Picked this shop as it was recommended as the best apple fritter in Columbus. So as an apple fritter lover I had high hopes. For me this is not a great apple fritter. I look for a nice crispy outside, soft chewy inside with the obvious chunks of apples. This one had the crispy outside but the inside felt a little dry and lacked any apple chucks. Had they had apple chunks inside It probably would have helped with multitude and been perfect. But as it was it felt like it was at least a half day old and not that great. The blueberry donut had a good flavor but again felt maybe older than desireable. I understand they are 24hrs but some things tasted to have certainly been on the shelf just as many hours. I know the blueberry donuts usually aren’t as airy as a plain glazed and more cake like but this one was dense and slightly dry. As for the service, that was 5 star. The cashier was helpful, and patient while I decided what I wanted and got request from others over the phone. I will say while I was already getting the Apple fritter he recommend that and the blueberry which both missed the mark. Maybe they are/were slow sellers and that was his way of pushing them but they were not what he claimed they would be. “Top favorites” Over all decent service but low grade donuts and unfortunate I can’t eat the service. Late night cravings this place would be perfect. For fresh quality donuts with good filling in the morning probably not the best choice.

Yep, this place is good. Full selection of doubts, and other food mind you, but come for the donuts. Right off campus of OSU, so it’s a perfect location. Open 24/7 for all your snacking needs. They usually have a deal by x many and get one free, worth the extra to take home, or make new friends.

The food was good, I gor the kielbasa egg and cheese, I do wish the sandwich had a bit more flavor to it...the cheesy browns were ok! My hazelnut iced coffee was great!

These are the best donuts I've ever had. I go out of my way to stop since I live in Cincinnati. Truly, I didn't know they were a vegan bakery. Doesn't matter. I brought home one of each kind available on Sunday June 8 and my husband and I are enjoying each one. The raspberry almond is a particular favorite along with the samosa (I hope that's correct). I didn't get all the names, doesn't matter - all wonderful! We love that there's a bite to them, the texture is the best part. Keep up the good work!

This place makes the best vegan donuts. It's really worth the drive for some good donuts. Always very polite & friendly. They always do a great job of rotating their donuts. You have to make the trip to this business.

Roughly 10 donut flavors to choose from. All are the same donut foundation, with the flavors coming from the topping/glaze. They have the texture of a fluffy donut, but the density of a cake donut, which makes it unique and filling. You can see the whole bakery, and it looks very clean and orderly.

A local donut shop like no other! They offer a different assortment of insane flavor concoctions of donuts everyday, with vegan options as well! I haven't found a donut yet that they have made that isn't just simply delicious!! This was a lovely and classic bakery at Westerville downtown. There was no seat inside. There were a few items such as donuts, bread, candies, and birthday cakes. Most of them looked too sweet with too much sugar. My server was nice. She recommended the blueberry donut because it was less sweet. Surely, the donut tasted decent as my sweet treat.

Love this place! Asked for a half sheet cake for my son’s baptism and they had it done earlier than planned, it looked and tasted so good! It did have a small crack in it which I didn’t see until day of and I didn’t care enough to get it fixed, but I’m 100% sure if I had asked for them to ice it over they would have had no problem.

Came in on a whim as we were traveling. The young man working there (8/16/2025) we absolutely so friendly and helpful! And the pecan loaf he sliced for us was absolutely delicious! If we are ever back in the area again we will be back for sure!

I have been to this bakery for donuts and cookies a few times and appreciate the quality and price of their products. Their donuts do not need to look fancy because they look and taste just the way that donuts should be. Yum! This time, I got four donuts and one cookie, and altogether, they only cost $6.50. I had a cake made for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary, with one of their wedding pictures put on the cake. and I was sooo happy with the result. I don't even know why, but I started crying when I saw how beautiful it turned out. suuuper embarrassing, but I'm fine 😂👌🏻 and on top of everything, it tasted absolutely insaaaane! even my dad (who doesn't usually eat sweets) ate two pieces! very awesome experience with this bakery ❤️

Always a pleaser!! I hopped by this AM at 9:10 I was able to find a parking place right out front and hop in. The place smelled amazing and had a wide selection of bakery treats. I opted for 2 apple fritters and some donut holes (3)for my son, along with a devils food cake donuts for him as well. For around $5 we had fresh made on-site delicious as a morning treat. They consistently have friendly staff who ensure you feel welcome and the donuts are always a favorite. Worth a stop in for some delicious scratch made goodness!!

What a cute little diner. Tucked away in the neighborhood with not much parking , it's still worth checking out. You get complimentary, serve yourself coffee and donuts while waiting . There's a wide variety of things to make your coffee exactly how you love it. The menu is small but filled with yummy favorites. Prices are comparable to most places now, fairly cheap I'd even say. Everything was delicious and served pretty quickly. The service was great and we will definitely be back

Stepout Columbus highly recommended DK diner, so my wife and I made the trip to the diner. First and foremost, the doughnuts are outstanding. Some of the best doughnuts I've ever had. The breakfast was okay. For the price of biscuits and gravy, I would have liked to see hashbrowns added. The service was pretty much help yourself. And obviously, with everything going on, there is a 50 cent upcharge on each egg. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience.

Best donuts in Columbus. Picked up donuts today because I wanted to try your limited lemon one. It was absolutely delicious! My other favorites are the sour cream, devils food, and blueberry. Every time I get these to share with family, work, or friends they always ask where they are from because they can’t believe how good they are.

This small diner is located in the heart of Grandview, OH on the corner of 3rd Avenue. The food is pretty good, but be prepared for a wait due to limited seating. Beverages are self-serve, and there’s often a long line at the cashier when paying for your ticket. DK is known for their large size donuts but I wasn’t impressed with the donuts at all. Management needs to work on adding another pay station or fixing the QR code payment option so customers don’t have to wait 20 plus minutes to pay for their meal.

This is one of our favorite places in Columbus! The people at the counter are so nice and somehow remember us, even though the restaurant is always really busy. The donuts are amazing, and the food is great too. But if possible, the people are even better… One time after my first baby I stopped by to get a donut all sweaty and tired with my three week old, and the person at the counter waived the charge. It was a really kind gesture that got me through the week. I will always remember how nice they were, and it always makes our day when we get the chance to stop by!

Ordered 20 dz donuts for a company event and im only hoping there wil be more event for me to pick up more of these!! They have SO MANY flavors that it’s hard to choose from unless you are like me getting 20 dz a time. They are big, airy and very tasty. Very seasonal priced for the quality and quantity you are getting!

