Great Coffee & Pastries, But Your Wallet Might Cry a Little Just popped into Pistacia Vera for a caffeine and pastry fix, and while I enjoyed it, my bank account gave me a stern look. It's definitely a "good, but expensive for what you get" kind of place. Let's talk lattes: The Pistachio Latte was good, no doubt, but honestly, it didn't quite hit the "$9 good" mark for me. Surprisingly, the Honey Butter Latte, at $1.50 less, was actually the standout – way better value and flavor. On the pastry front, they do a solid job. The Almond Croissant was absolutely fantastic, flaky and delicious. The eclair was good, and the lemon tart was just okay. So, a mixed bag, but some definite highlights. Look, I'd probably go back, especially for that honey butter latte and another almond croissant. However, be prepared for the price tag. My family dropped around $40 for a few coffees and pastries. Yikes! Definitely a spot for a treat, not an everyday habit.

My friend brought me here, and it was great! I am still thinking about the blueberry-lemon iced tea latte! If you like blueberry and lemon, I highly recommend getting that drink. I didn't even get a chance to take a picture of the drink before I devoured it. I did however get a picture of the cherry almond tart (when it was halfway eaten..sorry guys). It was delicious! I love cherry and almond—I have always wanted a dessert mixing the two because they have very compatible flavor profiles. This tasted great!

I stopped by Pistacia Vera and got their smoked salmon sandwich along with the strawberry matcha and honestly, this place never misses. The sandwich was fresh and flavorful, but the real standout was the strawberry matcha. It’s hands down my favorite spot for strawberry matcha no other place has come close so far. The balance of flavors is perfect every time, and the café itself has such a cozy, aesthetic vibe. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Columbus!

Honey butter Latte iced 5/5 Lives up to his name perfect balance of expresso, sweetness and a little bit of buttery. Would definitely order again. Vanilla bean macaroon 4/5 Flavor was delicious it just didn't taste as light and fresh but was still good. It didn't give old & could be that I ate it cold right from the refrigerator. pistachio Chuck Cookie- 4/5, soft not too sweet pistachio forward with good balance of chocolate. Great treats and friendly staff. Will definitely  visit more. Look forward to trying other things on the menu.

So good! The chocolate bombe with the gold foil ontop is so delicious and feels like a fancy treat for myself! My partner had the macarons and loved them. The strawberry one has some jam in there and not just cream so that was a nice added touch.

Some of the best pastries I’ve had! Service was great, considering the line was down the block. But they kept it moving and were friendly and helpful when ordering.

Great service. Pistachio iced latte was amazing, just wish they had bigger size options available. The macarons could have a little more filling in my opinion. The pistachio eclair was perfection. Overall, it is a place worth frequenting, but just know it is a bit pricey. We got 2 coffees, 2 eclairs and 4 macarons and it was over $50.

The bread and pastries were out of this world! I live in the Akron area and would definitely make the hour and half drive solely for this wonderful bakery. Everything was fresh and stayed fresh! We had taken some food back home with us and even after a couple days everything tasted like it was just made!

I had a great experience purchasing a small tiramisu cake from Belle's Bakery. The staff offered to add some handwriting in chocolate on top for no additional fee and put the cake in a handy box with handles for easy transport. In addition, the cake was delicious and reasonably priced at $25. The bakery was full of delicious looking and interesting baked goods plus various tea and matcha drinks. What a great place!

A huge fan of this place!!! The crepes are really good. I also love: red bean bun, Nutella bun, melon bun, chocolate bun, pana cotta, mousse, and chocolate cake. I drive all the way from Mount Vernon every once in a while so I can enjoy the goodness

Found this place last minute as a highly rated bakery in Columbus. I decided to give it a try and take part in enjoying the deliciousness. When I arrived it was around 1:30. It seemed like half the stock was out or low. Could sandwiches were basically empty a handful of the pastry trays were low. I assumed that was almost a good sign that meant sales were good which means pastries are good. I decided to get a caramel almond roll as I love both caramel and almonds. When I got to where I was going I was excited to dive in and even took a great picture. At first bite there was a strange taste. I took a few more to confirm and I was right it indeed had a weird taste. Something with the caramel moose had a very chemically/artificial taste to it. Very unenjoyable and ruined the entire cake. It fell like eating cleaning product moose. Idk if the mixing bowl the moose was made in didn’t get rinsed all the way or what but something not good happened. As for service again the slowness or lack of restocking items was an issue. Someone bought me an iced coffee with light milk And it was fully loaded with milk which means a lack of attention to detail. Personally preference they have work to do before getting anywhere near 4+ stars

My first bakery I’ve been to ever since I moved here and I have to say that it did not disappoint!! First off, I love how there’s plenty of other interesting little shops to go to that’s around it. Secondly, the customer service was great and the place feels fresh! Last but not least, the matcha cream puff, blueberry cheesecake and matcha latte was some of the best I’ve tried!✨can’t wait to be back🙂

I recently visited Einstein Bagels for the first time, and I have to say, it was a good experience. I tried their coffee, and chocolate mousse and they were good. The thing that I dislike about this place was that they don’t have wi fi so i don’t will come again.

