Live music venue
Bar
Coda is a renowned nightclub in Toronto that offers an exhilarating nightlife experience. The club stays open until dawn, making it perfect for those who love to party into the early hours. It is well-known for its diverse range of live acts, including hip-hop and death metal performances. Coda's intimate setting and top-notch sound system create an immersive environment for music enthusiasts, particularly those who enjoy EDM, Tech House, and Deep House genres.
CODA is a fantastic venue that hosts some of the world’s best electronic dance music DJ’s. Main acts usually play 12:30/1 - 2:30/3:00. Their sound system is the best in Toronto, and the smaller venue size produces one of kind intimate vibes. With some of the best staff in the city, you will have an amazing time at CODA!
Mitchell R — Google review
Excellent club! The sound is AMAZING! Went to see HOZHO and it exceeded my expectations. The staff is awesome - very friendly and friendly to earth. We got searched when entering the club which made it a worry free experience. The club itself is clean, the washrooms are well taken care of. The bar is set up so it's not crowded and you can easily get a drink without waiting for a long time. The girl at the bar was very attentive and friendly. Everyone was having a great time. The crowd was very respectful as well. It was my first time there and I will be back for sure. Parking is on the streets or at one of the parking lots around the club - it costs me $8 to park for the entire night. It did get pretty hot inside the club after midnight, but it was like 30 degrees at night outside, and it did not really affect the experience. Great club and great vibes. Thank you for that unforgettable night.
J0K3R R — Google review
Love this venue for a DJ set. It’s small but that makes it intimate. The DJ booth is a bit hard to see from the side bar and the DJ is a bit buried, but some events suite this. The sound system good and mostly clear. The times I’ve gone I’ve rarely heard a rattle. The AC could use some improving for the heavy dance nights.
Sas T — Google review
CODA is a true hidden gem in Toronto’s nightlife scene. I’m always surprised how many people haven’t heard of it—it’s seriously one of the best clubs for house and techno music. The DJs are consistently good, and the sound and lighting system is next level. The red-lit staircase sets the mood before you even walk in (see my photo!). Girls are usually enter for free before 10.30pm!! Drinks are the same price as any bar, and the vibe is way better.
Hiam A — Google review
Amazing sound & vibe inside. Open late, bar staff amazing & the lady who works the bathroom is SO kind. I hope more people tip her. I appreciate the thorough security check that happens outside but one of the security guards is giving bullied in high school. You don’t have to yell in peoples faces to to do a thorough check, it actually makes the check feel less valid 😂
Ebony N — Google review
The layout of the club is actually pretty good. You can view the artist all around the decks. Staff are nice and washrooms are clean. I really like the discoball although there is consistent fog.
Sarah ( — Google review
Friendly accepting atmosphere for all, if you don't have love in your heart, don't come here. People here are amazing staff Is very welcoming and never a dull moment, watching the legend Addy on decks.
Ali S — Google review
Mood lighting, space, closeness to the DJ. Most of the time it’s a 30+ crowd which is so nice 10/10

Welcome to Rebel, a vibrant nightlife destination that spans an impressive 45,000 square feet in the heart of Toronto. This club is not just about dancing; it’s an immersive experience designed to captivate your senses. With its stunning architectural design and powerful sound system, Rebel sets a new benchmark for entertainment. The venue features a dramatic 65-foot stage where performances come alive against the backdrop of breathtaking city skyline views.
Came for the Hollywood Undead & Tech N9ne concert, absolutely amazing! The staff were super nice and helpful, specifically helping me and my girlfriend get to the accessible seating section, which has an amazing view! The drinks were tasty, and the lighting was killer.
Rylly P — Google review
My boyfriend and I went to see The Roots! The staff were really nice and professional. We waited for our bracelets to get up to the VIP section, and the view was awesome! The sound system was incredible and the show was just spectacular! There’s no food there, but the bartenders were very kind! Got some ice in a cup to keep our drinks cold throughout the night and the staff kept coming around to collect our empties. Would love to go back to see more concerts!

✨🎶 Rebel Toronto Review 🎶✨ What a club, what a club! 🔥 Honestly, Rebel Toronto is one of the best clubs in the world 🌍💯. The vibes are unmatched – amazing music 🎵, great drinks 🍹, and an atmosphere full of energy and fun. 🏢 The place itself is huge – you can move around and even enjoy different parties inside the same club 🎉🙌. Definitely a unique experience! ⏰ A few tips: The lineups are massive 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️, so come early to avoid the wait. Tickets 🎟️ are available, and you can also get in from the front entrance. Parking 🅿️ is super busy with limited spots 🚗, so it’s better to use transit 🚆 or cabs 🚖. 🚫 And please – don’t drink and drive ❌🚗🍺. If you plan to drink, always take a cab or rideshare 👍. ✨ Inside, it’s all about enjoying the vibes, dancing, and soaking up the experience 💃🕺. Every corner feels alive, making it an unforgettable night out. 💯 Overall: Rebel Toronto is an amazing club that I absolutely loved. Must-visit for nightlife lovers ✅. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (5/5)

A great place for a night out if you want good music, good service and a place to dance with an amazing vibe. It's spacious, has lots of different opportunities for different events, has multiple drink areas, has a GORGEOUS outdoor area to sit or smoke, food is delicious, the sound is great, the staff are very nice and helpful, the lights are beautiful and always different each time I'm there. Definitely worth checking out. Afterwards, if you look out across the water outside you can see the beautiful skyline of Toronto and the CN tower! There's usually a hotdog stand outside too with AMAZING hotdogs. I highly suggest trying that after too.
Sam W — Google review
It’s one of the nicest clubs we’ve been to for sure, played a show with DKM there a while back and it was amazing overall. Staff is really nice, venue is great. Greenrooms are great to, there is actually not much to complain about tbh or maybe I haven’t seen it the time we were there.
PJ — Google review
Came here to see Power Wolf and Dragonforce. Really nice atmosphere and lighting, sound was awesome. Seating and TV's displaying the stage if you don't want to be in the crowd, staff were great. VERY overpriced drinks (almost $7 for a bottle of water) but you know what you are getting into in a place like this
Ryan D — Google review
Honestly one of my favorite venue ! I drive all the way from Ottawa just to see shows here instead of going to Montreal or staying local because the vibe is always amazing. The staff is premium and super nice. There’s parking on-site for $30 or free street parking on Polson Street.
Yannick X — Google review
the venue is awesome, the space and visuals were really good, but the DJ / music was mid. I went on Halloween night and the DJ kept stopping the music to talk every couple of seconds, killing the vibe. He repeated songs and overall couldn't keep the crowd hyped up. Cool experience but if the music isn't good it's hard to stay for more than 2 hours, which sucks because tickets were pretty pricey and we paid an extra 10 dollars per person to skip the insanely long line.

Bar
Get Well is a lively dive bar located in the trendy Trinity-Bellwoods neighborhood, offering a vibrant atmosphere with vintage decor and arcade games. The bar boasts an extensive selection of craft beers on tap and bottled options not commonly found elsewhere. Guests can enjoy an ever-changing variety of artisanal brews, including fruity sours and regional ciders, alongside New York-style pizza from the popular North of Brooklyn Pizzeria.
I visited this place this Thursday, and I have to say I’m in love! Totally recommend for friends night out, grabbing a beer with the guys or a first date. The bartenders and staff in general are so friendly. They charged my phone for me and offered me a free slice of pizza when I jokingly complained mine was too small to count.
Rameesha S — Google review
Our first night in Toronto and we couldn’t have picked a better spot! 🍻 Really good beers on tap, super easy and relaxed vibe, and honestly one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had. We even played a few arcade games, such a fun extra! The bartender was super nice and we had a great chat with her. Thanks for having us. We’ll definitely come back!
Michael B — Google review
One of my go to bars. The staff are friendly, there's a good beer selection and late night snacks. The pizza is excellent! They have rotating specials too so there's always something new to try. Bar gets super packed on weekends so get there early to snag a seat, or go on weekdays if you want a more relaxed vibe.
Marli C — Google review
Attended here last night. It was overall a good time however when I went up to the bar I was ordered two shots. I had some cash that I wanted to use to leave a tip. I was about to give to the server however, as I pressed no tip on the machine the server then embarrassed me by saying “you know it’s rude to not tip”. Me and my friends then left cause honestly it is so unprofessional and rude. The server was a girl with short hair and I hope she changes her attitude .
Gui C — Google review
The Get Well totally gets it. Super eclectic spot on Dundas it is the perfect antidote to detox from the vibrant Ossington strip. Laid back, oozing a cool vibe with a wide array of beers on tap, limited cocktails and vast pours of wine by the glass. And you can pizza by the slice served up via Gracie's Pizza. fun times.
Hawkes B — Google review
Had a pint and a slice of Pizza here. They have arcade games here! Spacious, decently priced bar with quite a few beers on tap and limited cocktail menu. Not much to eat here except the Pizza though which was OK. Slightly expensive at 8$ per slice. 🍕
Debashish K — Google review
Always a blast, I am from Sudbury and try to come here whenever I roll into Toronto. Colin is the main man and has been crushing it at the speed of light since I started coming here years ago, always wicked to see a familiar face behind the bar. Pizza is always top, beers are top, and the arcade machines are an awesome touch also. I’ll always come back to try and get wrecked at Donkey Kong just one.more. time. Thanks!
Mitchell S — Google review
I have been going to this bar off and on for years now and I always have a great. I was just recently back in Toronto and stopped by this place and was not disappointed. They have a pizza shop in the back which is great when you have late night munchies. Unlike many other arcade bars, Get Well's games are free. You can not beat that. The vibes and staff are also great!

The Drake Underground is a trendy and stylish subterranean venue located beneath the famous Drake Hotel on Queen Street West in Toronto. It has undergone a multi-million dollar transformation, offering an intimate and welcoming space with a capacity of 200. The venue features casual comfort-food dining with international cuisine, making it a favorite spot for both local and international artists to showcase cutting-edge performances.
Bought Tickets to see Dj Whipped Cream, awesome smaller venue and she put on a great set. I’d come back for another Dj event for sure. The only improvement would be to have more than 1 bartender, took a little while to get drinks at times. Drinks were around $10.
R G — Google review
Was at The Drake Underground for a concert recently: Venue holds 200 and is downstairs from street level, but there's an accessible entrance through the hotel lobby & an elevator to take you down (a staff member needs to escort you because a key fob is required & the corridor goes past the dressing room(s) and side of the stage - right to the front of the house). The bar & staff handling admissions are at the back of the house - up a short flight of stairs - so you won't be able to get up there with a mobility device & will have to ask staff or your companion(s) to scan your ticket or get you a drink. The accessible bathroom is back on the main floor, beside the elevator, and there's a bar/restaurant just off of the lobby too (you don't need the key fob or staff assistance to return to the main floor, but you will need it to get back down to the venue). Overall, it's a great spot to catch a live show & staff were friendly and very helpful! Intimate size, sound is great, and you can get right up to the stage.
Lee C — Google review
I went for Drag Brunch. The staff and service was incredible, the ambiance was great, and the drag performance by Miss Moco was spectacular. I’d definitely go back for special occasions or for a fun experience. Me and my friends are vegan, and while the kitchen could accommodate, the options were pretty limited and lacked flavour and creativity. I’d highly recommend that the restaurant get more creative with vegan options and add something like vegan pancakes or waffles or get a vegan egg option. I’ll definitely go back, just hope that in the future the food becomes more fun for vegans.
Lucas S — Google review
The Drake Underground is my favourite venue for intimate concerts with great up-and-coming musicians (located under the Drake Hotel). I’ve even found a few of my favourite musicians because they played there. Plus, tickets are actually affordable, at about $30-$40/person, in my experience. There is a bar in the performance venue (fyi, the Drake Hotel restaurant is a totally separate space, upstairs on the main floor). I frequently check the What’s On event calendar (filtering the events by “Drake Underground”) to find new musicians to listen to. I hope, in future, the Drake Underground will be available to view as a Curator on Apple Music, as I don’t use Spotify. The website can be a little difficult to navigate given there are multiple locations of the Drake Hotel chain, and multiple features and venues within each location. For example, the Drake Underground isn’t formally listed on the main Menu, but you’ll find it through the What’s On Calendar. I would prefer if the website listed key information like whether purses/bags are allowed into the performance venue (they are), and if there’s an optional coat/bag check (there is, at $3/item). I had even called ahead of time to ask, but unfortunately, the friendly employee I spoke with wasn’t informed that there would, in fact, be a coat check available.

Took my daughters to lunch here today while visiting Toronto. I had the Hanoi bowl and it was delicious. Had a light summer taste, very enjoyable. Service was friendly and quick.

All around good venue. The staff was excellent. The food was great. The venue is clean, sleek and sound good. Thanks to the Underground and Bailey for throwing a great show. I can't wait to come back.

Storm Crow Manor is a vibrant and inclusive geek-themed bar in Toronto that attracts a diverse crowd with its impressive selection of themed drinks, comic-book cuisine, and ever-changing evening entertainment. The venue caters to Sci-Fi, fantasy, and comic book lovers of all kinds, offering an experience where patrons can enjoy drinks straight out of their favorite movies while surrounded by decked-out decor.
We found this place by chance, and it turned out to be such a cool experience. The ambience is spooky, quirky, and super fun — with crystal balls, skeletons, and dim lighting that really set the mood. We ordered cocktails and were blown away by the presentation. It was definitely a bit extra, but in the best way . I haven’t seen anything like it anywhere else. As for food, we only tried the appetizers — including the Tater Tots of Terror. The waiter warned us they were spicy, and she wasn’t kidding. They were really spicy, but so good we couldn’t stop eating them. Totally addictive. Overall, a unique spot with great energy, fun drinks, and memorable food. So glad we found it.🙏🏻
Ashly R — Google review
It was a super cool experience! Their food and drinks menus are extensive, with lots of details in the flavour text. The decor adds to the experience, and rolling d20 dice for food and drink options was fun. The food itself was delicious. The roulette meatball was supposed to have one meatball be super spicy, but it didn't taste that spicy to me. It still tasted great. The dracarys platter is a good option for trying a few different things at once, and for sharing with friends. The salad was well balanced.
Vi — Google review
We loved this place, the whole theme of the decor and the extent to which they went was fantastic! The menu and drinks were playfully and well described, not to mention delicious. We did go hard on the drinks a bit so the tab was high BUT nothing was really overpriced, you could easily spend under $30 and enjoy yourself. We really loved the vibe and that they were hosting a DnD night while we were there. Awesome place for all the nerds!
Sonia M — Google review
CRITICAL HIT: A MUST-VISIT GUILD HALL! Forget the mundane, adventurers. Storm Crow Manor isn't a restaurant; it's a meticulously crafted dimensional pocket where every corner is a lore drop waiting to be discovered. Stepping into this Victorian mansion is an immediate 100% Sync experience for any fan of fantasy, sci-fi, or horror. The atmosphere is absolutely unparalleled. You'll spend half your visit on a high-level scavenger hunt, checking out the Beholder art. The menu embraces the chaos beautifully. For the daring, the Dungeon Burger (D20 roll for ingredients!) is mandatory and is served in a treasure chest! Every room is a unique biome of awesome—it’s like exploring a well-designed video game map. Awesome experience that is worthy of a platinum level PS5 trophy! This is the ultimate Toronto achievement unlocked. Go now!
Kurt — Google review
What an amazing setup/vibe/atmosphere! I had the "roll the dice" pasta and it was really good. I do something similar at home but it doesn't turn out like that.. 10/10, would recommend. We had two dry ice beverages and it was exactly as fun as you'd hope. I'm really glad we waited around instead of leaving. I'm going to make reservations next time.
Rachel B — Google review
Drove all the way from California to tempt fate and have a dungeon burger. Ended up with a chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce and Tartar sauce. Anywhere else and that would have been a truly cursed meal, but Storm Crow Manner made it delicious! My server Alex did a fantastic job and between her and the manager, it was a truly memorable experience. Definitely get the full experience with the chest. It's worth it! I will most definitely be back.
Rævyn — Google review
This isn't just a restaurant; it's what happens when a D&D dungeon master and a hoarder with excellent taste collaborate on an interior design project after three pots of coffee. The atmosphere is a delightful, chaotic mashup of "Secret Agent Clubhouse," "Victorian Funeral Home," and "Where Did I Put My Keys? (The Room)." You'll spend more time trying to find a bathroom than you will eating, and every door is a delightful 50/50 chance of leading to a secret lair or just a broom closet. The food is... present. It's the dependable friend who drove you to the party. The one you appreciate, but definitely aren't talking about the next day. But the staff? They're magnificent, navigating this multi-themed labyrinth with the unflappable cool of a seasoned starship crew. If you ever wanted to feel like a drunken extra in a movie where the plot is "Find the Nachos," this is your spot. Five stars for the catacombs, minus one for the inevitable existential crisis when you realize you've been sitting next to a prop replica of a velociraptor for two hours. Go get lost!
Fergus W — Google review
If you like "nerdy" culture, this place is a blast. I rolled for my burger, and it turned out great. The drinks and food themes are alot of fun, and the servers were friendly and helpful. The beers I sampled on tap were ok, but my Cthulu tiki cocktail was great.

