Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is a renowned high-end chain known for its aged prime beef and classic dishes like lobster tails. Located in Tucson, this upscale establishment offers a sophisticated yet inviting ambiance, making it suitable for various occasions from business dinners to special celebrations. The extensive menu features expertly prepared steak cuts such as filet mignon and ribeye, catering to diverse palates including plant-based options.
Excellent service and steaks cooks to perfection. The crust on my steak was amazing, it was juicy, tender and a perfect medium rare. I highly recommend Fleming’s to anyone looking to have a nice steak. The sides were also delicious and the wine selection was great.

We went for an anniversary I forgot we were having that day. It's a fancy restaurant and looks the part. Hostess sets the mood, servers are boom, boom, boom whatever you need. Food was great. The whole thing was well done
Chris H — Google review
From beginning to end, I was treated like an esteemed guest. The food was some of the best, with exception to the crab-stuffed lobster. I was disappointed, not about the taste or size, but about the preparation - the crab was baked into the lobster's shell making it difficult to extract. The cocktails were delicious. The caesar salad was one of the best. The service was impeccable. This was a memorable experience and definitely one for the books.

This steakhouse is genuinely so amazing. I got my tomahawk cooked Rare Plus and it was the juiciest steak I have ever had. The service is the best i've ever experienced. I leave for bootcamp in 2 weeks and this is a perfect last main experience of Arizona. Honestly, getting a steak from anywhere else is just a betrayal of steak. The head chef Dave is such an amazing dude and the waitress Kaylee is wonderful. Will defintely return when done with bootcamp. :)

Fleming's is always top of the line for food, wine and service. The prices are steep, but everything else makes up for it. Our group of 8 went to celebrate 3 birthdays. The staff welcomed us, was very attentive, answered questions and made suggestions when asked. We were at the table for 3 hours all together from appetizers through desserts, and never felt rushed or neglected. This is an excellent choice for celebratory dinners when price is not a concern.
Kathy V — Google review
We were a party of 4. First timers. Everything was fabulous. Steaks were perfectly cooked and the service is top notch!
Mark F — Google review
Came here for an Anniversary dinner with my Fiancé. I recommend reservations, especially for those peak dinner hours. My Fiancé said the drinks were good, and I loved my non alcoholic drink. Ordered the burrata and prosciutto, 2 ribeyes with asparagus, and added on scallops. Everything was phenomenal. The olive oil cake with fruit was a sweet ending. Our service was wonderful as well.
Macie B — Google review
Wish I could give a 4.5 star. Visited twice over the last 3 months. Service staff are friendly, pleasant and attentive. Ambiance is nice, every seat in the house feels cozy and intimate with friends and family. Steaks are excellent! Special burger offering is really good. Fav sides are Brussels, Mac and cheese, loaded mashed potatoes. Chicken is not good and be sure to ask if they are doing substitutions. I wasn’t informed i would be getting spinach instead of arugula with my sea bass miso. Fish was tasty but was I’m not a fan of spinach and may have chose a different dish had I known but it’s not worth sending back. Lastly it’s pricey but mostly worth it they will bring you a candle and some little chocolates as a nice birthday treat and have a card at the table for you, cute. Pictured is the filet with the mushroom upgrade 🔥

Nestled in the heart of Tucson, Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse & Saloon is a delightful family-friendly destination that perfectly captures the essence of cowboy culture. With its vintage Western ambiance and mouthwatering mesquite-grilled meats, this iconic eatery has been serving up hearty meals for over 50 years. Young diners can indulge in kid-approved favorites like the Lil Cowboy Steak or crispy chicken tenders, all while sipping on refreshing Sarsaparilla or smoothies.
This was a really fun stop for the evening! I had one of THE BEST steaks ever! I highly recommend the Cowboy steak! Service was excellent and all of our food was prepared perfectly and plated nicely. Dakota was a perfect server! Thank you for your hard work and attention! The shops were fun to walk through after dinner and the whole place is slow paced and relaxing!

We were a party of 15 and all of us enjoyed! Great service where 1 server remembered each of our orders and who ordered them. Make sure you do or don't wear a tie! You'll see what happens.
Verho M — Google review
So many reviews for this spot but it’s not that good. Got the steak and was a bit scared too was it cause wasn’t sure if it was cooked the way I wanted it. My cousin didn’t like her ribs. They are not fall off the bones. It was hard. We started with the sampler. Didn’t like the tortilla chips and the salsa could have been better. They give you one quesadilla that looks like u can make at home. The Mac and cheese tasted like it’s from the box. The salad and mash potatoes kinda tasted like old country buffets (ranch and gravy). I think beans were suppose to come with the meal but was never brought out. The bread was thick sandwich bread slices.
Dolores D — Google review
Pinnacle Peak is set in the Old West themed Trail Dust Town. The service staff are dressed to theme and very welcoming and friendly. Food quality was on par and good portion sizes. Had a lot leftover to take home. The Valentine's special was a great deal for two! Very much enjoyed this dining experience!

So fun for the whole family! Great Western atmosphere! My husband and I shared the Ribeye and it was delish! Service was great! I highly recommend for a fun night out!
Tara P — Google review
We broke the only rule they have....we wore ties!!! Haha, our son in law has been coming here with his family since he was a kid and they were kind enough to invite us to dinner upon our first meeting and it was great fun to join the tradition of having our ties cut to be hung up on the rafters! Even the granddaughters wore ties! The steaks were absolutely delicious! The ranch beans are perfect and served family style and there is definitely plenty to go around!
Jennifer R — Google review
Awesome steak at a awesome restaurant. Located in the western themed Trail Dust Town. Steak was perfect medium rare. As good as I've ever had. Comes with salad, beans and bread. Potato, corn on the cob available for a small upcharge. Highly recommend.
Mike R — Google review
Love taking our two boys here on random Friday nights. Our last server was Dave, I think. I wish I was certain on the name.. He was awesome, the food was excellent as usual, and the staff while entering and exiting we're all very pleasant to us. Their draft root beer is something the kids always look forward too, as well. For me, its always the big cowboy porterhouse. So good!

Steak house
Restaurant
Daisy Mae's Steak House is a charming Southwestern-style restaurant located on the outskirts of Tucson. Established in 1990, it has gained popularity for its mesquite-fired steaks and relaxed atmosphere. The outdoor seating area offers a picturesque view of the Arizona landscape, adding to its unique appeal. Despite its unassuming appearance, this award-winning steakhouse has become a favorite among MLB players and their families.
My T-bone and the wife's chicken were perfectly cooked. Salad was fresh, bread was buttered just right, beans were great, and the baked potato awesome. Service was pretty good but there was a large party with a lot of needs who kept the wait staff busy. Clean. Parking lot best navigated very slowly.
David D — Google review
Daisy Mae’s is a wonderful place for friends and family to meet up for dinner!! The steak is phenomenal, the Salmon was melt in your mouth and grilled to perfection!! We enjoyed a 50th birthday for our dear friend and made treasured memories here! Excellent staff, cooks and waitresses. Ice tea was fresh and delicious and glasses were not left empty! Also, a great bar with everything made exactly how you like it!! Indoor and outdoor seating!! We’ll be back. Thank you!
Michele B — Google review
We ate dinner at the bar. Bartender was very attentive and courteous. We were very impressed with the food and the pacing of the meal (salads, appetizer). Thw grilled wings were the best we've found. A must if you're searching for a great steak!
Jessica M — Google review
The walls are decorated with dollar bills. You can watch the cops grilling your steak from the large bay window. They also have daily specials.
Dianna L — Google review
First time here and the food was good, service was a bit spotty with the drink refills but overall sufficient.
Joseph P — Google review
The food was great but after our food arrived our server disappeared. Our glasses were not refilled, my husband ordered another drink when the server showed and he brought the wrong drink. We also asked him to come back so we could order dessert for my 8 year old but when he showed up 10 minutes later to take our dessert order we decided it was best to just ask for the bill. Our party's combined total was over $400.00, it was my Husband's birthday, and the guests we invited to join us for dinner were also disappointed. I am not sure if staffing was the problem but the server did thank us for a patience so he knew we were frustrated.
Chattel C — Google review
The place has a cozy, rustic vibe with a solid menu of steaks, some seafood, and great mesquite-grilled flavors. The ribs were a big hit at our table, and my T-bone was cooked just right, even if a bit gristly. The only downside was the limited sides, but overall the food, drinks, and friendly service made it a spot we’d definitely return to with guests who love steak.
Sophia R — Google review
Daisy Mae's is a Tucson fixture. But it is 50 years or more in the making. It is a steak place so don't expect anything else. The atmosphere is rough and all the appeal of an old barn. Definitely not fine dining. Good to bring the kids because no one will object to kids mayhem.

El Corral is a beloved Tucson institution that has been serving up mouthwatering dishes for over 60 years. This rustic steakhouse, adorned with cowboy memorabilia and Western murals, offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for enjoying hearty meals like prime rib, steaks, ribs, and tamale pie. The restaurant's charming adobe-style building adds to its historical allure, making it one of the city's culinary treasures since the 1930s.
One of my favorite dining experience in Tucson! Staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great first experience. Historic Tucson landmark full of SW charm. I can't wait to return! Highly recommend the tamale pie and prickly pear margarita!
Ethan G — Google review
We came here for an anniversary dinner. We had a wonderful experience! Our waiter was Lisa and she was so nice and helpful. She made sure we were happy and went above and beyond. The food was amazing! We got the prime rib and it was the best we've ever had! Everything we had was delicious 👌🏽
Beatriz V — Google review
We've been coming back here for 24 years, it had been a while so we wondered....nothing was disappointing. The whole rack of ribs is insanely generous and well done, the filet mignon was butter, the stuffed relleno pepper appetizer was great, and shockingly.....the vegan meatloaf with prickly pear sauce was really good for me with the free fresh cru cut salad. The kids burger was a real, hand ground generous-sized burger. The apple crisp was lovely. Our waiter, Jason, was the sweetest. Total win on our Tucson trip! Thank you, again.
Lindsay B — Google review
The food was really good, and we had a good server too, the only thing that took my family and I by surprise is that the entrance has such a steep ramp coming in, and an elderly man on a walker fell really hard right when we got there, it was scary and there is NO warning sign or rail to prevent this, noticed lots of elders come in to dine here, and we thought they prob should do something to get rid of this ramp.
Karly T — Google review
We walked in no reservation ( but we called and they said come in). We got there at 4:40, walked to the hostess stand, an older lady with like burgundy hair abruptly said " you have a reservation"...next thing she's talking to someone else. Finally she took my husband's name. We sat at the bar right next to the hostess stand. We were 2nd on list. At 5 she called 1st name on list party of 4. We waited for like 30 minutes then the bartender asked what we were waiting for...we said just our name to be called ( no customers at hostess stand), she went and the older burgundy hair lady said "I called their name"....no she didn't...we would of heard we were 3 feet from her. Everything else kinda followed suit from there. Prime was ok...T-bone extremely fatty and lots of veins(gross). Service was good. Table was super sticky. Probably wont go back
Carol S — Google review
It's been awhile since we've been here. Our waiter was awesome!! The food not so much. The appetizer... We ordered the combination which came with green chilles (had no spice that them or flavor and it was one giant one very hard to share) beef ribs (very dry only a few edible bites and corn fritters seemed to be missing the corn part as it was mostly fritter. I ordered prime rib which was not as tender like a good prime rib is. The side salad was good, the baked potato was a baked potato nothing to write home about. The only thing that improved wa stone roll which was a pleasant surprise. The horseradish was great as well. For the kidsos... they both ordered a hamburger which came overcooked and plain. Nothing besides a bun and fries. The bathrooms were clean and our waiter noticed the half eaten at best appetizer and took it off the bill. I've can remember eating here at 8ish years old, had my first rocky mountain oysters here and have always enjoyed the food. I was very disappointed this time around.
Sherri P — Google review
Everything is delicious. The stuffed mushrooms are a "must try" and, of course, the prime rib is delicious! It's an older restaurant but it has character. The wait staff really makes the experience a delight! Also, if you like a little history, you should read up on the history of the restaurant. Enjoy! BTW, it's easy to get seating mid week. I hear it's hoppin on the weekends though!
Kellie J — Google review
If you love prime rib, you have GOT to try the prime rib here. It is really good and cooked perfectly. The tamale pie side is delicious and the salad was great too. We also got an order of the corn fritters which was delicious with the prickly pear sauce. The service was great, the atmosphere was on point. It a a great little spot.