I love to come here when I'm hungry but lunch has passed and it's too early for dinner. I specifically come for the tamales. Be prepared to break out your high school Spanish because no one here speaks English, but that's how you know it's good. I've had other things to eat here that were just OK, but the tamales are amazing. I tried the Flan today and it was fantastic as well, even if it was served in a plastic disposable cup. The atmosphere is lacking but the prices are low.

I was so excited to try it however it didn't meet my expectations. The tres leches cake was moist but not enough, the cream in the middle and the cream on top was too overpowering. The flan was not soft and silky but rather weird and not to my liking at all. They advertise churros but there were no churros and the lady advised I should call first. Otherwise a cute place. I would not come back.

Nice delicious Mexican pastries with a savory kick. Spicy Cup Bakery also sells tamales, empanadas, and desserts. Their empanadas are authentically Mexican and savory flavorful. Nice open space for dining. Carryout is also available. Parking available in the plaza where the restaurant is located and its walking distance. Nice and friendly staff.

Service was rude. Asked for a menu to see the types of coffee because all the screens were off. The hostess literally walked away. Another lady comes in ask the same thing she says we dont have a menu just one coffee. I asked what kind and she could Not tell me. Sad i had high hopes to try something new.

I know some Spanish but if you are not fluent I would recommend a different place. I didn’t understand how to place an order and online ordering was not available.i went in for churros. Online it said churros were 1.50 and it said caramel /vanilla. She charged me 2$ per churro and i tried to ask about the caramel but she said cream on the inside. The worker also took others orders that came after me instead of helping me. And I believe she made a joke about me due to my lack of Spanish . She looked at me and laughed with the people next to me but I didn’t get the joke. The churros are not made fresh . Very cold but still decent flavor . I will warm up at home. I doubt I would return. I do appreciate the culture and food but this was not a good experience . Poor customer service

Three Bites Bakery was an easy choice for our wedding cake. Years ago we had a valentine's pastry box delivered to our apartment and were hooked. It was so incredible to get to make new memories with their sweet treats on our big day. We had a two-tier vintage style grapefruit and ginger cake and multiple sheet cakes for our guests. Their day-of delivery and set up was seamless. We had so many comments from the guests about how delicious it was. We are so looking forward to enjoying our frozen top tier next year to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you Three Bites team!

We recently commissioned a cake from Three Bites for our small wedding in Columbus. We couldn’t have been happier with the flavor and the look! It looked so intricate and beautiful and the cake was delicious. Pickup was super easy and we’d highly recommend for your bakery needs!

Three Bites Bakery is the BOMB. We’re loyal customers and have been frequenting since they opened in their prior location. We love supporting a small, local woman-owned business. And the pastries are the best in Columbus! I always have to get a bombolone everytime I go. But we love the rotating features alongside their core staples. And I’ve ordered a birthday cake from them as well and it was also amazing (they do need advance notice on custom cakes, so plan ahead, but sometimes they have some available in-store or can make a simple cake faster). I also work in the wedding industry and have had many happy clients order their wedding cakes and desserts for their receptions. And now that they’re in their newest location on Broad St, there’s excellent coffee and bubble tea available from Little Cat Boba. So happy this bakery exists, we are so lucky to have them here in Columbus!

The ube-coconut concoction was great! It went well with our Filipino-themed wedding in Ohio. I can’t find this anywhere else in the Midwest if I’m exaggerating. They are responsive via email and I was able to sort it out even last minute. Our guests devoured them so we can’t really continue with the wedding tradition of eating your leftover cake every anniversary. My only constructive criticism is that they didn’t have the right box for a two-tier cake. The top part didn’t have a cover and the only support is the base. My sister had to hug the cake, pray and annoyingly remind the driver to not press the brakes too hard for the whole 40 mins. car ride. I am unsure as to why this is not provided since I’ve seen a couple of two-tier cakes in this google review. Did everybody just hug their cake and pray it makes it to the wedding?

Cute place! My husband and I tried the bombolone and the strawberry matcha and were really good! Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

We’ve been going to Isa for a while, so when we started planning our wedding, she was honestly our first and only choice. Yes, her pastries are out of this world and I could wax poetic on them - specifically the sweet potato one, look if you know you know - but this review is for the absolute masterpiece of a wedding cake that she put together for us. Because we’re long standing customers, we actually ended up doing both the spring/summer and the fall/winter tasting boxes. There is no wrong answer here, every single cake she makes is delicious, but we ended up going with the pretty traditional almond raspberry with the raspberry jam. It’s sweet, it’s decadent, and it was a huge hit with our guests. And god, just look at it! So beautiful! 100% worth it, choose Isa and Three Bites for all your pastry and cake needs!

I can't speak to the atmosphere, because I ordered a cake online from my home in Minnesota. It was for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and it was a beautiful cake! It really elevated their party and everyone said it was delicious. I can't wait to visit Three Bites Bakery next time I'm in Columbus!

This place c'est magnafique, the food, the desserts, the drinks, and the wonderful staff! So clean, cozy, welcoming, and delicious! I always want to try everything, and get something different each visit and I'm always impressed! Don't miss out on their homemade soups!

Had a nice brunch here with my younger daughter. She's a picky eater but enjoyed most of what we selected. She gives the bacon a double thumbs up. She also gave the breakfast potatoes a thumbs up, which is nice because she's not a fan of potatoes. Food was great overall. No complaints. Layout/ambiance was pleasant. Enough seating to have space without being too isolated. Service was pretty good too. Will visit again.