Where better to get birthday donuts than Amy’s! The selection is more vast than competitors offerings combined! Our little birthday boy had the hardest time choosing! Service was prompt and very patient with him as he carefully chose. Donuts were delicious (“adult” choices not pictured but definitely available!) and prices on par with other donut offerings

Went by recently around 5 am and they weren’t open inside yet. There are a lot of flavors and I wanted to check them out. I went through the drive through and ordered 3 dozen for my guys at work. They enjoyed the taste and texture will be back when I get the chance

I went here because my son told me they’re the best. And he was right. I wanted to see if they were better than Jolly Roger donuts and they are better by a mile. Fresh, soft, extra large, and lots of cream filling. Unlike the other place that were stale. I only got 2 donuts, but I’ll be back to bring donuts in for work.

Awesome donuts! Fresh, and you can see chunks of fruit in the various fritters (we had apple and blueberry). The fritters are bigger than my hand! We only ordered 6 donuts, but had to use a 12-donut box to make them fit.. There's a huge selection of donuts with all kinds of toppings. We got two long johns, and she added the filing at both ends - yum! As a side note: only 2 fritters survived after the drive home.

This was my roommate and I’s first time coming to Amy’s Donuts! We have been trying to come here before we both move away from Columbus and we finally decided to go last night. We called around 9:45pm, not knowing they close the inside at 10pm, and a very sweet employee named Andrew answered and told us he would keep the doors open for us so we could come in and see all the donuts since this was our first time and he could tell how excited we were about the donuts! He was so patient and kind while we were in AWE of all the donuts they offered! We ended up buying a dozen and they were ALL. SO. DELICIOUS. Needless to say, give that man a raise, and go get yourself some Amy’s Donuts!!!

We went on a Saturday morning and the donut counter was Really Busy! We were able to seat ourselves right away and had service within just a few minutes. The coffee was great!! I ordered the French Toast and my husband got the burrito, smothered in sausage gravy. My french toast was good, but a little doughy. I like mine a little more done. My husband said the burrito and gravy were good. He also ordered a side of homefries and for the price, he definitely didn't get a large enough portion. He said they were good, a lot of garlic! Over all it was good, not great. A little expensive for breakfast. We ordered donuts on the way out and again good, but nothing I have to make a special trip back for.

I only know about their donuts. They are old school donuts. If you eat two in a row you know it because they are substantial, heavy. They have a peanut donut and it is amazing. It is a cake donuts, dipped in glaze, and rolled in salted chopped peanuts. That is the best individual donuts I have had anywhere.

Favorite donut shop in Columbus! Especially because it’s so much MORE than a donut shop! They have a full breakfast & lunch menu! My go to is the Breakfast Burrito, with coffee & a donut to go!! Absolutely delicious! And generous portion! You can get it with sour cream & salsa on the side for no extra charge. Delicious!! Donuts are great too! Wide selection and always fresh! It has a wonderful small town feel - the Owner is as friendly as the waitresses and often comes out to check on you or just chat a bit. Very comfortable environment. Definitely one of the best gems of Columbus!

This place is cute. Has the little diner feel to it. We got some donuts to go. The donuts were pretty good. There is plenty of parking, but my concern would be the space inside. It’s not a large building. Limited seating, I can see there being a wait if it’s a busy day. Overall great experience

I never leave reviews. But oh my god lol. donut factory is amazing. It was my boyfriend and i’s first time in there and we couldn’t ask for a better experience. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The woman behind the counter suggested the Carmel nitro cold brew, and we couldn’t stop talking about how delicious it is. And don’t even get me started on the donuts. Each one tasted better than the last. Will absolutely be back again!

I heard about this place from a co-worker so I thought I’d try it out. It’s out of my way from where I live but I thought I’d give it a try because I love to try new places. It’s Lil just like it says. They do have a variety of Donuts and cheaper than most donut shops. I got the maple bacon. It was okay. A bit more sprinkles of bacon would be great. The maple cream filled stick was good. I really like the fact that they go easy on the maple frosting because this is a very sweet treat. Right amount of frosting and right amount of cream. Very friendly staff. I went around 6 am on a Friday and boy were they busy with lots of people coming and going. Great lil stop if you are in your way to work in that area. Give it a whirl. See what you think. Just get there early if you want fresh donuts and best pickings. I give it a five for the mere fact that their prices are cheaper for donuts. I definitely will stop again to try their other donuts. Oh and they also have donut holes!

Was pleasantly surprised by this donut shop. Affordable prices but most importantly great donuts. If you are in the Hillard area you will not be disappointed with their glaze donut or pumpkin glazed donut. Update: Sour cream cake donut is really good.

First time from ordering from here on doordash. Had high hopes but unfortunately the stuff that we got didn't taste very fresh was disappointed selection that we received! This has been my go to Bakery since I moved to Columbus! I would travel for these baked goods! My absolute favorite Twist Donuts are a go to every time! Birthday Cakes, Bundt Cakes and Cookies and all of the Oh My Goodness Goodies!

A neighborhood & Central Ohio staple. I grew up with Resch's a regular part of our Saturdays & we always got cakes from there for celebrations. Along the way, the recipe changed & it didn't taste as great. Well, we went back Sept 2025 & it was just as delicious as we remember from childhood. So glad we stopped in to try them again.

This bakery has been in business OVER 100 YEARS. There is a reason for that longevity! The cakes melt in your mouth! The donuts are scrumptious, especially glazed donut holes. I could eat a bag of 1 dozen! I drive 60 miles one way to go to the shop! ♥️🎂🍰

Finally was able to stop by this shop and get their donuts. It did not disappoint. I’ve had buckeye donuts and, jolly pirates and their glazed donut always taste stale to me. Resch’s donut was not that and it had the perfect about of sugar glazed. Not overly sweet. Their shop is pretty small though but the call line was very efficient and fast.

Their donuts were hot and freshly fried. The strawberry syrup was too sweet for me. It was interesting to watch how the donut was made. But the service was slow because there was only one person making all of things during lunch time. It would be fast to order through the app in advance.

I tried the vanilla and the maple bacon. First time here and the last. Very disappointed, served very hot the icing was melted off both donuts. Very generic tasting. Not what I was expecting at all. Not for 3.50 a piece. Not worth the hype. I have had better at a grocery store.

I was very disappointed the customer service is trash down to the workers and management. They offer something online you go in to pick it up.. and never did they say well we decided to make your order as we desire. Never did they communicate what you paid for is not what your getting.waited for management to call me and he never did. I had to keep calling to communicate how disappointed I was. Huge disappointment today when I tried multiple times to order online and it wouldn’t work. When I finally got it to go through I went to pick up my order and they were out of nearly everything that I ordered. The woman at the front was very nice, but this was literally all my husband asked for for his birthday and now I’m headed home empty handed. There was no way for them to let me know online that my order could not be filled and even though they had my phone number they waited until I walked in to offer alternative options for flavors instead of calling me. I wouldn’t have wasted the trip all the way out to Westerville from Grove City.

