Waiting can be of upto 15mins depending on the rush. We went for saturday brunch. chole were nice but not upto the mark. Pooris were absolutely amazing. Aloo ki sabji was sweet and didnt like it at all. Halwa was nice and something different. Lassi was also great. Sabjis were refillable without any charges and after 2 pooris, each poori cost 60 each.

So went in Kanha sweets to have their much hyped poori bhaji and chole. Poori were hot and fresh. Chole were average in taste. The alloo kalaunji bhaji was sweet and tangy, I personally didn't like too much sweetness but it depends on person to person and you can decide. Lassi was very good in taste and it was not very sweet. Just perfect. If you group of max 8 ppl then it should be okay, more then that then probably you have to sit separately. Service is quick and fast. Staff is attentive and polite. Prices are reasonable as per portion and quality. You may have to wait for 30 to 45 mins if you visit on weekends or public holidays. Parking is bit of a hassle. Overall it was mix experience as the hype of not worth.

My experience was excellent. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, but the standout dishes were definitely the aloo sabzi with poori chholey. The combination was flavorful and satisfying. The halwa also deserves a special mention – it was unique and incredibly tasty. A highly recommended spot for a satisfying meal!

Amritsars’s favourite breakfast place. Poori platter is the go-to for everyone here. They serve you a plate with salad Chole and Aloo sabzi which is sweet in taste. And then they serve you poori hot and fresh as they come. Do try halwa and gulab jamun after the poori breakfast. Sweets are to die for 😍

Food is good, especially the poori plate....but nothing outstanding, except for the tangy potato sabzi, which I haven't had anywhere else. Clean seating area, basic furniture. Do visit once for a taste.

Good dessert shop, I think I just don’t really like desserts here in India because most of them tasted the same. It’s very sweet, you feel the sugar under your teeth. The ones with nuts are better, more interesting than the ones that just have mostly sugar and oils. The staff didn’t know what to recommend us, and since we didn’t know about any of them we just picked randomly. They also added one more to make it to 250g. So we paid more because of that.

I recently visited Kesar Dhaba and tried their stuffed naan thali with chole, dal, curd, and salad. The food was tasty and fulfilling, especially the naan which was well cooked with a nice balance of flavor. The chole was rich and spiced well, giving that authentic dhaba feel. That said, the service was on the slower side, and the ambiance felt quite crowded. Prices are slightly on the higher side compared to regular dhabas, but the portion size was decent enough. We visited here for lunch and ordered one special thali, dal fry, plain paratha, and rice. The dal was really good (you should taste) rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Luckily, we didn’t have to wait for a table. This is definitely a must visit place in Amritsar, especially to try their famous dal.

First of all, the seating is less with average ambience. Every staff was careless, 3 were sitting on corner tables where customer sits.One staff was standing next to the cashier lady(she might be the owner)and when she got up, he grabbed her chair and started us eating, which looks very weired and non-professional behaviour. The owner lady doesnt have control on her staff and all were careless EXCEPT one lady in uniform, at least she was running the show. Also,observed shortage ot items Lassi which is an all time favorite drink of every north indian. It seems that after the sad demise of the Original Owner, nobody cares about running this famous restaurent. The main part, which is hygeine-- Toilets were dirty,there is water in the Urinal even after having Sensor, used tissues were lying onthe floor instead of dustbin. The floor was wet and water can be seen under the Urinal. There is absolutely careless management who runs this premises very casually like- Ab itna purana naam hai hotel ka to chalana to padega na... I dont know why there is so much hype about this hotel when everybody facing issues. This is my genuine feedback,if anybody want to discuss with me then I will provide my mobile number. Food was average, but the desserts were amazing especially the phirni and Rasmalai (must must try). The restaurant had a very long waiting line, it takes almost 15-30 mins to get seated, after that the service is very fast.

The service is quick and courteous, and the staff ensures a pleasant dining experience. The seating arrangement is decent, though the interior is quite basic and could be improved. The dhaba is located in a very crowded area, which makes it difficult to reach with a self-drive car — it’s best to park outside and take a rickshaw or tuk-tuk to get there. Kulfa was absolutely delicious. It was prepared with falooda, ice cream, rabdi and crushed ice, the flavors were rich and creamy. The only downside was the heavy crowd, which made the experience a bit rushed, and the price felt slightly on the higher side. But overall, it's worth trying if you're a kulfa lover. Just be prepared for some waiting time during peak hours.