Nestled along Tucson's historic Benson Highway, Silver Saddle Steakhouse is a charming family-owned establishment that has been delighting diners since 1984. This inviting eatery boasts a relaxed atmosphere perfect for families, featuring a unique mesquite wood grill that infuses their steaks with an exceptional smoky flavor. The menu showcases an array of hearty steak options, including the impressive 24 oz Porter House and the tender Prime Rib in various sizes.
I was pleasantly surprised at how good this place was. The T Bone was cooked to the perfect Temperature. The French Onion Soup was excellent. The surprise standout was the Cowboy Beans, straight Fire. Even the desert was great. The Fried Mushrooms were hand made and not pre breaded frozen mushrooms. If I am in Tucson again I will have to stop here again.

Ate here while in town for business on a recommendation from a co worker. This place is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is typical old school steak house, which I love. The staff were friendly, courteous and on the spot with service. Our drinks never went empty. There were 3 of us and we had different steaks, Rib eye, Prime Rib and Sirloin and these were the best steaks we have had in a very very long time. They were grilled over an open flame using mesquite wood. The char was perfect, cooked to perfection and excellent flavor. Highly recommend this steak house if you are ever in town.
Brad C — Google review
Once I found out Adam Sandler ate here I had to come here too! 🤣 The food was delicious! The chicken noodle soup, sirloin and prime rib were delicious! I got medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. The waiter was very friendly as well and service was quick! The online menu didn't mention mashed potatoes but they offer them. They tasted fresh. I will for sure come back again.

First time going here and I've lived here for 29 years. This place was amazing! Prime rib steak and it was by far the best day that I've had thus far in Tucson. I would highly recommend this place to others and when somebody asks where they should go have steak at I will definitely recommend this place.
David M — Google review
Traditional and old style steakhouse. I love that we can see how the meats are getting cooked and there is a self-serve salad bar. The staff was friendly and accomodating. As far as food taste, its not the greatest just okay. The ribs I got was kinda dry and the steak was a little chewy. The burger patty was dry as well. Not a bad choice to dine in if you are in the area.

Hands Down, BEST Steak (Rib Eye-Med Rare) I ever ate!!! Out Waitress, Danitza had an amazing personality with an an attentive spirit! I highly recommend this establishment to satisfy your steak craving palate 😜

My friend and I were in Tucson on a business trip so we randomly picked The Saddle to have dinner and it turned out to be a great pick! Staff was very friendly!! The chef came over to our table and gave us a free piece of berry pie that was just baked earlier that day. The pie was fabulous!! I had the chicken club sandwich and my friend had the honey salmon with Brussel sprouts and both meals were delicious!! It was obvious that the chef is very passionate about the food he prepares. Loved the quaint atmosphere!!

Charro Steak & Del Rey is an industrial-chic steakhouse located in downtown Tucson, and it's the newest addition to the renowned Charro Legacy chain of restaurants with a history dating back to 1922. The restaurant prides itself on sourcing local, clean, and all-natural ingredients, ensuring that their beef and chicken are of the highest quality without added hormones or antibiotics.
This was our first visit to Charro Steak, we dined there for my husband's birthday. The Happy Hour specials are worth going early for. We had the oysters all 3 ways. They were fresh and delicious. For our main course we had the prime rib and filet with additional sides of macaroni and cheese as well as the corn. Both were very good, probably the best macaroni and cheese I've ever had. The alcohol menu is varied and the cocktails very unique. Highly recommend.
Tammy T — Google review
Went here for our anniversary, little confusing on which part to enter but got it straightened out fine. Service was great, our server had great recommendations, chips and salsa we really good, i would suggest keeping the salsa for the main dish. The steak was done very nicely. Bacon wrapped shrimp were very tasty. The dessert was excellent.
Bear S — Google review
Not sure why we didn’t try Charro Steak & Del Rey sooner — but wow, we’ve been missing out! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. We kicked things off with the table-side guacamole, made fresh right in front of us and paired with warm, bottomless tortilla chips. A perfect start. For dinner, I had the dry-aged Rib-eye, cooked to a flawless medium. One bite and it didn’t stand a chance — tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. My wife ordered the Filet, and it was just as impressive: buttery soft and seared to perfection. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but the quality and care in both the food and service make it more than worth it. Charro Steak is officially in our top tier — and we’ll be back soon.
Rodney I — Google review
Simply awesome. This place has been on my list for a while. Finally made it. Steak cooked perfectly. Prime Rib was tender and juicy. Shrimp and Scallops were excellent. The Mexican twist really added great spice and well rounded flavor to everything. Nothing overwhelming. The green chile mashed potatoes were good but didn’t really taste the green chiles. Awesome roasted salsa. Shoulda bought a gallon of it. Only did 4 stars for atmosphere because it was a bit loud. Hard to hear server. I will be back.
Troy T — Google review
I scouted the place ~3 PM right after checking into the AC Marriott 30 feet across the street and the smell of the mesquite wood and seeing beef tallow on the menu for frying chips/french fries all but confirmed my later dinner visit. Having already gotten off a carne asada meat high in New York City just a few days ago (see my Los Tacos No. 1 review) I had the most wonderful server who provided focused recommendations on what I should order. She shared some of the history of the family behind the establishment and that they used traditional methods with only the most top quality grass fed and finished beef for the menu. No marinades here! They let the quality of the beef speak for itself. I do tend to think of amazing beef and Texas as a thang, but I am so pleased to announce that Tucson deserves a visit if only for a meal here. I started with a house salad with homemade lime ginger vinaigrette that could be the base of a cocktail it was so refreshing. Although I contemplated going with the bone-in ribeye to keep my cost down a little and because I wanted to compare it with my NYC experience I went with the carne asada served to medium-rare perfection. With an extra little dash of tableside salt and pepper and squishing the still hot fire-roasted lime the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful, delivered to my mouth in the freshly made flour tortilla and charro beans. What an insane steak taco experience. Mac & cheese is never a focus for me. If I’m offered it sure I’ll take it. But I highly recommend you order their Chile Verde Mac & Cheese, which has incredibly creamy and thick cheese sauce, imbibed with green chilies and other peppers on top-it is not spicy, it is just very robust with that pepper-forward cheese magic. The environment is very warm, cozy, modern and traditional all at once. This is the perfect restaurant made only better by attentive service from the only server I will recommend: Ro. Ask for her and then just relax, trust her guidance, and order. Choose to live in the moment with friends and strangers around you with your phone put away, your cares put on hold and enjoy your time at Charro Steak and the sister side Del Rey (which has the same menu). Bon mexi-friggen-appétit!

I am used to the A+ food and service, usually from bigger chains or high end. I must say that Charro & Del Rey blew it out of the water, with friendly staff, food and service. WOW. One of the best meals, period! Expensive, but, it was totally worth it.

Here’s a polished version of your Google review that keeps it authentic, fair, and professional while reflecting both the highlights and frustrations of your dining experience: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) We are frequent visitors to Tucson and love exploring the food scene, so we were excited to try Charro Steak & Del Rey. The ambiance is beautiful, sultry enough for a romantic night out, yet still welcoming for families or groups celebrating together. Definitely insta-worthy. We were warmly welcomed and quickly seated, which was a great start. Chips and salsa arrived quickly, but it took a while before water and drinks made it to the table. Our server explained that one of our cocktails required a trip to their sister restaurant, which contributed to the delay. Salsa offered so many delicious flavors, combined it was a jackpot. We ordered the Chef’s Cut of the night along with the tableside Caesar salad. The salad was a highlight w/ fun presentation, great story, and absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, nearly 30 minutes after ordering, we were told the entrée was no longer available. We quickly pivoted to another option, but by the time the steak arrived (about an hour into the meal), it was barely warm and slightly overcooked. The flavor of the Montana grass-fed beef was excellent, but the execution missed the mark for what should have been a standout dish. Dessert saved the evening, the lava cake was excellent. However, timing was again an issue: my original coffee cocktail couldn’t be made, so I switched to a chocolate espresso martini, which arrived after the ice cream with our dessert had already started melting. Overall, Charro Steak & Del Rey offers wonderful ambiance and great flavors, but our evening was overshadowed by timing issues, long delays, and missed expectations for a fine dining experience. I truly believe the food is very good here, just wish the service flow matched the quality of the ingredients.

Lovely place downtown for happy hour! $5 sangria, beers, margs. The sangria was absolutely delicious especially on a hot summer day. Service is great. Our bartender was attentive and friendly! The prickly pear albóndigas are my favorite. The meat is lean but the sauce is rich and has a kick to it. The charro burger is humongous and so juicy. I also recommend the charro dry aged prime rib. It’s so tender and melts in your mouth. The mashed potato on the side is also very good.

Sullivan's Steakhouse is a premier dining destination that perfectly blends classic elegance with a vibrant atmosphere. This steakhouse chain, known for its rich '40s-inspired decor featuring dark wood and crisp white tablecloths, creates an inviting ambiance enhanced by live jazz music.
Josh was amazing! They really try to attempt beyond expectations. The food is on a pricey end, but you get what you pay for. Very elegant ambience with a lively vibe. The staff was much approachable. You wouldn’t be disappointed at all. One of the best places to celebrate a private occasion. We decided to go back for Christmas Eve as well! They get really busy and you may want to reserve way in advance. One of the appetizers we ordered was on the house since it was late. You have to wait with patience since the food is worth the wait.

We celebrated dinner last night at Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Tucson and had an outstanding experience. The food and atmosphere were excellent, but what truly made the evening memorable was our waiter, Bruce. He provided phenomenal service from start to finish. Bruce was attentive and personable without ever being overbearing. He anticipated our needs, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect throughout the night. Thank you, Bruce, for making our celebration so special. We will definitely return and highly recommend Sullivan’s to anyone looking for a first-class dining experience in Tucson.

We are visiting Tucson and came here after doing a search for best steak. The food is outstanding. It was our first time eating A5 wagyu and it was exceptional. Unlike any other beef I’ve ever eaten. The seasoning was divine. Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious, and the peanut butter pie was so good I almost cried! The beef Wellington bites are large. They were just okay for me. Service was attentive, prompt, and considerate. My one complaint - we asked for wine recommendations, and the server asked for our price range. I said $150. I had two I was considering, but he said someone else had the Wagyu earlier in the week and had a wine they paired with it they said went really well. He pointed to it on the menu - I saw it, saw $75 and thought it was a steal. When the bill came, it was not the $75 bottle. It was the bottle underneath that was $255, well above the $150 limit I had indicated. Maybe I’m a conspiracy theorist, but it seemed underhanded. He scanned the wine list for several minutes looking for it. Pointing vaguely at a bottle in our price range but “actually” pointing at the much more expensive one (the lines are small and close together). So the bill was $180 more than we expected. I didn’t complain because we drank the wine and it was good, but it left a bit of a sour feeling at the end. I can’t help but wonder if all that “scanning” of the menu was looking for a cheaper wine right next to a more expensive wine. I hate to think that way, but he knew our limit was $150. Other than that, everything was exceptional. I’d go again but I’d select my own wine or I would ask the server to tell me the exact name of the wine they were suggesting

Had a great time celebrating here. Food was good except for the beef wellington bites, they were not what I was expecting. Everything else was great including the drinks. I would highly recommend for a special night. I think it's a bit too pricey for a regular dinner.

I had tried as much as I could and may have...overwhelmed myself. Beef Wellington bites were good but my favorite would have to go to the Cheesecake Eggrolls for the appetizers. The pork belly was delicious. I ended up ordering the Shrimp and Lobster Bisque and Ribeye. The bisque was a little on the salty side but I didn't mind. I was missing it after I was done, I'd suggest a bowl if you're a fan. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and delicious as well. I'm not a desert fan but the key line pie was tasty with a sharp sweetness bite to it.

Bob's Steak & Chop House is a Texas-born chain located in the Omni Tucson National. The restaurant offers a classy atmosphere and serves big slabs of beef, seafood, and an extensive wine list. The menu features prime steaks, chops, seafood, and delicious desserts like Bob's Classic Bread Pudding with Grand Marnier Caramel sauce and French Silk Vanilla Ice Cream. The ambiance is elegant yet simple, with stiff drinks and an impressive wine selection.
I held a private event here and cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The service was exceptional from my initial phone call for information all the way to the end of my dinner. The manager, Vila Jarrell welcomed my mother and me during our initial consultation and helped make my evening everything I hoped it could be. She was very communicative throughout the process. Come the evening of the event, the entire meal was fabulous. The steaks were unforgettable. Vila helped pair wines for the dinner. Colleen and Joe also provided amazing service. The entire team helped such a special day feel celebrated. Thank you!

