And very reasonable pricing for the quality of food and circuses. Food was mostly spot on, everything was certainly delicious. My only minor quibbles... the beet salad was overdressed. And i couldn't get there on the hushpuppies, which were very sweet and reminded me of coffee cake, but were paired with a spicy sauce. Just not for me but well executed.

Nice eclectic throwback interior decorated with industrial items. Scallops were excellent. Steak special cooked perfectly but, did lack a bit off spice flavor. But you can always add a touch of salt, but you can't change turn a medium back to medium rare. Wrong temperature on steak and it would have been a hard 3 stars. Will try again when back in Lancaster.

Went here for a work dinner. Definitely a bit more upscale than my normal restaurant choices. It had a nice vibe, interesting menu that had plenty of choices for both the adventurous eaters that want to try something new, and anyone who prefers a traditional taste just done really well.

Cork & Cap far exceeded all expectations tonight! Don’t wait for a special occasion to visit. The hostess made us feel quite welcome BUT our Server, Domi, provided the best service EVER without being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble as she anticipated our every need. The atmosphere was interesting and classy. The food entrees were SO delicious that patrons were excited to spontaneously share their favorite suggestions with others. Our choices, which were all spectacular, included: Sangria, Salmon, Caprese Salad, to-die-for Hush Puppies, and desserts too. We were so focused on the beauty of each dish that I forgot to take more pictures. Congratulations Chef and Staff!!! We’ll be back soon!

Large portions. However, food was inconsistent. Crab dip appetizer was not hot throughout. Also, the dip itself was very rich, but very bland...no spice or umami at all. The vehicles for dipping were varied, plentiful, and tasty. But again, I'd rather the crab be the star of the show. Blackened swordfish was excellent where it was blackened but there were areas of the fish with no seasoning. Garlic mashed potatoes had fantastic flavor and texture, but they arrived at room temperature. My NY Strip was enormous and flavorful, but parts of the au Poivre sauce tasted almost burnt...other parts were perfect. The crab cake was both hot and perfectly seasoned... definitely the best thing we had. No room for dessert. Overall there were enough problems to prevent 4 stars. Maybe it was just a bad night, because the potential is there.

I had a wonderful experience. The waitress was friendly and helpful. I love the stone walls and vibe. Highly recommend the risotto and prosciutto balls, swordfish and the pork chop! Delicious!

Former White House Chef John Moeller curates the culinary creations using locally-sourced ingredients from nearby farms and farm stands. The menu boasts prime pork schnitzel, fresh fish daily preparations, short rib egg rolls, and a PA Preferred cheese plate featuring local cheeses.
The Greefield is an excellent restaurant. It's been a local favorite for years. We had a very good pre Easter lunch. The service and food was fantastic.

I had a baby shower here for my daughter and it was perfect. Darrah, the event coordinator, was extremely helpful and had wonderful suggestions. The food was excellent and the venue itself was just lovely. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Greenfield Restaurant and Bar is a great place for a special occasion. Every dish we had was fantastic. The short rib egg roll appetizer really caught our attention up front. And then the salmon and New York Strip were also so delicious. Fresh rolls and delicious cocktails (10/10 cinnamon mule) rounded out our delicious dinner. Our server Natalie was very attentive and friendly. We sat out on the patio, which was beautiful. Inside, they had an excellent pianist playing the entire time. We will definitely return in the future!

Absolutely amazing! The best schnitzel I have had in my life, even after spending a month in Germany! I had the rock lobster prepared perfectly with a side of scalloped potatoes that melted in my mouth. The atmosphere was warm and romantic. We sat at the bar for dinner as we always do. There was a gentleman playing piano who was worthy of a $20 tip. A new favorite with modest pricing.

My husband and I decided to dine here tonight. We made reservations earlier in the day for 6:45. We arrived 10 min early. Our table was ready. We were taken to the table by the hostess, but also the Chef/Owners brother was also there. We struck up a conversation with him for awhile. Once our server, Kim, came to the table our experience was more enhanced. She recommended some very delicious specials. Everything sounded terrific and tasty. It was also nice to hear some history about the chef from his brother directly. I ordered a delicious cocktail. The drink was excellent. We also got soup (a shrimp and corn chowder) that was amazing. We tried the shrimp cocktail that was perfectly cooked. Salad was amazing. My husband also got the beet salad that was very tasty. He had his eye on the Pork Schnitzel. I decided on the Scallops with the most delicious risotto and Bacon!! Can't resist the bacon. We each tasted everything. Both meals were amazing. We when had dessert. He had the chocolate decadence which was very rich full of chocolate. Yum!! But, I have to say the Lemon Curd Tart with the fruit has to be the best I ever had. I didn't usually order desserts after dinner, but because they showed me the see menu and that sounded amazing, I had to have it. I'm so glad I did. The only thing I wish they had to go with it was a nice Cappuccino. Any reason why you don't have a cappuccino machine? That's something you should look into. It would have made the dessert even better. But just alone, it was still 100% amazing. Mike and I will definitely be back!!!! 😀