Visited the place after nearly five years, the taste was same, servings same, sad that the owner passed away and his childern have taken over, and was please see to them doing so well, the good additon was that place for sitting has increased, had their regulat kulfa and phrini , enjoyed both, Will again recommend visiting to anyone visiting Amristar. In summers this is my almost every other night dessert. The kulfa i amazing, my whole family loves it. After dinner we would drive their and have it. You can order in car they will bring it you. Weekends they are very busy could take some time to get it but usually not very busy however the road is full with cars waiting for kulfa. Service is quick and kulfa is 💯 delicious, creamy 😋

The best Kulfa Ever. My kids are this for the first time and they loved it. They loved it so much, that we end up eating two bowls each. Amritsar has many small hidden gem kinds of eateries. And this is one among them. Based on the recommendation from Google I decided to visit this place in the evening. The ambience of the place is pretty basic. The food preparation area is located at the entrance and the dining area is located inside. They have decent seating capacity with 5-6 tables. Nothing much in terms of decor. The service is very quick and welcoming. I was greeted well and suggested to go with Special Kulfa as I acknowledged that I'm trying it for the first time. The dessert was served quickly. The Special Kulfa was unique and I have not tried anything like this before. Sweetness was well balanced as per my liking. It's a mixture of Kulfi, malai, icecream & samiya. A small bowl was so heavy on my tummy that I had to skip dinner on that day. So, if you are trying it for the first time, be ready for a lazy day. The hygiene factor is satisfactory in the whole restaurant. They accept UPI payments. Overall, I really liked this unique desert for its balanced sweetness and quality dairy ingredients. I always have Dahi Bhalla here. They are just best. Sweets are a bit overpriced and I'm not sure if they make it in pure ghee. So, never tried their sweets.

My last visit to this restaurant was a bit disappointing. Although they have an extensive and impressive menu, the food served did not meet my expectations in terms of taste and quality. I also noticed that the cutlery was not cleaned properly, which affected the overall dining experience. However, the ambience of the place is quite decent and pleasant. I hope they work on improving the food quality and hygiene, as the restaurant has good potential.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. I received a call from one of your agent "Ria" who misled me into making a purchase under false information. The details provided during the call were completely different from what I received after the transaction. This feels like a clear case of fraudulent selling, and it’s completely unacceptable. Later, I found out it was a scam. There was no support or accountability from the Novelty platform. This has completely broken my trust in Novelty online shopping through this site. I visited Novelty thinking it was a pure veg and clean restaurant. I ordered a paneer dosa and to my shock I found a big hair inside it on my very first few bites. I complained politely and the waitress apologized and replaced it. However, when I ordered the same dish again I found hair again in the dosa. I complained once more still politely but by then I had lost my appetite. I had been traveling all day, hadn’t eaten for 8–9 hours and was extremely hungry but after this experience I felt nauseous and disgusted. I decided not to order food anymore and just asked for a cup of coffee. Instead of showing true concern or offering compensation they even overcharged me for the coffee. The only positive I noticed was that the washrooms were clean but the food hygiene was unacceptable. Finding hair in my food twice is shocking and disappointing especially in Amritsar near the Golden Temple where people expect a higher standard of cleanliness and trust in pure veg restaurants. What if I hadn’t noticed and accidentally eaten it? Hygiene is non-negotiable and this experience was highly disappointing. I will never ever visit this restaurant again. I absolutely hate it. This is very bad and far below even basic standards. Highly unhygienic, highly irresponsible and a complete waste of money. Overall: I do not recommend Novelty for food.

Sweets are off varied quality and there are a lot of different delicacies to choose from. Minor complaint regarding the management which is a bit sore during peak hours and can improve upon the same.

Their methai tastes so awful. They are known top 1 methai shop in amritsar but every time we bought methai it's very ddisappointing. It tastes spoiled like it's been sitting in the shop for days and they have always prepackaged to sell so consumers won't notice that it's old.

Visited Bharawan Da Dhaba for lunch and had a great experience. The place is located right in front of the Partition Museum and truly feels like one of the vintage, iconic spots in Amritsar. We ordered chur chur naan and kulcha, both of which were absolutely delicious — crispy, flavourful, and perfectly made. Kulchas were good but nothing special that makes it so talked about. You may get similar kulchas anywhere in Amritsar. The staff is courteous and the service is fast. Limited menu with around 7-8 kinds of Kulchas only served with chhole and imli chutney. If you are in Ranjit Avenue you may try this however no need to travel long distances in the city just for this. We had Amritsari and Paneer Masala Kulcha.

