I joined the Breakfast with Koalas experience at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, and it was such a wonderful activity! I purchased a package that included the zoo admission, the breakfast, and a photo with a koala. This event only happens once a day, starting at 8 AM, and Currumbin is one of the few places in Australia where you can actually hold a koala. During breakfast, the keepers introduced us to three different koalas, bringing them around so we could ask questions and gently touch their backs. It was such a unique experience—eating breakfast while getting to know these adorable animals. Staff also called us up one by one for the koala photo session, which was well-organized. Besides the koala experience, the sanctuary also offers other animal interactions, such as feeding the rainbow lorikeets at specific times, visiting the kangaroo area where you can feed and interact with them, and enjoying different animal shows. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the Gold Coast!

We had such a wonderful time at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary! The lorikeet feeding was absolutely amazing such a joyful and colourful experience. The free flight bird show was another highlight it was incredible to watch these beautiful birds soar gracefully above the audience and see them up close. We also had the chance to see and take photos with a python, kangaroo and koala up close was both exciting and memorable. The wildlife talks were engaging and informative, and the Aboriginal culture show was beautifully presented and full of meaning. The only downside was the limited vegan food options at the cafés, so it would be great to see a bit more variety in the future. Overall, a fantastic place to visit for all ages educational, fun, and full of opportunities to connect with nature and animals up close!

Fabulous experience as always here. This was my third time visiting the sanctuary with some of our friends visiting from Europe. With so much to see and do here I suggest newcomers set aside roughly 5 hours to see everything the park has on offer. From visiting the reptile enclosure, to patting the kangaroos and getting up close with the koalas. There's something for everyone here. The day is well planned out on the map with several key shows in the afternoon including the wild bird display, aboriginal performance group & finishing up with lorikeet feeding right before closing time. Right now parking is also free across the road. Highly recommend to everyone ❤️

Tickets were expensive but worth it for the NFP and animals. The animals were well cared for and their enclosures were spacious. Happy to see all animals have access to a no people/viewing area. The free bird show was breathtaking. Only wish there were more trains/directions of said train, more drink refill stations, and clearer signage.

So glad we went here when visiting the gold coast. The animals were all clearly well looked after and had space. I also liked seeing the vets at work in the wildlife hospital. Its not a zoo but definitely a sanctuary for certain animals who cant go back to the wild, to live out their lives there. I loved the koalas and roos, but as a brit that goes without saying!

Great day out with the family, but definitely some concerns with animal ethics. Birds trained like it's a Disney exhibit and photoshoots with Koala's available. Plus small exhibit areas for some animals, like the salt water crocodile. Also not enough supervision around the kangaroos, with hoards of kids coming in at once and getting near the faces of the roo's. Having said that, all the animal handlers and carers seemed to love what they did and seemed really passionate about conservation. I'd like to see more signs/information about why certain animals are there, especially if they're being rehabbed before re-release. Otherwise it seems more like a well-run zoo than a sanctuary.

Currumbin is a very different experience than Lone Pine and seems more focused on entertaining children and tourists. More aviaries for the bird lovers. More walking paths plus zip lines and the sway bridges etc for those willing to pay extra for those experiences. The tiny train is fun but was mostly not working both of the days we were there. The food options in the park shut early and they start herding people out at 3 or 330 for the 4pm close. Lots of shade over the paths and the animal encounters we paid extra for were fun. We also watched a swan be sedated in the animal hospital. Then the Vet/vet tech wore it like a scarf/ Bjork to transfer it to another space. It was neat to watch and I hope the swan made a speedy recovery.

It’s Movie World, what more can I say. Well… for those wishing to read on… it’s a brilliant place. To get my only major ‘knock’ out of the way, it’s the lines. They’re a pain in the …., especially when you have young kids waiting. But hey, it’s Movie World. Several rides were closed which was a shame so helpful tip - download the App before attending and it’ll tell you which rides are offline and what each rides wait time is. Very handy. We took our own food to save some $$$ however from what we saw it was reasonably priced. Sincehaving attending in previous years, the overall place does seem to have lost a little of its vibe. Not as many people / characters dressed up, some shops and displays closed, and the usually fantastic street parade was a little lacklustre compared to other times we’ve seen it. With that all said, overall, awesome day out!

We had a fantastic day at Movie World! The rides were exciting and so much fun absolutely loved DC roller coaster 🎢 . The Hollywood Stunt Driver show was an absolute highlight, full of energy and impressive action. The character parade added a nice touch to the experience too. The only downside was the limited vegan and vegetarian food options, which made it a bit hard to find suitable meals during the day. Hopefully, they’ll add more variety in the future. Overall, it’s a great day out filled with fun rides, shows, and entertainment!

Must visit if you are in Gold Coast. There are rides for every age. Driving school is my kids favourite. We were there during non-school holidays. Even that, the waiting times for the popular rides were averagely around 30mins. Can't imagine how it would be during the school holidays. Maybe it's worth getting the fast track pass at $121 to speed things up. But be aware, you can only use it ONCE per ride. At least you get to decide which ride you wanna spend time queueing up again for a second round. I don't think you can possibly finish trying all the rides in a day without the fast pass. It can get really sunny during the queueing up. If you don't wanna get sunburn or tanned, prepare some UV protection - UV parka etc. Wild West Falls Adventure Ride should be improved to have shelves for riders to keep their bulky belonging prior to the ride. We were required to carry everything along. I was so worried that my belongings would fly out from my handbag! The most thrilling ride is the DC Rivals. Seriously the best rollercoaster ride I've ever had! Green lantern is awesome too. We had a blast! Thanks for the fun!

Furthermore, better monitoring is needed to prevent young individuals from skipping the queue. Second, extending food service hours at the eateries would greatly benefit guests, as many find it difficult to sit down for a meal after enjoying the rides, often preferring to ride first and eat later. 🫶🕊️🫶

I decided to do a spare of the moment trip to this park arrived around 12 my first ride was DC rivals hypercoaster and what a ride it was absolutely incredible my favourite coaster that I’ve ridden so far so then decided to go on Wild West water ride unfortunately it broke down and I understand that cannot be helped and unfortunately most of the rides where closed that day so I decided to ride green lantern that was good fun so I only rode 2 rides left at 4 staff were friendly park was clean ride availability was not great on the day I went plus DC rivals was only running 1 train and apparently this is quite common WHY ? operations was sooo slow it took roughly 6 minutes to dispatch a train and 2 minutes of that was them unloading the train and standing waiting for the air gates to open and price for entry is way to steep 100 dollars for rubbish ride availability and slow operations neither the less it was a okay day out

Most of the staff are great, but a few can be a bit rude when entering rides. Also, quite a few rides were closed, I feel only one or two should be shut at a time, as having more closed creates long lines for the remaining ones. The actual rides are great, there is something for all ages. Personally I love the Wild West ride. There is many food options and places to find shade, the shops are great but I feel they all have the same product. Great place to spend your day with the family.

The Lady at the counter was either Lydia or Lynda. She explained all about the membership passes annual and single say. Efficient and quick customer service. There were two or three rides that were out of order, would recommend checking before buying a ticket.

Zoomed to the top in seconds — the lift was impressively quick! Once you're up there, the 360° view of the Gold Coast is absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall good vibe. However, it felt a bit pricey for just the observation deck, especially since there's no additional attraction included and no concession price for students. That said, there’s a restaurant and bar upstairs if you want to make more of your visit. Great spot for first-time visitors or anyone wanting a bird’s-eye view of the city!

Our recent family excursion to Sky Point provided an exceptional experience. The panoramic vistas from the 77th floor were truly awe-inspiring, and we were pleased to discover that the coffee and food prices were surprisingly reasonable. Contrary to our initial expectations, the cost was comparable to that of a standard restaurant, which was a pleasant surprise. The breathtaking scenery, coupled with the rapid elevator service, contributed to a memorable and gratifying experience. We anticipate revisiting Sky Point on our next trip.

SkyPoint was absolutely worth visiting! The 360° views of the coastline, city, and hinterland are stunning — especially around sunset. It’s such a great spot to take photos and really appreciate how beautiful the Gold Coast is. There’s also a nice café and bar at the top, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy the view a bit longer. The staff were friendly, and the elevator ride up was super fast. Highly recommend adding this to your Gold Coast itinerary!

Amazing tower. We have tall building in Melbourne but not that nice. This one is so much better. We were there for night dining but still need to pay to get up there so that make dinner very expensive. But still good were great we enjoyed very much! Nice cake too!

