Good gelato place but not much different than other gelato shops. Felt the price was maybe a bit higher than others. Had the salty caramel and vanilla which were both delicious. Comfortable place to sit and enjoy some gelato. Service was good.

The pistachio is a must-get. Seems to be this place’s specialty. I tried the hot cross bun special guest flavour which on first taste was just like the real thing 1 but every spoonful thereafter was sickly sweet. I’d stick to what you know when ordering from swoon. Definitely a must-go in Bristol.

GORGEOUS Gelato. Pistachio was incredible, really intense. We also had a mango sorbet and it was almost like eating a sweet ripe mango. Quite nice and comfortable inside too. A more fancy interior than you would expect from most Gelato places.

Struan and Louisa have been very helpful as usual. Struan prepared our special occasion cake very nicely! We love dark choc sorbet, all icecream cakes, lemon and basil when it’s available and surely pistachio and vanilla…

Lovely and rich ice cream - one of my favourite gelato shops. Plenty of indoor seating, and a wide range of flavours with a changing guest flavour.

Some of the best Gelato I've ever had. Loved the Hazelnut and the cherry cheesecake together. Sorbets tasted great too, really refreshing. Love the fact it's open late so you can visit for some ice cream after being at a gig at the O2 Academy. Visited with my 3yo over the weekend and was blown away by the experience. The shop looks very stylish and upper class and he gelato selection is quite generous. We picked a raspberry sorbet and one of the hazelnut variations, and both were absolutely delicious. If you're in the area, give it a try. You won't regret it.

I used to go here all the time growing up, it’s always been my favourite ice-cream shop. I don’t go there much anymore since it’s so far from where I live now. But whenever I’m near it I try and go. Went there a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing 💚💚💚 Update: went there today now that I’m older I have changed my go to thing there. I grow up with the classical tubs with sauce and chocolate sprinkles and there ice-lolly’s Now I have there mixed chocolate and vanilla already made up tubs I still get the lolly to. Definitely recommended going!!

Nope sorry I cannot recommend this and I do not understand how the ice cream is award winning, and why people rave about it. The ingredients are awful: milk powder and flavourings, not proper milk/cream or things like chocolate (depending on variety). £6 a tub is so expensive when I can get better quality from the supermarket for £3 - £4.

I love a good ice cream shop This one is really good a great selection of ice cream and ice Lollies made in store. I visited to get some soft serve ice cream mix for my home ice cream machine the mix tastes amazing and is a life saver with this hot weather. A great little shop friendly and helpful staff its well worth stopping by to grab an ice lolly or Ice cream.

Best icecream in bristol i wish in the warm weather they were open a bit longer in the evening. They stopped doing hi-balls and push-ups due to plastic cut which is annoying but otherwise still the best ice cream. Staff are also always welcoming.

It's the best takes me right back to my childhood when a ice-cream van use to come to Shepton mallet. The Italian family called Panishias [probably spelt wrong]from frome it tastes exactly the same love it just wish we could get it locally

Do yourself a favor and just buy any supermarket ice cream instead of coming here. The ingredients were terrible, anyway I wanted to give it a chance, but I couldn’t even finish what I got. None of us could! It was the worst award winning ice cream I’ve ever had. I honestly don’t know how it won anything

My favourite. Staff is lovely and very friendly . Ice cream is absolutely amazing. My kids love it. The flavoured milk section is also very much worth a go. Just remember to bring the glass bottles for future refills, as I always forget.

Best ice cream ever. Great place to visit. Stroke the Goats, pigs and pony's. See the Cows. Large children's play with seating area with climbing and slide along with ride on tractors for the little ones grab a ice cream to enjoy then get some in pots to take home, all served by friendly staff. Coffee and tea cafe along with there own milk milkshakes.

Visited with are family,it’s a farm and has a very nice area to sit and enjoy the delicious various ice creams ,the farm is a bit run down and the entrance is rough under foot I think it would be very messy if the weather was not good.The farm has a large area with activities mainly for younger children there are also lots of animals to look at and you can purchase food if you want to feed them.It’s free to visit and a nice way to spend a couple of hours on a pleasant day.