We tried Amritsari Kulcha, Masala Kulcha and Panner Kulcha. Out of all Paneer Kucha is the yummiest. Masala Kulcha has to be the least liked. Gud ka Halwa was really delicious.

For a first time visit, it's a good stop for getting the belly filled with good food. As the name suggests they specialise in kulchas, specifically just 6. But each have their own "swad". And, when in Punjab, lassi is a must - try it is all I'm saying. Obviously to each their own, but if going along this road, do stop by.

My Tuk Tuk driver brought me here and I’m so glad he did! There’s a place to sit inside which is tidy. The staff were really friendly and spoke English and recommended which meal to get. Hailing from Amritsar, I encountered a family selling Patty kulchas, despite them not being local. It's surprising to see their business thriving, considering kulcha is a traditional Amritsari dish. The space itself is cramped, but they manage to provide quick service. However, as a critic, I have to state that this kulcha lacks the authentic Amritsari touch. It's clear that the essence of the Amritsari kulcha is being commercialized. While this place is popular on social media, as a local, I can confidently say that Amritsar boasts numerous authentic kulcha spots that truly represent the city's culinary heritage.

What a huge let down. The kulcha was not just disappointing but a huge wakeup call to not trust any food bloggers and influencers trying to hype up a glorified subpar shop serving mediocre food. The kulchas are bland, no salt no spice no crunch. Oh and also overpriced. Simple as that!! If you really want to try good kulcha , go to Anand Kulcha Point near Ramgharia gate. It’s a very old rustic shop that’s actually not overhyped and they serve decent kulchas at half the price! Don’t get fooled by the people who get money and put reviews

Very tasty Kulcha. We visited twice during our visit to Amtitsar. Patty Kulcha and churi Kulcha we tried. The place is close to Golden Temple ans you must visit to taste this traditional dish.

Gurudas Ram Jalebi is known for its Jalebi and Gulab Jamun. We tried only the Jalebi. it was fresh but on the thicker and less crunchy side; we personally prefer the thin, crispy type. The place isn’t immaculate, and the handwashing area is right next to where the food is prepared, which can be improved. It would be great if the local authorities and shop owners worked together to enhance hygiene, similar to how Indore has developed its street food zones.

They raised there products prices drastically that it has gone out of the hands of middle class families. Otherwise too delicious Jalebhi. If you’re walking through the old lanes of Amritsar, don’t miss this tiny shop. It doesn’t look fancy, but the jalebis here are amazing. When we went there, it wasn’t crowded, and we only waited five minutes while they made them fresh. The jalebis are — crispy, sweet, and super hot. We shared one portion, and that was enough for two because it’s really sweet. You have to eat it right away, standing on the street, since there’s no seating. They sell other snacks too, but the jalebi is the star. It’s a must-try if you love sweets!

Being in Lucknow, you get a classic taste of tikki batasha. here chat was different. Bun tikki was good in taste. Its like similar to you get in Indore veg benzo. But here you get different taste imli khatti meethi chutney. Items I had: Batasha: 4.5/5 very different taste, filling had lots of red chutni + boiled potato+ chana. Paani was also good. But 60rs for 8 batasha is too expensive, even you eat at most expensive place in up. Bun tikki: 4/5 they didn't had long bun, but it was like desi burger without veg. Taste was good but little at higher expensive side. Mix chat: there were no flavours in chat. Just few papdi + curd + chutni. 2/5. Overall chat is good with different taste with high cost. For tax saving they take only cash payment. They dont have any mode of online payment. So I had to pay cash.

my visit to Amritsar and craving for Chaat, well this is obvious. So I went to this place and ordered, honestly I didn't like the taste. The curd was sour like the laste was hitting. Rs 60 for 5 small pieces of papadi and just one Wada was not worth it. I prefer to eat something else.

This restaurant is fooling customers by showing 30% off on Swiggy Dineout, but the actual prices on the menu are almost 2x higher than what’s shown. At billing time, they claim Crystal Restaurant and Crystal Plaza are different — yet there’s no separate board or signage. This is clearly a scam to trap and overcharge outstation customers. It’s deceptive, unethical, and must be escalated.

