It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Quaker Steak, and while the food was still pretty good, the service was so slow and inattentive. At one point, I had to walk around the restaurant to try to find my server because it had been at least 20 minutes since we’d seen her. It must have taken almost 40 minutes to get our food from when we ordered, and it really wasn’t particularly busy. To top it off, they messed up the wing flavors we got, which they fixed, but we were already waiting so long. The wings themselves are still bigger and juicer than Buffalo Wild Wings, but I still prefer the sauces at BWs over Quaker Steak.

This was a bucket list stop and I was not disappointed. They set up was so cool. Something to look at no matter where you sat. The food smelled absolutely amazing while we waited. I had the grilled boneless wings with the Kentucky Bourbon sauce. My boyfriend had the Cheese Curd Burger. Both were perfectly tender and full of flavor. No ketchup needed with the fries either. Perfect potato to salt ratio. Our server, Jordan, was very friendly and prompt. Would love to come back out for a bike night sometime.

This was my first time to a Quakers, I was told on the way in it was like Bdubs but with Nascar. On that hand they were right, but the food, service, and cleanliness was 10x better than the Bdubs I've been to. The food was still ok, I wouldn't choose to eat here. I got the Garlic Curd Burger and the pattys were good the rest was average. Also got the Atomic Scorpion Boneless Wings cause Scorpion Hot sauce is my favorite. The sauce was great the chicken was undercooked and also average. Service was nice and fast and our drinks were kept full. It was a good one time thing for me. I do still recommend but just not for me and I won't be back.

Great casual and unique place. Good selection of items. Burger was juicy, just needed s&p which I added myself. Husband enjoyed atmosphere being a car guy.

This is the 1st visit to this restaurant in Ohio and I was very disappointed 😒 Took forever to get out appetizers but that was good.... then it took another almost hour to get our food and my sister had to wait even longer bc they made her food wrong twice! Waitress never asked about drink refills and we had to ask for things we had already ordered with our food.

Was very warm in the restaurant. Server wasn't rude but definitely not friendly either. Our whole table ordered wings and they didn't have much flavor honestly and we got the Louisiana kind and mild. Boom Boom shrimp appetizer and the cheese curds were yummy though.

We were in town a few weeks ago to visit family and friends and for a reunion. We had a room to ourselves, nice. Bartender kept up with drinks and food orders very well. Food was simply ok. Just didn't seem to have a lot of zing to the wing sauce and the other appetizers were just run of the mill ok items. Unfortunately, the AC was not working properly and it was pretty hot int here for the evening. Understand things happen and happen when a reviewer is there. Sorry.

I have enjoyed Hot Chicken Takeover since their beginnings over ten years ago. Sadly, my experience today is a cautionary tale in what happens when you sell a business to a soulless corporation. The Mac and cheese was horrid, and the slaw is probably the worst I've ever had. Long John Silvers makes better slaw now. As for the chicken itself, it was bland, hardly seasoned, and the portions were skimpy. I want to be clear that the service was good, and I do not in any way fault the employees for this experience. This lays squarely at the feet of arrogant, greedy owners who refuse to listen to their customers, and who think that they can switch out cheap swill for the formerly high quality ingredients this place was known for. I honestly thought that all the negative reviews I saw here and elsewhere were excessive. They aren't. More people came in to use the bathroom at leave than bought food on a Tuesday night, so people are voting with their feet. If you loved the old HCT, avoid the new Hostile Chicken Takeover.

Service was great! I ordered the 5 wings with a side of Mac & Cheese and the food was definitely made with love. The wings were really good and tasty! I love the ranch that hot chicken has to go with the chicken. The service is was fast and the staff remarkably nice. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

Food was hot, fresh, and good! My first time getting food here and I was extremely happy I picked this place for lunch! I got the nuggets and Mac and cheese. Kinda expensive but it was very VERY good!! Service was great as well. Very welcoming, friendly, and professional service from the lady working the front today. April 4th around 12:00PM

Hot Chicken Takeover has shifted gears a bit since its change of ownership. Thankfully the seasoning and ranch still taste great. I was excited to try the expanded menu with lots of options. The chicken bites were great and the white bread is always a good addition. I was disappointed by the sides though. The Mac and cheese was basically flavorless. Not a big fan of the new sauces either. They really have to deliver with pricing this high. So sad they took away free ranch and sweet tea. Will have to try some other items next visit.

If you want "Nashville Hot" style chicken then absolutely give this place a try. The "Warm" spice level is just a little hotter than regular "Buffalo Wings" (traditionally made with Frank's Red Hot" and are probably just right for folks who want spicy, but not pain. If you're a chili head, or thrill seeker, then you'll want a higher spice level. The place was nice and clean, the temperature inside pleasant, and the assistant manager who helped me at the counter was very pleasant and friendly. If you're looking for more affordable prices then try the M-W $10 lunch special. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is that some of the prices, especially the $3.50 for coleslaw or $3 for a soda are just too damn high. I can't accept any place charging $3 for a fountain drink when it's essentially ten cents worth of corn syrup + water. And $3.50 for coleslaw? Why? Cabbage is known for being cheap, it's what you eat when you're too poor to afford something else. Normally coleslaw is something that just comes with a meal, not something you pay extra for? Anyway, sign up for the app, save $5, and give it a try - who knows, maybe you'll love it and maybe you'll find the side prices to be worth it.

This was the best chicken I've had in a fast food restaurant. The HOT level sauce on the chicken was on point. I had the big tender sandwich and big they were. The tenders were very juicy, the pickled onions were delicious and the waffle fries were finger licking good.

My family and I drove 4 hours to eat here (and go to the zoo). We ate here a few years ago when there was only one location, different location than this, and my family has talked about it so much since then. I wasn’t ready for any heat on my chicken on this trip so I stuck with the kids and ordered mine cold for the heat. My husband went down a level to medium this year and he thoroughly enjoyed his food. We had ordered the kids chicken with Mac, chicken sandwich (topped with coleslaw) and Mac, wings (5) and beans, and a banana pudding. The sandwich I ordered was so filling. I didn’t want to not finish my food as I was full before eating it all. It was seriously too good to let any go to waste. I ate my sandwich with their homemade ranch. I only like homemade ranch, not the store bought and this met my expectations. The coleslaw serve is so good. It’s lightly dressed and not the heavy mayo kind. Their Mac is creamy and baked so it’s the perfect combination of taste and texture. The sandwich is also served with pickles, the good dill cut pickles. My husband ate his 5 wings, no bread and no beans and was full just off that. The kids enjoyed their food so much and also enjoyed dipping the chicken in ranch. The banana pudding was divine. We all shared one serving since we were already full. The pudding was fresh, The homemade banana pudding tastes with real bananas. It did not disappoint. The meals came with sweet tea, served southern style as it is very sweet. The restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, and wait times were minimal. I can’t wait to go again today, two days in a row.

I got to try this place a few weeks back during one of our parents socials at my job when I say I was blown away by the delicious boneless wings it’s an understatement. I wasn’t even able to eat them fresh due to having to work but even eating them later on that night for dinner, they were still super delicious so far the Carolina Gold and the Hot Honey are my favorite sauces and they also have delicious crinkle fries and an amazing ranch and blue cheese. You have to go try this place. You will not be disappointed. They also offer a really good promos and buy one get one on certain foods.

We have been traveling to OSU (Columbus) for four years for a clinical trial and this was our first time at Wings Over! OH MY GOSH!!!! This was incredible! My wife had the grilled chicken wrap with fries and the house made ranch! She said it was delicious! I had the chicken sandwich. A large chicken strip smothered in cheese sauce and bacon bits, with your sauce of choice. I chose Carolina Gold. Then the whole thing is wrapped in a warm piece of Texas Toast! Good Lord!!! I rounded it out with an order of Chili Lime fries! We will definitely be back! This is as just…. WOW!

First time trying it and the wings were incredible, good size and a lot of meat. Tried the sweet heat sauce and loved it (wasn’t very spicy but great flavor). Cajun fries were also a 10/10. Give it a try!

We tried this place for the first time a couple nights ago and here we are back again. The food and service is amazing. John and Brad are amazing! Our new favorite spot!! Love the Aviation theme!!

Honestly the driest traditional wings I’ve ever had. Bought a 20 pack with 2 rubs and a sauce. Just go to roosters….better quality, larger, and juicy. Don’t make this mistake by coming to this bs.

Disappointed. Ordered through door dash for the first time. Ordered 3 packs of tenders, one was an 8 pack with large fries. Fry quantity was the same as the other two orders with regular fries.

We've been going to the CM chicken down in Cincinnati for years and have enjoyed it. This CM chicken is more 'Korean' in the aesthetic sense, with 3/4 of the TV's playing Korean channels, with numerous KPop posters on the walls. Service was incredibly fast, good and authentic Korean flavors that remind us of being back at Thunder Chicken in Myeongdong. Pepper was wonderful, very attentive and kind. The locale is clean, although that busted men's bathroom door could use some work. Highly recommend!

Our favorite Korean chicken restaurant! CM Chicken is the best fried chicken we ever had. We always go here for dinner, and the chickens were freshly cooked. It's super crunchy but still meaty, super flavorful, delicious, and, best of all, has a lot of servings! We recommend their snow chicken, garlic soy chicken, and their wedge fries! Our servers are friendly, alert, and check us out if we need something. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice too. I love the way they decorated the walls. I wish CM Chicken had a branch in Pittsburgh, though. I doubt we could find anything like this back there!

There is a new KFC in town, this is Korean Fried Chicken. CM chicken is a new regular part of my eating regiment. We have been there a dozen times, great for interviews, office team meetings, a quick snack, any time of day or week. Note: they are following the new trend of smaller shops and are closed on Mondays. Great spice options, also like the fact that they give you a choice of chicken tenders and traditional wings. I really like the garlic sow and have had the monster cheese chicken several times as well. When we stopped in yesterday, we tried their 3 piece lunch specials. This was great, since I was visiting with 2 friends. We each picked a different spice and then switched so we each got to try one piece of each of the spices. They always surprise me on how fast the food comes out. They also provided pickled radish, a Korean favorite, free at the table as an appetizer. Unique taste, a little vinegar, but definitely worth a try. They also have regular fries and for a small uncharge, curly fries or waffle fries.

I went with an out of town friend and we had a really good meal. The restaurant kitchen closes 30 minutes before the listed closing time, so keep that in mind. We ordered 2 different version of chicken tenders, plus some kimchi. The waitress brought us some pickled daikon radish which was a welcome addition to our meal as it helped cut the spice from the chicken. Things worth improving: They were out of drumsticks which was a bummer because that is really what we came for. We ordered tenders instead. There was a flickering spotlight above us and it felt like there was thunderstorm happening outside just from the light flickering. It was distracting but would be easy enough to fix. The restaurant was out of rice, which I can honestly say I have never experienced at any Asian restaurant ever before. The rice would have been a welcome addition to our meal. We didn’t order any of the fried foods, but almost all of the side dishes were deep fried foods including 3 types of fries (regular, curly, waffle) and similar items. Adding more authentic Korean banchan options would allow us to create a full balanced meal. Catering to an American pallet is fine, but restaurants should know that many of us are eating out for authentic experiences and not just endless deep fried foods. Highlights: Our waitress was super sweet and accommodating, and even walked us through the menu and gave us her suggestions for the best dishes. There were many TVs playing Korean cooking and music videos, and this added to the ambiance and was a nice touch.