A really lovely place for our 14th wedding anniversary. Bruce was fantastic. We loved our steak, the ambiance, everything. The dry aged NY strip I got was one of the best steaks I've ever had. We'll definitely be back in the future.

Had a reservation for seated immediately. We ordered shrimp cocktail & crab cake appetizers. The shrimp was tasty but a little chewy. The crab cakes were really good. We split the 22 oz prime bone-in rib-eye it was good. Came with smashers and a whole carrot, very good. Also ordered mac n cheese & onion rings... delicious. The cocktails came quickly..refreshing & yummy! Celebrating my BDay got chocolate, huge slice moist and delectable. Took a slice of carrot cake home. Best carrot cake I have ever had! Carrot & cinnamon main flavors had so much going on! Loved the special touch of the menu "Happy Birthday" on the header. Almost forgot the bread was soft and crusty...oh so good.

Horrible food compared to the price paid. Nothing special about the place. -The chef didn't know how to cook a well-done rack of lamb. I received a medium rack of lamb. Sent the lamb back and got a very dry meat that doesn't look edible. -Mocktails were fine. -Soup was seasoned with a lot of pepper. The food was dry with no sauce. Looked good but tasted awful!

Py steakhouse is a high-end, classic steakhouse with a luxurious surf 'n' turf menu. The restaurant is located at Casino del Sol Resort in Tucson, and it offers amazing food and service. It's a great place to celebrate any special occasion!
First off, I highly recommend making a reservation. We made one weeks in advance and had no wait when we arrived. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The food and drinks are absolutely divine. We had the 40oz porterhouse, which was cooked to perfection. For sides, I HIGHLY recommend the deep fried brussles and mashed potatoes. Our server recommended them, and I am glad I took his advice. Our server was Steven. He was absolutely amazing. We were there celebrating our anniversary and he actually took the time to ask us what we feel makes a marriage last. He was so very kind, professional, caring, and informative about the menu. We wanted for nothing in his care. Overall, this place was an incredible experience.

PY Steakhouse at Casino Del Sol is a must in Tucson. My favorite was the truffled prime rib eye starter - rich, tender, and packed with flavor. The baked oysters were also a solid opener. For the main, I went with the 26oz Cowboy Ribeye (USDA Prime, Del Bac whiskey rubbed, dry-aged in house) topped with lobster and truffle butter (they were out of shaved truffles, but the butter was a fantastic substitute). To pair it all, I tried the WhistlePig Flight (18yr Double Malt, 21yr Beholden, and Boss Hog X) - worth every sip. Outstanding service definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience. Originally we were going to dine at Fiesta Buffet. Once they quoted over $80 for two people with a military discount we opted to go elsewhere (it was seafood buffet). We decided on steak so went to PY Steakhouse. Though we had no reservations, after answering several questions; name, phone number, possible allergies, we wondered if we should brace ourselves for bloodwork or a credit check. We were then shown to our table. From then on it was pampering and sometimes a little show. We had no less than five people bring our main course out. Before that, someone brought a sprig of rosemary, lit it on fire then doused in butter (delicious). A waiter brought a fancy box of steak knives. I choose one with a pearl handle. Although our 43rd anniversary was last week, our waiter allowed/comped us a dessert of our choosing. We went with triple sorbet (two apple-cider and one pomegranate) with chocolate on the plate wishing us a Happy Anniversary. The steaks were extremely tender and flavorful. Despite trying to be cheapskates with the buffet, PY Steakhouse was so attentive and delicious it was well worth the cost. We’ve decided to celebrate our future anniversaries at PY. Thank you so very much!

The absolute best service by Jenih and Steve.. the food is over the top and it was my birthday and we could not have picked a better place. Who would have thought that a steakhouse in a casino one of the best if not the best restaurants in Tucson. Have you ever seen somebody just bring out a dessert menu for your birthday as a freebie with a variety of desserts that you would never see any restaurant.

Service was AMAZING! TOP-TIER! All restaurants should take note and remind themselves and staff that THIS is the expectation of food service. ALL food service personnel were present and / or made themselves easily available and professional. They were ell knowledgeable of the menu and personable. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable and pleasant. Often, when you go to a Steak House, as soon as you walk in, you can smell the red meat, blood and other meats. This was NOT the case here. There was a clean / non-scent. The food variety was plentiful and good. Our family ordered some of their finer dishes and while it was very good, it wasn't extraordinary as I expected. Some of their meats / proteins and veggies were on the tougher side. This was unexpected. The taste was good but some of the textures (toughness) took away from it. Will we be back? Yes! The professional and knowledgeable Wait staff is what will bring us back in hopes of having a better texturized meal.

So sorry I don't have pictures to share, and I don't remember names that well. BUT! This was a wonderful night. I must compliment the three awesome ladies that took care of our table last night. Well done! Starting with the Amuse-bouche to the Salad, Steak and Potatoes to the complimentary dessert because it was our anniversary, and finishing with a truffle at the end of the meal. Delicious. All of it. And so many special touches... The rosemary butter prepared at the table, the smoked old fashion at the table. And this blew me away. They brought out a case, and you could choose a Steak knife to use to cut your steak. How cool is that? Cool cool cool. Also I want to thank the two managers that stopped by our table to check how our dinning experience was going. I have had good steaks elsewhere, but never an experience like this. Thank you PY Steak House for a wonderful night. Great place to go to celebrate a special event, and make it even more special.

Cattletown Steakhouse & Saloon is an Old West-themed restaurant that offers a casual atmosphere, good food, and outstanding service. The menu features steak, burgers, ribs, seafood, and cocktails served in colorful surroundings. The restaurant provides a unique and cozy dining experience with a full bar and spacious seating. Dishes are cooked to perfection over an authentic mesquite wood fire and are accompanied by generous side dishes. The establishment also offers clean facilities and free parking.
You can't beat the quality for the price here. Most of their menu is $15 or less (excluding steaks and major entrees). I had the green chili cheese burger, it was awesome and found out they make the burgers from from their own ground chuck. I snapped some other pics as well. We had fried mushrooms as an appetizer, which were also very good. The only thing that bothered me was service was a little slow. It's not fast food though, and the food was quality. Well worth the wait. I strongly encourage others to try these guys out. It's a cool place too.

Went on a Monday for a late father's day dinner with my wife and son. Instantly seated at a spacious booth. Server was quick to take our drink order and take our appetizer order. Apps came out very quickly and perfectly cooked. The onion rings were super crispy and cooked just perfectly. Mains were ordered and we were super impressed with the quality and quantity of food. Wonderfully attendant staff but never pushy. Service was amazing and the food was to die for. Super value for money spent. Decor is warm and inviting with wood everywhere. Definitely will be returning here. You will not be disappointed.

Old school steakhouse vibe. our server Cassandra was attentive and provided over the top service! She handcrafted a prickly pear margarita which paired well with hot muffins from the oven. happy hour made our bill palatable. We chatted and stacked with anticipation of our porterhouse steak. We've been disappointed in the last year with steak and steakhouses so we thought we'd give Cattletown a try. Wow are we glad that we ate here! The porterhouse melted in our mouth, the salad was fresh the baked potato was perfect with sour cream and butter. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting great atmosphere, excellent service and a delicious steak !

We went for a late dinner so there was no wait and we were seated right away. We got our drinks quickly and ordered the fried mushrooms for an appetizer. They were fresh, great breading and very large. All the food was great and large portions. The prime rib and the gunslinger porterhouse were cooked perfect and seasoned perfect. The salad was fresh and crisp, baked potatoes were cooked well and the rolls were fresh. We will definitely be coming back.

Well it’s better than Pinnacle Peak. My club sandwich was good. Our friend’s ruben was good. My wife’s shrimp - not so good. After peeling away the pound of breading, the shrimp inside was very rubbery. If you get onion rings or fried shrimp just know you’re paying for mostly beer battered breading. The french fries were undercooked and had zero flavor. Will we go back? No.

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is a chain restaurant that offers an upscale lodge-like setting and serves classic American cuisine with a focus on grilled dishes such as herb-roasted prime rib, hand-cut steaks, rotisserie chicken, burgers, and pasta. The lively atmosphere provides an opportunity to socialize with friends while enjoying cocktails, spirits, and wines.
Our food was excellent, it was our first time here. Our waiter was pleasant, happy, and did his job perfectly. We ordered ranch rings, and smothered tenderloin breakfast burrito, so much flavor it was amazing! Inside was very inviting and calm. We definitely enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely be coming back to try the desserts since they looked heavenly. 🙌🏼✨✌🏼 To ALL the parents with little ones: Only thing I did NOT like was the fact that there are NO changing tables for babies in the bathrooms, quite surprising for an establishment like this. Hopefully the owner of this place can put one in soon! ✌🏼🙌🏼

We stopped in on a Thursday at lunch and had a fabulous experience. The atmosphere was great, being clean, orderly and well decorated. The food (we ordered burgers and tots, one burger with mushrooms and bleu cheese steak topping on it) which were fantastic - fresh hot and prepared to order as well as tasting great. The real “seal the deal” experience was the absolutely astounding service we received from Alec! I’m a server and his service was PERFECT for us! I will go back and ask for him because he allows me to forget about “how will the service be and what do I need to ask for ahead of time so we get what we want” and simply ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE! When you go in I highly recommend that you ask for Alec (as in Baldwin) to serve you!

Firebirds is a pretty place inside. The photos show the main dining room. But, the bar, in a separate area is large and seems like a good place to drink. I always wondered why there used to be soooooo many expensive cars parked in front of Firebirds, and now I think I know why!!! But, unfortunately, as much as I came prepared to be wowed by Firebirds (I’ve been to another of their installations in Gainesville, Virginia about 12 years ago), I wasn’t. It is not that the food is bad. It isn’t. My wife’s 7 oz filet, was, she said, excellent, as were her garlic mashed potatoes. And, my other two companions’ hamburgers looked very good, and they said they thought they were excellent … although from my vantage point the amount of french fries they got with the burgers was a bit on the chincy side. Mind you they were large french fries, so maybe that is the reason they seemed a bit light. I should also point out that this is not a “$10-$20” place. Yes, you can get a cheeseburger/hamburger (without bacon, which is extra) for $18.00, and it even comes with french fries (unlike their steaks which are a la carte). My steak was $42.00 (9 oz filet) BEFORE I added a (shockingly sweet) bluecheese & mushroom topping, and BEFORE I added a ‘loaded’ baked potato. I don’t know how much the total bill was, for us four, because I was treated, but, two cheeseburgers and two steaks were right in the range of $125.00 … and that is without drinks. Leaving the prices aside, since I expected Firebirds to be pricey, a couple of things, though, led to my less than enthusiastic review. First, although polite and cordial, the staff … all of the staff … seemed to be not expecially happy to see us. I don’t mean they should fawn over us like celebrities, but, unlike North Italia (next door to Firebirds) where the staff were pretty uniformly uptone and welcoming, the staff at Firebirds just seemed to be going through the motions. Nice people, but I suspect their manager does not set a ‘helpful’ tone. Second, again leaving aside the fact that for $42.00 I had to buy both my baked potato and my blue cheese topping separately, the bacon wrapped filet (bacon included), while done exactly as I ordered it (medium rare), it was only lukewarm in the middle. Now, I don’t know how it is done, but I’ve been to a steak house in Ft. Worth, where the outside of the steak was properly singed/charred, and the middle was medium-rare, and the middle was piping hot. So, I ate around the edges, and took the middle home to heat up and cook a little more. The other thing about my filet was that there was some kind of SWEET brown sauce on it, which surprised me, as nothing in the menu suggested it would be sweet. I would have ordered something else if I had known. I asked the waitress what made the sauce sweet, and she didn’t know. She thought it might be the port-wine reduction (I think that is what she said) in which the mushrooms were sautéed. Again, if the description had mentioned anything that made it likely the mushrooms would be sweet, I would have had them removed. (I realize that the current fad is to put jam on hamburgers, and I like that trend. But, dousing a $42.00 filet in a syrup that really had no taste except sweetness didn’t set well with me.) In any event, Firebirds is a good place to eat, and has lots of choices, and you shouldn’t avoid it just because of this one review. I’d go there again, but probably I’d choose the $18.00 cheeseburger. By the way, the ‘crème brûlée cheesecake’ was superb. I’d go there just for that.