This was my third time here and every time has been fantastic! Everything I’ve got has been delicious. Even like the ranch and buffalo sauce is fresh and made in house, and it shows. Service was great with our large party on a Saturday evening. My new favorite restaurant.

This Lancaster-area establishment is a personal favorite dining destination. The service consistently exceeds expectations, with staff demonstrating exceptional teamwork. Food quality is consistently high, utilizing premium ingredients, and presentation, temperature, and taste are impeccable. The restaurant maintains a spotless interior, including restrooms. The complimentary children's meal offered with each entrée on Sundays is a significant benefit. Reservations are accepted for added convenience. However, convenient parking can be challenging on peak days due to its location outside Park City Mall.

These portions are crazy! I had the crab Alfredo and you can see from the picture, it was huge. Loaded with crab meat, thick creamy sauce. A little heave on the bay seasoning, so ask for less if you're not a fan. Had enough for 2 meals! They have do many great choices, and this is one of my faves. My daughter had the shrimp and scallop skewers with Cajun seasoning and the fabulous cornbread with a hint of heat. And, of course, their awesome maple butter. Love it again and again.

This place always surprises me. It’s a great restaurant. Great ambience great menu great food service is always on point but it’s inside of a mall but nonetheless, I like it. I came here with my girlfriend before we went to a show nearby. Had a great dinner. some crabcakes. Their house made pineapple vodka. A great salmon dish with dill sauce. and great martinis what are not the like as I mentioned service was on point presentation as always you know nice and I think the price point is pretty fair you know for a restaurant that’s as nice as this I don’t get to Lancaster that often but when I do, I definitely like to come here to JB Dawson‘s if you’ve never been definitely check it out, you won’t be disappointed if anything you’ll be surprised the food like I said always great. I don’t think there’s a bad choice on the menu.

My husband and I planned to eat here for our anniversary last minute when we were in the area. We were able to secure a reservation online within a 2-hour timeframe on a Friday night. We actually arrived approximately a half hour prior to our reservation and were able to be seated right away. The staff were attentive and stated they help each other out, so if you need anything such as a refill, you can ask any waitstaff walking by. We did not have to wait too long for our meals to come out. I got the parmesan crusted chicken, and my husband got a steak, both of which were delicious! The prices were slightly high but not bad. When we booked our reservation, we listed it as our anniversary, and prior to the check coming out, our server brought us a complimentary dessert with a sparkler in it, which was very nice! I would recommend this restaurant, and I would eat here again!

Atmosphere was great. The staff was great. Drinks were awesome. The cesar salad actually came with anchovies which I was impressed with since thats rare. But, the entrees here are very Applebees like. The microwaved perfectly rounded mashed potatoes and the fake prechar that goes on the steak and salmon. And the French fries were McDonald's like. It wasn't bad tasting but I'd expect a little better quality in the food.

Hair in pasta… the manager Natalie was rude & passive aggressive. Not too sure why you would have an attitude with the customer when a health hazard is brought to your attention. Patiently waiting for my refund. Won’t be back.

Went there this evening 10/4/25 at 345 meet friends for dinner. Server was excellent, ordered full rack of baby back ribs, noticed they weren't as big as in June, started cutting them, started eating and they were tough. Had a few more same thing, meat was tough hard chewing. My friend ordered the same, he starts eating saying the same thing. Tough, hard chewing and cold. Manager came over gave us more ribs that were more suitable for eating, but at that point I was finished eating my dinner in disappointment. If you're going to raise prices for your food, at least keep the food the same. We'll the four of us won't be returning. Service from our waitress was great. Food wasn't good.