SkyPoint is a must-visit attraction, Especially if you’re chasing those magical sunset views over the Gold Coast. The timing of your visit makes a big difference, as the crowds tend to build up in the late afternoon leading into sunset. When we arrived at around 4:30pm on a weekday, it was already quite busy, with plenty of visitors waiting for the sun to dip below the horizon and capture that perfect photo. 📷 One thing worth noting is that seating can be a bit of a challenge. The seats near the windows are in high demand, as everyone wants the best vantage point for both the views and the experience. It works on a first come, first served basis, so if you want a prime spot, it’s best to arrive earlier than you think you need to. Many people settle in with drinks and snacks and simply enjoy the atmosphere while waiting for the main event — the sunset. 🌇 Despite the crowds, the overall vibe was enjoyable. The bar staff were reliable, friendly, and handled the rush smoothly, which made the experience more relaxed. We also tried the SkyPoint signature cocktail, which is highly recommended if you’re visiting. 🍹 The combination of stunning views, refreshing drinks, and a lively yet comfortable setting made our visit memorable

We visited SkyPoint and went up to the 77th floor — the view of the Gold Coast was absolutely beautiful! It was an interesting and enjoyable experience. There’s also a restaurant and bar where you can have drinks while enjoying the view. Overall, a great experience.

A Must visit for Goldcoast. The tower is tall and spacious at the top, giving a vibrant view of the city. I would recommend to travel during the evening, so that you can see both the day and evening view. The lift is super fast, taking under 40 seconds to the 77th floor at the sky deck. The place also hosts a coffee shop, so you can enjoy and relax a couple of hours easily in there while taking the view of the city from all sides of the tower.

Family day to Dreamworld and White Water World. Lines were ok, not the busiest time of the year to go. Was still warm. More airflow/fans/cooling Required for ride lines. Clean amenities. Good/drink lines were average wait times in busy time slots. We didn’t eat food there only Drinks in refillable cups. White Water World is great for a Cool off after a busy day on the rides and walking around.

Great park with many activities you can enjoy with your family. The ticket prices are reasonable, and the facilities are good. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is purchasing food tickets, as the food quality is quite poor.

Dreamworld is an amazing day to spend with your family. Rides for all ages and heights. Entertainment that makes for a fun break in between the thrill of the rides. Seeing wildlife that brings joy and wonder to your kids faces. Worth every penny for an annual pass or even just a day pass.

Had an amazing day at Dreamworld! We bought the pass that also included entry to WhiteWater World, so we got to enjoy both parks on the same day, totally worth it! Dreamworld has a great mix of thrilling rides, family attractions, and animal encounters. One of the highlights was getting to hold a koala and take pictures such a memorable experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the parks were clean and well maintained. A perfect day out on the Gold Coast for families and friends!

Absolutely fantastic rides for all ages and very informative wildlife section the staff really know their stuff very very hot be sure to wear your sunscreen but I couldn't recommend it more 😀 the hotdogs were pretty ordinary but cant fault anything else

We generally renew an annual pass, love to go to Dreamworld in winter and water world in summer. Not a lot of good options for gluten free and vegetarian but a fun day. The steal taipan, sky Voyager and the rip are our favourite rides.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an awesome family day at Dreamworld — full of fun, laughter, and great memories! The park has something for everyone, and our kids had an absolute blast. The rides, shows, and overall atmosphere were fantastic. One small suggestion: it would be great if Dreamworld could introduce an optional express entry pass for those who’d like to skip the queues — maybe for around double the standard ticket price. At the moment, you have to pay separately for each express ticket, and during busy times the long wait for some rides can take away a bit of the fun. Overall though, it’s definitely worth visiting, and we’ll absolutely be coming back again! Our kids are already asking when our next trip will be! 🎢🎡🌞

I’ve lived on Springbrook Mountain for over four years, and I can honestly say there’s nowhere else like it. Every day feels like a postcard — misty mornings, fresh air, waterfalls, ancient trees, and views that stretch all the way to the coast. It’s peaceful, quiet, and deeply connected to nature. You don’t just visit Springbrook — it slows you down, grounds you, and makes you appreciate the small things. Whether it’s the roar of Purling Brook Falls after rain, the stillness of the forest trails, or the golden light at Best of All Lookout, it’s pure magic. As a local, I still find new pockets of beauty all the time. If you’re visiting, take your time. Respect the land, the wildlife, and the locals who help preserve it. This mountain is a treasure.

Springbrook National Park is absolutely breathtaking — one of the most beautiful rainforest areas I’ve visited in Queensland. The views from the lookouts are incredible, especially on a clear day when you can see all the way to the coast. The Natural Bridge is a must-see, and the walks around Twin Falls and Purling Brook Falls are stunning, with waterfalls, ferns, and ancient trees everywhere. The cool mountain air and peaceful atmosphere make it the perfect escape from the city. Highly recommend taking your time here — every track is worth exploring.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience and a truly wonderful time. The drive to this place is a bit adventurous, but it's well worth the effort. There are numerous scenic lookout points along the way, each offering breathtaking views. The trek to Twin Falls is an absolute must—an unforgettable highlight of the trip!

Great 2 hours trecking inside the National Park and two hours back to start point car park. There is a small look out track which you can finish in an hour if you want to finish quick.

Beautiful area for a walk. Took the Dave’s creek walk which took around 4 hours, great views and scenery. Was very muddy because of rain so be prepared according to the weather.. If you have time while on the Gold Coast definitely take the time to come up to the mountains!

I had an amazing time with the kids, watching their faces light up as they saw dolphins perform for the first time. My kids were full of excitement exploring the penguin exhibit and learning about marine life in a fun, hands-on way. The kids were thrilled to interact so closely with the animals. The rides and shows kept everyone engaged, creating a perfect mix of adventure and education. It was a joyful and memorable day, filled with laughter, learning, and shared moments of wonder by the sea.

We had a really good time at Sea World! The park is clean, well maintained, and easy to get around. The seal and dolphin shows were definitely the highlight entertaining, informative, and beautifully done. It was lovely to see how well the animals are cared for. The only downside was the food options there were very limited vegan and vegetarian choices, which made it a bit tricky to find something suitable for lunch. Hopefully, they can expand their plant-based menu in the future. Overall, a great experience for families and anyone who enjoys marine life and fun shows!

Spent the day at SeaWorld recently, and enjoyed it. Liked all the shows, especially the dolphin one! Was grateful that they had a proper sit-down restaurant that served health food. My husband and I both had the bowl each. which was as delicious as it was nutritious 😋 We were disappointed with the water ski show though. Gone were the impressive multi-acrobatic moves. All we saw this time was a show between two rival gangs and some boring stunts. We also did the helicopter ride. The 10 minute deal is the best in my opinion. The pilot was very informative; he doubled up as the tour guide Overall SeaWorld was a great experience 😃

Had the best time at Sea World! Every ride was so much fun and well worth the wait. Loved the dolphin shows they were amazing! The place was clean, well-organized, and perfect for all ages. Truly one of the best theme parks I’ve been to. Highly recommend visiting if you’re on the Gold Coast!

Loved it! A shame the dolphin show isn't available at the moment. Fortunately we caught the last day. Our two year old grandson had a blast on the Junior rides. Wait time was reasonable. Staff were pleasant and helpful when asked for assistance. The app allows you to know what time each show is on. Highly recommend visiting if you are on the Gold Coast.

Absolutely loved our visit!! We got to see every show and ride every ride we wanted to with minimal wait times. No missing the shows because you were waiting 60 plus minutes for a ride like movieworld. So many grass spots to eat, so many food options, eve low gluten. The park has been done up and is so true to the theme. The rides are fantastic. The staff are so efficient and friendly. Can safely say this was our favourite theme park and we love SeaWorld!!!

Sea World on the Gold Coast is a fantastic destination for families with kids. It’s incredibly family-friendly, and there’s something fun for everyone. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the whole park feels safe and well-managed. The dolphin show and stunt performances were absolutely unforgettable – both entertaining and impressive! Every attraction we tried was fun and engaging, from the animal exhibits to the rides. Overall, it’s a great place to spend the day with your family. Highly recommended!

We had such a good day at the farm. It’s really spacious and relaxed, and the animals are super friendly. The kids had a blast brushing the goats and checking out all the animals up close. The tractor ride was fun, and the $10 pony rides are a great option for the little ones. We also caught the sheepdog show—it was honestly one of the highlights, really fun to watch. You can even take a photo with a koala, which is a nice extra if you want a cute souvenir. Overall, it was a great atmosphere and just a fun place to spend time as a family. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a fantastic time at Paradise Country! the staff were wonderful and we really enjoyed the activities they had on offer. We did the opal mine and you can tell Sarah loves her job because she was super sweet and matched my kids excitement and even made safety equipment seem exciting which not a lot of people can do. She answered all of our questions and guided through the whole activity. The food in the restaurant was really good and well priced compared to other theme parks and all the animals looked super healthy and happy! I can’t wait for our next trip back.

Out of all the theme parks to visit Paradise Country was our favourite place. The animals were beautiful and it was such a relaxing calm environment to explore. The staff were also very helpful and kind and my son loved the mining activities and riding a pony. We also loved the Shaun the Sheep theme!