Unfortunately, when I came, their espresso machine was not working so only got a regular coffee. Donuts were ok, nothing too spectacular. It's a vanilla cake based donut and it gets dunked in whatever topping you want. Biggest complaint was that the donut was small and soggy so the toppings basically just falls off. Can barely pick it up and eat it without everything just coming right off. Flavor wise, it's fine.

Sooo, they advertised EVERYWHERE for National Sprinkle Day , free confetti donut all day that day. So I get the kids ready and we head out to Duck donuts for our free Confetti Day treat. There was a sign on the door that said " Sorry, we are all out of dough, no doughnuts whatsoever, but we have sandwiches for purchase" Not sure if it was a purposeful dirty ploy to sell sandwiches and not give away donuts or if they just have a really really bad manager. Either way, my kids crying at 9 in the morning because they don't get donuts , not cool, at all. Oh, and no rain checks. There were other littles there crying and other parents that were quite unhappy. I permanently removed Duck Donuts from a place that I would like to spend my family's money. We only have so much donut money and I choose to spend it better.

We had family visiting with fond memories of Duck Donuts from Duck in the Outer Banks which is why I was buying donuts this morning. The young man working was friendly, professional and efficient. It was a great experience. He mentioned he has worked there since this location first opened. I hope to buy my next donuts from him too!!

We found this gem on a day trip to Columbus. Wow. Unassuming (not a CAKEBAKE) genuine charm in the retail counter. The son gave us a cookie sample that blew our minds, and we then bought a bunch. The smell of bread and old-fashioned treats was so nostalgic. The quality of bread and treats was very high. Pistachio Amaretto cookies! Biscotti! Ever have a fried and glazed croissant? Lobstertail confection! Oof. Kinda glad we don't live closer. We'd be CHUBBY! (er)

Visited early one morning and right as they were opened they had a lot of customers ready to get some goodies. Cool people and very good pastries. I got a couple donuts that I really liked and also a lobster tail cream puff. All very good but my one criticism of the lobster tail is that it was a bit dry and hard at some point with more dough. Decent price and a hidden little gem. I didn't get a chance to talk to the owners because it was so busy but I do get the vibe it's a smaller, family owned business.

They make THE BEST PISTACHIO cookies I've ever had!!! So delicious! I wish SO BAD that they would ship to Florida. I would purchase at least 5 DOZEN! A hidden gem. Great place to go for Italian pastries, buns, treats, and more. My wife fell in love with their cronuts and cannolis, so I make it a point to go whenever I can.

All their pastries are delicious. The lobster tail pastry used to be only available at Christmas, no it's year-round. And they are wonderful with a perfect pastry cream on the inside.

Auddino's has been around for many many years for my family. My in-laws frequented them when my spouse was a child and we've been going there for a long time as well. Great bread, donuts, biscotti, all kinds of great Italian baked goods.

They charged me extra for the Fruity Pebble ones that was never specialty ones before. They're regular donuts with a spoonful of cereal that a bag of that cereal is $3. Also didn't realize Long Johns are speciality. And they're more like Short Johns. They're small. Only got them because they didn't have many donuts and nothing states they are. So your manager is charging for specialty but not listing then. Also why open when you have the same donuts I could get at Kroger, Giant Eagle, or UDF for a cheaper price. I've seen a few people walk in, and walk right back out. Lost 3 business transactions in the 5 min I was there. A lady before me asked why they barely had any and the man was kind a rude and said they're closed Mondays and hes the only baker and can't do everything. So the manager can't bake? He wasn't the manager. When I got home, some of the donuts were hard so my GF called to complain and the manager called my GF a liar. Claimed they're all fresh. Either she's lying about being fresh or you're baker lacks making donuts. My GF went back to prove her wrong. The manager touched all the donuts, barehanded, and says they're not hard. We already said not all were hard. She said she can't replace them but she had to because she put her germy hands on them in front of customers. Nice seeing a young manager but thing about being young, have no common sense. GF asked for a discount and she said she can't give refunds. So if someone is charged too much, you can't issue a refund? I don't believe it. Here's the kicker, she replaced all the donuts and didn't replace them with the "Specialty" ones. So I paid for "Specialty" ones and didn't even get them. My GF didn't realize it until she was home because she was mad. Also she gave us less donuts then we took back, really? Called 2x and I get put on hold. Not waiting. And realized it's not worth speaking to her. This was always my go to place go get donuts but if something doesn't change, I'll have to start going elsewhere. It's sad because as a child, we used to go to a location that was in Dayton. Tells you how long ago that was, considering that location closed over 25 years ago. Have been in GC for almost 3 years and was happy to find out Jolly Pirates was still around. Also why are your donuts smaller now then they were 3 years ago? They cost more and they're smaller. With another donuts place opening 1 mile down the road, I won't say their name, I have a feeling Pirates isn't going to last much longer. Posting pictures of the old donuts and the replacement so you can see I never got my Specialty donuts. And why are your Long Johns so high. I could have gone to Der Dutchman and got bigger ones at a cheaper price; they're 3x the size of yours. Can the owner please leave their email so we can discuss this issue. The manager says you're OK vacation for 2 weeks and I don't believe that. Responding to what the owner said: No she did not offer a refund for the difference. She said she isn't allowed to give refunds. So keep lying to protect your manager. And noticed you refused to give me information to talk to you directly. I was charged for specialty donuts that wasn't even advertised as specialty. When we got our donuts replaced, she didn't replace them with specialty ones. And when my GF asked for a partial refund, she said shes is not allowed to give refunds. Why would anyone refuse a refund and why are you lying to protect your manager? This is poor business. So please send me your contact information since you're not being very professional.

Ever since the pandemic, their donuts have been way smaller and the price for a dozen of donuts use to be $7.75. Now, they are charging $16.75. This a rip off. You are getting ripped off on the price and your donuts. Shame on y’all robbing people. This is unacceptable in every which way. We the community support y’all’s shop, and y’all are going to turn around and rip those who are keeping y’all in business open. I stopped in this morning to get my sister her annual birthday donuts. I've been doing this for years. I spent close to $20.00 dollars for 14 donuts. Half of the fancy donuts we're so stale that they seemed like they were 2 or 3 days old. They were so dry they were inedible. I called to let them know and they insisted they were fresh baked that morning. Instead of asking me to bring them back the employee hung up on me. I wasn't rude however I know the difference between a fresh doughnut and a stale one. Who wouldn't. If I could give 0 stars I would. I wont be back. BTW just look at all the reviews saying the same thing. Apparently the owner is unaware or just doesn't care.