Large menu. The food was good but expensive. The chicken and mutton dishes we ordered were very tasty. Good portion sizes. The service was very attentive but communication in English was a struggle. Good alcoholic drink choices.

Tried the famous Makhan Fish and overall, it was a decent experience. The marination and masala were flavorful and well-balanced, adding a nice punch to the dish. However, the fish itself was a bit of a letdown — it was quite dry from the inside and lacked the juiciness you would expect from a well-cooked fish. That said, the overall taste was still enjoyable. With a bit more attention to cooking the fish to retain its moisture, this could easily be a standout dish.

I came too this place tired after waiting 1 hour to get access to the golden temple. I left happy, full, and full of energy. The food was amazing. We ordered the fried fish sangara and sole, it was AMAZING, but, unexpectedly, the mutton tikka was even better! The service was okay and can be improved. The atmosphere was okay, not overly amazing but still nice and we had a good time. But they need to work on their hygiene. There was a bit of trash under our table they hadn't bothered to clean and my pink lemonade mocktail had a bug in it

Visited July 29, 2025 – Day 26 in India Being in Amritsar, we were excited to finally try proper Amritsari fish. It had been on our food list since the start of the trip, so when our driver recommended Makhan Fish Corner, it felt like the right time to go for it. The place was busy when we arrived, and the staff were warm and helpful. We appreciated how polite they were throughout our visit, and they made sure to pack some food for our driver without any fuss. Unfortunately, the food itself didn’t live up to the hype. The Amritsari fish, which we were most looking forward to, just didn’t hit the mark for us. The flavor felt flat, and the texture wasn’t what we expected. It was unlike any version of this dish we’ve had before — and not in a good way. Maybe we caught them on an off day, or maybe our expectations were too high, but either way, we left a bit disappointed. We’re still glad we tried it, and we’re grateful for the kind service, but based on our experience, we wouldn’t return.

I was very much excited to try the food in Amritsar. Since we visited the golden temple, we decided to eat vegetarian food, and decorated to try this place as it’s very popular place in Amritsar. There was lots of crowd when we entered the place. We have ordered paneer butter masala with butter naan, veg combo with roti, rice, veg curry and dal, veg Manchurian, choor choor naan with chole, rice with dal makhani and lassi. All the food items were ok. Service was quick. Prices were reasonable.

We had a good experience as we had breakfast and lunch here. We ordered aloo paratha for breakfast and tea( was exactly the way I wanted). Then we went for lunch and ordered Kadhi chawal and paneer/ dam makhni/lachcha parantha thali. All were real good. I especially liked the crispy layered parantha with dal.

This place is clean and you will see many non-Indian tourists. Large menu. The food was good but expensive. My wife's fried shrimp was a generous portion while my Lamb Josh Rogan was rather small. This was suggested as the best chicken and non-veg food in Amritsar, however the food tasted pretty average. We ordered tandoori chicken and karahi chicken, both if which were quoted by the server as the best on their menu but both dishes were underwhelming. This was my second visit to Beera, the last one being back in 2011. We preferred the following items: 1. Tandoori Chicken - Taste 4.5/5, Hygiene:2/5 - visible blood stains on chicken, served in an aluminium foil. 2. Butter chicken- 2/5 - This is not what buttery chicken should taste like. It was watery and extremely forgettable. 3. Dal Makhani - 1/5 - Loads and loads of salt. Had to throw it away. Overall, my experience fell a bit short of my expectations, considering how impressed I was back in 2011. I can now say, I would Dabeli skip this one my my future visits to Amritsar.

The price for the roasted chicken is quite high considering the portion size, but the taste is absolutely delicious and the chicken is perfectly juicy. Definitely worth trying at least once!

Old review 2020: The best butter chicken I had in a while. I have read the reviews that the butter chicken is very sweet here but to my surprise, it was not sweet at all. I love the gravy, had all the masala and chicken was soo well cooked and so soft. Definitely the best cooked chicken I ever had in my life. Worth the hype and every penny. The green chutney they serve is made with hand (not in mixer) taste sooo delicious with your food. Can’t wait to visit again. 5/5 Highly Recommended

Came here for dinner. Didn’t have much expectations. The place is extremely unhygienic. I found a big stone in Palak Paneer. God knows what else gets into the food in the kitchen at the back. The waiter was friendly though, but it didn’t matter. I would never come here again, I urge anyone considering to visit this to think ten times before stepping in.