We really enjoyed this experience with our 9-year old daughter. She said it was like walking through a door and entering a bistro in France! The staff were absolutely wonderful and definitely added to the experience. We went two days in a row since we were in town for the weekend. I highly recommend the lobster bisque if it is available. My family loved everything they tried. We took a lot home too because the bread was amazing. I am gluten sensitive (to wheat in US products) but I could eat here with no problem!

Food was exquisite! and the owner was nice to us. We enjoyed our first brunch time in Ohio. Especially pastry with spinach was so good:) one thing we hope is more explanation with food&desserts because we tried a chocolate cake but it wasn't cake😅 it was meringue and cream but was nice experience!

We recently visited La Chatelaine French Bakery for the first time, and while the food did not disappoint, the overall experience was a bit mixed. The pastries and food were absolutely delicious—fresh, beautifully made, and with plenty of tempting options to choose from. If you're looking for authentic French baked goods, this place definitely delivers on flavor and variety. However, our visit was slightly dampened by the lack of a welcoming atmosphere at the counter. As first-timers, we weren’t quite sure where to order or how things worked. When we asked for help, we felt dismissed rather quickly, as if the cashier was in a rush—even though it wasn’tparticularly busy at the time. A little warmth and guidance would have made a big difference in our experience. That said, we’d still consider coming back for the food alone and hope for a more inviting interaction next time. A beautiful spot with great potential if the service matched the quality of their pastries.

It was a great location, the service was good but the structure was cafeteria set up. I was disappointed with the food as the cost to quantity was out of balance. A single slice of meat is ridiculous for the quantity of bread. The cappuccino was good but not excellent.

La Cha is a great French chain restaurant and bakery. The dining room is decorated well like a warm and cozy French home. The bar room is also beautiful. There are a variety of pastries, salads, soups, sandwiches, and French entrees. A few seasonal items are available. Everything tastes decent with a reasonable price. Their wood-oven baked bread is perfectly soft. The lunch combo is great coming with signature salad, a sandwich, and a cup of soup. Service is always nice and WiFi is available. It opens early. Definitely a wonderful place for a good morning.

If you like cold brew or any ice black coffee, “Kyoto” here is a must must try, the best of the best. They might not use the same bean every time, but the one currently (20250314) has fantastic floral and sweet taste, like the lavender tea. Might be the best cold brew I’ve ever had this year.

The banana bread latte tasted like mushy banana, it was disgusting that I couldn't finish it. The pumpkin spice latte is also mediocre. Both of the seasonal syrups disappointed me.

Easily the most delicious muffin I’ve ever had. Blueberry btw. My fiancée didn’t even share a bite of the tomato basil scone. Very out of character for her usual “hey try this” lifestyle. The honey latte was a solid 8.5… out of 5! Great music. Super clean. Super friendly service. Do yourself a favor.

I've ordered egg, hashbrown kolaches a few times. At 5 bucks each, these are a solid buy. I do prefer to supplement mine with hot sauce as the fillings as they aren't heavily seasoned (I think they do a little pepper but these are kismet with some harissa hot sauce), but the texture of the bread is firm and light, and I usually get 2 kolaches. Recommend

Stumbled across this place while on a 2 day vacation and decided to give them a try and see what they were about. You walk in and they are stationed in a little nook off to the side. I was immediately greater and felt welcomed into the space. I placed and order with the friendly cashier and as they bagged up my items the other gentlemen told me they had some sauces/jams I might want to try with my kielbasa and cheese roll, which I absolutely did. I ordered the kielbasa, cheese , and jalapeno roll, the lemon blueberry kolache and the strawberry rhubarb. Everything was delicious and fresh. The kielbasa was warm and the creamy jalapeno sauce and mango habenero jam both complimented it sooooo well. I couldn’t decide which to eat so I was eating both one on each side lol. If you’re in the Columbus area make sure to stop by and give these fine folks a try. You won’t be disappointed. Well unless you only buy one. Then you will be because this is the kind of place where you have to buy multiple items because it’s all so good

Everything is delicious and tastes just like the ones found in TX! I used to get kolaches on Dallas work trips, but have been missing them since starting a new job this year (no more TX trips). So happy to have found Kolache Republic. We got the kielbasa cheese, sausage egg cheese, and finished with cookie butter cinnamon roll and sweet cheese. Can't wait to try the other flavors too.

Ate breakfast here every morning we were in Columbus. Simple, delicious food and great coffee - which isn’t said lightly. We were a group of 4 spanning from 7-81 years and all found food they loved. Sweet and savory kolaches were eaten. All were delicious. The real MVP was biscuits and sausage on the weekend. We stayed at an air bnb within steps. Made the trip so much easier to have it around the corner!

Visited several times. The Kolaches are on point. Savory items are flavorful and the bread provides a sweet contrast. The sweet and seasonal Kolaches are also delicious! Quick and easy order and pick up. Take it to go or eat there. Stauf’s drip coffee also served. We love to swing by here with our family and get several Kolaches to share. Recommend!