Well worth a visit. A great selection of ice cream. Friendly service. There is can animal food for 50p a bag to feed the goats and pigs. There is also a playground for the kids.

This place is a really cool (pun intended) concept. The frozen drinks are creative takes on cocktails and there’s something for everyone. They also have a long list of more classic cocktails, still with some fun options. Really cozy vibes and very friendly place.

Stumbled into Brosen Bar and left with history in a glass. With the help of the absolute legend Keanu (clearly named after his mum’s Hollywood crush – respect), we invented what I am now calling the best cocktail in the world: the reverse Coca-Cola iced tea float. Oh my the big lebowski ice cream cocktail was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted in my life. Super cool vibe, guys were really nice and so many other things we could have tried!

Good tasting ice cream flavours with good variety and unique flavours (like Italian custard - to me a mix of banana and vanilla). Very friendly staff. Coffee flavour was well done - but I find swoons gelato less icy with stronger flavours.

Had the raspberry ripple and strawberry flavour. Strawberry was really nice, the raspberry I think needed a bit more flavour but was still nice!

In my opinion this is the best gelateria in Bristol. I've lost count of how many times I've been to this place, and today, after work, I stopped by again and decided to write this review because the quality of this home-made fresh ice cream is always the same, amazing! The ice cream is very tasty and doesn't feel heavy or bloated after eating. I love the fruit flavors like strawberry, mango, and passion fruit because they're dairy-free and delicious. But the other flavors are also delicious, and they have a good variety, along with other treats on the menu. This ice cream shop is award-winning and has great service. The attendant always asks if you have any allergies, such as gluten, which I think is very important; it shows customer care.

I have now been here 3 times this year and it has never disappointed! So far I have tried Pistachio and Stracciatella, Pistacho and Ricotta with Fig (not pictured), and had a great combo of Coconut, Maracuya (aka Passionfruit) and the Mango sorbet. On top of the gelato being some of the best I've ever had, the customer service they provide is excellent. Even though there has been a line every time I have gone, it is well worth the wait. 2 of the 3 times I went, I was helped by Thary who is the happiest and sweetest person ever! She shared with me that she makes every cone as if she was making it for herself, which really shows how much thought and love she puts into each serving. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

These are some of the best ice creams I’ve had in a very long time. 🍨✨ Although it was quite busy, the wait wasn’t long at all, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The prices are very reasonable, especially compared to Manchester and the portions are just right. I must also mention that the mango sorbet was our absolute favourite. 🥭💛 Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Bristol!

By far the best ice cream in Bristol and definitely in the top 10 'must try' food experiences in Bristol. The Hazelnut is my favourite, but if you have the money it is worth regularly experimenting with some of the other fantastic flavours. The staff are lovely and the owners work incredibly hard to provide this premium Gelato. Love it!

I wandered into Panunzio’s Kitchen Gelati Italiani on a quiet Bristol afternoon. Nothing about it screamed for attention. No neon signs. No gimmicks. Just the clean confidence of a place that knows what it’s doing. And I might have missed the best of it were it not for the kind lady ahead of me in line. She noticed my indecision, a rare thing I assure you, and without hesitation recommended the pistachio, the stracciatella, and the chocolate. I took her advice. A good critic knows when to listen. First, the pistachio. Smooth, earthy, and utterly devoid of the artificial glare that haunts lesser versions. This was the real thing. Roasted. Subtle. Honest. It didn’t just taste like pistachio. It tasted like someone respected pistachio. Next, the stracciatella. A silky cream base threaded with delicate shards of dark chocolate. Nothing clunky or overdone. Just the quiet joy of balance. Sweet. Bitter. Cool. And then the chocolate. Rich but not heavy. Deep but not overwhelming. Like the kind of conversation you don’t want to end. It melted slowly, as if reluctant to leave. There is a humility to Panunzio’s that I admire. No flash. Just flavor. A shop that doesn’t just serve gelato. It understands it. Thanks to a stranger’s suggestion and a scoop or three of the finest gelato I’ve had in recent memory, I left not just satisfied but moved.