With over 25 years of history, it's a popular spot for drag performances, DJs, and Friday night dance lessons. The club offers a unique blend of high-energy drag shows and Latin dance nights that draw an energetic and diverse crowd.
This club? A whole vibe. The staff were so cool, I was half-convinced they moonlight as superheroes. The music hit harder than my morning coffee, and every beat felt like it was made just for me. As for the atmosphere – I walked in and immediately forgot I had bills to pay. 10/10 would lose track of time (and possibly my voice) here again! 🎶💃🏻🍸

This place is a lot of fun. Always starts off with a lot of women. The men usually show up later.... There is a fun drag show that happens on saturday nights. That's the highlight of the evening. And then the party starts rolling after that. This is a great place to end your night. Because this place doesn't get jumping until after 1130 pm. That being said, drinks are very cheap compared to other places in the city so if you want to start your evening here you'll be making your own party, but it will be affordable. There's mostly latin music played all night long.So if you're not into latin music, don't go here. I have attended this place for many years it hasn't changed.

I would say that my experience was a solid 4 stars. I booked a booth for around $550 which got me a premium bottle I chose patron and mixes as well as booth service. The booth service thought out the night was fine but when I got there it took them almost 45 mins to set my booth up which was awkward as my group was there waiting for drinks. The other frustrating thing was that I was trying to get in touch with management for an entire week before my reservation to confirm if I could bring balloons/cupcakes in as it was my birthday, I called 6 times, left 3 voice mails, and messaged the IG account and no one got back to me. For the amount of $$ paid that night this was disappointing. The music and drag show were great as always which is why I came back. Demographic of people here is totally weird, I would say 70% girls/gays then 30% men on the prowl. At the end of the night a HUGE fight broke out and one guy was literally dragged out of the bar and ambulances had to be called. Realistically this isn’t the establishments fault but reflective of the people you might run into here.

Eclectic crowd, very loud good music and an entertaining drag show at 12:30am on Saturday also had a good cosmo martini for $15 also paid $20 entrance

This club is very old school. Being here felt like stepping in to a night club in the 80s. The performances of drag queens, lights, sound quality of speakers, all lack modernity, progress and innovation. It’s 2025 and they’re stuck in the 80s style drag shows. Sad.

I rekindled with some old friends from years ago. We had a great time. The music was so good they played salsa, merengue, reggae, reggeton, R&B Everything. They also did a live performance which was fantastic and fun. Thanks for a great night
Raquel H — Google review
Overcrowded, overpriced, for the show they’ll ask you to remove yourself from the dance floor and squish towards the outside. But what really pissed me off what’s that I ordered 5 different drinks for me and my friends, the bartender pretended to have “misunderstand”, did all gin & tonics and charged for all the drinks. Terrible night

First time "clubbing" in like over 20yrs and I was fairly impressed that the music the same as when I went clubbing @18. It was a great mix of salsa and 2000s classics. The place was fairly clean. Loved it.

The Rec Room is a vibrant and expansive entertainment hub located in Roundhouse Park, spanning an impressive 40,000 square feet. This unique venue combines the best of a sports bar with an arcade, offering everything from delicious pub fare and craft beers to thrilling virtual reality experiences. Perfectly situated near popular attractions like the CN Tower and Rogers Centre, it’s an ideal spot for pre-game drinks or simply enjoying a night out with friends or that special someone.
We had a fantastic time at The Rec Room in downtown Toronto! It’s an excellent spot for both food and entertainment, conveniently located right next to the CN Tower and the Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada. After a fun-filled visit to the aquarium, we walked over to The Rec Room and were not disappointed. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with plenty of space to relax, eat, and play. The food was delicious and served promptly—perfect for a casual meal with family or friends. What really stood out was the variety of entertainment options available. From classic arcade games to virtual reality experiences, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean, well-organized, and designed to create a fun experience for visitors of all ages. If you’re visiting downtown Toronto, I highly recommend stopping by The Rec Room. Whether you’re looking for great food, fun games, or just a unique way to unwind after sightseeing, it’s definitely worth a visit

Tried their food for the first time and it was amazing! The hot honey wings were incredible, and the mac and cheese was packed with rich, savory flavor. The cocktails were refreshing and paired perfectly with the food—though I’d prefer a little less ice. The only hiccup was getting our waters served or refilled, but given it was a busy Sunday, it’s understandable. The staff was still friendly throughout. I’ll definitely be back for both the food and the vibe—perfect spot for a fun, laid-back date!

Another business that needs servers but short 10 min away on a weekday early after noon. The pasta and 🍤 shrimp was tasty. Hamburger was good and my crispy chicken sandwich was crunchy. Every meal was good. Server was nice but overwhelmed by the crowd before a Jays game.

The Rec Room in Toronto is an amazing place to visit if you’re looking for a fun night out with family or friends. It offers a fantastic variety of games, from classic arcade machines to modern interactive experiences, making it enjoyable for both kids and adults. The design of the place is very modern yet cozy, with plenty of tables and seating areas to relax between games. The atmosphere feels lively and welcoming, and it’s easy to spend hours enjoying everything it has to offer. The restaurant is excellent, with a good selection of meals that go far beyond the typical arcade fare. There’s also a very good bar serving a wide range of drinks, making it equally appealing for those who just want to enjoy a nice dinner or drink while others play. A helpful note for families: children are welcome during the day, but after 11 PM no kids are allowed, so plan accordingly. The location could not be better, right in the heart of Toronto’s entertainment district. It’s only steps away from the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, Rogers Centre, and many other major attractions. Parking is also very convenient, with a large indoor lot just a short walk away.

We came on a Thursday night, I thought it’d be packed considering its stellar location right beside the CN Tower but the outside terrace was sooo quiet! We came for a quick drink but ended up splitting a pizza and it was really great, a good amount of food for 2 people for only 20$ as well. Service was fast and the cocktails were pricey, but good. Overall it’s not cheap but for the location/atmosphere it’s not bad, we had a really great time.

Was pretty good overall. We enjoyed the arcade, they had lots of game options and the gamecards were decently priced. The food was really good for the price. Whoever, the poutine sucks, they use the wrong type of gravy. Loved the complimentary popcorn! The only major downside was the service. Nothing went wrong, but no one was overly nice and welcoming. The bathrooms are decorated nicely, but there is a serious smell, and they are very dirty. I would come back, but with lowered expectations.

Had a great time at the Rec Room celebrating a bachelor party. The place was packed but we were still able to find plenty of machines to play on. There was a great selection of games to play! We sat down for a bit at the bar to watch the game and order some food and drinks. The fish and chips were great, I did not expect the fish to be as big as it was, I would have went with the one piece if I would have known, and the nachos were really good. The prices are very fare for the amount of food you get. I will definitely be back again next time I'm in town.

Bowling alley

Event venue
The Ballroom Bowl is not your typical bowling alley. It's a lively entertainment venue that offers 10-pin bowling, rooftop patio, and elevated pub fare. The place transforms into a complete entertainment hub with live bands, themed nights like karaoke or rock band concerts, and various events to keep the energy high. With its spacious layout and dozens of TVs, it's a popular spot for quality nightlife in Toronto. Additionally, it hosts live DJs on weekends without any cover charge until 9 pm.
An incredibly beautiful place with a warm atmosphere, modern interior and delicious food!!! We had a great time, which was due to both the warm attitude of the staff and the expanded possibilities of the game. We arrived early, so the children decided to try the desserts offered on the menu. To be honest, I did not expect such wonderful dishes as vanilla ice cream with delicate mousse cream on top, Nutella and nuts - for only 5 dollars!! Even the dessert that seemed not very promising by the name "Oreo with milk" - turned out to be huge cookies prepared by the restaurant with magical chocolate cream with milk cream sauce, in which these cookies could be dipped ... Special respect to the staff and waiters for their tactful and reverent attitude to visitors, even such noisy ones as us)). Please note that when you enter names before starting the game, you can set various functions: in our case, the choice of bumpers was very useful, since there were small children in the team. The choice of balls is also quite comfortable - we managed to find light green balls that fit small palms and were relatively light. The restaurant is located right next to the lanes, and there are comfortable leather sofas and tables near the lanes. From start to finish, the reception staff came and asked if everything was okay, and if we had any questions, they were immediately resolved. I recommend this bright experience to everyone, allowing you to escape from the daily routine without leaving the city!!!!

I love the the combination of bowling, bars, music, and other games you get while you at this fabulous place. They have Friendly, attentive staff and professional management. They are not your average bowling alley. Pretty good food for a bowling alley, with diverse options such as sliders, tacos, and appetizers. Bowling lanes are well-maintained and the venue offers a vibrant, active environment. Overall, a great place for a friend hangout or a small party.
Shiroman A — Google review
Ballroom Bowl delivers a great time with lively energy, tasty food, and solid drinks—perfect for a night out with friends. The lanes are on the narrower side, so don’t expect a sprawling alley, but the retro-chic decor and upbeat atmosphere make up for it. Service was friendly, and the menu (especially the loaded nachos and craft cocktails) kept us fueled between frames. The big downside? We wanted to extend our session by just 30 minutes but were told they had bookings—only to later notice 5 out of 7 lanes sat empty for the next hour. It’s frustrating when businesses choose this route instead of accommodating guests (and missing out on extra revenue!). 3.5/5– A fun spot, but the inflexibility left a sour note. Book ahead accounting for extra hours you may need. But hope they’ll loosen up on extensions in the future. Tip: If you’re loving your game, ask early about extending—before the “next booking” excuse comes up!
Clive G — Google review
The place is nice and there was good music, but I feel that more balls are needed to choose the appropriate weight and size for all types of hands and strengths. The only balls we had access to were those in our line, they were also very damaged and the children's line was even broken. It is also somewhat uncomfortable to be seated in the same ball row as the people next to you.

I had a rather negative experience at this place back in December. I spoke with management and they corrected the issue. If you have a chance to return to the establishment last night as I was in the area and it was a complete 180 from last time. Food and service were great. Drinks were perfect. My faith has been restored in a great location!!!

Stopped in with a friend to watch the first game of the World Series—let’s go Blue Jays! Unlike other bars where it’s hard to find a seat, the maître d' made sure we got a great spot upstairs even though it was busy. The staff were kind and friendly; it gets lively and our order got a bit mixed up, but they fixed it quickly and made us feel like regulars. We also got a chance to meet the owner who was down to earth, checked on fans, and kept the energy high. My only gripe was the sound system—it was tough to hear the live commentary clearly. Still, for atmosphere, service, and game-day vibes, this place is a standout and an easy choice for the next big matchup.

An absolute gem in downtown Toronto! The Ballroom Bowl is the perfect mix of fun, food, and fantastic vibes. From the moment we walked in, the energy was upbeat, the space was vibrant, and the staff made us feel right at home. The lanes are clean and well-maintained, and the additional games — like pool, ping-pong, foosball, and more — make it more than just a bowling alley. It’s a full-on entertainment destination. The food blew us away. Far from typical bowling alley fare — the wings, sliders, and pizzas were top-notch, and the cocktails were crafted with care. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The music, lighting, and atmosphere make this a great place for date night, family outings, or big group events. When the DJ gets going upstairs, the place really comes alive! The staff were absolutely incredible — friendly, fast, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great time. From the front desk to the servers, everyone went above and beyond. It’s rare to see this level of consistent and positive customer service these days. Whether you’re planning a birthday, a corporate event, or just a fun night out, this is the place to go. Tons of space, great layout, and a very organized team that knows how to host a crowd. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to go back! If you’re looking for fun in the heart of Toronto — The Ballroom Bowl is the place.

At night, it transforms into a hotspot for food enthusiasts and stylish individuals who gather at the modern restaurant for exceptional Brazilian and Japanese cuisine or at the lounge bar for pre-club drinks.
I went there with zero expectations, I didn't have reservation, they kindly offer me a table in the back, place that if you see my picture is completely nice, we were attended by Lucy, server has a great attitude, explaining everything and helping me to decide what to order she literally rocks. Let's talk about the food, the sushi (Kriptonite roll) was delicious, the guacamole was absolutely fantastic, has a different combination of flavors that make a unique dish, from the protein I ordered AAA Sirloin Steak, what a nice and unique sauce, all together makes and experience, from dessert I was already full but going to a place and no trying the desserts its like not going, Lucy helps me in this and she offers me the lemon lavender cheesecake, what a nice surprise, its in my top 3 of desserts in Toronto, from the drinks I love the whisky sour, made properly, you can get wrong with a classic cocktail, is not a cheap place at all but definitely feels OK to spend here

Sandy was our waiter and she was amazing! At first we were seated in the far back of the restaurant and I didn’t feel like we would get the full experience being tucked away at the back. I asked to move to a more appealing seat and my request was granted without hesitation. There was a spider near where we were seated and a male worker had no problem killing it for me lol. We went for my bday dinner and she surprised us with complimentary shots. It was my first time there and my experience was amazing! The manager also helped out with our dining experience and I thought that was really nice. I will definitely be going back! Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

We came as part of a work event on a Tuesday night. It was a large group of us and two other tables in the restaurant. Our server tried to handle our tables with the assistance of lots of runners and what appeared to be a manager. They (the server) did not crack much of a smile and a couple of facial expressions could be read as frustration with our taking time to decide on some drinks. They never connected with our tables in a meaningful manner. Some of us received our meals and there was a gap while the rest of the table waited for their meals. Some of the meat was not cooked to the preferences of my co-workers (too rare) it seemed to be a bit of an inconvenience to correct. The three course set menu was a reasonable choice for its price. The views from the deck and windows are unsurpassed. We went out onto the patio and it was breathtaking but many of us noticed the green in the water even though it was dusk and was an unpleasant sight. (Understand the time of the year but then drain the pool if you aren't keeping it up) I get that we aren't the restaurant's target market (we are older and not hip) but the amount of money spent would have appreciated a bit friendlier service.

This rooftop has the potential to be one of the best in Toronto. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful — the view, the layout, and the vibe are all top-notch. However, the service didn’t quite match the setting. It felt a bit unorganized, with people sitting and placing drinks wherever they wanted. There didn’t seem to be much attention to those who had reserved tables or ordered food. I understand it gets busy on weekend nights, but with better management, the experience could be greatly improved. That said, I really enjoyed the spicy margarita — the flavor was bold and well-balanced, and it stood out as one of the better cocktails I’ve had recently. With a bit more structure and service quality, this place could easily become one of the top rooftops in the city.

The venue features nightly performances by top-notch bands, ranging from lively hop-blues to soulful Motown-inspired shows. It's the perfect place to enjoy quality beverages, late-night tapas, and dance the night away in a subterranean hideaway.
Awesome spot to have a few drinks and enjoy live music. The drinks were great; strong and flavorful. Seating is very limited so beware. We had to stand for a few hours, but the great live music made it worthwhile. There was a $15 cover per person (cash cover), but I think it was worth it. Nice intimate ambience. Bartenders were friendly. I would highly recommend this spot for a date night or after dinner activity. Definitely get there when they open or you'll be standing the whole night.

If you’re looking for a truly romantic and unique night out, you should definitely visit this restaurant — especially when they have live music. The band was absolutely amazing and added so much charm to the atmosphere. Prices were reasonable too. We had a fantastic time at this lounge—it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a great evening. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance stood out: stylish, modern, and effortlessly relaxing. The lighting, music, and overall vibe created a laid-back yet upscale atmosphere that made it easy to settle in. There’s was cover fee $10p/p at the front which goes to the band, definitely worth it. The service was top-notch. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. A special Thank you to the front desk staff who helped us get the best seats❤️ They made great recommendations and ensured our experience was smooth from start to finish. The drink menu was impressive, with a wide variety of wines, and premium spirits as well as non alcoholic drinks. 🍹🍷🍻 We especially enjoyed the oysters 🦪 which was perfectly balanced and refreshing. If you’re looking for a great date night spot with live jazz music, the reservoir lounge is one to check out. The atmosphere is very intimate & the live band when we visited was so good! The food as well is great as they can all be shared & they have a good selection of drinks. I’d recommend reserving a table in advance as this place does fill up fast, & there is a cash only cover charge of $10 per person. They do have an atm if you don’t have cash on you & a coat check! The gentlemen at the door was kind enough to let me leave my umbrella in the coat check so I don’t have to worry about it at my seat.

Cool and unique place. Food is very medium and both selection and quality is on poor side. Service is friendly but slow, probably because the place is too packed. Live music is fantastic and the atmosphere is generally great.

We went to this jazz restaurant last night but the experience was disappointing a bit! The stage was too small and people without tables stood in front of others blocking the view. It was also too crowded for such a small place and the singer was far too loud for the space. The food was fine but the portions were small too!! Overall, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and we couldn’t really enjoy the music we came for. you can see in the photo how crowded it was just minutes after the singer started. It was way too packed for such a small place! And then the video you can see how crowded was…each person was around 50 for food only and 15 dollar for the entrance!

This place is great for an evening of team building! Booking online is a breeze, and there's no minimum spend for a group of 11. We arrived at 430pm to a pretty empty venue. Great for us because we could pick where we wanted to sit first. The bartender and servers were excellent. They were attentive, made suggestions and checked in with us throughout the night. We paid $37.12 each to have access to all 3 9 hole courses. It took us a total of 3 hours to finish the courses in between drinks, food and chit chat. The courses were really fun and super unique! Since we went a few days before Halloween the space was decked out in theme. They change up the courses often so it doesn't get boring. As for food, we ordered 6 pizzas and 6 snack bags of popcorn to feed the group. As event organizer, I walked away with a full pizza because they were really filling Detroit style pizzas from Ace. The CHEESE! wow. They snack bags of popcorn were also quite tasty. The drink of the night had to be Shock Top on draft. Everyone gravitated towards it because it's a rare find at bars. The bathrooms were well kept. Overall, we had a great time and we'll be back in the new year!