Very fast preparation and great quality food. The sauces were unique and flavorful! I was happy to have found it by chance. Uh I totally forgot to take a photo the day of but I saved the leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch.

You know it’s good Korean fried chicken when your wings are still crispy the next day. CM Chicken comes through in this aspect. We ordered our wings in the garlic soy, garlic spicy, and red hot pepper sauces. Red hot spicy was pretty pepper, so I’ll just stick the with garlic soy and garlic spicy next time. All were good though along with the curly fries. The service was nice too. Friendly people there.

Where do I start 😂 cool location with a nice patio and bar area. Easily some of the best smoked chicken wings I’ve had in Columbus (and I’ve tried many). The flavor was amazing and the brine process kept the wings very moist. Kansas City bbq and Carolina gold didn’t wow me but will try other sauces next time. The brisket nachos were awesome! Beer cheese tasted great and the salsa too. Topping coverage could have been a little better. Easily top 10 in Columbus. Good selection of house brews and the house pineapple ipa I had great flavor. Next time I’ll try the stout. Our hostess was super friendly but our waitress must have been having an off day. Also not her fault, but the kitchen halved our wing order somehow. Probably the only fault of the whole experience. A good try after trying Barleys for the first time given the previous ownership connection (exceptional service through and through at Barleys haha). Definitely worth the drive!

5/5 on all fronts: taste, dining experience, price Had the cured and smoked pastrami sandwich with coleslaw. Man was this a treat. The beef brine came through on the palette, and the Swiss cheese complemented the smoky zest. The establishment was cool, clean and the outdoor patio was spacious. Next time I will enjoy a brew outside. The service was attentive and in good mood.

We like to visit this establishment when we get over to this area. Food is usually good and the beer always hits the spot. Unfortunately they seem to be down on staff so this particular visit wasn’t great. But that’s everywhere so I can’t really hold that against them. I had the baby back ribs with Mac and cheese and tots and my husband had the meat loaf. Tots were over cooked and hard in the middle, my husbands green beans were cold and cold water squirted out of them when you would bite them. Stick to the pub grub and you will be happy. I recommend the sauerkraut balls…yum!! Give them a try if you are in the area.

Great lunch today! I ordered the smokehouse classic salad with brisket - it was delicious and huge! My friend got a burger that looked amazing. Our server was so friendly!

Located just south of Grandview, Smokehouse Brewing Company is a bar & grill with a sizeable menu, a full bar, and even a private room for small events. Most of the menu items are designed to pair with specific types of drinks (usually with a reference to said pairing), and the staff is exceptionally prompt and friendly. There isn't much around it in the way of shops, and the location doesn't cater to those without their own transportation, but it is certainly worth the trip if you're looking for an above-average, bar & grill experience. The good: exceptionally friendly staff. The food and service are excellent. The bad: staffing shortages since the pandemic (though the staff and management are great). A pinch pricey (but worth it). The back room is available for small events, including D&D (I've played it here on multiple occasions), and the staff is VERY friendly and accommodating. If I could give it 4.5 stars, I would.

Food and drinks excellent. I had the Cosmo. Best Cosmo in decades. I did the bbq slider trio. I will be back. Only complaint was when we arrived seating was confusing. No one up front.

Wow, what an experience, start to finish. We were waitied on Latyce who was more than willing to bring out samples for us to find the right beers. (Fantastic) Our cocktails had depth of flavor. But the food. Wow. Wowowow. We ordered almost ever sauce, apps galore and 2 main entrées. Flavor was out of this world good. No lie, best Jamaican Jerk sauce I've ever had. Wings should be the #1 best in town. Inferno sandwich is something to brag about. Long story short, 11/10 would come back.

14 founders Pizza was good, topping perfect amount & placement! If I weren't in a hurry, I'd have it baked a min or two longer. Value for $$ good, def buy again! CRUST WAS COATED WITH GARLIC BUTTER - LOVED THAT!!!Atmosphere here im sure, varies due to its location (downtown cols oh), probably busiest at lunch & evenings mostly take out/delivery. Overall, not fancy, reminded me of way back pizza parlors/hangout when growing up (no pinball machine though, lol). Can't wait to try other menu items!! Staff was very knowledgeable on menu items and super nice. I'm gonna regret this but here goes: PERFECT FOR A BITE BEFORE A SHOW AT THE PALACE!!! Now they're gonna get swamped!! LOVE THE BOX!!!! Didn't think to take pics, was too hungry!

I love OH pizza but They barely put any sauce on my wings I had to eat some dry ass wings!! This not the first time they mess up my order. For the price I paid that's crazy!! Must be on a budget.. go to the Hilliard location they are friendlier too!

A good place for a pizza 🍕 even though my pizza was really salty, I was able to enjoy it. The service was not that good, as I sat down to be served the lady yelled at me from far asking me if I wanted to be served at the table, I thought it was already obvious but I’ve never been there so maybe that’s how it works here. The pizza took a while even though the place was almost empty and there were a lot of them in the kitchen, but for the price it was really good. Like I said, a little too salty but not a huge deal. The vibe of the place screams cheap fast food which is exactly what I wanted.

I stopped by on 5/30/25 around 6 PM. The website and posted hours all said it should be open, but the lights were off, the "open" sign wasn’t lit, and no one was inside. There was a paper on the door that only listed the hours (which confirmed it should’ve been open), but the place was completely closed with no explanation. Not sure what’s going on—my husband really wanted to try this place, but I guess it just wasn’t meant to be.

Hey I don’t usually write constructive criticizing reviews, but my wife and I visited this place tonight June 2nd, 2025, around 5 o’clock, and it was just not great unfortunately. I manage a restaurant and we have very high standards which I don’t hold other places to, but I felt like every area of business here was just way under expectations. We arrived and were unsure whether to sit down or not because no one was there to greet us, then we get called over behind the check in desk to order with the lady by the kitchen. When we came over she handed us two menus that had over %50 of the items crossed out, but luckily the pizza was still available. But when looking over the menu she was talking to another employee who was standing right by us about all this drama that sounded to be within the restaurant, and it really gave off a bad first impression to begin with. Then we ordered, and the lady was not hospitable at all(not unfriendly, just no effort to be kind). Then we waited for precisely 31 minutes before getting our small 10” and gf pizza. Also, it was only us dining in there tonight, no one else came in. I got up at 30 minutes to go and ask about our food and that’s when they were about to bring it out, but no apologies or anything, just brought it out and asked us after 31 minutes if we would want some drinks, so we got two waters. Again it could have been a one off, I understand being at work when it’s slow and not wanting to maintain the urgency as if it were busy even just for two guests, but I was very disappointed by tonight’s presentation. Sorry for the long message, I just hope that I can hit on every point I noticed so that hopefully these things are acknowledged and improved upon, thank you.

Joy was super-friendly and efficient, considering how busy she was. Jeff and Joe in the kitchen made delicious wings and pizza. Service took some time but was understandable. I recommend for quality of food and friendly service.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. I haven't had a pizza that refreshing in a long time. My only complaint is the speed of service there wasn't much front of house coverage but the food made up for it. This place seems perfect for takeout or delivery. If you are going to sit down don't be in a big rush and be willing to be patient. I think it is worth it though. In addition to the pizza I got pretzel bites and deep fried Oreos and they were also superb. The prices are very good for such a prime spot downtown. Highly recommend checking it out and getting some food if you aren't in a rush and want a tasty meal.

02/28/24- revisited B & K Smoke House last week and sampled another one of their dinner plates; the Beef Brisket w/Collard Greens, and Mac & Cheese. Very delicious. I recently visited B & K Smoke House and wow wee! Probably “the” best beef brisket I have tasted in Columbus. Deliciously, flavorful, savory, and tender. True definition of finger licking good. I purchased the Combo # 1 with potato salad as my side. I also purchased the 10 Piece Chicken Wing Dinner (sweet & spicy sauced wings) with collard greens and mac & cheese for my two sides (2 sides included if you make your order a “dinner” order. Everything tastes amazing. This cooking is made with love. Tight and limited seating. Cool and zen space. Carry out highly recommended. Limited parking on Champion. Professional and welcoming service. Decent prices.

Right I’ve been going here for at least six years. The customer service is amazing. The gentleman who runs the restaurant he knows you literally buy faith. He is sweet. The food is authentic. It is made with love. I’ve never ordered anything there. I do not like and I always come back more

Okay…I really REALLY wanted this place to be incredible; in short, the food is strictly okay overall. The owners were so lovely and I genuinely do hope they take this critique in stride. We ordered the pork ribs, brisket dinners with mac and cheese, collard greens, baked beans and cornbread. The pork ribs were delicious - excellent smoke, tender, juicy, nice meaty bite. Tasting the ribs first, I thought this was the perfect set up for an even more flavorful meal, but I was wrong. The collard greens were alright, they definitely were not made with smoked meat which isn’t an entire deal breaker, but they only tasted of vegetable stock and vinegar - not overly salty but just not the best tasting. Unfortunately the mac and cheese was just not good, at all. The noodles were well cooked and held their structure, but that was probably the best thing about it - lacked flavor entirely, just noodles and cheese. No salt, no pepper, NOTHING. Thrown away, just not good, I couldn’t eat it. The baked beans were interesting, might’ve been the best thing under the pork ribs honestly. The flavor was different from any baked beans I’ve had, tasted like they may have used cinnamon and slightly too much nutmeg in the beans, overall they were fine. The cornbread was sad, dense, lacking flavor almost like it was an afterthought. Not baked well. Now…how utterly disappointing was this brisket!!! (Sad face) The seasoning did not come through on this cook, you couldn’t really taste the smoke on this; in order to eat the food I had to douse the brisket in their house BBQ sauce. While the sauce brought the food alive - I wish the smoke on the brisket could’ve done all the work!! The sauce is required in order to taste a modicum of flavor, and in BBQ the sauce should be optional. While yummy the sauce was definitely oil based, it just kind of slipped through the brisket and pooled at the bottom of the container. Overall, I’m not sure if this was just an off day, or if this is how the food really is. I’m truly saddened by this experience, I really wanted this to be good!

Tender really tender ribs but seams like they could have been more seasoned to be more flavored. Mac and cheese not that great. Beans pretty good. I would go back.

This was the first time coming there to get food and I will say it was amazing. The young lady who took the order for my wife and I was a sweetheart. We ordered the brisket dinner with collard greens and Mac and cheese with cornbread. The brisket was damn good. Very favor full and moist, nothing dry about it. The Mac and cheese was really good. The greens were good, but I will say that I wish the meat was in the greens, like hammock or bacon. But overall, this food was amazing. I am stuffed. My wife is stuffed as well. My wife and I might have to move in because we need more of that🤣🤣

I happened to be on this side of town around lunch time and boy I am glad I stopped here. This smoked BBQ spot is IDEAL. "hole in the wall" but a nice ordering/waiting area. Lunch combos are $13 and for the brisket sandwich and mac n cheese combo I got, I'd be charged $18 or $22 at big name smoke houses out in KC or Memphis. Seems family owned. I will definitely make my way to OTE again for this food.