Simply sensationally scintillating. As you walk in you are greeted by an ABUNDANCE of great taste awards (the most reputable food critiques) and the rich smell of "gelato" an ice cream from Italy. I often think hmmm do i want an ice cream or a coffee... Here there's no need to settle🤣🤣🤣! You can get both😜 I got the lovely lemon sorbet and it was delicious! Keep it up guys!

I was really looking forward to their pistachio ice cream but unfortunately they had run out of it. So I ordered maracuyá (passion fruit) and strawberry. I was not mad about either of them. Maracuyá was lacking the tangy fresh flavour. It was very tamed and way too creamy. Strawberry was nothing special.

Just brilliant. Consistently excellent in all areas - we are a family of four (2 boys of 12 years who eat loads!) and celebrated my birthday with a fabulous 3 course lunch. Excellent value for such incredible food! Add on a bottle of delicious wine, glasses of dessert wine, drinks and coffee, and suddenly the bill is pretty hefty - but completely worth it considering the excellent food, outstanding service, attention to detail and careful attention. Prego is a favourite of ours and will always be our Bristol restaurant to recommend! ❤️

First time at Prego—and what a delight. Unpretentious, relaxed service and extremely well-cooked and presented Italian food. Don't usually find myself in this part of Bristol but definitely would return! We started with Bruschetta with slow-cooked rabbit ragu with pancetta and peas, and Calamari fritti with aioli and lemon. The pasta mains were Conchiglioni alla Norma with roasted aubergine and red pepper, San Marzano tomato, crushed almonds, and parmesan and Wye Valley asparagus, Italian pea, mascarpone and pesto with lumaconi with parmesan. Treated ourselves with a carafe of the Grillo from Sicily. Top marks!

This place is just incredible! Really amazing staff with attentive and fantastic service despite almost a full house. The food is so delicious and every single dish that we had was cooked and seasoned perfectly. My personal favourite was the squid ink spaghetti with mussels and prawn - fresh seafood, incredible flavour combination and perfectly portioned. I’m so glad that I found this little gem and would definitely return again and again! The only downside is parking. On-the-street parking only allows max 1 hour so you may have to park a little further away.

We had a delicious meal last night at our local friendly Italian restaurant. We had calamari to start and another starter that I can’t spell! (Truffle, mushroom and deep fried… arancini?) followed by crab linguine (me) and partner had the pasta dish again with mushrooms which he loved. The manager was lovely and so was Lucy who squeezed us in before our film. The only slight comments that I also mentioned to the manger (sorry forgotten your name) was that my crab pasta dish wasn’t very hot and the very crunchy breadcrumbs I personally didn’t add to the dish and I think would have been better without. However, absolutely will return as it was a splendid evening and food top notch .

I visited here and ordered two plates of pasta. The taste, flavour was nice for both plates, but what made me disappointed was mushroom pasta. I ordered mushroom pasta because description said it includes black truffle, but what I saw was just normal mushrooms and I couldnt see any black truffle mushroom in the plates. They said truffle was inside the sauce, but then they shouldve wrote down black truffle powder or black truffle oil something like that. Because usually customers think sliced black truffle or shredded black truffle is gonna be added when they see the description. Anyway, the taste itself was nice but I wanna give only 3 stars because I think the description was exaggerated. Please be careful when you read the description for each dishes.

We were a group of six people enjoying a Saturday evening meal together. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun with no pressure to rush our meal or give up the table. The service was quite grumpy and rushed. We got the impression the waiting staff weren’t having a great evening. This was a pity as the meal was really lovely. Luckily it didn’t prevent us having a great time with our friends.

We went for dinner and it was fantastic! Great food, great service, lovely atmosphere! Definitely recommend! Our waitress Lucy, was brilliant! She even noticed the table was wobbly, and fixed it instantly before we said anything. Top service! Little things like this make a difference.