This was my second visit to Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. Nestled in the La Encantada restaurant circle near Campbell and Skyline, this upscale yet inviting steakhouse offers a perfect blend of ambiance and flavor. I ordered the Wood Grilled Salmon, which was basted with Key lime butter and accompanied by my choice of port mushrooms and Parmesan mashed potatoes (I wasn't a fan of the vegetable mix they were offering, so I opted for mushrooms instead). The salmon was grilled to perfection, with a delightful smoky flavor that complemented the tangy Key lime butter beautifully. The mashed potatoes were creamy and flavorful, making for a satisfying side. The service was impeccable. Our waiter was accommodating and pleasant, ensuring that our dining experience was seamless from start to finish. Firebirds is known for its scratch kitchen, bold flavors, and inviting atmosphere. They offer a variety of hand-cut, aged steaks and fresh seafood, along with specialty crafted cocktails and select wines. Their commitment to quality and service is evident in every aspect of the dining experience. During my visit, they also support Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, donating over a $1 for every Alex’s Fresh Lemonade purchase to fight childhood cancer. It's heartening to see a restaurant giving back to the community. Whether you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a delicious meal, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is a fantastic choice. I look forward to my next visit!

The service at the atmosphere is nice. But we got the sampler platter and nearly everything was dry. It's too expensive to not be great. I see other reviews that praise the brisket, but ours was way below average and very dry. The pulled pork was dry along with the ribs. The chili, the sausage and the salad was good, but it's not enough to overcome. I was really looking forward to the brisket and others and left dissapointed. Last thing but I acknowledge this is just a preference, the BBQ sauce is way, way too sweet. It would be great to have a third option. $60 ish dollars for below average food just means I'll probably never return.

It's just OK. We were looking forward to the amazing brisket and we were disappointed. Too much seasoning and the brisket was chewy. I ordered a prickly pear margarita and they brought me a watered down mule. I would have asked them to correct it but our server didn't come back until the food had arrived. My husband wanted their surf and turf special and he said it was good. He got the lobster and ribeye. We also ordered the pork belly burnt ends. The flavor was good but two were charred into wood chip consistency and a few were too chewy... we also ordered a side of sausage and we removed the extra seasoning because those were good( why the extra salt and pepper though?) We didn't have any dessert (not fans of peach cobbler sorry!) but overall it was highly underwhelming and we will not be back. For amazing brisket... check out Bashful Bandit! Their flavor is awesome!

Went here for the first time last Sunday to celebrate and spent big… three of the largest steaks, big appetizers, drinks… over $400 in around an hour. The food itself was fine, but halfway through dinner the temperature in the restaurant shot up so high we were literally sweating through our clothes. After having spent the day working outside, I couldn’t even finish eating, it was that miserable. As we boxed up our meals and left, the lights dimmed right behind us for closing. It felt very intentional, like they cranked the heat just to force us out. After dropping that kind of money, being treated that way was insulting. Never coming back.

Stopped in for dinner on a random Tuesday and I'm so happy I did. The prompt service and welcoming atmosphere were only outshined by the food. The pork belly burnt ends and fried pickles were on my mind before I even arrived and exceeded expectations The sampler platter was more than enough for two, and although it was a sampler, the quality and quantity were both appreciated Staff was very helpful, ready with suggestions, approachable and friendly Nice strong drinks and good vibes all around, can't wait to return

Honestly, we can't say how good or bad the food is as we never tried it. Wanted a steak today, but not prepared to pay between $40-$55 for one, especially with only one side offered with it. We want to support local businesses, but the price points are ridiculous, and from what we saw of other diners' plates, simply not worth the $ asked. The server was very nice, and the place was clean, but until we win the lottery, we'll stick to more reasonably-priced establishments.

Little Mexico Steakhouse is a vibrant and laid-back restaurant that has been serving up classic Mexican breakfasts, entrees, and combo plates since 1977. The menu features mesquite-grilled steak, authentic Mexican dishes from family recipes, including tamales, chile con carne, chorizo, and more. The atmosphere exudes a traditional steakhouse vibe with mesquite scents and old-school dark ambiance.
Wow we were so impressed with this restaurant. Amazing menue of items to choose from. We had the Fahitas and we must say there the best we ever had. A wonderful western atmosphere & fantastic service. We will be back! We've back 2 more times since the first review. It was just as good as the first. All the service is helpful & friendly. Ducy our last waitress was amazing. Dec 30th,2024 We placed a large fajita order to feed our service techs and office staff at Olstrom Custom Coach, who service Ms. Coach to keep us on the road safe. We wanted to provide them with a great meal, and Little Mexico Steakhouse didn't disappoint. Everyone enjoyed everything. TY

First time visit. Had the steak stuffed with pepper/cheese. Did not care for the flavor- off taste, like lighter fluid...just didn't care for it. The others in my party had various Mexican food items and, as always, little Mexico did not disappoint! Those items were great and the fruit chimichanga was delicious. Staff was good. Mixed drinks were good- large glasses! Steak prices were higher than expected - but inflation hits the restaurant biz hard, so understandable. Would definitely go back for drinks and Mexican dishes!

Another delicious meal!! Me and my husband had the shredded beef burros, we intend to make this restaurant our go-to for a great, satisfying meal as long as the quality remains good, so for this visit, we give it five-stars!

This place has always been a great restaurant we take our kids there. They always treat us well the servers and wait staff are always great, always checking in to see if anything is needed, always kind and polite. The food is always cooked properly I have never had a bad steak here or dinner in general. It is a great place for a family outing or a simple date night give it a chance.

Hidden Gem. I'm lucky this place is so close. The food is phenomenal. The Nachos Supreme platter must weigh 10 lbs. The portions are huge and the staff is among the best I've ever had. Have been twice and had a great time both times. Will definitely be back. Worth a stop.

The atmosphere is very much a steakhouse atmosphere (smells like mesquite and is a bit dark), when you walk in, to the left is the restaurant and to the right is the bar. We were seated immediately (5pm on a Saturday), it was busy but not overly busy. The staff was nice and helpful, our waitress Dulce was so nice and attentive. I had the chicken fajitas with rice and beans, it was delicious. The rice and beans were SO good. I wish the tortilla was different for myself, it's one large thin tortilla that you have to tear pieces off of and it dries out pretty quickly when left open to the air, I'm more a fan of smaller multiple tortillas. My husband had the Queen ribeye with salad and baked potato and it was delicious as well. They make their ranch homemade (so good!). We preferred their creamy guacamole over their regular guac, the creamy has a much better flavor and it's spicier as everything is blended together. Our kids split an order of chicken tenders and fries and those were good as well. Definitely plan on going again!

El Charro Café Downtown is a vibrant Mexican restaurant that has been serving authentic Sonoran-style cuisine for over 100 years. Located in Tucson, it is the oldest family-owned restaurant in the United States and has become a symbol of the city's rich culinary heritage. The menu features an array of dishes, including the famous carne seca, a flavorful spiced beef prepared on-site and incorporated into many cheese-laden entrees.
I haven't been here in a while and my cousins, who were visiting, wanted to go here. I work at a major hotel nearby and suggest this place all the time, but I forgot how AMAZING the food was here! We were sat in the downstairs area and loved the vibe down there. How the servers manage those stairs with food is a wonder in itself!! I had the seafood enchiladas which were the best I've ever had! I've been thinking of them ever since!!Everyone thought their food was just delicious. Server was awesome and very knowledgeable about the food when we had questions. I can't wait to go back!!

Recommend: chimichanga Good: tamales, tacos, fajitas I think my expectations were a bit too high. The food was good especially when you consider the price. I was surprised to find the prices so reasonable. The complementary chips and salsa were both lovely. The chimichangas were nice though the chicken ones were dry. The coloring book for kids has the story of the origins of chimichanga I found the tamales and beans a little on the runny/mushy/wet side. I didn't love the corn kernels in the tamales - they tasted a little like canned corn to me. The shrimp were cooked nicely though. Tacos were solid We waited a pretty long time for our food so I would definitely recommend getting an appetizer or two so that you're not miserable.

We had a reservation at 7:30pm & they sat us on the front porch! Not what we wanted for the first time there! & the waitress didn't seem to know what was going on! Ordered appetizers & never got them!! The dinner came out & we asked where's the appetizer?? She said oh we are out of that! At 7:30!!!! She should know!! The food was great but it left me thinking was it worth it going there!!!

My husband and I recently visited El Charro, reputedly the first Mexican restaurant in the United States, and as avid fans of Mexican cuisine, we were excited to pay tribute to its history. We started with the beef chimichanga, which was a standout dish. It was incredibly flavorful and packed with beef, making it quite filling! We also ordered the queso Finito with shrimp. While it had a pleasing taste, we were overwhelmed by how greasy and stringy it was—definitely more cheese than we anticipated. We were hoping for something more akin to a traditional cheese dip, and if we had finished the whole thing, I suspect we would have regretted it. On the brighter side, the prickly pear margarita was fabulous! Its vibrant color and refreshing taste were highlights of our meal. The ambience of the restaurant added to the experience; we sat outside on a porch, enjoying the street view and open air. However, the inside had a charming vibe reminiscent of an old house, which we would have enjoyed as well. While we noticed more quaint seating options in the yellow building next door, they seemed reserved for larger groups. Overall, El Charro offered a delightful experience, with some delicious highlights and a lovely atmosphere.

Service was beautiful. Guacamole made tableside was yummy! The original El Charro Beef Tacos made me dance in my seat they were so good. We had the Tacos Seca.. interesting, flavorful, like the old timey jerky in the container when were kids. By far our new favorite place. The decor was gorgeous and the Mariachi Men played my request of Marty Robbins tableside brought back memories was so great!

I had an amazing experience at El Charro in Tucson! I ordered the chicken and steak fajitas, and they were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and served sizzling hot. The portions were generous, and every bite was packed with bold, authentic flavor. What really stood out to me was the salsa—it had a rich, smoky flavor that perfectly complemented the rest of the meal. You can tell they put real care into their recipes. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. If I ever end up in Tucson, I'll be back. Go check em out.

We have been wanting to try this historic restaurant for quite some time. We were fortunate enough to have done so and definitely will be returning again. The service was great and our server Caleb was absolutely amazing. He not only answered a question my wife had about the meat selection, he was kind enough to bring us a sample to try out. The food came out and after the first bite of the chicken enchilada, we were hooked. The second enchilada was supposed to be Carne seca, but ended up being another chicken enchilada, which we were ok with since it was so delicious. Caleb came back to check on us and we mentioned that both Enchiladas are chicken, which was an honest mistake in the kitchen. Caleb handled it like a pro even though we said it was ok and he didn't have to. He told us he charged us for the chicken and carne seca and wanted to make sure we got what we ordered and paid for. One of the kitchen staff came to our table and apologized for the mix up while he delivered the 2 Enchiladas that were missed from the order along with more beans and rice, which was totally unexpected. This was above and beyond our expectations, especially after we already said it was ok that both of our Enchiladas were chicken. Hopefully the next time we have the opportunity to go again Caleb will be our server again (I'll be sure to request him). Top notch place and service. This is why this restaurant is the oldest Mexican restaurant in the state and is still doing business. Food was amazing, service was extraordinary and the atmosphere was very pleasant. This place is 10 star worthy and we'll drive 2 hours again for another experience. Thank you Caleb and all staff at El Charro. We will be back asap!

Restaurant
Maynards Kitchen & Bottle Shop is a historic venue located in Tucson, offering a unique combination of a takeaway counter, gourmet shop, and bar with an eatery serving seasonal American cuisine. Housed in a historic train depot, the restaurant features high ceilings, vintage decor, and a charming outdoor patio. Known for its farm-to-table approach, Maynards emphasizes local and sustainable ingredients in its frequently changing menu. Some popular dishes include grilled octopus, duck confit, and smoked pork chop.
I've been going to Maynard's since they opened. Interestingly they either have the best food in Tucson or it's just eh. It depends on who the current chef is and their menu Some seasons I want to eat everything on the menu and some, I have a hard time finding anything. Right now it's the best meal in Tucson. We ordered 3 appetizers for 2 of us. We were going to order a fourth but we got full. I asked the server to pace the food and was promised that would happen, but of course everything came at once.