Service was great. Food was terrible. One of the donuts was stale. Two of them could not be pulled apart without destroying them. We have always been a loyal customer. We will not be going back.

The owner is such a lovely person, andni enjoy supporting someone's passion. The donuts here are the best cake donuts I've had yet, and there are so many options! She has regular staples and she does little holiday themed ones periodically as well. They are never stale and the price is extremely reasonable. I stumbled upon this hidden gem today while walking to get my hair done. I had never been before and I must say these are the best donuts I’ve ever had in Columbus! The staff was friendly and very helpful. 10/10 I wil be back!!

While the donuts look amazing, I found them to be a little spongy and rubbery. I visited late in the day and maybe received some not so fresh donuts. I will be trying them again in the future, but was a little disappointed in the quality of the donut texture.

I couldnr be happier with this place. My family stopped here on our family vacation and I wish I had enough room in my tummy to try them all! My favorite was hands down the maple bacon it was so amazingly delicious. The enviorment was super welcoming as well in this little bitty shop. They had a really good flow to help maintain social distancing as well. One was in past the donuts and then down the hall back out the door. At no time did I eve feel overcrowded. Also at this particular shop they are completly nut free so it's super awesome if you have allergies!

Husband and I stopped in here on a late Saturday afternoon before going to dinner next door. This was our first visit and the staff was friendly. The case to the right when you first walked in was pretty much completely empty, and they were almost out of pies in the top basket, but the cookie case and the ones to the left of the cookies, were pretty full. We selected an assortment of cookies, and they were all delicious! Next time we go back we want to get some of the rolls as well, as they looked very soft and fresh.

Walked in and wasn’t greeted. Bakery items do not all have pricing on cases and employee seemed annoyed that I was questioning prices. She also was answering while in the middle of our conversation. Ordered a cinnamon stick and pecan roll. The pecan roll was dry and did not have any flavor. I guess I was expecting to be wowed from the reviews. The cinnamon stick was edible but would not recommend. My daughter had a cheese danish and took one bite and said it was not good. I will not be returning.

She takes their design very seriously and appreciates the artistry that goes into a well-executed design. The Original Goodie Shop bakery has nailed it both times. 2024 Victorian 7-inch round cake $58.15 White cake with almond-flavored, custom-colored buttercream icing, and a custom design based on inspiration photos. More details: 1. I put in the order on a Tuesday and they produced this beautiful cake by Thursday. Caveat: I got lucky they could make this happen. It’s not a turn around time I would expect. 2. Eli meticulously worked with me, the photo inspirations, and my daughter’s requested color theme to document the order that resulted in the most beautiful birthday cake my daughter had ever seen. Eli even found a paint palette online to serve as an example for the decorator. The decorator perfectly interpreted my daughter’s vision. 3. Eli gave a detailed explanation of the price up front. 4. The cake was moist and the almond-flavored buttercream icing was delicious. 2025 Monet’s Water Lillies 7-inch round cake $63.95 Almond-flavored white cake with custom-colored vanilla buttercream icing and a custom design based on an inspiration photo. This design required more expertise and time than the previous year’s design. More details: 1. I worked with Emilie through email to submit the inspiration photo and other details ten days in advance. 2. Emilie provided a detailed explanation of the price up front. 3. Usually, our daughter has very specific ideas of what she wants for her birthday cake design, but this year, I wanted to surprise her. I think she was wary to give up control. She visited the MoMA in July and loves Monet’s Water Lillies painting, so I thought this would honor both. Because she prefers pastel over brightly colored icing, mainly due to the (typically) bitter taste, I was nervous. She couldn’t believe her eyes when we revealed the cake to her. She said it was perfect, and she knew right away what the inspiration was. She said it was so beautiful she didn’t want to cut it. Needless to say, we took many photos to preserve the memory of this work of art. 4. The cake was well-flavored and moist. The buttercream icing was perfectly applied, not too thick or thin, and the flavor was unaffected by the brighter coloring. I am grateful for the decorators and crew at TOGS that have made two birthdays extra special for our daughter. 🎂💛

I had a wonderful experience at this bakery that went far beyond the product—it was genuine human warmth. I’m an immigrant, and in all my time living here, almost no other place has shown a gesture like this. While picking up an Uber Eats order, a gentleman greeted me like an old friend and, to my surprise, offered me a donut. He even let me choose between vanilla or chocolate, but insisted the vanilla one would be perfect. I saved it to share with my wife, who knows a bit about pastry, and we both loved it. The dough was soft and fluffy, with balanced sweetness, and the cream complemented the dough perfectly. An elegant, delicate, and memorable donut. I don’t know his name, and he doesn’t know mine, but kindness and hospitality need no names. If you haven’t visited this place yet, you should—you’ll find quality… and humanity.

The Goodie Shop is the best bakery! We stop by all the time for little treats. Recently we had them bake a cookie cake and small wedding cake for our wedding. Both were delicious and beautifully decorated. We told them our wedding colors and general decorations we liked and they knocked it out of the park.

I went in very early on a Saturday morning to kind of beat the crowd. The pastries that I got in the cookies were good. But the customer service was absolutely terrible. The teenager/man that waited on me was beyond rude and to be honest, I almost left without my order because he was just that rude. I ordered several things, but because I didn’t get to finish speaking because he interrupted me he grabbed a bag to put all my items in when I ordered several things that needed a box and then he got rude with me about it like it was my fault that I ordered several things that would’ve required a box when I tried to explain him in the beginning that I was going to order several things. Even when he was checking me out at the end of it, he was rolling his eyes and was just so completely rude, like he didn’t even want to be there. I don’t necessarily know if this represents the type of company that you have, but I waited so long to finally get a chance to come to your shop from Virginia, and I could not have been more disappointed in how I was treated.

The young woman making the donuts was very precious and sweet and helpful! Donuts were very yummy! Simple cake donut, but made fresh and hot; I made my own (maple icing, honey drizzle, streusel and PB cup). Also tried a white cream filled with chocolate icing - loved it! Simple, but the icings were VERY fresh and I love that they fill a cake donut!

First time ordering here. I normally get my custom donuts from Amy’s! I’m impressed! Only thing is the donuts are a lot smaller than a normal donut. The donuts were fresh. Warm and I even had them delivered!

Fantastic donuts. I got round John's, cherry filled,and PB something. All were delicious. I got a half dozen,plus 2 for the same price as a dozen at other donut shops. Great place with fresh donuts made to order. The staff was very helpful and took my order over the phone so it is ready by the time I got there. The selection of donuts is very diverse with something for everyone. The prices are pretty good too given the quality and attention to detail. These donuts were a big hit with my team and were a great way to start a work day. Would highly recommend for people with a sweet tooth.