I had such a wonderful experience at Taste of Napoli! The vegan options here are fantastic, especially the pizza – full of flavor, with a perfectly crisp base and generous toppings that really stand out. I also tried the large Sicilian cannolo, and it was absolutely divine – fresh, creamy, and so satisfying. The staff are genuinely lovely, warm, and welcoming, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. The venue itself is on the smaller side, but it’s beautifully done and has such a cozy, authentic charm. Highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious vegan-friendly Italian food and a truly enjoyable dining experience!

Sucks will never to got to this miserable place again, with racist and rude staff, I used to follow them on Instagram and wanted to try them, first the up stairs is dirty, my cup and plate did not fit together, the tray was dirty was dirty , even my cake they served me one with a piece of it missing on the top. Horrible place to be, and also no WiFi, the lady mentioned they do not use WiFi here, how I am supposed to set upsatisrs with no network or WiFi ?! After I go out the lady cursed and kept looking at me form the windo. Very rude.

Lovely food, fantastic people. This place runs by an Italian family from Napoli. Obviously, they know their stuff. In fact, visited this place 5 years ago and loved the food. Visited it again in 2024 and had a wonderful pizza again. Highly recommended for a small lunch or afternoon snack. Have a chat with the owner and he will be happy to help you.

When you enter Taste of Napoli you jump directly to Italy: from the wide selection of pizza to the dessert every is authentic and done like in Italy. The service was extremely polite and we felt welcome from the moment we entered. I strongly suggest to visit this cozy place if you are wondering how the pizza taste in Italy

Again: love this one with ham? Almost the best one except margherita. (Really want to know its name! It just said house pizza) Update: The ham one is full of cheese. Pepperoni is a bit spicy. Great! Love the latte here. Love single pizza slices!!! Perfect choice for someone enjoying eating alone. The margherita is good although I prefer pepperoni. Cannoli tastes great as a first try

I visited Bristol for a weekend and visited many places but this one is very poorly managed (maybe consider change of whoever runs this). This 1 star goes to the management as there is a lot of things that needs to be improved in this place and has a knock off effect on everything else. Visited Sunday morning for breakfast, we made a booking for 10:30, the place was massively understaffed. Because of lack of staff, the waitresses and people making drinks were super busy and couldn’t keep up (definitely not their fault) but they couldn’t provide good customer service due to that. Our coffee drinks arrived about 20-25 mins after our food, and then I found out my coffee was not what I ordered. There was constant flow of people coming in. Bacon pancakes were good, service was slow. We finished food and then coffees arrived. My vegan waffles were pretty average but that wasn’t the issue. This place is very popular and it needs a lot more staff members - because of lack of staff, customers are not happy when mistakes happen and then obviously it affects waiters (I’m sure this place has high staff turnover, I wouldn’t want to work here). As seen on photo, my table and chair was an inch in front of the disabled toilet which I found very grim regardless if the toilet was in use or not. This table should be for one person only and not for two. None of the above is staff members fault, they are trying their best but this is the only food place in Bristol that needs heavy management changes as clearly it needs works. Sadly we will not be returning here. I highly recommend “be natural cafe” in the market hall, their breakfast was 1000% better.

The wings were dry but there was a good quantity. Unfortunately they forgot to provide the sauce. Fries were good, crispy, definitely above average. The burger was good, could do with more sauce. The beef was interestingly shaped. I prefer five guys though.

Had breakfast here. Got there by 11.55am and we were still allowed to choose from the breakfast menu. The food was good. I had waffles and chicken with bacon. I don't like syrup but it's supposed to come with it. Also, there were lumps of sugar in the waffles. I think this is something I will never get used to. I don't have a sweet tooth so that threw me off but the chicken and bacon was crispy and nice. I had this with hot chocolate which tasted and looked good My husband had the diner Dreamland burger served with onion rings. It says with chips on the receipt, I honestly just noticed as I'm typing this review. But he was not served any chips. He had his meal with coca cola Overall a good experience. Meal came on time and was hot. Service charge was applied.