Pros: The roasted beet appetizer ($13) was great -- the beets were silky and the flavors were strong and went together nicely. The cocktails we got (City Slicker and Harvest Moon, both $15) were also flavorful and fun. The service was consistently amazing -- our waitress was helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive without hovering. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was nice. Cons: Unfortunately, almost everything else was mid. And it was way too expensive for almost everything to be mid. The beef tartare ($22) had a pretty good flavor and texture but came with the limpest French fries I've ever eaten. The oysters were $4.50 each, tiny, and generically fishy (though, to be fair, they had a great texture). The amuse bouche (complimentary) was a mealy, watery tomato over a grocery-store quality focaccia. We got two entrees: the seared divers scallops ($43) and the mushroom steak with mole ($27). All three of the scallops were cooked well, but there was no seared crust on any of them and they were very salty. The mushroom steak itself had a good flavor and bite, but the mole was uninspiring and the accompanying squash was undercooked and unseasoned. Like, raw pumpkin. But man. The dessert was so bad that it was funny. Maybe that's on us for getting a $12 deconstructed "cookies and milk" dessert, but even so. The "cookie milk" was the most offensive -- a generous pour of sour-smelling, clotting, unflavored milk. I got a chunk of soft floating milk fat in my last sip. We did not finish the milk. They definitely did something to it, but it didn't taste like cookies or anything. The "cookies" were a comically large pile of fine crumbs. Eating them was strongly reminiscent of the end of a nature valley granola bar, in both flavor and texture. The cookie was? Maybe a generic shortbread? The crumbs were paired with the tiniest smear of chocolate cremoso imaginable. This had a sad puddle of olive oil and some flaky salt on it. It was basically a tablespoon of pretty good chocolate ganache on the side of a mountain of, again, shortbread(?) cookie crumbs. We initially tried to sit outside, but there were loud (LOUD) trains going by every 3-7 minutes, 30 feet from the entire outdoor dining area. You could not hear the person across from you. In their defense, they moved us inside promptly and graciously as soon as we asked to move. Anyway, we used a gift card and had a good time laughing at the dessert. We won't be back unless someone else is paying and set on going here and nowhere else.

First time having dinner, make a note reservations are always best. We sat upstairs, very fancy, l felt a bit underdressed. Didn't really know what to expect, and when the host asks if you have questions, you should ask. I had the duck breast with root vegetables, it was delicious. My one friend had the chicken, and another friend had the mushroom risotto. Now when they said, "Would you like to add scallops?", they didn't say you would be paying 9.00 for each scallop. It should have said "each" on the menu. She said they were delicious, but it was a shock when the check arrived. We did receive a free mini panacotta before the meal and also had some roasted brussel sprouts. All and all it was delicious.

Maynards was recommended to me by a coworker, and it did not disappoint. The food was extremely flavorful and the portions were just right. We got to experience the first of their new summer menu. The atmosphere was intimate and neat since it’s located in an old train station. We got lucky to sit inside since we did not make a reservation, so I highly recommend making one in advance. My only wish was for the cocktails to be a tad bigger (sorry did not take a picture). Other than that it made for a perfect date night!

Just some of the best food we've had in Tucson! First I'll start with the decor and location. It's located at the Amtrak station building and is a very unique restaurant. Walking in you notice it's not a very large restaurant but is very quaint. The bar area to the right and down below via steps is the dining area. Old style like the Old Pueblo but stunning and beautiful as you'll see in the pictures. Our wait staff was John and he was an outstanding waiter, very personable. The rest of the wait staff was also friendly. Now for the food and drink. I ordered the Maynards Old Fashioned and it was one of the best I've had. Maynard's menu is seasonal so what you see today you might not see next month because this restaurant uses local/regional meats and produce. Yesterday Chef Brian Smith knocked it out of the park! We ordered the $75 per person course which is a 6-course meal with a dessert at the end. You'll see a 7th in my photos because we were celebrating my wife's birthday. She didn't like the churro dessert because the creme fraiche was too smoky but I thought it was fabulous (I like smokey food). You don't really know what you're getting as it's chef prepared and changes from day to day. I won't explain each course but when you look through the pictures you'll see how wonderful each dish looks and tastes even better. Our favorite was the steak course and the heirloom tomato course but everything was wonderful and we don't think it could have been any better. We'll be back for sure to try another round. Thanks Chef!

IMHO this is the best restaurant in Tucson right now. The train station setting very romantic, the staff very professional and friendly and the food outstanding. The menu changes frequently however it can be assured that the oyster mushrooms with caramelized whey and salsa Matcha Will be on the menu, do not miss it. The beef tartare was great As was the duck comfy with dirty rice.

Agustin Kitchen is a sophisticated bistro located in the historic west side of Tucson, within the Mercado District. The restaurant offers a diverse menu with carefully sourced meats and locally-sourced vegetables. Renowned chef David Solorzano leads the culinary team, ensuring an upscale dining experience. The charming ambiance, featuring white walls and accents of marble and rustic woods, adds to the refined charm of the location in Mercado San Agustin.
I had a very pleasant dinner at my visit at Agustin Kitchen. The staff were quite welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. I ordered the hibiscus margarita to start with no appetizer. Though in the future I will be trying some of those items. For dinner itself I ordered the steak frites, temperature was just a tad under of preferred medium rare, but the steak was delicious nonetheless. Served with excellent crispy shoestring fries and a lovely sauce to accompany. I would recommend this place to folks looking for a quality bistro dining experience.

Came here for brunch on a Sunday late morning, sitting in the courtyard. The Mercado Courtyard is a great, relaxed environment, whether dining at Agustin, Seis or having a coffee or pastry. The interior space looked beautiful as well, classy but casual. Our server Rene was friendly and attentive. The dishes were well prepared - Salmon Benedict and Monte Cristo with hash browns on the side. Some solid brunch cocktails on the menu. Prices on the higher end for brunch, but still reasonable.

We had Ben as our server for our dinner, we loved the recommendations from the staff for the appetizer and main. We got the tuna appetizer, we were skeptical about it when we read it but Ben recommended it so we gave it a shot, we were very glad that we did! Very fresh and all the flavors went well together. We were also recommended the vodka pasta by the hostess and that was divine! There was maybe an apple cider vinegar in the caramelized onions that was on top of the steak we got. It had an unexpected sweetness to it.

Nice space; decent food; bad service. After ordering drinks and appetizers, when it came time to order entrees, I ordered the lobster roll (which I was pleased to see, as it was not on the menu online). Waitress told me they didn't have it (strange because we had an early seating so couldn’t have run out). Tried ordering the mushroom entree. Also not available. Waitress should have informed us about these menu changes at the outset. Ordered a salad to split with another in our group. The didn't split it, leaving a whole-leaf salad for me to split at the table -- poor service for a somewhat expensive place trying to be fancy, especially when I asked for a split. Two of the entrees were decent; others were good. But not worth the price overall. Front of the house seemed understaffed - no one checked on us during the meal. We all had leftovers, and waitress showed pure displeasure about my request they box the food for us (I understand self-boxing at most places, but not at a restaurant where I'm spending hundreds of dollars). Nice space, but disappointing experience overall.

Augustin Kitchen has a way of blending modern dining with Tucson’s desert charm. The space feels stylish without being stuffy, with warm lighting and a layout that makes it just as good for a date night as it is for a dinner with friends. There’s an easy elegance to the place that makes you want to take your time. The food is well thought out and plated beautifully. Local ingredients show up across the menu, giving each dish a sense of place. The flavors are bold and creative, and you can tell the kitchen is aiming for something special. The portions lean toward the refined side, so this isn’t where you come just to fill up, it’s where you come to enjoy the craft of the meal. The service is attentive and professional, with staff who know the menu and can offer thoughtful recommendations. The cocktails and wine list round out the experience, giving you plenty of ways to pair your meal. Augustin Kitchen doesn’t miss often, but there are moments when a dish feels more about presentation than depth. Still, it’s one of those restaurants that leaves you glad you came, and looking forward to your next visit. Grateful Traveler’s Note

Passing through Tucson on a beautiful December day, we were looking for a place to have lunch outside with our dogs, who were traveling with us. Agustin’s courtyard turned out to be the perfect spot. The restaurant is part of a Mercado with several restaurants, a bakery, and shops surrounding the courtyard. We were able to enter with the dogs through a door at the back of the courtyard, adjacent to the large parking area. The dogs could also have entered through the front gate. The courtyard is filled with trees, plants, heaters for cool weather, and umbrellaed tables, about half of which belonged to the restaurant. We enjoyed the beautiful sunny day in this calm but fun and busy setting, but the courtyard is probably also very festive at night, lit by criss-crossing strings of Edison bulbs, from which stream ribbons of many bright colors, which reminded me of Tibetan prayer flags. The mainly white interior of the restaurant is bright and spacious, with dark tables. The 9-seat bar runs along one end of the room. The left end of the bar terminates at a pass-through window to the patio, for walk-up drinks or raw bar orders. The tables are well-spaced both inside and out. The menu (it may have been the lunch menu) was a small but well-curated mix of salads, starters, and sandwiches, plus a couple of bistro offerings (steak frites and mussels). We really enjoyed the sesame-crusted tuna salad and the chicken salad sandwich. The service was excellent. A perfect lunch on a perfect day in a perfect setting. YouTube’s Chef’s Apprentice

Union Public House is an American gastropub located in St. Philips Plaza, offering a wide selection of draft beers and a creative menu featuring all-American fare made with local, sustainable ingredients. The restaurant boasts a diverse menu including pretzels, poutine fries, salmon cakes, meat and cheese boards, salads, flatbreads, and sandwiches. Additionally, it prides itself on having the largest whiskey selection in town. The daily social hour from 3-6 p.m.
We LOVED Union and on our five day trip we stopped here three times with and without our teenagers. The vibe is fun, music got the thumbs up from the teens and the live music outside was awesome. Did I mention karaoke? We had dinner here on our last night which happened to be St Patrick’s Day and though crazy busy our food was out quick, drinks good and we left happy. If you’re thinking bar food it’s so much more. We couldn’t believe how great their pickles were on the appetizer menu, cold, crispy and the brine so good! We also had quite a few pretzels. My kids were a huge fans. My hubby and son ordered fried chicken dinner with garlic mashed potatoes and the talked about how good it was for hours ha ha. I wish they had some sour beer options or more ciders, but the angry orchard on tap was good. Definitely better than the bottle. Service at the table lacked and took forever to get her attention for refills, but there were other employee running things who did step in to help. Latest night we stopped in at the bar. Bartenders were great and friendly. We did witness a few people cut of and asked to leave, but it was handled well and there were no issues. I was honestly glad to see safety was top priority. Inside and outside seating is beautiful. The courtyard is shared with other restaurants, but it flows well. I wish they had a place like this close by my house. Can we pick it up and move it ha ha ha Such a great vibe!

We were taken here when we went to visit family in Tucson. It was quite and eas to have a conversation. The food was good. Portions were big. Fish and chips were awesome. Crispy and very tasty. The Ceasars salad was very big and flavorful. The pork sliders were good. Again very flavorful. Only reason we knocked off a star was that the sliders were special ordered and they got it wrong, so we had to wait for that order after the rest of the food arrived. We'll still go back when we visit Tucson.

Weekends are host to a Farmers Market which gives an insight to local artisans of all sorts, metal works, wood works, jewelry, baked goods & so much more. The early evening hours display of local live music is an added plus. This night I was entertained by the amazingly talented Ruta Verbena & it was a great surprise. A local band featuring Latin sounds, mostly their original composition, had the audience tapping their toes & hitting the dance floor while taking in the beautiful setting of the courtyard and it's fountain. This is definitely a wonderful place to spend the day !

We ordered chicken tenders and pizza. Both were great! Chicken tenders seasoned to perfection and crispy, its definitely a must! Honestly the best tenders anywhere in Tucson. We love the vibe at Union Public House! Definitely recommend checking it out. Save room for dessert! This place makes all their desserts from scratch, and they're incredible. The perfect way to end a great meal.

Good food and great service. My waitress was very attentive and the atmosphere was pretty cool as well. They had a band playing outside in the courtyard and sports on all the TV's. Will return if I'm back in town for work.

We went for lunch on Sunday 10/19. We walked in and were not greeted by the host or server. They seemed annoyed so we just greeted them and asked for a table for two. We were taken to our table and ordered appetizers which were delicious. We then ordered our lunches and again the food was great. However our server was not attentive at all. She checked back once and we had to ask for refills. Then it took a long time after we were finished to get boxes and the check. We saw other servers that were nice and taking care of their guests and we were pretty much ignored almost the entire time. Food was great, but the service was pretty bad.

We loved our time here. We came with a group of 17 and we all had a ball. The drinks were amazing. Espresso Martinis and Cucumber Coolers were the big hit. But the biggest hit of the night was the band! We wished they played longer!

All of our dishes were either extremely mediocre or bad. The pretzel appetizer tastes like frozen grocery store pretzels, the chicken and rice soup tasted like it was from a can, and the macaroni and cheese was flavorless (neither of my kids would even eat it.) Their patio would be nice if 1) it didn’t smell like cigar smoke, 2) it wasn’t swarming with ants, and 3) there wasn’t a giant TV blasting sports (which I guess I recognize is appealing to some people). Definitely wont ever go back.

