Inside, there is a primary bar and another for non-alcoholic drinks, and on warm days you'll find more seating. Pick from a variety of food, some Danish but many others too.

We loved it here - great food options for all tastes including vegetarian and vegan. There was cuisine from across the world as well as Danish food and some nice bars and coffee shops. We visited during the day when it was child friendly and there was plenty of space available.

Excellent food hall located close to the main train station with so many different food options available. I had the falafel wrap from “Zaatar” and it was good. Personally the bread was a bit too flakey for my liking, but still good and the portion generous. Recommended!!

The place is self serve and very functional. Must try: Thai curry, Nachos, Falafel wrap, Japanese Bao and Savory crepes.

A MUST VISIT This is a great place to visit. Plenty of small street food cars - lots of choices. We have been here several times, and we always have a good time. They do also have public restrooms - normally nice and clean. There are indoor as well as outdoor seating areas. Definitely a must visit when in Århus.

The place to go when none of your family members/friends can decide on one thing to eat, just go to this place and everyone can order what they want. Once you order at the food stand of your choice you get a buzzer so you can go back outside/to your table and wait until the food is ready. I had been craving korean fried chicken for sooo long on our trip so when I saw that they had it here I was so happy 🥹 + you get actual cutlery and not just plastic ones!

Nice concept of drinks to follow the food, and it actually works. The acoustics are not good and you need to shout across the table to hear each other.

I love the internal coherency in most of the servings as well as most of the cocktails - not to forget the coherency between the food and the offered cocktails. Love it! I would love to give five stars in general but the high chairs in the front room where we dined are not suitable for a four hour sitting.

If you are looking for high end drinks this is a good place to go. Prices are pretty expensive, but also rather fair for What you get. Super drinks in taste and look. The interior is modern with respect for the old building. Cosy in the evening. Service was superb - hence making it a good experience all in all.

It's a place that never disappoints. Ideal to visit in autumn/winter for comfort food. Although the place is very small (book ahead), the homemade food is delicious and fresh, the service is friendly and attentive. My favorite is My Quang with prawns... already looking forward to come back ☺️

Eating any of their PHO soups on a rainy day. I couldn't recommend more. It is a comforting hug on a bad day. It is a celebration of taste at the saw time. Small number of seating but worth the wait or trying your luck to pop by and see if there is place to sit. Super great value for quality.

Small Vietnamese restaurant with more seating than expected. The specialty is the Pho: The "Pho with Vietnamese-styled roasted pork and marinated pork“ very tasty, intense broth with coriander, sprouts and chili on the side. Above average.

I love the food here as well as the lemonade. Last time I visited there was a hair in my food which ruined the experience a bit unfortunately but overall would definitely recommend coming here. Reserve a table since the place is rather small and it might get super busy!

The food and wine were solid but not extraordinary. The service could have been better in terms of the food presentation and knowledge from staff. The atmosphere was more tranquil and better for conversation than most places with the same concept around the area.

Review based on the Gold menu for 14th of October - 9th of November: The food was very tasteful, great appetizers, divine clam soup, delicious duck, and a fine selection of cheeses. It's a beautiful restaurant, feels cosy and classy at the same time. All drinks were included in the menu (different wines, cognac for desert, coffee ect). Service is fast, friendly and observant. The food was of impeccable quality, though quite simple in comparison to other fine food restaurants. For me it was a perfect night out - highly recommended!

I made reservations 8 weeks in advance since I was travelling from the US to Denmark and celibrating our wedding anniversary there. All based on tripadvisor comments. GReat decision. Wonderful and unique meal. We both loved the fact they serve a fixed menu with a single seating...dinner begins at the same time for the entire room. As a result, none of the usual bustling about as people come and go constantly as is seen in typical restaurants. This makes the entire sitting feel more relaxed. Great accoustics so great for conversation. Beautiful dining room with a relaxed feel. Inventive and delicious food. All of it. Money well spent. Go.