Carrabba's Italian Grill is a popular chain eatery and bar known for its diverse menu of classic Italian dishes, all served in a family-friendly environment. The restaurant was founded by two Sicilian boys from Texas who have a deep love for Sicilian cuisine as well as Creole, Southern, and Western food influences. While some customers have had mixed experiences with takeout orders, others have praised the delicious and fresh food served during in-house dining.
My friend had never been to Carrabba‘s so of course I had to meet her there. She drove in from Philly and I was visiting in Lancaster. It is your typical Carrabba‘s Italian Grill, in design. Plenty of parking. At first, the maître d’ wanted to see us in the middle of five tables with people. It was way too noisy for me so I asked to be moved and they put us in a much better area. A place was clean, the utensils and condiments on the table were in good shape. The food was wonderful. I had the shrimp scampi. My friend had a steak. We had a wonderful conversation and spent two hours there. Did you know an unsweet iced tea with lemonade is called a Tiger Woods? I recommend you go and have a great time.

$65 for two Valentine Day Special: Dinner bread (fresh and warm, crusty outside and soft inside, very good), Calamari (good quantity, but each piece is small and the crust too crispy and hard, just okay), Lentil soup with sausage (chunky and taste good, but very few pieces of sausage, okay), 7 oz sirloin (small but taste good). The server was very friendly but make several billing mistakes probably because too busy, so watch out for extra charges in the bill. Overall, very nice place and good food. Should get 5 stars if not for some minor issues above. Will come back again to check the improvement when they are not too busy.

We were supposed to go to the carnival tonight, but it was gonna thunderstorm. Surprisingly, my 12-year-old son left satisfied from an Italian restaurant in place of a carnival! I don’t even know where to begin this review… !! The portions were so large! We were full before we even got our entrées. With the bread, the appetizer and the soup and salad we were more than satisfied to stop at that. Then came out enormous plates with our meals. Our server Cleo was so friendly! Everything was a step above with her. The food was flavorful, perfectly cooked and served in a timely manner. I really don’t have anything negative to say. We didn’t go to the bathroom. They may be gross. I don’t know. I doubt it though.

We were out of town for a girls dinner and stopped here because it is a favorite spot of one of the ladies. We called ahead about seating. There were quite a few seats open, but they were putting people on a waiting list. I think carry out food was causing them to be quite busy. Tables are a little bit crammed together here. But they were able to accommodate a wheelchair in our group. Our server was very kind and professional. The food was a little slow coming out, but that's okay, we were not in any hurry. The server did check in and let us know the status. The food came out warm and very tasty. Drinks were refilled promptly and our server made sure to check to be sure everything was made to our liking. Portions were a good size. There is a pretty large size parking lot, but by the time we left, it was pretty full. They had several handicapped spots, but we were not able to nab one. The building and bathroom is handicap accessible.

I haven’t been here for years..ok fine, decades. The food was fine, same as I can remember. My 11 year old thought it was just perfect, which is a win. Another win is they serve Kendall Jackson Chard. But the biggest win of all was Marcellus, our server. He was just so nice and attentive but not annoyingly so. He brought my daughter ice cream as a sweet treat! It’s a quiet and calm (clean) atmosphere and I would come back for the quick dinner breaks with my kiddo between dance classes! *there was a wait because they were having a daddy daughter dinner and tables were reserved.

Great place to meet up with friends and enjoy a full stocked bar and great food. The atmosphere was on the louder side hard to hear sometimes, but it's to be expected when the pub is full of happy customers enjoying their time. The staff checks your ID right away when you sit at your table. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Parking was easy to get to. The food was themed to be English style food from fish and chips, scotch eggs and bangers and mash. The food did NOT disappoint. We will definitely be returning to try more food and drinks off thier menu. 8/10

Ok WOW!! We’re out of towners who stopped by for a quick meal late at night and were blown away. Price was right and the sticky toffee pudding was the highlight for sure. Oddly enough the Caesar salad was also a highlight. Super garlicky. This place beats pricier places in New Hope and Philly for me. Great atmosphere and service too.

Really cool place. Food was really great…. Service was not so good. We had to go to bar and order a 2nd beer… because there was absolutely no follow up by our servers. We received no follow up with empty beer glasses for over 15 minutes. See picture of loss revenue… empty beer glasses before meal is finished…. So we only ordered two drinks. Waited forever for more ketchup and tartar sauce… This math has you letting business walk out of your restaurant. When I mentioned to the server/manager he said “you could have let us know”…. We would have ordered several more bar drinks and the ticket would have been higher with an even better tip. We may try again another night.