I didn't take many pictures. Sites on a slope so you need to prop up one side. Power and water easily accessible. Little bit to see and do around the park. Though I think shows have been repeated many years. Bit of a walk to outback spectacular. Oh roosters make a lot of noise in the morning.... definitely country feel... perhaps to much noise.

We love coming to Paradise Country because my 4-year-old daughter enjoys it so much. The relaxed country atmosphere and variety of animals make every visit special. The staff are always wonderful and friendly. Today, after the 1:30pm Shaun the Sheep show, my daughter was disappointed when The Burrow café had already closed and she couldn’t get the ice cream sunday that I promised her. Thankfully, Nikita kindly reopened the cafe and prepared my daughter's treat. It truly made our day— please pass on our appreciation to the wonderful Nikita!

Food in the buffet was pretty average and said recommended for child friendly Well hardly - they offered hot chips and plain ice cream and playground isn't in view of restaurant. Parking is far away if not staying on-site and hardly sign posted, so we ended up drenched with 3 kids, even 39$ for adult + free child to eat was $$$! Would have enjoyed more relaxed, like a tavern or something with nicer staff etc

The experience had to be the BEST animal experience my partner and I have experienced in Australia, not only was the keeper Tabitha extremely friendly, she had such a friendly warm energy, was very professional and knowledgeable about all questions we had, she truly made the entire encounter with the Marmoset’s incredible, you could see how much Tabitha truly loves her career which shows in how much energy and how enjoyable she makes the experience with the Marmoset Family. Thankyou also to Jess and Carly for the fantastic photos captured, you were both amazing. Definitely worth the visit to Paradise Country and can also catch the Shuttle Bus between the other Village Roadshow Themeparks too. 5/5 Stars

The park is quite small. Some areas are still recovering from cyclone Alfred. There were not too many animals... 2h will be more than enough to see everything, including attending some of the daily talks. It's not possible to feed the Kangaroos 🦘, but depending on the time of the day you go, you might see the park carers doing so. It's quite cute to see them eating sweet potato 😊 Friendly staff members who will be happy to answer any questions you might have. I visited the park on a Wednesday. It was quite quiet, which was pretty pleasant. Hope you have an enjoyable day 🐨🦘🤗

Close to Currumbin wildlife park this is a Park with a lot of history. Returning after 25 years, the park has detoriated from its earlier years. This historic park needs to be spruced up especially with the pot hole road access and the cafe and more wildlife related activities. The cafe is average . Besides vegetation options ( has only 1 ), needs better menu. The quality of what they serve is fine

Beautiful haven with superb grounds that showcase the extraordinary beauty of the natural environment, sadly depleted by development. Well-cared for birds, animals and reptiles and superbly knowledgeable friendly guides. Nice cafe and a thoughtfully planned room for children to learn and play. Very accessible for prams, wheelchairs. Lots of shady seating areas. Most beautiful anhd important attraction on the coast.

Beautiful setting. Easy to get round and enjoy the native wildlife. Bird show was short but very informative. Coffee at the cafe was very good too.

If you want to learn about Australia's wildlife and the efforts being made to save dangered species, this the place to go. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and it was encouraging to hear all about the park's achievements. I came to see a platypus and I wasn't disappointed. Such a thrill.

Well laid out and fully accessible for anyone with mobility aids. Animals were viewable whilst still having space. Not busy when I went. Unfortunately, the platypus enclosure was being refurbished so I wasn't able to see them.

It's fairly small but well laid out and landscaped with an open area with Wallabys and Emu. Only need 2hrs to see everything at the most. Not all animals were out, but it was really hot so I don't blame them! The kids enjoyed it and it was much much cheaper compared to other locations. Park was fairly quiet which was also nice (late Oct weekday).

We had the most wonderful time at the Outback Spectacular! The atmosphere is just amazing. The meal was incredible, and catering for gluten free I was still looked after and didn’t have to miss out. The performance was incredible. Everything is so well put together and I love that the show changes over time. Having been before many years ago, this was a completely different show. I highly recommend doing this!

What a fantastic evening we had!!! The delivery of meals was brilliant as was the food and the show was awesome!! Such great imagery and storyline. All the animals were really well trained and in good condition. We will definitely go again.

Buying ticket is advance is highly recommended as you get to pick your preferred seat. The dinner was so spectacular. Beyond my expectations especially the apple pie 🥧 😋. The show? It was fantastic. Would really love to see the Aboriginal community showcase in real life instead of on the huge screen. I get to learn outback Aussie communities and their lives as a farmer. My mother was a farmer back in my island. The struggle resonated with me in many ways. I wish a better life for our community globally

TLDR: Food was above average, show was decently entertaining, and service was excellent Food: Overall 8/10 The food had an entree, main, and dessert. The entree was a feta tart with chutney, which was paired well together. 8/10 The main had an option of steak and chicken and pumpkin green beans and mashed potatoes for sides. We chose steak. the steak was cooked medium well and tasted great. However it was relatively smaller than expected. 8/10 The dessert was an apple pie with some cream on the side, the apple pie was warm and paired well with the cream when put on top. The crust was a tad bit thick though. 8/10 There was free tea and coffee the end near the finale of the show. TOP RAIL PREMIUM->The was a 3-5 drink opportunity where a staff member would come buy asking what drink we would like, with many options ranging from ice chocolate in a popper to the iconic XXXX beer Experience/Show: Overall 6.7/10 (SPOILER WARNING) When you first enter you got to wear a hat with a read band for VIP and a blue for normal tickets. Before the show there many side attractions like dog photos horse photos and live country singing. The dog photos was great having your hand under a dogs hand when taking your photo with the dog being extremely well trained and friendly. The horse photos was similar with it being completely harmless and well trained. The singing was great with many Australian/country songs playing in the background. The show started of good introducing everyone and had amazing visuals with excellent animal appearances of dogs and horses. However it got slightly boring with some parts being unrelated to the story such as the race. Near the end it had informational themes about the droughts in Australia and had a beautiful conclusion. Service: The was excellent with easy entry just scanning our tickets with not very long lines for everything (Max 10 min) The staff was extremely kind and understanding not charging us for accidentally breaking a wine glass and speaking nicely throughout the whole experience. Overall/Additional tips: I would recommend coming to this place at least once for the authentic Australian experience and going for VIP is not necessary for is optional. However things can be bit pricy with photos and gift shops so being at least 150 additional dollars. Feel free to leave a reply! We bought the top rail premium tickets. The package included a 3 course meal, photos, and beer spirits and wine. For entree we had a vegetable and feta quiche. The options for the main was chicken or steak. We all had steak which was absolutely devine. It was served with mash potatoes, roast pumpkin and steamed beans. The meal was lovely. The dessert was apple pie served with cream. The drinks service was really good offering more drinks a number of times. The show was really good. The sound clear and very loud. Young children would benefit from ear muffs. The lights were incredible! They lit up the arena during the play. The story line was really good. The acts and performance was really fun and they get the audience involved and even had a game! The car park was big with enough space for everyone. It was very easy to get a park near the outback spectacular. My son (6mo) was given a hat even though he didn't have a ticket (as he was under 2). There was a line for the toilets but it did move fast and people could move around as there was two openings between the toilets and hand basins. This is a fantastic activity for families of any age and ability !!!

One of the best productions in Australia. The work that goes into this production is outstanding. Back stage pass to actually see how the whole production works was fascinating. Great vibe! We were visiting from overseas but if we were locals we'd be there all the time. We loved the variety. Had Greek bread and dips, Paella, Dumplings, and cheesecake. Child friendly.

Depends what stall your getting food at= what experience you’ll have. Pricey but good food overall. I love the South American food trucks they have here. Good for family outings when you can’t decide what you want. I recommend to order everything at once as things can sometimes take 30 mins plus to come out.

Really good atmosphere here in GC! It’s not too far from Surfers Paradise — only about 40 minutes. I loved the music, food, and overall vibe. I’ll definitely visit again. The drinks and food are reasonably priced and taste great, especially the paella and pizza — I loved them so much!

Plenty of food choices, good live music band, good atmosphere, got new pop up stores lately. Cute washrooms

Came on a Thursday evening and it was easy to find a spot for our group of 8. Good variety of food available and would recommend ordering a few different things to share amongst the group. Whilst the main bar sells soft drinks, would also recommending buying directly from the stalls as they sell at a slightly cheaper price. There were two different acts playing, one a live band at one end and the other a DJ where all the food stalls are.

Good good good vibe, i love the live music with delicious food. There is a burger shop in the end of the market, 3 for 18, really yum and recommended the trifle chips.

Visiting from regional Qld. Smaller than Eat Street in Brisbane, but similar vibe. Lots of food options to suit a group, although we were surprised at the absence of Indian food. Prices reasonable. Live music good (Sat night). Busy but not packed. Would return.

Fantastic experience. We did the main museum and the mirror maze. Everyone in our group (from age 3 to mid 50s) had a great time, there was something for everyone. Loved the interactive parts, like making the tallest man stand up and walking through a tunnel that made you dizzy. The mirror maze was the best I've ever seen, we will definitely be back next time we visit the Gold Coast.