The Bartender was extremely rude with a negative personality. Their hours are until 230am and they closed at 2 bc the bartender said so. I will not recommend or return.

Tino’s Bar & Grille is one of my favorite spots! The food is always delicious, the drinks are strong, and the vibe is just right. But what really makes this place special is the customer service — Fate is the best! Super friendly, professional, and always makes sure everything is perfect. Couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend!

I love the changes they made at Tino's Bar & Grille - it feels so much larger despite the owners saying they actually moved a wall to make more room in the kitchen. The bar is lowered now and you don't feel like you need a booster seat! It feels so open and much brighter. The food is fantastic - I had the pork tacos for lunch and was sad when they were gone! The smoked pork with the pineapple slaw... I'm drooling thinking about it! I'm excited to come back try more of the new menu items!

Nice place with tv's everywhere! I would imagine they could have all the games on... haven't been there during football season so I can't guarantee that. Had the house cheeseburger and it was great! Clearly was a handmade patty. Good selection of beers.

I ordered a High Noon around 1:30. When I got our bill we were charged $8.50 for one high noon. I was shocked. I asked server if this was correct. She said yes. The claw drinks and long drinks were $5 to $7 dollars. I looked online to see what a 12 pack of high noons cost. A little under $2 per can. I’m not sure who prices their item but that was more than I have ever paid. This is a bar in a strip mall. I have been to many other places and never paid that much.

Food great , fantastic service . Bartenders are really nice and always check in on refills. A lot of TVs so you can watch every game at once

I’m changing this to a 1 star review and should have known better after being here last time that I should avoid this place like the plague. If you are not a regular good luck getting decent service. The bartenders will spend their time talking with regulars only, ignoring the fact that there are other paying customers that would appreciate the same service. I would have spent more had I been taken care of better. Instead she preferred to talk to the guy at the end of the bar that she knew who appeared to be on the clock for whatever company he works for having a liquid lunch. You’re better off going to McClellans across the street better service, better food, and all around care about who walks through their doors. Ricky

Those wings👀👀 The wings were delicious. They had the perfect crunch. I had barbecue garlic sauce mix which did not disappoint. The fried pickles were good as well. They are fries and not circular. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was fresh. If you’re deciding whether to go or not, don’t hesitate go enjoy those wings.

Stopped in for lunch and food was ok. Got the smash burger and fries. Friend got BLT and onion rings. Burger was a bit dry but tasty. Fries were soggy, onion rings were good. I would try again.

Was with my dog at a dog park and felt like taking him somewhere to eat (I don’t often do that) and this place is very friendly. Patio was nice and very nice staff. And the food was great! My dog loved the hamburger and they cut it up in many pieces and with no seasoning. Will come here again! Edit: The OG burger was amazing!!!

Tried Shakers for the first time and the food was amazing. The only downside was the wait. We were told it would be 25 to 30 minutes, but ended up waiting 55 minutes to be seated. There’s no indoor waiting area, so we had to sit in the car. When we were finally seated, we noticed several empty tables, which made the long wait even more frustrating. After being seated, it took another 5 minutes before our waitress came over. Once we saw our waitress, the experience improved. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The wings were some of the best I’ve ever had. I tried the Garlic Menace and Hot BBQ flavors. The Garlic Menace was especially impressive, packed with flavor and topped with real garlic pieces. I also had the chili cheese fries, which were delicious. Overall, I would definitely go back if I’m in the area again, even if just for the Garlic Menace wings. They really need to bottle that sauce!

I have been going to Shakers off and on the last few months for their Wednesday wing special. Went today with my gf and tried the smash burger lunch special along with 6 wings. As usual, everything was excellent. Our server Dre was awesome as well. I paid with cash, left it on the table and she chased us to the door to let us know we had been slightly overcharged. Absolutely impeccable service and will definitely be back! Update!! Back again two days later! Crystal was our server this time and she was awesome!

Update: finally got around to visiting them in Worthington. Our server Unique (not sure on spelling) was amazing. Honestly her service was top notch and she had great recommendations too. Great food, indoor/outdoor seating & lots of TVs to watch. I totally recommend trying them out and it’s always a bonus that they are dog friendly. Not my first visit to Shakers and definitely not my last. Consistently good service and exceptional food. Some of the best chicken wings in Columbus with great specials too. Spencer did it right and it shows. 10/10

Back again in June 2025. These wings are some of the best in all of Columbus! First time there on Wednesday dollar beer dollar wing night from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. and Courtney waited on us. What a great little place that I've never even known about in Columbus. This place is a hidden gem down in Worthington.

Such a cute place. Gets busy. We were here at lunchtime. Lots on the menu but we decided to try the pizza. Had expected this woodfired pizza to have a char flavor but it didn’t. We had half pepperoni, half mushroom and both of us decided that it was kind of tasteless thinking the cheese overpowered it and the cheese wasn’t that flavorful either service was terrific. We would definitely go back to try something else.

Visiting Columbus, so this place decided to stop by greeted by friendly staff Natalie took care of us suggested some item from the menu. She was amazing and the food was delicious. Hi, you commented and I’ll be back.

All this is consistent, each time we return, our experience is the same. Very casual easy-going. OSU game day pictures reveal a fun atmosphere. But any time, choose The O on Lane for a casual meal with friends or family.

Delicious pizza. Friendly and attentive bartender who took care of us sitting at the bar. Clean and welcoming. Could use a few more unique craft beers on tap.

Excellent, friendly, service. The toasted ravioli with homemade sauce is perfect. The pepperoni pizza is an A+ delicious, fresh, and one of the best in town. The atmosphere is really nice and the vibe is great!!

If tasty American food in a sports themed atmosphere is your thing, this is your place! TVs play the hottest games. There’s amusing signs hung all over sure to make your chuckle at least once. The food is good- not healthy but it tastes good. It’s very loud and not a place for conversations. The mood is upbeat. The people work very hard. It’s more of a “get it done“ instead of timely service. They do not take reservations. We had a sports team of 14 people arrive on a Saturday afternoon. We were seated in a in impressive 15 minutes. The server did a good job taking our orders. Our food came out all at once – appetizers salad and entrées. with a crowd, our size and as busy as they were, I don’t think any of us really minded. However, if circumstances were different, we would’ve preferred appetizers to come out separately along with salads. Overall, our experience was great! The restaurant was clean! They had a test menu on the table, which was fun to review.

Disappointed. Called the restaurant to complain about soggy, hairy wings I received, spoke with the manager Genevieve who stated I will need to bring the wings back to the restaurant for a fresh batch, no apologies nothing. I’ve never heard of a restaurant asking you to bring contaminated food back, so Genevieve instead of leaving my 12 hr shift to bring you back wings I’ve decided to post it for you to see how soggy and hairy they were thank you for your empathy. Very unprofessional overall and Unsanitary response I must say.

What can I say? I love their wings. Staff is kind and friendly even when the business is packed! This is a good location near banks and retail businesses. You can walk off some of those calories before or after your meal. The wings are awesome with the many flavors that they offer.

Believe it or not it's our go to spot. It's food is good and you can have a very reasonable date night even though they raised prices a bit. Its a bit loud if your noise sensitivity but patio great. I'd give the food a 5 if they had a pasta dish and a rice dish. That would be the perfect menu then.

My favorite place and favorite roosters location. The food is always consistent and LOVE the staff. The managers are always walking through making sure food and service are good. The staff is very friendly and nice. Great place for food, drinks, and just chill.

The chicken fingers were thin and dry. Why is it, that a waitress doesn't ask if you need a refill on water, but always if it is a soda or a beer. Usually they are even in bigger glasses???

Laid back grille with bar next door. Roadhouse also has a beer selection. The wings were satisfying, but additional sauce would have taken them to the next level. Fries, tasted freshly cut, but could be thicker for optimal taste and texture. The Philly sandwich was flavorful, and the Lemon pepper and Buffalo wings are worth a try. Service was good and checked on occasionally!

We gotta do better. The fries looked and tasted 3 days old. When we opened the fries I thought they were onions rings. The wings were just okay, we asked extra crispy, yet not any crisp at all. The buffalo sauce was definitely just franks. Tons of better options around town. I recommend Lucky’s or nastys for wings.

Ordered through DoorDash and was not too impressed with the quality of food. There were hardly any fries, not worth the price at all. My Buffalo chicken sandwich did not have any noticeable sauce and the toppings were not fresh. My husband did say the wings were pretty good.

Roadhouse Wings & Grille is located across the street from Rooster's. The restaurant is clean and the chairs are moderately comfortable because they are a little older. I really like their loaded waffle fries and their wings are crispy which I prefer. My preference of sauces for the wings is their bbq and hot buffalo sauce mixed together. Their house wing sauce is like a Teriyaki blend and I wasn't a huge fan of it. it's no fault of their sauce I just have a tendency to be indifferent with Teriyaki sauce in general. We have ordered their food for delivery since then on multiple occasions so I would recommend giving their appetizers, sandwiches and wings a try. Dining in they will definitely get your food out fast and hot. One thing I noticed when we delivered is sometimes the wings have little to no sauce and there is a visible difference in dining in as far as quality, quantity and presentation versus delivery or takeout.

Walking in was cute. Nice to have a sign to seat yourself. Waited between 5 to 8 mins before someone came over. Mostly everyone already sitting was served. Some question were answered when we got the server, but didn't know what an actually Philly cheese steak is, we laughed though to try an help her. Yet once we got our food, never once she came to check back to ask how things were nor if we needed anything. My friend asked when order for ketcup, vinager an Italian dressing, she asked again for it an didnt get it from server. I got ketcup an vinager from another table. I also walked up to the counter, looking for things and yes she was with a to go order im assuming. Went to ask after they were in a break from talking an she walked away even though she saw me there. Only time asked when she brought our bill an only asked if we need more to drink. As a Supervisor myself at my Bar an restaurant, this drove me nuts sadly. Sadly I couldn't talk my friend in leave a tip for her an I based mine off service, accuracy , an timely manner. Saddest tip I ever left. We will not be back. 5/9/25 @12pm to 1pm

Stopped in for a dollar a wing day. These Wings were so crispy loaded with sauce we got barbecue medium some of the best wings I've had in awhile. Highly recommend

This restaurant opens until late hours. I came here for a dinner around 9:30. There were few ppl inside. Two screens were broadcasting basketball games and WiFi was available. I ordered a small size of traditional wings with their awesome sauce. However, I was waiting until 10:30 because of their kitchen mess. My server gave me a free fried pretzel as an apology. The pretzel tasted decent with queso and honey mustard sauce. Their wings tasted worse than the pretzel. Wings were a little dry. Their awesome sauce was mixed with ranch and buffalo sauce. The price was great.