I frequent Quip's Pub on Mondays for Wing Night and after a couple of decades, I've never regretted it once. There are NO better wings in the area and even the housemade Bleu Cheese and Ranch dips are on a different level from the competition. Importing prodigious brews from the UK mixed with 2 very accessible dartboards for recreation...the whole family loves this place, how can you go wrong!? Specials have stood out as well with outstanding dishes ranging from Scotch Eggs, Bangers and Mash and even Escargot to Boxty. Highly Recommended.

I use to frequent this place often several years ago. The food was very good then as was the wait staff and bar tenders. Went there a week or so ago and some of the food was good, the fish of the fish and chips was soggy and tasted somewhat undercooked. We had the French onion soup, good, and the corned beef and cabbage, also good. There was a waiter there who I felt didn't like his job, therefore wasn't the best and wasn't attentive, there was another who was good, considering we weren't his table. Overall, was slightly disappointed in the experience.

Such a great experience at Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant!! Me and my girlfriend went tonight before the rain hit and it was delicious! Such great food and the service was extremely quick without sacrificing food temperature or quality. Would say we were sat and had food/drinks within 30 minutes of our reservation time (I highly recommend, this place gets busy quick) To start we had the fire queso and it was super hot (temperature wise, although there was a kick due to jalapeños.) but super duper delicious! One of the best dips we’ve ever had! I had the bbq burger with fries and my girlfriend had the salmon with mashed potatoes. My bbq burger was huge!! I had to cut it in half to fit it in my mouth haha. My girlfriend’s salmon was delicious with the mashed potatoes on top!! We traveled from Long Island. We will definitely be back for more our next time out! 10/10 score!

Josh was our server. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. The atmosphere was very cool with the brewery visible through glass. Several seasonal and on draft in house brewed beers and even their own root beer which was delicious. My husband had the light lager and enjoyed it. We ordered the truffle fries and Bavarian pretzel for appetizers. Both delicious. Portions were large. Two of our kids ordered the chicken sandwich, our youngest got the grilled chicken caesar salad. My husband and I shared a pizza called Garcia. It had gouda, mushrooms and caramelized onions. The crust was thin and crispy. So good! 12" 6 slice pizza we couldn't finish...had to get a box. Everything was hot, freshly made and delicious. Would highly recommend for the atmosphere alone, the food was the icing on the cake. Management was great also, checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Great top notch experience! Would definitely go back.

Tobias S. Frogg in Lancaster is a local favorite with a hidden gem of a patio featuring modern design, misters for hot days, and heaters for chilly evenings. Since 1993, this locally owned spot has been providing great experiences whether you're seeking a refreshing cocktail on the outdoor deck or a cozy fire to accompany your meal. The friendly staff ensures that whether you're with family, friends, or business partners, you'll be well taken care of.
Very good interesting atmosphere on the inside. Sports bar vibes but the sit down area was very quiet and clean. TONS of food options. Service was great. Good came out quick and was super hot. I got the surf and turf kabobs and was delicious. The only recommendation would be to ask how you like the steak done because it was made well. The buffalo chicken dip was amazing, loved that it came with chips and celery. The grilled chicken ceaser salad was also well prepared. Prices are a little high, but the food was worth it. We went and got a gift card on avid deals, so keep an eye out on there!

Tried this restaurant after seeing it advertised as a Florida Keys Feel in Lancaster. The outside area definitely hit the mark for the 'beach' feel, but the inside portion of the restaurant is a normal sports bar. Dark...dirty...men's bathroom smelt like pee BAD! Beachy vibe, felt like i was on vacation. Prompt seating ( we were at an off peak time). No wait for our Waitress to bring us drinks. Lots of choices for apps, burgers, salads and a few entrees. Fresh cut fries!! I had rockfish tacos, loved them! Husband had frog burger (it was a smash burger) he loved it. Also ordered a frozen vodka lemonade (could swap out for rum or tequilla), would definitely order that again. I wish this place were closer to my home, I'd be a somewhat regular not just for the food but for the beachy atmosphere. A++

My girlfriend found out about this place months ago so we had to make the trip and see what the Tropical feeling restaurant in Lancaster was all about. I'll start by saying our waitress was one of the best we've had. I wish I could remember her name but the girl with the short blonde hair was fantastic. Always attentive. Constantly moving and checking in. Even though we waited almost an hour for our food she was apologetic, constantly updating us, and always available. Promote her to manager yesterday. The only real gripes we had that were unrelated to the wait were the constant threat of smokers right next to our seating and the food was just ok. My girlfriend loved her pretzel dog and the fries were pretty good as I had some of hers. But the boneless wings were pretty dry and chewy like they had been sitting for awhile which was odd considering how long we waited for the food to arrive. The drink selection was abundant and it was really nice to have a good assortment of mocktails available as well. All in all, it's definitely a place we'd go back to.