This was honestly one of the best donuts I’ve ever had in Columbus! Perfectly fresh, light, and just the right amount of sweetness. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and quick with service, which made the experience even better. I was a little hesitant to try at first, but I’m so glad I did! I went with their strawberry cheesecake donut (recommended by them), and it absolutely did not disappoint. My friends and I will definitely be back to try more flavors! I ordered three dozen chocolate covered Oreos on a stick, beautifully decorated and boxed! Reasonably priced as well! I was very pleased!

Service was a little slow. I couldn't figure out if the woman behind the counter was just getting donuts ready or if she was giving me time to look at the menu. But I eventually had to ask her if I could order after a good 8 to 10 minutes of standing there. Looking at the selections which were delicious but a little overpriced compared to competitors like ducks. I stopped here after church because I had never seen the place before. Did I mention the donuts are delicious?

First time coming here since hibachi was introduced but all I can say is overall disappointed because I was expecting a little more for the price I paid for all of this (untouched btw) was $28. When I opened the boxes I instantly thought to myself I should’ve just gotten the hibachi entree because these are legit kids meals. I was craving breakfast and wanted to try something new but this is why I have anxiety about trying new things if I can’t sit down in the restaurant first. The donuts on the other hand were HUGE and she gave me 2 for forgetting them in my bag. Overall I will not be returning but do as you will. 4/10 (only because of the donuts)

Immediately a personal favorite of mine. Appreciate the menu selection, coffee was good, donut was great (even late in the day), the food was perfect. The seating is comfortable and inviting and the staff was extremely pleasant and hospitable.

Good old fashioned diner serving some deliciousness for either breakfast or lunch. I had the double cheeseburger with bacon, cheeseburger, fries, cinnamon rolls, their breakfast sandwich (BEC), coffee, and their chili. I have not been disappointed. You may order the meat your style. For me, preferably medium well. The burger is massive and it’s taste deliciously impactful. If you dine in, you will listen to some nice tunes from specific eras and genres. You may dine in and or order take out. Prices are decent. Staff is amazing. Parking in front of the restaurant. Excellent prices!

I really liked the atmosphere here, but I think they need to do something to make the surroundings pop. Everything is so old and faded. Shame. I got the patty melt. You know that mystery meat they served you in school? That's what you get here. I could not stomach it so I got tomato grilled cheese instead and sent back the burger. I don't know how but they messed that up too. See the photos. And, finally, the waitress was really sweet and kind but I just could not understand her. I don't think she speaks much English, poor thing. I won't be back. I wish them a better chef and higher quality inventory.

Noticed on maps so stopped. Big selection of donuts ,cookies ,breads, and pastries.got creme filled with chocolate icing and plain creme filled. Great taste,filling almost marshmallow taste. Donut not usual texture,closer to a fry bread texture. Different but tasty. Very friendly atmosphere.

Our family& I really enjoy the family feel here! The staff's warm and inviting. My kid's love the donuts,&I can't get enough of their homemade pies! It's nice knowing that we're supporting a long standing neighborhood, family shop like this! Anyone can go to a chain grocery store for just about anything, however, I love being able to take my girls here on their way to school for a job well done &know that I'm creating memories that will last. The service is faster than any chain, &it's nice seeing the same friendly faces that lend to a wonderful start of the day!

May be a little run down on the outside, but we have gone twice within one week of discovering this bakery because it is so good! Plus everything is extremely well priced. We loved the donut sticks, pecan rolls, honeycomb, and the maple peanut cinnamon roll. Definitely worth trying!

I thought the pastries were small, about 1/3 less in size than a regular donut and the price was 90 cents each! I can go to Meijer and get better tasting donuts for 60 cents each. The lady told me that they make their donuts the night before, so I guess that explains why they don't taste vary fresh. I got a creme horn and it had meringue in it instead of a sweet creme filling. The only good thing that I would go back to eat again was their pecan rolls, they were quite tasty.

I was excited to finally try Tupelo after following them for a while, and have become a huge fan since then. The donut flavors are quite unique, and they have weekly specials that they'll advertise on social media. The yeast risen donuts have a very fluffy texture with good density; the cake donuts could be slightly too dry; the filled donuts have lots of filling, typically made in-house from fresh fruits, with a great balance by not being overly sweet. Their trucks have some of the friendliest people you'll meet working them. On the down side, they have inconvenienced me on multiple occasions by not being where they advertised or cancelling last minute. I'd highly recommend following them on IG to know their daily whereabouts, and always get there early because they sell out quickly!

I was super excited to try this place, I got there they pulled out a tray of donuts to show me the flavors, I didnt think that those were the ones they were selling bc they looked super old. The chocolate on it wasnt fresh when you'd take a bite the pieces would just break off of the donut. It just wasnt good

I love Tupelo’s! I normally go to their truck. I tried going to their actual place and it was open but no one was inside. I waited and waited for about 20 mins and even called but no answer. That was a bit frustrating. I thought it would be nice to stop by since I was in the area but it would be great if someone was there. Other than that, I still give them 5 stars because of the good experiences I’ve had with their van and their tasty donuts.

Have been looking for a donut spot in Dublin for a while now. Stumbled upon Tupelo in the comments section of a Nextdoor question. The website was easy to use and I wish I had pre-ordered. Decided to walk-in without realizing what time it was. I accidentally arrived a few minutes after they closed, though I didn’t realize it until I was checking out. I was let in and couldn’t have been a friendlier environment. The donuts looked amazing and I was helped to pick out a few of what was left, again, I should have pre ordered. Got the donuts home and not only do they look beautiful but they are delicious. Will definitely be frequenting and am looking forward to pre-ordering the cinnamon rolls next weekend! Placed a pick up order and when I showed up they had no idea what I was talking about and didn't have any of the donuts for the order. Ended up getting whatever I could. One of the donuts was completely doughy and uncooked halfway through and the other had weird herb bits that were definitely not supposed to be in there. I would recommend going literally anywhere else.

Everything here is gluten free and there are some vegan and dairy free options too. I had a brownie which was delicious and my son had a buckeye cookie. They were awesome. Bake me happy isn’t just good for a gluten free bakery, they’re great for a bakery. Very faithful reproductions of gluten based baking that taste amazing, have amazing texture. Love this place. It was right down the block from us for years, and we really enjoyed walking there with the kids to get a drink and a treat (king dong for the win). James always made the best drinks and even better conversation (plus that music of his- ughhhh so talented!) Picking up a gluten free cake for my son's birthday. I had ordered ahead and it definitely passed all my expectations!