Order pizza, cheese bread and sweet teriyaki boneless wings. The pizza tastes nothing like we’ve ever ordered from this restaurant. The cheese was rubbery and tasted soo cheap. Last time we were here, it seemed like the standard was to have garlic butter on the crust. This crust was thin and dry. Very disappointing. The cheese bread was good the cheese tasted normal like the pizza used to taste. The sweet teriyaki was overly sweet, but the wings were good sized. Overall, pizza was bad, rest was good.

I went around 5 on a Tuesday. The place was dead but the food was excellent. I had the bacon cheese fries, spicy garlic wings, and a 10" founders pizza. The fries had a mix of nacho cheese and shredded, along with actual bacon not bacon bits like alot of places do. The portion was easily big enough for two but I can't help myself so I ate them all! The wings were large and crispy. The sauce was a mixture of their garlic butter and medium Buffalo. It was nice but the extra fat does tend to cause it to separate if left too long. The thin crust pizza was awesome. Crispy crust that held up to the toppings and the brush of garlic butter over the crust was pretty amazing. The girl working the counter was very attentive and polite. She kept my drink full and made sure everything was perfect. Will definitely return.

Ordered two pizzas one gluten free supreme light bake and regular supreme , got two boxes none labeled had to call the store they stated “ the flatter one is gluten free “. Well it’s burnt definitely not light bake .. won’t order again

Where can you get fantastic pizza, amazing breast meat boneless wings, and funnel cake? OH pizza and wings has it all! I love the Carolina gold and garlic Parmesan sauces! And the old world ezzo pepperoni is so delicious.

Great customer service and we only experienced them when placing and picking up an order. But very kind, patient and knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the spicy ezzo pizza and hot Buffalo wings well done. Both were delicious and I Particularly like the garlic crust the pizza has. My friends had wings (hot buffalo) And finally cheesesteak egg rolls. Say compliment at the egg rolls and in state if they were ordered those again as well.

Have been meaning to try this place for a while. Stopped in as they were opening today. Grabbed a seat and was greeted promptly with a menu and drink order was taken. Ordered a Pork and Mindy, baked beans and corn pudding. The Pork and Mindy, very small hot dogs are used, good tasting but very small, bbq pork was excellent, had a sweet taste to it and cole slaw was plentiful on top of the pork. Bake beans didn't have much taste to them. Corn pudding had a lot of corn in it but the consistency was very moist where as most are drier. Overall not a bad experience. Want to come back to try some of the BBQ.

We had a fantastic meal at Old Skool!! The waitress was personable and knowledgeable about the menu. Her suggestions were spot on. We started with the wings, and the smokey flavor was divine! I got the poutine starter as my meal, with a very reasonably priced $3 slider to go with. The fries were crispy and preseasoned (unusual for poutine) but still very tasty. I only wish there had been more gravy. On the flip side one of our group said they wished the BBQ sauce was bottled and sold separately - it was that good. Beware: this place fills up quickly, and seating is on a first come basis. Come early or be prepared to wait. Nonetheless, we will be back!

Food is always amazing. It was shocking to be a little hole in the wall bar, that all food was home cooked. They have fair prices, and a verity to choose from. I was told owner cooks all items herself. She definitely puts her heart and soul into it. They have everything from potato, lasagna soup, to wings, pizza, or a fully loaded chef salad. The half size salad was just. Very generous on size.

I ordered the spicy deluxe sandwich and it was absolutely amazing! I'm a saucy girl, so next time I'll surely request extra sauce. The sandwich was not only tasty, but Kevin, who handled my order, is a true gentleman with a remarkable personality. He resembles a big brother. Cold wings and 3rd time in 4 orders they forgot the marinara sauce with the cheese sticks. Worst cold sloppy wings not even fully coated in sauce but yet drowning in sauce at same time, just a mess.

We went here and had the classic chicken sandwich, waffle fry/ spricy bbq boneless wing bowl, yellow mac, waffle fries w/ chili lime dry rub, and cornbread. Everything was absolutely amazing. Their secret signature sauce on the sandwich made me want to finish the sandwich even when I was stuffed. The waffle fries compete w/ Chic-fil-a's and would probably win since you can add any dry rub of your choice to them. I had the chili lime dry rub and it was awesome. The yellow Mac has a great combo of cheeses in it, and isn't runny. The cornbread is crumbly but isn't dry, and is that perfect corn sweetness. The sweet tea is good, for me it was om the sweeter side, but that's just my taste. If your sensitive to sweetness, I'd get it half and half! The price isn't bad either. We paid around $30.00 for everything. Ever been to a KFC? You'll never want to go back to one after eating OX-B's chicken. I will definitely be back in the future. Small restraunts never disappoint me, and this one is at the top of the list.

I'm glad I found this little wing place! Don't let the fact that they operate out of a shipping container fool you - they definitely know what they are doing because their wings are delicious! The waffle fries and white cheddar mac and cheese are also excellent. I look forward to returning many more times to eat my way through the rest of their menu. You can even order in advance and they will text you when it is ready and then you can pick it up at a drive through!

This is exactly what you want from a place that you get your food from a walk up window. Food is salty, greasy and a little spicy. I had the morning wood sandwich. Maybe a little too salty but delicious. Knife and fork sloppy. Fresh cut fries were very good. I did peak in the window and the kitchen look very clean. My cardiologist hates me eating here but I'll be back

I have been here three days in a row, trying new food. Their Grippo flavored cauliflower bites As well as the lemon pepper wings, which tasted like they used real Lemons and real Pepper they are so good and I also had their jerk chicken Philly cheese and for the third night I I am having the chicken sandwich, Grippo flavored! If you come here, you will not be disappointed guaranteed! They are great people with great food

I was in Columbus and asked to please stop here and bring back some food to Cleveland. We also purchase some to eat ourselves. Everything was delicious!!! Everything was welled seasoned and cooked just right. I am big on customer service I experience great friendly customer service. I felt that my business was appreciated and valued. We will definitely be back.

As cold as it was last night the smells were so good….My husband got the Carolina Chicken Tenders and Original Fries!! He said they were delicious… I got the Loaded Beef Coney Island and Original Fries…that was best Coney ever and the Original Fries the seasoning were the best ever!! We will be regulars!!!

I kept seeing this restaurant and wanted to try so much the pasta. I got the Cajun pasta and it was absolutely wonderful. Many interesting things in this dish to include blackened chicken mushrooms spinach sun-dried tomatoes parmesan it was a large portion and I took home about half of it. So good! The restaurant was very clean and staff were very helpful looking forward to going back again

Anas is one of the owners and he served me at the register. Gave me a run down of the menu and was super helpful with the options. Got the Philly, the classic burger, garlic parm/hot and spicy lemon pepper wings as well as baklava. Everything was incredible! Thank yall so much for the amazing service and food!

I can’t say enough about the food which was incredible & most important the service. Urban Gourmet was recommended by let’s eat Ohio. My godfather and I visited their stall December 20th. We ordered the Philly and some grilled wings. I’m exceptionally critical when restaurants offer a Philly as it’s my hometown. We were each blown away. The seasoning, layers of flavor and textures(meat, trimming, cheese, the bread) As Ryan and I discussed the importance of the darn bread! This place has got it right! There fries were fried perfectly. The char taste on the wings, chef’s kiss. Ashley was incredible and takes so much pride in here preparation of you order. They were both lovely and we cannot wait to visit again…wait wait wait I almost forgot I ordered the pasta w chicken& requested that it be made spicy & they did not disappoint! My husband was very satisfied and rarely is content with restaurants adding enough spice. Bravo Ryan and Ashley

We went in this evening, on a whim, after an engagement in Grandview. The dining area was small, but absolutely fine for two adults and two small kids. We had wings, a burger, tater tots and fries. Everything was great and the man at the desk seemed very happy to see us, take our order, and take care of us. I feeling like a happy customer service situation can be tough to find these days. Traditional naked wings were excellent! Very crispy outside, great seasoning and moist inside. Fries were also crisp and well seasoned. They're not open until evening and occupy the same space as Super Chefs. We'll be back to try the pizza next time.

This place is a local gem. My husband loves wings and said these are easily the best in Columbus. The bone in wings are great quality with a lot of chicken on them. They are extremely crispy despite not seeming to be breaded. The sauces we had were all incredible. We tried the buffalo ranch, lemon garlic parm and orange soda hot sauce. The boneless wings were also great quality and stayed crunchy and crispy up to the last bite. Also got the pepperoni pizza (amazing) and French fries (also amazing). The pepperoni pizza had a crispy thin crust and tons of pepperonis that were perfectly crispy. Both the ranch and blue cheese sauces were also great. I do wish they had a traditional hot sauce because I’m sure it would be incredible. However, the other sauces are so good the menu isn’t lacking without a traditional sauce. We have found our new wing craving staple.

First time trying. Best wings in Columbus! Ate them naked and they were seasoned to perfection! Priced good. Only complaint is lack of signage on the outside of their building which made them hard to find.

Wings were giant and explosive in unique flavors. My favorites are the lemon pepper parm and orange soda. There are very few late night options for wings during the weekdays. There is plenty of parking and seating. Note: They are located right next to B-dubs (brave and confident move if you ask me) Look for the Super Chef’s sign. Super Chefs by day, Justice Wings by night.

Walked in for a carry out; quick fast efficient service had my food within 10 minutes after ordering. Located inside super chefs, ordered pizza, wings and waffles. 10/10 crazy flavor delicious

Ok, these burgers are legit. If you are a hungry college student order a burger, if you are not- order one to split, seriously. 12oz to start, big burgers, but super tasty. We had several and all of them were good, get them med well (I usually like med rare, but these are big enough to take a little extra. A family owned dive bar kind of place. Not many tables so plan ahead, they won’t seat until everyone is present. Staff all share waiting duties, so at least there is always someone checking on you, but it is all made to order so nothing is fast, but it is worth the wait. Fries and onion rings were ok, as was the Ruben. Not bad, but stick with the burgers. Beers on tap and some in the can. Friendly staff, street parking. Gets busy fast. You will not go hungry (even splitting).

I need to double the stars to 10. First off I'd like to say I've ate here a few times and it gets better each time. The burgers are so big and cooked phenomenally. Has to be the best burger joint in Ohio. Victor is such a a great guy he was my server both times I've been there. I felt like I've known him my entire life and he treats you like family. If you go here please know it's worth the wait Everytime.

The ideal burger bar, Thurman's is a small space packed with personality. From it's rowdy music to the dollar bills all over the walls, it is a fun place to be and its authenticity is not skin deep. It has a good beer menu, great fries, fantastic onion rings, and speedy yet friendly service. But, let's face it; you can find all these at other places. What is hard to find is a burger as good as Thurman's. I got the Thurman burger, which was packed with toppings. This made for an over-the-top burger which I thought was actually a knock against the glory that is the patty of this burger. It is perfect: juicy, flavorful, cooked-to-order, and huge (their burgers are all 3/4 lb). Next time, I have to get the western burger to really make the most of the incredibly tasty meat in that patty and I hope that is sooner rather than later.