Smaller than I expected, but still had a good time. Each hole is much smaller than typical mini putt, which I didn't realize before arriving. But the drinks were good and my party all enjoyed themselves. Lots of chances to take funny photos.

We were looking for something fun to do while visiting downtown Toronto. This place came across our google searches and we decided to try it out. We normally really enjoy golf & some mini putt- this seemed intriguing. Intriguing it was. The staff at the front and the bar are super friendly and easy to talk to. Great conversation & good service. We picked the 18 hole package and they allowed us to do the bonus ones. (Total of 24 I think?). This would be a great place to go with a group of people who are drinking, tipsy and want a good laugh. The holes are super short but they’re entertaining. Some don’t even require you to use the putter, it’s all in good food. Someone thought this out really well. We did have some good laughs, and there were times we wondered if it was a hazard (the balls bounce and can go back at you depending on the hole LOL). Overall we did enjoy our time. It seemed a bit cheesy and we got through it quickly just the two of us. We probably wouldn’t come back as we’ve done it already, but for a group of people looking to get silly? Definitely would recommend for a good time. Also there’s a ping pong bar upstairs- but we opted to stick to the putting.

Our drinks were yummy and complimentary as the first course is under construction and we paid for three courses. Everyone was helpful and nice, but the courses seem a little dated and are maybe in need of updated and repair, but overall we had fun!

If staying in Toronto downtown, looking for something fun to do. Give this place a go. Has a liquor license, so you can enjoy some drinks. Very casual atmosphere to have fun and yet be relaxed. Definitely lots of laughs along the way. ⛳️🍹🍻🤣
Matthew S — Google review
We paid over 30 dollars per person for a VERY subpar mini putt course. The space is way too small to accommodate all the holes they tried to cram into the place. You really can't play a proper game of mini-putt here at all. If you're coming to eat and drink and goof around with your friends, maybe it could be adequate. But I came with my sister (who doesn't drink) for a competitive game of mini-putt, which was impossible, so we walked out after 7 holes. I will say the bartender was lovely and made me a great Caesar. I can't speak on the food as we did not order any. The girl at the front desk seemed kind of over it and gave us a very brief and confusing overview. We couldn't find the first hole. The holes are not intuitively placed and the numbering makes no sense. Some of the written instructions on the signs also make no sense. It kind of looks like something someone might have set up in their basement. Overall, massive disappointment and waste of money.
M E — Google review
We had a good time however we went on a Saturday night when the place was packed. We did have a reservation but they seemed to be taking walk ins as well. I heard several times from several people that the place was over capacity. Because it was so busy we did have long wait times between holes and that was annoying. The bar was great, reasonably priced. Staff was wonderful. Honestly they kept smiles on their faces and were friendly even with how chaotic and busy it was. The holes were so creative and fun though small and not crazy challenging. I appreciated the drink stands at each hole so there was somewhere to put my drink while taking my shot. I loved the retro feel with a lot of 80's/90's references! The DJ did great but there was really no where to dance and where the DJ was set up cut off the additional bar they had so made things a little tighter and more crowded. It was also very hot. We did skip a couple holes because it was just too long a wait and I was getting unbearably hot. But they did have free coat check and a really nice security guard at the door explaining everything. All in all I would go again, just not on a weekend night. I will leave that to the younger people. I would like to say how I can see this place being great for all age ranges but not all at the same time. Maybe weekday/evening for older or very young crowd and Friday/Saturday nights for 19-25yrs.

Live music venue
Located in Toronto's entertainment district, Toybox is a 14,000 square feet nightclub and entertainment venue that opened in early 2019. It was established by the team behind Rebel, Toronto's largest nightlife and concert venue. With a capacity for 1200 guests, it features state-of-the-art design with digital displays and pop art. The club offers two rooms with different sounds and hosts renowned DJs spinning electronic dance music on Fridays and top 40 beats on Saturdays.
Had an amazing night at the club. The music was outstanding, with a perfect mix of old and new hits, creating a great party vibe. The presence of a coat check added to the convenience of the experience. Highly recommended for a fun night out!

Toybox Nightclub Review – Toronto Toybox is one of Toronto’s most high-energy nightclubs, known for its vibrant atmosphere, modern design, and a crowd that comes to party. Located in the heart of the city’s entertainment district, it draws in a stylish, younger crowd with top DJs, hip-hop and electronic nights, and frequent themed events. The space is sleek and immersive—with LED walls, flashy lights, and a massive dance floor that gets packed fast. VIP sections are available for bottle service and birthday celebrations, and security is generally solid, though the lines outside can get long, especially after 11 p.m. Drinks are pricey, as expected for downtown, but bartenders are quick and professional.

Toybox Club has secured its place as my ultimate party haven. The music is phenomenal, setting the stage for an unforgettable night filled with energy and excitement. The vibrant atmosphere at Toybox is always full, creating an electric buzz that keeps the party alive. While the dance area might be packed, it's a testament to the club's popularity, making every moment on the floor absolutely worth it. Whether you're drawn to the tunes, the lively ambiance, or the always-packed dance floor, Toybox Club guarantees an exhilarating and full-throttle night out.

Friendly staff and bouncer were super nice to us. It was sold out event! Super jam pack, bring yourself a fan because it can get super hot. Coat check is $3.50 and the line are very long. The drinks are over price. Water bottle is $6!
Susan T — Google review
This is the worst club I’ve ever been to. Bouncers here are the most predatory and unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered who are all on some kind of god complex cop reject power trip. Our group of seven were all on the guest list with tickets, but they only let half the group in and made the others wait in line for 30 minutes just to be rejected at the front for reasons that constantly changed. In order to get in at that point you needed to bribe the bouncers, but one them admitted that even when you pay them their sketchy under the table fee they’d still make you wait a random amount of time before letting you in. And any men would also still have to pay the cover fee. I came back out with the tickets for the people in our group that waited in line but they were still refused entry. Our entire group left at this point. They are many better clubs in the area and our group had a great time at one literally a two minute walk away from this garbage excuse for a club.

Horrible and unlucky experience, my first nightclub experience in Toronto. I came here on a Friday (no event) night before 11pm for line up with 3 other friends. 💰Entrance fee is $30 which I find it overpriced, lady or man! Coat check was fine. Now, I understand drinks at any kind of food, service, clubs establishments is expensive, but $5 for a cup of tap water?? Anyway, I ordered a cup of drink and not the tap water. 🎵 They only play one time of music which I think it was electric. The unlucky experience is someone stole my wallet from my purse, and used my credit cards at ToyBox. I asked the staff there about if they found any wallet when I found out my wallet was gone, and nothing. FYI, be careful at Casablanca too, the thief tried to used it. One of the coat check lady was nice enough that call her manager and talked to me and left my information there. The manager told me to call back the next day at 8 o’ clock for follow up, I called next day and the day after, but nobody pick up. I emailed them and they responded asking basic question that I had already gave them (wrote down) on the same night, I replied and I heard no more from ToyBox.🙂 Bottom line I would not recommend this club, there is much better one in GTA.

Coming from New York I was pleasantly introduced to the Toronto club scene at Toybox. The booth and bottle service were excellent from entry to exist. Service was attentive even in the packed club. Security was on point keeping the large crowd under control. Revellers were on the younger side, possibly due to graduation week but people were very polite. They don't serve mixed drinks or shots at the booth and the crowd is too daunting to cut across to the bar. Music system lights and DJs are good. Recommend getting a booth and reaching out through their website.
Hussain R — Google review
Artsy and chic looking club with an interesting layout. The lights and sound system are very good quality, very immersive. Main dance floor is narrow with tables to the side. It does get packed full of people so there is an underground hallway to move from the back bar to side stage. Interesting art splashed throughout the club. Only gripe is the crowd is more on the younger side; 19 - 24 y/o. Younger than typical raves. Good club, do recommend checking out for the experience.

Track & Field is a lively spot in Toronto's Little Italy, offering a blend of leisure and competition. The bar features shuffleboard, bocce lanes, and the Ontario-invented game crokinole. With its fake foliage, lanterns, and retro music vibe, it's a haven for lawn game enthusiasts. The venue also offers an extensive cocktail menu and local beers to enjoy while playing games like bocce and shuffleboard.
I went for the first time last night after paying a visit to Hail Mary’s. From upstairs, we could hear how great the music was, so we were totally drawn to Track. Cover wasn’t bad, $10 is reasonable. The cocktails were a little expensive, but to be fair, they are unique to the bar. I tried “The Hell Yeah” which was infused with earl grey and used egg whites and all that funky stuff (which, you would expect to be more expensive!). The music was phenomenal, I never thought a bar would play Hannah Montana, Vengaboys and then play creed in the same set. We’re coming back tonight.

I LOVE the vibes here, definitely a great place for a friends night out. I think they have Tacos here now because you can get Tacos for $5 during their happy hour 5pm - 9pm through Wed- Saturday. I really recommend it’s so good!! (The pork and shrimp is so good)

We went here for a themed event that was sold out so seating was limited but we expected that. The signature drinks for this event were not great, too sweet and not very cold. These signature drinks were too complicated for the bar staff to make and really slowed down drink service. This is a cozy spot good mood lighting and a Photo booth. Overall a good place to grab a beer but not a cocktail.

We went for a party and pre-booked a booth. Service was super kind and attentive. Bocce was a lot of fun! We were on high alert and didn’t get our phones stolen (as per other reviews). The little taco ghost kitchen in the back is very good.

Came here for a social event and my friends and I had a great time. The atmosphere and the vibe was lit. They had a self serve tacos station and it was amazing! They offered various meat options such as honey ginger chicken, bulgogi beef, fried fish, and vegan teriyaki beef. It was absolutely delicious. The Asian-Spanish style really works. And the drinks were also dangerously good. Got the Yolanda and the Live Laugh Mas - highly recommend both. Overall, would definitely recommend to others. It was so fun, can't wait to come back!

My friend and I celebrated our 30th birthday here. Track&Field was the perfect choice for a venue. The interior is picturesque, the games are fun and the staff are phenomenal. They accommodated our large group and the cool thing about this place is you can bring your own food and decorations. We brought our own pizza, chips, cake, plates, cutlery, and balloons. They even have a Photo Booth upstairs. Highly recommend for a party with a large group.

The CN Tower is a must-see landmark in Toronto, standing at over 553 meters tall. It's known for its glass floor and revolving eatery offering panoramic views of the city. Visitors can also experience EdgeWalk, a thrilling hands-free walk around the outside ledge of the tower. As one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World, it's a Canadian icon and symbol of Toronto.
Our visit to the 360 Restaurant at the CN Tower was truly unforgettable. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warm smiles and an energy that matched the breathtaking views from above Toronto. There’s something magical about dining while slowly rotating high above the city — the lights, the skyline, and Lake Ontario shimmering in the distance made the whole evening feel like a dream. But what made the experience even more special was the outstanding service. A very special thank you to Lisa, who took care of us with so much attention, kindness, and professionalism. She made us feel not just like guests, but like VIPs. Every recommendation she gave was spot-on, and her positive energy added such a good vibe to the evening. The food was exquisite — beautifully plated, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with care. Each dish complemented the atmosphere perfectly. Pairing the fine dining with the spectacular 360-degree view is something I would recommend to anyone visiting Toronto. This was more than just a dinner — it was an experience filled with emotion, beauty, and joy. If you’re ever in Toronto, you absolutely must visit the CN Tower and treat yourself to the 360 Restaurant. And if you’re lucky enough to have Lisa take care of you, you’ll know exactly what I mean when I say it’s a night you’ll always remember. Definitely recommend this as a highlight of your trip to Canada!

A overwhelming experience for me as a photography buff. The views offered are simply awesome, you can see the surrounding as if from flight, don't forget to make a time lapse movie that would make you proud. CN tower of Toronto, being the highest man made structure from its completion in 1976 to 2007 when Burz Khalifa became tallest. The highest level that a visitor can go is 457 meters from bottom, total height being 553 meters. There is a revolving restaurant at 355 meters. You can sit near the window and enjoy the 360° view where skyscraper buildings of 60+ floors appear small below while dining. The height affects air pressure and feels like being in a flight. The views from CN tower lift while ascending itself is quite rewarding. You are arriving main deck, you get free access to observation deck and glass window floor to look through and stand on the glass panels which offer the view if ground floor from 350 meter level. There you can buy the top deck ticket for 12 CAD and ride another lift to go to 450 meter level which is highest visitors can go. Nice view from there also, you can see two rail stations, lots of highways, Billy airport and numorous skyscrapers along with beautiful lake. You can also feel little sway at top deck that adds to the wow. Tip - you can reserve the table at 360 restaurant in advance, can skip the line while entering tower, get free access to main observation deck and very good dining experience on the price of minimum 75 CAD spent per head in restaurant, where as you can buy a 80 CAD ticket for CN tower entry, long line with free vitamin D greets you and you have to spend extra on food with limited seating, access to only main deck levels and still have to pay 12 CAD extra for top deck. So, booking a table in 360 works out to be more rewarding.

Obviously this place has an amazing view. I ordered an old fashioned. It was perfectly made. My food was amazing. I got the multi-course meal that included an appetizer, the main dish, and a dessert. It was definitely on the pricey side. For one person with a good solid tip and of course the alcoholic drink. My total bill was about $160. That said the view is amazing. The service was great. The food was amazing. Absolutely worth every bit of it and it was a great evening to myself with a beautiful sunset. I highly recommend getting reservations and I would also recommend to look and see what time is sunset is and get there about a half hour before

We enjoyed the beauty of the tower. We opted for the trip to the top. It's a tad overrated. The clouds at the top made getting good pictures a difficult task. The elevator is super crowded, but very fast. The staff members are kind, respectful and helpful. I think going to the observation deck would have been a better option for us. It is lit beautifully at night from the outside. The glass floor and big beautiful images behind it were fun!
Amie S — Google review
I visited the CN Tower with my family a few years back, and the view from the top is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. You really get to see the city from a whole new perspective. Standing on the glass floor was both exciting and a little nerve-wracking. I definitely felt a bit anxious looking straight down, but it was a fun and memorable experience. It’s one of those iconic spots in Toronto that’s worth visiting once. Whether you go during the day or at night, the view is stunning either way.

Amazing experience at the CN Tower! The view is absolutely breathtaking — you can see the entire city and beyond. The atmosphere is relaxed yet exciting, and everything is super well organized. Perfect spot for photos, sunsets, or just taking in the beauty from above. Totally worth the visit — a must-see for anyone in town!

We bought our tickets online, the process was super easy and fast. We visited on a weekend, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Depending on your ticket, you can visit different levels, and the views are absolutely stunning! We also ate at a buffet-style place inside (not the main restaurant), and the food was good — tasty and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a great experience, and I definitely recommend visiting the CN Tower if you’re in Toronto!
Corinna S — Google review
CN Tower was a must choice for us before arriving and did not disappoint. We chose to do the revolving restaurant, so we could relax, enjoy a meal with great views and maybe a glass or two of wine. We received a great experience; decent food, excellent service and an amazing revolving view. We also had access to the viewing platform which not only can you see out, you can also see through - a glass floor over the top of the Blue Jays basebell stadium. It was pricey as a restaurant but the balance of the experience and meals we wanted it was well worth the money for us. It has a large decent gift shop as well and was the must do / top choice of our Toronto day. We will come back and probably do the restaurant again - possibly the evening next time.

I watched Kantara 2, a South Indian film, at the TIFF location for the first time. The sound system and projection quality were outstanding—much better than what I've experienced at York Cinemas and Film.ca for similar movies. Ticket prices were reasonable, seating was comfortably decent, and the restrooms were clean and well maintained. Overall, a great experience.

Nice place to visit the movies you can't see in regular Cinemas. Cinema 1 is really good, nice seating (don't expect the recliner). Absolutely Magical Cinematic Experience! I had the absolute pleasure of watching Kantara: A Legend - Chapter 1 at the TIFF Lightbox (Toronto International Film Festival auditorium), and the experience was truly exceptional. The screening was nothing short of magical. The quality of the picture and the sound system made the film's intense visuals and powerful score incredibly immersive. From the moment the movie started, the atmosphere in the auditorium was so lively and electric; you could feel the audience's anticipation and engagement. This is a world-class venue that truly elevates the art of cinema. For a film that relies so heavily on its cultural and visual grandeur like Kantara Chapter 1, the TIFF Lightbox provided the perfect setting. Highly recommend catching a film here for an unparalleled movie-watching experience!

Excellent surround sound and picture quality one of the BEST I’ve seen , it was worth driving 3 hours just to watch Kantara Chapter 1 Kannada Version ! Thanks to TIFF for screening the movie it was worth an experience ! The Myth n Mystery and the Sound of Kantara will come alive watching at TIFF 👍 Note : To all the Indians stop recording the movie and constantly taking your cellphones out while watching, it’s a BASIC ETIQUETTE ! It’s embarrassing when so called educated people act and behave with no social and public skills ! Don’t spoil the experience.