#amritsardiaries My top choice for Amritsari Kulcha remains Monu Kulcha Hut but that's situated almost at outskirts of city and is extremely crowded. Besides seating isn't that upmarket for family visits.... so my second best choice as always remains Sanjha Chulha Amritsar situated at the most happening Lawrance Road area. It has air-conditioned seating with reasonably acceptable hygiene and overall good package with excellent fast service. We ordered our usual favourite Aaloo Pyaaz Kulcha and additionally ordered Mix Kulcha. Both are flawlessly perfect with flaky and crisp texture. Filling is adequate and flavourful. Channa are mild and well cooked without any excessive addition of Soda Bicarbonate. Chatani is well balanced without being over spicy. It's a great kulcha overall and is highly recommended. We also got few Kulcha packed for Delhi and kept enjoying them for next few days by reheating them. Not as good as the freshly served ones but still better than all other options available in Delhi NCR. The last 3 pictures are of reheated kulchas clicked back home at Delhi. From so many years this place was one of my favourite place . Today i decided to visit this place with my family for dinner .... we ordered soups - lemon coriander soup , veg manchow soup , veg sweet corn soup .. soups were very tasty .. Then we ordered twin pasta sizzler , veg lasagne... this time the taste was not good as It was before . Veg lasagne was not cheesy .. it was average . Twin pasta sizzler was not tasty as it was used too . So this time my experience was not good . Hoping they will improve their quality .

This place was good to spend time for food with family, the twin pasta Sizler was my favorite of this restaurant but now the quality has gone down though the quantity is good, Chiken Tikka Masala is also good, but they can look upon there quality, it can be improved. The worst part I felt is the quality of staff they have, not at all helping rather rude. Hospitality of the customers is the key factor to pull in customer, but if it is lacking, the business starts to come down.

I visited this famous sweet shop of Amritsar situated near Jalebiyan Chowk to satisfy my sweet tooth cravings. I tried Chandrakala and Roasted Kalakand. Both tasted quite delicious. They use pure desi ghee in all of sweets and hence prices are slightly high. I also loved the hygiene and cleanliness of the shop.

The most significant thing is cleanliness for all sweets shops and they prominently have that. Each n everything taste real good.. Our recommendation is motichor laddu, patisa and pinni.

Been getting the sweets from this place for more than 20 years now for invents , festivels or Puja love the quality aspect of the place the emphasis on it is quite big . The employees are polite and attentive. If you are looking for a place to try sweets or need to change the taste of your mouth with some thing new this place is a must it is a bit expensive so beware.

Breakfast was very good. We had amritsari kulcha, gobi ka paratha and paneer ka paratha with tea (for three people). The rates were reasonable for breakfast as well. However, dinner was a different experience. The half plate palak paneer was more of a quarter plate palak paneer. Ditto with fried rice - the quantity was noticeabley less. The dishes were priced towards the higher side. This restaurant is a tad expensive for the quality and quantity of food it offers.

Lachha parathas are very unique and crispy, not eaten anywhere else in the country. Staff is very friendly and serves you really well. Serving time is not long. The desserts however are average and can be avoided. Food here is a must try, specially their thali. Highly Recommended. Changed my rating from 4 star to 1 after a bitter experience. When I reached the outlet, the cake was not to be found for at least 15 minutes. When they “found it”, i was given the reason that the delay was due to the icing being done for the name. Strangely enough, they only use the icing on pre-printed plate for birthdays. After the cake finally arrived, it was close to half hour of waiting. I was given a “brown” cake - which was originally meant to be a Red Velvet cake. Not only was the colour weirdly weird, the finishing of the cake was not up to the mark. Compared to the less expensive cakes already in display, this had unfinished edges, uneven colour tone. I ended up picking a cake off the shelf instead since the look of it matched the label (lol) : a Blueberry cake. Knowing how good the bakery is, I expected honest approach from the start, regarding the delay and the whole experience thereafter.

It was one of my best place for the cakes but now from few months it’s seems like they don’t care about their customers anymore. Poor customer service.

No one picks up the phone number on the website. They even cut it off as if they are not interested in taking orders. Was a good bakery but customer service is getting worse with time.

Good place to munch over choclate goodies and other baked things. Its overall good but better than other bakeries in Amritsar. May be lil biased for sweetness.