Always a good place for a heavy dish of chips n stuff... Their moules fritte is wonderful. Huge portions too and at affordable prices. Quick and easy. Chose and grab your own drinks from the cooler. Student friendly, right in the old town area of the city. Been a while since the last time here, but they kept true to their bistro idea and against change of time. Easy seating, but never loved the high chairs without backs. Kitchy atmosphere and close seating.

We visited OliNico twice, as we were intrigued to try their daily menu. One thing is for certain, this place is busy. We arrived at 7:30pm on the first day and we missed the daily menu, so settled for their classics. This was delicious, but we realised they were in hot demand, so had to come earlier the following day. We managed to get to OliNico by 6pm the following day and were able to enjoy their 3 course daily set menu for only 150dkk (approx £18). The quality was absolutely incredible for the value, and the presentation was sublime. You really need to give this place a try in Aarhus. My tip would be get there early if you want the daily menu!

They tried to be happy and service minded but it never seemed genuine. The best parts of the food was the parts they had done the least to. Seafood always rocks as long as it is fresh so I guess that's their saving grace. It's not the best value for lonely but it's closer to 4 stars than 3. Barely. Try harder guys!

Great restaurant on the marina. Top notch seafood, great service and a fantastic location. It was an extremely windy evening when we went, but the outside area has high glass screens and a cover, so was well sheltered and very comfortable. As it faces south west you can see the sunset albeit over the land. I'd recommend for a great seafood meal. Wine was very expensive though.

The restaurant charged my twice for my meal and despite my numerous emails and phone call never reimbursed me. A couple weeks later my card was used for very large amounts as I think the card was cloned in this restaurant. I would be very careful if you plan to eat there

Great food, the next best thing after visiting Vietnam 😋 Really many vegetarian options. Great flavors, crispy and fresh ingredients. The dishes are suitable for Danish taste buds when it comes to spiciness. Be sure to ask for extra spicy if you expect Vietnamese style. Super fresh Food with super nice service. I went 2 days there and first I try the green rolls and the big soup with pork and vietnamese meatballs (fantastic!). 2nd Day I try the fried shrimp wanton with the vietnamese rice. First restaurant experience in Aarhus and i‘m really disappointed. If i could, i would give 0 stars. Starting with the smell in the restaurant, which was the first negative thing i noticed. Next thing, the service. Only positive aspect, we immediately got a seating table, which was expectable because there were only two other customers. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the food, which usually doesn’t take that much time when doing it by yourself (once again the restaurant wasn’t full of guests). In addition to that i had the feeling that the food made for takeaway was preferred by the cooks. the delivery people were running through the door every 2-3 minutes while we were still waiting for our food, which also worsen the atmosphere in the restaurant. Furthermore we went to the staff several times to ask if the food was ready but didn’t quite get an answer. Last but not least we cancelled our last dish which was supposed to be an appetizer after our main dish arrived. The food itself tasted ok, not excellent, but edible. All in all i wouldn’t recommend you to go there, maybe takeaway is better or try other vietnamese restaurants.

Visited today... Apr 2023. The same old dependable Vietnames restaurant in Aarhus. Found a really tasty (total understatement) dish at Lotus - H28, Pork and Duck over rice. Pork as perfectly flavored with mild infusion of fragrant leafy vegetables (I am guessing basil, mint, etc.). The duck was crispy outside and tender inside. Amazing! The two sauces (guessing, diluted fish sauce with vinegar and some sweetener and diluted hot oil and soy sauce, likely other flavors) were also amazing, goes perfectly with the meat! Try it as a wrap with the leafy vegetable with one or both sauce! This dish deserves more than 5 stars! Will definitely back for more! Authentic Vietname taste! Fresh summer rolls with slightly tangy and lingering spicy flavor (mix the sauce to cause lingering spiciness of the red spicy sriracha). Pho has clean beef flavor (without MSG, I think), which can use a bit more fish sauce. The sautéed dish from self selected ingredients is also good - pictured is oyster sauce. Anyway, recommended for good Vietnames food in Aarhus!

I was a bit skeptical when I saw how expensive a pizza was but I was really really surprised by how good the food was. All three of us were super happy with our choices. Plus nice cocktails!