Awesome experience! Watched Kantara – Chapter 1 (Kannada) and the sound was just incredible — those high notes sounded crystal clear, no distortion. The whole setup gave off an old school auditorium vibes, for someone who has been to modern cinema halls most of the times, which was super nostalgic if you've ever been in one. Pro tip: grab a middle seat for the best view, or stick to the ends if you want to scoot out. Honestly, felt so special watching a movie at TIFF!

What a Gem of a place. The talent is pouring out of here! Whether its stand-up comedy or Improv, I think Comedy Bar has the best talent coming out of Toronto. Monster Island with Andy Assaf, Comedy After Dark with Tamara Shevon, Noor Hadidi & Friends, Kulture Shock Comedy with Oussama Tabbara and so much more. Location is awesome, and the staff are so nice and welcoming. It clearly reflects the owner's approach in running a comedy club. I am never disappointed in going to Comedy Bar (or Comedy Bar Danforth).

Visited the comedy club for the first time. I did like that there were seats in the waiting area where you can grab drinks and snacks( chips, chocolate bars, and candy) with your friends or family. It was different. They didn't serve food because they didn't have a kitchen, but you were able to bring in food from the outside. So we brought in burgers from banquet burgers across the street. The server at the clear was friendly and polite. The seating area on the main room was a bit tight. Especially if you have winter coats or jackets. The seats were small. But over all the show was good. We went for the 7pm secrets show.

There are too many shows and too few good comics. Maybe that’s what Friday night shows are barely half full. 1/5 comics are good. One or two get a few chuckles. The rest should be doing open mic’s. I hat to write this. I only do so in the hope that Comedy Bar stops trading on successes from the increasingly distant past. This is based on five shows in the past two months.

My friends and I visited this spot on a Friday night at 7 PM, and the experience started off on a great note. The staff were efficient and welcoming, quickly checking us in and getting us settled. While waiting for the show to begin, we grabbed drinks at the bar, which offered a decent selection to suit various tastes. Inside the venue, the seating was arranged in rows, and we could order snacks during the show. However, the snack options were limited to chips, which can be a bit noisy, in my opinion. The host brought fantastic energy to the stage, setting the tone for the night. The two comedy acts that followed were excellent, clearly showcasing their well-crafted material. This venue is a wonderful place to support both local and international comedy talent. It’s perfect for a fun, low-key night out. That said, accessibility could be improved, as there are quite a few stairs that may pose challenges for some visitors.

Very mixed emotions about this place. It is beautiful inside and the food is incredible. Their truffle fries, kahuna burger, and inferno (salami and jalapenos) pizza were delectable! However, the customer service makes us not want to come back. First of all, we came as a group of 8 people on a reservation for a birthday. The staff did not create a very exciting and positive experience, they were extremely nonchalant which is quite jarring considering we were celebrating an exciting occasion. This wasn’t very crucial though, what really shocked me was the fact that since it was a birthday, I brought a cake to surprise the birthday girl. I handed it to a waiter who said he can bring it out with candles, only to be told when it’s time to bring it out that we have to pay a cake cutting fee of $7 PER SLICE?? Additionally, if we want to eat or cut it ourselves we’re not allowed?? Are you joking? It’s not listed on the website, nobody said anything when we called to book the reservation, and nothing was said when I handed the cake to the waiter. The most ridiculous thing ever!! I paid for a cake, and brought it all the way downtown. You’re telling me we can’t eat it?? It’s literally my cake how are you going to tell me what to do with it and how did you fail to mention it when you had three different opportunities to do so?? Very awful customer service. Ultimately they did not allow us to eat our cake but brought out a complimentary single cheesecake slice. All I have to say is if you go here do not go here for your birthday.

Had a reservation and was seated immediately. There happened to be a large party in the back room so the staff was quite busy, but whenever they came to our table they were incredibly friendly. Shoutout to Nathan and Costa for taking care of us despite being pulled in a dozen different directions. The "regular" music was quite loud and had a nightclub vibe, which was not what I was expecting from a whisky lounge with tasting flights, as it was difficult to hear the staff and other people at the table. Would recommend for whisky flights, but maybe check that there's no large parties, and go earlier if you want to be able to hear yourself think

made reservations earlier this week because this place seemed like a great spot for a date night. There was no indication that anything else would be happening that evening. When we arrived, we were asked whether we were there for a private party or a reservation. there were no tables really at the front and nothing set up. We said we had a reservation, and the hostess asked us to wait a moment while she went to the back where all the tables were set up. When she returned, she led us to the very front of the place, where there were just two low tables on the floor, and told us we could sit there but had to leave at 9. It quickly became clear that the entire bar and main seating area had been moved to the back for a private event. The setup made it feel like we were being squeezed in as an afterthought rather than proper guests. We had driven almost two hours to get there (though of course they wouldn’t have known that), but honestly, it seemed like the place should have just been closed for the private party. Allowing regular reservations under those circumstances feels misleading. Not long after, a woman came in and asked to sit at the bar, only to be told she couldn’t because all the bar stools had been moved to the back for the event. We ended up having one drink and leaving to find somewhere else. Overall, it was such a bizarre experience. If the restaurant is hosting an event that takes over the bar, I really think they shouldn’t accept regular reservations at all?

The lounge itself is beautiful inside with a church modern decor. The staff were excellent and had good knowledge of the drinks on offer. The whisky offering is impressive and we tried a few flights. Prices were reasonable. The location was clean and tidy. We enjoyed our experience and would visit again.

CC Lounge and Whisky Bar was our first stop of what was a pretty awesome weekend! We were a group of six celebrating a bachelor party and we all really enjoyed our visit. We had the pleasure of being served by Nicole. She did an excellent job answering any questions we had and she gave us a pretty kick ass history tour before showing us the amazing selection of Whiskys that CC Lounge had to offer. After selecting the drinks we wanted to try Nicole set up our table with each bottle nicely displayed for viewing! I highly suggest stopping by if you are in the area, ask for a Reese's Pieces shot, the bartender made us a round and they were epic!

Bar
Isabelle's in Toronto is a popular nightclub on King Street West known for its great music, lively atmosphere, and friendly staff. Guests appreciate the accommodating and professional team, as well as the vibrant crowd and hip-hop/rap music selection. While some advise arriving early to avoid long lines, others recommend securing a table for convenience. Despite a minor issue with automatic tipping by one bartender, many patrons express eagerness to return due to their overall fantastic experience at Isabelle's.
Left my sweater behind by accident. Ramy (I hope I’m spelling his name right) went above and beyond to find it and get it back to me. Best service I’ve experienced at a nightclub in Toronto. Highly recommend him and the club.
Ty M — Google review
Extremely disappointing and discriminatory experience. My friends and I had a truly upsetting experience at this nightclub. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with blatant disrespect. While we were patiently waiting outside, the bouncers repeatedly claimed we “weren’t in line”, even as they let others who arrived after us go in. Strangely enough, the groups admitted before and after us were predominantly white, while we are a group of women of colour. I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but the pattern was hard to ignore. Once inside, we were minding our own business. As is typical in clubs, men approached us — most of whom we weren’t interested in entertaining. At one point, I was sitting at a table talking to a man who gave off a creepy vibe, so I got up to leave and return to my friends. Before I even left the table, security came up to me and claimed I was “too drunk.” I was completely sober. My friends were just as confused, and we calmly explained the situation — yet we were completely ignored. To make matters worse, the man at the table had the audacity to tell me, “If you come home with me, you can stay.” I told this to the security and bouncers, yet they continued to escort me out without a word. Meanwhile, all around us were people clearly intoxicated — stumbling, falling — and none of them were asked to leave. They were, however, white. The man at the table who made the disgusting comment was not escorted out. As we were being forced out, the bouncers acted as if our small group of 5’4” women were being aggressive, when we were simply trying to understand what was happening. It felt performative and demeaning — like they were trying to create a scene. Having worked in nightclubs before, I know the difference between a venue that values its guests and one that targets certain patrons unfairly. This place clearly falls into the latter. There are several other reviews here on Google of people who have experienced something similar. I’ll never return, and I urge others — especially women/people of colour — to think twice before supporting a place that treats guests this way. Attached is a photo of the two bouncers who were particularly disrespectful. I hope no one else has to go through what we did.

My friends and I went to Isabelle’s for Halloween expecting a girlies night since that was what we heard from others. It was the most unpleasant clubbing experience I had, and while I would give some benefit of the doubt because it was a busy day, but I’ve been to other clubs and none of them have been as horrible as Isabelle’s on Halloween. To begin, my boyfriend and I decided to go to the end of the bar to order some shots for the both of us. The bartender with long black hair leaned her head over to take our order, then either never heard us or completely forgot. Meanwhile, the group of 8 beside us two had ordered 3 times before she came to us again. She added an automatic 20% to the bill, and while we were going to tip regardless, I really did not appreciate the fact we couldn’t choose and it was already on the confirmation screen, which came off as a very sketchy tactic to take more money from us. Furthermore, the bottle she was pouring out of ran out liquor halfway through my shot, which I did not realize. So, when I saw her start serving someone else before continuing my shot (??), I thought she gave me a half full cup. When I lifted the cup to make sure I was seeing right, she came back with a very annoyed face rolling her eyes at me. Very unprofessional. As for the atmosphere and vibe of the night, it was NOT a girlies night. There were so many guys and a lot of them were persistent and weird. As I’m leaving, I’m talking to my boyfriend at coatcheck asking what’s taking so long. The guy standing slightly in between us tries to talk to me, but even after I clarify that I am talking to my boyfriend, he steps in front of me as to completely block my view of him. Furthermore, my friend kept getting followed by a guy even after we all told him she’s not interested, and many of my friends got unconsentually groped by different men.

The vibe at Isabelle Club was decent overall. The music and DJ were good and kept the energy up throughout the night. However, I was a bit disappointed by the cocktail selection—it was quite limited, which was unexpected for a place like this. If you’re going for the music and atmosphere, it’s worth checking out, but if you’re a cocktail lover, it might not fully hit the mark.

Me and my girls went for a birthday on August 21 Thursday - we got there around 10:30pm. We had an amazing time! The two DJs were killing it all night and had us dancing, singing from the moment we came in and kept the energy going till we left. They even shouted out the birthday girl! However, the venue is a little too hot once it’s packed and gets very busy!

Halloween 2025: I lined up at 9:40 PM and line was still short (see image for proof of how early I was). However, until 12:00 AM, I haven’t gotten in. They have POOR line management. As someone who works at Event & Venue, I have observed that they handle operations so bad that people I was in with line left. With this kind of management, I’m not surprised why there are other bad reviews.
Jay C — Google review
First time at isabelles, waited in line for almost over an hour, only way we got in was if we did bottle service. The server serving us was amazing, very friendly and always checked up on us. One thing is that , it is way too hot inside and hard to get through the washrooms as people are shoving people around.
Jenna B — Google review
Bartender tried to charge me 125.25 for 5 shots, at the same time my friend was charged 60ish for 4 shots. The pricing makes absolutely no sense and frankly feels predatory. ALSO, There was a man following us and when I asked him to leave he started yelling at me and we got into a heated argument. TWO security guards stood less than 3 metres away and did absolutely nothing. I felt genuinely unsafe. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of concern for guest safety. Shout out to the bouncer tho, only reason why I didn't lose my mind that night

Lob Toronto is a lively spot in the East End of Toronto that offers a unique blend of bocce, mini-golf, and drinks. The venue features a nine-track bocce-golf course with astroturf lanes and challenging terrain. It's an ideal place for group outings or date nights, offering a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. The restaurant and bar serve locally inspired craft food and drinks, making it perfect for an ultimate night out with friends or a fun date.
Excellent experience! Fun game, great friendly atmosphere, surprisingly superb food. I intended to just book the game for my family and eat elsewhere until we saw the food. So good! Locally-sourced, perfectly cooked and not your ordinary food in a similar environment. We were glad we ate dinner there instead of elsewhere. The kale salad and nachos were particular favourites. The game itself was more fun than mini golf. We'll be back!
P S — Google review
Had a great time at lob. The food was good, though the jerk chicken burger could have benefited from additional toppings or flavours. The kale salad was fantastic and the beer selection was great. The game was a lot of fun, challenging but not too challenging. Maybe slightly overpriced but still a great time overall!

A cool experience, worth a try. 1 whole round doesn't take very long to complete. The food is tastier than expected and the portions are decent. Very friendly and helpful staff too.

Looking for something different to do on a Friday with the family? Why not try lawn bowling? It's $25 per person to play and food was extra. A bit pricey, but we had a blast! The food was tasty and shared. #FridayLoot #LawnBowling #FoodieFriday 😋🍽️🎮🍴

Did this with a work group and would highly recommend, one of the more fun activities of this type that I’ve done. We got a spread of all the food which I felt was better than usual for this type of environment - sliders, fries, pretzel bites, etc. drinks were also good overall and they had large beers. The bocce/putt putt combo was tons of fun and inclusive for everyone on our team.

We had a great time here!! I was looking for birthday ideas and most suggestions on the internet sounded boring and redundant. Then i stumbled across this suggestion and wow all our group friends enjoyed the game and food. If you’re a large group they give you a platter options you can order ahead. (Must be ordered ahead) We had a few selections and they were great in portion. Staff were all so nice and friendly. I talked to them on the phone couple of times and every time they were so nice and helpful. Would definitely come back again for another big event! ✌🏼

Lob is such a fun place!! The game is definitely harder than it looks but it's very fun to play and easy to pick up. This is a good date night spot or to hang out with a group of friends. You can eat and order drinks. There's a $25 admission fee per person. Servers were great and very friendly. I'll definitely come back to play another round. :)

Went here to celebrate my friends birthday and we had a great time. The lawn bowling was a lot of fun and they were great at accommodating our larger group of ten. Drinks were quite pricey but good. All in all it was a good atmosphere and better than going to a regular bar for sure!

Our table was taken care of and the bouncers at the door were very professional and made sure everyone had a fun/safe and enjoyable night. The bartender was very nice and the music on Saturday night was great! Buss boys kept our table clean and wiped down which was fantastic! Was slightly hard to find this club as it did not have a sign so we waited until we saw people arriving. The girls had fun and that’s all that mattered! Thank you for making my friends 25th an enjoyable one! Can’t wait to see the photo from this night once they are posted!
Jacqui V — Google review
The bouncers are rude. They will also ask you for money (not a joke). You can’t go outside to even have a quick smoke unless you “have a wristband”. But you get a stamp on your hand, so that does not make any sense. The girl was working so hard at the bar but nearly overcharged me and someone I know more for our 2 drinks ($200) thank goodness we looked at the price on the machine. But this place had some really good music at least.

Went in as a trio of Americans earlier around 11 on a Friday night. We couldn't stay more than a few minutes because it was an ice box in there - we walked outside to 64F/18C and that warmed us up! When we came back about 2 hours later to see if it warmed up with more bodies, place was so jam packed that we couldn't get back in. Apparently there is a sweet spot time to be there. Security was fine to us.

Just came for a Halloween event this past Saturday. It’s truly unfortunate because this club has so much potential if they get rid of their female bouncers. Me and my friend practically got groped by them, just like multiple other reviews here. Listen to the reviews!!! Don’t make the mistake we did
Sonal K — Google review
Female bouncer was extremely rude. She took my boyfriend’s dab pen and told him he would have to pay for them to hold it or else it would go in the trash. When he told me this, I went back outside to ask her how much it would be so I could pay for it and she completely ignored my question and told me “I already told your boyfriend how much it would be I don’t know why you have to get involved.” She continued to go off on me but I went back inside. I then heard from other people that she was STILL complaining about me for asking a simple question! Something even funnier about this situation is that I saw multiple other people who had brought their dab pens inside but my boyfriend wasn’t allowed? It doesn’t make sense. Seems like a total scam. The music was okay but it was extremely hot inside the venue. They should have the ac on.
Lexy S — Google review
Don’t bother going. Awful experience here this past week. I was wearing a heart monitor on my chest & while their female security was doing the standard bag search and pat down, she asked what the heart monitor was for (technically I don’t have to answer if I’m not comfortable but I know people are curious) and I replied that I have a chronic illness & she then SHAMED me for going out, gave unsolicited advice that I should be at home instead. Didn’t know y’all’s security double as medical professionals & doctors now…not to mention she came up to me & my friends in the middle of the club FLASHED A GIANT FLASHLIGHT at my chest, embarrassed me infront of everyone and said “I need to take a closer look at that because someone said it’s a body cam and you’ve been recording this whole time” I proceeded to show her how it’s a standard heart monitor & holster with no camera or any wire etc attached. Super disrespectful, had no regard for my personal space, didn’t ask for consent to touch it or me and then also had to give her opinion about me being at the club with a heart monitor. Chronically ill people are allowed to go outside and have fun too ya know. I am literally visiting from another city and I will never step foot in this place again. Awful experience, my friends & I left immediately after I was publicly embarrassed by her. Maybe educate your staff on medical devices & to not give out unsolicited advice, especially when you don’t know the person or the illness.

