Got the two signatures/ nitty crumble and hazelnut latte! Good spot to relax after being out in the sun and walking for the afternoon. Cafe is quite spacious too! We sat by the window and enjoyed the water view. Both drinks were delicious and would recommend if you’re in the area!

Tried the H.US coffee. It is just infront of the Haeundae shoreline, which you will passby after visiting the cheongsapo daritdol skywalk. Tried their famous cheongsapo pound cake, it is okay. A little sweet for me. Also got their nut crumble drink, which is very creamy. Overall, the location is really nice. It has 3 floors all with overlooking the beach. The place looks new. Hopefully they can add English on their self-service machine.

This is a must visit place if you are in Cheonsapo. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The view from this cafe is amazing. The cakes are good. Please order their in-house speciality. Nutty crumb crumble.

I’m not a coffee specialist but they have the best coffee I’ve ever tried in my life 🥰 love the strawberry latte and crunch coffee (forgot the name but it seems to be their most popular drink) the view is amazing 🤩 my friend and I love this cafe!

Great place to stay and centrally located. I concur with most writers that the rooms are small, but manageable for short stays. We did bang my shins on the bed corners like everyone else, so it would be helpful to have a cushion on the corners. I suspect that it is a bridge too far since the corners have been written about often. The front desk, housekeeping and kitchen staff were very nice and very extremely helpful.

We chose this hotel for a business trip stay at Busan. The Best thing about this hotel is its location. Its right next to Haeundae beach. Although we cannot see the beach itself from the rooms. The location is walking distance from Haeundae shopping and market which is a vibrant area of Busan. It has many options nearby for good food, drinks and shopping. The reception is pretty basic but 5 stars to the staff. They are very nice and smiling and ready to help always. The lifts to the rooms are very slow in coming and also both lifts are not synchronised and I did not understand why. The room itself is clean but very small and it's not possible to move around in the room or open a big bag. Its just good to sleep. For sure a family with even one kid cannot fit in here. The bathroom and the toilet have a common door 😀. This js again done to make efficient use of space. The breakfast is very basic and only a few things are available in the buffet but the staff is really good. In Summary, a good place to stay for the location but be aware of the cramped room.

Room is tidy and clean. Bed is comfortable. The room is a bit small, travelling with 2 people expect to climb over your luggage. We missed that there was a hanger for bath towels. Also, we would have preferred to seperate doors for shower and bathroom. Location is extremely convenient

We stayed 6 nights around 추석 and it turned out to be a wonderful stay. The room was not big but the hotel ran very efficiently and the lady in charge of cleaning and keeping things in order for the 19th floor was fantastic. We reco some vakuable tips on a few great places to visit. Thank you!!

I wish I could post a photo and videos as an evidence of the broken fixtures that caused injury to me but there is no option here to include the photo and videos. It had been sent to management team but ignored. As a property under the esteemed Marriott Bonvoy Group, I had much higher expectations. Below are the issues I encountered during my stay: Room Condition on Arrival: The room had a mouldy odour upon check-in, which only improved after turning on the air conditioner. Additionally, there were visible yellow stains on the sink that could have easily been cleaned Unpleasant Experience with Housekeeping: The bath towels provided had an unpleasant smell. I requested replacement towels to be left outside my room the next morning without disturbance. However, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed, staff knocked on my door and spoke loudly outside. Unannounced Repair Works: Loud maintenance work was carried out directly opposite my room, with no prior notice or warning to guests. It was very unpleasant to wake up to construction noise and find workers just outside my door. Serious Safety and Structural Defects: The room door was chipped and difficult to close properly unless forcefully pressed Most concerningly, the showerhead had a loose, sharp metal edge protruding, which caused a puncture wound on my chin while showeing. If I had not noticed immediately, the injury could have been far worse Unprofessional Handling by Front Desk: When I called the reception to report the issue, the staff member interrupted and rudely asked if I was complaining because I wanted a refund, which I had never mentioned. This was highly inappropriate, especially as I was panicking due to the injury. Room Change and Miscommunication: Although I was offered a room change, the response came only the following morning. By that time, I had already unpacked and discovered the defective showerhead close to 1 a.m., making it impractical to move. When I eventually accepted a room change, I was told the new room was an “upgrade,” yet I saw no difference, with just a slightly bigger bed. The lighting was faulty, and the sound insulation was poor. Inappropriate Staff Behaviour: Upon check out, I asked for the management email and name, which your staff refused to provide. When I later mentioned my facial injury to one of your staff, they laughed, which was extremely rude and uncalled for. After 5 days, nobody have gotten back to me despite written a formal complain. This hotel is extremely unacceptable with too dangerous fixtures which injured me. Its negligence. Will caution future travellers against this hotel.