The Roosevelt Coffeehouse was one of many recommended, but upon visiting the website, the first statement that caught my eye was: “The Roosevelt Coffeehouse is built to support organizations fighting the injustices of hunger, unclean water, and human trafficking both locally and around the world.” This mission alone made the decision to visit an effortless one. Stepping inside, the ambiance was both serene and inviting, open-concept, thoughtfully designed space that immediately felt welcoming. Despite it bustling with customers, seating was abundant, and the service was warm, attentive, and impressively efficient. Their coffee menu caters to every preference, offering a range of expertly crafted selections. For those who prefer dairy alternatives, they provide both almond and oat milk. Notably, their coffee is not overly sweet, allowing the depth and complexity of the roast to shine through beautifully. In addition to coffee, they offer a selection of pastries, bagels and other eats. For drinks other than coffee they have an assortment of teas, juices, and artisanal sodas. LOVED this coffee spot. Tons of seating for lots of people in front and back. Only one bathroom. The music playing was great, and baristas were top notch. Incredible pastries. I had the cherry almond pop tart. The cold brew was smooth. So glad I stopped in while visiting Colombia. Parking is tough so plan on paying from 8am to 8pm

Was visiting Columbus for a concert and this little coffee shop is amazing! The coffee is delicious with their crafted drinks having just the right amount of sweetness. They have a record player and records to choose from to put on some music which really adds to the vibe of the place. The staff was very friendly and ready to answer any questions and service was fast. Plenty of seating to go around. Would be a great place to sit and study or read while enjoying some fantastic coffee! I got the cinnamon roll cappuccino and my sisters got hot chocolate and a s'mortado. They have bags of coffee you can purchase and some apparel as well, it's coffee for a good cause that goes towards helping the community! Glad we decided to check it out while in town!

All I can say is I'm in love! Its the whole thing too. The vibe from the minute you walk in the door, the decor, I love the diversity of the customers. On to the coffee, hands down best coffee I've ever had, flavors are delicious! And they have a bakery type section with homemade muffins & pop tarts. If you haven't been, GO!

Years ago, I LOVED this place. The coffee was always amazing as was the atmosphere. After moving out of cbus whenever I come back and get the chance to visit, I do! I’m not sure if it’s now under new management or if they’ve made changes due to inflation, but I was very very disappointed. I ordered a cinnamon pumpkin coffee for starters. I asked if they could do it cold and they said… no? Which was odd. Then my sister wanted an iced Carmel macchiato and… they don’t do that either. They showed us the size of the hot version and it was a shot glass (strange, but maybe that’s more authentic or something?). My sister ended up getting the same thing as me. Long story short, they never asked what size we wanted and I just assumed like any other year I’ve been here that their sizing was the same. For two coffees this size, two pop tarts, and a tip is was $26 which to me is insane. Genuinely my coffee was the size of my pinky. I said nothing when they were making it because surely those were not our coffees and I was NOT trying to be that guy. The coffee tasted fine but this was honestly so disappointing I will never come back after years and years of coming here. Whatever you guys have changed, I hope for the sake of loyal customers you go back to the old ways!

I came on a Sunday afternoon, so it was pretty packed. The line to order was short, but the line of drinks on the bar was long. I intended to get a pour over, but I knew the wait would be a while, so I just opted to get a drip. It was good. The holiday drink menu seemed pretty good. Lots of seating available. I’d definitely go back…hopefully when it’s less busy.

We had a wonderful time at our stop at Fox in the Snow! The staff was amazing, the food was incredible and the coffee was divine! Seriously, we came in like a whirlwind, a toddler, infant and 4 adults, we aren’t the usual clientele but we were welcomed and never made to feel like we were too much or need to hurry out. We got to sit and visit before we left and went our separate ways. As a bonus, all of the fox décor made my heart happy. We made some fond memories on this trip and Fox in the Snow Cafe is one of the best! Would highly recommend it and will look forward to coming back someday when we’re in the area again!

Really excellent pastries and baked goods - I am a huge pastry snob and theirs are all good. Also great that they gave a good mix of both sweet and savory options. Loved the seasonal pumpkin muffin and everything bagel danish creation. Gets very busy especially on the weekends, so atmosphere is a bit chaotic but it’s a really nice space.

After a game of pickleball at Schiller Park, I stopped by the German Village location of Fox in the Snow—and it hit the spot. Whether you’re refueling after being active or just looking for a quiet mid-morning escape during the workweek, this location is ideal. I ordered a blueberry scone, the ham and cheese sandwich, the everything vegan croissant, and a chai latte. As always, their chai never disappoints—when I’m in the mood for one, this is my go-to. The ham and cheese sandwich was the unexpected star. I went in thinking it would be a small snack, but it was generously filled and surprisingly satisfying. The sesame seed topping added a nice crunch. I do wish they’d offer to heat it up, but they don’t. The everything bagel croissant was flavorful, but just a heads-up: the center tends to be a bit doughy. Not a deal-breaker, just something to expect. The blueberry scone was okay—visually beautiful, but it flakes down the middle and felt a little dry. I think halving the thickness would help distribute the sugary topping more evenly throughout each bite. Overall, Fox in the Snow is a great spot for a light, quality bite in a charming neighborhood. The menu has standouts, the setting is peaceful, and it’s a perfect pit stop if you’re in the area.

Super cute cafe with lots of options. All of their pastries are so good and fresh. Service was great. The coffee was good too. They use the cutest, daintiest glasses for water.

A lovely spot for an excellent latte, their coffee is full bodied and cuts through the layer of perfectly steamed milk. They also make a very good chai latte. The egg sandwich is the go to here and deservingly so. The perfectly toasted bun and great balance between egg, arugula, and bacon should be part of every order. While borderline too sweet, their sticky buns have the perfect texture and loads of pecans.