Commoner & Co is a spacious and stylish restaurant offering elevated comfort food and a variety of cocktails and beers in a warm atmosphere. The newly-renovated upscale environment provides a stunning view of the mountains, making it an attractive spot for Tucson foodies. The menu features carefully prepared New American cuisine, with house specialties like the C&C Burger and Ragu made with house-made tagliatelle.
That was such a good dinner! Didn’t need a reservation, place wasn’t even one third full Sunday evening. The service was fast and attentive, food prompt and delicious, server was fantastic. The pear Gimlet drink was phenomenal. The only minus is that they had a big party in the private event area/room with a lot of people, and the doors were left wide open the whole evening, which made the entire restaurant VERY loud. It’s hard to enjoy yourself with a loud crowd cheering and laughing steps away from you. It was only private for them, but everyone else had to hear them, I saw the other guests being uncomfortable too.
Olga H — Google review
The service here was fantastic. I tried the sage pear gimlet by recommendation of something "fruity", and it was awful. I told the waiter, and he replaced my drink with a custom drink I asked for. The shrimp cocktail had huge shrimps, but they were very chewy and overcooked. They had a somewhat stringy texture, too. The spicy cocktail sauce it came with was fantastic, though! The muscles in the curry sauce tasted like they were steamed separately and just tossed together. It was disappointing, because I've had fantastic mussels elsewhere, but these did not hit the spot. I think if they stewed the mussels a little bit in the sauce, the flavor may have mixed better. I had other people in my group order other stuff, but I only know that the fries were good. No idea how everything else tasted.

We were staying at Ventana Canyon Resort and wanted to experience something near by for dinner. After looking at options near by, this seemed like an obvious choice. Made a reservation on Open Table for a 6:30pm on a Sunday night and there was hardly anyone there when we arrived. Reservations were not needed. The host was friendly and seated us right away. Our server was Alex and he was extremely polite and attentive. He gave great recommendations and guided us to our choices. I started with a glass of wine, the Carmel Road Cabernet Sauvignon that had a decent rating of 3.7 out of 5 on the Vivino app, which didn't disappoint. We chose to not have an appetizer and ordered our entrees. I had the orchiette crab pasta which was delicious. He had the meatloaf that came with mashed potatoes and carrots which he thoroughly enjoyed, although it was more than he wanted to eat, he definitely recommendeds. We finished off our meal with the olive oil cake dessert. When he initially mentioned the two options, I wasn't particularly swayed either way, but he wanted a piece of cake and when I tell you I was surprised at how moist and delicious it was. During our time here the restaurant filled up with other patrons, but it was never uncomfortable. He did mention that he agreed with other reviewers as far as the noise level and the acoustics, I didn't even notice. Overall, it was a great experience with exceptional service. I would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.

I made a reservation for one, but decided to sit at the bar to be polite since they were so busy. First off the bartender was great. She was super efficient even running double shakers. She was in flow state. That being said management had done her a terrible disservice by not having another person with her. She was in the weeds because the menu consists of specialty cocktails. On top of making all of those she had to service the bar. This was a terrible decision on managements part. Speaking of the bar there was a busted bar tap and a gigantic what I assume was Co2 tank just sitting in the open. Just poor fit and finish. I ordered the poutine. It was very salty and small. If it was duck gravy I would have never known. As someone who travels to New England frequently it was a travesty. I was going for nostalgia and was left disappointed. I decided not to order and entree and picked up a burger at a food truck on the way home. Props again to the bartender she works way too hard for that place.

2/13/25- Went here for a special occasion. It was my first time. Had a reservation for 6pm, glad I did because it was packed, especially with Boomers. We ordered the Orecchiette with crab, the risotto with cacio and pepe, and the short rib pot pie. The orecciette was good with lots of crab. The short rib was for some reason shredded which made me question if it was actual short rib. The mirepoix that was supposed to be a part of it, wasn't made of any peas, onions etc, so I don't know what was going on with that. The mashed potatoes it was set on were average. The pastry was average and while it looked great, it was not worth the 29 dollar price. The best was the risotto (not pictured). The cracked pepper was amazing, and the parmesan cheese was just right. This is the only dish that I would go back for. The arborio rice was a little al dente but I liked it. The interior is average, but when full, extremely loud. It's the kind of place that when you walk out of you're glad to just get out of because of the noise level. The service was average at best. Our server didn't offer us dessert, only checked up right after the second bite, like how am I supposed to know after the second bite, but I guess some people do, and in general was just absent for the night. Maybe they were short staffed but it didn't seem like it. I'll go back for the Risotto but maybe for lunch when maybe it's not as loud.

Delicious as always. Tempura shrimp was a hit this past Friday. Wife loves their fried chicken sandwich. Kids always enjoy their ~$7 grilled cheese (drink included). Upscale atmosphere, but still very comfortable.

Great hang for happy hour if you live in the Ventana/Sabino area. While you’re sipping on one of their tasty cocktails, count the number of BMW's, Mercedes, Porches, etc., in the parking lot and count your blessings: Life is good in the bubble. Happy Hour runs 4-6 pm. They do half-price on bottles of wine on Monday and offer a yummy fried chicken dinner on Tuesdays. Their pasta dishes feature homemade tagliatelle that is al dente & delicious. The gnocchi with mushrooms is a must. I’ve only recently rediscovered Commoner after many years (2016?), and the service is great. Bar staff friendly and helpful and Marcus (I think that's the manager's name) is the best.

47 Scott and Scott & Co. is a trendy and stylish bar/restaurant located in Downtown Tucson, offering a seasonal menu of modern American comfort food, eclectic wines, hand-crafted cocktails, and microbrews. The restaurant's urban decor is complemented by a large outdoor brick patio for post-dinner gatherings. On the other hand, Scott & Co., an adjacent Prohibition Era-inspired bar, offers a historical ambiance with friendly staff and vintage furnishings.
A true stand out in Tucson. I give it 5 stars on a Tucson scale; 3.5 stars on a national scale (Tucson doesn't have real 5 star anything, so it's graded on a curve). The average Tucson-ian will be blown away by this place! It has easily made it onto my personal top 10 meals in Tucson (and that is hard to do). I'm going to nit-pick it now, but let me first say that it stands head and shoulders above most restaurants in Tucson. Cozy atmosphere. Jazz music played at a perfect volume. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Drinks were the star of the evening (much better crafted than the meals). The line gets an A+ for plating skills. Very nice presentations - Good use of space, color, placement, etc. The cooks get an A- to B+ for flavor development. Beware of strong flavors taking center stage to the main ingredients. **Pistachio Crusted Salmon** overcooked, almost dry. Pistachio was allowed to become wet, lost all crunch, and had no nutty flavor. Overall salmon flavor was good. The vegetable puree was good: lightly sweet and played well in counterpoint to the salmon. It also saved the salmon by providing moistness. **Duck Meatloaf** Wonderfully crumbly texture. Almost melts in your mouth. More of a Duck Fat loaf than a Duck Meat loaf. If there is duck meat in it, then it is chopped tiny and is scarce. It seems to get its name from the use of duck fat. Duck fat on anything is always good, just wish it had more protein than filling. Maybe the word meat in meatloaf should have quotes around it. The herb seasonings also overpowered the wonderful duck flavor. The seasoning needs to be tweaked to let the "duck" shine through. It is served on a bed of cream spinach. It was a wonderful compliment and was scrumptious as a stand alone. It is also plated with a wine reduction that was a distraction and did not compliment the dish at all. That element should be reconsidered. Also, it came across as a balsamic reduction heavy with vinegar rather than wine reduction. The method needs attention. **Bacon Wrapped Dates** Perfection. Jammy dates. Delish bacon wrap. Perfectly balanced and fired. **Smoked Crab Stuffed Mushroom** The name should be changed to mushrooms stuffed with unidentifiable filling seasoned with sage/thyme. You get mushroom flavor, sage or thyme or both (too muddy to tell), with a hint of lemon and an aftertaste of something else.... crab.... kind of.

It was a nice experience waitress was Great. Chef's board was Delicious very good variety of flavors , Buffalo Cauliflower was my favorite not to spicy. My only problem was my bacon wraped dates they where over cooked and burnt but other then that everything was delicious. My date had a hamburger and said it was DELICIOUS.

Oh boy, this place! Great service first of all. But the food! Wow! Not very many items on the menu and it’s ok because what is on the menu is perfection! Started with mussels and bacon wrapped dates and both were delicious. The sauce for the mussels had fresh sliced fennel and was delicious, we kept the sauce to dip our bread (waitress recommended that). For main course had the meatloaf which was elevated to a whole new level, scallops and shrimp and a side of pomme frites which were so good (any California people might be reminded of the ones at the Cafe Orleans at Disneyland-so good). We were too full for dessert. We are outside on the patio which has a really cool vibe, felt like I was in the LA art district. Owners if you read this PLEASE BRING THIS EXACT RESTAURANT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA!!

Well crafted cocktails from Scott & Co. Both 47 Scott and Scott & Co. were some of the first to make a go-of it downtown, prior to the large development boom and revitalization. It's great to still see them alive and well. The restaurant menu has evolved slightly over time, but it's always great quality. This is also a nice location for small events. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

We fell in love with the people, the horses and the location. The staff is absolutely dedicated, professional and so welcoming. We loved the food at the restaurant. Delicious options for a fair price. The breakfast buffet is a great value and so generous. The property is gorgeous and the horses kept at your footsteps. It is a dream to watch the horses in the paddock or coming back from the trail, with the desert landscape as backdrop. The sun sets are out of this world beautiful. The pool area is a welcoming place to relax and cool off . There is also an indoor pool. Kids activities and activities for adults are plentiful. Let’s not forget the fun cowboy cook out with live music. It really is an experience for young and old to cherish for a lifetime. We had an incredible experience at the Tanque Verde Ranch Cookout! The setting was beautiful—from the short desert walk to the event area, to the charming entrance, warm lighting, rustic bar, live folk/country music, and large fire pits surrounded by tables. The food exceeded expectations: perfectly seasoned, cooked beautifully, and plenty of delicious options. After dinner, we enjoyed playing horseshoes, which was a fun way to wrap up the night. The staff were incredible and helpful and attentive!! This was such a memorable evening, and we plan to return soon—next time for the sunset horse ride before the cookout. Highly recommend!

Amazing resort with friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to John in reception for his wonderful customer service and hospitality. Marcia at the Nature Center was also great! She is very knowledgeable and our visit with her was so interesting. We stayed in a Desert Casita Deluxe room and it was a great value. Much larger than we were expecting and everything was super clean. The giant window lets you sit in the room and take in the beautiful scenery, too. We were in town for a wedding so we did not get a chance to participate in as many activities as we wanted (horseback riding, archery, biking, many more) but we are definitely going to come back!

This is your ideal destination for any occasion- personal trip or corporate retreat. We will definitely be back, something for everyone and AMAZING views and hospitality. We hosted a large company event and everyone in the crew loved every moment. Such a perfect opportunity for fellowship, fun, and we still managed to fit in some productive work in the lovely facilities.

We had such a great time at Tanque Verde Ranch. The views, the lodging, and the food were all amazing, and the horses are extremely well taken care of. The staff overall was wonderful and made the stay really comfortable. The only thing I want to be honest about is that I wish the wranglers had been a bit friendlier. Some of them had a little bit of an attitude, which took away from the experience just a tiny bit. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic. The pool area is beautiful, and there’s such a good variety of activities — yoga, rides, hikes, biking, you name it. One thing I wish they offered is some live music or a bonfire in the evenings, just something to make the nights feel a bit more special. I completely fell in love with one of the horses, Scotch — he was my little ranch crush. Overall, I would absolutely return and can highly recommend the ranch with just a couple of small suggestions for improvement.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had a deep tissue massage and a facial and the experience was lovely. My massage therapists name was Shea and she is an absolute doll. Stellar experience! We had the amazing fortune to be served by the chef, who was lovely and generous (served us a sneak peek of the Valentine’s Day menu!). The food is incredible. Best Brussels I’ve had, huge salad and perfectly cooked salmon. My husband had the Responsible Burger (which is 30% mushrooms, 70% beef) and genuinely couldn’t taste the mushrooms. We couldn’t recommend CharroVida more highly!