Went there for Halloween and the female bouncer was extremely rude, completely ruining my group’s mood. We didn’t even want to stay after that. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

Made it in here with 10 minutes left in Happy Hour, which ends 1700. Didn't get staff attention until 1648, at which time she refused to honour specials. Food ordered, delivered by someone else and no attention given until well after plate empty, as well as drinks. Passed by table at least 7 times without a word or check in. Never coming back. Bambi's is a legendary club located in the grotto on Dundas West. Renowned for its recent renovation and top-notch sound system, it attracts an impressive lineup of local and international DJs. The club hosts various themed nights and events, such as Wishing Well, Tapette, Nunu, and Hypnotic Mindscapes. Despite its small size accommodating only 80 people, Bambi's is a popular spot with diverse patrons.

one of my favourite venues in the city… but they like to kick people out without hearing both sides of the story…… had an incident with a random aussie dude who came up to me on the dance floor with false understanding…… yet I was thrown out for standing my ground…. embarrassment from the establishment and the security in a city that claims to represent diversity and inclusion!!!!

**BEWARE OF PICKPOCKETS** Not a safe establishment. Be careful coming here. Dangerous customers and frequent pickpockets. Had a friend pickpocketed for her phone and wallet, as well as a big group of other people. It almost seemed as if the bar (sketchy) was in on it. Do not come here if you want a safe, fun night out. Music wasn’t even that good and DEFINITELY not worth getting ROBBED.

had a nice time here, and they're open late, unfortunately i couldn't thoroughly enjoy myself due to a friend being unreachable, apparently slept through the event and left me stranded (i'm from Hamilton), the DJs were really good that night (fri june 28/24) , a blend of industrial and minimal techno. looking forward to future visits when i'm in town. bartender noticed i was nodding off at one point (embarrassing, i wasn't trashed i was just getting tired) and they prodded me and gave me a glass of water.

Rogers Centre, formerly known as the SkyDome, is a versatile indoor stadium that has been a prominent feature of Toronto's entertainment scene since its opening in 1989. It is most famous for being the home of the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team and for its innovative retractable roof. The stadium also hosts a wide range of events including concerts, auto shows, circuses, and more.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Rogers Centre is an absolutely amazing venue! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the energy and excitement. The interactive activities around the stadium make the experience so much more engaging, and the live music before and during events adds an awesome touch of atmosphere. The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which really makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. One of the things I love most is that there truly isn’t a bad seat in the house — every view feels close to the action and the sound carries perfectly throughout the stadium. Whether it’s for a game, a concert, or any special event, The Rogers Centre delivers every single time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch experience in the city.

Attended the Blossom Investors Hub Meet 2025 at the Rogers Centre. The venue's atmosphere was fantastic—especially sitting under the opened Skydome with a perfect view of the CN Tower! I also enjoyed the quick bite from near Gate 10: delicious chicken tenders and spicy fries. The Blossom team hosted an exquisite event, successfully bringing together many top finance leaders from North America. It was an excellent chance to learn about current financial trends and network. A memorable and valuable experience! Thank you, Blossom team!

It's truly one of a kind types of stadiums. The history of it is interesting, an example of what happens when you don't plan different items and we end up spending more as we go. The renovations are nice. It's nice to see cup holders in the lower bowl but it's unfortunate to see that the upper bowl doesn't have the same features. The noise levels in the concourse can be a lot due to the concrete building materials. Sound dampening materials should be implemented in a strategic manner to ensure it is properly being managed. The noise levels can be a sensory overload and can make it difficult to enjoy the game. I do wish there were better ways to accomodate those who need wheelchair access. With the standing people, their view was being blocked. You do get a glare from some nearby buildings when you're sitting in the 500 level facing east as the sunsets. I highly recommend bringing sunglasses. The staff are nice and helpful.

An amazing atmosphere. Happened to go for game 7 of the World Series which was absolutely electric. It’s a huge venue and lots of places for food and drinks. Expect to pay exorbitant prices for food and drinks but the lines move quick and there are lots of washrooms. Seating is all pretty good.

Went to game one! The seats were fantastic. The staff in the building were very helpful and kind. There were many food options and as a person with a lot of allergies, I really appreciated having something to choose from. Generally when I go to events like this, there are not a lot of options for me, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of options.
J S — Google review
Game 7 was the best time ever. Too bad the Blue Jays didn't win The one thing I love about the stadium there is so many restrooms like the lineups are not long at all compared to every other stadium I've been to. There's so many restrooms. It's crazy so that's one positive, but the atmosphere with the Blue Jays in playoffs was surreal. Great stadium though.

Well its actually two things the theatre and the play as one have to experience both together. As for the play (Lion King) it was amazing and the such and wonderful job they did was breathtaking. It was mesmerising, the costumes, colours, light and music were fe nominal. And as for the theatre goes….. wall it’s time for an upgrade as to sit on those uncomfortable seats for almost 3 hours was a pain. The staff are not hospitable. It gives the feeling of the 90’s.

I went to the theater for the lion king. The entry to the theater is below the orchestra level so you do have three rounds of steps to go up to dress circle. The theater is well laid out and attendents kind. I appreciated how they asked people to stop filming during the show (rare but needed). Very attentive. They even bought a booster seat for a child (who somehow ended up getting two seats :)) Very clean and well maintained

Went to see the lion king and had a great time. Seats were ok and we were lucky to have AA1/2 seat so we didn’t have anyone beside us and had free access to the exits for washroom and exit at end of show. Thank you it was my second show in 33 years. A great place to go to and watch live theatre.

What a classic, beautiful theatre in the heart of downtown Toronto. Such a throwback to a time when they built things a lot nicer. Theatre was very clean and well kept. Great Scott, this theatre was stunning! Last week, I attended a viewing of Back to the Future: The Musical. Both the theater and the show exceeded all my expectations. The theatre felt both classic and modern, and the prices were fair, with good service, bathrooms on both levels, and the atmosphere was lively and exciting! The show was absolutely brilliant. Bravo to the cast and crew for putting together such a wonderful show and honoring the Back to the Future franchise for the 40th anniversary! The performances were excellent, the effects were wicked, and the audience, from what I could tell, loved it. No wonder this award-winning show is so highly acclaimed. 11/10!

A fabulous experience watching MJ the musical. The staffs are super friendly and polite. The interior decoration is beautiful. One thing to note for ladies is that if you wish to use the washroom during intermission, you may want to skip out as soon as the break starts or wait till the end. Otherwise you will stand in line for the entire intermission. 😊

Beautiful theatre. Great productions. Was pleasantly surprised with the condition. Seem like seating, carpeting, and fixtures have been recently updated. Felt very cozy and inviting. I look forward to returning Herr sometime soon.

One of Toronto’s most iconic theatres, the Mirvish flagship (formerly known under several names) is a stunning venue that has hosted some of the city’s most impressive productions - the one I experienced most recently was Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. The architecture alone is worth the visit, and the atmosphere adds magic to every show. Mirvish continues to deliver unforgettable experiences in one of the most beautiful theatres around.

Real Sports is not your average sports bar. Located in the heart of Toronto's Sports and Entertainment district, it offers a unique experience for both sports and entertainment fans. With over 200 TVs, 100-plus beer taps, and an upscale menu featuring local and seasonal ingredients, it has redefined the traditional sports bar concept.
Stu was a phenomenal bartender. He was very attentive and made everyone around the bar feel at home. The drinks he created were amazing and his intake on the menu was everything I wanted and more. Definitely a bartender who knows what they’re doing. (Coming from another bartender) They are doing renovations but you can hardly tell with how homie the environment feels the way it is. Overall amazing experience.

This was the first places I wanted to explore after we checked into our condo. We were hoping to watch the game, eat and have a couple pints. We were able to watch a couple innings of the Jay's game, but were told we had a two hour limit. We enjoyed a pint and left to get food elsewhere as it was already 45 mins into our two hour time limit by the time we were served and our server came back to check on us. Server was friendly and we enjoyed *wouldn't recommend this place if you wanted to watch an entire game*

Seeking a quick bite, my friend and I dropped into Real Sports Bar & Grill for some wings and found an atmosphere that truly lives up to the name. The vibe is fantastic—the room is an energetic tribute to sports, thoroughly decked out with memorabilia. It’s well-designed and the perfect spot if you’re looking to immerse yourself in a game. Our server, Keyla, was wonderful: very helpful and genuinely accommodating. The menu focuses on general bar fare, which is exactly what you’d expect from a venue like this. They offer a plentiful selection of drinks to cater to every taste. We ordered both Buffalo and Habanero wings. The wings themselves were well-cooked, achieving that satisfying texture you look for. However, I noted that the sauces were a bit thicker than average. * The Buffalo wings were quite good, offering a classic flavor profile. 8/10. * The Habanero wings, while enjoyable, were surprisingly tame and didn't deliver the heat we expected. 7/10. The only real drawback is the price point. Given the prime real estate location and the staffing, the bill was noticeably higher than similar establishments, which might hurt the pocket a bit. Overall, if you are a dedicated sports fan looking for a lively atmosphere to watch your team play, this is absolutely the place to be. The food is solid, and the service is great, but be prepared for a premium price tag.

I went to the Real Sports Bar recently and had a great time! The bar is massive, with loads of screens showing multiple different screens. Our waiter was Marco (sorry if I spelt that wrong), who seemed like a really nice, talkative guy who wanted to help us on our trip to Toronto. The atmosphere was also great.

Ate tonight at Real Sports Bar & Grill and had the Steak Frites, which was excellent. We were a group of nine, each ordering something different, and everyone was happy with their meal. Service was great and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable. Definitely recommended.

Had a wonderful time!! Excellent place to catch a game. Our server Kayleigh was amazing I would come back again based solely on her service. The wings were awesome and came out in a timely fashion. You can tell management here runs a tight ship. Definitely made my boyfriend’s birthday special. Shout out to the Real Sports team. 10/10 🙌🙌 Let’s go Blue Jays! 💙

Our waiter/bartender rob was amazing and so attentive. We were recently at RS for game 7 of the World Series and despite how busy it was the service was incredible. we got the all star platter which was great for sharing.

We came here on a game night to watch the Blue Jays. The atmosphere is nice and so is service. However the food I very disappointing. We had onion rings which were way too greasy and the bacon burger. The side of fries were saggy and the burger was overcooked, missing some juiciness and actually some flavor. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re only looking for drinks

Japanese restaurant
Kasa Moto is a modern Japanese restaurant and lounge located near the Hazelton Hotel in Toronto's upscale Yorkville neighborhood. It is part of the Chase Hospitality Group, known for creating stylish dining spaces. The restaurant features a vibrant setting with a rooftop patio and an ornate bar, offering sophisticated Japanese cuisine. With its sprawling two-story layout and seating for 410 guests, Kasa Moto boasts artistic works that pay homage to Japan, including cherry blossoms and geisha portraits.
From the moment we arrived at Kasa Moto, the professionalism of the team stood out. Our table wasn’t quite ready, but we were warmly seated at the bar to wait, which set a really nice tone for the evening. The ambiance is beautiful, stylish and vibrant with music that perfectly matches the atmosphere. The food was fresh and flavorful. Garlic shrimp noodles is outstanding. A special shoutout to Bianca, who took excellent care of us. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her energy and positive vibes made the whole experience even better. Overall, a fantastic dining spot in Yorkville. Highly recommended!

The food here was okay, but nothing particularly special. For example, the bun came out cold- maybe it’s supposed to be served that way, but I was expecting it warm, so it didn’t really suit my taste. The chicken also took a long time to come out. There are many better restaurants in Yorkville, so I’m satisfied with having visited this one just once.

This is a great rooftop spot! I would recommend their brunch having tried all of the all you can eat bites available at the time we were there. All you can enjoy brunch! The small plates were excellent and filling it would be hard to eat everything in one setting so we shared each of the dishes. The chicken karaage and waffles were definitely a favorite along with the beef picanha and tempora shrimp. Honestly it was all delicious. Our least favorite were the Sandy's but they weren't bad. Our server was attentive and wasn't shy to make suggestions to get us started.

kasa moto’s bottomless brunch may seem very pricey, but every. single. dish. was. VERY yummy. like i honestly would’ve ordered five of everything if i could. usually there are some hit or misses on an ayce menu, but that wasn’t the case today. i think the quality was so worth it for the price. aLSo, there is a nonalcoholic option that is $75, SO COME HERE ! even though everything was outstanding, my favourite was the chicken karaage and waffles. the chicken was SO hot and juicy and the seasoning was fantastic, and it paired PERFECTLY with the sweet, eggy, crispy, soft waffle. dip it all into that sweet sticky honey sauce and you have the ultimate brunch dish. i seriously had like four of these. another dish that was really good and i wasn’t expecting to be so blown away by was the broccoli tempura. both tempura dishes were fried to perfection with the perfect crunch, and i loved how the broccoli was kind of like chewy and thick and had a really interesting texture. it was so warm inside and dipping it in the soy sauce enhanced it too. other dishes, in general ranking of enjoyment: chocolate chip pancakes: very thick and fluffy, sweetness from cream and fresh fruits, salty caramel, and sour-ish yuzu oyster mushroom bao: great quality bun, perfect stickiness and pillowyness, crunchy fresh cucumber with a nice sauce picahna: amazing quality steak with good fattiness and not too chewy, lots of salt??? drenched in sweet tomato sauce-like dressing shrimp tempura: again, fried really crispy and crunchy, juicy hot shrimp, lemon flavour in sauce tamago sando: soft and thick bread with nice egg salad filling, light mayo wagyu fried rice: reminded me of my grandmas famous fried rice!! oiliness gave a pleasant fragrant aroma, and it was cooked in a way that ensured the rice grains were 很粒 (separate? not mushy?) mochi ice cream & marscapone : desserts were amazing, but i think i was too full to fully enjoy them — nevertheless, the mochi was perfectly stretchy yet easy to chew, the ice cream flavours included matcha, strawberry, and a yellow one that i didn’t try but i’m assuming was lemon…? the marscapone cream tart had a wonderfully sugary wafer with light creamy filling inside pork katsu sando: really fantastic, soft bread with nice toast, crispy breading on the meat, lean but not too dry, the slaw had a tangy sourness or fruitiness that i can’t describe maki: all very delicious selections that were nice and saucy, i loved the aburi one especially udon: super creamy, with faint hints of truffle taste (but maybe it’s just the mushroom) chili chicken salad: loved the chili flavour with bits of crispy inside

I visited Kasa Moto for the first time for a dinner invitation. Finding the entrance was a bit tricky since the road shown on Google Maps wasn’t actually accessible. The restaurant was quite busy even on a weekday evening. We had a table for six, but the side-by-side seating wasn’t ideal for conversation. The food was overall good, and we enjoyed sharing a variety of dishes — especially the karaage chicken and wagyu fried rice, which were delicious. One issue was with the wine: the second bottle we ordered looked different, and there was no explanation at first. Later, we learned that our original wine was sold out, and they had brought a different vintage. We ended up ordering another bottle instead.

Their main door is closed for some reason. You have to find their rooftop patio door on the side but that is not disclosed when you reserve and when you call them it goes straight to a IVR menu and no one picks up. The food is below average. Everything was very. The sushi was falling apart and the grill smelled super fishy. Their service is very friendly but super slow. I waited probably 9 minutes for salt. The Espresso Martini was good.

Food was good, Jamal was very friendly and attentive. They brought out a birthday dessert for my girlfriend which was nice. For food I would recommend the tun tartare and the spicy salmon.

BarChef is a cozy and intimate spot that specializes in crafting creative cocktails, boasting an impressive selection of over 5,000 housemade bitters. The menu reflects the philosophy that mixology should provide an immersive and emotional drinking experience. Divided into sections like Sipping Cocktails and Modernist Cocktails, the extensive drinks list offers a diverse range of options. Noteworthy are the barrel-aged cocktails, such as the luscious Fig Thief.
I had wonderful experience at Barchef tonight. From the moment I sat down, everything felt thoughtful and special. I was first welcomed with a complimentary aperitif cocktail that suited my taste perfectly—a delightful surprise to start the evening. My main cocktail was absolutely stunning, both in presentation and flavor, with a distinctive style that made it truly memorable. The evening ended with a small, creative cocktail pearl that was both fun and flavorful—a perfect finishing touch. The service was attentive and detailed without ever feeling overbearing. There’s a refined, elegant atmosphere here, yet it feels warm and welcoming at the same time. You can really feel the team’s passion for cocktails and the artistry that goes into every drink. I left feeling impressed, cared for, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone who loves beautifully crafted cocktails and top-notch hospitality. 🍸✨

I’ve been there many times, and every visit is just as exciting as the last. Whether I’m ordering one of their perfectly balanced classics or something more creative from the Modernist menu, I’m always impressed. What I love most is the attention to detail. Every cocktail is made with real care and creativity, and you can tell the bartenders take pride in their craft. It’s not just about the alcohol—it’s about storytelling through flavor, design, and presentation. One drink might come in a smoked glass dome, another with foams, botanicals, or even truffle snow. It’s like a tasting experience and art show rolled into one.

Came here on a Friday night after dinner for a night cap. I definitely walked pass this place and didnt even know. It is very inconspicuous so be aware. As I enter, I noticed how dark and sexy this place was. A must for date night. We sat at the bar after being escorted by the hostess. Our server explained the menu to us. We were very intrigued by the interactive drinks. We ordered the mojito and margarita. The mojito was soooo delicious. The frozen lime balls went in first and then a sip of the drink. The drink wasnt strong enough but still very, very tasty. The presentation was smoky and very beautiful. It was tropical with sand and everything. My company had the rose gold margarita and did not enjoy the fruits that accompanied the drink and stated the drink wasnt strong enough either.