The cinnamon rolls and sticky buns are so good. Ham and cheese is delicious. Went on a Saturday morning and the line was out the door. The line moved quickly. Seating was hard to come by, but we managed to snag a table. Fast paced and noisy. They keep it clean and staff is on top of it. I recommend!

They offer so much here! The grocery is really well stocked and you can find so much more than at the standard supermarket. They also have food, ice cream, baked goods and seating to eat there. The freezer section is huge and the meat counter looks clean and is stocked well. They have more than just Mexican items, they carry a lot of South American items as well.

I went here yesterday for the first time and got a chicken torta and 3 tamales, and an agua fresa . The drink was so good i could not eat anything else. When I did i was not disappointed. The torta was fantastic and the overall store was impressive. The bakery selection was absolutely insane the amount of pastries and breads. I will be going back maybe weekly this place was awesome and my new grocery store and lunch spot.

My wife and I love this place, the food is fresh and delicious. We enjoy sitting for a drink while we eat. The produce is always fresh, the bakery, and carnesarita are amazing. We are doing are best to learn to communicate with them better, but they are always polite with are ignorance. p s don't miss the churro food truck if he's is there.

The staff expertly handled a group of 60 middle school students! We came as the culminating end to theor Spanish 1 & 2 classes. They treated our students with understanding and patience as they practiced their Spanish. Even the customers who came in helped our students. This place had fantastic food for lunch, desserts and so much more. Gracias is simply not enough for all they did for our group. If you are looking for excellent food/groceries, this place is well worth your time!!!

The new Plaza Tapatía is a big update from the old one. There’s a great variety of grocery items to choose from, a big meat and seafood section as well as a coffee bar, bakery, ice cream bar and candy land! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The buffet section has plenty of foods to choose from if you just want to stop in for lunch. Check it out!

Hear me out. The cheese danish and the smoked salmon dip…. Is an insane combination! I enjoyed every crumb! I also got the raspberry vanilla cruffin , ham and Gruyère croissant and a maple latte. Everything was fantastic! But the smoked salmon stole the show!

there are a few pastry shops in the world that people have begun to talk about, and this one earned its spot on the list for sure. something that I believe people have become accustomed to as a higher level of pastry like Dan the Baker does and as you could see in these pictures, I tried almost everything and right out of the gate. It’s the balance that will get you. it’s not just the intense flavors but the balance between them a lot of times things are just too much but not here and you get to taste every little component to each one of these fantastic items. It doesn’t matter what you get you can’t lose so just go in and try stuff and if you’ve been here before, and you’ve been sticking to the same thing, definitely venture out. Great service and worth hanging out in line.

Bacon and egg croissant was delicious—very flavorful filling and croissant was light, crispy, and buttery. A very special treat and worth the stop in from out of town! Country Sour bread smells wonderful. Would stop here again!

Update: I originally said it was over priced… I’ve been back at least two days a week 😂 it’s that good!!! The iced honey vanilla latte is the best latte I have had in Columbus. I ask for an extra shot for a stronger coffee taste and for it to be sweet. The coffee alone keeps me going back. All pastries are so fresh buttery, not too sweet and perfectly balanced. The breakfast burritos and house made salsa are delicious. I haven’t tried something I don’t like yet. Great bakery!!! Original: Truly delicious pastries and drinks, but fare warning… it’s pricey. $18 for a pastry and 8oz tea. I loved my vanilla raspberry cruffin. Excellent customer service, clean nice restaurant, and free parking.

Exceptional bakery, at a cost. They say that you get what you pay for, and here you pay a lot. Over $10 for a croissant is unheard of. That being said, it is a beautiful, artisanal croissant, with a perfectly folded, rich dough that is crispy on the outside and fluffy and airy inside. Is it worth the price? Maybe. It certainy is exceptional quality, but then again, you can find really good bakeries at half the price. Based on the long lines, I guess most people do prefer best quality over price.

This bakery is one of the best and I have been to many!!! Visited on a Thursday AM- was lucky there was no line and lots of delicious looking pastries to choose from. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The cardamon bun- probably the best I have ever had- last summer I went to Scandinavia where had about a dozen and this one stands above them all! So good. Each bite so flavorful! The egg pancetta pastry was so unique and delicious! I wish I could go back and try every pastry they have! Definitely will stop by again when in Columbus.

Nobody even comes close to what theyre doing in here. The prices are high, but the food is worth every cent. The employees appear to be well compensated, the ingredients and selection is top notch. The quality theyre outputting is truly in a league of its own. Try as much as you possibly can. You'll be back. There's a variety of options both savory and sweet. Everything from steak sandwiches to egg danishes to cookies, classic bakery items, breads. Not much room to sit, more of a grab and go kind of joint. Go now.

Based on the online photos and reviews I selected this bakery for our cake. Not only were they able to execute my vision, they were able to get it done within a couple of days. I’m so grateful I found Cakes and More and will definitely use them again if I have a need in the area!