Pizza was good, but the place was very busy. We had to wait over 40 min. for pizza, even after our drinks were delivered. I would say an hour in total. I do not think I will go there again, but might be a good option for a takeaway.

Good beer, decent pizza. This place just opened up, and as one of the few pizza restraunts in Aarhus offering gluten free pizzas (my wife is celiac), we were excited to try it. The pizza is OK but not great. The best pizza in town is still definitely la piccolina, and since the cost the same it's hard not to compare. The crust (both regular and gluten free) was tough and chewy, and by the end of the meal my jaw was a little tired. The ingredients and sauce where also OK, but not amazing. Overall if you put this pizza in a take-away box and told me it was from a nearby kebab place I'd probably believe you. It doesn't taste like premium pizza, but it is as expensive. Not a bad pizza by any means, just not great and a bit cheap tasting. On the upside, the place is cute, very central, and has a great selection of craft beers (mostly from Brooklyn Brewery). Increase the quality of the pizza and this would be a five star for sure. For now, La Piccolina is still by far the best pizza in town.

An interesting set of pizza toppings and burrata ai forno😁 The bottom of my pizza was badly burnt, but they made new one for me. This new one was very good with subtle taste of pepperoni.

The pizza was nice but there was something wrong with the crust. It was a really weird shape on all the pizzas we ordered. Maybe they need a different dough recipe. The waitress was ok but we were trying to figure out for a while wether we needed to pay at the counter or at the table. She didn't clear our plates before we got up to pay and we waited for maybe 15 min after finishing our food. The annoying part is that we got charged for tap water without being told first. I think that's really cheap and annoying but maybe that's the way restaurants do it in Denmark

The Pizzas are very tasty and the prices are fair. The entrees and the drinks aren't quite as good value (10€ canned beer and 12€ for the cheapest glass of Rosé Wine). But definitely go for the Pizzas and the service is also great !

Went for dinner and ordered chicken with teriyaki egg noodles, it was perfect, loved the taste. The food was ready in just 5–10 minutes, really quick service. Since it was so tasty, we ended up finishing it just as fast.

Great place to eat some good, quick and reasonably priced asian food. However if you do a custom order with many ingredients and multiple meats, you don't get any more food than a pre-made option even though you pay a lot more. Not worth it at all value wise, stick to their pre-made menu. The interior also really needs to be refreshed, all the benches have holes in them.

I've been here twice now and the food was amazing both times. I'm a big fan of the rice and have tried them with the sichuan and curry sauces, both are delicious and the amount of spice is just right. The portion sizes are great and the staff is friendly as well :)

I've lived in Hong Kong and can say the noodles I had here is bloody brilliant. Amazing flavours, feel like I'm back my local restaurant. Only downside is neither of the two servers could speak any English or Danish, so when I wanted to double check that it was vegetarian, there was some difficulty. But again, loved the noodles, the flavours, everything. And the food is actually spicy!!

Went on a date but left unhappy. The tables have barely any space the music was way too loud. The pizzas if you can call them that were thin as a crisp burnt and overpriced. The people next to us that came 20 minutes after us got their pizzas before us. We asked the waiter for more water and he took our jug and never came back with it so i had to ask him where did he go with our water. We paid the bill with another waitress and when i was out of the restauraunt the same waiter that forgot the water came running after me and asked if i had paid as if i had just walked out without paying. Went to Frankie Pizza in Aarhus at the beginning of the weekend. The pizza was fine — not comparable to Napoli pizza. It tasted more like a manousheh with pizza toppings. The staff was friendly and smiling. Overall, the experience was acceptable.

Wonderful Vietnamese food quickly served by friendly people. The Summer rolls had arugula which while not standard was a nice twist on the normal preparation. The duck was cooked perfectly and the spicy beef and rice noodle soup was spot on. Very filling and warming.