Omgod!!! So freaking good!! Didn't take pics of everything because I was too busy stuffing my face!! Omg it was ALL so good!! The reuben was on point! Wow!! That burger omg!! The fried pickles!! That pic was after we'd eaten some already!! So yummy ummy!!😋 I was visiting from Texas and so glad I got to try this place with my girlfriend!

Great place! The staff is fabulous and so nice! The fried cheese curds came out hot and fresh! The burgers are the star of the show. Absolutely delicious and highly recommend this place!

I had the biggest burger I think Iv ever had. It was AMAZING everything was great. The service was great everyone was so nice and attentive! The only thing I’d change is when you get that 2 lbs burger if they brought it out on a pizza pan lol. Honestly one of the best places Iv been. Great atmosphere everything was 10/10. Not many places have such a high rating while having so many reviews. It’s for a reason you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!

Burger was completely raw on the inside. How is this Columbus’ best burger when they can’t even cook a burger (to a safely edible temperature)? Also, waited about 15 minutes to be helped (and it was not busy and there was no wait/people before us). Overall, overhyped.

Press Grill is a staple food spot in Columbus! The food is consistently good every single time, and you really can’t beat the prices. This time, we had their Philly cheesesteak special and the hot dogs: both hit the spot. Simple, tasty, and exactly what you want from a neighborhood favorite. And the staff is amazing!!!

although tailored for smaller crowds, the atmosphere was great. My wife and I went for the sunday NY Strip special and the shrimp PoBoy. It was phonominal. Excellent steak cooked to perfectrion and the loded mash was superb. PoBoy was on point, and the drinks were great too! Highly recommended. Affordable!!

We came here around lunch time. We were seated immediately with a 2-3 other groups also being served. The atmosphere was casual and the server was very friendly. I wanted some comfort food so I ordered the quesadilla which normally comes with peppers and jalapeños, but I chose to just have it with corn, onions, and tomatoes. It was delicious! The corn was sweet which was a nice change. It was the perfect amount of cheese ratio. I think if I would have added black beans it would have been the best quesadilla ever! My husband ordered the daily special which was the all the way coney dog. He said it was good and the sauce surprised him because it had a little bit of sweetness to it. The bill was reasonable for what we ordered. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and had a great lunch with no disappointments

Came here on Ohio State game day and they opened early to serve us. Pastrami sandwich was lit 🤤. Great local spot in Grandview.

When looking for a late night option on a Sunday, the Press came through & delivered fantastic dishes! The Adobo pork & meatloaf sandwiches were very good! Great value for the $$.

The service was great, but the wings were just meh. Very smoky-tasting wings, which I personally don’t love, and sort of tough. The waffle fries were pretty good, but we didn’t care for the coleslaw. If “wings” is in your name, you better bring your A-game. They did not.

A few firsts for me. First time getting food from here. Although it’s an actual restaurant, you can go through a drive thru to order food if you don’t want to go inside. I ordered garlic parm and honey garlic 6 pc wings, loaded waffle fries, and mac n cheese. I asked for wings to be fried hard (wasn’t fried hard enough for us BUT I recognize that “fried hard” can vary according to preference). Ended up putting them in the air fryer for a bit. Sauce was great but I wished they were regular size wings and not those jumbo ones which freaks me out, lol. A couple of wings had huge feathers which was a turn off. Loaded fries were good but wished they used cheese sauce instead of shredded cheese-we still smashed them though. The lady who took my order was so nice. Teeter tottering between a 3 or 4 star review. Food was a 3.8, the friendly lady bumped it up to a four. I think we’d try food from here again.

Seen a couple of franchises pop up lately and gave a try after an evening event. The wings are ok but the other appetizers and entrees worked out better. I tried the load tots which were solid. The wing sauces are flavorful but don't mix well with the wings. Carry out service was meh.... the guy helping seemed to be having a day. May give it another try to see if I just showed up on a bad day.

We really enjoyed Woody’s! The atmosphere is great for wings, sports and good bar food. We came on Monday, which was “Buy 10 boneless wings, get 10 free” for the special. I ordered the honey garlic (pictured), and my wife ordered the Island Jerk. They charge for any ranch, sauce etc., and for carrots or celery, and for ordering your wings wet, which seemed to be taking advantage of the things people typically ask for when ordering wings. My wife’s wings were so hot she couldn’t eat them, and I tried one and it burned me up too! We enjoyed our beers and ate my wings and got ready to leave. Then our waitress came and said she’d heard another table that ordered Island Heat complain about it being too hot, and she went and checked and the kitchen had accidentally put the wrong sauces in the wrong place - we had been served Diablo which is second in heat only to their 5th degree! Our waitress gave us a free dessert to make things right, which is great customer service. Of course, my wife wanted the cookie and ice cream to cool her tongue! The mix up in sauces was made right, but the extra charges for common accompaniments and the fact that they were out of the first beer I ordered are why I gave four stars. I’d come back to Woody’s if I get to Columbus again.

This is our second time to visit Woody's Wing House. We were not disappointed. The service was exceptional. Our server Pearson was kind, polite and very knowledgeable. The food came on time and the flavors are tasty. My wife the second to the hottest chicken wings. I could only eat 1 piece. It was too hot. It's a bar and tavern so lot a bit loud. The manager Corey was very helpful too. He serve our food order with Pearson busy with other guests. I highly recommend and definitely will come again.

I came here for lunch on Wednesday, August 16th; this is an EXCELLENT place to grab a bite. The food was great, and the server was really nice. Even during peak hours (lunchtime), our food came out very quickly (less than 15 minutes)! I got a burger, and it was delicious; not too expensive either. I highly recommend this place!

Pretty good food but let's talk about the Island Jerk 🤯 ... Crazy good sauce , I mean seriously excellent. Wing itself is decent but the sauce make it happen 😋.

It was nice enough, but very loud. Service was slow. Our server was super nice, though. It was a busy night, but still seemed like not enough help. We had the tater tot pickle appetizer. It was not what we expected. It seemed like mashed up hash browns with chopped dill pickles, rolled into balls and fried, but mostly just mushy tator tots with added spice.. We felt not worth the $ for size, flavor. It almost seemed like they were trying to fit in dishes from a fancy restaurant in gourmet mixed into a pub atmosphere. I decided to go with the nachos appetizer for a small meal and had even ordered the small. If someone wants large to extra large servings this would be their meal. It was so large and I really wish there would have been an option for a tea saucer size. I really was not happy with it because it was also very difficult to eat the food the way that the things were layered around and the sour cream and tomatoes and sauce were piled so heavy on top I could not get to the bottom of the chips with the cheese and the pulled pork. Again well this was a somewhat convenient place to try and eat during our travel is staying at on e of the nearby hotels I personally wish we had followed the recommendations of the hotel staff and gone somewhere else.

This is close to the mall and has decent food with good service. The menu is more unique than a lot of standard places, but that is exactly why we wanted to try it out. I had an apple butter chicken sandwich which was very delicious for anyone with a sweet pallet. The beer cheese they use with the pretzel had a unique taste that I wasn't a particular fan of but everyone has a slightly different spin to the old pretzel and cheese. The staff was very friendly and quick to provide service/food/drinks. The place is a bit small, so if it's busy it can fill up fast.

First experience and we cannot wait to go back!! The Garden Smorgasbord was a great start! A nice variety of chips and veg to convey the 4 delicious dips!! We decided to split the Italian Beef Sandwich and it was amazing! Try their French fries with Cajun seasoning and a side of their homemade ranch!! Large portions on the food and there was a nice variety of beers on tap! We were there for a Saturday lunch, so we had no wait and there was easy parking. 10/10 will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful experience! Katie was my server and was so pleasantly helpful. I was an executive chef and and also taught culinary school for many years. The menu is so well written I couldn’t decide. I asked Katie to pick for me, and what a wonderful decision it turned out to be. The surprise order came quickly and hot! Cubano sandwich with toasted buns and crunchy fried onions, Cajun fries with beer-cheese sauce. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Best wings in Central Ohio. Ate there a few times to be sure. Sweet chili seems to be our consensus favirite but a couple of the dry rubs were the bomb too.

Dined here before a concert while visiting from out of town & we were pleasantly surprised. Nice atmosphere, casual but more upscale food than your typical bar food. Good beer selection and easy parking. Food was hot and fresh and made from scratch. Jen our server was fantastic and really loved her job and working for Gallo’s. Definitely a devoted employee saying she worked there for over a decade. Definitely will return next time we are in the area.

Great pub food, friendly service Not fancy or pricey—just good, solid pub food. We had the traditional and boneless wings, “the works,” and the fresh-made pork rinds. Everything was great! It was reasonably busy for a Thursday, but the staff stayed attentive and quick with drink refills. Definitely worth a visit.

Gallos is our go to when we are out and about. They always have a good beer selection and their food is on par. This trip we opted for wings and the loaded fries. Everything was hot and tasty. The wings were big and meaty and the fries were the perfect amount of bad for you which made them perfectly enjoyable. We always get good services and it has a good price point. The Bethel location is our favorite but the Powell location is good too. I recommend you give it a stop if you are up for some decent food and good beer.

So we almost left because we waited for over 30 minutes to get waited on, but we stayed and it was worth the wait. The burger, fries, wings and Italian Sub (Sal the Butcher) were all delicious. However, it took an additional 20 minutes to pay the bill once we were finished. Don’t come here unless you allot plenty of time.

Went there Monday night, the female server was very unfriendly. She was wearing a hoodie with a hood up the whole time. Didn't pay attention to me sitting by myself waiting to have someone take my order! I finally got up and asked for a menu and she was rude so left! Food looked good but I didn't even get to try it!

This place has it all. Upscale dining qt fair prices. I loved their three pigs pizza. It was delectable and unique. The wings were nice and crispy the way I like thfm.qnd I didn't even have to ask. Our server did an outstanding job. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Great prices. This place is great !

Stopped on a whim during our travels and so glad we did!!! The food was top notch, we ordered the Grazer and shared it. Left completely overfull lol. My favorite part, the service. My 6 yo went up to the counter to get a spoon for her pudding and they treated her with respect and kindness. It was amazing! Highly recommend the food and service here

Stopped in after craving their brisket for a couple years. Unfortunately they were sold out which is understandable. Dillion, Fender, amd the crew were great with helping choose something else. The wings were huge and on point. The Kentucky bourbon sauce was great tasting. Now the cheesy potatoes were the best I've ever had. Just make a note to come early cause the food is so good it sells out quickly.

haven't had meat sweats from BBQ in quite some time. I have been seeing this place on tik tok for a while. So when I saw how close I was to it this afternoon, I had to stop. I only planned on trying their wings. But upon the smell hitting me when I opened the door, which by the way says open until 8pm or sold out, I decided to try a little more. Normally I would rate a BBQ spot on everything but their pulled pork. They almost never stand out from one place to the next. Well this place is the exception. Because it was probably some of the best I had ever eaten. The way they manage to get the pork fat to render down makes for the most succulent and swinely divine. From there I tackled the wings, with bites of brisket and Mac n cheese, in between it all. Had their bourbon bbq sauce on the wings and tried their original and Cincinnati sweet on the other meats. The staff was friendly and took a real sense of pride in knowing they were serving such a good meal.

