He said the commission is very high for the business and the payment was not high enough(2300 leke)which is funny because there is no low limit for the payment by card. This happened also in June , the payment was near 5000 leke and the same waiter was not very happy that we wanted to pay by card . If I am satisfied with the service most of the times even when I pay by card I leave a tip on cash for the service .