This place was cool. Great vibe and atmosphere. The service was good but we did wait a long time for food. The waitress was great and brought us many drinks while we waited. The food was not as good as expected. My wife had to send her dish back. She ordered the avocado bowl and the avocado was very green and mushy. The shredded potatoes were a bit raw. I got the fish and chips and the fries were undercooked and not seasoned. The drinks were great. I got the orange crush and the rest of our party got the $3 mimosas, which were great.

This was my first visit and found that it's best to make reservations before you go as it does get busy here. I was still able to do a tasting here though without one and was seated in the barrel room which was amazing. The tasting included 5 wines along with water to rinse your glass between changes. They also offer meats and cheeses to go along with your tasting which is great if you want to enhance the flavors of your wines. All of the wines I tasted here were great and I would recommend going to this place if you never have before. Lastly the people here were very friendly and even gave us a bit of history about the winery before we ordered.

We had to make a stop for a bottle of wine 🍷. The staff was outstanding. The view was outstanding. The wine is one of the best that we have tasted. Great job 👍
Michael S — Google review
I decided to take a trip to the winery and wanted to see what it was it was all about. To my surprise everyone that greeted me was very friendly and they made and sold so varieties of costum wines. You have to come check it out!
Nick M — Google review
Went with 3 friends and did a taste sampling of 5 wines. Wide selection to choose from. We also ordered a side order of crakers and cheese with chocolate. Samples are served in tube that you pour into a glass. All wines we tasted were very good. We spent about and hour and a half tasting and talking. No one rushes you. We then went on a short tour of the wine storage room full of barrels and got a brief history of the Waltz company. Had a great time only negative bottles to buy were expensive, $27 and $36 for the wines we liked. Cheapest was $17 a bottle. Beautiful area very scenic.

A fantastic afternoon for Althie and I to visit the winery, listen to music on the lawn and have an amazing tasting for each of us to enjoy 5 wines. Keith and the entire team were knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly. Also the charcuterie tray was delicious. Recommend highly & we will be back soon! Thank you for a great afternoon. Sincerely, Althea and Ed Rolfe, Chester Springs 🍷🥂

Waltz Vineyards has a great selection of wines! They have several award winning wines as well. There are options of different charcuterie trays you can get with different cheeses. The prices were affordable and the tasting was $15. As you can see in the picture, the tasting was very unique as they were in test tubes and you can pour them into your glass for an awesome experience. Liz was the best and so friendly! She was very knowledgeable about the wines and super sweet! Go check it out today! They suggest making reservations on Saturdays, but you can make one during the week too online!
Andrea D — Google review
Came here for the first time and was not disappointed! Their wines are great (on the drier side for the most part but still fantastic) and we really enjoyed their selection of cheeses to try also! The wine tasting experience was excellent and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back!

Bowling alley
Nestled on North Queen Street, Decades is a vibrant vintage-chic venue that perfectly blends dining and entertainment. This unique spot features a 6-lane bowling alley alongside an impressive collection of over 30 classic arcade games, making it an ideal destination for families and friends alike. The atmosphere is lively and fun, inviting guests to unleash their inner child while enjoying comfort-food-inspired vegan dishes.
A great place for foodies and families to hang out! I love scratching my nostalgia itch at this retro arcade, plus I get to enjoy a surprisingly modern menu. The food here is very accessible for everyone – you can get a solid burger and fries or mac & cheese if that’s what you and the kids want. If you’re a little more adventurous, they have some beautiful salads, awesome, mixed drinks, and mock tails, and delicious vegan options. The service is always fast and very friendly. Obviously, a big draw is the entertainment surrounding your dinner table. My kids had a great time bowling And bouncing from one arcade console to the next, jamming buttons on the games. I loved back in the 90s. Even on the weekends, which is when we typically go, it feels like a happening place without being excessively crowded. They’ve really done a great job With the design and overall layout of the space. Whether you’re out with some buddies, hanging with family, or just looking to have a drink and watch the game, you’ll fit right in at Decades.