Came in a few days ago and my family and I had such a fun and memorable visit to Ripley’s! From start to finish, the experience was filled with excitement, weird and wonderful exhibits, and really friendly staff. A special shoutout to Liv, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the visit. She made the experience even better with her upbeat energy and knowledge about the attractions. One of the highlights was definitely the Mirror Maze. It was such a cool challenge and way more disorienting (in a good way!) than I expected. The lights, reflections, and twists had us laughing the whole time trying to find our way out. The 7D Theatre was another must try. It’s like a video game, a roller coaster, and a movie all rolled into one. The effects were awesome, you actually feel like you're part of the action. Definitely worth it if you're into interactive, adrenaline pumping fun. Overall, Ripley’s is a perfect spot for families and those looking to have a good time. Thanks again to Liv and the team for making it such a great experience!

Great place for the whole family. MIRROR MAZE was a great challenge and the 7D theatre with game brought out the competitive streak in us.

Lovely views with a nice 4km circuit hike from the lookout to the bottom of the falls. I was a bit worried there won't be water since we haven't had rain for a while. Still very happy to witness the beauty of this falls. Highly recommended!

Such a lovely, easy, safe, bush walk, passing through the bottom of a spectacular waterfall. You can swim in the rock pool at the bottom of you like but best not to fit preservation of the natural eco system. Then you continue on the parth which perfectly takes you straight back to the car park. One leg is shorter than the other, so you can shorten the whole journey by choosing the short leg to get there, and returning by the same route. There are lots of stairs the short leg, but they are not hard to negotiate even for low level fitness. Several look ours along the way. Takes about an hour if you don't stop and dawdle too much but allow 2 hrs so you can relax and enjoy the walk, it more of you stop for a swim and a snack at the bottom. My photos don't do it justice as we went after a bit of drought. Usually much more water going over the top.

Lovely 4km hike. Fantastic views, trails filled with life and a great swimming spot if you dare to face the shivers. Lots of fallen trees on the trails that are carved back to ensure accessibility, I deeply appreciate how well the trails are cared for. On this hike you really do get it all, seeing the marvellous waterfall from below and above was captivating. Perfect track, I’ll be back!

Beautiful hike with amazing views and breathtaking waterfalls. You can swim in them too! Definitely take a bikini or swimming trunks! The hike itself is not that tough. Some wildlife on the way.

Purling Brook Falls is, without a doubt, one of the most rewarding and visually stunning hikes the Gold Coast region has to offer. The falls itself is a massive, single-drop plunge waterfall, cascading over 100 meters into a lush gorge. Just bear in mind climate change has had an impact on waterfall flow. But what makes this experience exceptional is that the circuit allows you to view the falls from a spectacular lookout at the top, hike down into the valley to stand at its misty base, and even walk behind the curtain of water itself. The trail winds through the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Gondwana Rainforest, providing a constantly changing backdrop of ancient trees, ferns, and eucalypt forest. It truly feels like stepping into a prehistoric, green world, offering a refreshing escape just an hour's drive from the bustling Gold Coast beaches. The 4km circuit is well-maintained and clearly signposted, but it is not a flat stroll. It is classified as a Grade 3 track due to the steep descent and ascent required to get into and out of the gorge. If you take the track in a clockwise direction (recommended by virtually all visitors and park signage), you will descend the estimated 450 steep, concrete steps first. This gets the heavy knee-jarring work out of the way early and means your return journey involves a much gentler, gradual incline over the suspension bridge and back up to the picnic area. Going counter-clockwise means a brutal climb up hundreds of stairs at the end. Highlights: The Lookouts: Short walks from the main parking area offer breathtaking views of the falls from the top. • The Base of the Falls: Standing in the natural amphitheater at the bottom, feeling the cooling mist on your face, is the ultimate payoff. The sheer scale of the falls from this vantage point is mesmerizing. • The Suspension Bridge: This bridge provides incredible photo opportunities, placing you right in front of the cascade before you begin the climb out. • Warringa Pool Detour: For those seeking a secluded swim, the track continues from the base of Purling Brook Falls for another 2km return (adding about 40 minutes). This leads to the quieter Warringa Pool, which is a fantastic spot to cool off, especially when crowds are at the main falls. The Purling Brook Falls Circuit is a must-do Gold Coast experience. It's a moderate workout that rewards you with views and sensations that are nothing short of magical. Plan for a half-day trip to truly soak it all in. Highly, highly recommended.

Went on the weekend and it was a great day for hiking! Loved the smell of nature and just by looking at the photos now gives me peace!! Must try if you feel like hiking! Would recommend hats and sunscreen! If you’re up for it, there’s a small pond you can jump in, take swimmers with you!

Purling Brook Falls in Springbrook National Park is an absolute must-see. Depending on the time of day and angle of the sun, you might be lucky enough to witness something truly magical: a rainbow forming in the mist of the falls. It’s like nature’s own light show, arching beautifully at the base of the drop.

HOTA Museum is colorful and impressive from the outside, a perfect blend of art and nature. Just walking around the grounds already lifts your spirits. I was really looking forward to visiting, but unfortunately Gallery 2 was closed this time — I hope to see it on my next visit. The poster art exhibition was vibrant and beautifully captured the spirit of its era. And the view from the top floor was absolutely stunning! You can enjoy a panoramic view of the Gold Coast city and ocean — definitely worth a visit.

Wonderful free museum experience and a welcome change of pace from the Gold Coast's beach scene. The gallery's distinctive, colourful architecture makes it a landmark in itself. The gallery spans six levels, showcasing a significant collection of Australian art. However, the best feature might be the view: head straight to the rooftop bar for a panoramic photo of the city, looking out over the Nerang River and Surfers Paradise. The entire HOTA precinct is accessible and great for exploring on foot, with beautiful parklands and a sculpture walk around the lake. It's easy to get here, either by enjoying a scenic walk or conveniently taking the HOPO ferry directly to the grounds.

HOTA is more than just arts, it is located in landscaped surroundings and has three restaurants. There is a sculpture walk around the lake and a map can be downloaded from the website. There is plenty of parking and the first 4 hours are free. So whether you are into the arts or not there is something for everyone.

Attended the school eisteddfod. First time to this location. Well laid out, wheelchair friendly. There is open air metred parking. There is a bistro canteen type restaurant as well as a snack kiosk. Ample seating area both inside and outside seating areas. There is also a bar inside the venue for thirsty visitors like me. Overall, a great experience.

It’s a spacious and nice place for families to spend time together. However, I think the exhibition could be improved. Many galleries were closed in preparation for the next exhibition, and overall, I still felt it was quite a small art center.

Lovely museum and free to enter! The artwork was wonderful to see, and the viewing deck at the top offers amazing views. Staff were lovely too. The only downside was that I wished there was more artwork to explore!

A great place to visit and get involved. A month ago a visted to see a floating art instalation. And last week I came to a Greek Concert and food experience. I have not visyed the theatre and gallery yet They have a nice coffee shop next to the theatre.

A Refreshing Day Trip to Tambourine National Park This past weekend, we embarked on a delightful day trip to Tambourine National Park, immersing ourselves in the tranquility of nature. The fresh mountain air and captivating scenery provided a perfect escape from the everyday hustle. Our exploration revealed a vibrant tapestry of natural beauty. Lush greenery, colorful flora, and the gentle hum of bees created a truly serene atmosphere. We encountered fascinating wildlife, including sticky tree frogs and other friendly creatures, adding to the charm of the experience. The park's captivating creeks, rushing water, and breathtaking vistas provided endless opportunities for wonder and appreciation. To complete this perfect day, we visited a winery, reveling in the picturesque views and verdant landscapes. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to experience this natural haven. Tambourine National Park offers a truly restorative escape for those seeking a connection with the beauty of the outdoors. Lovely part of the world. Our favourite spot was Curtis Falls. You can walk the high trail or low trail. Byo swimmers and towels for the rock pools.

Some fairly impressive waterfalls and the scenery is pretty spectacular. There are a number of walking trails here which are all fairly easy to navigate if you are reasonably fit. Make sure to bring water and sunscreen. And perhaps try to avoid peak periods as it can become quite crowded especially during schoolies. Well worth a visit!

There are plenty of parking spots outside the park. So parking wouldn't be a problem here. When I came to this park I have no idea what is that. Thought it is beautiful and a long trail for running/walking. Beautiful? Yes, definitely! I was stunned by the view of the waterfall and the valley. Long trail? No, or maybe I didn't explore enough. It is just 30mins walking distance to all the trails. Been trying some off road trail but it's all the dead end. I guess I need to change my hiking shoes to swim suits if I come again next time as this is more to enjoying the ice cold water at the waterfall area.

Beautiful rain Forest. Lots of Walks and waterfalls. Great place for a family bush walks. Pools that you can swim in. What an awesome place. There are good amenities here including well maintained toilets and picnic tables. Parking can be quite limited. All in all highly recommended.