By recommendation, I popped by Bake Me Happy to find a good treat. I ended up with a coffee cake muffin. It had cinnamon inside and frosting on top. The appearance was fantastic. I'm not used to gluten free, but I'm trying. So that I could eat it immediately, I got a chair out of my hatch and sat right there in the parking lot to enjoy it. It's cool to get a feel for the neighborhood. These guys have all sorts of ground coffee, gluten-free beer, tea, dry goods and refrigerated items, along with actual coffee shop items. This building used to be an old post office. They moved to this location about 2 years ago. It's a mile or so from the old spot, but has way better car and foot traffic. The donuts are freshly made to order so if you are expecting to run in and run out in 2 minutes then look somewhere else for donuts. I would suggest the frozen thawed donuts from Tim Hortons. But if you want something cooked hot and fresh in front of your eyes that you can customize anyway you want, this is your place! The Oreo and the Reese's pieces donuts are two of my favorites! The dough is so delicious. Gotta try this place!

Overall this donut place is ok. Was I disappointed? No..not really. Was it amazing? Not particularly. There's much better donut places nearby. I found the donuts too dense for my personal preference. I enjoyed the topping selection and the staff was friendly. I purchased a half dozen and ended up just eating the topping on the few I took home.

Here at work donuts are brought in from all sorts of shops from around the Dublin / Hilliard area. The Doughnut Expirement greatly surpasses all other doughnuts that have been brought in. They are always warm when they arrive, and the selection is amazing! Many more unique choices than what you would typically see.

Site says open till 7pm. We drove up specifically and sign says closed. Called. She answered and when asked open .....no closed. Website says 7p. She said ... thats next week? Whats the point of having hours on site that are not accurate? Wasted over an hour . We should have just stuck to Buckeye donuts where they are always fresh, yummy AND OPEN

This place offers and incredible variety of gluten free offerings. We got several items to try different things and were not disappointed by anything we got. We found the prices to be incredibly affordable given most people often up-charge for GF items. We found the quiche to be particularly incredible. I’d recommend the caramelized onion option. I also really enjoyed the seasonal peach coffee cake. The owner’s husband helped us and was engaging and patient with us while we decided what we wanted to do he also walked through and explained what each of the items were. This is a treasure for people like me that can’t have gluten. Will come back for sure.

This is best gluten free bakery I have ever been to. The crust on the quiche is flaky and the filling is delicate. The donuts don’t even taste gluten free. The staff is friendly, welcoming and kind. The vibe is relaxed. And bonus- the prices are reasonable.

I cannot put into words how excited I was to find a bakery that is gluten free AND dye free. I purchased four items, the lemon bar, chocolate chip cookie, carrot cake slice and donut. The donut wasn't quite to my taste but the texture was perfect. I loved the other 3. I will definitely be returning.

Love this bakery! The sun-dried tomato egg strata, butter biscuit, and apple pie bar tasted like homemade--delicious. Everything looked so good that we were having a hard time deciding what to get. The bread and pastries were out of this world! I live in the Akron area and would definitely make the hour and half drive solely for this wonderful bakery. Everything was fresh and stayed fresh! I had a great experience purchasing a small tiramisu cake from Belle's Bakery. The staff offered to add some handwriting in chocolate on top for no additional fee and put the cake in a handy box with handles for easy transport. In addition, the cake was delicious and reasonably priced at $25. The bakery was full of delicious looking and interesting baked goods plus various tea and matcha drinks. What a great place!

Found this place last minute as a highly rated bakery in Columbus. I decided to give it a try and take part in enjoying the deliciousness. When I arrived it was around 1:30. It seemed like half the stock was out or low. Could sandwiches were basically empty a handful of the pastry trays were low. I assumed that was almost a good sign that meant sales were good which means pastries are good. I decided to get a caramel almond roll as I love both caramel and almonds. When I got to where I was going I was excited to dive in and even took a great picture. At first bite there was a strange taste. I took a few more to confirm and I was right it indeed had a weird taste. Something with the caramel moose had a very chemically/artificial taste to it. Very unenjoyable and ruined the entire cake. It fell like eating cleaning product moose. Idk if the mixing bowl the moose was made in didn’t get rinsed all the way or what but something not good happened. As for service again the slowness or lack of restocking items was an issue. Someone bought me an iced coffee with light milk And it was fully loaded with milk which means a lack of attention to detail. Personally preference they have work to do before getting anywhere near 4+ stars

My first bakery I’ve been to ever since I moved here and I have to say that it did not disappoint!! First off, I love how there’s plenty of other interesting little shops to go to that’s around it. Secondly, the customer service was great and the place feels fresh! Last but not least, the matcha cream puff, blueberry cheesecake and matcha latte was some of the best I’ve tried!✨can’t wait to be back🙂

I recently visited Einstein Bagels for the first time, and I have to say, it was a good experience. I tried their coffee, and chocolate mousse and they were good. The thing that I dislike about this place was that they don’t have wi fi so i don’t will come again.

Beautiful people, great food 1 could make 2 for me with an extra pita with a small cup of sauce only .50 always great tasting hot food, I come far east to west, for only 1. So I came here before noon my gyro meat isnt hot it cold! The fries is cold ans well and whatever the red seasoning they put on fries they do too much ! The guy in back had thee most nasty attuide as in he doesn’t like his job just plain rude and talks rude! The young lady working the front and drive thru was nice and welcoming but the young man wasn’t at all so if you guys want hot food and a welcoming atmosphere and also makes you feel appreciate me for your business this isn’t the place !!! If I spend money I want to feel welcome and that they appreciate my business. Not dealing with nasty attuide or aggressively talked to when you ask a question ! I don’t know maybe the guy was mad because he was small that pop he changing he barley could lift it like it weighed more than him !!! Save your business coach this man or get him out of there !

Love the food here. But you have to watch that you get what you order. I asked for gyros with lettuce only and both sauces on the side with cucumber on the side. I got gyros with a ton of sauce lettuce tomato and a lot of onion with no cucumber on the side or the sandwich. It sucks because now I have food we don't want to eat. Just check everything before you leave.

I came here after the gym to purchase a salad. These guys think they're because they're from the Middle East or from a country that they get to talk to the women at any kind of way. I see him making my salad with no gloves. I asked for know me and they gave me half of lettuce portion in no tomatoes in the drive-through cashier told me you told me know me no tomatoes. Clearly not listening and then I seen him remake my salad with no gloves. And causing a big argument and telling me he's not going to give me my money back okay fine I'll see you a small place. Or better Business bureau

I have come to this place since it opened and it was always delicious and never a problem. This time was different, I don't know what or why but the meat was old looking and dry and greasy then the baklava was tough and not fresh at all. It's like it was frozen or something. It's so sad because I don't get this very often and to have it be this bad is very disappointing. They have a sign in the window now also saying tips are appreciated, that was never there before. I think maybe they changed hands or something. It's not the same. It gave me the worst heartburn that I never experienced from eating there before . The French fries were hot and tasty, but I went for the gyros not the fries. Time to find another gyro shop :(

Barely any sauce at all meat in gyros were so dry I was choking on it as I ate very disappointed I specified the cucumber sauce I got a tiny drip under the overwhelming amount of lettuce and little amount of meat this place is hit or miss anymore very sad this location use to be so consistent. Food was not hot and fresh either I order for pickup and picked up on time as well the rice pudding was watery i had to add vanilla extract to improve the taste.