I'm a big supporter of Hoggys and I love their innovation and trying to reinvent themselves all the time. Today's visit was a miss food wise. First of all, such great service and staff. Changes they have made, Caesar slaw? Sorry a big miss for me, please bring back the old slaw. Broccoli salad was also a big miss and was one of my favorite sides that they used to have. The biggest disappointment today was the fact that I thought I was getting pulled chicken. Maybe it was a miscommunication or maybe the old pulled chicken is gone but the smoked chicken was unfortunately super dry. Brisket was good as always as well as the pork. Came here today because I was super hungry and really wanted a great meal but was a little disappointed because of the changes.

Was hard to choose as everything looked amazing. Bbq done right. Every little detail hit spot on. Went with Mac and cheese bowl and may have been the best Mac and cheese I’ve had. Owner came out and chatted while he helped clean tables. I can’t wait to go back and try something else

We had Hoggy's cater our welcome dinner for our son's wedding. The pulled pork, chicken, and brisket were all delicious. One reason we chose Hoggy's was that they had some different sides-cheesy potatoes (my GF son couldnt eat mac n cheese) and their cole slaw was marinated in Caesar dressing. The employee who delivered our food was very friendly. Since he got to our venue early, he offered to help up pull some tables out of our car and set up (The venue's tables were mostly hightops so we brought in folding tables for BBQ setup). I would definitely recommend Hoggy's for a big family event. We had extra food leftover and it was just as delicious warmed over for lunch for our relatives the next day .

The food was good. We got short rib and a sausage pasta dish. Portions were on the larger side. Tiramisu was cute. It was served in a mug and also tasted good. The atmosphere was busy and dark. I feel the menus and staff aprons being pink and orange flowers clashed with the darkness of the ambiance. Our server specifically was not happy to be working if I had to guess. She wasn’t outwardly friendly or willing to give us input or advice on which dishes are popular or especially worth choosing for our first time in. We asked which appetizer we should choose because none of them stood out more than the others and she was unwilling to help us, so we just didn’t get one at all. I feel like unfortunately a large reason I’m not going to be recommending Speck to clients, friends, and family is because of the server- but when spending more on a nice evening out with another couple, we have plenty of other options around the city. Perhaps she was just having a rough day, we still took care of her- hopefully the service skills improve soon for others’ sake.

We had such a great experience at Speck! The restaurant was packed on a Saturday night, and I realized I had made our reservation for the wrong time — an hour later than we arrived. Jasmine was absolutely wonderful and such a vibe. She was so kind and welcoming and went out of her way to get us seated right away despite the mix-up. Her hospitality really set the tone for the evening. The atmosphere was amazing, and the service overall was top-notch. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect place to celebrate my husband's 55th birthday. We were seated quickly at the Chef's counter, which I highly recommend. We had the Crab Linguine and the Polpo and Tiramisu for dessert. Everything was delicious, but the surprise shining star was the Romaine (Caesar) salad! It was a perfect balance of flavor and texture, and has forever changed my expectations for this salad. Yes, it was THAT good. Another stand-out: the No-groni, an alcohol-free cocktail with big enough flavor to stand next to the classic gin and campari!

First time there. Pros: nice waitress, sirloin steak and ribs were delicious. Very tender & tasty sirloin. Wish it came in larger portions. Ribs were melt in your mouth. Cons: Bread was ok but I feel it is undercooked. A little too soft & mushy & hardly crusty at all. Should be cooked a little longer for a better flavor Now the baked potato was lacking. It seemed like it was boiled not baked. A properly baked potato will be fluffy inside. It was heavy & sticky like a boiled potato. I was excited to try the Apple crumble pie but was too full so took it home to have with coffee later in the evening. It was pretty disgusting. Filling was that sweet sticky stuff from a can but the worst part is the bottom crust was barely cooked. Still pretty white/raw and the top crust, well as soon as you scraped off the light fine crumbly part just underneath that was what looked like raw sticky dough. Honestly, and I have a picture to prove it. Yucky. I would go back for the ribs and steak, I just wouldn’t order the baked potato or pie again.

Lots of great comfort food. Big portions. We were visiting for the first time and tried the parmesan crusted chicken and the salmon. All good. The onion straws are also pretty awesome. Our waitress, Leslie, took great care of us.

This is a great choice if you’re looking for a friendlier experience than Texas Roadhouse or longhorn.

Today's entree was a sandwich called "The Ultimate", quoted by the restaurant as a hickory-smoked brisket on grilled sourdough with Swiss cheese, cole slaw, and a side of BBQ sauce ($17), and side of home style fries. Expecting a good moist, succulent flavor of beef, this sandwich did the job. Let's continue the tradition on great meaty selections, Hickory House.

First time visiting this place and it was OK. Food wise, I had the brisket sandwich and I seemed like I was eating old left overs. It did not taste fresh at all. My wife had pulled pork sandwich and said the same. She got BBQ sauce on the side and was glad as it was more like ketchup with steak sauce in it. The atmosphere was misleading too. As I pulled up, the outside looked like a nice place but inside was more old fashioned from the 90s. The service we had was only good thing. The waiter was great with our party. However, while we were there we heard 2 very unhappy take out order guests raising a storm over how screwed up their orders were. This place was expensive and I expected way better food. Can't say that I would go back or recommend this place to anyone.

We went on a Thursday for the all you can eat rib special and it was great! We made a reservation because we assumed it would be busy but...the restaurant wasn't even half full. Because of this, we thought our food would be quick. My husband and a few of his friends went for his birthday - they all got the ribs. We ordered two appetizers that came our promptly but our food took about 45 minutes to arrive... it was an incredibly long time. We will definitely go back and try some other food as the only disappointing thing about our visit was the long wait time for our entrees.

We stopped by to grab a quick bite as we r traveling thru town. Didn't realize we sat at at slanted table in bar area, & served by busy bartender. Sweet girl but did have to flag her down several times for service. We had $25 chicken Alfredo pasta (ordered blackened chkn but got regular) a large Cesar salad w/shrimp and a regular burger with 2 beers and waters. The food was good, pasta was very saucy but I liked it however clearly not homemade. Shrimp was overcooked. The Cesar salad dressing and fries were great and the burger was cooked perfectly to order. However we always had to flag someone down for refills, condiments and to pay the bill. Too expensive for what we ordered. I paid $92 with tip, & I hate carpet in restaurants.

We heard they had good hamburgers here and decided to try them out. We were not disappointed. The various hamburgers were enjoyed along with a chicken wrap. You must try their cinnamon-ginger sweet tea. Their spinach dip with the homemade tortilla chips was a tasty appetizer. But I have to say the most surprising thing was the impromptu line dancing! There is even an instructor if needed. Very entertaining.

Very good local restaurant with an Ethiopian flair. Service was fantastic, gave us a bunch of samples to try. Wings were good, nice crisp exterior. Chicken wrap was good, Chicken had nice flavor. Only improvement is fries need to be crispier. You can also order a traditional meal a week in advance.

Very friendly and the food was freshly made. The tea is perfect and actually complimented the meal. First comers get a little sample shot tray with assorted items from the menu. The cream of mushroom soup is delicious and chunky. Chili has a little kick Artichoke dip was tastey too. Definitely coming back while I’m here. Next time that im in town I’m calling ahead. The Ethiopian spices added a little something extra.

Pick this wonderful restaurant after purchasing a car. Trying new and different foods was our goal. Wow! Everyone was friendly and helpful with choosing delicious food. We had the spinach drip. Yum. I had the chicken avocado wrap. It had was delicious. I changed my mind about avocado and fresh spinach. Oh seasoned fries. Thank you!

I can't say too much about the food as I've only gotten one thing. Their Ethiopian BBQ wings. I have gotten them 3 times, though, because they are amazing. Great spice level and so flavorful. One of these I'll order something new but their wings are great. Only provided 4/5 stars for service because the food always takes longer for pickup than they say it will.

What a flippin gem we found. We were taking a friend to Columbus and we got on yelp to look for restaurants that were highly rated and came across this place. All we knew was the pictures we saw on the internet. Let me tell you everything about this restaurant was a win. The service. The food. EVERYTHING. Without a doubt the chicken wings were the winner for me. We also got the stuffed Jalapeños and the Burgers. The wings were so good I asked if they sold the sauce and the seasoning that they put on everything and they did. What is in the picture might become a new addiction in sauce and seasoning. Don’t walk RUN to this place. Amazingly nice people and just all around amazing experience.

Tried Crisp Coop Chicken and I was not disappointed! The chicken sandwich was perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor. The mac n cheese and greens were just as good—comfort food done right. I got the meal for $15, which felt like a good deal, though I do wish it came with a drink. Overall, solid spot for a satisfying bite!

Wow was this good. Had Nashville hot and hot honey. The Nashville chicken wasn’t quite authentic, but it was still crispy and delicious. The hot honey was also delicious, but the skin was just a pinch soggy. The slaw was great and The cornbread with some of the best I’ve ever had, especially with some of that hot honey on it. I can’t wait to go back!

Spicy lovers, this is NOT the place for you. Their hottest, "Nashville Hot - 8 out of 10 scale" is barely a normal mild elsewhere and frankly is just a bit flavorless. The Ohio Hot Honey had flavor, but zero heat. Mashed potatoes, Mac & cheese, & JoJo's (3 per combo order) were mid. Although I do appreciate true mashed potatoes with lumps. Collard greens a little salty for me. The wait was a bit longer than expected, about 15-20 minutes for 2 combos. Do get: banana puddin, and the Hot Honey was good, but hoping for a little more heat. Thankful for some good sweet brewed tea also. The chicken was moist and breaded well.

Great food and even better customer service! The cashier (maybe he was the manager) was incredibly hospitable, offering us a free fountain drink and happy to change our order when I realized I had ordered the wrong side. The chicken was crispy on the outside, flavorful, moist on the inside. The best mac n cheese i’ve ever had! This will be a new favorite spot in mine and my husbands rotation.

After several visits, this fried chicken place becomes my favorite fried chicken place in Columbus. Servers are always friendly. Free fountain drinks are available for dining-in. The food serves fast and tastes awesome. High recommend fried chickens and mash potatoes with gravy. Their chicken always has juicy meat wrapped with crispy skins. I like my spicy level to be mild. Hot level is a little spicy for me. The fried chicken sandwich is also amazing with decent coleslaw and pickles. Their steak fries are fine with unlimited sauces, but I’d like to choose all my sides to be mashed potatoes with gravy which is the best one I have ever had. Recently, I am glad to see that they made the dining room better looking. They also have lunch menu with a good deal. The chicken menu is almost same as that of when new open several years ago. The Crispy Coop never lets me down.