This place is lovely. Walking path which takes you to a small water fall. Some of the trees here are stunning. Coming back up the path may be difficult for some. Toilet block at the start of the track near the carpark.

Unforgettable and enlightening morning. Thank you Jellurgal Cultural Centre team for warmly and generously sharing your Cultural knowledge of this hugely significant area. It made such a difference to my stay "In the GC" which is very surface much of the time. Everyone should take time to visit this Centre and take an enriching tour. Grow your knowledge and develop some understanding of the people who have been the resilient Custodians of this land and all that lives apon it for over 20,000 years. Thank you to the elders of the past, present and future for this opportunity/experience. P.s. Hope that Jellurgal becomes the official name of this special area in future!

An absolutely stunning and eye-opening day with Kailen whilst taking in all the sights, stories and songs that Jellurgal had to offer. Without spoiling the content, if you're looking for a cultural trip whilst enjoying the Gold Coast, don't book anything before you've done this. A trip through time and history like nothing we've ever done before. Topped off with a hike through the rain forest whilst dolphins jumped around in the bay in front of us. Simply magic.

What an amazingly touching and spiritual experience my tour was. Cameron was an incredibly passionate and proud member of the team. And was throughly informative. I was captivated by the stories. And I was so impressed with his knowledge of the wildlife and the plants. I learnt so much and will be forever thankful. And can't wait to come back to learn more. Thank you!

What an AWESOME experience. Our tour guide brought the history of the Aboriginal, from this area, to life for us. It is always a plus to learn of the rich history, and hear the stories of the peoples of this land. A fabulous and enriching experience with Kailen from Jellurgal Aboriginal cultural centre, listening to the creation stories while walking the sacred lands. Its eye opening to walk a path i have walked before but see new things. It almost felt spiritual.

Fantastic experience to learn more about Aboriginal culture. I was really impressed with what was covered in the time we were there. Being in such a beautiful place to learn about the richness of this ancient and complex culture was something really special. Highly recommend! The gift shop was fabulous too. The first place I've been on the Gold Coast with authentic and unique gifts to take back home.

I had an incredible time visiting the Jellurgal Aboriginal Cultural Centre with Heidi for a Walkabout Tour. Heidi is a font of knowledge and encouraged my many questions as we went along. I learned so much about the history of the land (country), the people who lived there, and understanding the Dreaming as both creation stories and the source of law. I then had the privilege of sitting in on a yarning circle after the tour, which was a special experience. Don't forget to grab a coffee before you head out again!

Whale watching yesterday was an awesome experience! The friendly staff, welcome drinks, and snacks made it even better. The weather was perfect, and seeing whales up close along with a group of dolphins swimming beside our ferry felt like a dream. An unforgettable memory—definitely coming back again!

I’ve been on this tour three times now and it has been absolutely fantastic every single time. We were lucky enough to spot dolphins, a turtle, and even a ray in addition to the whales. The crew is incredibly kind, answered all our questions with great knowledge, and made the trips truly enjoyable. It’s definitely worth the money, and I can highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Gold Coast. Supporting this local company is absolutely worthwhile! Thanks a lot. I really enjoyed it! 🐋🐋🐋

I recently went on a whale watching trip with Spirt whale watching. The weather conditions were decent, with an overcast sky and approximately a 1.5 meter swell. The crew managed the situation well, and all staff members were pleasant throughout the experience. Unfortunately, we did not see any whales, although we did observe two distant spouts of water. The captain provided a good commentary during the trip. However, a significant number of passengers experienced seasickness, leading to frequent use of sick bags, which was quite off-putting. Considering the ticket price of $180.00 for two people, the overall experience felt more like an expensive boat ride than a successful whale watching adventure. Additionally, I purchased a small Mars bar and a roll of peppermints for $8.15, which felt overpriced. It would have been reasonable to expect that such snacks might be offered at cost price, given the circumstances. I followed up with a brief email to the company to express our disappointment. The response we received was standard, inviting us to consider booking again in hopes of a better experience in the future. The company acknowledged our feedback and expressed regret for not meeting our expectations. Based on this experience, I do not believe we would choose to go on this trip again. Watching a video might be a more reliable option for seeing whales. Marcus De Santis

Have been on the whale watching trips with Spirit of the gold coast many times over the years and they never fail to disappoint. The boat is comfortable, staff are always lovely and it's a great day out. We have always been lucky enough to see whales on every trip out with them. They are respectful of the whales and give them the space that they need to feel comfortable. We had an awesome trip out last Sunday with whales breaching for 30 mins. What a great experience!

Fabulous cruise on Tuesday...special gift from a lifelong friend. Good crew, informative... And best of all lots of whales, and not far out ... Saw all manner of play. Exciting, relaxing, not crowded. Easy to see!!

This was the best experience and the skipper knew exactly where the whales were going to be. It was exciting, interesting and the knowledge about the whales was great ! I would highly recommend Spirit of Gold Coast to take your family whale watching.

The pros: Vigilant lifeguards, plenty of lockers ($12 all day hire), lots of seating, clean bathrooms, and sufficient rides and water experiences for all ages. Wait times were not long for rides but we were there on a weekday and it wasn’t school holidays. The food was also better than expected - We really enjoyed our burgers. The cons: On the day we went, 3 rides were closed for maintenance (including one which was unplanned). While we were fortunate to be able to return a couple of days later to go on the last ride we wanted, it’s something to bear in mind if you have your heart set on something. I was grateful customer service was able to tell me when the unplanned maintenance might end.

We had an amazing time at Wet’n’Wild! The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The park was clean, well-organized, and full of fun rides for all ages. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the water slides and wave pool, pure joy all day! There were plenty of shaded spots to relax, friendly staff everywhere, and food outlets offering great options to refuel between rides. Safety was clearly a top priority, which made the experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. It’s the perfect place for families, friends, or anyone looking to beat the heat and have a day full of excitement. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

Fun waterpark with great slides and a good mix for all ages. It was crowded, but it’s perfect for cooling off and spending a fun family day out.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Wet’n’Wild Gold Coast. The water slides were so much fun, and there was something for everyone from relaxing pools to thrilling rides. The park was super clean, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was full of energy and laughter. It’s the perfect place to spend a sunny day with family or friends. Great place for kids & adults alike. Tge wave pool is great fun for young ones and the less adventurous. Plenty of seating in shade when not busy. Beware the scrub turkeys jumping from seat to seat, pooping on cabanas!

great park with lots to do, the lines were pretty long for a weekday. there were a few people blatantly skipping lines, and some groups would have one person waiting in the single rider line while they hide around the corner, and getting the rest of their group to join to skip the lines when it’s the person’s turn. i wish the crew would keep more of an eye out for this as it makes the long queues intolerable

Lovely day spent here with the family, so much fun on a variety of slides, enjoyed the lazy river and the main wave pool. Something for everyone, good food drinks, customer service and attentive lifeguards. Many thanks 😊

A scenic walking trail that hugs the coastline, offering beautiful views of the ocean and a distant glimpse of the Gold Coast skyline. You can complete both the beachside and summit loops in about 40 minutes to an hour. It’s a peaceful, well-kept trail, perfect for those who want a short but rewarding escape into nature.

You can experience nature inside a natural rainforest right in the middle of the city. The view point provides a mesmerizing view of the goldcoast and pacific ocean. You can even see Dolphins there !! You can also enjoy nice swim in pacific ocean. I loved it. ❤️

Beautiful place as always, but a little hectic at the moment and over the next 12 months with the extension of the Light Rail from Broadbeach South down the Gold Coast Hwy to Burleigh.

A great little jewel close to the city, with short nice walks and some wildlife including some lizards and a lot of turkeys. The view is fantastic and there are beaches to take a dip if wanted or needed. Some of the trails are doable for anyone.

One of the most fascinating parts was the section about historical torture methods, showcasing how people were punished centuries ago. It was both chilling and incredibly educational. Overall, the museum offers a perfect balance of entertainment and learning. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!”

Very old and dated most figures don't resemble the real characters and very much no where as good as other wax museums I've been to. The horror chamber again forced to do as a large tour group and stuck listening to a tour guide giving a lot of inaccurate information. Definitely save your money give this a miss.

Very friendly helpful staff, Enjoyed walking through at own pace . Bit out dated, would be nice to see more pop stars. Enjoyed the history of it all though. Especially enjoyed the tour and hearing all about the old days with punishment etc . My daughter also very enjoyed the shared knowledge she even saw a wax figure she had learnt and studied about at school.

It was a good place to visit. Most of the wax models looked like the real person. All the wax models are behind glass. The torture room tour was very interesting and the tour guide was very knowledgeable.

We had a great time there and the staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. The only issue was that probably the venue needs a bit of renovations other than that highly recommended especially to families with children and adolescents.