The place is quite good. Once you enter you can already smell a lot of delicious food. It's famous for its bakery items. Cookies and tea cakes are always in demand over here. The variety of cookies is wayyyyyyy more than you can think. Gifting options are also available here. Other than this we have tried their panner tikka bun and pizza- which is okayish in taste. Not so great at the price of 120. Coffee is priced at 70 rupees but won't be worth. Also find a lot of chocolates, pastries, cake different variety of snacks and chips

This kind of service they provide to customers. Actually i order cake red valvet. Its not even look like red valvet. Other than that cake was not even packed properly. Its got damaged till it reach to right hands. So disappointed never gonna order again from this place. We was regular customers

It is on the Main road which makes it easy to visit. They have a lot of cakes and pastries in different flavours. They also have bakery and beverages. I ate strawberry pastry and chocolate Donuts there. The pastry was little disappointing, it wasn't fresh and the price was really high. But the donuts were delicious.

I use to bought many items from this store and it was quite satisfied. But this time I bought chocolate truffle cake. It was over cooked and bitter in taste. We tried to contact them on phone call but no response from them. They spoiled our moment. Very poor quality product.

Buns were very soft, great filling of garlic. The taste was really good.

Cheap joint. Very few options, but they are all good. Many take food from here and liquor from the shop next to eat and eat inside the car. Service is very fast. Vegetarians should look elsewhere.

My Friend ate at this place ten years ago when it was just a roadside stall and remembered the taste to the day that I was asked to try this and put it on top of my food list. The place didn’t disappoint. It’s located in a good square with tons of parking but it gets difficult to find a spot over the weekend. The mutton champ is the best thing I’ve tasted. Kheema was ok, too much oil for my taste. Kulchas were fresh and served hot as ordered. There are 3-4 tables and the fan is amazingly fast and could double down as portable AC. Excellent mutton chaap. Succulent and well spiced minced mutton coated in bread crumbs. Total drool. It's a small shabby place but the food is excellent. Also try their bheja fry. It was worth the hype for sure.

Mutton Champ fry are the best I have ever had. This is situated in Ranjeet Avenue (place has huge parking with Bars all around, people prefer drinking in cars & ordering non veg snacks). Have decent 4 tables for simple dining. Has its special menu of specialised dishes. Accepts only cash though. Worth a visit and hype around its name.

It's a very famous place in Amritsar if you want to eat mutton. Mutton chap served here is super good. You can avoid other items especially mutton curry. Mutton curry was below average.

Place is not up to standard. 31 flavors not offered, only less than that. Some of the ice creams looked old as there were ice crystals formed on the layer. One flavour which stood out for me was the litchi ice cream. A must try if you visit.

The place was OK, cleanliness was OK. Ambience was OK. Should have been better maintained. Tried many of their flavours but non of them really had the "punch". Overall it was an OK experience with OK ice cream.

The mood of this place makes you enjoy mouth-watering flavours of Baskin Robbins even more. ❤

Love this place. Our go to place for coffee and ice-cream. They serve good food. Specially pizza. Burger is good as well. Garlic bread is bit disappointing, so is their waffles. Cosy place, limited sitting. Staff is good. Open till late which is added advantage. One of the best coffees in town.

Staff doesn't know how to speak to customers. Charge extra for water bottle even if the MRP is INR 20 and when asked why you are charging extra then the staff started misbehaving. I would not recommend this outlet to anyone out there.

I'd give 4.5. it's spacious. Very comfortable to have a coffee and read a book. Friendly service. Nice vibe. I'd go again.

Useless biscuits, crispiness is missing & far far away so it’s now only name no quality standard and if you complaint about quality they don’t bother about it so better to buy from more reputed bakeries than Bansal.

Went with kids for the first time thinking shop looks nice, neat and clean but their cakes are dry not moist and fruit pudding was below than average for the price they are charging. Chocolate shakes were only item were good. Up on paying I gave them feedback and they were like because “it’s eggless that’s why it’s dry” They should try eggless cake from some better bakery so they know it shouldn’t be like that. Items are expensive but lacking in taste. Will not go again nor recommend to anyone. Total rip off.

On Janmashtami they sold us 2 matki shaped cakes claiming that those were mix fruit cakes but when we cut them they were chocolate cakes with no fruits in it. After we called the shopkeeper they were inconsiderate and unapologetic, compensating is beyond question.. Pathetic attitude and bakery