This wedding cake was beautiful, but it genuinely tasted HORRIBLE. It was so bad that our guests didn’t finish it and many asked if we made it ourselves or if it was gluten free. The cake was very hard and tasted stale and the flavor of the cake and icing was supposed to be vanilla, but tasted like sawdust and nothing at the same time. So disappointing that this gorgeous cake tasted so bad that we didn’t save the rest for our anniversary. It got thrown out. The one star we gave was for the stunning design! Just so unfortunate that it tasted so bad.

I can’t say the number of times I have had this place make cakes for me from something simple, to something unique or something that I just say “make it pretty” and always pleased with what they made for me...they are very friendly, kind and very humble down to earth people, you can’t ever go wrong with them.. some complain about prices but I can’t complain because the cakes are good and you pay the price for what is worth. I recently had a party and decided I wanted a cake and got one from cakes and more. I ordered one of their standard flavors, strawberry chocolate. I wanted a larger size so I asked for the day before I needed it and they had it ready just in time for my party! It was a hit with all of my guests. They have cute cake pops and other small desserts in the counter too. I'll definitely be back next time I need a cake.

This is our 3rd cake from them and they nail it every time! My 12 y/o comes up with weird cakes and last year they did a succulent cake that was gorgeous. They are 10/10 on decorations and 10/10 on taste. Give them a shot.

Delightful cafe with great pastries and drinks. It’s small so it can get busy but it’s worth the wait! I’ve come here twice specifically for this raspberry croissant. It is so fresh and delicious. The lamination in the croissant is excellent and the custard inside is the perfect texture. Not too sweet. The iced mint black tea was great too, very refreshing! Thanks again!

Visiting family from Florida and we stopped by this little quaint bistro. Absolutely amazing food. 11/10! Everything is made in-house and you can tell. Everything we ate was so fresh and delicious. Staff is great and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Really nice place I tried the Dubai chocolate croissant 🥐 9.2 love it! The raspberry one was a fan favorite. It has a smooth taste and texture to it 7.4. Spent 20 for both would try again !

My first time going and instantly welcome with good customer service and good vibes. The desserts was delicious and creamy and the topping was perfect with the little crumbles on top. Coffee served was so good, I’ve never had a coffee where I didn’t need to add anything to make it better. 10/10 for the cheesecakes and coffee. And it is perfect/afforable for just a late night snack with friends! ( we all got our own dessert each)

Very cute, and very large coffee house with yemeni coffee. They have a large menu with multiple options of how you can get your coffee - take out, dine in, served in a kettle. The adeni yemeni latte is a delicious cardamom flavored coffee with condensed milk that is delicious. Highly recommend trying the coffee here. It’s also a cute place for after school hangouts, study dates, or any date! They also have sweet treats - the latte cake definitely tasted like coffee and was delicious

I’ve visited Qamaria before, but recently I’ve noticed some new faces especially a new guy who just started working there, along with Rissal (I hope I’m spelling her name right!). I drive around 1 hour just to come to Qamaria, and every mile is truly worth it. From the moment I walk in, I feel like more than just a customer—I feel genuinely valued. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the drinks are always top-notch, and the new staff member has brought an extra level of hospitality that makes each visit even more special. His kindness and positive energy really stand out. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel so appreciated. Qamaria has honestly made me fall in love with Yemeni culture. Highly recommend!

Love this Qamaria branch so much! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I especially want to shout out Jana and her coworker Reisha, they made the experience even better. I really loved the Qamaria latte, definitely one of my favorites in Columbus! I also tried the caramel milk cake and it was sooo good. Jana recommended that my brother try the mango dragonfruit drink, and he ended up loving it too!

Qamaria serves some of the best Yemeni coffee in town. Smooth, spiced, and always satisfying. The vibe is chill, the staff is welcoming, and the drinks speak for themselves. Highly recommended

Super cute café with very friendly and efficient workers and AMAZING food. The garlic bread was the best I've ever had. The croissant was crispy and perfectly baked with spectacular filling. The honeydew bread was a LITTLE sweet for my own personal preference but it tasted exactly like honeydew and was delicious. 10/10 will be coming here again!!

Shared a nice assortment of pastries, our favorites being the savory mushroom tart (bottom right) and Almond Croissant (bottom left). The Uzu Donut (top right) was surprisingly delicious as well! Prices were reasonable for an upscale bakery. Only negative is it was pretty loud and we could not hear our drink pick up number being called. Definitely not a quiet coffee shop to study in, if that's what you're looking for. Plenty of seating options and very bright though.

Tous Les Jours - Means “everyday” in French, which is honestly so fitting because I would come here everyday if I could 👀📍😳 This neighborhood bakery @touslesjours_columbus specializes in French-Asian inspired freshly baked goods everyday, hand crafted beverages and bold, flavorful coffee and espresso. From the gorgeous cakes and specially designed packaging to a clean store, bright and airy ambience, Tous les Jours is so aesthetically pleasing. There is truly something for everyone here to enjoy. Everything we had was phenomenal. I will 10000% be back! 😋 Amazing customer service as well, all around such a great spot here in Columbus.

This place was amazing! Me and my partner recently went for our anniversary and found this cafe and decided to try for the first time- and it was beautiful. I love the idea of the self serve, it was quick, easy, and we were comfortable taking our time making selections and looking at all the treats :) the checkout was fast and you order your drinks at the front when you pay for the food. We got our drinks and ate our food and everything was delicious, fresh, and well made. The atmosphere was bright and thriving, and it was a delightful experience, for a great price too!! 10/10 highly recommend 💕

I recently visited Tous les jours and enjoyed a Tiramisu Latte paired with a delectable chocolate pastry (the name escapes me, but it was absolutely perfect!). Their pastry selection is irresistible, and with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere, it’s a delightful spot I’m eager to return to.