From start to finish, it was an incredible evening. Everyone ordered a different drink so we could get a feeling of the whole menu, which was still spring/summer but it set to change soon. Would definitely recommend getting something off the modernist menu. It will pique all your senses. The price was quite reasonable for the show and story that came with each drink. I had a taste from all of them, and each was so different and delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try the fall/winter menu. Staff were knowledgeable, attentive and kind.

Had a wonderful experience at BarChef! Went with a group for a private event. First was a demonstration and education portion of the event. The staff showed off some fun techniques using dry ice, molecular tricks, and new ways of making traditional drinks using smoke, egg whites, herbs, dried fruit, etc. After the demo we moved into groups of three and four for our own cocktail making contest. So much fun, bonus that our team won the alcohol category. I will admit I was not a fan of their mocktails, but the team who won the mocktails category made a pretty yummy drink! They had literally loaded down a giant table full of charcuterie, chocolates, and fresh fruits. We left full and a little tipsy…the perfect ending to a delightful afternoon.
Kristen C — Google review
BarChef is definitely an experience, though I’d say it’s not for everyone. I ordered two mocktails and honestly wasn’t a fan of either. The presentation, however, was very cool—there’s definitely something creative, complex, and experimental about the drinks that I can appreciate even if they didn’t quite hit the mark for me. I tried the “Pinia Colada,” which looked great but the flavor wasn’t my thing. If you don’t drink, this probably isn’t the spot for you, since the real focus is clearly on the cocktails. Others in the group thought it was just okay. That said, I really loved the ambiance—the candles added a beautiful, cozy touch to the space.
Aqueel S — Google review
Amazing time. our server, Scott, was phenomenal we had to come back the following night. Nick was very informative and incredibly talented at his craft. Would recommend to all cocktail and bar enjoyers. An experience like no other

Atmosphere: 8.5/10 Located in Toronto’s Queen West / Alexandra Park district, BarChef features soaring ceilings, a massive glowing backbar, and elegant interior touches including moody lighting and curated art pieces. There’s a good variety of seating—bar counter, two-tops, and tables for larger groups. The music plays at a pleasant level that lets you enjoy conversation without shouting. Drinks: 7.5/10 Recommendation: Jardin De Monet High-end menu design, but difficult to navigate—too much text, and flavors are not clear. The “Contemporary” drinks feature a long list of ingredients, which can feel overwhelming. Excellent coasters and top-tier glassware. Presentation is theatrical and unique. The Jardin De Monet, a Last Word variation, was pricey but came with a complimentary dessert that cleverly referenced the drink’s name. The pairing worked well and felt thoughtful overall. Service: 7/10 Water was served promptly and the team was friendly and professional, but the wait time for drinks was long. While the experience was well-executed, pricing is above average and the level of service didn’t quite match the premium cost.

Tiki bar
Bar
The Shameful Tiki Room in Toronto is a lively and unique Polynesian-inspired haunt in Parkdale. The vintage tiki bar is adorned with kitschy decor, creating an immersive nautical atmosphere reminiscent of the Pirates of the Caribbean set. With over 30 meticulously crafted cocktails and a playful homage to mid-century American tiki bars, it offers an unforgettable experience.
We just came to their new location and were blown away. The new space is roughly the same size as before on West Queen West, only there is an additional space in the back, upstairs, called The 777. It’s straight out of a Polynesian Pop - midcentury modern era lounge. The drink menu is like before only now with new house cocktails. Their NA list has also grown. What makes this place stand out though, is the decor. It’s peak Tiki bar. A place global tiki enthusiasts need to check out.

The drinks were fantastic! A friend brought here here while we were visiting Toronto and it was a great time. As delicious as the drinks were they can be pricey so be prepared! Definitely worth checking out.
Michael G — Google review
Reservations definitely recommended, for groups of two you may get seated upstairs in a shared seating setting with another group of two which was kind of awkward but not the worst. Little bit on the louder side but drinks were fun and food surprising decent (but small portion sizes). Kimchi grilled cheese was probably the favourite food wise, crab rangoon was tasty but you only get 4 small pieces.

The best place to go to if you want to have AMAZING drinks and some finger food. The cocktails sound fun, taste smashing and zero hangover. Must try!
Praneeta K — Google review
If you're looking to escape the ordinary and dive headfirst into a tropical paradise, the new Shameful Tiki Bar on Queen West is calling your name. For years, I was a devotee of their original Parkdale haunt, drawn in by its intimate, rum-soaked atmosphere and expertly crafted cocktails. Now, with a new, larger home at 777 Queen Street West, the vibe is still very much alive, just with more room for fellow tiki fanatics to get lei'd (no not that kind). Stepping inside, you're immediately transported. The larger space is a welcome change, allowing more room for the a bamboo-lined, dimly lit sanctuary that Shameful Tiki is known for. It's the perfect spot to gather with friends and lose track of time. But let's be real, the main event here has always been the drinks, and the new location doesn't disappoint. The cocktails are a masterclass in tropical perfection, each one served in its own unique, wonderfully kitschy glassware. It’s hard to pick a favourite from their extensive list, but the Painkiller stands out for its creamy, coconut-forward deliciousness—a solid 10/10 for someone like me who doesn't drink as much. This time around, I decided to pair my drinks with some of their famous snacks. The coconut shrimp was an absolute winner—perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of coconut flavour that didn't overwhelm the shrimp itself. A very respectable 9/10. Unfortunately, the mango habanero ginger wings didn't quite hit the mark for me. While I appreciated that they were grilled, the flavours were a bit muted, and they were on the dry side, which was disappointing. I'd give them a 5/10. Despite the wings, Shameful Tiki remains a fantastic destination. It’s the perfect spot to sip on some seriously cool drinks, hang out with friends, and soak in that undeniably escapist atmosphere. Just a heads-up: make sure your phone has enough charge to call an Uber or that you have a walking companion to get home safely.
Ali K — Google review
The atmosphere and vibe is too good and just like a tiki bar on tropical island. We had really too much fun as we were celebrating my friend’s birthday we were placed in a shack kind of set up. It is a little pricey and food is average and drinks are too expensive and mostly ice. We are asked to pay 25$ for cake cutting fee even we got the cake from outside but we didn’t know if they had policy as such from beginning but that’s alright. Again good place but food was alright and drinks were too less for the price.

The menu features classic finger sandwiches alongside modern additions like soft slider buns.
I had such a fantastic experience at Clockwork Champagne & Cocktails in Toronto! The place is a real gem, tucked away in the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, and it’s the perfect blend of elegance and warmth. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the luxurious ambiance plush velvet seats, soft lighting, and the beautiful live piano music in the background made it feel like I was in another world. The cocktail menu is impressive, with creative drinks like the “Meet Me at the Clock” that I highly recommend. The service was top-notch, friendly, and attentive, without being overbearing. It’s the kind of place where you can truly relax and enjoy the moment. Clockwork at Fairmont Royal York offers a five-star afternoon tea experience, perfect for celebrating special occasions like Christmas, birthdays, and Mother’s Day of course since my mom is a big fan of afternoon teas. It is one of my favorite afternoon tea place in Toronto. The setting is elegant and timeless, making it a wonderful place to unwind and indulge in a luxurious tea service. The tea selection is well-curated, featuring a variety of flavors to suit different preferences. Served in beautifully crafted tea wares, the presentation adds to the refined experience. Visited this cocktail bar on a Thursday afternoon. It’s located inside the Fairmont Hotel and was quite busy. I really loved the atmosphere, the open-concept setup in the lobby gave it a lively and vibrant vibe. We tried an espresso martini, a negroni, and an old fashioned — all of them were excellent. The food was also very good. The only downside was the service; our server was a bit slow, didn’t check in on us often, and even forgot one of our food orders. Overall, it was still a good experience, and I’d come back for the drinks and atmosphere alone.

This is the best afternoon tea in Toronto. The Fairmont Royal York exudes charm, tradition and grace. The setting is lovely right in the middle of the hotel with a variety of table settings. There was a pianist playing beautiful music in the background adding to the ambiance. The servers Paul and Liah were attentive, friendly and welcoming. There is consistency in the service here which is of the highest quality. Max checked in on us to ensure we were pleased with everything. Joshan (spelling?) was helpful replacing our hot water and clearing the plates. The tea selection is very good and they use fresh tea leaves which they bag. The sandwiches are hearty with a variety of breads. We particularly liked the coronation chicken, shrimp rolls, beef on the croissants and they prepared special cucumber sandwiches for us instead of the mushroom tarts. We really appreciated this. The scones are small, tasty, fresh and soft which is hard to do. They brought them out warm as well. They offered us more sandwiches if we wanted which was appreciated because it’s an investment meal. This is perfect for a special occasion. The desserts were light and also varied between fruit flavours and chocolate. The joy of this tea is how they change if for the seasons. The festive tea starting soon is utterly amazing and a must in Toronto! We will keep coming back to Clockwork because it really is the best afternoon tea. We feel that it is truly worth the money for a special occasion and during the holiday season.

Came here for girls outing. The high tea is located in the lobby of the hotel. It was rather spacious, the atmosphere was really nice, the staff were friendly. The tea tasted great. The high tea came with lots of food. The sandwich bread was a lil dry tho, and the pea tart tasted a bit oxidized. Otherwise all the other items tasted great. It's quite pricey high tea so i did expect more high end finger foods, but overall it was a nice experience.

Prelude afternoon tea was a great experience. It was something we wanted to try for a while. The sandwiches were tasty and the desserts were so classy. Found our first server very attentive, but the second server not so much and he catered to us the rest of the afternoon. We asked for a group photo twice and it never happened so we took one outside the hotel instead. We got a round of champagne after the tea for our celebration, but it was way too overpriced so would not recommend that. The tea itself is totally worth it for the experience of high tea. Yuk Yuk's Comedy Club Toronto is a long-standing venue with a rich history of hosting both up-and-coming and established comedians. With multiple locations across Canada, the Toronto spot on Richmond St. West offers shows from Tuesday to Saturday, making it convenient for locals and visitors alike. Whether you're planning a casual night out or looking for something different to do on Valentine's Day, Yuk Yuk's promises an evening filled with laughter and entertainment.
Great atmosphere, came for the amateur night , the jokes were on point and definitely my kind of humor To people coming, dnt be so rigid and let loose a lil. This makes comedian more at ease Its always best to have a connection with the comedian to have fun and if they bomb? Well even those can be fun 😁 Highly recommended, will come again

Love coming to Yuk Yuk’s on Tuesday for amateur night, it’s only $5 but for that price you can’t go wrong. some nights are amazing and some nights are alright, but you know… $5 is $5
Kyle N — Google review
I went to Yuk Yuk’s Comedy Club in Toronto recently and had a really fun night overall. The club is in a cool downtown spot, kind of tucked away, which makes it feel like a hidden gem. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, and the crowd was clearly there to have a good time. The comedians were great—a mix of up-and-coming talent and seasoned pros. The lineup had something for everyone, and we laughed a lot. I especially recommend their amateur or themed nights—cheap tickets and lots of variety, sometimes even better than the big headliners. The venue itself is a bit tight. Tables are small and close together, so it can feel cramped, and the chairs aren’t the most comfortable for a long show. If you can, try to grab a seat in the front or near the aisle for more space. They serve drinks and pub-style food at your table. It’s not fancy, but it does the job. The service was fast and friendly. Only downside: it got a bit hot inside, and with how packed it was, it wasn’t the most comfortable setting. But the quality of the show and the energy of the place more than made up for that. Overall, a great night out for comedy lovers. Just don’t expect luxury—go for the laughs!

The staff was friendly and greeted us immediately. There was only one waitress but she did the work of 5! Drinks are reasonably priced (I had the "punchline "... very tasty) and a big bowl of popcorn 🍿 😋 There were about 8 comedians on that evening. We had some good laughs. Excellent way to spend a rainy evening in the city. We're traveling to Toronto again in September and plan on going again.
Chrissy C — Google review
Comedians were so good and hilarious and our server was great. Having a great time until one guy that works at the venue came and told 2 of our party of 5 that they were being ‘too loud’. They did nothing but laugh. Sorry, not allowed to laugh at a COMEDY SHOW? Ruined the vibe. Wouldn’t return. To add, we were told not to sit in the front row when we came in because you have to be quiet in the front row. So we didn’t sit in the front row, but still apparantly have to be quiet.

Incredible place. One of the best stand up club in Canada, including Toronto!

Great comedy! Definitely the place to go for good shows; took off a star because of the $20 nachos that used queso / nacho cheese instead of real cheese (and the menu says “cheese”, for the record), and the very uncomfortable seats… I’m in my 20s lol, and I was having a hard time getting comfy sitting there, even for just an hour - hour and a half. Otherwise, we had a good time and enjoyed the show :)

Civil Liberties is a cozy speakeasy located on Bloor Street near Ossington, known for its vintage decor and pre-prohibition vibes. The bar offers a unique experience with no set menu, allowing patrons to have personalized drinks tailored to their preferences through friendly interactions with skilled bartenders. Despite its unassuming exterior, Civil Liberties boasts high-tech lab equipment for innovative mixology.
Highly recommend civil liberties. Service and drinks are absolutely top notch. The staff do a great job at taking your interests and creating something fantastic. My go to place for cocktails in the city. If you’re sensitive to noise levels, bring a pair of loops, but not any worse than any other popular lounge or bar.

First time trying out this one of the top notch cocktail bar in Toronto. Their drinks is very well mixed. There is no menu, you just need to tell the mixologist what do you like and they will customized a drink a for you. I found the place music is a bit loud and we only able to got a standing spot. It’s just not my type of bar that I would enjoy. Overall, it’s a fun and great place to hang out, maybe just not for me

Coming back to this place after quite a long time! And I remembered how good it was! The vibes is great and staff are nice and friendly 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Thank you team civil Liberties bar 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

If you’re sensitive to noise, you may want to bring loops, but the volume is no worse than any other popular lounge or bar.

Came here strictly for the drinks and it's not hard to see why it's ranked as one of the best cocktail bars around! My skepticism based on the idea of having no menu instantly vanished after the first sip of my cocktail. Our mixologist nailed it! Everyone at our table enjoyed what was crafted specifically for them. I only wish I remembered what I asked for so I could order it again! Service is friendly, vibes unpretentious, and drinks are reasonably priced given the quality and level of effort and care. Highly, highly recommend!

Yaz and Sam are amazing! I’m new to the area but they made me feel right at home. I’m sure I’ll have the pleasure of meeting the other mixologists here, but for the now the service I’ve experienced was incredible. They were both charismatic and personable and the cocktails they made for me were genuinely incredible. Giving them a vague base, they were able to create a cocktail I’d be craving for weeks. Definitely a local place I will be at more often

Amazing wine bar we stumbled upon because another one nearby was too packed. The host was lovely and warm, and gave great recommendations. The vibes were immaculate. They specialize in more natural wine. Would definitely come back!

Had a fantastic weekday lunch at Paris Paris with a friend. For the appetizer, I had Ossau Iraty, a firm cheese that’s creamy with a slightly salty flavour. For the main course, I enjoyed the half-roasted chicken with piri piri sauce, a flavourful, slightly spicy marinade, served with a slice of lemon. The chicken was juicy and tender. I also ordered a side of fresh bread and butter, which was a nice complement to the meal. My friend had the tuna Niçoise salad. It was well-balanced, though the runner beans could have been slightly more tender. To pair with our meal, we shared a bottle of Chablis that was crisp, refreshing, and complemented our food beautifully. A special shoutout to Natalie, who recommended the wine and provided friendly, prompt, and attentive service. Overall, a great dining experience with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere—definitely worth a visit!

Came here for a late evening dinner with friends and had an amazing time. We sat out on the patio, and the vibe was vibrant and full of energy—such a great atmosphere. We had some wine, oysters, and steak, and everything was delicious. The oysters were especially refreshing and super fresh. From the food to the overall experience, everything hit the mark. We’ll definitely be coming back for both the lively vibes and the quality food!

My husband and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary here, and it was exactly what I wanted. We were greeted with celebratory champagne by our incredibly kind and cheerful waitress, Myah. We had the bread service, the grilled argentine shrimp, steak frites, and the raspberry cheesecake. I'm not even a matcha fan, but it was so delicious. It was all fabulous. I had such a lovely evening!!

Very nice experience but the prices are pretty high. I think they primarily focus on selling drinks but the food is okay. Presentation is wonderful but I'm not sure it's really worth the price. I guess this place is more about being seen and socializing with friends.