Really enjoyed coming here. Staff were super friendly, the upstairs was cool seeing all the different celebrities and figures. Some look better than other but to be expected. There was also some cool replicas of crowns and jewels. The chamber of horror was really cool. Its a guided tour and the guy running it knows lots of historical facts etc which was really interesting to learn about. It was definitely a cool experience and 100% worth a visit rain or shine

Absolutely beautiful spot! The water was just wonderful and the view was incredible. Can get pretty busy during the day, also be careful of the strong current in the water.

Tallebudgera Creek's crystal-clear waters create a haven for water lovers, perfect for swimming, and unwinding in nature's embrace. A serene place to have a picnic by the shore while watching the sunset, its a shame that was gloomy when we came.

All time favorite beach to take my son . Perfect spot for a swim or play. Beautiful, clear water And lots of space. Close to cafes e.g. Custard Canteen. Can get very busy on warmer days, we always arrive early on weekdays to avoid this.

Walking through a rain forest was a great experience. The signage was good. Some of the ground walk was uneven, so wear suitable walking shoes. Saw one water dragon, heard lots of birds but didn't see any. There was another visitor who was playing a flute while he was walking around, sounded great and fitted into the environment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walk takes about 40 mins at a nice leisurely pace.

Took visiting tourists on a lovely outing. A couple who arrived before us was visibly distressed by the movement of the promontory point. It's not enjoyable for people easily distressed by heights or swaying caused by simple foot falls. We didn't spot any wildlife aside from a few water dragons and common birds but the trail is so interesting as it weaves through the layers of the canopy I think it's worth it. We only saw one or two orchids in bloom too so it's probably better when it's not early spring.

We loved the skywalk and we appreciate the care that has gone into making it a safe and educational experience. We learned a lot about the rainforests in southern Queensland and saw some amazing landscapes. The butterfly observation point was not as prolific in the spring as it was last summer, but still caught a glimpse of a few birdwings. It's definitely a place you want to check out if you're visiting Tambourine.

Amazing walk in the rainforest. Great views from the tree tops. Great place to visit for all ages. Easy walk with lots of fauna and insects around. Listen out for the birds and enjoy the scenery

The skywalk was very good. It was well kept and a lovely walk through the rain forest at different heights and outlooks. The walk was easy and at a leisurely pace it was probably less than an hour. There's a nice gift shop and cafe. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Short Nature Trail and Skywalk that is privately owned. Good for beginners and those who want to experience walking high up along the top of the trees. Trail should not take more than an hour including all the stops at lookouts and photo taking moments.

The southeastern most corner of the entire Queensland and you can see the reefs, rocks and beach together. Terrain is very distinctive and it’s quite interesting that the cliff looks taller than a 10 storey building and you can feel a sense of “Danger” as if there wasn’t fences at wall. It’s also interesting that you can see turbulent flowing out of the drainage pipe. To sum up, remote location but still popular and worth a visit.

I have been coming here for 40 years, such a wonderful view of the pacific sea and the skyline of Surfers Paradise is wonderful, the Tweed River meets the Ocean and Duranbah beach is a great place to sunbake or surf, so many memorial plaques and tributes too

​My experience with the hot air balloon tour was truly exceptional from start to finish. Our tour guide, Kelly, demonstrated excellent driving and bilingual skills, along with a knack for guiding us through the day. Pilot Dean and crew member Wayne were also outstanding, providing perfect navigation and even seemingly controlling the weather for us. ​Everything came together for a perfect morning: the weather was ideal, the breakfast champagne buffet with wine tasting was great, and the alpaca encounter was a wonderful experience. Most importantly, the trip felt completely safe. The tour operator's clear instructions at every stage of our journey made the entire trip seamless. ​I highly recommend this tour to anyone, and I especially suggest adding the breakfast and alpaca experiences at Oreillys for a truly memorable morning.

Went hot air ballooning with my parents for my dad's 60th birthday. It was such a fabulous experience - from the transport to the hot air balloon ride itself, the breakfast, alpaca farm and wine tasting (not to mention photos!) the whole experience was so well curated and planned out for us. We did this for our anniversary, we had an amazing time. Loved the flight, the champagne breakfast and the alpaca experience. We would definitely recommend! Selena, Dahwal and Kevin were a great team. The communication prior was excellent, especially as we were concerned about the weather.

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had. This time I self-drove from Brisbane to the meeting point and I was able to meet up with the staff on time. The staff was so kind to help my journey. The balloon was amazing! I had a wonderful time. Love the flight I would definitely recommend!

One of the best experiences we have ever had. The booking was easy and simple, the planning of transport was included in our ticket as we got picked up from our hotel on the Gold Coast, the Balloon was amazing, the view was stunning and we got photos included in our package. Once the balloon was over, we all helped to fold the balloon up, they are actually massive! We then all headed to the nicest winery for a buffet breakfast and champagne, it was gorgeous. All the staff were amazing and knowledgeable, they were fun and we just had the best time!

Definitely a worth it experience. It's basically a walk through experience with different rooms and effects. Very trippy and it was also extremely dark pretty much the whole way through. It could also get very loud at times. Some rooms event felt scary and my friends were screaming heaps through them 😂. Overall I thinks it's worth it. Maybe don't go in with smaller one day tho as they could get scared. It's $30 for adults. Overall o recommend 👍👍

This place actually exceeded my expectations. Booked online for a last minute date night. Would definitely recommend going at fringe times as we only ran into another group of people one time and it's definitely more fun when it's just you and your crew. The attraction takes a satisfying amount of time to complete and the set up is really effective. It's hilariously disorientating, magically futuristic.

We did this attraction on a whim while in Surfers today. It was well set up, felt very much like a Tokyo Team Borderless experience but with of course, an Aussie twist. Moving through the rooms was a decent pace and not too scary for our youngest (6).

It's ok... But certainly not worth $93 for a family of 4. We walked through not fast and was only in there for about 15mins. Like don't get me wrong, it's cool in some parts... But definitely not worth the hype and definitely not worth the price. Got to the end and we all said "is that it?"

A great way to deal with stress, a heartbreak, a midlife crisis, or any tragedy imaginable! It was always a great distraction from the pain I felt that I'd escape by going into their Escape Room, and I can't wait to take my 4 lovely daughters here so they can experience this high tech experience themselves! Emily is a great, smiley staff member there and she is a Kiwi Margot Robbie that's pleasant to all customers! This place is more than worth the admission cost! Margot Robbie would be proud!

Truly an otherworldly experience. Went during the school holidays and is a must visit. 4th dimensional rooms filled with lights, smoke machines, moving walls, and the list goes on. If you need a thrill then look no further then infinity. Definitely a memorable experience and will look forward for another thrill when I come back!

Long queues but the priority access made it easy. Did you rides easily even after reaching late. Had lots of fun!

I recently visited this water park and was thoroughly impressed. The facilities were immaculate, and the staff were incredibly attentive. The variety of attractions catered to all ages, making it a perfect family outing. The water slides were exhilarating. Overall, it was an outstanding experience that I highly recommend.

They sell services they are not equipped to handle. Severely understaffed. Most stores not opened. They sell unlimited refills for drinks online with no facility to actually refill them without waiting for over an hour in the same line at the 1 store open in the entire park to buy all drinks and food. The eating area is full of people waiting to be served and not actually eating.

I would never come back. Slides purposely slowed down to make reason for the ridiculously $100 price for 7 fast rides only. Everything is boring and slow lined up for 2 hours so far and still haven't been down a slide. Now the main water park is shut and we are just sitting on seat. By far the worst water park will NEVER come back. Movie World, Sea world and Wet n Wild are by far the absolute best places to go! And aren't a money pit for crap like WWW. Baby pool was the coldest pool we have been in at ANY THEME PARK ! Not even close to worth the price. And don't even get me started on waits for drink or food!!!

The kids had a great day which was the goal and a big part of the 4stars. However the wait times were 30mins per slide and the express pass was really frustrating as when you got close to the top you had to wait to allow people who had just completed their ride who came back up the steps to go again! Food was average, I would recommended bringing your own.

1 hour wait lines for 30 secs of joy Not worth the price or energy and frustration waiting in lines as an interstate visitor 2 adults and 2 children - left halfway through the day to go to dreamworld instead 4 slides in 4 hours ain’t cutting it Some slides had 2-3 mins down time between sliders for what??!! The 8 slide only had 5 lines open then they would send single riders or 2 riders down at once with a 2 min break at the end I understand safety but it’s actually ridiculous and feel it could be done so much better Opening during the week days would be so much better Will not be returning

Located at the Foreshore, Surfers Paradise, Queensland, Australia 🇦🇺 These markets have pretty much become for Surfers Paradise. They attract a lot of tourists and locals alike. They sell everything from clothes, shoes, candles, handmade arts and crafts, handmade souvenirs and much more. There’s always live entertainment going on and it’s a dog friendly market. The location couldn’t be better being that it backs directly onto the beach. It’s a very popular market so it gets very crowded. The market is always full of life and very vibrant. There’s a few food trucks around so you can grab something to eat or drink while you’re looking at the stalls. Or you can go to one of the many restaurants close by. The Markets are held every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 4.00pm until 9.00pm. They have been running since 1995. I always enjoy coming back to these markets and would definitely recommend. Honestly, it's a funny place with a load of lousy shops, really reminds me of the Paddy's market in Sydney. However, I like that this place is full of its own spirit, with a retro vibe, like if you're transferred back to the 80s. Only giving it a 5 star because I don't want it to die out because of no business really. Would be a shame if Gold Coast lost this special local market. Didn't look like somewhere for high quality farm goods to me, so if that's what you're after then don't be bothered. Free entry and free parking is good. If you don't have a car and travelling here is a problem then don't waste your time. But if you have a car and love to explore local vibe then this is a good place to go.