Fun family establishment. Food was good. The mozzarella appetizer was Amazing! The basket with pretzels, onion rings and curly fries was huge. Pretzels were more like toasted bread texture. Not bad-but definitely not a true pretzel. Great fun for all ages. Bowling was great. The retro video games were super fun. $5/20coins you typically only need 1-2 coins per game/machine. The bar had great cocktails. Service was slow-given we visited mid week and the place wasn’t not busy. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were very clean. **after 8:30pm-minors are not allowed in the building** plan your visit accordingly

Busy place. Great for Gen X - kids. Lots of 1980's video games, bowling lanes, restaurant & ice cream bar all tucked away in an old schoolhouse. Seems to draw a crowd. Ice cream flavors were excellent. Great atmosphere. Inside and outside seating areas and lounging as well.
Mr. E — Google review
This place was an absolute blast! It is perfect to take the family, or just as a fun date night. We took the kids and it was so much fun playing games while waiting for our table and food. It is important to note that kids are not allowed after 8:30; it is 21 and over only. Game tokens are the value of a quarter and the most expensive game is two tokens. We started playing games while waiting for our table. It was an 80s kid’s paradise! The drinks were phenomenal. I got the smoked pecan old fashioned and it is in the top 3 drinks I have ever had. My wife got Love Wins and it was served in a BAG! Everything about the restaurant and bar was fun. Like the rest of the restaurant, the food did not disappoint. We got the wontons, curly fries and nachos. They were all fantastic. The nachos had grilled chicken with excellent flavor, the wonton’s chili sauce was flavorful and the curly fries were nice and crispy. We would definitely recommend this place!

Decades provided a welcoming, retro experience that had me enraptured the moment I walked in. I felt like I was a child again playing the games I grew up with while spending quality time with friends. The food and drinks were delicious, and the service was immaculate! Definitely a place I will come back to.
Veronica M — Google review
We come any chance we can get. My kids love the old school arcade games. I come just for the adult capri sun pouches and fried uncrustables. It can get extremely crowded and you can wait to play games sometimes
Meghan L — Google review
Decades hosted a celebration for our work team of about 45 people & it went phenomenally well! Our group loved having the option of being able to sit and chat over food and drinks in the private dining area or being able to play games and bowl. It was lovely! The food was great & Decades was able to accommodate some dietary restrictions flawlessly. I did a lot of price comparisons prior to the event and Decades pricing was superb. A special thank you to Olivia, Bella, and the rest of the team for making our celebration special!
Emily S — Google review
Expected standard tavern fare food, but was pleasantly surprised. Definitely way above average. As expected, the place was busy and noisy on a Saturday evening; after all, it is an arcade, bowling alley, bar and restaurant! Server and rest of staff were attentive and friendly.

Fine dining restaurant
Amorette is a new addition to Lancaster's fine dining scene, housed in a repurposed warehouse in downtown. The restaurant offers prix fixe, multi-course tasting menus with American and French influences, aiming to rival Michelin-starred experiences. It also boasts a separate bar entrance on Prince Street and serves unique drinks like 'A Beet in Thyme' and 'Pumpkin Pisco Sour.'
I've been wanting to try this place since they opened. I'm pretty upset I missed my chance at the full dining experience, but I'm glad I was about to at least try out the Lounge before they closed. My date and I decided to go all out, and we ordered at least half of the total food menu and most of the cocktails. We loved every bit of it. The cocktails that stood out to me the most were the Black Smoked Manhattan and the Cachaça Beet Fizz. My top three dishes were the Pork Loin & Belly, the Morel Fettuccine (with Summer Truffle added), and the French Apple Cake. Overall, it was a fun, relaxed, yet elegant experience for both of us. We hate to see the restaurant go, and we can only hope that the next place provides a similar, elevated experience.
Weston C — Google review
We went for the Valentines Day prefix dinner at $175/each. A bit pricy, but worth it for special occasions. The service was beyond spectacular! We had several people serving our courses but Gabriel was our Culinary Ambassador and he was friendly, funny and attentive. He made the experience relaxing and removed the “stuffy “ from the atmosphere. The culinary presentations were just fabulous! Prior reviews talked about small portions of food, so we didn’t expect much. I have to say while the portions were not what most would expect for a meal, they were just enough and we left very satisfied. The care, expertise, and creativity of the chef were obvious in all the plates. While the prices may limit Amorette to special occasions, we will return!
Steven V — Google review
WOW. What an amazing experience this was! We took our Pastry students here for a Chef's table and it was completely amazing. These pictures do no justice for the taste and the actual experience. This place is an unexpected, truly remarkable find in Lancaster. The ambiance, the table in the kitchen, and having the chefs come out to each individually introduce their plates was simply extraordinary! I will for sure be returning here and highly recommend!