I had a very pleasant meal here, with two friends. The service was very pleasant, the food was particularly tasty, I can highly recommend the chicken waffles and bacon pancakes looked delicious. I would also recommend trying an oat milk hot chocolate if you get a chance as they are sublime. Overall the visit was very pleasant. I really enjoyed myself and the delicious food set me up for a lovely day exploring Bristol. I cannot recommend this diner enough if you enjoy the aesthetics and food of nostalgia Americana. I’ve had food from this place a few times now. What I can say is: delivery is better than restaurant, chicken is better than beef and if you’re going to get fries, get the “dirty” ones. Good stuff mostly, but a little inconsistent in the quality and doneness of the food. Waiters are always great and helpful though.

A beautiful spot with a really nice atmosphere in the heart of the city. The food is excellent and really well presented, but beware that the waiters can sometimes take a little longer than expected. This is simply because they are so busy and they put in the effort. The food is worth the wait.

Lovely food with great atmosphere, one of the best brunch spots in Bristol. Highly recommend you book as it can get fully booked on weekends. The food used to be better as they had a large gammon bacon slice and a pot of mixed baked beans. I hope they bring them back.

Mrs Potts’ used to make my favourite carrot cake. It was £4.75 and would come with all the chocolate toppings. There were thick layers of cake and was good value for the price. A slice of the carrot cake now costs £6.50 and does not include any toppings. The chocolate drizzle comes at an extra cost of £2. The size of the slice and the sponges has become smaller. Although it tastes nice, the quality and quantity have both gone down and charging almost £9 for a slice of cake is extortionate.

Mrs Potts has been a favourite of mine for years with its amazing cakes and cute atmosphere. Every time I go in I love the cakes and brownies as well as the drinks but sadly it has got so expensive that I only go once a year now. I am very pleased that you no longer have to pay for chocolate drizzle but with a coffee and slice of cake costing £11 it’s hard to justify regular visits. Nevertheless the staff are always lovely and the food is incredible.

Mrs Potts Chocolate House is easily accessible. The cafe itself is decorated with warm lights and is pleasing to the eyes. It’s popular in the area and it gets very busy as well. There are few seats and you have to check if people are done so you can take over their table. (4 stars for this) Food wise it was scrumptious. We ordered their salted caramel pretzel cupcake and their chocolate cake (I forgot the name) without the drizzle. Both were fabulous. As for the cupcake, there was a perfect balance from the cake to the icing and to the pretzel. There was a crunch when you bit it in the cake was moist and it was flavourful. The chocolate cake on the other hand was also tasty! Velvety touch when you bite into it and the flavour is there. We also ordered there Earl Grey tea and a coffee which were a perfect pair for the sweet deserts we ordered.

Cosy café where you can get all things chocolate. We thoroughly enjoyed the "Brownie Sundae"! The atmosphere was relaxed, the only negative was the noise, it wasn't overly crowded but still a bit noisier than I like.

I have been going for many years, and have visited Bristol, Bath & Cardiff. The staff have always been friendly. But they have completely out-priced me - I paid over £6 for a cookie that seemed smaller than usual. The white chocolate in the middle didn’t taste as flavorful as previous visits. I think high prices and smaller portions mean I won’t return.

The dessert was amazing. Looking forward to try something else from this place again.

My partner and I went there for the chocolate workshop and absolutely loved it. Sounds like a lot of money but totally worth it, for what you get, it is amazing. Would certainly go back. Thank you to all the staff to make it memorable! Also, everything we ate was superb!

A bit expensive when you think about it, but if you don't think about it too much, it's really enjoyable! I always spend a good time there and it's usually not too busy. It closes pretty late in the night, which is weird but actually useful! They have a good choice in ice creams and if you stick to one flavour, the price is okay. But waffles and crêpes are excellent nonetheless

Came past on a day out happened to be Waffle Wednesday 2 for 1 on Waffles, great value and service was fast with a friendly smile so polite, highly recommended! Tasted so yummy and the milkshakes was great!