In my opinion, #1 Gyro is the best gyros in the city of Columbus. Great customer service. The bread was soft, and the meat and veggies were fresh. The white sauce is delicious. it's a lot of flavor! 9/10 rating

Happy Little Treats is a real gem in the city! Their cookies and sweets are to die for and the customer service is amazing! My brother Mitch visited there as part of a lost bet. He pranced and danced into the Mahon in a pink tutu, ruffled bloomers as the bearded ballerina! The staff welcomed him (with more than a little laughter) and could not help but take some pics join in the fun. They promised to post some pics of Mitch the #BeardedBallerina so others could see the fun they have at their store. They even asked if Mitch would come again…we hope he will lol Thanks again!! You cookies are delicious and service is amazing!!

Everything is so delicious! Brought pop tarts and the gluten-free donuts to my co-workers. The chocolate and the cinnamon gluten-free donuts went fast! No could tell they were gluten free. Love that this vegan bakery has so many delicious treats! My favorites are the blueberry lemon and cranberry orange pop tarts. Also the employees are very friendly. Thank you Nicole! :)

Some of the best cookies and pastries I've had, couldn't even tell they were vegan! Staff is great and so are the baked goods!

Easily a 5 star for me. This cute little pastry shop has an assortment of different trays to try, as well as a coffee menu. The staff member I interacted with was seriously one of the most delightful people on earth. She was so patient with me as I asked questions about all the treats. (They all looked so good, decided what I wanted was challenging!) We ended up getting a chocolate croissant and an oatmeal crème pie. I left with a very satisfied sweet tooth! I hope to come back again soon to try more of these delicious goodies!

So good! Had planned on going to another bakery, but due to time constraints, pivoted and went here. We weren't disappointed! Basil croissant was savory, light, and delicious! Had another savory croissant with similar ingredients which was excellent. Also had an oatmeal cream pie, which was what brought me in when I looked up the bakery. The cream was PERFECT. I was looking for a little more of an oatmeal cookie outside rather that the soft cake shell personally, but it was good! We had a cream horn that was light, flaky and awesome. The lady serving us was patient, helpful, and very nice. There is a little bit of space to eat on benches along the wall, but no tables. I was in a hurry, so I could have missed them. We don't usually eat vegan, but I couldn't tell the difference. I'd plan to go back.

I'm not vegan but my sister is. She brought my daughter here with her for treats, and my daughter and I have been back several times! The croissants are fantastic, the pop tarts are amazing and last time we got to try the oatmeal cream pie 🤤 Every time I'm enjoying their treats I think to myself...if I didn't know these were vegan, I'm not sure I would even detect that they're alternative. Highly recommend!!

The Dube is an Institution off north campus and many people hold it near and dear to their hearts. Everyone just fits in and relaxes... it’s like an old friend with many memories!

Cool place that's been around forever. Late night after going for some live music you stop here. Full bar and live crowd

I love this place. The food is delicious, comforting and consistent. The decor and the clientele are eclectic, never a dull moment. The bar has to be one of the best stocked bars in the city with at least 300 different bottles on display. What's not to love about the Dube?! I've been coming here for the last 40 years, starting as a small child and I now bring my own kids here. Great food and great tradition.

This place has decent food and decent drinks. Not good for big crowds. We went here after a memorial. And the waitresses couldn’t keep track of our orders or bills. Especially the waitress Allie. Short haired girl. She made me feel very uncomfortable. She didn’t ask for my order. She ignored me and asked everyone else around me what they wanted. I ended up eating some of my brothers food to not cause a scene. It was very disrespectful, inconvenient and uncomfortable.

I can definitely see why this place was named best on Ohio State campus. Huge menu doesn't mean low quality here. Nice variety. Everyone can find something they like. You cannot argue prices either. One the the few places with ample parking (as far as campus parking goes). We had a great server too. She took a lot of pride in serving us, and really slowed enthusiasm with the menu. Definitely coming back to try EVERYTHING.

AMAZING!!! fantastic food, large enough food selection for almost everyone to find something. Has vegetarian options. Also has a rather nice weekend brunch with deals on mimosas and other cocktails. Great atmosphere. And good service, very helpful always willing to make sure everything is to your liking. And it is very affordable. I recommend this place to EVERYONE and they always love it.

Wait staff was friendly, food was decent. The place was freezing, it took me too long to order even though they seemed well staffed and not too busy. Then it took too long for the food to come. There is only one men's bathroom stall and it's tiny and the toilet seat is busted. I had to wait to use it, and when I got in there was no toilet paper. Then the toilet clogged and I had to plunge it. Then the paper towel dispenser didn't work. Also the bathroom is even colder than the restaurant. Wait staff was friendly though, but not especially attentive. It wasn't a horrible experience. Also the food is reasonably priced. Finally, when the waitress brought me my check, the pen didn't work and I had to ask the bartender for another.

The donuts are very delicious. The coffee is good. The service is good. But the place isn’t good, it’s gloomy and needs more work to be attractive to customers.

Stopped at 2:54 pm to get a donut and was empty. No product was in the showcase. Sign on counter asks for exact change. Not sure this is a customer focused business. Nobody was in the front. We asked if anyone was there but nobody answered… with rent they are paying at Easton … sad staff was in back.

The donuts themselves are great. Customer service is terrible. Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up the employee stated the order wasn’t due until 6:50p. There was no one else in the store and she wasn’t working on any other orders. She also said ‘I shouldn’t have even started this until 5 minutes before it was due.’ Very rude and just kept going on and on because we were early to pick it up. We didn’t even complain that we would have to wait. And we open the box to find out our donuts were placed upside down.

The donuts were incredible. The whole family got something they loved. We loved the donuts (Bacon me crazy and the Samoa were big hitd) and Cynthia was outstanding helping us decide what to get.

Got a half dozen donuts and for cake donuts they are pretty tasty, the blueberry glaze didn't really taste like it and the glazed donuts glaze just melted to the bottom. The maple and strawberry glazes were tasty, service was good

Great donuts and various other sweet and non sweet treats! The egg sandwich is delicious and their coffee is amazing! There was a small line but I only had to wait a few minutes for my order, the donuts came nice and warm. Their interior is very nice and trendy. Highly recommend you check Dragon Donuts out!!