I have been to dozens of countries, and the greatest joy is to explore the local specialties. Restaurant environment, hygiene, service、Food styling has artistic effect, taste, health...is the standard I like. This is my second time dining at Amorette and I love it. Award-winning chef team and Professional Sommelier. A multi-sensory dining experience, a very enjoyable dinner.
Lena G — Google review
My wife and I went to Amorette based on her research of top restaurants in the area. We were treated very nicely upon arrival and had a drink in the lounge. Dinner was quite the interesting dog and pony show, however. I just now read the other reviews, and it does come down to being bedazzled with presentation vs actually eating a meal. I left wanting to find a pizza slice place because 1 quail egg, 3 oysters, 3oz of beef, deep frozen rose pedals and a bite of goat cheese cake won't cut it after drinking an Old Fashioned and sharing a bottle of wine. The $80 bottle of wine came with a wonderful discussion by the Sommelier. He was such a pleasure to speak with. By the way, the rose pedal science show should be assessed for customer safety. As part of the show, you are asked to get up and bring your plate to a special room, where a server creates something called Dragon's Breath. It's basically 1 pastry thing dunked in Nitrogen to flash freeze. We were instructed to pick it up as soon as it came out, and stupid me did it and freezer burned my finger tips. 2 days later, 1 of my finger tips is still feeling it.

Would highly recommend! We went to celebrate my parents' upcoming birthdays, and they went above and beyond to make it special. They paid attention to all the details and were very attentive. The food was absolutely amazing - all of it was so good, from the fresh-baked bread to the wagyu ribeye (melt-in-your-mouth) to the inventive desserts and ending with nice petit fours. Thank you so much! Looking forward to returning to try the 7-course tasting menu.
Carey Z — Google review
From the moment my friend and I walked in we were treated like royalty. Every single member of the staff was gracious and accommodating. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. We chose the 7-course meal and I'm so glad we did. Every single bite was perfect. The sommelier was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question we asked. I would go again in a heartbeat.

This place is REALLY impressive. We went here because we are planning to reserve the private room in the near future and were blown away at the level of detail, quality of food, and professionalism of the staff. This could be the best restaurant in Lancaster and I would not be surprised if it started to get accolades outside of the city very soon.

Very friendly service. Tina was great and treated us like regulars. Can’t say anything about the atmosphere, we ate on their patio. Food was very good. Pretty standard nachos. I had a salad with beef tips that was very good. We’ll definitely return.

This is a great place. I had the Philly Cheesesteak and it was excellent. Met the owner and he gave us some fun history about the place. The 10th oldest tavern in the state and oldest in Lancaster County. We will be back.

No doubt the friendliest tavern around. You will see a range of people from locals to the lucky ones who magically found this place. You will see the business owners and the noisy fun ones and everyone in between. The servers are always quick, fun, and like to be there. They do not just serve the locals only. The owners are there and couldn’t be nicer. There is a lot of history and they have it displayed well inside. One of the great bars!

What a great little place! We came here because we are doing a scavenger hunt that included visiting the oldest bar nearby. We will be back because of the excellent service, the good prices, the yummy food, and the atmosphere. We had the caprese and pickle flatbreads, the potato skins, and the conehead chicken. The chicken sandwich was advertised as extremely spicy and it was not but it was delicious. The staff were funny and welcoming and inviting.

Such a historic bar and super friendly staff. I could spend hours just looking at the walls and the pictures and talking to all that nice patrons. Had the burger and a salad and it was perfect just as ordered. But what I really liked was the beer selection, out of the 10 or 12 taps only two or three IPAs, thus they had excellent other choices, really like that in a bar these days.

My husband and I went to Sehnks a coupld of weeks ago and it was terrific. We had a wonderful time, the food was great, and our server, Tammy, was so very kind and told us all about the history of this very old tavern and even took me around and showed me some of the old pictures. Fell in love with the town of Marietta and we will most definitely be back. Great place with a great atmosphere and history.