Huge parlor with an extensive menu. Had a single scoppe Chocolate Brownie gelato and a crispy waffle cone. Wonderfully rich chocolate and a generous helping of toppings. Friends ordered crepes and cookie dough and cleared their plates so assume those are good.

Amazingly brilliant. This was a Groupon offer that far exceeded my expectations. This company is aaa+++ a must visit with so much to choose from. Have your cake and eat it here. Please don't hold back and enjoy this experience.

Bruh, the prices here are insanely expensive now. They’re acting like tariffs have been attacking the waffle industry or something. I ordered the chocolate waffle with ice cream, and the waffle came out lukewarm and stale. It felt like it had been left on the countertop for a good few minutes, as the ice cream was already melting by the time the waiter handed it over. At this rate, I wouldn’t be surprised if Trump showed up claiming ice cream parlours need tariffs to protect American sprinkles. Probably won’t be coming back here any time soon.

Just another ice cream shop where the ice cream tastes like… ice cream. Nothing special. Nowhere near the taste of real milk-based ice cream you get in non-chain places. Service was so-so. One lady couldn’t even answer a simple question about a cookie, which was a bit disappointing.

The two South Asian males working here on 8th June 2025 were warm to children, chilled, friendly and professional. They topped up our ice cream with extra sauce.., something where a place like this elsewhere would charge and make a big thing about it. They handled a big group of guys who were being drama.. with class. The crepe was wonderful and different (savoury). Toilet was clean. It's been awhile since I've been impressed with things like this..

We went there on Bank Holiday Monday around 10.30 and it was very quite. We had hot fudge sundae and it was delicious. Also the strawberry and banana waffle was good.

Brought the mango bubble drink as the one in London was so good but here in Bristol what a waste of money seriously it was filled to the max with just ice. I had to come home and manually remove the ice and bubbles separately. So disappointed

2025: It’s an okay experience with okay taste desserts. 2023: We were really craving something sweet so we ended up passing by Creams Cafe. The staff were kind, the service was quick, and the portions were definitely enough! Quality was good. Everything tasted great.

The food was very salty, over seasoned, the chicken burgers were mediocre, surprised to see them made with chicken thighs rather than chicken breast. The fries were extremely salty. One staff member was lovely and polite, the other was extremely rude and obviously doesn't like kids!! It was lunchtime when we went on for the first time today (25/6/25)and this lady has no customer service, or manners, everything she said to us was with attitude. The pub was quiet and the other customers seemed to enjoy the atmosphere of the babies babbling away at the table enjoying there food. We won't be back.. first and last visit sadly...

Popped in tonight after the cinema. What a surprise the food is restaurant quality, the drinks on point and the staff, well I could have been at the ritz. We done everyone you made our night very special thank you so much. Martin & Julie xx

Just got home after having a lovely evening with friends at this pub. Service staff were super friendly, we each had different things from the menu and all the dishes were very tasty. Genuinely some of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had too!

I’ve been coming to this pub for years. Atmosphere is always friendly and warm. Menu has fairly portioned pub classics and some more up market items. Staff are polite, knowledgeable and make an effort to get to know the locals. All in all, a true gem of Westbury.

No atmosphere here, staff were more interested in smoking/vaping than serving behind the bar. The fish tasted like it was cooked in old oil but the steak was really tasty.

They didnt have enough food to support my mum and I walking in for Sunday lunch on January 3rd. They did recommend thier partner pub 'The Eastfield', less than a mike away, who had seating and food for us.

What's not to like? Butcombe obviously recommended as are the steaks. All staff are jolly efficient. Below, there isn't a high enough spend bracket for me so £200 per week, every week, year in year out. It's my local pub.

I've been around most hot chocolate places in Bristol, it's taken a while to make it here but it was amazing! Hot chocolate was delicious and the service and atmosphere was brill. I have a milk allergy which I was dealt with well, with lots of vegan options! We got a nice selection of hand made chocolates to take away to, will be back very soon ☺️

Had a hazelnut iced chocolate it tastes amazing, the texture was super smooth! all the chocolate melted perfectly in the chocolate, they know how to make a nice iced chocolate.