Just wanna give Charro Vida and Chef Matthew Love a shout out and credit for being amazing. He heard i had a little less than stellar experience so he invited me back. Such a good and cool dude and the food was more than amazing. The bartender was really knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere was Hamptonsesque minus the snooty side. Music was at the perfect volume and I felt like I was in a resort somewhere just outside of Tucson. I would go eat there if I was you, but I'm not, so you have to. It will probably be a weekly thing for me from now on.

Light and bright with plenty of seating. Atmosphere was very nice! It wasn’t super busy when I was there for lunch, but I could tell it would get pretty noisy. They do have an outside patio. All meats except salmon were pre-marinated/pre-prepared except for the salmon so could be difficult if you have food allergies like me. My only option was the rocket and romaine salad. Portion sizes okay. They had a nice selection of refrescos and mocktails!

Continue to come to CharroVida. Food is very fresh and full of flavor. I was impressed with the salmon and old fashioned. They introduced a new menu about a month ago…which I think was a good move! They need to work on the timing of food coming to the table as we ended up with the salad and entrees before the appetizer was done. Would recommend!

We met our friends for dinner. We came due to the interesting menu and it did not disappoint. We all had their non alcoholic drinks and all were great. We shared the nachos and really liked them esp for being vegetarian. I tried a bowl and two other people on our table tried the burrito , and the other tried the Chilli Relono. Apart from my bowl - all portion sizes were huge and everyone has left overs. All the food was great and I will come back as I want to try their tamales again. Service was great. Churrasco de Brasil Brazilian Steakhouse offers a unique dining experience in Tucson, with a focus on the traditional Brazilian cooking style known as churrasco. The restaurant features gaucho chefs who bring skewers of various meats to your table, including specialties like Picanha, Filet Mignon, Ribeye, Fraldinha, and Cordeiro.
We celebrated a birthday at the Tucson Churrasco de Brasil Brazilian Steakhouse. It was a wonderful experience. If you’ve never done it, you really should try. They offer a wide variety of meats. They are all high quality, incredibly fresh, and very tasty. On top of the quality food, the service was top notch. The nature of the restaurant leads to interaction with many staff throughout the meal, and every one staff was so friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Great food and fantastic service made for an ideal family celebration. Highly recommended.

Make sure that you are HUNGRY before heading there. They’ve got a wide variety of mouthwatering steaks. If you pick the steaks buffet option, the salad and soup bar is already unlimited, plus you can order any steaks you want to the table by just flipping the green side of the card you get. The servers are beyond approachable. They carry grilled cheese with honey around, which is a delicious snack in between. All you need is a method of payment and a good appetite to get here. You get plenty of food for what you pay depending upon your appetite

Great food and a fun atmosphere. This is a great place for a group meal or a fun date night. On a recent visit, I met up with friends for happy hour in the bar. Unfortunately, we ran into some confusion. The website and menu says that happy hour starts at 4:30, but when I arrived the sign on the door indicated that the restaurant was closed. The hours posted on the door said it opened at 5:00. Apparently it was open at 4:30, but I didn't try the door since the signage said they were not open yet. Management should make it clearer as to the actual hours and update the signage to avoid this kind of confusion. Otherwise, the experience was great, but it definitely started on a low note.

Expensive but my family and I save up to enjoy dinner there 1-2X per year for special occasions. Tender and soft lamb, juicy Picanha steak and many more cuts of meat. I always get the creme brulee. Salad bar is top notch with chimicurri, soups, salad, and veggies. You won't regret going here and spending a little extra for the full experience ($52 per person).

This is our first time in this place and we heard good things from our friends and in FB. I was celebrating my birthday with my family and was enjoying the service and food. I was looking forward for the grilled meats and I was not disappointed. I think out of 10 different grilled meats we tried, only 3 are tasty and the rest are just grilled nothing exceptional taste is like grilling at home. Wish they add spices and taste the food before they brought to the table so they know it’s tasty ! The place was clean and gorgeous! They have a lot of server that will take care of your needs. Food are coming very fast to serve you. The buffet hot station is limited only 4 types. The one I like is the chicken with yellow gravy taste good. The cold foods are ample specially the potatoes and chicken salad was great. The drinks are refillable. Don’t order the Brazilian drink it’s a combo of lemonade and milk or coconut I forgot and it’s NOT good, I think it’s an acquired taste but we don’t like it. My kids didn’t drink they said it’s weird ! I highly recommend this place. Parking space is vast specially it’s just adjacent to Tucson Mall.

I’ve been a loyal patron of Churrascos de Brasil for years, and it continues to be one of my absolute favorite dining spots. The food is consistently top-notch and my go to is the very well done salmon with chimichurri, and it’s cooked perfectly every single time. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service. I’ve gotten to know many of the staff over the years, and they always make me feel welcome. A special shout out to América, who is an outstanding server. She’s warm, attentive, and always makes the experience memorable. Her shaken carajillo is the best I’ve ever had smooth, bold, and perfectly crafted every time. Between the delicious food, the inviting atmosphere, and the incredible service, Churrascos de Brasil always delivers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!
Fenix R — Google review
Great employees and layout of the restaurant. The food was disappointing. I expected much more for the price. What you are paying for is the cooking and delivery technique. Most of the meats had an okay taste, but were quite dry. Nice for a one-time experience, but I will not be coming back. UPDATE: 2 Hours after posting my review, I received a phone call from Bruno at Churrasco de Brasil Brazilian Steakhouse, asking for more details about my experience and he made several offers of how to make it right. This level of service is exceptional! I had the chance to explain the flavor profile and temperature that I seek in a great steakhouse, including a few specific examples of where I repeatedly go. I came to realize that my disappointment with Churrasco is likely due to my preference of well seasoned meat, cooked over mesquite wood not gas, medium rare. Most of the meat delivered to my plate was medium well to even just the outer bark that is typical of brisket, with the taste of unseasoned beef and lamb.

If I could give this Service 10 stars, I would. I love how every single member in the restaurant genuinely cares whether you’re having the best food that they can bring you or that your plate is never empty. They care. And it makes the whole dining experience that much better. Shout out to our server, Justin, who took the absolute best care of us. And Nelson, from Nicaragua, who specifically found out what our favorite meats were and made sure that we had plenty of them. Thank you both for the amazing evening.

Located at 4699 E Speedway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85712-4633, the 7 Ounce Korean Steakhouse offers an unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant features a bright and spacious interior with built-in grills at each table for a fun cooking experience. Customers rave about the generous portions of delicious food, including the 7 oz. Aloha Pork Belly (P2), a 14 oz.
First time here but definitely not my last! The food was really good, the service was great, and the experience itself was a lot of fun. I went with a friend and we ordered one of the combo's. Wow, there was enough food for four people. We really had fun cooking our own food on the grill built into the center of each table. Dristan, our waitress, was awesome. Perhaps my only knock on the place would be that it's a little more pricey than I might have expected, but it's definitely not totally out of line. There's no doubt I'll be back.

Really fun experience! We came with a larger group, and everyone got fed and had fun. One star markdown because it seemed like the servers were overworked, and didn't really give us a lot of attention. Plus they do this kind of cheesy thing for birthdays. Hope no one else experiences that. The food was great though, this was my first time ever doing this, we all got different kinds of meats, and they come with a couple veggies, and a ton of weird little sides and rice. Then the bbq in the middle of your table gets turned on, and you use tongs to cook the meat. I will definitely be coming back, I didn't get sick and the food tasted wonderful. Seems very clean too.

The restaurant has good lighting. Very bright. Love the interior outline and design of the place. There were a lot of tables. It's very spacious. We didn't expect the servings would meet our expectations. We ordered the 7 oz. Aloha Pork Belly (P2), a 14 oz. Prime Brisket (B1) and Shrimp Tempura (A8). They were Delicious!! We had a lot of side dishes too! Our server, Esteban, was great and gorgeous!! He was very nice. He looked like a celebrity 😄 We even thought of a song to sing about him. 🎶 You should think about the consequence of your magnetic field being a little too strong. You make me so happy it turns back to sad. There's nothing I hate more than what I can't have. You are so gorgeous it makes me so mad. You make me so mad Esteban's so gorgeous, I can't say anything to your face. Look at your face. 🎶

They definitely give you one heck of a spread! Employees were very friendly (Isaac was our waiter and was extremely helpful). Nice modern decor. You have the option of cooking your food at the table or having the kitchen staff do it for you. Side dishes can be replenished as often as you'd like, and were mostly delicious. Maybe a bit on the pricier side for some items, but definitely worth a visit.

The food was delicious! The serving sizes were great. We ordered the all you can eat buffet, but it took 45 minutes for our server to bring out one plate with 3 shrimp and the onions and garlic we asked for. No drink refills, and when we asked for a knife it took 20 minutes before we were told that they have no knives and we have to use the pair of scissors... only to have a butter knife brought out a minute later. It then took our server an additional 15 minutes to bring us our check... then couldn't tell that the bame on the card was female and automatically gave the bill back to my husband to sign. Its a shame, their food is delicious but the service just ruined our whole experience.

Great restaurant. Went two times, once where we had the kitchen cook and once where we did all the grilling. In the end it actually tastes a lot better to grill your own food.

It was an incredible dining experience. The food was delicious and the service was amazing! I highly recommend you go there and be prepared to have your taste buds dazzled. Ask for the server Joe, he is awesome and very knowledgeable.

First eight reviews are all 5 stars! That's the main reason I want to try this restaurant, but it was not a good experience. First of all, cleanness, food stain around bbq racks, oil stains on scissors.I don't know if they were to busy yesterday evening, but still they needs clean and wash everything carefully. Second, Waitress needs more training, somehow she forgot to place our order, we waited for like 40 mins for our food. We ordered combo A, bibimbap and tofo soup. The meat in combo A was ok, can't complain to its price. I love to have korean bbq meat with lettuce warp, green pepper, garlic and korean hot sauce. Here they just have some sweet dipping sauce. Even we asked for hot sauce, they just have sriracha sauce. And bibimbap, again, no korean hot sauce, so it just taste like meat, rice mix with steamed carrots and cucumber. I just had one bite, cuz there is no flavor in it. Tofu soup I don't know what to say, just see pic below to figure the size of tofu, it's like their chef didn't cut it at all. Oh, and no spoon with soup, then I asked waitress for a spoon, and she bought my a FORK! Btw, combo A came with steamed egg, no flavor too, not even salt. Over all, not authentic korean food at all, stay away, strongly not recommend bibimbap and tofu soup. BBQ meat combo is okay. But If you really want some korean bbq in town, I would rather go to takamatsu, pay more but taste much much better.

Nestled in the Santa Catalina Foothills, Hacienda del Sol Guest Ranch Resort is a 32-acre Southwestern-style property with a rich history dating back to 1929. Once a finishing school for girls and later a popular guest ranch, it has welcomed famous guests like Clark Gable and Katharine Hepburn. The resort offers a range of accommodations, from historic rooms with fireplaces to newer rooms with private outdoor showers and mountain or city views.
Every time my friends and I come here, it’s the best experience start to finish. My friend Amber, who works at the spa, introduced me to this place years ago and always helps us get the perfect room — she’s the best! We love spending our days lounging at the different pools, drink in hand, taking in the gorgeous views from the water. The rooms are beautiful and always spotless (my only tiny complaint: the pillows are a little too soft for my liking). This trip, we even made it to the 8 AM yoga — such a peaceful way to start the day and I love that it’s offered. Sunday brunch is hands down our favorite part. Five of us gathered to eat our hearts out and, as always, we were impressed — I only wish I had a bigger stomach to try more! We even got to compliment the chef personally, and he, along with the rest of the staff, was so kind and welcoming. Antonio drove us back and forth multiple times and was incredibly helpful, and the new texting system with the front office made everything super convenient. We own a local beauty studio, and we Love hosting our yearly “business retreats” here. It feels like such a luxury to have somewhere so fabulous just a short trip from home — especially when it’s spent with my best friends. Can’t wait for the next one!

A 5-star hotel disguised as a 4-star. From the moment we drove in, we were impressed by location, landscaping, and cleanliness of the place. We were then upgraded to a more luxurious room as a complimentary service with hotel credit. Staff were genuinely helpful and kind, as opposed to the I-am-bored-to-be-here attitude I have seen elsewhere. 3 pools with 1 accessible 24/7; at least one of them with a great view of the desert, cacti, and mountains. We are definitely planning on coming back.

Me and my husband wanted a getaway to simply relax and recharge and a week at this resort was exactly what we needed and more! The grounds and views are just stunning. Very clean and not crowded at all. Pools were all great, room was beautiful and spacious. One of the best steaks we've ever had and everything else we ate was delicious. By day 3 we felt like royalty with how attentive and friendly the staff was, remembering our names and going out of their way to make our time special. Rick, Melinda, Ricky, Michelle, Klarissa, Justin, Kristopher, and Steve! These wonderful people really made our trip memorable, we did not want to leave!