One of the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed from a Marriott group hotel. I booked a high floor and king size bed room but the room is so small for how much it is per night ($180USD) and the view is horrible (see photo). The view is blocked. They also turn off the aircon (AC) at night and expect us to open the window due to some guest saying it’s too cold. The room became warm and I didnt sleep well. I suggest you stay somewhere else and not this hotel.

One of the very worst hotels I've stayed at. Even with the Marriott brand name, it feels more like a budget hotel. And the very worst Fairfield hotel I've stayed at by far. Rooms are TINY. We stayed at the oversized king room, and the only thing oversized was the bed. We must have lacked comprehension skills because we thought that the room would correspondingly be larger, but turns out that every room is the same size - we asked. Consequently it leaves literally no room to move or even place luggage and I have to squeeze myself pass a teeny coffee table that takes up way too much space in order to access the bed. Definitely not for people who are above average height, which totally defeats the purpose of the oversized bedroom. There is also but 1 accessible powerpoint. Good luck charging your devices because the other powerpoint is hidden in the corner of the room next to the sofa you have used to place your luggage. We only discovered that powerpoint on the last day of our stay. No disposable toiletries are provided - bring your own or purchase from the lobby, or the convenience store next door. They only provide conditioning shampoo and body wash, so if you need lotion - bring your own. The shower doesn't even have a rack for you to place your own toiletries. You have to balance it all on that little soap holder. Ridiculous. The biggest bugbear of my stay is the ventilation. While it seems like this is a nation-wide issue with Korean hotels, Fairfield is the only one which gave me so much trouble. Day 1 was fine, everything was working, but on Day 2 somebody decided that it was time for the seasons to change so guests don't need air anymore, cutting off the aircon unit and dictating everything to a very warm 25/6 degrees. Your only option of not suffocating to death is to either open the window a teensy bit and be prey to all the traffic noises, or pray they have a fan available. Calling the reception, I was told that all the fans have been borrowed and to check again the next day - as if I would have made it till then in that stale room. Was given inconsistent information - that the aircon would be turned back on, or that they would bring me a fan. None of that happened. After a very poor night's sleep and multiple visits and calls to the front desk we managed to secure a fan. Why put your guests through such torture and who in the world is the one making the call to do centralised heating?! It's complete nonsense. I don't want the hotel dictating what is a comfortable temperature for me. Lastly, you are paying a premium to be near the Haeundae area. Don't expect view of the beach though, the hotel is not directly beachfront, and even on the 21st floor, you only see a glimpse of the sand. That doesn't stop you from receiving 100% of the heat in the morning, so you cannot even open up the curtains to admire what little view you have unless you want to bake yourself to death. If you ever want to visit Busan and stay at the Haeundae area, do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere - somewhere that is actually comfortable and doesn't treat you like a baked good to be warmed in an oven.

This budget hotel situated at the edge of Haeundae beach comes with a picturesque view of the beach and blue line park. Level 1, 5 and Roof top feature a cafe and bar that is well decorated with plenty of seating space. Great place to relax after exploring Haeundae beach area with a cuppa or a quiet getaway stay.

I went to this cafe and bar every day on my 4-day visit to Busan. Loved it. Last building in the Main Street on the seafront of Haendae beach. Their espresso is awesome. Ground floor cute cafe with a nice outside covered terrace to admire the sea. Fifth floor interior cafe for a nice remote work session and the rooftop terrace to admire the sunset and the view with friends and family.

This place has incredible views over Haeundae bay and the Blue Line Stroll 5 mins down from Mipo station on the Blue Line, you won't be disappointed. There are some amazing views from the 4th and 5th floors and the coffee and service are great also!

A hidden gem at Haeundae, a cafe of a character of its own with nice setting both indoor and outdoor. Nice place to chill for sunset view and for those that prefer indoor, the big window panel is prefect for catching the sea, beach and sunset view. Coffee is great too! Distance wise, it’s just a short 5 to 10 mins walk from the Mipo Blue line station.

The service staff was nice to share about the availability of rooftop seats. Great place to chill and take photos of the sunset. Ordered real strawberry latte, it's nice. Honey cheesecake is good too.

This is my favorite spot in all of Korea!! The location is isolated in the most perfect way, making the place not too crowded but with just enough people there for it to be comfortable. The Iced Tea I ordered was extremely delicious and I enjoyed drinking it ^^ Also their music taste is so niice! They had very nice sentimental playing all the time, giving the place the most perfect vibe. Highly recommend this cafe!