We didn't even get to place our drink order before the blonde female bartender loudly told me I can't have an "animal" (my service dog that was in a crate) in her bar/at my table. When I told her he is a registered service animal she told me she guesses they have to allow that. We left. This breaks my heart as a local foodie and retired chef that has always historically enjoyed this place. If you like fish n chips it's great! Just don't go if you have a disability apparently that requires a service animal 💁‍♀️

I love this place! One of my go-tos to hang out with friends. The drinks are all priced reasonably. They include taxes in their price , so what you see is what you pay. The bartenders are all super friendly, and everyone there always seems to be having a good time. They have a patio out back with lots of seating. It is a great vibe for the summer!

I thought the burger here was pretty average but the fries were really good. The crack sauce was a tad too spicy for me. I would probably come back but overall I thought the food was average.

This place is one of few to inspire a five-star review, but it has genuinely become my favorite regular spot for drinks and debauchery in the Columbus area. It's a quaint, divey little pub - brings a welcoming small-town feel to the city. Family owned and operated; I can name most of the people who work here, and they almost all know my name in return. The beer is cold, liqueur selection is adequate, food is phenomenal, and the vibe I just what I was hoping for.

Great pub where everyone is friendly and the food tastes great! It is kid friendly and they offer a small kids menu which is nice! I recommend the wings, pepper burger, and meat loaf special...it's all good and I think those wings are better than most wing chains that specialize in them! Go try them! I didn't take any food pics but I plan to go back soon!

This isn't the first time we have went to this location for the Lunch Buffet and it won't be the last. Very clean restaurant and buffet. The salad bar portion is well stocked, cold and fresh. The pizzas on the buffet are hot and delicious. The only thing I would change would be more variety in the pizzas they put out, but they are consistent and never empty. The pasta is always a huge hit with my family as well! For $13.99 it is a great deal, as that also includes your drink.

My husband and I were in for lunch last Tuesday food was great but had to seat ourselves due to the lady upfront sleeping at the hostess station. We were there probably 45 min and im pretty sure she slept the entire time as she was still in the same position eyes closed as we walked out the door. Luckily she wasn't our waitress too cause we would have never eaten. Managment should really keep a better eye on staff how your welcomed is really the first impression

Massey’s is a great sport bar for game days with enough seats and large screens! Their pepperoni pizza is authentic, cheap, and delicious with decent crust and abundant protein. The powder on the bottom of the pizza strengthens the taste and improves the texture. Their fried chicken wrap is juicy with fresh vegetables and great sauce. There are also good everyday deals, happy hour selections, and seasonal specials. Service is great and WiFi is fast.

These Garlic Cheese Dunkers are perfection; must-have appetizer when you’re at Massey’s. The entire staff is friendly, attentive and interact with customers

My sister and I visited Massey's on March 24, 2025, and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Also, the fried mushrooms are a real treat! Was so happy they included this item on their menu. We'll definitely be back for another visit.

This is way better than peppercinis vocelli's.. Massey's pizza is hot fresh and delicious especially if you get light sauce well done pepperoni. Tried it today I'm love it I'm getting another one taking it back to Pittsburgh show the pizza places how to make a pizza

This is our 2nd time coming here. We got the same thing we got last time. Then golden wings cooked just right!! The pizza is amazing wish we had one in our city of Toledo !! 🥲 we will come back for part 3 next time we visit! 🤭

Stopped in the City Tavern one evening and sat at the bar. I ordered a few shots and the French kiss me cocktail and it was delicious. The sauced wings (buffalo) were ok, but the plain wings was tasteless. I ordered the corn beef rueben and expected it to be sliced on the sandwich but instead it was more like pot roast consistency. So it kind of through me off. Overall the bar had good atmosphere and I would go again, but would order something different to eat.

City Tavern, you've got a new fan! Had the Turkey Rachel and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and savory, and the portion was perfect. Great service too, Julie was awesome! If you're looking for a spot with tasty American classics, look no further. The Turkey Rachel is a must-try!

It's definitely a chill place to go for drinks & have a snack with friends. The only reason I gave it a 3/5 is because the service was not great the last two times I went there and the menu is misleading. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Food: I absolutely love that the kitchen is open until midnight! And the food really does taste amazing for being "bar food." There are healthier options available, but I definitely recommend the fries! I'm gluten-free and I had no problem finding some great menu items and ciders to enjoy. Service: This was my biggest issue, any time we needed something, we had to make eye contact from across the bar/flag down our server, who was talking to the bartender behind the counter every time. When I asked for a box for my food, the server brought it and cleared our plates, but left without asking if we were ready for the check and never came back, so we once again had to flag them down to ask for the check. Menu: While there are great options, the descriptions were somewhat misleading, but that could just be me. I expected the sharable peppers to be small sharable-sized peppers for a group, but they ending up being 2 very large peppers that were super messy & difficult to cut. The Buffalo chicken dip we ordered was amazing, but it didn't come with the dipping items listed on the menu and the chips broke upon touching it, which got very frustrating. That being said, overall it's a good place for drinks & food, just needs a few tweaks to really great.

Love this place. Watched the MANUTD game last Wednesday...eventhough my team lost but the atmosphere was great. The manager/owner is very cool. The service is extraordinary. The food is very good. It was my first time, but it was definitely not going to be my last time.

California wrap was not good Chicken had a weird taste and was overcooked. Bacon was barely cooked at all, no seasoning. Ranch is watery and bland. Mac and cheese had no seasoning, not even salt. So tired of ordering from mediocre restaurants and wasting my money. ☹️

We Didn't eat but has a full bar. Tvs, great atmosphere, and the service was excellent! Second time visit, and we had the pulled pork sandwich, and it was yummy! Fries on the side also good and crispy.

Food delivered. Food was “ok”. Very basic and nothing stood out. Was not a bad experience but was just “meh”. I asked for no feta in the side salad but it came with feta anyway.

Your classic Korean fried chicken with so many options to choose from! Great flavor, crispy and good value for what you pay. For some reason they had the place so hot inside during winter. The service was great and the place was not very busy for a weekend time. Was nice to see they had a bar area and served alcohol since it wasn’t super clear online. Always get a Sapporo draft and it was refreshing as usual. We tried the honey garlic and Gangnam style wings and both tasted great. I wish I could give them 4.5*, just wish it wasn’t as hot and they had happy hour or drink specials to checkout! I really hope they make it here as this is a difficult location. Will have to try tiger sugar Nextdoor for drinks next time.

Good food, great location! The wings were fried golden and crispy, sweet potato fries were outstanding. I wish that the wings themselves are also slightly flavored and not completely relying on the sauce to provide the flavor.

The boneless wings here are huge and absolutely delicious. We have enjoyed everything we have tried here and their service is also friendly and welcoming. The server recommended we sample a few sauces and even brought over her own recommendation. We’re so glad she did as that is the sauce we went with. Highly recommend!!

Very good food. The wings are delicious and are definitely made fresh to order every time you get any. I really liked the hot honey sauce and they actually had a little kick to them. My one criticism is that the food is quite expensive for what you get. It is delicious, but at a little over 2 dollars per wing, I would expect them to be a little bigger/meatier. I also tried their dumplings appetizer and it was honestly pretty meh. Definitely just tasted like some frozen store bought dumplings thrown in an air fryer. Great chicken though. Honey garlic was awesome.

Very good, very crispy yet juicy tender chicken. The sauces we tried were all very sweet including the one with powdered cheese. We did not expect the cheese one to be sweet and we are not really sure we cared for it that way. We thought it would be more of a case sauce. I don’t know if some of them are more savory than others. I think I will just get their original without any sauce next time. One thing for sure is they have the best sweet potato fries I have ever had. Yum!

I like this place better than the other similar places around Columbus! We tried the wing form of soy garlic, spicy galbi, and secret sauce, and the boneless of hot spicy. The boneless was amazingly juicy and crispy, not over coated or over sauced. My body is recovering but the spice level was appropriate!! Loved the soy garlic too, and the secret sauce was pretty good. The galbi was a unique flavor and I don’t know if I’d get it again. Would 100% get soy garlic and hot spicy again. The dumplings and fries were average but the onion rings rocked!

This 3- week old chicken joint (3/25/23), will no doubt be the next must go chicken place in Columbus. Though located near OSU campus, it has a convenient parking garage behind the establishment. Tons of flavor selections, my favorite is the Gangnam (Spicy) Chicken. The balance between sweetness and spicy level just hits it perfectly in my palate. And the crispiness of their chicken elevates them above the rest of the chicken place in Columbus! The staff are very hospitable and keeps a smile on their faces. It has a spacious dine-in area and also serves alcoholic beverages. It might be a little pricey than your typical chicken joints. So, if you're a chicken fanatic, did I say Korean chicken fanatic, this spot is for you!!! P.S. order those sweet potato fries!!!

Carolina sandwich was good but pretty dry. Prices have definitely skyrocketed, but that's to be expected. Overall, a good experience. The greens were excellent

This RayRays is a food truck with covered picnic table seating. The ribs and mac n cheese were great. The service was friendly and quick. We ate at the picnic tables. You can get drinks from the brewery across the parking lot and there is a big screen TV outside that was showing a European soccer match. I will say that we walked three blocks from COSI and the area felt a little sketchy.

Don’t know what made us look at the menu this time (vegetarian) but I’m so glad we did. The Burnt ends cauliflower sandwich was AMAZING!! And the waffle fries were cooked to perfection! Will def be getting that again! Highly recommend!

Nice setup by a brewery (highlight of our meal, delicious cocktail and cider) but this review is about the food and the service. Burnt ribs, overcooked brisket, sausage, pulled pork, chicken... we ordered everything on the menu and couldn't eat any of it. This is not a serious place for good BBQ.

I ordered the brisket sandwich with Carolina vinegar sauce on the side, and waffle fries. The brisket was tender and juicy with a nice kissed smoky flavor. I could have used a touch more smoke, but that's coming from someone who really enjoys a lot of smoke flavor that others might find overwhelming. I actually preferred the sandwich without the sauce which I had ordered on the side. Thought that the brisket had enough great flavor on its own. Fries were crispy and delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Nice to have this in the land grant brewery lot while enjoying a beer.

I spent years living in Texas so I’m particular about my BBQ. The sandwich buns were great and actually held up. The brisket was a bit dry for my taste but pulled pork was delicious. The fries were also probably best I’ve had in Columbus (unexpected surprise) and the Mac and cheese was yummy.

Best bbq I've ever had. Would give 5 stars, but they shorted my dessert on 3 separate occasions this month. I know I should check the bag, but I'm always in a hurry because I park my truck in a no parking area near Land Grant Brewery. No parking for big trucks 😪 lost out on $18 worth of desserts. 1 Carrot, 1 peach a 1 banana pudding. Wish someone would answer the phone?

I'm not sure why so many people don't like the food here. Maybe it's the time of day. I've been here for lunch 4 or 5 times, and everything that I have gotten is awesome. Get the blue cornbread! They've got good prices on food and drinks with specials during weekdays and after 10. The service is occasionally not very fast, even when the place seems dead, but I've gotten free food out of it. The margaritas and sangria aren't bad. I like the decor and music -- subdued lighting and crazy bright colorful decor. Also they have a patio.

Pretty good food with lots of different deals throughout the week including happy hour and late mex. I love their seasonal margaritas, my favorites have been strawberry rhubarb and the apple cider margarita. Pretty good service depending on how busy it is, and nice outdoor seating.