One of the biggest markets i’ve been too, had all varieties of stuff, cultural pieces, antiques, spiritual stuff, fruit, dog treats, food, decorations, clothing!! definitely prepare to spend your money when you go. Try to get there early as parking is a struggle and the car trash and treasure markets shut earlier.

Great location in Carrara to find some quality little food stalls, plants, candles, clothing, games and shopping. Lot's of parking inside and outside.

Love going here. Kids love the trampoline bounce and the pony rides. Lots to look at and different foods to try. Sink lived the Japanese crepes, filled with cream, strawberries and icecream.

A nice local place. Customers services is nice. We bought tShirt. and bowl that cost only 6$ for 3 bowls. They even packed for us carefully in cartoon box to safety travel to Sydney. Price is cheap. Many Chinese too. I think I like it. Many parking spot.

First visit here and it was interesting. Many items were being sold, from plants to vinyls and books! Very friendly sellers and there were plenty of ATMs around for those who needed more cash in hand (some shops only accepts cash). Bought a dog tag for my babies back home and lowkey a little overpriced. $52 for 3 tags with engravings, but for memories sake, it would do.

I visited Carrara Market and it was amazing! The market is really big and very professional there are so many different stalls and everything is well-organized. You can find great local products, friendly sellers, and a fun atmosphere. It’s definitely worth visiting if you’re around the Gold Coast!

Best of All Lookout truly lives up to its name. The sweeping panorama of rolling mountains stretching into the endless sky was utterly breathtaking. Standing there, embraced by the vastness of nature, I felt as though I had stepped into another realm — so serene and enchanting that one could almost imagine living amongst the hills like a woodland spirit. An unforgettable and magical place, well worth the journey.

The view is pretty good. One of the best lookouts I've seen. The only drawback for me is the road getting there. The road is in good condition and all, it the windiness and turns that get me but I'm more sensitive to that than most. Definitely recommend if you have the time to kill because the drive does take at least 2 hrs round trip.

It's really good for the weather and experience that you get than the view as out 10 times you get 1 time to see the actual view due to dense fog that is covering it. If you can't withstand cold weather then carry a jacket. But it's really worth the experience.

It is as beautiful as the main lookout but this one only gives you view of the surrounding mountains. Short walk from parking lot - 350 meters or 0.21 miles.

Thoroughly recommended. The " Best of All Lookout" is well named, easy enough to find, and offers an impressive vista. We visited on 10 Nov 25 when rain was forecast: we got cloud and mist, but no rain. While we didn't have blue skies, the cloud cover presented its own misty and interesting effect. The Antarctic Beech Trees are spectacular, although look better seen later than photographed.

Great lookout of the Gold Coast hinterland, a bit of a drive to get there. If there's a chocolate lover in the car, the fudge shop is close by.

Wonderful beaches as well. Plenty of parking space but it's paid parking. Nice and easy paths to walk on. Highly recommend going to have a look at 😊😊.

This is our family’s favourite park on the Gold Coast! Our kids absolutely love it! there’s always a great variety of activities to enjoy. The park is beautifully maintained, clean, and perfect for families, kids, or anyone looking to relax or stay active outdoors. I also love that my favourite cafe, Barrel Espresso, is right there, it makes every visit even better! Kudos to the Gold Coast Council for doing such an amazing job keeping the park safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.

This park is definitely a paradise for kids who love playgrounds because you can literally name all kinds of playground equipments here including the rare ones I’ve never seen before. Moreover, there’s even a water park called Aqua Park but you need to buy a ticket for that, which isn’t free. Or you can just build sandcastles and play with water on the river beach. On the other hand, I saw a bunch of people having great picnics on the BBQ areas and simply on the grass. There are tiny lodges with benches where you can lay down and relax as if you’re in a sauna, and a large pier that has long benches with the most magnificent views and it’s also a ferry stop and great fishing spot. It has a decent number of pubic toilets in the park and if you are hungry, there’s a seafood restaurant and an espresso shop. The welcome sign near the front gate which is made of grass and flowers looks amazing and memorable. If you are taking the light rail, I suggest you disembark at Southport instead of Broadwater Parklands because there are much more shops and restaurants near Southport station. To top it off, the park is much bigger and more versatile than I imagined. It’s absolutely an excellent place for both adults and children to visit.

Broadwater Parklands is such a great place to spend the day. Super open, peaceful, and right by the water. There’s always space to walk, have a picnic, or just chill under the trees. It’s also perfect for kids — there’s a big playground area where they can run around and have fun. The views of the Broadwater are beautiful, especially in the late afternoon. Families, runners, kids on scooters — it’s got a little bit of everything. Clean, safe, and just a really nice vibe overall.

Great centrally located parkland with lots to offer including outdoor gyms, cafe, swimming pools and lots more.

Great spot, awesome vibes, lovely staff - and lots of fun for young, and young at heart! We had a birthday party there, well supported from lovely staff throughout. Will definitely be back to gave a go at the wakeboarding again soon!

From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. First off, let me commend the staff for their exceptional organization. Despite it being a busy day, everything ran like clockwork. We were greeted warmly upon arrival, and the check-in process was seamless. The staff members were friendly, approachable, and clearly passionate about what they do, which instantly put us at ease. As for the activities themselves, they were an absolute blast! My son couldn't contain his excitement as he tackled the wakeboarding course. I celebrated my birthday at Gold Coast Wake Park in December and it was amazing! We took the whole family and had 20 guests come. The staff were so accommodating making sure our booked tables were reserved and all the kids were ready for the inflatable water park. The older kids and adults loved riding the wake boards around the cable runs. Would highly recommend to any family or for functions. We’ll definitely be back!

ArtVo Gold Coast is such a fun and unique experience! The interactive 3D artworks are amazing, and it’s so cool how you can be part of the art in every photo. There are so many different scenes to explore, and the staff are really helpful in giving tips on how to pose for the best shots. Whether you’re with friends, family, or just looking for something different to do, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend for a fun day out!

Such a fantastic place! So much fun! Staff are very friendly and helpful. We visited with then whole family (Grandparents included) and everyone had such a fun time. We loved we could come and go which is great when you have small children who need a reset. 110% recommend to anyone who loves taking pictures and loves a good laugh.

First time at Artvo and have to say I was extremely impressed. Firstly the location was deceiving. Once you step inside it was quite large and spacious. You can easily spend hours to a day here and being within Robina Town Centre makes it convenient to pop out for lunch, refuel and come back. The main stand out was the customer service by the two staff members. I believe there names are Anna and Leanna. From the get go very helpful. Checked in on us to see if we needed help with photos. Helped guide us on poses and take photos of me and my sister in law. As soon as I said I lost my glasses, quick as a flash, helped me search. The main thing is they were approachable and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. Customer service can make or break an experience and these ladies helped make a great day out. Thank-you

We love this place. Lots of creative ideas and trying to think outside the box is always fun. I know it's hard with space, but seeing some new artwork.. or even rotating artwork would be nice to add new interest. We were able to take our time, and we even back tracked to grab more photos. The kids loved it.

Absolutely beautiful artwork. The atmosphere is delightful. To be a part of the 3 D images is truly inspiring. We spent approximately 3 hours posing, taking photos and generally enjoying ourselves. The staff member on duty was friendly and helpful and was passionate about helping us get the most out of our experience. Will be returning and recommending it to family and friends.

ArtVo Gold Coast: A Memorable Experience The final stop of our four-day Gold Coast trip was ArtVo, and it was a fantastic experience. First, Robina Town Centre is a great mall to explore. When we arrived at ArtVo, the receptionist, Anna, gave us a wonderful welcome. She was so thoughtful that she even offered to put our drinks in the fridge for us. While we were taking photos with the 3D artworks, Anna would check on us and ask if we wanted her to take a group photo. Even with several other groups to assist, she made the time to offer to take our photos on multiple occasions. Thank you, Anna, for making our ArtVo experience so memorable.

A great place to check out for a morning walk and enjoyed the view and waves splashing against the wave breaker. It seems to be a popular place for fishing. There’s a lighthouse at the end of the trail. Be prepared for the cold wind..

