Many of the staff speak English. I'd give them 5 stars but the manager actually got upset that his staff were chatting to me for too long. It may have just been because of the "Christmas Rush" (December 9th) but I still felt he was a bit rude. But you can't deny the quality of their coffee! They also have an excellent selection of fine gifts such as chocolates, various types of coffee makers and grinders, and some extra special gift ideas such as Vodka Infusion kits.

It's a very nice place in Clara-Zetkin Park. It has a beautiful and big beargarten. And it has open air cinema in the summers. The screen is a little bit pale but once you're in the movie it doesn't matter. They have a strange system. When you go there you have to take your own chair (some kind of sun chair) from a pile of chairs and choose your place to sit and if you're late you may have no chair left. I dont know what happens in that case, there is also a balcony probably you go and sit on the balcony, I haven't checked it. So I advise you to go early and have a seat. A very poor experience when we visited one evening whilst in Leipzig, resulting is us quickly leaving.