It’s very close to a lot of things in Busan. The hotel also has a casino attached if you’re into that. Right next to the boardwalk for a relaxing sunrise or sunset walk along the beach. Very friendly staff English was great. They have several restaurants on the property as well. We had the breakfast buffet with a combination of western and Korean cuisine. The Korean food was great, western food was not as great.

This is a Korean hotel that caters to primarily Korean families with children. I did see a lot of cool amenities and activities catered towards children. I would recommend it for families but not so much for couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

We loved the room. The view was excellent, and the food at their buffet was delicious, too. We traveled with small children, and they had activities for them, so that was awesome. Parking is small, but the location is very convenient!

When we arrived, the room was already extremely hot (around 25°C / 77.9°F). Despite setting the thermostat lower, the temperature never dropped. I called the front desk and was told the entire building’s climate is centrally controlled, meaning guests can’t adjust their own heat or AC. We had to keep the curtains closed and the windows open just to get a bit of cool air, but the room stayed uncomfortably warm all night. Even with an extra fan offered by the staff, it didn’t make much difference. For a five-star hotel charging $325 per night, I expected to at least be able to control the temperature in my own room. The amenities and staff were wonderful, but not being able to sleep comfortably really affected the experience. Unfortunately, because of that, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

It is my first experience to see the washroom sink in side the room. I was not impressed with the breakfast as it had limited choice compared to most 4 or 5 star hotels. The access is free for guest to the roof top with amazing 360 view of busan and there is also a cafe and restaurant below the roof top on the 28 floor. It's a clean and not a bad place for a visit. I would recommend for a passing travelers.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Got the corner room with water view and it came with a huge balcony. Hotel gets pretty busy for time to time. The cafe at the bottom was great and the rooftop bar was excellent place to relax. I wish the hotel was closer to public transportation but we made do walking across the bridges. Would go back.

When I wanted to order food off an app, I asked one of the receptionists for help. Loved the night market stalls near the hotel. It seems to be one of the less old hotels in the area, fairly close to Nampo subway station and Lotte Gwangbok. Spacious room, comfy bed, good aircon system and great view. The shower area could be a bit bigger but no complains. We stayed over the weekend and there was some night market with amazing food. Check-in was at 3pm which is a bit inconvenient but we could drop our baggage at the reception earlier

A Complete Nightmare – NEVER AGAIN! I’ve traveled extensively, but I rarely encounter something this unacceptable. We checked into Lavalse Hotel in Busan and found a cockroach in our room. When I reported it, the front desk staff admitted that this is a known issue in the hotel – which means they are aware of an infestation problem and still rent out affected rooms. Absolutely shocking. Initially, we were told no other rooms were available and that we would have to sleep in the infested room – even though we were traveling with our 4-year-old child. After 30 minutes of back-and-forth, suddenly a room was available. By then, it was 1:00 AM, and our exhausted child still hadn’t been able to sleep. Unacceptable. To make matters worse, we were promised an upgrade due to the situation. But the next morning, we realized the “upgrade” was nothing more than the exact same room type, just on a different floor. No added value, no improvement – just an empty promise to quiet us down. As an influencer, I had specifically requested a clean room in advance because I document my travels – and this experience was the complete opposite of what was promised. Health hazard, poor service, and dishonest communication. Cockroaches can crawl into luggage and be brought home – a disgusting and serious risk. Bottom line: Stay away from Lavalse Hotel! If you care about hygiene, honesty, and professional service, this is not the place for you. Not just a bad experience – this is a serious warning to future guests.

If you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet escape, this hotel is perfect. It’s incredibly relaxing and located right next to the beach, so the views are absolutely stunning. I’m currently staying in a capsule room, and it’s surprisingly spacious and comfortable. They even provide complimentary pajamas, which is a nice touch. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, and there’s no language barrier between Korean and English, which made everything smooth and easy. Honestly, for the price, you get way more than expected. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Luckily, I was taken by a Korean friend for my first, and he showed me how to enjoy this amazing treat! I would recommend any of the subling stores! Mango and cheese is my favorite!

Sulbing is a very popular bingsu chain in South Korea. They have loads of delicious desserts to choose from. We ordered three different bingsu’s to share as well as a croffle. I believe one bingsu should be enough for two. We enjoyed all of them they were delicious with surprises on the bottom of it! We will for sure visit Sulbing a lot more during our visit.