Nest is a popular nightclub in Toronto, located in the vibrant Kensington Market neighborhood. The venue hosts internationally renowned DJs who play heart-pounding house music, creating an electrifying atmosphere for guests. With a spacious 13,000 square feet dance floor and bars at both ends, Nest offers an unforgettable experience for avid dancers and music enthusiasts. Despite being outside the main clubbing district, Nest prides itself on providing exceptional hospitality to ensure that guests have a fantastic night out.
🪹 Is a lively, awesome, warmly-energetic and laid back place to party. Come bring in your fake ID or your real one if you're over 19 and party like it's 2099. 🎉🪩 The most important thing, the people. As you can clearly see from the pictures that are not in bad quality but very misty, we are all having fun and dancing. 😆That is what nightclubbing is about. It's like a town of 100 to 1,000 people, celebrating life. Then we all go home and hope we didn't catch anything. 😬 🎵🎧 The music was awesome! Loved every song played. The bass pumped the floor like a volcanic reaction and the light show was way too amazing. 🔥 ❤️ Besides getting rejected by every female, I enjoyed every second where a girl didn't turn me down. Thank you to the employees at Nest for making my time here worth while! I specifically liked the extremely huge muscular bouncer guy, he seemed cool. And thank you to the people I partied with. You are all good people. 🪹🪩❤️

Went here with a friend Friday and Saturday night and had a decent time. Pretty much only played Latin music and they have an actual dance floor which is nice. Weren’t many weird guys thankfully and the general crowd was upbeat and fun. The bathrooms were horrendous though and the girls I chatted with agreed. I added a picture of a toilet paper roll that mysteriously rolled out of an unoccupied stall. If you like dancing and Latin music go ahead but avoid the bathrooms.

Review for Gasolina Reggaeton event on Sept 27,2025 Online tickets were available for free which we purchased. However, when we got there, no one checked for tickets. It seemed like a PR stunt. We were asked to pay a 20$ cover. We stood in line for an hour. The line didn't move for minutes together. When we asked if they were at capacity, they said not even close. The event headline said 'Ladies free' but our lady friends were asked to pay the cover. Lines were unorganized. People were cutting through and were allowed to. The music was okay. Not sure if it was the hype man/DJ/DJ crew, he kept interrupting the music time and again with his commentary that killed the vibe and flow. For most of us who came for the music, it was a bad experience.

I will NEVER return to this club. If you're considering this club, be prepared to be disrespected, frustrated, and disappointed, even if you arrive early and follow all instructions. The bouncers at the front were by far the most DISRESPECTFUL and EGOTISTICAL staff I’ve ever encountered. Staff like this are a complete disservice to your paying patrons and reflect incredibly poorly on the management. This event was advertised as free before 11:30pm, and we even had tickets confirming that. We showed up around 10:00pm, a full hour and a half early, yet still ended up having to pay cover to get in. Why? Because staff were holding back the main line while forming a second one where people were clearly paying extra cash to skip ahead. It felt shady and disorganized at best, and like a cash grab at worst. To make matters worse, the bouncers would call people to the front, then immediately yell at them and lie about what they said. All three staff at the front of the line on October 11, 2025 were incredibly rude, condescending, and aggressive for no reason. I’m telling you, WORST club on college.
María B — Google review
Misleading poster, event said afrobeats, dancehall, club anthems, hip hop, latin. All they played was latin for 3 hours, maybe 1 afrobeat song/reggae song. Venue isn’t bad, the layout is easy to navigate and the workers are all kind and direct. Wouldn’t go back due to a misleading event, if you wanna go somewhere that plays strictly latin music this is the place for you.

Came for a friend's birthday, arrived before my group, was literally second in line because I was unsure what time my friend group would arrive. The security was a bit of a jerk when my friends arrived. I had told him i was with them and he said "no you're not. You just met them and want their booth" or something along those lines. It threw me off. Maybe that was his way of trying to be amusing but I felt that was rude. Even IF I had just met them, why are you being a jerk about it if you're going to allow me to swap lines anyway? The bottle girls and bartenders were mostly friendly but one bottle girl/bartender in particular looked like she didn't want to be there which made me sad. Other than that, music was great! They had a Brazilian DJ that night and we danced till our feet were swollen. Washrooms were clean and the lady inside was very warm and friendly. It'd be nice if the club invested in more air conditioning or better air circulation though...
Priscilla ( — Google review
Haven’t had the best experience the last 2 times I went to this club. Staff members weren’t the friendliest / not very welcoming. The crowd was the worst of all though, people were actually tapping me on the shoulder and making fun of me verbally for wearing a light up hat while at a drum and bass event. Multiple people were saying to me “this isn’t that type of event, you don’t belong here” I told security and they did nothing. Meanwhile I have worn that outfit out many times and been complimented for it. The music was great which is why it gets another star. However, I probably won’t ever be back here unless there is a really good DJ that I can’t see anywhere else. Wouldn’t recommend this venue.
Yachtmaster — Google review
If I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment we walked in, it felt like everyone working there was personally offended that we showed up. The staff were unbelievably rude — no greetings, no smiles, just pure attitude. The bartenders acted like making a drink was a massive inconvenience, and the security seemed to think glaring at customers was part of their job description. Everyone looked miserable, including the staff. One bartender refused to give me the correct change, and when I spoke with management, they brushed it off as a "mistake." Even worse, my friend’s credit card was switched by the same bartender — and the next day, $1,000 was missing from his account. Management was contacted again and did absolutely nothing. Save yourself the time, money, and sanity — literally any other place would be better than this.

Toronto Beach Club is a trendy lakeside lounge located near Woodbine Beach, offering a Miami-like atmosphere with its stunning patio overlooking the shoreline. The venue serves Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as seafood and grilled meats, including oysters and branzino crudo. With a large outdoor patio surrounded by palm trees and a string-light canopy, this 12,000-square foot space provides an outdoor oasis in the heart of the city.
Toronto Beach Club is one of my absolute favorite spots in the city. It has this amazing atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re in Europe by the beach, even though you’re right on Lakeshore in Toronto. I celebrated my 40th birthday there in a private room, and the experience was unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to make the night special, and everyone was incredibly accommodating. The seafood is what keeps me coming back – the branzino is always fresh and perfectly cooked, and a crisp white wine pairs beautifully with the breeze coming off the beach. My kids love it too, with the open, airy vibe making it perfect for family dinners. Whether it’s for a special occasion or just a night out, this place never disappoints.

9.5/10 Highly recommend visiting at least once!! Service: Reservations required. Service was great, you could tell they were doing the best but I really wish they could have accommodated us better to an outdoor seating instead of just nodding it off and saying “it’s full”. However, they did a great job at getting our food to the table on time, cleaning up, making sure we had the best experience, opening doors upon entrance and exit, etc. This goes even for the bathrooms. Entertainment/Atmosphere: We went on a Sunday night, they had a dj and live dancers, very entertaining, I loved it. Played house music the whole night, great vibe. I absolutely loved the indoor/outdoor fusion atmosphere within the restaurant. That’s very rare in Toronto due to our weather. One thing I wish they had was an area to take photos! This restaurant has SO MUCH potential and there wasn’t necessarily a spot I could pin point to take a nice photo. Food: Food quality was great, but I wish the fish was truly grilled on charcoal. It seemed a little wet and almost like it was boiled. I’m only saying this because when you’re paying over $100 per person for a meal, you’d expect the absolute best in every aspect of the experience. Dessert was good, I’d recommend the baklava ice cream or the chocolate lava cake. The sides are also spectacular, especially the rice OMG mouth watering. Pizza was just pizza, wood oven though so that was great. But on the smaller side, enough for one person. Parking: Paid parking lot, $10 if you’re going to the restaurant. CASH ONLY. If the parking lot is closed from police or patrol, let them know you have a reservation and they should let you in.

Been here a few times but finally doing a review. This is my second time doing their brunch and it was great. For what they offer, the price is reasonable. We had the best server last Sunday, Belinda. She was amazing. Made the experience much better. Would definitely come back again.

Food is a bit overpriced for what it is ($75 per person for adult brunch), and felt that the food selection was a bit limited, but all the menu items were tasty. Meats were juicy and well cooked, oysters and all the raw seafood was fresh. Great spot if you’re looking for a beachy open air ambiance (or an occasion to dress up cute!) Staff was friendly and helpful. When we finished our mimosa kit, they gave us a little bit extra for our final cups which was nice. Note: Do NOT park at their parking if you can. Their parking is $50 cash only, while there’s quite literally a green P beside that’s a fraction of the price.

This restaurant is nice and if you love overpriced food and drink. The view was the best part of our visit and our server at the bar was the friendly and very knowledgeable of all the brands of alcohol. We did enjoy the bar seat better as we can talk and listen to some music or just relax. We didn't try any food as there wasn't much appetizer that were appealing. My cocktails was $19 and for two beers $$$. Not sure if we going back. also I seen parking was $50. WFH.....

Had a wonderful date night at this gorgeous restaurant. The staff are incredibly friendly and the service is quick. We decided to do a mix of apps and cocktails and everything came out in a timely manner. Note: I booked on OpenTable and when we went to park, the attendant had our information and we were not required to pay a fee (this was on a Tuesday night at 7pm so I’m not sure if this applies for weekends). The atmosphere was great and music was good! Specialty cocktails range from $19-21 but I find that pretty common in Toronto now at most restaurants.

We had such a wonderful experience at Toronto Beach Club! The atmosphere was amazing, but what truly made the night unforgettable was our waiter, RJ. He was so conversational, charming, and attentive—truly the cherry on top of our evening. He even went out of his way to surprise us with something special on the house when he learned that one of us had come all the way from Europe. I just saw Duel Citizens at Second City Toronto, and it was amazing! The show was Hilarious from start to finish. The cast was incredibly talented, I wasn't able to keep my eyes off them. Went with my wife and saw duel citizens and had an fantastic time. The new location is amazing, the facility is swanky with 2 very cool bars and a great main stage. The cast of duel citizens were all dialed in and gave us belly busting laughs, often calling back to previous sketches, doing hilarious audience pulls and has great topical sketches poking fun domestically and at our neighbours. Standout star was Christian Smith, can't wait to see him and the rest of the cast in their next show.

The Second City, Toronto 7:00 p.m. My first night in Toronto and I ended up here, a place I hadn’t planned for but felt right the moment I saw the sign glowing over the escalator. I had never been to a stand-up comedy show or an improv set, but this seemed like the kind of thing you say yes to when you’re somewhere new. Inside was lively but comfortable. The staff were kind and one of them told me how this Toronto club is the sister location to the original in Chicago, where so many famous comedians got their start. I liked hearing that, knowing I was sitting in a place with that kind of history. The show was called Duel Citizens, and it was hilarious. The cast threw themselves into every sketch, and even when one of them started laughing mid-scene, the whole crowd joined in. It felt like everyone in the room was in on the same joke, strangers connected by laughter for a couple of hours. I’m glad I decided to come here. It was spontaneous, but it turned into one of those nights that makes a trip feel alive. I’m definitely going to see more stand-up and improv after this.

My husband and I were visiting Toronto for an anniversary trip and we decided to check out Second City. We saw the Duel Citizens show and it was absolutely hilarious. The cast was amazing and had great chemistry, seamlessly switching between different sketches. They mostly did sketch comedy with some improv involving the audience members. For the third act, they did pure improv and it was amazing to see them in action. I wish there would have been more improv, but the sketches kept me belly laughing the whole time. There was amazing service during the show - we were able to order drinks and dessert and it arrived promptly. When we are back in the Toronto area, we will be sure to include Second City in our plans! Highly recommend!

I was in Toronto for only three full days, and watching Duel Citizens turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. Anyone looking to immerse themselves in Canadian art and theatre should definitely catch this show. What makes Duel Citizens truly special is its variety, there’s something for everyone. From slapstick humour to clever political satire, the show captures the full spectrum of comedy. I never expected Toronto’s theatre scene to feel this alive and dynamic. The performance was fast-paced and packed with sharp, witty sketches that kept the audience laughing throughout. Although the official run time was about 90 minutes, the actors enthusiastically extended the show, feeding off the crowd’s energy and continuing to entertain long after.

Took my husband on Oct 25th for his birthday. We purchased the premium seats to “Duel Citizens” and the prix fixe dinner at the Bentwood. It was just over $200 without drinks which is more than reasonable for a night out in Toronto! The three course dinner was amazing. We had jerk chicken skewers, the cornmeal fried fish and dessert! Food was very tasty. We arrived at 5 for dinner and finished just in time for the 6:30 main stage opening. The show started at 7pm and ran 90 minutes. We laughed hard the entire time. Very clever & quick witted satire that was current and outrageously funny without straying into the doom and gloom. My husband was voluntold on stage into a very funny bit. This ensemble has great timing and comedic chops! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend Duel Citizens. Hurry, see it now!!

what a fun and lively speakeasy themed bar! they have a well curated food and drink menu. i came during the “club” hours so the menu is different than during the day. i got the curly fries & salad. both were great as a snake. meant for one person. i also got the coconut mojito and sour drop shots. prices were reasonable. the DJ that plays here was amazing & got the vibe of the crowd. the atmosphere was great & so were the bartenders! i’d definitely come again!

I've been here quite a few times now over the years, and have always had a good time. I'm not sure if Mahjong considers itself a speakeasy, but there's not too much of a ritual or any passwords or anything to getting in at the front. They ask you right away if you have a reservation to get in. The space in the back is a nice vibe. I like the checkered floors, dim warm lighting, and decor in general. Definitely, the place is more enjoyable when it's later at night and busier with people. Their drinks are alright. Had the Peach Bonfire, which was a nice mix of a bit of sweet and some spice. The fuzzy peach garnish though was stale. Also tried the Vietnamese Iced Coffee, which was pretty liquor forward for me. Wish it was more balanced/ nuanced. It can be expensive - it was $50 for those two drinks, all in.

Cool bar. Looks like there is a live DJ that plays at night but we made an early reso. Got some food to nibble on such as the duck bao and calamari. The duck bao was really good and crispy! Delicious flavours. I'd definitely come back to try the other drinks!

Let’s talk about Mahjong. I asked ChatGPT for a hidden gem in the West End, and without hesitation, it recommended this spot — and wow, it delivered. The speakeasy vibe is incredible, the food is top-notch: • The papaya salad is out of this world. • The golden rice is packed with flavour. When it comes to cocktails: • The Soju Spritz is an absolute must — I’ll be ordering it every time I go. To top it all off, the service was warm and attentive. Highly recommended.
Ivan N — Google review
i mean it’s got a cool entrance but i wouldn’t say it’s much of a speakeasy. However that doesn’t at all take away from the really cool vibe you get in this place. they have great cocktails and good food too.

Went here for a night out with my girls. This bar is a vibe! Make sure to eat before you come. There’s not a lot of food options and the portions are on the smaller end. We ordered the duck rolls and it was disappointing. It was small and didn’t taste any duck, just the hoisin sauce. If you want a table, make sure to reserve a table a week beforehand. The service was alright, you can sense the urge from the servers to order more. Two tables beside us were asked to leave because they weren’t ordering enough. My friends and I waited for the dj and he wasn’t great, can be better!
Tracey N — Google review
General advice: Eat before you come! They serve great cocktails. The Strawberry soju was a hit at our table, everyone ordered twice. However, the food was disappointing. It serves a similar style to Chinese take-out, but the price is obviously unmatched. Please do not waste your money on ordering food. Just get drinks and cute pictures 💖

Went for early drinks. Good tight selection to pick from. The cocktail was great. The date had wine which was really good. Go early if you want a quiet chill vibe. Didn't try any of the food.

Social club
Nestled in Toronto's vibrant Fashion District, Love Child Social is a dynamic venue that seamlessly blends the energy of a nightclub with the warmth of a social gathering space. This medium to large-sized concept club comes alive on weekends, drawing in an enthusiastic crowd primarily made up of young adults aged 19 to 23. Recently reimagined from its original downtown-nightclub-meets-coworking-space concept, Love Child has transformed into a delightful pizza haven this year.
I was lucky enough to catch one of my favourite House Music DJ, Louie Vega at Love Child Social House. Located at Bathurst and King, downtown Toronto. I had a really amazing time. Louie Vega was spinning some epic classics The sound was excellent. Security was great. The coat check was a bit chaotic. Unfortunately this was one of their last events as Love Child Social closed its doors on Nov 26.

I love this venue, have lots of good memories here and been to many house music parties hosted by Love Child Social. I love the fact that this is not a club but a social venue. Most of the parties here are day parties which makes it even better. I only have 1 issue: please please please fine tune your sound system, it’s not about loud bass, it’s about the quality of music, and all the different ranges that make the difference between an amazing party or just BOOM BOOM BOOM HEADACHE!

Love Child Social is absolutely stunning, everything about it is Instagramable. I just signed up for the 3 day Free trial and had a tour. I was blown away, the furnishing and decor is vintage inspired and so on trend!! It's my new office space for sure 👌🏼👌🏼

I was wearing black sneakers and the bouncer said I was good to come in, my friend who is Lebanese was wearing the exact same shoes as me, and he was not allowed in. A female “bouncer” who didn’t even seem like she was working there also yelled at me for trying to meet my friends in line and told me I wasn’t allowed in and had an extremely rude vibe. It really added a sour vibe to our night and it was really disappointing because I’ve been this club many times before but the staff has never been this way. Hope they can adjust their management because whatever is going on it’s not working. We also saw several other people leave for no reason. You guys can do better.