This is a pretty good place for the occasional visit. Food is satisfactory and there's the happy hours pricing past 10 PM which slashes the price of most items on the menu by half! The service time is slightly on the higher side, but it's not too bad! Decent selection of drinks. The place is clean and well maintained.

Good place to stop by for grub before a movie at the Gateway or a show at the Newport. It has pretty decent grub and a large selection of beers. The servers are not bad. Don't expect anything fancy. The patio is great during warmer weather.

One of my favorite downtown spots for years, I love the food and especially the half off after 10pm special! The burritos are huge and all of their appetizers are delicious. They have excellent salsas and guacamole.

Glad we didn't read the reviews before popping in here for dinner. My chicken wing salad had super fresh greens and plenty of chicken plus an assortment of other veges. DH and son said they really enjoyed their food too. Our waitress was attentive. Certainly will be a place we will return to when visiting the OSU area.

I've always had positive experiences at this Mad Mex. The food is pretty consistent with others, and it's always high quality and with generous portions. Last time I was there, our waiter (didn't catch his name) was extremely friendly and attentive. He really made the experience enjoyable. If I'm looking for quality American-Mexican near campus, Mad Mex is always a good option.

Meshikou Chikin (right next door to Meshikou Ramen [same owner, different business]) is a unique restaurant with a unique twist on chicken. The “Thigh Only” entree is tender dark meat with a light tasty crust served up in generous portions; and the ginger salad dressing is outstanding… I love corn and I love curry, but I wasn’t a fan of the texture of the curry corn. The Spicy Korean Barbecue Sauce is the way to go with regard to the dips. I can’t wait to go back to work my way through the rest of the menu. NOTE: Meshikou Chikin is “Takeout Only.” Meshkikou Ramen does have a dining room.

A sandwich so juicy and saucy they give you gloves with every order. Meshikou chickin street fried chicken is a newer extension built off of Meshikou noodles. With a limited menu, choices are pretty easy, with sandwiches and sides. Both the spicy chicken sando and the Katsu sando were phenomenal, both times made fresh to order in a quiet place that many people seem to miss. The vibe inside is newer and clean, staff are reserved but nice, and the food hits. What’s not to love?

Really wanted to love this place based on the reviews :( was looking for Bonchon style (ripppp) chicken and this looked like one of the only options in cbus. We got the wings with k pop sauce, tenders with garlic bomb sauce, and the spicy chicken sandwich. I was very excited for the spicy chicken sandwich based on reviews and photos—and it did look amazing—but taste wasn’t there. We got the sandwich as is (thigh meat, it’s extra $ for breast meat) and the chicken was very stringy. Was hard to eat and mostly fry. And the flavor itself wasn’t quite there.. I expected it to be spicier but kinda just tasted oily. The chicken tenders looked microwaved, but the sauce and the meat itself were good. Just wish it was crispy and not soggy (see photos). On the bright side, the wings were pretty good! Very crispy, good amount of meat, and the sauce was good! It’s not that spicy though. Lastly we walked in to order and the employee was extremely friendly but sniffling and very obviously sick… thankful for hands free technology these days! Anyway I hope this was a fluke and maybe we can try it again someday

My partner and I have traveled all over the US trying different restaurants, and hands down this is the best fried chicken we’ve ever had! We got the chicken tenders, chicken katsu sandwich and a black sesame ice cream cone. We’d recommend getting an extra sauce for the tenders, our favorites were the Siracha ranch and katsu sauce.

I’m not sure what it is about the chicken, but it is fantastic. It doesn’t look like anything particularly special but it’s delicious. Salad with ginger dressing is great, the curry corn is awesome. The sauces for the chicken are fresh and tasty. A must try if you like fried chicken!

Hubby and I just droved in for our very first lunch at "Meshikou Chikin." I had the "chicken tenders." Hubby ordered the "wings," O' o' o' the sause that is served with our order, yum yum, yummy. 💯👍🏻 Our sides order: "rice,"👍🏻& "teriyaki bake beans"👍🏻. We shared a "spicy chicken sandwich." This visit was worth the long drive.

WOW. The chicken sandwich is amazing. Unbelievably crunchy breading, tender whole chicken, this ain't no processed meat y'all. The spice is just hot enough, could do with more pickle but I am a pickle fanatic. This is easily one of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever eaten. They even included gloves, which I didn't use myself but a nice courtesy! Will definitely be back to try the chicken meals.

I thought I already reviewed this place but I will again. Just amazing. I know wings and these are top of the metro. Super friendly service, almost too many flavors but each is different and unique from anywhere else. Locally owned and I love using the VFW as home. Members are very accepting and friendly and overall just a great vibe. Service is great, wings are always huge and hot when served plus the sides are legit. Loaded fries, fries, onion rings, all are unreal. Support local!

Just came across this place by chance. Decided to go check it out today. The place is inside an AmVets on Broad Street. You have to ring the doorbell to get in, don’t be put off by this. The menu has a little of everything for everyone. Who am I kidding I went straight to the wing section which was huge. They have something for everyone. I ordered the Garlic Parmesan, Honey BBQ and the Cherry smoked. First off these aren’t your normal tiny wings. These are quality large wings, they buy only the best. All their wings are fried in fresh oil, none of the dark stuff I’ve seen at other places. Their wings blend well with the nice crisp coating and flavor of your chosen sauce. I will be disappointed at any other places wings going forward. I also had the Onion Rings. OMG!!!! Homemade fresh cooked. They were so tasty. You won’t find any better in Columbus. Nice and crispy. All this comes with a homemade Ranch Dressing that has a nice fresh flavor to it. To top all this off you get great service from Tammy. She checked on me numerous times and was super helpful. A bonus was that Mike the one that makes the magic happen in the kitchen checked on me numerous times. Had a great discussion with him on what they doing here. If you don’t take the opportunity to check this place out. You will just have to live with the other guys disappointing wings. I know I have a GREAT place to go now.

Tried for the first time on a Friday night. Service was a little lengthy, but you could tell they were slammed. And our server was very nice and kept apologizing for the wait. We had some issues with missing food but it was not a big deal, they made it right & The food was totally worth it! Best wings I have had in Columbus for sure! I had the honey bbq and it was everything I wanted! Wings were big and crispy and perfectly cooked. Homemade ranch was also delicious. It’s inside the AM Vets, but don’t let that deter you! Everyone was super nice and because I love good wings , we will definitely be back. 10/10

Absolutely Amazing!!! Had the Mean Mug Sauce and Smokey Cherry wings Bone in. Also had the fresh cut fries with Salt and Vinegar dry rub. Wings were the perfect combination of crispy and tender. Service was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you like good food and good service. I'm really glad I found them!!!

We ordered Cajun Dry Rub and the Nashville Peach. Both were excellent, especially paired with their homemade ranch. However our food did not come out at the same time which wasn’t a big deal but we also never received the hand cut fries or the hand battered onion rings that we ordered. The waitress was very nice and seemed to be the only waitress working. She was busy tending to the guest as they came in and seemed to also be working the phone, pickup, and in the back. Hopefully this was just an off day with service. Will be back, hope to try those homemade onion rings soon.

The wings are fantastic. We also split a Turkey Club. It was a triple decker. Very filling. We also split an order of Loaded Fries which were filling. The fries needed extra salt but were good. We live in the Easton area so I'm not sure if I'd make a special trip but when I'm in the area I'd stop in. Everyone was VERY friendly. Be prepared to wait. Service could take time but it's worth it.

The wings here are amazing. A buddy and myself tend to get together at a new wing joint at least once a month. We've been doing it a few years, and so far this place has the best wings. And by a very long shot. We ordered the Cajun, white (horseradish based) sauce, sticky Asian, and peach habanero. The wings themselves are a good size. Not as big as Roosters, but not as small as B-Dubs. The crunch on the outside is perfect. Man these are breaded so well. And they were nice and juicy on the inside. The sauces were all good, but none really blew us away. We ordered sticky Asian, a white horseradish based sauce, a Cajun, and peach habanero. I think I liked the sticky Asian the most. But the horseradish based white sauce was the most unique. So it is the sauce that would bring me back. I was disappointed it didn't have a more horseradish kick though. The peach habanero was tasty, but needs to be hotter. Good flavor, but needs more heat. The Cajun was exactly as expected. Wouldn't be a go-to for me, but I can see how others might like it more than I did. Good service here, but the bar is an AMVET, which is fine. It's confusing at first because you have to give cash to someone on the Mean Mugs side, who then gives your money to the bartender. It's not a huge issue, but it can be disorientating at first when you aren't a regular. Especially when a random person at the bar tells you that you have to hand them your money so they can pay the bartender for you. I thought they were trolling me at first. Will I be back? Most definitely. Just wish I could get these perfect wings dipped in B-Dubs sauces.

On a spontaneous trip to budd dairy. I wanted to try Cluck Norris. Over the years I have heard they had the best chicken sandwich in the city. The cashier who was working on Saturday was extremely nice and pleasant. I really appreciated her just being kind and welcoming. I asked her “ do you guys have the best chicken sandwich in the city” and she replied well yes sir we do! I said I need to try it! The sandwich was actually really good, flavorful! If I am ever back in the area I would definitely stop here again. I would rate the chicken sandwich a solid 7.8

Seriously a contender for the best chicken sandwich I have ever had, anywhere. So good in fact, that after my husband and I split one to try on a Friday, I was back again to get my own the next day. If you live in Columbus and haven't tried their food, why? If you are visiting and loved a good crispy chicken sandwich, make this place a priority. Angry Bird chicken sandwich all the way. Also - phenomenal customer service, very friendly staff, and the food was quick to come out.

I ordered the chicken tenders and fries. The fries were amazing but the chicken was greasy and squishy. I’m not sure if it was the batter but the chicken tenders were a little under cooked. I took the tenders home and place them in the air fryer to cook them a bit longer. I also ordered a burger and it was good! I was tempted to order the nachos but they didn’t have sour cream for loaded nachos! I will give them another chance as I understand all establishments have bad days!

I’ve had hundreds of different chicken sandwiches around the country and the Cluck Pao was probably the best I’d ever had. The peanut butter with the chili crunch is everything! House seasoned fries and fried pickles were awesome. This place is a gem. I’ll be visiting from Michigan again.

The chicken is so crispy and moist. One of the best chicken places I've tried in Columbus. A great variety of sauces, tasty fries, hot and fresh food at Budd Dairy. Will definitely patronize again!!

I had a really great time at Cluck Norris @Budd Dairy Food Hall. I ordered wings sauced in Spicy Garlic 🧄🔥🔥🧯 I also got an order of onion rings 🧅💍 The food was excellent and the service was great. There were so many unique restaurants here, I'm definitely going to have to visit again and try a couple other places.

I enjoyed my visit here. I will say it's rather expensive for food that isn't *great*. They did have friendly service, but overall, I'd say the food was a 2.5/5. I would recommend it because the atmosphere is nice and the service is cool, but it wouldn't be a regular for me.