Hands down my favourite chocolate shop in Bristol, possibly on the planet?! Delicious hot chocs in beautifully curated flavours, hand made chocolates by the talented team and incredible ice creams. Also really gorgeous decor, it’s a beautiful space to be in. Shout out to the amazing Chantelle - she’s magic! ✨

The best hot chocolate I’ve had. The quality is unreal. Find a spot inside and savour the experience! I personally go for the dark chocolate oat or the rich beyond belief hazelnut chocolate number. They have alternative milks, a wonderful range of chocolate flavours, truffle chocolates, and they’re baby friendly. Everyone is so welcoming and always down for a chat. Edit: they’ve let me know that they’re only closed on Mondays - their opening hours are regularly updated online!

The hot chocolate and salted caramel brownie is out of this world!!! I came here by chance with my partner and honestly, perfect date spot! The atmosphere is wonderful and Martha and Helen were so kind to us! Would come again.

My favourite chocolate shop in Bristol and arguably my favourite chocolate brand/producer in general. Have been a long time customer and enjoyer of all their products from truffles to hot chocolate and standard bars. Have also participated in a truffles and pralines workshop that was very well executed and immensely enjoyable, with a bagful of my own chocolate creations to enjoy afterwards.

Wow, best breakfast we've had in a long time! The chef did not stop, it was a great look to just watch him open cooking at the front desk. Food was amazing! Great vibe in here, and I would highly recommend the bacon on toast sourdough, absolutely amazing. Regular visitors to this area of Bristol and always tried different breakfast places.......not anymore. Thanks Pinkmans 😁

Love Pinkmans on Park Street, but didn’t feel it here today. I thought my bacon sourdough toasted sandwich was boring, and my friends poached eggs were watery and not good. When we arrived, I said could we have a coffee and sit down while choosing our food? I was immediately told that we don’t have tabs here. I didn’t ask for a tab. I just wanted two minutes to just choose the meal so that I could pay for the drink and food together, but I had to pay for the drinks first.

Great food and service with a somewhat cheap and cheerful seating layout and environment for a reasonable price. Only a short wait for food which was on point as was the coffee. The table felt pretty flimsy and there were some fruit flies running around but I didn't feel like it detracted from the experience that much. Something I would mention is that in the tuna mayo brioche bun there were capers and olives which my girlfriend didn't like so it might just be an idea to check what's in it when you order. Overall good experience, would go again.

Excellent service, friendly and welcoming. We went around 12:30pm and there was a great selection of baked goods, sandwiches, etc. All looked very yummy. Nice coffee, nice atmosphere and one of the best pain au chocolat I've ever had.

Quiet and cozy cafe manned by two gorgeous ladies. They have a good selection of pastries and sandwiches for a light breakfast, and coffee is great too.

cappuccino is good for £3.5, but a bit strong for my liking. Same goes for the latte. When we arrived around 2pm was kinda busy and there wasn’t many available space for sitting. The desserts were also just a leftovers and not appetizing. Strangely, by 4 pm went really quiet.

Pinksmans food is always great, but some of the atmosphere of the original park street venue hasn't quite translated to here. Also very warm inside on hot days! Nice to have an outside area at the front though

I had some delicious spinach pancakes with beetroot and feta. The taste was amazing: a balance of natural and fresh ingredients. Michele, the owner was very kind and gave me a free sample of the exeptional pistacchio ice cream. I loved it from the first spoon - creamy, soft and with raw pistachios in it. I’ll definetly come back for another wonderful experience!

Delicious ice cream in imaginative flavours! Today they had chai, peanut butter, carrot cake, chocolate orange, pistachio, coffee, fig, earl grey, raspberry bakewell, & Easter egg chocolate & marzipan. I had the chai and it was amazing! Super flavourful and creamy. Not too expensive either (my small cone had lots of ice cream and was only £2.30).