The view is amazing, but without a car it can be a bit tricky to get there. I took a bus to Sea World and then walked (I tried a Lime bike, but it was too heavy for me, so I ended up walking). There’s a pathway out into the sea where you can enjoy a stunning view of Surfers Paradise. Along the way, you’ll see plenty of dogs enjoying the beach and fishers both on the boats and along the shore. The Spit is definitely one of the iconic spots on the Gold Coast.

I love this place. No matter the time of day or night. Perfect location to take in the scenery listen to the ocean. Take a walk on the sand or even enjoy a great sunrise

Such a lovely spot to go for a walk, the paths are large and flat which i find great for wheel chairs, prams ect. In summer though it does get very hot on the walk to the end so if you have dogs you may want to keep that in mind as their paws can get burnt.

Stunning location for Maternity and Family photography sessions this is one of my most requested locations and sunrise is so beautiful

Fossicking was a great activity for the kids - very dusty and hot in the sun (make sure you take a hat and bottle of water). A suggestion - it would be nice if a few staff were up in the dig site to help kids identify areas to dig or rocks that 'might' be worth taking down to be cut. Whilst some parts of the park are looking a little tired it was still a fun day out overall.

Kids had an absolute ball at the high ropes course. Was a little disappointed that there was no public seating/BBQ areas to have a picnic lunch while waiting. I understand that there is a cafe for people to enjoy but when the cost of the activities is quite high we wanted to do our own lunch. Thankfully there was a grassy patch of grass and we took some gas BBQs of our own. A really relaxed enjoyable afternoon.

Overall the park is great! Beautiful and very peaceful. We went for a work conference here and did the high ropes course, this was very challenging and exciting. The rooms were lovely, just a bit older. The service from the restaurant staff was the only thing I could say needs improvement, it's quite slow and staff are not very friendly, felt like a burden asking for a coffee, which also took very long. Regardless this won't deter me from going again to do the activities or stay.

An amazing park for the family. Not overcrowded and plenty of activities to do. Unfortunately we found all the activities to be quite overpriced though. Bird feeding is NOT what it’s made out to be in pics or by influencers. The young staff at the Jnr Treetops were all very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend spending the day there (with pockets full).

We did the Tree Top challenge here and had a blast. For us, Lily made the experience. She kept us engaged from when she was instructing us on safety, to encouraging us as we attempted their difficult rope challenges. She was so confident and personable that we were feeling like friends, and were surprised to hear that she had only been there for less than a year. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Stayed a couple of nights in Frog Lodge as part of a wedding group — peaceful, scenic, and beautifully designed up on the hillside near the pickleball court. Staff were lovely and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was next level! After many average hotel buffets over the years, this one really stood out — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Thank you for an awesome experience!

We went camping and it was really nice , there's a creek to swim but it's not a huge waterhole so may get packed with two families there. Amenities were really nice and close to cam site, very shady. Mini golf was good and was a nice location

A great beach that you can access from Burleigh Heads by taking the ocean view hike. Protected from waves but not wind. A great place for families.

Our last day of our Goldcoast holiday was spent setting up here for the day. 5.30am for the best spot on the beach ⛱️ 👌 we had kayaks, sup boards, beach cricket, fishing Rods, BBQ, gazebo & best friends & our kids company. What a glorious day 👌🏖🤍🍻🇦🇺🇦🇺🌄

I feel like I shouldn’t be reviewing this area as it’s a little hidden gem for locals. If you’ve moved here or a local that doesn’t know about it, come on by. It’s fairly central to most of the Gold Coast. It’s a beautiful spot for spending a sunny afternoon. If you’re a tourist, don’t come here. It’s horrid, dirty and too far away.

Literally everyone who comes here takes their dogs but it’s not too crowded here. I enjoy the breathtaking landscape and strong waves here.

This is a magical local beach with its crystal Clearwater and views out to the ocean. Easy walk along the Rockwall along with bridges seats barbecues toilets free parking although it does get busy you will need to get in really early on this. You can walk around to the swimming area paddleboard put your tin in at the boat ramp fish off the rocks or surf the break. It’s got something for everybody. It’s a must visit whenyou’re on holiday holidays.

Perfect spot to swim and enjoy the sun. We went everyday during our stay at varying times and it was never packed.

I love this beach! Only issue is that there is typically a strong current going through the deeper parts.

This place is packed with historic artifacts as well as featuring some historic old settler buildings. The one in the photo is a settlers cottage. The grounds include a little rain forest walk and historic cemetery. Well worth the visit. We went as a group to paint - the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Such a lovely museum and park. I learned a lot about the Gold Coast and all different aspects of its famous people and history. The volunteers are amazing. Highly recommend this to any visitor. You will get a lot out of it.

A fascinating insight into Gold coast history and the people who helped put it on the map. Very conveniently located with off street parking. Operated by friendly knowledgeable volunteers. We enjoyed a leisurely stroll through the well signed forest walk and were offered a cup of tea when we finished. A very worthwhile experience.

Interesting and educational old school style of museum with many items from our earlier history to see. A visit is recommended, take your time and enjoy it.

I especially loved the many and high-quality historic photos that told the story of the development of the Gold Coast, particularly of the area around Surfers Paradise. They take great care during the initial briefing and provide raincoats and storage for possessions. All of my family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were cold and wet, but still wanting more by the end. All the staff were very friendly. On the bookings side, I think they need a little work. My booking time was flip flopped around between sessions on the day a few times due to various reasons.

The jet boat adventure was amazing. I joined with my 5-yrs and 7-yrs sons, and both of them enjoyed as much as I did. Josh was one of the best. He did so many slides and 360-degree spins whenever he could. We all had great fun during the 40 mins tour. Highly recommend.

Paradise Jet Boaring is a great experience to have in Gold Coast and Sufers Paradise. It feels like I'm a Gold Coast(Sufers Paradise)resident as I saw everthing in there. Not to mention Josh, the best driver who explains the great spots there and cares passengers thoroughly. Highly recommended! :)

I have been coming here with my family since I was a little girl. There has been various updates but it still holds the same family fun and charm it always has. Come early or at night for the best times, the middle of the day is far too hot (good shade is available but can be hard to find a breeze) and can be too busy. They serve basic food such and hotdogs ($6)and hot chips, slushies (including alcoholic options for the grown ups) icecreams and lollies. Small arcade area and the ability to host parties.

this was so much fun. definitely recommend paying for the glow balls. they're so much fun for the kiddos and you get to keep them. the tickets are valid for a year or more so you can do one course and do another another day so no need to stress or speed, you can take it slow at your own pace.

Fun Mini Golf Course with different themes. Went here yesterday with my wife and friends and enjoyed the mini golf. Great fun mini golf courses for all ages. Definitely recommend one of the best mini golf’s we have ever been too!

Honestly one of the best mini golf's we've done as a family. You have the choice of not one, but three courses to play and its packaged as deals that don't have to be used in the same day. Best part, you can enjoy a cold one on you way around or celebrate with a coldie after the game! Highly recommend this when you are next in the Goldie 😊

Fun set up conveniently located - within walking distance for families staying at Turtle Beach. Staff are lovely and the 3 different 18 hole courses are fun. It can get quite hot during certain parts of the course on hot days so recommend going in the afternoon/evening. We had a lot of fun and there are some good game bundle deals.

It was so interesting! We spent 4 hours to play so many games in here. I’ll return with my husband next time.

I highly recommend this place, as you have the opportunity to walk through the middle of a forest from the top of its canopy, surrounded by diverse vegetation that allows you to appreciate how the forest coexists in harmony. It is an easy, very familiar trail that can be done by all types of people. If you are more adventurous and like hiking, I recommend one of its 14 km trails which takes you on an adventure, through forests, waterfalls, and rivers that surprises you minute by minute.

Read a bit about this place in guides and online and whilst we were always heading to the mountains for a look, we thought we’d give this place a go and we’re glad we did. I think we only scraped the surface of what Thunderbird Park has to offer however the tree top challenges our 4 kids did, they absolutely loved, including our 8yo who did the main courses and not the junior ones. It was a great day out which they thought was great! We’ll definitely be back.

Great place to have extreme fun!!! We came as a family of 5 with 3 kids (15,13,9). We did the canyon flyer which was a great experience. Our guides were funny and kind and made the whole experience even better. The next day we came back for treetop experience. Again everyone was very kind and welcoming. We spent 3 hours on the roopes and when we ran out of power we went back home. Its a great place to spend with kids and you can spend the whole day. Just make sure to check when each activity starts, because you can't enter when ever you want to... Highly recommended!!!

We then settled into our cozy rooms, ready to recharge before heading out to a delightful dinner at the restaurant. It was the perfect end to an action-packed day, and we’re excited for more fun tomorrow. While reflecting on our experience, I noticed some negative reviews from other patrons, and I wanted to address where our experience differed: 1. **Early Exits on the Treetop Challenge:** One review mentioned that once on a course, there’s no option to quit. For me, stepping out early was a smooth process.