Rural City Taproom is a vibrant brewpub that invites you to unwind in its funky atmosphere while enjoying a selection of creatively named beers and casual tavern fare. Located on West King Street, this spot is perfect for gathering with friends over shuffleboard or board games. The menu features locally inspired dishes, ensuring a laid-back dining experience alongside their true-to-style brews. With options like the chocolate peanut butter stout and unique flavors such as Voyage to Infinity, there's something for every palate.
Went to the first night of the soft opening. The interior will seem familiar as there weren't a ton of changes to it at this point (fresh paint, new lights, and the taps/register moved). They do have some food options already and seem like they're working on finalizing them. They kept the TV's and plan on showing games. They offer a great selection of beer, have some canned options for non beer drinkers (I spotted some stateside vodka seltzers.) and they mention getting cider soon too! Their glassware is really nice. As of now the shuffleboard is still there so go play!

Great visit to the Rural City Taproom. Enjoyed talking beers with the assistant brewer and tasting their great work. Such a down to Earth and welcoming authentic brewery. Good work! Carrot cake beer (yeah what?!?), new england IPA and saison were fantastic.

I have always enjoyed the chocolate peanut butter stout; however, I feel like others taste too much like it. Tried the red velvet, and it had pretty much the same flavor notes as the chocolate pb. It's a nice hangout spot, just not sure if it's one of favorite spots for beer anymore. Under new ownership; however, awesome bartender and still great beer. They still offer draft filled cans to go with a variety that hits different style taste buds. I enjoyed the Voyage to Infinity and the Kente Stripes. It's a great spot to sit back and relax with both indoor and outdoor seating options.

I'm really not sure why this place doesn't have a higher rating! We went in today for lunch, were seated promptly by the friendly staff, ordered our meals with our very attentive server, Dom. We were served within 20 minutes and all four of us enjoyed our meals very much! The fries are amazing!!! A "side" salad is a meal! The atmosphere is clean, open and modern. It is a sports bar with TVs, some games and a nice central round bar. The menu is diverse, so there will be something for everyone. Prices are great! We would definitely return. Don't sleep on this place!!

What a great place to grab dinner/drinks. We went here after a full day of sports at Spooky Nook. It's only minutes away from Spooky Nook and very easy to get there with easy on/off entrance to the highway. The food was delicious! We went on Saturday around 6pm and walked right in/no wait. Food was hot and prepared as ordered. It was delicious. Would highly recommend the apple walnut salad, and the burgers were amazing. Generous portions too.

Let's just say I don't plan on coming back. The customer service and food failed my expectations. First, we called ahead to be added to the call ahead. They never wrote down the information and we had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Next comes customer service. We ordered our food and I got a burnt pizza. Thankfully the wings were decent but it was poor service all over and don't plan to spend my hard-earned money here again.

I really wish I had read the reviews before deciding to eat here. Pub fries were French fries, about 30lbs of half melted cheese and a handful of chives. Chicken cheese steak was okay, but the chicken fingers for SIXTEEN dollars were so dark and crunchy my kid didn’t even want to eat them. I think it’s safe to say we won’t be back.

A great place to go for dinner or a weekend lunch! I paid about $40 for a beautiful salad with plenty of yummy toppings, a good sized appetizer (not in the picture) and a cocktail. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. My family and I are repeat customer. We've come so many times it's just that good. The last time we had Meridth she was amazing attentive and knows how to joke around. So glad we chose P.J. Whelihan's! Audrey, who is returning to Virginia Tech soon, (in pictures) was our waitress. We are sure she will be missed! She took excellent care of us, even though we were the only patrons sitting on the patio on an 80 degree afternoon, but we're from Florida. 🤣 "We" includes our dog, Bernie. "We" choose dog friendly businesses to patronize when "we" travel, and P.J's looked like a good deal, especially since they welcome Bernie. It helped that they had half priced wings and cheese steak egg rolls. Bernie couldn't finish all of his sweet potato fries as he filled up on the burger. We were glad to help him as they were amazing with the horseradish sauce! Blessings for the new school year, and all that lies ahead for Audrey and P.J's Thanks for a nice evening!🌅

Our waiter was Nicholas, he was spunky and had a great attitude. Very polite and attentive to all that we had. The drinks came fast and the food not long after. Everything we had was delicious and hot. I recommend the wings for sure! My partner didn’t like his alcohol very much. Wasn’t like he remembered. I let Nicholas know and he hopped on it no problem and took it off our bill and didn’t even charge us for the replacement of Coke. Definitely worth the go.