Excellent little cafe in an aging strip mall. Counter service was excellent and the staff had our order perfect. After ordering we found a table and had quite the wonderful lunch. My pierogi's were perfectly steamed and the wife's Tuscan soup was excellent. There was a nice hum to the place, it was very clean, and the food and drink presentation made it just that much more delicious.

Happy to find a restaurant that reminds me of the cafes in Ukraine. Really excellent selection of pastries, although they were out of several menu items. The borscht was our favorite, a must try. The staff working there are also Ukrainian so it felt like home 🇺🇦

We found Créme de la Créme Bakery when we were looking for somewhere to stop for coffee on our way to Southwest Ohio that isn't a chain. Being in a strip mall by the highway we had our doubts, but we were pleasantly surprised to find top quality pastries, flavoursome and well presented food, and really tasty coffee! This will now be our regular place for a break when travelling past Columbus!

I frequent this location because I love the pastries, especially the pavlova. My fiance came here and asked them to custom make a cake based on the pavolva and they nailed it! I have included a photo. Today I came to eat brunch and EVERYTHING I tried was amazing. I ordered the sirniki, avacado toast, Varenyky, and the zuppa toscana.

Top notch, impressed by the tastes and presentation. Great welcoming atmosphere. Pastries were good and everything is reasonably priced. Lunch for 2 with a coffee and desert was 33 bucks, hard to beat that value.

It's connected to a book store which I thought was nice. Cozy atmosphere. Great food and coffee. I got a breakfast sandwich on a fresh baked sweet potato biscuit. Good seating availability.

This is a great lil business that offers wonderful products, but seems to have lost focus on overall quality. The bathroom was dirty, and there was a sign encouraging us to inform staff about any issues, but there wasn't any immediate issue(s), like a clog, or missing supplies. Rather, it was more of the general look of neglect, as if it hasn't been cleaned for at least a week; a buildup of shiny, dried, sticky spots all over the floor, debris on the edge of the bowl and seat, crusty faucets, etc. At this exact time, there were 2 employees at the bookstore register chatting to each other, with ample opportunity to "check the bathroom", as it's truly their job to do so. I found the cleanliness lacking throughout the diner as well. The tables weren't wiped down, inside or out, the counters, both where the food is prepared and where food is served, likewise were full of food debris because no one was taking the time to clean up, and it was attracting files. Acknowledging that I was there during one of their busiest times, Sunday lunch, but also, and I can't stress this enough, throughout my visit, there were many opportunities for the staff to remedy these issues. Five employees standing behind the counter, chatting to each other, while 3 of them worked, and they were tripping over each other to stand behind the counter to chat, and no one taking the initiative to clean the food prep area, much less the tables. So, I want to emphasize, it wasn't that they couldn't clean, it was that they didn't care enough to clean. Being understaffed is one thing, but having the staff who just don't care about their customers enough to do it, is altogether a completely different issue. Employees were friendly, pleasant, and very kind, but lacked supervision, direction and the thoughtfulness needed to provide an overall high quality of service. Truly caring for your establishment and your customers, by keeping things tidy, is a minimum in any food & beverage retailer. Sad to see a place with the ability to 'hit it out of the park' fall so short, barely making it to the 'so-so' mark.

This place was cute. Service was fast and friendly, atmosphere was average cafe vibes. The food (I got a cinnamon roll, which was almost out in the display at 9am), was disappointing. This roll was entirely one-note. Gooey, sweet, and soft. No caramelization of sugar, no crunch, and no structure. They microwaved it in the bag, and the bag took off half the topping, which while not a big deal for flavor, was a detractor for presentation. I don’t think I’ll be back here for the pastries though I may try out their sandwiches at some point.

I'm not kidding when I tell you that I just had the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. I ordered the sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a cheddar jalapeno biscuit. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The caramel latte was also perfection.

I decided to just stop by on a whim to this cute little bakery/cafe and I’m so glad I did! The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. The coffee was frothy, creamy and delicious! If you’re thinking about getting the jalapeño cream cheese on your sandwich and you’re on the fence about it, just do it! The best part was while waiting for the food, there is a bookstore next door you can browse. Definitely recommend trying this place! ❤️

My first experience at Kittie’s Cakes today was pleasant. Nice, comfortable, and fully equipped bakery. Their medium drip coffee was flavorful. Their cinnamon rolls are delicious. Nice good vibes. Limited seating and parking. Outdoor seating available. Friendly staff. Decent prices.

I called with less than a week notice needing a birthday cake last minute for ours sons Mario themed birthday. They were able to not only accommodate the order, but the cake was beautiful and just like the photos I had sent. On top of that it tasted amazing - the cake was super moist and icing was delicious. This was our first order, but will be our go to for party cakes going forward. Thank you!

We were greeted by the lovely fragrance of sweet treats upon entering the building. We got the Peach cobbler cinnamon roll, strawberry crunch, salted caramel pretzel, red velvet and vanilla cupcakes and a sample of the 7 layer cookies. EVERYTHING was excellent. Perfectly crafted, from the icing to the cupcake. We will definitely be returning to indulge in more delicious treats!