About four years back we stumbled upon Viet Food Street Kitchen's former restaurant out in Odense. They've since started this new restaurant in Aarhus. We get authentic Vietnamese food in San Jose, CA, a highly Vietnamese populated town. So when we travel, we're always on the look out for authentic Vietnamese food. We've tried plenty. We only follow those that are deliciously authentic. The owner is sweet and friendly and her staff is just as delightful. The food and service are what always keeps us coming back, and we're glad to have found them again. You won't be disappointed. The Banh Xeo is soft yet crispy, as it should be. The stuffing and taste is authentic. The Pho Tai Nam is delicious as well. My husband measures up a Vietnamese restaurant by tasting its pho. My young children are picky eaters, and if they gave this pho two thumbs up! The restaurant is super clean, and super cute in decor. They have great standards and won't have it any other way to ensure total customer satisfaction. Had a really nice meal here. Danish food done simply and well. I had the pork escalope with mushroom sauce. Friendly service and nice old school atmosphere.

I went to the restaurant at 18:50h. When I asked if I could had dinner by myself, they told me that was not possible because at 19:00h they were fully booked. Of course, when I pass in front of the door at 19:15h the restaurant was still empty. And the waiters were just talking at the bar. Really 'good' service.

Super cozy little place, like walking into a time machine. The interior was and atmosphere was perfect. 3 Person walk in on a late Thursday was not a problem at all. The food was spot on, and the waitress was very friendly.

Very nice! Beautiful space with all kinds of food stalls. We tried the burgers. The staff was very helpful, and the gluten-free burger tasted delicious. No problems the next day either. Highly recommended for something different.

The pizza place is great, really liked the Mexican-inspired place (Mango tacos are the best ones, with gluten-free options) and the truffle fries from the burger place are a must! There was a DJ playing great hit all evening.

Banken Foodhall is nicely located and feels more upscale than Aarhus Streetfood, but the food options are very limited. Both Zocalo and Bird Bird were overpriced and disappointing. The drinks at the center bar were watered down, and the place overall felt too dark with very little natural light.

We went to the Mexican food bar called Zócalo, which had some really great lunch-offers! The food was very fulfilling and just the right amount of spicy. For the price, it was really amazing and left you full and energised in a nice way. The food hall itself is really big, and it can get very loud sitting inside, so it's not the nicest place to sit in for a long time. However, they do have some options to sit in more closed-off areas where you can barely hear all the other people, so if you can find those spots, it's really cosy and the loudness won't be a problem. Overall, we're very excited to try the other food bars as Zócalo really put the bar high. Definitely a new go-to spot for a nice, cheap lunch.

Great food court with nice atmosphere, however the food from Nögen had a very low quality, especially the chicken which is advertised as - disappointing. We actually ended up not eating our dish.

💛 MUST VISIT A very cozy and calm vibe in this big food hall, although there are alot of people it does not seem to busy ans stressfull, it feels very cozy ans you can have affordable craftbeer and drinks from the big main bars, and your wish is their command when it comes to food choices! Which all look very appertizing!

The best place to eat as a vegan in Aarhus imo! Loved all the flavours in the dishes and their sweet potato fries are a treat! Big portions and the price is fair. The staff was super friendly and helpful which is a plus. My boyfriend had the pork bowl and loved it as well. Will defo be back!

Thai milk tea is only available in Aarhus, you should try it, stir-fries and soups are also great. Side dishes like bowls and bread are perfect☺️

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience, from the beginning one lady from the staff gave the impression that she was working for a penalty. The food looked quite nice, the vegetables were fresh and that was the only plus. The ebi tempura were too burnt and oily. The bathroom was very uncomfortable and looked like it was set up in a broom closet. There were 2 cockroaches crawling on the wall during our meal! We completely lost our appetite. Shame.

I ordered Pho with beef so I would say it was very super yummy for me. Broth was very mellow , beef s were very soft and reasonable quantities, noodles were soft and reasonable quantities. All vegetables were fresh. And the service was very good and kindly staff. I promise to come here once again.

I had 2 onigiri 🍙 (rice balls) one with tuna and one with salmon. The rice was perfect, the flavors mixed so well together. I loved every bite! The slight roasted sesame seeds with the fish filling and light but still rich rice was an experience. Make sure you try their food!