I got married at Hacienda Del Sol on June 1st and it was such a wonderful experience <3 I spent a total of 4 days at the resort and I'm so blessed that its a place I can return to with my husband and family for years to come. The staff was kind and made us feel so special from the moment we arrived for the weekend until we left. I wish I could remember everyone's names but Juliette, Valentine, Acacia, and Summer are just a few of the folks that made our experience memorable. The food was delicious! Everyone at our wedding cleared their plates, the drinks were refreshing, and the cake lived up to family scrutiny. Everything I ordered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during my stay was delicious. The views were breathtaking and it's clear that the property is kept in the very best conditions year round. The nature walk with Summer was a fun & educational experience and I was excited to share what I learned with my family&friends afterwards. The pools were relaxing and we were never without a cold drink in hand. I am counting down the days until my next Hacienda Del Sol stay!!

Wow. What a wonderful stay. The location is beautiful with great views of the Catalina's. The rooms are historic, clean, with modern amenities. EVERYONE I interacted with from the check in to the wait staff to the jazz trio playing in the dining room was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. So many relaxing spaces including inner courtyards and three pool areas with spas. I look forward to coming back!!!

The resort itself is absolutely breathtaking - the landscaping, art and rooms are stunning. However, the service from the front desk was so poor I don’t think I ever was treated with such contempt and barely any compassion at all. The check in is at 4pm but, driving cross country with my cats, I arrived at the resort at 2pm and desperately needed a room as one of my cats was in her pee in her carrier and I needed to go to urgent care because she bit me pretty bad as I was trying to clean her. I was met with the most snobby, uncaring front desk person and he had zero urgency or compassion for my situation. I waited 1 hour in the lobby as he kept telling me the room was being inspected and it will take a few more minutes. I was crying and he barely looked at me. The resort was FAR from full and finding me a room and ask the staff to prioritize this shouldn’t have been that hard. I was really sad this was my experience but the place is indeed beautiful.

What can I say about Hacienda Del Sol? It’s truly a breathtaking oasis in the heart of the Tucson desert. We didn’t stay overnight, but came for dinner at The Grill—and were absolutely enchanted from the moment we arrived. The view from the gardens overlooking the valley below was nothing short of stunning. And the sunset? I honestly don’t have the words to do it justice. It was one of those rare moments that just stops you in your tracks. The grounds are impeccably maintained, full of charm and history. Hacienda Del Sol is a registered historic hotel, and you can feel the stories in the architecture and atmosphere. I believe it once housed an all-girls school, and some of the rooms still use traditional keys, which adds such a unique touch. They also offer newer accommodations for a more modern stay, and the on-site gift shop is definitely worth a browse. If I ever return to Tucson, this is where I’ll stay—no question. Absolutely amazing in every way!

Nestled at the end of Country Club on Prince, Shooter's Saloon is a vibrant watering hole that effortlessly combines American cuisine with a lively atmosphere. This bar, once a Middle Eastern restaurant, boasts an eclectic decor reminiscent of both Aladdin and Grease. Known for its world-class mesquite grilled steaks and classic bar fare, it’s particularly popular on Thursdays when steak nights offer great deals.
This place has a beautiful dining area a great bar pool tables shuffleboard old school video games. We had a couple burgers and they were amazing. The service here is exceptional they pay attention to detail and I would highly recommend this place to others and will be returning in the future myself. Thank you for an awesome experience to all the staff at shooters.

I had not been to Shooter's in probably a couple of years. We decided to give it a try day before yesterday for Happy Hour. My Ortega burger w/Ranch beans was very good and our server was friendly and helpful. We even got to shoot a game of pool. Great Juke box too!

Before I could bring my companion cat, Juju, I wanted to check this place out myself. The first time I came with a friend, I had their famous chili and grilled cheese—absolutely delicious! This time, I came alone, after calling ahead to see if Juju would be welcome on a Sunday night. They were so kind and understanding on the phone, which made me feel at ease. I came back originally for more of that chili, but I was delighted to find Sarah, the bartender, working that night instead! She was absolutely lovely—mixing up fabulous drinks and even introducing me to “sweet and sour mix” (she explained it’s kind of like lemonade). She made me a Strawberry Starburst cocktail with watermelon that was so perfectly tart—I adored it! To top it all off, the karaoke that night was amazing. My new friends’ song choices were so heartfelt, they nearly brought me to tears (more than once). The whole night felt special. I’ll definitely be back very soon (hopefully with chili in front of me and Juju by my side), but honestly, Sarah’s kindness and the karaoke made this visit unforgettable!

I got to say this is the second time I've been to this place and had a great experience. First of all it's a little hidden so don't give up if you pass it. As you first walk in they have a nice big patio area if you're a smoker. Once you go inside the decor seems like something out of Grease or Mediterranean it's a pretty unique architectural style. It's a pretty big place they got a lot of tables as if once they were more of a restaurant than a bar. But what I have to really tell you about is their food. Their food is amazing. I ordered the burger with the green chilies in it and I have to tell you that as of right now it's the best burger in Tucson. So I highly recommend the burger. I want to go back and try some other menu items to let you know if they're good but they do have a pretty good selection basic bar food such as steak burgers fish baskets chicken baskets if they can do their burgers as good as they did for me I'm sure all their other food has to be just as good. They have pool tables they have shuffleboard they have pinball machines and some other arcade games to entertain yourself. They also have touched tunes jukebox so you can play music to your heart's content from your phone. The service was great there was only one employee and it was pretty busy but we did not feel like we weren't being paid attention to at all. The bartender guy was bartending and serving the dining room all at once and taking care of the patio people as well. Well done mate. I highly recommend this place please give it a shot and post your reviews. I want to go back on the weekends or at night just to see if it gets more of a bar atmosphere I went during the day and it was more of a food restaurant atmosphere but there were people drinking at the bar this seems like a lot of regulars go here but we felt welcomed anyway.

Garrett's Family Steakhouse is a new addition to the dining scene in Tucson, owned and operated by Michael, who also owns Bread & Butter cafes. This family-friendly restaurant offers classic steakhouse dishes and a full bar. Visitors praise the calm atmosphere, excellent service, and perfectly cooked food. The white peach margarita from the happy hour menu was particularly delightful. Despite being located 45 minutes away for some visitors, they found the experience worth it.
24 oz. Porterhouse was delicious! The ribs had good flavor. Mashed potatoes didn't need gravy.... over all very satisfied. Strawberry Mango Margarita was pretty tasty also. *sugar rim
Angelica L — Google review
Their energetic and friendly staff stands out the most just above their food. The meats are cooked perfectly, neither under nor over. However, the sirloin was riddled with sinew and tendons. Not the fault of the restaurant but if it wasn't for the bad cut, the steak would have been perfect. The soup of the day was very flavorful and piping hot. Their Mac and Cheese has a commanding amount of butter, so much so you don't taste anything else. I am rating four stars on the basis that unfortunately it is hard to find these positives in other steakhouses here in Tucson and as such I am willing return here to see what else they do really well, and avoid what they don't.

Very saddened by this most recent experience We were VERY displeased in a $116 takeout order Sunday evening. I called the restaurant to place order, was advised that online ordering was preferred and to go to the website. I understand, especially these days, so I did... had no issues. Order confirmed with a convenient ready time. Arrived on time to pick up ,upon entering restaurant we were greeted by a nice young lady at the desk. Gave her my info and she brought another much smaller order to us, then she came back to state the order was not received. Not only was my order not received she stated she was "sorry but the computers were "glitchy" all day" ... 45 mins earlier when I called I was TOLD that was the preferred way to take orders!?!?! (If system was glitchy you would think they would take phone orders to avoid a mix up) We were not the only ones displeased on Sunday night, there were 4 other people waiting .. Grubhub guy was MAD!!!. Was asked to retake our order, and they would put a "rush on it". Showed her the confirmed order on my phone. Only to have her come back out and say 3 of the 4 meals we ordered they were "out of" , ahhh at 6pm on a Sunday night.?? We were asked to pick a replacements and given a 20 min ready time frame. Again with a sincere apology of the mix up. She was helpful and it was not her fault. We waited instead 40 + mins for the new order. Drove 5 mins away (to share meal with my father, who is in an assisted living facility who we have not see in months per Covid , his ONE request now that we can come visit him, was a steak from Garretts' ) Not only was the food ice COLD, his steak was ordered Well Done ... clearly you can see it was not. We paid extra $$ for onions and mushrooms - there were 4 mushroom pieces in the container , the other items we were told they were "out of" and we had to make new selections for , were now in the bag!?!?! We received the original order that we placed 80 mins prior online as told, ( minus the baked potatoes) :( - If there was an error... FINE but own up to that and don't give us the original order that was now over an hour old and cold. We have been coming to Garretts for awhile, the staff is usually amazing , warming, fun and friendly. They had nothing to say but " sorry computers do that sometimes" You had no problem taking my $116.00 . We have patronized for several occasions, I have bought many gift cards for friends and referred to others.to check it out..... we will no longer be doing that!! Horseshoe Grill and Pinnacle Peak will be our Go to's now. :(

Got take out last night. I asked for prime rib medium and ended up with a barely warm slab that was almost purple. It didnt seem cooked. I ended up cooking it myself. The flavor was good otherwise. For $30 I didn't expect to cook it myself. My son got a burger and fries. He was pleased with his food.

Despite being a 45 minute drive from where I live, I decided to visit for the first time to try the prime rib special offered on Friday nights. It did not disappoint! The atmosphere was calm, the service was excellent, and the food was cooked perfectly. I had a white peach margarita that tasted phenomenal and only cost $5.00. (I believe it was happy hour - around 8pm). My only disappointment is that I live so far away, because I loved everything about my experience! Definitely recommend if you love the family restaurant vibe and food.

I had excellent chips & salsa and a 1/2 western burger with bacon, onion rings and bbq sauce with steak fries. Second time eating here. Loved it both times!
Dawn C — Google review
Garrett’s overall provides a poor experience. I ordered their charred chicken with a baked potato and fried okra. The chicken came out cold and the baked potato was missing it’s fixings. Any regular chain steakhouse will certainly offer a better experience. The drinks were also subpar. I indulged in multiple margaritas and a mixed drink. The margaritas were light on the alcohol along with the mixed drink. My last issue was with the staff. The serving staff seemed to be overwhelmed and behind the curve. I blame this on higher management more than the servers. They seemed to have a high workload that prevented them from adequately serving my group. There was a sense of a bad attitude from one particular server that was not appreciated. However I feel as though the staff overall was nice and tried their best.

Cody's Beef 'n Beans, established in 1988, prides itself on offering straightforward cowboy cuisine. The owner, Mike Ferren, a former butcher, ensures that all steaks are cut in-house and the hamburger meat is made from scratch. Guests can enjoy a hearty dinner with a choice of salad or soup and two sides. The restaurant exudes an old-west atmosphere and provides attentive service.
Great food and even better service! Went on a Tuesday night and it was slow enough that we were seated and attended to immediately. I love the bean sampler that lets you taste all the different bean options and a soup (my fav is the Cody's original). My sirloin was cooked perfectly at medium, and practically melted in my mouth. My buddy's burger looked amazing too. Will definitely be going back!

Anybody that wants great red meat should definately go there.. Cody's Beef 'n Beans is a must go to if you live or pass Tucson. Service was great and fast. We had never been to this restaurant but pass it almost everyday. One day we decided to try it. We were not disappointed. When we walked in I felt we stepped back into the old west a little, it was a very nice atmosphere. We were greeted immediately and seated just as quickly. We had the special which was a huge steak and potato and salad, all for a very decent price. The food was cooked just as we requested and the waitress kept our drinks full and the table clean. We were very happy with this restaurant and would definitely recommend it. We will be back.

I have been to Cody's 3 times. They always served delicious food. Everything was cooked to perfection. I liked that the cooked vegetables were never overdone. Generous portions. I always left happy . We took family visiting from Ohio. They were pleased with their meals and very complimentary of their experience. I also like the decor and the size adds to the coziness. No complaints on choosing Cody's. 🙏🍽

The place was not crowded for a Saturday around 6:30p. Service was slow to begin with, then improved later on. Food was pretty good. Baked potato was huge! Both steak, ribs and prime rib we're cooked exactly as ordered. Dinner salad was very good! The only downside, to no fault of their own, was that parking was horrible. This was due to the Xmas lights at Winter Haven which is basically across the street.