I got here at about 9:40 on a Saturday after noticing their store while walking up High earlier this week. They had a line of about 30 people, so I would recommend getting there at or before 9:30 as I heard one of their flavors was sold out by the time I got to the counter. Glazed with sprinkles ($6): The glaze has a ton of vanilla in it and isn't overly sweet or thick like Buckeye Donuts. The dough, on the other hand, was very dense and almost dry for a raised donut, which left me a bit disappointed. 3/5 Chocolate Old-Fashioned ($5.5): Same good glaze and the dough was like a reverse brownie, being soft on the edges and firmer cake in the center. Very good! 4.5/5 Earth, Wind, and Fire Cruller ($6.5 I think): If I had to get one donut from here, it would be this one. The meringue is absolutely loaded with vanilla and the ganache has some nice warming spices in it. Combined with the super airy and moist dough, this was an easy 5/5. Would I go back? Probably, but just for the Earth, Wind, and Fire. You can tell they use very high quality ingredients, but I don't think I can justify the price for more than one of these in a visit. I'll be keeping a look out for the next round of seasonal flavors!

I heard the recent new opening of this place and decided to come by to try a donut, at 11:35 or so, they were down to the last flavor and almost sold out. That made my decision of which flavor to try easier, so I tried the flavor that they had left and it was very good. It did taste like a luxury donut, had a bit of a peanut butter flavor, was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Last week, I tried to stop by about half an hour before closing and it was also sold out. I think they should make more since they are selling them out but they said they have just two staff that bake them and are trying to figure out the optimal amount to make. The donut was actually better than I thought it would be, I thought it could be hyped up and just tastes like regular donuts but they actually do taste different than regular donuts

Top marks. Fantastic crullers, fantastic non-crullers. I have been waiting for a cruller doughnut shop in Columbus for ages, and this one finally scratches that itch. More than just being crullers, they're fantastic crullers. They beat out all the ones I've had, even popular widely known joints like Daily Provisions in NYC. The doughnuts are varied and interesting, while still keeping a few classics (like chocolate glaze) in store.

I can't say enough good things about these donuts! We look forward to the seasonal rotating flavors; they are so creative and they use the highest quality, local ingredients. We love them so much that we asked if they could make some for our Wedding - we chose 3 flavors of donut holes and dipping sauces to accompany them! They were SUCH a hit with all of the guests! Can't recommend enough!!

The shop is adorable and the decor is awesome - you can tell there was a lot of attention to detail in the design and branding. The team was polite, professional and moved quickly. Definitely go a few minutes before 9:30 to get in line - it is worth the 15ish minute wait. I cant wait to go back and try new flavors!

I can’t believe we’re lucky enough to have doughnuts this incredible right here in Columbus! Katie is a true culinary genius—Rose Doughnuts are easily the best I’ve ever tasted. Made with exceptional, thoughtfully chosen ingredients and featuring creative, rotating flavors, every bite is a work of art. It’s no wonder they sell out so quickly! I am SO EXCITED for her bakery to open in Clintonville!

Wow, these donuts are delicious!!! Crisp outside fry while maintaining such a light and fluffy inside. The rotating flavors are creative and not overly sweet. This donut maker knows how to make tasty, beautiful, and one-of-a-kind donuts!

From my experience, this place has very friendly service. You don't get the textural variety that most donut shops offer since everything is built on top of the same vanilla cake donut, but they do have a decent variety of toppings. Also, the cake donut is pretty moist with an overall good texture. Some toppings such as maple bacon and cookie dough are excellent and make for really good donuts, while others are underwhelming and/or have strange aftertaste. Overall, this is a pretty good shop, but not amongst the best in Columbus.

I love the donuts here. The bacon donut it my favorite. They are a great size and very affordable. Such cute options.

Clean environment, friendly staff and the doughnuts were good. Voodoo doughnuts in Colorado are better though.

One cannot knock this place for the staff or variety of donuts. The staff is awesome and the donuts: the options are endless and delicious! The only issue with The Little Donut Shop is the consistency. Some mornings their machine is on the fritz and the donuts are misshapen and irregular and, most egregiously, small. If the consistency were any better, this would be an A+ donut experience.

The staff is super friendly and I was amazed by their process. They made the donuts right in front of me! I handed a list to the woman behind the counter and she made them on the spot. I was out of there with 12 different (ridiculously fresh) donuts in exactly 6 minutes!!! I will definitely return because everyone in my office loves them now!

I ordered 11 dozen donuts for my wedding and rented a wooden stand. I spoke with the event coordinator Bryan, who was very helpful. Everyone raved about the donuts at the wedding! There were none left at the end of the night! The little donut shop made my day easier by delivering the donuts and stand. Thank you!

I recently went to the location in the North Market and typically my experience is great- personable workers, good food, good price. So mind you i have hearing issues and sometimes I need things repeated. The lady at the counter was so rude to me two or three times when I had to ask her to repeat herself. You guys definitely lost a customer in me today.

Food was barely average but the service was SLOW and the staff was rude and short tempered. Makes you feel like it’s a bother that we’re buying their food. Avoid this place. There are too many other (better) options in this market. Another customer had questions and I watched in shock as they just ignored her. Seriously, they acted like customers were getting in their way.

We ate at the North Market and really had a good experience. The Turkey sandwich on a plain bagel is the way to go. Adding provolone and mayo really made it pop. Can't wait to come back and try something else. If your in the area stop by and give it a try.

Fun place. They have a lot of bagels. It will remind you of the East Coast New York New Jersey thing. Just go talk to him. He'll tell you how they make them, what they put in them. The different variations and all the above. You will have a good time there. The staff is very friendly services. Excellent.

My friends and I got sick an hour after eating here. I've been fighting the urge to vomit for hours now- idk if it was the everything bagel, the turkey or cheese or what but nothing here was worth getting food poisoning over. Edit: food poisoning symptoms can start as early as 30 minutes after eating contaminated food.

Way too much butter and cream cheese on our bagels. I had to scrape off what felt like a whole stick of butter and it still tasted like there was too much butter. I couldn't even eat it because it was so soaked in butter.

Ok, nothing I would go back specifically for. Had plenty of protein for the price. Needed some extra flavor and heat, fortunately I was able to walk right back in to flavor & fire and get something to spruce it up. Definitely do not ask for a side of salmon like I did, spend the extra several bucks and get the side from their fridge. $5 charge for a side of salmon and I got 2 slices. I know this doesn't sound like a very positive review, but it is, cause part of it is location and having the ability to redress with readily available ingredients at the market.

Played our debut show with NRG here.. Very nostalgic hole-in-the-wall feel to the place. Definitely where you'd expect to see a bands first performance. No air conditioning so it's very hot in the summer...

Bernies is the platonic form of the dive bar. Great place to see a show.