The security and staff were very nice. The size of this club is completely depends on your preference so I won’t judge. However my issue with this place is the drinks. The bartender said they can only make “basic drinks”, which I’ve never heard of in anywhere. I had four tequila shots straight and I felt nothing, which makes me wonder if the alcohol here is watered down.
Ray W — Google review
It's a great venue with reasonably priced beverages. Bouncers are nice. The security check is extremely thorough, don't expect to be able to bring anything in at all. They will go through every single item in your bag. They even checked my s/o's wallet.
Elisa L — Google review
It was a house party. The music was good, yet the venue is the wrong place for it. You need to be at the very far end of the hall to really listen , enjoy and maybe dance. Otherwise as closer you get to the stage, it is fully packed and you cannot move or even breath! With the speakers the sound bounces on the walls of the narrow hall and distort/eliminate all the fine tunes the dj was doing. You just hear loud base beats without tasteful distinctive tones. Probably the venue is great for other type of events. But i am definitely not going there for house music.
MasonZ. — Google review
My company previously had our event at Love Child. Definitely a cool and pop cultured venue. If there's one thing I can say about this place is the vibe. Our event was a success with the help of an awesome team. The venue accommodated over 140+ people comfortably. The natural light in the space gave it a really nice glow to the room during the day. Overall, amazing turn out.

44 Toronto is the newest addition to Toronto's vibrant nightlife scene, located on the lower level of 627 King Street West. This upscale club has already attracted a star-studded lineup of celebrities like Drake, Tory Lanez, and Jaden Smith. The venue aims to offer a unique clubbing experience in the city, with high energy and great music creating an exceptional atmosphere. While not primarily focused on food, 44 Club occasionally surprises guests with delicious bites during special events.
An unforgettable night in 44 Toronto It was my first time at the club and it exceeded all my expectations. The girls are spectacular, they dance with incredible passion and the atmosphere was on all night. My friends and I arrived without knowing what to expect... and we ended up watching a tremendous show! There was a dancer in particular who was great with us, she even followed us on Instagram - we didn't expect that and we loved it! I have no complaints about the place. The vibe, the staff, the show... everything was 10. My friends and I will definitely be back. I loved the experience.

One of the worst nightclubs I have been to. The amount of money you pay to just enter and the type of hospitality you get is one of the worst. We ended up paying about 60$ per person plus the security guard stole our weed???? the DJ can’t seem to play one song without blowing an airhorn. The staff is rude, the drinks are diluted. Overall terrible experience and Toronto deserves better.
Shubham H — Google review
Worst experience I have ever had in downtown Toronto after 20 years. TLDR; their promoters invited us in and then 15 minutes after I paid a $40 cover they threatened my life and verbally assaulted me for no reason. My wife and I went out in downtown Toronto with her friend. They were approached by a promoter for 44 on the street. He told them they could come to the club for free but I would have to pay $20 cover because I'm a man. Other staff members also told me it would be $20. Inside they charged me $40. After I paid, I went up to the staff member and casually asked him what cover was actually supposed to be because he originally told me $20. He immediately got super aggressive and started to threaten me. He started saying things about how I would leave the venue bloody and other threats of violence against me. I tried to deescalate the situation by moving away from him. But still 10 minutes later I hear him yelling from behind me. When I turn around I see that he's doing threatening gestures and threatening my safety and the safety of my wife and her friend. He even ran up to us yelling at us and tried to get into my face. It was absolutely insane and unhinged. Needless to say, we did not feel safe and so we left. Terrible experience. Don't go there.

I will make it my life mission to ensure that no one goes to this establishment. There is a reason why they have 2.5 stars. I visited this place as a tourist in the country and I’ve never been more disappointed, as someone who is frequently involved in night life. Let’s start with the awful security bouncer, “Tina”. She took my friends items from her purse during the security check, stated she would hold on to it, then demanded we pay a fee to get our belongings back. When we attempted to pay said fee, Tina denied and stole our belongings. In the reviews you can see she has done this to several people. She steals things and then tries to bribe you into paying for your OWN belongings. Terrible, unprofessional, establishment. It’s a shock that a business this corrupt is still open, let alone has any customers. If items are not allowed, it needs to be clearly stated initially. We would have never came here if we knew we would get robbed. Music is also terrible. I reccomend Door 3 if you’re looking for a nice club with great vibes. It’s a short walk from this place and well worth your time.

I went to the club to see my friends and to see what all the hypes about, despite the negative reviews on here. The club is really strict on outfits as well as he amount of security, but I was dressed in formal wear. The club was nice but my only issue was the continuous flashing lights which made me uncomfortable and made me feel a little dizzy. It was too much for me but i had a ok night.

Paid $60 per ticket (bought 2) for the Halloween event 2 weeks priort. Never got into the club. We stood in line for most of the night and they said they were at capacity at 2am. Asked 3 bouncers for confirmation where to stand and they said it does not matter if we have tickets and need to stand in the line with people that don’t have tickets. Bouncers began telling others they can skip the line if they pay $100. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. Very disorganized event. I am requesting a full refund for the tickets. Specifically came downtown for this club; and a hotel room was purchased.

girls do not go here. i’ve been to this club before and it seems to get worse every year. i went with my girl friend for halloween we were on the guest list and part of a club crawl. we got in line around 10:30 pm and noticed some girls in front of us bribing the bouncers to skip the line when i asked a bouncer at the door if we had to pay, he said no and even started opening the ropes for us. but another bouncer at the end of the line blocked us and tried to get us to bribe him. ew i will never give money to men just to enter a club
Diana F — Google review
I spent $99.44 on a ticket and waited in line for four hours until 2 a.m., but I was still denied entry when the bouncer said no more guests would be allowed in. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund. The experience was extremely disappointing and feels misleading, as paying customers were unable to access the event.

This place is OK but not great. Music was boring. Decor minimal. Drinks could have been better. If you are into 80s pop music though, this is the place for you. The people around me were happy to be there.

First time that we checked this location for the 80-90s music event. The music was extremely disappointing, - a mood killer. We did not last more than 30 minutes and we were not the only ones that decided to leave. The only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is because in all fairness they serve good cocktails.

Not sure about all the reviews saying the vibes are off, security is nice actually. I have been coming here for about 5 years with my boyfriend and they always play something different, indie is the basic they go back to so if you dont like records, live DJs, cold drinks, perfect AC. This is our Go to bar, we love it and will continue to support this place. Especially since our other bar just recently closed across the street ( another bar) will be missed.RIP

Century is a vibrant nightlife destination in Toronto that perfectly blends eclectic street art with antique charm, creating an atmosphere that's both unique and inviting. This club is renowned for its lively ambiance, where extraordinary music meets a crowd of beautiful socialites. Whether you're celebrating a private event or simply looking to unwind on the dance floor, Century offers an experience like no other.
I’ve been to century twice now and I love it!! I’ve never had to wait in a line, all the workers (bouncers, security, bartenders) have all been so wonderful to me and my friends. There’s one bartender who ALWAYS remembers what drink I want and he serves hundreds a night…my favourite person there I never go to anyone else!!
Ashley S — Google review
i went to this club for the first time on a saturday night. came early and got in for free. the music was really good that night. lots of throwback, trap, latin music. wish they played some dancehall. everyone was dancing and having a good time which is always good! so now there were some issues with this club. the prices of single shots were absurd! it was $17 per ONE shot. $34 for two!! hello?? is there gold flakes in it? i’ve been to countless of high end bars, clubs, etc and they do $10 max for a shot. so idk why they charge so much. and second issue is that the club gets extremely packed. like a bit too packed. overall tho i’ll give my experience a 3/10. i would come back for the music but im not paying for drinks there.also they seem to be wheelchair accessible, i saw someone with a wheelchair in there but idk how he got upstairs??? but still good to see
Gitu T — Google review
The security didn’t do an amazing job at letting people in accordingly and was easily persuaded by cash to let people in quicker. The atmosphere inside is super fun, but gets so crowded that you’re constantly getting bumped into. Would come back for the amazing music and fun atmosphere.
Steph — Google review
The security guard with the shaved head was extremely rude and unprofessional. The line management at this club is very questionable… the wait to get in is ridiculously long even though it is not as crowded when you get inside. It feels as though the staff intentionally hold people outside to create the illusion of a “packed” club. This particular guard came across as power tripping, and grumpy which made my experience unpleasant. I completely understand working around intoxicated guests isn’t always easy, but that comes with the job, and it shouldn’t excuse poor treatment of paying customers. I also noticed multiple reviews mention the same individual, clearly this is not an isolated incident. Management do better and take your reviews seriously. There that’s my experience and I probably will never return. Many other places I rather go with PLEASANT, WELCOMING security guards.

I went to this club for this first time this past Friday and my phone was stolen right out of my zipped and latched purse as I was walking back from the bathroom. When I informed the staff, they told me that the previous Friday, 19 women had their phones stolen out of their zipped purses as well! LADIES BE WARNED!!!
Melissa J — Google review
i been to a lot of clubs and this is by far the best one. always have a great time when i’m out here, the bottle service girls are really nice, the music is on point, the dancers are a good touch. 10/10 experience each time
Kiki — Google review
I’ve been to Century several times over the past year, but on August 16 a bald staff member in a red patterned vest went on a complete power trip. My boyfriend and I paused near the washroom after hearing a song we liked, and out of nowhere this staff member started aggressively shoving us. Even after we moved, he kept pushing us into a crowded area and eventually proceeded to force us out of the club. We weren’t disruptive at all, yet he repeatedly put his hands on us in an attempts to provoke and humiliate us. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced mistreatment here, and it’s clear management hasn’t addressed the issue. Very disappointing, and I can’t recommend this club anymore.
Mel — Google review
I went to century after years for some music and dancing. What a horrible experience - my phone was stolen out of my bag as I walked through the crowd. I was completely sober. When I told security they said it happens all the time and basically said I have no chance of getting it back. Never going back!!

EFS, short for Everythings for Sale, is a trendy nightclub located in Toronto's King West fashion district. The club boasts a stylish and modern interior with leather banquettes, concrete floors, and colorful pop art. It has quickly gained popularity among young professionals and is known for its eclectic DJ'd tunes. EFS also features a spacious rooftop patio that can accommodate around 300 people during the summer months.
I had a great night, 3 girls and 1 guy. We had ordered a bottle at the edge of the bar, we went on a friday night and they gave us great service. The music was VERY good, room to dance just us, I was very happy! Only thing is that it's in a basement and it gets pretty hot.

Great time, minus the cover and the fact I had to change my shoes cuz no brand of Tims allowed. Not mentioned anywhere on their website, other than that had a great time.
Moiz K — Google review
EFS has a pretty poor layout. I've been to a handful of small/boutique clubs but this one just didn't give me a cozy vibe. Also, there is nothing appealing about the furniture or decor as it seems there is no theme to the club. I went on a weekday, during TIFF. The music was mediocre, most weren't dancing, but just standing around and talking with drinks in hand as they tried to look occupied. It was very packed as well. The bartenders and staff would actually push straight by me or through a group of people with no regards to knocking over drinks or minor injury. This was the worst club experience I've ever had.
JJadex — Google review
They hold up the line to make it look packed. We finally got in for $20 ($50 after 11 pm), and it was dead, even though we earlier to be on the guest list. We tried really hard to jam to the music but it was difficult. We finally left when they told us that we couldn't leave our coats in the corner of an unused couch. Our friends came after and they were asked to pay $50 instead, even though they were on the guest list too. After this we found a club that had free entrance and coat service, and the place was packed and had good music. This contrast makes me give this place the lowest rating possible.
Sepehr S — Google review
If there was an option to give zero stars I would. I attended an industry event in which I showed up early and for a $70 entry fee I received 2 drink tickets. Around 10pm I went to the bar to order a drink and they were no longer accepting tickets (none of which was emphasized on the ticket). Plus, the bar staff started counting drinks and inventory and completely ignoring about 60+ patrons waiting at the bar to order. The Manager was also behind the bar and blatantly ignored a number of customers trying to ask questions or get his attention. He ran and hid in the office for a good 45min saying he was too busy to come out and speak to anyone. None of the bar staff were acknowledging any of the customers at the bar trying to order drinks. It's one of the worst scenerios of customer experience I've ever witnessed. I will never come back to this bar again and I suggest it never be considered by event planners as a venue that wants to collaborate with its customers. Everyone that worked there was arrogant and showed no empathy or effort towards resolution. This place is a joke. I also waited in a 20min line just to retrieve my jacket to leave. I almost would have preferred to ditch it and buy a new one.
Stephanie W — Google review
Worst customer service ever! We asked and booked a booth a month ago for a group of 13. We traveled 5 hours to get to this place. We arrived there and all they gave us was a small cocktail table. They wouldn't upgrade us to a booth because it was full. Our waitress was kind to let us know the real way they work. She said if another group is ready to spend more, they will downgrade the other groups without letting them know. The way the manager handled it was really poor. 0 for customer service. Plus, the bouncers threw everything that was in my purse. Not worth your money. Don't go there.
Tiffany H — Google review
Has a $20 entrance fee, and the music was horrible. DJ won’t take requests. Most of the staff is on their phones the whole night. Dance floor is small. Literally the music made me nauseous and I had to leave. Only nice thing I can say is the upstairs patio was pretty nice but even then it’s not worth the money to get in the door.
Victoria R — Google review
Trust the bad reviews! Honestly, one of the worst services ever. I made reservations and made a guest list, and when I got there they told me my name wasn't on the list. I even showed them the proof + screenshot, they denied it. It's basically their way of having a bunch of people around their club and then selectively choosing who they want to let in or not. The bouncers were rude, arrogant and obnoxious, not understanding at all!! The only way they would let us in was if we spent $1000+ .... HAH! I later had friends that went in because they were willing to pay the $1000 for table service and everything, but I refused to go back to this place.

Church Wellesley Village, also known as the Gay Ghetto or the Gay Village, is an LGBT-oriented enclave in Toronto, Ontario. This vibrant area is home to numerous gay-oriented establishments and offers a lively nightlife scene. During Pride month, the community gathers at Barbara Hall Park to honor those who lost their lives to AIDS. Additionally, visitors can enjoy diverse dining options such as Hair of the Dog's renowned cocktails and brunch offerings. However, there are concerns about gentrification impacting local businesses.
While it is not what it used to be, it is still the best place to go if you are part of the LGBTQ2S community and welcome to all for that matter. I recommend Dead Dog Records for a phenomenal section of vinyls and Out on the Street for Men's clothing for all seasons and Woody's is the mainstay bar.

The Royal Alexandra Theatre, a century-old opulent building in the Beaux Arts style, is a renowned venue on King West that has hosted nearly 3,000 productions since its opening in 1907. This historic landmark has welcomed legendary performers such as Humphrey Bogart and Edith Piaf. The imported marble interior with carved cherry wood accents adds to its allure, making it a draw for both its architectural beauty and stage shows.
I recently saw Clue at the Royal Alexandra Theatre and had an absolutely killer time, though thankfully no one was actually murdered in the lounge. The production was laugh out loud funny, and every actor was spot on. The theatre itself has a timeless charm with a vintage feel, and it was the perfect setting for a show like Clue. We dressed up as Miss Scarlet and Mrs. White, which the staff got a real kick out of—such a fun touch to the experience. We were seated in the Dress Circle (second row), and as two people who are 5'1", the view of the stage was excellent. The space was clean, cozy, and full of character. A perfect afternoon at the theatre!

Had a great experience seeing a matinee show today! I always love catching a production at this theatre, it's so reminiscent of times past, beautifully adorned, very comfortable and a great view, wherever you sit. It's remarkable how old this theatre is, especially seeing how well its maintained. Looking forward to the next production!

Saw “Tell Tale Harbour” on Oct 1, 2025 and I have to say, I love this theatre, and it was a great show to boot. Small and intimate, but very spacious at intermissions and at the beginning of the show My main advice. There’s a huge area downstairs for refreshments. If you arrive early (as we did arriving at 7pm for a 7:30pm show) then head downstairs for washrooms and a very spacious lobby area. Very eloquent area, reasonable prices for drinks and basic snacks. It was a great area to relax before the show started. Highly recommend you visit before taking your seats if you have time.

This is a very nice midsize theater. It’s grand deer on the medium scale which is just a perfect. The photos were from Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet musical stage seating. The acoustic was excellent and the whole atmosphere was cosy and grand at the same time. Location was easy to get to with plenty of parkades around to choose from. The ushers were all very helpful and friendly. Lighting was excellent.. Really enjoyed this theater.

Such a beautiful theatre. Parking lots and buildings near by. It was clean and gorgeous. The staff was friendly, personable and professional. Intermission was easy to navigate and reasonably priced. I wish they showed the seat view when purchasing tickets. I went with a friend to see Alan Doyle and we sat on the side balconies where there are only 2 seats in a row. He could only see 60% of the stage
Susanna P — Google review
This medium sized venue is perfect for Broadway type shows. We are season subscribers so we typically have great seats, having said this, I believe the majority of the seats are well placed. In addition, the audio system is very good as this aspect is just as important as where you sit.

I went to see a performance of Clue here at the end of May. The performance was really well done, the set was incredible, the costumes were fun, and all the actors were a great fit for their characters. The theatre is beautiful and a lovely environment for a performance. My one comment is the entrance is a little tight and I didn't realize the bathrooms were in the basement until the end of the show. But overall an enjoyable experience.
Hope W — Google review
Classic old theatre in downtown Toronto. Every seat in the house has a great view of the stage and sound quality is fantastic. It is an older building and it can be quite a challenge for older or disabled people to get up the stairs to the balcony. The shows by Mirvish as really great and you won't be disappointed. There are many spots to park near by as well as lots of places to eat and have a drink before or after the show. You might even run into a celebrity here like we did!