My first visit and I’m in love! The decor and atmosphere at J’s Sweet Treats is divine. We ordered cupcakes and they were delicious! They also do catering, wedding cakes, milkshakes, cookies, pies...So many treats, so little time.

First of all, this cake is very well made, it is extremely delicious and looked amazing! I wanted a SpongeBob themed cake for my son's birthday and gave short notice on when I needed it by, they had no problem with that at all and let me pick it up shortly after they closed. My only issue was navigating through the convention center to get to it but it's well worth it! I recommend them for a great quality cake!

I chose J’s Sweet Treats and Wedding Cakes to provide the desserts on the sweets table at my mother’s surprise 75th birthday party. They were more than patient as we talked through the options and I took my time making the best decisions for the event. The cupcakes, cookies, chocolate covered Oreos, cheesecake shooters, and cake pops were amazing! The cheesecake shooters didn’t even make it to the table! The guests loved it and I had almost nothing left. Thank you for helping make a special day that much sweeter!

Last December, for my wedding, I found J’s sweet treats to bake our wedding cake, and they were absolutely wonderful and professional. They gave a wonderful cake tasting with many options and time availability, and the two women running that shop sure know how to make amazing tasting cakes/cupcakes! All of the guests loved the 2 tiered cake, and they were able to make the theme of the cake just how we imagined it. They also delivered it day of the wedding and all went smoothly. Thank you for making our special day even better.

J's Sweet Treats has made cakes for all of our most memorable moments; Birthdays, Holidays, Baby Showers, and most recently our Wedding! Our guest have been raving about how great our wedding cake was! Ordering our cake was simple and stress free! We were even able to have our cake tasting packaged to go and had our cake tasting in the comfort of our own home. We absolutely love Mrs. Juana and her staff!

what a terrible experience our family had at this place. it was a go to place for us and we always bought our groceries and halal meat from here. I was really astonished to see the rude attitude of the cashier and the owners. this is the third time i have had the same problem, and i will never go to this place again. disrespect and rudeness coming from a person who is running a business is never acceptable. i wish these people good luck but this is against basic morality and ethics.

I've visited this location several times. It is very clean and always stocked. The prices are reasonable. I'm from New York and the halal markets are quite different. I was expecting to see more fresh meet rather than frozen. The lack of customer service is what's stopping me from giving this review a full 5 stars. I am not of an Arab background so I am not used to the absence of someone to assist me when needed. Everything isn't priced and this makes it a bit difficult for me, I should not have to ask the price of every item that I want. If that can be changed I will gladly give my review 5 stars. Otherwise, the food is good quality and my experience was good with a little tweaking of some things it can be great!!! I'll choose a halal market any day over the commercial super markets.

Don’t frequent this place. It has new owners and if you complain they get offended. They were told their products are old and expired. But they didn’t care. I understand customers are not always right but if a complaint is made then the owner/workers should just say it won’t happen again or resolve it someway. No one expects money back or free stuff but they do expect to be listened to.

Love this place. They have everything you desire in a middle-east market including a butcher shop. Clean and organized. They do a good job with baking fresh pita and various types of pies. They get creative with the pies too. For example, they have falafel, chicken curry, eggplant, and spicy shawarma to name a few. The owners are friendly and helpful. A1 for me!

One of the best Mediterranean stores in town, they always have high quality products and the staff are friendly. Their pies are amazing especially the cheese pie and the spinach pie but make sure you order them 1 day ahead as it get sold out quickly. Defiantly I recommend shopping there.

One of the best Halal supermarkets in town. They have a huge collection of middle Eastern groceries and products. I usually come here for the pita bread which is available fresh on Mondays and Thursdays. They sell Halal meat as well but not sure if it is Zabeeha Halal, better to check with the owner before you buy. It is not that easy to spot right away, look for the sign. It is next to Dollar General. The owner is soft spoken and friendly. Good place to buy your Halal groceries if you live close by.

Was excited to try this place but our pastries were quite burnt. I’m all for my baked goods having good some good color, but these were pretty inedible due to how burnt they tasted. Also they didn’t have any utensils or napkins which made eating pretty inconvenient.

Phenomenal pastry. Everything here has been incredible. The cookie croissant is my new favorite. I wa sable to stop by and snag one and it's absolutely insane. Not to mention the presentation is almost too good to eat. The pastry here are large, definitely shareable. Taste and quality is absolutely worth it. Most range from $6-10. Highly recommend the croissants and scones! I have not tried any bread, but I'm sure it's delicious as well.

It's my favorite bakery so far! Their almond croissant is very lightly buttered on the inside and very yummy. Definitely recommend!

omg SO GOOD!!! We got chocolate croissants and cookies and everything was incredibly delicious, especially the pistachio/cc cookie. We've gotten bread in the past and it was wonderful. The service is friendly, and it's mesmerizing to watch them make the goods through the glass.

The food and service was amazing!! The blueberry lemon scone was decent but the crookie (cookie inside of a croissant) was amazing, as well as the cinnamon roll.

We got a couple loaves of bread. The West Coast sourdough and the chocolate sourdough. They are both absolutely amazing!

I was very disappointed with the cinnamon raisin bread I purchased Sunday morning. It tasted like it was a week old. I would think that a bakery would have fresh bread, especially on the weekends when it’s busy.
